Their price was acceptable and the rep was professional. I went through a broker because the person who actually did the transfer was a different person from the one I originally dealt with. Also, the quote was $924 but I ended up paying $1,100 when it was all said and done. So, it was a little bit higher. But it was within a couple of hundred dollars from the original quote. Also, the payment was made easily and the vehicle arrived in good condition. I recommend AmeriFreight. I had a painless and trouble-free experience with them.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. They were in communication with me. Told me what to expect. They moved a car shipment for me. They moved it from Georgia to New York and back, from New York back to Georgia. I worked with Gina on this and had a very good experience. It was great working with Gina. She was super helpful and understanding both times, especially because I had to alter the pick-up date. I explained to her what I was doing and she was very helpful with suggestions. So, I appreciate her helpfulness and good customer service. And the carriers that were selected each way met the commitments that they committed to. They asked me to inspect the vehicle and sign in that I've received it, and give it on the outbound way. Straightforward. Transporting a vehicle is pricey no matter what, but it seemed to be in line with the market cost that I got. It was within $200.

The driver that they founded for me was very thorough with inspecting vehicle when picking and dropping it off. Great service and fair price.

The rep I worked with was responsive and did everything that we needed to do to ship the vehicle. However, I had asked the driver to communicate with me on the back end before he was delivering the vehicle since I wasn't there and he didn't. But the vehicle was delivered straight to the door and exactly as it was put on.

Everything was great, and the transport organizer, Christine, was amazing. Also, the driver let me know when he was on the way, and he delivered everything perfectly fine, then I paid him.

The reps would give you a bid and it's lower than you're gonna get. They give you an estimate and it's nowhere close. They all do that. They're just brokers and then they're waiting to see what the truckers want. AmeriFreight called me with one bid of 1,200 and I said it was too much. I'll fly down and get it. Then, they called me the next day and said another trucker had accepted my bid of 650 plus 227. That was a reasonable cost so I took it. I talked to the driver the day before and he told me he'd be in maybe the next morning. Then, when he was within an hour of me, he called and said he was gonna be here in an hour. The driver had no problem with the delivery. If he had a problem, there was a casino near me and there was another parking lot for another place that I would have told him to pull into and I'd meet him at. But he never asked. I loved the condition of the car. AmeriFreight did a great job and I'd use them again if I need it.

The rep communicated even though it was his time off. He even called me on his day off. He told me about how the process would work then connected me to the driver. The driver kept me informed through the process. He showed up a little bit early but it wasn't too big of a deal. However, the car was dirty even though it was a covered transport. Then when the driver delivered the car, he delivered it on a main street rather than going into the gated community. That part was difficult 'cause I had to go in the middle of the street to get the car.

Their quote was better than most of the other ones that I was trying to go for. Everything also seemed to work out. They might have been busy at the time but they transferred the information to the person I was speaking with once everything got taken care of.

When I talked to Harry at AmeriFreight, he made me feel really comfortable. He broke the whole process down for me in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get my money. He was really looking out for my best interest. So he was really personable and relatable. The pickup was good. The company sent a smaller truck to take it to the bigger truck. They were very flexible with meeting us. It was two cars. I was there on time, but my mom was running a few minutes behind. The gentleman was very patient. Because he had to load the first car anyway. So it gave some time for my mom to show up.

The rep made sure they communicated with me the whole time and explained the whole process. They got me the best price and I appreciated it. People should go with AmeriFreight. It was an easy experience. The driver came a little late to pick up the SUV but it worked out for me because I was off anyway. It was still the same day though a little later in the day than they originally planned. But the delivery came earlier than expected. It was great and definitely a plus.

My family and I were moving from Washington to Kentucky. Our vehicle had broke down in Nebraska. Luckily, we had three vehicles. My wife was towing a trailer, and I had my truck. And my son was driving the car that broke down. The Amerifreight rep communicated very well. She had a lot of email traffic and texting, letting me know what was going on through the steps. She understood the predicament we were in. We were on a short timeframe and in order to prevent our family from having to stop, we left the car there. I left the key with the manager of the truck stop. The mover went to the manager, got the key and it all worked out really well. I've used a couple different shipping companies and AmeriFreight was, by far, the easiest to work with.

The rep kept in contact with me since I made the request. Plus, she gave me the best price. She was really nice and informative. She also let me know about two cheaper prices and gave me the best overall service. For the transport, I had to meet them both times. When they picked it up, I had to go far but not on the delivery. They reached out to me three days beforehand and then on the day of.

The rep at AmeriFreight was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and making sure I understood everything. The only thing was I didn't understand that they didn't get a shipper until the week prior. That wasn't made clear to me until afterwards but now that I know that, the transport has been smooth sailing. The driver was great. We were off in a gated community where we were waiting for our apartment. So, he parked his truck and took out my car and brought it to me. He was a very nice and friendly dude.

We had a Chevy Tahoe shipped through AmeriFreight. They were reasonably priced and they did a really good job. We got extra coverage that was offered and we didn't have to, but we opted to do that. Rosalyn was the lady that I talked to there and she was extremely knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of good information even before I decided who to go with them and it seemed it was all gonna work really well for us. I was impressed with her knowledge about the whole process and what we needed to do and know.

I bought a convertible up in New Jersey and I had it delivered through AmeriFreight. There were no hiccups, other than they said they'd be here Friday and they showed up Saturday. When I got the phone number for the people who were delivering the car, their office kept saying, "Okay. Well, we'll let you know." I said, "Yeah. Well, it's supposed to be here today. Is it gonna be here or not?" I had to ask them a couple of times.

I bought a vehicle in Amarillo, Texas and needed it moved. I called AmeriFreight and the rep I worked with was polite, accurate, and fast. She seemed 100% on the ball and took care of the job. The next day after I called and paid for the vehicle, the driver came for the pickup. Then, a day and a half later, he was here in Iowa for the drop-off. So the whole thing only took about three days. For the delivery, the driver had a single place trailer, so that was easy, and he rolled right up here. He took care of the car and it was not damaged by the transport. Other than that, AmeriFreight was more expensive than the people I hired last year to move the Ford. They were 170 for the fee for the broker, plus about 800 for the truck. This was 800 for the truck and about 300 for AmeriFreight. But my experience was very good and I would use them again.

Maleah was an excellent agent who kept us in the loop about pick-up and drop-off, and quickly responded to our questions or concerns. This is the third time we have used AmeriFreight three times for our cross country car transport. Each time we have been given excellent service. We recommend this company - and especially Maleah without any reservations.

AmeriFreight was one of the three companies that I called to try to get a quote and talk to. Their rep Gina answered all the questions and had everything. She took just a few minutes to get all the information over the phone. She then sent me a filled out form electronically that I was able to do on my phone. She pretty much said, “Hey, sent you the quote and all the information. And just get back to me when you wanna start the process.” She explained it all. Everyone else said pretty much the same thing, but it took another week for most people to get back to me. I went with the first one to answer than the ones that had all the great information. Gina was very responsive when I asked a couple of extra questions.

