We shipped our son’s car to California from Virginia and we had no issues. The customer service rep Sy ** was super helpful and answered all my questions and responded promptly. We were able to text directly to the driver once they were assigned, and our son’s car got there with no issues. The driver contacted our son when he was almost there. It was way easier than I thought it would be. We’d used this company again.

I was told it was door to door service and that's not true, they had a very big lack of communication, I was told I'd be notified the day before delivery, then again an hour before delivery, then when they were actually delivering, none of that happen, when I called (which happened several times) I was told they tried to deliver it (which wasn't true) and couldn't so they took it to a storage yard. I called to figure that out and they said they would return my call and didn't. Called again and said it's being delivered late (which was wrong again). Then I was told they delivered it early and that's why it went to the yard. Talked to several people at Amerifreight and they had no control of all this. I was charged 230$ more for the storage fee.

Great experience overall. Took a little longer for agent to get back to me but that was because she was off work for a few days, I was able to get assistance from her coworkers and was able to get my car shipped safely back home. The driver forgot to text me that he was at the drop off location but he was willing to wait for me to pick up my car.

Amerifreight personnel were courteous and tried hard to get me a driver-took 3 tries. The driver that took the load parked on an uphill grade when unloading and, with the transported truck in neutral, released the binders on the rear wheels. The transported truck rolled downhill, ran over my leg as I tried to jump out of the way, and crashed into the front of my other truck which was parked downhill. There is damage to the rear bumper of the transported truck and to the front of my other truck. Six weeks later, only now is my injured leg almost healed. The driver is a pleasant individual, but is in way over his head on his ability to work safely!

Although the transaction started off with a bit of confusion (name on orders was dispatcher, not driver. Driver was running late, delivery was quoted to be delivered Monday, then I was told driver was waiting for more cars. Supposedly driver had a 2 car trailer and arrived with a 10 car trailer-which caused me to have to drive a couple of miles to meet him cause he couldn't get down my road) But, all things considered, the rate was low and the job was completed without incident. Driver was polite and respectful. Broker was attentive and involved. Pleased with the service I received.

I used AmeriFreight before and had a good experience which led to my booking them again for a cross-country move. However, I cannot again recommend this company after the experience I had. My car arrived more than a week after the originally projected time delivery time which caused a slough of issues for me which were not addressed by the carrier or company. This was due to a mechanical error with the truck carrying my car and I was given no updates about this or along the way. I only learned of this and received any subsequent updates via following up myself with the shipper, who was a poor communicator. AmeriFreight did not assist in this process and I was not refunded any amount of money either by the carrier or by AmeriFreight despite incurring additional costs of several hundred dollars in rental car fees and transportation costs due to my moving plans being disrupted by this delay.

Robyn was our point of contact and she was very helpful. She helped us by applying a discount after a miscommunication. We had no issues with pick up or delivery - everything was more or less on time. I would definitely use Amerifreight again for car shipping needs. Reasonable price as well.

The lady from AmeriFreight was very upfront with me and setting up the transport with her was easy. I told her what I needed and she had it all set up for me. I didn't really do anything but fill out a couple pieces of paper. The pick-up was in Missouri and the drop-off was in Virginia. The transport took three days and other than being covered in pollen because it was pollen season, the vehicle was fine when it arrived. But the driver didn't speak any English, so he translated with his phone, which I didn't like, but it is what it is.

The car arrived on-time with no damage, and no hidden fees. My daughter is happy and ready to begin a new phase in her life. AmeriFreight made her next step a success!

This is second time this year using AmeriFreight. They got me excellent movers for the cars. Robyn ** was a pleasure to deal with, honest, helpful and an excellent person to talk to. Thank you. Both times drivers late but within a day. Once because of snowstorm. Man said he did not like to drive in the snow. Understandable.

I used AmeriFreight to transport my 1973 VW Super Beetle from Arizona to North Carolina. My initial contact was on a Monday and a truck picked up my vehicle on the following Friday. The customer service was outstanding and I was kept abreast with every aspect of my vehicle's move. The driver was exceptional and my car was delivered with "Kid Gloves". I would not hesitate to use AmeriFreight again. As a matter of fact, I have already referred them to another client.

I needed to ship a vehicle for my son from Virginia to Colorado. While the actual price was $600 more than the original quote, it was nowhere near what other reputable companies were charging. Christine ** was the representative that assisted me and she was amazing. She explained the entire process from pickup to drop-off and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. She was always able to answer any questions and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. If I ever need to ship another vehicle, not only will I choose AmeriFreight but I will also ask for Christine by name. Thank you.

First time user. Wasn't sure what to expect. Jennifer was super helpful, explained every step of the process, and checked in with me every step of the way. She was also easily reachable if I had a questions. After the car was delivered she texted and called immediately. Highly recommend.

The car was scheduled to be delivered within four days. They picked it up the following day when I scheduled it. It was a double-decker truck and they waited outside the city limit or outside the residential area. It was easy and I just brought my car over there and loaded it into the truck. We just had to find a convenient space to park the truck and load the car in. They were really nice. They made the whole process smooth.

We were a little nervous because I had never hired a company to transport a vehicle. We had talks with another company, but it fell through. They were telling me one thing but doing another thing. I ended up canceling it. When I talked to AmeriFreight, the rep, Lisa, was very straight up. She told me the price could change but she gave me a quote. She said, "I won't take any of your money until I find an actual carrier. I'll let you know before anything goes forward and you have to agree. If you want us to continue looking, sometimes it can be very fast, sometimes it can take time." Everything was making more sense. She explained everything thoroughly. She also said that I would have access to her the whole time if anything went wrong. It was a very different experience with the other company.

