    My husband thought that since our car is eight years old, having Endurance might be a good idea. The prices of parts and labor are way out of reach anymore and a person can't afford to even get their car fixed. The rep who signed us up with Endurance was great. We liked her. She answered all our questions and was really nice. She was clear, and nothing was confusing. It was a good conversation. She said we’d be approved for four years.

    I was with Endurance five years ago and I would see the commercials. They always did well by me, which made me decide to continue with them. The reps were very pleasant to talk to and straight to the point, so I had a great experience with them when I signed up. When I financed my vehicle, I called and gave them the mileage and asked questions. I was satisfied and my policy was active right away. It was important to get coverage because vehicles today are expensive, especially since I drive a high-end vehicle. I remembered how costly repairs could be when I didn’t have coverage before, and I didn’t want to deal with those expenses again.     I bought a new truck. I'm starting a courier service, and I wanted to be covered if I'm on the road or something happens. The warranty that came with the truck wasn't good enough, because it is a used truck. I wanted an extended warranty, so I went with Endurance. Signing up was quick and easy. I talked to someone from the other day. They were supposed to send me a packet of the terms and everything that it covers. I made the first payment, but I haven't seen any paperwork.

    I had an opportunity to upgrade if I signed up for a small additional cost. With the miles that I have on my car and how much farther I planned to drive it, it was a good idea, so I decided to get the upgrade. I looked at several different warranty companies and as consumers, we look at what others are saying and the success and complaints they may have, and then we pick the one based on the ratings. And Endurance had the highest rating. I replaced one wheel sensor about a year or so ago, before I had the warranty and been driving the car, and the three sensors went out at the same time. My son-in-law is a mechanic and he said they have the same battery in it and they’re all gonna go at the same time.

    I maintain my vehicles so I checked the air pressures and it wasn't a flat tire. It was a wheel sensor, and they cost about $70 to get them changed. With a $100 deductible, I didn't rush right down there to do it. So I haven't claimed that yet. You have to have some time and some miles on the vehicle before you file a claim. I wasn't comfortable with running right down there two months after I got my insurance. But I’ve had the warranty for about five or six months now and have put another 3,000 to 4,000 miles on the vehicle. So I'm probably legitimate. If I have any issues, I can take it in and it should be okay. Everybody was nice, and I'm comfortable during my sign-up and initial experience and I'm hoping that it works out just the way they said it will. If it doesn't work out, then I'm probably going to call them and drop my insurance.

    My husband and I are both older, and I drove a car that was out of warranty. I love my car and I didn't want to get rid of it, but I worried about running up and down the road and putting miles on it, knowing that even though it's a Honda, there were possibly going to be expenditures to keep it going the way it should. My husband got cancer, and I was running back and forth between Prescott and Phoenix, so I wanted to be sure that we were covered. My mechanic has been my mechanic for quite a few years and when I considered looking into auto warranties and asked him about it, he didn't have any recommendations for one company over the other.

    I saw Endurance Warranty's commercials on TV. It was catchy and when I signed up, the gentleman was very helpful and explained the warranty to me. I paid around four grand, but to me, it wasn't the big number. It was more the monthly number for me and I liked the fact that it was transferable as well. I'll never buy another new car. They depreciate as soon as people drive them off the lot, but if, for some reason, I got rid of my Honda, it would be another used car.

    I've been very pleased with Endurance. My mechanic has been very pleased with his interaction with them as well, so that's very favorable. The one drawback to Endurance is the rental car thing. I've always used Enterprise. When I had my injectors replaced, I had a rental car and Endurance made me go through Hertz, which was a really bad experience. When I went to Hertz to pick up the rental car, they told me they didn't have a reservation for me. I said, "This was all arranged through my warranty, Endurance.” Endurance ended up letting me use Enterprise, which was right down the street and I don't know who paid for the Uber, because somebody paid for the Uber from there to Enterprise. Still, that was disheartening and I don't want to deal with that. I recently had some work done on my vehicle, and I didn't even bother with trying to get a rental car through Endurance. I just paid for it.

    I've been very happy with Endurance Warranty and I have recommended them to other people. My daughter's husband had some truck repairs, and he drives a newer Dodge, but it's out of warranty. I told him that if he had Endurance, he wouldn't have to pay for all of the repairs. He used to be a car salesman, and he also sold car warranties and all that rip-off. I said, "No, I don't think it's the same type of thing. I look at it this way, my car is paid off, and the warranty costs me $119 a month. That's a lot cheaper than a new car payment. Don't work harder. Work smarter and make better choices." They were thinking about getting a new truck, but they've decided to keep theirs. I don't know if they've called Endurance yet, but they were going to look into it.

    I recently had to replace a windshield and spent $440 out of my pocket. My car is a 2014, and it didn't have any kind of warranty on it.     Signing on with Endurance was easy. There was a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed on the car, but Eendurance only covered the axles. The claims process was a little difficult. I tried to make two claims. One, it was covered by a warranty but they didn't cover labor, and I called Endurance, and they said, "Yes, we probably would cover labor." They also told me that I could not make the claim and Toyota had to make the claim. So I kept telling Toyota that they need to make the claim. When they finally called, they said they couldn't get ahold of any agent at Endurance so they never made a claim. I was kind of pissed at them, but they said, "We called and called, and nobody's answering the phone." So I took the car to a different shop for the axles. It was just confusing because I kept calling, and then they kept calling.

    They said something about you have to send the receipt from the last time that your car was worked on, and I did. It was confusing. But it finally went through and it finally worked. So, it was that easy to make a claim. I don't know if it's because I didn't know the process, but they kept telling me the garage needed to call. But when the garage called, nobody answered. So that one claim never got claimed.

    For the second claim, it was confusing because I called and Endurance said, "No, they have to call." Then they said I have to give us the receipt from the last time the car was fixed to prove that it needed it done. When we finally got all the paperwork together, Endurance said, "Okay, we'll pay." So, that was good. But then, my garage charged me money for all the administrative work they had to do because they said it took a lot of time. So I had to pay the $99 deduction, but it came out to $260. So I had to pay $160 for the administrative fee for all the time that it took on the phone with Endurance.

    The service was easy to sign up for but, filing a claim and going through the process was very time consuming. I paid for the very best package that Endurance offered. I filed 2 claims in the time I had with the company and they both were denied by the adjuster. It seems to me as if the adjuster only came out to discredit the claim versus verifying that there was an issue with the vehicle. I wasn't paying Endurance to tell me why this failed on my vehicle...I was paying them to fix the issue with my vehicle. With them denying my claim..I ended up paying for my own repairs (Both times) and paying Endurance a expensive monthly fee for "coverage ." I eventually cancelled the coverage after my second claim denial. I don't recommend Endurance based on my personal experience.

    The rep at Endurance was real pleasant and easy to talk with. He explained everything that I asked him and it was all good. The price was very reasonable as well. He got me discounts. However, it's hard for me to set it up if I'd like to see the account because I'm not tech-savvy. A girl helped me with it but it wouldn't go through. Other than that, everything else has been fine and I'd recommend Endurance. I've got a 2018 pickup and I had some transmission problems with it.     I saw Endurance on a TV commercial with Danica Patrick. I had a prior vehicle, a Chevy Silverado, I had insurance on and it paid off to have it on that, so when I picked up this Ford, I thought, "They're right."     So far, it's been wonderful with Endurance. From the time I signed up, the representatives were very kind and respectful. They guided me through everything and I also got my ID card and brochure in the mail just like they promised. The process was very reasonable and so was the price. When they told me the full coverage on a 2013 Ford pickup was gonna be $118 a month, I was shocked. I also talked to my mechanics where I have work done on my vehicles.     Someone from another company called me and told me that I need to get my money back from Endurance because it's not gonna serve the purpose for which signed up for. But they were gonna charge me more than what Endurance charges. I had to pay $190 upfront and the payment was gonna be $125 a month. With Endurance, the reps were very nice, polite and willing to work with me. I had told them I didn't think I could handle it right then but they helped me out in a way that I could get the the extended warranty for my car. They also gave me all the information that they could give me. The deal that they offered me is real good. The only thing is Endurance has received the money, but I haven't gotten anything. I was supposed to have a card and some information, but I haven't received them.

