I really liked the first girl that I worked with twice. This latest time that I worked with AmeriFreight, I liked them still because someone got back to me. I tried to get ahold of a certain person because I was referred to them by the last person who I had really good rapport with and was no longer there, and I felt like I could never get ahold of them. Someone did call me back and was very helpful. I just wish the original girl was still working there because I loved her.

I used AmeriFreight twice cross country. The pick-up was really easy. They arranged a time. They were able to work with me and also my father who was holding onto my sister's car at the time without any trouble. It was a really complicated situation and they were able to handle it really well. My father's an infectious disease specialist in New York. They were able to work around his schedule to make it work, as well as coordinate with me states away to make sure that I was able and available to pick up the car on the day that it was being delivered. The agent that I was working with was really wonderful. We had to change a couple of times the shipment dates because of my father's availability and she never acted like it was frustrating. She just worked through it.

Our main agent from AmeriFreight, Hasma, was very personable, and he made sure that everything was taken care of. As far as the quote, it was really good. Originally, it was 1,400, but it ended up being 400 more, which isn't bad. Hasma was really accurate with what he thought it would be, and it ended up saving us a lot of money. Overall, I was happy with AmeriFreight's service.

They were very responsive, timely and very customer service-oriented. I had a great experience. Easy and convenient.

The person I talked to was really nice and helped me out greatly. My vehicle showed up a day earlier than he said.

Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was very easy. The rep was very communicative, and she gave me some great options. The driver then texted me a few times to locate a pickup and drop-off point. He was a very nice guy. I talked to him for a bit when he was picking the car up, and I felt safe with him driving the car. I also appreciated him being on time and on top of it. The pickup point was in Del Mar, California, while drop-off was in Atlanta, Georgia.

Amerifreight advertised a cheaper price, but it wasn't cheaper by the time it got here. The rep told me that the price online was the minimum and they’ll add later on, so I knew what I was getting into. The rep was great, and the delivery was good. The driver communicated with me, but I could hardly understand him on the phone. He was from Georgia, and he had a weird accent, but an hour of talking to him after he got here, I could understand him.

I left a vehicle to my son and I wanted it returned. We spent a bit more than we were planning to spend, but it was okay. We just wanted to have it taken care of before the holidays. The AmeriFreight rep was really helpful, but I didn't really get a communication till the driver was nearby. I was on the way to an orthodontist appointment with my daughter and I was like, "What?"

I shipped a 2001 Chevrolet Corvette, and it went really well. The AmeriFreight rep explained the process. They list the shipping job on a network, then whoever wants to pick it up and bring the car back picks up the job. So, the rep listed it and said he got a quote back right away that was $700 and it was an open trailer for the car. I said, “Okay. That's fine.” He said, “Okay. I'll go ahead and go forward with that.” About 10 minutes later, he called me back and said, “I got a better offer that's cheaper and an enclosed trailer.” That was nice, and I liked that. He could have just taken the very first offer and his job would have been done, but he stopped and called back ‘cause a better offer came in. That was a little above and beyond.

The customer service that I received was very good. The reps were very honest, transparent, and highly competent. Also, the quote was fair, in line with everyone else, and the service worked out just fine for me. I was satisfied with it.

I needed to transport a 2016 4Runner from Columbus, Ohio to Carver, Massachusetts, and I had my friend, Christine, make the arrangements for me. She did some research and AmeriFreight was the one that came out on top. It turned out to be the best price for that activity too. According to Christine, the reps were very cool, and the fellow that dropped off the truck was really nice. He came through a big snowstorm in Buffalo that weekend. The owner, Cosmo, was very pleasant as well. I told AmeriFreight that I would recommend them in the future.

Professional, courteous, and calls made for pick up and delivery on a timely basis. Smooth transaction for both pick up and delivery. Car arrived one day before expected which ended up as a good thing, since the next day shut everything down due to an ice storm.

My car was transported from Florida to my home in Tiffin, Ohio in a very timely manner. The driver was very courteous, and kept me informed from start to finish. I appreciated his attention to keeping me up to date.

I'm going to start this by saying that this was my first time using a shipping company to move a vehicle for me. I won a car at an online auction and needed to have it shipped from CA to CT. Immediately I searched a military site to find a reliable company to do so. After finding AmeriFreight to have high recommendations I went with them. I called and the receptionist said everything I wanted to hear. My confidence was high up until the time my car was to be picked up, just before pickup I received a call from a man who was asking me questions I already told the receptionist. Anyways it seemed at that point all information and whoever was to make a move was on me to figure out.

Rosalind was a fantastic agent. Very informative, kind, efficient and easy to reach. The entire process was a breeze thanks to her. I will definitely be working with her again in the future and recommend her if you are using Amerifreight!

