My car picked up on time and it was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Craig and everyone I worked with were professional and nice to work with. I would use eShip again and would highly recommend Craig and this car shipping company.

My experience with eShip went just about as smooth as it could. I requested quotes to transport my wife's car to her mother-in-law in Los Angeles. I had a military move from North Carolina to California. I read reviews about eShip and liked them so I talked to one of their reps and he was pretty nice, personable, jumped on the matter right away, and took control of everything - he was excellent. I felt comfortable with eShip. But according to my aunt and uncle who received the vehicle in California, the carrier driver was very rude. For whatever reason according to him, the dispatcher told him that he was able to download the vehicle right in front of the house, but he was not able to get there. So, he came in with a lot of aggression and disrespected my aunt. Though the driver eventually apologized towards the end of the transaction as all that stuff was not necessary because my aunt was just on the receiving end.

My experience with eShip was great from the beginning. I found their website cool, and easy to navigate. They responded quickly to my request for a quote, and even on the phone, their customer service was perfect. I worked with Craig, who I believe is the owner. I felt like he really took care of me. EShip did a great job with transporting my two cars from GA to PA. When you call us, ask for Craig, who is the owner. He will give you a good price, and work to get the job down quickly if needed. I will continue to use them for all of my needs. I would definitely recommend them!

The trucker from eShip scalped me for an extra 50 bucks but other than that, my experience with them was excellent.

We needed a pickup truck picked from one state and delivered to another state. We read eShip reviews and they had great feedback so we figured we'd stay with someone that was reliable. They gave me one quote but then I became a little bit upset because I did tell them that the truck wasn't running but they changed it on me. Their sales team was knowledgeable and they spoke English, so that was a plus. And the carrier driver was also very accommodating, very helpful, and respectful. He did a nice job getting it off the truck and he had it secured properly on the truck. I recommended eShip to a friend.

eShip were accurate on when they said they would pick up the car. They communicated with me because it was coming in almost two days early. And the driver who dropped off the car is totally cool, showed me all kinds of things on the car that he noted and had me look around at it. It all just worked out. This is the third time I've moved the car and this was my best experience.

We've been driving back and forth to Arizona for about eight years and I don't know why we've never tried eShip before. We had a good experience with them. We were giving our Explorer to our son who lives in Arizona as a wedding present. I talked to Craig and he took my call right away. He was ready to answer my questions. I wanted to know if I could put some bigger pieces of furniture in the car and ship them down with it. He gave me the details and worked that out for me and it worked great.

I needed to transport my two trucks from New Hampshire to Niagara Falls. Having been new to this process, I was skeptical of finding a company that would be reputable. These guy at eShip were great! I definitely recommend them.

I was contacted with a company called AIJ Transport in Boston, and I was already fearful even before they shipped that. I was not gonna be at the destination when the vehicle actually arrived. They said they would leave and lock the car, leave the keys inside and go. That should be fine. The guy who picked up the car has no clue. He can’t speak English. He picked up the car, came here a few days later because he had a vehicle breakdown and dropped the car seven miles away from where he was supposed to drop. Calls me in the middle of the night and said, "Where are you?" I said, "Well, I'm not supposed to be there. Drive the car and go." He was like "Okay, you pay money otherwise, I'll take the car and go to Massachusetts." This was in Boston and I had already paid them the whole thousand dollars by then and I had to give them the receipt and picture to prove that I had paid.

I used eShip to transport my Ford F150 from Texas to Montana. I've used car transport services in the past, and don't usually get the same friendly treatment I got from Craig. He was quick to get me a quote, and more importantly get my truck delivered when I needed it. Thanks again! I'm happy to leave this review for you!

I was moving across the country from Connecticut to the Bay Area in California. Shipping my vehicles was the part of the move that has been a nightmare. I originally set up the shipping of my vehicles through Montway Shipping. I shipped one car seven days early from the pickup time, from my move date, so that there'd be a car waiting for me when the plane landed in California and then I shipped another car the day of moving. Unfortunately, Montway completely failed me on the timing, which was very critical. They were five days late on the first car, so it screwed me up when the plane landed in California because I'd have to rent car and it was very inconvenient. Fortunately, as I was talking to the moving company for my stuff, they told me that they work for Craig, the guy from eShip. They said that Craig was really good and he ships cars. They told me to call Craig and he'll hopefully try to figure out my situation.

eShip did a great job transporting my 2015 Mercedes GLA. Having just bought it, I was nervous about having someone else handling it. Fortunately I picked the right company, and all went well. Their price was fair, but most importantly their customer service was 100%. Special thanks to Craig for handling it for me.

