I flew to Florida on 07/17/2025 to purchase a 2021 Coachmen Nova. The salesman, Johnathan ** and I communicated for two weeks prior to this purchase process. There were items that needed to be fixed and upon arrival, these were not. They claimed they would not have received the items on time and they don't make the rear screen door anymore for the unit (NOT TRUE). The rear screen door is still being manufactured, it was just the color that was the issue. They order the due bill parts (read screen door and the "Lagun table - more on that) on 07/30 - over two weeks past the date of sale. They claimed it would take weeks to get the parts. Confirmation from Coachman showed they received the items on 08/07. The parts sat for two week until I called on 08/17 and inquired as to why this was not sent to me.
When I received the due bill items, there were issues. 1. The screen door had no instruction for install, no screws and no metal plates so the magnetic strip on the bottom of the screen would keep the door down. 2. The Lagun table - they only sent me the TOP of the table. They didn't sent the framework the table top is supposed to sit on. Now they claim they never said they would send the whole thing. WTH!! I have called multiple times to speak with someone - Jessica never picks up the phone, Eric needs something as he is never nice and acts like he can't be bothered to do his job. Tony the service parts manager is not much better. The attitude of the support staff is horrendous. Juana was the most helpful but still sounds like she needs a vacation. Johnathan has not been much help after the sale - just sends emails or says he has communicated.
I was sold an extended warranty but looking at other complaints, I swear, if this warranty is useless as I live in Texas I will seek legal assistance. I am sending my complaints anywhere I think will help my cause and others but I don't think it will help. Stay away from this dealership. They don't care. They simply do not care. It took them a month to refund me $200 for my trip which they promised during the sales process and then tried to renege on that. I finally got that check a month later after the sale. I wonder if they would treat family members this way. My problems seem minor compared to other but it's still problems that need to be addressed. I'm still waiting on the resolution to my table issue. I don't think I'm going to get one and it's sad because I thought this salesman was honest (now I'm doubting that trust).

Lied about the price. We found out... Said coach was inspected. Had independent inspection. Lied about the condition of the coach. Tried to hide serious electrical issues!! Been a month. Still waiting on deposit back!!

We purchased a 5th wheel 3 months ago. The slides do not work. We have taken it to the service department, which has had it for over a month, and it is still not fixed. I think we got scammed. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

HAD I ONLY READ REVIEWS FIRST!!!! I bought an RV on my recent visit to Tucson. Had to arrange the financing so scheduled a trip back the next week. Inspections on the vehicle were NOT done prior to my pickup. I was there ALL day for them to do the inspection, found out that the batteries were the problem. They literally asked me if I wanted to sleep in the RV in their lot cause it had to be plugged in all weekend. They literally had to pay for me to stay in a cabin at the KOA because the RV was to have been my lodging for the weekend.
On Monday morn, they said it wouldn't be ready till after noon. I finally got out of the dealership around 2:30 AFTER I had to remind them that they hadn't fixed the exterior scratches nor had they topped off the fuels. It was a long 5 hour drive home, thru Phoenix traffic. The next day, it became obvious that they had NOT detailed the interior of the vehicle as was promised. One of drawer slides is broken. Unless I was willing to spend a day of my life driving back down to the dealership, they were not willing to pay for me to get it detailed here at home.

We purchased a Winnebago View from Cameron Snyder in early March. Cameron was so responsive to all our questions. Regardless of the time of day or if it was his days off, he quickly responded to our texts and followed up on our questions. We were exporting this unit to Canada. Malisah ** looked after all our pre-delivery paperwork including outstanding recalls. Malisah was aware of our timeline for exporting and kept us up to date on the work. She ensured we had all the paperwork necessary to cross the border.
The other person we were in contact with quite a bit was Lori **. She looked after the sale and title. As with Cameron and Malisah, Lori responded quickly to our calls and ensured all the paperwork was complete and ready for delivery as requested. Overall we were really happy with how we were treated with all the La Mesa staff in the Mesa location. We felt valued as customers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this RV dealer to others. We were concerned when we read so made negative reviews, and this was just the opposite of what we experienced. Thank you all for the great customer service - Joan & Jim

Desiree did an excellent job communicating and taking care of our problem. She went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed. We only had one day to get our work done and she squeezed us in in record time. She was very professional, and our work was done at a reasonable price. We had some wind damage from Ardmore, Oklahoma to Amarillo, Texas, and from Amarillo, Texas to Albuquerque, New Mexico. La Mesa RV Rocks!

