Using AmeriFreight made getting my daughter’s car from Nevada to Florida a breeze. Very professional, and communication was quick. Pricing was fair. They found a driver for us in 3 days which was a great turnaround time. All agents were friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I called AmeriFreight and Rosie was super helpful and told me the process, and was overall great in helping me get it done. They kept me updated during booking, pick up, delivery, all the way. Every single step, they kept me updated. It was really helpful. I did it last minute too. Their quote was good but was a little bit more than the other ones, but they got me a shipper. In hindsight, it seems like a very reasonable quote. But they should give more information on the fact that the quote is going on to a board and it's a range. That was something I didn't understand. I thought when I was looking online, the quote given was just the price to ship it. I didn't know that was just going out and they were looking for the best bidder. I wish they would give you a range instead of just an exact number. It would make everything much more transparent.

Super easy company to work with, very responsive with questions, and safe shipment of vehicle. They were able to accommodate dropping off the vehicle when I was not in the area, which worked out great. Highly recommend! I will definitely use this company again if I need to ship another vehicle.

Good communication with office staff in the beginning. The issue I had was with the driver, even though he delivered my vehicle fast, my pickup and delivery was insisted by him at 2am. I met him for the pickup and drop off at 2am. Not sure how he expects people to meet him wee hours in the morning. How could you inspect your vehicle for any damage in the dark.. Not a good time and ridiculous. Most likely would not use them again, had difficulty getting a manager to call me back after the drop off and my concerns.

Seems my broker forgot about my request, upon calling and leaving several messages I eventually spoke to her. She scrambled to find a transporter she assured was vetted. The transporter held my car for an additional 5 days before delivering. Car had damage which they will not address. After I researched the company and saw they received multiple terrible reviews, so clearly I was lied to.

Everyone I talk to was helpful and courteous. The car was delivered on estimated time and the driver was very helpful and polite along the way delivering the car. The car arrived in original condition. Very satisfied with the company. Excellent job. Would refer them to other people for their transportation needs.

HIGHLY recommend! We shipped our son's car from CT to U of Oklahoma. It was packed with items for his move in, and the car arrived safely. The communication was wonderful as was the time frame of delivery. I had researched several different companies, and was pleased with the reviews. The price was reasonable as well.

Excellent service. Car pick up and delivery was on time. The driver was courteous and efficient. The price was competitive. The car was delivered in the exact condition, in which it left our home. I was surprised that one of my options for payment was not a credit card. Carrying around $1,200 plus in cash, was a bit unusual, especially since I flew across country with this large amount of money in my wallet.

Best part was Christine ** in Georgia! Very friendly, excellent at communicating, and I felt she was my advocate. Especially as the time grew near to ship and I had only a few bites, with prices I couldn’t afford. I was frustrated, but she understood, explained the process, and came through in the end. She must have got sick of me calling with questions, especially when the car did not arrive on the scheduled day. But she explained all was good with car and driver, and why it was late after contacting him. She coached me through it, and remained helpful, and cheerful throughout. She is a Georgia peach.

Absolutely terrible all round. Promised delivery in 6 days and then took 21 days. Lied to from everyone involved. I was then promised a discount for my experience and no one would return my calls. I would never ever recommend your company. I will relay this to anyone I know to NOT use your company.

I so appreciated working with Amerifreight. I needed to ship a car from Texas to Georgia and had run into some issues with another broker. This company did not ask for any money upfront, but only asked for fees once they had a driver. Then once they a driver was assigned they delivered a car a day earlier than anticipated and were very fair and transparent in their pricing. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Car was picked up and delivered in timely manner with no damage. Driver helped load and unload non-operating car. Computer listing was dropped when I tried to change the pickup date window. Unfortunately the delay caused a price increase of $100 but final price was still reasonable. I would use them again.

My initial quote instead of my actual price was different. They outsource all the drivers and mine showed up a day early. He only took cash or Zelle which I didn't know. My broker either quit or got fired while my car was in transport too. The replacement person took 2 days to return my call too.

