Great service and delivered my car in 4 days from LA to Detroit with no problems. Pickup was easy and I had a great customer service rep who walked me through the process. Car was delivered with no scratches or issues with ample heads up and time.

Jennifer ** at AmeriFreight was AMAZING!!! The communication was above and beyond. The punctuality of dropping off and receiving our car was amazing. The driver was professional and kind, he was concerned for our safety while he was unloading the car and had us stay in a safe location and drove the car to us. We could not have had a smoother experience. I will be using Amerifreight for all my shipping needs now. Thank you Amerifreight!!!

The car was 4 days late and we couldn’t get any updates. I was wondering if it was sold for parts, or if something bad happened. This carrier did not come close to our house, we had to drive to a nearby city to pick up the car. Other carriers came right to our Main Street in the past.

This was my first time ever shipping a car and was extremely nervous! The initial car shipping company we had bailed on us last minute and we were flying out the next day I absolutely panicked! Amanda was ever so helpful and friendly was able to connect us with a driver the very next morning! Packed the car completely full and was no issues at all. The driver picking the car up the next morning was very friendly and even gave us some extra time since we were running behind. The car went from Massachusetts to Colorado and arrived within 5 days and the driver dropping off the car extremely friendly! Highly recommend this company… Excellent customer service.. Hannah was very helpful with everything in shipping my car from California to Ohio. It was a smooth process and I would absolutely contact her again if I need to ship a car. The price was a bit more than I was originally quoted but still a relatively fair price.

I chose this company because they were the cheapest quote over the phone and they promised specific pick up and drop off dates, and door-to-door service. It was none of the above. First they wanted more money, although I was able to negotiate ONLY $100 more than the original quote. Then after waiting all day they didn't pick up. I had to call the carrier who told me their truck was broken down. The company was able to find a different transport out of a different city, but again wanted more money. I said absolutely not and they came down to the previously agreed upon price.

Hannah is a great asset to Amerifreight. She made sure I was assisted all the way through the transport process and very knowledgeable. When the delivery was complete, I assured her that I would recommend Amerifreight to my friends and family. The driver was congenial and helpful on the unload process.

Transportation was awesome too, my truck was received without any issues, the driver have a great communication all time was informed me.

AmeriFreight got back to me. The person that I dealt with was good. Some of the others didn't get back to me right away. But I would not recommend AmeriFreight only because they were just a broker. The rep's pitch on the onset was great, but it fell apart after that. I realized since then that they're brokers. They said, “We'll ship it. We'll get this. We'll get that.” They put a quote together, and it came in higher than the quote was. It is what it is. But I felt that they made the deal and that was it. They moved on. I would deal with the actual subcontractor after that. Not AmeriFreight. The car got there, but I don't know how much they had to do with it. So, it's not something I'm, “They were awesome. You gotta speak to Jennifer. She's awesome.” I wouldn't know if I stood next to her. I had one conversation. She was very diligent following up to get the sale, but after that, it was done.

I moved out of state. I went through some companies online and I picked AmeriFreight. Their customer service was good. Everything went well in our experience with them.

AmeriFreight's customer service reps were good. There was only one small problem. The transporter, when he apparently went through Lawrence, Kansas, was on a toll road, and my vehicle was on the back of it with the license plate. They took a picture of it and sent me a bill for $8 and some change. It hasn't been taken care of yet. We've tried to call them to no avail. It's probably one of those things where you'll just pay the eight bucks and move on. Talking to this data canvas has been a little difficult. The driver was great, and the transport took what they said it would. The cost was a little high, but it was the first bid that came through and it was timely fashion. It worked out well.

I have a daughter who's studying over in LA and I wanted to ship the car out to her to get back and forth. I did a Google search. I got a number of quotes and AmeriFreight was very responsive. Also, the pricing was competitive. The gentleman who I had been liaising with was very responsive and continued to be responsive along the way as well up until they find somebody to pick up the car. They seemed like a friendly outfit to work with and they were insured and it's all good. It was a full-size car transport vehicle, and we met at a local Walmart so the driver had more room to maneuver. There were no issues. It's right down the street from me. It was very easy to meet. He was on time. Overall, AmeriFreight did a great job.

Dealing with customer service was very fast, quick, and easy. It was all via email. The quote that they gave me was very fair. It matched up with what they quoted my neighbors. I would highly recommend Amerifreight if someone needs to transport a vehicle.

The first person I talked to at AmeriFreight was nice. She encouraged me to use the company because of her personality. That's important to me - customer service. I was very pleased with my first experience with them. I used them again but the second experience was bad and nobody's called to apologize to me. They picked up from Atlanta on Friday and were supposed to drop off in Texas on Monday, but it didn't come until Thursday.

This was my first experience transporting my car and John and the rest of the AmeriFreight team made it really easy! My car was delivered a little late (the driver said there was a truck issue) but the AmeriFreight team followed up and kept me informed. I'd recommend this company!

Not having good luck with AmeriFreight, my car was picked up over 48 hours ago and is to be shipped 594 miles and all I can't get the reason why it hasn't been delivered. I would never recommend this company. I don't understand why they are rated so high.