AmeriFreight was cool. Their website was well put together and I found their number easily. The woman from there was really easy to work with. She set things up easily and ended up getting me a transport company within the next two days. The transport was from Florida to New Jersey. It was supposed to take four or five days. But the company that actually did the transport ended up losing my key and that sucked. It would have taken longer if they came and picked up my spare, so I drove over to the next state and picked up the truck myself. The price was fair and AmeriFreight took off the cost of the key replacement. The woman I worked with texted me every couple of days to make sure everything was good.

Their customer service was good. They're also on the lower end of the market price. The transport was really fast. My car got from California to Florida in three days.

The rep I worked with was very professional. She followed up with me and she kept me informed. Then when they came to pick up the truck, they were very professional and very careful loading it onto the vehicle. They said they'd have it delivered in a couple of days which I was astonished by because I thought it would take 10 days. But they had it there in a couple of days at my friend's house. And they unloaded it very carefully, and everything was in tip-top condition other than being a little dirty because of the highway, but that's not their concern. It was an out-of-box situation. They were excellent and they take good care of your vehicle.

I called AmeriFreight and got ahold of a gentleman. I told him, "We had canceled last minute. Can you find a driver?" He found one for that evening. It was a late pickup, but it worked perfectly. The driver was great, and it was fine. It was pretty seamless. For the delivery, we had to meet him down at a local grocery store parking lot because he could not get to our area. We lived in a small cul-de-sac. The driver checked in with my husband quite a bit. Every few days, he let him know where he was and his approximate arrival. The representative from AmeriFreight called me again every few days. He was just checking up on things and letting us know updates. So they were in constant contact.

I was moving cross-country and I've used AmeriFreight in the past. First time was smoother than most recently. But overall, it was easy. I did an online quote, got a call. It was last minute, so that created some logistical issues, just for me booking it so late. But it's user-friendly. I need to get ahold of the agents. Pick-up was Los Angeles and drop-off was Albany, Georgia. It was originally scheduled for four days and it took four or five days. I met the carrier-driver at the pick-up point, talked for 20 minutes as he loaded up the car, and my parents met him at the car drop-off point. The car was the same condition as I left it in. And the quote was within a couple of hundred. If you're looking to ship your car a long distance, AmeriFreight is a good option. They went coast-to-coast within a few days. So, I recommend them.

I read a bunch of reviews and found that AmeriFreight had positive ones. I called and they were very responsive. I spoke to a girl named Rosalinda and we went back and forth a couple of times confirming dates. She explained the process to me and said, "This is what we do. We put it out for bid. Expectation is less than a week, the car will be picked up and so forth." She set a bunch of guidelines and, "This is typically how it works. It could happen sooner, it could happen later. It all depends on the activity." She put up the bid and a person responded very quickly. This was a year and a half ago when the car left Long Island to California. A guy picked it up, dropped it off like three days later, and everything was in great shape.

I had to get my vehicle across 3,000 miles, so I called up AmeriFreight, asked for the service and paid. There were some companies that were cheaper, but AmeriFreight's cost was fair. The rep also said I could put 100 pounds of stuff in the car. My mother-in-law received the car and she said it went fine.

Amerifreight did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They got there when they said the vehicle was gonna get there. There was no damage. So everything was fine. They called me a lot. The lady that I dealt with told me the progress of the vehicle, which was nice. It was picked up in Utah and delivered to Michigan. My daughter had to jump on a plane and leave the truck where she was. The driver had to meet her at a parking lot. So he was very accommodating. He communicated by phone. They were able to find each other pretty quickly and allowed her to not miss her plane. The driver was the same guy, so she saw him again when he dropped it off. I was satisfied. If you ever need a car transported from one place to another and you have no way to do it, call AmeriFreight. They have the resources to get it done.

Amerifreight was really responsive to me. When I emailed them, they would email me right away. They gave me a pretty good price. When I first emailed Amerifreight, the person I was in contact with said the quote was gonna be a little bit low right off the bat. So she gave me a more accurate quote. She said it was most likely around 1,500. Then I ended up getting it shipped out for 1,400. So I was pretty happy with that. The drop-off was pretty much outside of my house. The pick-up was a couple blocks away, so not too far. Then the original delivery was scheduled in five days and they were right on time. The driver was great. He called to update me.

It was a little bit easier to get a quote faster with Amerifreight and somebody called within the same day that I requested a quote. I needed to get a Dodge Charger out of Florida and bring it to South Dakota and it went smoothly. The driver was a really easy guy. He contacted me when he was on his way up, letting me know that he was coming or that he was two and a half hours out. I wasn't even home when he dropped off the car and I just paid him over the app, and then he took pictures of the car in the driveway and was on time and easy to work with. The cost could always be better. But with what I was offered and the timeframe I was under, I knew I had to get the car up to South Dakota sooner than later. It wasn't an outrageous price.

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. It is wonderful to have a trusted partner when you are moving valuable vehicles across the country.

My experience with AmeriFreight was easy. The dude that helped me was awesome. He was calling me back. He also made it happen on short notice. He did a good job. The driver was cool too. He called me and let me know his ETA a couple of times. It was also faster than expected. For the delivery, I had him pull up in the local Walmart because I live up on a hill and it worked fine.

By the time we got there, the truck was already off of his trailer, ready to go. We inspected it and the driver asked me if I needed anything else. The quality of service was really good. I just wasn't expecting it to be that much. But the vehicle didn't come damaged at all and he made it sooner than what they expected him to be here. So that worked out well.

The pick-up and delivery were easy and quick. The driver arrived when he said he was going to arrive and he put the vehicle on the trailer. And it got here sooner than we thought it would.

The driver and I communicated through text message. He kept me updated when he picked up my car and when he would come and drop it off. But the cost was expensive. It was quoted a lot higher than what the rep told me. She explained that it was because it's a high moving season right now.

I cannot say enough good things about AmeriFreight and their staff. I searched for months to find a reputable shipper for my car from New Mexico to Alaska. After many phone calls, texts, spam emails, and scams, I finally reached AmeriFreight and specifically Maleah. It was like a gift from the universe. Shipping a car to Alaska is a difficult and expensive task. Maleah was amazing at explaining the process, setting expectations, and connecting me to the right company for the second part of the transport. I felt so much relief. This company is legit. Every single time I called and someone other than Maleah answered I was met with courtesy, helpfulness, and efficiency.

AmeriFreight was very clear about what everything was. They didn't charge me anything until I agreed. We didn't know the date of when we would be assigned a driver but it ended up being exactly what we wanted. The pick-up location had changed slightly but the driver was okay with that. We downloaded the app, and on this map, it showed the pick-up and the delivery location. It led us to believe that we'd be able to go back to the map and see where the car would be at any given time. But it did not do that. We did not know where the car was and how soon it would get here. But we got a call telling us when they would be here and they also called an hour before. The car was delivered in great shape. The price was right in the target with what I was told, and it was reasonable. We had other family members that used other companies, and we were pleased with AmeriFreight over those other companies.