I needed two vehicles in a boat shipped from Massachusetts to Texas. One of the moving companies I quoted recommended eShip. I also saw good reviews about them. The quote they provided was reasonable. The sales team was very courteous and got back to me right away - really good communication. But we ran into a couple of issues where they outsourced a carrier for us and one of the carriers that we had that was going to pick up my stuff had a death in the family so they couldn't do it. But eShip found somebody else to do it about the same time that I needed. They rectified the situation pretty quick which was good. The carrier driver was thorough and they did a good inventory of the vehicles as they received them, looking at different marks and they were very careful as well. We received the vehicles fast with no problems. They really went over and above and changed the meeting address for us so it was good.

My friend knew eShip and gave me their number. I then called them about getting their air freight services. I received my car on time and everything was good except there were some dirt on it. I haven't yet received my furniture and other stuff though.

I was moving across the states (which was a problem) and used eShip to ship my vehicles. I talked with a rep and he gave a particular date for the pick-up of my vehicle. I didn't hear back from anybody the Friday before the pickup date so I had assumed that it would happen sometime in the week after. The carrier driver didn't give me sufficient notice that he was coming to pick up the car on that Sunday. He also said that he would deliver the car within three days in Texas - my tickets going there were seven days later! I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get someone to receive the car. I was not there to pick up and inspect the car. Luckily there was no damage to the car so I did not have to worry about that. A little bit of planning and advance notice would have definitely helped to make this better.

I was relocating from South Florida to New Jersey and I needed to ship my vehicle. My furniture moving company referred eShip and so I tried them. I was given a fair quote for their services, and the sales team were very helpful, precise, and attentive. The carrier driver was very particular about meeting me in a certain place at a certain time, and it was not too flexible on that place, but he was great.

We wanted to ship a non-functioning 1985 Nissan Pulsar for an art project, and we ended up with eShip because I felt like they were more responsive to our sort of specific needs, and also with the customer service we received from them. When I called around for quotes, and figuring out the logistics, it was easier to work with them, and they were able to talk to me about the ease of shipping a non-functioning vehicle. There were a lot limitations, like the vehicle being in the middle of the street in Queens, New York, so it was not easy to ship.

I need to ship my vehicle because I'm moving and since I used eShip last time I chose them again. I took advantage of their free quote. The driver was 20 minutes late but it's fine. My experience with eShip is good.

It was such a fabulous experience with eShip. Things went so well that we have to go back to California, and we'll probably buy a car while we're there and just have it shipped again because it was perfect. Everyone was awesome and communication was perfect. They were so flexible, helpful and easy to deal with. My cash cards were all in my purse which was in my car, and I didn't pay till the last minute. They were completely fine with it and never gave me any hard time.

I was moving from California to New Jersey for work, so I needed to ship my vehicle. I talked to someone who had a good experience with eShip, so I chose them as my transport company as well. They were able to deliver my vehicle in three or four weeks, and everything went extremely smooth.

I moved to Dallas and needed to have my car transported. I googled around until I found review site which turned out to be a gold mine. After going through 3-4 companies, I decided to go with eShip. Their customer service really made me feel comfortable that I was not going to get ripped off. Everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had an SUV which was shipped from New York to North Carolina and I used eShip as my transport company as suggested by my moving company. The sales team told me they’d let me know three or four days in advance when my vehicle would be picked up and it will reach my place in three to four days, and that’s what happened. I also called the carrier to find out when he would deliver and he gave me a window. I called him one more time to get a closer window and he was able to do it. He said he'll deliver between 3 to 7 pm and then I called him around 5 and he said he'd be here within an hour. Everything went smoothly for me.

My husband got a new product in California, so we had to move from Kentucky to California. He took quote from a few transport companies and eShip worked out the best. The sales team were pretty good because they kept us informed all the time when the driver was coming and what was happening. It was a really good experience for us. On the day of the delivery everything went smooth, too. Both of the drivers were very nice. We received both vehicles in four days. We don't have any issues with them and I would recommend them.

I heard that eShip had reliable services so I tried them. I had an issue with the driver on the day of pick up because they said that I would be given a time frame but I never got one, and the driver had to go to Miami to pick my car up and blamed us that we were in Valentine. I called eShip and Craig at their sales team got it all situated and told the carrier driver that he had to wait, and everything ended up fine. I’d recommend eShip.