This process isn't what I thought it was going to be. No updates on what was going on -- I had to keep contacting you. And then - last minute - told what's going to happen. No notice -- then the carrier didn't even show up multiple times. To add to that - there was damage - no one from your shop even replied to my email about it all at.

So the gentleman that I was initially assigned sucked!! He never responded, was very arrogant and just did his job poorly. The lady, Rosie was amazing! Very helpful, communicative and friendly. What made this experience the best was the contracted driver we got!! He was awesome!!

She explained every step in the process and was prompt and efficient with all communications. I am very pleased with AmeriFreight. I contacted them about a car I needed delivered to me from California to Florida. They found a driver and My car was delivered 5 days after it was picked up. Which was picked up only a few days after I contacted AmeriFreight. The young man that delivered it to nice and professional. He pointed out two things on the car he felt was not working correctly. Since I bought the car online, I was very grateful he showed me. He protected the nose of my car while transporting my car. I am very pleased and I highly recognize this company!

After much research of all the responses I received I narrowed my options. B’Yon **, at AmeriFreight, made this overwhelming task easy. He took care of everything. He kept me up to date via phone, texts and emails. I even changed my needs 3 times and he never complained and got it all done. Pick up was needed on a timely basis. No problem. Delivery was even 2 days early! Happy Customer!

The driver was great. Always called to update me on pick up and drop off times. Loaded a Jeep CJ and 26hp tractor. Both were loaded without issue and secured excellently. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was price was a bit higher than others but they did a great job.

From the initial phone call the Amerifreight staff was the consummate professional… caring, concerned, informative and punctual. Our driver delivered our vehicle in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. Because our car is a convertible, he took extra care that it arrived spotless.

Everything was fine in the beginning. My broker explained everything and how things would happen. However, once he found a truck and told me the price I never heard from him again. Apparently, he went on vacation and didn’t have another coworker follow up with me or even let me know he wasn’t going to be available. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was 3k miles. I felt like once I paid the broker at Amerifreight I was dismissed. I emailed him twice and left a couple of voicemails and received no communication back except when he got back from his leave and informed me then. At that point my vehicle was already on its way across the country. He never checked up to see how it went when they picked up my car or how the trip went much less the delivery. The truck driver communicated with me very well thankfully.

This was my second time to have my vehicles transported from west Texas to east Texas. Two the first time and one the second time. Both deliveries were on time with no damage to any of the vehicles. Kallie was the representative I dealt with both times. I recommend this company and be sure to ask for Kallie.

I've worked with AmeriFreight before and I didn't have any problems with the transport company that was assigned to me the first time I used them. The second time I used them for the transport service, they arrived to pick up the car a few days late, which is sometimes expected due to unforeseen issues, so no worries. When they delivered the car, it didn't have damage to it. My representative from AmeriFreight is Gina and she is awesome. I really like her. She's very attentive to your needs. My concern is that I'm now having an issue with getting the car fixed. So, we're going through that process right now. I would prefer that AmeriFreight and their representatives do a little bit more explaining when it comes to the bill of lading and the additional insurance.

I have two vehicles, and me and my wife drove one to California. We needed the other one shipped. We saw a lot of good reviews of AmeriFreight, so we ended up going with them. It was super handy. I just went on the website and then put in the request, and it gave me a quote. When I put that I wanted to continue with it, I received an email first and then a call from Brandon. He was super nice, very professional and walked me through every bit of the process like exactly how it worked, and everything that I would need to do, and made the process very straightforward. The only thing is the bid that was put out was 1,200 but I did not know if there would be an additional cost for AmeriFreight service. It makes sense that there would be, but I was not informed of that beforehand. I still used the service. The price was fine. It ended up being 1,500. I still liked the service and would do it again.

Setting the transport up with AmeriFreight was reasonably carefree. We had to change the departure and arrival dates a couple of times before each occurred, then the time of arrival was about two hours later than it had been predicted. They spent a lot of time in the middle of the night with cell phone flashlights going over the finish of the car with a fine-toothed comb and found hundreds of tiny defects that I couldn't really appreciate.

The rep was very helpful when I was setting up the transport. But, a month out from when I was supposed to transport, I was gonna try and change the setup. It was difficult to reach the rep in order to do it. The pickup was at my house and the drop-off was at a hotel near my base. The delivery driver informed me that he was here and he was very professional. The delivery took no time at all and the vehicle was in good condition. Plus, the quote was accurate.

The representative I talked with answered all my questions and made me feel really safe about the process. It was a fair quote, and the delivery went smoothly. Where I live was not accessible with the driver's truck, so we just met at a pickup location. He took my Volkswagen Touareg off the truck and it was easy. Everything was amazing, and I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.

