I got the extended coverage from Endurance because I bought the vehicle for $10,000 and still have a loan on it. The signup process was pretty simple, took about 30 to 45 minutes. The representative who signed me up was very job-oriented and did a good job. He was able to handle everything over the phone.

I’m a 75-year-old on a limited income, so I needed help to get my car fixed if something happens. I’ve heard about Endurance for years and also heard from my dealership that CarShield don’t pay. It happened that I saw Endurance on TV and I remembered what I heard, so I decided to sign up with them. It went downhill after my initial call.
I kept getting these messages from Line 5 that there was a problem with my payment. Line 5 collected the payments for them, Endurance told me. I didn’t know why my payment didn’t go through. Maybe the money wasn't in the bank at the time, but I know it was in there when I called to get the service. I kept calling them all week, and no one called me back until 8:30 last night. I told him I’ve been calling them for four days at least and I didn’t want to talk to them at 8:30 at night. They could call me during decent business hours instead. I thought, if they couldn’t get back to me all of this time, what's gonna happen if there’s really a problem?
My brother told me to take my money and save it every month in case I have a problem with the car. I called Endurance the next morning and told them to cancel whatever I signed up with them. I just didn’t want any part of it, and I’m not gonna go through that.

I heard about Endurance through my neighbor who said he has no issues with them. Purchasing was pretty simple. The plan options and cost weren’t too bad. I have not applied the warranty to my car yet, but I would like to see how it works in the near future.

The coverage for the price is worth the investment. Signing up was easy. The representative had a professional attitude. She explained the contract thoroughly, and answered all my questions. She let me make my own decisions, and didn’t pressure me. Compared to other warranty companies, the minute you get on the phone, they want your credit card number so they can bill you. She did not do any of that. My experience with Endurance was great.

The guy at Endurance walked me through the sign up process and told me about everything–what was covered on the car. He sounded knowledgeable to me. My warranty ran out so I figured I should cover myself. Since it is a foreign car I need to get that taken care of just in case something should happen. I have recommended Endurance to a few people.

I went through many companies that say they could protect my vehicle. With those companies, I paid the initial fee to start it, but never sent me any information, and no cards. After that, I received a call asking me to pay my bill, and they would send the card and information. But at that point, I had already given up. I feel like this might not be the best fit for me. So, I went with Endurance after I watched them on a Youtube infomercial.
The information that the gentleman talked to me about Endurance, it seems like Endurance is really good, and it would be a possible fit for me.
I’m just waiting to find out when my monthly payment is due. And whether there’s any chance that I can make the payment next week, Thursday.

Absolutely horrible. Don't get them! I cancelled their service and I still haven't received my refund! Terrible company. They took my money without my permission and now I have to wait for them to give it back! Takes 6 weeks! What?! That's ridiculous. I would give it a no star if I could. Because they can't be trusted.

I usually have a warranty on my car. I had a previous company, and I wanted a better experience. I went with Endurance because my manager referred them to me. The customer service rep was professional and courteous, and everything was fine.

I had a great experience signing up with Endurance. The representative was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I got all the discounts that he could give me, and everything worked out perfect. I was looking for a no-deductible option because I already got powertrain coverage through the dealership. It was supposed to be $127, but I asked him how much it would be with no deductible, and he said it would be $6 more. That’s $133 a month. I really liked it. The deal that I got, I only have 29 payments total for 48 months. That saves me quite a bit of money. I mainly took it out for my wife. I have stage four cancer, and if something happens to me, my wife has the coverage.

My experience with Endurance was fine. The representative I talked to, Lacey, was helpful. She went over everything with me. But I just found out that the infotainment center on my Nissan isn’t covered. So, if I have a problem, I just have to see if it’s covered or not. The price is a little high, and I haven’t filed any claims yet, but I just have to have it for my vehicle.

I bought an older car and it had no warranty on it that’s why I bought Endurance. I have the plan for five years and I think it’s a little much but it is what it is. I didn’t realize I was gonna be putting out $6200 for five years. It sounds good when they tell you it’s $167 a month–it doesn’t sound like a lot of money. If they do what they say they’re gonna do when something happens to my car, then it will be worth it. But hopefully, I won’t have to use it.

The warranty on my seven-year-old car expired last month, so I wanted a warranty that was gonna cover me. I contacted three companies. The person at Endurance talked like it wasn’t something I had to do, that it was an option, and that was one of the deciding factors. I don’t believe that the person who sold it to me would lie to me. He said it looked good and I should be okay with it. The plan started that same day and I was covered for four years.
I told friends mine is a very good plan but it might be a little higher than theirs would be. I was given a new car plan because I only have 40,000-some miles. They probably could get it cheaper than that. I told them it would be a great thing.

It’s been a little over a month since I signed up with Endurance. My son had some stuff go down. I loaned him about $13,000. And I realized if my truck breaks down bad, I’m not gonna have enough money to fix it. I had the name of Endurance in my phone and got all of my winterization done, and I thought this was the time to do it.
The customer service is excellent. I’m old and I don’t always understand everything and every question I had, but they were very patient. They explained some things a couple of different ways so that I could get it through my thick head. They were great.

I got a truck I keep in good condition that’s about 11 or 12 years old with 95,000 miles. For my peace of mind, I wanted it to have some protection, so I looked at a couple of extended warranty companies. I saw that Endurance had a good reputation, so I signed up with them. Their representative I talked to was cordial and answered my questions.

I had extended warranty from Endurance and I went with them because they’re one of the highest rated ones. And I like the sales guy too.
He actually reached out to me. And basically, he was a local guy up in Missouri. And I’m in Olathe, which is right close. I don’t think we knew some of the same people, but he used to work at a dealership down here in Olathe. He answered all my questions and everything. I said, I was buying a truck, and I was going to get it, but then they got a snafu on the title for about a month. So, I called him up, and he quoted me a price. When I called back about a month, the price was still the same. So, I just paid it all upfront.
Basically, this is my first time getting extended warranty. First time I’ve been involved in it. I got online and put my name in online, then my phone just blew up. The guy that called me before with some other company that they had on here, they were very pushy. They were very hard-sell people. Here’s my experience with that. I’m like, Fine. Send me the contract. We can’t send the contract until you send us a deposit. Well, I’m not sending you a deposit till you send me the contract. And Endurance was different. As soon as I talked with Endurance, he emailed me the contract, I got to look through it before I ever went with it.
Like I said, for me, it was like I talked to him. I mean, he called me, he emailed me. He called me the same day or the day after. I called him back, and he explained everything to me. I said, Look, here’s where I’m at. It’s going to be at least two weeks. He goes, Fine, no problem. And honestly, I got one email from Endurance, a follow-up email. And for me, I got jammed up getting the title thing done, So, I ended up getting the title on a Friday. I called that Monday, and it took about 15 minutes on the phone. They put my credit card right then and there, so it was very smooth.

When we bought our car they told us Endurance was the best you could have. Their reps were very pleasant and courteous. I have to wait a certain amount of time before I could use it. With way I drive, it’s going to take a while because I don’t go that far. The mileage is low on my car have.

I was also given roadside assistance and a loaner for the car if I need one for the duration of my car repairs. Given my experience with their customer service, as far as reaching out to talking with someone, I will refer them. It has been good.

Endurance was the one that’s been doing the most advertising, so I just went with them. I didn’t even look at other companies. I signed up and went through the automated system, which was very easy. With the money that I invested, it seemed like getting it was the logical thing to do, that it’s worth the few payments. So far, I’m satisfied with it.

My wife’s Durango was out of extended warranty, which we had through Mopar. Plus, my Dodge RAM was gonna be out soon. We looked into it, and I talked to Matthew who gave me the information, so we went ahead and signed up with Endurance. He did a fine job. We got along well that we laughed at each other’s jokes. I had a pleasurable experience with them.

