Somebody from America Auto Care called me and offered the service and the coverage. It sounded good and my interaction with that rep over the phone had been good, too. They were basically covering the electrical and mechanical things with a $100 deductible. The only things they don’t cover are the brakes, tires and the wear and tear on the car.

I'm one of those unhappy customers of America Auto Care. I was looking for a warranty on my Nissan Armada which I brought to the dealer to have some work done to it. I was having some issues with the tires, brake, transmission and the list went on. I got a card in the mail from America Auto Care that I presented at the dealer. Nissan did a lot of work to my car but when they contacted the insurance company, they wouldn't cover the problem. So I ended up paying $2500 out-of-pocket. I have sent America Auto Care's representatives an email asking them to cancel my account. I told them I bought a new vehicle and it's covered so I don't have to worry about paying for additional coverage. But I never did hear back from them. Still, I'm hoping that they have canceled my account so I don't have to pay them anymore because I was on a monthly payment schedule.

The previous vehicle insurance I had expired after 100,000 miles. I took a couple of calls to inquire about insurance and America Auto Care was the lowest. I got an insurance from them for 120,000 miles. Their reps have been great and working with the person I've talked to has been a pleasure. On the other hand, I’ve had two issues with the vehicle since I had it and both have been sensors. My previous insurance covered those but the one I have now doesn't. Other than that, everything's fantastic and I would recommend them.

My auto coverage plan was going to expire so I figured I'd get another one which has a bumper-to-bumper and drivetrain engine warranty. I had a lot of companies call me and I would just hang up on them but for some reason, I heard America Auto Care out. Their reps were pleasant, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were pretty thorough as far as the details on the warranty. I felt the trust factor and I also felt good and fairly comfortable talking to them on the phone. I got a 60,000 or four years coverage, whichever comes first. The only thing that I would like out of them is some documentation as I never got any paper documentation on my warranty.

It was a middle of the road type coverage and it's beneficial right now. My husband's Jeep is a 2004 so he's got a lot of miles on it and we need one good vehicle.

I have so many miles on my car and my warranty was gone. I also needed something to cover repairs in case I had any. America Auto Care had more coverage than the other providers and I got their Powertrain Choice coverage. However, I need them to send me something telling me what is covered and what isn’t because I have no idea. There are things on my car that I need to have fixed and I don't know if they cover it or not. The other day, the car dealer filed a claim for my air conditioning and they were very courteous. Also, I have to have a new catalytic converter and the car dealer asked if they would cover that as well. American Auto Care was fast in covering the air conditioner so that part was good. I was surprised about that because usually insurance companies take forever and a day. However, the catalytic converter was not covered. But my experience with them was good because at least they covered something.

I was looking for help with the cost of maintaining the car. I bought a Ford SYNC, and I go out of town once a month. So, I'm driving. I don't want to be out of town and then my car breaks down and I can't get it fixed. If it's wrong then correct it. America Auto Care kept calling my phone. It did sound good and worth it with them. At 150,000 miles, something is going to break. I got the premium plan so anything electrical and under the engine are covered.

My first encounter with the representative was not a good one. I called in and they told me to get my car to the mechanic and they would take it from there. They told me it was a hood bearing and they fixed it. I got my car out the shop. And the same engine light and ABS brake system light were coming on. They hadn't done anything and I was upset. When I called the service company, they told me that there was a mix-up and they couldn't go along with the claims because one number in my VIN number was off. They didn't say anything about the VIN number when they were taking my money every month for the past four months. So, when it's time for my car to get fixed, then they want to say it was the problem because of the VIN number. But they straightened it out. They fixed my car and it was wonderful. So, that was a blessing.

The price is a fair deal. It's affordable because I work three jobs. I'm a young granddaddy and I have to keep the kids happy. The price is cool with me at $100 a month which is not bad for 32 months. Especially the half prices of these auto parts. I don't like to go to any mechanic because you have a type of warranty or guarantee. So, I just go to the dealership and when I saw this deal, I checked on it because it's beneficial. It was a lovely and beautiful experience with America Auto Care. I've already recommended it to two of my friends and they were thinking about getting it.

