My experience with AmeriFreight was really good. And I moved from LA to Florida for work and I had them ship my car. I was very new to this process, so I was seeing a few other people and then some of their comments definitely was concerning. And when I came across AmeriFreight, they definitely had a lot more positive reviews. It’s just a level of trust especially since it is my car. It's been my baby for a while so I don't wanna take any chances on it. And the company was paying for it too, so I wasn't too price-conscious. My transport organizer was good, very knowledgeable, and definitely very helpful in helping me understand the different types of insurance that goes into shipping a car, which I thought was very beneficial. We didn’t have any issues on pickup and delivery. I was not there to pick the car up, but the carrier driver was able to coordinate with a friend of mine.

I did my research 2 months in advance before contacting this transport company since I had a bad experience before. I spoke to a Harry **. I told him about my horrible experience with a different co and he was sympathetic. I explained to him that I needed my car picked up by a certain date because we were moving cross country. I emphasized the importance of the car being picked up on a Friday because we were leaving by airplane on the following Tuesday. He stated that it would not be a problem and the economy rate was $1100. He stated that since I am calling 2 months in advance it shouldn't be a problem. I hadn't heard from in after a month so I called back to make sure everything was still good.

AmeriFreight is an excellent company with a great website. I love the website and how easy it is to get some quotation. I shipped three cars with AmeriFreight, and the most recent one was the Range Rover Classic that I sent up to Chicago from Tampa Bay. I sold it to a collector and AmeriFreight came by and picked it up. I’ve always had good experience with Danielle. She always hooks me up with the drivers and it has been seamless. In fact, somebody just purchased a Jaguar from me, and he’s in Virginia. So I’m hoping that Danielle and the buyer will get together and then we’ll be shipping that one off here this week.

I was transferring duty stations and shipped my vehicle through AmeriFreight. The internet had good reviews on them but their initial quote was a low ball quote. I didn’t figure it out for a while but I figured it out eventually. I did a lot of looking around before I saw AmeriFreight and almost switched just because of that. The final cost was $1,400 and the initial quote was $900. But the carrier driver was spectacular. He was very easy to get along with and he stayed in contact with me once we connected. So even during the transport and after he dropped it off, he was a very friendly fellow.

I trusted people if they talked to me about advantages and disadvantages, and the AmeriFreight sales representative who gave me the quote do very well on this side. The organizer helped me get the driver's contact info and to check the status of my shipping. It took three days to ship the car from Florida to California. The carrier was really fast and on time.

AmeriFreight had much better reviews on the Better Business Bureau website than the other companies. Samantha was really professional and straightforward. She didn't waste my time and I was very happy. I also enjoyed working with the carrier driver. He was really professional and straightforward as well. He kept me afloat on the parts I asked about. When he got into my area, he told me how far away he would be and with the two deliveries he had before me allowed me to plan around that pretty well. I'm a very satisfied customer, and I would recommend AmeriFreight over the competitors.

We were moving from Maryland to Washington state and AmeriFreight had pretty good reviews. I wasn’t familiar with the whole process and it was very confusing. I contacted them at least a month prior and they said they couldn’t lock down any carriers until almost two days prior. And then ultimately, they called a day prior but the price was way higher than what they originally quoted. There were two carriers that responded and another company, but I waited on AmeriFreight. When I got that price, I called the other company back who said that it was kinda the going price because they all go through the same distribution board. I couldn't get it cheaper so I called AmeriFreight back and told them I would take it.

I've read so many different scenarios with people having nightmares when shipping their truck, so I figured I would call someone local and if something happens, I can go visit them. AmeriFreight was local in Georgia and the quote they gave me was in line with everybody else. They kept me informed what was going on. Once they located someone, they told me who it was. They gave me a little background about the particular person that was going to do the pick up and delivery. But something happened to their truck. AmeriFreight was able to find another driver and put me in contact with him, and they followed up a couple of times. The new driver called and checked in a few times, letting me know where he was at, when to expect him, and when he was getting close.