I purchased a used Coachman from this company in March 2024. I should have walked away after they made me wait for 3 hours past my walk through. But I had to get to a parent that only had weeks to live. So I figured I would deal with what happens being it was a 2018 with around 4000 miles. Well after I left, a month goes by and I call to find out where my plate is and info from the bank to make my payment. I was told they had to redo the paperwork. It was all messed up. They also added warranties that I did not need as well. The finance manager said the bank required them and it covers the RV and tires. Total cost was around $12,000. Come to find out it won’t cover all that has gone wrong since.
Some things I have repaired that cost around $2000 so far. Still the AC and heat pump are not working. Est to fix $2700. Water leaks on throughout the RV. Hot water was fixed once so far for $740. Kitchen sink is loose and faucet is stiff and hard to move. Gas furnace, only 3 of the 6 vents blow hot air. I fixed the slides myself, parts $300.
One morning I was going to go on a trip and the RV would not start. The code was the ignition switch. The mechanic took the dash apart to replace it and there was water all under the dash. The medal under the dash is all rusted. He replaced the part but still it won’t start. He thinks being wet there may be a short somewhere. They are working on that now. Not sure how much more this is going to cost me. I wish I saw these reviews before I made my purchase. I have reached out to my salesman and for the roof leak he sent me a link for flex seal. I am 1600 miles away from where they are located and now that it is not running I am stuck here until they figure it out. I have tried to upload pics but the files are too big.

I was made an offer by La Mesa RV in Sanford Florida and after they physically saw the RV. We agreed on price and I sent them the paperwork they needed to get started. They called me after a few days and said they were backing out of the original offer and offered me much less for the RV. I made the mistake of telling him my spouse had Alzheimer’s and was selling because we could not use. This is why people can’t trust what La Mesa says. Make sure you get it in writing.

Excellent service! Shane did a great job in getting a warranty-item taken care of. On some other repair items, he gave us more than we expected. Our Tech, Jose **, did a great job fixing odds and ends for which we had brought in the RV. Whenever we need future service - there's only one place to go - La Mesa, in Davis! They made us happy!
People who complain seem to be those who expect repairs to be done in an hour, or one day. Come on folks, especially since C-19, when RVs had a lot of flaws, all repairs shops are booked for several days, to weeks, in advance. Don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. If the dealer isn't rushed, they can do a much better job, fixing or servicing your RV. On our last RV, we spent 11 days at Tiffin, in Red Bay, AL. Everyone has considerable wait times; and don't forget, it takes time to order parts.

I recently purchased a RV from La Mesa in Sanford FL and got the price I wanted however there were deceptive costs added to the final price without my knowledge. While I reviewed warranties and discussed the possibilities, I was not aware that I was purchasing warranties in the deal. I specifically agreed that I would pay cash for taxes and warranties outside of the loan but the finance person rolled about twenty one thousand dollar into the loan I was not aware of. He also sold me a paint protection in this contract at $4500 dollars that had already been applied. After I signed the paperwork, I walk out to the coach and there men out wiping off the van and I asked what they were doing and they said they were applying the protection but pointed out that this had already done because there was a sticker on the passenger side showing it was already applied and he said I should not have to pay for it again, to talk to my salesperson.
I experienced deceptive practices at La Mesa RV. I am senior and also a disable veteran. I believe this to be shameful that a dealer like this continues to steal money from its customers in this deceptive way. Additionally, I am a disabled veteran and being 100% disabled, get special plates for my vehicle. I told them that I had a previous plate and explained the process for getting the plate but they ignored me and charged me fee for plates that should not have been charged. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from the state with the help of the DMV. Because I should have never paid for the plate, the DMV had to charge me a transfer tag fee of $36 to get the disabled plate to replace the one they charged me for. I paid a charge to La Mesa for this service that I ended up spending hours at the DMV to get this straightened out.

If you buy a unit from this company you will be on your own when you drive off the lot. Worse yet, if you buy a used unit they will intentionally hide any problems it may have so you need to pay the $1,000 or so to hire an inspector. After purchasing a used 2022 Winnebago Navion from the Port Saint Lucie, FL location we discovered hidden damage that I had specifically asked about and was lied to. Our service advisor Mike ** refuses to return my numerous calls and voicemails.

Should have read these reviews before purchasing from La Mesa! They are predators. I had such a hard time with me scams trying to buy privately that I got sucked in, sales person convincing me it was the rv for me and talking me into a loan that I couldn't afford. Their supposed orientation was useless, the blinds were too tight to raise and the driver's seat would not move. No one fixed them, I'm 70 and had forgotten until I went to drive out and I couldn't move the seat. It was closing time so they said, just put some WD40 on it! I tried to no avail. I called and begged them to fix these two little things that would cost them nothing but would be very difficult for me, they said no way, no compassion whatsoever. Yes, it was bad judgment. I didn't really like the rv that much, but was stuck there without a ride. I just wanted a little help feeling better about the purchase and they couldn't even do that.

