We had a 1-15 day window for pickup of our car. In just a couple hours AmeriFreight found us a driver. They were very accommodating. Excellent communication.

This was my first time shipping a car and AmeriFreight made the process go without a hitch. Ali explained how everything worked in detail. She also called after pickup to make sure everything went well, as well as after drop to ensure that the whole process was complete, which was much appreciated.

I wished to move and chose AmeriFreight. The quotation that they gave me was in the range. The organizer, Mildred, always made contact and has been nice. They delivered the car quicker than we want, so it was nice. The only thing was the windows of the car had a powder-like residue that we couldn't clean for a while. I don't know if that’s normal for a car that’s been transported outside or not.

It takes approximately 6 days to ship my car from North Carolina to California, which is quicker than what I thought. The driver is professional and responsible, if I wasn't charged for extra $100 overweight fee, I will give it a 100% satisfaction.

I had a very good experience with AmeriFreight. They have good reviews online from other people. When I called the transport organizer, he was very attentive in helping me with all my questions. On the day of the delivery, the carrier driver was a little delayed because of the traffic in Michigan, but it was good. The car arrived fine and on time.

Overall, I had a good experience shipping my car with AmeriFreight. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and needed to get my car there. After looking in to several online quotes with a variety of companies, I decided to go with AmeriFreight because they offered the most reasonable price. Graham, my agent, worked very hard to stick to the original quote, and he was responsive to any concerns or questions I had throughout the process. Once he secured a dispatch for me, my car arrived much quicker than expected, less than a week!

The company is always the people; that said, the people that I worked with at AmeriFreight were excellent. I needed to transport my vehicle because I was transferred to another location. I live in a very rural area of Kentucky where I transferred from and there's no big city for miles so it was hard to get somebody to transport my car. I found AmeriFreight reviews online and availed of their free quote option and did get a quote which turned out to be good. I'm happy with the entire experience.

I changed jobs and needed to relocate so I looked for an auto transport company that would ship my vehicle. I was actually looking at the BBB ratings and at the price point. The quote that AmeriFreight gave was fine and competitive in the market. It was delivered on time and was a pretty good experience overall. The transport organizer followed up. If I call her, she was calling back immediately and then the driver also when he was in the area. He let me know and came and picked up the car. Another thing was that the truck they used was a covered one and we bought uncovered. I thought that was pretty good because it was extra for the same money we paid for.

My car was transported from NJ to TX in three days. The price was a bit over my budget but not by much. My contact person was very helpful, as well as the driver (easy to get into contact and flexible when necessary throughout the process). The only thing I am wondering is why my check engine light is on after the trip despite my car being driven two days before the pick up was scheduled. It is an older car. It's just strange timing. Hopefully, nothing too serious. Overall, Amerifreight was a good service provider, thanks.

I had to ship my car from Cleveland to Phoenix with a short notice, Lecia helped me in getting my car shipped with an excellent truck company (A&R Transport LLC) within 3 days. The car was picked and delivered in 5 days and I was informed on the status right from order placing till the car delivery. The truck driver Roger ** is very kind and kept me updated on status from pickup till delivery and delivered the car right in front of my home. Excellent service with very nice people.

I used AmeriFreight when I needed to ship my vehicle that I bought to Arizona. It took several phone calls to decide what was needed and when. There was good communication there. There was constant communication as well when the driver picked up and delivered the auto. The whole process took about three days. They were reliable and on time. Definitely a good experience.

When I thought nobody would deliver to Minnesota in the snow AmeriFreight found a great driver that managed to get it here in the time frame. Will be using them again when I move thousands of miles next. They really only use amazing drivers and it showed with this one.

I had my vehicle shipped by AmeriFreight because it broke down on me while I was traveling. It was the cheapest, as far as I could find. It's more than what I wanted to pay but where my car had broken down but everyone was giving me around the same price range anyways. The carrier driver was fine. They told me they were in town when they got in town. Everything went smoothly.

Overall, a pretty smooth and easy process. Would recommend them.

Lecia from AmeriFreight did an excellent job coordinating the Transport of 6 non-running classic cars. I sent people from Florida to North Carolina to purchase the cars and ensure they were loaded properly and on time. Both were accomplished without a hitch. The driver arrived and delivered on time and even parked under cover to protect the cars from rain.