I needed them picked up and delivered in a rush. I thought that meant I was going to be getting higher than usual quotes, but not with eShip. My stepfather passed away in Tucson and we needed to ship our car over to New York, so I looked at reviews on transport companies over the internet. I decided to go with eShip, and the service that I received from them was excellent compared to other experiences I had with moving cars. I called the number that's on the internet, and Craig answered. He immediately gave me a free quote when I first called, and when I called back to confirm and tell him that I needed to bring it in right away, he instantly let me know that the transportation will be available the following Monday. And that was a Friday, so it was very good.

I was moving from San Diego to Atlanta and I needed to ship my vehicle. A co-worker recommended eShip so I went with them. My quote ended going up because in the summer months, the prices go up. It was a little different when my final price came along. I worked with Craig and he set up the whole transportation. He was super accessible and very responsive. My car was delivered several days earlier than expected which normally would be fine, but it was a problem for me since we had to pick a new spot to deliver and the street I had given was not reasonable for a giant truck to come down. EShip’s rep called me up and we had to raise the price to get my package moving and my car came half a day late. I was expecting the carrier driver on a Friday night and they got here Saturday before noon. Overall, it was an average experience.

Fair is how I would summarize my overall experience with eShip. The truck broke down twice, it took an extra week to get here. But that's something unforeseen, it was really no one's fault. I wasn't really too concerned about it. At the end of the day, the truck got here in one piece and we're happy.

I got a relocation due to my job transfer and needed to ship my vehicle, so I went online and I found good ratings for eShip so I selected them to do the job. I was given a reasonable quote and the sales team described everything to me, however I think there is only one agent who is picking up the call, so sometimes if he’s busy it takes time to reach him, but it’s not a big deal. Regarding the pick-up and delivery, both were on time, and I’m completely satisfied with the way the carrier driver handled my car. I’d recommend eShip to anyone.

Outstanding service. Called Monday night to ship a truck from Nebr to Ga. Truck was picked up on Tues morning and delivered to Ga on Friday. Would have been Thur, but the driver blew a rear tire on delivery truck and it took longer than expected for the repairs. The one thing I was little disappointed was they hauled my truck with 20 year old Ford F 350 that look like it had seen its better days. The driver was friendly and on time for both pickup and delivery. The price was right. $850, just what I was quoted. They are a fair and honest company that will deliver.

I still went with them even though other companies quoted me couple of hundred dollars less. After sifting through the mountain of emails and phone calls it looked to me like eShip best combined price and reputation. Well, I started to get nervous when I got all the emails saying the cheap ones will bait and switch you and at some point get a credit card and basically hold you hostage. However, that never really happened. It didn't go as smoothly as I hoped (mostly my fault) but it went very well and it happened quickly. Once I committed it was on a truck in a matter of hours. I don't know if that is typical or not but it was my experience. Marc Anthony did a good job and didn't screw around. As soon as I had a job for him he had a truck. Thanks.

This was my first and only time shipping my car. I saw the great reviews for eShip and I was sold! I visited their website and completed their quick online form. An hour later I had my quote. I really liked how he wrote down all the details in that quote; everything I needed to know in one email! Quick response. Overall, I had a great experience with eShip. There was great communication throughout, and everything was done in a timely manner.

The entire process was easy and worked seamlessly. Pickup and delivery were both ahead of schedule. I would recommend if you need to transfer a vehicle. This auto transfer was from Laramie Wyoming to Galesburg Illinois.

EShip recently transported my vehicle from NY down to Miami, FL. They were referred to me by my moving company. Just to make sure I was covering my basis, I received three other quotes. They were all approximately the same price, although eShip was slightly less. What sold me on them is the customer service I received while preparing for the transport. There are uncountable companies out there willing to transport your car. I went with eship as Craig agreed to pick my car any time/date before 26th June and drop off any time or date after that date. As my plans were to travel with family on 26th. And I didn't have anyone who could take care of my car once I leave. Unfortunately, no one showed up until 27th June to pick my car. It was intense mental torture to find someone who could hand over my car to an unknown person (eship hired someone else to do job). I was moving with 3 little ones, stayed in hotel an extra day as all my stuff was shipped on 25th (costed extra $110). A friend's wife was kind enough to helped me hand over the car.

Picked up and delivered on the days agreed without damage. The driver even delivered 9 pm, a day early to save us both hassle the next day. All you could ask for.

This is the 2nd time I am moving my car with eShip auto. Craig is a genius and always helps to make the best way out so that the customer is happy and the car is picked up on the correct date and delivered on exact time boundary promised. I have already referred Craig to most of my colleagues in the company I work with. Peace of mind and no price difference from the committed price is what I liked the most.
