My first shipping was straightforward. We got a good price, and delivery was easy. The driver was nice too. He took my car off the trailer and gave it to me. We checked and nothing was wrong with it. I gave the cash, then he left. I would say to a lot of friends that with AmeriFreight, they get better pricing than some other company.

I like their website and the general look and feel of what I saw. It made me wanna use them. The customer service reps were great. The driver was great too. He was the same guy that did the pick-up and drop-off. He was very personable. He did his inspection and we were good. They picked the car up on a Friday and it got to Massachusetts the next Wednesday.

Setting up the transport went very smoothly. I did it well in advance so there'd be time. When Amerifreight called me to say they had found someone, it seemed pretty painless. The thing that I really liked about them was I didn't have to pay extra for a guaranteed window of time for pick-up. The pick-up and drop-off points were Los Angeles and drop-off was Fort Lauderdale. They beat their window by two days. During the pick up, the driver took pictures and video of the entire car. It was twilight so he got out a lighting thing so that he could inspect every panel. He inspected every inch of the car. He was in contact with me all day when he got into the drop-off area, and we exchanged texts and a couple of phone calls about the best place to meet for the truck. Then he gave me a window and he showed up.

I met the driver at a dealership because he couldn't get into my location. He took me back to my apartment so I wasn't out taxi faring and then took my car back and loaded it. He sent me a picture of it after he loaded it and then met him two days later. He went all the way around the car to make sure there was no damage on the outside. AmeriFreight knew that I didn't want to pay for someone that was high priced. My rep told me what the price was.

My rep Reginald called me and kept me informed. The final cost was more than the original quoted price but there was a two-month delay because the car wasn't gonna be available for a month and a half. When I pulled the trigger on having it delivered, AmeriFreight came back with an offer that a company wanted. The movers were a husband and wife team and they had a tiny trailer with three vehicles. They were great. The driver had trouble with his trailer but he got the vehicle down here. It came with no issues at all. I'd have no problem dealing with AmeriFreight again in the future.

It was a good experience with AmeriFreight. They told me which driver would be shipping the car and then I went and gave my card to him. They delivered the car at my relative’s home in Dallas and I got a call. I was shown that the car was in a good condition and the car was inspected to be good. I was happy with the service.

I needed to have a Volkswagen sedan shipped from the City of Boston to Palm Springs, California, and out of the five companies I looked at, AmeriFreight was the most responsive. They called and followed up with me, because it took me a while to make the decision and decide on the date. They got in first, and it seemed like the right fit. I also looked online at ratings. To give your car to someone and they're gonna get it across the country is a little scary if you're not used to doing it. AmeriFreight seemed like they were highly recommended from a Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs perspective. Their quote was also right in line with everything else, but I wasn't really shopping for price. If they were $300 higher than someone else, I didn't have time to shop around. I was super busy. I was more concerned about the timing of it and the fact that I needed to trust them to get it right than I was about the price.

The rep was very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. In fact, just a couple of days before the car was supposed to ship, the ones he authorized to be my shipper, their truck broke down. The rep got right on it, got me another company within a day and I was totally satisfied with them. The driver was really nice. He came and picked up the car at the house I designated and was very fast and efficient about it. When the car was delivered, the driver was the same one that delivered it here to me in our new location. It was a new vehicle. I had only had it a month, and he took very good care of it.

I talked to Rich and he was very welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help and he communicated very well even to the point of telling me when he was gonna be off work and he wouldn't be able to process things. That way, I knew, "Okay, I can talk to him tomorrow or I need to hurry up and get him an answer now." He followed up through and through. Even when there was some confusion with our people on the other end of where the car was gonna be, who needed to pick it up, AmeriFreight called the other company to try to clear things up. So, it was really helpful. The cost was also exactly what I thought, and it matches the experience. I would definitely go with AmeriFreight again.

The woman in the Atlanta office was incredibly resourceful. Her follow-up was outstanding. She kept everybody up to speed on exactly what was going on. I was very pleased with her. They were late in picking up the car by a day because the guy had to get some brake issues fixed on his vehicle, but it worked out. I was a little shocked that they got the car to me as quick as they did. There was no way that they could get from Edmond, Oklahoma to Vermont leaving there at 9:00 on a Friday night and getting to me at 9:00 on Monday. They did it driving probably 18 hours a day. But I was pleased that they got here on Monday morning.

The rep, Sy, was very helpful and great to work with. The transport was in the middle of selling our home in New Jersey. The carrier showed up within an hour of the scheduled time, and it went very smoothly. We drove both cars so that they were easy to pick up from the street, and the fellow that brought them to the receiving point in Pennsylvania was wonderful. The fellow that dropped them off was also very good. It took a little longer than we had hoped (a day later), but it didn't matter, because my wife wasn't down yet.. Everything worked out fine, and I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight. Usually, I don't give out 5s, but they were close.

My contact was professional, courteous, and helpful, and was able to answer all the questions I had. Also, I appreciated that he kept in contact until my bike was delivered. I would be happy to recommend AmeriFreight for anyone needing to move their vehicle long distance.

Everything was well organized, and customer service was really good. I had no complaints. Amerifreight set everything up and let us know where it was gonna be and how long it was gonna take. They even followed up when they got in touch with the carrier, then the gave the adjusted timeframe of when it was arriving. The driver seemed really good. He came down, checked out the whole car and put it on the on the carrier. There were no issues, and it was the same with the drop-off. Everything was great, and I would definitely use Amerifreight again.

The pickup and drop-off were both good. The movers that AmeriFreight assigned brought my SUV to a parking lot. They loaded my SUV in a small trailer on the back of a truck. During inspection, the driver took photos. That person was nice. But the driver that dropped off the SUV tried to cover the problem that they did in my SUV. They hit my car by the driver doors. He didn't tell me about it, and he hid the problem. He has a space by the house to park the SUV. But for some reason, he put the SUV by a garden. And close to the garden that he just opened the door tiny. He got out from there and let me see the front, the right side, and the backside. And when he took the photo of the driver side, he didn't take a good one because he didn't want to show the damage in the car.

It was the first time I ever transported my car. It went from Florida to NJ. We used Amerifreight, and the experience was seamless. My representative Robyn ** answered all of my questions, and there were a lot of them! The driver picked up the car as scheduled and delivered it in 2 days in perfect condition. AmeriFreight had the best rates I've seen. They had the best reviews as well, so I thought it was a good balance of both. The pickup and delivery of the vehicle were pretty smooth. They gave me a time window for pickup, and then the driver came and dropped it off. Overall, I didn't have any hiccups.

