The check engine light was on and I noticed the vehicle was not shifting the way it should. B&B checked my Explorer and found it needed to have the transmission overhauled. I also was just in for an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks for check up.

I've been to many dealerships and have been told by all of them that I do not have enough credit to finance a vehicle. The guys at the Bristol shop looked at my car for the smell and found a fuel line was leaking on the back side of the motor. The line was not covered by warranty so they replaced it for me at no charge. I also feel I might need brakes so John told me to call Nick at the Bristol shop to have them checked.

I had my car towed to B&B from the Sunoco station right next door. The shop in Bristol found I had a bad starter. I paid for my repairs which also included an oil change and state inspection and was coming back later to pick up the car and found it was blocked in. John explained that sometimes tow trucks drop off cars and could have possibly blocked me in. I also wished they had a larger location. My repairs always seem to take 2 days or it takes a couple of days to get an appointment, but the service is always great. I never seem to have to bring it back twice and Nick is always helpful. When I went to the shop for inspection I told Nick that the check engine light was also on. They scanned the vehicle for this and found the power steering pressure switch was not working correctly. They fixed the light and got me my oil change and the vehicle has been good. When John called me to see how my vehicle was I told him the light had come back on but after a few days it went off. Maybe I have them check the next time I go for service. Nick always treats me good when I'm there and have recommended the shop to two of my friends. This is the first time I have been called back, thanks.

I called B and B to have my car towed because it did not want to go when I press the gas. Nick told me the repair was covered and they needed to replace the fan clutch. I told this to John when he called to check up on my car and said it was the new clutch doing its job. Thank you for calling to find out how everything was.

The Vehicle I wanted was sold when I got here, but Jose was very helpful and showed me other vehicles just as nice and got me into a vehicle that I was happy with. They told me about their referral program. With every referral I will receive $100 and with the 8th one, they will pay off my existing loan up to $8,000. The guys always take care of me when I have to come in. It is a very long trip to come to the shop in Bristol. I have an additional appt. on Thursday because the car is still overheating when sitting still. Nick lets me drop it off at night. I hope he can fix it all the way this time. Had noise issues with the car and over heating. Pepboys replaced the coolant tube and the control arms for this concern but I still have a clicking sound when I turn. I think it is a drive axle noise. I'm going to have the vehicle looked at again. I hope I don't have to pay another deductible. Thanks for the call back.

The tech found 2 leaks in the a/c and a brake clip touching the brake rotor as I drive. I now have what sounds like a belt noise. The repairs are ok but it seems I have to have the car at the shop a lot. I will need to make another appointment.

I first purchased a van in 2005 that I loved. The experience and car was great so I figured I would get another car in 2011. My fault for going by myself because I got talked into buying a 2002 Saturn. I was supposedly a "valued" customer due to my excellent payment track record. The sales guy, I believe it was Fran, ignored that fact. In any case, since I drove out of the lot, I had to have the following work done: Another transmission, engine, radiator, fuel line, and other things I can't remember that was covered under the warranty. My deductibles totaled several hundred dollars! I tried many times to have the car replaced to no avail. The loaner policy disappeared right after I bought the car and had to rent cars each time (a good car that wasn't mine was the best part!). Fast-forward to now - The nightmare car is paid off, the warranty expired way before that, and the car is STILL breaking down constantly!! I presently can't even pick up my daughter from college because the car keeps shutting off! I guess I need to find out my legal rights for getting so screwed. I will NEVER go back to this company again!

I searched high and low for a car dealership that works with the rebuilding of your credit. B&B was the perfect site. Online it was like a dream come true. Low down payment, nice looking vehicles and a seemingly nice staff. I called and gave my information, my credit score, my income and was told by Kayla that I was approved. I made an appointment to come in and I even called and asked if the cars on the online website really were true to price. I was told the amount on the web is what you at least need to have in order to get the car. I show up to b&b only to find out this place is a complete sham. The cars are double the blue book value. They do run your credit and base everything on your score but they advertise as dealing with income and not credit. Their low down payments on the website don't even exist. Their match your money Monday doesn't even come up.
This place is a complete and total lie. The guy I saw today name Joshua said his boss didn't feel comfortable giving me a loan as a single mother with one income. How rude and ignorant. I make decent money and I wouldn't try to get a car if I didn't think I could handle another bill. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog!! Full of lies! They should be held responsible for false advertising. I wish there was something I could do to keep another person from driving 50 minutes away for nothing!!

