In the commercials, these people say, “I had a $14,000 engine replacement and it didn't cost me anything.” But it's my understanding that every time you submit a claim, there is a $100 deductible, so it's not like it does not cost you anything. And you pay your monthly fee to be in the program. It's a bit misleading. However, Endurance Warranty's program came up well when I looked at a number of the other people in their situation, and I said, “Okay. I'll go with them.”

I like the monthly ability to pay Endurance versus coming up with $6,000 at once. And I can renew the policy instead of having it expire when I need it most. Ken was our rep during the sign-up and he did an amazing job of explaining to us what we needed and how it could go about. So I was very happy with his service and would highly recommend him to anybody that is looking for a car warranty.
But when I had a claim, it was time-consuming and tedious. When people are out of a car, even if they have a rental, it's frustrating. Endurance dragged their feet getting back to the dealership to approve the repairs, so our car was down for about two weeks and it wasn't because of the dealership. It was because Endurance took so long getting the thing done. I'd like to see at least a 48-hour turnaround back to the dealership. Or better yet, an easier way for the dealership to contact them, because the dealership complained that that was one of the holdups that took so long as it was extremely hard to get ahold of a underwriter or service manager to approve the repairs. I shouldn't have to wait that long to get approval on something that was covered. But as far as the coverage goes, it was great and Endurance did everything you promised.

Endurance was cheaper and covered more products than others for replacement. I can pay by the month instead of coming up with a full amount all at once. The rep who signed me up was good and didn’t pressure me. I got the bumper-to-bumper coverage and it was very easy to do.

I applied with Endurance Warranty online and the process was easy. I didn't even talk to anybody. I've only driven 4000 miles this year, so I haven't had any reason to use the policy yet. But so far, I would recommend them.

The rep from Endurance explained what was covered and how much it was gonna cost. Then, I got a quote. My car was a salvage, so it was a little bit more, but I accepted that. I signed up over the phone so it was easy. I used the warranty right away. It was kind of hard trying to find somebody who took Endurance, but I went to AutoZone and asked them if they knew who I could go to. They gave me a repair shop and I went there. I paid some of the co-pay, but Endurance should have paid more. My bill was $2,000 and they paid 1,400.

I found Endurance on the internet. They offered what I wanted, and bought it. The rep was talented, knowledgeable and honest. I felt comfortable with him. So, I went ahead with it. However, I don't have a clue what I have for policy. They didn't print it. Other than that, everything was hunky-dory with my claim. I couldn't believe it. My dealer that I had the work did the claim. It was a Ford garage. They promoted Endurance there, too. The rep took great care of it and turned the claim in.
I was impressed in what they warrantied, which I thought was a questionable item. I knew it would be an issue because I have a Ford Transit van with the 10-speed, which I have horrific problems in the transmission. I've been into the dealer a year before. They had mentioned to me that it seemed the transmission was going. I drove it for another year and 40,000 miles. It never quit, but it got funky. I had to buy the $9,000 transmission out of my pocket. Endurance paid for the cooler which was a part of the transmission. They paid it in quick fashion, and I paid my $100 deductible.

We like that Endurance covers pretty much everything. We were approved for four years or 219,000 miles, and it will start after 30 days or 1,000 miles. Our payment plan is good and easy. I also have a friend who got Endurance because I recommended it to her. I told her it was affordable and if anything goes wrong, she can take her car to any service dealer and they'll handle it from there.

I have had 2 claims for my 2019 GMC Sierra. I went through my local GMC dealer and Endurance covered my repairs with no issues. I have had other extended warranties and Endurance has been the best. I have recommended Endurance to family members and coworkers.

This claim arose as an emergency that occurred when our daughter was en route to the airport to pick us up after our vacation. She had our vehicle towed to the dealer for repair. Fortunately, the repair was covered by our Endurance policy and was expedited in only two days. I was thrilled I had purchased this extended warranty policy for my vehicle. This company's policy covers much more than other companies. I highly recommend purchasing their coverage for your vehicle.

I took vehicle to Tim Lally due to code reading VVT solenoid failure. They changed 3 of 4 solenoids which requires the top of engine being removed. I paid $100 deductible which was great. Then the next day code appeared again for that FOURTH solenoid, which I feel should have been changed with the others. So not only was your company charged, in effect, twice for a job that could have been taken care of while engine was parked, but I had to pay another $100. I called you and was told I couldn’t avoid another deductible. Even so, I’m not upset about the reasonable deductible amount…just should not have had to pay it twice for basically the same issue, thank you. All that said, I am VERY pleased with Endurance.

I'm a Endurance Warranty Customer and I can tell you they're a rip off, you have to provide proof that you have maintained your vehicle in a periodic maintenance schedule, which means oil changes every 3000 miles. Don't waste your money, Lmao you're going to pay either way at least more than half of what they're going to pay out. I paid approximately $7000.00 and they maybe paid $1400.00 to repair my Air Conditioning.

I bought an Endurance extended warranty for my Escalade, and I’m really glad I did. About a year in, I ran into a lifter issue — pretty common with GM vehicles — and when I took it to the shop, it turned out to be a pretty major engine repair. I reached out to Endurance, and they stepped in right away to help. The repair involved replacing the lifters, valves, and camshaft, after proving the teardown report which totaled around $9,500. Endurance covered about $7,000 of that! All I had to provide were my oil change receipts — thankfully, I’ve always kept up with oil changes every 5,000 miles. Huge thanks to Endurance for approving the claim and saving me from a massive bill. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for solid extended warranty coverage and peace of mind.

I've got a vehicle that's been out of warranty for a couple of years and I plan to keep it for a while. Based on reviews, Endurance was one of the better insurance companies. Also, based on my interviews with people I have my service with, both of them said that they've had good experience with Endurance paying the bills.
The Endurance fellow that I talked to was also not pushy. He was able to answer all the questions. He covered a lot of the things that were of interest to me. So, it was at that point that I decided I’d give Endurance a try. I also talked to one of their reps cause I had some questions and a couple other things of interest I wanted to know about. She was pleasant and she answered my questions. She was a little bit high-pressure sales ‘cause she certainly didn't want me to cancel at that point. I understand that. But I don't think she was out of line with it. She did okay. At any rate, I didn't cancel that day.

Simply put, Endurance is a SCAM - Stay Away!!! Denied my claim on a loop hole. Horrible customer service and very rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are by far the worst company I have ever encountered... If I could leave a lower star rating I would.

When I bought my car, the mechanic who installed the new motor mentioned Endurance. He swears by them. I got the Secure Plus policy, and the rep that I talked to was very helpful. He explained everything down to the T. He answered all my questions. I had a few, but he seemed to iron it out. He did his job. I put my cousin right on Endurance the same day. She owns a Mercedes as well. I told her the deal that the rep gave me. She called right away directly and got signed up too.