One of my friends was telling me how good Endurance was to him, and that as soon as he got one of his cars, he got them. I called them, and they gave me a pretty good quote. It was for my mom’s car, an Explorer. She doesn’t drive too much, but I just wanted her covered. I signed up, gave them a little information about the vehicle. It was pretty simple, and the rep was helpful. I’m thinking about getting the warranty on another vehicle I own, so I got her contact information. She was very grateful.

I’ve been thinking about getting an extended warranty for a while because my car’s getting older. I’ve had things go wrong the car, and it's expensive. I don't have a lot of extra money as I’m retired. Endurance is not all that expensive and I can afford it. It’s a good idea to get it. The process to sign up was easy. They were real nice, not pushy but enthusiastic. They asked me questions, and I answered them. Whoever I worked with was very helpful. I didn’t have any problems.

I just got Endurance and the signup process was easy. The guy I spoke to was really great and I didn’t have any issues at all. I wish I would have done it a lot earlier because I have a 2015 Chevrolet Trax, and it’s not even worth as much as the insurance, so I don’t think it’s worthwhile because of the cost. But anyway, I got it, so I’m gonna use it. I haven’t had any claims, but they’re covering it, so there’s nothing wrong with it, and it’s a good thing to have.

My sister was with Endurance, and I was with CarShield and didn’t like them, so I went with Endurance. The young man who wrote me up was so nice, and he was able to answer all the question I had at the time. I hope everything is included, but if it’s not, I guarantee I will be calling them back.

The two people who helped me sign up with Endurance were phenomenal. They offered me some incentives, so they were both very helpful. I have a four-year contract for extensive coverage, and I only have pay for three years. They sent me an email asking me to shoot a video of my vehicle, which I thought was ridiculous. But the warranty is good and I’d recommend Endurance to others as long as it fit their needs.

I have a friend that had Endurance who has been talking about it. I have also been seeing it being advertised on TV. He told me that he had some work done, and that they 100 paid for it with no problems. So, I had been thinking about it for a while. The representative who signed me up was very accurate and professional. He answered all the questions that I wanted. He did not try to force me into taking it out. I was very satisfied with how he explained to me all the pros and cons, and how it works. Sign up for it. It would be the best decision you can make if you have to put your car in something.

I purchased the Endurance Advantage Preferred plan on 08/31/25. The plan included 4 yr/75,000-mile warranty with a wait period of 30 days and 1,000 miles. On 10/04/2025 I experienced problems with my vehicle and immediately took the vehicle the nearest dealership which was less than a half of mile away to find out what was the source of the problem. It turned out to be the u-joints and the drive shaft needed to be repaired. Upon looking at the Endurance policy, it stated the parts were covered under the policy.
When the dealership contacted Endurance, they were told by Endurance that it was a preexisting problem and would not be paying the claim. I called Endurance hoping to rectify the situation, but to no avail. I assured them the vehicle showed no warning or indication that this had been going on before I joined Endurance. The reason I was joining Endurance is because I didn't want any laps of coverage time between the policy I had with the dealership when I purchased the vehicle and the time of coverage with Endurance and that I had met the 1-month 1000-mile wait period. But Endurance is not willing to change their mind or give me their decision in writing. This seems to be a case of not being with the company not collecting enough payments before having to pay out a claim.

I wanted bumper-to-bumper coverage for my Sedan and I heard about Endurance on TV so I chose them because they were responsive. I called few companies, but Endurance got back to me. The representative I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services.
The signup process was very easy. One improvement I would like to see a little more information about the actual product. You really have to talk to somebody to get information about the product and that’s not fair.

I canceled my policy the next day due to the poor review and after consulting with my brothers. Also, when I called to cancel the account manager was very rude until I hung up on him, and I called back to file a customer complaint. I don't think the warranty is good for my Benz.

I was looking for bumper-to-bumper and I chose Endurance Warranty because they cover older cars. I took the vehicle to the auto dealer to have it worked on, and they dealt with them. The claim was easy, but I'm a little disappointed. I don't feel I got what I was promised.
The vehicle that I had taken in wasn't covered. And then they said that's $30 a day out of my pocket. So, I got the email to see what it covers. But it was so tiny, I could barely read it. I've asked for a physical card and paperwork to see what it's covered.
I tried reading it with a magnifying glass. But I haven't got anything other than a no on-a-repair, which I had to pay out of my pocket for $840. I will reach out to them. Because they promised me all kinds of stuff, and it's like, “It's not covered.”

I had three wheel-bearings replaced on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. The process was very easy. I informed the service department I had Endurance. This was a very easy claim and response. My Chevy Traverse dealership in Neosho done amazing work. And the extended warranty was amazing. It was a very easy transition. Everyone said it was crazy to buy this policy. But at my last oil change they found out was wrong with my car and the estimate was almost 2000. And my extended warranty covered all the But my deductible.

I had no idea this would be so easy. I added some front end work done and it feels great and it was only a hundred bucks. I did not have to do anything. The mechanic shop took care of everything. The bill was $1,300. I paid approximately $1 because really saved me since I could no way afford to fix this.

10/8/2025. Endurance Dispute. I am the owner of a BMW X5 that was taken to BWM due to concern of noise being generated in normal driving conditions. BMW dealership did the analysis and found the following: The front differential is internally grinding that can already be heard when the vehicle is moved in the parking lot. Root cause analysis was performed via stethoscope while the vehicle was raised on a vehicle hoist. Vehicle had DSC disabled and even at low speeds the grinding noise can be heard coming from inside the front differential. The wheel bearings are not causing a grinding noise, neither is the front drive shaft. Transfer case can also be ruled out due to not having any binding issues or noise emitting when driving on lift.
When the differential completely fails it either breaks at the input side and rips off the drive shaft and either damages engine and/or transmission. If it breaks on connecting side where it is bolted to the oil sump it breaks the oil sump itself. Either way the locking up of the front differential immediately immobilizes the vehicle resulting in a breakdown and extensive further repairs.
Major Safety concern: BMW raised the concern of safety by not doing the repair as requested. If it locks up it could pose a major accident risk. My understanding of the BMW findings were presented to an Endurance representative, and he did agree to the methods used of analysis and concurred that the parts should be replaced.
Two days later, Endurance home office notified BMW Greenville, SC that they wanted more physical evidence of failure. BMW’s technical people stated that to remove the part would require a complete engine tear down and still would not provide the physical evidence that Endurance is requiring. The part is small, and the good/fail criteria cannot be determined as it is no longer installed in an operating condition. To further add to the dilemma the part taken out cannot be placed back in the engine therefore a new part is required. Endurance wins as physical evidence cannot be demonstrated. Endurance knows this, how clever to evade this claim.
So where does that put me, by your definition physical evidence, it certainly puts me in a no-win situation. BMW stated the part was bad and they used the BMW approved standard method to determine the failure. And Endurance states that’s not enough! The reason we chose to go with Endurance was the assurance they sold my family that they were a reliable company. This letter of dispute was sent to Endurance by me, and they felt no responsibility for a return notification to me whatsoever. Again, BMW raised the concern of safety by not doing the repair as requested and Endurance felt no concern or understanding of the situation. I called customer service many times and they all in are responding reading from the same script. I would not recommend Endurance to anyone; they are not customer orientated. They are very deceiving to their customers. Their commercials shown on TV are far from the truth.