I needed to ship a car from California to Illinois and I just Google-searched "car shipping" -- AmeriFreight was one of the top Google results. Their quote seemed to be the cheapest one. The interactions I had with my transport organizer was good. It was mostly done over email and phone call. After I submitted the quote, they got back to me and said, "If you want to proceed, just call this number or e-mail this person." I forgot who my contact there was but after talking back and forth a little bit, they said they would find somebody who was willing to take the car in the time frame that I wanted. I gave them a pick up location and they told me they'd be there in a certain time frame. After the car was shipped back to Illinois, they followed up so it was pretty good. The only interaction I had with the driver on the day of the delivery was signing the paperwork and paying the driver in cash. It was fast and good value.

I can't say enough about the experience I had with AmeriFreight. From the beginning phone call down to the delivery of my car they were wonderful. Ali was always available and honest from the start. I was having an awful time with other shippers and am so thankful I called AmeriFreight.

I purchased a vehicle that was cross-country so I needed to ship my vehicle. I had quite a few interactions with my transport organizer and she did a really good job in making sure I got a transport eventually. The quote they gave was higher than most. I had done a search on a lot of different companies...They were just having trouble getting the car picked up from the area where it was located. The carrier driver on the day of the delivery was fine...No issues. From beginning to end, the process took three weeks. I would recommend them just because the agent was so responsive.

Primarily, I don't generally leave reviews for ANYTHING, especially once my services with that particular company have transgressed. However, I wanted to especially make it a point to leave a review in GOOD NATURE as to how stellar & splendid Amerifreight treated me. Although they cost a few dollars more than the average competitor, not only did someone come ON TIME to collect my 2014 vehicle in the rain, they made me feel at ease about releasing my new car into their custody. Additionally, there was someone of whom I could text throughout the entire ordeal in order to maintain correspondence with my driver, & once I took off from my origin to my destination via airplane, Amerifreight actually delivered my vehicle just hours prior to my arrival, per our agreement, intact, &, everything that I packed inside of my vehicle was additionally intact. The ONLY demerit was that the car was extremely dirty, but a $10 car wash took care of that.

The service was very good. Usually most phone calls were returned back and they did find an excellent carrier. Only thing that prevented me from giving higher rating is the timeliness of service. Vehicle was actually picked up more than one month after the pick-up window started (window was 5 days long). Make sure that you are not in hurry.

I’m in the military. I needed to ship my vehicle from New York to Texas. The two other car companies that I’ve dealt with before didn’t like to keep in touch, but the lady rep from AmeriFreight was really good about that. She was always very polite and she kept in touch 2 - 3x a week letting me know the status of the order. And then the one time that I didn’t talk to her, the guy whom I talked to was really awesome too. He was telling me how my order was going and all that. The only bad thing I had was with the guy that picked it up. I had a little difficulty loading up my car on the actual trip. It wasn’t running at the time. He asked an extra hundred dollars on top of the price, which wasn’t too bad, and I don’t blame AmeriFreight for that. They were awesome and very reliable. The car got there safely and the price was good.

The driver is very nice. He reached the maximum driving hours per day when he delivered my car. But he drove me with his own car to the parking lot so that I can get my car on time.

I learned about AmeriFreight online. The reviews I read were good. I was moving from Arizona to Indiana and needed the transport service. I spoke to them on the phone and they gave me a quote. It was good and on par with the other providers. The transport organizer was professional and kept us informed about the car, and when and where to pick up. The only issue I can remember was that they gave me time but there was a delay, but other than that it was okay. Overall, the experience was good.

After shopping around and researching many auto transport companies, there were still a few too many to choose from. But when companies started weeding themselves out due to poor customer service or shady logistics, I had finally received my quote from Josh at AmeriFreight. Right off the bat he had provided plenty of information on how the shipping processes work, what is required on my end, the security of my "pride and joy" in the hands of a stranger and communication between the three parties. Not only was the customer service no point but they were able to find a driver for a rate that I could afford. My car was shipped from NY to NC. It had arrived in perfect condition and the driver, as well as Josh from AmeriFreight, were constantly in contact with me for updates on time of arrival. I absolutely recommend AmeriFreight, and I will absolutely use them again in the future if need be.

Ali, was my agent and I'm definitely satisfied. From my experience with this company they are pretty thorough. The communication from them is great. They will get you the lowest offer possible and will be realistic with you about the price. Although, the driver requested a price that was higher than quoted, it was reasonable considering the situation at hand. The driver was great and got my car to the destination without damage. Not to mention, across the country in just about 3 days.