My car was out of warranty, and I decided to go with Endurance since they've been around for a long time. It's a little bit higher than some of the other places, but it all balances out in the long run. I’m not good with computers but I’ve signed the papers and everything I was supposed to sign. I was happy with the sign-up process. The reps explained what I would get and how much I had to pay out. I needed to give them a call or go to one of their repair shops. So, it was alright.

Endurance Warranty's rep did a very good job. I was pleased with the assistance I got and how quickly everything went into place. It worked very smoothly. He was honest with me. The pricing is set up where I can pay it by the month, which is better than having to pay a big lump sum. I'm happy with what I'm paying a month because it's a security for me.
I wanted to know what their best warranty was because I wanted to make sure everything was covered on my truck. I asked the rep a couple of questions and he answered them. I got the top plan. I felt comfortable taking it because he explained it well to me and it was what I needed or wanted. He explained the service rates where some warranties will only cover a certain amount. But with Endurance, if the hourly labor rate is $200 an hour, they pay that. That makes a big difference today with the increase of everything. Another thing he said that made me feel good about it is they would recommend GM parts on my truck. They wouldn't expect me to put secondhand parts on it.

An auto warranty was cheaper than financing a vehicle through the dealership, and I wanted to be able to cancel it if I didn't want it anymore. Signing up with Endurance was like talking to a friend. The lady that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. So, it was a good experience. The customer service was great. The only issue I had was that the payment came out of my checking account under a third-party name I didn’t recognize. I’m assuming it was Endurance, but the name was different, which was confusing. It would help if they explained upfront that the payment may show up under a different company name, so you don’t panic and think there’s unauthorized activity on your account. And then call the bank and cancel the payment because you don't recognize it.

I was with CarShield which was a lot cheaper, but my car dealer doesn't take them. When I bought my car, Endurance came with it. Their customer service is very good. They are very cooperative and easy to talk to.

Endurance seemed to be better than the other companies. Their representatives seemed to be honest and very knowledgeable. So, it seemed to be a good fit. Endurance helped me out last year when my car broke down. I did have that roadside assistance. When I was signing up with them, I was talking to this guy who let me know everything that I would be getting. He discussed everything that the policy is gonna cover to help me out and let me know what was going on. He did a good job.
My car just broke down on me yesterday. I had to take it in this morning. It told me that I need to turn off my engine, which I couldn't do because I was in traffic. So, I called Endurance. Now, the icons ain't even coming on, but I took it over to the dealership and told them they needed to look at it. I can't be driving it if it's gonna be doing this. I'm glad that I did get the extended service with Endurance because so far, they have provided everything that I've needed. They have been really good to me.

My mom has Endurance on one of her cars. During her setup process, they were very thorough and knew what they were doing. When my mom had to file a claim, it was super easy. It's her Sunday fun day car that's warrantied under Endurance. It's a manual, and the slave cylinder and the clutch went bad on it. Endurance replaced both of them. We had it towed to the auto repair shop place, and they handled it from there. Endurance was very communicative as well. Everyone on the phone is super friendly.
When my warranty went up, I was on the fence. I was wondering if I should I buy a new car or just put an extended warranty on it. It was $150 a month for a warranty versus $400 to $500 a month paying for a new car. It was more practical to get a warranty and when I talked to Endurance on the phone, they were professional. Their pricing is really good comparatively as well. I like that it's made monthly and not some huge lump sum upfront that you'll never know if you'll see that money again.
The only thing that was weird is the fact that if the car's VIN number has been checked more than once, for some reason, it affects the price. The rate that the rep quoted was for that call, and if I was to call back again, it would be possibly higher, which that wasn't my favorite thing. I had to make a decision right then. But on the flip side, if you change your mind, they offer a refund.

I saw an ad on television about Endurance Warranty a long time ago. It was significantly more expensive than CarShield. I got less coverage based on the amount of time that I'll be covered. CarShield doesn't put a time limit on it. Other than that, Endurance's rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough.

I bought a new used car that had low mileage, and the manufacturer warranty on it has already expired. I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had about 70,000 miles on it and trying out Endurance was not a bad idea. We negotiated and haggled a little bit when I signed up but it was a pleasant experience. I haven't had to use the warranty yet but I'm glad that there's somebody out there I can talk to should I have the need.

I've been seeing Endurance Warranty on TV 10 times a day. I had decided before I wanted Endurance. I was gonna get CarShield at first, but I decided to go with Endurance. Signing up with them was great. The gentleman was very nice. He said I would get some information through the mail to put in my car window, but I haven't received anything. I hope this isn't a gimmick. That is what I thought about when I got ready to get some work on my car.

My van is getting up in age a little bit. Parts are wearing, and I wanted to make sure it was repairable. Endurance was most advertised and I signed up with them. They said a lot of good things about the parts and guaranteed if my van was to quit, they would fix it. The rep shared the areas that were covered with the policy, how long I would have to pay and how long the policy would last for me. I was looking for an extended warranty. I saw Endurance Warranty online, on social media, and I've also seen the commercials on TV. I was to go with CarShield because I'm not a big fan of Ludacris who Endurance had advertising for them. I'm not a fan of anybody in rap. I don't particularly care for some people. But I didn't let him have any effect on my decision for selecting Endurance. I went online and did a comparison between Endurance and CarShield. Endurance scored number one as far as top warranties on the internet. I've talked to a very pleasant young man. I liked his ability to answer all of my questions. He gave me access to different packages, and I told him what I was looking for. I'm a senior citizen and I ask a lot of questions. He was very patient with me. I downloaded my insurance policy and I have checked it out.

It's very expensive to get maintenance done on vehicles nowadays. Just having the warning light on costs a lot of money. I wanted to have an extended warranty because of the cost of repairs so I called Endurance and talked to someone. We had quite a long talk about it, and I got interested. He was very informative. I could ask him questions, and he had no problems giving me information so that when we were done, I was satisfied. However, it's very hard making payments because I got laid off. I talked to a person at Endurance and explained my situation. He said that I can be covered through December 8th. It was easy getting ahold of Endurance or talking to anyone there to find out information.

This company is completely unreasonable. They ask for unrealistic documentation—like oil change receipts that include your vehicle’s mileage, which no regular merchant provides. Here’s what happened: I took my car in for service, and they requested my last three oil change invoices. I submitted the most recent two, but the oil change from May was done by my son. My contract clearly states that oil changes can be performed by anyone, not just a professional shop.
Despite that, they insisted I provide proof that I actually purchased the oil for that service. I contacted AutoZone corporate and obtained a transaction history showing the purchase. I submitted it, and now they’re refusing to accept it because the receipt doesn’t show mileage or vehicle information. Tell me—when has any store ever printed your car’s mileage on an oil purchase receipt? Their requirements are unrealistic, and they use them to avoid honoring valid claims. I have two vehicles covered under this extended warranty, and I will be canceling both immediately. Please look elsewhere for coverage; this company is complete bullshit.

I've been with Endurance Warranty for a couple of weeks. I bought a vehicle that had 100,000 miles on it. Endurance is supposed to be better for high-mileage cars. Signing up with them was very easy. The rep was top-notch. Also, the price seems reasonable. I got the contract. Edurance said it comes from WALCO. I was very satisfied. I recommended Endurance to a friend of mine.