Great service, fast reliable and professional. Shipped from California to Ohio, the process of contacting the carrier for pick up and drop off went smooth. The customer support team made sure to be available throughout the process. The items in my car were as well not damaged and untouched. I would definitely trust them again with my vehicle.

I used AmeriFreight for a recent car shipment across the country. I shopped around a bit and went with them because it seemed like the cheapest option, but after the bidding period it ended up about the same as other services price wise. Extremely poor communication on both ends of pickup and delivery. Delivery was delayed about 72 hours post original estimate, and each time I had to call them to confirm delivery wasn't happening that day (after waiting around all day for a delivery that didn't happen). I spoke with multiple different people at the company and no one really had any idea what was going on, they would say they would call me back and then I had to reach out again when inevitably they didn't respond. No one really cared.

I did an online quote, then I was able to get in contact via phone with a rep named Hannah. She gave me information, and I was able to get it booked from there, just talking to her on the phone. It was a very easy process. The pick-up location was at my parents’ home. It was scheduled on a Thursday, then a man showed up, took a lot of pictures of my car, made sure that there was no damage, got a good look beforehand, drove down the vehicle, and drove away. He seemed like a nice guy, and my car came right to my street.

She and other team members of AmeriFreight kept in contact with me while car was being shipped. When car was late for delivery, AmeriFreight contacted transport dispatcher and notified us when car would arrive. Maleah was the only broker among 8 from various shipping companies that answered my questions clearly. Her company has high reviews--she is one of the reasons!

I’m military, and I was moving across the country. I used AmeriFreight on my previous move across the country three years ago and had a good experience, so I used them again. This time, my wife and I had a Ford Edge (a crossover SUV) shipped, and it went smoothly. I could request a closed transport if I wanted it, but we were fine with an open transport, and the driver they contracted was professional. We communication with him, and I got the car at the right time frame that I was looking for. My wife had a rental car at the time, so they met us at the rental car location so she could drop the rental car and pick up our car.

I purchased a vehicle in another state and I needed it to be transported to my location. I ended up with AmeriFreight using online search and feedback. The transport was from Michigan to Strasburg PA. It was scheduled for three days. They got here in two. I've had other companies deliver a vehicle and because of the truck or the size of whatever they were carrying, they could not deliver it to my location, so I would have to meet with them somewhere on an expressway or highway nearer. These guys were able to bring it down to my street.

AmeriFreight was very professional and knowledgeable. And they want to clean up the industry. I had a situation where I've had two other freight carriers do some shady stuff. And I read a review on AmeriFreight. It was my last attempt to try to find a transport. I called them and talked to someone that I felt that was very knowledgeable about the industry, explained to me some of the things I went through and what they don't do. Also, I liked that they didn't ask me for my credit card first to initiate the transport. Everyone else I talked to, before a sentence, they wanted my credit card. I just said, “Okay. That doesn't sound right.” I would read their reviews, and people would say, “Never use them. The guy never shows up and trying to get more money from me.”

My initial discussions with their coordinator Katie were excellent. She made everything easy and understandable and told me the entire process. About a week later after the request for bids went out she called me with options. The trucking company she helped me choose was reliable and on time. There was some slight delay with car delivery (one extra day) due to a Truck break down, but that was entirely out of Amerifreight Control. They followed up with me by phone and email from initial pickup and later to see if it was delivered. That was a nice touch to keep up with the delivery process. Overall, anyone hesitant to use Auto Shippers can feel comfortable using this company. Highly recommended.

I searched on the internet for the best car carriers and AmeriFreight was one of the top three. I called two of them and I got pricing. The price from the other one was a little bit lower, but they were hard to deal with. AmeriFreight was responsive. They called back and kept in touch from the time I got the quote. So I went with them. Rose kept in touch with me. With the other companies, I got somebody different every time I called. It was confusing or they didn't call back. Rose stayed my contact the whole time. The driver that they had was fantastic, kept in touch every step of the way, and let me know where it was and when it was gonna be there. That contact was really good too. Their rate was a little bit higher. It was competitive. It was 100 more than some of the other ones I got, but it was well worth the customer service they provided.

We were moving so we had to ship some cars and at some point, I had to choose the company. There was one lady in the office at AmeriFreight, Christine, who I connected with over the phone. She was the one lady that I felt like I could talk to if anything happened and made me feel a little bit safer. We did the transport twice and there was an issue the very first time we did it. And she wasn't available because she was at an emergency when I called her, which happens. But everyone else who was trying to answer their phones was a hot mess. So I explained that to the woman I was working with later. She escalated it because it was unnecessary how people would just brush us under the rug. The driver made me run to the bank with a toddler to get cash when Zelle and Venmo were appropriate for it, which was not okay.

AmeriFreight is great. I used them to move a vehicle and a motorcycle. They have responsive customer service. The rep I worked with was very attentive and responsive and gave information at the time that was accurate but then, ultimately, was more than accurate. I would choose AmeriFreight over any of the other companies. By my experience, they were great.

I used AmeriFreight back in 2021 and I've used them three times. Their customer service was great. The drivers were good too. We had an issue with drop-off dates, but it wasn't a big issue. I didn't want them to deliver on Sunday. We arranged for Monday. But it was better for him to get to his next appointment that had a hard deadline. We made arrangements for the Sunday drop-off once he arrived. I was a little surprised with the cost 'cause it had raised since 2021. But I understand the economy is different. But I was pleased. I really needed the car there. I felt satisfied with the cost to get it there and I appreciated the service.

