My husband had Endurance on his car. I got a newer car, so I decided that I should take advantage of it as well. He had CarShield and had a lot of trouble with them, so we decided to go with Endurance instead. The sign-up experience was nice. A lot of information on the phone. I didn't know that there were different policies that you could get, though. It also took a long time to do.

I was told that my Endurance warranty would cover a hybrid battery in a car that I had, and it did not cover it. Also, my Durango that I just traded off, that needed a radiator, which was not covered as well. Endurance finally covered a part in an engine, and that was $2,500 so I thank God that they covered that. My dealership did the claim for me, but it was a pain in the butt to begin with. Other than that, I've been with Endurance Warranty for two years and now I have a 2023 that I have to switch, so I gotta call them and switch it to that.

Endurance's coverage was good and signup was easy. I tried another auto warranty company one time and it didn't work for me.

I just signed up with Endurance and it was easy. The reps were very helpful and polite. I had a warranty with another company and I had a very bad experience with them. They didn't pay out like they said they would. They paid only a partial of the bill and they weren't very helpful, so I changed companies. When I researched, Endurance had positive reviews and they had good reviews with the Better Business Bureau.

The dealership I go to deals with Endurance and that's why I got it. I checked with them and asked who they recommend and they said Endurance besides the Cadillac Care. When buying the extended warranty, the Endurance rep was like a used car salesman and a pain to deal with. The price was also relatively expensive, but cars are expensive nowadays. If it was free, it'd be great. Other than that, it's all good. I wish there was a way that it could be certified so I get a better, longer coverage for the amount it cost, but I get it. It's a used a car. We had a claim for a mod motor for our heating and air in our Cadillac ESV and luckily, I didn't have to take care of anything. The dealership said it was very simple. There was about a two-day turnaround, but besides that, Endurance was relatively okay to work with.

My car is getting older and I need some kind of protection. Someone I know had an Endurance warranty and they took care of them very well. I signed up and it was easy. I haven't had the opportunity yet to take advantage of the service, but I'm very pleased because they were able to get me a lower rate.

It was good getting online with Endurance. My car is a 2017 model and I didn't want to spend big money on the very expensive dealership warranty. I've been looking at the ads on TV and thought Endurance was the better one. The ratings were excellent and the way they presented their ad was much better than CarShield. Signing up with Endurance was also very easy. However, I have not received the hard copy of my policy yet and 30 days since I signed up is coming up.

I've got a really nice one-ton truck that doesn't have a lot of miles on it, but it's out of warranty. I wanted to make sure that everything was gonna be covered if things went out because it's got a lot of electronics on it. Endurance seemed to be the one that was the most advertised and the most used, and I went with them. When I had to file a claim, I told the shop I had Endurance and they did all the stuff so it was no work on my end.

This Company is a complete rip off!! They told me when I bought the policy that all major elements of your drive train were covered and when my clutch went out in my truck they denied my claim because they said certain parts in the transmission weren't covered so they denied my claim ... That's where the scam starts, they find little parts that are crucial to a repair and say those parts aren't covered so they can deny your claim ... They lie to you when you're buying the policy and don't stand by their warranty... I'm canceling my policy .. I urge everyone to never buy a policy from this rip off company .. total BS scam company!!

I initiated a contract on 2/6/26; however, over the ensuing weekend made the decision to cancel the contract based upon the intent to sell the covered vehicle. I called in on Monday 2/9 to cancel the contract and spoke with an extremely domineering individual that stated the following: 1) I am a liar when I stated I was selling the vehicle; 2) stated another company must be telling me what to say; 3)his beliefs are not my beliefs; 4) stated he has to act as a detective to get to the root reasoning for the cancellation. Endurance may or may not be the #1 in coverage; however, the individual I spoke with was rude and difficult. If I EVER decide to purchase additional coverage, it would not be with Endurance.

No Brainer.... I'm quite sure everyone is familiar with the term "No Brainer." When I viewed that first Endurance commercial and I heard, and heard again, what was being offered as warranty coverage for potential future damage to one's personal vehicle. I thought to myself, 'That Is A Great Deal Endurance Is Offering.' I had made up my mind at that moment that I am getting this deal for myself because I know a vehicle will break down on you when you least expect it and it typically takes place at the worst timing, so why not get ahead of the, 'Not Now! Why Me?' moment and be prepared with the Vehicle Disaster Relief plan being offered by Endurance. Getting covered is a no-brainer.

I've checked out a lot of different places, and Endurance was the best for what I needed. The signup process was easy. They provided me with different options, but I went with the easier one that I could remember and handle. Unfortunately, they sent my paperwork to my computer and my computer has gone down. I'm familiar with that and working with them on just getting my information straight. Also, the price that I'm paying for my warranty is better than the car insurance.

I purchased a used vehicle a year ago. It's a 2017. I know things are going to go bad so I can't afford to kick out for $1,000 all at once. I had seen Endurance Warranty advertisements on Facebook and on TV. Being that I've worked in the car industry, I was aware about it, so that's what I decided to get. Signing up with them was very good. I interacted with a human and he was very nice. I got service for three years which includes roadside assistance.

A total rip-off company. Unethical behavior, do not buy any insurance with this company. My transmission went bad months after I purchased the insurance, and inspector went to the dealer where the truck was parked, verified the computer info, 2 days later Endurance called me to talk me, "In order to approve your claim you need to open the transmission to see what is broken inside," if you open a sealed transmission is because it need to be fix and rebuild, totally against the dealer recommendations and the truck manufacturers. Endurance gave us the hardest time to look for an excuse to replace the transmission.. A crappy company with no ethical values. Do not buy coverage from this rip-off company.

Endurance is more affordable than the others. Signing up was easy. I spoke to a representative and she gave me different options. The first option was really expensive. The second option was almost the same thing, but it was cheaper. Overall, the customer service was awesome.

This place is a joke. Our Jeep blew up and we got no help whatsoever. So we called the next day and canceled. Well lo and behold imagine our surprise when our bank account got hit this morning with another payment. Called in again, said we canceled last month, got told no we didn’t and we are basically out of luck getting our money back.

I am writing to warn anyone who is looking for an extended warranty do not go with Endurance. Their commercials are all lies. The times I had to use it I had to pay out of my pocket and my last time I sent in the claim for my transmission and it was denied so they are the worst and and a fraud. I don't want anyone to go through what I have. I have since canceled the warranty so please don't use them.

Reginald ** was the customer service rep that helped me in the cancellation department. He had me send him an email of the cancellation form, after I had signed and had it notarized. He was very professional, and friendly, and answered every question that I had and canceled the payment for this month, as I no longer have a vehicle. I would highly recommend him for a customer service award.

