Great company to work with and their service is quick. Received my car from SC to CA quicker in under a week with no problems. Erica is great! And so was the driver. Both very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others.

Overall, I'd recommend Amerifreight. Before Amerifreight found a carrier for my car, communication was a bit of challenge. Some things were not explained well, like the fact that it was unlikely a carrier would come to my small town and that I should consider bringing my car to a larger city. The logistics were not explained very well either prior to finding a carrier, which resulted in some delays in getting my car delivered. However, once my car was picked up and I had issues with my driver, Baylee ** was very responsive and quick to help and on top of things, which I really appreciated. I would recommend Amerifrieght, but I would ask a lot of questions and make sure the process is thoroughly explained before signing up.

AmeriFreight's process seemed to be pretty easy. There was a significant difference between the quote you receive initially and when they finally get the bids. But when I looked at other options including what the dealer was able to get with their trucking, the price still seemed competitive. My rep was very communicative, which was great. I met the driver and he was totally professional. He was really friendly and he knew what he was doing. I got the same report back from where the vehicle got dropped off, which was at my sister-in-law's. There was one scratch on the car, unfortunately. Other than that, it was perfect.

I needed to get my move done quick. And AmeriFreight had one of the better reviews and better pricing. When the driver picked our vehicle up, he was good about calling when he would get there and let me know when to meet him. So, he communicated well.

I heard AmeriFreight's customer service was amazing. Also, their pricing for what I was looking at was good. I was quoted 900 online, but when I finally got a call and got ahold of someone, it was 1,300. The end result wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it's fine. Also, I had no communication during pick up and delivery. I had to call the coordinator in order to get that. But she was amazing. I would recommend her for everyone.

We had a specific date set and the one who was helping me went on vacation or something, which was annoying. But someone else ended up helping me and it got down to the wire. But on the day we needed the car shipped, AmeriFreight found us someone. The final cost ended up being double. But AmeriFreight lowballed us. I knew going in that it would be more than what they said, but they quoted us at 1,000, it ended up being two grand which is what I expected to happen. But the carrier picked it up, and the people who picked the car up and dropped it off were on time, kind and polite. Also, the people at AmeriFreight were very helpful. I called them a lot, they were very responsive and would keep me in the loop. It was reassuring throughout everything.

On pick-up, I expected the carrier drivers on a certain day, and I waited around for their phone call but never got one. So, I contacted them and found out that they would be three days later. No one told me anything. I found out on my own. We ended up having to have someone else hand our car off because we were already on the flight out of the area. It was just a little frustrating because we weren't able to be there. We had to leave our car with someone else to handle that. So, it would be nice to have some kind of conversation for that. Other than that, everything went fine.

The coordinator was wondrous. She helped me throughout the whole process. Everything was good. The communication with the drivers was nice. The delivery came earlier than they had expected.

They were easy to find on search engines and they were pretty easy to work with. They were efficient and they got me a rate really quickly. They gave me a range of costs for the quickness in which I needed the delivery to take place, and then let me choose which one I would like to go forward with. The quote was a good price. It was a pretty rush job and I got a bid in two days. Then the ambulance was on the truck the next day. They got it delivered promptly. They called me when they arrived and unloaded the ambulance. It was a good process. All in all, it was a well-scaled cost to quality as far as time versus cost. It was a delightful experience.

AmeriFreight gave me a pretty competitive price. The driver showed up on time and the load-up went super smooth. AmeriFreight did a great job and the car got delivered before the estimated time. So I was really happy.

The people I talked to at AmeriFreight were all very great. Montway did my bid first and when I talked to them, they said that if I paid the money upfront, they had a guaranteed delivery date. But when I talked to AmeriFreight, they said there was no way possible that they can give me a guaranteed price if they don't already have a scheduled pickup date. So I went ahead and cancelled off with Montway, and I used AmeriFreight. Everything went well. We had a couple difficulties, but it wasn't their fault at all. It was my fault.

It ended up AmeriFreight not being the cheaper of the companies. They said that the price was just a general quote, and that at the time, they said that shipping cost more now because many people are shipping things. It wasn't a very good reason for it. We originally were quoted at 1300, they next quoted us at 1900, and we got them down to 1800. Because at that point, we were desperate. We had to kind of get the car here.

AmeriFreight seemed like a legitimate service. I shipped my four-door sedan which took 14 hours. Considering how many scammers tried to transport my car, the price gave me peace of mind that the car would make it to where I asked it to go.