Horrible customer service.. My husband was so aggravated and upset about his experience. I had to get on the phone and was given a false name of a cs rep.. ugh! Had to be transferred several times. Took 3 hours, finally got someone after threatening to sue. Endurance paid only 20%.. False claims about them covering everything.. False advertising!!

Everything's been fine with Endurance. Their quote was a lot higher than what I got from another company, but the benefits were broader. It's like a bumper-to-bumper warranty, so I went with that. I was also told that most of the GM dealers like Endurance. That made me decide to go with them, too.

Hello my name is Stephanie **, I recently signed up for coverage. I tried and tried to reach out to Endurance to cancel be fire the 30 days. I couldn't reach anyone so I sent a email. Then upon reaching someone, I was told I had to send a notarized letter to cancel. Ok mind you, time is running out. They told me the notarization would be waived. Being I wasn't told I had to do this prior getting the coverage. I asked the representative would this stop my refund, she said no. The letter was sent back on the 6th of November. They say they didn't receive it until the 10th of November,mind you time has ran out from all this confusion. Now they are telling me 6 to 8 weeks for refund. This is bull crap. A email does not lie. I will take this up with higher authority. Very disappointed 😞

Every time trying to get Endurance to pay for repairs there was always a problem. Take for instance a oil change. Endurance didn’t cover it as promised because the receipt was handwritten and not computer generated. $50 caused me to cancel other repairs I had to pay out of pocket. I paid $1500 put of pocket. Endurance is all about making money not customer service.

I noticed in other reviews that they covered steering. However when we called in they denied our claim. They said due to a leak from the sealant for the steering it was a fluid issue and they don’t cover fluids. When we called in to find out what Endurance covered. We were told by the rep (which I will not name) said to us ( my wife and I) it will cover everything! Well to me that is deceitful blatant LIE! I would never recommend Endurance to my friends or even enemies!

About two months ago, I covered both of my automobiles. A 2020 terrain and a 2014 GMC Sierra. The sales person is very nice, very informative. I asked her questions about Boat automobiles. The motor on boat automobiles are supposed to be covered with all parts except normal maintenance. That is understandable. Right after I made the time limit and mileage my belt drive tensioner went out, called them up got a shop to bring it to and was notified the next day that they would not cover it. Said that part does not cover it since I haven’t an old truck.
I thought getting insurance was to help find an old truck. But they denied without the Drive bell tensioner, the engine will not run so that tells me it is a part of the engine that should be covered. I guess I should’ve got a lawyer to read their mass coverage policies instead of just believing their sales person. They may be the best but the best that sticking it to people. I am very disappointed and will be looking for other options.

Rip off. Bought the secure plus plan. Experience vehicle problems. The part was covered under my contract and it was a run around and until they deny the claim but still collected payment while my vehicle was in shop only to deny the contract they gave. It is rip off when you're supposed to be protected. No one should every use this service.

We gave Endurance the mileage on our car. Drove it one year no problems. Second year put a claim in for a stupid alternator and they turned it down. They said when we gave them the mileage that it was off a few hundred miles. Mind you we gave photos also after a year and 10000 miles more before we even put a claim in. They said that they had a document stating we falsely gave them the wrong mileage. We asked to see. They said it was not legal to give us a copy. That was the biggest fraud I have seen and they got by with it.

Bad experience! They only covered a small portion of my only claim, because the part reimbursement was lower than mechanic cost and not comparable labor rates. CXLD after selling with 25000 miles left on the contract. Took them over 2 months and many phone calls to tell me NO refund based upon some internal formula of usage. I also always mailed in payments, if crossed in the mail they would call and demanded immediate payment by cc. Could go on.....

Endurance is NOT a warranty company you can rely on. I bought a policy on Oct 4, 2025. Before that, my car only had a starter repair on Sept 24 — nothing related to transmission, clearly stated on my invoice. When my transmission failed later, Lexus dealership confirmed the issue. Endurance initially told me it was covered. After I submitted all proof, they denied my claim, accusing me of a pre-existing condition with NO evidence at all. They take your money, promise coverage, then reject you when it’s time to pay. This is not a warranty — it’s a trap. If you want real coverage, look elsewhere. I would NOT recommend Endurance to anyone.

Endurance did not approve the replacement of my oil sensor citing the purchase of new tires voided the warranty. The variance of the tire fell within range as stated in their warranty. My Endurance warranty did not expire until 2027. I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket which ran almost $2000. In addition, Endurance also did not send me a prorated refund stating the cost of previous repairs during the warranty period exceeded any refund I may have been eligible to receive. I will be in contact with the AZ Attorney General shortly. Buyer beware.

An online ad popped up about Endurance Warranty. The rep told me they cover the towing. When she told me that, I was, "This has gotta be the perfect fit for me." I liked her. Her experience and the fact that she went through what I did, and she went from being a customer to employee, convinced me that if it's that great for her, it's gotta be good. She said after I paid my first payment, I'm supposed to get a card in the mail for verification when I go to a dealership. I didn't receive that.