    I went to Christian Brothers and they worked with Endurance. I went to the one on Central Expressway near Forest. I really liked the guy that I spoke to at the very first time. I sat there and did my work for about four or five hours. It was a comfortable place. I dumped a bunch of money, about $3,500. I love Endurance. Their coverage is excellent. I own a 2008 Lexus and they cover Lexus parts. That was when I switched over from CarShield because they said they did but they didn't. On the other hand, Endurance has been most helpful. I brag about them and I tell everybody about them. I'm hanging on to my Lexus and that's in part due to Endurance.

    I have a Dodge RAM and if something bad goes wrong with it, I'm gonna be up the creek. I'm not gonna be able to pay for it. I googled what's the best warranty to go with and Endurance was one of the top three. After just seeing some stuff that they offer with the plan that I got, I went with them. They offer a lot more than CarShield. I got a light plan for a year just to go ahead and sign up. The rep also just kept sweetening the pot for me.

    So far, my experience with them has been great. I had a part that needed to be put on my truck and it was $4,000. I had only made three payments already. They sent someone to come out and look at it and make sure it was good. At first, they denied it. But the guy from the shop that I sent it to said that when he came out to look at it, he pulled a dirty card out of his pocket to check the fluid.

    The guy told Endurance that it was wood chips in my differential, but it was not. The guy at the shop said, “Can I send you a sample?” Cause he did not do the sample correctly anyway. They did the sample and some kind of tools, and sent it to them. Then Endurance approved it. They at least heard him out and let him send them the right sample, so I don't have anything bad to say. I'm satisfied with Endurance. They do what they say. I always refer them to others. I've seen on Facebook one time where they had an article about Endurance, and there were a lot of nasty responses to them, but I had to tell my story because I am happy with Endurance.

    I've had Endurance for a month now. I have my 2008 Ford Fusion covered by them. My car's extended warranty that I had on that before had run out and I didn't have anything lined up as of yet. I wanted to make sure I had the coverage and protection for my vehicle. So far, so good. The costs seemed like a pretty good fit. And I've had something similar to that before, where you paid for so many months, and then the rest of the time period, you don't make any payments. You're already paid up for the duration of the plan. I'd recommend Endurance very highly.

    I've got about $3,000 left to pay on my truck and sometimes, as soon as people get their cars paid off, things start happening. I thought about preventative maintenance and it was better to plan ahead. I've also got a lot of miles on my truck, and getting an auto warranty seemed like a good idea. A couple of weeks ago, I Googled warranties and accidentally clicked on a website ‘cause I was looking for Mopar. The process was very easy and the rep did a good job.     I was almost coming to an end with the current warranty that I had on my vehicle and trying to see whether I should renew with them or look elsewhere. A family member recommended Endurance Warranty and it being affordable made me lean towards that decision. The signup experience was good. Their rep was helpful and informative. He was willing to explain the coverages. I have a vehicle that has a lift and a suspension and he made me aware for the best package for that vehicle would be the one that I currently have. He had great customer service.

    There were other issues along the way with other representatives telling me, "The suspension or the lift is not included," when clearly it was a part of the package and the gentleman made me aware that it was. I would have to go back and forth, and one representative would tell me, "Yes, it's included." Someone else would be, "No, no." It was around the time when I needed to get the work done with my vehicle, the representative would say, "Hey, no. This adjuster or whoever they spoke to told me the lift is not covered. They don't cover the lifts and they don't cover suspension." I said, "No. When I signed up, that was literally why I picked that package, the most expensive one, I believe, because someone told me that it was included." It was a lot of back and forth at the time where I needed to get the work done when it came to that additional add-on that I had to the contract.

    I didn't think about it because it was just the signup process. I had the contract, so I can clearly see that add-on was checked off. I told the repair facility. I ended up not going with that repair facility. It was frustrating that they would be back and forth about it. They are not fully educated on the type of packages customers have. But I didn't have any issue with that other gentleman. Everything went well with the previous work that I got done.

    Signing up with Endurance went well enough for me to want to continue with their plan. The warranty that I had had expired because the car is four years old now, and I was told by a friend that I needed to get this coverage for my car, but then I saw that Endurance was a lot less, so I called them and I liked what they were offering. They offered the same thing that the other one offered but it was almost twice as much. After signing up with Endurance, someone called me back the same day to ask me if I was satisfied. He was nice. The only thing is I don't remember getting anything through the mail stating what I actually have. They did email me something, but it was so much. It's about 40 pages. That’s quite a bit to print, so I would hope that I would get one through mail.

    I got one vehicle that's covered by the factory, and my other car didn’t have coverage so I needed to get an auto warranty for it. My brother had Endurance on his Corvette and was satisfied with it, and I decided to go with it too. I’ve been with them for about three years, and my coverage runs until 2028. The oil coolant and valve covers are leaking, and I have motor mount issues on the vehicle. It’s at the dealership and the automotive technician is trying to reach out to Endurance for approval, and the service advisor looks it over and does the inspection of the problem. The last time, the response was excellent. The dealer overlooked some things, but they corrected them under the leadership of Endurance. And the car's been running good ever since for that particular problem.

    There have been minor delays when verification was needed for major engine trouble, but that’s part of the process. You just have to wait for it to work through. The dealership generally manages the claims and responds quickly. I’m waiting for them to start work on my car today. Otherwise, I might need a rental, which I don't want to do since we're snowed in and not moving anyway. But Endurance has been timely. It’s just this weather that’s holding things up with everybody. Other than that, I've been satisfied with their response to my needs. I was denied once on regular maintenance stuff that's just gonna wear away anyway. But when something unusual happens, they take care of it. I pay my $100 deductible, and it’s done. So, I like that.

    Horrible customer service. My truck has been in the shop for 3 weeks and these idiots still haven’t approved the repairs. Had 2 people call me and ask me the same exact questions 3 days apart.     Endurance car warranty is a fraud. They have a slogan you have a peace of mind when you have endurance. But you don't. They will deny your claim at every angle, refuse to talk with you and the repair facility. Won't even listen to the repair facility about the repair or repairs that are covered under the policy. Now in North Carolina if you run this as an insurance policy they must give you a denial letter or email explaining their denial. Endurance refused the denial letters or emails. They refuse to speak with the local news media in North Carolina. What does Endurance have to hide but how they treat their customers by denying claims and taking their money out for their monthly payments. Endurance has several class action lawsuits in many states and many other states there are several lawsuits pending in North Carolina.

    Don't but or deal with anyone from Endurance car warranty in any state. They will be dishonest and just take your money fraudulently every month if you don't stop the payment from being taken out and if you are even a day late with your payment they will harass you. Which I haven't missed or been late on any payments. Just look online. You see how dirty and dishonest Endurance car warranty is. Check out the class action lawsuits from 2025 and now in 2026 on Endurance car warranty. The news channel 7 waves in Chicago has a Endurance customer and how wrong Endurance car warranty done him. Endurance car warranty needs to be shut down out of Business. They take more money from people only to say no when you need the peace of mind your vehicle will be fixed. What a fraud.