Alicia worked with me a bunch because I blew it with the first one because I was busy with work. But she was super helpful the whole time. I had the driver message me the day before he got into Virginia, then three hours before drop-off, and he did exactly that. I didn't pay any more than what was quoted to me. It was great.

I went into the website and got myself a quote. I was quoted $1,200, then I was called by a guy named Harry and he was a very nice guy. Once I decided to go with AmeriFreight, he let me know he would post a listing on some sort of dispatch thing, and truckers would bid on that, and he explained the whole process to me which was cool. I felt fairly knowledgeable about it.

The reps were communicative. The crew called ahead of time for pickup and for delivery. They were there at the time they said they would. I would use AmeriFreight again and recommend them.

I looked at four companies and AmeriFreight had the best price option in regards to the vehicle I was trying to ship. I was exiting the Marine Corps and I needed a way to transport my vehicle from Bridgeport, California all the way to Virginia Beach. The vehicle I was shipping was heavy and given the distance, the quote was reasonable and around what I was looking for. The price was the same throughout. My rep was very professional, helpful, and willing to give me additional information if I needed it. It was a good experience all in all and I appreciated the help that I was given.

The quote given to me was not even near what I had to pay. I chose this company based on good reviews and the original quote compared to others. I spoke to the agent and he immediately told me I probably wouldn’t get it for that. I needed my car shipped so I went ahead and moved forward. I didn’t have anyone to pick up my car till the day before I left, Even though this guy had weeks to find someone. Talk about stress!!

I've used AmeriFreight twice and they did exactly what we needed. I spoke with one lady both times, and then somebody else took over. They were all very friendly and easy to work with. They got the best price for us and as quickly as they could. It’s a sentimental truck so it had to get here. It was definitely worth it.

AmeriFreight responded the quickest. I needed someone to say, "Yes, I'll be here at this day." Everything went very well. They picked it up perfectly on time. The truck broke down on the way down, unfortunately, so it was a day late. But it wasn't a problem at all. I didn't need the car for a few days, anyway.

Everything was perfectly fine with my experience with AmeriFreight. I was a little confused at first because I was thinking I was gonna get a quote way ahead of time. Once they explained the whole process, it worked exactly how they said it would and it was really easy. The day prior to dropping it off, I had contact with the driver. Before that, I was speaking to the dispatch. Then, once I dropped it off with the driver, I spoke with him then. He gave me an update a few days before it was getting delivered to let me know that it was gonna be dropped off by this time.

AmeriFreight responded quickly. The coordinator, at first, was very responsive. Then there was a couple of weeks where there was no response. Then I found out after reaching out, that she was no longer with the company. It would have been great if that was communicated or the person assigned to my account would have reached out. But once I was placed with another person, then that person responded almost daily. So it was just that little bump in the road in the beginning. Once the driver had picked up the car, he was texting me throughout, letting me know his ETA and where he was at. It took almost two days, but it was fine because I wasn't ready to receive it. It all worked out perfectly. It was a great experience.

AmeriFreight was okay. I always had a hard time getting in touch with them though. Went through a lot of calling me, voicemails and callbacks. I love the quote. I just wish the actual price they provided was close to the quote. They ended up charging me about double what they quoted me. Pickup was fine. Delivery was pretty dirty, but most of it washed off. There were some oil stains. They had an old car that was leaking a lot of oil parts right above ours that made a big mess on ours.

We're very satisfied with AmeriFreight. Communication was good and our coast to coast move took five to seven days. It was pretty fast.

Everybody was great, except for my car came in a day late and the company that AmeriFreight hired was a big huge mess. But the service was great as far as communicating with AmeriFreight, but they had some issue about the driver getting in advance and I have no idea why I got involved into that. I should have gotten my car delivered, and I shouldn’t have been a part of whatever happens in-company.

I was talking to several brokers. AmeriFreight was a little more expensive, but I liked working with Melissa. She was great. Melissa was very communicative and worked with me for a long period of time, even calling me on holidays to give me updates. So in that regard, it was good. Also, the driver was friendly. There was a lot of complication in a long distance drive. Because I wasn't able to meet them at the delivery location. I didn't have anybody that could drive the vehicle. So I had to jump through some hoops to get it into the driveway, but I can't hold that against them. They were good. The cost was more than I thought it would be. But that's just due to gas prices, the distance and the time of year. I know the demand is quite high. So overall, the price is more than I expected to pay and wanted to pay, but the quality of service was good. I would have rather paid less, but I just couldn't get quite the personal experience.