Let me start with: when I purchased the contract from James ** I was told that the contract will cover the engine, transmission, air conditioner etc. I was relieved to have something, in case my vehicle had a breakdown. He told me that a contract would be mailed to me. I left it at that. My initial payment was for $171.00. I paid. Payments were going to be $148.97 a month for 30 months for a total of $4469.03. That still wasn't bad. I made my payments monthly. Yet I never received a copy of the contract. I thought all was good! Until my vehicle a Cadillac SRX 2014 started hesitating from a dead stop and would clunk. It didn't do this all the time, so I knew I needed to get it looked at. In the meantime, I was especially stress free knowing I was covered. Little did I know that a storm was brewing.
A week goes by and my A/C stopped blowing cold air. And in Texas, the heat is almost unbearable. So I ended up taking my car to a shop, after notifying Endurance I was taking it in for my air conditioner. They gave me the procedure to have the shop call for authorization before any work is done. I complied. When the shop tried to run the diagnostics, they couldn't because my battery wasn't putting out enough cranking amps. The battery wasn't covered $400. When removing the battery the shop noted that I have an oil leak that is pretty significant. They contacted Endurance, that wasn't covered. When they could run the diagnostics they found several other things NOT covered. Including the A/C. It was the blend doors. Again, NOT covered. The shop asked me "what do they cover"? I provided them with a copy of the 15 page service contract. They apparently called Endurance to try and get some of the things covered. NOT covered.
The warranty for the cars air conditioning had compressor and evaporator coverage. But of course not my problem. If it wasn't for the fact Endurance denied the A/C, Endurance would have authorized the A/C first, and found out later from Endurance, that whatever the auto repair shop submitted for the transmission they would NOT cover anything over $1800. My contract says the yearly limit is $2500. When the shop finally looked into the transmission, they dropped the pan and saw metal shavings and chunks of metal in the pan. They called Endurance and were told that they would have to send an inspector out to verify the shops findings.
Days later after the inspector came and looked at the car, my shop called Endurance only to be told yes it was the transmission but when the shop submitted the invoice to Endurance for the parts and labor, Endurance notified us that they would only cover what the car was worth according to JD Powers. They said they would only pay $1800 for my car to get fixed. NOT covered again. I finally called Endurance and tried to negotiate something, because the shop had already done all this work with diagnostics, removing parts, replacing parts etc. and they need compensation for their hard work. I assumed Endurance would cover the transmission. NOT COVERED.
I finally spoke with a supervisor, who listened and told me, the policies fine print says "if the cost of repairs is more than the value of the vehicle" they would only cover $1800, what they deem is it's value. So they are telling me that my Cadillac wasn't worth the time or money to fix. They never mentioned this when I was purchasing this policy. They just told me all the benefits I could get, for example car rental, towing, key fob replacement. tire repair NOT, all the things I don't need. Then, they would only cover car rental if the car was in the shop for repairs. No, I would have to pay out of pocket first and they would only cover $150. My car was in the shop for a month. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. All they want is to get you to make those monthly payments and hope you forget and don't file any authorizations. Never, was I told the car would only be covered to their JD Powers value. This is disgusting.
They never said I would have a limit on anything. They are very deceptive, crooked, money stealing, and have false advertising. They lure you in so they can get you to sign up only to tell you you're NOT covered. I ended up having to pay not only for the transmission, but the labor as well. How much do you think a transmission costs for a 2014 Cadillac? Total cost was $2835.28 for a transmission and labor. They covered only $1800, so I ended up paying a $1235.28. Where are cameras rolling when you need them, Danica Patrick? "Oh Endurance saved me $5000 on my transmission." Endurance in my opinion is the worst......they lure people in by sending bogus letters about their extended warranty and telling innocent citizens they have tried to contact them regarding their warranty, which is false advertising. And of course, senior citizens are the most gullible and trusting people.
Endurance is like a vulture in a tree, waiting for another individual to call in so they can promise they cover all the important thing like engine, a/c's, transmissions, drive train but they don't! They push their benefits no one will use. I would never recommend endurance to anyone. They don't deliver on anything they say they cover. If you get an email or call - run better yet, don't answer, and for goodness sake don't fall for their bullshit. Because they are not worth the money. So don't even try any policies they have to offer---I'm thinking of a class action suit against them.
Also, never once have they reached out to me to try and rectify or satisfy or give me comfort. They deserve every bad review they get ten fold. They have their social media accts, and all their website blocked so no one can leave derogatory or 1 star reviews. Their advertisements to make the hamburger look bigger and juicier in pictures is fraudulent. Endurance needs to protect the people that have the contracts, after all they do pay your salary! Never have I ever run into a situation like this. I expect it from the Chinese and Facebook. Not from Endurance. I only wish I had gotten a copy of all the denials Endurance wouldn't cover. You would think they might cover something? Of course, I can't upload my receipt for my car, because of the way I saved it. Damned computers. But believe you me, this truly happened. Endurance warranty company is one of most horrible company. The customer service is horrible, and they treated me like a piece of 💩💩💩💩... my vehicle was suppose to be covered for break downs. They lied and told me that I drove my vehicle knowing it had damages. They refused to fix my vehicle and was very nasty telling me that. Also blamed me for it as well!!! I would advise anyone not to deal with this company.

The guy I talked to from Endurance was really knowledgeable on what the policy covered and what was not covered, and I was happy with the results. The thing that really sold me on the deal was the deductible. They also had a good insurance policy. They covered 90% of everything on my car and it was only a $100 deductible.

I've been hearing about Endurance for over 15 years but I got to wait and see. I compared it with others and I decided to go with them for their rating. Endurance Warranty's rep did very well. He was very professional and knew everything that I needed to know. He knew the product. He told me all that was included in it, which includes some roadside assistance. He also told me I had to wait 30 days before the policy could be used. After that, we didn't have any issues. He just said it was approved.

I don't trust cars after their warranty ends. I know from experience that they tend to break down after, so I wanted to make sure I had an extended warranty. I looked at five companies and went with Endurance due to the overall reviews on the net and the person on the phone that I talked to in Endurance. He was very informative, patient, knowledgeable about what he was talking about, and weighed the pros and the cons.
My signup experience was good, and the program began 30 days after I signed up. It's for another 60,000 miles or four years, and I got one year of the Elite club as well as all of those perks that came with it. There are a bunch of different things, including roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement, etc. All in all, signup was easy and I had, so far, good customer service.

I looked up the best-rated warranty companies out there, and Endurance came up as number one with all my research. So, I went with them. I dealt with a great gentleman. He wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was rushed. He explained the deductible, what was covered, the mileage, and when it would be up. I was told that the coverage includes a rental car, towing and roadside assistance. Also, they waived their application fee, which was really nice. It ended up costing $119 to sign up. You have to wait 30 days before you can put any claims in if anything happens, but what I understand is that the coverage started. It is impressive that they could fix a couple of problems for the same deductible amount, which is $100. Another thing, too, is my mechanic works with them. I wanted to make sure he was in network.

I purchased a 2022 vehicle for myself, which has about 3,000 miles left on its three-year, 36,000 mile warranty. I'm a disabled veteran, and I figured it was a good idea to sign up in case I have problems. There were two companies that were advertising heavy, and one was Endurance. They seemed to give me the better price and the better choices. They were also the easiest to deal with. I signed up online and that was an easy process as well.

Endurance Warranty's rep was wonderful. We're both military, so we talked about our military days. We connected that way. I felt very relaxed talking to her. I liked their price and coverage. The rep said it's 128 a month. She moved me up a tier and added towing. There were a couple of little things that were in there for a year. That was a plus. She didn't have to do that, but that was nice of her.

Based upon the three composites I did for three different vehicle warranty programs, Endurance seemed to be the best one. They gave me a $100 deductible. With one competitor, if I had $1000 that they had to repair in my car for the first year, I would have to pay 300, and they would pay 700. With the other competitor, their deductible went up to $250 because the labor costs were going so high. So, I told them, "Forget it."
I went with Endurance and it was easy to sign up. However, I was bothered that the policy wasn't going to be a two-year pay in month-by-month. It was going to be 30 months. Another thing, too, was I had to be with them a month, which I think I am not quite with them yet, and that I had to put 1000 miles on my car before I was a full-fledged member and put a claim in. In two or three months, I'm sure I can get the 1000 miles on my car. All in all, I was very satisfied with Endurance. The customer service was very good and the coverage is better than satisfactory. I would tell anybody that they should at least look at the competition and decide for themselves which one suits them the best.

I have a coworker who got Endurance, and I asked, “Are they legit?” She said, “Yeah,” I said, “Okay. Cool.” Because I didn't wanna get scammed. There are lots of folks out there saying they’re somebody but they're not. I signed up with Endurance online. I got a call shortly afterwards. I was on the interstate when they called me. I did it on a Saturday, and Monday I got a phone call. It worked out good.