Ali was able to find an enclosed shipper within 1 hour, in a price range that was reasonable. I had the cellphone number of the driver and was able to call for updates on the shipment. The truck and driver were clean and professional-appearing. Overall a very good experience after reading a lot of online nightmares with other companies. One positive is that AmeriFreight charges you nothing until you confirm the shipment and carrier, and have the carrier's phone number. Ali called once during the shipment to make sure there were no problems. I'd use this company again for sure.

I really liked how AmeriFreight's representative wrote down all the details in that quote; everything I needed to know in one email! Quick response. I needed to take my car from Cary, North Carolina to Anaheim, California. I appreciate them recommending the open carrier for my car, which is more cheaper than a closed carrier. I provided them the timeframe that i needed the car to reach in and they managed it perfectly.

I was moving to a new location and wanted to work with the rep that we worked with in Columbus, Ohio. We've got a lady who came to our house who was really nice and I felt that the free in-home estimate from AmeriFreight was fair. The transport organizer was very good and was very helpful. However on the day of the delivery I had a big problem. I did not like the subcontractors for the delivery. There were three gentlemen, two older ones... They actually got into an argument outside on the driveway, yelling at each other that "You're not working hard enough. I'm doing all the work."

We had a great experience with AmeriFreight. Our car shipped from CA to MA in about 2 weeks. Some snow storms helped delay a bit. They were up front about cost, how it would work and delivery. Only issue we had was our driver changed last minute the pickup spot. Caused a minor glitch in my wife's day.

Finally, I see my car at my new home in Minnesota although it looks dirty and I've paid for additional $200 and waited for the car for 26 days. Thanks for AmeriFreight and the driver.

I had to ship my car from my hometown in Kansas City up to my university in Seattle. Having never dealt with car shipping before, I had no idea where to turn. AmeriFreight gave me the lowest quote of all the sites I surveyed so I chose it, and I have no regrets. My agent was extremely patient, helpful, and easy to contact. She walked me through the whole process and kept in touch with me to give me updates. It took a few weeks for my car to get picked up from my parents' house in KC by a carrier (which was fine with me because I was in no hurry) and one week for it to be shipped to me at my apartment in Seattle. Then once my car was delivered, my agent made sure everything had gone well. I couldn't have asked for an easier way to ship a car, it's like I barely had to do anything at all. If I had known it would be this easy, I would have picked it regardless of the low quote.

This is the second time we have used Amerifreight. We got our car in one piece. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because we were quoted a price and 4 days later they found a driver and we had to pay almost 200 dollars more. The driver was a day later than expected but was very friendly and polite. Graham was also very good and accommodated our needs. Very happy and satisfied.

I'm just a random guy that moved from NJ to NV with the Army and I have never shipped a vehicle before. I went online and requested some quotes. After receiving 200 emails and calls from different companies warning me of scams I chose a broker that seemed reliable. Without the long story, the first company I asked to ship my truck failed to get a carrier and never called me back or followed up until after AmeriFreight shipped the truck. I waited for over three weeks with promises that the first company would get the truck shipped, but that never happened. When I called to find out the status they acted annoyed.

Had to plan a cross-country move very last minute. AmeriFreight made shipping my car a breeze. Josh worked quickly to find a carrier and was in constant contact relaying relevant information. Would definitely use them again.

Placed my order 12/30 for my 2010 Honda Civic to be shipped from Orlando FL to Minot ND. I was emailed on 1/5 that a carrier had been chosen which later fell through. A different carrier was assigned on 1/7 for a pick-up on 1/8 which later changed to 1/9 due to mechanical issues with the truck. The day of the pick-up they informed me that they could not ship my car due to the same mechanical issues that would take a week to repair. I was now back at square one, then on 1/10 I got a call from Lecia at AmeriFreight that a new carrier was assigned and would pick my car up on 1/12 or 1/13 and deliver it 1/19 or 1/20.

I choose to have AmeriFreight to move my truck from Arkansas to Miami and was very pleased with them. Every time I called to ask a question a real person was there to help me and did not have to leave a message. It did take almost the full 15 day period and we had to increase the bid by 200.00. The driver was right on time with the pick up and delivery. I was really worried about doing this but could not be happier with my choice.

I had a good experience. Called on a Thursday and my car was picked up on Saturday I believe so very quick. The driver made it from Memphis to San diego in like 2 days! Ali is the person that worked with me and she was very nice. The car was a little dirty but no scratches or damage, and after a trip to the car wash she was good as new! Long story short I would recommend, cost was about 1000 bucks.