I had previously signed up with another company, but I was having trouble. They weren't able to find a carrier within two weeks. I figured AmeriFreight was more experienced. I also got the best quote from them. The customer service rep was good at first. However, it was hard to get ahold of her sometimes. If I tried to call her direct line, I wouldn't get an answer. I would have to go through the general number and I was on hold for 20 minutes before I could talk to someone. By email, she was fairly easy to reach. But then the driver was communicative and called me as soon as he picked up the car, and let me know an ETA. When I asked if he could drop it off a little bit earlier than the time he told me, there was no issue at all and he was able to do it.

My big problem with the actual company was that I got a phone call the morning of the vehicle pick-up telling me the driver would be there in about an hour to get my vehicles. I had zero time to do any sort of logistics, to plan, or to contact people to help me move the vehicles. Then the communication with the driver was very poor. I called him six or seven times and each time he told me he'd call back. He never did. He barely spoke any English and it was difficult to communicate with him. He was 14 hours late for his pick-up and he was very rude as well. I called AmeriFreight with the original complaint with him on the drop-off. He was refusing to wait for my friend to get to the vehicles. He was going to leave them on the side of the road and just ditch them and leave. They contacted the company and the company contacted me and they sorted everything out.

I had an email confirmation that my goods were going to be packed between 8:00 to 12:00 on the 21st of June. Then, I got an email that day that they would be going from 12 to 5:00. At about 4:55pm, nobody had showed up at my house to pack yet and no contact had been made. So, I reached out through all the numbers that had been given and I finally got ahold of the local packing people. They said the truck was on the way and the packing crew should be here in just a few minutes. But nobody showed up for several hours and no other communications were made. I tried that phone number again and it never responded.

AmeriFreight gave me a quote that was spot on and it took them four days to transport my vehicle from Florida to Utah. It was a long haul and the transport was really quick. The driver's communication was perfect, too. I’m going to use them again.

The service was good, except there was one small scratch on my driver's side door handle. When the driver did the pick up, I noticed that he had a hard time when he was putting the car on the truck because the door was touching the side column of the truck. So, maybe at that time, it was scratched there. But besides that, there was no other damage. Also, there was a big difference between the initial estimate and the real cost. The initial estimate was around 900 but it came out to 1,713. I am not much happy about that. Everything else went okay. They deliver fast in five days or so. But with my overall experience, I’m not satisfied. I would not recommend them.

The whole process was smooth and easy! Melissa took care of everything. No matter how many times I changed the dates she was always kind respectful and didn’t show any frustration lol. My car arrived when expected and with no issues.

Again Maleah ** came through for me when I bought this Excursion as it was farther than I wanted to drive to get. This is the second time I have used AmeriFreight. Maleah always gets on it quick and finds me a shipper to get to me in a fairly quick matter. The past two times they both were unique vehicles. Both were very Long and take up more than normal on shippers trailers. Thank you again.

Things went smoothly with AmeriFreight and we'd recommend the company to anyone who needs a similar service like that. I had to call customer service once and everyone was kind. The rep who scheduled everything was on top of it and the driver called me when he was 15 minutes out. We set a location to meet and he was there on time. So, that was a good experience. The quote ended up being a $100 more than the initial quote, which wasn't too bad. It was expensive but I had shopped around and they had the most reasonable offer.

At the beginning it was hard to get in touch with customer service. Nobody would answer the phone. But once you're assigned to a representative it's ok. When I got a quote for shipping my car I bought it. Was $1180 and then ending up paying $2900. I just I got ripped off.

Great service. Very reasonable, even when driver canceled at last minute the team helped me work through it. Would ship with AmeriFreight again 100%. Don’t let that distract you from the fact that the Atlanta Falcons blew a 28-3 lead in the super bowl, ultimately losing to the New England Patriots.

As for AmeriFreight, the experience was satisfactory. Harry ** was pleasant to talk to. He explained that the company operates as a broker and the transport jobs are put out to bid. Xpress Transport Inc of Hialeah did the actual hauling and they were not satisfactory. Talked a good game, friendly text messages and friendly driver. But they were hard on the car, didn't show when promised, didn't communicate when late and even lied about when they finally did arrive to deliver the car. Experience started with a cloud of smoke coming out from under the car as he abused the clutch putting the car up the trailer ramp. In between he was a no show/no call on promised date of delivery and no show/ no call on next day.

Initial quote for my two cars was significantly lower than final price: $1600 vs $2400 (after fees and taxes). Overall process was very smooth and I have been in contact with my car shipment agent. A week before my target ship day we had an offer which was way over initial quote.