We needed to get a car across the country and we didn't want to drive it. We set up the transport with AmeriFreight and it was easy and professional. The quote was accurate too. I was there on the pickup day and the driver was lovely. The delivery went well. The only thing was AmeriFreight indicated that I would have to have literal cash in order to receive the car. That wasn't exactly true because the carrier themselves took Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. There were some mobile options that AmeriFreight was not aware of. That would have been helpful for me to know in advance because trying to get to $1,200 in cash when I'm on the other side of the country was a little tricky. But when we found out we could use Venmo or Cash App or Zelle, that totally worked. Other than that, I would use AmeriFreight again anytime and I would recommend them to my friends. It was great from top to bottom.

I had AmeriFreight ship a 1990 Dodge Ram. Their customer service, Jasmine, was awesome. It was the best customer service I've received for shipping a vehicle. I was impressed with her honesty. She answered any question that I asked her. She even provided answers to questions that I never even asked just to help further explain something or further have more knowledge in something. The quote was very good, and she did save me some money.

I had a wonderful experience. Melissa, our AmeriFreight agent did a great job. I called her and we had perfect conversation back and forth. It was little effort on my part dealing with her, and they took care of everything. The transporter they used was wonderful. Great communications. They had some difficulties in California, but they got it resolved. So, I was impressed.

Scheduling was a little difficult and took longer than expected. We only had one person who was able to bid for the timeframe we were looking at. But there was some information that was missing as we weren't told that we needed to have pictures upfront. When we were asked to get pictures, we weren't able to do so in a timely manner. The carrier cancelled our order after we'd already accepted it. We waited a couple more days while they worked on it. AmeriFreight got someone else but the price went up too. It was almost double, if not more than double. The mover was late a couple of hours but once he got here, he was fine. He knew what he was doing and he got on the truck pretty expeditiously.

I set up the transport with AmeriFreight through a lady and we communicated through email. The pickup to delivery was great and the driver was fantastic and very communicative. The quote increased about $1,000 though. So that was super disappointing. Nobody picked up our car and all of a sudden, the rep from AmeriFreight said they had somebody and they wanted $2,000. I asked what happened to the 1,100 and they said there wasn’t much availability so it was what I got.

I called Amerifreight, got a quote, and then they sent me the permission to post email, and I did that. About three weeks later, the car was up and ready to go. A week after that, it was on my doorstep. It was easy. I met the driver at a dealership because it was easier for him and he was dropping off the car there and I was in the area.

The rep was great. The driver called, went to pick up and called before they dropped off. We got our car in one piece. I recommend AmeriFreight. We got everything I expected and everything worked out.

I had a very good experience with the person I worked with. The movers were on schedule. They took pictures and walked around the vehicle. The driver responded right away to text or calls. During the delivery, I was the last vehicle to come off the trailer because where I'm located is close to the driver's home base. When I got to the parking lot to meet the driver, the vehicle is already cooled down for me. It was perfect. I got it in excellent condition. The final price was in line with what the rep had originally quoted me.

We moved to go across the country, and Amerifreight did a pickup and a delivery from Portland to Upstate New York. Communication was good. They gave us a window at the beginning, and they met their window on both the pickup and the drop-off. It took 15 days, and the cost was as quoted or slightly lower, which was good. Overall, the value seemed very good.

I was very skeptical about using a transportation service to move my vehicle from Virginia to Arizona. I called a few companies and asked a lot of questions. I'm glad I used AmeriFreight. They were friendly and answered all my questions. The contractor they referred was great. He contacted me immediately and showed up when he said he would. He called me halfway through the trip to let me know where he was and the expected arrival time. He was right on time. I watched him load and unload the vehicles and he took his time and was very careful with each one. If you are considering using a transportation company, I highly recommend using AmeriFreight.

The representative was great. But there was something I didn't like about him. We were tracking cars all the way across the country because Amerifreight had its own tracking system. They had our car for an extra weekend because the truck was too big to go into Bend, Oregon. They were trying to find somebody else to deliver it. But they weren't communicating that with us. So we were wondering why our car was still sitting there for three days. When I finally got ahold of the guy who set up the transport, he tracked and chased it down, and that was when he found out that the number that we were calling was not being used. There was another number, but they weren't communicating with us about why it was sitting in there for three days. My son could have gone up and got the car. It's only a few hours away. Other than that, everything went fine.

The issue was that when I contacted AmeriFreight, the representative said that there was a company that could pick up on a Friday, and another one that could pick up two days later. I said, "I could definitely do the Friday pickup because they could be cutting it close on scheduling." But if I went with the pickup on Friday, it had to be before 3 o'clock because of conflicts with work.

I recently retired from the military and when I was leaving, all of a sudden, there was snow. So, I hired AmeriFreight and I had to pay a little bit, but the service that was provided was above and beyond anything I could've ever expected. I didn't want to drive, so I paid what I had to pay. They were quick which was all I really wanted. I also wanted someone to be direct with me because these other companies would tell me that they had to put me up to see who was bidding. But I just wanted them to tell me how much they wanted me to pay them to get my car to California. Both people that I dealt with at AmeriFreight on both ends were topnotch. Also, the price was fair based on other places I was looking at and in the end, the quote they gave me matched the final cost perfectly. The service was exceptional and they earned that money.

I called several times and left messages for my agent to call me. She never did. The truck driver was nice and did a sufficient job, however my car was in a snowstorm. Took several 3 or 4 days longer to get with not a lot of communication. I was promised by your agent, "they would be with me the whole way." I did not find that to be the case.

I knew nothing about carriers and transport. When I decided to research it, I got hundreds of emails, all types of prices and promises. I went with Amerifreight and picked a winner. Melissa explained the process, was wonderful to work with, kept me in the loop and made the process easy. The carrier was as promised, and the best. Thanks to all of you, that was the easiest part of a stressful move.

The people from AmeriFreight were easy to work with. I explained to the rep that we were waiting for our third child to show up and we would have this big move across the country, and explained how all these things needed to work. And she appreciated that we would have three little kids under the age of four, and walked me through the ins and outs and how it worked. I never shipped a car before, so it was helpful to hear from somebody that does it for a living. The total quote was somewhere around $2,800 and that was where it landed. Shipping two cars across the country where we lived in Montana, versus where we were headed to, which is Wisconsin, the $2800 was reasonable as opposed to living in Seattle and moving to Miami. And the cars that we have are not high-end ones. So, from what we talked about with Rosaline, and given the journey, that was the best fit.

