So far, I've had a great experience with Endurance. I'm gonna have to take my car in soon here because my cameras don't work and the rear vanity mirror fell out with the light on it and hit me in the back of the head while I was driving. So, that's not a good thing. The last time I was in, Endurance did exactly what I thought they should do. So, I am thankful.

A few years ago, I purchased my first brand-new car with just 4 miles on it, right off the lot. I took care of my car and I purchased a warranty for it. Unfortunately, it was involved in a serious accident here in September, which totaled it, and due to my circumstance with the death of my husband and some other family matters that I've been dealing with, my credit took a leap on it. So, I wasn't able to purchase another new vehicle and I went with a used vehicle. But I take care of my vehicles and I want them to last, so I looked in to see about getting a warranty on it. Before I purchased my new car, I had an older truck years back and I purchased CarShield on it. But I wasn't too happy with them because they didn't explain themselves properly to me when I purchased it. So, when I finally called to use them, they didn't cover what I needed. I got a little upset. So, this time around, I said I was going to try Endurance.
The rep I spoke with during my sign-up was awesome and very pleasant to deal with. He explained everything to me He also listened to my concerns, what I needed, and what I wanted. The sign-up process was easy and I was very satisfied with everything. I would tell my friends and family to purchase a warranty from Endurance because it’s well worth it. As a matter of fact, I've had two of my siblings sign up with them.

I've been seeing Endurance Warranty's commercials. I wanted a full coverage and Endurance's rep made me very comfortable about going along with them. It was a very warm experience. It assured me on a lot of things. I can use the warranty after the first 30 days. Endurance is an excellent choice.

I purchased a vehicle and though it's still in great shape, in any case that it would run into any major repairs, I can't afford to come out of pocket with expensive stuff. This is a pretty expensive truck so I thought I might as well back myself up some for the next three to four years while I'm making payments on it. I was looking into extended warranties and Communications Workers Credit Union advised me that Endurance was one that they worked with. They sent out an email, I contacted them, and we went through the process from there.
My experience was excellent. It was better than I thought. The gentleman was full of good information, and I was able to follow online. They also sent me out a printed material. I've got a good contract with them and I understand what I've got to do anytime I make a claim. I understood that you make your first payment upfront, and setting it up automatically helps them know that you're gonna be serious about taking care of your end of the deal. You see the advertisements, and Endurance is one of them that you see occasionally on television. When they do celebrity endorsements, you wonder what you're getting into, and so far, I am quite pleased.

Our 2010 Ford Escape got paid off and our warranty for our vehicle ran out at the same time our car payment did. So, we had to get another warranty on it. We see a lot of Endurance advertisements and our mechanic says that they're good. We signed up and it was nice. The gentleman was polite, courteous and knowledgeable, and he answered all the questions that we had. The price is reasonable. They say I pay three years and I get six years. I looked over the contract and I noticed that it didn't cover one thing that I've had problems with in the past with the car, but it's not going to cover everything for the warranty that we have.
When I first got the app for Endurance, I was able to go on to it with my password and it opened it up fine. Now, I’d go on to it, and it says the password isn't any good. I still have the Endurance app, but I go on the regular website, My.EnduranceWarranty.com, and put in my password, then it comes up. I don't know if the problem is my phone, ‘cause I have a really old phone. I have a lot of apps on my husband's phone and I can install Endurance's app on his phone and see if it’s works then. However, I won't have his phone with me when I need it.
Endurance Warranty is a good company and so far, we haven't had any problem with it. We used it about a month ago when we had a problem with our car and took it to the mechanic. We gave them our account number, then they called Endurance and the problem was solved,. Endurance paid for everything with no problem, and we got our car back the same day. We're satisfied with Endurance Warranty.

I'm driving a RAV4 that has given me the best service in the world, but it's a 2017. I had an extended service plan on it, but it's out. So, we're just testing time until something happens. Hopefully, it's nothing big like an engine falling out or a transmission doing something, the commercials are talking about, but there's always something that's going to happen. My car will be 10 years old next year. I've driven Toyotas for a really long time and I've been pleased with them because they don't break. But everything breaks sooner or later. So, just as a protection, regardless of the fact that I'm paying for it every month, an extended warranty protects me from something odd that's really going to cost. It's putting my mind at ease.
Since there wasn't enough going on with CarShield, I thought that Endurance might be a better bet and fit me better. Also, I saw my friend who had something break on his car and it was a small part, but Endurance got it covered for him. I wish that he could have done that through a dealership but he cut a deal with them where, if he paid for it all in one fell swoop, they'd give him a little bit of a discount. It was pretty nice that they weren't hard and fast, and that they could do something outside the box a little bit.
When I signed up with Endurance, the process took a little bit of time, but nothing to turn me off. Everybody on the phone were very nice and all the forms were business-like. I put them all in a folder and put it on the side. I appreciated the oddball stuff that they gave me for a year and I intend to see if I can extend that a little bit. Because the things that go wrong are not necessarily, but frequently, small things.

Endurance Warranty has been very good for me. I was a prior Endurance customer for six years. That was our previous car. I also had Endurance on this for 150,000 miles, but that was extended. I needed to have it more, so I called Endurance and they put me on a new plan. I explained to them that we had the prior contract with them. I got a bit of discount because I was a prior customer. It was nice.
I've had to take the car in for at least three different times. Once I had to have the air conditioning replaced. It would have been $5,000. There were other issues with the transmission or something on the engine had to be replaced, which was several thousand dollars. I don't live far from my dealership where I bought the car, and all I do is take it in and give them the Endurance number. The dealership calls Endurance and everything's taken care of .Luckily, the dealership’s near me, but I know I could take it to anybody and they would take care of the deal.
There's a minimal payment. It's $100 I have to pay, but that's very cheap when you're talking about thousands of dollars a cost, so I would recommend Endurance. I like that they have Danica Patrick as their spokesperson. She's very knowledgeable of cars. It's not just a Hollywood type. I'm glad they have somebody that knows what automobiles are, so that makes me feel more confident that they know what they’re doing. We have not had any issues with the car lately. But knowing that if something goes wrong, having Endurance to fall back on is a load off my mind. It's very easy that they cover every major thing wrong with the car. It's just giving a number to whoever you want to go to.

