I only now speak of the embarrassment and displeasure I have experienced. The departure date and arrival date of my vehicle have changed continuously and the payment method of the balance is different from the way your office said. The driver constantly threatened me with things like 'I'm leaving your car anywhere'.

While the fee is a bit higher than some of their competitors, everyone I spoke with here was incredibly transparent, honest, relaxed and respectful. My past experience with vehicle shipping was very frenzied and pushy. The women I worked with at AmeriFreight were very kind, not at all pushy, realistic about expectations, and were able to get me a great deal with almost no notice and an amazing turnaround.

I was very pleased with AmeriFreight. I cannot say enough about the drive. He was outstanding. This was a 3,000-mile across-the-country move and we didn't do it perfectly timed. I drove a U-Haul across the country because there were things like artwork that I didn't want to be damaged. It took me five days. It took them about four days, and they waited for me until I got there. They had other deliveries to make, so they made it all work out great. There was contact all the way through. It wasn't like I had fingers crossed and saying, “I hope this works.” I give AmeriFreight two thumbs up.

I feel like everything went smoothly with AmeriFreight. I was informed of everything that I needed, and they guided me in the right direction. My car was shipped on time. Everything was good. It came back just like how I gave it to them. The driver and I would communicate when he would arrive. He would give me his ETA. We always stayed in touch over the phone. I would highly recommend AmeriFreight because they were highly recommended to me. Now that I got that experience, I would pass it forward.

I had an overall positive experience with Amerifreight. My car arrived sooner than I expected and was in the same condition in which I left it (aside from expected dirt/dust from travel). I cannot give 5 stars for transport experience because one of the drivers texted me about a personal matter after dropping off the car, which I found to be unprofessional.

Dealing with AmeriFreight was a little bit confusing because I worked with a couple different people. The person who I spoke to on the phone was Jasmine and she was great. But a person named Cosmo sent me some emails and text messages. When my car was picked up, the person who did it was really great and communicative. Then, it wasn't being shipped for 7 days and it had to sit in the storage area there in Seattle before it shipped. At the time that it did ship, I was not notified. But that wasn't great, because I had no idea what was really going on. I had to call the day after it had already left Seattle, which ultimately was okay, but it would have been nice to know when it was leaving.

It was seamless with AmeriFreight. I had set a date then found out that I needed to ship out my car sooner than that. I contacted my point of contact, and we changed it. We got an offer the next day. The pickup point was at a hotel that was close to me in Boston. I didn't give an address in San Diego for the drop off so we left it open. The driver ended up getting there five days earlier than expected. Normally, people would be super jazzed about, but I wasn't in San Diego yet. I had to have him drop the car along a road that I thought would be safe. He sent me a video of where he hid the key in my wheel well.

The AmeriFreight representative was pushy with trying to make the sale and close the deal. He called me at almost 10 o'clock at night at one time. But overall, it was a good experience. The driver could have got the vehicle from Tucson, Arizona to Charleston, South Carolina in five days. But I was in a special situation because I wasn't going to be there in time. He dropped it off later to accommodate me arriving in Charleston. He was responsive. I met him in person to drop off the vehicle.

It wasn’t a good experience with AmeriFreight. It’s showing in my contract that they should have picked up the vehicle in front of my door and dropped it in front of my door as well. But my car didn't get picked up in front of my door. I had to take it to the street and take an Uber to come back to my home. The delivery was on time but the location changed a couple of times. There was a miscommunication. I had to walk from the airport. I walked 30 minutes with two luggage. I’m fine to walk five minutes, but not 30 minutes.

It worked fine with AmeriFreight. I spoke with Cindy over there, and she explained the process. She was coordinated. A lot of the other stuff was just back and forth quotes over the internet. I liked the personal attention that Cindy brought to the process. You're putting a $30,000 vehicle on a truck with some guy that you don't know so it's nice to at least have some live person that's saying, “Call me if you need anything, and I will help you and help you follow up.” It made me feel more comfortable with the process. As for the delivery, the Toyota Tacoma truck was one day behind the intended delivery date, but that was because they had a flat on the trailer. The Lexus RX 350 was right on time.

Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was very easy. They were very professional and checked back a lot. We kept in touch the whole time between the account manager, then he connected me with a truck driver, and there was communication through the whole process back and forth. The driver would call me during the trip, telling me where they were at. He gave me updates. So, it was very comfortable.

My experience with AmeriFreight was very smooth. It was quick to find a vehicle transporter and the rates seemed fair. The car was transported quickly and without damage. Two minor feedback areas—first, I gave a target time period for shipping and explained I would be out of town prior to that date, but my first quote/match came through for transport about a week early. Second, the contact who the car was getting picked up from didn't hear from the shipper until the morning of pickup. It would have been helpful to hear from them earlier so the pickup contact knew what time they should be expecting them to arrive, given that it was a workday. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight to others looking to ship a car cross-country.

If you have never shipped an auto before there is a process that you should REALLY research before you ship anything this way. Amerifreight and all other companies like AmeriFreight are simply "brokers". They ship nothing themselves. They place the job on a Bid Board. Make the final choice of carrier to ship your goods, collect several hundred for their involvement and as soon as they are paid, they are done with you. You are then in the hands of the actual shipping company the middleman choses. This is where some of these reviews complain of changing prices. There are actually two different companies and two separate fees involved when shipping your car or belongings this way.

2013 Nissan Frontier, arrived at our house on time. We were called ahead of time and told what time they would be here. No damage to vehicle. Rosalind ** with AmeriFreight took care of all our questions and made us feel at ease using them to transport our vehicle. She made sure everything went well and was a pleasure to speak with. Very professional and very helpful. The people they had to deliver were a delight. I would definitely use this company again.

It was easy to get a quote from AmeriFreight and it was easy to schedule the pickup and delivery too. Probably the only thing that I could criticize is the amount of time that it took to get the load secure. They put it on a board and the drivers respond and say they’ll take that job. From the time that I submitted all the information to the time that we had a driver to pick up the load, it seemed to take longer than I had anticipated. But otherwise, everything went great. We had a vehicle picked up in Atlanta and shipped to California and the total price to ship it was cheaper than what I could pay one of my guys to fly to Atlanta, get in the truck, drive it to California and fly them back. So, it worked out good on my end. The final cost was a little bit different from what the original quote was when I put it in online but it was still very affordable. It was fine.