The driver's timing is a little off like he told us, "I'll be in this location for so long," and it took him forever. Other than that, everything was good with him. I get that AmeriFreight has to make their money, but I wish they would have told me exactly where that deposit was going. I thought the deposit went towards the driver. It went to AmeriFreight. I get it's a marketing tactic, but it's still shady. I would call somebody directly so I could save $400.

AmeriFreight did a great job. I wanted to commend the woman with whom I worked. Rosalind went well above and beyond the call of duty for anybody. She did a phenomenal job. She went way above and beyond. They kept calling to make sure that the guy was on the way, and she tracked it the whole way. The guy was great, too. We got the car picked up the day we wanted it picked up, and we got it dropped off in two days, which was spectacular. There was no damage at all. They even took a set of snow tires inside the car, which was generous of them. I'm very pleased with the service. The price was very reasonable for what we got. My daughter was quite impressed when they dropped the car off. The entire experience was 100% positive. I would definitely use them again.

We did AmeriFreight for the availability, time, and cost. Setting up the transport was pretty easy. It was my first time doing it and it went smoothly. The freight driver was on time and he was very communicative. The transport was from L A to Houston and it was at least 1,500 miles. That took five days, which was fine. The driver told me when he was on his way an hour before and it was same thing with drop-off. He was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable trusting him and delivering my car. Everything went well. The car came dirty but nothing was damaged. It was raining, so I don't blame the driver for the dirt. The final cost of the service was the same one I was quoted in the beginning so I was happy about that.

It was pretty easy to sign up. They asked what my vehicle was, where it was going, and when it had to get there by. It ended up taking a month and a half for them to pick up the vehicle. The communication between the service and the people that are requesting the service could be better. There wasn't a whole lot of communication as to whether anything was actually happening. I had to keep calling once every week or two to see what was going on and they just say that they were still looking. There was no actual information until I called customer service after a month and a half.

We recently moved to Las Vegas from Seattle. The drive was just a little too long for our sports car and I heard that freight was inexpensive and reliable. I called seven different companies and chose AmeriFreight. Out of all of the companies. The representative at AmeriFreight was the most confident, kind and reassuring. There were higher costs, and lower cost but because of the confidence that was portrayed by Customer Service I chose AmeriFreight. I called on Friday. The car was picked up on Sunday and delivered on Friday in perfect condition. Everything was easy, the driver followed up, Customer Service followed up, and I was thrilled to have my car. I worked with Lisa ** to get a transporter, to take the Jeep down to CA. Lisa was a outstanding person to work with. Lisa walks me through the process. I even liked it that I could see the map where the transporter was at all times. I will be using your company again to send the other car down once my car is out of the shop.

I told them all the information about the car, where it was going, and where it was currently, and then got a quote from them. They sent out a request to all the companies that they subcontract, and we got hit back within two days.

Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight wasn't the easiest. There was back and forth conversations with the AmeriFreight rep. The second time, there were a couple of the recommended transport companies where one of them was mediocre and the other one was unprepared. With the first transport company, I had some specific questions for them. The AmeriFreight rep asked the questions and the transport company hung up on them so we cut those guys. The second people who came out were unprepared for the vehicle. It didn't fit in their transport, and that was the last I heard from them. The third company was good. They had a trailer that worked that the car fit in. The guy came out and did a good job. They were responsive. With the first vehicle a year prior, it was a good experience other than a lot of communication issues with the AmeriFreight.

We had a car shipped from Maryland to Washington, and aside from moving in the middle of winter and the car getting really dirty, there weren't any major issues. AmeriFreight's quote was comparable to the other places we looked at, given the time constraint and time of year, and most of the experience was perfectly fine. We were not aware at the beginning that when you're given a pickup and drop-off date, it's flexible. We ended up having to leave the car with a family member because the date got pushed back due to weather delays, which is uncontrollable. That was about the only miscommunication we had, and we still received the car a few days early.

A great experience! They moved our car quickly, and for a great price. Aside for the driver getting sick and delaying things for 2-3 days it was a smooth process. No damage to the car. We would use them again if needed.

Chandler at AmeriFreight arranged delivery of my Promaster in just a few days. I knew what it should cost and was happy with the quote from AmeriFreight. Pickup and delivery was smooth on both ends and Chandler reached out to me several times throughout the process. No surprises.

Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was great. The only trouble was that I did not understand the process and sometimes you might not know who's picking up your bid until a few days before. But otherwise, the communication with the actual driver was fine. He sent me an address that worked that was close by to pick up the vehicle, and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or so. The car was transported from D.C. to Colorado for about 1,600 miles and the cost was exactly what I expected. But the delivery was a little back and forth. I was fortunate to have someone in Colorado who could accept the vehicle early but I was told a few different date possibilities. Then, the vehicle ended up being three days early, which wasn't a bad problem to have, but had I not been here or had someone who could accept the vehicle, it could have been a problem.

After I got my initial quote, AmeriFreight was quick to reach out to me and call me first and take the initiative in doing that. So, that already gave them a head start over the other companies because they were more on my radar. I spoke to someone from the company and they also had a good price that they quoted me for. They gave the best quote and that was something that was very important to me.

The driver was super friendly. He called me and coordinated with me. Then later, I hadn't heard an update so I called him. But he didn't know because he was already somewhere else, but he pointed me in the right direction to get the answers I needed. The car was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. It was not guaranteed, but I really needed it to be delivered Thursday. It was delivered on a Friday. The driver called an hour ahead of time, and then 20 minutes ahead of time. It was pretty easy.

She and the other customer service representatives I was in contact with made this process very easy and efficient, Chandler was such a pleasure to work with. I was sort of on a tight timeframe that I needed to get the transport done and Amerifreight was the best suited to get that and find me a transporter. As soon as I talked to them, one of the first things I explained was, "You know, this is sort of best of conditions. If we can get this, it may vary by a few $100 or so." The final quote was right in line with what they had set my expectation around as well. The driver was fantastic. I could not have asked for better updates along the way and coordination with both the pick-up status of the delivery date and arranging for the delivery. He was top-notch. Amerifreight did a really good job on both sides. I've used them twice. I had even some tighter constraints on the second transport and they were able to find me a transporter and the transporter was excellent and met the accommodations and at the price point we had discussed.

I had a very good experience using Amerifreight to ship a truck. The agent was nice and helpful and responded quickly to messages and calls. The driver sent went above and beyond with communication and assistance in parking the non running truck exactly where we wanted it. Overall a great experience.