The signup Endurance was easy. I called in and talked to a lady who was quite helpful. She was good. She offered me a bit of something, and I got a military discount too. The lady sent me the paperwork and I never dug into it, but everything was good. The fee could be better though.

The vehicle has 80,000+ on it. It's in good shape. I bought it brand new in ’11. But if something happened, I got the coverage, and that's a peace of mind. My son had looked up Endurance Warranty and said that he thought it was a reliable company. He told me to give it a shot and see. It was a simplistic signup process. I spoke with them, filled out one of their forms, and I was on my road. I got all the information and as soon as I signed up, I had the policy number on my Internet within 15 minutes. There was no hassle. Also, their price was good for the coverage.

I got a pamphlet in the mail about Endurance and then, I asked other people about it and they all said it was good. I called Endurance and got the full-service warranty. Signing up was easy and I don’t mind paying $157 a month for it. I haven’t received anything though since I signed up and I was wondering if I was gonna get a booklet.

The signup part wasn't complicated. However, it wasn't informative enough for me. Endurance Warranty didn't run down what parts of the car were covered or not. I went along with it because they said a first-time caller gets a discount, and that made my payment 129.03. The reps told me what they had to offer and that the offer they made was a first-time caller, which would be more if I didn't take advantage of what they presented on that day. I assumed that everything would be covered in the plan.
Another warranty company had been calling because I called them first and they took the payment all the way down to $49 or $59 a month. They had the same coverages with Endurance. But every time this other company made an offer and I didn't agree to it, they lowered the price even more, which told me that they were overcharging. I didn't get that sense from Endurance's rep. Endurance probably overcharged me as well, but they didn't go to the reduction mode when I didn't sign up right away. I asked them the best that they could do. The young lady said it would be 129.03. Maybe I should have pressed a bit harder and said I'll go back with CarShield because they had reduced the price so much for me. However, I'm thinking about canceling because I've talked to a few people and most of them are dissatisfied with the program.

Endurance Warranty is easy to deal with. The rep was very knowledgeable. I liked the coverage and terms I could get. And they were willing to work on the price and payment options. It was a less expensive option than going through the dealer for an extended warranty. I haven't had a claim yet. We'll see how it goes.

We can’t afford a new car, and this one doesn’t have a warranty. Being in our 80s and on a fixed income, we needed some protection in case something went wrong. The make, model, and engine size of my recently purchased used vehicle led me to consider getting an auto warranty. Endurance didn't have any problems considering my vehicle, and I liked the payment and coverage they offered. The other companies I looked into were not flexible. When I signed up with Endurance I chatted with a young lady for almost 45 minutes, going over six different possibilities and options. Endurance seemed to have an idea of exactly what I needed and what I could use, and presented them to me. It didn't sound like she was working from a script. She sounded just in real time ad it gave me the confidence that what I was getting from them was not a bad deal.
Everything was great and handled well. She even was able to tell me what was the most common issues that Endurance had claims for on my vehicle. I was worried about the engine blowing up because it's got the big 7.3, and I know Ford has terrific horror stories when they first came out 2019. But she said they had hardly any claims on the motor, so that was reassuring. For the price, the warranty is worth having just in case I'm the exception if the motor does go. But if it doesn't go, at least I’ve got that assurance that it's covered by Endurance. At this point, I have full confidence in the Endurance coverage, though I hope I never have to use it.
The other part that was great was when the rep explained that you had the option of having only 26 to 28 payments. The policy would be paid off, but you'd still be covered for 48 months. So that was a great option, too. Instead of paying a monthly payment throughout the entire term of the policy, they set it up so that you could pay it off in the 26 to 28 months.

I own a 2006 Infiniti G-35 Sport Coupe with a man. trans. I've owned it since new and has 123000 mi. which comes to under 6500 miles a YEAR. I've always changed the oil every 1500mi. My coverage at $237.00 a mo. Did'nt even cover a pwr wind. mtr. Needed a Alternator and only cover w/ junk parts. For a $7,800.00 plan & doesn't cover the basics. STAY AWAY, GO ELSEWHERE. I'M BEING DEAD HONEST. You have to BEG for a Booklet with info. contract # etc.

I was driving my 2017 Honda HRV when several warning indicators came on simultaneously. I took it directly to my dealer, who diagnosed it as a weak battery. They replaced it under the battery warranty, which cleared the problem, but, about a week later, the same problem recurred. I returned it to the dealer for additional diagnostics, which led to replacing the VSA modulator and a brake flush. Endurance paid $2245 for parts and labor. Easy claim process through the dealer. I strongly recommend Endurance.

They seem to have the best price and the best coverage, and it seems like they give you bigger bang for your buck. The signup was good. The guy was great. I put in a request for information online. A rep from Endurance called me and sold me a policy. He said I didn't need a commercial policy because I told him that the policy will be for my work truck. I am a sole proprietor, and I use this truck for work. He told me if it was registered to me then I wouldn't need a commercial policy. After I signed up, I did some research and I thought about it. I don't wanna have a claim get denied in the future because I have a business name on the side of my truck. So, I called back to talk to somebody. I was connected with a manager. She told me that I did indeed need a commercial policy. She helped me cancel the original policy that I had and get a commercial policy. She was very helpful. I can't say enough good things about her. I was happy with the overall experience.

I just got Endurance Warranty so I don't know exactly how things will pan out. But if I take my car to the dealership that I used to go to, and we had a problem, I'm gonna have a problem. I told Endurance's rep that everything's a hustle, and she tried to explain that it's not. “We're a certified LLC. We're not a third party.” That's fine, but it still is, and it's a hustle that I decided to take part in because I need it. I pay for it yet I might not use it. However, she explained that I will pay roughly $4000 and the coverages are up to $10,000. Once I exceed the $10,000, I have to renew the policy. That's not bad because she said it was a $10,000 or the actual amount of years that the car is covered. But she said there's no lapse. Once I use the 10,000, if I have to use it for that, anything pertaining to the car that's covered, I have to renew that policy again. I said, ‘I don’t know.”
She was cordial and tried to make it feel like we knew each other, but that's a sales person trying to get a sale. I'm not one to get sold. It's whether or not I want it. If I don't want it, there isn't anything you can say. I got it because I wanna have some coverages on my car where I don't have to come out of pocket. So, if it's $3,000, all I pay is $100. That is if I need it. If I don't need it, it was not money wasted. I was covered.

If you want to go out and buy a car that doesn't have a warranty on it, as long as your engine light is not on and your mileage is low on it, Endurance is the place to go for an extended warranty. I saw them being advertised on Facebook and TV. A friend also told me about them. When I called them, they went over everything with me, which drew my interest. The rep who signed me up was very nice and I didn't experience people just trying to rush through things and have you buy something without clarifying what they're selling. I went through that with timeshare and I had a bad experience. I am impressed with what my Endurance policy covers and the cost of it. It's very expensive to work on vehicles and with this package, it could be a big help if you happen to have some problems with your vehicle.
So far, things worked the way they were explained to me, and I got a great package. Endurance has the roadside assistance to help you if you have a flat tire. They would also pay up to $150 for a tire. If you had a windshield broken or damaged, they'd replace it. And you can bring your car to whatever shop you decide to send it to, as long as it's a certified mechanic. They're going to send me a package showing what the contract covers and what it doesn't cover within the next 24 to 48 hours. Other than that, I have to pay for my warranty for three years and on the last two months, I don't have to pay anything towards it. Aside from the monthly payments, I have a $100 deductible.