Used Amerifreight to transport car. From Start ot finish, Team at Amerifrieght answered all my questions and explained everything. It was very easy. Transporter was great and car arrived on time on the east coast. Will use again. Brandy ** was our rep.

I had a great experience with AmeriFreight, the carrier was extremely nice and help me with everything, and my contact from AmeriFreight was very pending on me getting the pick up/delivery of my car on time. I really appreciate the service provided.

The representatives were great. They answered all the questions and kept in contact regularly. It was a quality service, and the car made it here fine. They worked very well with me. I had power of attorney for someone to have the car picked up and then dropped off. My friend did the pickup, and she said they arrived on time. They let her know they were on their way. Everything was quick, and the car arrived earlier than they said it would be. My friend that was here met the driver, inspected the car, and everything went smooth from there.

I shipped a restored classic truck thru AmeriFreight enclosed hauler that gave me a 3 day delivery time to Ga. The truck arrived in Ga a week late and covered in dust, I couldn't take delivery because of time restraints, and had to make last minute outside arrangements for delivery. With no est. delivery date from hauler it made it difficult to arrange delivery. Zero stars for hauler!

Arranging the car pick up and delivery was much more difficult and stressful than I expected. I talked to a few people at Amerifreight because my first contact was often out of the office, and it didn't feel like they were communicating well with each other. I didn't feel that the service was worth the price.

We had a great experience moving across the country from WA state to FL. My Truck was picked up on time and delivered in only 3 days! It was in the same condition dropped off as when picked up. I couldn't be any happier with our decision to work with AmeriFreight.

Brandon was very communicative throughout the process, and the car arrived safely at a very fair price! Would recommend Amerifreight to a friend planning to ship their car. The carrier was also extremely communicative throughout the trip, came within a reasonable timeframe, and the car didn't have any scratches/ issues. Brandon ** walked me through the process and was quick to answer questions. With his expertise I was able to quickly accept a professional auto delivery contract move a truck from the west coast to Florida. It arrived safely/damage free and I am happy.

I had the worst experience with being told they found me a driver for the dates I requested. He showed up 2 days early to pick up my car and when he called me an hour out, he never introduced himself. I asked if because he was picking it up early if he could drop it off on or after the 2nd (my requested day) and he seemed as though he never received that info from Amerifreight. He confirmed he could drop it off then.

The reps were very cooperative and amicable as well as very respectful and straight to the point, which is very helpful for me. The delivery came a day later than had been estimated, but the driver was real cool. He was able to communicate with me. So, I didn't have an issue with that. The car came just as I had hoped too. There was a slight dent by the door, but it wasn't anything to cry over.

Rosalind was awesome and communicative during the entire process. I enjoyed working with her and appreciated how available she was. Delivery on time and no issues at all; drivers were very responsive and flexible. Pretty much hassle free which I appreciated.

My car arrived quicker than expected! The customer service was very responsive and answered all of my questions - of which I've had many! The driver was also very kind and communicative. After I received my quote, there were no surprise fees.

AmeriFreight picked up my car from Fairfax VA and dropped it off in Austin TX. Very happy with the service. My car arrived with little rock dents on the hood but that’s expected in a situation like that. Overall good service and quick delivery time compared to the mileage.

Had my car shipped from Indiana to Arizona. Communication was excellent. My primary contact person was Virginia and she was great. Very thorough, answered all my questions, and always got back to me. Our delivery person was also very professional and friendly. Took his time to make sure everything was correct, detail oriented, and was very easy to communicate with as well. Overall great experience. I don’t have anything bad to say and very happy with how everything went.

I was really satisfied with AmeriFreight. The representative was really helpful. She communicated everything clearly by email and by the phone as well. We had a bit of a hard time with the Matson Port. So, we were having to communicate with the driver and the driver's company in order to work some things out so that they would release the car to our driver. It took a lot longer than it should have, but the whole time, the driver was really well communicating and very patient. He let us know exactly how long he expected it would take them after receiving the vehicle and gave us a good estimation. We had a family friend who was at the delivery site, and she said that everything went really well and smoothly.

AmeriFreight's initial bid online came in lower than a lot. Then when I spoke to them, I was expecting it to be a lot higher and it came in pretty much only a couple of hundred dollars more than they had originally said. It was pretty straightforward. Their rep said, “Hey, this is what is the process and we're going to put the bid out there and then we'll let you know when we have a response.” I got one the next day.

Setting up the transport was good initially. Service is really good, as far as getting the bid and I was pleased with that. But once the trucking company was assigned to me I could not get the rep to respond to emails or phone calls. It was pretty bad. Also, the pickup time was delayed by six hours from the window I was given. The delivery time was delayed as well. In the end, I was okay because it all worked out. There was no damage to the car. would tell someone to use AmeriFreight again. It was just a little frustrating on the communication side.

The experience was smooth and communication with the driver was fine. But the guy who came to pick up said we have more than 100 pounds in the car and he asked me to pay him $100 more in cash to cover for that. The pickup part was a surprise because they said you can't take 100 pounds in the car. We weighed everything but the guy just looked at it. We got an update on the time and when it would arrive and that was long. So, the ones on the receiving end had to wait until the day of delivery to find out what time he will arrive.

The representative that I had started out with to help me find the transportation company was in constant communication with me each step of the way. She kept me informed and I never had to track her down and wonder what was going on. She did awesome. The driver kept me informed of everything that was going on too. I feel like I got the gold service. Everything was beautiful with AmeriFreight.

I called AmeriFreight to get quotes and the rep provided it to me. Then, she listed the vehicle. Once she found a company that was willing to take my vehicle, she gave me a call. I had two separate transports and the first one was from our old house to the new house. She was great but I had a problem with the lack of communication from the guy that transported the car. Also, I didn’t feel like I got the best rates.

I got a quote online from AmeriFreight and the rep called me back quickly. I had a little bit of confusion at the beginning. I didn't realize that it was gonna be closer to the date of the actual pick-up that they were gonna determine who the carrier was. But everything went good. I knew the price was gonna be more expensive than what was on there due to the inflation and even just the change in the fuel prices over the period because the diesel prices went up over a buck from the time I got the quote till the time I picked up the car, which was gonna change the price significantly. But it was estimated, so I understood that that was what they were going at the time of the rates. It was a little bit more expensive but I had already anticipated that it would be.