I was pleased with all the communications I got from AmeriFreight, from the quotations until the vehicle was delivered. I was shipping from California to Pennsylvania for work and I got a list of transport companies and AmeriFreight had the best quote. I contacted them a week before I wanted the car to be picked up. And then they came up with different offers and different carriers. I chose the one that gave me the best quote on the carrier price. That process took about two weeks.

I went with uShip over the internet and I'll never go with them again. They were terrible. They hired some driver who dragged me along and never showed up. I had to leave the next day and was like “what the heck.” So I called AmeriFreight and there was a lady named Samantha that helped me and she was fantastic. She needs a bonus. I know they give her enough because that lady was fantastic. It took 6 days for my vehicle to ship from Pennsylvania to California through them. It was pretty quick. I called and they picked it up the same day. They were amazing.

AmeriFreight gave me a fair price and the people were very nice. The rep was a real charm and I was completely satisfied. The driver kept me up-to-date where he was. And when he said he was gonna be here, he was here. The process took four days and the vehicle was wet when it arrived. But I would recommend to go with these people. They’re professionals.

So I would recommend them. Look into them a little bit more.

I had a PCS move with the navy and got AmeriFreight to move my vehicle because of their reviews online. They were number one or number two on everything I read. The people were nice when I talked to them and they have the availability right away. They call you all the time and give updates on where your car is at and when they're gonna pick up -- making sure the pick-up occured. I've done big household move as well, and by far, shipping a car is a lot easier. The carrier driver was also professional. He has thorough knowledge of all different cars. I had a BMW and he didn't scratch it up. He was very friendly unlike most of the carrier drivers.

I was moving from California to Texas and I tried using another company, Movewheels, and they scheduled a month ahead in advance and they never showed up and were trying to take my money. Our roommates at the time used AmeriFreight and they had good things to say about them, so I went ahead and used them. My coordinator was great and knew that I needed something really fast, so he even used his personal phone number to where he could work after hours to make sure that I received a car in the amount of time I needed it. I needed it in two days. The transporting was good. I thought there would be multiple cars on one trailer, but the guy ended up getting my car here safe and it was great. He got my phone number and when he would go through a couple of towns, he would text me and he even sent me pictures and let me know that my car was safe. And then he let me know when he arrived. So overall, it was a good experience.

The other company I called told me the price would be $650 and that they would pick it up on Friday but they didn’t show up. And then when they called me, it went from $650 to a $1,000. But AmeriFreight was upfront with me. The rep called me and let me know when they were gonna pick it up, and then the driver called me and said he was out of hours and I had the car down state from where I lived. This was on Friday and I was catching a plane out on Sunday morning.

My AmeriFreight transport organizer, Danielle, was outstanding. And I only met the driver at the origin and he seemed polite. He got the job done. They got the car at the destination very quickly, and a lot sooner than anticipated. I was satisfied with the quote that was given to me, too.

I was moving and I needed to ship my vehicle from Wyoming to Connecticut. AmeriFreight was the first and they had the best rated. The first transport organizer, however, fed me a bunch of lies, and then he was no longer working there the second time I called back. He was horrendous. The second guy, nonetheless, was great. The company is fine, but the experience was not good.

AmeriFreight moved my car and they did a good job. My experience was easy, and they took care of everything once I got it all set up. We had the quote dead on so it was good, and the transport organizer got me all the information I needed and did a fine job, too. The carrier drivers were very nice and they went their way when they dropped off the vehicle. They also rolled the windows down while they were unloading the car from the truck so it would cool down, so they did a very good job. They didn’t damage anything and they seemed to take care of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight.

The quote that I got from AmeriFreight was fair and upfront. The organizer was very attentive, very detailed, and very supportive of what I was trying to do. I was moving from coast-to-coast with this car and she said there may not be a lot of people bidding on it, but we did get a carrier to do it for us. So everything worked out well. But I was not able to get in touch with the actual freight company. They sent a substitute driver out to pick up my vehicle, and he called me the morning of the day he was gonna pick up the car. And I had called several times and left messages with them, and they never returned my calls. But AmeriFreight was really good. This was the first time I had ever tried to do a move on my own and I was really happy with it.

