The company where I bought the car from had an extended warranty on my car, which was about to expire. I asked them, "What do I need to do to extend it?" They referred me to Endurance because they had the same thing they had on my other one. Signing up was easy. Sign up with them.

I had an excellent experience when I signed up with Endurance. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable, and that was why I took them. He asked me if I had any other questions, which he answered. I watch for the prices and Endurance has better pricing than the other companies. I have 140,000 on my car too, and that's another reason I went with them.

Go with Endurance, not CarShield. The engine would be $200 out of pocket, and the transmission, $500 out of pocket, but not with Endurance. Their price is reasonable. Also, I was told I won't have to make any monthly payments to Endurance on the last year and a half.

I like Endurance Warranty's ad on TV. I'm glad they serve California because many places don't. It was easy to sign up and accurate. However, when I make a phone call during their business hours, I want somebody who is capable of helping me and not transferring me to anybody answering or another recording, because they knew they weren't open. Other than that, so far, so good. We'll see down the line what that would be like if I need them.

HORRIBLE company. AC Compressor went out NOT COVERED, Rear view camera went out NOT COVERED. Even though I have the best plan they have to offer and those components are listed-they will tell you it's denied because blah blah blah blah.

My son has CarShield. He told me about it, and at the end of the day, I needed to get something. I see all these ads on TV all the time, what companies cover and don't, so I said, “Before something happens, it could be crazy.” I haven't started other than paying my initial payment. But signing up with Endurance was very easy. It was informative based on what the basic needs would be if something occurred. I like what they told me. All the boxes that I felt needed to be checked with the main things about my car have been addressed, like I'll be able to change the light bulbs.

I looked at the different programs, but the ratings on Endurance Warranty were much higher than the others. I had a policy on my van, and it was about to reach maturity. I went in and increased it by another 100,000 miles. I took the car in to the car dealership, and the original warranty on the car had run out. I said, "I've got the Endurance Warranty." I gave them the card with the phone number. The dealership handled it directly with Endurance. They said, "We'll call Endurance and make sure it's covered." And when they handed me the bill, it was 0. I'm very satisfied.

I've got 2018 Prius. It's not giving me any problems, but when you get this old, it's due, so I wanted full coverage. I spoke with a rep at Endurance and they were very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the approach and I've been encouraging people to do Endurance even before I did it.

My Toyota pickup is a 2016 and I'm in love with my truck. It has 160,000 miles on it and ran beautifully. I bought the policy from Endurance in March and in late November, my transmission started failing. So, I'm glad I did it. When everything goes right and when there's no problem, that means it’s great, which was the way it happened with Endurance.
I took the truck to the shop where I've had it worked on and I told them what the problem was and that I have the Endurance warranty. They said I had to prove that I’ve done previous maintenance on the transmission and the car. I keep files, and there was maintenance done. So, I made copies of it and gave it to the automobile shop. I never heard from them again with regard to any question from Endurance. My wife and I went on a vacation and we came back, and my truck had been repaired. They replaced the transmission. Everything went perfectly.

Endurance is a Rip off. I was with them for 2 years. I had 2 of my cars under warranty. When it was time to use my warranty on one of my cars they declined the repair and said I didn't have the Recommended tires on the car so that is how they back out. Don't fall for the SCAM..

I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 at the end of August and also purchased a warranty with your company. The vehicle had about 51k miles on it when I purchased it. In December I started feeling a vibration so I took it to my mechanic and they determined it was the transfer case. We filed a claim with Endurance and after 3 weeks of jumping through the hoops required for the claim which included taking the transfer case out and opening it up to send pictures, the claim was denied for wear and tear, miles and time.
When I requested to speak to a manager I was told they would call me back. The manager called a few hours later and informed me that the claim is denied and there was nothing I could do. He indicated that I purchased it knowing it had the issue. I told him I would never spend $50,000.00 on a car that had a major mechanical issue. That isn't even rational. I asked for the claim to be reviewed again and asked to speak with his boss. He said there is no one else to speak with, that he is the one to make the decision and it is denied.
I spoke with BMW tech and they said that the transfer case would not have wear and tear at 54k miles. They also verified that there is no recommend or required service for the transfer case at that mileage or before. I spoke with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from which is a very respected dealership and they also said that it went through a very thorough inspection and nothing was found wrong with it. I am paying $274 a month for the best warranty with Endurance and my 1st experience when filing a claim is to be denied, insulted and basically called a liar. This is absolutely the worst warranty I have ever had and I always purchase warranties with all of my BMW. Also just for a little more info. This is my 4th X5 and my 12th BMW with xdrive. My 3 other X5s all are xdrive and none of them had ever had transfer case issues. Not even after one of them reached 320000 miles!

Very shocked at today's experience. I have been with Endurance 5 years and luckily never needed a major repair so have never used it for anything other than maintenance. Today I went to renew and add an additional car and the quote was almost 5x what I am paying with them now. When asked why the rep was a little abrasive in his answering and to be honest did not care if I stayed or left based on his tone and answers. We have opted to keep searching.

Asking an operator at Endurance, for a list of places that accepted Endurance insurance, I was given a website to refer to. That took me right to Endurance's Competitor. Bad move! Leaving less than perfect response on this site, my input was not accepted.

I had switched from an agency, and then I just needed to have coverage on my truck, and the dealer recommended Endurance. The process I went through with them was excellent. It was all done through the dealership. We took in the truck, and then the next day, they were there. And then by the third day, it was approved.

I got an Endurance auto warranty from the dealership on my other car, and they are good at it, so I thought of putting them on the car I just bought. Their claims process is real good. They came, checked everything and took care of everything like they said they would. There were problems getting parts, but it wasn't an Endurance problem. So far, so good. The only thing I wish Endurance would do is when the dealership gives a warranty like that, it should be in Endurance's records to let me know when it expires.

I drive a lot and can only afford one car. I wanted to make sure that if something went wrong, money is not coming out of pocket because I can't afford a whole lot of unexpected car repairs. The factory warranty on my car has expired, and I wanted to make sure I was covered. I Googled a few and Endurance was the best one. The process of signing up with them is pretty simple. You just answer some questions and give them the details on the car, and they determine what level of coverage you either qualify for or you decide to take. The reps were all very easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with. They pretty much have the answers to every question I asked. This is the second time I've been a customer of theirs. I had to put a claim in a few months ago and they were extremely easy to deal with. It was a painless experience.

The customer service is good. The experience was good until I called back to check on my policy two weeks ago. This guy came in saying I didn't have a policy and they had on my deal. He said I was not in the system. When I got him off the phone, I googled and just multiple-choice the number they have. I got to a lady and expressed my concerns. I gave her my policy number and she looked and said I had a policy and how much I paid. It's making me skeptical. When I try to call them, I can never get through. I get all these different people blocking the number and saying this and that, and I get all these different numbers. But getting hooked up was good—it's just talking to somebody and being secure that you're gonna be covered.

I needed a change from my other insurance and I asked somebody I knew who was using Endurance. That's why I decided to go with them. They had a good Better Business Bureau rating too. The signup was a positive experience. The price was a little slightly higher than what I was paying. But they very professional. I appreciated the fact that they didn't down the other company that I was using. I would tell others to ask every question that they wanna ask and see what Endurance says. Compare your knowledge that you already have with what they're telling you. I got a good feedback where they didn't oversell and they didn't undersell. Comparing apples to apples, they fit right on in.

Unfortunately, I'm dissatisfied with Endurance because they just denied a claim of mine, and I'm out of pocket 9,100 bucks. What happened was I drove down to California, and the motor blew up on my vehicle, about two and a half weeks after I got Endurance. But they said there was a 30-day wait period and 1,000 miles, and it was never mentioned to me during the signup. They just asked for the mileage, and I gave it to them. I’ve got a used car, a 2016, and it’s only got 62,000 miles on it. And they told me I’ve only driven 600 miles since I got the policy. So, I'm trying to deal with them right now.