The lady from AmeriFreight was sweet and helped me out. The delivery went well. The reps picked up my car and it was a little trouble getting it onto the platform because it was small. But they got it up there and it went well.

AmeriFreight set me up with a particular person and they had a scheduled phone call with me. Then, we emailed a bit. I had a question one day and I called but that person wasn't available, so I talked to whoever was available at the time. Also, they were in a different time zone than me because I was coordinating in terms of a specific time. But everyone I talked to was very helpful. I didn't expect to hear anything from them in between but I had been told by AmeriFreight that I would find out that I was gonna get a pick-up on one of two days and that I would be contacted the day before to find out which one. And I didn't hear on the first day so I knew it was the second day.

The AmeriFreight agent was amazing. She got me set up the same morning I reached out and from there, it was all extremely organized. The trucker was able to get me on on the second day of the window. He picked up my car and got it out here across the country earlier than expected. So, I was extremely happy. I was promised 10 days, and they made it in eight. The price was very reasonable, especially with the current fuel costs. The communication was very solid as well. The agent always kept up with me and the trucker had great comms during the pickup. I had to chase a little bit on the very tail end. But they were in town early. So, they probably weren't reaching out until the due date. But overall, I’m very happy.

AmeriFreight’s reputation after doing research was a huge portion of why we decided on them and the reliability with the person I was speaking with, as far as being able to get information in a timely manner. A friend of mine did the pickup in California because I was already on the road and it was seamless. I was there for delivery and there was no issue. Everything was flawless. The gentleman who was transporting the vehicle was very informative and kept me informed as far as what was going on. He was more than able to drop it off. I was at a hotel and he was able to find a location close to it to unload the vehicle and get it to me without there being any issue. So he was accommodating as well.

Gino from AmeriFreight was great and the driver was good. There was one surprise though. We thought the driver was going to pick up at our house, but he told us the last minute that we had to meet him somewhere where there was a big parking lot. We didn't mind meeting him there but we have some extenuating circumstances in our home right now. My aging mother lives with us so we can't leave her alone. We had to scramble to get the car over there and get a driver to bring the car. So a little warning that we would have to meet the driver somewhere would have been good.

B’yon did a great job helping me. My car got to California in 3 days! Would definitely use them again. I had no idea it could be so easy to ship a car across the country! The driver was very professional as well.

They told us everything that we need to know, how we would pay for the car, and how they would handle it. They also provided the best quote. The pick-up went great. They arrived on time, did the overall inspection, and picked up the car within the same hour. It was the same thing when they dropped it off at my family member’s place.

When we were booking, we were kind of moved around through a few different representatives. It was a little bit confusing because we were working with different people and had to keep on explaining what we were looking for and what we were doing. Also, it was a little bit more work on our part and then we had to call the driver directly to set it up, which was a little bit confusing because they didn't give us clear directions. Other than those, the setup was speedy and it was pretty easy to do. We saved a lot of money with AmeriFreight, as well.

Disappointed in the lack of communication after I submitted the initial paperwork and first payment. I didn’t receive confirmation of when to expect the driver for the initial pick up. When I did reach out to AmeriFreight I was informed that I would receive a call back, which I didn’t. I was panicking because my car was picked up a day later than scheduled. Again, this wasn’t shared with me beforehand until I reached out to AmeriFreight who then gave me the number for the driver. I was also informed that the pick up and drop off would be door to door, which it was not. I’m happy I received my car and it didn’t have any damage. But I was disappointed with the amount of effort I had to make to get clarity during the most important part of the process.

Delta helped me set up everything and she was awesome. Also, the driver was great. I called him a couple of times and he would give me regular updates. Everything was pretty straightforward all the way through. If I need to ship anything else, I would give Delta a call.

I was very happy with the service I received from Amerifreight. Harry ** was an excellent agent. He walked me through the pros and was there for questions and concerns. I can’t say enough good things about Harry and this company.

The communication with the rep from AmeriFreight was fine from how much information I needed in the beginning. The pickup and drop-off took a couple of days and I had a good experience with the driver. He called us way before what his ETA was and he arrived and decided on where he was going to unload the vehicle. Then, we unloaded and inspected it. AmeriFreight provides good service as well as good prices. People should go with them.

Everything went well. The only complaint I have was that both the pick-up and the delivery were later than anticipated. They came outside the window of the expected time.

Hard to get in touch with, chaotic communication and coordination. The only people that I was able to speak with were those who were not "assigned" to my request. About two weeks went by after I requested the transport. Only after I called and asked what's going on did I start to get quotes.

The payment process was really a hassle. We ended up having to do multiple transactions, so that could have been better. We wanted the car delivered later because we were driving across country. But at the end, we had to arrange somebody to meet the driver since we weren't here yet. Also, the windshield was cracked in one of the cars, but the person picking it up didn’t know the process because it wasn’t one of us. So we ended up having to file a claim with our personal insurance for the windshield, even though we paid for insurance for them.

It was difficult to get ahold of the AmeriFreight rep for a week, which was frustrating. But once I got her engaged, then it was great. The driver was a day late picking the car up and was a very poor communicator. But he called and said, “I'll be there in an hour,” and set the car off. I paid him and we were done. The quote was also spot-on.

The service was exactly what they described. The tech on the phone that set it up walked me all the way through the truck being found and called to check on the status etc. Great service. I will definitely recommend to friends and family if the service is needed.

After Amerifreight paired us with the carrier we had a lot of issues regarding communication and following up with their commitments. We could not get our car back for 5 days after scheduled day. Could not get paperwork etc. Amerifreight did not do much to help.

They literally dropped off truck with no instructions and a huge lift ramp that one person could never lift nor two people especially without directions. They also took forever and made me pay extra last minute to get it there finally after waiting 18 days.

Your email stating the "starting" price was extremely deceptive. Your actual price was at least $500 higher than every other quote that I eventually received. This was an absolute bait and switch tactic. The driver was very nice, but your company sucks.

I was so pleased with the service and care that your transport driver exhibited. I had a worry free experience and my car actually was delivered early! I will be glad to recommend you to both friends and family and total strangers. Thanks a million!!