We have multiple vehicles, so if all of them break down at once, it's a very big expense, especially in today's world with all this modern technology. We had CarShield and they were horrible. We tell everybody that they’re the worst piece of crap there is. We switched to Endurance and signing up was very easy to do. The process was excellent and we had no problems at all. We love Endurance. We're 65-year-olds, so we've had a lot of insurance in our life. Endurance is top of the line. We can't praise them enough, and we pimped out Endurance so hard a while ago, we’re pretty sure my brother-in-law and sister are going to get it now.

Endurance Warranty is a good company to go to. The price is reasonable and they will take care of you. My transmission went out and I had to scrap up a lot of money. I got to think to myself right after, "Why didn't I get that warranty coverage?" I googled Endurance. I called them and from what the guy told me, he got my attention. Signing up was straightforward. The guy broke down everything to me. After that, I've been paying every month until I need it. Last month, the day after New Year's, the radiator went out. It was leaking at the bottom. The shop showed it to me, I gave the supervisor my Endurance card, and it went from there.
I called Endurance to make sure the part I was getting looked at was covered, just to give me a great sense of security. I'm gonna stay Endurance Warranty as long as I have a car because it's a safety net just in case something like that happens again. I don't have to fork out a bunch of money. Make sure you get the supreme package so you're covered.

Be prepared to get your claim denied after you get verbal approval. Once a different adjuster was contacted they decided to deny the claim, after the work was done so now I’m on the hook. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend Endurance to anyone as it is a waste of money. Very poor customer service and will change their minds to screw you in the end. I have had other service contractor in the past and this one is by far the worst, very scammy!

I contacted my dealership to see what they knew about Endurance, and they said that they were legit. So, I decided to go with it because I could cancel at any time. When I signed up, the rep was great. And when I submitted a claim, the experience was awesome. I thought there would be questions about it, but there weren't any. Within a matter of a couple of weeks, the parts came in, it was taken care of, and I paid my portion. It was seamless.

I was with another company, and Endurance gave me a quote, and I've been with them for the last three years. The first time I submitted a claim when I had a water pump problem, they picked up the whole thing. This is the second claim I had on the car and I had problems with the engine, and they picked up most of it. But there's one part where the dealer had to do a diagnostic, and Endurance didn’t cover that. I still had to pay $500 out of pocket. I pay $142 a month and I thought Endurance would pick up the whole tab. Other than that, they were good when I called them and asked about my policy.

I signed up with Endurance a long time ago and it was easy. The lady I spoke to was very cooperative and understanding. There was nothing that I did not like about her. She was good and she helped me. I got the coverage for three years and it's ending this year in August. I'm very happy to utilize the coverage. I had a claim that had something to do with the parking brakes of my car, which was covered by the insurance. I don't know how long it took my car dealership to get the claim settled, but my car was immediately fixed the same day and I'm quite satisfied. I would recommend Endurance.

My warranty expired and I ended up signing up with Endurance Warranty. I used it one time, and BMW was the one that reached out to them for the claim, but I know they covered what had to be done to my vehicle. As long as the extended warranty covers what needs to be done with my vehicle, I like it. That was the first time that anything was wrong with my car, so by me having the insurance, it was great because it was less money I had to pay compared to what I thought I had to pay before I asked BMW, "I have extended warranty. Can you call and see if they cover that part?" The BMW rep called me back and said, "Okay, no, your extended warranty will cover this." Based on the price he initially told me compared to the price after what my extended warranty will cover, I thought, "Oh, that saved me a lot of money." It was excellent. I recommend Endurance Warranty.

My car transmission broke and needed to be rebuilt. I had been paying these guys regularly for a couple of years but was unsure if they'd actually pick up the bill or make me jump through several hoops for a small percentage of the bill but my claim went in FLAWLESSLY. I barely had to do some research on which garage to go to and they handled everything from then on. (Apparently taking care of your vehicle does matter and I did all I was supposed to do.) They ended picking up the entire bill and I just had to pay my deductible. I know it's what we signed up for but one hears many negative comments about these insurances denying claims. I wasn't expecting this to work the way it did. KUDOS!

A friend of mine got the warranty from Endurance and another friend has had it for two years, and he likes it. I had another extended warranty on the truck, and I called them, but I wasn’t satisfied. When I called Endurance, they gave me the satisfaction I was looking for. But my experience with them is zero. I don’t have a policy and a card I can put in my wallet and show to a dealership in case something happens to my truck. I have nothing and I don't know what I'm covered. My truck is a 2012, so it’s 13 years old. It’s a Ford, and I’ve had good luck with it. Nothing major has gone wrong, but at some point, the transmission, rear end, motor, or electronics could go out. So, getting the warranty from Endurance is like buying an insurance policy. You don’t really need it until you need it, which is why I bought it.

I saw the Endurance commercials and got interested in the company. I signed up and it was very easy. The rep I dealt with was very clear about the program and her overall attitude was very nice. Our communication was clear and the program works. It’d save me some money. My car is old and I don't always have the money to have it repaired. It was worth getting a policy that's gonna help maintain my car because it's very difficult maintaining a used car. Some help would be meaningful down the line too. All in all, I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend Endurance Warranty, especially if our family members have older cars with high mileages.

So far, I've been happy with Endurance. I've been happy with everything they've done. I've used them three times. There might have been a little delay in the return and getting everything processed, but for the most part, the process was easy. I just wish they covered more. There are some things that they didn't cover in the coverage that I did get. For some reason, they stopped billing me, and I don't know if I still have coverage. When I log on to the site, it says I’m still active, but it says, “No premium due.”

Last week, we used Endurance Warranty's service and had something done. It cost us more only because of the actions and the way that the Ford place did things. They fixed the first cheaper thing, and it was not the problem. Before we went up to the dealership, we called the auto warranty company and had a discussion with them of what the situation was. Endurance did great with the dealership and they would have paid more on the part that they would have covered, but the Ford place had to use their own parts which was $300 higher. It was not anything with Endurance that cost us more money.
The dealership was the problem and the only thing we'd like to see different would be for them to fix the problem to start with, then that way, it wouldn't have cost us as much. We've already recommended Endurance to friends. The Ford place told us that they won't even fool with the other people, but they'll take Endurance every time because it's good.

