The Lexus 350 is beautiful, dependable, comfortable and classy. Although, it may be a little more pricey than many competitors, it is well worth it. I will choose another Lexus when I decide to trade.

Lexus GX460 is a great vehicle, a true SUV. The only negative is poor gas mileage coupled with a small gas tank; so many gas stops on long trips. Nevertheless, perfect size for four adults. Billed as a 7 passenger, not even close unless 3 of those are small children and you don’t have any luggage or bags of any size. With 4 adults you do have enough cargo room for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

It is comfortable, nice handling, easy to park and a good looking SUV. We looked at all of the luxury 5 passenger SUVs and the RX-350 stood out above all the rest. Good performer and satisfactory fuel mileage for an AWD.

My Lexus RX 450h is a 2010 model and now has over 263000 miles and is still going strong. I live in the Midwest and do have the opportunity to keep the car in a garage but it still looks great. Mileage has run 24 to 30 mpg depending on the season and my lead foot. I often refer to it as the most comfortable room in my house.

2007 Lexus RX 400h - So there is something wrong with the brake actuator in these models which will DEACTIVATE YOUR BRAKES AT ANYTIME SO BEWARE!!! I called Lexus in July 2016 to tell them that while driving on the freeway, my ABS VSC light went on, I heard a high pitched sound that went on continuously and I lost my brakes. I was with my 8 year old daughter. She was very frightened and thought we were gonna die. I called Lexus Jim Falk Beverly Hills service department and they said this was normal. They said to just turn off the engine and wait a few minutes because the ABS needs to reset. So after this incident, it happened to me 3 more times and I just did the "normal" procedure of turning the engine off and waiting 5 minutes. But just last week, I was driving my pregnant wife to the doctor and this thing happened again and we almost hit the car in front of us.

Why Scout GPS Link is only available on select 2018 model year (NX, RX...) with the Lexus Display Audio multimedia head unit? The reason why I ask this question is that the existing GPS is cumbersome to use comparing with Scout GPS Link. It should be very simple and easy to implement it with the existing system of Lexus as I am a software engineer with more than 30 years of experience. Please let me know if you need my help. This add-in will definitely benefit all of Lexus car users. Thank you.

Bought a 2008 Sewell RX350 in 2010; thought I was buying a luxury SUV, not so. First problem: Melted rubber handle on back door. Went to a Houston Lexus dealership and was told $500 to fix, couldn't just replace rubber cover, had to replace whole unit. Second problem: Chrome finish on both rear wheels is peeling - another defect. Third problem: Had to replace water pump +$1000 bill. All this on a garaged 2008 RX 350 with less than 80k miles! I'm a previous owner of a 2000 Ford Explorer and 2004 Nissan Pathfinder (both kept for 10 yrs 100k miles) - no problems with either one. Last Lexus for me! Now (7/2017) an oil leak. Now (1/2018) the dashboard is starting to crack. Called Lexus to get repaired under enhanced warranty program, I was told since the SUV was bought in 2007 that the 10 warranty does not apply. NEVER RECEIVED LETTER ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LEXUS OR TOYOTA!!

I’m pretty bummed my Lexus RX 350. I bought it at Lexus of Naperville in 2013. It has 54,000 miles now and needs a new engine. It blew a head gasket with no warning, It’s out of warranty and Lexus corporate office denied any assistance. $10,000 worth of work??? I’ve keep up with the maintenance. Had 1 oil change outside of Lexus because their mechanics were on strike. Sorry for the long text. Needed to vent to someone. I’ll have to get it fixed but I’m no longer a Lexus fan. The only good thing is the service Manager Mike really did his best to help???

I purchased my first Lexus in the Spring of 2017. Everything was fine until the temperature started to drop & I would hear a loud screeching sound when coming to any stop sign. At first I thought that the brakes were bad... But after getting several opinions from the Lexus Dealership and a few others. I was told that this is a common issue and there's nothing that can be done until Lexus upgrades their brake pads/brakes & that I will be put on the "list". Not only is this disappointing because I thought highly of Lexus before but this is extremely EMBARRASSING. I feel as if I'm driving a 89 Pinto. Whenever I make a stop you can hear the loud screeching. Never will I buy a Lexus again!!! Also the Lexus Enform Remote start never works. I like in the Midwest with extreme temperatures below 0. Disappointed that I had to pay extra for something that never works!

I bought a 2015 Lexus and found out afterwards that I had to pay extra each and every year for this feature. As if that wasn't bad enough it has only worked about 3 times in 2 years. This year is no different. I have called customer service and been to the dealership and still isn't working. I have spent literally hours trying to get this resolved and was just told again that I would have to call again on Tuesday. I am so fed up. I wish I could give back my car and start over. Never again will I buy a Lexus!

It's funny how Lexus is marketing this brand as a luxury car but forgets to stand behind the cheap quality product when a problem arises. At 10,000 miles I've ended up paying for an alignment as the car was pulling badly to the side. Bear in mind the car was never involved in any collision. The alignment didn't solve the problem and the car is still pulling. At 20,000 miles I'm ending up with the breaks at 0!!! How is that even possible for a "quality" car? No consideration for customers concerns or complaint. Now I know why Lexus is not willing to cover anything under their warranty which proves that Lexus is fully aware of the poor quality, cheap parts used for their cars! SHAME ON YOU LEXUS! YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT A LUXURY BRAND!

VIOLENT SHUDDER/SHAKING OF THE ENGINE. When the CT200H is stationary or in motion the engine periodically shakes violently sometimes up to 30 seconds then it goes away. It happened on cold or hot starts. The EGR has been cleaned from carbon build up, has new spark plugs and coils are good. I have lately been noticing coolant loss. NUMEROUS PRIUS AND LEXUS OWNERS HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE. Check engine light. Finally came on with code P0301 "cylinder 1 misfire."

My wife’s 2016 Lexus ES350 was brought in for an oil change. They told her the car needed new tires. It only has 17k miles on it, while the tires are rated for 50k. Lexus will not cover it under warranty. I’ve owned Mercedes, Cadillac, Infinity, BMW and Porsche and have never had this experience ever. This will be the last Lexus I ever purchase/lease!

