AmeriFreight went over everything thoroughly and the truck driver was friendly.

There was a storm during the timeframe of the transport and I told them that I didn't feel comfortable with my car going anytime soon until after the storm passed. I postponed the trip and waited until the storm passed. After that, they got my car over here. The driver was perfectly fine. He had broken English, but he communicated everything perfectly fine. I will most likely use them again if I tend to move again from here.

The rep who was out in Atlanta helped me out and he had excellent customer service. I ended up choosing AmeriFreight. Also, they have very competitive rates and he got me out the same day, within 30 minutes. It was amazing. During the pickup, there was a snowstorm so the driver had to leave late but he still got here on time. I heard from him the day before and the day of the delivery.

I bought a car from somebody I knew in Maine and I needed it here in Texas. The men who dropped off the car were very nice. There were no troubles and it was great.

I was trying to transport an older car and it was big. I called AmeriFreight and they were able to contact somebody right next to me to come pick my car up for me. The quote they gave me was accurate and was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it got me out of my pickle. AmeriFreight's reps were really helpful and then, the rep I worked with was great. They let me park the car at her dad's place. He's got a body shop and they let me park it there for the towed service to come pick it up, which was weird that it worked out like that. So, I had a place to drop the vehicle off and I didn't have to worry about it getting damaged. My car was transported for 400 miles and it took a few days longer, but we were in the middle of a snow and ice storm, and I had them take it to the middle of nowhere. Allin all, they did a good job.

My experience in working with AmeriFreight was very positive. The advance information and arrangements were clear and helpful. The driver was very professional and contacted me several times so I knew time wise as to when he was in the area and as to the pickup time of the vehicle. The delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. I would recommend AmeriFreight to others.

The service I received was wonderful. I felt very well taken care of. There was a bit of misunderstanding regarding what I needed to do in order to confirm my order but once that was cleared up service was great! My car arrived a day early and in great condition. The driver kept me updated and was really nice and attentive. If I need to transport my vehicle again, AmeriFreight will be my first call.

The initial call was very informative. They provided all the information I needed. Also, there was a lot of email correspondence regarding all the papers I needed to sign and the payments and such. Any conversation with AmeriFreight directly was solid. It was the delivery service themselves that was a little bit rough on the communication side. But the pick-up was fine once I got ahold of them. It was on the estimated day they gave me. Then, for the delivery, they called me a day in advance, which was great. I had plenty of time to plan it out.

I really appreciated going through Amerifreight as a first time shipper. Easy to work with, with clear expectations - I knew the car was in good hands! The car was handled in a timely manner and the customer service was excellent. Thank you!

Transport was excellent. Fast, on time and no damage to the vehicles. Lion King Express transporter/driver was nice, polite, and reliable. He delivered on what he said. Agent was Brandy **. She was very helpful, explained the entire process and kept me in the loop from first inquiry, bidding vs other transporters, and through the final process and delivery. Price was as quoted and Brandy explained all my pricing options and why each was different.

We were satisfied with the service and our car arrived to its destination safely. The actual cost of the move turned out to be higher than anticipated and it took a while for a carrier to become available, but I believe that was largely a function of the disrupted economy in the U.S. I would use Amerifreight again.

AmeriFreight made my experience easy and stress free. They arrived on time and delivered on time. My vehicle was returned to me in the same condition as I last saw it. The driver was very nice and put me at ease.

AmeriFreight could have a better pricing. The representatives were really good though. The driver was pretty good as well. The guy was pulling my trailer. His communication was lacking though. When he let me know he was on his way, he was literally pulling around the corner.

I've had a couple of vehicles shipped in the past and AmeriFreight is the best one I've had so far. They were mean for the price and the availability. I had an open discussion with the rep as far as all full transparency. I went there for pickup of a car that I purchased through a dealer, which went well. The delivery went even better. It was quick and it wasn't anything hard to deal with.

I shipped my car from Santa Barbara to Charlottesville. The price increased by $700 between the initial quote and the final charge. The communication from AmeriFreight was great, but the communication with the company that did the shipping (TA Transportation) was abysmal -- they didn't tell me when they picked my car up and they told me the day before dropping it off that I would have to meet them outside of town because they only just realized they couldn't actually deliver my car to the agreed-upon address. No complaints about Amerifreight, but if I had to transport my car again, I would much rather drive.

AmeriFreight did a great job coordinating transport of our car from OR to OK and the return. I researched many companies prior to the first transport. Everything worked so well, I didn’t hesitate to use them for the return transport. I would definitely use them again if the need arose!