A friend of mine had previously used this company for shipping his car and when I was in a position to need to ship my car he recommended them. I called them and got their quote and while it wasn't the most expensive one that I had found it sure wasn't the cheapest. After several discussions with at least one other shipper I decided to choose Amerifreight because they seemed the most competent of all the brokers. Now, keep in mind, every company that you talk to is a broker, so don't count that against Amerifreight. Another thing that I enjoyed was that they are based in the US and they didn't outsource their customer service. The same cannot be said for the actual shipping companies that all these brokers use, but again, that's not something against Amerifreight. I would definitely be willing to use Amerifreight again should I ever require a vehicle transport in the future.

Hired the company to transport my vehicle from Phoenix to Lacey WA. They were able to pick my vehicle up early, which was awesome because I was driving to LA and wanted to leave ASAP. Everything ran smoothly, they picked up my car on time and delivered it when they said they would. The driver was friendly and dependable. My only negative comment would be they were not transparent on the cost ($850). They quoted me the price but didn't tell me the hidden fees ($300 ish) or the fact I would have to pay cash or Venmo to the driver unless I wanted to pay with my credit card for added fees. It all worked out but make sure you ask about this.

I bought a 2014 Fiat in Ohio and wanted it transported to my home in Georgia. I talked to a couple of different representatives at Amerifreight and they were all very helpful. Their rep, Harry, was located in Georgia. He gave me a price. I had seen online what an average price would be. For that distance, it was somewhere between $750 and $1,100. Other places were hitting me. The quotes were $1,400. But Harry priced it not much more than 750, which was the lowest that I saw was estimated at. I live in a rural area and I could have had the car delivered seven miles away from me in a small town. But I live outside of the town and had nobody to take me there so I elected to have it delivered closer to my house. There is a cell tower half a mile from my house. I told them to deliver it to a specific road and the landmark would be a cell tower. A nice guy showed up then I drove the vehicle to my house. I was happy. It was a very nice experience.

The cost was comparable, and overall, the service was good. We had to make changes in the dates, and they handled the changes really well. Everything seemed to work out.

Everything was good and as promised from beginning to end. It worked out. They showed up in a timely manner and everybody was courteous and helpful. The transport was from Texas to the state of Maine and it took seven days. I would recommend them.

Shipping a car cross-country can be stressful. My AmeriFreight representative was very helpful, and made the process easy and helped me to get the price I wanted to pay. The trucking company they used was also very responsive and the driver was great. I would definitely use AmeriFreight for any future needs.

I was shocked at how fast my car was transported. It was delivered 3 days earlier than expected which was amazing, speaking as it was transported from California to Florida. My car arrived before I did! It was ready and waiting! Both the drivers and the people I worked with at AmeriFreight were great to work with.

The experience with AmeriFreight and RSL LOGISTICS LLC was fantastic. The AmeriFrieight Service Representative prepared my order quickly with stressfree service. Thus fulfilling my request within the one week time frame. I asked for 07/27/2024. AmeriFreight engaged RSL to pickup the vehicle on time. RSL takes multiple pictures so you know it is your vehicle. RSL delivered my vehicle in the same shape it was in and took multiple pictures (which I can access online and download). I received my vehicle with ease of service. Thanks Rochelle

I did my research looking for car transport companies with higher ratings and good BBB scores. Amerifreight was very responsive to my request for a quote and sent me one right away. I had friendly emails with Amerifreight and other companies I was considering. As I moved forward with Amerifreight, I got the agreement to ship with a much higher price than my quote. Nowhere on the website or emails was it made clear that the quote was a starting point of price. My email to them asking about the difference in cost led to a less friendly response and then no more communication. Beware of the higher actual cost of working with Amerifreight!

Car pick up and delivery was very smooth despite being 1 day earlier and 1 day later respectively. The quote I initially received was way off despite being an "estimate" subject to changes. I was quoted around $1050, which was low compared to other companies so I was very excited, when the time came to connect with a driver I ended up being charged around $1700. Prices should be more accurate in order for customers to not be biased to make informed decisions, giving an extremely low estimates is dishonest and unfair, some wiggle room is expected, but not over 60 or 70% extra.