I will never buy another Lexus or Toyota and I recommend anybody thinking about buying a Lexus to buy something else. Lexus does not stand behind their product or their "relentless pursuit of perfection." Be aware, I was told by Lexus that once the warranty is up they will not cover a manufacturer's defect. No matter how bad the defect as long as it not a safety issue, no matter how many hundreds of thousand of their cars have the exact same defect, no matter how well you have maintained your car.

Great car. Drives well, handles great, decent gas mileage, durability, great storage capacity. Love the leather interior that lasts. Mine is over 8 years old and has never had any mechanical issues. When I do decide to get a newer vehicle, it will definitely be another RX!

I bought a new RX on Saturday and it was probably the easiest and fastest experience I have ever had buying a new car. I waited about 5 minutes for the receptionist to get me a salesman (Josias) who was really nice and helped me out with everything. I give him lots of props because I am such a hard person to deal with. Anyway I am so happy to for my new RX. Can't wait for family trips on this baby.

I used to work on Lexus Rx, found to be very serviceable, dependable, and great value for the money. A little expensive upfront but makes up for it down the road, I am driving mine 18 years now 15 years no car payment, it still runs and drives well. I have no reason to change cars in the near future.

I will never buy another Lexus or Toyota product again. The last Lexus ES350 I owned, is the last. I do not know how in the world Lexus could call a Lexus ES 350 “Bulletproof” when the heads blew on the one I had at 145,000 miles, not mention the failing computer, the alternator, the Vehicle Stability Control, and let’s not forget their melting dash, the allegedly lethal Takata airbag system, and years earlier that accelerator problem. I do not understand how anyone who had problems I had could possibly call it reliable. The whole experience was shameful.

UPDATE ON 11/17/2018: I wrote about our dashboard last year, and just wanted to provide a follow-up. Lexus still has not contacted us to replace our dashboard. That substance, which looks like an excessive amount of Armorall has worsened, and now gives off a hazardous reflection. Also, it now has an unpleasant smell. I was reading the reviews on Consumer Affairs today, and one of the complainants stated, they had the same issue and had their dashboard replaced this year. I called Lexus in Plano, TX, and was told the program to replace the dashboards is over, and it would cost us over $1300 to replace.

Dashboard recalls - Horrible customer service. Unorganized. Facts not lining up. Whatever you do, do NOT BUY LEXUS OR TOYOTA. Japanese automotive industry is going downhill and service is horrendous. Car no functioning properly.

I had a call from a Lexus case manager name Eric at extension ** about an issue not covered by Lexus, this guy brushed me in two minutes, and lied about a return call he never made to me on a Friday. Today is Tuesday Oct 17, 2017, if I did not answer his call, why did he waited till now tuesday to tell me my car is not covered, not to mention my car has been in the dealer for two weeks waiting on this case manager guy to make a decision. Very poor and professional performance for a luxury car company. Will keep posting reviews on other sites. Dealer service was 5 ⭐️ from my service advisor Jose to the service manager, will recommend.

Earlier this year I noticed that my dashboard was sticky to the touch (melting) and the control buttons on my steering wheel were peeling off. After a quick Google search I found a recall on the 2007-2008 Lexus 350 dash and thousands experiencing the issue with peeling controls. When I brought my car in, the dealer said the dashboard recall had just expired and I'd need to get approval to fix it along with the peeling controls. Lexus corporate REFUSED to fix their known manufacture errors. Funny, I was planning on buying another Lexus, but I'll spend my hard earned $ with a brand who truly values customers and fixes issues when they are at fault. Lexus' claim to quality is bogus!

My bad experience of purchasing Lexus ES350 and RX 350 2017 at the Keys Lexus dealership, first car ES350 given trouble after two days not picking up speed, car was shaking, engine light on, then following return to dealership switch to RX 350 2017. After over a month it has same problem. Car not picking up speed, engine light on.

I bought a brand new 2017 LS 460 an $80,000+ car. I purchased it because I've had multiple German cars Mercedes and BMW and felt they spend too much time in the repair shop. Well it didn't get much better with my new Lexus. Keep in mind Lexus doesn't have the extra bells and whistles of the German cars so I hoped by buying a Lexus the German car money would go for absolute best build quality and reliability. Right? Keep it simple, make everything out of the best. I should only have to see my dealer for regular scheduled service. I was definitely wrong about that. I've been in 7 times in 3 months. I've owned it and they've fixed nothing. They've identified issues but fixed nothing and scratched my rear leather and scratched my dash during a detail. Oh and forgot to clip my rear all-weather floor mat down after a detail so it got caught in my seat rails and ruined my floor mat. It was clipped when I dropped it off.

LX 570 windshield stress fracture - Had numerous witnesses in vehicle when I drove over a speed bump. It was then that the windshield cracked. No rock chip evidence. No impact evidence. Lexus is trying to tell me that it was a rock. Of course they will not admit to having any problems with these large windshields but any search will get you a lot of relevant hits. Surface of glass is smooth and there is no indentation.

Purchased RX 350 used. I was headed to a local eatery when my oil light started flashing. Stopped car and checked oil dipstick which showed dry. I blamed oil change store and added oil and drove the short distance to get there. They went out of their way to show me it was not their fault and show me the problem. Towed vehicle to my mechanic and he changed out broken oil line. Told me that I was lucky that my engine was not destroyed and that the oil line was a defective part waiting to fail.

I bought a 2014 Lexus 350. About a year after I had the car I noticed the leather on the driver seat was getting creases in it. I very seldom have passengers in my car so I only noticed it on my seat. Each time I took it in to be serviced, I pointed it out to the service tech and asked what could be causing it. This is my first luxury car and the first experience with leather upholstery. No one could give me an answer. At any rate it has gotten worse over the past year. I have written 2 letters to Lexus with no response. Finally, the last time I took the car in the service tech said the dealer could not do anything and gave me phone # of Lexus. I have called 3 times to explain the issue, was given a case number and was told a case manager would call me in 1-2 days to discuss. No call.