    My sign-up experience with Endurance was really good. Customer service was good. Their rep was really thorough. I even had a discount in there that she threw in that I didn't know about. Initially, I was looking for a warranty because the one on my Hyundai expired. I found out that my dad has Endurance. I want my car to be fixed, and with Endurance, it's a good price being able to just pay $100. If something costs $800 or $900, I could pay $100. $100, to me, is like free. So, it's dumb if people don't have this type of insurance. I recommend Endurance to everybody that I talk to. I'll be a spokesman for them.

However, when I talked to the lady from Endurance, she called out the places that I can go to. Plus, the one mechanic that I go to is an ASI-certified, so if they accept Endurance's payments, then I will go to them, because I don't want to go to nobody else. I know these people already, and when I went to them before, I didn't even have Endurance or another auto warranty company.

    My neighbor has had an Endurance warranty for several years and he said it was good. I said I would try it in case I get stranded in the middle of nowhere and there's no Ford company. I went online to get Endurance’s number and I talked to a rep. They have different plans, but since I’m 74, I wanted the maximum protection. I needed bumper-to-bumper like the one I had for Ford, so that was easy.

    The Endurance warranty was just approved yesterday for my truck because of the cold. But I had met the required 1,000 miles and the one-month requirement. My truck developed a problem with the louvers and I took it to the Ford dealership and asked if they worked with Endurance. They said yes and that they would call to see if it would be covered. I got a call last night saying they would cover it. It was going to cost over $1,000. Vehicle repairs aren’t cheap. Endurance did exactly what my neighbor told me that they do as long as you take it to a certified mechanic, like a dealership.

    Once the vehicle is older, having a warranty makes you feel a little bit protected. I figured I would go with Endurance. Everything went well when I signed up with them. They are great at taking care of what I need to do if I need them to.     A friend has Endurance and I might as well get it because my warranty just finished. I was spending a lot of money out of pocket. So, I needed that help. The reps were very professional when I was signing up and knew a lot. They went over the different policies and explained the amounts each one had. It was interesting that Endurance had different ones. The amount that I got is easy and goes with my budget. I wish I could have gotten something that would cover more, but I can't afford it. So, I went with the lowest. I didn't like that there were some things that I needed covered on my car, but they didn't cover it because I wasn't on that plan. So, I had to pay out of pocket for some things. But other than that, it's good.

    You should look closely at all the different policies Endurance offers and at what you might need for your car because that’s where I messed up. I didn’t pay enough attention, and when my car needed service, it wasn’t covered like I expected. So, be very careful about what you sign up for. My sister is looking at Endurance, too. So, my sister might get enrolled.

    I bought my vehicle from a used car lot, and I wanted some reassurance that I have something if I needed it. Reading reviews, I went with Endurance. The guy that sold it to me walked me through everything and fed it to me in English and not in just jibber-jabber that I couldn't understand. It was a piece of cake signing up.

    The only thing that was vague was I did have to take my truck to a dealership to have the ignition fixed, and it was taken into a Ford dealership and they fixed the ignition. While it was there, the starter went out and since that wasn't diagnosed right from the beginning, I got stuck paying for the starter out of my pocket. That was my only qualm with Endurance. Other than that, I was satisfied with my experience. I was making a payment every month and I got down to the end and their guy told me that I am still covered until so many miles or so many years. So, I was surprised and happy with that because I thought once I quit paying, the coverage was over with.

    I'm happy with Endurance. It's a 5-star company. Their price was good, and they gave me a senior citizen discount. The original quote was 103 a month, but they gave me the discount and it dropped to low 90s. My plan is the top one and covers everything except wear and tear and a few other odds and ends. I did a $1,700 claim. It was very easy. Everything was handled through the dealer. I really never had any contact with Endurance. I know an adjuster came and he approved the repair. That was quick and easy as you can get. My policy is going to be up in April. So, I'd like to renew it, depending on the pricing.

    I heard about Endurance because I had a 2015 Mustang that my engine went out. A lot of folks had got to asking me if I have a warranty. That was when I started to hear about Endurance. I never even knew about a warranty until my Mustang engine went out. So, when I got me a new car, I made sure I put a warranty on it. The signup process was weird. When I first talked to a lady, she set me up. And when I got ready to call back because I was looking at my contract, the next month, it had a discrepancy on there with my mileage. When I called back, he had to redo my contract. But he took the money that I previously put on the first contract and just transferred it over to the second contract so that I won't have to repay.

    Signing up with Endurance Warranty was a good experience. I talked to several people. They answered my questions. The rep was very informative and explained everything. But when I called back, I didn't get to talk to him. They said I have to talk to whoever picks up the phone. I said, "He told me that was his main number, and then I could call any time," but I didn't get him. I talked to some of the other companies. They were very pushy. I kept getting mails, phone calls and emails from other companies and they talked about they're the best. I don't like to be pushed. If I tell you I'll get back with you, don't try to bully me to do something. "If you don't get back now, you'll lose this." "Then I'd move on to another one. Y'all are not the only one." I don't like that. He was very pushy. "We are the best." I said, "If you were the best, then you wouldn't have competition." On the other hand, Endurance gave me a good deal. The price was right.

    I spent $3700 on a six year warranty that I have not used in five years but my timing and tensioner malfunctioned Causing my pick up to die on me and not start. I followed every step required To get my vehicle fixed and after two companies refused to work on it because it was Endurance and they have had bad experience with them in the past. I got a mechanic that agreed to work on it and he got the teardown authorization. The inspector went out and looked at the vehicle and gave the mechanic the authorization to repair my vehicle.

    But then a few days later they asked me for my last three oil change receipts and when I sent it to them they denied my claim because there was no letterhead on the receipts I received from the oil change company that I had used for over 20 years. I was denied for a Having a letter or the name of the company even though it had the address and the phone number of that company. Everything listed everything all three oil changes the mileage everything the dates everything and still denied.

    I checked Endurance and compared it with others, then I signed up. We went through the options and I got bumper-to-bumper warranty. Their price is good and they were thorough with me on everything. The only thing I had a problem with was we don't drive that much, but the rep said that the coverage wouldn't start till after I put 1000 miles on the car. I said, "What if my car breaks down?" then I got to thinking that we still had coverage for a year or so many months after we bought the car 'cause we just purchased it. I was concerned, but that concern has gone down. Since I've talked to him, I've already put over 500 miles on the car. So, I'm not worried about that anymore. All in all, I'd recommend Endurance to a friend.

    I bought the Endurance premium vehicle warranty. My "covered" vehicle developed a skip feeling when under a load, kind of like it had an occasional misfire. I took it to the Ford dealership for repair and it was diagnosed as the transmission. They recommended replacement. Endurance will not replace the transmission. They will only pay to rebuild mine, which I don't have a problem with, but they're only allowing $3140 towards the repair. Their reason is that I didn't have it towed to the dealership. Why would I have my vehicle towed when it was running and shifting perfectly except for an occasional skipping feeling under a load?

    No check engine or transmission lights were on. The amount that they're wanting to pay won't pay for all the labor or parts that Ford recommends to rebuild it. My truck has been at the dealership for over a month now, with the dealership going back and forth with Endurance. They could use that "didn't have it towed" excuse for any claim that anyone had. It's a ridiculous reason. Still fighting with them to get my truck fixed right. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding Endurance warranty services. They are a fraud! I'm seeking legal advice now.