The final cost ended up being nearly double what I was originally quoted by Amerifreight. When I asked for an explanation, they blamed soaring gas prices. But gas prices had actually gone down in the three weeks between getting my quote and the actual bid.

Was able to get next day service shipping my vehicle at a reasonable price. Robin was very helpful, explained the bidding process, and was professionally engaging with me throughout. The driver and crew were extremely professional, on time and courteous. I will select Amerifreight the next time I move.

The agent was very helpful with periodic checks while the vehicle was in route to Maryland. The driver was noted at the pickup location as very professional. The Van arrived undamaged and the driver was very engaging. The driver was respectful of the community street layout by carefully parking the transport vehicle and safely unloaded the Van and pulled it into my driveway.

We had two cars transported across the country and both experiences were great. They were picked up and delivered within the time promised and no issues with the cars upon arrival. Very dependable company. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Customer service were always professional and helpful.

We had my daughters car delivered to her in VA… The pick up of the car in Fullerton was on time and very easy transfer on to truck and Paperwork. Her car arrived early which was great Due to work schedule she made arrangements for pick up… The driver did have to wait but was very patient and understanding.

I am unhappy because I asked multiple multiple times to make sure my car would be in Nevada 1-2 days after my arrival here. However, I was matched with an Agency that would barely communicate with me. I had to call 6 -8 times before I got a response. Then, they were supposed to take my car on Wednesday but didn’t take my car until Friday. Promised me that the 2 day delay would not affect the delivery day.

It took several calls to figure out all the details of the expected experience. Emails with permission forms etc not received. Thank God I called to find out when the car would be picked up. Driver busy and not calling when I was told he would let me know.

Initiating service was easy, the agent who took my call explained everything in detail. There was no communication the day before and on the day of the vehicle pick-up. The agent said by the time they start receiving bids from different transport companies that they will call me. I didn’t receive a single call, just emails. My car was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday but it didn’t get picked up until Friday, 2 days late!!! No communication from both AmeriFreight and transport company. I was the one who keeps calling and inquiring for the pick up status. I will not recommend AmeriFreight ever again.

I set up my car to be picked on on certain date in Utah where I was for that purpose and deliver to Virginia where I live about a week later. I was never contacted by the driver, I have to reach out to find out when they were coming which was a day later than planned and then he said he would be delivering in 3 days while I was still in Utah. Luckily my wife was available to receive the car, but he ended up being a day later than he said. AmeriFreight got me a driver, but that was the last help they gave.

I am very satisfied with my experience. Fair price and great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whole process was super smooth and efficient. I definitely recommend it. I have tried some other companies but wasn’t that happy and satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work. Thank you guys.

Crystal **’s incompetence resulted in an extremely stressful moving experience costing $1,000 more than what I was quoted. I signed an agreement for my vehicle to be picked up beginning 6/22 and told her the last day I could have it picked up was 6/29. She did not seek bids and as 6/29 approached, I left voicemails and texts which she ignored.

I filled out a quote to compare prices and went with AmeriFreight since I knew people in the military that used this company and the response time was quick and they gave me an updated quote price with a reasonable explanation.

Everything went well with Andy, and also with the driver, and I was happy to get my car back in a timely fashion intact. Andy was good about getting back to me every time I called and so was the driver.

The price we had to pay was substantially higher than the original quote, but other than that, everything went smoothly and my son received his car in a very timely manner. All of the people we worked with were friendly and professional.

AmeriFreight is a broker that books your transport with a carrier. Both the AmeriFreight rep and the carrier were both professional, prompt, and courteous. My booking agent at Amerifreight and the individual carrier that provided the transport service were both outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with either again. Definitely handled my needs very well.

My experience with AmeriFreight was great! Very good attention to customer, cleared all my doubts and even supported me after service was done. I will Definitely consider it for my next car shipping need. The carrier they got for me also made a great job. My car traveled from border to border with no issues at all.

Their customer service really help get my car to Georgia in time and they even house my car for a bit since I wasn’t there to pick it up on top. Would recommend to anyone who needs a car transportation, and they really cheap.

Once we got a carrier in place, everything went fine with AmeriFreight. Everybody was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The thing that I thought was a little bit odd but wasn't bad was I set up a thing with an initial person and then I talked to that person for a while. Then the next day, a different person called me. 20 minutes later, a different person called me. I tried to call back the first person, and five other people called me. Everybody was so nice that I didn't have a single bad experience, but it felt like people were not communicating with each other to the point where I was like, “Why are you calling me if you don't have the information?” It's not really helpful as a customer if you have to start from the beginning or explain something you already spent 20 minutes talking to somebody about. I'd rather have just waited a couple of hours to hear back from the original person.

Lecia of Amerfreight was GREAT!!!. She got us the right transport for our particular date and budget. She was very informative about the transport company and she let know about all the particulars of the process. I would recommend Amerifrieght. The cars were delivered on time and in good condition. HATS OFF to Lecia ** of Amerifreight.

The rep that helped set everything up was very nice and pretty informative. If she wasn't there, I talked with somebody else, which was totally fine. I had one concern and it wasn't the major person I talked to. The woman I talked to reassured me some things and was really nice. Sometimes if they don't think the trucking company can get to your location, they will have you meet them somewhere, which we did.

On schedule, on budget, good communications. Would use again. Pick up time was as planned with delivery only taking 4 days from Portland to Albuquerque heights. Emoni ** was a terrific coordinator, keeping me informed as the dates neared for pickup.

AmeriFreight was reliable and my car got here quickly and smoothly. But the quote was probably the one part I didn't like. I picked them for the price. But by the time I got somebody who was locked in to pick up the car, they said that the quote was based on those specific drivers and companies. I wasn't sure if I'd find another one so quickly to come get my car so, I just went with the price that they had quoted the second time around. The original quote I was told was 1,350 but I ended up paying 1,700.

AmeriFreight was great. I was having issues with the shipper itself because he cracked my old pan during a load up. But AmeriFreight helped me in trying to fix that. They gave me the necessary information if I needed to file an insurance claim. I tried to get the actual shipper. They had their own website but it was outdated and AmeriFreight sent me the updated insurance for that dealer. I'd highly recommend AmeriFreight for shipping a new vehicle. They have good customer service and are very responsive.