Great service, on time delivery, always keeps you updated. I would recommend this service to anyone looking not to get ripped off and extra charges added on at the back end of the delivery. I was called with updates and knew where my vehicle was at, the service was so decent I shipped my second vehicle with them.

I had to move from Vermont to Arizona pretty quickly for a new job and I wasn't sure at the time if I was gonna keep my leased vehicle that I have in Vermont. I flew out and I decided to keep the old car. It had to follow me across the country and I needed a transport service. I looked at a few quotes online and talked to some family members. A family member had used AmeriFreight before and had a good experience. After looking at a couple other numbers, I decided AmeriFreight would be likely a good option.

I needed to get a truck hauled to Missouri. The AmeriFreight rep took my information and said she would try to find somebody to do it. She put it out online and she got contacted in a bid, and then she called me back to see if that was suitable. Regarding the delivery, they were supposed to bring the vehicle on a Wednesday morning. But they called me at 5 o'clock in the evening and said, "The guy could be here by 10 o'clock if that would be okay with you." Instead of first thing the next morning, I said, "Yeah, that's fine." He showed up and I was watching for him. I went down and met him into the driveway, and he unloaded it, and I brought it up here and paid him.

I'm in my middle 70s and I have a home in Chicago but I live in St. Pete, Florida. Usually, I would drive from one place to the other. But at this point in my life, it's better to have the car shipped and I could just fly. I did a search online of auto shipping companies and I did some background on several of them. The one that came out the best in terms of Better Business Bureau and fewer complaints was AmeriFreight, which was why I used them. The drop-off was Chicago and it was supposed to take three to five days. And it wound up taking only two days. If you want to have your car shipped, AmeriFreight is a broker that has a good reputation. I would certainly consider them.

I was transferring from Washington State to Virginia and that was a long drive as well as expensive. So, it made more sense to get the vehicle transported. I just Googled vehicle transport and services and AmeriFreight popped up. I'm in the military so I'm pretty ahead and Leon, the rep, even told me it was early reaching out but he still helped me out. He saw my pricing and said it was not a sure number and he could find me something lower, which he did. He gave me a lot of options as well so I had high, medium and low. But he was giving me ratings with the numbers and didn't force me to pick any specific company. It was all up to me. It was a very smooth transaction.

The pricing of AmeriFreight was better than other companies. But when we booked the carrier, it went up a couple of hundred dollars. That wasn't great, but I understand it was just so long. Their customer service was also better than others. The pick-up of the vehicle was super quick and flexible on where and when. Everything was super smooth. Both at pick-up and drop-off, they were able to pull right into the neighborhood and there was no issue.

Five years ago. I needed a truck sent from New Jersey to Arizona and I looked up online and AmeriFreight came up. Since then, I've used them at least two dozen times. Harry, the rep, is the best. He’s very passionate and knows what we’re looking for. He always takes care of us. The vehicle was sitting in my yard in New Jersey and someone came and showed me the paperwork. They inspected it, took pictures and sent me a copy of it and took it away. The driver made sure that everything was good. There were some I knew that were bad about it.

When I found AmeriFreight on the internet, our grandson in Massachusetts just turned 16 and we were giving him our Jeep for his birthday present. The reps were very helpful but I was a little disappointed. I was quoted a price that was gonna be a little less than $1,100 but came in a little over 1,600, which was right in the same area as the other three bids. I was not surprised that that happened but I was a little less than happy that we couldn't come in at the bid price of what the initial bid was. Other than that, everything else worked out fine. I was happy with the service. I met the driver on the main street in front of a supermarket that closed down so it had an extra lane out there for parking as well. It gave him lots of frontage to work with. He was great. The car got there in one piece and in good shape.