Endurance warranty is a joke! Once you get the warranty don't pay for anything!! And when you cancel you have to fill out a form to get notified. Before that they will keep you on the phone trying to get you keep warranty. Then transfer you to different customers service reps hopefully you would get tired of holding phone and hang up... They are so unprofessional so don't ever ever get these warranty. I spoke to people so many times trying to cancel. They will act like they did not get your cancellation request then they will tell you your credit will go bad when you cancel and stop paying... I'm warning all Endurance customers get out while you are ahead!! Do company know what their employee are doing!! I spoke with guy name Biaya **, they kept saying they did not received my cancellations. This was horrible. It took me 3 months to cancel. I even cancel my bank draft, but somehow they manage to withdraw the money for the payment.

The insurance is a great idea for people who have older Vehicles and want to keep them. I do recommend this product WITH the additional protection of Gaskets. You may not think this is important and want to save money, however paying deductible and gasket replacements will cost more over time depending on the failures of the machine you drive. As for the cost payback benefits portion of this product: It is up to you as to the benefit.
As for me, I have had seals replaced in my front end and have not reached the cost of this insurance yet. However, you are paying for the repairs needed in one lump sum instead of over time. This is the same as putting in savings an amount to cover repairs in the hopes you will not need to use it until you sell off your vehicle for another (financial planning), where the average person does not do this. A little each month to Endurance equates to the amount you would have to place in the bank for repairs. Thus, Payback is in the eyes of the purchaser, and how you manage your funds. For me, this was a good ide,a and if available, I would purchase again if the truck I have qualifies after my term is complete. Thank you all for reading, hope this helps.

I purchased and Endurance Warranty in early 2025 for my 2011 Nissan Murano to cover the powertrain and engine in case of a major breakdown. I paid $150.00 monthly for worthless policy. Just last week my vehicles transmission went out and the shop I took the vehicle to contacted Endurance only to be told they would not cover this claim due to the cost of the repair exceeding the value of the car. Make sure you check the value of your vehicle to make sure it's worth more than any major repair like a transmission. The sales team there will not tell you this and shame on them for unethical practice of theirs.

I had a breakdown on my F150 and the shop confirmed it was my transmission to be the issue. I am now waiting on the 3rd transmission to be replaced due to Endurance replacing it with “junk yard” parts. Also, I’m being told that I must pay an additional $500 each time they replace the “junk yard” part because the shop has a $500 handling fee.

Transmission blew on my car. Found out that with my car IT IS NORMAL part of its maintenance schedule. I always wondered why I never needed to add transmission fluid, It is a sealed transmission, very normal. Just have to put in a new transmission. $11000 bill was made into $3800, thanks Endurance.

My service advisor called Endurance to see if the repairs woukd be covered. The adjuster came out to see the car, told him it should be covered and then after submitting the official report to Endurance, it was indeed covered! It only took a few days and we knew the whole time where it was in the pipeline and when to expect the next step. Absolutely recommend!!

Be sure that you know how to read and comprehend a very tricky contract. Because if you decide that you don't want Endurance , Auto, they're already in calculating how they are going to keep your money, I paid over $260 and decided to cancel very shortly after because I was worried that it was a scam. It turns out now I owe them money, and I paid my bill on time.

I have a 2018 Lincoln Navigator which was a manufacturer's buyback vehicle due to EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION back when it had 19000 miles. That's it. It is clearly stated so CLEARLY in the Carfax. It now has 117000 miles. My Instrument Panel Cluster went out, (which had nothing to do with the EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION issue the truck had almost 100k miles ago) and it needed to be replaced. They denied the claim citing that the vehicle is considered a lemon because it was a manufacturer's buy back. It's very interesting that they did not consider my vehicle a lemon when they were signing up. Very shady and deceptive company. Steer clear.

Everything is worded so they don’t have to pay anything. Bad experience to the point of scam. Would not pay a claim on a fuel pump it was worded, mechanical fuel pump, and everything in modern vehicles are all in the tank, which is not covered. I’m getting aggravated with this whole process.

Easy process to sign up for but when I had a claim sent out an inspector, inspector didn't seem to know what he was doing. Told the shop. They didn't know what they were doing. Denied my claim. The warranty company is scam. The shop tried to talk to the supervisor who could override that decision. Left numerous voicemails that were said that they would respond within 24 hours. No one ever responded. I do not recommend Endurance warranty to anyone. It was a waste of my money. They strung me along. My car's been in the shop for 2 weeks, hasn't been fixed. It's been a nightmare.

I lost my husband in May, he did all the bills and everything on the cars and truck. You sent me a letter stating that my notification on my truck was due. I ended up making a payment. Found out I already had coverage on the truck to twenty thirty. I called Endurance to cancel. I filled out a form you sent. Emailed it back to you. You didn't receive it. This has been a hassle to cancel.

Stay away from Endurance insurance. They're nothing but thieves and scammers. I took out the policy with Endurance and made sure before I took out the policy that everything on my truck from bumper to bumper, was covered so after over a year I had an issue with my horn on my 2014 Toyota tundra I called Endurance October 1st and ask them if my horn was covered. They told me yes, I took it into an automotive shop and paid $179 to have my horn diagnosed as to what the issue was causing it not to work. I was called by the automotive shop, they said my claim was denied.
I was super pissed when I found out it wasn't covered. When I called Endurance and talked to the lady, they said, "There's over 2,000 parts on that truck and we can't cover everything," and because the horn was tied into the airbag, and that part was not covered, when I was told everything was such, bullshit. Nothing but scammers and thieves. Stay away from this company, even in Kentucky. I did the reviews. I should have before I took out the policy was a waste of time and money. They have a class action lawsuit because they don't pay out. I should have done my homework before I took out the policy. Stay away from these thieves and scammers, they'll take your money and deny your claim. The other thing I was told before I took out the policy, the only thing that wasn't covered was oil, oil filters, brakes, stuff like that, which is understandable, this company should not be in business.

I had a bad experience with deception when signing up for a new extended warranty policy. The price I was given was for payment for 29 months. I had to call endurance to get a copy of contract and discovered that changed the 29 months payment plan to over 36 months payment increasing the policy to over $700.00 for the policy. Then I was told by one person they may only pay for after market or used part for repairs. Then I was told I had a new car and that shouldn't be a problem. Mean while I was on the phone trying to get this message straightened out for over 45 minutes. I ended up canceling policy.

I have a Endurance warranty policy for 2 months, and my transmission started to give out. I had met the requirements of driving the car a thousand miles and waiting thirty days. I took my car into a reputable transmission place and they sent out a third party inspector and verified that the part needed was covered by endurance policy. The endurance claims department found a loophole to deny my claim and I ended up paying four thousand dollars out of my pocket to have my transmission repaired. I am now struggling with the decision of whether to cancel them or trust that. They'll fix my next issue on my two thousand fifteen infinity.

Only 1 star because you can't go lower. I had 2 claims: 1st, an ABS control module cost to repair was $3000, Endurance only covered 1/2 because they said they could get the part at 1/2 the cost of the dealership, the problem was it didn't come programmed and the dealership wouldn't put it in the vehicle, so I ate $1500. 2nd claim dealership said I needed a new engine. #3 exhaust valve was burnt, and the cost to repair it was only slightly lower ($300) than to replace the engine ($6500). Endurance said valves were an exclusion and therefore denied the claim.
I paid for their so-called extended warranty every month, and they took the money gladly, but when it came time for them to stand by what they said, it's a different story altogether. I'm here to warn anyone thinking about purchasing a policy with Endurance to RUN away. Put the money you would pay them into an account to collect interest, and if you need something done on your vehicle, take it out of your account. In short, Endurance Warranty is a SCAM!

Worst experience ever!! Do not full for the bullshit they try to sell you. I put in a claim for my car & they told me it was covered due to it being a "Pre-existing" during my wait period for the warranty to kick in. All while taking money out of my account monthly. Fast forward 7 months later I put in a claim & it's not covered. They wouldn't even help with $100 towards the repair to keep a customer. Instead now I want a full refund of all payments given & I will find a real warranty coverage provider. 100% scam!!!!