The lady that I spoke to at Endurance was very nice. And she was my reason for signing up. But now that I need a claim, it's being denied for something that I did not think was an issue. And so, I’m not happy with Endurance because I feel that it’s not what it says it’s gonna be.
When I signed up, the lady I spoke with told me to give the approximate mileage. And then when they put the VIN number in, it would update. And she told me once the waiting period was over, I could file a claim. And as long as I hadn't done anything incorrect, I’m fine. And now, they denied the claim because of incorrect mileage. I also didn't feel that I've done anything incorrectly. So, I don't understand why my claim was denied.
I sent an email to the lady that signed up with me, and she sent an email back. And then she called, but I was unavailable. So, I sent her several emails back and told her that I was available, and I still have not gotten a response.

My son had been after me to get a policy because I already had to replace my transmission in my 2019 Ford Edge. I didn't wanna have to cough up another 7,000, which is why I decided to get a warranty. The rep explained how it worked and emailed me the contract. I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage. It covers electrical and major parts like transmission and the engine. Dealing with the rep went well.

Endurance sounded good about what they can do to help you with your car to get it repaired. If the car has to be towed to the destination, I can get a rental car on them. If I'm away, they can help me get into a hotel and they'll be able to help with feeding me. But I didn't like the price because I'm on a fixed income. The salesperson seemed to be very understanding. But now it has changed and I'm thinking about ending it. Endurance will fix your car if something goes wrong but you have to reach 1,000 miles first. There’s another company that said if I could get an oil change, they would waive the 1,000 miles.

We bought my wife a used vehicle and it was coming up close to 100,000 miles. It wouldn't hurt to have it covered. I saw the ads for Endurance and I checked the ratings, and it seemed to be listed high. Signing up was easy. The gentleman who took care of me explained everything and went through the whole cycle. Endurance was gonna send me the paperwork of what the policy was and some cards but I haven't received anything yet.

My husband passed in September, and he had coverage before, but it had expired by the time I found the paperwork. The pricing and the whole package were better with Endurance than the other companies I looked at. It’s been a good warranty, covering the oil changes that I get and a battery replacement. Endurance also helped out with the brakes. I have a car with about 166,000 miles and my warranty with Endurance is good until September. When I bought it, my original car warranty was ending at 100,000 miles. With how expensive cars are now, I didn’t want to invest in a new one, so it made sense for me to spend about $2,800 to protect my car for another five years. When I was shopping around, Endurance kept coming up as the most reliable extended warranty coverage.
The sign-up process was simple. I made some calls to other places so I had a good idea of where I stood when I talked to Endurance. They explained the cost, asked how many miles were on the car, and let me know there was a 30-day or 1,000-mile waiting period before coverage kicked in. I had to send pictures of my odometer. Then, they offered a payment plan. I put about $200 down and then, they charged my card around $70 a month for about three years. I received everything in the mail explaining what was covered and what wasn’t, and they explained the coverage I was signing up for.
Endurance can be improved by better explaining what other options might have been available, such as whether I could have gotten a better warranty at the time. But I wasn’t disappointed at all. I usually go to a Kia dealership for claims and they handle calling Endurance before any repairs. Some things were covered and some weren’t, and that process worked well with no issues. The oil change benefit has also been great. They pay $50 and I cover the rest. Overall, I got good value for the age of my car so I’m very satisfied, and I would use Endurance again.

The signup process with Endurance was good and the communication with the rep was good. It wasn’t difficult to get ahold of anyone. I'm approved for four years and the program started as soon as I signed up for it. It's not a problem making payments. It’s taken out of my credit card.

Endurance is a great insurance to have on your car and it actually works. I had another vehicle on Endurance. I traded that vehicle in and got a new one, so I just transferred the insurance. I had a starter on my car that went bad. I took my car to the shop, and they basically communicated with Endurance. It's very easy. It’s important to have insurance because I really didn't want to pay for the total repairs out of my savings if something happens. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I was online searching for some extended warranty for my used car and Endurance had a reasonable plan. I paid for two years and got three years free. But I have some things I noticed that I had to have fixed on my car, and some things weren't covered. But luckily, they weren't expensive. I'm gonna have to go back over another package with them to see how much more I would need to pay, but I got a really good deal compared to me just paying out of pocket. For the most part, it's been pretty decent. They've been there when I needed them.

I was really satisfied with what Endurance cost and what it covered. The signup was an easy process for me. It relieved a lot of stress that I had been under. I spoke with Travis, and he was really good. He explained everything to me. I really enjoyed talking to him. I needed something that I was gonna be able to afford, but after I was talking to him and he was explaining everything to me, I decided to not look around anymore.

After all the years that I spent money on repairing my cars, I decided to invest in putting money into an extended warranty. I looked at two companies and I ended up going with Endurance because the other company would not take my car. It was too old for them. The Endurance reps I worked with were very helpful and informative, so they let me know what was going on. My husband decided that he should get the policy with Endurance. The deal that they had offered was the best of the lot, and it was easy enough to get to their customer service. Phone calls never last that long but the call with the Endurance rep gave a fairly cohesive picture of the cost and what the policy was covering.
I had to make the three calls asking for estimates. The lady that I talked to at Endurance was a delight. The two others were also pleasant to talk to. But all three of them were gung-ho to get us to sign up with them. This is the downside to all three of the companies - they tell you upfront, "If you wanna cancel, just call and we can cancel." They offer you a custom deal as a way of getting you to sign up with them. What they don't tell you, and it's not a common experience, is that you have to put down a deposit and sign up for that coverage to get that price. They will not hold the deal even for 24 hours, even when I explained that this was my husband's decision.

My experience with the representative at Endurance went well. He explained everything. He was very thorough when I took the policy. If there would be any drawback, my local repair shop that I generally use does not deal with Endurance insurance. I called around and found somebody who did. Other than that, the claims process was very easy. I'm very satisfied with Endurance.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and I considered getting an extended warranty. I did an online search and checked out four companies. When I spoke to somebody at Endurance, they seemed pretty legitimate. So, I signed a contract with them. It takes effect within 30 days or 1,000 miles. The rep I worked with was cordial and professional. He knew his product. Overall, Endurance was very accommodating, and I would encourage somebody to use them, but to do their own due diligence.

Go ahead and sign up with Endurance. I was able to get coverage for a couple of the major things on the car like electronics and drivetrain. I called Endurance and let them know there will be a claim filed, but that was it. The dealership already had the number to call so they took care of everything. It was a $100 deductible and I was on my way. I picked up the car the next morning. Everything went well.

The Endurance rep who called was lucky enough that I didn't hang up. Usually, when it's a number I don't recognize, I don't even answer. However, I answered the call and he was very convincing. We worked around a price and how to start with the policy. I'm the type of person who feel safer with insurance, and I'd much rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it, so I signed up for the full coverage. I was very comfortable signing up. The rep was very clear and decisive. He has pulled the payment, and that's totally fine. It's what I agreed to. I have the automatic withdrawal from my checking account, so I don't forget and worry about forgetting. However, I received a notice in the mail that did say that I was entitled to a discount of $20 a month. I'm not quite sure if that was legit 'cause it was in black and white.

Endurance Warranty was part of my package when I bought the truck. Everything was done at the dealership. They made a claim for me last week. I'm still in the process of getting it fixed. Endurance wanted me to send it to another shop whenever I called and talked to them. But I was to send it to the dealership to be fixed and they said everything would be okay. However, the dealership called me back and said that Endurance won't pay for Mopar parts. It cost me 300 something dollars to get it fixed. Because I've been waiting on them to get back with them, it cost me two weeks of a rental car. The dealership got the okay to fix it now. They finally ordered the part yesterday. That thing has been in the shop for two weeks.