I never signed up for Endurance Repair emails to solicit their service. I have been harassed and intimidated with constant and relentless emails from this company. I have tried to unsubscribe but their requirements are to re-submit email address and then wait 10 days. My next step will be to contact the State Attorney General’s office to file a complaint against their aggressive and offensive marketing tactics.

My factory warranty was expiring and looking at the internet, it said that Endurance is the best. Signup was fantastic. I knew what I wanted and they helped me decide on what it is that I really needed. That was very comprehensive because in doing so, they gave me options whereas most companies just fit customers in with something and that's it. On the other hand, Endurance gave me numerous options and that was exceptional. That's a great attitude in a company.

Endurance is excellent. I've had an extended warranty before through another company and I didn't like them. Endurance was the only other one I knew about and when I signed up, it was great. It's a better plan than the previous one I had.

My Mercedes dealership works directly with Endurance for each repair. They give a timely approval and have made it very easy for me. Only had one claim denied for normal wear and tear, which I did not dispute. I’ve recommended them often!

My biggest complaint with everything with doing business over the phone is I can't understand them. If I can't understand them, I won't do anything because I don't know what's going on. The person I talked to from Endurance Warranty did not have an accent so heavy I couldn't understand him. He spoke English like I'm speaking English, and I know it's not the best English, but I can understand him. I get a lot of these phone calls and I don't know where they call from. Philippines, Southern Honduras or some place, you can't understand them.
Mine is a Ford vehicle and the repair shop has ASC-certified mechanics, so I'm sure they'll take Endurance. I bought another vehicle yesterday from a used car dealer, and their extended warranty is through Endurance. That's why I felt good with going with them. However, I have not received a paper copy of my warranty. They were supposed to send that. I got it in my email, but I'd like to see paper in front of me because I usually lose stuff on my phone. I waited to give them another day or two, and my phone has been down for the last week. But from my experience with CarShield, Endurance's price was very competitive.

I called in to cancel my Endurance policy and the guy on the phone was totally rude, very unprofessional. He kept asking me, "Why are you cancelling, was you sitting home watching tv and saw something cheaper," (me) I just want to cancel my policy please. The guy was a total jerk. He kept saying, "Oh you want to cancel and get a refund is that all," he ask me that 25 times. I would never ever consider doing business with this company again, just because of this one person. I'm so thankful we cancelled our policy

I got Endurance for my security. I have a vehicle that's almost 10 years old, and I don't like working on vehicles anymore. The electrical part of it is just mind-blowing to have to try to work on one. Some of the stuff that Endurance covered, other companies didn't. Plus the rental car. Signing up with them was very easy. The process was very straightforward.

We just started up our warranty for the car and I was late on the first payment. They were very helpful and understood my situation. They straightened it all out, took my payment and everything's good. I was so pleased. I didn't have to wait at all for them to pick up the phone and they have to right away. I just feel I feel I wish every company was like that. You make life a lot easier. I would recommend Endurance Warranty to anybody.

I researched auto warranty companies, and it was suggested that for senior citizens, Endurance is better than the others. That's what I bought, and I'm happy with it. My signup went beautifully. The price is a little steep for a retired individual though.

I had my 2015 GLK Mercedes Benz covered under Endurance. They were honest, and they gave me more years of warranty. I also read the reviews and then I got good review marks. The sign up process was easy. The rep I worked with was professional. He knew his job. The rate was good. I couldn't beat the price.

Endurance has been all right. I bring my car to a reputable licensed repair shop, and they submit the claim. The work gets done. The only time I had a problem is when I didn't have the right phone number because they're not there on the weekends. There is a phone number that you can get someone, but I thought I didn't have it. I did have it in my glove compartment. I was annoyed that they weren't answering the phone and they were closed. However, they're fine once you get through.

They say they cover repairs but will use any excuse to NOT cover the repair when it’s needed. They refused to cover my cracked manifold because they said it was “damaged”. So in theory they could deny any repair and cite “damage” as the reason. When I filed a BBB complaint they offered to cancel the contract but only if I signed away my rights to tell others about my experience. That’s not the sign of a reputable company.

100 dollar deductible that's funny. They say take it to any reputable shop. I took my car to the dealership for a oil cooler replacement. I wanted it done correctly. Was told oem parts cost more than we're allowed. Labor cost more than allowed. Don't fall for this scam. 1000 dollar repair and I'm out of pocket 500. Can't image what a major repair like an engine replacement would cost. Buyer beware!

I had a wiper motor go bad and I call Endurance. They said yes it's covered. They gave me a number to have dealership call. Next day I had it changed within a hour. I could of had it done the same day but had to order it. I'm very pleased. Wiper motor replace.

WHATEVER YOU DO....DON'T GET A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A CADILLAC ESCALADE LIKE MYSELF. I purchased a contract with this company. Never used it. I was having car trouble. I brought my vehicle to a certified mechanic. Was told my Power Steering is not working and needs to be replaced. My mechanic reached out and Endurance denied my claim. Mind you Power steering is on my contract as covered. Endurance denied it stating they only cover manual Power steering. Unbelievable... ALL CADILLAC ESCALADE have electric power steering. I'm stuck with a $4000 bill. Learn from my situation please. Don't trust this company.

Worst company ever, don't believe a word that sales person is saying, they misrepresent contract, in the reality, you will deal with 3rd party company who will try to do not pay a cent. I have been told by 3rd party that contract was signed by Endurance and they have nothing to do with the contract. And I have to contact the Endurance Manager from Endurance stated 3rd party will pay as long as it is in the contract. Both sides will not take any responsibility. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY WITH SCAMMERS.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This is an absolutely horrible company. Do not waste your time or your money. You have an extended warranty for older vehicles for a reasons and when something happens, they say “it’s because it’s an older vehicle, claim denied”. Please go somewhere else aloe save your money before you become another victim. Good luck to anyone who actually tries to hire this company.

Took 5 days to approve part of my claim. Part of the claim was denied even though the auto shop, that they recommended on their website said needed to be completed so the job would be done properly. FYI you will pay more than the 100$ deductible. My gaskets were not covered. I guess they think you could reuse the old ones instead of replacing them.

When I spoke to the Endurance representative, we got right to the point. There was no messing around. We got the job done fast. The cost was pretty competitive with everybody else. I've had an extended warranty on that particular vehicle since it was new. But I hadn't been too happy lately with the other company, and that's why I decided to go with Endurance. I got the total coverage and received the policy hard copy pretty quickly.

I have been a member since 2023 and had the Elite Membership or Supreme Coverage. Since joining I have had only three claims. The first was in March 2024 and I paid $300+, the 2nd was in July 2025 and I paid the entire bill of $3,130.60 and was refused a rental car. Then Jan. 2026, my bill was $7K and Endurance claimed that I had the basic plan and my car was old and the parts were worn out so they denied my entire claim so I refused service as I felt I was being ripped off by Cutter Services and Endurance and will be going to a repair shop near my home who claims they have had several complaints against Cutter and Endurance. Endurance advertisement is so fake. They pay off $14,000, etc but they won't cover my $3K or $7K repairs. I don't think it's worth purchasing car warranties.