This place is a scam. Stay far away from these guys. They outsource contracts to 3rd parties. When trying to file a claim they reroute you to several different departments. Endurance can't even help you for the insurance they sold you. The scam is putting you on hold from department to department. Myself as well as the auto repair shop spent over 4 hours on the phone with no answers. I ended up paying out of pocket $1,400 to get my truck out of the shop. And I even had 3 separate policies for suspension and tires. I paid these jokers $185 a month for almost a year for nothing. Do yourself a favor save your money. These guys will just put you on hold for hours or deny your claim. I will be adding my name to the class action lawsuit. If you are having issues like this. Just Google lawsuit against Endurance and it will prompt you to the Attorney handling the lawsuit.

If I could I would give No stars at all!!! These people are SCAMMERS, they'll only fix close friends and family members' vehicles and are banking off of our hard earned money!!! I had their coverage for over 10 months, which I paid over $1000 and the company never fixed any issues I called in about. I tried getting help or assistance for not one issue, not two, but three different issues and they said they don't fix any of my issues. But the agent said I had Gold star coverage just to get me to sign up. I cancelled my contract with Endurance and it took two months only for them to only send me $96 back & said they gave me coverage but hasn't fix anything on my car. They'll ask for your odometer reading so they could subtract from your money you paid in .... Yet they never even once offered me roadside assistance or any help for me signing up with Endurance!!! So BEWARE, ENDURANCE COMPANY ARE SCAMMING US legally!!!!

They bargained with me to leave Carshield offering better service and timely response for repairs. In my 2 years with them I only came to use them 1 time and they couldn’t cover simple oil pan cost for repair because it had some rust on it. Obviously it’s a 2014 vehicle in 2025 and I keep my car well maintained. So I canceled for being money hungry to charge monthly autopay and couldn’t cover even 1/4 of the price I had already put into their contract.

How these people have good reviews, is beyond me, it seems like most of the bad reviews are by legitimate customers, and I truly believe that the good reviews are probably written by friends, the customers complain about the same exact thing that I’m about to complain about. These people find ways to get out of paying claims on technicalities, (and that is exactly what the AI overview states). I bought the best warranty which covered struts on my car, nowhere where did it say that if another part causes the strut to go out that it’s not covered (that’s something else they made up). What difference does it make? The strut went out. And it clearly states that struts are covered.
First they tried to say, "You don’t have struts on your rear end, you have shocks." When the dealership proved them wrong, and my licensed mechanic Agreed with the dealership. They got caught in the first lie, and then they found another way to deny the claim. They tried to say that something else caused my strut to leak. Well, that doesn’t make sense. The bottom line is the strut went out. So it should be covered., Plus, I don’t buy the story that something else made the strut go out that’s crazy!
I believe they take a percentage of claims, and approve them, and then they take another percentage of claims no matter what they are and deny them. This is all about dollars and greed. These people to me are liars and thieves, each customer service agent that I spoke to all they cared about, was trying to get me to not cancel my warranty, and each one of them contradicted each other. That shows that they lie. If you choose to buy a warranty from these people do it at your own risk, I would rather go with CarShield, which they are not the best warranty company, than them. At least they pay claims. Uf you’re gonna buy a warranty go to CarShield. You’ll have better luck.

I want to cancel my policy because it looks like Endurance Auto Warranty doesn't pay for anything. My air conditioner was out and Endurance said, "Oh, we don't cover the blower." The blower was working though. The service manager, the one that talks to me back and forth about my claim, called Endurance back and said, "We didn't say it was a blower." She told Endurance the issue was another part that's covered in the plan but they said, "We don't cover that neither." I couldn't win with Endurance. When I signed up, they said the AC is covered, but then when I went for it, they said they're not covering it. I also asked them to send me a copy of the contract and they didn't. They just emailed it to me.
I'm paying for the repair out of pocket and if something else goes wrong with my car, Endurance might not pay for that as well. I'm paying 5,000 for nothing and that's a lot of money. I'm buying a new car with that. The thing is, it wasn't a big claim like an engine. It was the air conditioner. They told me they cover the module for that, but now, they're saying they don't. Somebody asked me how the claim was and I told them, so they went to somebody else.

My car was outside the 100,000 mile warranty and the rep I dealt with at Endurance was absolutely perfect. They answered every question and explained in detail what the plan covered and didn't cover. They were very good. However, I don't have a copy of my contract. I was supposed to get it, and they sent me all these things, but my copy didn't download.
I first heard about Endurance Auto Warranty on TV, then I heard somebody I worked with say, “I really gotta get a warranty on my car. It's a really good car. You never know if something's gonna happen.” I said, “Oh, you need to get Endurance.” Another person told me they were looking at Endurance, and I told them to call, so I hope they did. They were looking at Endurance because the warranty they had was twice as high as mine was. They asked me what I was paying, and I told them about 140 and they said “What?” I said, “Yeah.” They told me they were gonna be calling you.

I talked to the rep from Endurance and she was very respectful. She knew how to talk to me. She asked me a few little things about what I think of how things are, and I had gotten the bonus thing because I already had paid to get on. The experience was very helpful and nice. People should jump aboard Endurance. It's great.

I signed up with Endurance in August. When I submitted my first claim for a particular error in the transmission, they said they don't do this and they don't do that. They denied my claim. I said, "It was not indicated to me when I took the warranty out for my vehicle." They advertise on the radio that they take care of vehicles from the beginning to the ending. Then when I needed help, I'm like $3000 in the hole, and I can't even get the truck out of the shop 'cause I don't have the money. I was very dissatisfied cause the information provided was incorrect.

I decided to go with Endurance 'cause they had less complaints compared to other companies, also rated a little bit better from what I've heard. The downside is, they turn down cases or reimbursement cases because they have a habit of saying, "It's a pre-existing condition." I went through divorce, and I just needed to be comfortable with the next few years with the automobile that I have. I compared different companies and I was more comfortable with Endurance. I looked online and found Endurance myself. I was looking for the best coverage. Their rep was good and explained each option to me. When I got ready to make my down payment, something was incorrect, and I went back to correct it, and it just kept spinning and wouldn't let me make the payment. I would have done it myself. They started calling me from there because I guess they saw that I was trying to do it. As far as the timeline of when I can use the warranty, they told me about it, and then I went back and read the documents myself. My contract says I have to have 30 days and 1,000 miles.

Request a tow truck from Endurance for my car to be towed on Friday 9/26/2025 at 5 pm due to an out of town emergency then returning on Sunday 9/28/2025 noon to find my vehicle was never towed as requested and obtained parking tickets.

Was not satisfied with Endurance. Had an transmission claim that they did not honor. They found a loophole to deny my claim. Could not give me the denial form or reason for denial in writing. I was told it was verbal only. I was lied to by the sales person who told me that transferring a vehicle instead of canceling a vehicle I would keep the value of the old warranty.

Endurance Warranty's rep tried to get us a good price, but it's still awfully high. He got down a bit from what he started at because we're both seniors and on social security. We bought a vehicle. It's on payments and I felt we need some protection on it. However, the payments to Endurance Warranty are almost as high as the car payments. But I know that the powertrain is covered, and that was my main concern. If the transmission or engine went out, they're very expensive now, so those are the main things I wanted covered. Plus I found out after I bought the car that it's 4 wheel drive so there's a 4 wheel drivetrain that will have to be looked at too.

I already had a third party and another auto warranty through CarShield, but I went with Endurance Warranty because people told me that Endurance covered more and that I could pick whoever I wanted to go to. I liked the benefits and the way the rep talked. I didn't get accepted for a claim, and the young guy who talked to me after that handled it well and I respect that. He did well with it. The rep said Endurance doesn't cover rear end components. I understand it now because I had to read back over the contract. Make sure that they explain everything when they first call.

