I called regarding my auto-pay and was so glad I called. I was immediately transferred to Daniel ** who was so informative and especially patient with me. He explained the policy to me, as I had forgotten what it was for. There was so much good information that I am really glad that we purchased this insurance. My husband assures me that we need this, with all the stuff that is on cars nowadays, it can be so expensive for any repairs. First of all I was very impressed with the urgency I encountered when dealing with staff! Like to mention Joevante for his sincere help in starting the process. Kimberly for getting me to the right person for assistance, and being knowledgeable about this particular claim.... And last but not least Nathaniel for expediting the process in the end! Their professionalism was top tier!

As a first time user of my Coverage X extended warranty, I received quality Customer Service via speaking with representative Dan **. He was patient, listened to my specific concerns, and was empathetic to my hearing impairment over the phone. Dan was reassuring about how Coverage X works with my chosen authorized repair location.

Very happy with coverage. Had wheel bearings that needed replacing that they do not cover. But happy with the coverage they paid for. Had planned on canceling my coverage because my part for non-covered parts was $800. Spoke with customer rep. and he was able to lower my price so I could keep the coverage. I am on a fixed income, and that $800 was hard on my budget. He was able to drop my price by $20/month. I was able to keep my policy.

Andrew ** answer my call. Had concerns with issue with my vehicle. He was very pleasant and informative, explained entire process easily. I have to say CoverageX is 100% better than the nightmare I experienced with Endurance. At first because of my negative experience getting an extended warranty I was be hesitate. However Coverage X has put my mind at ease. Happy I have them them to assist me with my concerns. Excellent customer service...

I'm Alexis, and I was working with Clayton ** over the phone. He helped me out by getting the proper warranty for my Audi A4. Also enlightened me about the warranty I had previously, and explained in depth how the coverage wasn't the best in my favor.

So Impressed with the employees and the process of this extended warranty co. Not only was it a very easy claim auth process with no nickel & diming to hurt the shop, It was simple, easy, fast and not only did Nathaniel, Robert, & Kimberly do an amazing Job following up on all promises, they also provided coverage as a goodwill to a customer- They went above & beyond contractual agreements. This is the company & the people I would choose as a customer and a shop- Easy on both ends.,

Working with warranty companies can be very frustrating and exhausting. That is not the experience I had with CoverageX. Mike opened and processed the claim and walked me through the process! When submitting the invoice for payment, Nathaniel made sure it was a quick and seamless process! I wish all warranty companies were this easy to work with! Thanks!

We decided to go with another warranty company and this company will not stop calling us up to 4 times a day, they will not stop and the agents get angry when you explain to them you're not interested, they will hang up right in your ear. Shady business practices.

I am so glad that I found them as a policy holder on my car. Every time I've ever called, they've always done everything to make sure that I was a happy customer. I am very let down An American company does this service to American people. I have been paying this warranty coverage on two vehicles for almost 9 months or so. They just started a claim in one of my vehicles after it sat for 3 months in a service yard. I had sent maintenance records for the last two years and the mechanic sent estimate that my car needed a new engine. This was sent 2 months ago. No one never called me and I called several times trying to check on status. Then they claimed they were waiting for estimate. The auto shop sent three times. Finally after 5 emails and 3 months they call the auto shop stating they will only cover 2000 of 12,000…They stated I will have to cover 10,000.

I recently purchase an auto warranty with Coverage X. They had the best prices out of the other two top companies. I had felt on hard times due to a job loss and Coverage X was there to understand my situation. I had to cancel my policy because, I need to support my family first. Coverage X understood what I was going thru and didn't pressure me and understood what I needed to do. The i ly question I was asked if I would come back and I said 100%. Coverage X has a great customer service and relation department.

I have been trying to get in contact with these people about cancelling my contract and they are ignoring me. I just wanted to cancel for time being because my budget can’t handle it right now. (No not for holidays) in general. I’m sure they’ll reach out now.

Rude salesman from this company. Don't recommend them to use them. Very pushy on getting you signed up and after trying to get off the phone they get upset and try saying you don't have the money and criticize you for not buying right there and then and push you to buy now and not even have time to think about. Very unprofessional. Not good salesman within this company.

Warranties and insurance claims are usually the most stressful part of the day, but working with Joevante was a completely different experience. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine human touch stood out in an industry where those qualities are often hard to find. Grateful for the smooth and positive experience!

Stay away from Coverage X extended warranties. They are not customer friendly and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. They are like insurance companies in the sense that they will go out of their way to keep from paying a claim. Beware.

Recommended 100%. At first I was like SCAM, but was I wrong. The guys that helped me was very knowledgeable and didn't mind all the questions I had, and I had a lot! They was more than happy to go outta their way to make sure I understood every detail they were offering. I couldn't believe what they were telling me, just unbelievable! I am so happy I choose to go with CoverageX.

This is a great company! The response time and customer service is some of the best I have experienced! The application process was simple. I would highly recommend CoverageX for your extended warranty!

Very pleased with customer service. Was skeptical at first. When I purchased a policy the sales person said I would receive the policy by E-mail and a hard copy by USPS. That never happened and I hadn't heard from them again. So I gave them a 2 Star Rating. Then a person named Kevin contacted me to see what happened. After I told him, he immediately checked on it. Turned out to be a glitch of some kind. He immediately corrected the problem. And what's more, he refunded my first payment as a courtesy. I didn't expect that. Kudos to Kevin.