America Auto Care called me and they said they would warranty everything. They covered the whole auto repair. The sales rep was good but when I tried cancelling it, they're very persistent and insistent in me keeping it. I told them that I couldn't afford it but they wouldn't take no for an answer which I didn't like. They should allow me to cancel it right there and then and not have someone call me. They shouldn't try to make me change my mind. I'm on a fixed income and America Auto was withdrawing from my credit card that I had almost zero balance. I decided since this was free and clear, to put it on there, not comprehending that every month it was going to be withdrawing $154 from my account. That bill went from less than $2000 balance amount to close to $3000.

When I signed up, my car was good and not really needing coverage. But now that I don't have money, the warranty is kind of being a waste. I have to pay back over a $1000 that I didn’t have when I have no trouble with my vehicle. I got suckered into it. They have poor customer service too. They should understand when someone can't afford something and want to cancel it. They should not argue with you about it. They said, “I would really hate if something happens to the car and you.” I told them not to worry about it since it was my problem, not theirs and it's none of their business if it breaks down or not. They worry about it because I’m going to have a big bill. And I told them that I already have one and nothing has happened.

I was about to pay out my car and to be covered I thought America Auto Care would be a good choice at the moment. At the time, I thought that I could afford to have the actual coverage being that most insurance doesn't cover anything aside from an accident. Being that I was done with my monthly payment on the car, I could take off that actual coverage.

I was hoping my car is covered because I was making the monthly payment of $150. Then, I told America Auto Care that I needed to take the car to the mechanic and once it was there, they told me that I needed to drive. There's a certain amount of miles that needs to be covered and then there's a deductible of $100. But it hasn't been the same follow-up ever since I started with the membership and I haven't been paying my monthly payment which has to do with my card. The first couple of months, AAC started taking my money and all was good. Then, as soon as I reported that I needed to take the car to the mechanic, I haven't heard from them. I took it as they didn't want my business anymore. But the car still runs fine, it's paid for and everything is up to date.

I got a phone call from America Auto Care that my warranty was about up. I wanted an auto coverage just to cover because I didn't have a lot of mileage on my truck and I don't put a lot out a year. I wanted to figure if something was gonna go wrong, it'd probably go wrong now. So, I got electrical coverage and the rep I talked to was really, really nice.

The only downside I had is when my rear camera has broken off my truck. I didn't have my card so I called and they sent me a new card and a policy. But when I took it in to get it fixed, it took a day and a half to get approved, which really surprised me because I was already told that was approved. They said they had so much paperwork with the dealership to fill up back-to-back and it took a day for somebody to take a look at it and say that they can fix it. When I talked to the rep who sent me my card, he said that it's covered under my policy. I told him that I had already taken it in and it wasn't an add-on since it was something from the factory and my camera went bad on it.

Also, I didn't realize that I had a $100 deductible, which was fine, but I just thought everything was covered. I had to go in advance and order a camera because they had it backordered then I took it in when they got it. Then they had a paperwork at the dealership that they had to fax in and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't clear whether they were gonna cover it or not. I was called back that afternoon to be told I had to pay the $100 deductible.

I was looking just to cover everything as far as basic wear and tear that I would have to pay for myself, including if electronics went out or any of the column, the lifters, motor or transmission. I have had several other companies call me and ask me, and I said, "Well, I've already got auto protection." My dealership told me that my warranty didn't start until the 18th but I guess that also diminished because of what they covered really wouldn't cover the entire cost like AAC said they would.

I was kind of confused reading the policy because it sounded like I had to pay the initial fee and get the reimbursement and I need to call their service and find out about that. AAC made it sound so good that I would be with total peace of mind and they'll take care of everything should something happen. So far any interactions I had with their representatives were so good.

I bought a new Hyundai in 2010 or 2011 and the warranty on that one ran out but I didn't have any problem with it. And then I got a brand new Hyundai in 2014 and the warranty ran out on it also. The car is made as well as it should be made, then it should last like some of the German cars, 10 years, before they have a problem. So it's basically an insurance policy against the car breaking down.