I used Endurance to get some car repairs done, and I still wind up having to pay a hefty price. I paid $950. It took about a month for Endurance to take care of this claim. But the light is still on in my car, so I’m pretty unhappy. I feel like I got played pretty much.

My manufacturer warranty had gone out and I wanted to make sure my Dodge is covered if anything was to happen. I heard some good things about Endurance, and I tried them out to see how good the coverage is. The signup process was great and I'd tell others to give them a try.

I spoke to a gentleman at Endurance and told him what I was needing. He politely went out of his way to help me find the right coverage. It's been a year since I've had the policy and whenever I submit a claim, I go through the shop that's doing the work on the vehicle and they submit the claim. One small issue I had was when they did the first claim, which was replacing motor mount. They told me three of the mounts were good, and the fourth one wasn't bad. But it turns out that they had to replace the fourth one. Then they came back and told me my transmission mount was bad so they replaced that as well. Even though Endurance paid for it, I'm still having the problem of my car jerking. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Endurance and would recommend them.

This is the worst company to deal with, they are a scam company. I have paid them over $6,000 in the last five years and they have denied everything that was presented to them. HVAC work, now an engine. They held up the claim for 2 months while my daughter had to try to get rides for work and taking her daughter to school. The employees on the phone are rude and don't listen to what you say or asking them. The adjusters are a real joke, I think they send idiots out to look at the car. If you keep this company, you better make sure you maintain in writing all communication with them. We have filed a lawsuit with our attorney so hopefully we can get some of our money back. Today they said they would not repair the motor because the oil change records were not up to their requirements. THIS COMPANY IS A REAL SCAM...

I've been with Endurance for two and a half years now. I've had some claims. The dealership went back and forth with them on some things. But I recently had a claim filed, and the repair was done. I like that when I call, someone responds. It's not like I'm talking to some AI. It's a little bit pricey. It's almost $200 a month. But, for me, it's a peace of mind. When I call, I know I got double coverage. Also, when you need it, it works.

I purchased a used vehicle, so I wanted to purchase an auto warranty. The gentleman from Endurance that I spoke with had given a pretty good spiel and I fell for it. The sign-up process was very easy. So far, I haven't had the opportunity to use the warranty. I'm retired and I don't even drive to work every day. The vehicle is garage-kept and every now and then, I take it out just to run it. So I probably won’t have to use the warranty any time soon. I’m keeping my vehicle in tip-top shape, where I won't have to use the warranty. But as less as I use it, that shouldn't be a problem.

The signup process with Endurance was good. The program will begin in 30 days and 1,000 miles. I had Endurance on a Nissan before and I'd asked for the books to be sent. I don't remember ever getting the books. I was gonna double-check just in case I just put them in the vehicle, but I did receive two different booklet things.

I had a previous warranty company that I wasn't pleased with. I looked online to see which was the best company, and I read the reviews of Endurance. I went with them and it's been great so far. It’s expensive, but it's worth it. I got the full coverage, and it covers more than my last one did.

The dealer warranty on my car ran out. I talked to the mechanics about how expensive it was to replace parts and things these days. I signed up with Endurance and had a great experience. The process was easy. I was told, “When you sign up right now, we give you this deal,” and all that kind of junk, instead of just telling me what it's gonna cost. They were a little high pressure, but I get that. I haven't had to use the warranty yet, but getting it going was okay.

I have a 2010 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition and I've had a lot of expenses on repairing my vehicle. I saw Endurance Warranty advertised on TV and the commercial reached out to me. I've seen the other one from another company and checked into it before as well. They wouldn't quit pestering me, and that rubbed me the wrong way. Endurance didn't do that. The gentleman from Endurance Warranty was pleasant to work with. He was really professional and we need more people in this world like that. I've been on the auto warranty company's site twice where I got my account set up. As soon as I purchased the extended coverage, my transfer case went out in my vehicle. However, I haven't been able to use it because it needed to go past the 1,000 miles and the 30 days. Overall, I'm very happy with Endurance Warranty and I would tell people to check into it. I got a letter from Endurance, and then I saw Endurance in the TV commercial. I also talked to the dealership where I bought my vehicle. I took it in for maintenance, and I asked them about Endurance, and they said, yes, they work with Endurance. When I talked to a lady who represented Endurance, I liked it. She did a good job of explaining the warranty. Then I read the booklet, and I felt it's gonna be a good company to deal with. They also gave a good price.

My truck already has high miles on her and my service advisor from my dealership recommended Endurance to me. It was easy to sign up with them. I wasn't even home when I did it. I was driving from Fort Worth to Granbury, and then I parked, and we were able to get to the electronic signing part. So far, so good.

Endurance Warranty was on a commercial on television. It has been almost a year and a half since I signed up with them. The rep did an outstanding job. I've submitted two claims. I allowed the shop I utilize to submit the claim and they were able to get the needed repairs done.

Tried to file a claim on my motor, the timing chain issue was due to guide that was broken. Took it to a shop. All they did was check the oil and said there were shavings of metal in the oil. They sent an inspector and pulled the dipstick and said due to the oil the motor was not able to be replaced, took it to another shop to get a second opinion and actually tear down the motor and it was correct. The timing cover had were due to timing chain being loose because of broken guide. Tried to do the second claim and ask for adjuster to get a second opinion and they said no, and denied it again.

I have not had any problems with Endurance and would definitely recommend them. If you take care of your vehicle and show proof they will take care of your vehicle if something was to go wrong. My only regret is I should have went with top level warranty because they do cover what they stated!

