I had an issue where a battery died before the warranty came up on the first battery I purchased with AAA. The tech came out and said the battery doesn’t say failed but it’s obviously not moving while we are charging so there’s definitely something wrong. I then said it should be under warranty. He said it wasn’t so I just purchased a new one and talked the Supervisor Ash. He was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say. He then told me to give him some time which I did. He then called me back in a few days. He said that he was going to refund me. Now did he have to, NO but what he did was true customer service. Everyone is so quick to say no but not willing to listen. Thank you Ash for making me feel special with AAA. Because of him I will not be taking my services elsewhere.

I am fully satisfied with Caleb, trying to start my car and then getting it towed as quick as possible. He did a fabulous job. It was reliable and kind…. The car wouldn’t start when he got there. He was able to get it started, but it didn’t stay running so just as I thought we were going to need a tow… He was highly professional and kind… Super grateful for his expertise. I would highly recommend AAA as it is done me right every time… It was only 30 minutes from our place and was able to get right on it and get it towed directly in in a good timely manner.

My name is Phyllis and I had a flat tire yesterday 3-12-26 on my Highlander while on Wadsworth Pkwy. in Broomfield, CO around 5:00 in the evening! I was greatly helped by your AAA serviceman, Fidel!! After revising the poor directions which I initially gave regarding my location, Fidel “found me” in a very timely manner, and successfully changed my flat tire! Fidel was VERY patient and pleasant with me, and calmly put me at ease while taking charge of the situation, and he successfully and safely got me back on my way home!! I very highly commend Fidel as a wonderful, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily nice person!!! I am so very grateful for his enormous help to me in my time of great need!! Many thanks to you, Fidel… I am eternally grateful for your help, and send great blessings to you!!!

Upon discovering I had a dead battery, I called AAA. They dispatched Troy from Bear Tire & Auto Center in Hainesport, NJ. Troy not only arrived quickly but was professional and super professional. He kept me calm and assured me that he could help even after my key fob couldn't unlock the door due the weakness of the battery. Troy even showed me a new way to enhance the life of my battery before he left. I would absolutely ask for Troy from Bear Tire & Auto if ever I needed any kind of service again.

I had my SUV towed this after and I have to say, the tow driver was AWESOME in every way. His name is Michael **. He was polite, listened to what I had to say and gave feedback on what I had said to him. He is well mannered, and he got to my house very fast. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who gets AAA. I wish I had got to tip him but I had no cash on hand. I have tried to look and see how I could send him some money but I couldn’t find anything. I hope this review at least repays for the tip I couldn’t give you.

This review is not about a branch this is about overall AAA. My biggest concern being when you need roadside assistance. This has happened to our family on multiple occasions at night, in the middle of the night. Just overall and not the best area. You cannot speak to someone they want to automate you they want to send you to a robot who wants to send you a link who wants to send you a text and then they want to give you to a virtual assistant and you have to fight and fight and fight until you get through to a human and then the first thing they representative says, (Are you in a safe place?).

Really please stop acting like you care because if you cared you wouldn't have to go through x amount of minutes struggling with an automated service who does not care if you're dead or alive and again it's not the representative's fault who actually answers. She said that quite usually people are pretty angry by the time they get to a human yes because AAA just said by our products but we don't really care if you're going to be safe or not because we don't have the time to answer.

Pay into a complete bundled package for vehicles and house. Paid into the policies for YEARS. Never had a claim other than a cracked windshield. Nothing on the house. We get a major hail and wind storm that tore shingles off the roof and dented metal fixtures. Filed a claim, and was denied. Shingles still in the driveway, and could hear pounding at a neighbor's house that were getting their roof replaced. How is it that a neighbor has damage, but mine doesn't? Even the adjuster agreed there was damage. It's the suits in the office that want to keep their money. Now I have to cough up $20k for a roof out of my pocket! AAA should change their name to FFF.

I am writing this review to hopefully let people know my frustration with AAA. I buy AAA for my mom every year for peace of mind that she has this service when traveling. Last week she broke down and called to be picked up and the towed to a dealer for repair. After 3 hours and no one showing up they were called again. The person on the other apologized for the long delay. She informed my mother that the message was never forwarded to the right channel to get her off the side of the road. They said they would expedite her call because of the mistake on their end. After another call no one shows up for another 3 hours. My 82-year-old mom sits on the side of the road for just over 3 hours till she is finally picked up.

I have called to voice my frustration, and they assured me a call back. I have now called back twice with no call back. I feel that they need to do something for her/me for the poor service we received. We certainly did not get the service that we paid for in my opinion. My insurance offers roadside assistance but felt I would go with what I though was a better option for mom. I was wrong!

Sadly, AAA doesn't know how to communicate. They declined my emergency need for service (flat tire) because they were using an old, expired AAA number after I moved out of state. This is a sham. Each state ONLY knows their state ID numbers. And NO state will try to help me because they only care about their state numbers. What an absolute farce. Whoever runs AAA should be fired. One AI session could fix this stupidity.

I've been a roadside member, homeowners insurance and auto insurance holder for years. Recently I moved from Southern to Northern CA and after a year of trying to get them to switch my policies to Northern CA I've given up. I can never get through to anyone on the phone, can not log into their website, their techs have tried to help but give up after realizing how terrible their system is. I received a bounce-back email when trying to contact customer support by email. And have no way to get a hold of anyone to cancel my policy and membership, but they have no problem taking my money every month. If this were a small business they would be labeled as a fraudulent business by now.