I was to the point where the car that I had was running out of a warranty, and I wanted the best warranty that I could get. I looked at the reviews and the reviews of Endurance were better. Everybody seemed to be happy and satisfied. I then signed up and the process was great. The person that was helping me was very knowledgeable about the company, and they could lead me exactly where I needed to be. In a very professional way, they were able to answer them in the fullest. They seemed really concerned about me getting the best coverage. I got the Elite package and it has a roadside assistance benefit. I can take the vehicle to any certified mechanic place, and they would take care of it. That's what grabbed my attention. The fact that they will replace my key fob for free is a plus for me, too.

I have friends who have Endurance and they recommended it. I signed up as well and the process was very quick. The cost was within my budget and the rep was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained the policy very well to me. It was a very pleasant experience. That was another thing that I liked - someone who knew what they were talking about. He was very polite and upbeat. I would recommend Endurance and a lot of my friends already recommend them to other friends. We all want the security of knowing that if something happens on our cars, that's gonna be covered. There were a couple of other companies that I was considering but when I got online, they didn't have a very good reviews.

My experience with Endurance has been a love-hate relationship. I've had four claims. People trust them for what they say they're going to do, but they do it a different way, yet it end up with what it should have been. I don't have a problem with Endurance. I just don't like the little things that they end up zapping me with afterwards.
Signing up was easy. The only thing I don't like about signing up is they don't disclose that they don't use genuine, original, manufactured parts. They can use off-the-shelf old parts from generic parts. They put in a third-party part on the air conditioner which didn't fit properly and the mechanic had to go crazy. They replaced my horn and used a generic one. They didn't use the horn from Kia. It isn't as loud as it should be and it cost me an extra $60 because the mechanic had to do other things that were not covered by Endurance because it wasn't a manufactured horn by Kia. When I brought the Kia in Coral Springs, they went through all kinds of problems, ended up having the manufacturer pay for the repair and not put it through what they could on the Endurance side and they paid the rest themselves because of all the aggravation they went through. They were very upset.
The mechanic calls my claim in and calls me with the bad news, then I have to pay extra money. I call Endurance and they say, "We can't do anything about that because we don't use original-manufactured parts. It says it in your contract." She was rude. I paid my portion and that was the last I've heard. The only thing I'm worried about is being rejected if I have a major issue and they'll find some reason not to repair it. I'd like to see original parts and out of pocket. I have a $100 deductible on my plan because the car was a little older. I'm okay with that. But I don't like getting charged extra things. My car is covered bumper-to-bumper. Endurance covered everything that I've needed done so far. But it cost me an extra $60 on a horn and an extra couple of hundred dollars on the air conditioner. I was not thrilled.

I purchased my Endurance warranty in 2020. I have never had any claims until September 2025. My warranty was to expire at the end of the year 2025. My truck was setting the check engine light and took and I was hearing some tappet noise. My mechanic diagnosed the problem with lifters in my GM 5.3 L engine, which is known for this as a problem.
I change my own oil and use AMSOIL products which are top notch. The salesperson at the time said no problem, just keep records and fill out the Endurance record form. I did this and decided to submit to them this form and my receipts for the AMSOIL products I used. Well, these receipts showed all the products that I have purchased and there was some items like engine/transmission flush on them. This product I purchased for other members of my family for their use. Endurance denied my $8000 engine repair claim saying I used those products. This company will fabricate any reason to deny your claim. There is no paper trail from them and when you try to talk to them they said read the fine print. Terrible liars!

Run from Endurance; paid Thousands for coverage, first claim Denied for broken shifter. Why because I put epoxy on it so I could get it to the shop. Contact says I can make emergency repairs to get it to shop but still denied. Requested prorated refund following exact requirements in contract back in late September. They say 6-8 weeks. It is now December 29th. I have called 3 times and each time "The check is in the Mail". Complete garbage company. Shame on you Endurance.

I was quoted an Endurance extended warranty for my 2017 BMW 430i Coupe xDrive, and the numbers were beyond ridiculous. They offered 3 years / 30,000 miles of coverage for a total price that works out to about $560 per month, valuing the policy at $12,000. Let that sink in. That’s more than the actual market value of the car for a limited-mileage warranty on an 8-year-old vehicle.
To be clear: 30,000 miles over 3 years is minimal coverage. $12,000 total cost is absurd. $560/month is what people pay for a luxury car lease, not an insurance product. If I invested that money into maintenance or repairs directly, I’d come out far ahead. This wasn’t a premium, bumper-to-bumper, unlimited mileage plan — it was a tightly capped warranty priced like a scam. When questioned, the justification was vague, sales-driven, and completely disconnected from the real-world value of the vehicle. Overpriced, unrealistic, and not worth a second look. The entire pitch felt predatory, especially toward people who may not run the numbers or understand car depreciation. Any warranty that costs more than the car it’s supposedly protecting is not insurance — it’s financial nonsense.

I do not have Endurance insurance. This review addresses their sales practices. I received a letter from endurance 12days after purchasing a new Lexus, with an extended warranty. Endurance tried to sell me a new extended warranty, informing me I would get a full refund from the existing Lexus warranty. I called to confirm they were the same company I had already purchased the warranty from. Although implied, they admitted they were not. In calling Lexus, they informed me to trash the letter as this was a common trick used by extended warranty companies. Buyer beware!

Endurance is the best. I've heard of them for a long time since they first started. And I've heard a lot from other people that CarShield is okay, but they said to go to Endurance.
The representative I talked to was great. They explained everything in detail. They sent it to me, and I printed it out. And they walked me through everything. When they read, I read on the printout and made sure everything was in order. They got me set for a five-year plan now on $137 because of my disability, and I’m on a fixed income, and I just pay monthly on autopay.

From the reviews I read across different sources, the feedback on Endurance was very positive, especially about how quick, easy, and stress-free the process was. And the process is something that I need to not worry about when I already have other things to worry about. When you only have one vehicle, not having it working creates a lot of stress.
The representative who signed me up was awesome. He explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing up for. The one-month or 1,000-mile waiting period seemed overwhelming at first because mine is a SUV and 1,000 miles sounded like a lot. He explained it to me in terms of gas tanks, it's almost 3.5 tanks, and that was my "aha" moment. Once he explained it that way, it made sense. I fill up my car every week, so in three or four weeks, I'll make it. I even gave him kudos for explaining it that way because a lot of us might not do the math, how much miles we do. I was so excited after the call that I immediately told my brother-in-law about it and explained how easy it was.
The salesperson treated me like a person, not just another customer or another sale. He took the time to understand where I was coming from and broke things down in a way that helped me better process the information. That, to me, is a customized sale because he did a sale customized to my understanding. He did everything to make it a smooth sale transition for me.

I have a lot of cars and this particular one has got more miles than any of the others I own. I know what repairs on this car can cost. So this one was important to cover. I started researching online and I ended up on the ConsumerAffairs website. Endurance was recommended, and someone called me and I walked through the program. I thought it sounded good and so, I signed up for it.
The process was simple. I gave them the VIN, mileage, and registration, and they came back with a price that was reasonable. They walked through most of the policy, what was covered and not, how I would go about making a claim, and where I could and couldn’t take the vehicle.

We needed an auto warranty and had bad experiences with other providers. We did CarShield and they were horrible, nobody takes them. Talking to Endurance, they sound like they would fit our needs better.
The signup experience was very good. The sales rep was very nice and real patient with us. He explained thoroughly what they offer and let us pick what we needed to do. The process was pretty smooth.
Endurance explained that they deal with the mechanic. You don't have to wait for somebody to come and check it out and then sign off on it. They talk to the guy, he explains what it is, and they cut him a check right there on the spot. When my car's done, I can come and get it. I'm satisfied, but until the rubber meets the road.

My buddy’s got the same car as mine, and it cost him $4,000 for the water pump. A guy at work had Endurance and they fixed his truck. So, I thought about getting the warranty because I can't afford $4,000.
The representative I spoke with was awesome. I give him a 10. I talked to another guy who was supposed to have sent me a letter and card, but I never received the email. Overall, it was excellent.

