I needed to get a vehicle from Kentucky to Michigan, and AmeriFreight's price was very affordable. I thought it'd be more because I started getting quotes from all these other companies because I called one other company. When the company sent out the quote, all these people reply. I was looking at all the costs and there were crazy ones. I also looked at the ratings and they weren't that great. I talked to the dispatch at AmeriFreight, the one I chose, and she told me that the only people they choose are those with a 4.5 rating. I thought, "That's great."

I was very happy with AmeriFreight. I had my car shipped to Florida, and they were very good. They got back to me, and the person that handled me at AmeriFreight was terrific. The gentleman was even having some medical problems, but he was very attentive to make sure that all the details were followed. He kept abreast of everything and had somebody take care of it. They did a great job and I was very pleased. The service that brought my car down was great too. They were local, nearby and they worked with me as well as kept in touch. The only complaint I have is they didn't follow through on giving me a receipt.

The organizer called and let me know everything that was going on. The pickup was in Silverdale on the 5th and the vehicle was dropped off in Chesapeake on the 13th. The truck driver called the night before he picked up the vehicle and said he was gonna be about three hours. However, he wasn't able to make it that day, so it ended up being the next morning at 6:00. He called and said he was down the street. He was friendly, and when he met me, he showed me the paperwork, then we did the inspection on the vehicle. I signed papers, and then he took it. The vehicle was super dirty when it was delivered but it was understandable. It was snowing when it was picked up and it wasn't covered, so it had some snow. Overall, my experience was painless, and the quote was spot on. Amerifreight didn't change it.

I reached out to a lady at Amerifreight. She gave me a rundown of what was gonna go on. She helped me put my car into a program where somebody would reach out if they wanna pick it up. She then sent me some emails to confirm then gave me the dealer's name and phone number if I ever needed to reach out, and the date and time that he would pick it up and drop it off. She kept me up to progress with everything even afterwards. It was exceptional delivery from Amerifreight and keeping me up to contact. The driver had to go down the street where there were houses and it was clearer for him. He was around the block, so it was only a minute drive. By the time I got there, he already had the car out. He made me inspect everything and made sure everything was clear and nothing was stolen. The car had no damage at all and everything was inside the vehicle.

The car was delivered with no damages. However, the meeting location was 5 miles away from where I live. I had Uber to get there which was unexpected (not reimbursed). It's supposed to be door-to-door service. I couldn't reach anyone from the service to clarify why was it was being dropped off 5 miles away. The car was covered in mud, needed a car wash. Apart from those details, the delivery was good.

1ST TIME TRANSPORT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!! 1st time buying a vehicle online. Needed an auto transport, did all the research I thought I could online about it. Called AmeriFrieght and was connected with Ryan. We spoke for about 30 mins, he answered all my questions, reassured me about what the process was and how it worked. Before I talked to him I was slammed by phone calls and texts and emails offering transport service. But Ryan felt like he was on our side, we felt comfortable working with him. He was able to get a transport within a day, and it was an enclosed transport.

Jennifer was responsive and very thorough in assisting with our vehicle transport. She kept us advised the entire way and pick up and delivery times were all accurate. Highly recommend her and the company anytime you're shipping a vehicle locally or in my case, from coast to coast. Completely pleasant transaction.

When I moved out to Virginia from California, I used AmeriFreight. Then recently, I needed to move my vehicles across country because I moved out here for work. I am also moving half of my stuff back home and one of my vehicles back home, so I called them for that. The pick up was scheduled to take five days and it took four. I live on a really tight street and the driver showed up in a semi-truck. So, he gave me a location that was about five minutes from my house and he was in contact the whole time via the phone. He told me what time he would arrive and I showed up about 15 minutes early. He showed up right on time. Once he got out of his truck, we had a quick talk and I handed him the keys. He put the Jeep up on his trailer and off he went.

Christine was kind and courteous, worked hard at facilitating my needs. The car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Arrived safely, no damage. The driver was professional and efficient. Christine reached out to me to ensure that all went well. I am pleased with the service.

AmeriFreight had great reviews on Google, and they were also really responsive. The lady that helped us kept calling us back. She was on time and gave us support. Other people we had dealt with would leave us hanging and then change the date and then move the date. AmeriFreight delivered even earlier. The quote was expensive. It's my first time transporting stuff. We were getting quotes online and they were a little cheaper, but the lady that helped us said that sometimes they do that just to reel you in and then they change it the last minute. So, I appreciate the honesty up front. I have a Jeep Wrangler. She said that's a truck. So, the cost did go up a little bit because it's considered a truck. I didn't know that. As far as the delivery, they picked up the car, took pictures, delivered it, and took pictures again. We live in an apartment building. They brought it downstairs.