I learned about Endurance Warranty from ConsumerAffairs. They listed the quotes and the companies that were, based on my information, the best ones. Endurance was the first to reach out to me. I wanted to hear what they had to say. I looked at the quotes from CarShield and they were the same price. Danica Patrick would not lie to me. I just gotta get my 1,000 miles in. The customer service person that I dealt with was very nice, informative, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me. It was a good experience all the way around. I am satisfied with the program, the cost and everything that is associated with it. When I buy a new vehicle, my warranty on my other car will have run out in the next year. I may turn around and transfer to that car because it only has 28,000 miles on it. It's six years old.

I was a member of Endurance when I had my 2019 Nissan Altima. When I got rid of that car, I bought a 2024 Nissan Rogue and I'm covered up under them again for that car. I filed several claims with them and they were right on to them. Something happened to the front end of my 2019 car and I took it to the shop. They fixed it and all I did was pay my $100 deductible. Then I got my car back on the same day. They called Endurance and Endurance paid them. Then I was out the door. One time, the original battery went out and I was at the dealership. I called Endurance and they have paid for half of the battery. All I had to pay was the $100 deductible.
It's best to have a warranty on your car so when something happens unexpectedly, you don't have to come out of your pocket with a whole lot of money that you don't have at that time and then you’d be out your vehicle. That was what I told my family when that happened. I told them that Endurance is pretty good and that I like them. I recommend anybody to be with Endurance. I still got the factory warranty on my current vehicle but I got Endurance because I wanted to go ahead on and get an extra jump. So, by the time my warranty wears off, this warranty will be paid for. The rep who assisted me knew his stuff and he was super. You also can't find anything cheaper than the

Houzz is Pinterest for houses and they have an Angie's List set up thing where they have a way of sourcing contractors. I found them online and overall, they're good for some things, and they're not good for others. I stopped using their website because it was getting harder to navigate. When I first started using it in 2014, I got a lot of great ideas from it and it wasn't so bogged down with ads and other crud. But as time went on and I tried to go back to it, it became nothing but a bunch of selling ad pop-ups and crap. So, it became less useful with time.

I wanted to look into Endurance because I know my warranty was up on my car a while back, and I could get coverage for older cars through them. I liked that one could get warranty coverage from Endurance on cars that are high mileage. I already set up the payment to Endurance. I paid the down payment, and then as of October 2nd, they were gonna withdraw the next payment. So far, I haven't had any problems.

I was looking into signing up with Endurance Warranty online. I was getting the information. Someone followed up because I had made the inquiry online. And he was following up. He was able to offer me things that weren't available online. I then signed up. That guy was great. Over the whole year, you can get one job done and it would be taken care of, especially here in Hawaii where everything is expensive.

Called to cancel my policy, the reps was very pushy in continuing the policy term. Told them I just wanted to cancel. They still continued to withdraw my monthly payment, when I called to ask why the rep still continued to push me into not canceling. Stated no notes indicated I wanted to cancel, and I should continue to pay since there’s only 6 months left. I no longer have that car in my possession. Asked for a manager, he apparently was one. Asked to have the call pulled and he would not respond if they record phone calls. Never needed to use the policy so not sure how good it is.

I am a current policy holder with Endurance, have been for years. Premium is auto deducted from bank account, I've never filed a claim. I have the highest policy coverage they offer. The tire compartment door latch on the vehicle got broken. Endurance refused to pay. They claim door latches and non-mechanical parts are not covered. A door opening mechanism IS a mechanical part. Not only did they deny, the rep on the phone was short and abrupt with me. I felt scammed by Endurance. Thousands of dollars in premium payments so far, but they wouldn't replace a $75 defective part, plus labor. My advisor at the Benz dealership told me he's not surprised, they don't recommend Endurance to customers because they almost always deny legitimate claims.

The sign up was quite simple. I try think the coverage should have had more attention paid to it. Read the book. If it is not specifically listed it is not covered. Also, they have the right to use any part they want. The Chevy part was about 1300. And they found a aftermarket part for $122. Guess what they paid? The total repair was a little over $2300, they paid about $700. If I had read the 35 pages of fine print I would have known this. I’m used to a warranty that if it breaks it is repaired. This is not that type of warranty. With this when it breaks part of the repair is covered. I’m not saying it’s dishonest, just disappointing. My advice is, read the book.

FYI Endurance I am bombarded with spam emails daily. Most days in excess of 20 emails starting with Authur. My name is not Authur to begin with. Secondly I am blind and obviously do not drive. I needed a warranty and Endurance was better than the one they tried to offer me at the dealership. An Endurance rep called me out of nowhere and he was good. He was knowledgeable for the most part. I almost thought he was a robot and he might have been for all I know. He was very monotone. There's no excitement in his voice. He recited to me straight, and I was already gonna go with the warranty. I needed this anyway, so it was not like he talked me into it. I signed up and I just passed my first month.

This was a classic bait and switch. Referring to a molded component of the a/c compressor (this part cannot be removed from the compressor) as a seal is a falsehood. Claims reps were rude and unwilling to consider photos and diagrams from the repair shop.

I purchased a 2018 Honda CRV EX Turbo around May of 2025. I purchased the secure plus extended warranty from Endurance. September 3rd 2025, I took my vehicle into a certified Honda repair shop. Codes ran, all types of diagnostic performed and it was determined that the turbo charge underboost code p0029 had failed. Endurance is refusing to replace the turbo unless "I" authorize, which mean "pay" for Honda to do a teardown of the actual turbo. Honda has explained that turbos are not torn down simply due to damaging the housing and creating other mechanical damaging. I have been without a vehicle and no rental car because Endurance denied the claim.
Endurance is there to make money and false advertising and maybe paying professional actors on TV. It is sad. They sent an inspector out who test drove my car and told the service manager and technician that yes he agreed the turbo had failed that there was no power and failed boost. You guys are scammers and it's sad. You are not honest people and you simply stall around and find every excuse in the world as to why a repair is not covered. I provided oil changes, heck haven't had the car long enough for 2 oil changes, geesh.
You can't tell anything by tearing down a turbo. Honda has the certified mechanics and you guys just have people dissecting contracts and then denying them. I have been so inconvenienced, no way to work, have a minor daughter, a brother who I care for with stage 4 prostate cancer. I have going to report your misleading to whomever I can and who can legally stop this from happening to innocent people. You have all these positive reviews and then now I'm seeing the complaints. So are you guys paying for these positive reviews? I just want my car repaired.

I’m writing this review to bring awareness to this companies mishandling of claims. The denial of my vehicle claim initiated on September 11, 2025. The service advisor submitted the claim, and I was advised that an inspector would be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Despite this assurance, the inspector failed to appear until September 17, after multiple follow-up calls and a formal complaint on my part. This delay caused unnecessary inconvenience and diminished my confidence in your claims process.
Additionally, I was requested to provide documentation of recent oil changes, including samples, which I complied with promptly. Subsequently, I received an unsolicited inquiry regarding the size of my tires, which were installed at the time of vehicle purchase and were compatible with the manufacturer's specifications. I was then asked to pay an additional $500 for tire modification, despite the tires being original equipment. This request appeared to be an undue obligation and, coupled with the delayed inspection, further exacerbated my frustration.
Prior to filing this claim, I made multiple efforts to resolve these issues amicably, including numerous calls seeking assistance, all of which went unanswered. Most recently, I was informed that my claim was denied due to my alleged exceeding the 1,000-mile limit on oil changes, which is factually inaccurate as I consistently adhere to manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.
Based on these circumstances, it appears that your company employs subjective and arguably unjust criteria to deny claims, which raises concerns regarding the adherence to the principles of fair dealing and fair claims practices under applicable insurance laws. If Mr. Justin Thomas is committed to integrity and fair treatment, I urge a thorough review of this matter, particularly considering the company's questionable claim denial history and its current rating.