2010 GX460 - This vehicle is 7 years old cost over $65,000. Lexus refuses to warrant the paint, they say the warranty is 4 years or 50,000 miles. This car has 39,000 miles on it hand washed since new. I had a paint company examine the paint and they determined that the factory E-coat failed causing the paint to split and peel, any stone chips and the peeling starts sooner. I contacted Lexus several times and now have been told they will NOT do anything, even after I informed them that I have another Lexus & Toyota in my garage, along with a list of previous Toyota vehicles I had owned previously. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

LEXUS Enform - Sadly just noticed that I have been getting charged $299.90 for automatic renewal every year on a car I have not owned since 2013. Even though the car was traded in they don't automatically cancel or contact you in any way to keep renewing. Out $1500. Ouch!

The 2016 350 was sitting in our shaded driveway for two hours. We came out to drive and noticed the smell of something burning and saw the plastic faceplate had some melting streaks running diagonally across the GPS screen, etc. We took it to our local dealer who immediately began accusing us of 1. leaving it in the sun; 2. using finger nail polish remover to clean the screen and finally, 3. burning a candle in the cup holder. All three are not only false, but condescending in tone. They said it is impossible to melt the screen with the low voltage components inside the dash. They took a picture of the screen sent to Lexus, who denied the claim.

I bought my Lexus at Butler South Atlanta. On the very first day, July 3rd 2017, that I received my new Lexus, there a major problem by the time it was driven 152 miles (very first day of having my car). The car went into limp mode, not being able to exceed 25MPH. This was alarming to me since this was suppose to be a new car. I was shocked to know a check engine light came on and the car would not go past 25 MPH. When it was taken into the dealership, the mechanic cleared the codes and said it was suppose to be fine. A few days later, I noticed a very loud knocking sound (Clack, Clack, Clack) coming from the engine. It sounded terrible, much like an old truck that has several hundred thousand miles on it. The sound even began growing in intensity. When I took it to the dealership (2nd visit in less than 15 days), I was told by the service advisor that this was normal. I was shocked to hear this diagnostic.

2017 Lexus GPS - Queuing up the GPS the radio volume works properly and quiets down so you are able to hear the request. However when giving you instructions the radio remains playing and doesn't quiet down. As such you cannot hear the instructions because the radio continues playing. This causes mass confusion & almost caused an accident several times. Piece of junk. Contacted Lexus. They offered to buy me a Garmin!! They know about the problem however they haven't fixed it. Bottom line this is the last Lexus I will ever buy. Beautiful automobile but terrible company to deal with. Product is defective and extremely dangerous!

We have owned about 9 Lexus over the past 20 years. All great vehicles. In March 2016 we purchased a new Rx 350. At about 6000 miles it started surging and hesitating. Cruise control is almost usable. Our horror started in February 2017 when we complained about issue. Lexus acknowledged there was a issue and fix was on the way. About 3 weeks later Lexus called and said fix was in, we carried vehicle to Lexus for a 15 minute fix. There was no improvement. When I complained, Lexus said I needed to talk to Lexus customer care. After 4 months and carrying complaint to arbitration, big joke, Lexus said vehicle was satisfactory. I am stuck with a lemon.

I own a 2002 Lexus RX300 - and in 2012 - qt 10 years I had to buy a new transmission - Lexus new of the issue and would not do anything for its purchasers - Will never buy another Lexus and will tell anyone that will listen - Have neighbors that bought same car and experienced same thing - If you know there is an issue - LEXUS - Step up to the plate.

I am the not so proud owner of a 2009 Lexus IS250. My question is why can NO ONE work on this Navigation System but Lexus? Monopoly much? My dash board and all of the material on the doors and everywhere isn't cracking, I can rub it off with one finger. It's melting. You can't clean it because anything you use just sticks to it and it looks horrible. To go along with this my water pump cracked overheated my car and destroyed my electrical system to include the alternator, battery, navigation system, and all of this has been replaced but my navigation system because I'm now flat broke and no one seems to be able to figure out how to fix it other than with another $1500 Computer from Lexus because that is the only place you can buy them. And if you do find one aftermarket, no one will touch it. My heat is stuck on and has been since winter. It's so stupid I'm ready to drive this car off a cliff! Recall the water heater!

A little over a year ago we purchased a 1995 Lexus RX330. We purchased the vehicle as our first luxury vehicle with the hopes that the money would be well spent on luxury and quality of the vehicle. But after having the vehicle for almost 1 year we noticed that the dash started cracking along the front edge and then after picking my wife up from work one day a large chunk of the dash right above the radio broke off and fell to the floor. We immediately called Lexus and asked about having the dash repaired they informed us that there was a recall on the dash and to call Lexus about having the dash repaired. We called Lexus and notified them of the cracked Dash and they informed us that there is indeed a recall for the cracked Dash but they told us the date for the recall expired the day before we called. But that they would look into it and see if there was something they could do.

Purchased new 2017 Lexus (our 3rd) and canceled the balance of our Enform for our old Lexus. However, after multiple calls, emails and over 10 weeks, still no refund. Lexus customer service failed to provide satisfaction, just stating they are behind in payments. Furthermore, when I purchased the 2017 Lexus I had asked twice for a customer survey (for dealership/sales), still, no survey and I bought the car in early May 2017.

I have owned two LEXUS ES since 2001 and have had excellent experience with each. My first was a 1998 and was finally totaled by a hit and run driver in 2016 but had 275000 miles on it without a single repair to the engine or transmission. I serviced as recommended but nothing broke on that car. We have a 2007 now with all options and love this car too. So far at just over 100k miles, we have had mice eat some wires under the hood and the VSC, traction and check engine lights have remained on since repaired and we are not sure why. Also the new car has been hacked and can't figure out how to solve.

Had to replace my windshield for the 2017 RX350. It has been two weeks today. Giving various reasons for the delay and informed that it will be another 6 days, since the windshield is on back order. Shocked to find out that a Company like Lexus manufactures cars with various computerized options that are in the windshield and not produce extra windshield. Building about 1000 cars a day, can we not produce a few extra windshields. After all windshields crack often. Feeling frustrated. Looked at a Caddy. Maybe American made is better. But that is hindsight.