Purchased a brand-new Accolade XL from the dealer in Fort Lauderdale, La Mesa RV. 2650 Bridge Way, Davie, FL 33314. We flew in on Saturday 12/7/24 They picked us up, after A very quick orientation we went to the finance department to sign the paperwork, well they kept stalling us like we were on let's make a deal, we were trying to get out before dark because we had 1400 miles to drive to get home, this was like a time share program where you can't leave until you buy the warranty, well while the finance person was playing games I went out to ask the orientation person to please empty the grey tank.
As he was exiting the building he clipped the rear air conditioner with the doorway. The rear section of the air conditioner was pointing up in the air, he climbed up on top and shoved it back together, on the way home we tried to turn it back on and nothing happened. Contacted them while on the road and they said they would take care or it. Now they are telling me it needs to come from Jayco and is on backorder for 3 weeks. You can get the same air conditioner on Amazon in 2 days.
When we were 2 blocks from the dealership the power steering was making a terrible noise, when I finally found a place to pull off the turnpike I opened the hood and there was almost no power steering fluid in the reservoir, we finally found a store that sold the correct fluid and filled it up. The noise stopped but checking along the way we put 2 quarts in to get home. They still owe me the 5 thousand dollar deposit that they are not giving back, I have filed a reversal with the back, still waiting, when you call it seems no one care any more, after you sign the papers you are on your own. Bought a 2023 Fleetwood La Mesa Albuquerque. Worst experience from sales to service. The rv caught fire while in La Mesa’s possession. They couldn’t repair a fleetwood. We had to deal with the manufacturer. La Mesa is incompetent. Rude and I think the worst dealership in the United States. Go anywhere else. They should charge their name to La Mess-a.

Do not buy an RV through this company. They are the ABSOLUTE worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is the worst and Management is even worse. We bought what was supposedly a brand-new unit. A 2024 Quantum KW29 Thor coach. Sales lied to us from the beginning telling us it had features that it did not have. They told us they would clean it before we picked it up, they did not. They smile in your face until you sign and then they go ghost. Andrew and Dallas from La Mesa Port St Lucie have never ONCE called us back.
Kelly in service when we were expressing our concerns and that we were not keeping the RV told us “You signed for it already”. That was after having it less than one week! We have showed up and called and left messages several times. The unit has 51 things wrong with it, it’s BRAND NEW!! Have you ever heard of such a thing?!! Well it’s true so please do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY!! We are hard-working people that work hard and we just wanted to start enjoying some time away from work. We planned a week off right after we got the RV before realizing all the issues, well we lost that time and a lot of money.
We have had now for a month and had it back in there a week after. The service department does not fix things properly. We got it back and a few things they fixed was done so crappy and unprofessional that you’d be shocked if you seen the end result. Finally, after 3 weeks of silence and numerous phone calls and visits to LA MESA PORT ST LUCIE, we got in contact with the manufacturer. We have since hired an attorney and contacted their counsel only to be told that they will not be taking the RV back that we signed stating they are not responsible. This is insane and once again the customer service is HORRIBLE! But they have had it on their lot for an entire year prior to selling it to us, we found out and NEVER serviced it. They will take your money happily, please be aware. You have been warned. Save yourself and run the other way!

I bought a Thor Ram Promaster 2022 Sequence because I was told how great the Relion lithium battery was. I had problems over and over with my electrical only to find out it was the lithium battery. Relion has currently stopped selling these batteries because of "a quality control" issue. I have a warranty on this but Lamesa & Relion cannot come up with a solution. I waited 2 months to get my RV in and it has been in the shop for over a month. All I get for my questions is they still do not know what to do. I am furious with not being able to use my RV and with the company giving me no answer as to how they will fix it.

Our experience was overall disorganized and lacked in follow through. We had 4 different sales reps., most of them did not know their product (RVs) and were complacent. We were told by sales that the entire RV would be gone through and repairs would be made. Never happened and they had the RV for over a month. We hired an outside inspection as we lost confidence in La Mesa RV. The orientation was done by a Tech. That had only done one other orientation, he did the best of any person we interacted with. When he was done we were told nothing. We had no idea that we were supposed to talk to anyone else. Oh by the way all the items we talk about 1 month prior were not done nor were any repair parts order. Now they are 30 days out.
We asked our orientation tech to have Maliseh call us. We received a call from a sales rep, claiming to be the General Manager. On that call we were threatened 4 times if we did not come back and take our RV that day it would be put up for sale and sold. He was a jerk and unprofessional. We set up the orientation over a week before. Maliseh, front desk at delivery, and trained orientation tech were all off that day. Paperwork had wrong address on it for warranties. I went from so happy to upset and stressed out. This was a terrible experience. Finance guy was ok, Cameron and was actually apologetic and amazingly. This branch of La Mesa RV needs help in being truthful and needs to get organized. I will be posting my experience on websites to advise potential RV buyers to be aware of issues at this location.