The first person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and told me pretty much how things worked with AmeriFreight. I shipped two Toyota cars from California to Texas, and for the pick-up, they called ahead of time. Then, they showed up on time and the guy did an inspection. Everything went well with the delivery, too. The trucking trailer was nice and took good care of my vehicles. The cost was a little high but other than that, the service was flawless.

Setting up was great. Pickup happened a day late, which was a bit frustrating. But everything leading up to it was fine. AmeriFreight was responsive. They found a way to communicate with the driver who was able to communicate then. He ran a bit behind, which enabled me to have a better plan than simply hoping. But it was good.

Both the agent we dealt with to search for the trucker and then the truck driver did a great job for us. Communication was honest and clear, and our car was received in the other side of the country faster than projected. I recommend them.

The only thing that I would request is that you would be able to track the transport. Overall it was a great experience. The driver was very careful with my car, and did a very good inspection of the car.

Courteous and friendly staff especially Leica my rep. The driver was great and made us feel confident. As my first time transporting a vehicle, more detail of how the charges and transport bidding works ahead of time versus the quote given is important to understand when you receive a call back for an available transport. That would have helped with making a decision more confidently. Now that I know, the next transport will be a lot easier. I am thankful I went with AmeriFreight and will use them again.

I appreciated that Amerifreight called me to ask if I was still interested in getting my car shipped. Mr. ** was professional. He showed interest in what I needed to get my car shipped across state. I also appreciated being able to text and not always email or call to get answers. The only problem I have with Amerifreight is the carrier that was used to ship my car. They (I Deal Transport Inc) was not professional nor did they care about my vehicle. When approaching my residence they broken several branches off of my neighbors tree, in which my husband had to clean up. Documentation was not clear or good. He (driver) didn’t sign any of the documents.

Setting up the transport was hassle-free, and the organizer was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable, and did everything they said they were gonna do. The transport was from Redlands to Kansas City, and it took as long as they said. The driver and I had regular and consistent communications in the late evening, letting me know where he was and how long he was gonna take to get to me.

Price quotes seemed like a blatant lie. With the actual price ending up being over 300 dollars more than the quoted price. Overall I would not use Amerifreight again and would spend the time reaching out to shipping companies directly. I gave a date for when I needed my car shipped. It was not picked up until the day I stated I needed it by even after calling and being reassured that my car would be here by the date I specified.

Dealing with Rosalind ** was an easy and very pleasant process. She put me in contact with the driver to facilitate the smooth operation which involved my daughter on the front end and both myself and my wife on the receiving end - everything went without a hitch. Rosalind was on top of her game - professional, courteous, efficient.

Great communication and management of my delivery! Multiple options to choose from even though I changed the variables on them. Delivery was on time and in great shape in an enclosed trailer and he pulled it right up to my door. Good communication before during and after the drop.

Called on Friday night and they posted it. It was picked up noon on Saturday and delivered 1200 miles later on Monday morning. Great experience. Only transport company I will ever use. Couldn’t be happier. Driver communicated every step of the way.

At first I had a great experience, but once my service was paid for I was never able to get in contact with the person helping me again despite texts, calls and emails. I was quoted $100 less than actually charged, and it wasn’t explained to me that I’d be paying separate for the brokers fee and actual service so when the company showed up and expected me to give them cash or money order I wasn’t prepared. The company I was set up with was also incredibly unprofessional, but I realize AmeriFreight isn’t responsible for them. My car did arrive in good condition which I’m thankful for.

The service was very quick, the company got someone to pick up my car within posting. They have great communication and they contacted me numerous times to make sure everything went well! I’ve used this company twice to ship my car from Michigan to California and back and I will use them again in the future.

AmeriFreight reached out to me pretty quickly - within a day of when I asked for a quote, and signing up was pretty easy. I needed to transfer my car from California all the way to New Jersey and it was a kind of last-minute thing so I was glad that everything was able to work so quickly. I had a short window of being able to get the car and the person I worked with was really helpful and flexible with the challenges I was facing with the car.

I needed to move the car from Illinois to California. I contacted AmeriFreight and they were flexible. I talked to Jasmine and she was very helpful. They were dealing with the courier places and she was working on the case. But it was not explained to me how the pricing worked. When I went on the website, it said that the transport would cost me around $1,029 and I thought AmeriFreight was going to get that price for me. I didn't know that they were the broker and they had to look for different couriers. Then they were giving me different prices. It became 1,413, then it was 1,250. I told them that the max that I could give at the time was 1,100 and in the end, it came out around $1,150. So, they still gave me a price close to what I wanted.

When I was transferring from California to Maryland through AmeriFreight, the driver had some trouble getting into the apartment as there was some clearance of his truck that wasn't able to get there. But overall, it went smoothly. Also, because there was a language barrier, there was a lot of frustration when it came to communication. We weren't able to communicate what we wanted to say or try to give him directions. The cost was a little bit expensive, too. But I would tell others to go with the service. They should just make sure about who their point of contact is.

Everything went exactly as planned. The driver was excellent. He kept me informed on what was going on.

Amerifreight's service is exceptional. Another transporter could not get the transport done and it was almost leading to a month. But Amerifreight was able to, from start to finish, get it done within 15 days. The communication was great and so was the quote. I wanted an enclosed carrier, and they were able to identify an enclosed carrier. The gentleman that helped me with the scheduling told me the transporter that I originally had scheduled had nine open bids. It was a bunch of confusion. He told me, "You need to call them back and tell them they need to take the listing down because they got multiple listings. They're pretty much bidding against themselves for one vehicle." I called back, got their schedule, and worked with him. Everything was scheduled within a week.

This would be my first time transporting my vehicle from Houston to Concord, CA. safe to say I will be coming back when I need to bring my vehicle back home. Reliable. On schedule and no issues. The process was very easy.

I've dealt with shippers before, but this time was exceptional. My company was AmeriFreight, and my guy's name was Harry **. Harry was topnotch. He was with me every step of the way. AmeriFreight's rep was the only one who explained the process and was very good at follow-ups and sounded like he was not recently released from jail. He was the only one who did what he said he would do. He said he would look for a carrier and got back to me in 30 minutes, and said he would fill something out and send it to me in email, and it was in my inbox. So, the difference with them was they seemed like an actual business and not like a guy with a pickup truck who was just hauling cars. That RV went across the entire country without a scratch. And everyone was professional. I expected to pay a lot more because they put the RV on an open bed truck. So, I was very happy to pay the quote. And it was in the middle of everything else. Their rate was competitive.