The reps were helpful and talked me through the stuff. They kept me updated on the offers that were coming in. The initial person I was talking to wasn't the same one who delivered it. I had to call and we were able to work it out. The driver called about a day or two before to let us know he was going to be there. The quote was more expensive than I would have liked but it made sense with the cost of gas right now. And there was a difference in the initial quote and ending bill in a good way. It was a little bit cheaper.

The rep was super positive, gave information and updates, and clarified things when they were changing. The woman was great. Also, the quote was competitive. It was a positive experience with AmeriFreight.

They have great customer service and were reliable and timely, too. However, the initial quote was a little bit lower. We ended up paying a little bit more. But the driver let us know when he was close. We got a notification 10 minutes before he arrived at the meeting spot. So, that was all great.

The AmeriFreight rep I worked with was very nice and helpful. However, I would have liked a breakdown of pricing. I wasn't aware that AmeriFreight takes $350 to locate the driver. I knew from the beginning that was going to be the total. But I wasn't aware of who gets what. It was my first time using them.

Was informed carrier would have to give me 24 hour notice to pick up vehicle. Received a call saying someone was picking up my car in an hour and a half. Had to leave my own going away party to get car ready. Emailed stating I was upset and was told they guaranteed 24 hour notice and didn’t receive that. No reply. Also stated would follow up once they got confirmation car was delivered. They did not.

Overall I was happy with the experience. The cost was over 2x the initial quote (which was not a good experience). However, Vlad the driver, was excellent. He was responsive to texts and easy to work with. He gave periodic updates. I would work with him again.

The carrier was great but I wouldn't use AmeriFreight again because I feel like they advertise at a very low price but in small print, they also tell you that they're a broker and they're offering the lowest price but the carrier has to agree to it. The final bill turned out to be as high or higher than the other freight prices that were more guaranteed. Also, I could never get in contact with my supposed contact. I always had to call AmeriFreight directly. He was always out to lunch. Then, I wanted to leave the offer and try to get a better offer and he just wanted to get it over with. I felt like he didn't work very hard for me at all. He barely would discuss it with me.

Cindy, the rep from AmeriFreight, did perfectly and we had the driver’s number if we had any concerns. The car was picked up on Monday from Charlotte, North Carolina and it was in San Jose, California on Friday night. The driver called the wife to let them know that he was there at the location that we had agreed on. When we got there, the car was already off. He did a quick walkaround with us, made sure everything was good on it and we paid him and we went from there. Everything was smooth and if I ever have to do it again, I would. AmeriFreight is a great company. People should use them.

The rep was able to answer the questions. Gave a call back and let me know what the coming steps were. So, he was able to answer questions and email me the information. There were two drivers - one that picked it up and brought it to a central place, and the main driver. The initial driver who picked the car up was good. And the only problem was the main driver, who drove it across country, his truck had a mechanical problem. But I didn’t know that until I had to contact them near the day they were supposed to be there. So, there was a little miscommunication there between AmeriFreight and the driver.

Car got picked up later than expected, but was delivered earlier than expected. No issues, process was easy, and pain free. Initial price estimate off the website was way off and I paid over double what it suggested I would pay. Overall happy with the service and glad my car made it to me as quickly as it did!

Overall, my experience with ABF was completely positive. It was delivered and placed by a very helpful driver, who also returned to pick it up. There was a problem that came up with getting the invoice emailed to me with the payment link once the trailer arrived in St. Louis. I had to call in a few times, and wait a couple of days - somehow something went wrong in that step there - the trailer could not be delivered to our St. Louis address until the invoice was generated and paid. However, once that was straightened out, and the invoice was generated and paid, the dispatcher guy in St. Louis, (Sam?) acted quickly to arrange delivery before the end of the day.

I notified the agents upon contract that we would require a "guaranteed date" pick up for our vehicle, no matter the cost. In two months they failed and missed the two-day pick up window we had. We ended up having to essentially ask strangers (neighbors we didn't know from Adam) to attend the loading of our vehicle for shipment to California. Will never use again or recommend Amerifreight!

During the months of May and June 2022, I had the unfortunate task of moving across country including my four vehicles. After researching and initially securing what I thought was a quality company and then receiving the runaround, I re-started my search for a transportation company. Even though that initially complicated things, because of the way that industry works, it quickly was resolved. FORTUNATELY for me I selected Amerifreight.

Got great service from my customer service representative, Virginia, who was understanding of my car shipping needs. She worked with me to figure out the best plan with my cross-country move. She was also readily available to answer follow-up questions.

Communication was very prompt and professional, but it also seemed like there was some tendency for internal miscommunication across the different reps/system- if you can, just try to get ahold of your designated rep to avoid any confusion about what you actually want/parameters since it doesn’t seem like notes/updates get tracked properly in execution. Carrier was fine and car transported without any issues- just note that at least the carrier I got was not actually “door to door”, but the driver was amenable to negotiating an appropriate location that was only 10 min away. Overall cost and effort was somewhat more than I anticipated but everything went fine, would just recommend that things may be more stressful if you have a specified timeline to transport the car by instead of the “anytime over the next month”.

The dispatcher called me a few days prior and said they would be picking my truck up on Friday (24 June). They did not show up Friday and when I called them, I was told they would not be there until Saturday (25 June) but that it would be before noon because they were in San Diego (35 miles from Oceanside, where my truck was to be picked up). When they did not show up at noon, I called again and they said it would be 3pm before they’d be picking the truck up due to traffic. A few hours later, they said the wouldn’t be there until between 7pm-10pm because they were in Los Angeles. …In order to get to Los Angeles from San Diego, you have to drive through Oceanside, where my truck was at, because I-5 connects the two cities and runs through Oceanside! They did NOT show up at 7pm and instead texted at 8:12pm to say they wouldn’t be picking my truck up until Sunday (26 June) now but that it would be before noon. That was also not true.

Katie was kind, informative, and extremely helpful. She explained everything in detail and left nothing out. There are no surprises and everything went exactly as she explained. I would highly recommend her services at AmeriFreight. The driver was professional and courteous. He kept me in the loop for his pickup and drop off via text messages.

The service I was quoted for was provided at least 6 days late with no explanation, when I asked the first representative for help I was told there's nothing I can do but wait however a second representative was able to assist me meaning the first just didn't want to. Whenever I requested information I was told that I'd be called back, I was never contacted once. On the contrary I had to continuously reach out. The company Amerifreight contracted to move my vehicle was very unprofessional as well. They lied about picking up my car and when they finally did they dropped it off at a different location and I had to go get my car. Terrible experience.