    I was a little concerned at the beginning. I asked a lot of questions, and Endurance Warranty finally explained it to me. Once it set in, it was very nice. However, I am a little surprised with the price because it was supposed to be 800 and something. But when I got the bill, it was 2,400, and it said for 24 months. I started to call. I said, "No. They'll eventually call." I want to know the whole duration of the warranty, whether it will last for two years or three years.

    Endurance didn't really give me options for different plans, but they said the plan that they found for me also included their upgrade. And it all went pretty smoothly. But when I got it, it's not a super good plan, but it's adequate. However, I thought their activation was one month or 1,000 miles, but it is one month and 1,000 miles. Makes a lot of difference, especially if you don't drive the vehicle much. So, it could be a while before I even get it activated. I was a little upset about what they represented and what it turned out to be as far as the mileage and time. They also have a third party involved in making the payments to, which you have to get signed up with. You have to go online and do that. And it's not listed as Endurance. It's listed under another name, making the payments to. Price-wise, it was considerably cheaper than CarShield.

    Regarding their website, when you first bring them up, it's all advertising. You have to call to get any kind of information. You can't just inquire and have information put out there. And that's for their sales purposes. Then the website, once I signed up, doesn't give a lot of information either. You've got to go here and there to find all the information. That should be right there for you.

    I looked at two companies and decided on Endurance for their ratings and the comments on how they took care of their customers versus other companies not giving full disclosure. Signing up was a little nerve-wracking since it was new for me but the rep who signed me up was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and very polite. He explained the policy and mentioned the perks. If the vehicle broke down on the side of the road, I have roadside assistance take it to the nearest facility to have it looked at if needed. And I could get a rental car until that was fixed.

    I’m getting older, so I needed to get this coverage. Normally, I do all of our own repairs, but I've had several surgeries that have limited my mobility and ability to do repairs going forward. I want to make sure that if something happened to the vehicles we have, I could get them fixed and back on the road. So, by doing the insurance, if something broke, I just make a phone call and get it fixed, versus me worrying about trying to figure out how we can get it fixed.

    I've had Endurance for a couple of years now for my 2012 GMC Acadia Denali, and so far, they haven't covered anything that I’ve had to have repaired.     Mepco Endurance Auto Warranty. One Star is well-deserving. Here is what you may need to know, first: is to ask all the Questions you can think of. The Agent the seller, make sure it is clear and understandable before you make that purchase, they're the auctioneer of selling, running through saying a lot, but; not explaining the detail of the purchaser's responsibility out front. Now this is very important. You must know your vehicle manufacturer manual schedule, and/or all the loop hole schedule that they may not render their service. It's like a few different agency in one. With bad communication between the Purchasers and Endurance. It will be days before an inspection will be made and to know if you are eligible for renter car.

    This is what I know for a fact, Endurance and their inspector will dissect the purchaser's maintenance service records and responsibility of the vehicle. Please keep all service records. And for the older models, it's prorated were you may be inspecting for your vehicle to covered for more than you think you have to cover the expenses. An engine-job of a 2014 the policy was less than the costs and could not or to be reimbursed to use a rental car.

    I replaced my 2014 Ram truck with a 2019 Ram truck that had 117,000 miles on it. I decided I was going to get an extended warranty on this particular vehicle and I went with Endurance after doing research and seeing what the basic consumer ratings were with their different companies. They seemed to rate pretty high across the board. When I signed up, my experience was excellent. I mentioned something about my military service and I was working high voltage also. I was a scuba diver and taking care of my equipment, then my equipment takes care of me. As soon as the guy heard prior military, he said I qualified for this discount, so that was great. The final price also turned out to be a little cheaper than I was expecting, probably because of the discount.

    Overall, I was very satisfied with Endurance's signup process. If anyone is considering purchasing their policy, I would suggest that they do the same research that I did. That way, they can make an educated decision on their own and that way, they own that decision. So far, the vehicle has not needed anything so I haven't used Endurance's customer service again. But I'm hoping that the customer service will still be outstanding as what I experienced during my sign-up.

    I have a 2011 truck and I am retired. My only income is Social Security, so if anything should happen to my truck, I would be SOL. I looked into extended warranties and at the time, Endurance was number one based on the ratings and reviews I found. It's been a few years since I signed up. When I had my truck serviced last week, Endurance got me in and out quickly. I don't do the rental because they only pay a certain amount each day, and it would cost me more money in the long run to rent a vehicle than what Endurance covers. Plus, nowadays, people have things delivered and I can get an Uber if I need a ride. There's no place I need to do that I need to drive my car every single day and get a rental. Other than that, I don't understand why certain items are not covered.

    The driver's side door handle is broken, and it would be almost $500 to fix at the dealership. I can't afford that. It's not covered by Endurance, so I have to deal with a broken door handle. I just hope it doesn't open up as I'm driving. When the gentleman at the Ford dealership let me know what was and was not covered for my truck being in for the concerns that I had, I called Endurance. I'm a disabled senior citizen. I've had both hips replaced, so getting in and out is a bit more challenging for me. I consider the door handle to be a safety issue, not a cosmetic one. While Endurance did not say the broken door handle was a cosmetic issue, for whatever reason, they did not cover it.

    It was in the fine print from the beginning, and I don't remember it being in there, but the Endurance rep pointed me to which page to look. She was very nice and was just doing her job. I said, “Okay. Well, thank you.” That was that. It is very frustrating, though, as a consumer when I pay all this money each month. I pay $121, and then I have a $100 deductible. I've been with Endurance for four years, and they have taken care of some fairly expensive items, but it was not like I was trying to get one over on them. I've had a positive experience, overall, with Endurance, but based on my recent experience, once this contract is up, I will shop around again and possibly go with a different company.

    We were watching TV one day when my wife and I thought it would be a good idea for us to get an extended warranty. It was a competitor that was on the ad, so I called them and checked them out. Then I called Endurance. We ended up going with Endurance because with them, we could go anywhere for repairs. With the other provider, it seemed like we had to go to places approved of. We have 2019 Subaru Outback and signing up for our Endurance coverage on it was simple. I made the phone call, then they sent the information, explained the situation as well as the premium. It was a good deal and I would tell my friends that they ought to take it, too.

    We had our first claim with Endurance within the past six weeks. I went to have my brakes checked out as I thought I was smelling the brakes getting hot. But I was told that I actually had the valve covers leaking on the car and didn't realize it. So, they took a look at it. They said it had not been doing it long because the oil was still in good shape and I hadn't lost any oil to speak of. They told me what we should do and they gave me an estimate on it. I told them that we got to fix it, so we started fixing it. Then I remembered Endurance and I told them that I had the coverage. I gave my contract information to the associate there, and they received it. That was the last I heard of Endurance. They didn’t pay all of the claim, but they did pay a good portion on it. It was very good. I also wish they’d covered all of the gaskets, but I understand why they don't. If I had another car, I'd get an extended warranty from Endurance again.

    Everybody says that Endurance Warranty is a good company. I also kept seeing their commercials, so I said, "Let me try them,” because financially, I was not ready to purchase another $90,000 truck. I said, "Let me give them a call," so, I did. I am an Endurance member at this point. The signup process was quick and informative. The rep was knowledgeable, told me a bit, but trying to retain that information is very difficult. That's why I asked for a book. They sent the information via email, but I have not printed it because I was told that they will also send me a hard copy. Also, it's too much paper and ink. That cost a fortune, too.

