The AmeriFreight rep was nice. She was very professional and helpful. The first quote was very low, but in the end, it was $500 more. But it still was lower than other companies. On the delivery, the company called me to tell me that the car would be ready the next day. So, that took me by surprise. They wanted to confirm where I would pick it up and I just confirmed it. I also asked them to let me know in advance if they would get there or not because on the pick-up day, they took a little bit longer than we expected.

Everything was straightforward with AmeriFreight. The delivery came on time and was pretty smooth. The driver texted me. It was easy to communicate with him. The vehicle was dirty when it arrived, but it was from the drive. After washing, I didn't see any scratches. Everything was normal.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. I used them once before. I used them again recently and it went fine. I would recommend them.

The quote that was provided by AmeriFreight was completely inaccurate. They quote you a reasonable price, and then in the fine print, the terms and conditions, they say that's an estimate and it can be whatever the market dictates. Then they make you wait five days and the quote was 100% off. The quote was twice as much as they quoted.

I'm very satisfied with their service. My vehicle came here safe. Nothing dinged up, nothing scratched. So I enjoyed it. They made the process really smooth. The driver gave me frequent updates about when the freight was going to be delivered and at what time. He got it done.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. Sydney, the rep, was really nice, attentive, just on top of things, and care a lot about my experience. Anytime I needed anything, she was very quick to help me out. The guy who picked up my car was awesome. He was super friendly and nice. He seemed really honest and did a thorough check of my car. He was willing to roll with the punches and correspond with a couple of different people in delivering my car to the destination. Because I wasn't in town he ended up doing the rest of the delivery with my boyfriend. He was really nice to him. They told me it would take a week to 10 days, but it took him 4 days. So that was a really nice surprise.

The vehicle got here in one piece and there were no damages but the company that transported it missed the deadline. The vehicle didn't come until two days after they were supposed to deliver. There was also no follow-up there. I had to follow up on that. That kind of was a little nerve racking of not getting the vehicle in when I thought I should have gotten it already.

AmeriFreight was the best price and it had good reviews. Also, they were super helpful and transparent about how the whole process works, in general, as a consumer looking to ship my car. The communication was great. I had help at every step. The driver contacted me 24 hours before to give me a ballpark. And we were in touch that same morning for pickup two hours and an hour before pickup. I live on a street. It's small and has low-hanging power lines. So, we determined the closest pickup spot where their truck wouldn't get into a pickle. Also, the quote was fair, especially hearing from other friends who shipped their cars similar distances.

The transport was great and straightforward. Every time the driver came to a stop, he would always give me updates. I wasn't aware of this, but there was a leak and the leak dropped oil on the other vehicles underneath it. He took it upon himself to clean all the vehicles. I got out there and helped him out a little bit because I felt bad. He was very professional. He had a very positive attitude throughout the whole thing. I definitely would love to go with him again if I ever have to transport.

I contacted two or three companies for transport service and settled with AmeriFreight in the end. I held out for a price because I had time and they were the ones that brought a carrier at that price. Customer service was fine and I was impressed with the trucking company. When the BMW Z4 was delivered, the truck couldn't turn around on the cul-de-sac, so the delivery had to be done a block or two away. The only thing was I was surprised because I gave a credit card to AmeriFreight and I thought it was for the whole thing. But it was just for their commission. The person that received it at the other end was caught totally off guard when it was COD. That shouldn't have ever happened and that embarrassed me. I could have managed if I had known about it.

So far, so good. I have to transport my motorbike and two cars from San Francisco, California to Jacksonville, Florida. I spoke with Cosmo and he was very responsive and even gave me the point of contact for my motorbike, so if I have any questions, I can ask the vendor who's taking care of my motorbike.

I googled trustworthy transport and a blog came up and AmeriFreight was featured and had a lot of good reviews, and I booked it. I was moving from LA to New York so I needed to transport my car. I got linked up with Brandi and she was super helpful and informative and on top of it. She was making sure that I was aware that it was really not a quick process, and that usually, carriers will call that week. She was really very reassuring. So, I would definitely recommend her.

It was an excellent experience with Amerifreight. I've never done this before. But Harry, the rep, explained everything in a way that was so clear the first time. He was so helpful in filling me in. AmeriFreight was not the most affordable carrier, but my situation was unique. The car I was buying was coming from off the beaten path. Truckers didn't want to go to San Juan, Texas. They wanted to pick up in Austin, Dallas or Houston, in a big city and he told me that. I had a little trouble communicating with the driver though. There was a language barrier. But ultimately, they got exactly to the house, where they had to, and it was good. They also called ahead of time and were also on time.

AmeriFreight has fast and friendly service. The rep I worked with was amazing. She was good about everything. She returned my calls fast. As soon as there was an option that someone could get my van on a vehicle, I got an email right away, called her and she was available to me. The driver picked it up on Sunday and delivered on Saturday, which was supposed to be Monday, so it was two days early. I was okay with the final quote. It was a little bit less than what the end one was, but it wasn't anything more than I thought it shouldn't have been. The condition of the vehicle was perfect. There was no damage.

I'm quite dissatisfied with my experience with Amerifreight. After contacting you guys for a quote everything went smooth until I sent the first payment. From that point on, communications with my agent were very scarce and not helpful. I was given a 3 day window for my car to be picked up by West Coast Auto Transport. Those 3 days passed without hearing anything from my agent and I started to get worried because my moving date was getting closer. Tried calling the agent about 10 times when those 3 days passed to no avail.

AmeriFreight's rep gave me all the information that I needed and made sure that I was able to get my car picked up and delivered within the time frame. I heard from the driver. It's funny because I got a confirmation on a Thursday that my car would be picked up Friday and that was the next day. So, it was a quick turnaround. I gave the driver my family's information in Arizona and he connected with them to give them information on the pickup. The driver was great at communicating with my family in Arizona in terms of time for pickup and updating when he was behind. That went well.

The AmeriFreight rep was really friendly, helpful, and followed up multiple times. Really good customer service. However, the carrier scratched the front nose of the car. The license plate was dented in and then it caused some cracking at the paint in the front. But the ending bill was exactly what was quoted.

AmeriFreight moved the motorcycles for me. At first, they were a little confusing to work with. But after a while, once I realized that they basically take the order, and then they had to contact a transport company. Then it was the transporter who was going to move this stuff. Sometimes I found the communications between AmeriFreight and the transporter weren't exactly what I was expecting. I was expecting them to know more about what the transporter was up to. So it took about three calls to AmeriFreight before we got that straightened out. After that, everything went fairly smoothly. The transporter contacted me and everything worked out.