Getting everything set up with Endurance was a good experience, for the most part. The person that I spoke with when I finally made my decision to purchase made it seem like I was getting this great friends and family discount when it was really available to anybody. So, it was a little misleading as far as that, but I still went with it anyway. I was looking for full coverage. I have a full powertrain warranty when I purchased my vehicle. So, I was looking for anything that wasn't there. I told the rep about that, too, and he said, "Well, I'll give you this discount." It was really just the standard discount you would normally get. So, it’s a little misleading again.
My warranty will kick in after 30 days and/or 1,000 miles. I don't think I got a hard copy in the mail, but I did download it from the site and print it off for my records. I've done a couple of claims. Following their required procedure, I took the car to my local shop. They come up with an estimate. And then they contact Endurance before they can start any work on it. I've never had a problem with it coming back saying that they won't do the work or it's at a discounted rate or they wouldn't pay the full bill like my other company tried to do from time to time. I've had a good experience. It's been very simple. It's pretty much between them, my shop and Endurance. I don't really need to get involved at all.

I got Endurance Warranty for my truck. Everything was fine. I called several companies. The person from Endurance who helped me was more professional, patient, and answered my questions, because dealing with me isn't easy. He didn't let my old nasty ways bother them. I don't like the part where I had to pay extra labor money but I needed my truck fixed.

⭐ 1 Star – Unacceptable delays and bad faith claim handling. My experience with Endurance Warranty has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The claims process is plagued by unreasonable delays, poor communication, and a clear lack of professionalism. From the moment I opened my claim, responses have been slow, inconsistent, and often contradictory. The repair shop has submitted all required documentation multiple times, yet Endurance continues to provide weak and repetitive excuses, such as inspectors allegedly scheduled who never show up or requests for information that was already provided.
When a response is finally given, it feels less like an effort to help the customer and more like an attempt to find technicalities or irrelevant justifications to delay or deny the claim, even when the issue should clearly be covered under the contract. This approach gives the impression of a bad-faith strategy designed to exhaust customers until they give up.
Meanwhile, my vehicle remains unusable, costing me time and money, while Endurance shows no urgency, accountability, or concern for the customer’s situation. This company fails to deliver the service it promises. Poor claim management, inadequate customer support, and a complete lack of reliability. I do not recommend Endurance to anyone seeking real protection or peace of mind.

I have my policy since May of 2025, it was good to have that comfort knowing if anything goes wrong a company had my back Until my first denial. 2nd, 3rd and 4th in one year. I am retired on a fixed budget so having a warranty was crucial. The first denial I understood but gasket, seals and axles I truly believed were covered? Unless you're a lawyer and a mechanic at the same time these policies are not worth it!!

I was advised when I purchased warranty that everything would be covered. 5 months into the warranty, My F-150 3.5 ecoboost had a turbo line coolant leak, $2,600 repair at the dealership. Called Endurance and claim was DENIED because it was the coolant line (which is part of the turbo) and not the actual Turbo. Endurance tried to keep me as a customer, however there is ZERO faith that any future repairs would be covered. What's the point of paying for a warranty when they will try to deny every claim. I should have trusted my gut and never got the warranty in the first place!!

STAY AWAY!! Scam. I purchased a warranty on Dec 5 and took my car to BMW 2 days ago for a vibration and they denied my repair for motor mounts which is listed on the contract as COVERED. When I called they said my contract is too new to have any claims approved. Mind you I did wait the 1000 miles and 30days as required. There was no other requirements. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, there is a class action lawsuit against this company for this very reason!!!

Endurance Warranty is the WORST so called warranty provider on the market. They use shady unethical tactics to avoid paying legitimate claims whenever possible. Endurance are a bunch of crucks & fraudsters! They denied my claim for a water pump repair without even sending an adjuster to verify the claim. Instead they stated they based their decision on the repair shops verbal diagnosis of the vehicle. The repair shop never stated to Endurance there was a pre-existing issue nor did they give any information to Endurance that would have warranted the claim being denied. The repair shops verbal diagnosis was turned around and flipped to fit into an excuse not to pay.
Endurance advertises to be there for its customers in their time of need, is a joke! They look for a reason to deny claims first then only cover the bare minimum of the claim. To add further insult to injury, when I demanded to be provided documentation explaining the denial they refused stating they only provide that verbally and not in writing. When I demand to be refunded the warranty charges that they have been debiting from my account. They stated you will have to complete a form that requires a notary present while signing that confirms the mileage. Basically, they are making difficult to get their claws out of my bank account, so they can continue to debit it while denying legitimate claims. This is an unexpected headache full of frustrating unforeseen obstacles as a result of even trying to end any relationship with these thieves.
I had previously spoken with their customer service department who confirmed the water pump was in fact clearly covered. I even spoke with their claims department who also stated the repairs are covered under my warranty. Yet Endurance made up an excuse not to cover the repairs, conjuring up a lie, stating that the vehicle wouldn't be covered due to "Continuous Use". The repair shop confirmed with the Endurance claims department that they didn't provide any information stating that pre-existing or continuous use caused of the water pump to fail. I contacted Endurance multiple times requesting written explanation for denial of my claim. I was denied any written explanation or even an open claim that was started on my warranty. It was simply a flat out denial.

The idea of going with Endurance sounded good. The only problem I have is that they want me to put 200 miles on it before it goes into effect, and I don't know how that's gonna happen when I don't go anywhere because I'm retired and I just don't go anywhere except the doctor and the grocery store which are all within a mile or two from my house. I don't foresee me putting 200 miles on it because I don't go anywhere. Other than that, my experience was okay.

There are many departments and they don't communicate for accuracy nor do they speak with contract holders and repair representatives at the same time, I was sure I was told parts are covered such as my ENGINE then I was told it's not covered due to the head-gasket... Lots of back and forth and he say she say leaving you #confused #clueless. BETTER TO SAVE MONEY IN A JAR THAN EMPLOY THESE INSURANCE & WARRANTY COMPANIES. They too sell #lemons.
THE UPSIDE IS REPRESENTATIVES SUCH AS TAMIKA **. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, she friendly yet professional. She knows her policies and protocols and she is loyal to the company even though the company doesn't honor what they sell then claims it's in a contract given after purchase that I didn't go over the fine lines.😉 😜 😄 😏 🙄 it's all good. We purchased a bumper-to-bumper coverage from Endurance. The only thing is they're going for the mileages off of it as being a new vehicle with zero miles. So, they're knocking 30,000 miles off of my 100,000-mile warranty that I wanted. They have a better rate than the other companies that provide the same type of coverage. The person we talked to was good. They seemed to break things down for us to understand the coverage better. I have a month and 1,000 miles before I can file a claim. I haven't had to use it yet, so I don't know how it's gonna go, but I feel like I was able to obtain the right coverage at the present point in time.