When I took my Yukon XL to the repair shop, I was advised that I needed to replace my transmission. I informed the mechanic that I had coverage under Endurance and they responded that they were a good company for coverage. This has been the most disappointing customer service experience I have ever encountered. When purchasing the warranty, the staff seemed very helpful and polite. However, as soon as assistance is required, their attitude completely changes. The account manager, Roberto **, has been particularly unhelpful, displaying rudeness and refusing to properly listen to concerns. I will ensure to inform others about my negative experience and strongly recommend exploring other companies that provide better service.

They suck. I got a policy on 30 Oct 2025, canceled on 31 Oct 2025, and they will not refund my 29.00 because it's non refundable! One day activation and they keep my money. I will not recommend to anybody.

I renewed my contract with Endurance on my 2011 F250 6,7 diesel with both the diesel, 4x4, and turbo surcharges. All Enduance contracts, including renewals have a 30 day or 1000 mile grace period. My contract date is June 21, 2024 - my claim was September 16, 2025 - 15 months and 20,537 miles into the contract. I maintain my vehicle to the highest degree by using FORD service and OEM parts exclusively for my services and repairs. My partner is a mechanic and I was in the Army for 30 years and conduct all preventative maintenance on wearable parts. My Endurance contract requires a Duty to Maintain for which I exceed. Sadly, as any truck owners knows, mechanical breakdowns occur regardless of maintenance - This is EXACTLY why I purchased a contract and believe the Danika promise that they would be there when I needed them.
My engine idle and power dropped in the way home from Kansas City to New York. I take one long trip a year and ALWAYS (verified service records) have oil changes done before and after this trip. My Ford dealer uses the 10W-30 oil as recommended. I do NOT tow except maybe once a year if that and live in Orange County, NY. Upon return home, I immediately took my truck in for services and diagnostics for the terrible idle and loss of power. I have a valve and cylinder failure which is so bad, the lower block and turbo need to be replaced. My Ford service advisor called Endurance for pre-authorization. Endurance had an local adjuster check the vehicle and take pictures. Weeks went by.
The "behind the scenes" adjuster, which I am NOT allowed to speak to DENIED my claim based on a failure to maintain the vehicle. We sent in documentation of ALL services. Endurance then said "not good enough". They require paid receipts...WE sent the paid receipts in. Denied. WE escalated to a "resolution specialist" and was asked for even more service records, including records OUTSIDE the period of the contract (which is illegal) but we sent them in good faith to prove the maintenance history for the vehicle from 2011 to 2025. They focused on a single service record before the period of the contract in 2023 when my partner and I did the oil change. He purchased the Motorcraft filter and Rotella T4 10w-30 oil through his dealership and I recorded the service in my log book as I have for 14 years.
At one point, the Endurance adjuster claimed that FORD had put the wrong oil grade in my truck. They even tried to claim my home required SEVERE driving maintenance which FORD did not maintain. They even tried to argue the service interval was wrong. Endurance claimed my FORD service center (the manufacturer) was wrong and disregarded the FORD owners manual guidance for mileage and use of the on board Oil LIFE MONITORING SYSTEM. We now have an attorney, who reviewed the contract and my service records...We sent a demand letter which was ignored. My attorney had a recorded conversation with the resolution specialist who after reviewing the letter and records stated that he had enough to take the claim to his "team" for approval and would contact us.
Once again, no contact. No communication - just the broken promise and breach of contract. Everything about this company is a fraud. Endurance is a shameful combo of lies and deceit. I have paid all of my contract payments to date...I have maintained my vehicle, and even provided more history than required. Endurance has continuously acted with malicious intent with its tactics of deny, delay, fabricate requests for information. Enduance is scamming and denying my verifiable, truthful contractual claim.

We got Endurance about 2 months ago because my car warranty expired. I took my car to a shop that accepted Endurance. The shop kept my car for about a week and then told me it was ready for pickup. I got there and they told me they had to do a test drive for the warranty to pay. We got back and called the warranty company Endurance to finalize the payment and they just denied everything and I was stuck with a $500 bill. They said that reprogramming was maintenance. So I’m stuck paying for a warranty with no benefits so my advice is avoid this company.

The company has a clause entitled "limited liability". This means they assess the "value" of your automobile and will not pay for repairs beyond the value. Also, if you need a rental, this is included in this amount. The value does not include the condition of your automobile or any additional items on your car. I paid $2000+ to have my automobile repaired; ENDURANCE paid the repair facility $345.

I had a so called bumper to bumper warranty with Endurance and the 1st time I filed a claim it was denied 😡😡😡, To me a bumper to bumper warranty should cover everything, So I highly recommend that you don't waste your time and money on these scammers 😡

The worst experience ever. They do not pay. They lied about the coverage and I paid double for a warranty that was only going to ever pay out less than $1600. Difficult to find anyone who honors warranty. They are scam artists. Do not purchase the warranty.

Not a single star worth giving! After 11 months of payments 3 mechanical issues 2 should have been paid especially one that was engine related. The other motor/sensor in the automatic sliding door. When I first had the engine issue and claim was denied, I was going to cancel, hey Mr. ** convinced me on why I should stay... Today I understand why I will not want to stay, many mechanical shops do not have good things to say about Endurance! I've had to cancel lost my money, Sadly. Do your research. Find a good mechanic and pay for repairs, do not trust Warranty companies!!!

SCAM! They don’t cover most of important repairs, they say all parts like headlights, water pump, thermostat, brake pads are considered maintenance and the owner is responsible to pay for all of those parts, labor and diagnostic. This is not what I was sold …. STAY AWAY or you will be disappointed and ripped off by a Company who sells you one thing and doesn’t commit to repair anything!

Wait times when you call in to file a claim at horrendous! I have waited for over 45 mins to speak to a representative. So I checked to see if the number was right and the person I spoke to, who thought I was calling for something other than a claim, quickly told me I had the wrong number and the only person that can help is a claim's representative so just shut up and wait. I will NEVER use endurance again.

When I sold this policy, I was told I could take it to any authorized mechanic which included auto shops dealers sell on. Well dealers don’t want to deal with this problem Extended warranty companies and then you go to the shop and you’re getting billed extra because they don’t cover that part, they don’t cover electronic parts in the programming to make your vehicle work. As we all know we are learning quickly. Our vehicle is nothing more than a large computer, but they don’t wanna cover that. Do your best to go back to your dealer and purchase a warranty that is related to that manufacturer not an aftermarket one. Learn from others' mistakes not your own. Endurance islie and a scam.