I purchased a 2023 Entegra Odyssey 24B motorhome from La Mesa RV in Albuquerque in June 2023. Within a few months after purchasing, I already had a long list of quality issues with the motorhome such as the shower drain leaking from the very first trip, the door not properly closing due to misalignment, shower door latches breaking, heater not working, etc. The worst of the issues was the slide getting stuck every time I tried to put it out so that it had to be retracted and extended multiple times so that it would finally fully extend. This issue was from the very first trip. When I brought it back to La Mesa RV in Albuquerque prior to the 1 year warranty expiring, they told me that the slide had to be extended with the generator on and could not operate properly off of just the two house batteries. This was odd since every RV they showed me before I purchased mine they extended the slides from the batteries only.
Regardless, after having my motorhome for nearly 5 weeks to fix the latch on the shower door and charging me for the inspection on the slide, the slide continued to require multiple attempts before extending fully, just as before and while using the generator. After 3 uses during the summer of 2024, the slide will now not extend at all. I have recently contacted La Mesa service department and they say that it is now beyond the initial 1 year warranty so any repairs will be at my cost, even though they did nothing to fix the original problem with the slide in February 2024.

BUYER BEWARE...looks like this is a growing trend at LaMesa RV in Ft Myers. They sold me a smashed-up AC on my NEW 2024 RV, decided to cover it up and put a new shroud on it and then turnaround and blame me!! Jessica the service advisor is NASTY and Condescending. Mark the service manager tried to blame me and did not want to take care of the damaged AC they sold me. Looks like we are heading to court. You do not sell someone a NEW RV with damaged goods and then blame the buyer. As many are stating I would stay very far away.
They also never did fix correctly my other things that were damaged. It also took 2 months to get my RV registered. The owner should be proud of his failures at this location. FIRE the entire staff and hire someone that cares or it could all be from the top. If you want to buy a RV, try Lazydays or North Trail RV...stay away from LaMesa.

All I can say is DON'T BUY AN RV FROM THIS COMPANY! Service Dept is horrendous and to be nice let's just say arrogant, incompetent, nasty and I could go on. The wait for service is disgusting! They make you drive there, look at it (if you're lucky) and then schedule you months out for the warranty repair and when they do it... it's not repaired!! Disgusting company and I wish I spent the time to read all the negative reviews for this company before I purchased a motor home from them.

BUYER BEWARE. Found and agreed to a price on a new RV and put my deposit down. All good. They came back 4 days later and said the bank wanted 8k more down. I wasn't willing to do that so I said no thanks and they said, "We will send your deposit back." THREE MONTHS LATER and only after getting my attorney involved did I get the money back. Numerous calls and promises later. They're either crooks or clowns. Either way the owner should be embarrassed! No apology, no explanation, nothing. Stay clear of these scumbags.

Ordered a new Motor home from La Mesa. Paid Deposit and signed all the paperwork. Sold my existing Rv privately in Reliance. When motor home came in they said the purchase agreement was not binding on them-only a possible deal and they sold it to out of state buyer for $20,000 more. All vacation plans ruined. Confirms all the negative reviews. BUYER BEWARE WITH LA MESA!!!

Before you buy bring an inspector, don't put your signature on any documents before read everything, my motorhome I was told wasn't at the Ft. Myer dealer during Hurricane IAN and just today the dealer attorney give me a day of arrival of the unit to Ft Myer September 9. Ian pass September 28, she claim that all defective issues are from the manufacture. The motorhome has been 3 times for multiples repairs. Don't buy from La Mesa, cheap price good deal? The deal is a nightmare later on.

Purchased a 2023 Thor Tellaro 20L-T-L from La Mesa RV Port St Lucie a little over 30-days ago. Two days after driving off the lot experienced a Check Engine Light which the Sales Rep treated as no big deal! A week later experienced a engine shutdown while driving on the highway and since then, three more shutdowns and a roof leak, all within the first 30 days! Van is currently inoperable and sitting at a Dodge Dealer as they continue to troubleshoot the problems. Dealer discovered 35 stored error codes and water coming from the windshield camera system with water running down the inside of the windshield and pooling on the top of the dashboard. The Sales Rep continues to treat this as no big deal and suggesting that I work it out! La Mesa appears to be ignoring the serious nature of what I am dealing with as management has not called to discuss after repeated requests. In addition, I emailed customer service and so far, "crickets"!