So far, everything is fine with Endurance. It hasn’t kicked in yet because there’s a 30-day waiting period. I decided to get an auto warranty because it cost too much to go through the dealership to get an extended warranty. And I'm moving to California, so I need to drive the car. If anything happens, I want to be covered. I chose Endurance because they seemed reasonable, and I got a good rate for it. The gentleman I talked to was nice, and the process was easy.

Endurance was tied with my car when I bought it from the Lexus dealership. It was originally supposed to be part of my loan payment, but there was a change where we have to pay extra for it now. The representative was just telling me that I had to sign up for the warranty to continue with this other coverage.
The Endurance representative was very informative and friendly. We spent at least 30 minutes talking, and he went over everything thoroughly. When I didn't understand something, he explained it again so I can write it down. I told him I couldn't pay until next week and he was very patient.

I did some research on auto warranties and Endurance sounded like a good thing. I called them and the person I talked to explained everything well. I felt like it was a good value. After he had gone over everything with me, my husband came in and the rep went over everything with him again. He really cared about whether we understood what we were about to purchase if we decided to.

I was buying a used car. I signed up with Endurance and the process was quick and easy. But I'd advise asking about modifications. I also wish they had a notification that there's a limit on how far out they'll cover the vehicle before you sign up.

I signed up with Endurance and that was fine. The lady was very friendly and courteous. I only wish they could give you your quote before they decide that you wanna sign up. They're not giving you the quote first.

I purchased a car in October, and it's only got 28,000 miles on it, so I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage on it. The Endurance representative was nice. She talked me through everything, a waiting period of 30 days or 1000 miles before I could start using it. But I don't need it right now, so I'm doing good. I just wanted to make sure that if I go out-of-state, I have the coverage.

We have an older vehicle, and I wanted to have some kind of warranty on it. And I've seen Endurance on television. And when I signed up for this coverage, it was easy. The representative I talked to was competent. He answered all my questions. He looked up everything, told me what it would cover, what my responsibility would be, what theirs would be. So far, I haven’t submitted any claim yet. He said there’s a 30-day waiting period because of the transmission.

I actually had Endurance years ago on another car, a 2017 Charger. The signup was good. I did it one morning before I had to go to work. I’d give the gentleman a 5 because he was very nice and helpful. He answered the questions that I needed to ask. Everything went well.

I saw a commercial about Endurance, but then my close friend Joanne Harris was telling me about it. My warranty went out at 75,000 miles and I have 108,000 on mine now. I’ve had my car for nine years and haven't had no kind of problems, but I’m glad I signed up with Endurance on November 29th.
The rep was wonderful. He was a nice guy and set me up real good with the Black Friday Elite discount. He broke it down to the discounts I get and what the warranty covers, as far as the key components, engine, and turbo, 'cause I do have a turbo. He told me it covers my key fob, auto rental, and roadside assistance. We stayed on the phone for about a good half hour. He was very helpful, and I didn't really have any questions because he basically broke it all down.

I have to take care of my car, but I have to make sure that the people that I'm going with will take care of my car too. I do my homework and don't just pick anybody, and it was between Endurance and Carshield. Google talked very highly of Endurance. I called to apply with them and it was an easy process. The only thing that took me off guard was I have to drive the car 1,000 miles before I can say anything. I don't drive a lot because I'm retired and there's no reason for me to go anywhere, especially in the winter.

I canceled another one I had and took out Endurance because they covered more, and it was a little less money. The signup experience was easy. I just thought I'd get a card or something, but all I have is a number to call in case my car breaks down.

The representative was very good, understanding, and helpful. She gave me some good alternatives and was able to knock the price down. However, signing up with Endurance was not quick and easy. It was a lot of detailed work. It's nebulous because you're just talking about it on the phone. It takes a while to explain options and digest it, but it was an honest and forthcoming process.

There were a lot of things I used Endurance for, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. When my car is ready, they just call the warranty company, give them the order number, and then the claim gets fully paid. I’m out the door not even 15 minutes later. I had CarShield at first, but a lot of these places that don't take them will take Endurance.
I loved Endurance, but I dropped them the first time. Because when my car got old, they suddenly downgraded my Premier plan with no warning. I had to pay for stuff straight out because it wasn't covered under the warranty.
It has been excellent for me. Endurance has many options, and I recommend them to a lot of people in Connecticut. I hope they last a long time.

Felicia was amazing. She is professional and was willing to be transparent about the policy– the transaction, how it was going to happen and how the coverage works. She handled my objections very well and she empathized with my concerns.
She said the policy will go into effect and we'd be able to file a claim against it after 1,000 miles of usage and three months. She said that if I need a tow or if we were looking to get a rental, all of those other features are available.
Getting signed up was pretty seamless. Their customer service is very responsive. I was able to check out the portal to log in, access the policy and read through that to get a better understanding. Endurance is pretty reasonable for the amount of coverage being offered. I would absolutely would recommend them.

When I got my car, I took a good look at it and thought I had to get some more help with it in case something happens. The guy that I talked to had Endurance himself. He gave a couple of points and I just went ahead with it. I got approved when I got it in November. It was for three years. After that, I don't have to pay anymore. The guy also told me it didn't go in effect until after 1,000 miles I had put on the car.

The Endurance lady I talked to over the phone was very thorough and knowledgeable. She made a lot of good suggestions about which program would work for my particular vehicle. Also, I had some very in-depth questions about what the plan would or would not cover, and she helped enlighten me on a few misconceptions. She was very professional
I have a 2020 vehicle with a warranty that is expiring at 100,000 miles. Because of the type of vehicle that I have, I just wanted to have some type of coverage going forward. I was set up on a program for 48 months but it would be paid in full in 29 months. I haven't actually filed any claims yet to see how that would work, but it appears to be a really good program.

I got insurance with Allstate, and they referred me to Endurance. They were the best. I insured my car with my insurance company and Endurance because it's a nice car. It’s not one of those beat-up Cadillacs. The previous owner took care of it. Their customer service is also great. I understood everything they were saying. They told me about all the coverage I would have on my car and all the components. It made a lot of sense to me because I'm on a fixed income and I need my car for me and my wife.

No other company matches Endurance at all. The other company just does the engines, the transmissions, the transaxles, and the rear end. Endurance does everything. It was a little bit more money, but I was more impressed for me and my wife. Down the road, in case something happens with the cars, they got us covered. That makes us feel pretty comfortable on that. The signup was easy and pleasant. I'd recommend them highly. I'm glad that we have not had to use Endurance yet, but I'm very confident that it'll go through like I was told and I'm happy with the whole situation. I'm not looking forward to using them but if I have to, then they'll be there ready for me. So thank you highly.

I saw Endurance on social media and emails, and they offered the best deal. The representative I talked to was very good at explaining the company, the policy, and the different choices they had. And he worked with me to get one plan that I can afford. The only thing is that they need to have people on there who speak English because it's hard to understand people who do not speak English.

I’m 74 and I really can’t be talked into anything. I’ve never liked pushy and I wasn’t gonna get the warranty. I was gonna hang up and call the other company to compare, but Endurance managed so well that I didn’t check into any other. Their rep does his craft very well. He wasn’t pushy nor presumptuous, and he was very much in line.
I would endorse Endurance and let others know I had a very pleasant experience with them. They tried to meet my requirements. Price was reasonable and was made fit to what I was willing to pay without going out of line.

I was with Assurant at one time and wasn't satisfied, so I did a research and decided to try Endurance. I don't regret it. Signing up was very simple and easy. My husband's vehicle malfunctioned and went into the shop. The claim that we did have, everything went like clockwork. Endurance paid the shop directly.
When we had to have the truck towed, the tow company arrived within 45 minutes. It was just a simple, easy process. It wasn't a lot of red tape and aggravation. When you're our age, the last thing you want is aggravation. Endurance has served us well. You guys exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended Endurance to several family members and friends.