My truck warranty was ending, so I needed to get a new one. When I looked at the ratings, Endurance Warranty had the highest compared to the other ones that I looked at. I signed up three weeks ago and it was a great experience. The gentleman, Dimitri, did a great job. He was excellent with his explanation and I understood everything very well. However, I wanted him to mail out my paperwork to me and I haven't received anything yet.

I purchased an Endurance extended warranty online. After receiving all of the details stating the effective date was 30 Days and 1000 miles, I wasn’t aware of that so the next morning I called to see if they had other options. The lady I spoke with was very nice and gave me options and I told her I would think about it. That afternoon I called back and spoke with a guy. The conversation started ok. I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and told him why. Long story short he ended up basically arguing with me, I told him the reason and that should suffice. I hung up on him because I was not going to argue with him, he said he was located in Dallas and he used to work for a dealership in F&I. I can’t remember his name but he is not what a customer service person should be!!

I am a 65 year old man on a budget. I have a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. I signed up for Endurance on 6/12/25. I developed problems with the in December, I took my car to masters car care after a lot back & forth for the inspection. They denied my claim for the reasons Resale Value, I was never late with my payments. They advertise as long as you keep payments on time that you are covered Guaranteed. So now I don't have transportation and out of money. Thanks Endurance for turning my life upside down. MONEY BY ANY MEANS that's what it should be called....

I chose Endurance, had until the end of January to make my final decision as I purchased a new vehicle and wasn't sure it was the right timeframe for an extended warranty. I did my research and found Endurance to be one of the best extended warranty companies; however, it was far too early to make the decision to opt into their warranty as my original warranty carried what I needed for the time being. I called to cancel, within the appropriate cancellation time period, and that's when the badgering started.
The agent never let me get a word in and told me I was making a very big mistake as I wasn't understanding the program. She abruptly and continuously explained the entire program to me all over again. I finally got her to stop talking after several minutes and told her I graciously listened to her lengthy and strong-handed speech. She tried to interrupt again and I told her she needed to stop. I finally said I was done. I wanted it cancelled and she stated that "you know your application fee is non-refundable" (I paid an application fee and the first installment). I made it clear it was to be cancelled along with anything to do with Endurance. I really am not sure if I would return when the time is right.

I purchased the Platinum coverage (their highest option) and was paying $300 a month for my Land Rover Defender. The vehicle developed a coolant leak that the dealership said was o-rings leaking around the turbocharger system which is a known issue with the LR 110. Endurance denied the claim stating that o rings weren't covered under my plan because it was a "maintenance item", sticking me with a $1000 repair bill. I immediately canceled my contract. I will pay myself $300/mo from now on into a repair fund rather than waste it on a scam company.

NOT GOOD. For the road side assistance they sent me to (877) 488-2418, the lady name Renicha was "helping me" she told me help is on the way, two hrs later I called back to follow-up. They told me that there was no ticket made. That it was never completed. And I'm here in the cold. I'm calling again and trying to get the towing. I can just call a tow truck myself, but then what is the point of paying for the endurance coverage. The cold front storm is on they way. And they are not helping.

My Endurance warranty was through the dealership, and purchased on vehicles that were also from manufacturers not tied to the dealership. Excellent 100% approval. I took my vehicle to the dealership for repair, they got approval when I took it in, and everything went perfectly from there. It was their top tier warranty, but well worth it. Two of my vehicles were totaled in accident and I used over my total cost for repairs and had 30,000 miles left on my warranty, and just about half of the purchase fee was refunded. The second, I hadn't had the chance to use, but 100% of the amount that I paid for warranty was refunded. Apex warranties.

Took truck in and was told even though I had the platinum plan because I was still making payments there was only a percentage they were cover. The reviews on Reddit are horrible. I wish I had seen those before I spent five grand on a useless warranty. Two of my other items weren’t covered out of $2000 of covered items. Endurance would only pay $300. I don’t need to pay a warranty company to cover $300.

Signed up several months ago for coverage. I'm a senior and disabled, my vehicle is my sole means to getting to the store and or doctor appointments. When I called to gain more information on the service, I spoke to a nice guy named Elija. I expressed my questions about mobility and was told that major items were covered. Trusting him I signed up for the extended coverage. Fast forward to today and after my repair shop called for coverage, it was denied due to the item not being covered. I spoke with 2 different people for an explanation and I was told that I should have read the contract. I would have never signed up knowing that Elija flat out lied to me about the coverage. The one rep simply stated things like the door handles and the frame are not covered... I'd stay away from this misleading company of liars...

This company states things they cover but they really don't. The bearings in my turbo had gone bad which of course made the turbo fail. After a while it got so bad it started to leak oil. When I had taken it it in to get replaced Endurance denied my claim, stating they don't cover oil leaks, and the turbo failed because of no oil. The adjuster denied a claim not knowing the full mechanics of a turbo. When asked if he was a certified mechanic, he never answered but three answer was he knows some mechanics. This was not the first and only claim they denied for me. They are by far the worst I've ever dealt with and a waste of money and time. FYI, they had me sitting in a rental for 3 weeks just to deny my claim and I'm stuck with the rental cost and the fixing of my my vehicle. Total cost was over $9k out of pocket. Do your Full research before investing in a warranty company, but Endurance is definitely not the way to go.

Refused to pay, left me holding a 2012 dollar bill. Crooks, was told it would cover everything except tires, fan belts, and brakes. That was a lie, did not cover electrical. Honda dealer said it happened all the time. Talked to attorneys.

My Secure Plus Vehicle Service Contract (Contract Number EVPU88017971) explicitly covers the torque converter and transmission assembly. Upon experiencing a 'light shudder – I immediately took my vehicle to a licensed repair facility for diagnosis and repair, fulfilling my responsibilities under Section IV of the contract. The warranty company's denial, based on the claim that driving the vehicle with a 'light shudder' caused further damage, is unsubstantiated and contradicts the clear coverage provided in Section VI.C.2.c. The term 'Breakdown,' as defined in Section II, encompasses the 'light shudder' as a failure of the component to perform as designed, regardless of the underlying cause.
Furthermore, the warranty company has not provided any evidence to support the assertion that the failure was caused by a pre-existing condition, as defined in Section II and excluded in Section VIII.G. I am obtaining a statement from the repair facility confirming that the extent of the damage and wear patterns do not necessarily indicate a pre-existing condition. My prompt action in seeking repair demonstrates my commitment to preventing further damage, as outlined in Section V.1. The fact that no warning lights or gauges indicated severe damage (as stated in Section VIII.N) further supports the reasonableness of my actions.
The warranty company's denial is a breach of contract, as it contradicts the explicit coverage of the torque converter/transmission assembly. I demand full coverage for the necessary repairs. I'm no mechanic and bought the truck from a box dealer used who just performed maintenance. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THEM....you WILL REGRET it.