    I told the rep about my history with the Omega warranty and I told him that I heard good things about EnduranceAnd I wanted to give those guys a try. Not that I'm looking to do repairs, just do repairs, just to do them. But if I have a problem, and if I'm paying for a warranty company, at least give me the benefit of the doubt. If I pay them, they should at least make me feel good about something, but that other company didn't. I hope Endurance will not make a fool out of me and tell me no when I submit a claim.

    Endurance Warranty jerked me around. I couldn't take my car to the VW dealership because there was a six-week waiting period just to leave your car in their parking lot before they could even pull it into the shop. I found an independent who took the car and found a transmission available. They sent an inspector out. They did everything that the company asked for. They said I have to take it back to the VW shop and they want to start with a brand-new order number. I had to start all over from the beginning. I canceled Endurance and called them up. The guy working the phone asked, "Why are you canceling?" I told him exactly why and he said, "I'm going to refund all your money." I was speechless. I paid in advance for it because I was in the military. It worked fine for me.

    Our 2010 Ford Escape got paid off and our warranty for our vehicle ran out at the same time our car payment did. So, we had to get another warranty on it. We see a lot of Endurance advertisements and our mechanic says that they're good. We signed up and it was nice. The gentleman was polite, courteous and knowledgeable, and he answered all the questions that we had. The price is reasonable. They say I pay three years and I get six years. I looked over the contract and I noticed that it didn't cover one thing that I've had problems with in the past with the car, but it's not going to cover everything for the warranty that we have.

    When I first got the app for Endurance, I was able to go on to it with my password and it opened it up fine. Now, I’d go on to it, and it says the password isn't any good. I still have the Endurance app, but I go on the regular website, My.EnduranceWarranty.com, and put in my password, then it comes up. I don't know if the problem is my phone, ‘cause I have a really old phone. I have a lot of apps on my husband's phone and I can install Endurance's app on his phone and see if it’s works then. However, I won't have his phone with me when I need it.

    Endurance Warranty is a good company and so far, we haven't had any problem with it. We used it about a month ago when we had a problem with our car and took it to the mechanic. We gave them our account number, then they called Endurance and the problem was solved,. Endurance paid for everything with no problem, and we got our car back the same day.     I'm driving a RAV4 that has given me the best service in the world, but it's a 2017. I had an extended service plan on it, but it's out. So, we're just testing time until something happens. Hopefully, it's nothing big like an engine falling out or a transmission doing something, the commercials are talking about, but there's always something that's going to happen. My car will be 10 years old next year. I've driven Toyotas for a really long time and I've been pleased with them because they don't break. But everything breaks sooner or later. So, just as a protection, regardless of the fact that I'm paying for it every month, an extended warranty protects me from something odd that's really going to cost. It's putting my mind at ease.

    Since there wasn't enough going on with CarShield, I thought that Endurance might be a better bet and fit me better. Also, I saw my friend who had something break on his car and it was a small part, but Endurance got it covered for him. I wish that he could have done that through a dealership but he cut a deal with them where, if he paid for it all in one fell swoop, they'd give him a little bit of a discount. It was pretty nice that they weren't hard and fast, and that they could do something outside the box a little bit.

    When I signed up with Endurance, the process took a little bit of time, but nothing to turn me off. Everybody on the phone were very nice and all the forms were business-like. I put them all in a folder and put it on the side. I appreciated the oddball stuff that they gave me for a year and I intend to see if I can extend that a little bit. Because the things that go wrong are not necessarily, but frequently, small things.

    I purchased a vehicle and though it's still in great shape, in any case that it would run into any major repairs, I can't afford to come out of pocket with expensive stuff. This is a pretty expensive truck so I thought I might as well back myself up some for the next three to four years while I'm making payments on it. I was looking into extended warranties and Communications Workers Credit Union advised me that Endurance was one that they worked with. I've got a good contract with them and I understand what I've got to do anytime I make a claim. I understood that you make your first payment upfront, and setting it up automatically helps them know that you're gonna be serious about taking care of your end of the deal. You see the advertisements, and Endurance is one of them that you see occasionally on television. When they do celebrity endorsements, you wonder what you're getting into, and so far, I am quite pleased.

    Endurance Warranty has been very good for me. I was a prior Endurance customer for six years. That was our previous car. I also had Endurance on this for 150,000 miles, but that was extended. I needed to have it more, so I called Endurance and they put me on a new plan. I explained to them that we had the prior contract with them. I got a bit of discount because I was a prior customer. It was nice.

    I've had to take the car in for at least three different times. Once I had to have the air conditioning replaced. It would have been $5,000. There were other issues with the transmission or something on the engine had to be replaced, which was several thousand dollars. I don't live far from my dealership where I bought the car, and all I do is take it in and give them the Endurance number. The dealership calls Endurance and everything's taken care of .Luckily, the dealership’s near me, but I know I could take it to anybody and they would take care of the deal.

    There's a minimal payment. It's $100 I have to pay, but that's very cheap when you're talking about thousands of dollars a cost, so I would recommend Endurance. I like that they have Danica Patrick as their spokesperson. She's very knowledgeable of cars. It's not just a Hollywood type. I'm glad they have somebody that knows what automobiles are, so that makes me feel more confident that they know what they’re doing. We have not had any issues with the car lately. But knowing that if something goes wrong, having Endurance to fall back on is a load off my mind. It's very easy that they cover every major thing wrong with the car. It's just giving a number to whoever you want to go to.

    Endurance Warranty is a good company to go to. The price is reasonable and they will take care of you. My transmission went out and I had to scrap up a lot of money. I got to think to myself right after, "Why didn't I get that warranty coverage?" I googled Endurance. I called them and from what the guy told me, he got my attention. Signing up was straightforward. The guy broke down everything to me. After that, I've been paying every month until I need it. Last month, the day after New Year's, the radiator went out. It was leaking at the bottom. The shop showed it to me, I gave the supervisor my Endurance card, and it went from there.

    Be prepared to get your claim denied after you get verbal approval. Once a different adjuster was contacted they decided to deny the claim, after the work was done so now I’m on the hook. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend Endurance to anyone as it is a waste of money. Very poor customer service and will change their minds to screw you in the end. I have had other service contractor in the past and this one is by far the worst, very scammy!

    I was with another company, and Endurance gave me a quote, and I've been with them for the last three years. The first time I submitted a claim when I had a water pump problem, they picked up the whole thing. This is the second claim I had on the car and I had problems with the engine, and they picked up most of it. But there's one part where the dealer had to do a diagnostic, and Endurance didn’t cover that. I still had to pay $500 out of pocket. I pay $142 a month and I thought Endurance would pick up the whole tab. Other than that, they were good when I called them and asked about my policy.

    Last week, we used Endurance Warranty's service and had something done. It cost us more only because of the actions and the way that the Ford place did things. They fixed the first cheaper thing, and it was not the problem. Before we went up to the dealership, we called the auto warranty company and had a discussion with them of what the situation was. Endurance did great with the dealership and they would have paid more on the part that they would have covered, but the Ford place had to use their own parts which was $300 higher. It was not anything with Endurance that cost us more money.

    The dealership was the problem and the only thing we'd like to see different would be for them to fix the problem to start with, then that way, it wouldn't have cost us as much. We've already recommended Endurance to friends. The Ford place told us that they won't even fool with the other people, but they'll take Endurance every time because it's good.