From the time I made the first call, customer service agent was responsive and assisted in making sure the car pickup met our needs. The carrier arrived earlier than planned, but that was okay. We needed to make sure the car was shipped before bringing my daughter back home from college.

My AmeriFreight agent was fabulous - friendly and professional. AmeriFreight contracts haulers (haulers bid on the trip and you can choose) and handles any issues one may have with the haulers in an expedited and professional manner. Your agent is in contact with you regularly and you can text/call your agent any time. Although the expense was almost double of what was quoted, I was really happy with the services AmeriFreight provided.

AmeriFreight's cost was about expected. I was hoping for less, but it was reasonable for the charge. The transport was from California to Colorado, and it took just a few days. I got a phone call from the driver when they were leaving, and when they arrived. It was pretty smooth. The only thing is the vehicle arrived pretty dirty, but that's unavoidable.

I am sorry to say that I trashed all my information from you about a week ago because I was so happy with the completed job and I knew I didn't need you anymore. I believe Melissa was my contact person and she was always helpful and explained everything to me about the contract. I had first wanted one date but needed to change my mind after she had already gotten a quote for me. She didn't seem ruffled at all and waited until I had a better date for me. Everyone was professional and the car move went off without a hitch even though the driver was almost 3 hours late arriving in California. He called to let me know and met me at a convenient location for both of us. I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was happy with the car transport. The phone and emailing was good. The drive was good. The car got there just fine and a few days early. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with.

We had never shipped vehicles before, so we were uncertain about the process and had many questions. Baylee quickly and patiently addressed them all, and ensured that we had a successful shipment that met our schedule needs.

Our driver was very professional and communicated well with us regarding pick up and delivery. He was very personable and friendly upon pick up and our delivery was actually ahead of schedule. He gave us plenty of notice and kept us up to date regarding his ETA on the day of delivery. The car was delivered in the same condition it was picked up. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and definitely recommend.

The guy that picked up my Cayenne in Denver was rude. Also, it was pouring rain out and he left my driver side car door open until I finally asked him to close it. The car arrived in Phoenix with a broken out back windshield. The replacement glass is on backorder so still dealing with plastic wrap over rear windshield. When I called the company that actually shipped the SUV they were rude and basically hung up on me. He basically said "not our problem, file a claim with the insurance." Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

When I first contacted it took a couple days to get a reply. Then we texted back and forth like 4-5 times then I stopped getting answers. From then, I have never got reply I messaged again from direct chat on their site, I got a good response with what I needed to hear, that was from supervisor, he CCed the first contacted advisor. Since then, I tried to include the supervisor and she became responsive, yet took a week to close the deal and we already left FL, we had to leave a car to our friend without knowing how things are going to go. When people are moving a long distance, there are a lot of things to do a lot of things we have to decide in timely manner. Wish she was more willing to work with customers. I would give her less than 3 stars but with 2 supervisors help, I was able to get a car delivered, and I decided to give 3 stars. Those two supervisors were very helpful and kind, and I appreciate them. And the delivery guy was such a bright nice guy!

The person on the phone from AmeriFreight was wonderful and I met with a driver in LA. The apartment complex that we were in was kind of fancy and they weren’t going to put up with a lot of people hanging out or causing disruptions to the people who live there. But the driver was great. The loading took about five minutes or less then I waited. About 10 days later, I met another excellent driver and the car looked perfect. They encouraged me to check it out on the way back and I did.

Amerifreight was a great company to go through for car shipping. They communicate well with their customers, and do a really great job. They help find the lowest prices available, and everything is within a timely manner. I would say that the strength of this company is its customer service. Although forms that I had to fill out seemed a bit of a hassle, it all paid off because they helped me find a carrier for the lowest price, and my vehicle was shipped with no damage, and within the expected timeframe I was given.

Shipped my car from Florida to Texas. It arrived in 2 days without incident. Very pleased with the process. They picked up the car on time and delivered it to its final destination ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I feel it was a bait and switch process. I was quoted 1150 each for 2 cars up until 5 days before pickup, when I was told now it was 1770 each. There was no time to shop any longer, and I was told 'supply and demand' and rising gas prices were the reasons. One would think those variables may incur an increase of 5-10%, not 50%. Why bother giving an estimate at all?