It was great customer service with AmeriFreight. Brandon was amazing. I met the driver at a Home Depot in Maryland ‘cause said it’d be hard for him to get to downtown DC. I met him on the outskirt, but he was able to bring the car directly to me in South Carolina. They gave me updates as far as their time frame.

My experience with AmeriFreight was smooth and very straightforward. When I reached out to them, they said they were gonna reach back out when it was closer to the day when they were gonna pick my car 'cause that was when truckers would be around that area around the time, closer to the day. My car got here a day earlier than the estimated date and the person who picked up my car kept me informed the entire way.

We were moving from Washington to Florida and I used AmeriFreight when my wife and I moved from Florida to Washington. So, we had already used them and we used the same representative. She was super helpful. Answered all our questions and had it taken care of. The drop-off would be in front of our apartment, but wound up being in front of a grocery store because AmeriFreight scheduled for a certain time, but the company changed time on us twice. It was only supposed to take a week. It took almost two weeks. But that's not on AmeriFreight. It was more on the company there. Their truck broke down. So, we had to wait five extra days. The driver was Spanish, but he spoke good English.

I am extremely pleased with the transportation and customer service I received from AmeriFreight. Amanda P. in customer service was extremely helpful and responsive in explaining everything from the pricing, scheduling and even available protection options. I received followup emails and texts before, during and after the pickup and shipment to make sure things were going smoothly. AmeriFreight will definitely be my first call the next time I need to transport a vehicle in the future.

AmeriFreight is reliable and did what they were supposed to do. They let me know approximately when the driver was gonna be at the pick up location. I met him there and he took the vehicle and loaded it up easily. My son got it and said everything was fine. The final pricing matched the quote.

AmeriFreight was phenomenal. We were able to get in touch with them. Things weren't happening the way they should. The car wasn't picked up initially when it was supposed to have been, but AmeriFreight was trying to make everything right. They went above and beyond. We left the car at my mother-in-law's so they could pick up the vehicle there. The man that came didn't speak English. When we got the car, the only difference was that the mirror was pushed in on the passenger side and there was a little scrape on the car.

The transport went quickly. However, I wasn't clear from the time we concluded our call how long it would take to arrange for the transport. I wouldn't have minded a little bit more communication. I asked for unenclosed transportation to save money. It'd already been almost a week and a half since I had paid the car so I was getting a little antsy. The first offer was enclosed transportation, which is good. It's a nice car. I was not unhappy with that, but the final cost was 1,250 and I was quoted 850 initially.

The lady who I first dealt with was very knowledgeable about the industry and did a great job. The price was almost exactly what she said. The pick up of the vehicle was easy and quick. The driver was a nice guy.

Re: order #**. This was an enclosed trailer shipment from CA to PA for our new classic car. Chantal ** was our agent and we were so happy with her professionalism and knowledge. Every step of the shipment process was communicated to us and any questions were responded to within hours of asking. An overall great experience especially as first time shippers.

Overall Great experience. Will use again and recommend. Straightforward process, professional, pleasant staff. Great mix of phone and email communications to get the transport scheduled. The transport contract driver was prompt, clear, with well coordinated communications; it was always clear where the vehicle was approximately located and when to expect delivery.. Actual delivery was several days early and updates were always available during the transport.

This was my first time ever shipping my vehicle, and it was a positive experience from beginning to end. My Amerifreight representative, Amanda, was very honest, helpful, and available. She made sure to explain the process to me to increase my comfort level. The company I was dispatched to picked up my vehicle on time and delivered within 7 days, earlier than the estimate.

What drew me to them aside from the consumer reviews, was their record for vetting the carriers they use. I also liked their BBB ratings and years in the business. Also, a great plus is that they consistently appeared to have competitive pricing. My daughter was moving 3000 miles cross country, so reliability, service, and price were important. She was arriving at her destination on a set date, so it was important that her car not be delivered early.

I was very satisfied with their customer service and the way they handled my request to keep the fee at a reasonable price. Melissa ** was very helpful and guided me through the entire process. I was very comfortable with the driver that picked up my vehicle as he was very professional and very nice.

Jennifer ** was very helpful and prompt in making sure dates and experience were met to the utmost swiftness. Follow-up was consistent and very friendly. Pickup was on time and delivery was early, and a stress free delivery right in the driveway. Even after delivery, she was making sure experience was met to par and if anything went wrong or how the experience could have been better.

I had gone through several companies looking for a quote, but it wasn't until I spoke to Christine (order **) that I knew I was in good hands. I was trying to arrange shipment of a vehicle from a port (arriving from Japan), and none of the companies I had spoken with could give me a clear sense of the process or a timeline for when things would happen. Christine had the answer to each of my questions, and when she didn't know immediately she found out and reported back. She kept me in the loop during every step of the process, and she really put my mind at ease. Next time I need to ship a vehicle I won't go with anybody else but Christine and AmeriFreight!

Bought a car in Georgia and had it shipped to PA. Car was picked up on Monday and delivered to my door on Tuesday. The agent was extremely helpful and eased all my concerns about getting scammed. Would definitely use Jennifer (agent) and Amerifreight again. The driver was courteous, friendly and prompt.

AmeriFreight did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They were very communicative and they kept me informed. I got everything I needed to get done and no surprises.

I was very happy at how smoothly everything went. I worked with Hannah and she was amazing. Kept me informed of the process the whole time. I sent an email with the information and she called and sent me all the paperwork to have it posted. I got a week out. I got another email with information that they had found someone to contract with. So, I paid the money to AmeriFreight, and just had to follow up with the driver.