I chose Endurance because of the high ratings and comparison to other warranty companies and had 2 other warranty companies before and they do not stack up to endurance, Car Shield had a big lawsuit due to the fact that they didn't pay any claims and I was one of them and received a check from a settlement. I am new to endurance so time will tell. I even had a gentlemen call me but I have not yet called him back, but I will.

Decided to put an extended warranty on my Truck. Looking at reviews decided to go with Endurance. I followed the instructions to start the coverage. Paid 6 months in advance for the coverage. Waiting about 36 days, and decided to use the coverage for some maintenance that was required. There were so front suspension parts that needed to be changed out. Called and checked if there would be any problems. Took my truck to the dealership since they are certified Dodge Chrysler mechanics.
The dealership Chapman Auto here in Henderson has been great to me and my family. Endurance did not have a problem with me doing to the dealership. The claim was denied, since my coverage was only 36 days active, they denied any repairs because they passed on that, since the coverage was so new that there was no way these parts would have failed already. So, the "pre-existing" phrase was used. The only requirements are that new customers put on at least 1,000 miles prior to the coverage taking effect.
The truck is in good working order, and I plan on keeping the vehicle since it is only at 55,000. The contract does stipulate of what is excluded, and the parts I needed were covered, but the policy is too new to have front suspension parts need replacement. I was offered $300 off my contract, but since pre-paid 6 months in advance than that would not have helped. I did have to rent a car because of not being at the dealership all day.
So, I had to pay $250 diagnoses fee, also the one-day rental out of my pocket to be told to this premium coverage still will cover my truck. Now, if they would have paid the diagnostic fee or covered my rental, I would have stayed, but no such offer was put forward. So to cancel, you have to sign a request to cancel, you will need that document notarized as well. You then fax it to them, and I have to wait an additional week before they cut a check and mail it back to me, which takes even more time.
So, in all, I paid $1400 in advance for coverage I cannot use unless something fails. Customer service is nice, but corporate is looking for any reason to deny and if denied now you have it recorded as "pre-existing" and they will never pay for items that the contract says that are covered. I am back in the market for another policy with a better company. Anyone has a suggestion on what company actually sticks behind their word would be very appreciated! Attached is a copy from the dealership showing what they want me to pay out of pocket.

My initial impression of Endurance was very high. Their quoting procedure is great, as is the front-end customer service, however, once the real work starts, they quickly become terrible to work with. After taking my money each month, they did everything they could to get out of abiding by their contract. It began with the "death by paperwork" tactic. They requested invoices to support any occurrences of my VIN being ran and were very hung up on a single invoice that could NOT be produced because it was simply a dealership looking for recalls (no invoice available). None of these invoices had anything to do with the T case or front differential I was having trouble with. Their next tactic was to stall each step of the claim. They requested an inspector to visit the shop my vehicle is at, in which they inspected one of the components.
Several days later, they asked to have another inspection on a 2nd component before they would decline/approve. The end result was they agreed they had to replace the components but required a used transfer case and front differential to be purchased from basically a local junk yard. Not new parts, not remanufactured parts, literally just used parts (80,000 miles for what was found). Insanity. Calling them to follow up on the claim results in a conversation with unprofessional and rude customer service representatives. I will be declining their offer for used junk parts, cancelling this warranty, and going with CarShield from here on out.

I have been a customer of Endurance since 2023 for my 2017 Dodge Ram Truck. It is such a well made vehicle that, until recently have had no major problems. Now- I have paid over $3000 for the protection of the Endurance Warranty program. In mid December 2025, I needed to replace the starter motor. I spoke to 3 accredited shops for the repair, a Ram Dealership included. None of the shops would honor the Endurance Warranty, citing that they were too difficult to work with. So I called Endurance, explained the situation and asked for return of my money. The answer was NO!
Evidently I had passed my 'mileage mark', therefore not eligible. I'm floored. I have called them and sent emails to no avail. What Endurance is advertising is false. Endurance does have a 'mileage mark' but advertising leads you to believe they don't. That's where they get you. They have my $3000 and I have ziltch. Shame on them. If there was a spot for negative 0, that would be my choice.

Out of my account before I had even signed the contract. Everything was fine until, after reflecting upon what I was getting, I decided that this was not right for me. First of all, my payment was taken out of my bank account before I ever signed the contract or completed all of the information requested. When I called to cancel my account and request my payment be returned, the "Customer Service" individual was nothing but a heavy handed, irritating, insufferable salesman.
No matter how many times I told the man that I was no longer interested and wanted my account cancelled, he continued to bombard me with why I needed this service. The interaction proceeded to deteriorate until I was screaming "NO" through the phone, and yet he continued with his sales pitch. At this point, even an idiot should have realized that regardless what he promised, there was no way I was going to do business with your company. At this point I felt that I had no choice but to simply hang up and dispute the charge through my bank, should my payment not be returned. A Disgruntled Customer.

After I spoke with another agency and thought I wanted to cancel, Larita provided me with even more information and gave me a promotional offer that I couldn't refuse. I've already had to pay for a new transmission out of pocket so I hope nothing else comes up but if it does, I'm covered!

I have used this service twice since it’s only having it six months. They paid for a head gasket with $100 deductible to be replaced and they paid for a oxygen sensor to be replaced with $100 deductible at the dealer. I have never had an issue.

Bought my plan, paid in full, kick in last year, when my s450 factory ended, took my Mercedes in for sticking sunroof, and water not coming out of window shield wipers, mercedes said both have to be replaced, Endurance told them they was sending an adjuster on Friday, last week, he came Monday, mercedes, called to tell me, he denied my claim, because I didn't have factory tires, the tires on the Benz are the same tires, that mercedes of Orlando put on car when I bought. Never heard such, B S, mercedes even said what tires got to do with sunroof, I didn't and never alter my car.

I was very disappointed when Endurance denied my claim last year when my transmission went out and affecting the All Wheel Drive system too. I had my car towed to the local Ford dealer for repair and Endurance sent a representative to check it out. The Endurance rep told the dealer that there was a code in the computer prior to my buying the warranty and wouldn’t cover the repair. I had no warning lights (idiot lights) on the dashboard. No pre warning whatsoever. Repair cost $13000 paid by me. Not Endurance. So before you get an extended warranty from Endurance check it out very carefully.