I had a good experience with AmeriFreight. I had to move from Dallas to Seattle and during this move, I had done and gone through a bunch of research and I had the top two companies of driving brokers that I wanted to go through. I didn’t choose AmeriFreight initially simply because their prices weren’t as competitive as the other company in my top two. However, the company that I chose screwed me over because on the day that they were supposed to pick up my car, no one came. So, during the days that they were completely unresponsive to me, I decided to go to with AmeriFreight. After I went with them, it just all fell into place. And although it was a little bit more expensive, it was what I had to do in my situation and I had already done all my research on them beforehand in terms of safety and insurance.

I got my car serviced by a specialist and I needed to get it shipped from Western Pennsylvania to Connecticut. I did a brokerage site and got AmeriFreight's contact information from there. They had advertised with a competitive rate. My organizer was good, and my experience was satisfactory.

AmeriFreight had great ratings on the internet, and the quote I was given was reasonable. My transport organizer did her job, and she was polite, civil, and helpful. The carrier driver was awesome. He had a little bit lower price and he was extremely helpful as well.

And I live in New Jersey, and the car was transported from North Carolina to Texas. My daughter was graduating and moving to Texas, and I was running out of time but Samantha promptly assisted me. And then, the driver was phenomenal. He delivered everything once in Houston. He ended up having to wait for my daughter to get there because she was traveling by another car. He loaded the car up and he was gone.

AmeriFreight did a great job for me. They have good consumer rating when I did some online research and I had a very good interaction with the person who helped plan the transport. I had a high sense of urgency because I needed to make sure that I hit a certain date but it was a spot online to get my truck customized so they took it as an urgent need and helped. I was very happy with that. The quote ended up being a lot more than either of us anticipated but it was due more to the market itself. Still, they were very good about trying to make sure that I save as much money as possible.

I'm a travel nurse and wanted to have my car shipped across the country for work. I had a good experience with AmeriFreight and they took about 12 days to ship from North Carolina to somewhere little south of Los Angeles. The driver was really thoughtful. The final pay out was really similar to the initial quote and it wasn't that expensive. Others should look into AmeriFreight.

We were relocating from California to Florida and there were very much good and positive references in the past for AmeriFreight. Plus one of the deciding factors to use them for my husband was that they offered a military accommodation. It’s not major but we like to support businesses that do. We used AmeriFreight to ship one of our vehicles and it was smooth and easy.

He called me 'cause he couldn't find the house. But English was not his first language and he couldn't understand what we were saying. I had a racecar shipped to a shop who was gonna work on it. I felt very good with the quote from AmeriFreight and the young woman who helped me did a very good job. The driver was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. He loaded the car right up and we were gone. I would certainly use AmeriFreight again.

We were moving across country and we had to ship two cars at different times. I chose AmeriFreight based on cost was cost at first but then the cost wasn’t nearly what they said it was gonna be. So I went with different people the second time. But I worked with Harry at AmeriFreight. He was a nice and straightforward guy but he made it sound like they were the one actually shipping. It wasn’t clear that they went through other people to ship. The pick-up guy was nice but the driver wasn’t polite and he didn’t follow through what he was saying. He told me he’d pick up the car on a Friday and they didn’t call me to extend the pick-up on Saturday. The transport took five days, across 25,000 miles. But when they delivered it, they didn’t really give me much of a heads up. They dropped it off by the apartment a lot earlier than they said they would and I was actually surprised when they arrived.