I googled top warranty companies and Endurance and CarShield were the #1 and 2, so we called both. We were looking to cover if anything should happen to the car. My husband's was our number one because it's a hybrid and has so much electronic stuff between the screens. It just scares me to death that something's gonna happen. I have a Ford F-150, and we're talking to them about my daughter's 2016 Jeep too.
The rep that set me up was super knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He told me the differences and the things we wanted covered, and got that covered. I think he said one month, 1,000 miles was the timeline before I could use it. I haven't filed a claim yet. It's only been a couple of weeks.

I was with a previous warranty company and was not happy with what happened. They dropped me right when I was almost finished paying the contract. I started looking up extended warranty companies, and Endurance popped up. When I called, I was definitely happy with the way they handled themselves. The rep who helped me sign up was very professional and knowledgeable. So far, I've had to have two or three things done to my vehicle, and I did not have a problem with them at all. Coming from another warranty company and being promised certain things and then to fold the way they did, Endurance just picked it right up. Overall, they did all that they could do. I've been trying to refer some of my family members and friends, and they will contact Endurance in the future.

I had a five-year warranty when I bought my car from Honda of Covington and apparently, it was with Endurance, so Endurance had sent me a letter After getting the letter, I called them to find out about it and the young man I spoke with was very knowledgeable and he didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want. I signed up both my car and my husband’s car.

I have a 2014 Jeep Compass, and I needed to put some type of coverage on it. I chose Endurance because it was one of the top ones. And I had been hearing about them dealing with car dealerships. So, I decided to take a chance with them and see if they're for real about who they say they are.
I signed up last month, and the representatives were helpful and professional. I like their attitude. They seemed like the type of people you would want to deal with. They seemed for real about what they do. They ran down a lot of things to me, and what really caught me was how much coverage they cover for the amount you pay a month. And then the copay is 100 and something dollars. They’re better than what I had with Everything Breaks. And they seem like they cover more than what some companies offer.

I just went over 70,000 miles on my car and when I looked at my phone, there was an ad for Endurance. I went, "Well, you know what? This is probably a sign. Maybe I ought to do this." So I did. I have seen the advertisements on TV and I have read about them and I like them. They seem like a better company to go with. And they were wonderful to work. The signup was very pleasant and easy. My agent took care of everything. They came back with all the answers and they took my information. And boom, we were good from that on. Everything was clear cut and all in black and white. I even went back and asked questions online and got all my answers. They were very professional. Go ahead and get Endurance. it's a good idea.

Endurance sent me a letter and I called them. I looked them up on the internet too. I liked what they said and what they did, so I got it. I'm an ex-mechanic and I had been doing it for almost 35 years. I know what the prices are and I know what the labor is. The signup with Endurance was easy. I followed the dots, filled things in, and I got approved.
I used the warranty in Laredo GMC, Charles Wilson. I got a receipt from them saying what they did, but they didn't put any prices. It only had what they replaced. I waited for something from Endurance. They took care of my paperwork but they didn't let me know anything. I never received anything from them saying that it went through, I got approved, and I got this. There was no phone call to let me know they took care of the bill. I was waiting to get a bill. That aside, I'm just very satisfied with Endurance. It is an excellent choice. They took care of everything and I didn't have to pay one penny so far.

The sign-up process was easy. The representative told us what it did and didn’t cover, the deductible, the tow service, and all that they have. He was very informative. I have an expensive vehicle that could cost a lot to fix, but Endurance saved me $3,300 when I had to used it.

Updated on 01/05/2026: I had/have the best policy offered. I needed repairs to my truck. I called and was told that they would cover the cost of the repairs. Upon arrival at the recommended repair shop as the owner/shop manager called for approvals of work, I could over hear the Claims dept representative who was rude and condescending towards the shop manager regarding my claim.
Bottom line my claim was denied for the most part and they only agreed to pay $206.00 on a $1,400 repair cost. I complained to the claims department and was flatly told it was not a repair that was authorized/covered. I filed a BBB complaint review and the company replied with a boiler plate response, and advise I should contact a special team via email. I contacted them and never received a reply. I emailed and asked for a contact phone #. Once I called that number, I was once again speaking with the Claims department and received the same boiler plate reply.. "we are so sorry about that.. blah blah blah". Absolutely no change (as expected) from the "team" the corporate reply to the BBB complaint suggested I contact. Buyer Beware of this Extended Auto Warranty company. Very deceptive in nature..
Original Review: Had a terrible experience with my claim for repairs of my rear axle, leaking. After calling several different repairs shops including Nissan Dealer; no one wanted to deal with Endurance. Finally, ended up going to Meineke which was the recommended repair shop. I first called Endurance customer service and after telling them what needed to be repaired based on two diagnosis. I was told yes this was covered under my policy. I proceeded to go to Meineke in Flagstaff, AZ to have the repairs done.
After diagnosis, the owner of the shop called Endurance to receive permission to do the work etc. I was close enough to hear the repair shop owners conversation with Endurance Claims Department. The man from the Claims department was extremely rude and condescending towards the shop owner. After the call the shop owner was very upset and baffled at how he was spoken to. Bottom line was Endurance only covered $206 for the repairs which ended up costing me out of pocket nearly $1300.
The Meineke shop owner was extremely generous (feeling bad for how Endurance was not willing to cover more), that he discounted me and did not charge me for some of the services provided. He claimed he had never spoken with an Endurance Claims person who was so rude and uncooperative. I have paid nearly $4000 for my coverage with Endurance and the amount they authorized to pay for repairs was a total slap in the face considering they had previously ensured me the repairs would be covered under my plan. I would never recommend Endurance to anyone. Better to just save your money for when you need repairs, they are out to pad their own pockets.

I’ve had Endurance for three and a half years, and I don't like them because they won't pay for OEM parts. They took care of my claims, but they didn’t get original parts. The other thing is, I'd like to take my car to the mechanic on Saturday and have it repaired. But Endurance isn't open on Saturday, and I can't file a claim. Their customer service is awesome, though.

This is the worst company in the United States. They don't care about you or your vehicle. My cp4 pump failed so they sent out an adjuster who didn't even know what it was. The adjuster started to look for anything to deny the claim so he said that the tires were an inch and a quarter taller than the factory tires so they denied the claim because it is a modified vehicle. The tires have nothing to do with the cp4 pump. The vehicle needed tires so new ones were put on 10 years later as the vehicle is a 2015. Tires got better over the years. They have very poor customer service. They will lie to you and not try to help. The only thing they are good at is taking your money each month. Do not get a contract with them. You will be sorry.

Call my auto repair shop and asked if they honor Endurance Warranty and they said yes. I took my truck to the shop after I spoke with the claims department and asked if I was covered and the rep said yes they cover from head to toe. I took the truck in and the shop called Endurance and was informed that they don't cover my water pump. End results I paid $1000.00 to have the water pump replaced. I must have missed the toe part. so I will be looking for a new auto warranty.

DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!!! I’ve put in almost 6000 dollars. They will cover the water pump. But not the thermostat housing that’s also required, even though the make a water pump that comes with the thermostat housing. An adjust of 100 for them is now going to cost me 1000. Absolutely ridiculous!!! NEVER EVER BUY THIS WARRANTY!!!

This is a warning to others. I purchased this warranty based on the lies told in the commercial. Peace of mind when your car breaks down. Low payment for repairs. Well, that did not happen to me. My alternator went out and I had my car towed to one of the certified repair shops for Endurance. When they called I was told that my car repair would costs approximately $1250 endurance will only pay $546...how is over $800 a small repair bill? I have never been so disappointed, I had hope that they were a company that stood by their product. They source out the claims and I was told that they search the internet for a cheaper part cost and will only pay that price. Not to actually fix the car. I am literally livid right now. I don't know what to do.

They are trash, everything was green before they needed to fix my car. Consumers do not get tricked or fooled, they do not cover many things on your vehicles as stated. They scam you and never fix your car on a legit contract. Scammers!! They are robbing people. I have canceled this service, and picking up my car from the mechanic not fixed!!!