After buying a car with 76k$, I still need to pay 250$ annually to get the remote starter feature working!!! That's ridiculous!!! It comes with one year free subscription and then payment start 170-450$/yr!!!å

Looks like this services is completely broken. Sadly enough this feature was one of major reasons why I decide to buy this specific car (as opposed to 3 other choices). I leased NX 200t 2 weeks ago. Since then I must have spent 3-4 hours on the phone with Lexus support. Still no resolution. I received no call backs nor a response of any kind. While on call I felt I was simply being placated by Lexus reps. Apparently I am not the only one who experience this issue. This is a systematic problem which impacts many new owners of Lexus who are trying to use their Enform services. I don't know about others but Lexus is going have to work very hard to convince to buy another car from them.

We have owned three Lexus products over the years they have been in the US. The cars are great but the corporate culture has deteriorated greatly. The present CEO and the person in charge of Customer service are not at all qualified for their jobs and they have given Lexus a bad name for customer service. The corporate offices have literally no control over the dealers if there are issues, selling cars is all that matters, not customer service. If you have an issue that the dealer refuses to take care of, the infrastructure Lexus created at corporate is so pathetic you will only be frustrated trying to get any closure.

I own a Lexus IS-F with a problem that Lexus themselves knows about but they don't want to do anything about it. Lexus makes 3 different versions of the Is and every model has a warranty enhancement for this issue except their most expensive model the Isf. The problem is the dashboard and door panels are sticky especially when hot out. What a poor product they have made. I only drive Lexus or Toyota, but I might consider another brand being the junk they are producing.

Disappointed! My 2010 Lexus RX350 died in CDA Idaho. No warning... Oil everywhere, not drivable. Had it towed to Toyota dealership in CDA. Diagnosed as blown oil hose (manufacturer defect). Would be covered if we paid to have it towed to Spokane Lexus, but not covered for the work to be done where it is. It is approx. $200 fix... No recall or letter sent regarding the defect! It would cost more to have it towed! If this is a known manufacturer defect how are we suppose to know?

I purchased a used RX 350 at Tri-County Lexus. I was hoping to get a new Vehicle in the next few month, but after seeing the RX 350, I was very impressed (Though used, looked like new), and salesman Louis ** was very helpful in answering all my questions and making the purchase very enjoyable. And once I drove the vehicle, with the price we negotiated, I knew I needed I got a great vehicle. The whole staff was great, and very helpful.

I leased ES 300 from Pohanka Lexus. After 28000 miles the Bridgestone tires are bald. I reached out to Bridgestone, they told me that the ES300 is a high performance tire and go bald in 30000 miles. I told them that I drive Hybrid for more mileage and I don't race. The service department told me that the Bridgestone tires are bad tires and I need to replace it with Michelin tires as they will last for 60000 miles. When I approached Lexus Warranty, they took over a week and got back to me. The Warranty department told me that the ES 300 Bridgestone tires are bad and I need to buy new set of tire as it is not covered in the Warranty. When I checked with them about bumper to bumper warranty, they told me that tire is not covered. I told him that I have a Ford Fusion hybrid and I changed the tire after 75000 miles. Lexus ES 300 uses bad and cheap quality Bridgestone tire.

I have been going back and forth with Crown Lexus, Lexus corporate, and Lexus executive office for months now. Seems like all they were doing was handing me off wasting my time. My issue is my transmission in my 2007 IS 250 that started while under warranty and I took it to Crown Lexus multiple times. Each time I was either told it was an issue already identified and they would fix under a recall or they could not duplicate the problem and refused to fix it. Every attempt they made with a recall was not the issue. It was and has always been a faulty transmission and I have been saying. The recalls were only a cover up to buy time until the vehicle was out of warranty to avoid a costly repair under warranty. As soon as my vehicle fell out of warranty now they identify and admit that transmission is going out.

I bought a brand new Lexus rx350. As soon as I took it home I noticed several things wrong with the car. I complained dozens of times on 1 same issue, and several times on other issues. They kept telling me to bring in the car. I live 2 hrs away from dealer I bought from. However each time I brought in car something else always goes wrong after they tell me everything is ok. I have been dealing with this lemon for a yr and several months now and still help in getting my entire money back that I paid for. I also got a list of all the repairs that was done prior to buying. They should not have sold this vehicle or put it on sale. They were taking parts from other cars and putting it on mine to check what was wrong. I also paid almost $2200 on warranties and other things which they claimed I will not get back. All I wanted was a car without any problems and did not mind paying for the extra warranties.

I just purchased a 2017 Lexus RX-350. When driving it home, I felt an extensive vibration ("exhaust drone noise vibration issue") and a "transmission lag problem". Initially, I thought it might be the highway. Ultimately, I felt it on all roads. I brought the car back to Lexus service and they told me that these are known Lexus problems with no solution. Upon further research, I discovered that these problems also existed in the 2016 model.

My wife and I just bought a new Lexus GX460 at your dealership. We requested to have a remote starter installed prior we picked up our car. Bob who is the financial manager was kind to help us out. We've asked Bob about the specific brand of the remote starter and when he tried to contact the 3rd party he didn't get a response. He reassured me that Lexus only use the best and we trusted him. When we got the remote starter installed. We were told that the car is too new and the software might not be available, so we waited a week for answers.

I just leased a 2017 Lexus NX 200T and have been driving it for about 4 months. I am very unhappy with the Bluetooth system. Previously, I had a Ford Edge and the Bluetooth was far better than the Lexus. I never had any issues with it. When I place a call in the Lexus, I will say "Please call John Smith." It then pulls up John Smith as well as several other people and asks me to select who I am trying to call from the list. If it doesn't do this, then the other thing it does is when I say "Please call John Smith," it says "are you sure you want to call the contact?" It absolutely NEVER just allows me to call someone without taking me through these steps.

You can get the Lexus SUV with or with out a sunroof, leather seats, heated seats as well as a heated steering wheel. There are various other changeable features to choose from. My Lexus SUV had four doors and sun roof. The interior is leather at a great price! I love the sleek design that it has. It also offers a variety of colors. The passenger seating in the Lexus SUV can hold up to 7 people. The SUV is very roomy so all the passengers can sit comfortably and that is very important to my family. The appearance is beautiful and sleek. They have rear camera feature to make backing up easy as it would beep if you came too close to an object.