Everything was good. I was very well satisfied. At first, I thought the quote was high. But in hindsight, the price was alright. The crew didn't speak any English, but they could put it in the phone and the phone would translate it into English.

Setting up the transport was straightforward. The rep asked me what services I needed and the kind of vehicle I had. She was very knowledgeable about it. Any questions I had, she had the answer for me. The driver messaged me when he was gonna be there. He picked the vehicle up. When he was about to drop it off, he messaged my spouse to let her know where he was and when he was gonna be there. He parked on a road that he was able to get in and out of and drove the vehicle to her. It was still in good condition when it arrived.

Lecia ** helped me in transporting my vehicle from Baltimore, MD to Kansas city. It was delivered within a day and at fair price. Everything went well, the shipment was in perfect condition. It was a great experience working with Lecia and Amerifreight.

The first person I spoke with at AmeriFreight was Melissa and she broke it down very honestly and explained it really well. She let me know that she can't guarantee that the first price is going to be the price that is going to get my car shipped across. She explained to me that it's going to be up to the actual carrier that is available. She let me know right away that I could always deny and wait if I wanted to and that I have all the control. I really liked that she was open and honest.

I chose AmeriFreight because they gave me the lowest quote, and I was able to use a student discount. But they need to be more clear as far as pick up. It was frustrating. They couldn't pick up from my actual house because it was a residential street. That wasn't clear until a couple of days before. So, I had to make all these arrangements to get the car to a lot. And when the driver dropped it off, I had to go to a Lowe's to get the car. That was the only annoying part. That took us a couple of days. But I will refer AmeriFreight.

Carovan made sure my needs were taken care of. First experience with Amerifreight but will be going through them again. Got my car from California to Florida in the deadline I needed. Still need at least another four cars to head from California to Florida so we’ll need to work something out in early 2023. Happy New Year to all!

My son was traveling to Nebraska and the car broke down so I had to transport it to California. I contracted a transport company and they ripped me off. I started looking again and AmeriFreight was the one that was able to actually help me out and finish what I needed to do because it took me a month to get my car back here after the other company ripped me off.

My AmeriFreight rep was nice. She made sure everything was good and that I was able to receive my car. We were in contact even after the service was completed. The driver was from the area that I was transporting the car from. He was very nice and he took pictures of the vehicle before and after. He also placed the vehicle in an area where I could pick it up because I still was flying here and he had to leave it. He made sure it was secure. I was able to pay him using Zelle. I had to do two separate payments because the maximum transaction is 1,000 and he was okay with that. Usually, you're supposed to pay him in cash on the spot. But he was able to accommodate me like that. Also, actually took the car and got it washed. I was happy with AmeriFreight's service even if the price was a lot.

AmeriFreight had the best reviews and the price was good as well. Customer service was professional and reliable as far as calling me back when I requested them to. The driver was professional too and he gave me a call in advance to let me know when my vehicle was gonna be there.

The driver contacted us when the time was close to picking up our SUV. It was to be transported from Connecticut to California. He went over his details. The who coordinated called us before the dropoff and let us know, “It's gonna be on this day.” The day of, the driver contacted us and said, “This is the estimated window. But once the time gets closer, I'll give you a more exact time.” He was right on time and I was able to plan my day around it. The quote was exactly what the final cost was. We're gonna use AmeriFreight again to ship another car.

I was moving my jeep and AmeriFreight's price was the best price that I got. I called a couple of guys before them and the price was a little bit higher. The initial estimate was more around $400 but still within the range so that was acceptable for me. In the beginning, it took AmeriFreight a little bit of time but everything was fine. The drivers were very polite and the communication was good. If I have to do it again, I'll go with AmeriFreight. They're awesome.

The communication with AmeriFreight wasn't great. I pretty much talked to a different person every single time. I was asking them questions. No one really was updating me on anything until I asked questions.

I'm getting out of active duty military, and the military does not move vehicles on the behalf of their service members. So, I had to pay out of pocket to do it. I did a Google search on providers that would do it at a discount for people who are active duty military, and AmeriFreight came up on a list. They gave me a pretty solid quote. So, I went with them. I had my vehicle moved from North Carolina to Arizona. I paid about altogether about $1,500. I imagine that to be fairly competitive as a price point.

We had AmeriFreight transport a vehicle to a relative in California. I did my stuff on Thanksgiving week. So, it was a little crazy. I talked to several people, and everybody was very helpful. I didn't have any issues with the driver transports, too. But I would like to see online tracking. I don't believe they offer that because I called AmeriFreight and said I'd like to see where my vehicle is, just wanting to make sure. They had to call the transport, then had to relay it back to me.