When I first spoke to Lecia **, she explained to me all the details in perfect order so I could understand all the process of transporting my car from Florida to New Jersey. This process was made extremely easy and worry free. Lecia was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of this transaction, which made for a comfortable and easy decision to go with Amerifreight. My car was picked up at the time set and dropped off at the time set. Very happy I chose Amerifreight.

It was suggested to me by Amerifreight that I accept the first bid I received, which was double the price I was expecting to pay. That carrier ended up damaging my car so looking back, I should have trusted my gut and NOT taken the Amerifreight's rep suggestion. Not a good experience for me overall. I will drive my car rather than ship it, if the need arises again.

The contact persons were very helpful and informative as this was my first experience shipping a vehicle. I had numerous questions throughout the process that were answered promptly. I was kept updated. I plan to use AmeriFreight again in October to ship my car back to Florida from Michigan.

Samantha has helped several shipments and each time has been extremely helpful. All vehicles arrived with no damage and on time. From the start contact with Samantha and the carrier was immediate and if we had any issues they responded right away.

I bid for an open carrier truck. Initial bid 800 plus dollars. Final bid around 1600. Carrier brought covered trailer which partially explains the first bid compared to the final. The broker should be aware of these changes and alert the client. The final bid should have been in the 1100 to 1250 range for open trailer. The delivery and driver were satisfactory. FM for Kim

Our Car transport was a great experience using AmeriFreight… from start to finish. Danielle was responsive and conscientious and our driver was great. Kept us informed all along pick up and delivery route. It’s the second time we’ve used this company and I would highly recommend.

The rep I dealt with was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and very informative. Her name was Samantha and she was on top of her game. Jeff, the driver, was outstanding as well. The man took very good care of my product and took care of me. He kept me informed and if I have any more shipments, he's going to be my first go-to guy. And everything considered in today’s market, I was treated fairly on price. I have used a variety of shippers and some of them was directly with the driver, and some of those drivers have gone on to bigger and better things. But I was very pleased with AmeriFreight. Samantha made this experience a really good quality one because I felt like I was the only client that she had.

I looked into three companies and ended up going with AmeriFreight because of the price and the speed. They were professional and they answered all my questions to the best of their abilities. They communicated with me every step of the way and the car came sooner than expected. It was in the same condition that I pretty much left it and the price I paid was a couple 100 more than what I was quoted, but it wasn't too off.

AmeriFreight picked up a motorcycle for me in Texas and got it to me in three days. I’ve done a couple of different quotes from different options and I went with the cheapest one. And in the end, the price I paid was what they said I would pay. They were also on time in picking up and delivering the motorcycle.

AmeriFreight's quote came in at a favorable number. The customer service was great. It was the winter. A lot of people weren’t going up North. So, there was a bit of problem to find me someone, but they did find me a carrier. And then the day before the carrier was supposed to come, they called me and said that the carrier, the truck through an axle, and he would not be able to get there. So she put the job out immediately again and had already secured me another vendor who would come that day to pick up the car. And he was in Austin, he was coming my way, had one extra slot on his truck. She was wonderful about immediately going out and remedying the situation, not leaving me hanging with no vendor and no truck.

AmeriFreight's reps were easy to work with and professional. Once I said I was interested, they replied right away with some more information and gave me updates on a regular basis. They were also very honest about the price. The final bid was higher than the initial quote, but it wasn't drastically higher.

I worked with Danielle and I was absolutely on board with everything. She even kept in touch with me after her work hours if I had any problems because I was questioning when the driver might be here. There was also a little confusion on the other party then, to how things were getting paid out. But as far as with AmeriFreight, everything was absolutely perfect. That's why I used them twice, because I was happy with them. The price was right and everything went exactly as planned for me.

I spoke to Brandon from AmeriFreight several times and then other carriers, and he seemed like the guy I wanted to do business with. Having the transport set up was pretty much seamless. Once I have it done, that afternoon, they called and had somebody to pick the car up. So, it was pretty quick. I was at work when it was delivered but the driver kept me informed with emails and text and it went very good. I was well-pleased.

I had to buy a battery, don’t know what happen, but I had to take my car to Century B.M.W. twice, paid $165 to check it out, they said the key was left in the ignition and that cause the battery to go down. So I had to buy another battery, cost me $496. $165 twice, plus $496. Dorothy **.

My car arrived days earlier than expected, in perfect condition. Very happy with results. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. It took only four days from Florida to Colorado, and the people I had contact with were very courteous and helpful.