In the end, all these companies are brokers and they don't actually move your car, but in this case AmeriFreight has a good process of how they pick carriers and use repeat companies with only great performance. I would use them again.

I am very happy with the service I received. I turned down the first 2 offers to ship from third party shippers because I didn't like the price and wanted to hold out for better and my guys at AmeriFreight didn't bat an eyelash or pressure me and found a shipment route and company that worked great for me. When I had trouble reaching the third party for picking up the car, Amerifreight got in touch with them. I got my car within the dates given to me and it was even cheaper just to ship straight to the address I needed. Total life saver, don't go to anyone else!

It's been a few months so I don't remember all the details. The gist of it is that moving a car across country is very hectic and you need to be on call for a few days on each end of the transaction. If you work full time it can be very hectic. I was very grateful that the car made it with no damage and the items inside were ok too.

AmeriFreight did exactly what they said they would do. Graham explained the choices and he delivered. The Nissan was picked up in Dallas and delivered to Stuart Florida with clear communication every step of the way. Grandma has her car in Florida and she's happy, so everyone's happy.

After agreeing on a fair price to transport my son's truck from Southern California to Northern New York, Ali communicated with and helped me through the entire processes. She followed on pickup and delivery once it arrived. Once picked up in So Cal, the truck was on my son's hands in New York.

My agent (and colleagues) were great. They responded personally to all of my inquiries and concerns, and found me a reasonably priced driver. My only complaint is from the actually driving company. When the car arrived, it was pretty dirty (as expected yes), but he was clearly in a rush to do the inspection. I didn't see immediate scratches, but it turns out it was because it was so dusty that I couldn't see some scuff marks on my back, and scratches on the top. It's unfortunate, but I don't blame Amerifreight for this. I will be buffing the scratches myself to avoid further complications.

One call on the 15th, driving my car on the 20th. Shipped all the way from GA to CA 2300 miles with not a scratch. Great company.

I had never shipped a car before and Amerifreight helped to explain the ins and outs of this process. It isn't as simple as calling a company to come pick it up and then drop it off. Graham at Amerifreight was helpful in explaining that. Amerifreight was always helpful in connecting me with the actual carrier if they couldn't answer themselves. My only negative comment is that you shouldn't get your hopes up with a specified delivery date. That window they give you pushed to the very end for me and I wouldn't have known that if I didn't contact the carrier daily towards the end of the process.

What's great with Lecia from AmeriFreight was that she took on the responsibility of looking into the probability of a towing company who can help me during this time and came back to me within a prospective solution. My car got picked up in two days time and was delivered the next day. The condition of the car is exactly the same. Both Lecia and the person from the towing company were very courteous and had provided me with a great service. After quite a bit of online research, I went with AmeriFreight to arrange to ship my daughter's car from Northern New Jersey to Ft. Collins, Colorado. While we needed to increase slightly the original bid estimate to get a trucker within the window we wanted, the increase was small and the total cost was competitive with other online bid estimates I'd received. The key for me was the highly responsive service that I received from Ali **. She gave me a detailed run-down on what I should expect in the process and was always available when I had any questions and to give me updates on pick-up and delivery. She warned me that we might not get bids until we approached the availability date so I wouldn't get too concerned and sure enough, everything happened just as she indicated it would. Most important of all the trucker picked up the car on the day he said he would and arrived in Ft. Collins three days earlier than the estimate, to the delight of my daughter. Were I to ship a car again - I would not hesitate to use AmeriFreight again.

AmeriFreight representative easy to contact, very respectful and estimate was only $5 less than actual contract offered by trucking company. There was a delay of 2 days for estimated arrival due to truck breaking down, but AmeriFreight kept in constant communication with trucking company for updates and kept me informed.

I'm happy I used Ameri Freight to transport my car form Norristown, PA to Irvine, CA. It was delivered within the promised timelines and in good condition. Only thing is AmeriFreight said it was door to door service, but on the other hand the driver asked me to bring the car to some place near my home and also while delivery of the car at the destination, he asked me to come to some place near my place - so in the process I faced a little challenge there. That was the only issue - otherwise the service was good and reliable and the vehicle was delivered in good condition. I recommend Ameri Freight to others.

My experience with AmeriFreight exceeded my expectations. First, I was assigned a carrier in less than 30 minutes after signing the contract. The carrier contacted me within 12 hours stating they could pickup the car.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. The vehicle was delivered with no damage on time. Dispatcher was very responsible for taking care of the order from start to end. The overall service was fairly satisfying. Due to the holiday season and limited vacation time, I got the quote for the 5 to 10 days rush delivery which was little more than I would've paid for the regular order. However, that doesn't mean 5-10 days' guaranteed so I don't recommend ordering 5 to 10 days rush delivery because you might end up paying extra few hundred if the truck driver wouldn't go to certain area to pick up your vehicle.