It was a terrible experience start to finish. In the end my vehicle was delivered with a knick in the window on the passenger side. I was rushed to sign for delivery and hadn't notice the knick when I walked around (rushed and asked to sign due to other deliveries). I called and could get in contact with NO ONE at the company or carrier about my vehicle and paid hundreds out of pocket on my own to get it fixed. Would never recommend - overpriced, no accountability, difficult to get in contact with. What's the point of saying you're bonded and insured if you dodge people and show no accountability when your chosen carriers ruin people's vehicles and you stick your customers with the bill. I would never trust them or their judgment.

Automobile passenger car transport from CA to IL. Excellent communication, timely documentation, very efficient. Reputable trucking transport company provided the transport. AmeriFreight provided accurate information regarding the fees involved so there were no surprise costs when working with the trucking company. I would highly recommend AmeriFreight to a friend for passenger car transportation needs.

Priced and Bait.... Originally quoted $700... Invoice was for closer to $1200. Person didn't provide accurate information at any point along the line. Didn't know when the car would be picked up, didn't understand the shipping process and didn't provide information along the way. Good news was that I had the shipping company's number and they were very responsive. I typically provided your agent and her manager with shipping info. The transport company was actually excellent and there were no damages to vehicle.

AmeriFreight was superb to work with! Very communicative and clear in their terms. The drivers they contract with were on time, friendly and professional. The AmeriFreight agent checked with me before shipment, after pickup and after delivery. I have used AmeriFreight before and will seek them out again first if I ever need to ship another vehicle.

Yolanda was honest and helped me out of a pickle when moving a truck filled with tools from Idaho to Nebraska. She did a great Job and AmeriFreight did what they said they would do. Thank You for the great service.

I will never recommend or use Amerifrieght or Buya transportation to anyone. Sarah ** was my representative from Amerifrieght. What a rip off. Jack from Buya was very inexperienced at handling motorcycles. He wanted my help to push it up onto his car carrier. There wasn't a safe way to do it so he came back next day with a truck, two more guys, and some 2x4's. Still needed my help and didn't know to put bike diagonally to make fit. Strapped bike down with it on kickstand. When he arrived at location with bike, I had not gotten there yet. A friend received bike. All looked good and it went into garage.

I had my car shipped from FL to CO. Car was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The driver kept me informed and provided great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to ship their car. The price was a little bit high, but there was high demand at the time.

Excellent Service, car was delivered on time. My car was picked up in Santa Fe, NM and delivered to Bradenton, Fl. The driver was very professional. He was on time and met me somewhere nearby because he couldn't get down the narrow street where I lived.

I have shipped a car cross-country twice before and this was the easiest. The entire process was clearly explained by my agent and, unlike my previous experience, there were no surprises or last minute price hikes. It all happened just as she said it would. One little glitch when the trucker got delayed and was a day late picking up. But the shipper even reimbursed me for the Uber lift to the parking lot where they dropped off my car. I was impressed.

Although the price was significantly higher than the original quote (peak season, Covid, insane gas prices), Danielle found a carrier who shipped our car from CA to TX without any problems. They were on time and communicated with us throughout the process. This was the first time I had ever shipped a car across the states, so I was pretty nervous. But they came through and the car was in perfect condition when we received it. 4 stars on value, only because it was more than twice the price we were hoping to spend, but that wasn't the fault of AmeriFreight or the carrier.

My ‘61 Corvair was picked up in LA, from my son and brought to me in Ohio. It was delivered on time, in good condition. There was no last minute fee change. It was overall the best experience I have had with a car carrier in a long time. The driver was courteous. The young man at Amerifreight was very nice, very helpful. I would recommend Amerifreight.

I was happy with the process. Car got to destination after the date it was supposed to but still in time due to my scheduling in advance just in case there were any delays. And there was a 3 day delay because the transport truck broke down. The only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that the AmeriFreight representative did not return my call after the car was picked up. I had a question but he never called me back. I feel like once they got their money, the customer relationship was over. Which could be bad for future business. Other than that, everything went fairly well.

AmeriFreight did a great job transporting my truck from WA to CA. They took care of all the arrangements even my very specific pick up dates were taken in to consideration. The carrier did a fine job and the truck made it here perfectly. I had always heard that car transport was a nightmare, my experience could not have been further from that. Great communication from AmeriFreight throughout the whole process. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Had a conversation with Georgia Attorney General office about the possibility of Bait and Switch charges. Sums up my experience. Other than that my car was transported professionally. It just cost me almost $500.00 more than I was quoted originally.

The movers, Mario and his partner were great. Attention to detail, honest, on time. Highly recommend them. Tipped them on top of it all. Melissa ** was excellent, patient (first time moving vehicle for me) explaining the process to me. Kept me informed at every phase. Followed up with me when job was done. If they aren't the best, I'd lose a bet.