I called AmeriFreight for a quote, and that was when I spoke with Jen who was absolutely incredible. She made me feel very secure with wanting to partner with AmeriFreight to get my car shipped across the country and also to just help with the transition process that is very possibly stressful. She took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. Also, when it came down to comparing prices on the different car shipping companies, AmeriFreight did offer me the best quote.

AmeriFreight's rep was very pleasant, responsive, and communicative. I enjoyed my experience with her. I got a notification saying that somebody would contact me. And they gave me that person's contact number. I got contacted by that person, scheduled the pick-up with them. And everything went smoothly.

My customer service rep from AmeriFreight was Hannah. She was really good. She did everything for me. She told me what my payment options were. She called me every time there was an offer available. She was very helpful.

My transport experience with AmeriFreight was fine. Communication was fantastic. It took a week to get from Seattle to Houston.

They were very attentive and transparent. When I spoke to the representative, she sent me all the information. From the time I reached out to the time I scheduled to pickup, it took about three days. Overall, the process was very easy.

Overall, my experience with shipping a vehicle across country with AmeriFreight was good. They’re the broker, but they also did a good job communicating between myself and the carrier. Maleah ** did a good job communicating and making sure things were followed up on properly. If she wasn’t available, somebody else on her team would pick up the ball and address my questions. I thought it was a bit odd that the carrier picked up my vehicle and let it sit in a staging lot for a week before it was actually transported. But it all turned out OK as they were close to meeting the estimated delivery date.

The service was top notch. Guy who delivered did a great job. I did have an issue as my agent was out of the office right when I needed to book, but when I called, the replacement got right on it. I did feel a bit of bait and switch on the pricing. Told $675 was what I could expect. Actual charge was closer to $1000.

The pickup and delivery went good, but there was no communication in-between. Even though the driver's communication wasn't the best, AmeriFreight was great.

Setting up the transport was easy and the rep told me exactly what was gonna happen. My concern was the man's trailer was pretty rough. The floorboards were not very well and you had to move around some plywood just to avoid the hole. But overall, it was not a bad experience and there was no damage to my car. Also, the cost was reasonable.

A rep told me I could use a check for payment but the dispatcher said they don't take checks. Then, I wanted to pay with a credit card and the driver said that had I told him in advance, I could have used a credit card. That was the only bad thing but it wasn't a real big issue. I just wanted to use my credit card instead of using my cash. Other than that, I had a good experience. He let me know every time he stopped. He got lost and we had to get him and bring him on where we were but that wasn't a problem. He was good.

The rep at AmeriFreight was very helpful and friendly. She kept in touch with me, gave me all the information I needed, and was a pleasure to work with overall. The transport was scheduled to take a few hours and everything went as expected. Everything was timely and I was kept informed about what was going on, when it would be picked up, and when it would be delivered. Also, the driver was professional. He took photos of the vehicle upon arrival, which was expected.

AmeriFreight offered me the best rates that I could get with the rest of all the other people that I was working with. The person I had who was in charge of my order was very easy to work with. She was on top of everything. Any time I had a question, she was almost always readily available to answer. The transport was from Arkansas to Utah. They were on top of everything, so I didn't have any problems or concerns. My parents were there for pick-up, and they didn't have any issues. The drop-off was the same. The driver came in, he put the car right where I needed it, and he even helped me put it in the garage because it wouldn't run. So, that was above and beyond.

I called them and left a message and they called me right back the next morning. The guy picked up the boat when he was supposed to and got it here when it was supposed to and they followed up with me after it was picked up and after it was delivered. The boat was perfect when it was delivered and the price was what they told me it was gonna be. I had used them in the past to ship a truck and I had the same experience. They followed up with me and made sure I knew exactly when it was being picked up. It was a good experience both times. I was real impressed with the service they provided, especially the price.

Their initial quote was good however, the final cost was much higher. Got a frantic call the of and now realize the trick played. Speaking with the actual Transporter (Who was great) my suspicion was confirmed that we both got got! As it stands the other companies I contacted Gave me the true cost without playing any games. Don't rely on those Google reviews so much as asking dealerships for their recommendations.

Everything went well. The cost increased about $100 or more, but pick-up and delivery were quick and easy. The transport took four days ‘cause there was bad weather, but the communication was good. The driver was also able to bring the vehicle close to our house.

Everything was great with AmeriFreight. I transported a Ram ProMaster City thru them for 2,500 miles which was pretty far. Their website was easy to use and their rep, Cy, was great the whole time. He told me he was going to send me an email with a confirmation code, so I could confirm and my car would go on the listings for people to pick it up. I went ahead and confirmed it, then they found a driver. Those people were less cool than the AmeriFreight people. But they drove 2,500 miles, so I understood. Other than that, my car arrived in good condition and everything was just as I expected.

Could not have been happier with the process. Maleah was on top of things from the beginning to end. From getting bids to arranging pick up and delivery. Already had a friend. Use Maleah and Amerifreight to have another vehicle picked up and delivered. A+++++. I will use this company again.

Our contact at AmeriFreight was Lisa and she was phenomenal. Very informative, professional, patient and helpful. My son is in the Air Force and we were shipping his vehicle to him. I was very nervous about it but she explained the process and called with several offers. We ended up transporting to California from Georgia with Suly Auto Transport, which was also an outstanding experience. 10 out of 10, would recommend. The car arrived a day early in perfect condition and the driver was so kind to me and my husband and also to my son. He also thanked my son for his service which I thought was going above and beyond.

