In May, I went looking for the Volkswagen Jetta listed on their site after Mother's Day. I was told I couldn't test drive it because it needed some work done. I came back 2 days later and it still wasn't back on the lot. I began looking for something else, was interested in a Ford Escape but ended up selling it. Was interested in a Buick SUV, it had a bad transmission. Over the course of 2 weeks, I visited the lot as they don't ask a lot of questions, as other lots do. By June 6, I saw cars being unloaded from the wrecker, it was bringing in new inventory.

I saw a Ford Fusion, asked what was wrong it and how much it cost and was told nothing was wrong as it had just been repo'd and the price was $2500. While there, my son saw a car he wanted, he test drive it and I put down $1400 on it. I test drive the Ford Fusion, it seemed fine so I paid $2658 for the car, got the title and left. The car cut off while driving through the gate. I asked for my money back immediately and was ignored.

They towed the car back, took 2 weeks then called to say they got it running. Too bad they didn't say it was also leaking transmission fluid which made it cut off again. It will not switch gears nor stay cranked and sits in the side of the road, so far 7 weeks now. I asked for my money back and was told the sale went through with her tow truck driver but I paid her and never knew she let her employees/lover/cousin/brother etc, make side deals. I don't even know what his name is so how did I do a deal with him?

The third incident was the price on the car's windshield is not the price of the car. After seeing that, I told her to return my money for the car my son wanted and reported her to the Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau. Melissa got angry and repo'd my car and demanded my son pay her the rest of the deposit for the car, he told her he changed his mind on as the price on the windshield wouldn't be the price on the paperwork (he could see this after I showed him my documents). Melissa sent a few texts saying how mad she was and would not acknowledge she was less than business-like with the situation and had nothing to do with it. A reputable business would have given my money back after seeing the car cut off 30 seconds after purchasing. Not these people.

The main customers here are ** and these are ** people that live in the country and feel like they can do anything unlawfully as long as no one complains about it and reports them. I am now forced to take her to court, she sold a lemon, the money as a down payment wasn't returned after it was revealed your sale price doesn't match the car's sale price on your paperwork and the Nissan I bought June 6 was repo'd July 21 in retaliation of my complaints to The Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau about her shady "business" practices. Now I am out of $5000+ dollars and 2 cars while they are still allowed to fraud many elderly or indigent ** and get away it.

I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra from this place in November. This car has been in for repairs four times already and now has to go in again because I was on a trip with my grandchildren and my power steering went out again. It was in the shop one month ago for the same thing. I told the salesperson when I bought it that I'm disabled. I have a rod in my right arm and I need a safe car. They assured me this car would be fine. While we're at repair number five after payment number five nobody calls me back from the office and the place we have to take it for repairs Band-Aids things but doesn't fix them. I have only put 2,000 miles on this car since the beginning of November.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They do not stand by their cars. They give you a bunch of crap when you buy it and then they don't even have the nerve to call you back. I do not want this car. I do not feel safe in this car and I will do whatever it takes for them to have to pay for this. Please please do not go anywhere near this place.

I financed a vehicle from this dealership two weeks ago and and it has been back for repairs 3 times. After a paid inspection by firestone it was discovered that it needed 2600 in repairs immediately. It has a warranty and they refuse to fix the problems correctly. Horrible experience. I recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from this establishment get the vehicle of choice inspected before agreeing to purchase it.

When I took it to AVP Automotive they didnt want to do the repairs because the warranty company say that the dealer sold me the wrong warranty. The dealer say they would take care would take care of it which to this day they haven't done anything. They ignore my calls. They take my message. I leave for Scott the manager at B&B Automotive in Fairless Hill Pa and never return my calls.