My godson and daughter used AmeriFrieght to move a car from Washington to Tennessee. They gave me the rep's phone number and suggested that I use him. I did that when I did a transport from Washington State to Texas. The car was supposed to get to me in three or four days, which was on a Friday, but it didn't get to me until that Wednesday. The driver came across through the ice and snow and it took many days more than we expected. The driver never called us to apprise us of his progress. That was extremely frustrating. I called three or four times. The rep, Harry, on the other hand, called us. He was very good. The driver delivered the car at night and it was so dirty when we got it. There was really no way to tell if there were any problems, scratches, or anything else with the car. It's not a brand new car but it felt ridiculous taking the car and taking pictures and saying it was okay.

I had AmeriFreight transport a truck and an SUV. I liked their reviews and just word of mouth about them. The quote was a little bit cheaper too. Customer service was very transparent and informative. Any question I had, they were able to answer. Their rep was very professional. The transport took about 30 hours total. During the delivery of the cars, we had to meet the driver somewhere because where we were dropping them off was a gated community. We ended up meeting the driver in a mall parking lot because he didn't have the paperwork to come to the gate.

AmeriFreight did a transport for us from Texas to California and the took less than a week. The rep was helpful, especially when picking the dates, and the driver was nice. Sometimes, they’d try to contact me but I'd be at work. I gave them a callback and they were usually really fast about it. It was all smooth.

We wanted to bring a second vehicle up in Wisconsin for the year. We used AmeriFreight and customer service was very nice. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The driver brought my car right to my house. He went above and beyond. The ending bill was off a little bit but it was unexpected so I wasn't surprised. I'd use AmeriFreight again.

I dealt with Malia from AmeriFreight and she was very helpful, quick to respond, and checked in throughout the process. So, I felt like she was taking care of me. Setting up was easy once we got in contact with the driver. The pickup was great. My dad did the drop-off. But it went smoothly. We had to drive out to Sacramento, which was an hour and a half away from us, but that wasn't a big deal. Just a big area where he can meet. And he brought it straight to Enterprise, where I'm at. The driver got the car out here in less than 48 hours. Also, he was super flexible on where to meet here, it was a quick handoff, and easy payment. I was very happy.

It was the first time I've ever done this, and I was a little concerned. I called several different companies and Cindy was the gal I interfaced with at AmeriFreight. She was great and made me feel very comfortable. She was honest about things. She set it up, and we put it in there. All the things fit and hit as they were planned. I got in touch with the trucker who was transporting it and with his company. They kept me in the loop on what was happening. When they got it into town, it was easy peasy. Everything went really smooth, and I was very happy.

My car was picked up on time and delivered ahead of schedule. Driver called to arrange time before pick up and updated me the day before drop off and day of drop off. I would use this company again. Pricing appeared to be consistent with the market.

Everything went smoothly with AmeriFreight. The only thing I didn't really care for was they brought up the driver's fee. They quoted the 1,211 and then right towards the end, they tacked on another $488 for the driver. So it brought my bill up to 1,648, which, at that point, I couldn't do a whole lot. It was delivered earlier than the estimate was, which was fine by me. But I was a little surprised when all of a sudden, two days before I thought it was going to show up, the driver called and said, he’d be in another five hours. But it was delivered on a Sunday, and on Monday, I was gonna do a final prep with the bank to get the payments set up. But they were easy to work with and they kept up on everything other than when the car was picked up. But I know some of that was a little bit out of their hands and in the hands of the drivers.

AmeriFreight has the lowest rates. The rep I worked with was great. They were quick and efficient throughout the transport. The condition of the vehicle was good when it arrived as well.

The AmeriFreight worker was fine, the issue was the contractors they used to deliver my Lexus. They were rude, unprofessional, and lacked effective communication. They delivered my car 1 week early when the agreement was to drop it off later in the month. From there, they weren’t available to meet when we finally arrived to Washington and we spent multiple weeks trying to get my car back. My Lexus spent weeks in some unknown lot and it appears they may have also drove it for leisure during that time. Very unimpressed and would demand a refund if able.

Amerifreight is a broker and they just put the job on a site and people bid on it. At the very end, the bid came in a bit higher than what was expected, but they warned me that that could happen. It was more than I wanted to pay, but it was fair.

The service and responsiveness at AmeriFreight was excellent. But the trucker didn't pay any attention to the time of pickup or to the date of delivery. Upon pickup he claimed not to have a Bill of lading. But after my call to AmeriFreight, he will able to create one.

This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle but From start to end the whole process was smooth. The man to work with is Harry **. He was EXCELLENT. I will absolutely be using this company again when I ship my car back home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Customer service was overall good, and the quote was reasonable. When AmeriFreight got the offer from the company that was doing the transport, I was informed right away. The cost and quality of the service were equivalent to each other. It was good on both sides.

This is the second time I have used AmeriFreight to transport my vehicles across country. They are very attentive and are diligent about giving updates. I appreciate all that they have done to make transport of my vehicles go smoothly and efficiently. Thank you AmeriFreight!

I was assigned Erica H. handle my transactions. She did a great job but was then replaced by someone who never bothered to follow-up, call-back or even look into the questions I had. I am now forced to look for another carrier, since these people are now completely unreliable. Sorry to say.

I will never use this company to ship another vehicle ever. Started with a quote for around $1500 (subject to change is reasonable) and ended up being quoted $1900. I booked the freight with a pickup date of February 24th and estimated drop off on February 26th. I was advised of insurance options for my vehicle and obliged to pay for extra coverage. Cindy had told me that the driver will do inspection with the pickup and signed upon receiving (I was 1250 miles away, so family had to do this for me).

Millie helped me with my shipment. Everything was simple and straightforward and they're very transparent. Millie was happy to answer any questions and explain the process. My driver was also super flexible with pickup drop off locations. Overall a positive experience.

Sydni provided top notch customer service and was great to work with! My car shipping experience was smooth and I received my car coast to coast in just 4 days with no issues! Would recommend this service and Sydni to anyone!

Our was great! Danielle ** was very helpful and professional, I I would highly recommend AmeriFreight to others in need of car transport. Each time I contacted with a question, representatives answered my questions and treated me with respect and understanding.

All of the packers were so friendly, so helpful and so professional. Everything was packed so carefully and the boxes were labelled so well. I will never pack myself again after seeing how good they are at it. We have to move again next year when our rental is up and you can bet you will be hearing from us!

But if Brandon was with another customer there was always someone else to jump in and assist with whatever I needed. AF is on top of their game. The transport company and driver were also excellent. We moved across the country, and it was crazy with moving out and the logistics of everything else. AmeriFreight helped with the car, and it was one of the better experiences through the whole move. I'm really happy I went with them. Brandy, the lady that was helping us from AmeriFreight, was great. She called to check in as well as emailed me with price quotes. We had to take a week to find someone who the dates lined up for them to do the transport, and she let me know what was going on the whole time. She kept me well-informed.

The rep was pretty helpful. I had his phone number, so I texted him when I had additional questions. He responded really quickly to emails too. We had two transactions with AmeriFreight, and we did them separate 'cause we needed one car first. Compared to other companies, the quote was a good price. I wish the cost was less though. It was 250 with AmeriFreight then nine something to the company that moved the cars. One of the cars, the driver wasn't able to drop off to our location 'cause the roads were a little small. He just gave us the address of a Home Depot store and we met him there.