I'm retired and on a fixed income. My car is no longer under warranty. It's a BMW, so repairs are expensive. It’s also a 2018 car and I just wanted to be sure that if anything major happened, I would be covered. The woman I talked to when signing up was very informative. She was very concise with her explanation with not a lot of fluff or pressure. I only paid for the policy for three years but it will cover me for four. If you're concerned about costly repairs in the future, then you should sign up with Endurance.

Bought coverage from endurance warranty for 2 vehicles. When I signed up I told the rep I used my vehicle at times to deliver flowers for my business. After a few months I was checking the contract and he had signed me up for personal and it said it couldn't be used for business. I called back and it was rewritten as commercial. I believe some of what I had paid may have been credited to the new contract. Not sure. I bought this because it was like a savings plan because sooner or later I would need to do repairs and I wouldn't have to pay it all at one time because I had invested in this plan. Well. The transmission went out in one of my vehicles. I always maintain my cars but I could only locate one receipt for transmission work. There may have been another but I couldn't lay my hands on it at the time. They denied my claim.
If you buy your car brand new off the sales floor and have every receipt this may work but if your mechanic doesn't keep up with the car facts or you don't have a copy of every receipt, you will have thrown your money away. I would suggest putting it in a savings acct instead. I bought another vehicle and am going to have to scrap this one. Too bad because the engine is great, tires are great and I have replaced a lot of parts over the last few years. Do not recommend. They kept all my money and I received nothing but a hard time.

I signed up with Endurance not too long ago. I decided that since all the car payments are going up with the tariffs, I need to probably extend some more coverage on my vehicle. I’m also retired and was with another company. I decided that I needed to go and do something different.
With customer service experience, I wasn't on hold long. I spoke to the gentleman who told me about their product. I said I really don't want another bill. He explained some more about their services. I said, “If I come up with it, I'll give you a call," which I did. The first amount they came back with, I said, "No, I can't do that." He said, "Let me look at some more things." He came back with another rate that was better than I could do. I told him, "Don't go back and forth bullying me. He just laughed and said, “I'm not bullying you. I just wanna make sure you know about our product."
Endurance has a better rating than other companies. With other companies, you pay in money but then they don't pay. Endurance’s return rate is better. Nothing beats the factory guarantee, and the price was similar to what I was paying years ago, and it was still just within $5. At least that hadn't gone up. Call Endurance, because you're gonna get better service. I would recommend them.

I just bought my truck and realized the dealership didn’t offer any kind of extended warranty. I was talking to my brother, and he told me that if something were ever to go wrong with it, it could be a hassle to get it fixed and that I should look into getting an extended warranty. He had the same truck with just about the same motor in it and ran into some trouble with it later on down the road.
So, I got on Google and typed in "best extended warranty." Endurance was the first one that popped up, so I called them. I looked up reviews and stuff before I made the payment to start the contract, and everybody said great things. The extended warranty we have on my fiancée’s car is through another company, and they haven’t helped a lot.
The customer service representative was great and very informative. He helped me out and answered any questions I had. He was very clear when he was explaining the ins and outs of it. He wasn’t trying to hide anything from me. I asked a lot of questions about modifications that could void your warranty, like if you wanted to lift your truck or put bigger wheels and tires on it. He was very descriptive and informative with his answers. Endurance is a good company.

I saw Endurance was listed as the number over other companies. When I talked with them, everything just clicked. They covered all my questions about coverage and everything they said, I agreed with. I also thought the price was okay compared to the last one I got for the Maxima which went up about 50%. I liked Endurance’s plan and I thought it’d be the best thing to do.
I signed up online which was quite extensive with around 30 questions so everything was there. It’s for my wife’s car which is fairly new and there’s nothing wrong with it. Sometimes it even overlaps with the warranty. Because when I bought the car, I got something for tires. So now, I have two things for the tires.
Having the extended warranty si for peace of mind cause these cars nowadays, when I put them in the shop, it can be several thousand dollars for almost anything. They keep me from meeting my saving goals. So, I thought it’d be better if we had a program where we didn’t get the big shock here and there. By having something that’s taken out monthly that covers me from these big drains on my savings, it was something that’s worth it for me and my wife.
Endurance did take out the first payment but I’m not sure how to make payments after that. I was waiting to see if I’d get an email from them which I probably will in the future. They didn’t give me an absolute date or send me something to where I could send in a payment in a certain time of the month. But other than that, everything seems ready to go.

I took my 2017 Nissan Murano to the dealer for a noise. It was diagnosed having a bad transfer case. Dealer also discovered it had some minor front end work that was need. Endurance sent out an inspector that reviewed the case. They used every excuse not to pay for the transfer case. Only ended up paying for the front end repair. The vehicle I purchased was used. Was not aware of the issue it had in the past. Completely not satisfied with endurance. They sell you the warranty but when it’s time to pay they won’t.

I wanted to know about the diagnostic check. My other warranty would not pay for diagnostic checks. And then they had to find what was wrong with the car, what part they needed, before they would say whether I was covered or not. I just felt like I was getting jerked around with them. And I had been with them for almost three years. When I came to need them, they weren’t there for me. That’s what really made me mad.
I was impressed with the fact that Endurance pays for diagnostic checks. Any part that goes bad nd needs to be replaced, they replace it. I could take it to where I wanted to get it fixed. Endurance would give me the same thing that I was getting pissed off with the other warranty.
Endurance is the way to go because they cover you from bumper to bumper. They have what I want covering my vehicle.

UPDATED ON 11/5/2025: After quoting me $9500 for a motor, with the warranty company paying some, dealership paying some and me paying some, they are trying to put in a used engine. Online quotes for VW Motors range from $3000 - $5000. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a $2753 warranty on the 2017 VW I bought. It had a ticking noise, dealer said it all checked out, normal VW sound. Just to be safe I bought the warranty they said would cover everything. Now, after complaining of oil comsumption many times and them stating they couldn't find an issue, they say I need a new engine that they are not covering. Had all the expensive oil changes so I wouldn't void the warranty. Beware of scam, it's a rip-off.

I haven't been with Endurance that long and they are pretty good. I also had some other friends that have them and said they had nothing but good things to say. I had a warranty on my vehicle, but I canceled that one and went with Endurance because the other company wanted $185 a month.
The person I talked to during sign-up was very professional and helped me a whole lot. That person called me a couple of times and explained to me more. I got the top of the line plan because I have a Genesis. I take care of my vehicles. And for that, I'm paying around $149.

I have an 11-year-old vehicle that has 150,000 miles on it. I’ve been maintaining it expertly, but time will catch up on me, so I called Endurance. They said they cover that. Just some Q&A over the phone, and then they emailed the contract to me.
I didn’t really have a lot of questions because the rep explained everything so well. He knew what he was talking about. He said the warranty won’t start after 30 days and at least 1,000 miles additional on what I’ve got.