Although the car arrived on time, my agent, I felt, turned her back on me once the deal was made with the carrier and then she reappeared once the 48hrs expired. Which was convenient because we were extorted by the carrier to accept a small amount of cash for damage to the vehicle. WARNING - Shady practices by all 3 entities involved, the broker (Amerifreight), the carrier (BNJ Transport) and the extra coverage for damages company (AFta). Telling my friends to avoid all three companies.

Once our driver was set, Melissa handed us over to Matt. Matt was also great at customer service. He kept us informed and was right on time at both the receiving and delivering ends for our shipment. I contacted AmeriFreight.net as a broker to access bids for various carriers to haul a vehicle 2,500 miles. I couldn't have been happier with their service & with the service of the carrier I selected. Samantha explained the industry & process very well. I received calls & forms & everything went off without any issues. Their fee was well worth what I paid, as AmeriFreight found an excellent carrier I probably would not have found at a price I probably would not have gotten, considering the high gasoline prices at the time. The carrier I selected provided excellent service & kept me appropriately updated. I would recommend AmeriFreight.net, especially if you are busy or have never shipped something before.

The folks at AmeriFreight were easy to work with and found me a driver for a less than routine route. They were fast and efficient door to door. The price was reasonable and lower than some others of the competition. I liked that there was no pressure and no commitment on my part until I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving vehicles from one state to another.

The service Sarah provided was fairly good but it took several weeks longer than expected and I did not get original price quoted $1,155, it cost me twice as much $2250. The car did arrive in good condition so grateful for that. The carrier was helpful and friendly. But overall cannot say I was satisfied with cost and timeliness.

My car arrived before I did. Arrangements were made for me to pick it up the following day after I arrived in Las Vegas. I had no problems and was very satisfied with my experience. I have already recommended the company to a friend who is relocating to Long Beach, CA. HOPEFULLY, SHE WILL HAVE THE SAME TROUBLE FREE EXPERIENCE.

This was my first experience shipping a car, and overall, I was pleased with the experience. My primary contact was with Brandon **, and he was terrific. Answered all my questions patiently, explained all the shipping options and insurance options, and was excellent at communicating throughout the process. At the end, another associate stepped in to help, and I can't remember her name, but she was excellent too. The carrier, Yurko Express, was great. He showed up right on time, and his colleague had good communication with my sister, who was receiving the car at the end of the journey. The only downside was that the cost ended up being more than I was anticipating.

This was my first transport, and I don’t look forward to my next. Once the contract was signed and dispatched, two days went by with no contact. The transporter spoke broken English and it was difficult to coordinate the pickup with my elderly parents. They opened their schedules to meet the transporter only to be told last minute they wouldn’t make it until the following day. More cancelled plans the following day increased the frustration. I attempted to contact AmeriFreight for assistance, but the calls were not returned until after the vehicle was picked up.

AmeriFreight arranged moving my car from Ohio to California. I waited for about 10 days until they found a carrier at a good price (the first 2 offers looked too expensive to me, but the third was hard to beat). The service was very good. The move itself took 3 days. I highly recommend this company.

Your driver was supposed to call the day before the delivery, and called when he was 10 minutes away, and no one was there. When he did finally arrive a few days later, wanted a tip. Your customer service was non existent.

I have never shipped a car before and the company helped me answering all my questions and more. Also something that I loved about this company is that I only had to talk to them and not 15-20 carriers that are trying to do business with you.

Our car was picked up as advised and delivered in a timely fashion. Car was actually delivered earlier than expected and alleviated the need for us to rent a car upon arrival in Naples, FL. The driver of the carrier delayed his return to MA to accommodate our schedule. We were pleased with the service and would recommend to a friend.

We started looking for vehicle transport and AmeriFreight was the first company to respond and have live interaction. When a transport bid came in, The cost was quite a bit higher than expected but given the current excessive demand we booked pick up. As scheduled, during a stormy day, the driver picked up our pickup truck with no problem. The expected delivery date was exactly as promised with no damage to vehicle. Would use AmeriFreight again with no hesitation.

I was quote $895 to transport my van from California to Texas. and the final price ended up being $1811 — not remotely close to my quote. Unless this is remedied with a partial refund from Amerifreight, I am appalled and will be sure to warn others never, ever to hire Amerifreight.