I am an active duty Military member out in South Carolina, and had my car picked up from Souther California. For starters, they did not offer me any type of military discount, which was EXTREMELY disappointing and a waste of money. I had other carriers offering me $1300 to do the job, yet I was charged $2050+ with Amerifreight. When the first man came to pick up the car, the company worker was JJ Transport, he was very unprofessional. He had left with my car and didn’t bother to make sure he had my key. When I had called to let him know he didn’t have my key, he was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault. Respectfully, as someone who’s been doing something for years, you would think he has a mental checklist to go through before taking off with the customers car! I drove an hour and a half to deliver him MY key and I was on military Leave, so he wasted my time and my money.

I am completely satisfied with the service. I paid a little less than what my broker first offered because I changed my drop off location and that took a few hundred bucks off my price. Super easy. The broker called me everyday they had an offer, and they’re open late to answer any questions.

I absolutely hated my experience with your company and I would prefer a phone call follow up to further discuss my experience. My broker Robyn was completely incompetent. She me the initial price quote of $1250 and said she’s never seen the total go more than $200 over the quote. My total ended being $1875. I asked about 100 lb weight limit in the car as I was very concerned about this and I asked if they weigh the car or my stuff, she said they as long as I don’t put heavy bricks or a tire in, it should be ok. She also said I could fully Fill the trunk and as long as bags are placed without being seen above the windows. I followed all of instructions and was charged $100 for the stuff I put in the car anyway. Lastly, she gave the driver the wrong info about pickup.

The driver argued with me. Threatening to keep my car. Refused to drop it off at my house even though I paid for door to door service. Driver was rude and disrespectful telling me he was doing me a favor. Leaving my car 11 miles from my house. Saying he couldn’t drive to my house. Even though I’m the week since I have seen 7 car transporter trucks on my road with vehicles on the top.

Communication with AmeriFreight was great. I was communicated to at a good amount of time before any drop-off or pickup was supposed to happen. I liked that you could also text. When the car was being dropped off to me, the driver was really kind to drop it off at a time that did work for me. At the time that they first suggested, I could not make any arrangements to make it work. All in all, it was a great experience. My car was unharmed. It was just dirty, but that was acceptable since it was an open carrier.

I read a lot of online reviews of the different shipping companies and did a cost and customer satisfaction comparison, and AmeriFreight is up in the top three. Everything went pretty smoothly. I expected them to take a week but it took about three days, and they got the truck down here. The driver was good. He had good communication. I texted and I talked to him pretty regularly. AmeriFreight is a good reputable company to get your car to where it’s going without issues.

My transaction with AmeriFreight was pretty smooth. Pickup in Green Bay to drop-off in Big Lake, Minnesota took about 24 hours and the driver called me a couple times. He let me know that he picked up the car then he texted me to let me know when he anticipated coming. He was pretty much on time. He also texted me when he was here and I met him outside. The quote I was give was very accurate, but I was very understanding with the cost of fuel. The quote was 800 and I paid 1,100. I knew that the initial price they gave me was an estimate and that there was a good chance it was going to change. But I didn't know it was going to be that much more. In the beginning, AmeriFreight's rep offered me if I wanted to pass on a bid. She said over the phone that she was getting a few more bids and they were all very similar in price. So I would suggest that anytime that they give somebody a quote, they should up it by a couple of 100 because of gas.

I shipped a 2017 Nissan NV200 for 2,500 miles and AmeriFreight was awesome. The quote they gave me was pretty fair.

I needed to move my Audi A4 from Summerville, South Carolina to Phoenix, Arizona. AmeriFreight was very timely about everything, and the pickup and delivery went very smoothly. There were issues sometimes with communication with the driver, but that was primarily because he had trouble with English and we were able to overcome that pretty quickly. The cost and quality of service were good. They damaged my vehicle, but they were very quick to be clear and disclose the situation to me. There were some scrapings on the driver's side door and they reimbursed me for the repair work that I had requested.

It was super hard to get a quote from people but with AmeriFreight, it was super easy. They gave me the best quote, which was what I paid exactly, and the offered service was right in my time window. Everything worked out perfectly. My truck was transported from North Carolina to Colorado and it took a couple of days. The driver was right on time with everything. He picked up my truck on the 15th then he dropped it off to my buddy with no problem. He could have communicated a little better though. I would call him once in a blue moon just to ask him a question, but he was cool.

The overall service was pretty good but AmeriFreight should make a better way to get in contact with the people that they're hiring to do the actual delivery. At the end, the driver was three days late. I had a car transported from Florida to California and the he said that it was going to take five days but it took eight days. AmeriFreight's people didn't do much about it. They told me that I may call the driver but when I'd get in contact with him, he didn't answer any of my calls or texts for two days which was annoying. But the pickup was okay and the delivery was quick.

We shipped two cars, an SUV and a regular sedan, from Nevada to North Carolina. AmeriFreight's people that helped us set up everything were very helpful and it was nice that they were able to reply to text messages and emails quickly. The drivers were really accommodating to the time and where they picked up the cars, and the transport took two days. They flew across the country and it was really quick.

I used AmeriFreight a couple of years ago and I was satisfied about it. This is the second time that I used the service and everything was good, fast and reliable. The driver was super good. He was always communicating with me and the receiver. The ending bill was a little higher than the initial quote but nothing out of the world. I understand that the cost is, right now, really high because of gas, so it was fair.

We chose AmeriFreight because they had a very thorough description of their process on their website and explained a lot of details on how the process works and what their commitment to the customer was, and that was all good. Everything was very organized on the front end and there were no issues with the pickup. The driver was on a carrier and I didn't realize the car was gonna get there that fast. It was a little bit of a surprise. It would've been nice to have an update 24 hours out because I got a call as the car was being delivered to my sister-in-law's house. It didn’t give me any opportunity to give them a heads up that it was coming and then adjust their work schedule. So, that wasn't ideal.

Only issue I had was that they picked it up a day early. Otherwise the driver, the pickup and delivery were all smooth. I would recommend them again. Make sure to ask questions about shipping times and dates. They're very responsive and work with the shippers and can contact them on your behalf.