My car has replaced fuel pump last summer. And its factory warranty ended on 12/16/2016. However, my car still had problems from engine since last summer. So I dropped my car at the dealership and got loaner car about 5 times between last summer and this January. They had never found what the problem is. Finally, my car stopped on 3/4/2017. My car is towed to the dealership. And I heard that my car's engine is broken and it needs to replace to the new engine. It is totally unfair to pay for replace the new engine. My previous car was Acura. The reason why I switched to Lexus is the Lexus engine is very strong and they always goes to million mileage. Now, I totally regret to switch to the Lexus.

I have never used the upgrade or personalization options because I have purchased an older used car of that brand and that wasn't an option. But the features and appearance of the car is excellent and I like the way it looks and drives. It's one of the best looking cars I've owned. It's still a luxury car that I feel comfortable and cool driving. Also, it's a very spacious car that fits many and and still have lots of room for everyone to enjoy the ride. I would choose the same car over again.

The car is mainly for myself so I could really care less about the space, but if I do ever have passengers, I'm pretty certain they will be very comfortable and that is awesome. My Lexus car is small black and gray and red from the inside which I think is amazing because of the colors because I don't see a lot of people with the same colors. It's good, can last long for gas. Don't need to repair car for a while, it's sturdy and nice. Had to change 2 wheels though. After that I did had to fix anything up like oil change. But car can go 100000 miles before it needs repair. It's really good car to go on a road trip. I would definitely recommend my company. But, the car needs more work on the seats, it has been a difficult time trying to drive with sitting on this seat. I would also fix the door because it is a bit weak and it broke once.

Lots of quality comes standard but additions are easily added at the dealership. My suv fits 7 very comfortably. I have 3 car seats in the back and space to move around and maneuver as needed. I can also easily load groceries and whatever else I need. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy a Lexus again.

State of art sound system and navigational system. I want an alarm and a LoJack, no problem, the dealer added it on. I wanted certain floor mats, back seat heaters, tinted windows on the sides along with window visors, I got everything I wanted.

The car I bought is very up to date with technology. It's a very good running car. Best decision I have ever made. Has satellite radio, GPS, charger outlets, lots of space and comfy seats, TV hookups, lots of lights inside, plenty of trunk space, good interior, all electric. They give you the option to personalize the car how ever you want in whatever way you choose. We didn't personalize though and just got it the way it came. The passenger capacity is really good for smaller families with only a couple of kids. I wouldn't recommend this car for big families, everybody needs to be comfortable.

I bought my brand new 2012 Lexus RX 350 in 2011 and luckily I bought platinum service with it. In 2016, when I feel the pulsation in my ride, I brought my car in for a checkup. The salesperson Mitchell ** told me a bunch of issues with my car and told me that I need to pay for the extra services with came up to be roughly $1,500. That's ridiculous when I have the platinum warranty. I told him to look at my coverage and only do the work that are covered. He then told me that I need to pay the $148.71 fee since they had the technician "assessed" my car. That was absurd since I already told them the issue and the technician jumped into the car and took a ride and agreed with that but I have to pay for his fee?

There is enough space for 5 to have plenty of room, including plenty of leg space for backseat passengers as well, which makes the LX perfect for long distance trips.

I don't think I would really change anything because it seems like they thought of everything when making these cars. But if I did I would just make more custom options available. I would make the passenger side have just as good features as what the drivers side has, if not better because a lot of times the passengers are tired from hard day work when husband decides to drive.

I had a Lexus ES300, drives awesome, good on gas. Handles with extreme precision on freeways at high speeds and gas is reasonable. Looks beautiful and classy. Unfortunately had an auto accident. Hit by a truck. Would you believe after that the truck needed roadside assistance flatbed to tow the truck. My Lexus started right up and drove away with minor dents. The car was built durable and reliable. I highly recommend Lexus to any who want excellence as also quality. Loved owning this vehicle.

Television options are there, however I am happy with my initial purchase and do not need anything additional to the model of my car.

Lexus has several models, but I chose their RX 400h Hybrid. It's a great automobile. I got great gas mileage, and really felt like I was helping the environment. Previously I had a 4 door sedan, I owned that car for 12 years before selling it and getting the SUV. There are 2 bucket seats in front and a back bench seat. The vehicle seated 4 adults comfortably, and I was always able to get 3 grandchildren in booster seats in back. The cargo space was roomy as well.

Sound system was excellent, comfort level was excellent, included GPS and other electronic assist features. Some upgrade options existed but I found the models that were available to me to be fine. There was a sound system upgrade that I considered but I was happy with the sound system that was standard. Plus there's plenty of room for four people. I've never sat in the back of my vehicle but I have ridden with my wife in the back of a friends similar model and found no issues. Overall, a fine purchase.

It had all the features I was looking for in the car. They told me if they did not have the car on hand that I wanted they could find it for me in a matter of days. I went over all the options that were available to me and after listing them all out we had to find the right car in the right color. There was not too much time to pick out the right car and I was very lucky that the dealership had the car in stock that I wanted to buy from them at that time. Then we discussed the pricing.

There are many Lexus fun luxury models. I looked at Extreme Luxury XJ3, XJ1 -- all good models for me, priced different. Very hard to choose the one I wanted and took three months to pick. Waited to test drive till I was sure. Went online to check different models' colors, prices to be sure. Had many things I wanted -- leather seats, CD player, GPS tracking, GPS navigation, and any add-on I could think of for me, heated seats, etc. Love two colors, white and black, and went with black. Overall love the two-door model. Just wanted four people capacity. That's all I would need being childless. Four doors and more room wasn't needed for me. Like the more compact cars anyway. Easier to drive and love it better. Great color and model, and it's the best for me.