I would rather have been contacted a little bit less by AmeriFreight but other than that, it was fine. I listed at least six companies and AmeriFreight seemed to be the most reliable amongst the others when I was looking at the reviews. They were also very responsive and helpful to all my questions. The lady, who was my customer rep, was very honest and straightforward in terms of what can I expect, and I was 100%, very comfortable. She was helpful helping with the shipment of the cargo. She wasn't hiding any costs and she explained to me the whole process. She mentioned to me at the beginning that if the transportation companies are increasing the price then I may need to wait or the prices may go up. She told me that this is based on the current market price, which can go up or even down. In the end, there was a very minimal difference between the quote I got and the price.

AmeriFreight did what they told me they were going to do. They transported my car for about 1,200 miles and the driver, Tom, was responsive. Right now, I have to transport my car back and I was looking for the person I dealt with there. I looked through my phone log and I found what I believe is her number. Then I texted her this morning asking if she was the person that I dealt with and that I needed to move the car again.

AmeriFreight did a great job the first time so we used them again. This time, they did the transport in a day sooner. The gentleman that did the pickup was very professional and the final cost was exactly what AmeriFreight said it was going to be.

We used AmeriFreight for some shipping this year and the drivers were great. The communication was fine and how long it took was all reasonable.

I called other companies but AmeriFreight fit my timeline a lot better. I appreciate the process. It really went smoothly. The driver was nice and very professional too. We love doing business with AmeriFreight and if we ever need to move a car again, we would be happy to use them.

I heard that AmeriFreight kind of searches other places and get you the cheapest price. I went with them and it worked out. It was my father who did the pickup and he said everything went well. There was a little miscommunication in the delivery, something about the truck having broken down and if I could meet them a couple cities away. But they ended up coming here later that evening and it was fine for me.

The service representatives were lovely. However, the driver was a little weird. I must have provided the wrong phone number or the wrong phone number was provided to him. I did arrive a little late and he was a little upset. I asked him where the car was and he said that he wanted to see the money first. I showed him the money and he walked over to the car. Then he just took the money and left. If I were to give it a rating, it was a 5 out of 10.

I was dispatched to deliver a 1971 Ford Mustang and this company agreed to pay 800$ and on a delivery customer only had 700$ and Amerifreight promised to pay a 100$ difference in 3 business days! It’s been 3 weeks and they just keep ignoring me.

The carrier, "All In Faith", pointed out the minor damage to my vehicle and immediately sent me a check to cover the repair. There was some anxiety because the carrier was not identified until one day before the transport was needed.

David G my agent was fantastic, I had a little traveled route and he worked day after day to find a carrier for me. Our transporter was great too and helped cut our drive down by meeting us a bit closer. They took the pain and worrying out of this whole process. It was the first time I shipped a car but I won't hesitate to do it again.

The customer service and support team was very responsive and professional. It did take a while to find a carrier, but that wasn’t surprising given the route. It did end up costing quite a bit more than the estimate I was given. The actual carrier was kind of disappointing, missing the pickup time by five hours and the drop off time by about a day. These issues were with the carrier, not with the team at AmeriFreight. The bottom line is that the car was delivered safely, it just took a while.

I was very hooked on the fact that using AmeriFreight was so much cheaper than all of the other places I have looked online. Then when I spoke to AmeriFreight about details, they said, “Well, we hope we can get that price.” At first I was like, “Oh **, is this a scam?” But because we had plenty of time and we were under no pressure to be able to ship our cars, we were able to get that inexpensive price. And it happened within a few days. It was great. There was a big problem with the delivery of the car in that the driver who had transported the car had damaged it extensively. However, AmeriFreight was very responsive, as was the driver. The driver took care of it completely. AmeriFreight was responsive in checking in the entire way. And they had excellent customer service.

I had AmeriFreight transport a car from the East Coast to the West Coast. It took about nine days. Their rep was good.

AmeriFreight provided the service that I needed in a short period of time at the rate that was available. They were able to help me out. It was a third-party company that did the pick up and delivery and the gentleman was very informative and very thorough and kind.

The carrier was delayed by two days to pick up my vehicle. Had to follow up with dispatcher of the carrier multiple times to get any info about where my car is. Amerifreight agents are courteous and informative but needs to improve on follow up and informing in case of any delays due to the carrier. Vehicle was in good condition though.

The final price to ship was $1000 more than I was initially quoted. This was a little disappointing. Other than that, I'd say the communication with the broker and driver was good. My vehicles were picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Other than a lot of road grime, both vehicles appeared to have arrived unscathed.