Their service was wonderful. The lady who kept checking on my delivery for me, her name was Rhonda and she was wonderful. The driver was good, too. The only thing I would ask in the future is some feedback from the driver while the vehicle's en route. Maybe a text message letting me know when the vehicle is coming a couple of days here and there. 'Cause I went a week without hearing from the driver. But outside of that, it was perfect. I will use AmeriFreight again.

This is the first time that I have ever shipped a vehicle and after reading hundreds of reviews on the matter, well, I was very apprehensive about it. I finally narrowed it down to a handful and where others were, in some cases rated higher....so were there fees/quotes, so I narrowed it down to AmeriFreight. Communication was great with Amerifreight, but unfortunately, after the driver picked up my car, it ended up being a terrible experience. Delivery was set on a Friday. I waited at home all day for the call, and nothing. On Saturday, I stayed close by my home waiting for a call, and again, nothing. On Monday, I get a call from Amerifreight stating the driver's truck broke down, and delivery was now set for Wednesday. Wednesday comes and the driver tells me that delivery is now Saturday. I'm pretty understanding and know things can happen, but what really upset me was the driver left me hanging by not letting me know his truck broke down. I wasted two days waiting for my car to be delivered. Then he promised another delivery date and couldn't even make that. Next time, under promise, overdeliver.

I would give this zero stars if there was an option. Promised a top load spot by Brandon at Amerifreight- paid a premium for VA to CA transport- driver refused to load on top. Fail. Will never use these guys again.

I shipped my new 2021 Honda Gold Wing from Vero Beach, Florida to Lowell, Massachusetts. When I went to pick my bike up at the shipping facility in Lowell, I noticed a badly damaged exhaust heat shield. This chromed metal heat shield was damaged with a great deal of force, and yet, there was no notation that the damage had occurred. I photographed my motorcycle before it was shipped, and when I received it. I was put in contact with the insurance company, but can only communicate with them through email. I repeatedly asked for a phone contact number, but was not provided with one. My bike is currently awaiting approval for the heat shield replacement.

People said AmeriFreight was a reputable agency, and that they require their drivers to have certain insurances or licenses. The rep made the set up very quick and easy. The driver was awesome. He was very communicative, followed up with me and reached out to me to let me know where he was on his drive. He was giving me daily updates if he thought he was going to be late. He brought the vehicle right down the street. I live in a gated community, so he couldn’t get his transporter through there. I was a little surprised with the bill though. I was quoted 1,800, but it ended up being 2,300. I assumed it was gas prices. Also, the vehicle had motor oil on the windshield. Thankfully, it was just on the windshield and it came off in a carwash.

I ordered the transport with AmeriFreight but someone else was giving me a cheaper rate, so I canceled them. But the timeframe was gonna be longer so I went back with AmeriFreight. Earl was very nice and accommodating. The people who picked up my vehicle took a couple of days to pick it up but they met the original dates so that ended up being okay.

Attempted shipping two cars, only one shipped. Quote for the one shipped was $200 less than what I actually paid. Quote for the second was $600 less than the only offer made. Decided to not ship my second car (Toyota Corolla) as it became cheaper for me to fly back and drive cross country than to pay $2000 to have it shipped. Rather use Sherpa next time, which I had used in the past. Their costs are higher, but at least what they quote you is what you pay. Sherpa eats any fluctuation on the cost. This company is ok if you have the ability to take risk of costs being higher than quoted and plan B and C if price doesn’t fit your budget. Regarding customer service: The agent I worked with was very cordial and professional.

Great service, quick delivery, delivered on time as promised. Driver had trouble finding house, but delivery went smoothly. No problems with car, no damage to car. Overall service as promised and delivered faster than expected. Would recommend to family and friends. Very happy with service.

The service/driver was delayed 14 days after expected delivery. They said the Truck broke down, why on Earth would you not check the health of the truck before driving from California to Florida. This Cost me a lot of money, for I needed my car for work. Driver was unprofessional. Please teach your drivers a simple greet when talking to a customer. First thing he said to me when he delivered my car 2 weeks late was “Where’s my money.” I would never use Amerifreight ever again, unless you guys compensate me for such a terrible experience.

I chose AmeriFreight because it had great reviews about car shipping and their quote was quick and reasonable. They certainly gained a wonderful review from me as well. The communication was excellent, the shipping went fantastic, and the car arrived safely in just 2 days. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.

Both my vehicles arrived with damage from the strap that they used to secure the cars to the trailer. But that was the only issue I had with AmeriFreight. Other than that, the communication with the driver and the service were good.

Their customer service was really good and very communicative. Even though the driver couldn't get down from the small street, he found a spot and communicated where he would be at. He worked with my uncle where he dropped it off and there were no issues. It went as smooth as I thought it should go.

My experience with AmeriFreight was smooth. My vehicle got delivered within six days from the start when I talked to them. The driver updated me with all the time and the location. The cost is a little high, though. They charged $350 for the brokerage and from what I have heard, the average is 150 to 200.

I reached out to AmeriFreight and I was initially quoted something really low. But when I got on the phone, the price was much higher. It was also higher than other competitors. But it got down to a point where it was similar to everyone else. So I ended up working with AmeriFreight. Other than that, it was okay. Everything after that, the rep was super helpful. The first driver that came was really aggressive. I had some things in the car, but it wasn't that much. He wanted 400 extra dollars. But then the rep was good at getting another guy really right away. He was good with communication. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was happy with the transport and the carrier. The AmeriFreight broker agent was good though there were a little bit of delays in communication. I had to go back and forth with Fast Freight carrier. They were supposed to pick up my car that week but I hadn’t heard from them. I asked if they could pick it up on the 28th or 29th of April. They just showed up and gave me a 35-minute notice on the 28th of April. I was getting my stuff picked up at the same time so I mistakenly thought it was my stuff getting picked up, and not this other guy trying to pick up my car. He was loading it on a regular one-car carrier to take it to the yard. They did a detailed inspection or found ** on it that I've never even seen on my life on my car. That was nice.