The tech at the Bristol shop changed my oil, replaced the rear shocks, rear wheel cylinders, the drive axles and a computer. John from AVP called and I told him I still had the noise going over bumps and a loud noise when turning. I said I would make another appointment with the shop to have the vehicle looked at again.

This was by far THE WORST experience I've ever had at an auto dealership!!! I only came here because I was referred by my sister and they had all these great promotions going on like $295 down and also they match your DP up to $500, being entered into a drawing for a free car, and so on. I wanted to take advantage of them. The young guy who was supposed to help me name was Aaron. He did the exact opposite. He made my experience a living hell! When we came in we weren't even offered water after coming in from the heat. We sat in Aaron's area and he was judgmental right from the start! First he ask how bad do I want a vehicle. I said I would like a vehicle. Then he says, so you went to other places and was turned down so now you're here? I said no, this is the first place I've been, because I was referred by my sister, who was with me at the time. He then began to ask me irrelevant questions that did not pertain to my purchasing a vehicle. Then asked how much I made and how much rent I paid. Once I told him that info he said "well the only thing I can get you in is," and began to name all these old cars...because to him that's all I could afford.
I advised him that I have five children and would need more room to accommodate us all, like an SUV or Minivan. He said only thing I am approved for was this beat up old red minivan sitting by itself. It had a hole in the rear bumper along with dents and chipping away paint all around it. Let me not forget that the seats on the inside didn't match! Are you kidding me? Now this is what I'm approved for without him even pulling my credit. I asked about the other vehicle that looked more pleasing to the eye. He said that I would need more of a DP. I asked about the DP match program where they match you DP up to $500 and he said that won't help me and won't make a difference. He just blew it off. There was no winning with this guy. He just wanted to give me what he wanted me to have and I refused! My sister began to tell Aaron about the wonderful experience she had when she purchased her vehicle while on UNEMPLOYMENT! He said, "well things changed".
Fed up my sister asked to speak with the manager Frank. He asked us to sit back in his area while he spoke in privately to Frank and the guys in the room. More than likely giving them a head's up. Then a guy named Fran comes to the table and my sister advised him that she requested to speak with Frank the manager. Fran said Frank knows what's going on and won't entertain this. Are you kidding me? Am I being punked??!!! Fran said all we have is that red van out there for you. Let me remind you that my credit was never pulled. I'm really beginning to feel discriminated against. Aaron sits back down and said he did the best he could, and if I want the minivan he can get it approved. I told him that this isn't going to work and once again he started naming cars that were available and old - again. I told him that I have Five kids, I need more room.. Then he said he has a Ford Taurus wagon!!! I've never been so disrespected in my my life!! He was out of line on so many different levels! So, What am I supposed to do just throw my kids in the back???
The last time I even heard of a Taurus wagon was in 1994 or 1995. My sister didn't even know what it was!! We began to leave and Aaron gives us cards and said we get $100 if we refer anyone to him. Is he serious? We left. That guy Aaron isn't going to last long in this business if he treats everyone the way he treated me. He was judgmental, rude, disrespectful, discriminating and just didn't care one way or another. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