The reason I said I was unhappy it’s was for the company that took the order on my car. It was late. Their truck broke down. Communication between the company and I was terrible. When I called you guys to please call and ask where was the location of my car. They picked right up for you guys but ignored my calls and messages. I hope you guys never contract out to that company ever again. Melissa was very nice to me and she made me feel comfortable enough to use your services. I’ve never had to transport a car before. Melissa reassured me things were going to be ok.

My vehicle was delivered from CA to FL damaged as mentioned in the subject. AmeriFreight gave me the Certificate of Liability for CLP Auto Carriers LLC (a contractor for Amerifreight), however the certificate of liability doesn’t have any information on how to contact the insurance company to file a claim. I’ve tried to contact CLP Auto Carriers LLC, the driver never picked up his phone, and after a few more tries, it seemed to have been disconnected. Another number I tried calling, said that they would call me back. Since I never heard from them, I tried calling back, but as usual, no answer. I’ve left about two voicemails, and had received no response. Next I contacted Amerifreight, they simply told me that they have done all they could by giving me the certificate of Liability (which has no claim information on it).

I would definitely consider using AmeriFreight again in the future if there was ever a need to. The person that contacted me reached out via email, and we corresponded all through email. I called her once to get clarification on something as well. There were three different choices that I had, and I went with the middle one, where the bid would have been accurate based on availability. Things went very smooth and easy and the quote was accurate. The driver dropped the vehicle off, and there were no issues there. He was very cordial and helpful too.

The driver and his professionalism were outstanding. The vehicle arrived on time without any problems. My only problem is with AmeriFreight’s marketing model. They initially quoted me a target cost of $750. Two days prior to the day I had to move my vehicle, they said they had a single bid of $1400. With no place to turn, I pretty much had to accept the bid. I checked several other brokers when I was first looking into shipping. In hindsight, their offers were much more realistic to the final price I paid than what AmeriFreight gave me. The agent told me that unlike other brokers, they don’t lock customers into a price at booking so customers are able to turn down a bid if it doesn’t meet their expectations. Had I known that the quoted cost was going to be so different from the actual, I would have gone with a different broker earlier on in the process. I’m still not happy about being put over a barrel so late in the game.

It was a good experience, for the price was competitive and the vehicle could be picked up on the day I chose. Delivery from Kansas was only three days. The car was in very good condition on arrival. Will consider AmeriFreight in the future.

Tried to ship a 2 ton truck from Palestine TX to Sacramento, CA. Waited a month for someone to take the load. I couldn't see what they were bidding per mile but I suspect it was too low. When they told me the quote, they should’ve told me the quote along with their fee. They just told me what the quote was. So, they called me, "We need a $200 fee." I knew there was a fee but I thought that was included in the quote. But everything was good. It was also done very quickly.

Amerifreight was the first one that was available to get the car the next day. The rep kept calling me back and told me one of their drivers bailed out but she really worked on it. She found one that was able to come around 9 o'clock on a Friday night and she felt much better about that. I couldn't thank her enough 'cause I needed the car pretty quick. I do like that I have the option to use open trailers or enclosed trailers and I can choose different rates. I'm definitely gonna use Amerifreight in the future.

The one big issue where the car was supposed to be delivered to is, for whatever reason, Atlanta doesn't allow trucks that size to deliver there. The first time we used Amerifreight, the driver was six hours late which made my daughter drive an hour away at 10:00 o'clock at night to a roadside to pick up her car, which is very dangerous. We wanted to make sure that didn't happen. The guy this time was aware of that and he was there on time. It was closer, but it wasn't to the location because of the rules. The car got there and there were no scratches. I was happy with Amerifreight.

The gentleman that I worked with was wonderful. I just had a little issue on the backend when they were picking my car up to return it back to Nevada. They gave me a three-hour window. I was staying in a motel and I needed to be out of the motel by a certain time. 15 minutes before the final three hours were up, I called to get a status check. They said, “He's not going to be there now till midnight.” They could have called me before that to let me know so I could have tried to make arrangements. Then the rep told me, “Just leave the car keys there. They'll pick the car up.” That's really bad information to give anybody - to tell them to leave their car. The rest of the experience was fabulous. I would definitely recommend Amerifreight, just not the person on the other end that was giving out bad information for them.

I left my vehicle with a friend of mine and the driver have stated that, “We're coming out this time. We’ll let you know when we’re like 30 minutes out.” They notified my friend and then they notified me when they were almost arriving at the destination. My car had some dust and dirt, but I don't think it could be any better, especially with an open container. I also purchased the 100 extra insurance, and putting that on to the initial quote, there was a difference of little over 500. If you need to ship a car, AmeriFreight is on point. I've already recommended my brother who just shipped his car last Friday.