This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I also only had one day notice to ship the car. I spoke with Lecia at AmeriFreight, and she was great from the beginning. Within a couple of hours, Lecia found a hauler to meet my requirements. Several hours later I received a call from Philly Express Group confirming the specifics, and I was given the name and telephone number of the driver. Shortly after, I spoke to the driver (Tengo), and all was set. The next day, the truck arrived at my office as planned. Tengo carefully loaded my car onto the truck and gave me an estimated date when the car would be delivered. On the third day, I called Tengo for a status report. He answered, gave me a status and told me when to expect the car. Two days later, the car arrived as promised and was delivered exactly where I asked. Tengo carefully unloaded the car in less than 10 minutes, and we were done. Lecia and AmeriFreight were great, and Philly Express and Tengo safely transported my car on my schedule. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.

Overall is ok. Car reaches destination without any incident and fast from picking up and delivery. However, I have to pay an additional amount to what were estimated and it was before lacking of drivers in the area!

We were transferred from Vancouver, Washington to Williston, North Dakota and we needed to have the car with us. We had to be there before we could drive there. We were fine with them and the service was terrific. The customer service representative was good. However, we had a little issue - the car did not arrive on time. The transport people didn't quite know where they were going. But they did get here, and we did get the car, and it was fine. It was just a day late and there were some communication issues. I think their truck broke down. But overall, AmeriFreight kept us informed and we were very happy with their service.

Recently, I had two cars transported from East to West coasts. I had a number of solicitations responding to my internet inquiries but selected Amerifreight because of positive ratings and the personable service I received from their sales rep Lecia **.

We were quoted a price of $1,050 and lead to believe that we would have our car picked up by the 18th. We were leaving on vacation so the dates were important. On the 18th we still did not have a carrier, we up the price by $200 with still no luck. Finally on the 24th we were offered a contract for $1,500. The car was picked up on New Years eve at 7:30 PM with several additional days of delay and lots of heart burn on our side finding someone to organize the pick up for us as we had left on vacation. Once the car was picked up the rest went smooth, the car was delivered on the day, however it was delivered at 10:30 at night. The car was delivered without any damage or issues. Josh from AmeriFreight is not the easiest person to get in touch with, although he did return phone calls after a time, he would not respond to emails, I am not sure they were actually routed to him and not a company mailbox. The car made it intact. It was frustrating to be lead to believe one price was going to work and then have to increase it by 50% to get it shipped.

I chose AmeriFreight for a couple of things. When you put your name in, you get your stuff in, you give money and people try to contact you. I had spoken to somebody previously but they had contacted me and the person that I spoke to originally was very, very helpful and then I went online-- when I first put in for the bid, I wasn't ready to ship. I was just trying to gather information because I never did it before. When I was ready to actually set up a date and a time, I had kept them in mind and when I went online to see other people's reviews and all and they had recommended a lot of their broker person. I used one that a lot of people had a good experience with and he was wonderful and answered all my questions, talked me through it, reassured me that he would be able to follow the car or get in touch with the driver at any time.

After feeling thoroughly sketched out and reading numerous awful reviews, I contacted Allie who was nothing but helpful and found a shipper the same day. She communicated with me throughout and the shipping company, Unified, also was very helpful and communicated well during the process (the guy who helped me was Manny and was helpful every time I called). It was a couple days later when I received the car then originally planned, but there was inclement weather in the Midwest when shipping and it was the holiday season (Christmas and New Year's) so no hard feelings at all. Dealing with the local carrier was a little bit more difficult - they were hard to get in touch with, they never gave me a final delivery date, and they ended up calling me on a holiday telling me they would be delivering the car in an hour (expecting someone to be there with cash on hand). My only complaint would be that communication through phone was a little bit of a hassle - I was told that my call would be returned but it wasn't, and that happened twice. The estimate was under priced and no bids were received for about 10 days at the quoted $695 (including commission). During that period, communication with AmeriFreight was infrequent but satisfactory. A counter bid came in for $975 in which I accepted since I needed to get the car moved. Overall, experience was ok, but could have been better if AmeriFreight estimated the final cost more accurately. Excluding commission, shipping cost was off by 50%.