AmeriFreight shipped our car from Seattle, Washington to Phoenix, Arizona. The driver was good. Seattle has very narrow roads, and especially in the neighborhood where we're at. So, he called me and gave me a heads up that he was on his way and he'd be looking for a spot to park his truck. I met him, and he called and said it would be about 15 minutes, but it did take him more than 45 minutes or so. It was no big deal.

AmeriFreight's rep was thorough. Followed up a couple of times. The only thing I didn't like was I had to call four times to figure out if the car would still be able to get picked up. Also, the driver was a little hard to get a grasp on. He didn't know what was going on. At first, he tried to drop the car off in a city that was not on our agreement. He tried to give me a little backlash, but I told him that wasn't part of the agreement for me to pick it up in such and such city when I specifically scheduled it for this city. Other than that, he was okay.

AmeriFreight's rep got somebody to ship what I needed to be shipped quickly, and the pricing was a bit less. Also, the driver got here quicker than I thought, and he was very friendly. A lot of people are just going to speak to someone and want an answer. That is something important to them, whether they're shipping something small or big. They want to actually speak with someone. That is something AmeriFreight should pride themselves on.

I talked to AmeriFreight a couple of times. Their price started up one price, and the driver didn’t come through. So, they had to find a way. It was a bit more, but they still gave good services. They communicated to make sure everything was done right and made sure I got another driver. It worked out perfectly. The quality was good. And I learned to understand that the price can lower or be higher. It might go up depending on what’s going on. But it was fair. And I liked the driver.

Setting up the transport was pretty good. But I didn't know that it takes almost to the last minute to find the carrier. That was a little stressful but the person whom I worked with was very helpful. Also, the move was supposed to take seven days and we were were on a road trip. But during the second day of our road trip, the carrier said, “Oh, I'm gonna be there tomorrow.” Luckily, I knew somebody who lives in San Diego. Because if not, I wouldn't have been there to pick it up. It was very bad communication. Other than that, the final cost was fine.

At first, I loved working with Maleah at AmeriFreight. She was super responsive and attentive, but the last 3 transports have been super chaotic and she is almost impossible to get a hold of. When I was on vacation for two weeks, I gave her all the contact information for people backing me up, but yet she would still reach out to me so messages weren't getting where they needed to go. Have sadly started to look for other freight companies.

When my car was knocked out by a piston knock and had to be brought from Georgia to Florida, Christina helped me eagerly and competently. Despite a severe personal health issue, she continued to stay in contact with me and help me work through any problems or concerns I had with the process, and got me a very good deal in the end.

The drivers were great on both ends. The only problem I had was that I had to keep on calling the front office to find out where the vehicles were because I was told one day, then they kept on changing it. AmeriFreight had to call the dispatcher and the dispatcher had to call the driver. I wasn’t expecting it to be like FedEx but it would be nice to say, “Hey, your vehicles at this spot.”

Update on the matter: AmeriFreight, stepped up and supplied a more than adequate solution. Got my trust back.

It was good communication and the driver was friendly. The move went smoothly and the vehicle came a day earlier than expected.

The setup of the move was okay but the actual process was very stressful. It was our first time going through it and I explained to the rep the assistance we needed because of my grandmother's age with the transport. When it came time to actually needing her help, she was not available and she never returned our phone calls except for one.

We had an excellent experience and fully recommend! Our vehicles were delivered safe and on time. Gina was always available for quick confirmation if we had questions or needed an expert opinion. We would use again. Don't trust anyone else but gina! Don't hesitate to ask any questions.

I used AmeriFreight for my Viper one time and for a Shelby that they shipped from Pennsylvania to here in Texas. The rep was good and kept calling and gave me updates. He let me know the process. I told them the dates I needed to have the vehicles by for a car event and he made sure that it all came through. So, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though you expect them to be good, you'll never know. The driver did good. He called and said when he was gonna be there and gave me a heads-up. And there was no damage to the vehicle.

The vehicle was just as I left it when it arrived and it was clean. But there was a big difference in the quote. The initial quote was for 1,150 and the ending bill was 1,500.

She was very informative regarding shipment, that I didn’t have any questions to ask. But if I had any, it was easy to reach out to her! I looked at one other company that I had used prior and I was going to use them again, but the AmeriFreight guys were more convenient because I didn't have time. At the time, I thought they overpromised me but they didn't. I got my car and I paid them. They told me how to do it. Pricing wise, from the first time I delivered my car to the third time I got it back, it's been a very heavy gouging process. But it is what it is.

AmeriFreight cares more about updating me than any other ones I've dealt with in the past. It was more customer friendly as well as the cheapest. The communication was stellar and everything was taken care of smoothly.