I bought a vehicle that was outside the state that I reside in. It was too expensive and timely for me to drive over there, pick it up and drive it back. After a quick Google search, I found AmeriFreight and contacted them for an online quote. It was fair market value based on the research that I had done about what people were paying for similar automobiles in the last six months. It was done by the number of mileage though.

Amerifreight gave me a pretty good price. It was a little bit cheaper than some of the other companies. So I rolled the dice and it turned out to be great. I had a good experience. The quote was pretty spot on. They allowed me to pay it all on my credit card instead of having my daughter walk around with $1,000 waiting for the driver. So it was convenient that way.

The car was damaged during transport. No response from carrier (Campbell Auto transport) and essentially no help from AmeriFreight (Gina **). We were assured insurance coverage was included in our agreement to transport. Insurance carrier says NO cooperation from carrier. AFTA claim sent, now they are asking for exact same info we sent before. We are stuck with repair costs. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I used AmeriFreight back in 2020 when I moved down to California and I liked it back then, so I went with AmeriFreight again when I was moving from San Diego back up to the Pacific Northwest. Harry, the rep, was really nice and accommodating. I wasn't gonna get to the location in time for my car to be picked up by me, and I said, “I don't know what to do.” He talked to the guy from the carrier and worked out a deal that I could just have my car hang out in his lot until I got there, which was really great. I appreciate Harry working for me on my behalf. He said he tried to get me the best deal. I don't know if it was, but it seemed like what the going rate was. He was really kind and it worked out well. The quote was a little high but Harry explained to me why, being that it was summer and there was a lot of cars that were being shipped at that point.

One of my friends recommended AmeriFreight to me, and the service is good and efficient. The original pick-up was Bellevue, Washington, while the drop-off was Rochester, New York, and they estimated it would take 10 to 13 days. The driver was good. We had to call him a lot to coordinate it and he hadn't done it a lot, but he was really nice. I would recommend AmeriFreight to somebody who does not have many experiences in car shipping.

The car pick up was scheduled the next day, and they picked up the car and delivered it on the promised day, which was about two days later. It was smooth and the communication was good. I was given an initial quote with the pricing and that was what it was at the end. I paid AmeriFreight's part of it and then, I paid the company that transported the car the rest once the car was delivered.

I needed to transport a vehicle from New Jersey to Billington, and setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was fairly simple. They told me that they would contact the drivers and once they got a bid, they'd contact me back, which they did. It was pretty much by the numbers after to that point. At drop-off, the driver was very careful and took his time and made sure that nothing got damaged and didn't just dump the car off the truck. He is very meticulous in getting it off the truck. There was a little bit of a speech difference, so there wasn't that much communication but it wasn't a problem at all because he did an excellent job. He got here in a very good time. He got the vehicle in in a timely manner and in good condition. I would advise others to inquire with AmeriFreight if they're looking for a hauler.

I was moving across the United States and AmeriFreight was the most responsive among the companies I contacted. They were also able to get me a date multiple days before the move. The car was picked up in Texas and dropped-off in New Hampshire. And the pickup and drop-off took five days in total. The pickup was pretty seamless. I lived in an area that had a big parking lot and the driver was able to bring his big truck with the trailer and load it up. When the vehicle was dropped off, I was still on the way driving up here and the person dropping it off contacted me. He had it on a single trailer then he brought it here and dropped it off. So it was easy. No matter what situation it was in, they were able to get it done.

This was my second time using AmeriFreight. I initially chose them due to a positive first experience, particularly with Baylee, who was very communicative, provided comprehensive information, and offered reasonable quotes. However, my recent experience differed somewhat. While I encountered helpful individuals, the quote I received was significantly lower than the carrier's final price—more than double, in fact. I understand that pricing can vary, and that carriers set their rates, but it raises questions when initial quotes are so far from the final cost. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't risk waiting for another carrier's quote. Therefore, I've given 2 stars for my experience. I believe greater transparency in pricing would improve the overall experience. As experts in your field, you're aware of seasonal price fluctuations and likely have a good sense of median prices. It's disappointing that this experience fell short of expectations.