I shipped my car to my son whom is stationed in Shreveport La. Maleah was not only patient but very upfront with details of the shipping of vehicles which included cost which was the most important. Once a driver was located he expressed the shipping maybe 5 to 6 days but the delivery was done in 4 days and my son received the vehicle fully intact with no issues.

Maleah was both professional and sweet. She provided me with an excellent carrier who got my car from FL to CA in a matter of only 3 days! Usually I’m hesitant when it comes to certain trucking brokers, but I will from now on be using AmeriFreight no matter what.

We've had AmeriFreight a couple of times and we've been very happy with them. We used them recently to transport a vehicle from Miami Beach to Santa Monica. It took seven days at the most and it was pretty quick. The driver's communication was very good and he was professional.

The 1990 Convertible Mustang was picked up promptly from the Alabama Coast & delivered to North Georgia in 19 hours! Car was in perfect condition brought by the carrier Filip Catalina. Kept in touch for pickup & delivery. We could not have been more pleased!

Very happy with the way this was handled from the time I applied for the transport to the pickup and delivery of the car. Office staff very helpful, always answered questions I had and kept me informed to when the carrier was available for pick up to the expected delivery date.

We needed to ship a sedan from the West Coast to East Coast, and setting it up was simple. We told AmeriFreight a timeline on when it should be picked up and dropped off, and they handled everything. I just had to fill out a form with all the information, then they called me to give me some quotes that they received for pickup, and we went with the best one. The rep gave me some background information on what is expected and what goes on as well. I didn't know that they were a middleman, but I found out during the process.

If you're doing a vehicle transport, you might as well use AmeriFreight. They made the process easy. The ending bill was a couple hundred dollars more than the initial quote, but I expected that. It appears that they decrease the tire pressure in the vehicle. That is fine but I'd rather be given a heads-up. When I got the vehicle and started driving it, I felt it was dragging. Then I realized that all four tires were low on pressure.

The customer service was top-notch. I submitted what I needed done and I was contacted right away. In less than 24 hours, I had a response that they had a carrier to pick up my vehicle. It was a little bit more pricier than the other company. But it was worth it to me. The driver was very responsive. He was very up-to-date and let us know he had an issue with his truck. He had a tire blow out and he kept my son informed of every step.

I sent a request to AmeriFreight and I got an email back. We were in a hurry and they responded very quickly. The website described pretty much what would happen and a rep called me. They explained that there would be a payment upfront and that they're the middleman. The driver and the actual transporter is the second component. They said that there would be two payments and the front end one would be more than the driver. The delivery all worked fine and they met the time requirements, which was great. We paid for all the extra insurance but if the time constraint were not there, I suspect we could have gotten a better or lower bid. But the transport went down pretty much exactly as it was portrayed on the website.

The rep was very helpful and there were a lot of conversations for info that was needed. She was very professional and the explanation was very well done. I had to adjust a few things throughout the process and add more things, like rush delivery. The mover who picked up my vehicle was pretty good about my vehicles being fulled up and gave me a flat fee for how much the charge would be. He said we would probably spend more if they weighed it.

AmeriFreight did a good job. They got there on time and customer service was good. The transport was really fast. The driver was good too. She communicated well enough. She could be a little bit more friendly, overall. But everyone has their bad days. She got the job done, she did a good job and she was quick.

I used AmeriFreight before and I had a good experience. Recently, I was moving across the country and when I was looking at the other companies that were out there, the price point was really competitive. I also had no reason not to use AmerioFreight again and the rep I talked to was great. He kept in contact with me, made sure he followed through, and as soon as he had an offer on the shipping, he let me know. We talked about the offer and got the paperwork done. He also followed up with me after everything was over to make sure everything went well. In the end, the quote was spot-on with the bill I paid.

Amerifreight lost a couple stars from the first trucking company. Not so much Amerifreight fault. First truck said he would arrive on Monday then said he was having issues. Rescheduled for Wednesday. Then said to call for a new trucking company. Had to wait a week and a half to reschedule. Second trucking came on time dropped off car on time with no issues.

We had no problems with the transport, that all went smoothly. I do not feel my agent Tristen was very honest with me. I know I had selected the basic insurance on my transport and when he sent the offer it had the highest level of insurance. He tried to gaslight me by saying that I selected that. Then he eventually said he selected it because he really recommended it. Why not be honest in the first place. When I first spoke with him about getting a good bid, he told me that if the first bid isn't good we could wait for another. The first bid came in and he said it was good and I should take it but I really question if it really was or not. I do like that Amerifreight was quick to respond to me and did answer my questions but when I have to ship my car again next month I will use another carrier because I do not appreciate the dishonest way I was treated..

I was fortunate to work with Amanda ** on a recent transport issue. I understand Tulsa to Lynchburg Virginia is not a popular route. HOWEVER Amanda did find a company. I delivered the car Saturday and had it in Lynchburg Sunday. SAVING ME days of a car rental. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Amanda a 15.. Very professional, great communication.

We broke down in Oxford, Pennsylvania. We were in communication with the rep Brandon and he did very well. He stayed in touch and made sure that we knew everything that was going on. He assured us that the company they were dealing with was up to par and that we would have no issues. He even checked on us after it was over to make sure everything went well.

I contacted AmeriFreight on a Monday, had an offer to transport the next day, and the car arrived at its destination 3 days later (Friday, 1200 mile transport). My experience was excellent. I think I was a little lucky, as I can't imagine most transports gong this well, but I am a very happy camper, and would recommend AmeriFreight. The only negative would be that car was picked up/dropped off about 2 miles from intended destination, due to road limitations.

Great experience, this was my second time using Amerifreight! Maleah was awesome from start to finish! The driver/carrier was really great also. Both were super communicative throughout the entire process and made the whole thing really easy, I will definitely use this service again in the future! My wife and I moved four vehicles from Alaska to Maine. I was very happy with the results we got from Maleah **. Her attention to detail and ability to answer all our questions made a stressful experience more enjoyable. I would (and have already) recommended AmeriFreight to my hot rodder friends.

Setting up the transport was fairly straightforward. I put some basic information in a web form and then I got a phone call shortly. They have a ballpark idea of what it costs to ship a car from California to Pennsylvania. But they wouldn't know the real price until it was a successful bid. But they communicated the process very well in the initial phone call, and when I signed the agreement to use them as my broker for the move. So none of it was a surprise. All of it was as advertised. I had an agent pick up the vehicle on my behalf at its destination. She said that the delivery was simple. AmeriFreight made it easy to pay for the service because I could use a credit card for their fees. They could communicate to the driver so that I could pay with Venmo instead of last time where I had to get $1,200 in cash. I don't like dealing with that large sum of cash.

The drop-off took one day longer than it was originally scheduled to take but I was informed that that was a possibility when I booked. And I was told the pick-up will be either at the end of the day or the morning of the next day. I gave the driver a call. He was a subcontractor and didn't actually work for AmeriFreight. But I was talking to the driver directly and I told him where my house was, which was where the car was. He came into the neighborhood, drove by my house, turned around, and then we started the pick-up inspection. He looked at the vehicle and checked the gas to make sure it was under a quarter tank. I took the little XM radio and took it off so it didn't get damaged and then, he took panorama pictures of the outside. We agreed on any damage that he marked on a sheet. I signed and then he put the vehicle on the truck and drove away.