I paid 1100 dollars to have my car repaired at AVP. They dont want to pay to repair my car or refund my 1900 dollar I paid for the extended warranty. B&B sells junkie car and sell you extended warranty because they know your car is a pieces of junk. You going to need repair. I would never recommend them to anyone at all. I spent over 5000 dollars in repairs and the car still has issues. I thought I was almost done with my payments. No not at all. They say I have a year left. Almost 22000 for a 2006 ridiculous... I cannot begin to describe the torture I experienced dealing with the company. My car was a Nissan Versa, the very low grade 2011 Nissan Versa that I ended up being charged over $19,000, $547 a month. Needless to say, I struggled with making the payments, of course I did. The $547 a month was an outrageous call.

My car would be turned off, I remember there was a time I was 7 months pregnant when I couldn't come up with a full pay, they turned my car off, I called to have the vehicle engaged, I was told it would be, trusted it was going to be only to step out from work, and sure enough, my car was turned off. I was a 7 month pregnant woman stranded in the dark for hours awaiting a ride home. I can literally write a book referencing my dealings with the company. Three years of real sweat and tears being hang up on and at times literally laughed at in the background by some employees who work there. It was a disaster!!!

My advise, run as fast as you can, do not spend your hard earned dollar with these people. They do not care if you starve to death as long as you pay back the outrageous quotes they give on the old cars they are selling. You will never get ahead with such loans trust me. I could not wait to give this review. I could have done it sooner but I feared the retaliation of leaving me stranded somewhere. I had to wait till I was out of their so called care. Run and thank me later.

I will not recommend no one to go here for a vehicle at all. Then they want me to pay $150 just for the tow and diagnostic which I was told was covered as well (NOT).

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is the worst place to buy a car. Yea they offer a great warranty cause you're gonna need it. I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from them back in October 2017. The car obviously has an electrical issue. The cars radio the information center on the dash everything electrical would flash off and on driving down the road or if I had drove it long enough the car would shut off while I was driving it or if you stopped the car and shut it off, it wouldn't start back up and the keys would lock in the ignition switch and you couldn't get them out.

This happened to me 6 times within the 7 months that I had the car. Every time it would get towed in they could never find what the problem was. I have the car back and have since hired a lawyer because that car I only had for 7 months and it broke down on me 6 months out of the 7...and I'm sure they are going to try and resell it. The owner promised me that if it broke down on me again in which it did he would buy me out of the loan and he never stood true to his word. They are the worst people to buy a car from and I would never ever refer someone to buy from there.

I bought a car from Dependable Auto also known as B&B auto sales. After three days of driving the car I hear a nose in the rear and checked it out. It's the rear hub bearings are bad and the front struts are bad and can't get it inspected which is due next month. I called them on Saturday and I told the lady that answered the phone what was going on. She made appointment for me for that Wednesday but something came up that I could not keep that appointment so I called them and talked to the owner and he put me on hold to check it out and when he got back on the phone he told me that he could not do anything for me.

I told him that it would be between $1000.00 and $1500.00 to get the work done. He said the only thing he could do was charge me half of that but with paying $9778.00 for the are inspection should be guaranteed and he said, "No we don't do that." I need a good car to take my husband to the doctors. He has COPD and can't walk far at all. When I go on the highway the car shakes badly and I don't want to crash so I go the long way and not go no the highway. So any help I can get would help.

B & B is the absolute worst place in the world to purchase a car. I bought a car ('06 Malibu). The car cut off omw home. However I figured it was due to being low on gas, however there was a coolant light on (low). I put coolant in the car (had to purchase coolant every week @ 15/20 dollars a bottle). This adds up so I had a mechanic check it out, no visible leaks, I take the vehicle to Pep Boys where the warranty company advised. Now they're saying I have to bring the vehicle to the dealership who I'm sure is gonna do patchwork, the car was in the shop since yesterday morning & it hasn't even been picked up to go to the dealer yet!!! I've been getting the runaround for hours & nobody has even been in touch with me!!! Shady dealership!!! Never should've went there. Desperation makes people do the dumbest things!!! I'll be contacting the news when the car breaks down on the road.