At first, I was truly worried about extended warranties. Endurance took the time to make sure I was OK, my water pump had went out. They asked me where did I wanna take it and I said the dealership. They said, "No problem." They had it picked up and dropped off with no charge, the dealership fixed the problem. I purchased a warranty for my low mileage 2016 Ford Focus RS. I went with the supreme used policy, the highest you can get. They were more than happy to sell me the policy, however when something went wrong with the car that all changed. They refuse to pay for covered repairs. They refuse to listen to reason. They instead question my credibility and tell me I'm out of luck. When I told them I would cancel my service, the representative seemed flabbergasted. Bottom line is they will try anything to get out of paying your claim. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I called claim in because we replaced the tires and mechanic could not line car up because something had broke and had to be replaced. They denied claim because we were new clients so it did not cover, not enough time had passed since purchased insurance. I was told after 30 days and it was past that timeline about a week or two. Do not believe them when they tell you something, it's just to sell you the coverage. They will tell you whatever or omit things to sell the insurance. I asked them replay the recording of me and salesman & they refused.

Everything was fine during signing up. It was quick and easy to gather all information. The salesman was excellent. They told me I had to wait 30 days before I can do anything as far as the claim. The price is good because all the other places were charging more than them, and I like the deductible program that they have. I have recommended Endurance to two of my friends and my mom. So far, the experience has been good, but I haven't needed to file a claim yet. I will see how well they take care of us before I decide if the experience was worth the money or what. It was frustrating that I had to call three times to give my mileage and then they increased my monthly rate. If they were to deny any of my possible future claims, I will cancel my membership.

All systems on my car was covered by my Endurance warranty. I'm approved for two years. I wanted to have it in case of any major failures, or any check engine lights come up. The sign-up process was very easy to complete. It was easy to make an account. Endurance's rep was very helpful.

I like Endurance. There's nothing I don't like about it. Their customer service has been great. I just called to cancel because I sold the car, and they explained I only had like almost $300 in my policy. Whatever I signed up for, I would still be covered to 2028.

The rep was awesome and told me everything I needed to know when I signed up with Endurance. Everything went very well. I got the Elite package with a $200 deductible, which is the highest program available. Endurance is great and I would recommend them. The only this is that I haven’t received the hard copy of my welcome package yet. I have access to the information online, but the rep was supposed to send it in the mail as well.

I bought a 2024, and the car lot I bought it from only gave me a six-month warranty. So, Endurance gave me a four-year extended warranty. I pay 136 a month for 30 months, and the rest of it is free. The lady at Wells Fargo told me about Endurance over here in Lubbock and I decided to go with them. I haven't used them yet but just in case I encounter a problem with my car, I got it. People should get the extended warranty from Endurance. If something happens to my car, I bring it to the dealership and go from there. They pay for the computer and the electronics you have in cars these days, which are expensive when it goes out. They also pay for the motor and the transmission. I’m just hoping I don’t have to use it.

The policy will not go into effect until the 16th of this month, but so far, so good. I heard of Endurance from friends and family. Doing the sign-up process was no problem. The rep was precise and professional. He explained everything. The process was 1, 2, 3. They covered everything. My monthly premium that I have to pay is fine, but the total cost of the policy is high. That's the only thing I find.

My truck is a 2017 and my previous warranty ran out, and I decided to get another warranty since I plan to use this truck until the wheels fall off. I called Endurance Warranty's number when I saw it, and I thought, "Sounds like a fair deal. I believe I'll sign up for this." The rep was one of the nicest people I've talked to in a good while. I was approved right then. I asked what the policy would cover. I know the cost of getting major work done is major. I've had starters, batteries, wiper motors and door switches replaced on my own. But it's gonna be a big charge that engine went out. I bought Endurance for that reason. It's all good right now. If I break down and run into a lot of hassle about getting fixed, I'm not gonna be happy. People may look at me and think I'm weird for buying this insurance policy on top of all the other insurances we have to keep. But it seems a good fit, and that's when I did it. It's gonna be the best thing I've done as far as the insurance for my vehicle repairs.

Check out Endurance Warranty. I had CarShield. I talked to the lady from Endurance and she explained things to me. I decided we're gonna go with Endurance. I did my car and my husband's at different times. One lady took off the $29 fee. The second time the man didn't take off the $29 and I said, "Come on." But he said, "No." Other than that, it was very easy to sign up. I like having a deductible. If my claim costs $5,000, I only have to pay $100. However, I received a letter about our prices going up. I just got off the phone with Endurance. They told me it was a marketing thing, to not worry about it because whatever I'm paying is what I'm gonna pay.

The warranty on the vehicle that I purchased is about to be out of the warranty at the car dealer that I bought it from. I then signed up with Endurance as they're better than the other companies that are on the market. It was easy to get started. It's early in the process, but so far, so good. The only thing is they need to be more clear about the first payment. It looks like they do a payment when you first sign up, but it seems like it's a payment on the contract. Then right away, they want another first payment on the series of payments so you're paying twice in the first 30 days which is is the problem. A lot of customers don't realize that's really what it is. When you set up your autopay, you want to pay one time every 30 days. But when you initially set this up with Endurance, you're actually gonna pay two times in the first 30 days.
Another thing is I got an email that seems weird. It's from a company called MEPCO Payment Plans for Endurance. The email it says, "Thank you for being an Endurance customer. MEPCO is the company that will process your monthly payments for your payment plan. For your convenience, your electronic statement from MEPCO is attached. You may also access your account details, make a payment, or set up automatic payments online at www.mepco.com to make a payment. If you have any further questions, please see the attached statement." They got a PDF file that I did not open because this seems a little peculiar to me. When I set up my contract with Endurance, I set up my credit card on autopay. They did that for me already.

I've had an extended warranty with Endurance Warranty with my older vehicle for a while. I purchased a second vehicle and I have the extended warranty on it as well through Endurance. The reps were very polite and professional. When I purchased a second vehicle, because it was not physically parked in my driveway, they could not insure it, so I had to get additional insurance. But with the warranty through Endurance, it was automatically transferable, and they gave me a slight discount because of the coverage on the second vehicle. I would recommend them.

I got ahold of somebody from Endurance a few weeks ago. I had a very good experience. Signing up moved quickly. Everything was well. The gentleman who took care of me was nice and professional. He explained everything to me, so I was very happy. They helped me quickly. I was happy that I called at the time because I still had a warranty. I asked the dealership where I took my car to get it fixed about Endurance Warranty or CarShield and they said they had good dealings with Endurance and that they were better. They did good with the sign up. The guy was polite. He worked with my budget to help me have the best coverage. I have a 2019 Chevy Cruze and I like the car. I want to keep it as long as I can. I told the rep, "You can't just go to a parts store and get a part for 60 bucks anymore." And labor doesn't cost $25 anymore. They talk about $160. I'm a widow and retired. I have to budget my money. The rep went over different options with me. I got a good deal. It covered everything that I wanted covered. I am set up for 30 payments. I was happy. If I had to replace computer components and suspensions without a warranty, I'd have to buy a whole new car. I was so excited about it after I signed up for my warranty that I told a friend about it.