I did a couple of quotes, and AmeriFreight's price was right, but they don't respect your time. They told my friend they would be there at a certain time, then they said they were gonna be late but then no call, no show one night. She went to work the next day, then they said, “We're 30 minutes away.” My friend explained she was at work, but they said, “Okay. Well, if you don't come home right now, then you're gonna have to wait another week for your delivery. Because we're not going to pick it up within another four days.”

Brandon, the representative, was really good, and the carrier did a really good job as well. I had no issues at all with them. The carrier was a day earlier than expected, which was phenomenal. Everything was excellent.

I worked with the rep Henry, and he did a good job. He stayed in close communication with me on what was going on and where we were at, which was really nice. AmeriFreight used somebody named UZ Transport out of Denver, and our communication was good too. It’s a 22-hour drive from Colorado to Washington, and the driver himself was super nice to drop off our vehicle.

The rep was good, kind and I liked her. We were moving a small hatchback from California to Kansas City, and the quote was accurate. I told the rep the dates that I needed the car then the company that picked up the job wanted to come two days later. I had to be like, “No. I need you to come when I scheduled it, because I'm going to be in Kansas City waiting for this vehicle.” They told me the day that it was going to be dropped off, then I was on my way to Kansas City. I stopped in Colorado, and the company called and said, “Hey, this dude's here a day early." The lady said they were gonna leave my car in some random parking lot with the key and I needed to Venmo the driver right then. I was like, “I’m not Venmoing nobody.”

I was looking for the cheapest option and AmeriFreight quoted me the lowest. They had a good reputation on top of that. The reps were very responsive. AmeriFreight did a great job and everything went smooth on my end.

Susan, the lady that I worked with at AmeriFreight, was phenomenal. She took care of everything and was very informative. She contacted me quite often to make sure everything was going right. If it wasn't for her, I would have been a nervous wreck, having a vehicle transported from Tampa, Florida all the way to Louisiana. The driver called when he was on the road. He called me 12 hours before he got to my house and an hour before he got to my house. The whole experience was wonderful and everything that was great about my experience stemmed from that customer service specialist that I dealt with.

It was good with AmeriFreight. They were cheaper and the rep answered all the questions I needed. The driver was accommodating. He delivered the car at a good spot, close to drop for my rental car off.

I signed up, and communication was very quick. I worked with Sydney. I scheduled a pickup and paid for insurance for it, but I had to change the pickup due to my schedule. In that sense, AmeriFreight did everything right. The only thing was, I asked for a refund 'cause I didn't know when I was gonna do my next pickup. It was a $400 deposit, then a week later, I did another pickup and I was charged for insurance twice. It's okay though. It happens and I understand where AmeriFreight is coming from that.

AmeriFreight was very fine and professional. They responded quickly. I was dealing with the person over the phone that was delivering the vehicles. We coordinated together on how my vehicles were and where the vehicles going to be sitting and where I was going to put the keys. He was very responsible on the date that he was coming here with the vehicle. Everything just went ABC. They made it here without messing my vehicles up and they were unloaded properly and off they went.

I've used AmeriFreight a couple of times and their reps have been nice. It took a little longer than I wanted the last time, but it was not that person's fault. Finding a driver was the problem. I told them to bump the cost up higher just to get it sooner because it was taking too long.

The reps were fine and I didn't have any issues setting up the transport. As to the delivery, I could see where my car was because I have GPS in it and saw that it was in the destination city. But they didn't call and tell me. I had to contact them and they didn't bring it to my house. But I do live on base and I don't know if that was the issue. They told me I could pick it up and it was only about 20 minutes away. So we went and picked it up.

The lady that I worked with was very on top of it. She did very well. She told me, “Hey, I’m sending this link. Look at it. Tell me you got it. Open it up. This is what we need you to do. Read it over. Make sure you understand all the terms. If you have any questions, give us a call.” The good thing was she didn’t promise me anything. She just told me, “I have a note when it’s gonna get to California, but I don’t know when it’ll get to the final destination. But there’s the website for Matson, and they usually are good about telling you when it’s gonna come in. They may leave on this Saturday, they may not leave on that Saturday. It just depends.” So she had a lot of information and insights that I didn't know about. This was the first time I ever sent a car overseas to Hawaii and she knew what to say at the right time for me to know that my vehicle is going to get there safely.

My interactions with AmeriFreight were fine. A little frustrating though. The company that hauled the car ruined my whole experience and I blame AmeriFreight a little for that for not screening the companies that are taking these bids a bit better. The car was picked up at the dealership, and that went fine, but the delivery was a complete and utter nightmare. The hauling company did not plan accordingly. They tried to deliver in the middle of a blizzard and the two drivers they sent did not speak a bit of English, so there was a large communication barrier.

The customer service lady was quite wonderful, and the quote was about average than what everybody else was quoting. It seems like inflation has caused everything to get more expensive. I shipped a car four years ago from the same place, from Pittsburgh to San Diego, and it was 800 bucks. Now it's 1,500, so almost double. Other than that, AmeriFreight did great.

They have the best deal and fastest availability. I put in my request on a Saturday and I got a call by Tuesday. They were very professional and they communicated very well and often. They were very accommodating. I had a couple of things in the car that I should have listed when I did the booking. They rolled with it and helped me out. They were very helpful in that aspect. I would recommend AmeriFreight and I would use them over and over again.

I will use AmeriFreight again. Their customer service was great. I talked to a young lady and she was great. When the driver got close, he called me. He told me where he would be bringing the vehicle. I live in a residence where he couldn't bring the car, so I met him in a commercial parking lot. Everything went great from beginning to end.

Everything went good. The service was something I needed right away and AmeriFreight found a driver in a week. Everything went smoothly, and it was great communication with the driver.

Everything was excellent. I liked what they were giving me and they have a relationship with the southern region, where my son lives. Also, they had done some transportation for the military, and my son was in the Air Force. Anytime I do anything for the rest of my life, they’ll be my contractor.

The first time that I used AmeriFreight, I was fraught with anxiety because I've never done it before. It seemed like a really dangerous thing to do to put a car on a trailer and send it away. But Melissa walked me through it, and it was pretty simple. It seemed to work really well. So it was so easy the second time that I used them because I had gotten over that initial anxiety. I got the car back sooner than I thought I would. It was in exactly the shape that it was in when I put it on the trailer. The driver was professional. Melissa was extremely professional too. She's helped me twice now, and I would go back to her in a heartbeat. So I was happy. The first time that I used them, the price was fair. So that was good. The second time, Melissa put it up on the board and it came back with a bid that was $500 less than both of us expected. So we were really happy.