I talked with somebody named Cindy. She was very helpful to explain the process to me and that all worked out great. There were a couple of emails that I had to sign off on and approve before we moved forward and then I gave her the green light.

When I first talked to AmeriFreight, I said, "It would be sometime between this, this and this." But the driver thought it was gonna be an early time and they contacted me, and I said no. But everything was fine. He said, "We'll just reschedule." So the schedule worked out well. The driver was very courteous and accommodating. I got good service.

The AmeriFreight rep I worked with was good. She was very informative and on point. They also got here really fast. They delivered the car way ahead of time than expected.

My experience with AmeriFreight was straightforward once it was set up. I got in contact with the driver. He said the exact time he'd be coming by. He texted me and then showed up. He took the car up and then I met him down in Florida about a week later.

When I heard the prices from AmeriFreight, I was happy with it. When I talked to them, they said I can go to another company but they’re gonna do the same thing they are gonna do. They’re gonna put the contract out and see who bids. So if I put the same contracts with two different companies, I’ll probably gonna get competing bids, which will make the price go higher. They said I can go with somebody else but I should tell them before I do so they can cancel my contract and I will not get competing bids with the same person going on the same contract and just raising the price on both.

I needed a vehicle shipped across the country and the first company I selected dropped the ball completely. So, I contacted Harry ** at AmeriFreight and he got it done. Even when we encountered some hiccups that were out of his control, he got things back on track immediately. I recommend using Harry ** and AmeriFreight when you need a vehicle shipped and done right!

Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was great. I was contacted by a salesperson, which was cool because they ended up being kind of a point of contact for the whole transaction. We had two cars shipped. They let me know the process of finding the carrier and that they would be posting that on the board and following up with when they thought we'd be able to get the car shipped. I ended up getting a text message and they contacted me within a couple of hours of when they were going to be in town. Then, we set up a time to meet.

When I was setting up the transport, the transport worked fairly well. The pickup and drop off were the tricky parts, and we had to set this up twice. We had a date when my son was graduating from his training school, and he unfortunately had an incident where he recovered for four weeks. So we had to go and push the date back, then when he went to the training base, he didn't wanna go and take the car, initially, upon further review. When his brother got out and went there, that's when he got the car. AmeriFreight was very good about saying, "Okay. When do you need the thing?" We gave a date of when we needed it, then they went backwards and figured out when they would need to pick it up.

My vehicles were delivered earlier than expected, which was amazing, and everything was great. Communication was very thorough and I received lots of texts and calls. Cindy with Amerifreight, was a great representative and answered all my questions. Thank you, Amerifreight.

They explained everything that I needed to know. They were good at answering my questions. They informed me ahead of time that there'll be an extra fee from AmeriFreight. They didn't tell me how much the service fee from AmeriFreight would be. But they did give me a quote for how much the transportation cost would be. It was a little weird. But they told me about that upfront. They got my car in good condition across the entire country and it was a good price for that.

Amerifreight was super helpful. I said I needed the car the next week, and they gave me a call right away. They said that they would post it on their board, and they’d let me know when they were going to have somebody come pick it up. I told them I was flexible with that. So, that was nice and easy. They called me two days before the pick up and they said that the driver was willing to pick it up. So I frantically got my payment in and got everything ready to go. I was very happy. They came and picked the car up at my door. The driver was a few days late, but it didn't matter too much for me because I had my brother's car down here. Then he dropped it off, we did the payment, and everything was great. It was a very, very good, and clean experience. There was no damage to the car. So I was super, super excited about it.

Bad customer service, lack of information or keeping me updated, truck driver lack of communication, truck driver misleading me for time of pick-up and truck driver desire to not pick-up or drop-off vehicle in recommended location with myself expressing that this location are optimal for the size of the freight truck plus making me walk to his desired location for vehicle drop-off without even trying the location that I recommended for the drop-off.

Pickup went without a hitch. Delivery was smooth and our driver was very courteous. The only downfall is that we had to meet him 15 miles from our designated pickup on a workday. This was unexpected, but the overall delivery was great.

I was overall very happy with the service. Especially happy with the guy who shipped the car. He was very responsible and responsive over text message and call. Had no issues with him. I had no real issues in general other than I was disappointed when I was quoted 1,100 and it ended up being 1,656. That’s my only complaint and reason I didn’t give 5 stars. But I would use the service again definitely.

I had to move a four-door car and dealing with AmeriFreight was easy and straight to the point. I worked with Brandy and I was impressed with the wealth of information to give me whenever I had a question. Compared to all the other places, the quote they gave me was roughly in the same ballpark but it was a tiny bit cheaper. On pick-up of the vehicle, I was told by the driver that he would arrive around 7:30 to 8:00. Then he shot me a text at 7 o'clock saying he'd be at that place at 7:30. So, that was weird. But then on delivery, I had a buddy pick my car up. The driver texted me a day or two in advance saying he'd be at this address at this time, so that part was good.