I talked to a couple of the gals at AmeriFreight and they were magnificent. But it's not stated that AmeriFreight is a broker. It's a bit deceiving. What they do is they go and wait for people to call them when it's getting close to the time to deliver. The quote I was given which was 1,200 was what the transportation company wants and there's a broker fee on top of that which I did not know. When I figured out what was going on, it was too late. The driver was phenomenal but you can't go to them on your own. That's how the business works.

From the start, working with Michaela was a pleasant experience - she was informative, courteous, never pushy and provided me with a competitive price. She set me up with NA Transport and truck driver, Paul, to have our car picked up by 11 am, Tues. 8/6, and the truck showed up at 10:35 am that day. Paul was courteous, and carefully inspected the car, handed me a copy of the report, and meticulously loaded it onto the truck. The car arrived in-tack on Sunday 8/11, around noon, one day early.

My car arrived as scheduled with no issues. I didn't anticipate the car to be so dirty but I guess that's the nature of transporting a car in an open truck.

With Amerifreight our car was transported from Cal. to Georgia and back to California after one year. The service was very smooth, accurate, reasonable price, and extremely friendly. Customer service rep was very helpful; they kept me in loop as it came closer to the date of pickup. Car was picked up and arrived at its new location on time. The transport driver was accommodating and explained everything. He actually arrived a day early which worked out very well. Price was reasonable for the distance we shipped the car.

We shipped our vehicle from Florida when we needed it in Connecticut. Choosing the broker, Amerifreight, was the hard part. But once we've chosen them, it got easy. I had the transporter meet my friends who picked up the vehicle because I wasn't going to be there to do it.

I was happy with how everything went smoothly. The pickup was in Berkeley, California, and the drop-off was in Putney, Vermont. The transport was gonna take six days. I had a couple of phone calls with AmeriFreight just to update me about what was happening, and I was impressed that they could pick up the car with no one at the house. The car was behind a gate and the gate had to be opened and cars were in the driveway. It was a little complicated, so I was impressed that the driver was able to do that. I had him drop the car off at a gas station right off a highway, so he didn't have any issues with the size of his truck. When truck arrived, the driver got the car down and I thanked him and he took off. It was very good, and the car looks fine. The quote was accurate too. I'd recommend AmeriFreight.

I had a very positive experience with AmeriFreight. I had my car break down far from home. I searched on Google and looked at a few companies, but AmeriFreight seemed to have the best reviews for what I needed. They seemed very attentive to what their customers needed. They would comment on reviews that were left on Google. I gave AmeriFreight a call and the operator was very helpful in getting the transport scheduled. In under about three hours, she got it confirmed, then someone picked up the car the next day and drove it from Atlanta, Georgia to Pittsburgh, North Carolina. The way they got it set up was very efficient. The transport took 24 hours and there were no problems on the drive. We did the 600 deposit, and it was a very reasonable rate for an interstate car transport. Everything was great. I would definitely do it again.

Provided great service. Driver was very nice and professional. Car arrived without incident. I scheduled pretty much last minute. Was able to leave my car with neighbor. They picked up in reasonable time frame. Car was delivered about 4-5 days later. I had never done this before and wasn't sure what to expect. Prayed for the best and my prayers were answered.

AmeriFreight was great! This was our first time shipping a vehicle.. Vehicle pick up in NY was great! When car reached destination in AZ. Quoted price and 30 minute time frame. When we arrived to receive our car, we were charged $100 extra by driver. We were paying cash. I’m not sure driver was being honest, but Amerifreight was great to work with.

This was the car for my 22 year old daughter. The trucker had her drive to another city to drop off the car! His excuse was that he has a large truck and there are narrow roads in our neighborhood, yet we've had big trucks pick up cars close to our house, and even if he didn't want to come to the neighborhood, there are plenty of places in Seattle to meet her. Then when car got to New Orleans, he had her again go well out of her way to a sketchy truck stop to retrieve the car. I'm now wary of using AmeriFreight again.

I got my car delivered a day ahead of schedule, but the driver expected to be tipped. I wasn't informed about this expectation and tipped him $60 on the spot. It would've been better if I had been told that tipping the driver was recommended, as well as the appropriate amounts. Also, I would've appreciated if I had at least one communication while my car was in transit, just to ensure that everything was ok.

The driver refused to meet me at the pickup location and refused to meet my friend at the delivery location. Please make sure this particular driver meets customers at pickup and drop off locations in the future. My experience with AmeriFreight was good but I was dissatisfied with the driver of the truck.

I received personalized care from start to finish. My car made it home in one piece for which I thank AmeriFreight. I would only add more communication to know where my car is at each step, but other than that I do appreciate and thank their professionalism and care. Trusting that my car was in good and safe hands was very important for me.

Biggest issue was not knowing if they were going to get a driver for the car. Amanda was good at getting everything started but after calling the day prior it turned out nobody was assigned again. Leaving me to wonder if they would have ever called. Anyway she was very nice and got me a driver. I had to leave the state and my biggest concern was leaving my vehicle and the driver bailing. I was told that they can meet the timeline with no issue. I made sure about a month prior to do all the communication and booking and was told I wouldn’t see anything until a week before. So the day before with still nothing is why I specifically was stressed out. Then fast forward to the driver not showing up for a day and a half after we left the state and I had no choice to leave the car since the driver apparently had an almost 40 hour traffic delay.