The lady that I worked with at Amerifreight gave me one offer. I said it was a little bit too high. She called me back with another one that was lower, but I didn't get back to her in time for it. She called me back with another one. It was a little bit higher than the second one, but it was still lower than the first one. I appreciated that when the price was too high for me, she kept working and tried to find something lower. The driver followed up, answered calls and kept in contact with me, making sure I was gonna be where I was supposed to. They got there right on the time that she said it would and the driver lowered it down for me. I met him over on the corner, but the way that the street worked out, it wasn’t too far. He took cash and it all worked out. It was more expensive than I believed it to be but the company itself was good.

Because the car was in brand new condition, I wanted a company that would ship it to me and have it covered. I called AmeriFreight, spoke with a wonderful lady and gave me all kinds of assurances. We had a wonderful conversation. She said, “Absolutely,” and she would put the job out there for somebody to put a bid on. A guy came along and put a bid on it. He said, “I'll charge them this and I'll have it there in four days.” But it took us longer. We were okay if it would be a day late. But I put every aspect of insurance on it. They assured me that it would be sealed tight.

I’d recommend AmeriFreight because I've had them, and they were good. This is my third time using them and this guy was nice, but it took ages for him. It was three days late and he didn’t bring it to my house. I rode my bike to meet him at the parking lot. The delivery was very complicated but he meant well. For the AmeriFreight part, the woman was wonderful.

AmeriFreight did everything that I expected. Everything was very transparent. The driver was very courteous on the phone and answered all my questions. He was very quick to respond and showed up when he said that he would.

Everything was fine. I was kept pretty up to date to the point where I wasn't concerned. If I needed to do anything, they called to let me know, and I took care of it then we just moved on. It was pretty straightforward. Compared to some of the other places, AmeriFreight was a little more expensive, but given the fact that I got the car earlier than expected, I can't be upset about that. I'm thankful the driver came early. I thought the car wasn't gonna get delivered until the next day, but the driver brought it that night. He called me when he was 30 minutes out, and where I live is really confusing when it comes to GPS, so I told him what to look for. Next thing I knew, he was telling me he was outside. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better than it did.

Hello! My issue is more with the carrier than with AmeriFreight but, you hire this company. My vehicle's body arrived with significant damage that someone attempted to cover up. I reached out to AmeriFreight and was told that there was nothing you could do, basically got the same from the carrier.

I felt reassured that they vet their drivers and make sure that they have current insurance and come highly rated.

Terrible Trade Practices. Was quoted $1330 to ship a car from Ohio to California. Talked to agent on phone and she assured me the price wouldn't go up. Since I was under a deadline to ship it, once I committed to the price verbally, 3-4 days later they come back with $1950. I had no choice but to ship it as the timeline to move was approaching. A week earlier I had another quote well below the $1950 they charged me from another company. This was a complete bait and switch. My back was against the wall and unfortunately I couldn't make a change. Just as in other complaints that are filed against them they will attach the contract. What people fail to realize is the verbal ** they submit to you in order to hook you in. I will be pursuing this with the ftc as well. Terrible trade practices. Also customer service and communication was awful.

Customer service from AmeriFreight's end was very good. Since it was my first time transporting a vehicle and I wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to do most of the time, I had questions throughout the process and whenever I called, I always got a response pretty quickly. I always had somebody who knew what was going on and gave me good information too.

Once I submitted a request, somebody from AmeriFreight got in contact with me right away and the guy was very professional as well as knowledgeable on what to do and where to go. He gave me a lot of numbers and helped me find the best deal. Once we found a good deal, then we went with it. I had a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro transported, and it took a week and a half. There was a lot of communication the whole time between pickup and delivery, constant feedback on where the car was at and what was happening. Overall, the quality of service is really good, and the cost was fair. It wasn't cheap and I wasn't getting a smoking deal by any means, but it wasn't gouging either.

I called Amerifright in early February to get information on shipping my car from Allentown, PA to SLC, UT. I spoke with Lecia ** and she seemed as if I was bothering her. I decided to call back the next day to speak with someone else instead, but by that point Lecia was already my “contact” for my account. I told Lecia that I need my car in Utah no earlier than March 12th. She confirmed. She then called me on February 14th and told me that there is a transport ready to pick up my car and they will have it there by February 20th. I told her again, that I need it there no earlier than March 12th. She told me that she will put me in the system to start searching on March 7th and it will get there no earlier than March 12th.

I checked with AmeriFreight when I shipped a vehicle in the past, and I ended up using somebody else. When I went to use the same company I used the first time, somehow AmeriFreight got my information, or when I filled out the broker thing, it got sent to them. I was at Disneyland and had to sign this contract via phone, so I wasn't able to really check up on anything. I signed the contract with AmeriFreight somehow. I was a little confused on how it all went down, but they shipped the vehicle and it got there fast. That part was really good. The lady I worked with was good too. The drivers were Russian and didn't speak very much English, but minus the communication barrier, everything went really well. They loaded it fast. When they were doing everything, I could definitely tell that they knew what they were doing, which was good.

Jorge the transporter was an absolute delight to deal with, although they arrived 3 days early to pick the car up, he handled the transition well and kept me informed the entire time...Melissa from Amerifrieght was pleasant, professional and didn't mind any time I called and was able to answer all my questions right away..

I reached out to AmeriFreight and then found out that they were an aggregator and I got a better understanding of how this whole process worked. I liked that the initial communication was very clear and then I understood what we were looking at. If other aggregators are competing against myself, AmeriFreight at least took the time to be thorough. Also, they had really good reviews online and with the BBB. So once I started working with them, I didn't feel the need to look for anybody else. We had a good experience.

I had a great experience shipping my car with AmeriFreight! This was my first time shipping a car and I was very anxious about the whole process. Earl answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed. He kept me updated regularly and checked in to make sure the pick up and drop off went smoothly. The AmeriFreight rep explained on the phone everything I needed to know. They were very good. But it was a little bit deceitful because the quote was 3,200, but it got bid out at 4,200. They didn't tell us that the quote is really worthless because the drivers do the bidding. But the driver was very competent. I would recommend AmeriFreight for sure.

Very professionally done! The driver was very knowledgeable and reassuring. My daughter was very pleased on the receiving end. She lives in a rural area and has a long unpaved driveway that is muddy and rutted. The car arrived in excellent condition and did not have a scratch on it.

AmeriFreight and Maleah were great - got the pickup truck I bought in Oregon safely home to Vermont in a short time, and at a good rate. If I ever need to ship another vehicle I will certainly look to Maleah to broker the transport again.