Endurance was phenomenal. They did great. I brought the truck in. We thought it was just a timing belt. Something came up on the computer, and it was knocking a little. And when it went in, and they started to look at it, the engine was essentially gonna seize. So, the entire engine had to be replaced. It took time, but it wasn't necessarily their fault.
They offered me a rebuilt engine, which we could have had right away, but there was no warranty, though. So, if I got a Ford engine, there was a 100,000-mile warranty, but they had to physically build the engine. So, we were without a truck for a really long time, which was wild. But they were communicating with the mechanic, and it’s the mechanic who communicated with me.
The only thing that freaked me out was the rental car. It was thousands in rental cars. And I had to get reimbursed, but they only cover five days. And I was without a car for two and a half months. And it's in their contract, so I can't say they did anything necessarily wrong. It's unfortunate, but it was a major expense.
We never missed a single repair pin our truck. Everything was in line. Never missed an oil change. Never missed a service. So, it's a babied truck, and it's just not something you would ever expect. And thank God we had Endurance because we would have been in a lot of trouble.
My husband was handling the mechanic. My understanding is it did have to sit, which I knew. I did research them before I got the policy. So, it was out there, and the truck couldn't leave the facility. It does have to sit at the mechanic. It can't leave while the paperwork was getting done, and until the repair was done, which was a little frustrating. So, there were some wasted time in between. But again, I researched it ahead of time. So, I was prepared for that piece of it. And the mechanic did tell me what I’m gonna have to do dealing with Endurance.
At first, I was skeptical. I was scared. I was panicking. But the last three to four weeks of waiting for the truck was related to us deciding to get the warranty. A 100,000- mile warranty compared to no warranty is a no-brainer. So, that's what we had to do.
The big holdup is that Ford can be famous. We were thinking more of the transmission. So, if anything goes wrong, we're covered. I think it was 130,000 miles. So, my thing was I'd rather pay a couple of hundred dollars a month and have insurance than have to pay $1,000 a month for a new truck, between insurance going up and everything else. So, we opted to keep it and just get a policy as a reassurance, just in case anything were to go wrong.

I googled Endurance and it had the better ratings. Their representatives were really good. I haven't had any problems with them. I pay 160 a month for 2 years, and then I get a total of four years or 44,000 miles. The policy I have is good.

During a trip in which I was driving from Arizona to Montana, I was almost to my destination in Montana when my Toyota Tacoma started showing signs of some sort of mechanical problems problems. I took the truck into a transmission shop in Montana, and they told me that some repairs would be needed on the transmission due to a leak in the transmission that I was totally unaware of. Apparently the leak started while I was on my way from Arizona. I called endurance to see if they would cover me, and coverage was denied because they said it "had to do with fluids" and they don't cover anything having to do with fluids in the vehicle. On the advertisements they make this coverage sound like it's the best thing since sliced bread, but then when you go to actually utilize their services they deny you the coverage that you pay a hefty amount of money for in a monthly basis.

I spoke with a lady from Endurance and she was very nice and informative. I was essentially approved for the warranty on the day I signed up for it. It was a one phone call kind of thing. I wanted to get the coverage to waylay any future expenses. My car was getting to be up there in a few years and I didn’t wanna have the unexpected expense of a repair. I let the lady know what my vehicle was, the age, and the mileage. She suggested a level of coverage and that seemed agreeable to me. We went forward with it and I enrolled. She then sent me the emails to finish the paperwork.

We have a 2019 Kia Soul and I thought we needed to get a warranty on our car. I don't wanna be out somewhere and, God forbid, the engine light comes on or something breaks down and we don't have no warranty on the car. Signup with Endurance was easy. I bought the policy the day I bought the vehicle just to make sure we were gonna have coverage just in case. I shopped around and Endurance was reasonable. I was impressed by what it cost and the amount of time they're giving.
I just had a claim a couple of weeks ago. We took the car in and it had a shock leaking and needed struts and brakes. I told the guy who I had. He didn't even need anything from me. He called Endurance. I just had to send a copy of when I had it serviced to check out the mileage, and the next day they approved the work. They covered $1,900 of the bill.
Literally, I didn't have to do anything as far as the claim. The people at the automotive place dealt with them. I was reading in their paperwork that it could take 24 hours to two weeks. Mine took the 24 hours. I was really pleased with that.

My experience with Endurance is good. My other warranty ran out, and the signup was very easy. The agent that I had was pretty good. I haven't had any experience with a claim yet because my car hasn't broken down, but so far, it's a pleasant experience. Everything is fine.

I bought a truck. My brother had Endurance and it worked for him. He loved it. Signing up with them was pleasant. The young man was knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone that called. The only thing I didn't get was the discount I would have gotten online. I wasn't sure if it was a fraudulent site, so I chose to call. But if you need Endurance, get it. It is peace of mind to have it.

I had an issue with the battery and my car died. I needed to see what towing service Endurance had but couldn't get into the app. It’s not taking my email, and I haven’t been able to log in the past three weeks.
Other than that, everything's fine. They took care of my claim and payment on time. I have no complaints. Everything’s been good.

I've been shopping for an auto warranty for six months because I got a 2020 Ford that the original warranty went out. I've looked at Endurance and CarShield. And I went to Consumer, and they recommended Endurance. So, that's who I went with. I've got it on automatic withdrawal. I just had to pay a membership fee of $29, and then the first monthly fee was 141.
So far, my experience with Endurance is good. I haven’t had to take my car in for anything, but I'll know more where I stand by the end of the month during my first experience with them. My service is supposed to start on the 22nd of this month.

I learned about Endurance at a tire place. I had a problem with my truck and they diagnosed it. The lady there had worked at a car dealership for 20 years and she highly recommended Endurance. I had to have my alternator replaced and it was $3,100. I just missed the warranty by 800-some miles. That’s what made me do it. They gave me a loaner car while it was on back order. The rep who signed me up was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Endurance. It's very easy to communicate with them. I did a claim on my horn, and another on my crank system. I brought my car to the dealership and they fixed it. It's still giving me the same problem now, so I will have to go back.

I got bumper-to-bumper coverage for my 2018 Dodge Charger. I got an email for starting the package for zero down, but I didn't get the zero down part. I had to start off with $154 and then the monthly is $152 but the overall package was fine to grab. I would recommend a friend or family to go there.

My car was breaking down. My transmission was going bad. I just knew sooner or later that it was gonna go out. So, I called Endurance, and they signed me up. The signup was easy. They told me the car was covered. The motor and transmission were covered. Everything on the motor was covered except for minor things like the thermometer, antifreeze, and oil changes. And in order to avail the roadside assistance, I must be enrolled in the program for 30 days or drive 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.

My car was getting a little older. It's about to be out of the service warranty. So, I figured I needed to find an extended warranty. Endurance seemed to be the better one based on what I read online. So, I reached out to them, and the guy was very friendly. We talked more like family when we did the business. He gave me all the things to look for. And I got bumper-to-bumper coverage.
They've already repaired a couple of things for me. I went in for one vent, they found another problem, and Endurance paid for all of it. And the place I took the car in handled the calls. So, it was great.

I just like that if my car happens to break down, I have somebody to help me pay for it.

I know that Jeeps are expensive to fix and to insure. I first had a different warranty, and then I found out that they had a bunch of litigation going on. I started researching and I found Endurance is the one that issues dealership policies. So, I chose them.
I had to use it one time. We had a steering stabilizer replaced on the front. It was efficient, no hassle, nobody called me, and it was done. It wasn't expensive. They offered to pay for an aftermarket one and the dealership gave me the option upgrade for the difference.

I have a 2008 Lexus RX 350, and my wife drives it. And it just seemed like a good idea to get a warranty on it because of the year. I learned about Endurance through the advertisement I heard on Real America's Voice.
The signup process was flawless. The woman was helpful. She was thorough in explaining all the ins and outs and what it covers. I had a couple of questions, and she answered all of them. She was totally upfront and explained that I had to put 1,000 on the vehicle and to wait a month. She also searched for a discount for me. She then told me it’s a four-year program, and I can take it to any dealership, as any Lexus dealership across the country is an approved mechanic.