Initially I was fearful to ship a car from Colorado to California, because this was something I had never done before. We met the driver nearby our home in a larger space than our neighborhood - we took photos and watched the driver load the vehicle. It was loaded with care. The process went smoothly. The car was picked up the afternoon on a Monday and was delivered safely to our daughter in CA on Thursday afternoon.

We had never shipped a car before, and Raz was extremely helpful, explaining the process to us, and staying on track of our request. In the end, it worked out perfectly! I would use them again. Excellent contact with the driver and payment was easy. The process itself is strange in that you cannot schedule too far ahead of time, but customer service helped us stay updated.

The estimate given was well below what my initial costs were going to be. The person I was working with was very helpful and persistent. I believe her hands were tied with the way that this company operates. It was later explained to me that the quote that I was given was the lowest quote for a similar route within the last six months. A more appropriate method of quoting would be to give the average of the actual cost for a similar route within the last six months. I was disappointed and figured that AmeriFreight would be different given the positive reviews they had online. Ultimately I ended up paying $85 more than the quoted price, but had to wait approximately one month and to be persistent that I was not going to move from my price before I could get the vehicle moved.

My representative John was amazing and so was the carrier! Everyone was communicative and contributed to this being a seamless experience. The carrier picked my vehicle up from my house and took it to its destination right away. He delivered it on time and in perfect condition. The price was also unmatched. I don’t believe that I would have found anything that compared to the price. I would use this company again and would refer to others!

Katie and her team went above and beyond for me! I moved from California to Michigan. Every call center agent that helped me along the way was exceptional. The third party that picked my car up was acting a bit weird BUT Katie and her team worked with them and made it so easy. I would recommend this company to anyone moving. The gentlemen who picked and delivered my trike was on time, and went out of his way to ensure that I received it in the condition that it was picked. Though it was an extremely hot day, the driver didn't loose his calm and ensured that the vehicle was off-boarded scratchless. Excellent customer service and experience! If I have a need in the future, would definitely do business again.

Took a while to get a driver and then was told at pickup he needed to drop two days prior to us getting there. So had no choice but allow to drop but payment was not made until we got there and saw condition of car. It was in covered trailer so no issues with the car other than trying to find the spot it was parked in.

Broker I was paired with was extremely helpful. However, I was told that my car would not be driven a once I received my vehicle. That didn’t seem to be the case. Seat, wheel and gear covering had been altered and foot rest inside of my vehicle was broken. Once I explained the issues it was told to me that due to the vehicle being dropped off a week ago there was nothing that could be done. When I indeed let the broker know once I got to my vehicle. Although, I’m extremely grateful I received my car in one piece. I just wish there was more protecting me from the aftermath of the company’s mishandling.

AmeriFreight made transporting my car as easy and stress free as possible. In less than 3hrs Robyn was able to get transportation for my vehicle for the very next morning. My car went from CA to TN and arrived a day early. My vehicle was picked up around 11am on a Wednesday in TN, and arrived to the Bay Area, CA at 9am Friday morning. The transporters called me when they were here to pick up my car and the day before they arrived, they called to tell me they would be early. They also called when they were about 30 mins away as a heads up. Very professional and my car arrived in the exact condition it left in. I was very impressed on how quickly my vehicle arrived. I contracted w/ a diff. Co. to transport a truck I purchased from family member in Oregon, to my home in Mich. We wanted to be there, and we only had a three day windows, 2 days in we still hadn't heard from broker that a carrier has agreed to the job. If I didn't have a confirmed carrier before the last day ended I was gonna drive it home, I had enough vacation scheduled, but wife was against me driving alone. Didn't want to come herself, and refused to fly home by herself! (women!) So she got on phone and AmeriFreight had us a carrier contracted inside an hour, got my truck yesterday, no extra cost. Very satisfied, didn't have to spend 36hrs driving!

Trying to navigate the auto shipping market, I found myself flooded with offers and bids that would not stop. I carefully tried to check reviews, which a lot of people weren't that nice and had to base my decision on my homework and phone conversations I had along the way. SY from Amerifreight was professional, courteous and walked me through the whole process. Upon receiving my vehicle, I realized, I made the right choice!

I would use AmeriFreight again if I need to. Setting up the transport was very good. Also, the driver let me know where he was and was accurate.

My agent was Sy. He overcharged me then when I called him out on it, he told me he was gonna refund it for 2 weeks, never did. Then the driver kept my car 4 days on his lot before he let me pick it up. DO NOT USE THEM.

AmeriFreight has reasonable prices, and the lady I worked with was really good. I moved from Ohio to Arizona and I needed my car shipped out because I flew to Arizona. I called AmeriFreight on a Thursday and my car got picked up that Monday, and then by that Wednesday, I had my car. The driver and I were texting and calling. He was very communicative as well as swift with the delivery. I was very pleased with how fast and easy it was. I got my car faster than I ever could have expected, and it was great. Everything was in perfect condition.