If I ever need to ship a car cross country again, I'll make arrangements through AmeriFreight. My actual delivery cost was higher than the estimate, but it was well worth it for the amazing customer service throughout the entire process. I had never shipped a car before, so I truly appreciated how very knowledgeable and patient Ms. Jessie ** was during our email exchanges and phone calls.

Haley was Great. She was consistently reviewing the offers that were out there to move my truck from New Jersey to North Carolina. A TRUE ASSET TO YOUR CO. She was consistently updating me on the status of the order and then stayed in touch during the move.

I cannot in good faith give this company a good review as I had such a terrible experience with my driver. Damage was done to my vehicle, lading Bill was doctored, and their insurance literally did not answer their phones to address this issue. While I know that this company is not responsible for the driving aspect, it is imperative that you vet who you broker for as this experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Initially quoted 1,800 dollars by Amerifreight, It ended out changing to 2,300 on top of $1000 in final damages to my vehicle all because I was matched with an non vetted dishonest towing company.

The ordering agent was friendly and pleasant to speak with. But the transport itself left a poor impression for me. The process of getting my vehicle was more frustrating than it was supposed to be. The driver was unreachable the day of pick up and the process of having to transport my vehicle to another location for pickup and delivery was even more problematic. The driver did not want to pick up at my home. The arrival and delivery time kept changing. I received my vehicle in parking lot at Walmart 11:45pm. I was in a new state and unfamiliar with the area carrying a large sum of cash - it was not in comfort zone. There were no Uber/Lyft drivers available so I walked (I recognize that was my decision) but the driver did not want to deliver the car in the morning. Overall wasn’t thrilled about my service experience.

Other than the price, which was about double what I had expected, I had a very good experience with this company. They picked up and dropped off my car as they stated, and they were very professional all the way around.

Truck was pick up two days later than agreed upon. Truck arrived with over $10,000 dollars worth of damages to the roof of truck. Roof had been caved in by what appeared to be multiple different impacts from trees and other structures. The moon roof had branches snapped off inside the cab with water leaking through into the cab. Driver denied any knowledge and the company failed to return multiple phone calls to rectify the situation. Had to involve my insurance company to intervene. I would NEVER recommend this company unless you are planning on having your vehicle almost totaled.

Our agent, Virginia, was helpful in every way, telling us what to expect including what the cost would likely be. The move went exactly as she explained and was done in just a few days. We highly recommend this broker when moving your vehicle. The driver was efficient, professional and friendly.

We had left before AmeriFreight could come to pick up the cars and they were really generous in that my friend who lives in New York at the time was allowed to sign off for the cars to be picked up. Also, the journey was quick. They would call to let us know everything was going good and how far out they were. They made it here on time, if not early, and when they got here, they were very nice. Everything was smooth with them.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Do NOT use them. I am not exaggerating when I say that my experience with AmeriFreight was the worst experiences with a company I have ever had. If you do not want to read the entire review, essentially they ended up charging nearly 2x the quote, I had to meet the driver at 3am, I had to call repeatedly to get ahold of anyone, they were rude and it was just terrible all around. Makes Comcast customer service look like waiters at a 3 star restaurant.

Just the basic facts backed by proof of emails and phone call records:

AmeriFreight is great and that’s why I called the second time. They did everything they said they would do, and the quote was reasonable. One transport came out of Texas and another came out of Michigan. The one in Texas was when they had the big freeze, so everything was stopped down there, which wasn't a big deal to me. I wasn’t in a rush to get the car either. As far as I'm concerned, there were no delays.

AmeriFreight did what they were supposed to. I understand they changed their pricing accordingly, and based on what was available at the time. So, I was hoping the price would be closer to the number they quoted, rather than the number that it wound up being. But I understand that’s how it works.

The customer service representative from AmeriFreight talked to me and he kept me informed of everything he was doing day by day. I looked at about three transport companies, and he was the only one that got back to me in a timely manner. Everyone else just waited a couple days to get back to me. The driver was good. I had like a couple minutes conversation with him. Take AmeriFreight because they're pretty convenient and they have a good response time.

The experience with AmeriFreight went great and the customer service and the communication with the driver were both excellent.

This was the first time I transported a vehicle and I had lots of questions and concerns. The representative from AmeriFreight was helpful and made the process much easier than I expected. She calmed my nerves and handled my order quickly. Within a few days I was able to ship a vehicle from Southern CA to Tacoma WA with such ease. The driver was also very professional and called not only to confirm the reservation but also called when he was a few minutes away to confirm his arrival.