We contacted AmeriFreight to inquire about shipping my daughter's car from Honolulu to the Philadelphia area. Cashmir was very helpful and explained that AmeriFreight only ships on the mainland but was also able to provide us with a recommendation for a company to ship from HI to CA. She then got us quotes for Amerifreight and scheduled pickup and tentative delivery. We did have a hiccup with the company shipping from HI to CA and we were on vacation at the time. I reached out to Cashmir and she handled it all for us and kept us updated through the entire process. We could not be happier and 100% recommend Cashmir and AmeriFreight for your vehicle shipping needs!

Amerifreight is a reputable company and I would highly recommend them. The rep was very responsive. He tried to work with me to get a good deal. He even negotiated a price on the shipment. I appreciated his effort on doing that. The driver was very punctual. He kept me up to date. When he was on his way to pick up, he informed me ahead of time. I met him outside. We walked around the car, took pictures, which I appreciated because I didn't think to do it until he did it. Then he loaded my car up. During the delivery, he informed me ahead of time what time he was gonna drop off. When he pulled up, I was gonna tell him where to park but he handled it on his own. He had parked across the street then drove my car over to the house.

AmeriFreight was more open and honest about what the quote would be and what the expectations were. The other ones were just promising X amount for a quote but didn't go into details on all the other variables that AmeriFreight was very open and honest about. The transport was supposed to take four days but because of weather, it took five. The driver gave me updates about some of the weather conditions where they were. He called a couple of hours prior to him arriving. We coordinated a good location for his trailer because he couldn't get down my road. I knew that ahead of time so it worked out.

The agent with AmeriFreight was great on the phone. She communicated with me. I had to change the location of the pickup because the truck wasn't at my house. They picked it up when they said they would. The driver was able to get into the area. They gave me a period of time that the transport would take. At one point, the driver got stuck in a storm here in Florida, so it took him a couple extra days. But he communicated well with me and I knew exactly where the truck was.

My experience with AmeriFreight was excellent. I have shipped a 2022 Ford Explorer from the west to the east coast, the car arrived a day earlier than promised (we flew to the destination a few days earlier, so this wasn’t an issue at all). The car has no shipping damage. Jennifer was super helpful and transparent regarding the entire process and the timings, which I appreciate the most. I would definitely recommend amerifreight and would use their service for myself again.

The delivery was five days later than the date that Amerifreight scheduled to deliver the vehicle. So it was a little bit disturbing because somebody was there to pick it up on that date and then we had to try to reschedule to find somebody to be there the next time they told us they'd be able to get it there. The Amerifreight rep didn't give me enough information about the carrier so I would have more information about the delivery time. I kept calling and he called me back and said, "Well, the driver said they're having some bad weather and he's gonna try to get it there by Saturday." Then it kept going on to the next day to the next day. It was an open delivery so I was worried about damage to the vehicle. When the vehicle got there, they said that it was fine and there were no marks.

The quote they gave was in the middle of the road and from the sound of it, I could have gotten cheaper pricing with other companies. But I would have been putting myself out there a little bit and I felt more comfortable knowing that it wasn't going to move around a bunch after my boat had been picked up. Also, they were very responsive and the driver communicated with me throughout the whole process. I initially had some concerns about the pickup but AmeriFreight and the driver worked with me. Everything was great.

I like their speedy service and getting back to me with a quote. The quote was also good because it was a hard car to tow. They provided good service and good follow-up.

I had a really good experience with AmeriFreight. The gentleman who helped me was very responsive, informative and explained everything in great detail. When I had to call him for a follow-up, he was available. They came and got the car as they stated. Drop-off went smoothly as well. It was quick and simple. I had three questions and they answered those. It was done. They were good at making sure that the car was secure. I watched that whole process and they were very attentive throughout the entire process, like hooking the car up and making sure that everything was sturdy and safe.

Most dishonest trucking company I've ever dealt with. Lied to my face many times and drove my car 20+ miles to delivery location instead of dropping it off the trailer. Car arrived filthy dirty and no paperwork given at all. Will not hire again. 100% dishonest!

I have used AmeriFreight to ship my car across the country twice now. It is much less stressful than other brokers I have used. Christine ** is great to work with. I would recommend her to others and I will call her when it’s time to ship my car back East in the Spring.