I had to call back AmeriFreight a few times just to confirm details. Everybody was surprisingly friendly. And everyone that I talked to seemed to have the exact information. They keep very good notes. Everyone was on the same page. And that was very helpful. They communicated when they were bringing our car, and we met them easily. It was pro.

My transport with AmeriFreight went great. Coordinating the transport was very easy. I talked to someone at AmeriFreight and they gave me a day and time when it could be picked up. I was also able to call the driver and he said where he was going to meet me. Everything went well.

They were having some construction down the street and he came. I told him my son told me he didn't know if the car would start. He said, "No problem. We got this." The car started up then he put it on the transport. The delivery worked out perfectly. I was very pleased. I'm moving, and I hope everything else goes as smooth in this whole thing. I can't think of anything they could have handled better. It was stress off of my plate. I was relocating and AmeriFreight gave me the best price for transporting my car. It was pretty easy to set up with them and they were very straightforward. Also, I didn't pay anything until they had the best quote, while the other company I talked to wanted a down payment beforehand. AmeriFreight's driver was really professional and nice. In the end, the quote they gave me was accurate. All in all, their service was fast and we had no problem. The pickup and delivery were secure, everything was on time, and I didn't feel like they were taking advantage. I even called back the rep I talked to and I thanked her for their service.

There was a cool dude and an awesome hauler, and everything went great. The car was down in Oklahoma and I was down there and saw it and it was perfect. The guy did a great job. Anybody that I know is gonna ship something, I'd let them know about AmeriFreight.

I needed to transport a vehicle from Oklahoma home to Louisiana. I went online, did some searches, and then my phone kept blowing up. The only person I ended up trusting was Russ. He did a phenomenal job. He was open with me, and he explained what was happening and why all these people were calling me and what they were trying to do. I checked it on Better Business Bureau as well. AmeriFreight picked up the vehicle on a Tuesday and got there the following evening. The transport ended up being about six hours more, but the driver called and they were in communication. It was fine.

Our car was delivered in time and undamaged. The person who transported our car provided good communication calling frequently to provide updates as to when the car would be delivered. The process went better than I had anticipated and I would recommend this car transport service to others in the future.

Most of the companies were offering the same thing but AmeriFreight was more responsive. I deal with other brokers and they don’t hold the people who work for them accountable so they never call back and check whether someone called. I had to cancel another broker even though they scheduled me earlier and I went with AmeriFreight. They checked with me and made sure whoever was assigned to deliver my car was responsive. Plus, they were upfront with the price. I left my car with a family member and they contacted my family for the pickup. The drivers were there on time and called to give me an update on when the car would be delivered. My wife was here when the car was delivered and everything went fine. It was delivered when they said they were supposed to be delivered.

When we are moving from New Orleans to Virginia, I looked for companies that had very high reviews from a number of sources, and AmeriFreight and a couple of others were on there. I noticed that AmeriFreight had the highest number of 5-star reviews and the comments were very good. Coincidentally, somebody who lives here in the same condo who had also talked about car transport said she would pull the paperwork from when she had her car transported from California to Ohio. She did and told me it was AmeriFreight.

AmeriFreight explained everything very well to me. But I didn't listen to parts of it and wound up getting scammed by somebody else in the process. I got a call and it was from the AmeriFreight number. They said that they had a truck in the area and they could pick up the 4th or the 5th. I set it up and we had to give a deposit on Cash App. We did that because AmeriFreight had told me we'd have to deposit. I didn't realize that I should have only done the deposit with them.

When I was talking to the guy from AmeriFreight, he broke down the whole process of how the transport process works so I wouldn't be confused on where my car was going and how I would be paying. He was great. The car was picked up on a Saturday and it was dropped off on Wednesday of the following week. With AmeriSafe, you don't have to worry about anything and it's safe to use.

When AmeriFreight got my car to its destination, the final price was a little bit more than I expected. The automated system that gives you a quote when you put in the information needs to be updated. It gave me 560 and it cost me about 1,200, which was not the biggest deal because I expected it to be more along the lines of a grand to get the car moved. The broker that I spoke with gave away the actual price which was 900 and we ended up with 1,248. So, I knew exactly how much the broker got and that was something I couldn't unknow. But after I put in my information on their website, they got back to me in a timely manner to me, so the communication was there.

There were some carriers that came in with bids that were considerably more, but I just held my ground and eventually, AmeriFreight was able to find an acceptable carrier. Through the process, they were in touch with me and even after the truck was picked up, they made contact with me to let me know the progress. They also checked with me after the delivery to make sure everything was okay. So I had no complaints. The truck was picked up in Delmar, Delaware and it was dropped off in Fernwood, Idaho. AmeriFreight did what they said they were going to do and I would use them.

AmeriFreight was great. We wanted our car shipped from Tallahassee, Florida to Boise, Idaho. I selected them because I talked to the person online and they gave me so much information, and I really appreciated it. They were willing to work with me with my need, and then they were able to get a lower quote as time went on. Our car got here faster than we anticipated. The driver was excellent. He met us in a parking lot right near our apartment so he didn't have to come in. I would use AmeriFreight again because of their quality of service and their process.