    A friend of mine got the warranty from Endurance and another friend has had it for two years, and he likes it. I don’t have a policy and a card I can put in my wallet and show to a dealership in case something happens to my truck. I have nothing and I don't know what I'm covered. My truck is a 2012, so it’s 13 years old. It’s a Ford, and I’ve had good luck with it. Nothing major has gone wrong, but at some point, the transmission, rear end, motor, or electronics could go out.     I spoke to a gentleman at Endurance and told him what I was needing. He politely went out of his way to help me find the right coverage. It's been a year since I've had the policy and whenever I submit a claim, I go through the shop that's doing the work on the vehicle and they submit the claim. One small issue I had was when they did the first claim, which was replacing motor mount. They told me three of the mounts were good, and the fourth one wasn't bad. But it turns out that they had to replace the fourth one. Then they came back and told me my transmission mount was bad so they replaced that as well. Even though Endurance paid for it, I'm still having the problem of my car jerking. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Endurance and would recommend them.

    This is the worst company to deal with, they are a scam company. I have paid them over $6,000 in the last five years and they have denied everything that was presented to them. HVAC work, now an engine. They held up the claim for 2 months while my daughter had to try to get rides for work and taking her daughter to school. The employees on the phone are rude and don't listen to what you say or asking them. The adjusters are a real joke, I think they send idiots out to look at the car. If you keep this company, you better make sure you maintain in writing all communication with them. We have filed a lawsuit with our attorney so hopefully we can get some of our money back. Today they said they would not repair the motor because the oil change records were not up to their requirements. THIS COMPANY IS A REAL SCAM...

    I got a letter from Endurance, and then I saw Endurance in the TV commercial. I also talked to the dealership where I bought my vehicle. I took it in for maintenance, and I asked them about Endurance, and they said, yes, they work with Endurance. When I talked to a lady who represented Endurance, I liked it. She did a good job of explaining the warranty. Then I read the booklet, and I felt it's gonna be a good company to deal with. They also gave a good price.

    I have a 2010 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition and I've had a lot of expenses on repairing my vehicle. I saw Endurance Warranty advertised on TV and the commercial reached out to me. I've seen the other one from another company and checked into it before as well. They wouldn't quit pestering me, and that rubbed me the wrong way. Endurance didn't do that.     I purchased a used vehicle, so I wanted to purchase an auto warranty. The gentleman from Endurance that I spoke with had given a pretty good spiel and I fell for it.     Tried to file a claim on my motor, the timing chain issue was due to guide that was broken. Took it to a shop. All they did was check the oil and said there were shavings of metal in the oil. They sent an inspector and pulled the dipstick and said due to the oil the motor was not able to be replaced, took it to another shop to get a second opinion and actually tear down the motor and it was correct. The timing cover had were due to timing chain being loose because of broken guide. Tried to do the second claim and ask for adjuster to get a second opinion and they said no, and denied it again.

    I signed up with Endurance a few years back, and I used them two months ago for a transmission that went out. I took the vehicle to the dealership, and they found out what was wrong with the transmission. It was all torn apart inside. They called one of Endurance's representatives and he went out and looked at it. He agreed that it needed to be replaced. They went ahead and replaced it. All I had to do was pay for shipping and my copay, which I normally pay for.

    However, I didn't know I was gonna have to pay shipping for it until they told me at the dealership. The dealers charge almost $5,000 from there and I would have had to pay 1,500 upfront to use their transmission. Endurance agreed to pay for the whole thing, except for my $100 deductible. But other than that, I've had a fantastic experience with Endurance. If you need an extended warranty, definitely go through Endurance. I'm about ready to start a new warranty for my truck and I'll probably gonna go with Endurance as well. I have no complaints on what I paid for the policy and Endurance hasn't given me any problems at all.

    I had my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta covered with Endurance. I was thinking about going with CarShield. One of my cousins talked me into going with Endurance instead. I went that route, and I really hadn't had any real problems with it. I used it only once. There was no paperwork. Once I took the car to the dealership, they called Endurance. They said they had a conversation with whomever it was. I wasn’t even in the loop until the guy said they were gonna square everything off. It worked well. It was smooth. However, I didn't know that there were major and minor things, and they only repaired the big things. They didn't do some of the little things. You're getting a pretty sweet deal as is so you can't expect everything to come up roses. It's not all hunky dory. There are some bumps in it, and you just got to endure. In the end, it worked out good. I was pleased with it.

    I've already told people about Endurance. I like to keep everything on a smooth, even keel. They are doing good by me, so I have no reason to do anything underhanded. I like that they would give me a grace period if I ran into a conflict. I like the way the payments are set up, and I like that I get a paper notice of when my bills are due. So, I have enough time to get my stuff together, pop it in the mail, and it'll ride there on time. I have a bill that's coming up in March. I sent the money off, so they should get it in the appropriate time. Overall, Endurance proves themselves good on my behalf. I have no complaints. I like the way they do stuff. It's so quick and clean. Once I give the repair shop that card that has my policy on it and the number they can call, that's between the repair and Endurance. I’m out of the loop. There are no complicated moments.

    Bought the coverage. The 30 day money back guarantee is a joke because they won't cover anything for 30 days or 1000 miles! At approx 1225 miles I hit a pot hole that knocked my tie rod end off, damaged the other and a ball joint. Approx $1400 dollars to repair! Endurance denied the claim initially because they said the parts were old and worn out. Well that's why I bought the insurance to start with? Then they said it was too close to the 1000 mile mileage it had to get to to be covered? 😆 🤣 😂. But it was over the mileage I said. They didn't care. They asked if I wanted an appeal. I said yes. They put me on hold for about 1 to 2 minutes and then said my appeal was denied! 😆

    Endurance refused to give me a written denial or access to the recorded call transcript. I asked and was told that I would get a full refund minus the 30 dollar sign up fee. Today on Feb 17, I got a call from endurance telling me that I would not get a full refund and that they were pro rating my coverage acting like I was covered for the entire 1225 approx miles that they provided no coverage for. Run from this predatory company!

    I am quite pleased with Endurance. I had an engine leak of some kind, took my car to my auto shop of choice and things were handled between my shop and Endurance. If I had a question the folks at customer service were efficient and pleasant and got me answers to questions I ask. While my car was in the shop Endurance I would be reimbursed for a rental car for 5 days at $30 per day. Yes, I had to pay in advance and the amount above and beyond their allowances, however I was able to travel about while my car was being repaired. After the car was repaired and the rental returned the shop was paid the following day and I was told by Endurance I would receive a check for the rental in 2 wks or so.

    I started with Endurance when I bought my truck new. So, I've had their warranty on since '21. At the time, I looked at what was offered by the manufacturer, then I compared what the dealership was offering me cost-wise and what the coverage would be, with the offer I got from Endurance. Then, I went with Endurance. My sign-up went pretty smoothly and I didn't have any issues with it.

    I had a little bit of trouble with the dealership at first, because when my truck hit 100,000, I switched policies and bumped my policy up just a little bit. So, they canceled my original policy at that time because it technically had run out. Then I re-upped it for a new policy. And when the dealership went to look at it, it brought up my old policy and showed it was canceled. So, they called me back and said, my claim was not going to be covered because my policy was canceled. I had to screenshot them the copy of my new policy, then the service writer was able to make contact. I didn't know what the dealership had to do, but they just called me back and said that it was approved. Then they started to work and I owed them $100 when I picked up my vehicle. There was a delay when the part had to be ordered, but Endurance didn't have anything to do with that.