Lisa ** from AmeriFreight did a great job arranging for my car to be transported on relatively short notice. She was very polite and professional. The problem was with the carrier: Roadway Auto Transport, LLC and Rafael Martinez. They were supposed to pick up my car by 6:30 pm and it was not picked up until the next day at 12 noon. On delivery, the driver said he was going to arrive in 1/2 our and he showed up 3 hours later. I would have appreciated more communication, but the car finally arrived in good condition.

She walked me through every step of the transport business understanding that it was my first time transporting my car from coast to coast. She gave us a fair price and an accurate timeline for when the car would be delivered. I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone seeking to transport their vehicle. Within a couple hours of calling them they had had a truck The Iron Transport Inc. for me. They pick up my car in LA. the next morning when the dealership open and delivered it to me in PA a day any a half later with the driver Jafar ** keeping me updated on their process. Everything went prefect, on time and on budget. It was $800 in total.

Car was delivered w/in the timeframe, and in good shape. Actually getting the vehicle (+ or - 48hrs of the expected delivery date) became challenging. Expected delivery was scheduled for a Sunday, but when trying to arrange, delivery company said "we don't deliver on Sundays." Apparently, they didn't deliver in the PM either. So, getting the stars to align in order to get the car was challenging, and their lack predictability impacted my ability to plan. But, the car was in great shape so that's good.

Robyn provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Robyn oversaw the entire shipment process from beginning to end with great attention to detail. With that kind of “White Glove” level of service, I felt very confident and secure about using this company to ship my expensive vehicle across country. As a result, I plan to only use AmeriFreight for all of my future vehicle transportation services.

Jennifer helped me with the estimate and the set up for the transportation. She was always checking up if I needed anything or if I had any questions and was fast at replying. Fair prices and really good service. The Car was set up to arrive in 10 days but it arrived earlier and was delivered to the door earlier than expected.

We had a bit of a delay when the driver went to the wrong airport, but when he arrived, the vehicle was quickly loaded and secured. Delivery was just as promised the next day. We had a bit of a communication issue due a language barrier with the driver, but the overall experience was very good.

I had to transport a new vehicle from Austin, TX to Atlanta, GA. After receiving over 100 quotes, calls and emails, I was overwhelmed. I looked at the top 5 rated companies online and AmeriFreight was the one with the best balance between price and ratings. Luckily, I was paired with John ** who explained the whole process to me every step of the way. It took all the guesswork out of it and was providing me updates and options along the process. Between the moment I decided to work with them and had our first call to when I had the vehicle with me (nearly 1000 miles drive) it took 3 days. Undoubtedly a great experience overall with someone like John guiding me. Greatly recommended!!!

Christy was extremely helpful in getting my car transported back to Chicago. She was very good at keeping me apprised of all the necessary things I needed to know. She was great with follow-up. I highly recommend her. She took special care with me as a senior citizen with limited computer experience.

AmeriFreight is a broker. So, I contact them. I did it online and they contacted me. I told them where the car would go, from point A to point B, what it is, the size of it. And they instantly send me back a quote based on that. I got a follow-up phone call. I wait for a trucker to pick it up for that price. But what they generally do is come back with a higher price. They contacted me four different times with an increased rate from what that original quote was, which I knew I would have to go up a bit because they haven't seen the actual vehicle. But I wouldn't go $600 or $400 higher.

I called customer service at AmeriFreight and asked them for a booking. When I talked to the lady, she said that they could secure me a driver within some time and gave me a quote. I said okay and they called me back with the quote and the reservation and how much I would have to pay down. I paid that and when the driver came, I also had to pay half of the remaining balance. And on delivery, I had to pay another half. At the time, the quote was a little high because I moved my whole household and it was higher than the other company's estimate. But the other company couldn't secure a driver. So, you get what you pay for. The final cost was about $1,000 more than the first quote. At the end of the day, the little bit more than it cost ended up paying for itself because I finally got the car booked and shipped because I didn't wanna drive across the country.

I talked to AmeriFreight and they were incredibly quick and responsive. They were very nice, very good, courteous and efficient. I liked their alacrity. I had them ship a small Mazda from New York to San Diego. Their customer service rep called me and then she gave me a quote, and sent me a quote online by email. There was some problem with the first person. The truck broke down. So, I said, “Well, I'm not very comfortable with that.” She immediately found another transporter, and they came and collected the car two days later than initially but that was fine. I then came to the other end and they contacted me and I went to pick up my car. It was reasonably simple and easy. My car came intact. John drove the truck and he was lovely.

I spoke to Jen at AmeriFreight and she was very knowledgeable and it seemed like she was more honest than the other place I talked to. Also, she was totally responsive, very helpful, and she followed up. She reached out to make sure everything was all right. The cost was expensive, but we got exactly what we needed and there were no issues at all. The car was picked up when they said that it would and it arrived exactly when it was expected.

The gentleman who was my broker was absolutely fantastic. He was very clear cut in telling me exactly what was gonna happen, what he needed, and what I needed to do to help me navigate the situation and figure out what was best. It was a spectacular service. AmeriFreight is primarily a shipping broker as opposed to the actual carrier. So there is a bit of a distinction there. But the cost in comparison to the service I received from AmeriFreight seemed reasonable.

I like that AmeriFreight has somebody willing to cut over to where we needed the vehicle delivered. I had a representative and she was on it and kept me informed up until the time they picked up the truck. The delivery of the vehicle was good, except they had told me that I could Zelle the money but I couldn't Zelle the money and it was a panicked moment because I wasn't sure how I was gonna get them paid. It was limited on how you could pay them. I had to use one of the manager’s PayPal accounts because the driver didn't have one. When you're trying to deliver cross country and you're not there to give them a check, that's difficult, but that'd be it. The cost was okay. It wasn't a steal, but it was okay and they seemed to take good care of the car.