American Auto Care reached out to me in a phone call and offered me a deal where I could buy a new car and keep the same payment. They just extended the policy. It’s $100 a month for 4 years. I wasn't gonna buy it but then I have a real weakness about turning people down. And I thought, I won’t find out how good it is until something breaks down, and I probably don't know how much they’re gonna cover. In a sense, you don't want it to, but then again, it's like an insurance policy. You don't wanna die either but if you do, your family is taken care of. So it’s a lose-lose situation if you got something major that they will repair. But if something was to happen then I’d be stuck or worse.

I went online to investigate some auto warranty companies. I wanted an auto coverage plan that would cover major stuff, in case anything went wrong with my car, a 2007 Saturn Sky. If you get a car like that, you'll start having problems. I got calls and found America Auto Care online. They reached out to me. Their saleslady was very professional, good, and persuasive. She spelled out their auto warranty and I liked the way it sounded. I also liked the price. It's our first year with them. It's a four-year plan and it's $97 a month for two years, then after that it's nothing for two years. If I had to use the service, it's $100 deductible. It's a great plan. I've got some material on everything that's covered, and they've lived up to what they say the warranty does and what they would do when I needed the service.

My car is a 2008 model so I thought I needed an auto warranty. America Auto Care called me and I like what they had to say that they covered. Their warranty covers the engine transmission, the flywheel, flat plate, axle, AC cooling system to delivery system, electric system, the seals and gaskets, the Chevy plate part, labor diagnostic, 24-hour assistant tow, rental, $100 deductible. Their representative was also very nice and explained everything. I had a very good experience just calling them to do my payments. However, there is one thing I did not like. I asked them if I sell my car, could I cancel and they said, “Well, you always will have this on your car.” And I didn’t like that I can’t cancel it.

After I got the book from them, I got to reading it and all that good stuff in there. However, the only thing I dislike was whatever they told us in that, they could have done it in four pages and it took them 20. Also, I'm legally blind and I had to do it on the reader because it magnifies it. I thought I never would get through that book.

I'm not so happy with my experience with America Auto Care. The repair shops don't want to let anything go unless they were given the money upfront but I couldn't pay for it upfront because America Auto Care wouldn't reimburse me even if I show them a receipt that I paid the repair bill. They wanted me to find a repair shop wherein they had to let the car go and they would pay them directly. Otherwise, it won't be covered. Then it'll all be out of my pocket. And not too many shops want to do that, especially Mercedes. We've got to pay upfront otherwise, they're not going to let the car go. So I went back to the place where I've bought the car and they are the ones that fixed it. They went ahead and accepted my deal because they know me. They're the only people I could get.

They wanted about $900 because they were installing a new starter. Out of that $900, all the insurance paid was $633 and then $100 deductible, so $733. I had to come up with the difference. The repair shop has called me because they didn't receive payment the first time. I gave them the $100 deductible last month but they still hadn't gotten paid. I called the insurance company and asked them about it, and he said, "Well, we sent the check out but it never got cashed." I called them again and the guy said, "Well, I see that it was mailed on Thursday. And it said that's your own address, the same place we sent the first one." I don't know if it came in today or not. If it was Thursday, it should have gotten in today but I'll check with them and see. I pay a lot for it so I hope I get my money's worth.

I had so many calls from so many and they were all offering the same thing. At the time that all these people were calling me I wasn’t interested in getting a warranty. But, at the time that America Auto Care called me, I was looking for something that was going to cover my truck fully for all the major components that it might need or should break down during the course of me owning the vehicle. So, once I talked to the representative, we agreed on a plan and on what I was going to get.

I obtained what they called the platinum package. It covers all components that may fail like the engine, transmission and electrical parts with the exception of the usual maintenance wear and tear parts like brakes and stuff like that. Everything else was covered under my policy for the next 100,000 miles of my car. I had a problem with the bill but I have spoken to Zac over at America Auto Care and we eventually straightened that out. My experience with them so far has been okay.