I had a very positive experience using AmeriFreight as my transport company after purchasing a vintage 1972 Fiat 500L. Customer service was stellar in arranging the logistics, pricing and delivery of my vehicle by keeping me informed and sticking to a timeline. I needed to move my car from California to New York. I liked Amerifreight's price and timing. I had a very good experience with their reps. They were responsive and gave me the correct information in terms of timing of pick-up and delivery. I got a text message and a telephone call prior to pick-up, and then got a text and a phone call from the driver who was there exactly where he was supposed to be at the exact time he was supposed to be. It was the same thing with the delivery. I got a text and a phone call from the driver saying when he'd be at the location to pick up my car. He was there. He was pleasant. Everything went smooth. The timing was really good.

The first time we used AmeriFreight was not so great and we had some issues. Then, in May, we wanted our car back up north from Palm Springs. My husband checked all the pricing with different people and it was all high. He was very thorough in his research and in all of his contacts, Jennifer from AmeriFreight really swung the bat. We were sold on her. Jennifer did the best she could to get him a carrier and it worked out fine. She's sterling. My husband found one small mark on the car but everything inside was fine. Also, the driver was great. He had a great attitude and he came on time to both locations. We're very happy with the company and we've recommended them to other people.

I transported a vehicle from Cincinnati to Miami, Florida and the quote that AmeriFreight gave me was pretty fair compared to other folks. Their process was pretty smooth and not too complicated. They told me that the transport would take about three days and it took about four days because of traffic. The driver was good and the vehicle arrived with some bug marks but that was just normal.

I ended up paying 1,600, which was fair enough. I understand that there are limitations to the ability to quote for that type of a situation, so it was fine.

I have never shipped anything like this before, it made me nervous. I tried to do it way ahead of time and not knowing that I gotta kind of wait for the bids. They did everything that they could and it went smoothly. Everything that they said they would do was exactly what happened and that made it very nice. The nice thing was the representative continued to keep in contact either verbally or by email and it felt like your best friend had your back. The move went faster than it was supposed to.

Everything went according to plan and AmeriFreight did everything they were supposed to do that they said they were gonna do. The driver notified us once he was in Rochester and somebody was gonna be there all day for him to deliver it. So, that wasn't an issue. The customer service rep was very helpful. If I ever was going to get another car from down somewhere and have it shipped, AmeriFreight would be the one to do it.

Scheduling with AmeriFreight was very straightforward. I just called and set up a time and date. Three days before the scheduled ship date, they got me information on someone who could do it, and they shipped it. It was three days, which was way faster than I thought. Communication was great from the listing agent and the driver himself. My experience was super easy. It was a little bit pricier than a couple of other competitors, but I felt a lot better about the service through AmeriFreight.

My experience with AmeriFreight was straightforward. They picked the vehicle up in Phoenix and dropped it off in Chicago when they said they would. The transport took 4 days.

When I was looking for someone to ship my bike back to Vegas for a few weeks, the customer service with AmeriFreight was good. The person that picked up my bike was professional. The transportation was great and so was the communication.

My experience with AmeriFreight was really good, overall. The representative I had who helped coordinate the movement of my car had a very effective communication with me and kept me up-to-date on the status of everything as he was going through the process to procure a driver to move the vehicle. The driver I had was very good, communicated with me, and safely transported my vehicle to the end location. He was flexible in the end when I had to make a minor adjustment to the address for drop-off. Everything worked out well. The pick-up was outside of Atlanta, Georgia and it was dropped off on the California coast and the transport was six days total.

I had a fantastic experience with AmeriFreight. The sales rep was over the top great. She went over, above, and beyond. They picked the vehicle up on a weekend day and wound up dropping it off in Texas on a Monday. The communication with them was fantastic. If I turned around and texted the rep, she answered me. On the day of delivery, there was a problem as far as payment when that was supposed to already be worked out. I called the rep and she answered on her day off and rectified the problem within five minutes and got the company to take the payment that was originally part of what they agreed to.