My wife and I were moving to a different state and we felt that given the distance and the fact that the car likes to drink gasoline like it was water, then driving it would not be prudent. We decided to have it shipped and being as it's my favorite car right now, I didn't want to have any damage. I did a quick search online for some car haulers and there were some names that came up that I recognized, like Reliable Transport. I contacted them to get quotes and some of them said that they don't deliver to the area or they couldn't pick-up from where we were. Then one of them that responded that said they couldn't do it actually suggested that I'd go to another site called Transport Reviews. So I went there and put in the vehicle that I wanted transported and my requirement as far as wanting an enclosed trailer, and AmeriFreight happened to be one of the ones that popped up.

He called me before pick-up to let me know how things are going, and then afterwards, to make sure that everything was delivered and everything was okay.

What made me choose AmeriFreight was one of the sources that I checked said that the police and the military often use them. I got a free quote but I was disappointed because it was several hundred dollars less than the actual price. AmeriFreight just said, “Well, we put it out and you’re seeing the cheapest bids from the carriers that we’ve checked out.” But the driver that delivered my vehicle was very responsive and professional.

The person I worked with was great. She responded immediately, stayed in touch, kept me updated, called me a day before and told me that she had a driver available and gave me some times. During the transportation she called and asked if I had any questions. I like the fact that they were communicating with me throughout the whole process.

But the quote they gave me doubled eventually. They tried their best though and I couldn't blame anybody for it. We had a miscommunication along the way and I would blame it on that. Other than that, they communicated with me, then the carrier drivers called me. They were real professionals and very good guys. And they arrived at the exact time they said they would be there.

My final payout changed a little and I was told it was due to the timing. I shipped from late May to June and that time was apparently a very busy time. Also, I gave about 10 days’ notice only and I was told that given more time, they would have been able to negotiate the price down.

I got a new job in Noodz and I was moving from Florida to Washington. I did some research online and AmeriFreight seemed like the best option for shipping my vehicle. So, I went with them. The quote they gave me was pretty reasonable and it went up a couple hundred bucks in the end, but I expected that. I worked with Alicia and she was on top of our transaction. She helped me out a lot. I scheduled a little too late so she worked with me a little bit to help the process move along and it worked out. Then, their guy was a couple of days late for the delivery because his truck broke down. His timing was a little off during the day, too. When I was supposed to pick up my car, he said 1:00 pm, but it was actually 8 o’clock in the morning. Other than that, things went fine and the whole transport took nine days. All in all, I had good communication with AmeriFreight and they were easy to work with.

Although I paid a little bit more than the quote they gave me, AmeriFreight was more affordable than the other companies. They gave me all the information I needed and they were helpful. And the car was delivered in tack.

The final price that AmeriFreight charged me didn't really equate to the online quote. But the car was in good shape when they delivered it.

They picked up everywhere and they didn’t change anything they promised in the beginning. The driver was also a nice guy. He was very polite and my automobile was delivered without any damage. I contacted the driver as he was picking up my car and when he got it out, my father was the one who received the car because I was still out there. He called me and let me know that it was there. My dad knows people in the car freight business and they said typically they charge about 75 cents to the mile and AmeriFreight charged less, so I was happy.

The organizer stayed in touch, followed up and relayed all pertinent information at the time. The dispatch got in touch with me before he arrived. He also got in touch with me a couple of hours before he arrived at the location to pick up and to drop-off. The car arrived when they said it would, and the driver was professional and polite. I’d tell others to go ahead and give them a call.

Initially AmeriFreight posted the rate of seven hundred and something dollars, and then when they ultimately shipped it, it was double. The rate would sit out there for months and they said that was normal and when it got closer to the time they would start increasing the price. They called me and said, “We can pick it up tomorrow,” which was the first day of my window that I need it to go. And they said it was $1,400 instead of $700. But the transport organizer and the carrier driver were nice. They called when they got close and set up a delivery. The transport went smooth.

I am happy with my experience with AmeriFreight. If you wanna ship your car with no problem, these are the guys to go to. I had shipped my daughter's car about four times already and some of them were a total disaster, but with AmeriFreight, everything was good. My daughter graduated from college and she was coming back home to get her license. I did the research and AmeriFreight has good results on Yelp. I also called around and talked to a couple of people. The people involved called me back.