    So on this claim, I was very satisfied and I've told several people I work with about my experience with Endurance because they all question it. And it wasn't an end of the world expense, but it was something right around the holidays that you wouldn't want to be paying. Also, I'm always apprehensive because I'm always worried that something major is going to happen, and they're going to say that they're not going to cover that. But so far, they processed my claim just as I expected them to and everything went as best as they could.

    I just bought a 2015 Volkswagen diesel with 175,000 miles on it and it has a very complicated engine. They’re supposed to be good engines, but if anything breaks, it’s by no means an inexpensive repair. My other car is a Toyota, and if something breaks on that, you can go to O’Reilly’s or anywhere and get a part. I called Endurance to get a price but I didn’t like it. I shopped around, called back, and the price that they offered was either less or seemed like a better value than I had seen the first time. The coverage that Endurance offered included a cracked windshield, missing keys and tires. If my tire gets a blowout, they'll tow me to the Volkswagen dealership. If I'm 100 miles away from home, they supposedly pay for a hotel. If my car is gonna be in the shop for more than three hours, they'll get me a rental car. So, it sounded like amazing coverage. Also, I've had them before. CarShield is the same price, and they don't cover anything.

    The coverage I purchased is for an additional 75,000 miles on top of the 170,000 miles I already have, and it’s for five years while I pay for three years. It’s a lot of money, but it’s also a lot of coverage. I just hope what I bought is good. The signup process was easy but I still haven't received my paperwork on what it covers. And supposedly, it's got a card that you show the dealer or the mechanic and they've got the number. I don't even have to pay them or reimburse anything. They cover everything, supposedly.

    I first saw Endurance on TV. Then I researched on Google what the best aftermarket warranty is for a used car. Endurance was one of the top ones. Besides looking at the car, the maintenance, and the CARFAX, I was telling him about the car, and he took my word. I was like, “That's very trustworthy of him.” I like that personal connection.

    The warranty starts on March 3rd. I had to have 1,000 miles from when I bought the car. And it's good for almost up to 150,000 miles in four years. What really attracted me was when he told me that it was better than a powertrain warranty. He was very knowledgeable about the car I'm driving, ‘cause it's a BMW X3 SUV. I even learned from him about the car a little bit more, the all-wheel drive and the things that it covered. ‘Cause I'm familiar with powertrain warranties. Then, when he told me that it covered the air conditioner, plus electrical, I was sold. I was like, “I'd definitely try to do everything I can to get the policy.”

    Communicating with them has been easy. I've called a couple of times, and the girl I talked to was easy to get along with. She was very eager to help. Then, when I got on a dashboard, the dashboard was super easy to get on to after I talked to her. I was trying to change the way the payment was gonna be drafted. I was trying to do it too early. When she told me, “You need to wait. It'll be ready after Wednesday,” and I said, “Oh, okay. I'm sorry.” Afterwards, I was able to do everything on my own, on the dashboard.

    The one-on-one and actually being able to call and talk to somebody was so easy. Then, to be able to take that information and to transfer it to the dashboard, and even easier, to be able to do it myself, I like that. I never had buyer's remorse. But then, when I did all that, it really made me feel good about buying their policy. Because it is probably twice as much as a regular car, I was hesitant about how much it was gonna cost me. But after all that, it makes me feel better. I feel like I've got a sense of assuredness that if something happens to my car, it's gonna be taken care of, because I am following up with the maintenance.

    I have been recommending Endurance to people. I've told my friends that if they buy a car, especially from a dealership, before they sign the paperwork and buy their extended warranty, they might wanna call Endurance first and see what their price is, because I really like these people. With Endurance, they're gonna give the roadside service, the car rental, the towing. And they're not gonna get that with a dealership. If the car breaks down, they're gonna have to get the car there. Endurance will help them get the car to the closest shop that they need or want. All these celebrities are also endorsing it as well, and it makes me feel so much better. Any doubt that I had about Endurance is gone. Now, I know that if something's gonna happen with my vehicle, it's gonna be taken care of.

    We were surprised to find out there was a $100 deductible that Endurance Warranty does not tell you. When we asked the dealer about it, they said, "Yeah, they're all like that." We said, "We didn't know that." Saying upfront that there's a $100 deductible for each client would improve the sign-up experience a lot. It's almost getting ripped off. We should have been aware of that. We still would have got the warranty but it's important to know that. It's almost dishonest.

    We found out Endurance would not cover the part that we wanted to get replaced unless it was the one they wanted. That was a surprise, too. So, we took it to a dealer, and they wanted to put a dealer part in it so they remain under warranty. Endurance would not allow that part. They wanted one off-market, which means it's generic or refabbed. We ended up putting out $50 because we did not want something that wasn't under a warranty. That was the whole purpose of getting Endurance, to begin with. That was a glitch we ran into. They said the part that Endurance was covering, they called NAPA, because it was at NAPA where they would have purchased it. NAPA said, "Those parts, within three months, will come back to us 'cause they're no good." That's another issue. Other than that, I liked Endurance Warranty if it helps. We gave the dealer the account number, and it was easy for them to do it. It was a simple process that way.

    My sign-up experience was straightforward. Endurance Warranty sent me an email. I looked through the email what I'm entitled to but I just want my truck in the mechanic so it could be taken care of. On Valentine's Day, I messaged my mechanic because my truck kept on clicking. It won't start the ignition. My mechanic has his own shop, and he's willing to drive over to my place to do a home service and replace the starter of my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. He's able to give Endurance all the documents they need from his shop. I could have had the car running right then and there. I paid the $200 for the first month, and I'm trying to get this starter fix out of my truck as soon as possible. So, if something happens, my wife would be able to use the other car to pick me up.

    I wish the payment process between Endurance and to my mechanic is a lot faster. I was seeing if I could talk to some of the local mechanics nearby, because my mechanic is 30 minutes away. I'm thinking about asking for a second opinion on other mechanics who are able to do this. And if they're able to, I will talk back to my own mechanic and see if he can still do it. According to him, it takes two weeks for a payment to go through. It has been four weeks. I'm not sure what to expect from Endurance. But the customer service is great.

    I've been an Endurance customer since April of 2025 back in November of 2025. I put a claim in by my dealership on my vehicle. Having some valve, cover leaks and a few other items. My standard package did not cover this. So I was told by in an employee representative of endurance. That if I were to upgrade my plan to a premium, I would pay $310 monthly, but I had to wait 30 days to file a claim again.

    So I waited till February of two thousand twenty six and filed the same claim with a valve cover leak and a few other Items and I was denied coverage. I believe that's unfair to their customer. Because first I was told it would cover it. And then when it was filed back in february of two thousand twenty six, the endurance told me they would not cover the repair cost. Because it was a preexisting condition.

    My opinion and I believe others don't care. If it's a preexisting condition, if we're willing to upgrade our payment package to double the amount from a standard package. I believe that endurance should cover that. Or if not tell the customer that even if you would are upgrade your package and as it preexisting condition, they're not take care of it, it's unfair. I pay three months almost double my amount for premium packets. And I was denied repairs to my vehicle. If I were to anyone else's, please do not take endurance coverage.

    Endurance is a good thing. Their price is fair and this is my third time with them because I've been with them with three different cars. I signed up about two years back. I always try to keep them, but I get rid of cars, then after I get another one, I drop the warranty with the one that I got rid of and put another one on. The other two times, I never put a claim in because I didn't need to. This time was the first time that I had to make a claim and they came through for me.