Everyone at AmeriFreight were excellent. They met all my needs, they found a company promptly and within my budget and advised me when I had questions. I felt very supported and appreciated. I would use them again and refer any friends wanting car transportation.

Lecia ** was clear and concise about each step of the process. Thought it was a hectic time with moving, she made it feel effortless. I anticipated a two or three week delivery but instead my car shipped coast to coast in less than a week. Incredible service!

The reps at AmeriFreight were pretty responsive. They answered my questions and they helped me out. The only thing I was looking for was an updated receipt or order for the brokerage fee, which I never got. Also, the initial quote I got was 1,200 and the final cost was 2,100. They conveniently left out the broker fee and then when I got somebody to ship the vehicle, the quote came in at about 1,700 bucks. Those two together almost doubled what the initial quote was. I'm sure it's somewhere in the fine print somewhere that I didn't see that it's likely to change and there's a broker tree that isn't seen here. That was disappointing. But at the end of the day, I ended up paying comparable to what the other quotes I had received were, so it's not like they were way overshot.

During the setup, the rep was very helpful and once we established or got some offers on the transport, it all went pretty quickly. The vehicle arrived early.

Brandon from AmeriFreight was really responsive and I could get ahold of him at any time. Everything went as smooth as it can go and they were really great to work with. The driver got sick so it delayed the drop-off time but it was not a big deal and I could contact him directly. That was cool.

Everything was great with AmeriFreight and I couldn't have complained about anything. The customer service was very good as well as the communication with the driver. He kept me updated on where everything was and how things were going. AmeriFreight scheduled me at last minute and they got the load out within one day. It was also at a fair price.

It was super easy setting up the transport with AmeriFreight. The transport from Pennsylvania to California took three days. The driver told me when he was getting close and I told him when I would be available then picked up the car. In the end, the final cost was more expensive than what I was quoted. They said it was a hot season for shipping cars.

The experience with AmeriFreight was much easier than I imagined. I reached out to several companies and they have been hounding me. I have to tell them to stop calling and that I shipped the car already. But AmeriFreight didn't do that. The rep gave me the information and I reached back out to her and said we were going to go with her. So, it worked out perfectly. The rep was awesome and the bill was exactly what she told us it was gonna be. I got the driver’s phone number from AmeriFreight and I called him, and he responded anytime I reached out to him. So, he was good. He delivered the vehicle to my daughter's house and that all worked out fine. They said it was no problem. I would use AmeriFreight again if I had to ship another car. I have a lot of friends that own property in Florida that aren't quite living there yet but if anybody would ask me, I would recommend them because I read some horror stories online.

Although the pick up and delivery were not on time due to weather, the experience was great and everyone stayed in constant contact with me including the driver. The car did not have any issues at all when it arrived.

My experience was great overall. Earl was very helpful and my car arrived safely and early! I was able to load some nonvaluables in my car which was also nice during this big move. No complaints and would use this service again.

The driver is considerate and takes time to explain. He is thorough and attentive. I will use the service again and recommend to others. The only drawback is that I was not able to contact anyone during the weekend. The driver did not pick up until after the weekend.

AmeriFreight delivered on all fronts! Shipping our vehicle from the East Coast to the West Coast was less stressful because of the professionalism, reliability, clarity, and outstanding customer service provided. They outlined the process and delivered the services as promised.

The vehicles arrived a little late but with no damage. I thought the final price, $3200 for two vehicles, was high but not exorbitant. We had to have friends handle drop off, as weather conditions caused a late pickup and we were flying. All in all, it was a good experience.

Yolanda, the first agent I had was great. She was very helpful, great attitude and I felt that I was in good hands. I later was given a different agent. From that point on the experience was not great. The new agent had a poor attitude, wasn't helpful and ultimately disappeared once I paid the fee. I ended up having to correspond with the transport company directly because of no response from the AmeriFreight agent. Next time I will just go directly to the transport company when I can.

Not only was the car picked up two days late, but the driver was supposed to call 24 hours prior to let me know. He did not, so he called when I was at work. Then he was at the wrong address, so I had to walk about a mile to get my car from the wrong neighborhood. Horrible all the way. Especially for the price. NEVER use.

I liked AmeriFreight. It was a good service. The transport was from Florida to Virginia and after finding a carrier and delivery, it took about five days. Everything on pickup and delivery was perfect. The driver was professional about everything and helped me get my truck in my driveway because it wouldn't start. So that was cool.

The pickup and delivery were both smooth and the timeline was good. From the day I started the move, I got my car in a little less than a week. It was my first time shipping my car and I thought it was expensive. But it seemed reasonable and normal to most others.

AmeriFreight gave me a better price than the other companies and they had pretty good customer service. Also, I didn't have to commit to anything, like a down payment. The rep I worked with was knowledgeable and very patient and the transport was quick. The truck driver met me with the car outside of where I live. He gave me the keys, we walked around, and I looked to inspect the vehicle.

I had a little issue with the timing with the trucking company. They wanted to drop off the vehicle earlier and I couldn't do that. But they worked it out. The vehicle got here quicker than I needed it.

Setting up everything was very smooth. Samantha was my agent going through this whole process and she was very professional. But I was given the wrong driver's name and number by AmeriFreight so I wasn't able to get ahold of him. He was the one who texted me to let me know that he was coming in. But it was all good once I had his number. He was very professional, too.

AmeriFreight is a great company, and getting the transport set up was very easy. They were ready before I was even ready. I told them the location and they said, "Yeah. We have a driver who is going to your location." When I called the person who was supposed to be there, for them to pick up, he was not ready. AmeriFreight gave me like heads-up before pickup, and when the guy was closer to the location, he called me. The communication was very great, and pickup and delivery, everything was on point. The driver got here an hour before he delivered, and he called and gave me the location on where to meet him. The price was also great. When my car was delivered, everything was intact and there were no scratches. Definitely, I would recommend those things for a new guy who's looking for a company to ship a car.

The quote was beneficial that I ended up having to wait to ship the car. We originally were gonna ship it in December then we waited to ship it until February. The rate dropped 600 bucks. It was still high, but with the gas prices and the distance, it was closer to what I really wanted to pay. The rep, Samantha, was great. She would text me updates, shoot me emails with quotes, and spend countless hours on the phone with me. I had to change the pick-up date multiple times, and she was very accommodating. When she was out of the office, she always put me in contact with somebody who could assist us. It was a great experience overall. I didn't have any negative experiences whatsoever with anyone, and I've recommended someone to AmeriFreight already.

I liked Millie. She was nice and had great customer service. And there was a situation where the original person that was supposed to come pick up the car couldn't pick up the car. So, they did a good job trying to reach out to me and letting me know and find me another transporter. Also, I got the car at the time that I wanted it.

The young lady I talked to with AmeriFreight seemed very willing to help, amicable, and friendly. She knew the business, what I was going through and what might happen. So, I said, “You know, I'm not sure about this. I'm probably going to get this.” And she said, “Sure. I'm going to set everything up. Just call me back.” It went through, and I called her back, and it went fine. Talking to her sealed the deal.

