America Auto Care called me and they started explaining to me all their services. I have been with them for a few months now. I recently have to use the warranty because I was sending my car for maintenance and it turned out that I had a bad part. The dealer filed the claim for me and I didn't have any issue with the claim. It would have cost a lot more had I not had this plan so it worked out to a huge benefit for me. I would tell a friend to consider America Auto Care because it does cover a lot more than a lot of the warranties.

I had been looking for an extended warranty that would cover major stuff under the hood that could go wrong with the vehicle. America Auto Care called me and had been calling me consistently. I would always tell them I’ll call them back but I didn’t. Then one day, I just listened to everything that they had to say. The reps I worked with were friendly. There was a guy that explained and went over everything with me and told me what was the coverage. When it came with the downpayment and I didn’t have the full amount, he could do it in another way where I pay a certain amount and the rest of it could go with my payment.

By having an extended warranty, you get a peace of mind knowing that you’re covered if something goes wrong. The other company we had made us pay $500 down then $300 a month because they were saying the transmission might have leaks and loose gears. My wife panicked and at some point, we got in contact with America Auto Care and told them about the coverage that we had and they said that they can beat it. The representative I spoke with was very nice. We looked at three other warranty companies and after I talked with America Auto Care, I told them to let me wait for my wife until she got home. And then when my wife got here, they called back and talked to both of us.
America Auto Care compromised with us, so finally, we decided to go with them. They gave me some extra information and told me how long they’ve been around and that I could look them up, which my wife was doing while I was talking to them on the phone. They've been awesome. Our 2017 STX Ford is fairly new. And our America Auto Care coverage is exactly what we wanted and needed. I would highly recommend them to friends and family members. And I would tell them to at least talk to America Auto Care before they go with someone else.

I contacted a number of auto warranty companies and told them that I wanted to see some literature to evaluate. I don’t do anything over the phone. America Auto Care was one of the only ones that sent me a chance to look at theirs. Also, most other places wanted an instant credit card so I declined to discuss anything with them.
I got the warranty period to cover all the basic components that aren’t covered by normal maintenance. Their representatives have been mostly responsive but there were a couple of times when they were a little bit asinine. I had to repair something related to the compressor and the oil pump and then they wanted me to pay for the oil. And I asked them how they were going to check the pump if they don’t include the oil. It was a really silly argument but other than that, it's been generally pretty good. Usually, I take my Jeep to the Jeep dealer and the Jeep dealer works it out with them about the parts covered by the warranty and that’s been successful so far. I would recommend America Auto Care. I had one bad experience with them but we worked it out.

I was looking for extended warranty on my vehicle and wanted peace of mind knowing that as I drive down the highway, I wouldn't have to worry about any major issues happening to my vehicle. I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage and America Auto Care seemed to hit all the buttons that I was concerned about. The representatives knew what they were talking about, although they were a little pushy. But it was a good value and so I purchased it. I would tell my friends that they are not the cheapest plan out there but they do what they promise.

I was looking for a warranty for my Cadillac to cover everything that needed to be covered. Compared with other companies, America Auto Care was $1,000 cheaper and the young man who helped me get the coverage was so good. The experience getting it was all right and I've had it for 60 days now. America Auto Care got one payment and they tried to get another one but my bank won't release the payment. I had two calls from them and they said the bank has a blockage. But I found out what was going on. Somebody did a fraud last week and the card is blocked so I've got to go in and get a brand-new card.

I was looking for a mechanical and electrical warranty for my work vehicle and America Auto Care was one of the companies that contacted me. I had checked the policies on the website that I was on and whenever America Auto Care contacted me, I was also able to get a little more information from their representative. I had never purchased an extended warranty before and he was able to explain to me what each policy was and how that covered the vehicle. He was informative and he was also able to break down the pricing for me pretty easily. The warranty covered what I needed for the most part and I’d recommend America Auto Care.

I'm a new customer and everything seems to be okay so far, and I'm hoping that it will work the same if I have a claim.

My warranty had expired and America Auto Care called me, offering an extended warranty on my vehicle. The reps were very nice and their knowledge for the products was wonderful. Plus I liked what they offered. They even sold me something else that covers brakes and the water pump. Anytime I take my vehicle to the shop, the warranty is going to pay so much towards that visit. I filed one claim and the experience was good. They were shocked at the dealership that AAC offered that deal. Even the girls at Courtesy Cadillac were shocked at what the insurance was paying.