They did a great job transporting my antique T-Bird from Pennsylvania to Florida. AmeriFreight was on time, reliable and affordable. Jacky was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Service at first was great. I was a first time shipper so wanted to go with a reputable company. I paid the down-payment and a shipper was contracted with. As the shipping date approached and I had not heard from the shipper, I contacted my agent and was told that the shipper backed out of the deal. I was assigned another shipper at a higher cost. I feel that the possibility of this happening should have been made clear upfront. I felt that I had a contract and had paid what was asked, but that's not how it worked.

Does not deserve even one star. Service was as poor as can be. The subcontractor was terrible. They lied constantly about the delivery date, the car was ultimately 11 days late and was delivered with a flat tire. Will not use this service again. My money was refunded but the entire process was poor. Ultimately it’s up to the driver who can do whatever he wants and did in our case.

Everything went fine with the transport. The car reached my daughter in fine condition. But the company needs to learn the difference between a quote and an estimate. The amount I was quoted was considerably less than what I ultimately paid. I complained to the agent and he said the amount that was “quoted” was only an estimate. Huh?

The driver was supose to email the receipt for the cash paid him and he never did! There was follow-up from dispatch and AF reps several times; but with no response from Driver who was suppose to send email!!! This could have been 5 star rating, but alas, no final receipt from either Driver, nor Ameri-Freight.

Setting things up with AmeriFreight was tough because I lived in Quantico, Virginia, my wife was in North Carolina, and my motorcycle was in Montgomery, Alabama. I needed to move it from Alabama to North Carolina because it was at my cousin's house. The lady I worked with had to get my approval every time, but I didn't have my phone a lot throughout the day, so I missed one or two shipping options. Then finally, she advised me to go ahead and give her and my cousin the authority to do what they needed to do. Once that happened, it was great. Her name was Jill and she was super helpful. Even when I emailed her and she wasn't working, she would always call me when she wasn't at the office and I really appreciated that. She was always willing to work around my schedule, which was super nice.

Everything went smoothly with the rep. They gave me information and it was true. I had been quoted more by others, which was not appropriate, but AmeriFreight gave me the right price and the right date for delivery. The car got here safely and the driver brought it directly to my house.

AmeriFreight responded quickly. They said it would take up to five days and they got here before a day early. The driver moved quickly and got my car unloaded, and we were good to go. Also, the cost was feasible.

They were responsive, I placed an order, they found a carrier and set a date. The carrier did not pick up the car, they never contacted me. I reached out to them, they told me it was cancelled, they would try again. They tried, got another one, it cancelled. Then I was ghosted. I have records of 6 phone calls and 4 emails, no response. So, I cancelled the order and went with another carrier. Unfortunately, I lost a week that I won't have the car.

After looking for a freight broker, we were connected with Cashmir **. Through the whole experience, Cashmir was polite, friendly, provided continuous communication, and made for an overall great experience. Despite being over the holidays, Cashmir made sure to respond in a timely manner. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a freight broker.

Amerifreight gave us the lowest quote out of 3 companies for shipping our car but still had excellent customer service. Everyone was very helpful, and Kallie had a driver lined up within a few hours of my call. Our car made it to the destination without any issues and arrived several days earlier than expected! I would use them again.

I did a transport for my pickup truck with AmeriFreight. I liked their price. It was a 1,000-mile transport and the experience was excellent. The pickup was picked up and shipped immediately. It only took 24 hours to get here. I liked the amount of time it took the drivers to get the pickup here.

We were moving from Toledo to Florida, and I had two cars to ship down here. I looked at a lot of different companies, and I was trying to get a hold of a direct shipper, which I thought I was. Price had a lot to do with it, and reputation. I realized after I hired AmeriFreight, that they broker it out to a transport company. I was looking to deal directly with the transport company, but I ran out of time, so it worked. They did that quite well.

I had a car to transport. I called a couple of providers and I liked the person from AmeriFreight who walked me through the process. They let me know when they picked up the vehicle and they let me know when they entered Georgia and let me know roughly what time they would drop off. So, it was good communication. They had identified an area close by where there is a Walmart that received trucking. It was close to my location and I just met them there for the delivery.

The drivers were great and got to the drop-off a couple of days earlier than I did. The final transaction was $200 more than the initial quote, which wasn't favorable, but I understand the process.

My car had broke down. I needed to get the car to a known mechanic. We chose AmeriFreight because it was near the holidays and they gave us the lowest option. At first, my car was supposed to be picked up around Friday and Saturday. That didn't happen. They picked it up one day late. Other than that, it was dropped off at the right time. We're in a cul-de-sac. It was on a small truck that carried two cars. The driver parked at the end of the cul-de-sac without going in. He backed through a bit, and we had to take the car all the way there. Thankfully, the car did move a bit, enough to get to the trailer.