I was sending a car to my daughter in Atlanta, Georgia and used AmeriFreight. The lady that set up the transport did a good job and was very efficient. There were no hiccups. The transport took eight or nine days. The car was in great shape when I put it on the trailer. AmeriFreight gave me a posting of approximately when the car was going to get to Atlanta and it got there on the day they said it was. The driver was dropping the car off to a lady and they had a condominium. It was a pretty tight squeeze so we all agreed to meet in a grocery store parking lot. My son-in-law inspected the car when he took it off the trailer and he said it was just perfect.

The rep was awesome. Also, the driver was efficient. There was a large difference in the initial quote and ending bill. But it was understandable with where I was going and when I needed it. Overall, it was good.

AmeriFreight had the lowest price and they had good reviews online. I worked with Reggie and he was a pretty good guy. I did an open transport and everything went well. The only downside was nobody let me know that I needed cash when I picked up the car. Other than that, the car got here quick and the cost wasn’t too bad. I was happy with it.

I was moving to Texas and used AmeriFreight to transport my car. Their rep was really helpful. The driver told me about half an hour in that he was coming so I was able to prepare for that. My car was good when it arrived and there was no difference in the initial quote and the ending bill. I would recommend AmeriFreight.

We had a simple and excellent experience with AmeriFreight. They were open and honest about the pricing that it could have fluctuated a little bit due to supply and demand and availability. But their quote was accurate as to what we ended up paying.

I spoke with Shantay and she was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. She would call, text and email me. Once they got a driver, she followed up. It was a very smooth process. I liked her customer service and the way she handled things. Also, the price was good. It was very reasonable. When my mom picked up the car, everything was fine.

I liked how quickly they work and how they kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of shipping my vehicle. The experience with the transport organizer was also very straightforward and quick. Once I got a carrier, the AmeriFreight rep called me right away and we set it up. They even delivered it early too. The driver let me know when he arrived at the pickup, and then they let me know a day or two before he was supposed to arrive in California. He was also in contact with me when he dropped off my vehicle. He dropped it off at the house and even parked it in the driveway for me. I would highly recommend AmeriFreight.

This is the third year I've used AmeriFreight to transport my wife's vehicle from Chicago to Scottsdale. She goes out there for the winter, so she needs her vehicle out there. I've used Harry for the last three years and he's always been really good. He gives me an estimate immediately, we draw up a contract, and he puts it out there. Usually, within 24 to 36 hours, he's got the freight booked. It's very seamless. The drivers are doing their job and they seem nice. They take care of the vehicle, and they go over it very carefully to make sure there's no damage to it and take pictures. They load it up and they're on their way. They also call 24 hours before arrival and then we coordinate everything from there so somebody is waiting there with the final payment when they arrive. They've done a good job.

The rep was very cordial, approachable and professional. For both cars, AmeriFreight quoted it at around 850. But the second one they gave me was way above the initial quote. It was 1,500 bucks but I got the service that I expected. It was fast and reliable. I called three weeks in advance, but they waited for the last minute to let me know about stuff. So, we had to wait because it's not easy for them to find a truck from Massachusetts to North Carolina. But they did. We were so stunned that the guy left Boston on the 26th of January, noontime, and he made it to North Carolina 4 o'clock the next day. He must have driven non-stop. He came in but did not fuss about the payment right away. He told me he had to go to a hospital and to not worry about it. I went out of my way to make sure that he could get his money just to show him how much I appreciated that.

Everything went well and smooth. I appreciate that AmeriFreight offered different carriers and gave me the option to approve or deny those services. The rep was very helpful.

I was not real happy with the way my experience went. The day came and went that somebody was supposed to pick up the car, and I still had not heard from the girl that had been helping me. So I sent several emails and text messages to her. A couple of days later, she got back to me and said, “Yes. Somebody should be coming out tomorrow," which literally was the last day I was in Washington. They had over a month to work with, but they cut it down to the last couple of minutes. So I felt like it was low priority for them.

They got back to us in a timely manner. They did a good job of being helpful in explaining the process, where some of the other companies didn't really explain to us what was going on and what we were waiting on. We were in a time crunch and had to get the vehicle shipped quickly, and they were able to explain to us what they needed to do in order to get it shipped quickly. We also got a good quote for the time frame and the short notice. The service was a good value for the amount of money that we'd set. But they could have been a little better with the communication between us and the driver as to when they were gonna get there and exactly where we were gonna meet up to drop the vehicle off.

Cosmo, my representative, told me about the rates. He said, “I'm gonna keep this quote open. And you could go ahead and do your research.” I did my research. And he was completely right. It was a great price, knowing the rates at this time. Also, he was super attentive. Constantly, I could call him. He would call me. If I tell him, “Listen, can you call me back at this time so I can make the payment ‘cause I'm at work?” He would say, “No problem. I'll give you a call exactly at that time.” I received his phone call at that time.

It was great. The AmeriFreight rep that took care of us was really attentive. We called her a month or two before our move. She was always on top of it and checking in with us even before we scheduled it. Then, she was super quick to get it scheduled. The cars were there in six days. Everything was really quick and easy. We also knew when we were expecting them.

The customer rep was nice. My location was remote so there weren't many trailers available in my area. I was waiting for a last-minute thing so that AmeriFreight can find some carrier for me. But in the end, I had to drive 90 miles to drop my car so I could find a carrier and I'm still paying a premium to AmeriFreight. Being in this market, AmeriFreight should be able to differentiate and say, “Okay, this is an odd remote location. There are not many carriers available. Here is your option being a customer,” rather than hanging me for last minute. That was one thing I didn't like. They should give their honest opinion to the customer. Also, instead of giving me a quotation for $800 and then charging $1,400, they should give a range to any customer where they won't be surprised at the actual shipping time.

Everything was pleasant with customer service. The quote I got was reasonable and the final cost was what I was expecting.

AmeriFreight was helpful and answered all my questions. And it was done in a very timely manner. The carrier driver was so nice. It was the week of Christmas, and I’m sure there was so much traffic. But he did it very fast. It was seamless.

The service person at AmeriFreight was very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. She made everything easy for me shipping to California and on my return trip, because it was so easy and stress-free, I told her I was coming right back to her to assist me with the return of my vehicle, which was exactly what I did. The driver and I had a good interaction. The driver assured me that my vehicle was going to be okay going out there, which took seven days. Coming back, it was a little bit different because I wasn't in California at the time my car was picked up and neither was my son. But the driver told us where we could leave the car and he would make sure that the car was picked up at a decent time, and he did. It took six days on the return and everything was smooth. My experience was very good and if I had to, I’ll do it all over again with AmeriFreight.