The process was very smooth and easy. Chandler ** was an amazing help. She found me and carrier right away and stayed in contact with me the whole time until my car got picked up and until I received it. And I received it a few days early so it was great.

Gina, the lady I spoke with at AmeriFreight, was very helpful. She was great. The truck was picked up on a Wednesday and dropped off on Friday. The whole thing went well.

AmeriFreight's rep was knowledgeable, really helpful, and easy to get ahold of. The driver was the same way. He was really nice, answered all my questions, and easy to get ahold of whether I had to call him or text him. For the delivery, I had to get my aunt to meet him and pick up the car because we were behind him driving across the country with my other vehicle. He wasn't able to go to the house because it was in a cul-de-sac, so they just met right down the road and it wasn't a big deal. The car arrived with no damage and it was in good condition. For the price, I was quoted 1,200 and it ended up being 16. But I took the first offer that was given and what I was told, when they came and picked it up, was what I paid. So, there was no discrepancy there. It was a painless experience and as far as how terrible moving can be, that was pretty easy.

I shipped from Steamboat Springs, Colorado to Holly, Michigan, and the person that I was working with from AmeriFreight was very friendly and helpful. The person they contracted to do the pickup was also very friendly and quick, but there was a language barrier and there was a lot of miscommunication. There was a time period that I waited for several hours at a location anticipating that the pickup would happen, and it didn't end up happening until the next day when I had no notice. I was told that they were there and the pickup location is a place that's about 45 minutes away from where I live. The car arrived and it was in pristine condition and this was the lowest price, but the pickup was a very frustrating process. The final cost was much higher than the initial quote by several hundred dollars too and that was disappointing. However, we live in an area where there weren't a lot of options. So, I chalked it up to it is what it is.

It was easy with AmeriFreight. I talked with the driver on the phone. He went to where he was supposed to and put it where it was supposed to be at my house. I would use them again.

This was my second time using AmeriFreight. I had good success the first time, so I stuck with what I knew. They provide good quality service.

My daughter did this college program shortly before COVID hit and then she came home, and then went back to finish out for four years. So, we used AmeriFreight the first time to take her down there and bring her car back home. AmeriFreight had the most reasonable price at the time and positive Google reviews. Then, we used them again and this is my fourth time.

I arranged the transport, and AmeriFreight's customer service was great. The car was picked up before we left for California. We were flying out, and I was worried that it was going to be delivered before we got there. In hindsight, I contacted AmeriFreight and they contacted the carrier. I was told I had nothing to worry about, that it was scheduled to be delivered within the time period that we would be there.

Amerifreight could pick the vehicle up in a day or two. The others were gonna have to take two weeks before they had a schedule to pick it up. The reps with AmeriFreight knew what they were talking about and everything they said to me was right on. They had warned me that the quote was low, and it was probably gonna cost me about a dollar a mile. That was what it cost me. However, the driver did not call and tell me he was anywhere near. He showed up at the house when I was at church. I preferred they not come to the house because there's no place for them to turn around. He was going to have to back up the road about four miles to get to where he could turn around.

The quote AmeriFreight gave was great. It was $2,000 less than what I was quoted to move something from Mesa, Arizona to New Jersey. The rep who helped me couldn't have been more helpful. It was amazing what she did for me. She was gonna fill out an accident report for me. But the insurance lady wouldn't let her.

I was educated on a few things about the transport and what they do, how they do it and the workings of the price. I got a phone call from the driver when the car would arrive, and we arranged to have somewhere where it was dropped off. They called me and told me we meet them at a spot, then we drove them back to the truck.

The AmeriFreight rep who helped me was great. Super responsive, very informative, checked in throughout the experience and overcommunicated, which I loved. The cost was also accurate. It was a couple of hundred bucks more than what they said initially. But it was fine.

I wish AmeriFreight had better communication as far as 24-hour service when I'm communicating with operators. The quote process was also annoying. I was originally quoted a specific rate and I was never told that it was a bid rate which could fluctuate from there. We got an $800 rate and we ended up paying $1,700. So that was double. Also, I filled out the form and had a scheduled time, but they said they'd get back to us by this date and it ended up taking two more days. Other than that, the driver that delivered was great and the delivery went smoothly. The transport was from Texas to California and it took a few days.

AmeriFreight found someone to ship my car the fastest and they gave me a great deal as well. The rep I worked with was nice and helpful.

Started the process 7 weeks before desired move date. Moving two small cars from Virginia to Texas. Quoted $1751 and it dropped to $1748 on the official quote. After initial exchange of information I sat and heard nothing. I called three weeks out and asked about progress and was told by Amerifreight rep not much happens until at 10 days to a week out. Getting nervous. Waited 6 days out - still nothing, and told again not much happens until a week out. Reminded sales rep it less than 6 days now. Four days out still nothing. I have everything else scheduled to go. Really beginning to panic a bit. Planning on leaving the cars and flying back to move them myself. Told he'll increase the offer price.

My car was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and has still not arrived. AmeriFreight is closed now, and the number I was given for my driver is a disconnected number. I have no idea when my car will arrive, even though I agreed to pay EXTRA to have it delivered two days ago. I have no way of getting to work tomorrow without my car.

I have dealt with several auto transport brokers, some of whom I find opaque and uncommunicative, and Amerifreight is the most honest and transparent. They also follow up and make sure that things are going well. I like and trust this company.

Dealing with AmeriFreight was reasonable and I'm sure comparable with other brokers. The rep I dealt with was helpful and on top of everything through the initial process, then just disappeared when I needed further assistance. I just wrote it off that they got the payment so moving on to the next potential customer. Keep in mind that AmeriFreight like others are brokers only, just like the tons of moving brokers you see all over the internet. Thus when the actual party shows up to do the work they can throw an upcharge at you which most of the time they will. In my case I was told the items I packed in my vehicle wasn't done properly thus an extra $200. Standing in the middle of the road I'm explaining I did everything just as my rep advised.

I had a good experience with Amerifreight and especially Melissa who was following up with me to make sure that everything was going well. The carrier did a good job and I am very happy with the service I received from Amerifreight.

Nice people to work with. Price point was right in the middle. The car carrier company that actually picked up the vehicle was decent and fast, 3 days Boston/LA. One word of advice… Pick up and drop off times are very fluid…It can change by a day. It depends on the pick up and drop offs prior to yours.

The agent, Malia, was really good and helpful. She did a great job. The price was great. The first carrier assigned to me didn't show up. But it was not AmeriFreight's fault. He backed out at the last moment and then he asked me to transfer my car 70 miles because he didn't want to drive to my location. He was terrible. But the second guy showed up and did everything perfectly. He was really helpful and friendly. He was really amazing. I'd definitely use AmeriFreight again. The price was good and my experience has been great.