There are tons of car transport companies to weed through and I am so glad I can across AmeriFreight. Everything was very thorough and professional and there was always someone available to be in contact with. Amanda was a great help in coordinating the dates and driver and always quickly available by phone or email. My car arrived quickly from MA —> CA without any issues. I would definitely use amerifreight again and recommend to all.

There was a potential delivery date screw-up on the second transport and Robyn ** handled everything to my complete satisfaction. I know the auto transport world has lots of brokers and finding one you can trust is important. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.

I received quotes online with the price of about $1400. And I also received other quotes from other companies with the price of about $2000. So of course I chose AmeriFreight. And I also told the agent my final day in Boston is 09/01. However I received my first offer on 08/29 with the price of $2200 and my second offer on 08/30 with the price of $2048. I have no options but accept the second offer cause I was about to leave Boston on 09/01. And the agent told me that my vehicle could be picked up on 08/31. However, I received a call from my agent saying that the pickup date is 09/01, which messed up my schedule. Actually, I chose AmeriFreight just because of the good price. But the actual price at the end was too different from the initial offer that made me decide to choose AmeriFreight. I’m really very dissatisfied with the experience. I think it’s a fraud.

The departure date and arrival date of my vehicle have changed continuously and the payment method of the balance is different from the way your office said. The driver constantly threatened me with things like 'I'm leaving your car anywhere'.

While the fee is a bit higher than some of their competitors, everyone I spoke with here was incredibly transparent, honest, relaxed and respectful. My past experience with vehicle shipping was very frenzied and pushy. The women I worked with at AmeriFreight were very kind, not at all pushy, realistic about expectations, and were able to get me a great deal with almost no notice and an amazing turnaround.

I was very pleased with AmeriFreight. I cannot say enough about the drive. He was outstanding. This was a 3,000-mile across-the-country move and we didn't do it perfectly timed. I drove a U-Haul across the country because there were things like artwork that I didn't want to be damaged. It took me five days. It took them about four days, and they waited for me until I got there. They had other deliveries to make, so they made it all work out great. There was contact all the way through. It wasn't like I had fingers crossed and saying, “I hope this works.” I give AmeriFreight two thumbs up.

I had an overall positive experience with Amerifreight. My car arrived sooner than I expected and was in the same condition in which I left it (aside from expected dirt/dust from travel). Dealing with AmeriFreight was a little bit confusing because I worked with a couple different people. The person who I spoke to on the phone was Jasmine and she was great. But a person named Cosmo sent me some emails and text messages. When my car was picked up, the person who did it was really great and communicative. Then, it wasn't being shipped for 7 days and it had to sit in the storage area there in Seattle before it shipped. At the time that it did ship, I was not notified. But that wasn't great, because I had no idea what was really going on. I had to call the day after it had already left Seattle, which ultimately was okay, but it would have been nice to know when it was leaving.

It was seamless with AmeriFreight. I had set a date then found out that I needed to ship out my car sooner than that. I contacted my point of contact, and we changed it. We got an offer the next day. The pickup point was at a hotel that was close to me in Boston. I didn't give an address in San Diego for the drop off so we left it open. The driver ended up getting there five days earlier than expected. Normally, people would be super jazzed about, but I wasn't in San Diego yet. I had to have him drop the car along a road that I thought would be safe. He sent me a video of where he hid the key in my wheel well.

The AmeriFreight representative was pushy with trying to make the sale and close the deal. He called me at almost 10 o'clock at night at one time. But overall, it was a good experience. The driver could have got the vehicle from Tucson, Arizona to Charleston, South Carolina in five days. But I was in a special situation because I wasn't going to be there in time. He dropped it off later to accommodate me arriving in Charleston. He was responsive. I met him in person to drop off the vehicle.

It wasn’t a good experience with AmeriFreight. It’s showing in my contract that they should have picked up the vehicle in front of my door and dropped it in front of my door as well. But my car didn't get picked up in front of my door. I had to take it to the street and take an Uber to come back to my home. The delivery was on time but the location changed a couple of times. There was a miscommunication. I had to walk from the airport. I walked 30 minutes with two luggage. I’m fine to walk five minutes, but not 30 minutes.

It worked fine with AmeriFreight. I spoke with Cindy over there, and she explained the process. She was coordinated. A lot of the other stuff was just back and forth quotes over the internet. I liked the personal attention that Cindy brought to the process. You're putting a $30,000 vehicle on a truck with some guy that you don't know so it's nice to at least have some live person that's saying, “Call me if you need anything, and I will help you and help you follow up.” It made me feel more comfortable with the process. As for the delivery, the Toyota Tacoma truck was one day behind the intended delivery date, but that was because they had a flat on the trailer. The Lexus RX 350 was right on time.

