The representative of the company was quick to respond to me with any inquiries I had throughout the process. They rapidly found a carrier when we thought we might have been in a pinch since our move from the west coast to the east coast had to be carried out so rapidly. The carrier they found was reputable, the drivers friendly and accommodating, and our car was delivered safely.

Worked with Leica from Ameri-Freight. She was courteous and helpful throughout the process. Would recommend and use again.

I had done the quote online and they were able to give me a quote right away and it was a very fair and reasonable quote. Transport organizer was really good. I was happy with her. She kept in touch and let me know who was going to be coming. Told us it was going to take 5-7 days, but the carrier driver actually got here in four. Met him out of the gate (I live in a gated community) and he was very friendly.

I read other glowing reviews. Being skeptical I was not sure my experience would be the same. It was much better than I could have hoped for. My car was picked up the first day it was available. It was delivered before other companies could have picked it up. Customer service is spectacular.

AmeriFreight contracted to have our vehicle transported from Westchester, NY to Sarasota, FL. Our representative, Graham was very attentive in letting us know what was going on with the progress of obtaining a carrier. Our vehicle was picked up and dropped off within the time parameters that were specified in the contract. Our only hitch in the whole process was with the contracted transport company, American Mausoleum. Their dispatcher, and contacts with their drivers was very inadequate. So we had some miscommunications with the drivers in their timing of the pickup and drop off. AmeriFreight was very supportive in attempting to smooth these difficulties out, and I doubt that they will use American Mausoleum again.

My wife and I were looking to ship her car from Detroit to Atlanta so her and I could drive down together in one car. Lecia was our representative the entire way through. She was very helpful and kept constant communication before, during and after. They found a driver willing to take our car. We knew we wouldn't be able to get down there in time to meet the driver so AmeriFreight let us store her car at their office (for small fee) for a few days til we could get there. The shipping costs was not bad based on other quotes I was getting and went very smoothly. Definitely happy with their service.

I bought a vehicle in a different state. I had AmeriFreight transport it for me since I like their Better Business Bureau ratings. And their quote was good. It was right down the middle. Dealing with the transport organizer and the driver was easy. The whole process only took four days from the time I booked it until I got my car.

Great experience transporting our car from Dallas to Santa Barbara...Ali at Amerifreight was professional, kind, and did exactly what she had promised. The carriers the company used were super....car looked beautiful when it got here. Everything happened exactly on schedule and Ali was continually checking up to make sure things were going on schedule.

I was moving for a job so I had to move my vehicle from California to Massachusetts. I looked up online for the highest rated ones and have good ratings from previous customers and that's how I found AmeriFreight. I took advantage of their free quote option and it was very good. There are certainly lower prices from what I've seen but I would rather have something of quality as well regardless of it, and make sure my car gets in the destination safely.

AmeriFreight did a fine job. They did what they said they were going to do. They were very thorough in explaining the process and what needed to be done, and were very straightforward with the pricing and how all that worked. There were no surprises. It all went smoothly. They do a very good job. The trucking firm that they use got the vehicle there as they were supposed to. My only complaint was communication with the trucking firm but that’s separate from AmeriFreight. They had us running around at the last minute. But overall, the experience was fine. It got there safe and sound, and no complaint.

I called AmeriFreight to have my vehicle shipped from Washington to Massachusetts. My agent was Lecia and she was very helpful in explaining exactly how the process would work. I was quoted a reasonable price and within minutes of hanging up the phone a carrier was prepared to ship my car for the agreed upon price and they were able to pick it up during the window I was available. Lecia checked in to make sure the car was picked up on time and to make sure it was dropped off as well. She was also available if I had any other questions during transportation.

AmeriFreight was outstanding! Not only was I moving from San Diego, CA to Wilmington, NC so across the country one coast to the next but I had also purchased a brand new car. I heard horror stories about transporting cars and I must say this was not my experience. From the beginning dealing with Graham all the way to the end when my car was delivered, the process was professional and seamless. Price was reasonable and all services pick-up/delivery were timely as promised. I have already begun recommending this company to friends and would use them again without hesitation!

I have a lot of clients who need their vehicles shipped. I have lots of different cars going in lots of different places. Before we went with Amerifreight we had another company who really, really, really screwed up. So it was time to go back to the drawing board and find a new company. I went to the Better Business Bureau site and I made some calls. After reviewing AmeriFreight's liability policies and the extra gap insurance that they offer, and the way they sort of go about scheduling things and keeping you informed, and they only use the top 5 percent of shippers, everything's very guaranteed, we decided to go with them. They've been working out great for us. The guy that I used to schedule all my shipments with was fantastic. He did everything for me but he left the company recently. So it remains to be seen how the new guys gonna do cause I don't have much experience with them yet.

We had moved from South Dakota to DC and we had three cars, and our house in DC could not accommodate three cars. So we needed to ship our third car from South Dakota to Florida to my mom's house. We're a military family and my husband has a lot of cars. And we've used AmeriFreight before for a shipment and had a good experience with them then, so I decided to use them again. I also read reviews and it appears that a lot of military moves uses AmeriFreight.

We researched online and AmeriFreight seemed to have the best ratings, the most positive feedback. I took advantage of their free quote option for shipping and it was good. It came back being a little more to ship when they contracted it. It's about $180 more than what they quoted it at. But it was pretty easy and fairly close. I looked at a few others and even got a few other quotes, but went with them. I called the organizer, told him I want to go ahead and do it, gave him my credit card info. He explained how it worked and he said he'd call me when he had a carrier.

I bought a car in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and I needed it shipped to where I live in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Before I picked AmeriFreight, I originally picked another company but I read the reviews and there were some issues with them, and so I went and did another search for best auto transport. AmeriFreight was like number three but I liked the name and it said that they did a lot of work with the military, and I was retired military, and so I decided to give them a call. They were on my short list, the reviews were very good, and the call was reassuring so I went with them.

I have used AmeriFreight a number of times and their staff are the best. My last transport I had some problems but AmeriFreight fixed everything the same day!

I'm in the Marine Corp. I had recruiting orders from California to Kentucky so I contacted AmeriFreight to help me ship my vehicle. I've read some reviews online and they had some very favorable ones. I've heard of them from one of the guys that I work with. They offered a free quote and I got a couple of other quotes as well and it was about what I expected. They contacted me and took the worry off of me.

I search online for someone to deliver a car from my cousin's home in Arizona to my home in New Orleans. There were several listed but I chose AmeriFreight because after checking them out, I went with my gut!! From the "office" personnel I spoke with on the phone to the truck driver that delivered my car to the corner of my home, I could not have been more pleased with my choice. Everyone was just spectacular!!!

My experience with AmeriFreight was positive. The only thing was their original quote was 200 lower than the actual amount that I ended up paying. But they were clear to me that I could have kept waiting to see if they could find another person willing to take the car. But I didn't want to wait because that was gonna cost plenty once I got to Texas where I was moving. It was my first time shipping my car so I don't have anything to compare it to. But it was better than the other quotes I was getting and I did end up paying a little bit less than I would have paid somewhere else.

I had a very good experience with AmeriFreight. The person I dealt with was very organized, clear and very patient in explaining everything. You hear all kinds of horror stories about shipping cars and she made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. She was terrific. Her follow-up was excellent. I never worried about anything.