Dash pad, door panel and (air bag front passenger) must be replace. Since I bought my 2008 IS 250 I notice that the black door panel pad turning soft and sticky issue. The black part of the inner door panels acts like it is sweating something and gets hazy and wet looking. When my nail hits it, it leaves a deep mark. Unbelievably bad issue with an otherwise good car. I would appreciate any help or constructive comments how this can be replace. Lexus have a long waiting list. Last year around April I was #696 and a month ago I was #466. What I see is going to be a few years for this parts be replace it. Which made me think about not to buy another Lexus. Feel disappointed.

I had a GS 400 and loved it. Best car ever. Even beat my Jetta. It's about the suspension when it comes to a Lexus. I love 4 door Lexus ES. Luxury and sweetest cars ever. You can tell what year each one is from the back lights. Same style made for so many years. It sold cause it is very nice. It has different sensors and buttons for your passenger. You can have the AC while they have theirs on whatever they want. Amazing cars. All around.

Their standard features are automatic windows and a lot of loaded options to choose from no matter what you like. I like the GPS in the dash and the electric seat buttons and many other things that can come with this type of vehicle. You can do a lot of upgrades, too. In addition, there's a lot of room. Very, very cozy, enough space no matter how big or small you are. It's a perfect fit for anyone even if you're tall. It's a great roomy vehicle.

Needed a car that could fit myself and a family, as well as that family's belongings. Lexus was good enough for that. We can go on road trips no problem. The car was good for my usage since I drive kids around and needed a roomier car for store trips and baby seats. The car itself drives with decent mileage too. It isn't the best looker on the market but it's decent enough that it won't get you strange looks or people calling you names at least. There were a few customization options when I bought it, such as extra cup holders and auto locking. It was before you could install built in GPSes or other fancy things.

Compared to older versions I can get so many people in my new vehicle and still hold a lot of cargo. I don't have to worry about it and it makes life so much more easier.

Car has modern amenities, and variety of colors options. Lexus offers gasoline, hybrid and electric and fuel cell engine options. The cars are roomy, with safety features standard, and interior fabric choices. There are several options and modifying factors allow customization like power steering, seatings, mirrors. Programmable features voice recognition. Map and entertainment system good. Plus there is a large passenger capacity. Passengers are as comfortable in seating as driver. Temp control regional, there is a wide access to entertainment features, and there are power seats and windows.

They had various models that I was interested in with various trim level for each model. They could have more models, but what they had was adequate, even if it wasn't huge. Their cars are high quality and the prices are reasonable. They use high quality parts in their car, and their cars are very reliable, i.e. good value for the price paid. There aren't many upgrade options and personalization available. They only have a few trim level that you can choose from which bundles in the various options. I would prefer more ala carte selection so that I can choose only the options that I want and not have to pay for some options that I don't really want. The model I was interested in all seats 5 passengers comfortable. There was plenty of interior room as well as cargo space to carry both people and stuff. It could be tight if all passengers are large.

The IS 250 is a great ride that drives well making even those who don't love driving enjoy it. I love the way this car corners. We test drove the gs and es models as well, but they really felt too "sedan" for me. The SUV model rs was a disappointment altogether. The SUV has a nice passenger capacity. We however were looking for a sportier vehicle that still had room for a family of four. The IS model has just that. However, our two teens don't feel there is enough legroom in the back for them. But I'm in love with my car. The smallest interior details really set this luxury line apart from others. The wood used is gorgeous and held up well. These details really add to the cars comfort. I also like the upgrade rims. They are stunning and add just the right amount of bling and luxe to the car. Other upgrades include navigation which we passed on.

There was a large selection, many colors and varieties and it was easy to find the one I wanted. The car looked new and was a sleek model. It really reflected the modern vision of what the model should have been and it made me feel elated. Also, the passenger capacity of this car was extremely large. I can fit at least four people in the vehicle and it is great for taking people places. There was a wide variety of upgrade and personalize options that made me proud of my purchase and I was extremely happy with them.

There was an awesome variety of cars to choose from and it made my decision that much harder because they were all so nice. All equipped car with a nice look. Make you feel like a brand new person. The interior was just as amazing. Much nicer than most cars in today's market. The roomy interior and design allows for you to add your own little touch and personalization. When you can fit more than 4 people on a car, that's what you call awesome. Good enough for larger car pools, if you have several children, or just to take a large family on vacation. My needs were fully met.

Full line of sedans, sporty coupes, hybrids and performance vehicles including the IS, GS, LS which are reliable. They look great whether you're going out of the town or to a business meeting and want to make a positive impression. For instance, the IS Turbo has a very aggressive engine that is responsive and sounds great. The seats hug you through the curves. Also, the vehicle comes with the basic amenities that you want in a sports car. You do not buy this vehicle for passenger occupancy but for its high performance and overall driving ability. With that said, I am a good sized man and I fit in the driver's seat comfortably. Overall, I do not have any issues with the vehicle and it's been an awesome experience.

The car is large enough to transport my family when my step kids and nephew visit. I can seat my kids including a car seat comfortably. This is the car we use for family trips.

The dealership I went to had many choice and I was very pleased. I would tell all my friends to go. If I wanted a new car I would go back! The man who sold me my car was very nice and knowledgeable! The car is absolutely flawless and I feel so hot when I drive my car. I loved the look, all the features and all the room my passenger has as well as how roomy the back seat it! I'm always getting compliments how big my car is and I love that! It's important to me to know they are comfortable. Everyone who gets in my car is blown away!! I couldn't be happier! My upgrade package is amazing too! After two years I can upgrade my car and that is important if that's what I feel I need to do!! I just love having the option of being able to upgrade!

2016 Lexus CT 200h - has easy handling, fuel efficiency and hybrid drivetrain. 2016 Lexus ES 300h - a luxury sedan that's safe and stylish. 2016 Lexus GS 200t - nice smooth ride and easy handling, comfortable seating, V-6 powered with all wheel drive. 2016 Lexus GS F - luxury mid-sized sedan and, the car that I purchased, Lexus NX 200t - has a roomy backseat, fuel efficiency and incredible interior. I chose the silver color. I love this crossover SUV because it's roomy and can seat up to five people. The Lexus Enform Remote allows me use my smartphone to unlock doors and start the engine. It has heated side mirrors and a backup camera.