Nine months ago I purchased a 2009 HHR from B&B Auto in Burlington NJ. Three months after the purchase the car started to experience major electrical issues and has from that point until today. This last problem required the main computer controlling the car to have to be replaced and the entire car reprogrammed by a electrical specialist. The car also has three current recalls that the dealer never made me aware of - two of the recalls are electrical. I did my homework and research of their inventory and found a car that was comparable and requested the current car be swapped out because I no longer feel safe driving it because it has left me stranded.

The two electrical recalls warn of no starts and cutoffs while the car is in motion. The dealership told me I would have to give them $5000 to get into a new car. Mind you I have currently paid over $5000 into the current car. I put this information on their website and found out I am not the only one that the dealership is doing this to - other are now posting about the same type situation. It is unfair and unethical to keep me in a car that I don't feel safe driving. I feel as if this car is a flood car and that is why I am having the electrical issues. They don't really know they are making it up as they are going along and stringing people along. I have been a customer in good standing with them and I feel as if they are treating me as a uneducated beggar.

This is the worst place ever!!! I had my car almost a year and I have to say they prey on desperate people like myself and I know many others who really need a reliable car. First day I came I purchased a 04 Lasabe which was priced 14,000 with about 106k miles. Something told me to walk away but didn't. And at that I traded my 2006 Acura and only was worth 1,000 per them. When walking out with the car and riding for a few hours, a heard noises in the engine and walking past a car lot with the same exact car but was priced for only 4,000! That's what made me take it back the next day. When taking it back the next day I just really should have said just give me my car back but instead I traded it in for a 08 Kia that was 98k miles for around 13,000 and on top of that it's been in a accident before.

Ever since I purchased this car I kick myself in the ass everyday. The interest rate is killing me. When you have any problems you have to pay $100 to get it checked out. The place to get your oil change is far and you wait for hours to get your car check. One day I went to get my tires rotated and he lied saying he did rotate them. The reason I knew he didn't was I had to get both front tires plugged one day and GUESS WHAT!!! They were still in the same place. SMFH!! B&B AUTOMOTIVE should be ashamed of their selves for selling people these high price piece of ** cars. I don't recommend anyone to this place and further actions will be taken. Because I feel I got over on and now I have more knowledge something will be getting done about this.

Hi, I financed a vehicle from these people and not only do they totally rip you off but they give you a warranty for 30 months but for what??? I purchased a 2004 Buick LeSabre. They charged me twice the amount the car was worth. I looked the value of the vehicle up and it's only worth 6000 so the loan I got for the vehicle was for 5800 altogether. I come out owing them almost 12000 for a vehicle I could have bought from the auction myself. So anyways, now don't get me wrong they do try helping the best way possible to get you driving. I give them that but damn I wish I would have walked away. I'm still paying on the vehicle, never missed a payment. Now let's get to the facts: I buy the car in Oct. The second day I drive the car I feel its motor mount needed so I call the warranty place, schedule an appt to get it fixed. They tell me all the motor mounts are fine, so I'm thinking maybe it's me.

So I go about my weeks and not only is the engine pulling very hard, it jerked so hard that whatever hose is connected to the engine that makes your engine light come on was off. My car sounded like I was driving a motorcycle so I record everything that was going on and took the vehicle back to the dealer and he fixed it. That's what I thought... that was in Feb. It's now March and the same mount is broken plus I need 2 new mounts. They tell me I have to pay a 100 deductible for every mount that gets fixed like it's so sad that these car dealers rip you off. I give you a warranty and you still end up paying triple for the car after you're done paying them to fix the problems in the car that we didn't create. Don't be stupid like me.