Communication with AmeriFreight was really good. I wish my car didn't come dirty but I understand you end up with a dirty car transporting it from California in inclement weather on an open trailer.

Everything was fine in my experience with AmeriFreight. I used them once five years ago. The initial shipment to California with a car from Connecticut went fine. I used them again and they were helpful, efficient and answered the phone or texts. The pickup was on time on the correct day, about 20 minutes later than what we thought. But that's nothing. The drop-off was a couple of days later, but they gave a three-day window and it was within the give-or-take time that they said.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. The carrier said they were gonna arrive on Saturday. They arrived on Thursday, which was good that it was early, but I was still in Texas. I had to get somebody to pick it up for me. Getting there multiple days early sounds good, but it caused a lot of stress. But AmeriFreight was professional. Their service was great.

Kallie was super helpful when my car was being transported from LA to NJ. She answered all of my questions and concerns which I appreciated! She kept in touch with me until the car delivered. Anytime I had a question about my car I was able to reach her and she replied at a timely manner.

Pickup, transport, and delivery were timely and as expected. The only hitch was trying to pay the delivery driver with Zelle, as we had been assured would be acceptable. He provided an email which was not sufficient to set up the payment. We were able to make payment another way.

There are cheaper places out there but the reps at AmeriFreight were nice. I could call or email for questions. However, the driver was wearing sandals with no socks. It was unprofessional. Also, he couldn't speak English at all. I couldn't communicate with him. If I would have known, I would probably not have gone with them. I didn't get any kind of warning the guy didn't speak English. He used a Google translate on his phone and tried to call the boss a couple times. But even with Google translate, it was not efficient. The name is deceiving ‘cause you think they hire people that speaks English.

Transported Mercedez Benz GLE 350 from LA to detroit. Got transport scheduled in an exact day for very reasonable price. SUV arrived in great condition. No problems and very accommodating. I tried a few other carriers who were quoting up to $800 over what Amerifreight charged. 5 star.

The experience with the transport organizer was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication. I really enjoyed working with her. During the pickup, the driver parked the trailer in front of the house and loaded the vehicle. At the other end, we're in a very rural area and we were able to utilize the church parking lot next door. We just drove the buggy just across the property. It arrived in the same condition as when we put it on the trailer. The movers were very personable.

The experience was easy and the driver was a total nice guy. At first I was nervous about car arriving in good shape. But no worries all good. The booking itself was seamless, When I ran into a problem with the carrier at the pick up in San Francisco and called AmeriFreight, my representative told me there was nothing she could do that I was better off, handling it directly myself. AmeriFreight was great the first time we used them so I went with them again. The auto moving industry can be disreputable and I had one that worked so I stuck with it. The quote was around the same price if not a little bit cheaper than the quote I got. Setting up the move was all online and it was super smooth and good. Every rep that I’ve had has a cell phone number that I can contact so it’s super easy. The person who initially set me up for the delivery ended up getting taken off and somebody got switched to me, but it was seamless when they switched. I shipped a Subaru the first time and a Jetta the second time. A friend of mine had to receive the delivery because I was driving across the country at the time. But it was great. It was cash on delivery and I just Venmo'd my friend some cash. He was there to sign for. Everything was all good and the car was in perfect shape. People should use AmeriFreight.

I moved my truck cross country. The Amerifreight rep that I worked with was an awesome individual. His name is Reginald. He was really good. He was a very helpful person. He cared and he was forthright and honest. He explained to me that Amerifreight worked on a bidding system. He was very honest about the process. Once I understood what the process was, it became easier to understand the whole bidding process. The pick-up was easy. There were some hiccups on the delivery. There was a miscommunication on the tail end of it. But it all worked out. The whole team was very helpful. They were always available. For me, the most important thing was that I got a live human being every time I called. It wasn't a voicemail. I got a person that I could speak to that was able to track the progress.

AmeriFreight's customer service was wonderful. The quote was outstanding. I was surprised by it. Also, I was kept up-to-date 24/7 no matter what. The rep texted, emailed, or called me for any updates. It was worth what I paid for. I've recommended AmeriFreight to my military buddies.

I gave the driver an address to drop my car off at, and I met him there.

I cannot express enough how amazing Brooke was!! I was in a situation where I had to get a vehicle from California to Wisconsin - and somewhat urgently. I searched and searched for almost two weeks for companies to do the transport, each company sounded okay but then I would read bad reviews and/or fraud situations and became super nervous. They initially gave me the cheapest quote to companies like Montway and Roadrunner. However I will say not realistic, any shipping going mid country expect it to be 1200. If quoted for 900 it will be closer to 1200....If you want it soon, if wanting to pay around quote price might take awhile for someone to take the job. I opted to pay extra to get my car to me so I could turn back the rental car sooner. The customer representative was good about communicating all the details and any changes as they came up.

