    I walked in to the dealership and was shocked that I could afford a car from this place... it looks like a BMW dealership. Their warranty is better than any I've seen. I don't have to worry about stuff breaking for 30 months!! I need that kind of safety when I'm driving around with my kids.

    I visited many dealerships but didn't think I could ever get a car with my credit score. While I was leaving another dealership I saw B and B right across the street so I decided to check it out. The place was ah-mazing!!! My kids sat down and watched a movie in their theater while I talked with one of their salespeople. Everyone was so friendly and I was able to leave in a car I could actually afford!!

    Do not buy from them, their cars are lemons. They are nice people but really crooks. They don't offer loaner cars & you sign a paper for that.

    First off B&B is the most unprofessional place ever!! They never answer your phone calls. Someone is always "transferring" you to no one, and the best part is they sell you lemons!!! I bought a car two weeks later. It breaks down on my way to work!! People had to push me to the side of the road!! Did they give me a loaner? No, but they made sure to take their money out of my account to pay for this piece of **!! I wish I could rewind time because I wouldn't ever had wasted my money and time!!! I hate that place. The Better Business Bureau needs to investigate them for sure!!! Nothing but crooks with lemons for cars!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!!!!

    This place is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE; DON'T. I purchase a vehicle last September. Cost me the price of 5 of these cars. Horrible services, rude Rep and they completely lie about what they offers. Their motivate is to help you built/repair your credit but they charge high interest rates on old cars. Please I'm trying to get out this horrible situation that I've put myself in. If anyone successfully often out of a loan or know how to get out the right way please reply as I am a college kid trying to seek help.

    6 breakdowns since I got car in July. 4 times in shop for same issue, 2 weeks or more each time. Car always getting stuck in park gear. Missed shifts at work, inconvenience.... Still trying to fix car instead of putting me in another have a note for a car I don't feel safe in and been in shop more than I've driven it. Don't go to this place. Noooooooo, bad idea.

    After several weeks of playing email and phone tag with Raquel, I finally decided to go in and purchase a Jeep Wrangler that Raquel told me was available just a few hrs prior to when I actually arrived. Well, after all the chit chat and after getting all my documents together, I went in and never met Raquel or the man she told me to ask for - Frank... Instead was being helped by some incompetent stuttering African American young guy. Never told me his name, instead gawked at me and maybe nonsensical conversation the entire time. Finally he got behind a computer, verified all my info, then told me he was sure the Jeep was available.

    Actually at one point stated it has been sold a week ago. When I told him it was still showing online and Raquel said it was available just a few hrs prior to my arrival he said he'd be back only to have disappeared for 15 min. During that time I gathered my thoughts, listened to that little voice that told me this place is a joke and all the reviews must be right. I went outside, checked out their cars and they probably had 20 cars on the lot. A bunch of raggedy, junky cars that I would never make payments on nor buy for $5000 if I had the cash. I soon got in my car and left. Today is 7/26/13 6:15 am.

    I was there on 7/24/13, around 5-5:45 pm and have never heard from them again. Gee, you think if they were really trying to make a good faith sale that they would've called me and wondered why I left??? Hmmm, I guess that's why they never called. The Jeep was probably sold months before or probably was never even on their lot but that's how they reel people in. Well, I'm glad my mom raised a very intelligent woman and I have upped no money, documents or anything. This place is a joke and I feel bad for people who will actually buy from them. I could totally see them working and making money off the desperate and vulnerable. Definitely stay away. Oh and I did get a thank you for doing business with them email and a survey about 2 hrs after I left them that evening. Ha ha, figure that one out!! I gave no stars because obviously they don't deserve even 1. 1 is too many.

    Cars are all beat, scratched, high miles, limped-in auction cars. They told us on the phone they could get us a low payment with a 40-month loan. Mark, our scamming credit specialist, said 24 months is all they ever do. They advertise a 30-month warranty. Mark, our scammer, told us that the warranty is 24 months just to cover the length of the loan. What they did was they saw a senior citizen coming and took advantage. We had good income but credit issues and they thought we were fools. Only a fool would buy here. Steer way clear of this place. You will be sorry otherwise. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and doing my best to ruin these people's reputation.

    Do not buy a car from this place! Once again, don't buy any type of vehicle from this establishment! First of all, the salesmen alternate the front two offices as if they personally belonged to them, so when you return, there is a completely different salesman smiling in your face. Secondly, I was sold a car by an individual who promised and guaranteed that the car had no prior issues, except minor things, mostly interior cosmetic things. He also said it was newly brought onto the B&B lot, along with the vehicle passing their 125 points check.

    This is B.S. simply because when I purchased my vehicle, only a day and a half later, it broke down on the side of the road. Not to forget, I already had a scheduled appointment to get the car's gas meter fixed prior to the incident. For those that don't catch on quickly, I bought the car on Thursday night and it was on the side of the highway by Saturday afternoon. When I brought this to the company's attention, all of a sudden, everyone was not available and the office (7021 location) was closed. However, they still managed to answer the phone?