When I was trying to find an insurance company that I could afford for a warranty, I started calling numbers and got America Auto Care. I had always had my car new but I had to get more insurance when the five years were out. The rep I worked with was really good. She listened, told me all about the coverage and everything, including what it would cover. When I was five months into the plan, I got an oil change. They paid up well and it didn't cost me anything. Also, their agents were really nice. America Auto Care does what they say and I'd recommend them.

I wanted something to replace what my auto coverage plan had and it was about the same thing. I had a warranty before when I bought a used truck at a dealership. Then, I had four other companies that called me and America Auto Care was in the right place at the right time. They had a pretty low expense-wise and a four-year plan for 48,000 miles auto coverage claim. It was like the other one I had where it was there when we needed it. I had the rear end go out and I filed the claim for it. I had Pep Boys do the work and when I called them, I booked with my warranty card. American Auto Care approved what was done and they paid for it. All the boys did was to replace all the joints in the rear end, where the swing bearings were at. I paid without any question and it was easy to use.
The agents at America Auto Care called me when I purchased the warranty. I went through the procedure, filled it out and they contacted me. I got to read about it as I didn't like doing things over the phone. I just had to be in the market for the right place and I purchased it. I figured that four years is about the time period that I probably going to have to the truck before I get rid of it. I've only had it three. So far, I’ve had a fine experience with America Auto Care. I know they have a limit on how many miles I put on that they’ll cover and I usually run out of time before my own. I'd recommend America Auto Care. They’ve treated me fair and everything has been great.

I kept getting emails and some mails about my warranty expiring. I called the number and talked to America Auto Care to see if my car would be covered. I've owned the car for a little over a year then all I did was put insurance on it and I didn't worry about the warranty. I'm on a highway and I don't drive around in the city. But I'm out in the rural area suburbs and I needed a car out here. The rep told me about how many people he knew that called out who didn't get the extended warranty, then something happened with their transmission and it cost them a lot of money. So I thought I could pay a little bit money now and save a lot later. I also thought about how much I'm on the road and how much would be added on to my monthly bills if I got the warranty. I wanted to see if it was worth it or not.
I wanted the transmission, the trailings, and the engine to be covered. Their rep explained to me exactly what was covered and I was impressed. All those things that are more likely to go as the car gets more mileage was covered. So when he told me the price, I figured I better jump on it because they were being good and it didn't hurt me as much. Especially with exactly what was covered, I thought it was a good deal. They also gave me all their information and eased my apprehensions about it. My plan covers the rims, the trailings, the transmission, and the engine. I asked them about the interior, like the electrical, and it covers that as well and anything for the car to be operated. The mileage cap was quite a bit which is either two hundred or four hundred something thousand. That set my mind at ease because the car only has 58,000 on there. I'd recommend America Auto Care.

I bought this coverage for peace of mind, however, last summer I was stuck in California in 114F degree in the shade in a campground, in a tent, not for days, WEEKS. I'm an older disabled veteran on a fixed income I can't afford hotels for weeks. In my case my transmission went out. The transmission they sent was broken. The second wasn't much better but I needed to get home. Twice Omega messed up and I had to suffer for it and the part that was finally installed, failed, within 7 months!!! So I am curious how they are going to handle this issue, the tranny. I broke down off the freeway on my way home, over 2,500 miles away. American Auto Care assures a lot but the, for lack of a better term, parts department, is a nightmare. I found them nasty and disrespectful. So what you gonna do this time to make this right American Auto Care?

I wanted an extended warranty and I listened to a few companies offering it. America Auto Care called me and I liked what they offered. They gave me a four-year bumper to bumper warranty coverage for everything. It would be paid off in 18 months. And they offered me a few extras along with it through the Omega Account where I got two free oil changes, some windshield wipers and a $150 towards the brake change. I wasn’t sure that my first payment was going to be able to come out of my account, so it was great that the representative reviewed it for me. There are cheaper warranties out there especially if you'd go with the factory warranties with the actual manufacturer, but as far as an underwriter, America did a good job.

I had Toco Warranty Service before and those guys were lousy. They lied from the time they opened their mouths until they shut it because I went in to get my stuff fixed, and they ended up costing me more than what it would cost me if I were to take it to the guy I normally take it into. And so I went online, and I called America Auto Care and asked them what exactly they covered. I want all the electronic stuff to be covered and they were very upfront. They also told me they were going to send some kind of booklet with the whole topic in it, but I never got it and it’s been a couple of months since.
Their representative was good though. I told him what I wanted and he went through everything with me with any questions I had. While I haven't filed a claim yet, everything went great. I've been impressed so far and I would tell friends to change from whatever they have and go with America Auto Care, unless they have a normal warranty that covers everything.