Using AmeriFreight made getting my daughter’s car from Nevada to Florida a breeze. Very professional, and communication was quick. Pricing was fair. I called AmeriFreight and Rosie was super helpful and told me the process, and was overall great in helping me get it done. They kept me updated during booking, pick up, delivery, all the way. Every single step, they kept me updated. It was really helpful. I did it last minute too. Their quote was good but was a little bit more than the other ones, but they got me a shipper. In hindsight, it seems like a very reasonable quote. But they should give more information on the fact that the quote is going on to a board and it's a range. That was something I didn't understand. I thought when I was looking online, the quote given was just the price to ship it. I didn't know that was just going out and they were looking for the best bidder. I wish they would give you a range instead of just an exact number. It would make everything much more transparent.

Super easy company to work with, very responsive with questions, and safe shipment of vehicle. They were able to accommodate dropping off the vehicle when I was not in the area, which worked out great. Highly recommend! I will definitely use this company again if I need to ship another vehicle.

Good communication with office staff in the beginning. The issue I had was with the driver, even though he delivered my vehicle fast, my pickup and delivery was insisted by him at 2am. I met him for the pickup and drop off at 2am. Not sure how he expects people to meet him wee hours in the morning. How could you inspect your vehicle for any damage in the dark.. Not a good time and ridiculous. Most likely would not use them again, had difficulty getting a manager to call me back after the drop off and my concerns.

Seems my broker forgot about my request, upon calling and leaving several messages I eventually spoke to her. She scrambled to find a transporter she assured was vetted. The transporter held my car for an additional 5 days before delivering. Car had damage which they will not address. After I researched the company and saw they received multiple terrible reviews, so clearly I was lied to.

Everyone I talk to was helpful and courteous. The car was delivered on estimated time and the driver was very helpful and polite along the way delivering the car. The car arrived in original condition. Very satisfied with the company. Excellent job. Would refer them to other people for their transportation needs.

I so appreciated working with Amerifreight. I needed to ship a car from Texas to Georgia and had run into some issues with another broker. This company did not ask for any money upfront, but only asked for fees once they had a driver. Then once they a driver was assigned they delivered a car a day earlier than anticipated and were very fair and transparent in their pricing. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. Car was picked up and delivered in timely manner with no damage. Driver helped load and unload non-operating car. Computer listing was dropped when I tried to change the pickup date window. Unfortunately the delay caused a price increase of $100 but final price was still reasonable. I would use them again.

My initial quote instead of my actual price was different. They outsource all the drivers and mine showed up a day early. He only took cash or Zelle which I didn't know. My broker either quit or got fired while my car was in transport too. The replacement person took 2 days to return my call too.

A friend of mine had previously used this company for shipping his car and when I was in a position to need to ship my car he recommended them. I called them and got their quote and while it wasn't the most expensive one that I had found it sure wasn't the cheapest. After several discussions with at least one other shipper I decided to choose Amerifreight because they seemed the most competent of all the brokers. Now, keep in mind, every company that you talk to is a broker, so don't count that against Amerifreight. Another thing that I enjoyed was that they are based in the US and they didn't outsource their customer service. The same cannot be said for the actual shipping companies that all these brokers use, but again, that's not something against Amerifreight. I would definitely be willing to use Amerifreight again should I ever require a vehicle transport in the future.

Hired the company to transport my vehicle from Phoenix to Lacey WA. They were able to pick my vehicle up early, which was awesome because I was driving to LA and wanted to leave ASAP. Everything ran smoothly, they picked up my car on time and delivered it when they said they would. The driver was friendly and dependable. My only negative comment would be they were not transparent on the cost ($850). They quoted me the price but didn't tell me the hidden fees ($300 ish) or the fact I would have to pay cash or Venmo to the driver unless I wanted to pay with my credit card for added fees. It all worked out but make sure you ask about this.

I bought a 2014 Fiat in Ohio and wanted it transported to my home in Georgia. I talked to a couple of different representatives at Amerifreight and they were all very helpful. Their rep, Harry, was located in Georgia. He gave me a price. I had seen online what an average price would be. For that distance, it was somewhere between $750 and $1,100. Other places were hitting me. The quotes were $1,400. But Harry priced it not much more than 750, which was the lowest that I saw was estimated at. I live in a rural area and I could have had the car delivered seven miles away from me in a small town. But I live outside of the town and had nobody to take me there so I elected to have it delivered closer to my house. There is a cell tower half a mile from my house. I told them to deliver it to a specific road and the landmark would be a cell tower. A nice guy showed up then I drove the vehicle to my house. I was happy. It was a very nice experience.

The cost was comparable, and overall, the service was good. We had to make changes in the dates, and they handled the changes really well. Everything seemed to work out.

Everything was good and as promised from beginning to end. It worked out. They showed up in a timely manner and everybody was courteous and helpful. The transport was from Texas to the state of Maine and it took seven days. I would recommend them.

I did my research looking for car transport companies with higher ratings and good BBB scores. Amerifreight was very responsive to my request for a quote and sent me one right away. I had friendly emails with Amerifreight and other companies I was considering. As I moved forward with Amerifreight, I got the agreement to ship with a much higher price than my quote. Nowhere on the website or emails was it made clear that the quote was a starting point of price. My email to them asking about the difference in cost led to a less friendly response and then no more communication. Beware of the higher actual cost of working with Amerifreight!