Just make sure you got a good enough credit score and a damn mechanic onsite at the time of purchase. Another thing the place they send you to is far as hell. You'll be putting more miles on your car taking it back and forth getting it fixed more than you would normally. They overcharge and don't fix anything. They put cheap parts on your vehicle. I was told they put a defective mount on. I don't even want to take my car back to them to get it fixed but if I take it to someone else they said my warranty will be affected. I don't know what to do at this point. It's either stop paying, surrender the car and mess up my credit or keep paying thousands of dollars until I'm paid off and then what.

I lost my job and could no longer afford the car but my loan agent did make a effort to try to get me the car back but at a ridiculous price I couldn't afford considering I'm unemployed. My van has been to their service center over 15 times in an 11 month time period with the same problems. B&B towed my car to their service center on November 18, 2015 with the impression that my car was going to be done on November 23, 2015. They recommended that I rent a car which they only reimburse you 30$ for five days and which I never got my car on that Monday. Not only that they kept giving me the run around on when my car will be fixed, I had to keep calling them for updates on my car. And finally on December 3, 2015 they finally tell me that the work is not repairable, I will have to purchase a whole new car from them.

Now I'm stuck with a remaining balance of $8,800 which they want me to sign into another 15,000 dollar loan so they can pay off the 8,800 dollars, but if I don't purchase another car with them then it's nothing they can do about this especially when it was their fault. I have a paper trail of everything. They sold me a lemon. They try to get over on people that have bad credit cuz we are gullible and in need of a car. They make everything sound good, but it is a rip-off. You pay triple the price for a used car when the kelly blue book value or trade in value is way less. They don't tell you all about the hidden fees that you pay the 30 mile. 30-month warranty is a lie, they only cover certain maintenance work. This is the worst experience - I never missed a car payment and now I have to worry about a repo because they trying to make me pay for something that don't work. This van I bought here is going back to the shop again today. Needed a new engine and has had the steering column and power steering replaced 7 times in the last 6 months. If I knew I would be renting a car every other week. Why buy from this lot.

The place is amazing. I couldn't find a sitter so we had to take our kids and they were able to watch a movie in the theater while we talked to the salesperson! They had free hot dogs and popcorn too.. I ended up with a low monthy payment for my new minivan.

I took my car in for a small problem and it was covered by the warranty plus they changed the oil for free! The warranty lasts a lot longer than my old car.

I bought a car from here back in 2013. And paying 225.00 every 2 weeks and i'm still paying on this 2003 year car for a total of 16,650. I had to since pay for all my own oil changes and repair my own car if something went wrong. I never missed a payment on this car ever!! My pocket was stolen 30 days ago and I called my so-called loan manager to advise I will be missing one payment for 2 weeks and have paid 50.00 extra to make up the one week. B&B loan office has been calling me, texting my mom saying they need my car payment or a decision will be made on my loan. The loan office has been calling my jobs everyday all day. Who does that when I have paid 222 plus an additional $50? They have not seen this car since I bought and just want to say thanks to my car salesman ** who no longer works there did not say I was paying on this car this long.

I was preapproved over the phone even with having horrible credit. I went in with only a couple hundred dollars in hand. I was told I needed at least 295. I walked out with a car the same day. My only complaint was that I wasn't told to bring 1,000 dollars for taxes and title and when I got there they wanted it. Granted they still worked with me but I have 2 weeks to come up with it. I highly recommend B&B Automotive.

I took my vehicle to BandB for state inspection, an oil service and the ac/heater control was not working correctly. The tech replaced the in-dash head assembly. The vehicle has fine since.

The guys at the Bristol shop checked my car and found that the water pump was leaking. They got it all fixed for me. I did notice the next day a light came on on the dash board. It looked like (!). John told me it was my tire pressure light and the guys at the Bristol shop could check it for me. Thanks.

I took my car to the Pep Boys in my area to have it checked out. B&B was concern of the repairs that were sent to them. They made arrangements to have it towed to their shop and have it rechecked. They found a bad cooling fan, thermostat and a leaking oil switch. The vehicle has been fine since then.