I have a 2022 Ford F-450 Dually pickup truck and I needed a warranty. I looked into different warranty providers and didn't like the fact that I could never find somebody to talk to that seemed to know what they were talking about. They said, “I'll just go look online at our policy.” I went and looked at it, and there were some things I had some major questions, and I tried to find people to ask the questions to and couldn't. With Endurance, I was treated very well. I was able to get people to talk to when I needed them and I was given a really good deal. Signup was easy and so far, Endurance seems good. I'd tell friends and relatives to look into it. I don't know if the policy I got is for everybody, but it is for me.

I've been trying to get coverage and the companies talked about some $200 deductible. I won't go out with that. I waited until I saw Endurance Warranty on television, then I called and insured both my cars with them. I signed up for it in December and that experience was a 10 to me. They're good people. They sent me a book for each car, so I looked at some part of the book and saw what they're all about. My policies include oil changes, roadside assistance and towing.

I had my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta covered with Endurance. I was thinking about going with CarShield. One of my cousins talked me into going with Endurance instead. I went that route, and I really hadn't had any real problems with it. I used it only once. There was no paperwork. Once I took the car to the dealership, they called Endurance. They said they had a conversation with whomever it was. I wasn’t even in the loop until the guy said they were gonna square everything off. It worked well. It was smooth. However, I didn't know that there were major and minor things, and they only repaired the big things. They didn't do some of the little things. You're getting a pretty sweet deal as is so you can't expect everything to come up roses. It's not all hunky dory. There are some bumps in it, and you just got to endure. In the end, it worked out good. I was pleased with it.
I've already told people about Endurance. I like to keep everything on a smooth, even keel. They are doing good by me, so I have no reason to do anything underhanded. I like that they would give me a grace period if I ran into a conflict. I like the way the payments are set up, and I like that I get a paper notice of when my bills are due. So, I have enough time to get my stuff together, pop it in the mail, and it'll ride there on time. I have a bill that's coming up in March. I sent the money off, so they should get it in the appropriate time. Overall, Endurance proves themselves good on my behalf. I have no complaints. I like the way they do stuff. It's so quick and clean. Once I give the repair shop that card that has my policy on it and the number they can call, that's between the repair and Endurance. I’m out of the loop. There are no complicated moments.

I signed up with Endurance a few years back, and I used them two months ago for a transmission that went out. I took the vehicle to the dealership, and they found out what was wrong with the transmission. It was all torn apart inside. They called one of Endurance's representatives and he went out and looked at it. He agreed that it needed to be replaced. They went ahead and replaced it. All I had to do was pay for shipping and my copay, which I normally pay for.
However, I didn't know I was gonna have to pay shipping for it until they told me at the dealership. The dealers charge almost $5,000 from there and I would have had to pay 1,500 upfront to use their transmission. Endurance agreed to pay for the whole thing, except for my $100 deductible. But other than that, I've had a fantastic experience with Endurance. If you need an extended warranty, definitely go through Endurance. I'm about ready to start a new warranty for my truck and I'll probably gonna go with Endurance as well. I have no complaints on what I paid for the policy and Endurance hasn't given me any problems at all.

I was referred to Endurance by a friend who has used their warranties. He said it wasn't just the best company, it might as well be the only company. I did the sign up entirely by phone, and the rep was pretty much a consummate professional. She knew everything from back to front and answered most of my questions. The expense was too much for what the car dealers wanted you to put out to cover the warranty for the car. My husband did a lot of searching and Endurance gave the better price and package. I signed up with them and it was very easy. Whoever I've had to talk to has been to the point, knew their position and the product well. My experience was excellent. I've done well with having Endurance as my warranty on my car and I'm satisfied with the service.

I have a car and I drive an awful lot in it. At the time, it had 129,000 miles and I figured I better put some warranty on it. I called a company and I ended up talking to a robot and hung up. When I talked to the Endurance guy, he was really kind, and he was a person. The guy did a great job and signup was easy. Everything's wonderful. I have one question, though. Will I receive a card that I can carry with me that has a phone number or information on how to get ahold of someone if something ever happens?

I'm pleased with Endurance's price. I'm thrilled with the coverage that I got. I recently bought this vehicle from Carvana. It's a good vehicle. It has very low mileage. I thought this will probably be the last vehicle I'll ever own. So, I wanted a good warranty on it. It's a 2012. So, the manufacturer warranties, it's long worn out but the vehicle only has 77,000 miles on it. My son and I both did a little bit of investigating, and Endurance has the top rating. The signup experience was easy. The gentleman that helped me didn't try to pressure me. I asked questions. He had the answers to my questions. He was very knowledgeable. I haven't had to call in for any help. I haven't had any repairs done, and I hope it doesn't happen.

We bought the car new from Ford Groves and at that time, the salesman was selling Endurance and we bought an eight-year policy. It's my wife's car and she doesn't drive it much, so we wanted to keep it. When that warranty ran out, we tried to go back through Ford, where we bought the vehicle, but we couldn’t get anybody to do anything. So my wife contacted Endurance directly, and they took care of us and we’re happy with the deal we got. The rep was very cooperative and gave us a lot of things we didn't think we'd get. He was very informative and knowledgeable, and he helped us get extended time. Endurance is the best place to go to.

Bought the coverage. The 30 day money back guarantee is a joke because they won't cover anything for 30 days or 1000 miles! At approx 1225 miles I hit a pot hole that knocked my tie rod end off, damaged the other and a ball joint. Approx $1400 dollars to repair! Endurance denied the claim initially because they said the parts were old and worn out. Well that's why I bought the insurance to start with? Then they said it was too close to the 1000 mile mileage it had to get to to be covered? 😆 🤣 😂. But it was over the mileage I said. They didn't care. They asked if I wanted an appeal. I said yes. They put me on hold for about 1 to 2 minutes and then said my appeal was denied! 😆
Endurance refused to give me a written denial or access to the recorded call transcript. I asked and was told that I would get a full refund minus the 30 dollar sign up fee. Today on Feb 17, I got a call from endurance telling me that I would not get a full refund and that they were pro rating my coverage acting like I was covered for the entire 1225 approx miles that they provided no coverage for. Run from this predatory company!