Car pick up and delivery was very smooth despite being 1 day earlier and 1 day later respectively. The quote I initially received was way off despite being an "estimate" subject to changes. I was quoted around $1050, which was low compared to other companies so I was very excited, when the time came to connect with a driver I ended up being charged around $1700. Prices should be more accurate in order for customers to not be biased to make informed decisions, giving an extremely low estimates is dishonest and unfair, some wiggle room is expected, but not over 60 or 70% extra.

Great service, on time delivery, always keeps you updated. I would recommend this service to anyone looking not to get ripped off and extra charges added on at the back end of the delivery. I was called with updates and knew where my vehicle was at, the service was so decent I shipped my second vehicle with them.

I had to move from Vermont to Arizona pretty quickly for a new job and I wasn't sure at the time if I was gonna keep my leased vehicle that I have in Vermont. I flew out and I decided to keep the old car. It had to follow me across the country and I needed a transport service. I looked at a few quotes online and talked to some family members. A family member had used AmeriFreight before and had a good experience. After looking at a couple other numbers, I decided AmeriFreight would be likely a good option.

I needed to get a truck hauled to Missouri. The AmeriFreight rep took my information and said she would try to find somebody to do it. She put it out online and she got contacted in a bid, and then she called me back to see if that was suitable. Regarding the delivery, they were supposed to bring the vehicle on a Wednesday morning. But they called me at 5 o'clock in the evening and said, "The guy could be here by 10 o'clock if that would be okay with you." Instead of first thing the next morning, I said, "Yeah, that's fine." He showed up and I was watching for him. I went down and met him into the driveway, and he unloaded it, and I brought it up here and paid him.

I'm in my middle 70s and I have a home in Chicago but I live in St. Pete, Florida. Usually, I would drive from one place to the other. But at this point in my life, it's better to have the car shipped and I could just fly. I did a search online of auto shipping companies and I did some background on several of them. The one that came out the best in terms of Better Business Bureau and fewer complaints was AmeriFreight, which was why I used them. The drop-off was Chicago and it was supposed to take three to five days. And it wound up taking only two days. If you want to have your car shipped, AmeriFreight is a broker that has a good reputation. I would certainly consider them.

I just Googled vehicle transport and services and AmeriFreight popped up. I'm in the military so I'm pretty ahead and Leon, the rep, even told me it was early reaching out but he still helped me out. He saw my pricing and said it was not a sure number and he could find me something lower, which he did. He gave me a lot of options as well so I had high, medium and low. But he was giving me ratings with the numbers and didn't force me to pick any specific company. It was all up to me. It was a very smooth transaction.

The pricing of AmeriFreight was better than other companies. But when we booked the carrier, it went up a couple of hundred dollars. That wasn't great, but I understand it was just so long. Their customer service was also better than others. The pick-up of the vehicle was super quick and flexible on where and when. Everything was super smooth. Both at pick-up and drop-off, they were able to pull right into the neighborhood and there was no issue.

Five years ago. I needed a truck sent from New Jersey to Arizona and I looked up online and AmeriFreight came up. Since then, I've used them at least two dozen times. Harry, the rep, is the best. He’s very passionate and knows what we’re looking for. He always takes care of us. The vehicle was sitting in my yard in New Jersey and someone came and showed me the paperwork. They inspected it, took pictures and sent me a copy of it and took it away. The driver made sure that everything was good. There were some I knew that were bad about it.

When I found AmeriFreight on the internet, our grandson in Massachusetts just turned 16 and we were giving him our Jeep for his birthday present. The reps were very helpful but I was a little disappointed. I was quoted a price that was gonna be a little less than $1,100 but came in a little over 1,600, which was right in the same area as the other three bids. I was not surprised that that happened but I was a little less than happy that we couldn't come in at the bid price of what the initial bid was. Other than that, everything else worked out fine. I was happy with the service. I met the driver on the main street in front of a supermarket that closed down so it had an extra lane out there for parking as well. It gave him lots of frontage to work with. He was great. The car got there in one piece and in good shape.

I bought a vehicle that was outside the state that I reside in. It was too expensive and timely for me to drive over there, pick it up and drive it back. After a quick Google search, I found AmeriFreight and contacted them for an online quote. It was fair market value based on the research that I had done about what people were paying for similar automobiles in the last six months. It was done by the number of mileage though.

The car was damaged during transport. No response from carrier (Campbell Auto transport) and essentially no help from AmeriFreight (Gina **). We were assured insurance coverage was included in our agreement to transport. Insurance carrier says NO cooperation from carrier. AFTA claim sent, now they are asking for exact same info we sent before. We are stuck with repair costs. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I used AmeriFreight back in 2020 when I moved down to California and I liked it back then, so I went with AmeriFreight again when I was moving from San Diego back up to the Pacific Northwest. Harry, the rep, was really nice and accommodating. I wasn't gonna get to the location in time for my car to be picked up by me, and I said, “I don't know what to do.” He talked to the guy from the carrier and worked out a deal that I could just have my car hang out in his lot until I got there, which was really great. I appreciate Harry working for me on my behalf. He said he tried to get me the best deal. I don't know if it was, but it seemed like what the going rate was. He was really kind and it worked out well. The quote was a little high but Harry explained to me why, being that it was summer and there was a lot of cars that were being shipped at that point.