The Lexus vehicles look very professional and you can tell they were made the highest quality materials in the market. The advanced technology features are a big plus that this brand comes with. There's the ones made for families and ones made per individual use of a specific person to use. Depending on your lifestyle, the brand offers what consumers would need the most. It does not provide a lot of passenger capacity but it makes up that with other features that the brand offers in its vehicles overall. I would not advise big families to choose this brand but it is still good. I'm also basically satisfied with the amount of personalization allowed for this brand of vehicle. Just about anything you can imagine changing, this brand allows it to happen easily.

I was only there for the sports coupe but there were plenty of other models available - sedans, SUVs in several price ranges as well as a full range of colors. I bought the SC430 which, among other things, is a hardtop convertible. It was loaded accessory-wise. The saddle leather seats quite plush and the dash appointments extremely handsome. All in all very sporty, yet very rich!

Plus all vehicles fit at least 4. It just depends on your needs. They have an SUV for 8 passengers. You decide if you need to transport that amount of people and want to drive a really big SUV. Lexus has very advanced technology standard in every vehicle. Upgrades are very personal. Full leather wood steering wheel colored rims. Overall pure luxury- easy driving and handling. Incredible safety record great standard technological options. You will be safe and feel safe.

Features can include but are not limited to air-conditioned/heated seats, heated steering wheel, multi-disc CD player, radar controlled cruise control, heads up display, different sound systems, etc. Numerous options to choose from. Different dealerships offer different options, so you will have to check with your local dealership to see what they offer. Some options include gold plated badging, pin stripes, rubber floor mats, hood/front end stone chip protectant, etc. Their SUV's offer plenty of room for passengers with ample leg and head space. Their larger sedans also offer plenty of room for passengers. Their smaller sedans and sport cars don't have as much room but are still comfortable.

The Lexus brand appearance is sharp and sporty and very well defined. The car is very simple, easy to customize, and there is a wide range of quality options. It has awesome high technology features too. The passenger capacity is highly acceptable and the room and comfort is amazing. Very quiet smooth ride that easily seats my family. They are suitable for all household size. I would definitely want to recommend the variety that is currently offered in the new Lexus vehicles.

I loved my Lexus. They have many different models for many types of people. I needed one to fit my family, and it works well for us. The Lexus was easy to clean. It was very sleek and even though it was older, it still managed to always have a new appearance. The passenger capacity fit all five of my family members. My children were not squished and sat very comfortably even with their car seats and booster seats. Very luxurious car. I have had many people compliment my car. I have not upgraded yet, but I am now looking to buy a new Lexus with new features. I will find out more features from the dealership. I can't wait for the new technologies they have put into such a great car. We are now selling this model, but we will be looking for another Lexus.

Lovely company. They really did help me out with all the bills and paper work. I bought all in cash so that I won't have to pay more in the future. The sales man were pretty cool. I thought they'd be a lil too much or too forceful. Also, interior was clean, looked brand new, no miles in the car. Oh man the outside was clean, no scratches nor dents. Badass car. This time they really did over the limit. I'm one happy customer with my Lexus. Couldn't ask for more. I love the car. Best choose I've ever done.

We bought a RX 330 that is fast and reliable. The technology package is state of the art with everything you can dream of. The car is very luxurious and comfortable too. The appearance is sports utility vehicle savvy and sleek with and a little style, bit of sexy in it. It fits my needs with style and is one of a kind. The inside is spacious and fits the whole family including a dog or two. It is very roomy and comfortable. Their technology package is out of this world. It is suited for every age, and is a perfect family car for all ages. I would definitely recommend this car for anybody looking for beyond luxury at an affordable price.

We have used Lexus cars and RX crossover and prefer the cars as there is a blind spot in the crossover and not a good ride as the cars are easier to handle and park. I like the look of cars better but bought the crossover as thought we would have more storage room but not much difference so a bit disappointed in that. We didn't realize that we didn't have the built in navigation system when we bought the vehicle but we do like the backup notification that you can see behind you until it bings. The RX holds five quite comfortably and a little more roomy than a car and like the bucket seats so convenient when we have other to drive somewhere.

I loved my Lex. It never let me down. There are lots of options with this brand of car from family cars to SUV's. It's very reliable and trustworthy. I know when I put my grandkids in my car, they are safe. Lexus offers sleek aerodynamic designs. A spacious comfortable interior is important to me, and I've always had the passenger and trunk space I need when traveling. I bought my car used, so I'm not sure about the upgrade and personalization options available through Lexus. I do have friends who've purchased new however, and they never had any complaints. My Lexus has a very spacious interior. I never have any problem taking my grandkids and all of their necessities in my car. Everything fits perfectly with room to spare.

I really like the Lexus GS. It's a looker and has a sporting style, security and a cool 12.3 inch multimedia display. Also, full screen navigation. Love the surround sound. Sport look for anyone that like race car. Very stylish and enough room to enjoy. You can fit 4 comfortable. Your passengers will ride In luxury and in style. Trim in leather. Car has anything. Not much more you can upgrade, but I would like a sunroof.

You can always spot a Lexus. They're sleek, stylish, fully luxurious and they're desired. It has modern features, has a streamlined body and it's very beautiful. There are so many options, too. Sedans, SUVs, convertibles, they literally have everything you could want. You can get leather seats, custom colors and custom paint jobs if you desire. You can also get fuel economy features, and some awesome entertainment options if you're into that. Bluetooth equipped so you can connect your mobile device for hands-free operation. In addition, you can have as many as five or six passengers depending on the model. If you need more capacity, there are SUV options to suit your needs. A full sized sedan also has ample seating and you're never going to feel claustrophobic. If you're looking for affordable luxury, Lexus is the right choice.

Lexus has a wide variety of models. I picked the IS 250 mainly because it is one of the more affordable models. However the es350 is super crazy ridiculous nice. I do recommend this vehicle because the features are very nice and very high-quality. The passenger seats five, the backseat is extremely small in the 250 and that sucks because that's what I got. But they are very credible and customizable depending on your budget. Naturally it does cost but it's worth every penny because you get what you want. It is the best riding car around.