AmeriFreight is a great company. I've used them more than once. The costs were decent. Customer service is great. They were able to help me get my car shipped in a reasonable amount of time.

Once I put in my request, Amerifreight got me the information that I needed. They were even trying to contact me. I was the one who was not responding as quickly as needed. So, they tried to get me in and had the information that I needed. Once I got it back to them, they were able to get me the quotes that I needed, and then we went from there. When I got the actual breakdown of the price compared to the price that I paid, I was extremely happy about it considering that it was also an enclosed shipment. It was a really great price.

Harry, the rep I worked with, was polite, on time and responsive. Usually, you call the customer service and tell them where you want your car to be picked up and where you want it to be delivered. Then, they put out the order or whatever it gets bid on and they come to you and say what it'll cost. You pay a portion up front and then once it gets delivered, you pay the rest to the carrier. The first time, I did a lot of shopping around and AmeriFreight got me a decent price. So the second time, I just went with them again. It could be cheaper. But overall, I got my car a couple of days early too.

I had a smooth and enjoyable experience with AmeriFreight while shipping my car halfway across the country. I called and needed my truck shipped immediately due to deploying with the military. After having issues with a different company, I worked with Michelle ** who was absolutely fantastic. She Found me a driver within only a few hours of making a reservation. She was extremely professional, I wish I needed more reasons to ship my truck because the experience was such a good one. I had never shipped a car before and was a little nervous. I needed to ship a car from Phoenix, AZ to Grand Rapids, MI. Jen S. did a great job of answering all my questions, checking in with me at key times, and generally making me feel like I didn't have to worry. The car arrived on time and everything was seamless. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. I don't want to post a picture of the car here only because it arrived in bad weather. It was a great experience!

I had a complicated transcontinental shipment of a classic car coordinated by Jen **, an Amerifreight broker. I have never experienced the level of care and personal attention to detail in any human transaction of my 75 years of life that was provided by this outstanding person. She was always there, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned and just plain nice. A difficult shipment was smoothed and coordinated beyond what I thought possible. Dozens of phone calls and emails. She was on top of everything. She seems to always be at work and available. If I had a business Jen ** would be my manager of Customer Service, period. I simply can't give a higher evaluation or recommendation. Use Amerifreight and ask for Jennifer ** as your agent.

Their service is good. They provide good offers from multiple transporters and you can choose a suitable one. The transporter I had chosen delayed delivery by a couple of days. The crew at AmeriFreight are helpful. They are diligent and quick to respond and provide support with any issues or information.

They were wonderful and we had no issues at all. Our situation was really on a very short time crunch because, originally, we were going with another company but they left us on red the night before. They said that there would be a truck driver. The AmeriFreight representatives who helped me pulled through for us. We were very fortunate that there was a driver who submitted a quote or bid for our quote. Very grateful for the customer service that was provided. The driver was wonderful, too. Any time I had questions, they responded back quickly.

My experience with AmeriFreight was all great. They picked up the car on Tuesday and delivered it on Friday. The driver's communication was great. He called 30 minutes before he picked it up and the same before he dropped it off.

Their sales team was pretty good with following up on everything. Initially, the car was supposed to get ready on a Monday, and I would pick it up on a Friday. But the car got ready earlier in the week. So, by Wednesday, it was ready for pick-up. I told Melissa that on a Tuesday and she told me that she would check if she could find a carrier for me. They gave me the estimate and I was clearly told about what the fees were. There were no hidden charges and they told me, "The only fee that you have to pay is the one that goes to AmeriFreight, but the carrier, you're gonna have to pay in cash only when the car is delivered." So, I did that. I paid $219 to AmeriFreight and then the remaining payment was $600 for the transport. The best part was that the car was delivered the next day. I was surprised because I didn't expect it to come that fast but it all worked out.

AmeriFreight had the transport scheduled and booked within 24 hours. They picked the vehicle up the next day. They took the vehicle from Alabama to Colorado in 24 hours. It was great. The cost was about what I expected, and the quality was fantastic.

My son lives on a military base and needed his car. I picked AmeriFreight because they were good with the military. The transport was simple. They came to my house and grabbed the car on a Friday and dropped it off at the base on a Saturday.

AmeriFreight gave me at least an initial quote without me needing to give them a bunch of my information and their initial quote was helpful for me to figure out what made more sense. The pricing ended up being about the same to ship my car with them based on their original quote and fly than it was to drive myself at this point. So, I would much rather just ship my car. After I got the initial quote and gave them my information, one of their agents contacted me and we talked for a little bit. She explained the timeline that I'd be looking at and all of the ins and outs of what the contract was going to look like. She worked hard to help me out. She was thorough, clear and helpful. The price ended up being a little bit higher, but I also was asking five months in advance. She warned me she couldn’t promise the price would be the same, but they would try their best. So, it was a transparent and clear process. I appreciated it.

Setting up the transport was super easy and I would work with the rep next time. They scheduled the delivery anywhere from to five days and it ended up taking three. The driver called me when he was two hours out, asking where he could drop off the car. I found a parking lot and he dropped it off there. It was kind of a downpour and he unloaded the car in the fire lane so the whole interaction was super fast.

I ordered a thumb for my excavator off of eBay and the person I bought the part from looked it up and he said that AmeriFreight was the only one available so we went with them. The seller set up the transport and the delivery took longer because of the weather. Other than that, they did a good job.