AmeriFreight's price met my needs and I paid almost the exact quote in the end. I had a little bit of issue with the lady about when my car was gonna be picked up, but we worked everything out. The driver was fine and he already had my car unloaded for me by the time I got there. Everything went fine.

AmeriFreight gave me the lowest price among the quotes that I got to ship my vehicle when I moved from East Coast to West Coast. I also had a good time working with Larry, the transport organizer. I had several phone calls with him and he let me know how this operates and also gave me the information about the drivers. The driver was professional too. He always texted me half an hour before his arrival.

It was about 30% more and wasn't as close as I wanted it to be. They said it was because they couldn't find anybody to get it for what was quoted. Other than that, the transport organizer I worked with was very good and really followed through. She communicated very well and let me know every step of the way. AmeriFreight also had the best additional insurance options.

Based on consumer feedback reviews, AmeriFreight was consistent in their price and turnaround, and their follow ups were pretty strong, so I went with them. The initial quote they gave me was a value quote and it was not what I needed. I needed the more accurate time of pickup and delivery and that required a higher quote which was still very consistent with the competition out there.

The reviews for AmeriFreight were way better than those for any of the other competitors that reached out to me. The person I worked with was also very professional. She definitely understood what I was asking for. There were things that I didn’t understand in how the process worked and she was very easy to speak with and to get things done. I shipped from a previous residence across the country and it took approximately a week. But in the long run, I shouldn’t have contacted AmeriFreight at all and just went directly through the broker. But working with AmeriFreight was a very positive experience and the experience with the carrier was a different thing. There was disinterest in looking to find out how they could answer my questions, which were very basic. On the other hand, AmeriFreight knows what they're doing with the industry. They're the best to answer any questions and help you along the way.

I just bought a vehicle out of state. I went on transport reviews and AmeriFreight was very highly rated. They were able to get a driver available within a fairly close range of what my budget was. They had it set up and had it transported from point A to point B within three days which is pretty good for a 3,000 mile trip. I’ve used transport companies before and I’ve had a couple different companies I’ve used in the past, but this one we got lucky with the driver being as fast as he was because normally they don’t get from Florida to California in three days.

My daughter got a job offer and she was moving from Cary, North Carolina to Santa Clara, California. So, I shipped her car there and I did it through AmeriFreight since they responded rapidly. Maybe I could've gotten a better price from others but for the price I paid AmeriFreight, the service that I received from them was more than fair. My daughter said that the driver communicated well before the drop-off. Then at the drop-off, he was professional. His rig was taken care of and he knew what he was doing. Then, the car was delivered with no worse for wear. The people at AmeriFreight were also professional in coordinating between the transportation company and me, and checked up throughout the process. So, I was really happy.

I needed to transfer to California from Florida. I looked through the top 10 auto shipping companies online and AmeriFreight was 4th. I dealt with Ben and he was good and very professional. The carrier drivers were nice as well. They gave me a form and checked the vehicle all around. The experience was almost perfect. But compared with Auto Executive, another company I've dealt with, you tend to spend more with AmeriFreight.

I was separating from the military and I was moving from New York to Cape Coral, Florida. AmeriFreight had the best reviews on any list, and though their free quote was a little off, they explained to me before I even started that there was a very high possibility for that because the quotes that they gave me was for a base model pick-up. The organizer was good and he helped me out. Also, the driver was great. The only issue I had with him was that the truck sat so high, he had to take my antenna off and he decided he was gonna keep it as a souvenir. But it's not a big deal. The truck made it here before I did and in good shape. Overall, it was a neat surprise.

I called the AmeriFreight hotline to get a quote and the rep emailed me after. The transport organizer was very helpful and the delivery went pretty well. It was a little difficult trying to meet up with the driver to drop off my vehicle. I had to drive out about 20 minutes away from where I was located because the driver said he couldn't get to me because his truck was too big. I understood that. It just took a little bit more time out of my day and it was a little bit of a hassle. But the driver was polite and we did a very thorough inspection.