The initial warranty on my vehicle was expiring in the next 10,000 miles so it was time to do something. I called America Auto Care and the rep told me how long the coverage was good for, how many miles it was good for and what it covered. I thought it was what I wanted so we made a deal. Nowadays, you don't get anything fixed for a dime and a nickel. It's hundreds or thousands. So in case my engine or the rear end goes out or something catastrophic it would be covered. Give America Auto Care a shot. Listen to what they have to say and if it's what you want, go for it.

I just left one warranty assurance company and I was looking for another one. It was a toss-up between America Auto Care and Concorde but I told America Auto Care I couldn’t afford them and they gave me a certain number of discounts that I needed. What they had wasn’t what I wanted because the kind of policy that I had was no longer available but they had a good one and they gave me a reasonable price. It was more than what I have so I told them that I can’t do it and that somebody else has one that was a little bit cheaper.
They asked me some questions and based on those, they found a way to put it within the range that I needed because between them and my insurance, it’s like a whole other car payment and I can’t do that. I also explained I was going to be retiring. And it’s one thing to take on an insurance policy when you know you’ve got a steady income, but it’s quite another to take on an insurance policy when you know that income’s going to be cut in half. They put it at $121 a month, it gets paid off in two years, it’s good for five years or 100,000 miles and it’s got the $100 deductible. They don't cover suspension, but they cover a lot of things. I told them where to send the bill and they sent it to the right place and I paid it.

It went out what works for me and before it went out, I had spoken to two different people and they were to be very knowledgeable about the warranty stuff. He said I'd be able to get my car fixed because I was paying for it.
Then, I had a lady call me and she didn't have my account number so I had to go find it. They called back the following day and at first, I thought maybe they were not going to let me have it. She called back and said she remembered to get the number because she had the set-up over on one of their computers. She came back and I got the number and I talked to another person. But with all the electrical stuff on there I was looking for an extended warranty and America Auto Care was cheaper than the others that I've checked. Their reps were very nice, helpful and answered my questions. America Auto Care is a good program. I already told my daughter about it, but she already has one of her own.

Buying the warranty itself it was a good experience. The America Auto Care rep talked to me about what they would and what they wouldn’t cover. The entire radio system of my car sometimes cuts off. There's no volume in it so I took it back to the dealership. I said I had paid it back to them before and they claim that they didn’t have any records of it. Then they claimed that America Auto Care does not want to do anything in terms of covering it. I don’t think it has anything to do with the warranty. I think it's the dealership itself and I just haven’t gone back to them. Other than that, I have recommended AAC and I'd tell friends to consider them for the extended warranty portion of it.

I wanted an auto coverage plan that would cover everything in my vehicle as much as possible. And that’s the plan I thought I bought from one of America Auto Care’s agents who called me. The way the guy talked to me, I felt like he was a specialist and that I was being told the truth. I was told that they’d cover everything in my truck from nuts, bolts, powertrain, transmission, transfer case, engine, rear axle, front axle, the lug nuts, the power windows to power everything. They said the only things they don’t cover are windshield wipers, tires, breaks, fluid, oil and then inner freeze. I also chose them because of their rate.
However, when I went to use the auto care because some of the u-bolts of my truck in the back axle were stripped and were coming out, they said they didn’t cover that, they only covered the powertrain. My truck was taken to Les Schwab, they got it fixed, and then I went ahead and paid cash for it. So, I’m not too happy with the America Auto Care program that I was sold because I was told one thing and then sold another. And I’ve been saddled with work and haven’t had time to reach out to them about it. I purchased another auto care through another place and the rep said if it would help to purchase this new one, he would help me get America Auto Care cancelled and get my money back. America Auto Care was a $1,000 cheaper than the other one I purchased. The other company’s guy hasn’t done what he said so I’ve been cancelling America Auto Care and paying for the last few months. They’re still taking money out of my account.