I am quite pleased with Endurance. I had an engine leak of some kind, took my car to my auto shop of choice and things were handled between my shop and Endurance. If I had a question the folks at customer service were efficient and pleasant and got me answers to questions I ask. While my car was in the shop Endurance I would be reimbursed for a rental car for 5 days at $30 per day. Yes, I had to pay in advance and the amount above and beyond their allowances, however I was able to travel about while my car was being repaired. After the car was repaired and the rental returned the shop was paid the following day and I was told by Endurance I would receive a check for the rental in 2 wks or so.

I started with Endurance when I bought my truck new. So, I've had their warranty on since '21. At the time, I looked at what was offered by the manufacturer, then I compared what the dealership was offering me cost-wise and what the coverage would be, with the offer I got from Endurance. Then, I went with Endurance. My sign-up went pretty smoothly and I didn't have any issues with it.
I had a little bit of trouble with the dealership at first, because when my truck hit 100,000, I switched policies and bumped my policy up just a little bit. So, they canceled my original policy at that time because it technically had run out. Then I re-upped it for a new policy. And when the dealership went to look at it, it brought up my old policy and showed it was canceled. So, they called me back and said, my claim was not going to be covered because my policy was canceled. I had to screenshot them the copy of my new policy, then the service writer was able to make contact. I didn't know what the dealership had to do, but they just called me back and said that it was approved. Then they started to work and I owed them $100 when I picked up my vehicle. There was a delay when the part had to be ordered, but Endurance didn't have anything to do with that.
So on this claim, I was very satisfied and I've told several people I work with about my experience with Endurance because they all question it. And it wasn't an end of the world expense, but it was something right around the holidays that you wouldn't want to be paying. Also, I'm always apprehensive because I'm always worried that something major is going to happen, and they're going to say that they're not going to cover that. But so far, they processed my claim just as I expected them to and everything went as best as they could.

I have an existing warranty provider, but it seems like a lot of people don't accept them, so I had to get another one. I saw the commercial for Endurance and I asked around and a lot of people like them and hadn't had any bad experiences with them, so I said, "I'll give them a try." signup was very easy. I just bought a 2015 Volkswagen diesel with 175,000 miles on it and it has a very complicated engine. They’re supposed to be good engines, but if anything breaks, it’s by no means an inexpensive repair. My other car is a Toyota, and if something breaks on that, you can go to O’Reilly’s or anywhere and get a part. I called Endurance to get a price but I didn’t like it. I shopped around, called back, and the price that they offered was either less or seemed like a better value than I had seen the first time. The coverage that Endurance offered included a cracked windshield, missing keys and tires. If my tire gets a blowout, they'll tow me to the Volkswagen dealership. If I'm 100 miles away from home, they supposedly pay for a hotel. If my car is gonna be in the shop for more than three hours, they'll get me a rental car. So, it sounded like amazing coverage. Also, I've had them before. CarShield is the same price, and they don't cover anything.
The coverage I purchased is for an additional 75,000 miles on top of the 170,000 miles I already have, and it’s for five years while I pay for three years. It’s a lot of money, but it’s also a lot of coverage. I just hope what I bought is good. The signup process was easy but I still haven't received my paperwork on what it covers. And supposedly, it's got a card that you show the dealer or the mechanic and they've got the number. I don't even have to pay them or reimburse anything. They cover everything, supposedly.

I’ve filed one or two claims, and my mechanic handled the process. It was okay, and I didn’t have any problems with how quickly things were taken care of. There was a co-pay, but it is what it is. Overall, my experience with Endurance has been good so far.

I first saw Endurance on TV. Then I researched on Google what the best aftermarket warranty is for a used car. Endurance was one of the top ones. It did say that they had some trouble, known for not paying out. But then that had been in the past, and now they're good. So, that's why I decided to go with them. The sales rep was very good and informative. He was very knowledgeable. At first, I was gonna turn it down ‘cause I thought it was expensive. But then he came down on the price a little bit. I thought it was still a little higher. But I understand that because of the car being what it is, it was gonna be higher. He brought the price down enough that I thought it was good. I was really impressed. He really wanted to help me. I felt appreciative that he brought the price down. Besides looking at the car, the maintenance, and the CARFAX, I was telling him about the car, and he took my word. I was like, “That's very trustworthy of him.” I like that personal connection.
The warranty starts on March 3rd. I had to have 1,000 miles from when I bought the car. And it's good for almost up to 150,000 miles in four years. What really attracted me was when he told me that it was better than a powertrain warranty. He was very knowledgeable about the car I'm driving, ‘cause it's a BMW X3 SUV. I even learned from him about the car a little bit more, the all-wheel drive and the things that it covered. ‘Cause I'm familiar with powertrain warranties. Then, when he told me that it covered the air conditioner, plus electrical, I was sold. I was like, “I'd definitely try to do everything I can to get the policy.”
Communicating with them has been easy. I've called a couple of times, and the girl I talked to was easy to get along with. She was very eager to help. Then, when I got on a dashboard, the dashboard was super easy to get on to after I talked to her. I was trying to change the way the payment was gonna be drafted. I was trying to do it too early. When she told me, “You need to wait. It'll be ready after Wednesday,” and I said, “Oh, okay. I'm sorry.” Afterwards, I was able to do everything on my own, on the dashboard.
The one-on-one and actually being able to call and talk to somebody was so easy. Then, to be able to take that information and to transfer it to the dashboard, and even easier, to be able to do it myself, I like that. I never had buyer's remorse. But then, when I did all that, it really made me feel good about buying their policy. Because it is probably twice as much as a regular car, I was hesitant about how much it was gonna cost me. But after all that, it makes me feel better. I feel like I've got a sense of assuredness that if something happens to my car, it's gonna be taken care of, because I am following up with the maintenance.
I have been recommending Endurance to people. I've told my friends that if they buy a car, especially from a dealership, before they sign the paperwork and buy their extended warranty, they might wanna call Endurance first and see what their price is, because I really like these people. With Endurance, they're gonna give the roadside service, the car rental, the towing. And they're not gonna get that with a dealership. If the car breaks down, they're gonna have to get the car there. Endurance will help them get the car to the closest shop that they need or want. All these celebrities are also endorsing it as well, and it makes me feel so much better. Any doubt that I had about Endurance is gone. Now, I know that if something's gonna happen with my vehicle, it's gonna be taken care of.