This place is horrible. Their mechanics are horrible. After I bought the car, the salesmen (different than who sold me the car were ignorant and ours lied.) They dodged the real problem of what was wrong with my car for months. Then when the warranty was up within a week. Exactly what I was telling them went bad. Close to 2100 dollars. This place is a scam. I payed my car off early and it never changed my credit score at all. They charged me so much and half the stuff was not covered under the deductible and the car never needed it. Once I got it to a real certified mechanic, I found out that the car was in a bad accident. Probably why they cover you for two years so you don't know their dirty little secrets. Then Helm associates the one who finances them, Oh....did they tear my bank account up. I had over 39 bounced check fees at 35 dollars a shot after the 1st one and my account manager said 35 dollars is too much, you should leave that bank. My bank of 11 years. I would make double payments and they would still take it out. My payment was $109.00 a week. I had 150 dollars in my bank on Christmas Eve. (I forget what year but it was a Friday.)
I sent 7 checks for 20 dollars to nieces and nephews, Helm took out their money anyway even though I was a payment ahead and bounced 5 checks due to a glitch in their system. That was one of 8 glitches and 4 finance manager changings that messed it up. Do what you can to avoid this place. I wrote a comment before on something else that was deleted. I didn't mention how one guy wouldn't give the key to my Wife after it was fixed. I had to leave work and get it. That was a salesman after the shop was closed. He then tells me how big he was on the phone after I called up because my wife and three kids had to take a cab home in 40 degree weather at night because of him. She has always picked the car up when they were done working on it after two weeks. I am pretty big myself and fought for a long time so the threat didn't scare me but B&B's prices did. I had so much to say to them but figured the hell with it, Karma will get them. I drive by the frequently on my way to the gym. I noticed B&B and Helm shut down. I hope somebody finally got justice and shut them down.

Check engine light was on. TECHNICIAN FOUND A LOOSE FUEL CAP. TIGHTENED THE CAP AND IT WAS OK. The vehicle still would shake with ac on. I was told it was normal. I will keep a eye on it.

Salesperson was very nice and the manager, Frank, was the person I did my paperwork with and he was sure to explain things as we went. Now all these things were great. Then after one year of ownership, I am having to dump a lot of money into the vehicle - brakes, rotors, problem with fuel system (which is not covered under warranty). I am pretty sure I'm going to have to put more money into it. Which that part worries me. I already have over $7000 into payment plus, I put up $2000 for my down payment, so I had confidence in what the dealer was selling me. But now, due to owning a vehicle that seems to be a money pit, I can only imagine what this car is going to cost me next.

This place is a scam and their facility is dirty. First, they lie about how many cars they have. It says over 250m well when I got there there were only about 50 cars of that. Also most of those cars weren't even on the website. The cars I was interested in they weren't even there. When my gf and I questioned them about it they said well we've sold them all within the past two weeks. I don't believe that because I called the night before I went there and asked if the fusion I was interested in was there. Chelsa told me, "yes the car is still available." However it wasn't. Also from the site I choose like 20 cars I was interested in and not one of them was there. The sales member I spoke with when I got there said he could show me a 2000 Toyota corolla. I really wasn't looking for that kind of car since it was old. However I thought why not since its only about a 4000 dollar car. So cheap payment right? Wrong!!! Sales member said that even though I was putting 1,500 dollar down, instead of 400, which is what the website says, I'd still end up paying like 350 a month for 36 months. That means I would end up paying 12,600 for a car that Kelly Blue Book says shouldn't cost more than 5,000.
I told Jose that I was not paying that and it's a scam and I'm not paying more than 5,000 for this car. He said, "We don't negotiate on the price." Also I knew something was fishy when I asked for the Carfax and he said he wasn't going to let me look at it - "Company policy". Finally when I said the place was dirty. My gf and I found a dime bag of weed on the floor. When we spoke to a customer rep about this she told my gf, "Well we have no control over what our customer's bring in." Which is true, however they should still say they are sorry we had to deal with that. Their lucky my daughter wasn't there and didn't pick it up cause then I would of flipped on them. Also I was suppose to speak with a guy named Frank but never got the chance to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place will scam you and they charged double what the car is worth.

I brought my car to the shop in Bristol with a transmission concern. Nick let me know the transmission needed to be rebuilt. When I got the vehicle back, I found it still had a problem. Nick got it back to the shop and found a seal that was installed was defective. Nick got the vehicle back to me in a few days. John called to check up with me how the car was.