    The claims process was easy and while there was one thing that I didn't like, I don't blame them for it. The mechanic shop said that I needed a part, but Endurance told me that I needed to make sure I had an oil change and I couldn't find the receipts from the oil change. They told me they couldn't do it. After the work was done, then I found the receipts. If we need another part, I hope I don't have to go all the way back to find a receipt. A lot of people don't save oil change receipts and I got that oil change before I got with Endurance. So I hope they change that rule. Other than that, they took care of my claim and I was satisfied.

    I had CarShield and when I turned in my claims a couple of times, they denied it. I didn’t call them first so they wouldn’t cover it. I decided to change companies and the automotive repair place I deal with recommended Endurance. The rep said they take good care of you. The gentleman who sold me my policy was very informative. He covered exactly what I wanted to know and did a great job. But I never got a membership card. So, that part didn’t go as well as I would have hoped.     I turned in a claim for broken motor mounts on my 2017 Audi A6. The quoted price from a certified Audi mechanic was $1700. After review, Endurance decided they would pay all but $550. What happened to the $100 deductible? They referred me to the definitions on page 3 of the contract that says reimbursement costs were at their discretion. Forget the contract deductible. These liars will not honor the $100 deductible if they can possibly help it. They are not honest, and not fair. I have no idea what it would take to honor the $100 deductible and I assume they never would. Just another bunch of cheaters with blatantly false advertising to suck in people. The FCC should examine their false advertising.

I have spent hours on the phone back and forth, each time getting mostly nowhere. It doesn't cover this or that, even though it states it will. They had a good deal, but then they changed their way of doing things. I called Endurance, and they had a better deal. But I think it could be a little cheaper ‘cause I’m paying 260 a month. But you get your money's worth. That's for sure, ‘cause I've already got my money back out of it. They already replaced my head gasket and a few other things. One time, I called them to get a key fob replacement. But they sent me to the old company that did that. The old company didn't have the new company's number. But that'd be the only hiccup I've had. They also don't have the app anymore.

    The representative from Endurance explained everything that the warranty covered and I'm under the impression they gave me a good price.     I recommended Endurance to my sister and she wound up getting the warranty first through them. Then, after my policy expired, I went on and got an Endurance policy for myself. I googled them and found nothing but positive things, so that's why I went with them. I am a mechanic, but it never hurts to have a little extra protection when it comes to something that I don't mess with, like transmissions and rear ends. The rep who assisted me with my enrollment seemed well-versed on what she was selling. She knew what she was talking about pretty much and it wasn't hard to confide in her, but it wasn't like she put me under any pressure to buy anything or to make that commitment as to obtaining that policy.

    I've read the reviews and some people have their doubts and aren't too happy about some things. They were complaining about little flaws, the real fine print, which nobody can see and that's the turn off to some people, especially if they don't like doing maintenance regularly. But I've worked in several shops and I've always been about having things done on a schedule. I've been in the field for over 30 years or so and I know that some people don't change their oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, then they’ll go 8,000 to 10,000. But if you're using synthetic, it's a whole different story. You can go 65, depending on how you drive under what schedules you may drive, because they have different service animals. If you drive in dusty areas and so on, you should change a lot more frequently. At any rate, I just figured Endurance offered a good deal.

    They are also way better than CarShield. I have some friends that were with CarShield and one of them tried to use the policy for a bad starter. The Bendix came out and it fractured the flywheel. He told me that CarShield would replace the starter, but they wouldn't replace the cracked flywheel. But the actual starter caused the damage to the flywheel and I couldn't see them not replacing it. So he had to pay for the flywheel out of pocket, and after that occurred, he canceled his policy. I would hope Endurance is not anything like that, because any mechanic can tell you that the starter can damage a flywheel at times. I also recommended to that friend to look into Endurance versus CarShield.

    The original manufacturer’s warranties on our vehicles were expiring, so we were looking for alternatives to extend the warranties. I reached out to Endurance. The sign-up process was efficient and professional. Their rep didn't try to oversell. I was very impressed with how they explained the service. The duration of the policy was both by miles and duration and that there were incentives to do it now because I'm still under warranty by the original manufacturer for additional few months. It was refundable in a prorated fashion but not to the full extent that there would be some monies that were lost if I were to cancel.

    The payments extend for 36 months as opposed to the warranty period being 48 months. So, I'm paying more, but at some point, I won't be paying for the final 12 months. There were incentives for the first year like a key fob. So, they doubly covered for about three months between the warranty from the manufacturer and Endurance. Overall, the interactions I've had with Endurance have been very positive since signing up with them. I haven't used it, but it's been a positive experience.

    My car is gonna be paid off in four months, and my warranty is gone on my car. I was interested in getting an auto warranty and my coworker had Endurance. Signup went well. The guy I dealt with was very professional to me. When I'm purchasing stuff, and if I feel a certain type of way, I won't do it, but he made me feel comfortable. I asked a lot of questions I've been jotting down, and he answered all of them correctly. I asked when my payment was due and he explained that to me. I was very pleased with him.

    He was very polite and gave me the answers I needed as far as what was all under the coverage. He went down the list with me. The policy covers everything with the car except the brake pads. When my car breaks down, it covers the towing, the rental car, the engine part and the powertrain. I asked about the timing belt and it covers that as well.     I met someone who’s a current Endurance customer and recommended I look into it. I signed up several years ago and I made a claim recently. Everything worked nicely. They didn't tell me I had to go with anybody in particular, but instead recommended certain dealers or garages that they work with. They had to make sure it was a certified shop, but I could go wherever I wanted. And based on that conversation I had with Endurance, I decided that it probably was a good idea to go with a company that was familiar with how to work with them, because if not, it could take a lot of time.

    In the shop that I normally go to, the guy running it is also the mechanic. And as I watched what was going on at this location, they had somebody dedicated to dealing with these issues. Had I not gone there, it would have been a very tough experience. So, I was glad that I chose to go to a location that was familiar with Endurance. When I described the issue, they said it sounded like it would be covered. At the shop, they found an additional problem I hadn’t noticed and sent that information to Endurance, which covered more than I expected. All problems had to be verified with pictures, which made the process difficult. But this shop was acquainted with the problem. And he said I would have left with an unsafe vehicle if it wasn’t resolved. They also expected Endurance to cover it.

    It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get everything reviewed by Endurance and approved. Once the shop had the authorization, the work began, and I left while my wife picked me up. They said the car would be ready in the afternoon. They called me when the car was ready, and I came back and picked it up. I was very pleased with the entire process. Endurance needed to ensure repairs are justifiable and required information, and this facility was able to work with them effectively, which is something not every shop could do. Endurance is very thorough and careful. They were concerned with my situation and showed interest in helping me. They demonstrated care and concern. They weren't trying to avoid a claim. They were trying to make sure the claim was satisfied.

    I've had this company for two years now. Had a couple of things replaced. I had to argue like crazy along with the repair shop to get those done. They literally made me take it to another shop to have it fixed because the first was too expensive. I did not think it was that expensive to have done what was needed. Now that is has another issues they are now denying the claim saying I have exceeded the payout worth of the vehicle so they will not cover anything else. At one time I had them for a second vehicle I bought used. I was 5000 miles past a transmission service when it went out. They denied the replacement of that as well. So anything you want done they will refuse for one reason or another. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    The process was easy, but I felt that I was pushed in to agreeing to a contract. I was charged for one month, in my case $188.78, plus a $29.00 service fee. I specifically asked about being reimbursed for both amounts, in the case I decided not to sign the contract, and was assured I'd get ALL of the money back. I just cancelled the contract, after only 18 hours, and was told that the $29.00 was NOT refundable. I truly felt used to the maximum.