I shipped a Nissan from Mississippi to South Carolina thru AmeriFreight. Jasmine helped me out and she was very informative. She explained the process very well and answered all my questions. The transport took four days and the driver was nice. Everything was fine. But the amount that they told me it was going to cost was different from what I paid in the end. I set things up with them months in advance and it seemed that nobody wanted to travel over here. They couldn't find any driver. So, I ended up spending more money than I was originally quoted.

From our initial contact with Hannah to delivery at the destination things went extremely well. Having our vehicles arrive a day early was a pleasant surprise. My only niggling comment is that a bit more information on how best to interfere with the bidding structure would have saved a bunch of worrying.

A lot of the other companies seem sketchy. They went ahead and posted my information to a million different companies when I submitted for a quote. He was there whenever I needed to contact him. We ended up changing the location of the pickup and the drop-off to more public locations for bigger parking lots and they complied.

I have moved many cars across the country and used a number of different brokers and operators. This was the first time for me to use AmeriFreight. Nice people at AmeriFreight but the trucking company they found for me was terrible. First, the driver complained that he did not know one of the two cars he was going to transport was an SUV. I listed the car as exactly what it was so I did not even think that it was my responsibility to teach the people who move cars which models were SUV's versus any other type of vehicle. The driver was trying to get more money out of me.

The service was great. Reasonable pricing. Except for not finding a carrier until they day I mentioned as first available date for pick up, everything went smooth. I highly recommend Amerifreight for shipping. Pick up and delivery happened on time. There were no last minute surprises. Lauren ** was the agent I worked with.

I would work with Amerifreight again at any time. Their customer service is absolutely exemplary! I needed a car transported. They gave me an idea of how much it would cost and they found a carrier within a very reasonable period of time. I called a couple of times with questions, and if the person I was working with wasn't available, another agent would happily answer. Both the driver who picked the car up and the one who delivered it were super nice, professional people.

Second time using AmeriFreight and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Communication was effective. My broker was Jen. She answered any questions whether it was text, call, or email. Reached out once driver accepted offer to transport, while vehicle was being transported and after it was delivered. Driver was professional and respectful. Expectations were made clear.

Everything went smoothly for the most part. The estimate was close to the final cost (except for one thing I'll mention soon) and the packing team was fantastic! We moved from Nevada to Connecticut. Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was very kind and professional. The driver of the semi was great and had good communication. My only suggestion is that when they signed us up, they didn't check our street (where we moved in CT) to ensure the driver could fit onto our narrow block. A simple Google Map search would show that a semi can't fit. This should be factored into the estimate at the BEGINNING. They shouldn't wait until the driver arrives. The poor driver had to stop somewhere and rent another truck to shuttle all of our stuff onto our new block.

Very unhappy. The driver damaged my car, he then made a poor and unauthorized ‘repair’ in a clear effort to disguise the damage. A delivery report was not provided. Delivery photos were not provided. After plan insurance information and login details have not been provided. I would not recommend this service based on my current experience.

The initial contact was simple enough for a pick up in Oregon to move to ohio. However, once we had accepted a carrier offer, the pick up date was missed 3 days in a row. Finally had a window for afternoon pick up, they arrived at 5:17am for pick up. Delivery was a little fluid as well. We were told it would be an evening delivery. No big deal. I get a call from the transporter at 9pm, telling me he'll be in around 1am. When I advised that doesn't work for me (mind this was never discussed on AmeriFreight's end, we were told daylight delivery), he said he'd drop it at a tow yard and I would owe storage and remaining transport costs.

They shipped my truck from Georgia. It arrived just as it was when they picked it up. The driver was great! The truck arrived within 48 hours of picking up my truck. I would recommend them to anyone. You will be pleased. They take good care of your vehicle. We would use them again gladly. Very pleased with their service.

Transporting a car is a stressful experience. Maleah was absolutely wonderful, talked me through it, responded to all my questions, and checked in regularly. Christian the driver was fabulous. He had a Sunday/Monday window, and came on Sunday to accommodate my schedule, was quick to respond to all my texts, got my son's car there on time, was quick and super professional. Like I said the nature of this experience is stressful due to all the moving parts; however, Maleah and Christian countered this with their attentiveness, professionalism, and quality job.

Customer service was good. The only complaint I have with them was that when they did kind of a automated online bid, it was about 50% off. After they arranged a truck and a driver, the final cost was a lot more expensive than their original estimate. Other than that, the customer service reps are straight shooters. AmeriFreight was really good at communicating where the car was and they delivered it in four days. That was a really fast delivery.

I worked with Maleah and she was great and very clear on what was happened! Also very quick! I first spoke with her and she informed me on all protocols and the information I needed to fill out and how soon we would even be looking at shipping my car. Overall a great experience.

The AmeriFreight rep I worked with did a good job. He had good communication. They shipped my son's car for me. It went from Brooklyn, New York to Texas. The guy that was supposed to pick it up, I told him what our beginning date had to be so my son wouldn't be without his car. But the guy needed to pick it up two days sooner than what we had planned on it being picked up. He had to get an Uber from New Jersey and it cost him $75 just to drop the car off and then get back to his place. That was the only downside of all of it. He had two hours' notice he had to have his car over there. I texted the rep from AmeriFreight to tell him 'cause they booked it out to this guy. I said, "This is not what we agreed to." He said, "I'll check into it." That was the last I heard of that. But we made it work.

The sign-up with AmeriFreight was fine. But, they didn't confirm until the last minute. But they said it was common. Working with the driver was fine. They picked the vehicle up on Friday morning and it was here by Monday. They delivered it to the house. But they had to do it across the street 'cause they couldn't get into the driveway.

AmeriFreight did a great job. Gina, the rep, was friendly and very clear about how the whole process worked. I told her what I needed and she told me what services they had available, so we opted for uncovered. There was also a protection plan involved. Then, she answered every question I had. It was an agreement and she said that they were gonna post my job, one of the truckers was gonna pick it up, and at that point, I would hear back from them. So, there was a good free week of just sitting and waiting for my move day. Then, it got picked up.

I shipped a 2022 Toyota Camry thru AmeriFreight from Modesto, California to Mobile, Alabama. The quote they gave me was the most accurate and everything was excellent. My husband received the car and there wasn't any issue. He met the driver in the parking lot of a commercial area.

The mover called me on a Friday saying, “Hey, I'm gonna be here tomorrow.” I said I was out of town. The original delivery date for the contract wasn't until Tuesday and I knew I was gonna be back in town before then. But the mover started swearing at me saying “You better have someone here to unload the vehicle. If you aren't here, then I'm gonna take it back to Florida. And I'm gonna charge you double if you ever want it back.” I ended up being able to get friends to come here and help him unload it. The driver said, “Yeah. Your friend is a liar. There's no way a semi has ever been down here.” But we just had two semis down there to unload our Outback and an Impreza.