I would use AmeriFreight again. The process was good. It was easy. What I ended up paying was a decent amount higher than their quote. But it was still a good experience. I drove to meet AmeriFreight for them to pick the car up in Austin, and same thing in Seattle. After it got scheduled, the only stressful part was not knowing exactly the day that they would pick the car up. But once it was picked up, it was fine.

Melissa in Georgia really helped figure out the rescheduling of shipping my car. Originally, the first person that quoted me canceled a few days before my car was supposed to be picked up. But Melissa and her team were able to figure that issue out pretty quickly. So, overall, it was a great experience.

Scheduling the transport was the easiest part. It went through right away. Amerifreight contacts you and then they find you a shipper. If you wanna go with it, they charge you that fee. It keeps you on your toes. So I took a gamble and it paid out. It was good. They came through and ended up getting me the contract with the shipper. They also got my car out here earlier than the exact date. So it was on point. I was getting updates left and right. The communication was good. Everything went well. I'll more than likely be using Amerifreight in the future again.

The person who picked up and dropped off my car only spoke russian... Had to use a translator just to understand what they were saying. AmeriFreight promised me I'd be able to use Venmo to pay the delivery driver but upon arrival and deciphering the russian speaking delivery driver they insisted they only accepted Zelle which was never even mentioned as a way to pay by AmeriFreight. I didn't have a Zelle account so I was stuck in my own car for about two hours translating and figuring out how to pay the delivery driver. Price for Wisconsin to California transport ended up costing me $2000+ for a truly subpar experience...

Amanda kept in touch with me throughout the transport service provider selection process, which was delayed initially by a transporter that failed to follow through with their paperwork and failed tonpick up my car by the stated date. AmeriFreight shipped my car from Malta, NY to Hillsboro, OR. They rescheduled my pick up date because of the carrier's maintenance issue at the last moment. Then they found another carrier and shipped my car. Everything was smooth from that point and I got delivery of my car on my intended date.

Set up to have AmeriFreight ship my truck on April 27th for a price of 1050$ complete with veteran's discount. Paid my 250. Vehicle was to be shipped on the 29th on May. 1 my dealership asked if it was going to picked up. I reached out to Amerifreight and they said the shipper had a vehicle breakdown and that they would find another company to ship. Now it is May 6th and Amerifreight gets another company to ship. Next day amerifreight reaches out and tells me that the new company doesn't have the right insurance and that they would have to cancel. Now it is May 7th and they tell me they can get another company but it will be an additional 100$ and I can have the truck Friday...

Maleah from AmeriFreight was great to work with. The Trucking Company they set us up with was not good. They were a no show on the day they were supposed to pick up the car. We missed our friend’s birthday party waiting on them. They said they would be there in 2 hours, never showed up and stopped communicating until the next day. We waited around for hours! They were a day late dropping off as well. Bad communication!

Overall experience was okay. I was shipping my car from Utah to California. I appreciate the fact that the broker (AmeriFreight) didn't want to take down my credit card information immediately when asking for quotes unlike other companies. They were very good at communicating whether a bid for my vehicle was put out however upon the pickup of the vehicle, that is when everything started falling apart. Both the broker and the shipper (Voki shipping) told me that it would be picked up on at certain date at a certain time therefore I cleared out my whole schedule for that day and when that time came around the shipper never came about. I then called the broker and the broker could not get in contact with the shipper and I wasted a whole day waiting around for the shipper to come around.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. My car was delayed to be deliver 3 days, I called and they did not even have a update about delivering day. Both times to pick and drop off the car It was far from my house, specially during the drop off process. The driver only called when he was getting closer so did not give the information prior. He also, called and said that he did not know how to get to the house so he stopped by the freeway 2 miles away from our home. We had a lot difficult to get the car. I had to lease a car for 3 extra days and take a Uber to pick up the car.

My initial pickup canceled on me within an hour of when it was supposed to be picked up. I canceled flights, booked a hotel and lost out on thousands of dollars because of this. The next one picked up the car late and delivered it late. I contacted Harry who said his supervisor would call me and never did. I texted Harry 3 more times for the supervisor to call me back and I never heard back. Will never use again.