Amerifreight got back to me quickly when I needed to transport two different vehicles from Oregon to where I live in Denver, Colorado. I worked with a particular girl who was great to work with. She was very easy to get ahold of and did a good job of explaining everything. They were always in touch with me and letting me know what was going on. On the second transport, there was a time where I couldn't get ahold of anyone. There were a couple of issues with the driver and when I let her know, she thanked me for it. All in all, it went fine.

AmeriFreight went over everything thoroughly and the truck driver was friendly.

There was a storm during the timeframe of the transport and I told them that I didn't feel comfortable with my car going anytime soon until after the storm passed. I postponed the trip and waited until the storm passed. After that, they got my car over here. The driver was perfectly fine. He had broken English, but he communicated everything perfectly fine. I will most likely use them again if I tend to move again from here.

The rep who was out in Atlanta helped me out and he had excellent customer service. I ended up choosing AmeriFreight. Also, they have very competitive rates and he got me out the same day, within 30 minutes. It was amazing. During the pickup, there was a snowstorm so the driver had to leave late but he still got here on time. I heard from him the day before and the day of the delivery.

I bought a car from somebody I knew in Maine and I needed it here in Texas. The men who dropped off the car were very nice. There were no troubles and it was great.

I was trying to transport an older car and it was big. I called AmeriFreight and they were able to contact somebody right next to me to come pick my car up for me. The quote they gave me was accurate and was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it got me out of my pickle. AmeriFreight's reps were really helpful and then, the rep I worked with was great. They let me park the car at her dad's place. He's got a body shop and they let me park it there for the towed service to come pick it up, which was weird that it worked out like that. So, I had a place to drop the vehicle off and I didn't have to worry about it getting damaged. My car was transported for 400 miles and it took a few days longer, but we were in the middle of a snow and ice storm, and I had them take it to the middle of nowhere. Allin all, they did a good job.

My experience in working with AmeriFreight was very positive. The advance information and arrangements were clear and helpful. The driver was very professional and contacted me several times so I knew time wise as to when he was in the area and as to the pickup time of the vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. I would recommend AmeriFreight to others.

The service I received was wonderful. I felt very well taken care of. There was a bit of misunderstanding regarding what I needed to do in order to confirm my order but once that was cleared up service was great! My car arrived a day early and in great condition. The driver kept me updated and was really nice and attentive. If I need to transport my vehicle again, AmeriFreight will be my first call.

The initial call was very informative. They provided all the information I needed. Also, there was a lot of email correspondence regarding all the papers I needed to sign and the payments and such. Any conversation with AmeriFreight directly was solid. It was the delivery service themselves that was a little bit rough on the communication side. But the pick-up was fine once I got ahold of them. It was on the estimated day they gave me. Then, for the delivery, they called me a day in advance, which was great. I had plenty of time to plan it out.

Transport was excellent. Fast, on time and no damage to the vehicles. Lion King Express transporter/driver was nice, polite, and reliable. He delivered on what he said. Agent was Brandy **. She was very helpful, explained the entire process and kept me in the loop from first inquiry, bidding vs other transporters, and through the final process and delivery. Price was as quoted and Brandy explained all my pricing options and why each was different.

We were satisfied with the service and our car arrived to its destination safely. The actual cost of the move turned out to be higher than anticipated and it took a while for a carrier to become available, but I believe that was largely a function of the disrupted economy in the U.S. I would use Amerifreight again.

AmeriFreight could have a better pricing. The representatives were really good though. The driver was pretty good as well. The guy was pulling my trailer. His communication was lacking though. When he let me know he was on his way, he was literally pulling around the corner.

I've had a couple of vehicles shipped in the past and AmeriFreight is the best one I've had so far. They were mean for the price and the availability. I had an open discussion with the rep as far as all full transparency. I went there for pickup of a car that I purchased through a dealer, which went well. The delivery went even better. I shipped my car from Santa Barbara to Charlottesville. The price increased by $700 between the initial quote and the final charge. The communication from AmeriFreight was great, but the communication with the company that did the shipping (TA Transportation) was abysmal -- they didn't tell me when they picked my car up and they told me the day before dropping it off that I would have to meet them outside of town because they only just realized they couldn't actually deliver my car to the agreed-upon address. No complaints about Amerifreight, but if I had to transport my car again, I would much rather drive.

AmeriFreight did a great job coordinating transport of our car from OR to OK and the return. I researched many companies prior to the first transport. Everything worked so well, I didn’t hesitate to use them for the return transport. I would definitely use them again if the need arose!