The people I went with got down to the last day and they hadn't secured a truck, and AmeriFreight called me out of the blue and said that they had one. I was already in their system and I ended up going with them. Everything went well. I had two different vehicles that I used and both drivers were good. I reached out to get an idea but I was kept in the loop. The only issue I had was not knowing when they were gonna show up for the pickup. It was difficult. You have to get through a couple of numbers to find out who the driver was so I can contact the driver directly. But I was able to do it. The transport was overpriced because I booked it so late. You get the same service whether it's booked two weeks before or not but you end up paying a higher price at the end. Outside of that, it seems like everyone in the industry does that.

Everything went smoothly. The driver was very communicative and nice on pickup and delivery. Also the coordinator did a great job with communicating. The transport went very well. I would use them again.

They worked hard for me. Everybody else was quoting a higher price and I just told Amerifreight, "This is what I can afford." They came back and said they got it done. They were good.

The only hiccup with my experience with AmeriFreight was not contacting the carrier company. I didn't get any contact for a week. It was after the date it was supposed to come, but I didn't ever get informed of that. I was a little worried when the date got really close to my flight date. Because I did it intentionally a few days before, but it passed that. Other than that, my representative got back to me as soon as it was Monday.

Maleah was very service oriented and easy to deal with. Fair price was quoted. Both pickup and delivery dates were met exactly on time. Would highly recommend, and will use them again if I need to ship cars to any state. They also followed up after delivery to ensure I was satisfied with the service and delivery.

My car arrived in great condition one day later than expected, which worked out fine. It is a very scary thing to send your car off on a cross country trip without us in control. Brandon ** was excellent and very helpful with setting up my vehicle transfer from L.A. to Delaware. However, execution of the transfer was less desirable. My contract was a Door to Door but I had to deliver my car to the Driver because the pick up date was changed the day before the scheduled pick up to a time period that did not work for me. I went with Amerifreight because it was indicated they could meet my desired pick up date. This change also required me to rent an Uber to get home after dropping off my car adding on to my cost.

I shipped my car through AmeriFreight. It was a seamless experience and the people who arranged for it as well as the driver were great to work with. The driver was very friendly and he able to drop the car off right in front of my house, which was a bonus.

The delivery guys could not speak English. It was useless trying to communicate with them. The car was damaged on the right rear where they strapped it down. The windshield was damaged and Christy ** knows I had a bad experience but has not followed up with me. I let her know I needed to file a claim for the windshield damage.

I recently shipped a vehicle from California to Vermont. As it was difficult to find a driver to go all the way up here to Vermont, the representative at AmeriFreight helped by changing my drop off location to a nearby city in Upstate New York and I was able to get a driver to move the vehicle. As this was a time sensitive move I was willing to do this even though I had to drive the vehicle 4 hours to get it home.

I had some concerns with the driver who didn't answer his phone because I was trying to coordinate the pickup, but she kept in constant contact throughout the trip and provided reassurance. Good option… But have to be patient—even up to a day or 2 before pickup—to get a confirmed ride. Had our carrier not been ID’d one day later it would have been extremely difficult to arrange for pickup before we left town. Also, knowing the pickup/dropoff locations more in advance would have smoothed the transfers.

Had a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT that didn’t run shipped from Cincinnati Ohio that didn’t run and was stuck in a driveway with a downward slope towards the garage. Got it shipped all the way down to Peachtree City, GA for under $1k. Car arrived still in great condition on the exterior with no rock chips and the driver was very professional!

Car was damaged. No one will take responsibility. Cost to repair will be $200-$400. Driver had parked illegally on State Hy 1 to unload instead of street. He would not fix the antennae that he took off (actually broke). No follow up by Amerifreight. I have asked for reimbursement and am not getting any response to my request to reimburse for the damage to the 1969 El Camino truck.

First, the people I dealt with were all very polite and accommodating. They spoke clearly and professionally. The pick up of the car was delayed a day, in the end there were two different drivers coming to get the car, and it took a day longer for the car to arrive. I was billed twice by AmerFreight. With this said, the car was delivered in good shape and AmeriFreight took care of the double charge. So, in the end, I would recommend this company, however I would be as flexible as possible when making arrangements.

Getting the service set up was very pleasant. I had Malia and she was very informative. When I had a phone conversation with her, she was very positive. She had really good customer service and she was leading me through the process of it being my first time. She was very helpful as far as providing me with all the information that I needed. I'm really big on customer service.

Pickup and delivery were straightforward. We met in a large parking lot at a Home Depot, and then at a Walmart when it was time to receive it back. Some issues did arise with the actual carrier and shipment dates so I’d encourage you to confirm and clarify your delivery timeline in advance through AmeriFreight and the carrier to avoid any issues. Mine ended up working out and they did their best to help me through it but beware it really is just up to the carrier.

The brake fluid was entirely drained out when I receive the vehicle. So unprofessional. I need a compensation for this as there is definitely something wrong that happened during the transportation of the car. I ended up taking my car to a service station after the car was delivered to me.

The representative gave me a realistic quote, for both the price and the shipping time. She explained how the shipping industry works. She didn’t contact me multiple times to try to get me to use the service, unlike other companies. The trucker contacted me with the pickup information and was on time. The delivery was also on time.

The driver couldn't get the truck down the street where my son lives. So he parked in a parking lot and then he drove the car to my son's house, then my son got in my car and drove him back to the truck.

The car arrived earlier than scheduled so they asked if we could pick it up early. We were not there yet so I told them I would call them back when we arrived. But it got there in good condition. AmeriFreight is convenient and it's everything you can expect.

Amerifreight is very reliable. I like the quickness with which they got back to me. The rep was very knowledgeable. The transport was scheduled to take three days and took four. But the driver was very thorough. He got in touch with me. His office had also been in touch a couple of times. I met him right at the front gate of my condo.

I had a convertible BMW and I had a mid-size car shipped by AmeriFreight. I liked their rating as far as what I found on the internet. I dealt with the same person all the time. The correspondence was very good. If he wasn't available, he got back to me. The actual driver was a broken-English person, but he did the work okay. He arrived here a day early, which presented a problem because nobody was here. Very luckily, I had somebody who lives in Charleston who ran down to the bank for me, got the funds, came over here, took care of them, and checked the cars out. They were in good condition.

She seemed most trustworthy and she gave me the information pretty up-front without giving me any promises on price. She said the price can change, whereas the other company tried to hide it a little bit. The car was picked up in California and dropped off in North Carolina and they said it would take about a week. The pickup was super easy. The driver showed up, checked the car, and then loaded it onto the vehicle. Then, he worked with us for the delivery because they can't come on base to drop off the vehicle. He worked with us in finding a spot where he could drop off and on the timing of it. Everything was very simple. The final price was expensive but it was reasonable for what I needed.