It was like a drug deal. Gone bad, I never figured I'd have to have a gun to feel safe when having a car delivered. I was told that I could pay with a cash app, but when the driver got here he demanded cash. The delivery was not timely and was not what I was promised on timing. Nobody answered the phone for support. When the driver was here to collect his funds, it felt like a a drug deal gone bad.

This company was honest... Communicative... Perfect. I did a lot of research on this type of service and I'm grateful that this company was honest and cost efficient. I was pleased with the dispatcher communication but I wasn't happy with the drivers and the delivery. I had to contact them numerous of times and wonder where is my car. I had to pick up my car from a car lot because they took forever to bring me my car after they told it will be here on a certain time and day. I didn’t receive any discounts or anything. Then when I got to the car lot, I had to wait another hour for someone to remove and bring me the keys. Also be aware of a scam company that are similar to them which is Amerifreight Logistics LLC. They are scammers.

I was given initial quote of $1160 and Final quote was around $1850 before the pickup. During the initial quote request, I mentioned everything about my Jeep having 35-inch tires and 2-inch lift. During the Pickup Driver mentions that Jeep is huge with big tires even though I mentioned during my initial request. During the pickup I was asked to pay additional money on top of $1850 even though I paid premium price. I would never recommend AmeriFreight to anyone.

The transport went smoothly. It was from the tip of Florida to the north of California and was easier than I thought. The vehicle arrived early and in good condition.

AmeriFreight shipped my blue Jeep Wrangler. The woman who answered when I called, Jennifer, was so pleasant. It was gonna cost about $300 more than the prior company that had fallen through but at that point, I was desperate. Jennifer was so helpful. It was because she was so pleasant, easy to work with, and wonderful that I automatically wanted to work with AmeriFreight. She was not misselling their services because everything was as I had hoped. As far as the quote, it seemed within reason and it was exactly what the final cost was. My car had some bugs on the windshield, which was no surprise, but there were no damages.

We had AmeriFreight ship a Honda Odyssey from Cleveland, Ohio to San Diego, California, and our experience was great. The pick-up time didn't happen as the schedule. The driver was supposed to come on Friday. But then he called me the same day after I talked to the agent and she told me the driver will come on Friday. A person who was the driver called me and told me, “I will come and pick your car in two hours.” It didn’t happen on the schedule. Because I wanted to get this done, I ended up asking him to come 8:00 p.m. to get the car because we needed the car. But the driver finally came like 11:30 p.m. After that, everything was smooth. The driver was a nice guy.

The first car I shipped was in 2002 and I shipped it from Phoenix to Cleveland to make it easy. It was 1,000 bucks. To ship this vehicle from Saint Louis to here, 20 some years later, it was 1,200 bucks. I can't get fairer than that. The person I worked with was excessively thorough, which is what sold me on it. I knew that it could be a call at any moment in time. This is something that was gonna be a big situation, where one day it might be 1,200 and the next day, it might be 1,150 depending on my availability at that moment in time. These guys gotta pick up and leave when they gotta leave.

The rep that I dealt with was the most amazing woman. She was so helpful and she kept in constant contact with me. There was a time where she was on vacation, but it was gonna be right about the time AmeriFreight would be reaching out to find a driver. She made sure that another woman handled it for me. She also reached out to me. She was so helpful and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me with it. But the driver I ended up having did not speak a lot of English. So, I had no problem with AmeriFreight but I had problems with whoever they contracted to ship my car. It was hard to communicate with them. But I don't blame that on AmeriFreight.

I kept calling AmeriFreight and they gave updates. The communication between the AmeriFreight representative and the truck driver and then the truck driver to myself was very responsive and very quick. The pick-up location is at Fort Drum, New York and the day it was awarded, the very next day was the pick-up date. In total, though, it took about maybe three and a half weeks. It was a little bit frustrating. I've shipped my vehicle before and I was given a specific date and time, and they were there on that specific date and time. But with AmeriFreight, the process was back and forth. I got a date but they didn't pick up that date and time. I was being told that they're still trying to figure out what carrier or I was told that I should increase my price, maybe and try and throw that bid out again.