Setting up the transport with AmeriFreight was very easy. They were very professional and checked back a lot. We kept in touch the whole time between the account manager, then he connected me with a truck driver, and there was communication through the whole process back and forth. The driver would call me during the trip, telling me where they were at. He gave me updates. So, it was very comfortable.

My experience with AmeriFreight was very smooth. It was quick to find a vehicle transporter and the rates seemed fair. The car was transported quickly and without damage. Two minor feedback areas—first, I gave a target time period for shipping and explained I would be out of town prior to that date, but my first quote/match came through for transport about a week early. Second, the contact who the car was getting picked up from didn't hear from the shipper until the morning of pickup. It would have been helpful to hear from them earlier so the pickup contact knew what time they should be expecting them to arrive, given that it was a workday. Overall, however, I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight to others looking to ship a car cross-country.

If you have never shipped an auto before there is a process that you should REALLY research before you ship anything this way. Amerifreight and all other companies like AmeriFreight are simply "brokers". They ship nothing themselves. They place the job on a Bid Board. Make the final choice of carrier to ship your goods, collect several hundred for their involvement and as soon as they are paid, they are done with you. You are then in the hands of the actual shipping company the middleman choses. This is where some of these reviews complain of changing prices. There are actually two different companies and two separate fees involved when shipping your car or belongings this way.

2013 Nissan Frontier, arrived at our house on time. We were called ahead of time and told what time they would be here. No damage to vehicle. Rosalind ** with AmeriFreight took care of all our questions and made us feel at ease using them to transport our vehicle. She made sure everything went well and was a pleasure to speak with. Very professional and very helpful. The people they had to deliver were a delight. I would definitely use this company again.

It was easy to get a quote from AmeriFreight and it was easy to schedule the pickup and delivery too. Probably the only thing that I could criticize is the amount of time that it took to get the load secure. They put it on a board and the drivers respond and say they’ll take that job. From the time that I submitted all the information to the time that we had a driver to pick up the load, it seemed to take longer than I had anticipated. But otherwise, everything went great. We had a vehicle picked up in Atlanta and shipped to California and the total price to ship it was cheaper than what I could pay one of my guys to fly to Atlanta, get in the truck, drive it to California and fly them back. So, it worked out good on my end. The final cost was a little bit different from what the original quote was when I put it in online but it was still very affordable. It was fine.

I shipped a restored classic truck thru AmeriFreight enclosed hauler that gave me a 3 day delivery time to Ga. The truck arrived in Ga a week late and covered in dust, I couldn't take delivery because of time restraints, and had to make last minute outside arrangements for delivery. With no est. delivery date from hauler it made it difficult to arrange delivery. Zero stars for hauler!

Arranging the car pick up and delivery was much more difficult and stressful than I expected. I talked to a few people at Amerifreight because my first contact was often out of the office, and it didn't feel like they were communicating well with each other. I had the worst experience with being told they found me a driver for the dates I requested. He showed up 2 days early to pick up my car and when he called me an hour out, he never introduced himself. I asked if because he was picking it up early if he could drop it off on or after the 2nd (my requested day) and he seemed as though he never received that info from Amerifreight. He confirmed he could drop it off then.

The reps were very cooperative and amicable as well as very respectful and straight to the point, which is very helpful for me. The delivery came a day later than had been estimated, but the driver was real cool. He was able to communicate with me. So, I didn't have an issue with that. The car came just as I had hoped too. There was a slight dent by the door, but it wasn't anything to cry over.

I was really satisfied with AmeriFreight. The representative was really helpful. She communicated everything clearly by email and by the phone as well. We had a bit of a hard time with the Matson Port. So, we were having to communicate with the driver and the driver's company in order to work some things out so that they would release the car to our driver. It took a lot longer than it should have, but the whole time, the driver was really well communicating and very patient. He let us know exactly how long he expected it would take them after receiving the vehicle and gave us a good estimation. We had a family friend who was at the delivery site, and she said that everything went really well and smoothly.

AmeriFreight's initial bid online came in lower than a lot. Then when I spoke to them, I was expecting it to be a lot higher and it came in pretty much only a couple of hundred dollars more than they had originally said. It was pretty straightforward. Their rep said, “Hey, this is what is the process and we're going to put the bid out there and then we'll let you know when we have a response.” I got one the next day.