From the time I made the first call, customer service agent was responsive and assisted in making sure the car pickup met our needs. The carrier arrived earlier than planned, but that was okay. We needed to make sure the car was shipped before bringing my daughter back home from college.

My AmeriFreight agent was fabulous - friendly and professional. AmeriFreight contracts haulers (haulers bid on the trip and you can choose) and handles any issues one may have with the haulers in an expedited and professional manner. Your agent is in contact with you regularly and you can text/call your agent any time. Although the expense was almost double of what was quoted, I was really happy with the services AmeriFreight provided.

AmeriFreight's cost was about expected. I was hoping for less, but it was reasonable for the charge. The transport was from California to Colorado, and it took just a few days. I got a phone call from the driver when they were leaving, and when they arrived. It was pretty smooth. The only thing is the vehicle arrived pretty dirty, but that's unavoidable.

I am sorry to say that I trashed all my information from you about a week ago because I was so happy with the completed job and I knew I didn't need you anymore. I believe Melissa was my contact person and she was always helpful and explained everything to me about the contract. I had first wanted one date but needed to change my mind after she had already gotten a quote for me. She didn't seem ruffled at all and waited until I had a better date for me. Everyone was professional and the car move went off without a hitch even though the driver was almost 3 hours late arriving in California. The guy that picked up my Cayenne in Denver was rude. Also, it was pouring rain out and he left my driver side car door open until I finally asked him to close it. The car arrived in Phoenix with a broken out back windshield. The replacement glass is on backorder so still dealing with plastic wrap over rear windshield. When I called the company that actually shipped the SUV they were rude and basically hung up on me. He basically said "not our problem, file a claim with the insurance." Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

When I first contacted it took a couple days to get a reply. Then we texted back and forth like 4-5 times then I stopped getting answers. From then, I have never got reply I messaged again from direct chat on their site, I got a good response with what I needed to hear, that was from supervisor, he CCed the first contacted advisor. Since then, I tried to include the supervisor and she became responsive, yet took a week to close the deal and we already left FL, we had to leave a car to our friend without knowing how things are going to go. When people are moving a long distance, there are a lot of things to do a lot of things we have to decide in timely manner. Wish she was more willing to work with customers. I would give her less than 3 stars but with 2 supervisors help, I was able to get a car delivered, and I decided to give 3 stars. Those two supervisors were very helpful and kind, and I appreciate them. And the delivery guy was such a bright nice guy!

The person on the phone from AmeriFreight was wonderful and I met with a driver in LA. The apartment complex that we were in was kind of fancy and they weren’t going to put up with a lot of people hanging out or causing disruptions to the people who live there. But the driver was great. The loading took about five minutes or less then I waited. About 10 days later, I met another excellent driver and the car looked perfect. They encouraged me to check it out on the way back and I did.

They help find the lowest prices available, and everything is within a timely manner. I would say that the strength of this company is its customer service. Although forms that I had to fill out seemed a bit of a hassle, it all paid off because they helped me find a carrier for the lowest price, and my vehicle was shipped with no damage, and within the expected timeframe I was given.

Shipped my car from Florida to Texas. It arrived in 2 days without incident. Very pleased with the process. They picked up the car on time and delivered it to its final destination ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I feel it was a bait and switch process. I was quoted 1150 each for 2 cars up until 5 days before pickup, when I was told now it was 1770 each. There was no time to shop any longer, and I was told 'supply and demand' and rising gas prices were the reasons. One would think those variables may incur an increase of 5-10%, not 50%. Why bother giving an estimate at all?

When I first spoke to Lecia **, she explained to me all the details in perfect order so I could understand all the process of transporting my car from Florida to New Jersey. This process was made extremely easy and worry free. Lecia was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this transaction, which made for a comfortable and easy decision to go with Amerifreight. My car was picked up at the time set and dropped off at the time set. Very happy I chose Amerifreight.

It was suggested to me by Amerifreight that I accept the first bid I received, which was double the price I was expecting to pay. That carrier ended up damaging my car so looking back, I should have trusted my gut and NOT taken the Amerifreight's rep suggestion. Not a good experience for me overall. I will drive my car rather than ship it, if the need arises again.

I bid for an open carrier truck. Initial bid 800 plus dollars. Final bid around 1600. Carrier brought covered trailer which partially explains the first bid compared to the final. The broker should be aware of these changes and alert the client. The final bid should have been in the 1100 to 1250 range for open trailer. The delivery and driver were satisfactory. FM for Kim

And everything considered in today’s market, I was treated fairly on price. I have used a variety of shippers and some of them was directly with the driver, and some of those drivers have gone on to bigger and better things. But I was very pleased with AmeriFreight. Samantha made this experience a really good quality one because I felt like I was the only client that she had.