The rep we talked to called me back and kept me up-to-date on what was going on and when and where, and it was very convenient for me to work around my schedule. The driver got here a day early, which threw me off. I wasn't ready for it and I had to switch some cars around in the driveway, but it was a good inconvenience. The driver was also restricted because it was five degrees out. We just tried to unload, hit a taillight lens, and it was damaged, but I didn't feel like going through the process of filing a claim. I just said, “I'll get a new lens.”

It was a good experience. The cost was a lot for the service. But it was a competitive rate, though. The customer service agent was knowledgeable and helpful.

AmeriFreight gave us a window but were a little bit late. It was not critical for us though. However, they use such a big vehicle that you can't pick up at your place, and you can't drop it off at your place if you're not in a parking lot of Walmart. They also have to deflate the front tires, which I wasn't aware of. They refilled the tires but didn't have a tire gauge to check the pressure.

The rep helped me out and got in touch with the right people. Previously, I was with RoadRunner and they were terrible. I paid my deposit and had my car ready. Yet, it took so long to get my car shipped out. Whereas with Amerifreight, within four business days, my car was shipped out and I got it a day earlier than expected. I paid around 2,500 and felt that I paid a little bit too much than I should’ve, but the process was very quick. A few extra hundred dollars kind of balances out. The driver also kept us updated. He called me at the perfect time. However, the wheel fluid must have seeped out when it was being hooked up to the car and not being cared for almost a week. The weather conditions also made my steering wheel very stiff. But all in all, there were no scratches.

AmeriFreight was the most responsive of all the companies I had looked at. I talked to them, got a price quote and understood how their business model works and what they did. They work like a middleman to get you offers for different times of being shipped and prices so you can pick based on what the companies offer as pick up and drop off options. I compared their quote to a quote I got from another company and was able to get a decent deal with AmeriFreight.

Originally, I had the transport scheduled with another carrier and they apparently bid it too low. They were jerking me around every day, telling me there was nobody out there that wanted to take it yet. I finally got fed up with that, went back into the market and found AmeriFreight. I called them up and explained the situation. They told me that the quote was at least $500 too low and it could be even higher. I asked what would it take to get it done and when could they get it done. They said at a reasonable rate, they could get it done pretty quick.

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He was available either by phone or text message most hours of the day. He clearly explained the process to me and circumstances. Things beyond his control include transporter reachability and initial quote. Just keep in mind that the quotes you see from any website (even the carrier themselves) is the lowest quote possible, though it's not clear when exactly the quote came from. If you need something transported quickly, keep in mind it'll likely be higher than the initial quote presented. If you need it shipped, then you need it shipped. I'd recommend Amerifreight but would give the same caveats for any carrier. Was definitely a first-time learning experience for me.

It went well with the rep. Her name was Bailey and her customer service skills were great. They got the vehicle at the delivery location a day early and the actual price ended up being cheaper than the original quote.

AmeriFreight was very helpful. We had a couple of calls to set up what the transport would be, and a couple more while I was in process. The quote was a bit lower than it ended up being, but not by too much. It seemed decent for transporting the car such a long distance.

I recently needed to move another vehicle from New York to Florida. Since I had a previous relationship with AmeriFreight, I reached out to them by email and phone. They said that I might get a discount because I was a repeat customer. The agent that picked up my email started explaining the process to me and then said that because I've worked with Harry before, he'd hand me off to Harry, which was seamless. What was great was they didn't just say, “Oh, Harry's your guy. You'll have to wait for him to call you back.” They actually started to work on it. The communication was very effective.

The rep from AmeriFreight was super easy to talk to and it was a smooth experience. She was upfront in saying that the initial quote of 1,100 would go higher depending upon which freight company picked it up. We figured it would be around 1,400, and it was 1,500. It was all within the range that we were expecting. The transport took about three days. The driver called when he came to pick up in Washington and also when he dropped off in Colorado. The truck broke down but they were able to still get us the vehicle on the same day. They got us our truck in good health at a fast rate. I wish the pricing was a little bit cheaper but I understand. I wish it was closer to $1,000 rather than 1,500 but it is what it is.

They were very great, responsive and timely. They followed through on everything they said they would do. The communication was great. They were very quick-acting and thorough about describing the process and what was required.

I was very satisfied. Working with AmeriFreight was good. The rep I worked with, Danielle, was phenomenal. She kept in touch, kept us informed along the way, making sure everything went well. Even after the car was picked up and shipped, she wanted to know if everything went well, if it arrived okay. It was picked up on time. It arrived earlier than we thought. The experience was very good, overall. I've had used them in the past to ship a prior vehicle from Ohio to New York and that experience was good also. Although, we were under the impression that it would have cost us about under $1,000 shipping a car. I understand, due to the situation, economy-wise and the route that changed. But at the same time, it's over our budget.

I genuinely had a positive experience with AmeriFreight. The prices were fair. The final price was more expensive. But in the end, I agreed, because I needed the car to get shipped as quickly as possible. I didn't want to wait. This was why we offered a little bit more to make the offer attractive to the carriers. But they were transparent with it. They were saying, “This is the amount that we are being paid for that service. This is the amount that will go to the carrier. You'll pay it when you receive the car.”

Their customer service was very good. We kept in contact via email and phone throughout. The vehicle was picked up by the contracted driver on time, delivered on time. It was very satisfactory.

Wonderful people, but....they lie and do not respond to questions over the weekend....They supplied me with a transport company that failed to arrive on time, would not come near my house even though I supplied an area to receive the shipment that had been used previously. The driver was rude and demanding and refused to come near where I live..He was late. I also contracted this terrible company to ship my wife's car a few days later....They did reply that they had a carrier available long after the accepted date....My wife would have been long gone by the time the trucking co. showed up. She was smart enough to hire another company who were wonderful and cheaper. I got screwed by the co. that shipped my car by charging me an extra $100 to deliver to my address....YOU got questions to this review, email me....I was ** on by this company...And you ** on my wife...Thanks.

Outstanding customer service--very friendly and straightforward. Easy communication. I did have to wait about 1 hour on phone initially and the quote was not cheap, but I'm not sure that's AmeriFreight's fault. Overall, would use again and recommend to friends.

Everything was good as far as setting up. The process of AmeriFreight was fine, once I understood everything. I've never done this before. So I did not understand at the time what the overall cost was going to include and that was the only complaint that I had. But the shipping went okay. There was an issue with the picking up, though. They were supposed to pick up on a certain day and they didn't pick up until three days later. I was buying from someone that was selling their house, and the car was in their house that was being sold. They needed to evacuate the house to make sure everything was cleaned out.

Cosmo was excellent and our vehicles were delivered just as promised. Great communication throughout the process and everything was very seamless. I didn’t know how car shipping worked when I first called but they made it so easy. Would definitely use Amerifreight again.