I had a warranty that ran out and I had been thinking about having it put back on my car. It’s my main transportation. I kept checking on the files, seeing that it was going to cost money to do anything with my Mini Cooper and I might as well get coverage on it. I didn’t realize there was difference in what the actual coverage was. They tried to tell me they had the same coverage, but I found out they don’t. I didn’t plan on having the car more than two years, so I said, a two-year plan will cover me.

One claim was filed for me at the dealership. They called the insurance company and had that taken care of without me getting involved. It was very easy and it covered something that was important to me at the time. I got it done and it was great. But the normal wear and stuff, they don’t cover. So I did the brake job and had to have that all straightened out.

The dealership covered the sensors that went out in my passenger seat for air bags. They had to order that. When that came in I had the other work done that was covered. I’m happy with this all and it’s going on along quite a while. I’ve got about 20 more months of insurance and that’s cool. I hope I don’t have anything else I need to see them for. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a problem with my truck and I didn't have it for a whole week. So, I had to pay out-of-pocket for that rental which it shouldn't be if it's waiting for adjusters to come in and look at it. My son and I have accounts from America Auto Care. It's a great service. I'm glad I took them when they called. They called me four or five times before I said yes. 90 days later, something happened and they covered it. I've had a very pleasant experience. The only painful thing is with bad transmission and the process that I wasn't aware of. They went out and shopped it. Then there were some delays from the inspection, to finding one, delivering it, and completing it with the dealership. It took them two weeks. So they only covered the one day of the car but I was satisfied, because compared to what could have been a couple of thousand versus the $500 that I spent over five to six months that's what it's there for. It's insurance.

When they called again, I said, "You know, my son just bought a car. We should put it on there, because he's only a college kid." He has a newer car than mine. The people I talked to recently when I put my son's car last month were very nice people. The agent I was dealing put a supervisor on. I wanted to make sure a couple of things before I put on my son's car and my wife was okay with it. They were very accommodating. They were all very nice. I would recommend it to other people if their car is four or five years old, and if the actual warranty goes out. It's something that they should do.

They can fix my vehicle and they got rent-a-car, too. Their rep was also professional. So being a consumer, it was easy for me and I know what’s gonna be covered and what’s not. Every time I call America Auto Care and have a question about anything, they always responded really quick.

I’m in the process of a claim now but I’m still trying to figure it out. America Auto Care recommended a company to me, which is about 45 minutes away from where I live. Trying to get someone to take me down there to drop off my car and then pick it up is my issue. I figured that the rental should be covered and I was told that they would only give me a rental on the time that I have the car in the shop. The way it looks now, I’m going to have to take a trip away just so I make sure I have a rental for a while. I have 4 kids so I really can’t go a week or so without a car.

The people America Auto Care weren't really too nice. We had them on speaker phone when I was at the shop and they said they'll give me a rental for four hours. What am I supposed to do? I live an hour away. They were the ones who recommended AAMCO to me to get the transmission done. I’m paying $130-something a month right now so I should at least be entitled to a rental. So I’m on the fence right now ‘cause I found another company that will cover that and I’m gonna switch. But minus that one little thing, everybody was cool.

They weren't excessively pushy and had a much more conversational approach. They tried to inform me to make a good decision and they explained the nature of the warranty. I thought they were very insightful and very helpful. They handled it better than what some sales reps do. I was very happy about that and I appreciated that. Moreover, anytime I had questions, they're more than happy to answer them. I got extended warranty and it covers with some roadside assistance and made sure I still had that level of coverage that I was getting originally from my dealership before it went up. I felt secure with the warranty. I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. I enjoyed dealing with them and I wish more companies would take that approach.

I wanted to make sure that I had a nice premium package that would be able to repair my car if something should happen to it and have an affordable payment plan as well. I checked out four other companies and I did some comparison shopping to see what they offered, especially the fine print for repairs of the car. America Auto Care did a price comparison of what I had with my previous warranty company and I was able to obtain the premium coverage for my Mercedes. Out of all of the other previous car quotes I checked out, none of them offered anything to do with the convertible and American car dealer.