The AmeriFreight rep gave me the information for the carrier. The carrier then contacted me and scheduled the location to pick up the vehicle. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to meet them about a mile away from my house to give them the vehicle. But I do understand. They have a very large vehicle and they can't park it on a street with driveways and block people’s driveways. Then we had the vehicle delivered to someone else because my daughter was not there at the time, and they did keep in contact with that individual as far as delivery.

I called the people and they gave me the driver’s number. Then he called me when he was 15 minutes out and then he pulled up. All the communication was there, so everything was really good.

AmeriFreight representative was good to work with and helpful; however, the carrier had trouble loading the vehicles properly, to include driving the classic car off the tracks. Delivery did not happen on the timeframe expected; we understand there were weather complications due to severe winter storm causing the driver to have to go back to TX and our vehicles to stay in storage. We did receive the vehicles in good condition.

They let me know everything that I needed to know and were proactive too. They tried to educate me on the process. Aside from AmeriFreight, I had gotten a quote from a local mover who would also move the cars. But he would do it by finding a subcontractor. The price I got from Amerifreight seemed fair and a little cheaper than if I had gone with the group moving the furniture. I eliminated the middleman and I felt confident that I was getting a better price. I knew the process. It wasn't going to be too much of a hassle to have a second point of contact. Everything was just fine and really fast.

We emailed back and forth. Then, the rep gave me his own number, so that I could just tap him regarding all the questions. Then, I got an instant reply. That was good. There was another company that I tried and then, it took a while for them to get a reply to me. So, all my questions couldn't be answered for a very long time. AmeriFreight was more convenient communication-wise. Price-wise, it was also reasonable. It was a good experience with them. It took a short amount of time to get my vehicle delivered across the country.

I purchased a car from someone in Louisiana and I live in Maryland. A friend of a friend had used AmeriFreight in the past so they recommended them. Customer service was responsive and they provided me with the information I needed to know. I had done some research online about other companies as well. I saw some reviews with transport services quoting one price and it ended up being another price when the car was delivered or there were damages to the car. I had some of those concerns and I was wary. But I didn't have any of those issues with AmeriFreight. The price they quoted me was what I ended up paying. Another thing that I read about was the car not being delivered when they said it would be. But my car was delivered on the date and time within the half hour of when AmeriFreight said it would arrive. It was a pleasant and positive experience.

Our car was safely transported across the country. The driver was flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which was very helpful. We were also able to include a small number of items in the vehicle. The cost was higher than the original offer but I could understand due to the circumstances last year.

My son then picked the cars up on this end in Georgia. He overslept and there was a little issue. He called the driver and begged the guy to stay where he was. The rep came back with a number that was higher but it was comparable to what other transporters were taking. I was pressed for time then because I needed to get the car to Boston and I wanted to be sure that piece of the move was taken care of. I paid them an extra $400. AmeriFreight as the broker can't guarantee what the actual transporter is going to charge. In retrospect, the cost was probably comparable to what I would have paid if I had waited. The movers arrived on time and took good care of my car. Everything arrived safely and on time. The car was in great shape and there was no damage.

I went with Amerifreight based on a referral. I dealt with one of the ladies via email and she was very thorough and responsive. Before the vehicle was picked up, I got a call from a guy a couple times to coordinate the transaction and finalize stuff. They delivered it to the wrong spot though. We had an original drop-off location of Telluride, Colorado. We were having trouble getting a vendor to pick it up so they changed the drop-off to Montrose which is an hour away. When it ended up getting passed to the transport company, they must have switched the city names by accident. It was our road address but it was the city of Montrose which was where the truck driver was looking for us. We ended up driving down about an hour and a half to pick up the vehicle. AmeriFreight's customer service was fine. The only thing I didn't like was the carrier was trying to charge extra money 'cause I wasn't there to pick up my vehicle at the end. My fiancée was there, and the carrier tried to get extra money out of her. Other than that, everything else was good and the quote they gave was very reasonable.

She was able to help me quicker. The service was great. The carrier was informative on when he is going to be picking my car up, and when he's going to be dropping it off. The delivery took six days and everything was smooth. My car was picked up in Fremont, California, and it was dropped off in Irving, Texas. I’m happy with the service I got.