The car pickup and drop off were a bit of a mess, but I cannot fault someone for mechanical and weather issues. I will say the booking part was misleading on the cost. The agent was excited that the car transport was listed at ~$500, but then I ended up paying the driver $600 and >$300 for the commission fee to Amerifreight. I wish the costs would have been more transparent upfront so I could plan accordingly and maybe choose a different driver/option.

First time transport and Earl made it easy! No problems or issues whatsoever. Car was picked up on time and delivered as promised. Everyone was so nice and professional. Very appreciative for the attention to details. Thanks again and if I ever need transport again, I’ll be calling.

Chris was very helpful and responsive with my questions, of which I had many. Couldn’t have asked for more. I just wish it could have been done for a lower price but that isn’t his fault. He was great through the entire process.

I was a bit worried about getting my cars shipped and the promises to get it done were kept throughout the process and the pickup and delivery of my two cars. Awesome driver and Erica ** was just great. Would use these people if I ever need to move in the future.

The driver was five days late in delivering my two vehicles. He did not offer any type of compensation or rebate for the costs associated with me not having my two vehicles for the five days after they were expected.

I was very unhappy with my carrier. Transport got there 3 days earlier than expected. What if I didn't have a triple backup plan. In addition, my car was covered in oil on delivery. I needed to get it washed + the carrier only contacted the person at pickup, never me, the owner of the vehicle. Very poor experience.

The rep and the driver were outstanding. The rep that I worked with was very helpful. Brad, the driver, called and texted every few hours along the way. It also took a shorter amount of time for my car to get here than they had estimated. So, that was great.

I liked AmeriFreight. They had good reviews and I could understand them. It was plain English. It wasn't somebody out of Miami. It was really easy to talk to them. The customer service representative was very nice, explained everything. I read a lot of issues regarding some companies giving you one price, and then they're like, "We need another couple hundred." So, it was a locked-out price pretty much. I paid a little more than I could pay somewhere else, but I had pretty good peace of mind with this company. They were local, too. The driver was from Ukraine. He was a little hard to understand. He was a day late. But on the other hand, he was picking up other vehicles, trying to make a buck. So, it didn't bother me. I was pretty happy with this company.

I talked to AmeriFreight to get things set up and the guy that I dealt on their end was fantastic. He was super helpful, did everything that he could and everything was really quick. However, I had to talk to the company that did the tow, and their customer service was crap. The driver that was hired, first off, wasn't able to do his own work, and it cost me a lot of money and a massive amount of a hassle having to supply my people, friends and family to do most of his job. My mother had to miss part of a day of work and I had to have another friend come over as well.

They were easy to work with the first time I called. They were responsive every time I called with a question or an update to what I was trying to do with the shipment. They passed me off to the driver who kept in communication daily. But I wish I had more notice on when I could have expected a driver to pick up my car. They told me it would two to three days before the actual pickup. But because I was moving, I had to have the car picked up at a certain time and date. If it didn't happen, it would have messed up the whole move plan. So, it was like, “Hey, we can’t guarantee you a contractor is going to pick your car up but we think one will.” It was weird. But, this is definitely the company I would do business with again if I needed to move any kind of goods or service.

Samantha was phenomenal. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She did the legwork for me. She answered questions before I even asked the question. When she was getting off work, she said, “Let me give you my colleague’s name. She can take care of you. I'm getting off work. Then I'll pick you up in the morning and follow up.” And she definitely did.

I was pleased overall with AmeriFreight. It was a little bit of a black box. I had never done it before. I also knew that we weren't exactly the most common thing. We weren’t just shipping a plain car or an automobile. So I knew it was going to be a little bit awkward. But the people I talked to didn't try to blow smoke, “It's gonna be super easy. It'll be great.” But they did a great job of placing the shipping. They were very quick. The pickup needs to be within a two-day window and they were able to meet that requirement and to line up a shipment within a very narrow window. The shipper was excellent. Perfectly on time. Perfectly delivered. Everything was in great order all the way through. It was also a very nice personal touch. I actually got to talk with a human being, which is not that common these days. I was very impressed.

I had a really good driver that was really communicative with me and he was friendly when I got to speak with him. They did pretty much everything for me. I didn't even have to be there when they picked it up. The delivery was good. It got brought right to my house and the driver was helpful with letting me know when he was gonna be there and where exactly he was gonna be. ​AmeriFreight gave me the cheapest quote that I could find. The final price wasn't the same as the quote but the location that I was in was the only reason for that.

We really liked the driver. The only complaint I would have is when I got the information from AmeriFreight, they gave me the wrong name for the driver. It might have been the right telephone number but the name wasn’t right. They said that the guy would give us 30 minutes before he got to the place and he didn't. It was like he was three minutes away. But I don't know if that was a miscommunication on their part with the driver. But it didn't ruin the experience because the driver was excellent and did a good job. I would recommend AmeriFreight. They also did a good job.

It was really easy to get everything set up and the vehicle was picked up in five days. It was transported from California to Indiana and the transport took four days.

I transported a Hyundai for 3,000 miles via AmeriFreight. They got back to me the fastest and initially, they had the cheapest quote, but it ended up being the same price as everyone else's. Aside from that, the people at AmeriFreight were excellent. I worked with Cindy and she was knowledgeable. I was going to do a motorcycle and a car, then I pushed it and I changed the location, and she always said there was no problem and got to me fairly fast with the new updated quote.

There were some little troubles and the driver was a little late. I needed to ask my neighbor to send the car for me. But everything else was fine. I could always connect with the driver so I could get updates. Also, the AmeriFreight agent I had was very helpful, polite, and informative.

The driver was a super nice guy and he was very courteous and funny. He kept me informed of what was going on. It's a hard job so I really enjoyed his taking care of my vehicle and transporting it. I would recommend AmeriFreight, especially with the enclosed carrier he had, which he built with his brother.

I developed a relationship right away with one of their people, Erica. She made it super easy. My first time ever shipping a car, I had such a positive experience. I go through her every time. She could pull up all of our information and the only thing we had to change was the address to get the car delivered to. Also, she would always let me know what price she was going to put it on and then if we were getting closer to the time that we needed to have it picked up. She was always really good about giving us all of what we should expect and not expect. There are also different levels of insurance and she was always really good about going over that.

I looked at four different companies and my wife and I were really confused about the process. Susan was our rep from AmeriFreight and she was the only one that explained the whole process of how they take our dates, and then they post it on some board, and the drivers pick it up according to their routes. I understood why they needed a date range and understood the process.

David was not responsive communicating with me. He made the experience more aggravating than it needed to be. If you do use AmeriFreight, I would try and avoid dealing with David. I've used them twice I got stuck with him both times.

Shaunte ** has excellent customer service skills. We appreciated the timely service and excellent follow up. Our car was delivered in the same condition and earlier than expected. The driver's communication prior to arrival was much appreciated. Thank you Ameri Freight!