Setting up transport with AmeriFreight was fairly simple. The guy was really great and had me fill out the form. He told me exactly what would happen, which did, which was that the driver would contact us and set up the window of time when he would be there and he was absolutely on time. It was right at our door. The guy picked it up from our driveway. It was amazing and delivered it on time.

They were amazing. A company to do what they did from start to finish and do everything they said they would do was perfect. I was very pleased with them. This is the second time I used them. The driver was professional. He took his time to get my car on the bed, answered any questions I had, gave me a good window of which he was going to be delivering the vehicle and he stayed within all of that. He let us know if there were any issues, like if they hit weather, he would most definitely make sure we were aware of that. Their communication was stellar and that's a rarity in a lot of businesses. The woman I dealt with, Lisa, was amazing to the point that I remembered her name. They were pleased when I called them for a second time. She was really happy that we remembered her.

AmeriFreight's quote is lower compared to other providers. But I didn't realize there was a broker fee from the initial quote. It raised the cost but it was still competitive with the other quotes. Their reps were great and the process was easy. They called me to figure out what the best place for drop-off was. I live in a really dense urban area in San Francisco. They wanted to find a good spot and we ended up finding a place a mile away.

This was our first experience with having a car shipped to Fl. Our pick-up date was quoted but the car wasn't picked up until two days after the date quoted. Likewise, the delivery date was two days after the quoted date. We did appreciate the assistance of agent Jennifer ** who did a good job of keeping us informed. We didn't like the fact that the phone number of the carrier Skyline Trans. Inc. went unanswered for two days when we needed the drop off date information. We just got a recording.

Had a flawless process working with Hannah D. And some good drivers. Hannah kept me informed every step of the way. Would use them again if the need arises. Vehicle’s picked up and delivered as within scheduled dates. Drivers were polite and courteous. Shipped 3 car on different occasions, all arriving without any sort of damage. The communication leading up to the pick up of my vehicle was lacking to say the least but in the end my car was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I wish there was more communication from AmeriFreight in the days before the scheduled pick up. They were 9 hours late in picking up my car and nobody called.

I found out the hard way that auto transport is a complicated and difficult process. When I first requested a quote from several providers, I became inundated with calls from sketchy people offering dirt cheap prices to transport my vehicle. However they wouldn't provide any detailed answers to my questions and would rarely answer the phone or respond to texts. When I called AmeriFreight, their staff were extremely helpful and available whenever I called. They explained the whole process of procuring a carrier which made me comfortable using their service. It took a while to find a carrier due to me being in Colorado in the middle of winter but eventually they delivered. They also worked hard to negotiate a fair price. Thanks guys!

Driver pickup on time, delivered with a weather delay, understood during winter. Problem for me was paying as I was not at either end. I have shipped several cars under same circumstances, my credit card was accepted. This time was a scramble to get someone there as receiver was shooting a movie in Australia.

We were very pleased with AmeriFreight’s service when we shipped our son’s truck all the way across the country. He is at his first duty station and we just didn’t have the time to drive all the way anytime soon so we started looking for shipping. The cost was less than what it would have cost for us to drive across country then fly back with hotel stays, food, gas and the flight home.

No returned phone calls. Finally was told if I offered more per mile I would get driver!! Paid several hundred dollars more than original quote. Very bait and switch!! Very stressful!! Would never recommend!!

AmeriFreight had a reasonable quote that I was good with utilizing their service. I had a whole bunch of questions about the process and top to bottom, the customer service was great. They contacted me to schedule everything. There were multiple parties involved, so we threw them some curveballs along the way. We ended up getting it picked up earlier than they were supposed to. They called me when they were on the way to pick it up. Then they were able to contact the person that was actually there to get it loaded onto the truck. I was contacted about 12 hours before it was gonna be dropped off and notified that they would be dropping it off and then contacted again about an hour before it arrived so that I was there and prepared to sign for it.

I shipped my car from Watertown, New York to Monterey, California. It was supposed to take five days, but there was a snowstorm in New York. So they had to pick up the car a day later. It was picked up on a Tuesday and I received it on a Sunday. The roads in the area where I was staying at the time are pretty small. So we had to find a good drop-off location. I found a place, but there wasn't a lot of room that day. So the driver found another spot and it was right down the road. It was a pretty quick exchange. He told me to look at the vehicle and make sure that there wasn't anything new on it, like any scratches or marks. I checked the car, I signed, and that was it.

I needed to get a vehicle from Kentucky to Michigan, and AmeriFreight's price was very affordable. I thought it'd be more because I started getting quotes from all these other companies because I called one other company. When the company sent out the quote, all these people reply. I was looking at all the costs and there were crazy ones. I also looked at the ratings and they weren't that great. I talked to the dispatch at AmeriFreight, the one I chose, and she told me that the only people they choose are those with a 4.5 rating. I thought, "That's great."

I was very happy with AmeriFreight. I had my car shipped to Florida, and they were very good. They got back to me, and the person that handled me at AmeriFreight was terrific. The gentleman was even having some medical problems, but he was very attentive to make sure that all the details were followed. He kept abreast of everything and had somebody take care of it. They did a great job and I was very pleased. The service that brought my car down was great too. They were local, nearby and they worked with me as well as kept in touch. The only complaint I have is they didn't follow through on giving me a receipt.

The organizer called and let me know everything that was going on. The pickup was in Silverdale on the 5th and the vehicle was dropped off in Chesapeake on the 13th. The truck driver called the night before he picked up the vehicle and said he was gonna be about three hours. However, he wasn't able to make it that day, so it ended up being the next morning at 6:00. He called and said he was down the street. He was friendly, and when he met me, he showed me the paperwork, then we did the inspection on the vehicle. I signed papers, and then he took it. The vehicle was super dirty when it was delivered but it was understandable. It was snowing when it was picked up and it wasn't covered, so it had some snow. Overall, my experience was painless, and the quote was spot on. Amerifreight didn't change it.

