Anthony was very helpful, super kind, had great energy, was very enthusiastic and was a pleasure to talk to. In all honesty I probably wouldn't have gotten the warranty if he wasn't the one selling it to me. 10/10 experience.

Robo called me to offer an extended warranty on my car. They knew a little too much personal info that I didn't give them. Salesperson I spoke to was very aggressive at pushing their product. He was mad that he didn't hear that I already had an extended warranty on my car. When I told him I needed to review my current warranty better before I made any decisions, he was offended that I would want to wait. I told him he had been annoying almost the whole time and he hung up on me but not before telling me what an expert he was and how offended he was for my comment. I won't deal with a company that gets upset that quickly.

They did great job and helped me a lot. Yeah I was all done over the phone. I was at work. It was done quick. It just stated a lot of facts. You know what I mean and how expensive it'd be to repair my car if something were to happen so I decided to go for it.

I had a great experience with CoverageX, The representative I spoke with was clear and professional, and never made me feel pressured. Everything was explained in a way that made sense and I got my contract soon after signing up. I reached out later with a question and was relieved to speak to someone right away, who actually helped me on the spot, they followed through and made sure I felt taken care of, the whole process put me at ease, and gave me real confidence. It feels good knowing I have support when I need it.

CoverageX helped me with any car repairs I needed. This company is better than any other company I ever been to. CoverageX customer service is excellent and also they stick to their promises, I highly recommend CoverageX for the rest of my life, I will definitely tell my family and friends.

I’d like to share my experience with CoverageX. My elderly father had signed up for a policy and, unfortunately, provided some incorrect information that affected its terms. After the policy was canceled, a Customer Relations Representative named Kevin reached out to discuss my concerns. He was incredibly pleasant and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism.

I have used Coverage X for at least a year, maybe going on two. They are an awesome company and have helped me with any car repairs that I have needed. I have tried other companies and have been disappointed with their customer service and promises they have made to me. I have referred Coverage X to my family and friends and will continue to do so. Kevin has done an awesome job of communicating with me. I will be adding a 2nd car shortly. Thank You Kevin and Coverage X.

Morning, Brian **, excellent Customer Service Rep. Very informative of the services covered. Made me comfortable making a change of my coverage. Very happy I made a change. Even the young lady who finalized my order was very informative and the cost of the coverage is a lot cheaper than what I was paying Car Shield.

My perception and opinion on Coverage X has vastly improved after Kevin called to reassure me that the way the initial phone call was handled by the salesman is not how they generally conduct business. Kevin is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services they advertise. I am now considering doing business with Coverage X.

From the first steps I received very good information from the Customer Service Representative and they were helpful thru the entire process. They answered my questions and explained the signing up process easily. Thanks for the great service.

I never got the electronic policy or receipt for the initial startup of the policy. I am currently searching for a contact number for getting my money back. I will advise do not use this company. They are a scam.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received from CoverageX deserves recognition. My engine suddenly failed while I was on the side of the highway. I called CoverageX and within 25 minutes, a tow truck was on the way. Even more impressive, the representative stayed on the phone with me the entire time to make sure I was safe and calm until the truck arrived. Once my car was towed to the repair center, I thought I’d be stuck figuring out next steps—but not with CoverageX. They had a rental car waiting for me at the local Enterprise, and to top it off, they even sent an Uber to pick me up and take me there. I’ve had policies with other companies before, and none of them came close to this level of service. CoverageX truly went above and beyond, and because of that, I’ll be a CoverageX customer for life. Highly recommend them to anyone who values real support when it matters most.

I have had a bad experience with an extended warranty several years ago and have been bad-mouthing the industry ever since. Then, a couple of months ago, I accidentally answered a sales call from CoverageX. I decided to take another chance because the price was soo reasonable, it just made sense considering we own 2 vehicles over 10 years old. I am glad I did. Two months later, the water pump in my wife's Lexus started screeching. The Lexus dealer called CoverageX who immediately gave authorization. They said they were very cooperative. After my deductible, they saved me $700 just 3 months into the contract. I'm impressed and they have absolutely changed my attitude toward the industry.

I had a good experience very beneficial allow me to go on the BBB. I decided to go ahead and purchase the plan discrepancy is that My Car have 128,857 miles and they put 130,000. I haven't used the service yet. for nothing wrong with the car just peace of mind just in case

Don't get CoverageX. It is a big pain to even get coverage and, you end up talking to many different people and to sum it all up, don't waste your time or money! There is a better co. out there...You can bet on that. Just wait till you try to get a refund...Good luck!!!

** UPDATE: WOW what a difference a good customer service manager can make. Not only did Kevin rectify a previous dissatisfaction but now has me as a potential customer again. I appreciate the call and I appreciate the service. That means more to me than anything when doing business with a company. If I need to use the warranty and it gets taken care of the way I hope I will definitely raise it to five stars.

I recently had a cooling system issue (bad thermostat). Coverage X would not cover it stating that the cooling system was not part of the contract (premier policy) costing me 668 dollars of my own money so beware. I checked with other (top shelf) companies and they all include better coverage (including the cooling system).

NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! THEY GIVE YOU FALSE INFORMATION! It is not fair how they explain things to you and it turns out to be a whole completely different thing! I will never be back at this company!

Great company! Their product is really different and really stands out from the other companies! I like that they are month to month and it's INFLATION PROOF! The agents were extremely helpful and thorough!

This company is amazing! The $100 deductible is all that is paid for repairs, and you get a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired! The customer service along with all the other benefits with having coverage with CoverageX is simply awesome!

Reached out after a friend recommended them after I told him I was shopping around. Got a policy for my Honda Accord. I know they don’t break down as much but I rather have the peace of mind knowing I’m covered than paying out of pocket. My friend who recommended the coverage already got a claim paid so I’m not too worried.

This is a scam company. They’ve been in business 7 years but only have a history back to Oct 2023? These companies promise the moon and stars and reduce their rates to get you to sign up. They don’t pay the claims - they gather as many subscribers as they can, don’t pay and then go out of business. Don’t fall for it. This company has sample contracts on their own website that say the obligor is Palmer Admin. Google their BBB reviews… they don’t pay! Scam alert.

This company come off like a scam. They call me from dozens of random phone numbers in a single day and when you're overly aggressive trying to sell your shtick people aren't going to want what you're selling. Word of advice.

I recently purchased a policy from CoverageX. After having my vehicle covered under their policy for approximately 3 months, I experienced a break down with my alternator while I was in the middle of nowhere. And if you know anything about alternators, your vehicle completely shuts down while driving. I barely had any cell service but I gave their support department a call. They had their roadside assistance tow truck to me within 30 minutes and my tow was completely covered. They towed me to a local shop, and the shop gave their claims department a call, filed the claim and my vehicle was repaired the same day and I was only responsible for a $100 deductible.