Endurance Warranty's rep glossed over the policies and exceptions. Don't tell me about all the things it covers because there's a bunch that it doesn't cover. When you read what it doesn't cover, everything else must be included. But in reality, there was one section bothered me. I just bought this car. I had to go to the other side of Florida to get it and drove it back. It drove nicely. My sister is fairly wealthy, so she took good care of this car. I'm doing it to protect myself. But when the policy said about wear and tear, that's why I bought it. Things break down because of wear and tear. An engine breaks down and they will tell me, "Wear and tear." I'm concerned because somebody also told me that they were declined on Endurance for something similar.
I just got the booklet and read it. There are a lot of things that I'm not happy with. When I spoke to the person on the phone, he said, "Everything will be covered except for pre-existing conditions." I understand that. He also said that after 1,000 miles and 30 days, the contract goes into effect. I read the booklet and it said, "Any normal wear and tear on a car, we have the right to decline." He told me that axles and ball joints will be covered. Those are things that wear out. Those are the things that I'm worried about. If a control arm went, it could cost me $3,000. In the booklet, their wording is they would decline that. And it says regardless of length of time and mileage. Normal wear and tear is not covered. But why did they tell me they will replace axles. I've called them and I spoke to somebody. They were not that sharp.
Before you sign up, ask for a copy of the contract and read it. They gave me 30 days to cancel it. It was too easy, but all of a sudden, when I read everything that's covered, and they got this little fine thing in there that says, "All of a sudden, your motor breaks down. Well, why did the motor break down?" I could give you a million reasons why a motor broke down and they can turn around and tell me, "That was a wear and tear item of something."
I'm just concerned that I don't wanna spend $3,000 in maintenance costs with Endurance because that was over four years or whatever it cost, and find out that it's not covered. If it didn't have that little phrase in there, I'd have no problem. That covers everything. And how would I be able to fight against it? I'd have to take them to court, and I'd have to pay for it. They cover their angle. I'll bet after a person is gone for four years from Endurance, that is when he will get his answers. How many people have declined and for what reason? That is where you're gonna find it. I'm on the hook with Endurance for another week. I may drop it. Other than that, the signup process was fine. It has only been two and a half weeks.

Endurance Warranty's reps did a wonderful job. However, a lot of information was left out, so I am gonna cancel. Maybe they need training. They don't know things that they left out or maybe they just left stuff out. I found out when I got a call from another company and they told me things about their products and I said, "This other company doesn't do that,” and they said, "Ma'am, you need to call and ask them questions." Omission of information is as bad as flat out lying to somebody. I'm gonna call and cancel, talk with other companies and do some research.

I've heard good things about Endurance. I've also heard bad things, but I just ignored that because nobody has anything good to say about anything sometimes. The rep who helped me was excellent. However, I asked for a folder of some kind with my paperwork on my coverage. They said they were gonna mail it to me but never did. But I can live without it. I have my contract on my computer so I'm pretty well set. I'm paid in full and I'm just waiting to get my 1,000 miles and 30 days and I'm ready to go.

The Endurance website provided lots of information. But when I typed in some information on the website, the call started the next day and it was continuous. It was every hour for two days until I answered them back. It was heavy repetitive calling. That's the only bad experience. It was a little bothersome to get a call every hour when I told them that I didn't have time right then to go over it. But once I had time to call them back, the procedures were fine. The sign up process was easy. I got a four-year, 50,000-mile warranty, and the rates were what I expected. The monthly payment is automatically charged to my credit card.

The warranty on my car ran out and we weren’t notified that it was expiring. So, I got mad at the dealership and I didn't want theirs. I reached out to Endurance and the girl was very helpful. She ran over the different options with me. There was no pressure and the conversation was good or I wouldn't have bought the warranty.
I got the Supreme, which is bumper-to-bumper. It's not what I wanted, but that's what my husband said would be the best option. My concern is that everything now is computer-operated. If something happens with the computer part of it, I can't even imagine what something like that would cost. So, I got a warranty for peace of mind. I haven't used it yet, but getting it was fine, and I would recommend Endurance.

If you have an older vehicle out of the new warranty period, it's a good idea to check into Endurance Warranty and get it. We checked out three companies and liked Endurance's coverage. Also, the price was good and it seemed to be the best way to go. I sent in the deal and they called and gave me some information, and got us all set up. I would rather not have to have a phone call for the sign up but I understand with all the possibilities on vehicles that that's something I have to do. We'll see how it goes if we have a claim.

Anybody with common sense needs to have their car covered by a warranty. I have my Cadillac covered by Endurance and signing up with them went well. My Kia is covered with another one and Endurance was cheaper.

The lady who signed me up with Endurance Warranty was awesome. I wish every place that I called had somebody like her in there. She was very thorough. She took her time and kept looking for different discounts. I had another company and something went wrong with my car. The manual that they gave me told me my car was covered. But when I went to the shop, they told the shop guy it's not covered. That was the third time that happened. I said, “You know what? I'm getting out of there.” All they were doing was calling me for money. “Your payment is due.” I cut them off quicker than a heartbeat, and my bank went back in and made sure that they couldn't get money out of my account. With Endurance, I got what I asked for.

I like the price and the coverage with Endurance better than the other company I looked at. I called Endurance and spoke with a young lady. I told her I wanted them for my car, and she told me everything true but one thing. She didn't tell me it was gonna be $135 down and $105 each month. I called back and talked to a young man. He had the first initial payment of $135 waived so I could get it for $105 every month. It felt great dealing with him. He addressed my concerns.

I read a report about Endurance and CarShield. Endurance was a little bit more reputable, so I chose to go with them. The rep I had was nice and very informative. My car got 100,000 miles on it. It's a multi-purpose vehicle and it's a Kia. I've been looking at three different companies out there to get an extended warranty on it and I picked Endurance. Their rep was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I felt good about buying the product. My wife drives an SUV and I had the previous version of the same vehicle that I have an extended warranty with Endurance. The only bad experience that I had with the other car was that at 100,000 miles, you have to change the struts, which was why I purchased the newer version. Endurance will not cover me for the air struts, but my kids have more activities so my wife is driving farther, and she’s continuously in the car. I want to be safe if something happens. So, it's for protection and for preventive purposes. It was my wife who wanted me to get Endurance. It was a reasonable cost as well.
I had three companies that I was evaluating, and I chose this one because I read the reviews. The benefits itself that the policy holds are the ones that are more convenient for me based on the car that I have. The more computerized they become, the more complicated they become too. So in this case, in some way, that makes the car safer. On the same token, it can be more costly too in the event that something happens. So for almost $200 a month for three years, it's reasonable for me to pay and have that peace of mind that in the event that something big happens, you are covered.
I tried to sign up online because I'm a computer person and I love doing things by myself. But this time, I was not able to get through many things because they needed to analyze a lot of things in my car too. So I had to call and the person was very kind, pleasant, clear and transparent about everything. The signup process was precise and they didn’t complicate things too much. It was a good experience overall.