I reached out to a lady at Amerifreight. She gave me a rundown of what was gonna go on. She helped me put my car into a program where somebody would reach out if they wanna pick it up. She then sent me some emails to confirm then gave me the dealer's name and phone number if I ever needed to reach out, and the date and time that he would pick it up and drop it off. She kept me up to progress with everything even afterwards. It was exceptional delivery from Amerifreight and keeping me up to contact. The driver had to go down the street where there were houses and it was clearer for him. He was around the block, so it was only a minute drive. By the time I got there, he already had the car out. He made me inspect everything and made sure everything was clear and nothing was stolen. The car had no damage at all and everything was inside the vehicle.

The car was delivered with no damages. However, the meeting location was 5 miles away from where I live. I had Uber to get there which was unexpected (not reimbursed). It's supposed to be door-to-door service. I couldn't reach anyone from the service to clarify why was it was being dropped off 5 miles away. The car was covered in mud, needed a car wash. Apart from those details, the delivery was good.

1ST TIME TRANSPORT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!! 1st time buying a vehicle online. Needed an auto transport, did all the research I thought I could online about it. Called AmeriFrieght and was connected with Ryan. We spoke for about 30 mins, he answered all my questions, reassured me about what the process was and how it worked. Before I talked to him I was slammed by phone calls and texts and emails offering transport service. But Ryan felt like he was on our side, we felt comfortable working with him. When I moved out to Virginia from California, I used AmeriFreight. Then recently, I needed to move my vehicles across country because I moved out here for work. I am also moving half of my stuff back home and one of my vehicles back home, so I called them for that. The pick up was scheduled to take five days and it took four. I live on a really tight street and the driver showed up in a semi-truck. So, he gave me a location that was about five minutes from my house and he was in contact the whole time via the phone. He told me what time he would arrive and I showed up about 15 minutes early. He showed up right on time. Once he got out of his truck, we had a quick talk and I handed him the keys. He put the Jeep up on his trailer and off he went.

Christine was kind and courteous, worked hard at facilitating my needs. The car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Arrived safely, no damage. The driver was professional and efficient. Christine reached out to me to ensure that all went well. I am pleased with the service.

AmeriFreight had great reviews on Google, and they were also really responsive. The lady that helped us kept calling us back. She was on time and gave us support. Other people we had dealt with would leave us hanging and then change the date and then move the date. AmeriFreight delivered even earlier. The quote was expensive. It's my first time transporting stuff. We were getting quotes online and they were a little cheaper, but the lady that helped us said that sometimes they do that just to reel you in and then they change it the last minute. So, I appreciate the honesty up front. I have a Jeep Wrangler. She said that's a truck. So, the cost did go up a little bit because it's considered a truck. I didn't know that. As far as the delivery, they picked up the car, took pictures, delivered it, and took pictures again. We live in an apartment building. They brought it downstairs.

We contacted AmeriFreight to inquire about shipping my daughter's car from Honolulu to the Philadelphia area. Cashmir was very helpful and explained that AmeriFreight only ships on the mainland but was also able to provide us with a recommendation for a company to ship from HI to CA. She then got us quotes for Amerifreight and scheduled pickup and tentative delivery. We did have a hiccup with the company shipping from HI to CA and we were on vacation at the time. I reached out to Cashmir and she handled it all for us and kept us updated through the entire process. We could not be happier and 100% recommend Cashmir and AmeriFreight for your vehicle shipping needs!

Amerifreight is a reputable company and I would highly recommend them. The rep was very responsive. He tried to work with me to get a good deal. He even negotiated a price on the shipment. I appreciated his effort on doing that. The driver was very punctual. He kept me up to date. When he was on his way to pick up, he informed me ahead of time. I met him outside. We walked around the car, took pictures, which I appreciated because I didn't think to do it until he did it. Then he loaded my car up. During the delivery, he informed me ahead of time what time he was gonna drop off. When he pulled up, I was gonna tell him where to park but he handled it on his own. He had parked across the street then drove my car over to the house.

AmeriFreight was more open and honest about what the quote would be and what the expectations were. The other ones were just promising X amount for a quote but didn't go into details on all the other variables that AmeriFreight was very open and honest about. The transport was supposed to take four days but because of weather, it took five. The driver gave me updates about some of the weather conditions where they were. He called a couple of hours prior to him arriving. We coordinated a good location for his trailer because he couldn't get down my road. I knew that ahead of time so it worked out.

The agent with AmeriFreight was great on the phone. She communicated with me. I had to change the location of the pickup because the truck wasn't at my house. They picked it up when they said they would. The driver was able to get into the area. They gave me a period of time that the transport would take. At one point, the driver got stuck in a storm here in Florida, so it took him a couple extra days. But he communicated well with me and I knew exactly where the truck was.

My experience with AmeriFreight was excellent. I have shipped a 2022 Ford Explorer from the west to the east coast, the car arrived a day earlier than promised (we flew to the destination a few days earlier, so this wasn’t an issue at all). The car has no shipping damage. Jennifer was super helpful and transparent regarding the entire process and the timings, which I appreciate the most. I would definitely recommend amerifreight and would use their service for myself again.