I am a salesman and I am very hard to sell to, but the America Auto Care rep was able to sell their policy to me. He was very informative and knew what I was looking for. He made sure that I understood what it would cover and that the payment plan would be comfortable enough for me. He also explained to me how I can get back in contact if I needed to. Most people who got the plan used their plan after 30 days. I told the rep to post it, call back with my mileage and all of the benefits of the extended warranty compared to others. Because I was quite satisfied with the plan and service that I received, I referred America Auto Care to a friend of mine who also has a Mercedes and she also signed up within the next week.

America Auto Care called me and told me that my warranty was about to expire. Other companies that I had talked to was pretty high in cost and I couldn't afford to spend a whole lot. The program that America Auto Care suggested for me was very reasonable. Their reps listened to what I have to say and understood my situation. They worked with me and they were very good to me about that. They explained different price ranges that I can get into. I took one of the lower ones to keep the warranty up on the car, but major things were included in my coverage.

American Auto Care's quote was $1000 cheaper than United Auto Care. I was with the latter before, then American Auto Care called me two weeks later. I learned they were cheaper, so I went with them, and called United Auto Care to cancel.

I wanted to get a complete car coverage at a good price. I searched online and found America Auto Care. I did decide to get a few other quotes, but America Auto Care seemed to have a little more to offer than another company that I had talked to. Their rep wanted to work with my budget for the amount of coverage that I wanted. They were very open to helping me in any way that they could and I would recommend them.

But now when I told them I already have it, they just hang up on me. They won't even say thank you, goodbye or anything and I'm very dissatisfied.

We have a good truck and its warranty already expired so I was looking to extend it for me and my family's peace of mind. So I looked for something that covers me in case of emergency and I found that with America Auto Care. I gave them a call and they gave me an offer. I told the rep that with the other warranty company, I get more mileage. So they gave the mileage that I was looking for for only $8 extra. They convinced me that it's the best choice that I have and I was completely satisfied. I never went to look at any rate. They treated me very good and I trusted them.

I just get warranty a few months ago from America Auto Care. They actually called my house looking for my wife trying to sell a warranty because she used to own a BMW. I told them that she doesn't have that car anymore and that she already has an extended warranty through the dealership where she bought the other car. I told them that I had just recently bought a car and that I was looking for an extended warranty myself. The gentleman from America Auto Care was very forthcoming and answered most of the questions that I had. I was a little hesitant because I'd had a bad experience with a previous extended warranty company on another vehicle that I had. He made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead and do it. After I purchased it, there was a waiting period before I could file a claim. They had me on an auto-debit out of my bank account.

My car is running well and is still under warranty on certain parts. I had just one thing that went wrong, and it was still under warranty. Nevertheless, I got an auto warranty from American Auto Care. I'm a new customer and I've just sent my money in to pay for the warranty. At first, I was a little bit irritated with the sales rep because I was told, "Are you going to take it? Have you made a decision?" That first conversation didn't go well because I felt a little bit pressured. I thought, "Oh boy, this is going to be a bad experience." I don't like car dealers because I've had a bad experience with one, and I also don't like insurance people. It took me three different phone calls to make that decision to go ahead with getting the warranty.

What I expect, now that I'm paying for this warranty, is not to have any problems if something should go wrong with my car, and that it will be covered because I'm putting money out and it's like a dead policy and I've lost it if I don't use it. Not that I want anything to go wrong with my car. I love my car. But sometimes with insurance, when something goes wrong, it's not exactly what they say that you get, and they renege on their so-called promises, and they don't want to pay out and cooperate. I would hope that I wouldn't have any trouble getting what I've been told I could get.

I wanted the best coverage for the least amount of money. I was looking for convenience and something that was the most equivalent to what I had in my new car warranty. America Auto Care called me and I got worried about what I had done. So I looked them up and saw that they had really good ratings. The rep whom I talked to in setting up the plan was knowledgeable and friendly. When I signed up for America Auto Care, I became concerned and tried to call them back. And the phone rang and it was this horrible circular thing. I thought for sure I have been duped because it said "Press the button to talk to somebody..." and then it went in a loop and never could get anybody. And then I called back another time and I was able to talk to somebody. So, that was very disturbing. I told them about it and they should definitely be aware of that, because that did not make me feel better.