I liked AmeriFreight's pricing. I had a very positive experience with Brandon. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. I contacted and spoke to him in December because we live in Michigan and we winter in Florida, and I was going to ship our car down in January, and then have it shipped back in April. He had a quote set up for that. Then at the last minute, we decided to drive down. So, I contacted him and told him that we had changed our minds. He was very receptive to that. Then when we decided in April to ship home, I contacted him. He was very helpful and did a great job for us.

I got my car from Colorado to Maine thru AmeriFreight and the lady I had was really nice. She went to bat for me and contacted carriers to try to get the lowest price. I had a very tight pick-up window and she made sure to explain that to them. Everything was handled really well and there was no effort on my part. When the car was delivered, I had the driver meet me at the JCPenney parking lot then he pulled the truck up, got my ID, took it off, and went over the inspection with me. Everything was fine and it was done in less than 30 minutes. The service was worth the money and AmeriFreight was an easy company. You just tell them when you need the car picked up and they'll get you the best quote that they can. It's a great way to save time and money, and you don't have to worry about anything.

When I called AmeriFreight, the customer service rep answered all my questions. He was really helpful, especially because it was my first time transporting a car. He explained the whole process and logistics. He put my car on a listing and found a driver to take the car across the country for me. He helped me choose the driver and said that this person could drive for this cost at this time, and told me how many positive reviews he had. The truck driver was perfectly fine. But the downside of working with AmeriFreight is that they don't have their own truck, so they can't guarantee any price or any time. Essentially, they will connect you to the driver then it's done after that. But their rep followed up after to ask how things went and he answered questions when I had it even afterwards.

The organizer from AmeriFreight was phenomenal to work with, responsive, kept in communication, and was adaptive when things changed. They moved my car from Georgia to Michigan, and they walked me through what the pickup part was like because some of the trucks were huge and they couldn't get through certain residential areas. We live on the street that the truck could not have gotten down, so we planned the day before the pickup to meet the driver down the street in a commercial parking lot. He let us know when he was approaching and how far out he was. Then we met him in the parking lot and walked through entire car. We noted any scratches, he took photographs, and we waited while he loaded up the car.

Setting up the transport with Amerifreight was super easy. Once I gave them the okay to move forward with my listing, they took it from there. It was scheduled in a week and was picked up on its pickup date, which was a month later. They said it would take 10 days, but it only took 6. They didn't come on the day they were supposed to pick up though. They came on the next day. Also, there were a couple other extra costs and one was a surprise. They added an extra 100 for some boxes in the back seat. They called after they had picked it up, and said, “Our driver said you have boxes in the back seat so we're charging you extra."

With Amerifreight, I like that there was somebody being the go-between managing the process as opposed to something like uShip where you just post and have to pick someone, and there's not a third party vetting the person. I appreciated the gal that I was working with at Amerifreight. She was on top of it. It took us a while to insure our unit before we were ready to have it transported, but she was diligent about checking in. Once we were ready, she found us someone quickly.

We used AmeriFreight to transport a car from the Cleveland area to the Los Angeles area. The car was delivered close to six days late as the trucker ended up having an issue with his truck and he had to get it repaired. But they could have been better in communicating. They communicated a couple of times, but not as frequently as they should have. We have the personal phone number of the driver and sometimes it would take him three days to respond to a text. Then, my son had to meet him somewhere for the delivery because it was a huge truck. But at the end of the day, the car got there fine.

He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. The car arrived safely at the new location. I would recommend this company to a friend or family member.

Scheduling pick-up and delivery was very easy, dispatch was extremely helpful. 10 stars for the driver. He was very professional and had the vehicle loaded and tied down fairly quick. 1300 mile trip and had the vehicle delivered on time with no damage, he went above and beyond and helped push the car into the garage.

Our vehicle was suppose to be delivered in 3 days. Had not heard anything so I called. They said the driver would call within 24 hours of delivery. Did not hear anything. Called back again to customer service, was told the driver was running a little late. Would be there by Friday. Friday came. Heard nothing. Called again to customer service, got the driver's number. He said he would be there in 2 days. He was late because his truck was not full so he waited til it was full before he left. I asked customer service if we would get a discount since he was so late, they stated the driver would give discount.

From start to finish the process went without a hitch. No pun intended. The driver rang my doorbell only after he got the car off the trailer and had it ready for me to inspect. He was kind and courteous.

This ordeal started with the pickup of my vehicle, I was told pickup would be on Thursday 4/6 & dropped off on Monday 4/10. Vehicle was picked up on Thursday but I got a tx message Thursday night that it would be delivered on Friday. I wasn’t home until Monday that’s why we picked these dates. I spoke to the transport company & was told that they had a 48 hr window for delivery which was never discussed. I agreed to a Saturday delivery & had to cancel my plans which cost me money since everything was paid for. The transport driver delivered my full size Bronco by himself & used another vehicle to tow & push my vehicle into place, due to it not running, it also was raining & he had to hold the door open so he could turn it! I watched everything on my security cameras. Then he wanted payment before I could inspect the vehicle which the contract clearly states, payment due after inspection.

Robyn was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to secure a competitive rate and the car was delivered with no issues. I am very happy with the service I received and I would not hesitate to use AmeriFreight again.

It was pretty easy overall in terms of getting everything going. They explained it well, what it would be and how it would work. Everything arrived on time and well. The price range that they gave me was accurate. The car got here a day earlier than it was expected. It was an easy pickup. The driver that they had contracted it out to was fine. So it was a good experience overall. It worked out well.

The Amerifreight rep got in touch with me super quick and took the time to really explain how the whole process worked, and then let me know how the bidding process went. He was very accessible too. When we were getting close to the date in which I requested and I still hadn't heard anything, I asked him what was going on and he let me know that they hadn't gotten any bids yet. But he gave me a couple of Plan Bs and Plan Cs to put in place in case we didn't secure the bid for the date that I wanted the pickup on, which fortunately, we did. I felt really good because he was able to reassure me that, no matter what, the vehicle was going to get to its destination. With a military move, I have to be in a certain place at a certain time. So I don't really have much wiggle room. The fact that he was able to give me a couple of different alternate avenues in case we had to go that route was nice.

I had great experience with Rich and AmeriFreight. Rich was very kind and helpful, he got us a great deal on our car transport. The carrier arrived on time and delivered on time. Rich was great with communication throughout the process. Would recommend to family and friends!

It was excellent with the drivers and they delivered faster than intended. The only thing was it was a lot of hearing about it right when it was happening kind of situation. We didn't know what time they were picking up until the day before and when I called in, it was a month before we decided on pricing because of the way they bid it out.

AmeriFreight first gave me a good quote and they seemed they could do it. Then they went dark without any indication of when it's gonna happen. It was not a good experience. I have to keep calling. The person that I originally connected with kind of disappeared. When I said, "Okay. It's time to get it," they said, "Oh, it'd be next week." They'd do it next week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and every time they'd call, the price kept going up. Finally, it cost 2,000. It started with 1,200. The price kept changing. They put it out for a bid looking for a driver that's gonna come and pick it up, that will accept it for the price.

