I have to admit I wasn't sure how my experience would be with Delta Auto Protect. I recently had an issue with my Maserati and I must admit they were excellent. Then I go to repair shop and he find out some mount problem and I immediate call to Delta Protect and Mr. ** help me lot. He reply within 5 minutes and solve my problem. The salesperson was very accurate and helpful regarding the service plan we wanted to purchase. I found it easy and affordable to work with this company. Unsolicited email, but I was in the market for extended warranty coverage. Jesse was very knowledgeable, honest and forthright. In addition, the pricing was excellent compared to other similar products from other vendors. I made my decision within 4 hours after brief research. Could NOT be more pleased thus far.

Jesse provided me all the particulars and made everything clear. I did my homework and check out plenty other warranties but none compared in amount of years/mileage and price.

So far so good. It's always skeptical ordering online. After some research and finding Delta Auto Protect as a Consumer Affairs Accredited Vendor and then reading all of the reviews from other patrons, I decided to purchase. My agent Jesse was professional and I feel I am getting a good rate. As for the follow through from Delta, only time will tell when and if I actually need them. I am confident they will honor their promise. More to follow when I use my policy.

I just signed up. It was a pleasant experience. Jesse was professional and seems knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics. I have not had a chance to use the service so I cannot speak on that subject. They have a long list of overages and a long list of exclusions. A lot of the excluded items and reasons for exclusion are outside my knowledge base so I am unsure if they are good or bad. Overall I am satisfied at this time.

Dale did an awesome job getting approval to fix my Harley Davidson truck. He also helped me with getting the deductible waived in less than 5 minutes of waiting. The truck went into the shop yesterday and will be fixed, paid for, and on the road tomorrow. I appreciate the fast service I was provided. Thanks.

A few months after I bought the warranty, my check engine light came on and I had my first claim. As this was my first purchase of an extended warranty on a used vehicle, I was worried that they'd find some reason not to cover the problem. However, to my great pleasure, I called in and Delta had all my information and authorized the claim in 5 minutes. I got to choose any shop I wanted. The shop had to replace the intake manifold and some knock sensors as well as some gaskets necessary to gain access to the manifold. Absolutely no sweat! Delta called me back to go over the repairs and make sure I was happy with the way everything was handled. I had a couple of questions and he gave great advice. I couldn't believe how easy the whole thing was. Thanks Dale!

I was looking for an extended warranty and Delta representatives clearly stated the superiority of their plans and I was greatly impressed.

He made me comfortable that I got the best coverage possible and that I would have no issues should I ever need to use the contract. He answered all my questions and gave me a very competitive price. Jesse was very knowledgeable about your product. The only complaint was that he talks too fast. It's hard to get a word in.

I submitted to get a quote and received a phone call back from Jesse ** a little later that afternoon. I have been researching multiple different companies for an extended warranty along with checking them out on the BBB website. Jesse was easy to work with and not very pushy like a lot of other sales reps I have spoken with at other companies. He took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understood everything before purchasing the policy. This review is on the initial contact and subsequent purchase of my policy. If I ever need to use the policy (hopefully I never need it), I will submit a review of how the repairs went.

I had a very good experience talking with Delta (Jess ** ) for an extended warranty for my Toyota Venza, a car truly enjoy having and driving. My whole family enjoys the car, they all like to use it. It is the kind of car you want to keep forever and want a good extended warranty to keep in running good. I was very pleased with the fast response time to my mechanic for warranty approval on my 2010 Toyota Prius. I have to admit I was a little hesitant that the service needed would not be covered or if Delta would find a way out of paying for the repairs. Unfortunately in the way business is conducted today it's hard to know who to trust anymore. I'm very happy with Delta and they came through with no runaround or problems. Thanks again Delta.

When starting the search for an extended warranty I was pretty much blind in what to do. I applied for a quote online and was promptly called back by Dale. He walked me through the process and different plans. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had. There was no pressure for me to purchase anything at that time. Several follow-up calls with Ryan over the next couple of days, (mainly to get more questions answered) sealed the deal. My wife and I chose the Diamond Premier plan. We are very happy with our choice. Dale and Ryan deserve the highest praise a consumer can give to company representatives.