But the quote they initially gave was about half the price of what it actually ended up costing. Also I paid for a guaranteed next-day pickup. But the truck didn’t get picked up for five days. And when I called about it they just told me there was nothing they can do. But the transport organizer and carrier driver were good.

Initially, I spoke with the CEO and then on follow-up, it got a little more opaque and was delayed. After the car got picked up, I got an email four days later asking if everything was okay. And then once the car was delivered, I got an email again four days after the event. However the actual service was good and the carrier driver was nice, personable, and very communicative. But I was more satisfied with the actual driver than the broker.

I bought a new vehicle out of state and needed to ship it. AmeriFreight was recommended by the dealership that I bought it from. I got a free quote and it was a lower than what the final price ended up being, but it worked out okay. I spoke with one lady and she was very easy to work with and very nice. My wife interacted with the carrier driver on the day of delivery and she said it went well and she didn’t have any problems. The process took about 1 week from beginning to end and the speed was better than what I had anticipated. It was an easy process and it went well. They got my vehicle to me which is all I wanted. AmeriFreight is a good company to work with and I would recommend them.

I was starting a job across the country, in Los Angeles, California, so I needed to move my car. I had looked online at different providers and I spoke with AmeriFreight's rep. She was very nice and I felt comfortable with her so I chose them. Their transport organizer and I had back and forth calls setting gate ranges, addresses and getting a quote. She was very good with calling after each step of the process to see how things were going. When the car was picked up, I got a phone call from her the next day asking how that went, and then as soon as the vehicle was dropped off, I got another phone call from her asking how that went.

I needed to transfer my vehicle to Florida. I did a Google search and AmeriFreight came up as having excellent reviews, and I chose them. Their transport organizer was fantastic and very consistent. She checked in with me anytime she got a bid and allowed me to make the decision as to which one I should choose. I was surprised how cheap the initial quote they gave me was. My actual ending amount was over $300 from the free estimated quote. So that was a little disappointing. The free quote needs to be updated every 24 hours because it was estimated at $582 and I ended up sending $900. So by that time, I didn’t have time to start shopping around for other freights. I was moving as an emergency for a family situation, so I can't fight about what the quote was compared to what bids were coming back.

AmeriFreight has good reviews online and they have a competitive price. And although I ended up paying quite a bit more than the original quote for shipping my car, I was warned that that was a possibility with given the time frame that I had. The transport organizer was also friendly. It took six days from the time my car was picked up to the time it was dropped off, and it was a pretty smooth experience with them.

We were moving 2,600 miles from Boston, Massachusetts. We got AmeriFreight to ship our vehicle and the guy that I talked to was very nice. There was a little communication in the beginning, but since we got the actual contact on that, the pick-up and delivery process went fairly quickly and perfectly smooth.

He was the same guy who picked the car up. He went out of his way to assist us and was very pleasant. It took a week and a half from the time they picked the vehicle up to when it was delivered. The process was kind of alarming with how everything was done but their reps handled it really well. They were fair and explained everything. Overall, I had a good experience. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them.

AmeriFreight was awesome. They were very upfront about the cost and they told me that it could end up being more than what they quoted depending on what my circumstances were and how willing I was to wait. But the cost ended up being what they had quoted. Then, the guy came and he had a tire blown and got delayed, but that wasn't AmeriFreight's fault. And although there was that problem, the process was still done within the time frame they had quoted. Their reps were also just really nice and great about keeping me posted and checking in. AmeriFreight was great and I’d use them again.

We needed to send my vehicle to to New Jersey to repair it. AmeriFreight gave me a lower quote compared to others so I went with them. The transport organizers were very nice. I told them I was ready and the contractor didn’t come. I waited for a few more days and nothing happened. I put more money in so the contractors would come and they did. The cost of the company and their fee was about $910. I realized that the $400 that AmeriFreight gave me was not a quote. They were just baiting me when in fact, they always get the same contractors and they cost much more than the others by the end of the day. The transport experience was great though. They picked the vehicle up and the next day it was there. However, I wouldn’t use AmeriFreight again because they kinda hard balled me to get me in the door and the cost might have been the same price as the others. The transaction took longer and was worse than I expected.