    Anyways, after sitting in the car for an hour and fifteen attempting to contact the two tow truck companies B&B suggested along with playing phone tag with the various unavailable sales personnel, apparently one tow truck company had sent all its trucks out already and the other company's number was disconnected. Someone with a good heart, but heavy conscience came to the rescue and took me back to the dealership. Once there, I was given a loaner that not only was dirty but it smelled like a cigarette box (for non-smokers you can relate). Not to mention it had its engine problems as well, since that car later was checked out by my personal mechanic.

    Long story short, a B&B repairman called me that Monday and told me that the vehicle had broken down because there was not any gas in the car and that it was ready for pick up. I called to confirm this with the Sales Manager and his response was that it didn't sound right and that the car should be ready by the next day (Tuesday). He also assured that he would call me once he got to the bottom of the conclusion found by their repairman (mechanic). So, my question is, when did not having enough gas affect the car's battery? Because the car definitely wouldn't turn over no radio, no dome light, nothing. Now once again, this is B.S. Why? Because the salesman had gone to the gas station and filled it up before I even was able to pull it off the lot.

    Then, out of my own curiosity, I later attempted to put additional gas into the car since the gas meter was still not working properly. As a result, it wouldn't take much because it was just about full. So, when I showed up on Tuesday, guess what, people? My car still was not done being repaired! They were exactly unprofessional, untimely, unorganized, and it was unacceptable. Now, here is where it gets good. The repair manager stated that he never gave anyone in Sales nor his repairman the green light on the status of the car and that it would be ready.

    Of course, the cycle of blame began from that point and the fishy part was that I brought my own personal mechanic who asked, along with myself and I asked again, if my mechanic had permission to check out the current condition of my vehicle. The answer, there was none, except for, "Let's go into my office." This is the nice version of what I really want to say about the establishment that these individuals represent. As far as I m concerned, there aren't enough apologies or gentle half ** puzzling remarks that could be said to replace my time, money and energy through this brief week of hell brought to you truly by B&B Automotive aka B&B Auto Car Lot.

    I bought a car from B & B Automotive. Two months after buying the car, the transmission went! First, I had to have it towed for the first problem, which was a leak in the anti-freeze line. It was repaired but I had to pay to have it fixed! The transmission went two months after purchase, on a Saturday, I was told that there was nothing majorly wrong with it and was told to bring it back on Monday.

    Well, my car didn't even make it home! I was told that they didn't have a loaner at that time and had to wait until Monday. They paid for the tow, but what an inconvenience! Now, the car rattles and shakes. The check engine light comes on! What the **? Ever since they replaced the transition, the car has never run right I'm so fed up with getting no answers from the dealer. I'm about to return the car and risk a repo on my credit! I can't do this. They suck and take their customers for a ride!

    My name’s Dave. I have and still am dealing with this auto credit company that promised me a good car and high expectations. I bought a 1999 Buick Le Sabre back in October 2010; today's date is November 29, 2010. As you can see I recently financed this vehicle and already the car has been to the dealer’s shop twice. The first time the catalytic converter went bad; the second time, which is now, the check engine light came on and was blinking and the car was shaking. I am not a mechanic, so I can not say what is wrong with the car but this is unacceptable. I only have this car for about two months and I pay every two weeks for it and it already is giving me problems. I was not given a loaner car. I asked for one because my two daughters are in school and I have no car because it is in the shop.

    I feel like I'm being taken for a ride and I don't mean literally. I do not where to go from here I'm stuck with a car that I am still paying for and I do not have and that's including insurance. I am so upset I need some type of legal help but I don't no who to turn to. I would say the damage I am going thru right now is me having to rely on other people for rides. I have no car to take my kids to school. I have doctor’s appointments I must get to and I can't. And most important, I am paying too much for a car that is already giving me problems.

    I purchased a 2002 Hyundai Elantra six months ago. Two months afterwards, while driving my car, the left lower control arm broke. If I was going about 50mph, I could've been in a serious accident or killed. Hyundai had issued a recall on the car. However B & B sold the car to me without checking for recalls. The sub frame and windshield wiper pump also had to be replaced or repaired. During this time B & B gave me loaner car to drive around in (Ford Escort). However, the horn did not work in the car and they refused to give me anything else. Hyundai Dealership fixed their problem and returned car to B & B who fixed the sub frame but not the windshield wiper pump. Once this was done, I picked up my car and a day later, while driving my children to school, white liquid matter spewed under the hood and my car started smoking. B & B had chipped the radiator and failed to fix it.

    Once again, the car had to be returned. During this time, the car was still under warranty. A month ago, my check engine light went on and the car was driving funny. B & B discovered that the flex pipe and O2 sensor had to be replaced. This was done. However, this time, we had to pay for this service. I asked them to check everything and they assured me that they did.

    A week later, my check engine light went on again. There was a burning smell whenever the car came to a stop and my automatic door locks stopped working. B & B picked up my car and gave me a loaner off of their lot. They told me that I had there was corrosion on my battery and that the smell was nothing for me to worry about. They told me that my locks did not work due to a fuse that they corrected. However, they broke the door to the fuse box inside the car and let me drive off without telling me. Four days later, the check engine light came on again, my locks stopped working again, and the burning smell along with oil dripping under the car still exists. I am thoroughly fed up. I have been inconvenienced and I believe they sold me a lemon.
