Before bringing my car in for front end ball joint replacement, I contacted a Nova agent who assured me that the replacement would be covered. However, when the Toyota service agent sent Nova a copy of the bill, it was denied on the basis of "fluid leaks." The Toyota service agent had never had ball joints refused before and wanted to know their rationale as "fluid leaks" was a poor reason for rejection. On his advice I asked Nova for a reconsideration of the bill which I also emailed. I got no response. I have Superior Coverage, cost was $3,742.54.

Their policy/contract states that control arms are covered when they fail. That makes total sense because I do not expect to have the control arms when they get used and weakened. I had my control arms make thudding sounds because they were failed, the rubber had broken off so they would rub off against the metal. I send the car to the dealer and when I opened a claim with them they denied the claim. They stated that Fail means to have manufacturers defect. It turns out this company is not trustworthy. They state that they can be contacted 24/7 for claims, that is not true. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and they said they would get back to me on Monday working hours. Also be mindful they charge cancelation fee.

My starter went on my car. I put in a claim. They denied it. My SUV always started with no problem. I was out all day driving. I turned off my car and it would not start. They said if the engine light is not on. They are not going to cover it cause it's wear and tear. Can you believe that. Then claims told me. If I don't like it he can cancel out my warranty. These people are crooks.

Nova Warranty made the whole process quick and easy. Katie was extremely helpful throughout the claim process and kept everything smooth from start to finish. Great customer service, fast responses, and an overall great experience!

Just spoke to "Joe" at Nova. I am doing a little comparative shopping as yesterday I had an ugly experience with my current extended warranty provider, CarShield. Been a customer of theirs for three years (since the mfg's warranty ended) and only a single claim involving a flat tire. I called to see if CarShield would provide rental assistance for a recall that could take "a couple of days" and WOW were they ever difficult. In the end Jeep/Chrysler is paying the rental, but I was disappointed at how nasty CarShield's personnel were. Sadly, for comparable coverage, Nova's monthly fee is even higher than CarShield's! I was searching online for the best extended warranty company when I came across Nova Warranty—and I’m really glad I did. I spoke with Kevin **, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all my options. Since I was looking for coverage for my Bentley, most companies wouldn’t even provide a quote. Nova, however, specializes in high-end and supercars, which made a huge difference. Not only did they offer the most comprehensive coverage, but their pricing was also better than what the dealership quoted me. I ended up purchasing a 5-year plan and feel very confident in my decision. Big thanks again to Kevin ** for making the process smooth and stress-free!

The process from initial inquiry to policy purchase was seamless! Kevin was very responsive and made sure I got answers to all of my questions before I signed up, even checking for extra discounts for things like military service and first responders. Truly "white glove" service so far!

Listen, Kevin ** was a perfect Customer service representative for me obtaining a warranty, he was very informative and took his time to explain every detail of this policy to me. It is greatly appreciated that you have such a personal person working with your company.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We had several discussions and was always available or would call back in a short time. Kevin discussed the different policies and the possible discounts I could get. He answered all my questions and any of my concerns.

Mary ** and Nova Warranty are awesome!! I was skeptical about buying an extended warranty for a 2013 Lincoln Navigator with 96,000 miles on it so I did my research. I spoke with Mary during this process and she assured me that Nova was better than most. Seven months later I have had my first repair done under the warranty, ABS module replaced at Parks Lincoln dealer where we have serviced the vehicle for the past 11 years. Nova paid the entire cost plus the rental car during the repair. Mary provided her phone number at inception of the policy and suggested we call her directly if we ever have a claim. I gave this information to the Lincoln service manager when I brought the vehicle in.

We were on the road, hours from home when we discovered we needed emergency repairs. It was a stressful situation, but Katie ** took all the stress out of the warranty claim process. She was calm and reassuring and guided me flawlessly through the process. I feel very fortunate to have had her working for me to get me back on the road in less than 24 hours (would have quicker but the service station had to order a part). The NOVA Warranty product is only as good as the people that support it. My account representative Nick ** and the Claims Adjuster, Hailey **, are clearly two of the most knowledgeable people in the "after market" extended warranty business. Although their expertise in this industry is a critical factor of the service that's provided, it was clearly their unique skill set in customer contact. They both not only provide accurate information, but they are honest on what to expect as an outcome of the covered repairs I was claiming payment for. Nick walked me through every step of the process and Hailey ensured a smooth transition to payment of the repair shop.

Through previous warranty experiences I had become somewhat skeptical. research showed that Nova warranty was a good choice and I was pleased with my initial discussions with John **. Bought the policy late in 2024. Recently had to use it and was awaiting how it would play out.... a little more than four hours after dropping my car off at the service facility i received a phone from Julie ** from Nova claims requesting me to fill out a claims form which I did. Shortly there after she called again letting me know the status of the claim and all details along with the payment approvals and other details.

I was skeptical about this company at first, having switched from Car Shield, which, by the way, is a horror story of its own. However, with the help and service from Katie, all my worries were put to rest. She promptly handled my claim, reimbursed my payment, and made the whole ordeal painless. I can see what I am paying for being reflected in the service and professionalism Katie displayed.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Katie ** in the NOVA warranty claims department. Smooth sailing! Filled out the one page claims report she emailed me. Emailed her twice, she called me twice, she got the claim approved and the mechanic secured same day. I’ll have my car repaired within 48 hours. Awesome! At first, I researched the company and filled out my information and Mr Nick ** responded immediately. I was not sure about going through with the warranty but Nick explained everything as far as what the policy covers, differences between bumpers to bumpers and what Nova has to offer, the payment amount, amount miles that the warranty covers. I had a scheduled phone with Nick on 5/12 but I was busy at work. We rescheduled for 5/13 and Nick reached out again that make me feel that this was a legitimate route to go by his patience, dedication. For that thank you! I must say I was blown away by the Lisa's amazing customer service, quick turn around and thorough communication. Literally, my claim was reviewed and approved within hours.