I was very, very upset with the Endurance representative who should have and should tell all clients or patrons that your payment comes out automatically. He expressed to me every single benefit that I get, and how I could call him personally on his personal line, which was not his personal line. The line is for whatever representative that's available when you call. I spoke with other Endurance representatives who assisted me and they were nice. They took me off the auto pay.
We paid half of the policy on both cars on Monday, and the representative told me, "Oh, you don't have to worry about making a payment right now 'cause you made a payment of half of the whole policy." It was almost six grand. I left the phone happy and pleased. I ain't got to stress out about making the payment. Then for me to get text messages stating that my payment needs to be paid on the 12th. But I don't get paid around that cycle. So, I told Endurance that I might have to pay it between the 12th and the 15th. I was just very upset about that. The representative should have called and apologized because I even left a message for him to call me. The representatives should not do whatever just to get somebody to sign on. I was really inclined on closing the account and get my money back in some kind of way. But I'm just gonna go ahead because I need the warranty.

I asked for Pier 66 and the rep said I was connected with Pier 66. I didn't know it was Endurance. The whole time, I was thinking I was getting Pier 66. He told me that the warranty was gonna be billed with a different name because they use a credit union, so it didn't kick in when I saw it done. When I called Pier 66 to ask a question, they didn't know anything about me. That was how I found out that it wasn’t Pier 66.
Endurance took out my first month payment, and it was gonna be my second month but I cancelled it right off when I found out it wasn’t Pier 66. I gotta sign some paperwork and have it notarized to get my money. But I probably won't because I’m a commercial driver and they'll probably use that against me even though it says I’m a commercial driver.

It was a pleasurable experience signing up with Endurance. They explained it to me, what I qualify for, what it covered, the breakdown on how it works. It was really a beautiful, great help. But the one thing on the app that I do not like is I requested for tow service and the number on the app is an incorrect number. They're saying they couldn't find my contract. They gave me a completely different number to call for towing service. The app needs to be updated with the right one.

I researched reviews online. There are a couple of sites I go to and trust, and the Endurance reviews on it were good. There were bad ones, but there were very few of those as opposed to positive ones and some of the digs were minor. It was little personality conflicts. As far as the service and what they cover, Endurance was what I was looking for.
Signup was easy and everything was fine. I got the information and coverage I wanted, and the guy was very polite. The only thing is they financed through Line 5. I set everything up from the get-go, but I got emails right away from Line 5 saying, “Hey, did you do this? Did you do that?” I was busy and it started freaking me out whether or not I did, but then I got an email from Endurance saying that auto pay was set up. I don't like correspondence if there's not a problem. I'm that way with my mortgage company as well.

Endurance does a really better job of covering more on your vehicle than their competitors. I did research before I bought the policy, and they're better than everybody else. The customer service rep that I dealt with was fantastic. She helped me get signed up and went over everything about the policy when I purchased it. She did a great job. I didn't really have any questions except for what is all covered under the warranties. I qualified for the highest one. She told me how much all was covered under it, and it was even $14 cheaper than the competitors.

Endurance Warranty is a known company. I'm familiar with it. The sign-up process with them was straightforward and I didn't have any issues with it. I asked the rep what they had to offer and he explained how it works. I printed out the contract on my computer from what sent me, and I got a bunch of pages. But if there's a hard copy out there, I'd like to have that.

My experience in getting signed up for my Endurance policy was very good. I looked at other providers but the cost was a big factor for me in going with Endurance. They also covered some things more than other companies did so I was happy with that. The first rep and I spoke at length a couple of times and that was on a Thursday and a Friday. I was gonna call him again on Monday after I had done my research. I was going to sign up. On Saturday, I got a call from someone else. I told her I've been working with this other gentleman and she said he was gonna get the credit for it.

I had bought an extended warranty on my vehicle when I bought it, and that was for five years because I knew the manufacturer's warranty wouldn't be enough for me. The five years was up in May, and I don't ever feel comfortable about driving without a warranty because you never want anything to happen, but there are times when it does. I've had warranties before and never had to use them, and that's great, but I've had a warranty on one vehicle that, unfortunately, I had to use several times. I researched warranty companies because I wanted something legitimate. I researched Endurance, and everything I was looking at looked good. I went to the garages in my area where I would take my vehicle, and they said they've never had a problem with Endurance.
The sales rep I worked with was great. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and that was what I was looking for, not someone that is just stuck at the phone. I got the bumper-to-bumper coverage. I could have gone down one step, but it didn't make any sense. I wouldn't have saved that much money, and there was a lot less coverage.

I bought the Endurance warranty the first time because their fee was considerably lower than some of the others. I was so impressed with their rep that we signed up as soon as I called to talk to him. I had it with my other car, and I transferred it over to this car. As it ran out, Endurance sent me a message saying, “You run out this month. If you want, we can get you back on to the same thing. You can qualify to get it for the same price you've been paying. Just renew.” I did. However, I have not had to file a claim that they paid. I tried to file a claim one time. It was my fault because I didn't call ahead of time.
I had a motor mount go out. I took it to my garage, had it fixed, and sent Endurance the bill. They sent back and said, “That ain't the way it works. You gotta call us first.” I read my contract and it's exactly what it says. I wasn't mad. It's my stupidity. They have always been very detail-oriented. If there are any changes to your policy, they fire me a message right away so I can change my book so there will be no misunderstandings. It’s very consumer-oriented.

I tried Endurance Warranty because another auto warranty company left me with a bill approaching $7,000 due to denied coverage. I sought Edurance out and I explained what had happened and why my coverage was denied. That agent explained to me everything. It was similar to what CarShield told me in the beginning, but Endurance seemed more upfront. The price is high, but it's probably what I would have paid with CarShield, had it not been that the agent just tried to get me signed up and cut corners. It ended up burning me. Also, Endurance's policy covered more than what my CarShield coverage had.

Endurance has a mileage SCAM, they will deny your claim based on the mileage they wrote down during your signing up. That right, they will say we found a problem with the mileage not matching the CARFAX at signup. It's a scam, check with Dealership service departments and they will verify the Endurance SCAM is real. Try the INFINITI Dealership in Indianapolis, IN | Dreyer for starters.

Broke down en route. Had to call tow truck. Had it to my mechanic. I Didn't call Endurance. So they won't pay for my repairs. Or my towing. I pay over 100.00 a month and get treated like this. Real good company.

I am requesting cancellation due to Endurance denying a claim based on false information. On 11 September 2025 we dropped off our Honda Odyssey at Precision Tune to replace the master cylinder. The shop stated Endurance denied the claim because they were told the vehicle was claimed as a total loss in September of 2023. I contacted Endurance and provided a copy of the Green, clean and clear Oklahoma title received in January of 2024. With no resolution or response. This is not the first denial from Endurance. They denied a $1200 fan clutch replacement and covered less than half of a $1600 air conditioner claim.

Initially, I thought this company was decent but now know differently. My CVT transmission went out some 800 miles after the waiting period. The adjuster made the mechanic break it down to see if it was covered. It's been on the only rack this shop has for two weeks. They are having problems making it to the shop. I'm one thousand dollars $1,000.00, out of pocket in a rental. They don't care that they requested an inspection and are holding up the mechanic. The adjuster told me that my Nissan Murano has a history of being trouble. One month in the shop is unreal and I would never have purchased Endurance had I seen all of the poor ratings that this company has. They don't include the customer in anything, they won't let you have any communication with the adjuster or their inspection company being used either. This company is HORRIBLE!