The delivery was five days later than the date that Amerifreight scheduled to deliver the vehicle. So it was a little bit disturbing because somebody was there to pick it up on that date and then we had to try to reschedule to find somebody to be there the next time they told us they'd be able to get it there. The Amerifreight rep didn't give me enough information about the carrier so I would have more information about the delivery time. I kept calling and he called me back and said, "Well, the driver said they're having some bad weather and he's gonna try to get it there by Saturday." Then it kept going on to the next day to the next day. It was an open delivery so I was worried about damage to the vehicle. When the vehicle got there, they said that it was fine and there were no marks.

The quote they gave was in the middle of the road and from the sound of it, I could have gotten cheaper pricing with other companies. But I would have been putting myself out there a little bit and I felt more comfortable knowing that it wasn't going to move around a bunch after my boat had been picked up. Also, they were very responsive and the driver communicated with me throughout the whole process. I initially had some concerns about the pickup but AmeriFreight and the driver worked with me. Everything was great.

Service at first was great. I was a first time shipper so wanted to go with a reputable company. I paid the down-payment and a shipper was contracted with. As the shipping date approached and I had not heard from the shipper, I contacted my agent and was told that the shipper backed out of the deal. I was assigned another shipper at a higher cost. I feel that the possibility of this happening should have been made clear upfront. I felt that I had a contract and had paid what was asked, but that's not how it worked.

Does not deserve even one star. Service was as poor as can be. The subcontractor was terrible. They lied constantly about the delivery date, the car was ultimately 11 days late and was delivered with a flat tire. Will not use this service again. My money was refunded but the entire process was poor. Ultimately it’s up to the driver who can do whatever he wants and did in our case.

Everything went fine with the transport. The car reached my daughter in fine condition. But the company needs to learn the difference between a quote and an estimate. The amount I was quoted was considerably less than what I ultimately paid. I complained to the agent and he said the amount that was “quoted” was only an estimate. Huh?

The driver was supose to email the receipt for the cash paid him and he never did! There was follow-up from dispatch and AF reps several times; but with no response from Driver who was suppose to send email!!! This could have been 5 star rating, but alas, no final receipt from either Driver, nor Ameri-Freight.

Setting things up with AmeriFreight was tough because I lived in Quantico, Virginia, my wife was in North Carolina, and my motorcycle was in Montgomery, Alabama. I needed to move it from Alabama to North Carolina because it was at my cousin's house. The lady I worked with had to get my approval every time, but I didn't have my phone a lot throughout the day, so I missed one or two shipping options. Then finally, she advised me to go ahead and give her and my cousin the authority to do what they needed to do. Once that happened, it was great. Her name was Jill and she was super helpful. Even when I emailed her and she wasn't working, she would always call me when she wasn't at the office and I really appreciated that. She was always willing to work around my schedule, which was super nice.

Everything went smoothly with the rep. They gave me information and it was true. I had been quoted more by others, which was not appropriate, but AmeriFreight gave me the right price and the right date for delivery. The car got here safely and the driver brought it directly to my house.

AmeriFreight responded quickly. They said it would take up to five days and they got here before a day early. The driver moved quickly and got my car unloaded, and we were good to go. Also, the cost was feasible.

They were responsive, I placed an order, they found a carrier and set a date. The carrier did not pick up the car, they never contacted me. I reached out to them, they told me it was cancelled, they would try again. They tried, got another one, it cancelled. Then I was ghosted. I have records of 6 phone calls and 4 emails, no response. So, I cancelled the order and went with another carrier. Unfortunately, I lost a week that I won't have the car.

After looking for a freight broker, we were connected with Cashmir **. Through the whole experience, Cashmir was polite, friendly, provided continuous communication, and made for an overall great experience. Despite being over the holidays, Cashmir made sure to respond in a timely manner. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a freight broker.

I did a transport for my pickup truck with AmeriFreight. I liked their price. It was a 1,000-mile transport and the experience was excellent. The pickup was picked up and shipped immediately. It only took 24 hours to get here. I liked the amount of time it took the drivers to get the pickup here.

We were moving from Toledo to Florida, and I had two cars to ship down here. I looked at a lot of different companies, and I was trying to get a hold of a direct shipper, which I thought I was. Price had a lot to do with it, and reputation. I realized after I hired AmeriFreight, that they broker it out to a transport company. I was looking to deal directly with the transport company, but I ran out of time, so it worked. They did that quite well.

I had a car to transport. I called a couple of providers and I liked the person from AmeriFreight who walked me through the process. They let me know when they picked up the vehicle and they let me know when they entered Georgia and let me know roughly what time they would drop off. So, it was good communication. They had identified an area close by where there is a Walmart that received trucking. It was close to my location and I just met them there for the delivery.

The drivers were great and got to the drop-off a couple of days earlier than I did. The final transaction was $200 more than the initial quote, which wasn't favorable, but I understand the process.

My car had broke down. I needed to get the car to a known mechanic. We chose AmeriFreight because it was near the holidays and they gave us the lowest option. At first, my car was supposed to be picked up around Friday and Saturday. That didn't happen. They picked it up one day late. Other than that, it was dropped off at the right time. We're in a cul-de-sac. It was on a small truck that carried two cars. The driver parked at the end of the cul-de-sac without going in. He backed through a bit, and we had to take the car all the way there. Thankfully, the car did move a bit, enough to get to the trailer.

Communication with AmeriFreight was really good. I wish my car didn't come dirty but I understand you end up with a dirty car transporting it from California in inclement weather on an open trailer.

Everything was fine in my experience with AmeriFreight. I used them once five years ago. The initial shipment to California with a car from Connecticut went fine. I used them again and they were helpful, efficient and answered the phone or texts. The pickup was on time on the correct day, about 20 minutes later than what we thought. But that's nothing. The drop-off was a couple of days later, but they gave a three-day window and it was within the give-or-take time that they said.