I loved how Ms. Tamara H. took her time to help my son & I through this reprocess that the previous Rep. Don did not, which has us back at square one, which is what getting the insurance I was trying to avoid but here we are...it's so frustrating to have to go through this then to have a new contract done to match the mileage that the Rep put in what he wanted. So why would that fall in us?
So now my son can't get his repairs done & I think it's pure BS, they could've accommodated us considering it wasn't on us & especially since over $1700 has been paid out on our end already so they could've easily honored the repairs just to be courteous but that didn't happen outside of what Ms. Tamara did for us & some information Mr. Justin shared was very helpful for the future but Endurance y'all need to do better with accommodating your customers & train your Reps to make sure to take care of the customers so they won't have these kinds of problems. I'm really missed because now I'm out of pocket for repairs that could've been covered from the policy we've been paying on for almost a year.

I had CarShield for almost a year before, and they messed up. I got rid of the car and never used the insurance, and I didn’t get anything back except for a month's worth of payment, which was $130. And they didn’t explain everything to me. That was when I ended up with Endurance. I didn’t have any problems signing up. The process was easy. But let's see what happens later on down the road when I actually need something done.

I had a great experience with Endurance. They've been good to me. Every time I ask for something to get fixed, they always pay for the parts that I need to get fixed. I had no bad experience at all. When I take my vehicle to Nissan, they call Endurance, and they don't have any problem. They automatically get my claims straight through, and then my car gets fixed. I just sit there and wait for my car to get fixed.
Recently, I went to take my car for inspection. They found something wrong with the car. And I was getting upset about it because they told me it's going to cost $800. And the guy told me to relax. I told him I have an extended warranty. So, I gave him my information. He called Endurance, and he came back and told me that all I had to pay was my deductible.

I had Endurance before, but I’ve been under the weather so my coverage lapsed. I got a little better and was looking to get a warranty company, and Endurance is the best company for me.
The other plans were less expensive up front, but they cost more in the long run. It’s $250 deductible versus Endurance‘s $100 deductible, so I went with Endurance again.
The representatives were easy to talk to, explained everything, and there was no sales pitch. They remembered me from before and gave me low prices. My car was still under 100,000, so they were able to insure me like they did before.
It's $158 a month which is more than I paid before, but my car is older. I'm still under 100,000 miles though, and it's good for four years so I don't have to worry. I paid for two years but they won't charge me for the other two.
The other plans charge less monthly, but they don't give you the same coverage that Endurance does. My car is fully covered for anything mechanical and electronic. It covers everything, so it's a pretty good plan
The emails get a little bothersome, but I'm already covered so it doesn't really matter now. I had no problem. I have peace of mind knowing that Endurance is there.

Great extended warranty service. I'll recommend this service to others I know. Great coverage for my BMW X3 28i that is over 10 years old and over 100k miles. Truly they deserve no stars. After paying off my policy thinking I had peace of mind. When my vehicle had an issue the truth comes out. One of the top reasons for purchasing this policy I find out it's not covered like I was initially told it would. So I cancel the policy and pay out of pocket for repair. Not only do they take days to process the cancellation adding to the ridiculous time frame for getting the refund you deserve, but customer service is rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We are talking remedial math needing to be performed yet according to the representative they are so backed up this is why it takes at least 6-8 weeks. You can't talk to anyone to see what stage the process is in. You just have to wait and call during the 6-8 weeks to find out IF someone has done their job. This company is garbage. Stay far away!

Horrible company. They find loopholes to decline every repair submitted. Customer service is unprofessional, rude and argumentative. The claims department creates nothing but roadblocks. I'd advise everyone to avoid them link a trip on the Titanic. I'd give zero stars if allowed.

Website FAQ states they cover sales tax, but fail to mention some states aren't covered. They didn't disclose this during the sales call. They approved 2 hours of work for 6 hours of labor. To replace my control arms, they approved 0.55 hours for only one side of the car. Most of what they promised was wrong. They nickel-and-dimed and cut so many corners that the shop had to cut me a break. I've had several calls between their customer service and Consumer Care Direct, and they effectively told me to kick rocks when asking for resolutions or trying to negotiate: "we can't do anything about this, contact your attorney general." Excuse me? Avoid this warranty. They're predatory and cut corners at the expense of the customer.

Avoid Endurance Warranty. When my truck was declared a total loss, I notified Endurance immediately and requested cancellation of the contract. They ignored my request, kept the contract active, and later marked it as a non-paying account. When I tried to put my new truck under warranty, they told me that anything listed under Technical Service Bulletins wouldn’t be covered—which is basically most major components on a 2020 F-150. After I told them I couldn’t move forward, they still refused to refund the remaining balance of my old policy. Extremely misleading and unethical experience. I would never recommend Endurance.

I was looking for some insurance because mine was about to expire. We called about two or three companies and see what they're talking about. I called Endurance first and I read and heard everything they had to offer. I went with them for the price.
They charged me for no downpayment, then they gave me discounts when it's supposed to have been so much to get started and there was zero.
The guy at Endurance broke things down for me. I really appreciate what he did for me. Every question I asked, He had all this information. They have a link where I can make payments and although they don’t an app, he gave me his number so I can call when I go to the dealership or If I have questions. I was so happy with this guy.

Whatever you do stay away form these folks.. They don't tell you all that is going on with these warranties when they sell them and finally when something goes wrong you are stuck... They got me good... Crooked as a dog leg... I bought a car from this little old lady across the street that got dementia. I in good faith bought the warranty from Endurance, drove the car for 6 mos or better and over 1700 miles and the transmission failed..
I admit I had the oil changed it it because if that would have taken care of the problem I would have not used the warranty.. It i didn't do it so took it to the shop and no coverage.. Endurance kept taking auto payments out even though I had no warranty according to some independent person whom they will not let me know who or let me see the report.. If I would have known to have the car inspected at the time of the warranty purchase it would have been done but the salesperson or any one else let me know that.. Now I am stuck with a broke car months of payments out of my account, and still have to pay to fix the car.. These folks sound so sincere on tv as well as when they sell you the contract but to me it isn't worth the paper it is written on..

Hello People, warning. I said warning. DO not purchase this warranty. They will deny your claim, especially middle-class people. They aren't not who they say they are. Listen, I had them for months. Pay my warranty coverage on time every month. But then my power steering went out on the freeway with my 2 year old daughter and 6 month old son. My policy said in writing it covers that issue but they go come to you and say it doesn't cover it.
I went thru the process of the days and mileage, just like a thousand other people did who got denied, all they want is your hard-earned money and your car or truck breaks down, when you make a claim or take it to the shop, they go say to you, "It's your fault we can't cover it," because something made it do that which is ridiculous and I'm thinking to myself they are scammers. I'm telling you people all across the states, if you don't believe me do you research on them. I'm going to get a legal case on them for pain and suffering. They do people bad in worst scenarios. I'm going to pray what happened to me, itdoesn't happen to anyone else.

Updated on 12/23/2025: I was asked to email them for resolution and no one has got back to me. No way to communicate on here either. I pay a lot of this warranty. Looking for resolution. Not just a fluffy response on here with no reply.
Original review: Needed a transmission and they turned down a rebuilt transmission and made the shop put in a used transmission. 2 transmissions didn't work and the 3rd is possibly giving me issues only a few days later after finally getting my car. Meanwhile the total process took 2 months, 2 Months! and Endurance wouldn't help with any of the rental cost aside from their strict 5 day policy. Which I didn't know until this situation! No leniency whatsoever... you would think they would have allowed a rebuilt by now especially see as their policy states rebuilt or used parts. They say it's to cut cost for the company which I understand but if it's not working, it's time to move the next option!!!

My car's getting older, and I didn't have any warranty on it. I saw that Endurance had the highest rating and some of the reviews from customers seemed all to be positive for the most part. I also had CarShield for some time and that didn't go very well. I’ve been with Endurance for a year. The sign-up experience was fairly easy and I file claims through the dealership. They call Endurance and let them know what needs to be fixed and whether they cover it or not. The only problem was the dealership had my car for a week. They said they were waiting for Endurance to send an adjustment to look at what it is that I needed fixed. It took a few days for someone to get out there to do that.