Communication was steady. The driver was good as well. When we met up with him, he was very clear about a lot of things and then after that, he delivered within a timely fashion. The only concern that I had initially was, when they quoted a price, the price was different from the final proposed quote. The quality of the shipment itself and the receipt of it were fine. Overall, it was a good experience and if we need to do it again, we would go with them. I had one main person and then I spoke with another person when he was unavailable. AmeriFreight was one of the three companies I looked at and their pricing and follow up seemed good. There was a mix-up at the beginning though. Thinking the driver was coming, we got the car ready to go, and then the rep called back and said, “He's not even in the correct state. So never mind.” She put the job back out to bid again and got a driver a couple of days later. It all worked out fine. They followed up and made sure that the car got picked up and then, it was successfully delivered, undamaged, on the other end. If somebody asked me, I would recommend them. They did a good job on both ends. The original quote was also lower than the actual, but I still felt it was a fair price.

I’ve used AmeriFreight three times before, which made me choose them when I was moving a hobby vehicle down to South Florida. I hoped that the transportation happened a little quicker than it did. It seemed to be a while before they found somebody. I was off the beaten path so they had to have somebody that would come down here from Michigan. But it worked out fine. They told me they were going to go for the lowest quote but it was a little more than they expected. I’d transferred so many cars and there was a $50 credit, which I never saw. When I inquired about it later, they said they credited it to me. I never followed through on it. So, the frequent user credit is a little murky.

Everyone that worked for AmeriFreight was super nice but the people who actually delivered my car were super rude. I had issues with them. But I really appreciated AmeriFreight's help with everything. The quote was accurate. The transport took only took three days which was awesome and the vehicle was dropped off at the original destination. The service was expensive but for how quick I got my car, I wasn't mad about it.

Then, I picked AmeriFreight because they were the better price and it was fast. The rep was always responsive. If I left a voicemail, he got back to me. Also, the quote was accurate. It didn't change.

We had the pick-up and the delivery of our vehicle on time. The only thing that was a little difficult was communicating with the drivers. They had a very strong accent. On the pick-up, they went and parked really far and they couldn't explain it. I understand that it's difficult to park that kind of truck, but all they have to do is give us the cross street or the address. For whatever reason, they didn't seem to know how to tell where they were. So, it took a long time to find them. I had a friend that was helping me and he had to walk about two miles to find them. Then on the end of delivery, my mom had a similar issue. It was very difficult to communicate with that person. But otherwise, our experience with AmeriFreight was really good. It was easy to get through their customer service and the people were nice and helpful.

The service was great but I was a little bit disappointed that the quote that I received online was so much lower than what I ended up paying. I knew there was going to be some wiggle room there but it seemed like a little bit more than I was expecting. It was still reasonable though. It was still in line with most of the other quotes that I received from other companies that weren't as well established and didn't have as much of a presence online as Amerifreight. If I ever need to transport a car across the country or if I know anybody who has to do that, I will direct them to Amerifreight.

Everything went well. My rep was wonderful. It wound up being $200 more than I planned and initially, I wasn't real happy about that but I did take it because they picked the vehicle up quickly. That was good. Then I got it in two days and I couldn't believe it. They drove right through. There was no damage which was great.

We liked the reviews and pricing and the fact that the young lady took little extra care in getting us what we needed and took care of us throughout the whole experience. They did have one minor glitch but it wasn't their fault, it was a hydraulic lift problem. That took one extra day on the road but it didn't make any difference to me. We've already told several people about Amerifreight and they have used them already.

Within a week, I made all the arrangements and the transport company came and got my car. The middle person, Samantha, kept me informed the whole time. The transport company kept me informed as well. A man and his son showed up in a truck with a van attached to their truck and that's where my car went. It went all by itself which was great. I love that. It was nerve racking though. This is a perfect stranger taking your car away. But they were great. They got there right when they said they were going to get there and they didn't have any difficulties. The car went from Melbourne Beach, Florida to Colorado Springs, Colorado in three days and it was great when it arrived. AmeriFreight was very professional.

It was my first time to ship a car. I was calling the service agent after receiving the quote from email. I have experienced the most horrible phone service in my entire life. The women agent first could not find the quote information based on the phone number I provided. Then this agent was very impatient to answer any question I asked (i.e. what is the total cost cover, what is the time and location to pick the car, the lead time...). The agent was so rude, impatient, not trying to help at all, and she hang up (smashed) the phone after realize I will not use their service. Unbelievably horrible experience. Still shocked and will not recommend anyone to call their company...