I was pleased to use this company. They were very communicative and transparent. My car came from California to Virginia and was scheduled for pickup on 9/30 with the arrival date of 10/10. The carrier contacted me the day after my car was picked up to let me know that the car was picked up with the ETA. The driver contacted me 6 days in to let me know my car would be arriving 10/8. On that day the driver gave me an ETA and location for pick up. The driver was great, my car arrived dirty from travel but was in the same condition as it left. Overall the whole thing from start to finish was pleasant. The only reason why I give this 4 stars is because I called another carrier and they gave me a lower price (I know they have a good reputation because my friend who used them). It was too late for me to cancel with this company however I am happy with this company.

I went with a different company at first, and they quoted me a price which was good but then they weren't able to find a driver to fulfill that price. So, I ended up going back out and finding AmeriFreight, which charged a bit more money but was able to perform the job. The driver showed up a little late, but my understanding is, there was some traffic caused by an accident along the way. My car arrived in good condition. My experience was satisfactory.

We needed to transfer our vehicle due to a house move from Seattle to Denver. The procedure at AmeriFreight was easy to use and their price was reasonable. The whole process took a week. The communication was simple. They called to let me know when they were dropping them off and they met the timeline. They did it exactly as they said they would. They provided a fair service. It was good value and they completed the services as we contracted. I would use them again.

The driver was early. I felt bad for him. He had to wait for me. There wasn't anything I could do to get there any earlier. But he needed the extra time because he had a hard time loading it. It wasn't communicated to him that it was a convertible. He had planned on putting it on the bottom and then he needed to put it on the top, and then he had to move some vehicles around. So, it took a little bit longer than he had anticipated. Also, it got there two days earlier than we were anticipating. But he was nice to me. He also did his job really well.

From the moment I contacted AmeriFreight to obtain information about shipping a vehicle, to arrival of both vehicles in perfect condition after a 2,700 mile relocation, AmeriFreight and Cosmo were outstanding! Customer service was good and the quote was awesome. But the delivery didn't go as well as I would have liked. The truck of the driver who had my vehicle broke down on the side of the road. That pushed back the delivery day because they had to send a new truck to pick up all the vehicles that were on his truck to complete the delivery. I'm a travel nurse and I wasn't close to the hospital. This increased my expenses Ubering back and forth.

I like Amerifreight's response to me and their price. Their customer service is excellent. I worked with Reginald, and he negotiated the quote back down to his original quote. I had some other calls with some of their other reps. Reginald was so much more thorough and transparent. I felt comfortable with him.

Amerifreight gave me a military discount. The rep was very helpful. The driver got the car from Highland Park, Illinois to Chesapeake, Virginia in two days. He was very responsive and had cell phone communications. He put the car right where I asked him to. It was very straightforward.

Worked with Harry ** at Amerifreight for the 4th time and received same excellent service as the first time. Harry is always responsive with information, and to answer questions. Carrier was rated 99% and stayed in contact with status of delivery and their driver was super nice.

Christine quickly made arrangements to have my vehicle shipped to another state in a timely manner. She was readily available for any questions or concerns. She followed up after delivery of the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the process.

My rep was Reginald and he was good. But we had a little issue with the pickup. The carrier said they were gonna be there Friday, then they said Saturday, then it turned into Sunday. They finally got the vehicle picked up fairly late Sunday evening but Reginald stayed on the carrier to get it done. Once the driver picked the vehicle up, I didn't hear anything from him until he was 30 minutes from dropping it off.

I liked the cost for AmeriFreight's service. Their person was in communication the whole time. But I will never use the service again, not because they did anything wrong, but it's nerve-wracking for me to be three days away from moving and not knowing whether the car is gonna be shipped or not. I hired AmeriFreight when I could have done it with somebody local, a month ahead of time. I could have had the car picked up without being with a move pending leaving the state and not knowing whether the car was gonna be picked up or not.

I'm not crazy about the whole process, but I would recommend AmeriFreight, if not, Brandon at AmeriFreight. Ideally, you want a private transport, but that costs a lot more money. So you put it out to bid and you get what you get, and at some point, it's out of AmeriFreight's hand. I got lucky. It's a roll of the dice who you're gonna get to pick up your car.

I did a transport from Los Angeles to Delaware and it was all great. Everyone was very responsive. From the start, everyone was reached out immediately. The driver called me a couple of days before the pickup and he also called me on the day of the pickup. He then called me a couple of hours before dropping off my vehicle and called as he was coming. AmeriFreight provided a great service. It was cheaper than the other alternatives but also very high quality. I would definitely use it again.

I really liked the first girl that I worked with twice. This latest time that I worked with AmeriFreight, I liked them still because someone got back to me. I tried to get ahold of a certain person because I was referred to them by the last person who I had really good rapport with and was no longer there, and I felt like I could never get ahold of them. Someone did call me back and was very helpful. I just wish the original girl was still working there because I loved her.

I used AmeriFreight twice cross country. The pick-up was really easy. They arranged a time. They were able to work with me and also my father who was holding onto my sister's car at the time without any trouble. It was a really complicated situation and they were able to handle it really well. My father's an infectious disease specialist in New York. They were able to work around his schedule to make it work, as well as coordinate with me states away to make sure that I was able and available to pick up the car on the day that it was being delivered. The agent that I was working with was really wonderful. We had to change a couple of times the shipment dates because of my father's availability and she never acted like it was frustrating. She just worked through it.

Our main agent from AmeriFreight, Hasma, was very personable, and he made sure that everything was taken care of. As far as the quote, it was really good. Originally, it was 1,400, but it ended up being 400 more, which isn't bad. Hasma was really accurate with what he thought it would be, and it ended up saving us a lot of money. Overall, I was happy with AmeriFreight's service.

I talked to him for a bit when he was picking the car up, and I felt safe with him driving the car. I also appreciated him being on time and on top of it. The pickup point was in Del Mar, California, while drop-off was in Atlanta, Georgia.

Amerifreight advertised a cheaper price, but it wasn't cheaper by the time it got here. The rep told me that the price online was the minimum and they’ll add later on, so I knew what I was getting into. The rep was great, and the delivery was good. The driver communicated with me, but I could hardly understand him on the phone. He was from Georgia, and he had a weird accent, but an hour of talking to him after he got here, I could understand him.