I love Endurance. I've told everybody to go and check out Endurance. They quoted me $120, but I had to put it off because I had already had insurance. So the rep worked with me and told me, once my other one expired, then to call them back. They were very forthcoming and patient with me.

When the warranty that I purchased with the dealer ran out of miles, I thought it’d be a good idea to get an extended warranty and Endurance seemed like the right place. I've researched several companies, and out of all of my research, I liked Endurance the best. I have a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado, and when I signed up, it was simple and seamless. The process was pleasant. I recently had to have my torque converter replaced, and Endurance covered everything but the $100 deductible. I paid for the filter as well. It was fantastic. Overall, my experience with Endurance Warranty was enlightening and very helpful. I'd tell people, “Go get it. Definitely, it’s a keeper.”

I would recommend Endurance Warranty. My wife recommended them. I didn't hear any bad feedback from my wife about her experience with them. That's a good study for me. I have a good view of the product. And the people I spoke with before I signed my contract clearly explained to me what I can expect from Endurance and what I'm subject to get for my contract with them. I’m okay with it. As a consumer, we always want more, but what I have in my contract is not bad. If I pay more, I will have more.
The customer service is good. Anytime I had to ask about something, I got an answer. I didn't stay in the dark. My expectation is that anytime we eventually need assistance from them, it will go smoothly. What I hear from other companies is when people call, they don’t react fast. I don't want to experience that. I hope everything goes smoothly when it's time to get a benefit from any service that I subscribed for. My wife will subscribe again in the next few weeks. She has to come with me again for this contract that covers her car.

We were surprised to find out there was a $100 deductible that Endurance Warranty does not tell you. When we asked the dealer about it, they said, "Yeah, they're all like that." We said, "We didn't know that." Saying upfront that there's a $100 deductible for each client would improve the sign-up experience a lot. It's almost getting ripped off. We should have been aware of that. We still would have got the warranty but it's important to know that. It's almost dishonest.
We found out Endurance would not cover the part that we wanted to get replaced unless it was the one they wanted. That was a surprise, too. So, we took it to a dealer, and they wanted to put a dealer part in it so they remain under warranty. Endurance would not allow that part. They wanted one off-market, which means it's generic or refabbed. We ended up putting out $50 because we did not want something that wasn't under a warranty. That was the whole purpose of getting Endurance, to begin with. That was a glitch we ran into. They said the part that Endurance was covering, they called NAPA, because it was at NAPA where they would have purchased it. NAPA said, "Those parts, within three months, will come back to us 'cause they're no good." That's another issue. Other than that, I liked Endurance Warranty if it helps. We gave the dealer the account number, and it was easy for them to do it. It was a simple process that way.

I thought about acquiring an auto warranty for several years. We finally got a newer vehicle. We had a service warranty that will expire this year, so I decided to take out another one. I got enough information about Endurance Warranty to make a decision. They looked the most reasonable choice for me. It was easy to sign up. The res were very courteous. My sign-up experience was straightforward. Endurance Warranty sent me an email. I looked through the email what I'm entitled to but I just want my truck in the mechanic so it could be taken care of. On Valentine's Day, I messaged my mechanic because my truck kept on clicking. It won't start the ignition. My mechanic has his own shop, and he's willing to drive over to my place to do a home service and replace the starter of my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. He's able to give Endurance all the documents they need from his shop. I could have had the car running right then and there. I paid the $200 for the first month, and I'm trying to get this starter fix out of my truck as soon as possible. So, if something happens, my wife would be able to use the other car to pick me up.
I wish the payment process between Endurance and to my mechanic is a lot faster. I was seeing if I could talk to some of the local mechanics nearby, because my mechanic is 30 minutes away. I'm thinking about asking for a second opinion on other mechanics who are able to do this. And if they're able to, I will talk back to my own mechanic and see if he can still do it. According to him, it takes two weeks for a payment to go through. It has been four weeks. I'm not sure what to expect from Endurance. But the customer service is great.

Signing up with Endurance Warranty was great. My vehicle is a 2014, so I wanted to make sure it was covered if anything happened with it. Endurance was on my phone, so I called them and talked to the gentleman. He was clear in explaining everything. I didn’t catch anything that was questionable and should have been asked to me, or I had anything more than he gave me. He gave me good information. We wrote it all down, and it was clear and understandable until I have to use the policy. Hopefully, all the information is a fact and wasn’t just a front to get a person to sign up.

I've been an Endurance customer since April of 2025 back in November of 2025. I put a claim in by my dealership on my vehicle. Having some valve, cover leaks and a few other items. My standard package did not cover this. So I was told by in an employee representative of endurance. That if I were to upgrade my plan to a premium, I would pay $310 monthly, but I had to wait 30 days to file a claim again.
So I waited till February of two thousand twenty six and filed the same claim with a valve cover leak and a few other Items and I was denied coverage. I believe that's unfair to their customer. Because first I was told it would cover it. And then when it was filed back in february of two thousand twenty six, the endurance told me they would not cover the repair cost. Because it was a preexisting condition.
My opinion and I believe others don't care. If it's a preexisting condition, if we're willing to upgrade our payment package to double the amount from a standard package. I believe that endurance should cover that. Or if not tell the customer that even if you would are upgrade your package and as it preexisting condition, they're not take care of it, it's unfair. I pay three months almost double my amount for premium packets. And I was denied repairs to my vehicle. If I were to anyone else's, please do not take endurance coverage.

The model of my car has a known transmission that I’m not very confident in, and getting the coverage would improve my odds. Endurance had a good rating and I decided to sign up with them. The experience was very good and it was easy to do. The reps were very nice and polite. But the real truth will come when and if I need to use the warranty.

I had CarShield and when I turned in my claims a couple of times, they denied it. I didn’t call them first so they wouldn’t cover it. I decided to change companies and the automotive repair place I deal with recommended Endurance. The rep said they take good care of you. The gentleman who sold me my policy was very informative. He covered exactly what I wanted to know and did a great job. But I never got a membership card. So, that part didn’t go as well as I would have hoped. They took the money right away and that same day or the next, they could have sent me a paper copy, my contract, and an explanation of their warranty services such as what they cover. I’m just hoping that they do whatever they said they do.