The price was decent. The only issue we had was getting a driver in there to pick it up because it was in a remote location. But AmeriFreight addressed that the best way they could.

I like the price of AmeriFreight and their availability ‘cause it was short notice when I needed to ship my vehicle. They were very straightforward and prompt. They answered any questions I had. It was overall a good experience. They gave me an estimate of the timeline over the phone and when the driver picked it up, he told me when it was gonna be there. I got what I paid for, especially if the vehicle shows up exactly how I expected it would the way it was shipped.

AmeriFreight was extremely quick. A lot of companies had open timelines but AmeriFreight was able to narrow down a timeline. They also had one of the best prices. The piece where I put in all the information to have that quote made for me was helpful. I knew what information I was needing as I was going back and forth. There were a lot of information missing and we were moving a vehicle to a place we weren't in. We had no clue about where dropping off was. But AmeriFreight very patient and considerate with us.

It ended up being 900 something and they gave me a military discount for my son to whom I was shipping the car to. Then it went to 904. I was a worried mom and Tim calmed me down. He was also good about answering my texts. In the end, my experience of shipping a car to a military place went pretty good. It was transported from Texas to South Carolina.

I liked the open and fast communication channel with the agent and it made everything smooth for me. It was great. It took about five days for delivery and that worked fine for me. The driver communicated with me while they picked up the item, and once they got to my city, they made a phone call. It took about three hours before they got to my location. The driver was patient because I was not available and he had to wait for me to come to the location and deliver the item to me in person. It came in good shape, and the final price was the same as the quote.

The man I worked with at AmeriFreight, John, was really good and always available. The only thing that was not great was the tow once they delivered the vehicle. From my understanding, I didn't have to be at the drop-off location and that if no one was there to take the vehicle, that would be okay. They would just call me and send pictures. When the driver got there though, he started getting irritated that no one was there to help him take the vehicle off the ramp. And he said he was going to leave the car in the street. I had told him that he couldn't leave it there as there was no parking.

I'm in the military and I needed to transport a vehicle. The person that I spoke with at AmeriFreight was very helpful. I was told that they would be flexible up to five miles near my home. But they could not drive to my home in Philadelphia. So I had to go out of my way to meet the driver, which is fine. They were on time. The driver was not helpful, though. I tried to ask him questions. I think English was his second language. But I called AmeriFreight and I was satisfied. The quote was accurate, too.

During delivery, they got stuck at a low bridge and we had to drive about 15 minutes. Other than that, they had it there in just a little over 24 hours. That was nice.

I had AmeriFreight arrange the moving of two vehicles for me, and it was simple. I told them what vehicle I had, and they gave me an unofficial price quote, and then reached out and told me when a carrier had offered to move the vehicle. Once AmeriFreight was out of the picture, the carrier took a couple days, and I never talked to AmeriFreight again until after the vehicle was delivered. In between, if I needed them, I could call, but I didn't need to because nothing went wrong. I definitely would not move a vehicle without using a company like them. I had a really good experience, and I'd use them again. I had an issue on the second time with the carrier, and AmeriFreight was the in-between and helped me out.

This company is outstanding! Great service, they explain everything to you. They are upfront with the cost. NO hidden fee's, no surprises. They stay with you all the way through the transaction. (John) was our representative and went above & beyond. The company that we met to take our vehicle from was on point, lots of communication from both parties. Never a problem getting in touch with any of them. I would do business with AmeriFreight again 100%!

This was my 3rd vehicle shipped from the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest by AmeriFreight. All three shipment experiences were exceptionally positive and what stood out to me the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the team members who all were excellent communicators and very responsive. The hauler was very good about communicating and picked up our vehicle on time. He actually delivered the vehicle across country exactly one week after he picked it up. The truck we shipped was delivered in great shape.