Don't believe most of the reviews. I had two claims denied, one for a door actuator, another for an a/c sensor. Unless the part is specified in the contract, they will not cover it. There are thousands of parts in any car, most are not covered.

Very Disappointed in this company. Especially went it comes to Transmission work. I will not recommend anyone from my family and friends to this company. They will find loopholes not to fix your car. My car sit in the shop for almost a week without a rental cause they said they don't do rentals unless your car didn't work done and really don't care how you get to work or get around and then refuse to repair my transmission. I really thought this was a good company but in the end they will turn out to be the same. Find ways not to fix your car and then you have to pay for market prices. But a lesson learned well. I will deal with CarShield instead of coming back to this company or recommending anybody.

Picked up this warranty after I purchased the car a year ago and every single claim has been denied for parts- the repair looks like it’s covered but the fine print says no. Anything that requires a seal or gasket or hose will be denied. They will even ask you for proof of maintenance and still deny you. Many repair shops even say most of what endurance de Ira a company like car shield would have easily paid for. What a scam this business is. I looked around online in Reddit and Quora and it seems to be the same bad news- stay away from Endurance Warranty.

Endurance paid an initial claim on my engine for a cam phaser issue, but when I got a check engine warning, I took it to the shop right away (2 miles). They said the transmission was shot and Endurance sent an adjuster to verify it. The adjuster said it was the torque converter and the the transmission was shot also. Had it towed to another shop for a second opinion and was told the same thing. Had it towed to the dealer and they agreed. Endurance said they would pay 1/3 the price to have a transmission put in. All phone calls to Customer Service took a minimum of 25 minutes to answer and emails were never answered. 2 operators (both male) were very uncooperative and one was downright rude. I'm cancelling the service. Why pay if they're not going to honor the policy? All 3 shops said they've had horrible experiences getting Endurance to pay claims and will no longer deal with Endurance. Neither will I.

I called Endurance a few days ago. A representative answered the phone and quickly went over the details regarding all of the various coverages. When I told him that I needed to discuss this with my Wife when she gets home, He became irate. He started to challenge me by making statements like there is nothing to discuss, we are ranked number 1 in the business. He also said that if I hung the phone up that I wouldn't get any of the discounts promised. He said other things that I believe were pressure tactics. I left the phone call feeling upset, stressed out, and confused. I would love to call and learn more, but I'm concerned that I will get the same treatment.

Bought a Premium plan over the phone a few months ago. Paid the $165 per month premium. Made a claim yesterday only to have it denied. Endurance rep said I only had the lowest basic plan. I told the rep I bought the top plan. They supposedly record all sales calls, but they said that I can't listen to my call. Recordings are only available for employee training. How convenient. These people baited and switched me. How can $165 per month (almost $5000 when done) be a base plan? And of course, they have no way to put me in contact with the sales rep that scammed me. I wonder if Car Shield is more trustworthy.

I received a notice in the mail from Endurance stating that I have approved service coverage opportunities because my warranty for a car I purchased 17 months ago has ran out. I called the number to question it and instead of looking up my account the agent transferred me to Tanner who tried to force me into getting the warranty. He continued to ask questions like I was calling to get the warranty instead of providing the details of my already existing warranty. When I told Tanner i had to research and would call back, Tanner told me that if I do not get the warranty NOW I will not be eligible when I call back. I did record the call. I am sick of these scams.

It’s not all that true and easy as they advertised on TV. It’s long process for approval and long waiting for claims. You have to leave your car for weeks at the repair shop for repair approvals. Not guarantee when their adjuster will show up. If you are in living in remote place may even take longer time. This means you are without car for weeks. Once your claim approved than shop order parts and availability.
We had an issue on highway and Emergency Service took more than 6 hours as they couldn’t find local towing company. Most services are excluded. You will only know when you are in most trouble with your vehicle. Remember Endurance is there to make money and false advertising and maybe paying professional actors on TV. It’s lots of money for warranty. It’s better to take little risk than pay for warranty which we may never use!!

Read the very small print. I went in for a oil change. On a spot check I was told I should replace a wheel bearing. I called Endurance and explained what the mechanic said. Since I drove my truck home, Endurance said it was not covered due to the fact that I knew about it and driving the truck would cause more damage. I went in for a oil change not knowing about any other problems. I was unaware and unprepared to have to leave my truck set in a lot for over a week before it could be worked on/ repaired. A LARGE loophole for Endurance not to cover the cost. I was duped!!!

I am very disappointed with Endurance warranty services, I wish I could rate my experience as a "0" I would. I purchased an Endurance warranty in December 2024 and followed all policy requirements, including the waiting period. Yet when my vehicle needed repairs in August and September 2025—both clearly covered under the policy—my claims were denied without explanation. Despite multiple requests, I was denied access to basic information like claim numbers, inspection results, and status updates. Endurance insisted all communication go through the repair shop, excluding me entirely from the process. This is not only unprofessional—it’s unethical.
To make matters worse, I received a retroactive request for invoices months after the policy began and after the claims were submitted. It felt like a tactic to justify denial rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. Instead, I encountered evasiveness and disregard. I do not recommend Endurance Warranty Services to anyone seeking reliable coverage or respectful customer service

Endurance charged me an extra month's fee after I had exhausted my limits of liability. Because they dragged their feet sending an investigator out to approve the repair on the car--it took a week rather than the 24-48 hr they claim, the repair was delayed. Once it was completed, the mechanic sent in the information for payment--a payment amount already determined by Endurance at least week before the payment request was submitted which was well below the total bill because of the limit of liability. Endurance knew that my policy was at that point worthless. They had paid out all that they would ever pay for a repair.
When I called to formally cancel the contract, they said the charge to my account for the following month had been made 3 days prior and that they would not reverse or even pro-rate the charge. I asked for consideration and leniency and a little customer service. Forget it! They knew there was no future liability for them and no service they could offer me but still charged my account. Shame on Endurance!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

This was continued insurance from a policy that we had with the car loan that ended...We were told to get our own insurance because we had reached the 100,000. I called endurance and the salesperson was more than happy to take my money and guarantee that all would be covered with the car except the regular maintenance like brakes, battery, tires, etc...
Had an issue just yesterday and we had paid many months on this policy... The oil pan/seal was leaking oil and needed a repair per the code on the car, Ford looked at it and called in the claim. We also had to rent a car during all this. Car rental was not covered unless a claim was issued and we were certain it would be covered because the sales person said so... ENDURANCE DENIED the claim and said seals and gaskets are not included and they denied it. NEEDLESS TO SAY if I had just put the 179 a month away in a separate account I would have been able to pay it myself... They will not pay and of course I'm out monthly payments to them, car rental and now I have $1,000 repair,,, THANKS A LOT ENDURANCE AND YOUR VERY UNETHICAL SALES TEAM. I bet he sleeps on a Mattress Firm mattress

These other reviews must be employees because this company is a scam. I got the policy this year 2025 and need repairs but they denied my claim because I drove for Lyft back in 2020 and tried to make it seem like I was still driving for them. When given proof that I don't drive for lyft they lied and used me getting a ride on lyft as me driving someone. Then when getting that proven wrong and being a lie they denied the claim again and didn't want to give a reason. After speaking to someone again they tried to use the same excuse but when they couldn't they came up with some crap about in the future I could drive for lyft so they have to deny the claim even though the future has nothing to do with the claim. My car has been in the shop for a month now and it has affected my family's lives. If I can sue them I surely will.