I got a new car and the warranty ran out. And I have less income, so I wanted some kind of coverage ‘cause the car is the main thing I need. Endurance is connected with the Buick dealership and they said they like working with Endurance, so I got it. Signing up was real easy and it wasn't a problem at all. The only thing I don't like is everything's online so I had to print out all the information I need. I'm in my 70s, I'm old school, and I'd like to have a card that I can hand over to somebody, not a piece of paper that I printed out. But I have no problem with them so far.
I haven't tried to use it yet, but I've been having some trouble with my car light. I bumped the thing against the curb, and it broke the stem, so I'm gonna take it in and get it fixed. It's a couple hundred dollars and I thought I'd start with that and see how they do because it's something I can afford to fix if they don't pay it.

I am a widow on Social Security, so anything major that would go wrong with the car would strap me. I knew I had to have insurance. When I called Endurance, the gentleman I spoke with was very clear and not a pushy salesman. I was a first-time caller so I had a discount.
He answered all my questions, and I enjoyed working with him. He got my information over the phone, then sent me an email confirmation. Signing up was very simple and easy to do.
A mechanic told me about another warranty company that delayed payments which held up customers’ cars. However, the Endurance salesman explained that I could go to a dealership or choose from their list of mechanics. He said that they pay the mechanics directly so there’s no delay getting my car back. That was the clincher that convinced me Endurance was the company to deal with.
The mechanic who repaired my car recently worked for me before and I trusted him. I was glad he was on Endurance’s list. He called and they said there’d be a short delay because Endurance wanted to send an inspector out.
I was without my car for a day or two, but he got it all taken care of. It was all very straightforward and user-friendly. I found Endurance to be a very reputable company that took care of my problems.

Dealerships charge way too much money and I'm tired of it. I got a 2023 PSO brand-new car. I had 17,000 miles on it and I drove it to New York. On the way there, my radio died. For 14 days, me and my girlfriend have listened to our phones for music. When I came back to get it fixed at the dealership, they told me it was a software issue and it was not covered. I had to pay 200 bucks.
I googled auto warranty companies and saw Endurance had a better rating last year so I went with them. Their rep was really attentive, nice and helpful. She answered any questions I had and wasn’t pushy. She explained to me normal wear and tear like tires and brakes aren't covered. She told me the program would begin a month later and that I had to have 1,000 miles or more on my car. I’m paying $144 and was told that the extended coverage is included.
Everybody's telling me to be careful of the fine print because, even though they say it's covered, you'll find out it's not. But I'll give it a shot and see what happens once I start using it if I have any issues.

We wanted to continue with the warranty so we have Endurance. When we took the car into the dealer it was gonna be quite an expensive repair. The auto dealership didn't think it would be covered but it was so we were happy with that. The process went quite smooth.
I have just sold the car and I transferred the warranty, and the people at the company were very helpful in that process. They called back right away.

We had Endurance before when we bought the car. And we saw a commercial and thought it was about time to sign up again. The process was easy, and the representative was understanding, nice, and helpful. We haven't had a chance to use them yet, but we have the standard policy that covers upgraded engine system, AC, electronics, braking, turbo, steering systems for four years, towing, roadside assistance, tow truck, gas, unlocking the door, rental car, hotel if needed, first year pay for the tire repair or new tire, and they also pay for a new fob if we need it. It would just be nicer if they would give breaks for older people who are retired and on a fixed budget with Social Security. It's hard for older people to afford stuff like this, but we can't be without it either.

We have been thinking about getting Endurance for a while because anything can happen. And the holiday is coming, and then we are traveling, going to see our family. Because we live in North Carolina, and our family is in Jersey. We didn't want to have flat tires and had to come out of pocket from that going out there.
The guy we talked to was great. He explained everything to us. He gave us a great description of everything, what we qualify for, a good price, a good quote. So, the price was excellent. It's affordable. And we can do it. But we haven’t done any claims yet.

The dealer where I got my car scammed me into getting an auto warranty. They had rolled it into my loan which I didn’t want it to be part of cause I was paying interest on it. Endurance was rated one of the best, so I decided to go with them. The person I spoke with was very fluent about the warranty and knowledgeable about his job. I appreciate it because I didn't feel like I was getting scammed. For any questions that I had, I was able to get answers. They gave me a timeline when I could use the warranty. Getting everything set up was very easy that I'm willing to sign up other vehicles as well. The experience was great. They were also able to save me way more money than the original dealership was offering me. I saved about 100 and something dollars.
I have an Audi. Audi was charging me $308 for only 20,000 more miles for extended warranty. Endurance is charging me $189 and I get an extra 60,000 warranty. Also, I'm sure that I can find a place if I need to, because I talked to different mechanics and they were basically saying that a lot of companies take Endurance. The mechanics who work at my job said they really love working with Endurance as an extended company only because they actually do pay out. They don't get headaches. That information was very useful because they work with them. I've been on the Endurance website and the navigation was easy. I was reading some things and looking some things up. It was easier to actually get everything done because Endurance already sounded like a trusted site. And then there are the people who actually work with them.

I have a 20-year-old vehicle my son and I take care of. Signing up with Endurance was very easy. Also, their price was very comparable to the other warranty I had. It was $3 cheaper. I had a really bad experience with that other warranty, but with another car. Two months after I signed up, something happened with the suspension. They told me I should have had new tires and I need to have this and that. I ended up having to put three grand out. I canceled with them, but they kept taking the money out even though I told them to stop. Thank God I told my bank because they sent my money back. It was horrible. But with Endurance, what they say they're going to do, they'll do it.

I have a 2019 vehicle that I bought used. Not knowing what's it been through, I wasn't sure of what mechanical problems I was going to have with it, so that prompted me to start looking for some type of coverage. That's when I inquired with Endurance and made the purchase. They helped me get the right plan for my vehicle and explained a lot of things that I didn't know. They went into detail about the coverage and about the 30 months. There was also a 30-day grace period, but I didn't need it. I was fully aware of what I was getting into and what was available to me. When I went in for some major work on my vehicle, I had the repair shop make the call and everything worked out fine.

Because I'm on a fixed income and on disability, if something was to happen to my truck, I would never be able to afford to get it fixed. So, I got Endurance and got the Elite with the free towing, brakes, and oil changes. I can afford my monthly payments now because I just paid my truck off. Paying Endurance was simple. I gave them my account number and they take it out every month.
The reps were nice, explained the coverage very well, and sold the package to me good. I just called the number, and the rep was there to help. They told me everything I need to know. If I have questions, they have time to talk to me. It turned out pretty well.

I've had Endurance for about a year. The signup was good. I went with them mainly because of the options they gave me for going to any mechanic, the flexibility, and freedom of being able to get my vehicle fixed if there's an issue. I haven't had to file a claim yet, but they’ve been great on the customer service side.

I have a BMW X7. I had called BMW, the company on my name, to see what do I have to do to get my warranty still going with them, and they said they couldn’t. They told me one of the top two auto warranty places, and they named Endurance, Route 66, and they named some other one. Endurance was the first one that I researched, googled, and found the number on it, and called it because I was referred by BMW.
The rep made sure that I had 100% understanding, I got everything, I didn’t have to second-guess it, and I didn’t get off the phone and forgetting what he said because he broke it down. Their pricing was pretty fair and worth it. I would refer Endurance to someone else like I have already done because I feel that your money goes a long way with them as far as expenses-wise when it comes to having problems with the car or anything, and I feel like it’s a great idea and great thing they’re doing.

I have acquired Endurance just in case I need my vehicle fixed, but I have not needed to use it. I've been treated well, knowing that I've purchased Endurance. And so, I appreciate and glad to have that warranty. Overall, the sign-up was good, but lower the price.