I was sending a car to somebody else and somebody recommended AmeriFreight. The transport organizer was very nice and handled it perfectly and called me back to make sure that it was done right. The delivery was supposed to be here one day but they didn’t get it here for the next. But there were some heavy storms. And the delivery went fine.

First, they quoted me and then they told me it would be higher once they put something out there. My overall experience with AmeriFreight was good. The only thing was the hood of the car had a lot of dirt when the car showed up. It was a large amount. And it was just the hood, so it was kind of strange. But as far as the air freight part, the car was picked up and dropped off faster than I thought it would be. The car beat me to where I was going. I'd recommend AmeriFreight.

I needed to bring my car home to Florida. AmeriFreight's availability made me choose them for the job. They gave me a quote that was fair which was no more, no less than anybody else's. The customer service person at AmeriFreight was wonderful. She got the shipment done, had the car picked up and got it home. She was very communicative. However, interacting with their transport organizer and carrier driver was not a good experience because the car came in damaged. It was a brand new car and it came back to me with a scratch across the back of it.

Most of the total area is rural and normal transport car holders wouldn't go there and so it was kind of a rinky-dink fly-by-night type of outfit or pickup truck or the trailer that ended up calling them, but the vehicles got there without any issues.

I was moving from Oregon to Texas. AmeriFreight had a good price and seemed like they'd get the job done so I hired them to transport my vehicle. But the quote they gave me was inaccurate and about $300 lower than what it actually wound up costing even with the one week window that I had. Also, the drop-off was troublesome. The driver kept having to delay with traffic being what it was then he got stuck in some city. But to me, when you are running a company like that, you need some foresight on what you're doing and give priority to the customers you've already had a deal with. As a result, I was a little stranded without a car for a minute. But I've kind of compensated for the possibility that that would happen.

AmeriFreight's transport organizer was fine and did a good job staying in touch with me during the moving process. However, their carrier driver wasn't really clear with the instructions on how to get to the place on the day of the delivery. During unloading, he wasn't there and we had to hold the vehicle for a few more days and then pick it up. I guess he had his wife drop it off. Still, it was pretty quick.

I moved from California to Texas. I looked at reviews on the Better Business Bureau and then reviews on ConsumerAffairs and other sites. I got 15 or 16 quotes, and AmeriFreight gave a quote that was about average of what I was seeking. At the end it ended up being more, but it wasn’t that much more. It was under $100 more, so it wasn’t significant.

He returned my calls if I couldn't reach him and kept me up-to-date through the whole process. When the driver was arriving, Harry provided me with all the contact information I needed and contacted me again after the vehicle was delivered to see if everything went okay.

AmeriFreight's quote was competitive with the other ones I got. It was also accurate in the end. The transport organizer was very good and it was easy to keep in touch with them. Also, the driver was fantastic. The whole time, he let me know where he was until it was all done.

Typically, having done this several times, the quotes are a lot lower than what you end up paying, but that’s the way it goes. I think the way that these businesses work is that they end up posting these move offers and individual contract drivers are the ones that make an offer. So it’s really about how much you’re willing to pay based on offers that come in and how quickly you need the vehicle. Because if you wait a while, then the quote they gave you is a lot closer to accurate than if you ask them to deliver your vehicle in a week or two. Apart from that, the experience was great. The move went really smooth and convenient, and their team was friendly.

We were very glad to get a free quote from them so that we could compare it to those from other companies. That made our decision a lot easier. Additionally, their transport organizer did a great job. Their carrier driver was very polite, kind and patient. He really made sure that we took the time to look at the car thoroughly. I thought he was very pleasant. Everything went wonderfully and I appreciated AmeriFreight's service.