I wanted a travel car but I didn’t want to pay premium dollar for a brand-new car. So I bought a used car which had 70,000 miles on it. This one fits my needs. I wanted to have the comfort of knowing if anything did happen mechanically, the vehicle would be covered. When I did the math, the price I was paying for the policy was reasonable so we jumped on.
I’ve purchased a lot of things from a lot of people and they’re very good getting you in there. They make everything so accommodating and ease. But when I need the service, I wonder if I have to make 20 million calls or am I going to be given the runaround. None of those are known, but as far as the introductory purchase of the policy, I’d give it a 5. The rep was very good and he knew his business.

I have a used cargo van right at 100,000 miles. I already know once your vehicles reach 100,000 miles that there’s a possibility of under-the-hood issues. I did a little research online, and chose Endurance because of the ease of dealing directly with the mechanics. My wife and I decided to keep our Infiniti for at least another three years. It’s cheaper to have warranty coverage than buying a new car and having a car payment every month.
Signing up with Endurance was pretty easy. I did it online, and then I got a call and we did it over the phone. The price was pretty reasonable. I like the idea that you pay it up earlier than the actual warranty wears out.

I’ve been recommending Endurance to all my friends. I live next door to a mechanic and hearing her talk about the prices, I’d have to buy a bicycle if anything happens to my car. But Endurance is affordable. I pay 142 a month. I had another policy and the payment were astronomical. They told me if I pay close to $300 a month for two years, I wouldn’t have to pay anything else forever. Then the rep I had was very professional and knowledgeable. People my age need things explained more and the rep took his time do that.

I was interested in Endurance initially because the price was 159. Then my Lexus warranty ran out and they recommended Endurance. The rep was very good but he didn’t tell me a lot. I knew most of what I was expecting but there were questions that I still had. I had to go online to get a list that are covered and not covered. The advertising on TV said a $300 deduction when you sign up and some additional coverage but he never mentioned that. Other than that, he was very patient waiting for me to get information to provide him.

It’s a new truck and my family kept bugging me to get coverage just in case something happens, so I got the Elite membership with Endurance a couple of months ago. The salesperson was knowledgeable, he was great. I’m kind of on the fence about keeping it because I’ve read hundreds of bad reviews saying they were with Endurance for 5 years and when they finally brought the car in, Endurance found a way to weasel out of it, and that’s not a good look. I couldn’t find one person that said Endurance was able to help. I don’t want to be second guessing whether Endurance will do something, or they’ll find a loophole not cover it if the situation ever does come where I have an issue. But I’m gonna keep Endurance because I’ve already signed up and it seems like a good company, and it would be reassuring if I could find some good reviews.

I drive a diesel truck and it’s expensive if I ever had to have repairs. I got extended coverage and the program would start after I drove 1000 miles of what I gave the rep. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He knew what he was talking about.
I asked to have an identification card or something I had with the vehicle prior to this one. They said they would mail me one out and I never got anything. I’m paying for it but if I had to take my car in right now, I wouldn’t know how to get ahold of anybody.

They are scammers. Please don’t waste your time or money. My ac compressor is covered under my warranty and they refuse to fix it. They have taken my money for over a year and when I finally needed them, they started backpedaling and refused to cover it.

I had two of my claims denied because of my tire size and I was told there was a surcharge to add my tire size. Come to find the price never increased because my tires fit the same spec. The car currently run but resetting the contract allowed them not to fix my car because they hit me with a pre existing claim. When I signed up for the contract back in March 2025 no representative asking me questions about my 22 inch rims and it had nothing to do with the repairs. And Endurance is still billing as we speak but denied my claims. No help at all fixing my car.

I needed insurance for my truck because the warranty that I had when I bought it expired. Endurance benefits seem to be a little better than what the others are offering. Their sign up process was easy. The guy was thorough by the way he explained everything. I signed up in early October, and he said that he’s going to start taking payments on November 3rd. I would recommend Endurance because they appear to do everything along with good benefits.

I want to get something started on it because I'm 84 years old. And I don't kid myself, I know my days are probably numbered. And I want the truck or the Durango to go to one of my daughters, and I wanna make sure that it's in good shape.
So, I was looking for one that had some good feedback from people. And when I looked at it on the computer, not really in-depth, but it seemed like Endurance was rated as number one by the people who had it. And the vehicle I have is a 2015, but it's a Dodge Durango, and it's in perfect shape. It's only got like 40,000 miles on it. That's my baby. So I decided to go with Endurance and check and make sure that the policy could be turned over in her name and continue on.

I was watching TV and I saw Endurance on there. I just kind of like what they said. The customer service representative was okay. He said I will be able to download the paperwork, and then I never could. When I called back, the lady told me I had to wait till I made my first payment. I had breast cancer, so I was going through radiation, and it just kinda slipped my mind. My mind kind of spaced out a little bit because of what I’ve been going through.

I have some problems with my vehicle and I didn’t want it to break down without warranty on it. The representative on the phone helped me out with the deposit that I didn’t have, and he made a deal. He just did excellent and was awesome.
I would recommend Endurance to anybody. I was talking to my sister about it for when her car warranty runs out.

The Endurance people were fantastic. That’s why I went with them. I was assessing a couple different ones. I’m currently on a full GM warranty and it went really well there, but I exceeded my warranty. But Endurance took me to 212,000 miles, and I’m very happy.

I bought my daughter a used car, so we needed to make sure it’s taken care of. Signing up for Endurance took only 20 minutes and customer service was excellent. I love it because it was easy. It could have been a little cheaper, though.

I have my financial piece set up with Line 5, and the Endurance representative was very nice. Everything has been easily taken care of. I was able to see what I would get for the money and the price. I believe that the price I was quoted, and for what that covers, is good for the length of the policy.

I’ve done the entire process online, and Endurance said it would take about two weeks to receive the contract. It’s been way over two weeks, but I still haven’t received any mail about my Endurance coverage. The last time I called in to check, the representative was unfriendly and rude. They just said that it was in the mail and hung up. I wasn’t too impressed with that.

So my wife and I bought a used vehicle. 2018 Ford f150. I purchased a warranty through Endurance after researching multiple companies and they seemed to offer the best plan. So I thought. When I went to take my truck for the first service, my mechanic informed me I had some possible issues, so I contacted endurance. They took their sweet time sending an inspector. They literally took 2 months through the whole ordeal, sending inspectors multiple times. When the mechanic told them the least expensive option would be a motor replacement, they only agreed to pay 3000 of it and id be responsible for the rest. This is not what I was told when I purchased the policy. I was told they would cover the cost of the motor.
Furthermore, I've had a rental the whole time which has cost me nearly 4000. I was also told I would be reimbursed for. Which When it came time they denied. I've was told differently by everyone I spoke with from them. From the salesman to the claims rep. The whole reason I kept the rental, I was told they would pay for it. Not to mention, the reason I had the rental for so long is because it took them 2 months to finally come to any kind of conclusion. At this point it would have been cheaper to pay out of pocket completely. I'm not happy with any of the service. Don't waste your money