Setting up the transport was good initially. Service is really good, as far as getting the bid and I was pleased with that. But once the trucking company was assigned to me I could not get the rep to respond to emails or phone calls. It was pretty bad. Also, the pickup time was delayed by six hours from the window I was given. The delivery time was delayed as well. In the end, I was okay because it all worked out. There was no damage to the car. would tell someone to use AmeriFreight again. It was just a little frustrating on the communication side.

The experience was smooth and communication with the driver was fine. But the guy who came to pick up said we have more than 100 pounds in the car and he asked me to pay him $100 more in cash to cover for that. The pickup part was a surprise because they said you can't take 100 pounds in the car. We weighed everything but the guy just looked at it. We got an update on the time and when it would arrive and that was long. So, the ones on the receiving end had to wait until the day of delivery to find out what time he will arrive.

The representative that I had started out with to help me find the transportation company was in constant communication with me each step of the way. She kept me informed and I never had to track her down and wonder what was going on. She did awesome. The driver kept me informed of everything that was going on too. I feel like I got the gold service. Everything was beautiful with AmeriFreight.

I called AmeriFreight to get quotes and the rep provided it to me. Then, she listed the vehicle. Once she found a company that was willing to take my vehicle, she gave me a call. I had two separate transports and the first one was from our old house to the new house. She was great but I had a problem with the lack of communication from the guy that transported the car. Also, I didn’t feel like I got the best rates.

I got a quote online from AmeriFreight and the rep called me back quickly. I had a little bit of confusion at the beginning. I didn't realize that it was gonna be closer to the date of the actual pick-up that they were gonna determine who the carrier was. But everything went good. I knew the price was gonna be more expensive than what was on there due to the inflation and even just the change in the fuel prices over the period because the diesel prices went up over a buck from the time I got the quote till the time I picked up the car, which was gonna change the price significantly. But it was estimated, so I understood that that was what they were going at the time of the rates. It was a little bit more expensive but I had already anticipated that it would be.

The lady from AmeriFreight was sweet and helped me out. The delivery went well. The reps picked up my car and it was a little trouble getting it onto the platform because it was small. But they got it up there and it went well.

AmeriFreight set me up with a particular person and they had a scheduled phone call with me. Then, we emailed a bit. I had a question one day and I called but that person wasn't available, so I talked to whoever was available at the time. Also, they were in a different time zone than me because I was coordinating in terms of a specific time. But everyone I talked to was very helpful. I didn't expect to hear anything from them in between but I had been told by AmeriFreight that I would find out that I was gonna get a pick-up on one of two days and that I would be contacted the day before to find out which one. And I didn't hear on the first day so I knew it was the second day.

The AmeriFreight agent was amazing. She got me set up the same morning I reached out and from there, it was all extremely organized. The trucker was able to get me on on the second day of the window. He picked up my car and got it out here across the country earlier than expected. So, I was extremely happy. I was promised 10 days, and they made it in eight. The price was very reasonable, especially with the current fuel costs. The communication was very solid as well. The agent always kept up with me and the trucker had great comms during the pickup. I had to chase a little bit on the very tail end. But they were in town early. So, they probably weren't reaching out until the due date. But overall, I’m very happy.

AmeriFreight’s reputation after doing research was a huge portion of why we decided on them and the reliability with the person I was speaking with, as far as being able to get information in a timely manner. A friend of mine did the pickup in California because I was already on the road and it was seamless. I was there for delivery and there was no issue. Everything was flawless. The gentleman who was transporting the vehicle was very informative and kept me informed as far as what was going on. He was more than able to drop it off. I was at a hotel and he was able to find a location close to it to unload the vehicle and get it to me without there being any issue. So he was accommodating as well.

Gino from AmeriFreight was great and the driver was good. There was one surprise though. We thought the driver was going to pick up at our house, but he told us the last minute that we had to meet him somewhere where there was a big parking lot. We didn't mind meeting him there but we have some extenuating circumstances in our home right now. My aging mother lives with us so we can't leave her alone. We had to scramble to get the car over there and get a driver to bring the car. So a little warning that we would have to meet the driver somewhere would have been good.

It was a little bit confusing because we were working with different people and had to keep on explaining what we were looking for and what we were doing. Also, it was a little bit more work on our part and then we had to call the driver directly to set it up, which was a little bit confusing because they didn't give us clear directions. Other than those, the setup was speedy and it was pretty easy to do. We saved a lot of money with AmeriFreight, as well.

I was also informed that the pick up and drop off would be door to door, which it was not. I’m happy I received my car and it didn’t have any damage. But I was disappointed with the amount of effort I had to make to get clarity during the most important part of the process.

Delta helped me set up everything and she was awesome. Also, the driver was great. I called him a couple of times and he would give me regular updates. Everything was pretty straightforward all the way through. If I need to ship anything else, I would give Delta a call.