The driver alerted us in advance and everything went very smoothly. Very fast. Flawless. Efficient. Good price. The rep with AmeriFreight was helpful. It was within two weeks that I needed to get the car shipped and he was able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. Whenever I had a question, they responded within a reasonable amount of time. The cost was the same as what we paid another time that I had to ship my car in the same distance. The only thing I was a little surprised by was the pick-up time was earlier than the window that I expected. The truck driver called me a few hours ahead but I was scrambling a little bit. At one point, I was wondering where my car was. But they gave me an exact date and communicated whenever I reached out to them. During the delivery, they called a few hours ahead again. The road where I live has a restricted access area and the truck wasn't gonna be able to fit into the street that goes into the neighborhood so we met at a location right outside. The last time I had it delivered as well, we had to meet up in a parking lot.

I spoke to a nice lady at AmeriFreight who explained everything well. They were gonna pick the vehicle up on a Tuesday but they ended up not being able to get there until Wednesday morning. Then they got it to me Friday morning. When I got the car, the battery was dead, and I was angry. I immediately took the car after they jumped it to a shop and had them check the battery. They said the battery is fine. That lead me to believe that the guy probably turned the car on and slept in it because it was cold and he needed some heat. Additionally, the cost was a little bit more than I would have liked to have paid, and I had to call them versus them calling me about where we were in the process. But overall, they did a good job from their office in Atlanta.

I used AmeriFreight to ship a car from Michigan to California. They acted as the third party agency and contracted with VB Auto Group to do the actual shipping. The experience was great. Not cheap, but great. They picked up my car Wednesday morning and dropped it off in California on Friday night. Not sure how they did it, but they did. AmeriFreight contacted me several times to keep me updated on the status and to check on my satisfaction. Really happy with the experience and I'd highly recommend them.

The guy that picked up the car was very organized. The guy was punctual and very caring when they loaded the car. The guy knew what he was doing. The guy had experience and assured me. It was like sending your child to college. I have the most respect for that driver. I thought he was gonna bring it up all the way. But once they got it here, I had to get it from a local person. But even that person at the end, the second driver was very punctual, on time and considerate. It made the whole event very easy for me and less stressful. I appreciate that.

The driver knew what was going on as far as drop-off and pick-up. He picked up the car on a Saturday and dropped it off Friday (midnight Thursday). I had a Toyota Camry shipped from Louisiana to Nebraska, and it arrived in good condition. The driver picked it up from a family member and delivered it to me, and he called before pickup and before delivery.

The first time I used AmeriFreight was a year ago. We go back and forth between Seattle and Miami. We used another company, and twice, they were not good, so I decided to look for another company. I spoke with Robin from AmeriFreight and decided on the transport. We have two different vehicles that we transport back and forth, and it's a long haul. The three different drivers that we've experienced while using this company have been professional, on time, communicating, and so does Robin. I like that Robin calls to check to make sure that I spoke with the driver. The drivers came and everything went well. My vehicles came intact, and they delivered when they said they're gonna deliver.

The driver picked up my Mazda Miata and he must have been 6'5. He said, "I don't know if I'm gonna fit in this, ma'am." I said, "Well, you're gonna have to 'cause I'm not gonna drive it up that route." He got in the vehicle, and his knees were probably up to his nose but he did it. He picked up the vehicle about 10:30 from North Carolina, and it arrived in perfect condition in Naples, Florida the next morning. It was horrible weather all the way through, and I thought, "Oh, my gosh, this poor guy was driving this vehicle." We have not had any rain and all it's done is rain since he left. Still, the driver delivered the vehicle and he had no problems that I know of. Overall, Amerifreight did a good job, and I was totally satisfied with the transport. I had no qualms about what they charged as well. The price was very fair, and I was able to put some things in the trunk too.

The original pickup date was not met. Driver picked up the next day, causing some schedule conflicts on the San Antonio end. The delivery to West Berlin, NJ was done as scheduled with no issues. There was some confusion on the part of the Driver with the payment. My Cashier's check was made out to Amerifreight as agreed upon, but driver was saying that it should have been made out to him. Not sure how, since I didn't even know his full name. Overall, the shipment experience was good, the cost was fair and the truck was delivered in the same condition, as when it left TX. I'd use Amerifreight again in the future.

I've used AmeriFreight and Harry ** twice to transport vehicles across the country. I've been very pleased with their service as well as with the carriers that they used. They communicated very well and were where they said they would be at the appropriate time. When I need to have another vehicle transported, I'll call Harry at AmeriFreight.