I left a vehicle to my son and I wanted it returned. We spent a bit more than we were planning to spend, but it was okay. We just wanted to have it taken care of before the holidays. The AmeriFreight rep was really helpful, but I didn't really get a communication till the driver was nearby. I was on the way to an orthodontist appointment with my daughter and I was like, "What?"

I shipped a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette, and it went really well. The AmeriFreight rep explained the process. They list the shipping job on a network, then whoever wants to pick it up and bring the car back picks up the job. So, the rep listed it and said he got a quote back right away that was $700 and it was an open trailer for the car. I said, “Okay. That's fine.” He said, “Okay. I'll go ahead and go forward with that.” About 10 minutes later, he called me back and said, “I got a better offer that's cheaper and an enclosed trailer.” That was nice, and I liked that. He could have just taken the very first offer and his job would have been done, but he stopped and called back ‘cause a better offer came in. That was a little above and beyond.

The customer service that I received was very good. The reps were very honest, transparent, and highly competent. Also, the quote was fair, in line with everyone else, and the service worked out just fine for me. I was satisfied with it.

I needed to transport a 2016 4Runner from Columbus, Ohio to Carver, Massachusetts, and I had my friend, Christine, make the arrangements for me. She did some research and AmeriFreight was the one that came out on top. It turned out to be the best price for that activity too. According to Christine, the reps were very cool, and the fellow that dropped off the truck was really nice. He came through a big snowstorm in Buffalo that weekend. The owner, Cosmo, was very pleasant as well. I told AmeriFreight that I would recommend them in the future.

I'm going to start this by saying that this was my first time using a shipping company to move a vehicle for me. I won a car at an online auction and needed to have it shipped from CA to CT. Immediately I searched a military site to find a reliable company to do so. After finding AmeriFreight to have high recommendations I went with them. I called and the receptionist said everything I wanted to hear. My confidence was high up until the time my car was to be picked up, just before pickup I received a call from a man who was asking me questions I already told the receptionist. Anyways it seemed at that point all information and whoever was to make a move was on me to figure out.

This process isn't what I thought it was going to be. No updates on what was going on -- I had to keep contacting you. And then - last minute - told what's going to happen. No notice -- then the carrier didn't even show up multiple times. To add to that - there was damage - no one from your shop even replied to my email about it all at.

So the gentleman that I was initially assigned sucked!! He never responded, was very arrogant and just did his job poorly. The lady, Rosie was amazing! Very helpful, communicative and friendly. What made this experience the best was the contracted driver we got!! He was awesome!!

The driver was great. Always called to update me on pick up and drop off times. Loaded a Jeep CJ and 26hp tractor. Both were loaded without issue and secured excellently. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was price was a bit higher than others but they did a great job.

From the initial phone call the Amerifreight staff was the consummate professional… caring, concerned, informative and punctual. Our driver delivered our vehicle in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. Because our car is a convertible, he took extra care that it arrived spotless.

Everything was fine in the beginning. My broker explained everything and how things would happen. However, once he found a truck and told me the price I never heard from him again. Apparently, he went on vacation and didn’t have another coworker follow up with me or even let me know he wasn’t going to be available. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was 3k miles. I felt like once I paid the broker at Amerifreight I was dismissed. I emailed him twice and left a couple of voicemails and received no communication back except when he got back from his leave and informed me then. At that point my vehicle was already on its way across the country. He never checked up to see how it went when they picked up my car or how the trip went much less the delivery. The truck driver communicated with me very well thankfully.

This was my second time to have my vehicles transported from west Texas to east Texas. Two the first time and one the second time. Both deliveries were on time with no damage to any of the vehicles. Kallie was the representative I dealt with both times. I recommend this company and be sure to ask for Kallie.

I've worked with AmeriFreight before and I didn't have any problems with the transport company that was assigned to me the first time I used them. The second time I used them for the transport service, they arrived to pick up the car a few days late, which is sometimes expected due to unforeseen issues, so no worries. When they delivered the car, it didn't have damage to it. My representative from AmeriFreight is Gina and she is awesome. I really like her. She's very attentive to your needs. My concern is that I'm now having an issue with getting the car fixed. So, we're going through that process right now. I would prefer that AmeriFreight and their representatives do a little bit more explaining when it comes to the bill of lading and the additional insurance.

I have two vehicles, and me and my wife drove one to California. We needed the other one shipped. We saw a lot of good reviews of AmeriFreight, so we ended up going with them. It was super handy. I just went on the website and then put in the request, and it gave me a quote. When I put that I wanted to continue with it, I received an email first and then a call from Brandon. He was super nice, very professional and walked me through every bit of the process like exactly how it worked, and everything that I would need to do, and made the process very straightforward. The only thing is the bid that was put out was 1,200 but I did not know if there would be an additional cost for AmeriFreight service. It makes sense that there would be, but I was not informed of that beforehand. I still used the service. The price was fine. It ended up being 1,500. I still liked the service and would do it again.

Setting the transport up with AmeriFreight was reasonably carefree. We had to change the departure and arrival dates a couple of times before each occurred, then the time of arrival was about two hours later than it had been predicted. They spent a lot of time in the middle of the night with cell phone flashlights going over the finish of the car with a fine-toothed comb and found hundreds of tiny defects that I couldn't really appreciate.

The rep was very helpful when I was setting up the transport. But, a month out from when I was supposed to transport, I was gonna try and change the setup. It was difficult to reach the rep in order to do it. The pickup was at my house and the drop-off was at a hotel near my base. The delivery driver informed me that he was here and he was very professional. The delivery took no time at all and the vehicle was in good condition. Plus, the quote was accurate.

The representative I talked with answered all my questions and made me feel really safe about the process. It was a fair quote, and the delivery went smoothly. Where I live was not accessible with the driver's truck, so we just met at a pickup location. He took my Volkswagen Touareg off the truck and it was easy. Everything was amazing, and I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.

Everything was good. I was very well satisfied. At first, I thought the quote was high. But in hindsight, the price was alright. The crew didn't speak any English, but they could put it in the phone and the phone would translate it into English.

The first person I spoke with at AmeriFreight was Melissa and she broke it down very honestly and explained it really well. She let me know that she can't guarantee that the first price is going to be the price that is going to get my car shipped across. She explained to me that it's going to be up to the actual carrier that is available. She let me know right away that I could always deny and wait if I wanted to and that I have all the control. I really liked that she was open and honest.