She went to explain it to me in detail of everything that is going on with it. She let me know exactly that if we're getting the policy in September, we're not able to use it until November. My bumper to bumper was expiring at the time. It had 12,000 miles left and being an intelligence officer in the military, I'm very much about being prepared for the unknown and the things you cannot control. So, I was looking to cover my vehicle since it no longer was going to be under the factory warranty. The people I've talked with who work at America Auto Care maintained professionalism. The gentleman I spoke to seemed to be very helpful and he seemed knowledgeable about the coverage.
I spoke to him while I was at work so I was trying to get it done and make sure I had some coverage at the time based on the condition he gave me. I was asking about things being covered like the chassis and the transmission and the fact that I've been in a situation once before where I had a hybrid vehicle and although the hybrid engine is a battery and they cover batteries, I had to get my USAA military insurance to cover the damage that one of the floods had caused. He answered my questions diligently with informative answers and I'm assuming that what he told me was accurate.
When I worked in hurricane Katrina, a lot of people found out that they didn’t really have flood insurance. Lots of times, that's the thing that's actually scary about it. So I'm hoping I really never have to use the insurance because I haven't really read what it does and doesn’t cover. There's always that fine print that tell you they don't cover certain things. I haven't had to use it because all I'm doing is paying for the hope that I never have to use it but so far, I've enjoyed the car and appreciated the service I've had.

The biggest thing was how he kept mentioning that if I had any kind of problem after the factory warranty had expired, it could cost me a lot of money. And if I had a coverage, it would just be the $100 deductible. Everything else will be covered essentially. I finally went for it for peace of mind after balancing that off against the premiums.

My auto coverage was lapsing and I've already reached my maximum number of years and miles on the vehicle. I had just paid it off as well and that’s usually when things start going wrong. I work in the computer industry and I believe that they have things programmed in, and so much of it is computerized that after it reaches a certain number of miles or amount of time, things were scheduled to mess up. When I got something in the mail from America Auto Care, I went on the Better Business Bureau and researched it on the internet. I compared it against some of the other extended warranty plans and they seemed to be the best option. So, I decided to go with it. The coverage includes the drivetrain and all the major components. It also provides me a rental car if I have to put it in the shop for free for one time. It's close to what I had with Hyundai for the 100,000-mile warranty.
I talked at length with the sales representative. We asked a ton of questions, and he has all the answers. At first, I was a little bit skeptical. I told him I wanted to check it out further before I made a decision. He gave me his direct line number for me to call and talk to him and ask him questions, so I didn't have to start over with somebody else. So, that made me feel better too that I was dealing with the same person. Then, later on, I had an occurrence happen with my vehicle’s air conditioner. The air compressor went out and I was very thankful that I had it. I was able to give them the information. I gave them the card for the warranty, and I called it in. I just had to pay for what it was. So, it was a good deal. I'm happy with it.

I don't want to be out of town and then my car breaks down and I can't get it fixed. If it's wrong then correct it. America Auto Care kept calling my phone. It did sound good and worth it with them. At 150,000 miles, something is going to break. I got the premium plan so anything electrical and under the engine are covered.
My first encounter with the representative was not a good one. I called in and they told me to get my car to the mechanic and they would take it from there. They told me it was a hood bearing and they fixed it. I got my car out the shop. And the same engine light and ABS brake system light were coming on. They hadn't done anything and I was upset. When I called the service company, they told me that there was a mix-up and they couldn't go along with the claims because one number in my VIN number was off. They didn't say anything about the VIN number when they were taking my money every month for the past four months. So, when it's time for my car to get fixed, then they want to say it was the problem because of the VIN number. But they straightened it out. They fixed my car and it was wonderful. So, that was a blessing.
The price is a fair deal. It's affordable because I work three jobs. I'm a young granddaddy and I have to keep the kids happy. The price is cool with me at $100 a month which is not bad for 32 months. Especially the half prices of these auto parts. I don't like to go to any mechanic because you have a type of warranty or guarantee. So, I just go to the dealership and when I saw this deal, I checked on it because it's beneficial. The sales rep was good but when I tried cancelling it, they're very persistent and insistent in me keeping it. I told them that I couldn't afford it but they wouldn't take no for an answer which I didn't like. They should allow me to cancel it right there and then and not have someone call me. They shouldn't try to make me change my mind. I'm on a fixed income and America Auto was withdrawing from my credit card that I had almost zero balance. I decided since this was free and clear, to put it on there, not comprehending that every month it was going to be withdrawing $154 from my account. That bill went from less than $2000 balance amount to close to $3000.
When I signed up, my car was good and not really needing coverage. But now that I don't have money, the warranty is kind of being a waste. I have to pay back over a $1000 that I didn’t have when I have no trouble with my vehicle. I got suckered into it. They have poor customer service too. They should understand when someone can't afford something and want to cancel it. They should not argue with you about it. They said, “I would really hate if something happens to the car and you.” I told them not to worry about it since it was my problem, not theirs and it's none of their business if it breaks down or not. The only downside I had is when my rear camera has broken off my truck. I didn't have my card so I called and they sent me a new card and a policy. But when I took it in to get it fixed, it took a day and a half to get approved, which really surprised me because I was already told that was approved. I have had several other companies call me and ask me, and I said, "Well, I've already got auto protection." My dealership told me that my warranty didn't start until the 18th but I guess that also diminished because of what they covered really wouldn't cover the entire cost like AAC said they would.

