Good morning. Yesterday I was in your place trying to buy that Ford 350 2014 extended van. Something is bothering me now about transactions and wasn't accurate. We got almost finish transactions till I mentioned salesman that air conditioner not working properly. Then salesman said that he make mistake and he think that he selling that worthless 2011 Ford 250. That wasn't truth because I can do math.

I like to pay $ 300 cash and 48 months $250 payments. If you count that then coming to 15,000 what is accurate for price of Ford E 350 which was at price of $ 13,700 or so. Then from where salesman take those numbers if you said that he made mistake and counting for Ford E 250 2011 which was at $7,500? That is a totally nonsense at all. How is possible if I was ready to pay 3000 then from 7500 was left 4,500. Then how he told me that he think that he selling for me that Ford 2011 instead of 2014? What? Van with price 7500 selling to me for 15 K.? Looks for me clear.

This nice man don't have knowledge how to be salesman. I was very sad that this young man that was looking friendly and nice in reality just lied to me. 1. He lied to me that he made mistake. 2. He lied to me about financial because That Ford E-350 price is 13,750 and he hide that and trying sell for 15,790. 3 He lied me that Van don't have any issue but I found out that AC not working. My recommendation. Be honest with customers, stop lying, respect customers' time. You should give me discount for cost of repair ac and you can have a good reputation. Unfortunately I have to warning people at social media to avoid coming to your place because under welcome your dealership hide not acceptable lies.

I was initially pleased with the vehicle, but they sold me a LEMON! When I first got the vehicle, the clock was not working, and the gas door would not close properly. I called and spoke with the salesperson at DriveTime, who told me to have the vehicle placed on a diagnostic machine. We were only talking about the gas door and the clock at this point. Shortly after, I noticed something hanging from my truck. I took it to two different places, where I was told it was the water guard. They advised me to call the dealership to have it replaced, which I did. However, I was told I didn’t need the part. They informed me that they didn’t have the part but recommended I take it to a nearby shop to fix it cheaply. This all happened within my 30-day warranty period. The claim that I was asked for pictures is false was never asked for anything. Instead, I was brushed off and directed to a no-name shop because DriveTime did not want to fix the issue!

Additionally, the wrong tires were installed on my truck. I was told the tires were brand new, yet I ended up with three flat tires that blew out on the freeway, putting my life in danger. I had no choice but to pay for new tires myself. They would rather I would have driven on the rims or died. I was not offered any reimbursement. Instead, I was told that an investigation would be conducted with no guarantee of approval.

The bottom line is that the tires provided were too small for the truck, which jeopardized my safety. DriveTime responded that they cannot offer reimbursement which I told them was unacceptable. If I had died on the freeway because of your negligence, then what? I told them that i8 thought this was a reputable company to purchase a car from. The advertisements seemed honest and legitimate, but in reality, they sell people lemons, misrepresent vehicle conditions, and fail to consider the inconvenience caused to buyers. I demanded a reimbursement for the issues caused by their negligence and dishonesty. The way I am being treated is utterly ridiculous, and I want to make others aware of my experience.