I purchased my dream car, a Camaro, and knew that my warranty was coming up. I googled warranty companies and Endurance and some others came up but I felt comfortable going with Endurance. The information that was provided on the website was really good. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. He laid everything out for me. We did a side-by-side comparison through some of the others that we were going to go. He explained how the policy would work, what was covered and what wasn't covered.
At the time, I had a list of things that my mechanic said to look for, and all of that was included and then some. There were key fobs that were included as well. My experience with Endurance has been fantastic. From the time I made the initial call till the policy arrived and any other subsequent conversations I've had, it's always been so easy. I've already recommended Endurance to two people in our neighborhood and both have signed up with them.

Endurance is a good thing. Their price is fair and this is my third time with them because I've been with them with three different cars. I signed up about two years back. I always try to keep them, but I get rid of cars, then after I get another one, I drop the warranty with the one that I got rid of and put another one on. The other two times, I never put a claim in because I didn't need to. This time was the first time that I had to make a claim and they came through for me.
The claims process was easy and while there was one thing that I didn't like, I don't blame them for it. The mechanic shop said that I needed a part, but Endurance told me that I needed to make sure I had an oil change and I couldn't find the receipts from the oil change. They told me they couldn't do it. After the work was done, then I found the receipts. If we need another part, I hope I don't have to go all the way back to find a receipt. A lot of people don't save oil change receipts and I got that oil change before I got with Endurance. So I hope they change that rule. Other than that, they took care of my claim and I was satisfied.

Signing up with Endurance was a pleasant experience. My mom had them and she had them on her Honda Accord. She bought a new car, and so it has a warranty on it. She was able to transfer her warranty from her car to me. That's how I've gotten it. I've had to use them for anything yet. But that's just good peace of mind to have, knowing you have a warranty on your car. I had to speak to them. I had to give them some information as well. They did a very good job. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. It's been good so far.

I turned in a claim for broken motor mounts on my 2017 Audi A6. The quoted price from a certified Audi mechanic was $1700. After review, Endurance decided they would pay all but $550. What happened to the $100 deductible? They referred me to the definitions on page 3 of the contract that says reimbursement costs were at their discretion. Forget the contract deductible. These liars will not honor the $100 deductible if they can possibly help it. They are not honest, and not fair. I have no idea what it would take to honor the $100 deductible and I assume they never would. Just another bunch of cheaters with blatantly false advertising to suck in people. The FCC should examine their false advertising.

My name is Amanda** and I have tried to use my warranty multiple times. There is only auto center that actually accepts their service because of the difficulty of dealing with the company. I have spent hours on the phone back and forth, each time getting mostly nowhere. It doesn't cover this or that, even though it states it will. I decided to keep the service after last time in case it was a one-time bad experience but it is decidedly not, and I will be canceling after this repair is complete if it actually gets completed.

I purchased a car and the little warranty I was given was going to be out, so I decided to get some extended warranty. I kept seeing the Endurance commercials on TV and it sounded very good. I also asked around, then I got on Google. I saw the reviews for CarShield and Endurance, so I was comparing. Then I decided to try Endurance and see what they were talking about. When I signed up, everything was good and the rep I dealt with was straight up. He didn't beat around the bush and he gave me all the information that I asked about. From what I read about Endurance and what me and the guy talked about, their offer was pretty fair and I would tell others to take a chance on them. But I just started with it, and I'm hoping that everything is what I'm expecting it to be. Everything sounds good compared with the CarShield stuff and it seemed like Endurance is a better choice so far.

I got a Jeep that's seven years old, but it's only got 66,000 miles on it. It's pretty brand new still. But I'm gonna drive it for three more years. I just wanted to make sure that if I have a problem, my parts are covered. The Endurance rep I worked with was good. I told him what I was paying with my US Warranty, and I wanted to be about the same price 'cause my Jeep is still relatively new, didn't have any problems. He came within that. I pay 20 bucks more than what I was paying, but at least now I know my stuff will be covered. That's why I went with Endurance.

I’ve been thinking about getting an auto warranty. I have two cars, one is back in Michigan, and I know that repairs would be expensive. We're retired seniors and with all the TV ads, listening to the other seniors on Endurance's commercial enticed me to check into it. The monthly payment was reasonable, and the young lady took my information. I got Endurance's mechanical coverage, which I was looking for, and more. They said I would get an identification card. I am waiting, and it's been exactly a month today. They took the payment out today, but I have received nothing and I'm not too happy. I'm going to call them.

A TV advertisement was how I heard about Endurance. I was checking them out and figured I’d give them a call ‘cause CarShield was calling me. They had a good deal, but then they changed their way of doing things. I called Endurance, and they had a better deal. But I think it could be a little cheaper ‘cause I’m paying 260 a month. But you get your money's worth. That's for sure, ‘cause I've already got my money back out of it. They already replaced my head gasket and a few other things. One time, I called them to get a key fob replacement. But they sent me to the old company that did that. The old company didn't have the new company's number. But that'd be the only hiccup I've had. They also don't have the app anymore.

I heard about Endurance through my husband, Marvin. His mechanic up in Michigan always recommended Endurance if one was gonna get an extended warranty on an older vehicle, because they were the easiest ones to work with and they were the ones that paid promptly, where a lot of the other ones didn't. That encouraged us to sign up with them.
Signup was very explanatory. They were very patient and understanding and explained everything to me. I requested a contract since I'm not one to get online, so they mailed me the whole contract, which was great. It's been three years since I signed up and every month when I make a payment, these people are fabulous on the phone. They're very courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Endurance has been very prompt when I had an issue with my car's torque converter and brakes. They were very understanding about that and they paid very well right away. They also came and looked at my car, which was understandable. They should see what they're gonna pay for. So, I totally understood that, and so did the mechanic. All in all, Endurance is great.