The car is made as well as it should be made, then it should last like some of the German cars, 10 years, before they have a problem. So it's basically an insurance policy against the car breaking down.
American Auto Care reached out to me in a phone call and offered me a deal where I could buy a new car and keep the same payment. They just extended the policy. It’s $100 a month for 4 years. And not too many shops want to do that, especially Mercedes. We've got to pay upfront otherwise, they're not going to let the car go. So I went back to the place where I've bought the car and they are the ones that fixed it. They went ahead and accepted my deal because they know me. They're the only people I could get.
They wanted about $900 because they were installing a new starter. Out of that $900, all the insurance paid was $633 and then $100 deductible, so $733. I had to come up with the difference. The repair shop has called me because they didn't receive payment the first time. I gave them the $100 deductible last month but they still hadn't gotten paid. I called the insurance company and asked them about it, and he said, "Well, we sent the check out but it never got cashed." I called them again and the guy said, "Well, I see that it was mailed on Thursday. And it said that's your own address, the same place we sent the first one." I don't know if it came in today or not. If it was Thursday, it should have gotten in today but I'll check with them and see. I pay a lot for it so I hope I get my money's worth.

I had so many calls from so many and they were all offering the same thing. At the time that all these people were calling me I wasn’t interested in getting a warranty. But, at the time that America Auto Care called me, I was looking for something that was going to cover my truck fully for all the major components that it might need or should break down during the course of me owning the vehicle. So, once I talked to the representative, we agreed on a plan and on what I was going to get.
I obtained what they called the platinum package. It covers all components that may fail like the engine, transmission and electrical parts with the exception of the usual maintenance wear and tear parts like brakes and stuff like that. Everything else was covered under my policy for the next 100,000 miles of my car. I had a problem with the bill but I have spoken to Zac over at America Auto Care and we eventually straightened that out. My experience with them so far has been okay.

I had a warranty that ran out and I had been thinking about having it put back on my car. It’s my main transportation. I kept checking on the files, seeing that it was going to cost money to do anything with my Mini Cooper and I might as well get coverage on it. I didn’t realize there was difference in what the actual coverage was. They tried to tell me they had the same coverage, but I found out they don’t. I didn’t plan on having the car more than two years, so I said, a two-year plan will cover me.
One claim was filed for me at the dealership. They called the insurance company and had that taken care of without me getting involved. It was very easy and it covered something that was important to me at the time. I got it done and it was great. But the normal wear and stuff, they don’t cover. So I did the brake job and had to have that all straightened out.
The dealership covered the sensors that went out in my passenger seat for air bags. They had to order that. When that came in I had the other work done that was covered. I’m happy with this all and it’s going on along quite a while. I’ve got about 20 more months of insurance and that’s cool. I hope I don’t have anything else I need to see them for. I would definitely recommend them.

I was looking for an extended warranty for my Dodge Durango. I looked into 3 or 4 auto warranty companies, and went with America Auto Care. Obviously, price was a consideration. But cheapest is not always the best. You have to balance the price with what you're getting. So, I looked at the coverage that they were giving, and for the money that I would pay, that was the best value. I've dealt with the reps a couple of months ago, and I've had good feedback. The only problem was I didn't receive the documentation that they sent to me. But then, they sent me duplicates, and I got it and it was fine. So far, everything has been good with them.

America Auto Care was a little cheaper than the others so I went with them. Compared to other companies, they did not push me and I was open and honest with them. I purchased within a week of that filling out. That was several months ago and they were great. They got me exactly what I needed.

America Auto Care has been good. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the rental, they only cover the hours and days of the work while the car is being fixed. Let's say it's only a six-hour job, but it took the adjuster three days to come out to look at it. They only pay for one day and I'm supposed to pay three. I had a problem with my truck and I didn't have it for a whole week. So, I had to pay out-of-pocket for that rental which it shouldn't be if it's waiting for adjusters to come in and look at it. Other than that, everything's fine. They were fast on responding and fixing the problem. I'm glad I went with them.