It has a space big enough for enough people if you are trying to travel in a group to carpool or to just take family on a trip with you. There is a good amount of storage also.

Highly appreciate the best car on the market. Very classic car. Great for a passenger. Nice color. Mine was a white touch. Features are top: steering wheel, nice stereo with Bluetooth. Enabled tires are good for any type of weather. Plus nice seat covers. Love the decor. They are the warmest seats ever. The car only has one flaw: needed my blue color in stock. But still, I highly recommend them.

I got the basic model that cost me 35 grand which was under my budget so I was happy about it. And it runs very well with minimal repairs. Color is gray so it does not get dirty easily. It looks very cool and all my friends wish they had the same one and they all love to take a ride with me. Capacity is great since it meets my needs. I usually travel with 3 other people but sometimes 4 so it fits 5 and enough room for luggage and food. No need to upgrade or personalization. I am perfectly happy.

Lexus has a broad range of varieties to choose from. Personally I like the 430. It's very roomy, gets around to notice and stop it and it's a beautiful vehicle. The interior is leather, has Bluetooth that Parks itself and the maintenance minimum XM Satellite Radio, heated seats, adjustable steering column and also GPS. And it also has a wonderful moon roof.

I love Lexus' line of models, mainly the cars but would really like to see a sportier van or SUV option for us moms on the go, maybe have some options for electronic device storage for all the passengers. I would love to see a wine bottle storage compartment added in as an option when us adults want to go on a night camping trip too. Keep the luxury, keep the excellent quality but amp up the capacity and horsepower.

The Lexus has some very good features that many people will enjoy. The appearance looks super good and neat. Plenty of family and friends love the appearance of the car. There's not much else that needs to be done with this brand because it's good just how it is. This car is perfect the way that it already is and the upgrades of this car compared to others are amazing. It has many different thing that other cars do not have and it's really wonderful how nice this car actually is. Also, the amount of people you can fit in this car is normally like any other car. Overall it was a win and I love this car! I would suggest this to anyone who likes luxury cars because this is how this car is. :)

There were three different models to choose from for this particular make. We decided to go with the second best model because it included the options that we wanted. The exterior is sleek with sharp lines and soft contours. The interior is also sleek. I like the sound system and the navigation system. With our particular model, we decided that we wanted to upgrade a couple of options, particularly the sound and navigation systems. We also decided on the premier leather seats. In addition, we are able to comfortably seat five adults. The capacity was one of our major concerns when purchasing a new car. This model definitely fits our needs.

This car (Lexus ES 330) is very good now and has served me well. I have had it new since 2004 and still running like a champ. I have liked this car from the beginning and still do. Its design is not too over the top and there's not a lot of extra bells and whistles. Just enough of a design to keep it simple yet it works. I don't need all the extras, I just need basic transportation and most of all safety is the biggest plus in any car. I believe in safety first and foremost. This car being 12 years old still has some of the goodies. It has the sun/moonroof, lots of airbags and antenna in the window vs. actual antenna that you see on cars. It's a 5 passenger car and has great sound from the stereo and many speakers too. It also has leather seats heated for your comfort, dual thermostat for the heater or air conditioner and lots of trunk space you can open from the inside of the car.

The Lexus RX is the most luxurious car I've ever driven. I'm always complimented about it and the interior is just stunning. And for 40,000 dollars it was definitely a steal and completely worth it. Driving it is smooth and the ride is quiet. The acceleration in 5 seconds took me by surprise. The Lexus RX's can typically hold 6 people. It would be suitable for a small family. If you have a bigger family, Lexus can still hook you up with the GS and the LX etc. I got it in a nice silver color and I always get the urge to wash it (to preserve its beauty). The seats are in great shape, and I find it so amazing that minimal additions and changes could transform it that great. You can customize the interior, exterior and wheels. It's like picking the toppings to add on your perfectly nice fro-yo - it's not necessary, but it's better - and then you eat it (drive it) and feel content afterwards.

Quality materials and the designs are totally different from most vehicles. Features everything you want and more in a vehicle such as navigation systems, park assist, blind spot feature, leather seats etc... Comes with all the latest features and the value of all these features is a good vehicle for the money and outperforms most others in its category. It gets better and better. Great car with good gas mileage and built to last.

I love my backup camera and my warning sensor in case I'm close to hitting something. As far as I know they offer any upgrade you would want. You can literally customize anything. You can pick the color of seating, flooring. You can even customize driver preference for the driver's side car which has 2 buttons that you can program for 2 drivers. So, it's extra convenient.

More great affordable options than other vehicles would have or offer. Plus passenger capacity is great and outstanding. Also very trustworthy and stands behind their words and promises to their customers and company. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a great car.

Lexus offers something such as a map and it also offers a useful something that makes sure you don't bump into anything. It's also helpful when you're lost and has many stuff. I'm satisfied because it looks great to me with painted red and with the map and controls, with a safety system for getting in and out of a parking spot. There is enough capacity to seat 5 people so I'm happy with that and also has an opening in the middle back seat to store something.

I looked through all the models Lexus offered and they have a model for everyone. Soccer mom, cowboy, surfer, or banker. That tells you that Lexus pays attention. I get enjoyment out of my driving experience. The Lexus brand allows you to personalize your car to a great degree. I was able to get all of the features I desired and it was still reasonably priced. People ask me constantly about the features and I tell them "you can get it how you like it." When you see my Lexus you know that it's a Lexus. From its beautiful exterior lines to its supple leather interior it's just a beautiful machine. It has a powerful reliable engine, and wonderful safety features. My Lexus IS very roomy as I'm six foot one inches tall and I sit comfortably with three other passengers with plenty of room for more people. I also have plenty of trunk space.

Lexus has very premium and great interior with modern technology embedded with it. It has good engine system and reliable system with cut edge technology which is good for everyone. It also has nice sleek model with iron mesh and grand beautiful color with hand crafted Italian leather finish with good interior as well as exterior. It's easy to upgrade to any other premium line and it's not much of the expensive or add upon any other features inside or out. It's big enough for as much as 6 people with huge capacity for people as well as the cargo and it's useful for all the passengers in future also. So far, I've never encountered any problems.