My parents are in their mid 70s and wanted to get their vehicles covered so they called and spoke to Michael **. My dad was so frustrated he added me to the phone call since I currently have a policy. I asked Micheal a question, about the referral policy. He dismissed my question. My parents were trying to obtain a clear understanding of what they were purchasing but Micheal was impatient, rude, unpleasant and very unprofessional for a customer service operator! I continued to ask questions so I could help explain but he continued to cut me off and would not allow me to complete my question. I got so upset, because I wanted to assist. I hung up! I called back and asked for a different representative. We got Freda Phillips and was able to get a response and resolution. If you get Micheal **, don't purchase from him.

My experience with Endurance has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I met every requirement under my contract and provided proof that my vehicle had no pre-existing damages. Despite that, my transmission claim was denied. Endurance told me to authorize a teardown of my transmission for inspection, which I did in good faith. That decision left me with a $1,600 teardown bill when they ultimately denied the claim. Their reasoning? They claimed the failure occurred just 280 miles past the minimum mileage requirement, even though I have had this contract for five months and maintained my vehicle properly.
On top of that, Endurance hit me with a $500 surcharge because my stock Chevy tires measured only 0.9 inches larger than their listed limit. This was never explained upfront. It also took Endurance over a month to even tell me I was denied. By that time, I had already lost over $2,000 out of pocket, not including the five months of payments I’ve made toward this contract. Meanwhile, I am still no closer to getting my Tahoe fixed. This entire process has left me in a terrible situation financially and without the vehicle protection I thought I was paying for.
Their customer service was just as bad — it took them over a week to take my initial payment, during which I had to call repeatedly and was promised call-backs that never happened. Only later did they admit their payment system had been down for a week. In my experience, Endurance looks for loopholes to deny legitimate claims rather than honoring their contracts. I trusted them to give me peace of mind, but instead I was left with unexpected bills, delays, hidden charges, and broken promises. I would strongly caution others against choosing this company.

I recieved a cold call from an Endurance Sales Rep in 2022. I specifically asked for the highest tier policy and purchased said policy over the phone, trusting Endurance that I had "bumper to bumper" coverage for 36 months. THEY LIED. Come to find out, the sales rep selected middle-tier coverage. THIS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I paid the premium for 35/36 mos without using the policy until today.
First and only claim was denied on a technicality. Factory Turbo/Supercharger is covered in my contract (see attached picture). Unless you are a mechanic, you have no possible way of knowing that a $2400 Turbo Sensor IS NOT part of "housing and "all" internally lubricated parts." This is intentionally misleading and predatory. If Endurance had even an ounce of integrity, they'd make it clear when expensive electronic components are excluded. The only way to avoid getting ripped off is by having a mechanic review the entire 35-page policy BEFORE purchase!

Not a pleasant experience. A lot the customer service agents were great but some really ignorant and rude ones. Good for smaller repairs but anything costly they will deny you. My first and last time I’ll use endurance. Major disappointment.

I am sorry to say I have a very bad experience going on with Endurance today. I have a lubricated front differential that is bad on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My mechanic said the front differential had lost 75 of its fluid due to age and a leaking seal. The inspector from Endurance told my mechanic that due to lack of maintenance that I should have been aware of this. My mechanic disagreed and replied that the leak was so small that over a matter of years, there would be no way I would be able to notice this. I have a letter from the mechanic saying this information and it was forwarded to Endurance customer Service on 9/4/25. The total amount for the repair including parts and labor is fourteen hundred dollars. I have made 6 calls to customer service, and my mechanic has made 2 calls to customer service, and you get a different customer service person with each call.
I asked if I could speak with someone above a customer service agent and the reply was no. Even though the mechanic has torn down the front differential (there is nothing more to tear down with this part) and the root cause is a small leak, but they insist more tear down work is needed. Either Endurance isn't listening, or they are avoiding paying for the repair. The 6 phone calls and the back and forth is exhausting and frustrating. I am an elderly man with a disability, and it is hard to get around without a car. I pay one hundred eighty-five dollars a month for this insurance and when you need them you can't count on them. Updated 09/15/2025: I regret ever signing up with Endurance. They make the claims process as painful as possible. Every single claim is challenged, delayed, and buried in endless paperwork. What should be a straightforward process drags on for days (sometimes a week or more!) with little to no communication. Last claim took over 10 days total **. When I finally did get updates, they were vague excuses instead of actual progress. It’s clear their strategy is to stall and hope customers give up. The whole point of a warranty is peace of mind, but Endurance delivers the exact opposite. I’ve paid for coverage that’s practically worthless. They advertise protection and reliability, but in reality, they do everything in their power to avoid paying. Total rip-off. Bottom Line: Don’t waste your time or money on Endurance. You’ll end up frustrated, out of pocket, and without the coverage you were promised.
Original Review: When I heard about Endurance, I thought the coverage was decent and the price was fair. What they did not tell me was how long the claims process would take. As of now, I am a week without my car, waiting one more day for an adjuster to review a repair claim from a GMC dealer. I wish I had known about the hoops or the time it takes to process a warranty, I would not have purchased the warranty from Endurance, not happy with their service. Yes, the claim was initiated the day it went into the shop for an oil change and tire rotation service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Endurance. Despite being a loyal customer for years and paying $5,000 for a comprehensive warranty, I have been met with nothing but frustration and unhelpful responses. Trying to get through to management is nearly impossible — every email I send is rejected, and getting any meaningful assistance feels like an insurmountable task.
My claim for a cracked axle, which should be clearly covered under my policy, was outright denied. The reason given was that the parts exceeded the value of my car — a claim that was not communicated to me by any salesperson or representative beforehand. In fact, I was led to believe that my coverage was comprehensive and would protect me in such situations. The denial feels like false advertising, especially since I was never warned that parts would cost more than my car’s worth. To make matters worse, the mishandling of my claim began with a mechanic’s misdiagnosis, which I corrected promptly, yet my claim was still unfairly rejected. As a disabled 62-year-old relying on this vehicle, this experience has been incredibly disheartening and unacceptable.
Endurance’s website boasts over 11,000 reviews, yet my experience suggests that customer satisfaction is not a priority. The difficulty in reaching anyone in management, combined with the outright rejection of my legitimate claim and the false advertising from sales representatives, has left me feeling ignored and betrayed. I trusted this company to provide reliable coverage when I needed it most, but instead, I have faced nothing but obstacles, dismissive responses, and a sense that my concerns are being completely disregarded. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and does not match the promises made when I purchased this policy.
I strongly urge future customers to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize what is actually covered versus what is promised. Endurance's lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to uphold their contractual obligations have severely damaged my trust. I went on the internet and found that Endurance was rated more. So, then I called and got on with them. After I did that, I had the oil changed in my truck at the dealership. And they didn't have a whole lot good to say about Endurance, so I was gonna cancel it. And then I talked with one of the representatives of Endurance. I ended up not cancelling. She gave me her own number and, if I had any kind of problems, I can call her.
I got their policy on two vehicles, both are 2022s. One's a Ford F-150 pickup, and another one is an Explorer SUV. During the sign-up, everything was really cool. They were all nice about it. They didn't try to talk you into nothing. It was more or less, you agreed on it.
I don't have any complaints about Endurance at all. Matter of fact, after I bought it, I cancelled the insurance I bought from another company. Endurance was a little higher than the other company, but on the time wise of the financing part, Endurance was cheaper because it was for less months.

I received a letter from Endurance and it stated that I had insurance with them when I had insurance with somebody else. And so, I called, and I told the lady that I needed to cancel it. She said that I don't have insurance with them. I think it's one of those scam letters. So, when I talked to her, I found out that I could get a better deal with them. And I don't have to pay a huge co-pay when I take my car in. The other insurance is $500, Endurance is 100. Also, they covered everything the other insurance covered. So, I went ahead and got their warranty. So far, so good.