Asked for Manager to call me - NEVER CALLED!! No one there on the weekend if you need help either - you are just screwed! I would not recommend them. Amerifreight is a very reliable service provider and Sy ** was nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Very professional and would contact me any time there was an update, and he kept me very informed. I greatly appreciate that. Moving is a stressful process and his professionalism and kindness made things much easier for me. I would NOT recommend using Royal Star Inc, one of their contractors, however. Not only did they show up incredibly late to pick up my car, making a proper inspection impossible in the dark, but they did not deliver on the promised date, which threw off the entire schedule of my move. This is NOT Amerifreight's fault though, and I would still absolutely use them in the event I need to ship my car again.

I had never shipped a car before. AmeriFreight was the ONLY company that spent time with me and explained how the bidding and pricing process works (and trust me, it's not like you think). I wasted a week with other companies, canceled those orders, signed with AmeriFreight and had my car in two days. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but the information and guidance they give you is invaluable. They earned all of my future business.

The experience was simply full of holes and misstatements. The "insurance" was not really insurance, which was a waste of my money. I was told that the person driving would deliver the car to my son on a specific day, and that changed at the last minute. I was told that the car would remain on the truck until it arrived in Kansas City/Leawood, and one driver would take it all the way through...That turned out to be untrue. In fact, we were called the night before to tell us that we needed to pay the driver (the new one) for the delivery, when I had paid cash (one of your options) to the original driver. Although they later learned from the first driver that this request was not correct, they delivered the car, as it was paid for in full when it left Naples. The whole experience was terrible, full of holes that left me knowing that the next time, it won't be AmeriFreight. Tell the truth, tell the customer what is real and not what gets them the job. It was a simply awful experience.

We didn’t judge how many boxes we would need. They hired another truck and took our boxes and put them in larger boxes. My large sailboat in a glass case was turned sideways and broke the boom and front sail boom. I had it securely wrapped but he insisted that he tape a blanket over it, obscuring the way it needed to be handled. They dumped our clothes in wardrobe boxes with non clothing items. To be fair they worked fast and were efficient. It just broke my heart they took a $3,000 handmade sailboat and turned it on its side. We had to very gingerly set it back on its cradle and fit the large glass case over it.

I used AmeriFreight five times this year to ship old and new cars, including my Porsches and Audis. They're not the cheapest, but all my cars are over 100,000, so I don't want the cheapest. I've spent $10,000 shipping cars this past year and they've all come without a scratch so I don't really care. And usually, their quote is similar and pretty accurate. It only goes up 100 bucks based on the driver occasionally. I used different drivers and they've all been great. This last time, I ended up using the same company because I really liked that they showed up early and they were quick. Also, I had one problem with one driver but I can't blame AmeriFreight for that.

I liked the follow-up and kindness over the phone of AmeriFreight's rep. I felt like I was talking to a person, not just a hourly employee that's hating their life. I also liked their responsiveness, courtesy, and care. For the pickup and delivery, the driver showed up when and where he said he was going to show up. But there wasn't a lot of communication about what was required for the payment. He apparently didn't take check or credit card, so I didn't have cash prepared. We had to fumble through me sending him a Zell transfer, which ended up being fine. Maybe I missed some instructions somewhere, but it felt a little weird to send somebody a bank transfer who was a complete stranger. But it was for the right amount so trusted that that was correct. Also, the gentleman didn't speak English though he was very nice.

I gave him a Porsche convertible and had it sent up to Denver. He said they were perfect as well on the other end of it. AmeriFreight served my needs really well.

Amerifreight transported a classic car for me. Michelle was the rep that assisted me. You can tell more about a company when things don't go exactly as planned. Was to be shipped in a enclosed transport but when it arrived it was a open trailer. The car a 1957 corvette convertible. As there had been bad weather with numerous thunderstorms the car was flooded, water standing in floor and trunk interior soaked, exterior water spotted and dirty. All the chrome and aluminum on engine water spotted. Upon arrival I had the car cleaned up. All the interior, carpet and padding had to be removed, dried and reinstalled. A big job to say the least. Amerifreight was very good about accepting responsibility and reimbursing me for our of pocket expenses but I was very business like so we were FAIR with each other. Will ship again.

They got on the back end when they were supposed to deliver the vehicle. The truck got hung up at a previous delivery, which delayed his arrival at our location. But other than that, everything was good.

