    We decided to go with another warranty company and this company will not stop calling us up to 4 times a day, they will not stop and the agents get angry when you explain to them you're not interested, they will hang up right in your ear. Shady business practices.

    I was speaking with Nicole from customer service, and she was very pleasant to speak with. She helped me. I called three times, and she never questioned my calling, but was able to answer any questions that I had and get me over to the right person. I really appreciate her customer service.

    I am very let down An American company does this service to American people. I have been paying this warranty coverage on two vehicles for almost 9 months or so. They just started a claim in one of my vehicles after it sat for 3 months in a service yard. I had sent maintenance records for the last two years and the mechanic sent estimate that my car needed a new engine. This was sent 2 months ago. No one never called me and I called several times trying to check on status. Then they claimed they were waiting for estimate. The auto shop sent three times. Finally after 5 emails and 3 months they call the auto shop stating they will only cover 2000 of 12,000…They stated I will have to cover 10,000.

    Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't work, two warranties that do not cover what they stated and I am a full time teacher providing service to school children every day. How does that make me feel? Well a publicist wants to pick up the story, Steve Harvey wants to interview me about the situation..and I am contemplating to do such, if I do not get better results from a company I've paid for almost a year who has let me down. This is disheartening and totally unacceptable, and they still have not contacted me. The auto shop has done all the communication. They have let a senior citizen, full time valued school teacher out to hang. So sad.

We awaited service documentation and repair estimates to properly review the claim and have been in contact with you through the process.     I recently purchase an auto warranty with Coverage X. They had the best prices out of the other two top companies. I had felt on hard times due to a job loss and Coverage X was there to understand my situation. I had to cancel my policy because, I need to support my family first. Coverage X understood what I was going thru and didn't pressure me and understood what I needed to do. The i ly question I was asked if I would come back and I said 100%. Coverage X has a great customer service and relation department.

    I have been trying to get in contact with these people about cancelling my contract and they are ignoring me. I just wanted to cancel for time being because my budget can’t handle it right now. (No not for holidays) in general. I’m sure they’ll reach out now.

    Rude salesman from this company. Don't recommend them to use them. Very pushy on getting you signed up and after trying to get off the phone they get upset and try saying you don't have the money and criticize you for not buying right there and then and push you to buy now and not even have time to think about. Very unprofessional. Not good salesman within this company.

    Stay away from Coverage X extended warranties. They are not customer friendly and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. They are like insurance companies in the sense that they will go out of their way to keep from paying a claim. Beware.

    Very pleased with customer service. Was skeptical at first. When I purchased a policy the sales person said I would receive the policy by E-mail and a hard copy by USPS. That never happened and I hadn't heard from them again. So I gave them a 2 Star Rating. Then a person named Kevin contacted me to see what happened. After I told him, he immediately checked on it. Turned out to be a glitch of some kind. He immediately corrected the problem. And what's more, he refunded my first payment as a courtesy. I didn't expect that. Kudos to Kevin.

    Received a card in the mail. I proceeded to call the number. I told him I had coverage already. He then proceeded to bad mouth the company. When I told him I was good and he got aggressive. I told him, "Is that how you talk to a potential customer?" He told me miss me with that and hung up. Talked over me the whole time. Felt almost threatened. Name J. ** so say. Not a good spokesman for your company.

    Robo called me to offer an extended warranty on my car. They knew a little too much personal info that I didn't give them. Salesperson I spoke to was very aggressive at pushing their product. He was mad that he didn't hear that I already had an extended warranty on my car. When I told him I needed to review my current warranty better before I made any decisions, he was offended that I would want to wait. I told him he had been annoying almost the whole time and he hung up on me but not before telling me what an expert he was and how offended he was for my comment. I won't deal with a company that gets upset that quickly.

    They did great job and helped me a lot. Yeah I was all done over the phone. I was at work. It was done quick. It just stated a lot of facts. You know what I mean and how expensive it'd be to repair my car if something were to happen so I decided to go for it.

    I had a great experience with CoverageX, The representative I spoke with was clear and professional, and never made me feel pressured. Everything was explained in a way that made sense and I got my contract soon after signing up. I reached out later with a question and was relieved to speak to someone right away, who actually helped me on the spot, they followed through and made sure I felt taken care of, the whole process put me at ease, and gave me real confidence.     I’d like to share my experience with CoverageX. My elderly father had signed up for a policy and, unfortunately, provided some incorrect information that affected its terms. After the policy was canceled, a Customer Relations Representative named Kevin reached out to discuss my concerns. He was incredibly pleasant and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism.

    Kevin clearly explained the source of the issue and sincerely apologized for any inconvenience caused. His thoughtful approach helped me better understand what happened and reassured me about the company’s values.     My perception and opinion on Coverage X has vastly improved after Kevin called to reassure me that the way the initial phone call was handled by the salesman is not how they generally conduct business. Kevin is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services they advertise. I am now considering doing business with Coverage X.

    I was contacted by this company and after speaking to the salesman about all the coverages I told him I would have to think about it and get back to them. That's when he went on the attack trying to pressure me into signing up. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving out my financials without doing more research and he got even more aggressive so I hung up. Sorry that is not going to work for me. Not a good sign of a reputable business.

    I never got the electronic policy or receipt for the initial startup of the policy. I am currently searching for a contact number for getting my money back. I will advise do not use this company. They are a scam.