Just spent nearly 100k on a used Navion 24G. Did not need their financing but forced to sign purchase in that department. The finance department was dishonest before purchase stating I would have all paperwork at purchase to drive home and register at DMV. Nope. The dealership hasn’t paid off the coach so I have to wait for title to be mailed in 4-6 WEEKS.
The coach has not had an oil change since January of 2020 and didn’t find out until I’d driven a few hundred miles. The DEF tank was not only empty but was stuck and could not be opened to refill on the road home. Awning is full of black mold and they had nothing to clean it with. Required fee of $995 was supposed to be for a detailed walk through with instructions on how everything functioned. Information was incorrect on several things. Told that AquaGo functions on both electric and propane. It does not. Same for tank heaters. Told the DEF tank was full. Nope. If you’re buying new, no problem. A disreputable dealer is overcome by your warranty for the most part. If you’re buying used—this coach had 11k miles—don’t buy from this dealer. Keep looking until you find something similar for sale elsewhere.

Do not buy from these people. We purchased a 2022 Fleetwood Bounder RV 5/2022, took it out two times and the second time it flooded from the cheap part connecting the tube on the back of the toilet. The insurance warranty was garbage as they wanted it to be towed to fix it when we got to the RV park in Newport Beach when all we needed was a tech to come out to fix it. We had to pay a tech out of our own pocket to deal with it as we would of had no place to stay. The warranty was crap.
The cabinets buckled with water damage, etc. This was in July 2022. They got us in to their repair 8/9/22 as they were booked, Parts didn't come 'til Oct 2022, when they realized our catalytic converter was stolen on their repair lot, they were uncooperative in making it a priority to replace. Had to hire a lemon law attorney 1/23 to deal with them, they stopped work. They didn't care that we have been paying $1,500 a month on paying for it and another $250 a month on insurance now for over a year, being that it's 10/18/23 and our attorney is still dealing with them. We had to cancel our camping trips we paid for and it's been a huge mess. Zero consideration for us the customer from the dealer and the manufacturer.

I bought a 2022 Entegra Vision RV from La Mesa RV brand new back in 2021. I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience with minor to more extensive repairs needed on the RV since I purchased it. The service department has ordered the wrong parts three times so far, and now that they don’t have a mobile service I’ve had to take my vehicle to the 75 Ave facility to find out that they’ve ordered the wrong part. I now have to wait another eight weeks for the parts to come again. When I called to check on my parts parts, I’m usually told that they will call me when they come in which they seem to be upset because I’m calling. I’ve only called because they are horrible at giving you any update as five weeks can go by and they will never call you to tell you anything.
You would think that they would at least compensate you for your time and fuel in bringing your unit 35 miles for a mistake that they made but of course that’s not the case. As it stands now I’m waiting for two parts that they broke when transporting my vehicle the first time I took it in for service. I would recommend never using this company to anyone that feels or is told by them they are going to have the best service ever. Once the purchase is made, they absolutely turn their backs on you and do not give a second thought to you or your needs when it comes to their product.

We bought a brand new travel trailer from LA Mesa RV. I had heard good things about them and the sales team was great. That's where the good experience stops... We have tried to use the trailer once.. Again only 1 time.. And it doesn't even work properly. Below is the list of issues we have. And their response se is, "We can get you in by Nov 9th. That's all we can do." So basically we bought a trailer from LA Mesa in July and it doesn't work properly from day 1 and the best they will do is Nov to even look at it.
List of problem:
During orientation there was a problem with the battery charging and something was replaced. Since then our battery will not charge it has to be on a generator at all times if we want electricity. – Not acceptable.We feel whatever happened during orientation may have fried the battery. We have brought the battery home from the RV storage and would like a replacement ASAP!
The trailer has drained the battery on our truck and drained the battery on the Generator when they were hooked up and not running.
Why are the solar panels not recharging our battery?
Screen doors are not staying shut they don’t latch into the door frame.
While parked in front of our house hooked up to an Onan 4500 generator, the Air Conditioning shut down and would not come back on that night. It did turn back on the next day. But, has done that 3 more times since then.
In the bedroom the molding on the bedside shelf came off.
The paneling in the shower is bubbling along the wallThe door frame molding on the inside is pulling off the wall.
One of the cabinet doors is crooked above the TV.
The weather stripping on top of the slide comes out with the slide.