The rep and I went back and forth. He called me seven times, because we couldn't agree on a price. He could've saved me time by giving me the lowest price, and if I didn't like it, I would have been on my way. Overall though, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend AmeriFreight. The only thing I would change is the beginning quote is different than the price, because they have the finder's fee. Still, it was a good price.

AmeriFreight's reps were amazing and super helpful. They made me feel better about moving a car across the country. The driver was also very nice and always kept me updated. And it was really nice to know where my car was.

AmeriFreight quoted me a pretty good price and they were really friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions thoroughly and they connected me to the person that was going to transport my vehicle. The person that they connected me to was really helpful and communicative. The final cost was pretty similar from the quote I was given and overall, I would recommend them.

The rep that I dealt with was very helpful and communicative. She was awesome. But there was almost a 40% increase from the initial quote. It was very shocking to see what the markup was. I did get a general email saying that there were driver shortages. So there should be a little bit more transparency on the driver shortage and what percent that might be affecting these quotes. Or instead of giving a very specific quote, a quote range would be more helpful for budgeting purposes. Also, there were a few delays with thinking the vehicle was going to show up a certain time, and then it showed up a day later. The driver had run into a flat tire and some other drop-off. But overall, it was a good experience.

My sister-in-law recommended Amerifreight because she used them and it was good. I ended up getting a military discount so it was even better. The rep was very nice. I felt I was bothering her a little too much ‘cause I've never shipped a car but she was able to answer my questions and pick up or email me back very quickly. Her checking up on me made the whole move less stressful. I didn't have to worry about it as much. She was also nice enough to give me the driver's number and was able to keep contact with him, too.

The rep explained everything regarding the process. Everything was smooth with respect to the pick-up and drop-off of my vehicle. I called the driver to schedule the pick-up and after my car was picked up, I was in contact with him regarding the status of where he was on his route. I was happy with the time it took to get me on contract for shipping my Jetta (2 days). I had a problem with the delay of picking up my Jetta. It was schedule to be picked up on a Wednesday but It did not get picked up until Saturday. I did not receive updates from AmeriFreight nor the subcontractor--Monway Express on the delay. I had to make several calls to find out why the pick up was delayed. As a customer, I would expect either AmeriFreight or Monway to inform me of the delay and how long it would be. After I got it picked up, the delivery went well.

AmeriFreight did a great job of providing a quote and scheduling the transport of my autos (2 trucks and a classic bug) across the country. The vehicles were delivered on time, as promised. However, a few weeks after the delivery, I noticed that the hood of the bug had been damaged and dented, and apparently someone had tried to hammer out the dent. Fixing the damage will require some bodywork and new paint. Unfortunately, this wasn't noticed by me at the time of delivery, so I'm out of luck for any reimbursement. This problem was not the fault of AmeriFreight, but it was dishonest of the hauler they hired to hide the damage and not to tell me about it. So, understand that AmeriFreight hires out the transport of your vehicle to haulers. The haulers, apparently, do not take responsibility for their work.

We were under a tight, tight timeframe to get the car transported so the stakes were high. Our experience with AmeriFright was totally good. I got a really nice lady on the phone and she handled my fears and explained what it is they do. She explained that they're a market intermediary and they interface between truck drivers and the public. They understand what you want and then they put it up for a bid. She said, “Okay, let me take down what you need and we'll put that in the quote, and we'll see what comes up.”

I looked up online and found several companies and got some quotes online to have a vehicle transported. We were living in Virginia and we moved with the military to Florida. I drove our car down here and the military transported our furniture, but the vehicle in question was something we would have to drive or tow ourselves. So, I just had AmeriFreight move it for us. Their representative was great. The only thing was the initial quote was about a grand and then a couple of weeks later, I booked it and it went up to $1,600. She was saying it's because of gas prices. I didn't really push back too hard, but I really can't contribute that to being her fault.

AmeriFreight had the best price. It was gonna be $895. We paid 200 and something dollars down then we paid the rest of it when the truck got here. The cost went up maybe $200 from what we thought it was going to be but the guy that delivered the truck was very nice. We texted back and forth. AmeriFreight is the one to use.

The cost was fair and the transport went fine. But I wish that I was able to get a better estimate as to where my truck was at all times. My daughter received the car, and she had to go to a spot 15 minutes away from her apartment, because of the trees. He didn't want to mess up the expensive cars on top, which I understood. She drove the car back home. Overall, my experience with AmeriFreight was pleasurable.

AmeriFreight was awesome and went above my expectations. When I called and spoke to the saleswoman, Sydney, she was personal, answered all my questions and anything and everything I needed to know about the process. They kept me in the loop the entire time. The driver was prompt. He was a little early, which didn’t bother me. He gave his heads up. “Hey, I’m on my way. I’ll be there at this time.” He also kept us informed along the whole route. And from start to finish, we felt confident and comfortable that he was moving the car for us. It was worth it. The transport was from San Diego to San Francisco. It took a day and a half. It was very smooth.

The ending cost was a bit higher. The first driver just looked at the car and didn’t talk much or ask much questions. And just said, “Your car's overweight so you pay me 100 now and you should pay 150 at delivery.” I wanted to get a guarantee. So I said, “I'll pay 150 at delivery.” He took it. The driver who dropped it off was great. He just said, “Hey, this is what your cost was, plus 150.” I inspected the car and signed off my paperwork. So, that was easy.

I had a great experience. I spoke on the phone with one of AmeriFreight's reps. He choreographed me through the whole process. It was painless. Once we got all the information to him, he shopped out the quotes. The quote was a little more expensive than what he originally expected, but I was on a short window to get the vehicle out. So, we came to terms. I agreed on it. We went with the shipping company given that they would pick the car up immediately, but it wasn’t until the next day that they grabbed it. So it pushed off my delivery a day. Other than that, the car arrived fine. They preferred to handle the remainder, and it was good.

I liked AmeriFreight's customer service. It was the gentleman on the phone, and there was a couple of women, too, on the phone during the process. They were very open, friendly, communicative and sent emails in writing. So, I thought that was really inviting. There were no hiccups during the process. The car went from the East Coast to the West Coast, and it was door-to-door service. It was quick. The truck driver that we were dealing with seemed to be very family oriented. They even checked on our personal welfare.

I was quoted for a 3-day delivery of vehicle from CA to TX and drivers arrived 28 hours later! Very pleasant surprise. I'm recommending this carrier to my family who will be making a similar trip next month. The only small issue was trying to make the payment to the carrier upon delivery. Cash or Money Order is best because my Zelle app malfunctioned and added some unnecessary stress.

We had an issue finding a driver. Then once we found one, having them pick up on time and drop off on time, I had no information from them. But, it wasn't AmeriFreight's fault. The nice lady who I was working with was trying her best to keep me updated and keep hounding them on, like, “Where's the car at? It's three days late.” She seemed to be on top of things and good at communicating. But, a lot of it comes down to whatever driver they got ahold of to pick it up, and then whatever company that was that they used wasn't very good at communicating what was going on.