The local shops around my house told me that Endurance was the easiest to deal with. Signing up was very easy. The guy I dealt with, Elijah, was great. I was able to email him back and forth. We were in the process of buying a car, and I was just shopping around and looking at what prices I could get. I could shoot him an email, and he'd answer me back in five minutes or give me a phone call. He was on it.

Endurance's coverage looked good and it was easy to understand what they were talking about. So, I gave it a shot. The extended warranty add-on when I bought my truck expired about a year and a half ago, and the truck's in really good shape. I wanna make sure I got it covered in case something happens. Hopefully, nothing will happen when we'll have to use Endurance. Overall, I had a good experience and I'd also tell others to give Endurance a shot.

The representative from Endurance who I talked to was persistent and a real go-getter. He wasn't giving up and wasn't going to let me get away. And it worked. I was going with someone else but the guy was the best and he persuaded me. He gave me examples that if something goes wrong, it will cost me out of pocket. So I signed up to protect my pockets, my vehicle, and myself. I also received an email saying I'm eligible for discounted prices which would really be great, because I feel like I paid a lot.
However, I have a problem with Endurance, because every time I try to reach out to them to find out if my policy is actually in effect, I can't get them on the phone. They are taking money out of my account every month for a policy, but I couldn't contact them. I even left messages and no one called me back.

The warranty that I have on the used car that I purchased didn't cover a lot of things. Right now, the car is running good. But eventually, if anything happens, I wanted to make sure that I'm not stuck with a lot of bills. I've seen Endurance on TV and I decided to see what their stuff was about. I wanted more protection because we were talking about it and we didn't take anything out extra on our new car. I got a lot of emails from different companies and Endurance Warranty stuck out. I bought a car that I wasn't too sure about and they break down whether they are new or old. I take care of all my cars and I decided to get a warranty for my newest car. I was told Endurance would be the best, so I went for it. The guy signed me up and took the time to explain. The process was smooth and wasn't a whole lot of something that I didn't understand. Endurance has been wonderful so far. They let me know that if I had any problems or if anything went wrong, I could just call. I won't even have to call AAA. Endurance will come pick the car up and take it wherever I want it to be repaired at, and they'll handle everything.

My truck had about 9,000 miles on it, and the dealership warranty covered it up to 85,000 miles. At 86,000 miles, my transmission blew while I was in Virginia. I left it at a dealership there, and about $6,600 later, plus renting a car and traveling back and forth, it finally got fixed. I take care of my truck, and now it has a little over 100,530 miles on it. The only thing I don’t like is the waiting period of 30 days or 1,000 miles, especially since I don’t drive much but I understand why they do it. Some companies don’t have that wait, but I still wanted to go with Endurance.
I liked the gentleman I spoke with, and everything went through. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. And I appreciated that. The price is right in the ballpark and I don't mind paying for the program that I have. From what I've heard from different people, Endurance is a great company to work with. It’s the company I went with, and my family would be crazy not to.

The rep who answered my call put the package together and explained it to where I could understand it. Her efficiency was good. I drive quite a bit, so I have 120,000 miles on my vehicle and it's 4.5 years old. I had purchased an extended warranty and I thought it was still active, but it ran out at 100,000 miles. It cost me several thousand bucks to get my truck fixed, which was why I reached out to Endurance and ultimately bought the package, so I could be covered for catastrophic things in the future that may or may not happen. Getting the policy together was easy and we'll see whether the issues that ultimately happen will be covered. But I hope the big stuff will be.

The rep explained everything thoroughly and told me I'd be getting my contract package through the mail, I can do a thorough review, or I could get it online. I chose to get it by mail. I had a 2022 Corvette covered and the experience with signing up was great. There were no gaps left and no questions unanswered.

I had another car with Endurance and I liked their service. My new car came without any warranty, so I got one. This is my third year with them and although Endurance doesn’t do oil change, they cover everything with the car. I have bumper to bumper coverage, and I would only pay for two years and get a year free. I placed a claim for my previous car and it was easy because the Ford dealership called Endurance. I needed a new engine and they covered everything. I like the customer service. When you call, you get somebody to talk with, not a computer. The guys are nice, polite and understanding.

I called Endurance and the gentleman told me about what they had and went through most of everything and all the different things that was involved with it. I told him I could only pay x amount of dollars and after we went through everything, I asked how much my monthly would be. It came to about how much I planned to spend, which was why I took it. He had a good attitude and was very good. Endurance seemed to be fair and didn’t seem like a gimmick.

I went with an upper-end warranty that covers everything that can be covered on an extended warranty, including electronics. Endurance added on some things to match what the dealer was trying to do. Looking over their stuff online and what they sent me, it's covered as it can be. Endurance is the top rated in the country according to everything that I've seen, and their pricing was better than the dealership. They ended up cutting two and a half years off the financing of the car, and I can easily make the monthly payment on it and I have it done. I'll have five years warranty paid off in less than a year.
I called Endurance and spoke to somebody there. When I was checking on it, they called and I wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet. I told him to give me till the next afternoon so I had time to run numbers, and he did. When he called me back, we went ahead and got it going. Signing up was simple. The first person I talked to had everything that they needed, but then he passed me over to the person that could actually push the button to sign me up. He had asked a bunch of the same questions again, but the whole thing still only took a few minutes.
This is the first time I've ever bought an extended warranty on a car. If people I know are looking for one, from everything that I've seen thus far, reviews, testimonials, et cetera, and based on the cost and my experience, Endurance is who I would tell them that I would recommend going with. Their price is keeping with everybody else's prices and everything was covered. I'm more than happy.

I would recommend Endurance Warranty. Signing up was easy, and the affordability is not as bad as I thought it would be. I called because I was curious about what the prices would be. I ended up getting a policy for a 2016 Dodge Challenger. I was interested in the highest coverage I could get, but I wasn't sure based on the age of the vehicle. I was able to get the supreme coverage because mine was low miles.

The person that I've communicated with was very knowledgeable. I had had a previous experience with Endurance about three months ago with a lady. She did not answer any of my questions and I decided I wasn't gonna do business with them. I have a $100,000 vehicle, and I wanted make sure it was covered. We had everything break already. Endurance was a pain in the butt the last time we tried to use them. They fix stuff, but it took them a month and a half to get everything okay. Also, they didn't say my policy was the best, worst, or middle plan. Other than that, it was easy to sign up. It's 50 bucks more expensive than the last one we had, but Endurance said the last year and a half or something is free, so that equals out.