One of my friends recommended AmeriFreight to me, and the service is good and efficient. The original pick-up was Bellevue, Washington, while the drop-off was Rochester, New York, and they estimated it would take 10 to 13 days. The driver was good. We had to call him a lot to coordinate it and he hadn't done it a lot, but he was really nice. I would recommend AmeriFreight to somebody who does not have many experiences in car shipping.

I was given an initial quote with the pricing and that was what it was at the end. I paid AmeriFreight's part of it and then, I paid the company that transported the car the rest once the car was delivered.

I needed to transport a vehicle from New Jersey to Billington, and setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was fairly simple. They told me that they would contact the drivers and once they got a bid, they'd contact me back, which they did. It was pretty much by the numbers after to that point. At drop-off, the driver was very careful and took his time and made sure that nothing got damaged and didn't just dump the car off the truck. He is very meticulous in getting it off the truck. There was a little bit of a speech difference, so there wasn't that much communication but it wasn't a problem at all because he did an excellent job. He got here in a very good time. He got the vehicle in in a timely manner and in good condition. I would advise others to inquire with AmeriFreight if they're looking for a hauler.

I was moving across the United States and AmeriFreight was the most responsive among the companies I contacted. They were also able to get me a date multiple days before the move. The car was picked up in Texas and dropped-off in New Hampshire. And the pickup and drop-off took five days in total. The pickup was pretty seamless. I lived in an area that had a big parking lot and the driver was able to bring his big truck with the trailer and load it up. When the vehicle was dropped off, I was still on the way driving up here and the person dropping it off contacted me. He had it on a single trailer then he brought it here and dropped it off. So it was easy. No matter what situation it was in, they were able to get it done.

I initially chose them due to a positive first experience, particularly with Baylee, who was very communicative, provided comprehensive information, and offered reasonable quotes. However, my recent experience differed somewhat. While I encountered helpful individuals, the quote I received was significantly lower than the carrier's final price—more than double, in fact. I understand that pricing can vary, and that carriers set their rates, but it raises questions when initial quotes are so far from the final cost. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't risk waiting for another carrier's quote. Therefore, I've given 2 stars for my experience. I believe greater transparency in pricing would improve the overall experience. As experts in your field, you're aware of seasonal price fluctuations and likely have a good sense of median prices. It's disappointing that this experience fell short of expectations.

I had a very positive experience using AmeriFreight as my transport company after purchasing a vintage 1972 Fiat 500L. Customer service was stellar in arranging the logistics, pricing and delivery of my vehicle by keeping me informed and sticking to a timeline. I would definitely use them again for any of my transportation needs.

I needed to move my car from California to New York. I liked Amerifreight's price and timing. I had a very good experience with their reps. They were responsive and gave me the correct information in terms of timing of pick-up and delivery. I got a text message and a telephone call prior to pick-up, and then got a text and a phone call from the driver who was there exactly where he was supposed to be at the exact time he was supposed to be. It was the same thing with the delivery. I got a text and a phone call from the driver saying when he'd be at the location to pick up my car. He was there. He was pleasant. Everything went smooth. The timing was really good.

The first time we used AmeriFreight was not so great and we had some issues. Then, in May, we wanted our car back up north from Palm Springs. My husband checked all the pricing with different people and it was all high. He was very thorough in his research and in all of his contacts, Jennifer from AmeriFreight really swung the bat. We were sold on her. Jennifer did the best she could to get him a carrier and it worked out fine. She's sterling. My husband found one small mark on the car but everything inside was fine. Also, the driver was great. He had a great attitude and he came on time to both locations. We're very happy with the company and we've recommended them to other people.

I transported a vehicle from Cincinnati to Miami, Florida and the quote that AmeriFreight gave me was pretty fair compared to other folks. Their process was pretty smooth and not too complicated. They told me that the transport would take about three days and it took about four days because of traffic. The driver was good and the vehicle arrived with some bug marks but that was just normal.

My daughter was in school in New Jersey and we live in Georgia. I didn't want her to drive from New Jersey to Georgia to drop her car off, so I enlisted AmeriFreight's service to transport her car to me. When I first set it up, I did it online, but then someone gave me a call. Their customer service was excellent and every time I called, I got the same person. Her name was Christine and she was really good.

The person that I was working with was available when I had questions, and she was totally professional and helpful. The location was in Niagara Falls and the transport was scheduled to take five days. It was on time, and the driver was great. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly where he was going and where to meet. The original quote was about 1,100 and it was a bit off, but I was holding my breath for that. I ended up paying 1,600, which was fair enough. I understand that there are limitations to the ability to quote for that type of a situation, so it was fine.

I have never shipped anything like this before, it made me nervous. I tried to do it way ahead of time and not knowing that I gotta kind of wait for the bids. They did everything that they could and it went smoothly. Everything that they said they would do was exactly what happened and that made it very nice. The nice thing was the representative continued to keep in contact either verbally or by email and it felt like your best friend had your back. The move went faster than it was supposed to.

Everything went according to plan and AmeriFreight did everything they were supposed to do that they said they were gonna do. The driver notified us once he was in Rochester and somebody was gonna be there all day for him to deliver it. So, that wasn't an issue. The customer service rep was very helpful.