It was the first time I was personally shipping my car state side. I contacted AmeriFreight 3 weeks prior shipping date, I wanted to give them time in order for me to have a better price. However I never heard from them until 4 days before my shipping date which increased the cost of the transportation. I paid more than I should have because of time restraint. That was not great. Beside that everything was ok.

The experience was nearly perfect. The lady in the office was the most helpful throughout the entire experience. The driver was willing to wait for me to inspect under-lights so I would know all was good. It arrive with no damage whatsoever. Road dirt was on the car as should be expected if you drove 1200 miles. Just wipe with a wet cloth and confirm. I will recommend AmeriFreight whole heartedly.

Great experience start to finish. Christine was my contact with AmeriFreight; she was helpful and personable, worked quickly to secure a cross country transport, was in touch along the way. The transport was quick and the vehicle arrived as expected, with no surprises.

AmeriFreight was great and very straight with me. Upfront about the whole process and the estimated cost and how the whole process works. They were always available. They were very quick to respond. If a concern popped up, they were right on it and followed through. I would use them again and recommend them to anybody. The delivery guys were very friendly, easy to get along with, cheerful and happy to be doing their job. It made the receiving process very easy for us on this end. I paid more than I had anticipated, but I got what I paid for.

We used AmeriFreight from Florida to New York and they were great. We used a rep from the company, and we used him again because he's great. He's knowledgeable and honest. He's up on top of things. AmeriFreight would try and give me the best deal possible for my transport. They tell me, "How much you wanna spend? We'll start with this." I would say, "Okay, if we haven't heard anything, I want you to go up to this."

Very pleased with the service received. Responsive to all phone calls and keeping up to date with quoted transporters and accommodating date changes. Last minute confusion of payment to the correct transporting company was the only negative experience but handled very well by all involved.

The actual carrier gets five stars but Amerifreight, as I'm sure the person reading this already knows, is a complete joke. I got a quote I'm going to be paying $940 and I end up paying $1,800 at the very last second. That's universally understood as shady. You have agents that pretend to be your friend ... but in the back of their mind, they have a premeditated plan to double your charge when you aren't free to find a plan B. E.g. moments before you move. Then they have the audacity to ask you for five stars, you know, because they're like your friend who hooked you up. If I had a friend pull a fast one on me like that at the last second, I would Do that friend a favor. They have a canned response for everything you bring up, like the nuances of the industry, the real nuance is that they are shady as hell.

Having shipped my car across country multiple times with other shipping companies, Amerifreight was by far the superior option- a great price, quick pick up and delivery, and top notch customer service (Jen!!) who was there to answer my questions from start to finish. I will certainly be using them to ship my car in the future!

Jennifer ** was very helpful in facilitating the move of our car. Within 2 days of making the decision to go with Amerifreight, she had selected a driver and the vehicle was picked up. Within 6 days of pickup, the vehicle was safely delivered. Everything worked like clockwork and there was the feeling that Jennifer was on top of our move at all times. We appreciated not having to worry about the shipment.

The process was easy and our Amerifreight rep Rosie, was awesome at finding the quotes we needed. She listened to our particular situation and was able to help us move 2 cars cross-country in the opposite direction with minimal downtime on either end. Also, she was so nice to deal with!!

From start to finish, the AmeriFreight people were great to work with. Each person in the chain was accessible and very helpful. The sales person gave me $25 off for being a senior citizen, which was nice! The one suggestion would be to make sure not just in writing but verbally that the vehicle drop off needs to be in a large parking lot - a local Walmart or mall. This gives the customer time to plan for this additional element to the drop off.

I worked with Maleah who was very clear and helpful with information vital for long distance move. Whenever I had concerns or questions during the process and contacted her, she always answered promptly and cleared up any issues. I never felt anxious to contact Maleah which was a very positive experience for me.

All time commitments were well met and the driver was pleasant to top it all off. I will definitely reach out to AmeriFreight again for my next shipments.

Kallie was terrific to work with. I had a very narrow window for pickup, 3 days, She made it happen. Unlike other companies she didn't take a deposit until she had a driver available. She also kept me informed, confirmed that the car was picked up and when it was delivered. I've shipped cars before and Amerifreight was by far the best. Kallie was the only point of contact I had throughout the process and that was greatly appreciated.

As a broker, they did more than any other service I called to explain the process and not promise anything they could not deliver. They were proactive and contacted me with current information every step of the way, rather than me have to call them. The carrier we chose together was also responsible, responsive, and kept his commitments. No surprises. As it should be.

Chantal was honest. I will use the company again. The driver was very nice. He took pictures of the vehicle and he called me when you get to Vegas he deliver the vehicle to my hotel room. He was very nice. Thank you very much. I will use the company again.