All I was looking for was to have really big items covered under a warranty. America Auto Care called and they sent me material. They made me feel like I was really stupid for not having it but it was never clear. They would quote something and then you never knew what the total was. I have direct deposit to pay the bill and I should have been looking. We were paying $240 twice a month and my son-in-law is the one who caught that. I didn't notice 'til about the end of the year that I have it and it was awful. I discontinued the service but they were still calling me three years later saying if I didn't want to get more coverage, they could do it cheaper. It was a really shady deal and I'm very dissatisfied.

My son and I have accounts from America Auto Care. It's a great service. I'm glad I took them when they called. They called me four or five times before I said yes. 90 days later, something happened and they covered it. I've had a very pleasant experience. The only painful thing is with bad transmission and the process that I wasn't aware of. They went out and shopped it. Then there were some delays from the inspection, to finding one, delivering it, and completing it with the dealership. It took them two weeks. So they only covered the one day of the car but I was satisfied, because compared to what could have been a couple of thousand versus the $500 that I spent over five to six months that's what it's there for. It's insurance.
When they called again, I said, "You know, my son just bought a car. We should put it on there, because he's only a college kid." He has a newer car than mine. The people I talked to recently when I put my son's car last month were very nice people. The agent I was dealing put a supervisor on. I wanted to make sure a couple of things before I put on my son's car and my wife was okay with it. They were very accommodating. They were all very nice. I would recommend it to other people if their car is four or five years old, and if the actual warranty goes out. It's something that they should do.

I'm not crazy about America Auto Care. They pay for the minor stuff but when something big goes wrong they will not cover it. I'm wasting my money because every time I call they would say that it's not covered and it's a wear item. They didn't cover the clutch, the air compressor and the starter. That melts anything. I was on the internet and I was trying to find an extended warranty for my truck. My truck is a seven-year-old and it’s got 100,000 miles on it at that time. I wanted something which can give me all the service that I need to apply to get my truck running again once something goes wrong and a rent-a-car to drive me back and forth to work after it’s been serviced.
I obtained coverage for the powertrain and the engine from America Auto Care and once my truck goes down all I have to pay is $100 deductible on it. They can fix my vehicle and they got rent-a-car, too. Their rep was also professional. But I got skeptical at first and I checked into it because another company that I talked to said that in this business all these people were liable and they're gonna steal. They just take the money and run. And America Auto Care just started six months prior to when I initiated my interest in it. But I hope they're trustworthy and I keep my fingers crossed. I haven’t filed a claim yet but they treated me right and they called me, “Sir.” They also walked me right through it and when I got laid off for a while back in January, they extended a little bit with my payment so I could get it the following three days.

Although the price was high, I liked the coverage that they had. They cover a lot of things like fan belts and stuff like that and I thought that was pretty impressive. Then they said that they would also mail me a booklet with a card. And I got that which explained exactly what they told me on the phone. Also, the roadside service was really impressive. Unlike before, wherein I just got a card with a phone number and a little pamphlet. Although we had one little concern with the statement versus what I actually owed on my first payment. It was a tricky one and was like a little glitch in the system. It showed my total dues with the total of the monthly payment so that's all I thought I owed but it was the first two payments that were owed instead of one. So being a consumer, it was easy for me and I know what’s gonna be covered and what’s not. Every time I call America Auto Care and have a question about anything, they always responded really quick.
I’m in the process of a claim now but I’m still trying to figure it out. America Auto Care recommended a company to me, which is about 45 minutes away from where I live. Trying to get someone to take me down there to drop off my car and then pick it up is my issue. I figured that the rental should be covered and I was told that they would only give me a rental on the time that I have the car in the shop. The way it looks now, I’m going to have to take a trip away just so I make sure I have a rental for a while. I have 4 kids so I really can’t go a week or so without a car.
The people America Auto Care weren't really too nice. We had them on speaker phone when I was at the shop and they said they'll give me a rental for four hours. What am I supposed to do? I live an hour away. They were the ones who recommended AAMCO to me to get the transmission done. I’m paying $130-something a month right now so I should at least be entitled to a rental. So I’m on the fence right now ‘cause I found another company that will cover that and I’m gonna switch. But minus that one little thing, everybody was cool.