The representative who setup the transport was amazing but I had a little bit of a hiccup with the actual trucking company that we had used. We originally had the pickup set for a Monday and I had to leave on a very specific day to travel across the country. They said they'd be on there Monday but they never called and they never showed. I was in contact with my representative the whole time and her being fully available every single time was a huge help. She got back and forth with them and they showed up on Wednesday, which happened to work out. The pickup was a little rough but after that, it went smoothly. They dropped off when I got to Washington and they were able to hold it for a few hours till I got into the state. It ended up costing more than I expected but I was still happy that I got my car in because it was gonna cost me more to ship it with another company.

AmeriFreight's reps were responsive and helpful. They explained the process over email and on a call, and what they said were accurate. The driver was courteous, quick and did a good job. The move was within the timeline that was allotted.

I liked the instant quote I got from AmeriFreight and the instant reply by the agent that was helping me. I like that my agent worked with me because we had to change the dates once. We had it scheduled for a specific time, and then our orders changed a bit. He was able to find another transport guy that was willing to take my vehicle. The price did change quite a bit, but it was understandable because of the last minute situation. The driver was professional. He did more than I did because he was taking pictures and videos of my vehicle, and giving me the paperwork that I needed to have and explaining it to me, what it was and told me that I needed to keep it. When we had to claim a part of transportation, it would be nice to get the email from Amerifreight of how many miles and everything broken down just to make it easier.

Changing pickup date and address was very simple, getting a status update was easy, and communication throughout the entire process was quick and informative. My first time shipping a vehicle and I couldn't be more satisfied. Will be using and recommending for any automotive shipping needs in the future.

My apartment lease had just ended and I decided not to renew it after losing my job unexpectedly. So I needed to clear out. I was working within a two-week window and AmeriFreight was able to get me in quickly. My assigned rep and I constantly kept missing each other. When I would try and reach her, she was away from her desk and when she would reach me, I'm dealing with movers. So each time I called back, I ended up speaking with different reps each time and I had to constantly re-explain what was happening. I'm in marketing so I'm big on brand perception and customer service and the taste you leave in my mouth with each interaction. So, I was a little disappointed, having heard such good things from my family members about their experiences. But I also know my standards might be a little bit higher based on the nature of the work that I do as a consultant.

The young lady who helped me out was great. She called me back and was on top of everything. The driver was top-notch and was a great guy also. He picked up from my mother and she got a good impression from him, and dropped off to me. He was on schedule and was there in three days. Cost-wise, AmeriFreight was at par with everything else that I saw. I looked around and priced everything, and it was exactly what I was planning on spending. If anyone wants to transport a car or if I’m going to do it again, AmeriFreight would be my first call.

The transport from Ohio to Texas was done by a third-party, D&A Hauling, and it was supposed to take two days but it took eight. The pick-up was fine. It was done on the scheduled time and photos were taken. But upon drop-off, the reps did not take any photos. Also, I got notified of the drop-off at midnight, which was three hours beforehand. D&A was terrible with communications and they caused damage to my vehicle when it was offloaded. They rolled it violently off the front. So, the bottom front bumper is scratched and dented.

From start to finish, AmeriFreight was very communicative. I gave them my timeline and told them it was a very firm one. They said they would make it happen and they did. The driver texted me along the way to let me know how he was doing. He ended up getting here early, which was great. My housekeeper met him. They walked the car together and he took photos and sent them to me.

I used AmeriFreight when I was moving for work. On my way back, I contacted the same girl that helped me the first time. The first time around was good. The girl was super helpful. She was also very helpful the second time. But the driver was a week off my date. That was frustrating considering I had a rental car. I had to pay to stay in this rental car. He gave me $50 off. I was not happy about that.

My son liked the response he got from AmeriFreight better. Both contacts both did a wonderful job. Once we got set on the time and they gave us a window, they hit it. The driver was there when we went to pick up the car. He was cordial. He told us everything. I even gave him a nice tip 'cause he was so helpful.

My conversation with Brandon, my rep, was very assuring. He sounded like he knew what he was doing and that he had a lot of experience. He did all the legwork to find the driver for me. I had a spot picked out that the driver really liked and he was very thankful that I found a good spot. The driver was super professional in loading the car. My car is a manual transmission model and I had a prior experience with a different company where their driver couldn't get it on the truck without stalling out a good number of times. This guy was the complete opposite. He drove it on the truck the first time and got it strapped up. I was very happy with how knowledgeable he was and how fast the process went.

I live in Florida and Maine, and my wife and I still drive. We have two Toyotas, and we drive the RAV4. We shipped the Camry going from Maine to Florida and Florida to Maine. We initially looked at other companies, but since I like AmeriFreight's dispatcher, we've used them ever since we started off with them. I just gotta trust them. The dispatcher gets the job done, and it gets me out of that. They know the trucking company somewhat, and she is being responsible and gets back with me.

My experience with them wasn't the best. It was good starting off but they took a while to get back to me on all details. By the time they were able to proceed with everything they didn't give a location or time where to pick up or drop off my car. I asked to get that information and they were like, “Oh, you have to contact the driver,” which is a completely different party. So, I was trying to get ahold of the driver, and I couldn't for the longest time.

AmeriFreight was more expensive by a couple of hundred dollars. But it just seemed like they were able to get me a better timeline and a better time window for pick-up and delivery of my Honda Accord. AmeriFreight reached out to me through text messages and I answered or called back. I spoke with the rep Chandler and she was very helpful. She gave me the steps in the process of everything, saying that the request for bids would go out. I wouldn't need to pay any money until I decided on the company. I signed the contract with them, at which time I would put a certain amount of money down and then pay the driver once they arrive out west at the delivery spot.

I’ve used AmeriFreight 3 times for transporting cars across the country. All 3 times they were very helpful and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. Richard was proactive in keeping me up to date with each step. All 3 times the cars were delivered with no problems. Other than time delays, and the actual cost being higher than the bid, there were never any issues.

I had a family member in Ohio sell me their car. So, I had it shipped by AmeriFreight. I googled best auto shippers with BBB, and they were in the top five somewhere. I called all five companies and out of the top five, the agent I spoke to on the phone, Sy, sounded the most confident and he wasn't pushy. So, I ended up choosing him. He was a great agent. He was solid. Also, just having the Better Business Bureau attached to their name helped sway my decision. AmeriFreight's reviews were solid.

My first shipping was straightforward. We got a good price, and delivery was easy. The driver was nice too. He took my car off the trailer and gave it to me. We checked and nothing was wrong with it. I gave the cash, then he left. I would say to a lot of friends that with AmeriFreight, they get better pricing than some other company.

I like their website and the general look and feel of what I saw. It made me wanna use them. The customer service reps were great. The driver was great too. He was the same guy that did the pick-up and drop-off. He was very personable. He did his inspection and we were good. They picked the car up on a Friday and it got to Massachusetts the next Wednesday.