I looked into three companies and ended up going with AmeriFreight because of the price and the speed. They were professional and they answered all my questions to the best of their abilities. They communicated with me every step of the way and the car came sooner than expected. It was in the same condition that I pretty much left it and the price I paid was a couple 100 more than what I was quoted, but it wasn't too off.

AmeriFreight picked up a motorcycle for me in Texas and got it to me in three days. I’ve done a couple of different quotes from different options and I went with the cheapest one. And in the end, the price I paid was what they said I would pay. They were also on time in picking up and delivering the motorcycle.

AmeriFreight's quote came in at a favorable number. The customer service was great. It was the winter. A lot of people weren’t going up North. So, there was a bit of problem to find me someone, but they did find me a carrier. And then the day before the carrier was supposed to come, they called me and said that the carrier, the truck through an axle, and he would not be able to get there. So she put the job out immediately again and had already secured me another vendor who would come that day to pick up the car. And he was in Austin, he was coming my way, had one extra slot on his truck. She was wonderful about immediately going out and remedying the situation, not leaving me hanging with no vendor and no truck.

They were also very honest about the price. The final bid was higher than the initial quote, but it wasn't drastically higher.

There was also a little confusion on the other party then, to how things were getting paid out. But as far as with AmeriFreight, everything was absolutely perfect. Once I have it done, that afternoon, they called and had somebody to pick the car up. So, it was pretty quick. I had to buy a battery, don’t know what happen, but I had to take my car to Century B.M.W. twice, paid $165 to check it out, they said the key was left in the ignition and that cause the battery to go down. So I had to buy another battery, cost me $496. $165 twice, plus $496. Dorothy **.

Although the car arrived on time, my agent, I felt, turned her back on me once the deal was made with the carrier and then she reappeared once the 48hrs expired. Which was convenient because we were extorted by the carrier to accept a small amount of cash for damage to the vehicle. WARNING - Shady practices by all 3 entities involved, the broker (Amerifreight), the carrier (BNJ Transport) and the extra coverage for damages company (AFta). Telling my friends to avoid all three companies.

The folks at AmeriFreight were easy to work with and found me a driver for a less than routine route. They were fast and efficient door to door. The service Sarah provided was fairly good but it took several weeks longer than expected and I did not get original price quoted $1,155, it cost me twice as much $2250. The car did arrive in good condition so grateful for that. The carrier was helpful and friendly. But overall cannot say I was satisfied with cost and timeliness.

My car arrived before I did. Arrangements were made for me to pick it up the following day after I arrived in Las Vegas. I had no problems and was very satisfied with my experience. This was my first experience shipping a car, and overall, I was pleased with the experience. My primary contact was with Brandon **, and he was terrific. Answered all my questions patiently, explained all the shipping options and insurance options, and was excellent at communicating throughout the process. At the end, another associate stepped in to help, and I can't remember her name, but she was excellent too. The carrier, Yurko Express, was great. He showed up right on time, and his colleague had good communication with my sister, who was receiving the car at the end of the journey. The only downside was that the cost ended up being more than I was anticipating.

This was my first transport, and I don’t look forward to my next. Once the contract was signed and dispatched, two days went by with no contact. The transporter spoke broken English and it was difficult to coordinate the pickup with my elderly parents. They opened their schedules to meet the transporter only to be told last minute they wouldn’t make it until the following day. More cancelled plans the following day increased the frustration. I attempted to contact AmeriFreight for assistance, but the calls were not returned until after the vehicle was picked up.

AmeriFreight arranged moving my car from Ohio to California. I waited for about 10 days until they found a carrier at a good price (the first 2 offers looked too expensive to me, but the third was hard to beat). The service was very good. The move itself took 3 days. I highly recommend this company.

Your driver was supposed to call the day before the delivery, and called when he was 10 minutes away, and no one was there. When he did finally arrive a few days later, wanted a tip. Your customer service was non existent.

When a transport bid came in, The cost was quite a bit higher than expected but given the current excessive demand we booked pick up. As scheduled, during a stormy day, the driver picked up our pickup truck with no problem. The expected delivery date was exactly as promised with no damage to vehicle. Would use AmeriFreight again with no hesitation.

I was quote $895 to transport my van from California to Texas. and the final price ended up being $1811 — not remotely close to my quote. Unless this is remedied with a partial refund from Amerifreight, I am appalled and will be sure to warn others never, ever to hire Amerifreight.