I chose AmeriFreight because they gave me the lowest quote, and I was able to use a student discount. But they need to be more clear as far as pick up. It was frustrating. They couldn't pick up from my actual house because it was a residential street. That wasn't clear until a couple of days before. So, I had to make all these arrangements to get the car to a lot. And when the driver dropped it off, I had to go to a Lowe's to get the car. That was the only annoying part. That took us a couple of days. But I will refer AmeriFreight.

Carovan made sure my needs were taken care of. First experience with Amerifreight but will be going through them again. Got my car from California to Florida in the deadline I needed. Still need at least another four cars to head from California to Florida so we’ll need to work something out in early 2023. Happy New Year to all!

My son was traveling to Nebraska and the car broke down so I had to transport it to California. I contracted a transport company and they ripped me off. I started looking again and AmeriFreight was the one that was able to actually help me out and finish what I needed to do because it took me a month to get my car back here after the other company ripped me off.

My AmeriFreight rep was nice. She made sure everything was good and that I was able to receive my car. We were in contact even after the service was completed. The driver was from the area that I was transporting the car from. He was very nice and he took pictures of the vehicle before and after. He also placed the vehicle in an area where I could pick it up because I still was flying here and he had to leave it. He made sure it was secure. I was able to pay him using Zelle. I had to do two separate payments because the maximum transaction is 1,000 and he was okay with that. Usually, you're supposed to pay him in cash on the spot. But he was able to accommodate me like that. Also, actually took the car and got it washed. I was happy with AmeriFreight's service even if the price was a lot.

AmeriFreight had the best reviews and the price was good as well. Customer service was professional and reliable as far as calling me back when I requested them to. The driver was professional too and he gave me a call in advance to let me know when my vehicle was gonna be there.

The driver contacted us when the time was close to picking up our SUV. It was to be transported from Connecticut to California. He went over his details. The who coordinated called us before the dropoff and let us know, “It's gonna be on this day.” The day of, the driver contacted us and said, “This is the estimated window. But once the time gets closer, I'll give you a more exact time.” He was right on time and I was able to plan my day around it. The quote was exactly what the final cost was. We're gonna use AmeriFreight again to ship another car.

I was moving my jeep and AmeriFreight's price was the best price that I got. I called a couple of guys before them and the price was a little bit higher. The initial estimate was more around $400 but still within the range so that was acceptable for me. In the beginning, it took AmeriFreight a little bit of time but everything was fine. The drivers were very polite and the communication was good. If I have to do it again, I'll go with AmeriFreight. They're awesome.

The communication with AmeriFreight wasn't great. I pretty much talked to a different person every single time. I was asking them questions. No one really was updating me on anything until I asked questions.

I'm getting out of active duty military, and the military does not move vehicles on the behalf of their service members. So, I had to pay out of pocket to do it. I did a Google search on providers that would do it at a discount for people who are active duty military, and AmeriFreight came up on a list. They gave me a pretty solid quote. So, I went with them. I had my vehicle moved from North Carolina to Arizona. I paid about altogether about $1,500. I imagine that to be fairly competitive as a price point.

We had AmeriFreight transport a vehicle to a relative in California. I did my stuff on Thanksgiving week. So, it was a little crazy. I talked to several people, and everybody was very helpful. I didn't have any issues with the driver transports, too. But I would like to see online tracking. I don't believe they offer that because I called AmeriFreight and said I'd like to see where my vehicle is, just wanting to make sure. They had to call the transport, then had to relay it back to me.

AmeriFreight shipped our car from Seattle, Washington to Phoenix, Arizona. The driver was good. Seattle has very narrow roads, and especially in the neighborhood where we're at. So, he called me and gave me a heads up that he was on his way and he'd be looking for a spot to park his truck. I met him, and he called and said it would be about 15 minutes, but it did take him more than 45 minutes or so. It was no big deal.

AmeriFreight's rep was thorough. Followed up a couple of times. The only thing I didn't like was I had to call four times to figure out if the car would still be able to get picked up. Also, the driver was a little hard to get a grasp on. He didn't know what was going on. At first, he tried to drop the car off in a city that was not on our agreement. He tried to give me a little backlash, but I told him that wasn't part of the agreement for me to pick it up in such and such city when I specifically scheduled it for this city. Other than that, he was okay.

AmeriFreight's rep got somebody to ship what I needed to be shipped quickly, and the pricing was a bit less. Also, the driver got here quicker than I thought, and he was very friendly. A lot of people are just going to speak to someone and want an answer. That is something important to them, whether they're shipping something small or big. They want to actually speak with someone. That is something AmeriFreight should pride themselves on.

I talked to AmeriFreight a couple of times. Their price started up one price, and the driver didn’t come through. So, they had to find a way. It was a bit more, but they still gave good services. They communicated to make sure everything was done right and made sure I got another driver. It worked out perfectly. The quality was good. And I learned to understand that the price can lower or be higher. It might go up depending on what’s going on. But it was fair. And I liked the driver.

Setting up the transport was pretty good. But I didn't know that it takes almost to the last minute to find the carrier. That was a little stressful but the person whom I worked with was very helpful. Also, the move was supposed to take seven days and we were were on a road trip. But during the second day of our road trip, the carrier said, “Oh, I'm gonna be there tomorrow.” Luckily, I knew somebody who lives in San Diego. Because if not, I wouldn't have been there to pick it up. It was very bad communication. Other than that, the final cost was fine.

At first, I loved working with Maleah at AmeriFreight. She was super responsive and attentive, but the last 3 transports have been super chaotic and she is almost impossible to get a hold of. When I was on vacation for two weeks, I gave her all the contact information for people backing me up, but yet she would still reach out to me so messages weren't getting where they needed to go. Have sadly started to look for other freight companies.

When my car was knocked out by a piston knock and had to be brought from Georgia to Florida, Christina helped me eagerly and competently. Despite a severe personal health issue, she continued to stay in contact with me and help me work through any problems or concerns I had with the process, and got me a very good deal in the end.

The drivers were great on both ends. The only problem I had was that I had to keep on calling the front office to find out where the vehicles were because I was told one day, then they kept on changing it. AmeriFreight had to call the dispatcher and the dispatcher had to call the driver. I wasn’t expecting it to be like FedEx but it would be nice to say, “Hey, your vehicles at this spot.”

Update on the matter: AmeriFreight, stepped up and supplied a more than adequate solution. Got my trust back.

It was good communication and the driver was friendly. The move went smoothly and the vehicle came a day earlier than expected.

The setup of the move was okay but the actual process was very stressful. It was our first time going through it and I explained to the rep the assistance we needed because of my grandmother's age with the transport. When it came time to actually needing her help, she was not available and she never returned our phone calls except for one.