Setting up the transport went very smoothly. I did it well in advance so there'd be time. When Amerifreight called me to say they had found someone, it seemed pretty painless. The thing that I really liked about them was I didn't have to pay extra for a guaranteed window of time for pick-up. The pick-up and drop-off points were Los Angeles and drop-off was Fort Lauderdale. They beat their window by two days. During the pick up, the driver took pictures and video of the entire car. It was twilight so he got out a lighting thing so that he could inspect every panel. He inspected every inch of the car. He was in contact with me all day when he got into the drop-off area, and we exchanged texts and a couple of phone calls about the best place to meet for the truck. Then he gave me a window and he showed up.

I met the driver at a dealership because he couldn't get into my location. He took me back to my apartment so I wasn't out taxi faring and then took my car back and loaded it. He sent me a picture of it after he loaded it and then met him two days later. He went all the way around the car to make sure there was no damage on the outside. AmeriFreight knew that I didn't want to pay for someone that was high priced. My rep told me what the price was.

My rep Reginald called me and kept me informed. The final cost was more than the original quoted price but there was a two-month delay because the car wasn't gonna be available for a month and a half. When I pulled the trigger on having it delivered, AmeriFreight came back with an offer that a company wanted. The movers were a husband and wife team and they had a tiny trailer with three vehicles. They were great. The driver had trouble with his trailer but he got the vehicle down here. It came with no issues at all. I'd have no problem dealing with AmeriFreight again in the future.

It was a good experience with AmeriFreight. They told me which driver would be shipping the car and then I went and gave my card to him. They delivered the car at my relative’s home in Dallas and I got a call. I was shown that the car was in a good condition and the car was inspected to be good. I was happy with the service.

I needed to have a Volkswagen sedan shipped from the City of Boston to Palm Springs, California, and out of the five companies I looked at, AmeriFreight was the most responsive. They called and followed up with me, because it took me a while to make the decision and decide on the date. They got in first, and it seemed like the right fit. I also looked online at ratings. To give your car to someone and they're gonna get it across the country is a little scary if you're not used to doing it. AmeriFreight seemed like they were highly recommended from a Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs perspective. Their quote was also right in line with everything else, but I wasn't really shopping for price. If they were $300 higher than someone else, I didn't have time to shop around. I was super busy. I was more concerned about the timing of it and the fact that I needed to trust them to get it right than I was about the price.

The rep was very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. In fact, just a couple of days before the car was supposed to ship, the ones he authorized to be my shipper, their truck broke down. The rep got right on it, got me another company within a day and I was totally satisfied with them. The driver was really nice. He came and picked up the car at the house I designated and was very fast and efficient about it. When the car was delivered, the driver was the same one that delivered it here to me in our new location. It was a new vehicle. I had only had it a month, and he took very good care of it.

I talked to Rich and he was very welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to help and he communicated very well even to the point of telling me when he was gonna be off work and he wouldn't be able to process things. That way, I knew, "Okay, I can talk to him tomorrow or I need to hurry up and get him an answer now." He followed up through and through. Even when there was some confusion with our people on the other end of where the car was gonna be, who needed to pick it up, AmeriFreight called the other company to try to clear things up. So, it was really helpful. The cost was also exactly what I thought, and it matches the experience. I would definitely go with AmeriFreight again.

The woman in the Atlanta office was incredibly resourceful. Her follow-up was outstanding. She kept everybody up to speed on exactly what was going on. I was very pleased with her. They were late in picking up the car by a day because the guy had to get some brake issues fixed on his vehicle, but it worked out. I was a little shocked that they got the car to me as quick as they did. There was no way that they could get from Edmond, Oklahoma to Vermont leaving there at 9:00 on a Friday night and getting to me at 9:00 on Monday. They did it driving probably 18 hours a day. But I was pleased that they got here on Monday morning.

The rep, Sy, was very helpful and great to work with. The transport was in the middle of selling our home in New Jersey. The carrier showed up within an hour of the scheduled time, and it went very smoothly. We drove both cars so that they were easy to pick up from the street, and the fellow that brought them to the receiving point in Pennsylvania was wonderful. The fellow that dropped them off was also very good. It took a little longer than we had hoped (a day later), but it didn't matter, because my wife wasn't down yet.. Everything worked out fine, and I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight. Usually, I don't give out 5s, but they were close.

Everything was well organized, and customer service was really good. I had no complaints. Amerifreight set everything up and let us know where it was gonna be and how long it was gonna take. They even followed up when they got in touch with the carrier, then the gave the adjusted timeframe of when it was arriving. The driver seemed really good. The pickup and drop-off were both good. The movers that AmeriFreight assigned brought my SUV to a parking lot. They loaded my SUV in a small trailer on the back of a truck. During inspection, the driver took photos. That person was nice. But the driver that dropped off the SUV tried to cover the problem that they did in my SUV. They hit my car by the driver doors. He didn't tell me about it, and he hid the problem. He has a space by the house to park the SUV. But for some reason, he put the SUV by a garden. And close to the garden that he just opened the door tiny. He got out from there and let me see the front, the right side, and the backside. And when he took the photo of the driver side, he didn't take a good one because he didn't want to show the damage in the car.

AmeriFreight had the best rates I've seen. They had the best reviews as well, so I thought it was a good balance of both. The pickup and delivery of the vehicle were pretty smooth. They gave me a time window for pickup, and then the driver came and dropped it off. Overall, I didn't have any hiccups.

We needed to get a car across the country and we didn't want to drive it. We set up the transport with AmeriFreight and it was easy and professional. The quote was accurate too. I was there on the pickup day and the driver was lovely. The delivery went well. The only thing was AmeriFreight indicated that I would have to have literal cash in order to receive the car. That wasn't exactly true because the carrier themselves took Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. There were some mobile options that AmeriFreight was not aware of. That would have been helpful for me to know in advance because trying to get to $1,200 in cash when I'm on the other side of the country was a little tricky. But when we found out we could use Venmo or Cash App or Zelle, that totally worked. Other than that, I would use AmeriFreight again anytime and I would recommend them to my friends. It was great from top to bottom.

I had AmeriFreight ship a 1990 Dodge Ram. Their customer service, Jasmine, was awesome. It was the best customer service I've received for shipping a vehicle. I was impressed with her honesty. She answered any question that I asked her. She even provided answers to questions that I never even asked just to help further explain something or further have more knowledge in something. The quote was very good, and she did save me some money.

I had a wonderful experience. Melissa, our AmeriFreight agent did a great job. I called her and we had perfect conversation back and forth. It was little effort on my part dealing with her, and they took care of everything. The transporter they used was wonderful. Great communications. They had some difficulties in California, but they got it resolved. So, I was impressed.

Scheduling was a little difficult and took longer than expected. We only had one person who was able to bid for the timeframe we were looking at. But there was some information that was missing as we weren't told that we needed to have pictures upfront. When we were asked to get pictures, we weren't able to do so in a timely manner. The carrier cancelled our order after we'd already accepted it. We waited a couple more days while they worked on it. AmeriFreight got someone else but the price went up too. It was almost double, if not more than double. The mover was late a couple of hours but once he got here, he was fine. He knew what he was doing and he got on the truck pretty expeditiously.