I'm not going to lie. After having a majorly horrible experience with the moving company Allegiant, I was really afraid to work with a broker in the moving industry again. Consider my faith renewed!!! The car arrived safe, sound, and intact. The price for the service was beyond reasonable. My heart is grateful. Kudos to the very friendly Sy, who made my day a few times with his upbeat and great attitude. :) Thank you!

The reps were fairly responsive. I put a couple of things in the car and the driver was fine with it. He was really flexible about it. It was helpful. The only difficulty was the driver showed up at a different time than what was planned, and delivered a lot earlier than what was planned. That was the difference between AmeriFreight’s part versus what the driver is gonna do. But it didn't create any real problem. It's just they really got across the country quickly. It was quicker than I could get here to be in California when the van arrived. But it turned out to be okay. I had a neighbor take a look at the car to see if there was anything wrong. The car got here fine. It was a good experience.

The car made it to the correct state in time. But the person & company with which Amerifreight contracted to deliver the car proceeded to argue and negotiate that they didn't want to deliver the car to the agreed upon address. They said that they really didn't like driving on the streets of Asheville, and wanted us to meet them at some point 40 minutes away. This was really frustrating, and took a lot of negotiating to actually get them to follow through on the contracted commitment.

The customer service rep called me a few times and it took some time to return with the price. They explained that they place the bid and whoever has a truck moving to the destination will bid for the price. The quote was not the cheapest but sometimes, you don't want to take chances with the cheapest. The service was good from AmeriFreight. But it was not good with the middleman. I’m in New York and they took the car, drove to Jersey, and had my car in the garage for almost a week before they started driving to the final destination. A day or two in the parking, waiting for all the cars to be loaded in the truck is okay. But not seven days. And they kept telling me the car was moving. I could have used it for a few more days. I ended up renting a car for two days. The timeline was 10 days and it was delayed about three days.

I got a good rate with AmeriFreight. They worked hard to find a carrier that met our needs. The carrier was great, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. It was my daughter who was transporting the car, so dealing with that, it was a good experience. However, it took a little bit longer than they said it would because of some mechanical issues along the way with the carrier. But, those were things that were acts of God. They were responsive when I called and were available and returned calls promptly. We had such a good experience that we used them to return the car and I got a $50 discount on the rates.

We had our minivan shipped 2,700 miles within the Continental United States. The company that I contracted arranged everything and found AmeriFreight for us, then the dispatcher called twice to set up the pick-up time. She spoke very broken English, so it was a little difficult to understand what she was saying, but her attitude was good. I was in the navy, but my wife dropped off our minivan and picked it up, and she said the driver wasn't very sociable, but no complaints besides that. All in all, our experience with AmeriFreight was good.

AmeriFreight is a company that you could trust. The lady that I was talking to broke everything down to me, unlike the other people that I tried calling. She made me feel comfortable going through them. She told me that the quote would probably fluctuate depending on different things, but it was consistent. The delivery was good. The driver texted me when he was 15 minutes away. He got there, unhooked my car and asked if I had any questions.

I got a few quotes online and we chose AmeriFreight because it was the cheapest one. We handled everything through email, and it went well. We transported a pickup truck from California to South Carolina. In the end, because it's an electric vehicle, it was way higher than first quoted, but that would have happened to us at any company. The communication with the driver as well as with the representative from AmeriFreight, between emails and phone calls, was fine. The truck also arrived here on time, and the driver was very nice. He phoned ahead when he picked up the car and before he arrived here, and there were no damages on the car. It was a good experience, and we were happy.

So we posted again. Then I got another one with a different quote, and I accepted. I like that they text. I was able to communicate with them at work, too. They were very time-efficient. Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was very easy. They were very knowledgeable and they needed to know where we wanted to go and when we wanted to get there and when the car was available. It was very nice and efficient. The pick-up points and drop-off points were Grosse Pointe, Michigan, and College Station, Texas. Pick-up day was the day it was supposed to. The drop-off day was supposed to be three days, but he told us he was getting there the night before and if we were available, we could get it then, and we picked it up the evening before we were supposed to because we got there early. The quote was also totally accurate.

We had a Ford Thunderbird shipped in a covered transport from Las Vegas to Texas, and everything went well. It took three days, which was bit earlier than we were expecting, but it worked out.

AmeriFreight is the auto transporter that we used, and the woman on the phone that talked to my daughter was very good. I liked her a lot. We initially had someone else, but that company was giving us a runaround and wouldn't give us a date or time, so we switched. AmeriFreight got it all ready to go last minute, and it was a great experience. They did exactly what the woman said and what they said they were going to do. That was a plus.