The representative from Endurance explained everything that the warranty covered and I'm under the impression they gave me a good price. I bought the policy for insurance purposes because my car is a 2019 but I'm not planning on buying another car. This car is probably gonna last me for a while. It only has 32,000 miles on it, so if anything were to happen to it, my policy will cover it. I've already told people that I've signed up for Endurance and they should look into it too.

My car is gonna be paid off in four months, and my warranty is gone on my car. I was interested in getting an auto warranty and my coworker had Endurance. Signup went well. The guy I dealt with was very professional to me. When I'm purchasing stuff, and if I feel a certain type of way, I won't do it, but he made me feel comfortable. I asked a lot of questions I've been jotting down, and he answered all of them correctly. I asked when my payment was due and he explained that to me. I was very pleased with him.
He was very polite and gave me the answers I needed as far as what was all under the coverage. He went down the list with me. The policy covers everything with the car except the brake pads. When my car breaks down, it covers the towing, the rental car, the engine part and the powertrain. I asked about the timing belt and it covers that as well. It covers anything dealing with the engine. I'm happy with Endurance and I would definitely recommend them. The customer service is excellent and the coverage is awesome. Please check it out.

I recommended Endurance to my sister and she wound up getting the warranty first through them. Then, after my policy expired, I went on and got an Endurance policy for myself. I googled them and found nothing but positive things, so that's why I went with them. I am a mechanic, but it never hurts to have a little extra protection when it comes to something that I don't mess with, like transmissions and rear ends. The rep who assisted me with my enrollment seemed well-versed on what she was selling. She knew what she was talking about pretty much and it wasn't hard to confide in her, but it wasn't like she put me under any pressure to buy anything or to make that commitment as to obtaining that policy.
I've read the reviews and some people have their doubts and aren't too happy about some things. They were complaining about little flaws, the real fine print, which nobody can see and that's the turn off to some people, especially if they don't like doing maintenance regularly. But I've worked in several shops and I've always been about having things done on a schedule. I've been in the field for over 30 years or so and I know that some people don't change their oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, then they’ll go 8,000 to 10,000. But if you're using synthetic, it's a whole different story. You can go 65, depending on how you drive under what schedules you may drive, because they have different service animals. If you drive in dusty areas and so on, you should change a lot more frequently. At any rate, I just figured Endurance offered a good deal.
They are also way better than CarShield. I have some friends that were with CarShield and one of them tried to use the policy for a bad starter. The Bendix came out and it fractured the flywheel. He told me that CarShield would replace the starter, but they wouldn't replace the cracked flywheel. But the actual starter caused the damage to the flywheel and I couldn't see them not replacing it. So he had to pay for the flywheel out of pocket, and after that occurred, he canceled his policy. I would hope Endurance is not anything like that, because any mechanic can tell you that the starter can damage a flywheel at times. I also recommended to that friend to look into Endurance versus CarShield.

The original manufacturer’s warranties on our vehicles were expiring, so we were looking for alternatives to extend the warranties. I reached out to Endurance. The sign-up process was efficient and professional. Their rep didn't try to oversell. I was very impressed with how they explained the service. The duration of the policy was both by miles and duration and that there were incentives to do it now because I'm still under warranty by the original manufacturer for additional few months. It was refundable in a prorated fashion but not to the full extent that there would be some monies that were lost if I were to cancel.
The payments extend for 36 months as opposed to the warranty period being 48 months. So, I'm paying more, but at some point, I won't be paying for the final 12 months. There were incentives for the first year like a key fob. So, they doubly covered for about three months between the warranty from the manufacturer and Endurance. Overall, the interactions I've had with Endurance have been very positive since signing up with them. I haven't used it, but it's been a positive experience.

I met someone who’s a current Endurance customer and recommended I look into it. I signed up several years ago and I made a claim recently. Everything worked nicely. They didn't tell me I had to go with anybody in particular, but instead recommended certain dealers or garages that they work with. They had to make sure it was a certified shop, but I could go wherever I wanted. And based on that conversation I had with Endurance, I decided that it probably was a good idea to go with a company that was familiar with how to work with them, because if not, it could take a lot of time.
In the shop that I normally go to, the guy running it is also the mechanic. And as I watched what was going on at this location, they had somebody dedicated to dealing with these issues. Had I not gone there, it would have been a very tough experience. So, I was glad that I chose to go to a location that was familiar with Endurance. When I described the issue, they said it sounded like it would be covered. At the shop, they found an additional problem I hadn’t noticed and sent that information to Endurance, which covered more than I expected. All problems had to be verified with pictures, which made the process difficult. But this shop was acquainted with the problem. And he said I would have left with an unsafe vehicle if it wasn’t resolved. They also expected Endurance to cover it.
It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get everything reviewed by Endurance and approved. Once the shop had the authorization, the work began, and I left while my wife picked me up. They said the car would be ready in the afternoon. They called me when the car was ready, and I came back and picked it up. I was very pleased with the entire process. Endurance needed to ensure repairs are justifiable and required information, and this facility was able to work with them effectively, which is something not every shop could do. Endurance is very thorough and careful. They were concerned with my situation and showed interest in helping me. They demonstrated care and concern. They weren't trying to avoid a claim. They were trying to make sure the claim was satisfied.

Breakdowns nowadays are expensive and when I saw Endurance on the commercial, it sounded great. It seems like they're on the up and up. Their signup process was really easy and honest, and the reps were cooperative, friendly people. Everything went fine so far. My coverage doesn't start until February 6, but I talk to people and I would recommend them if they did me well.

I went with Endurance because my mechanic said he deals with Endurance on a regular basis, and he's never had a problem. I signed up with them, and the rep I talked to was very nice, polite and professional. He asked me a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable about what I was getting. The policy has a 30-day grace period or 1000 miles. And it's a $100 deductible. It pays for oil changes, and brakes. I get 50 bucks for an oil change, three times a year. He made it sound like it was worth it.

I was with Endurance about a couple of years ago and after I got into another program that wasn’t up to my knowledge on how they would benefit me, I decided to go back to Endurance. The representative gave me the information I wanted to hear and did a good job. I was told the program would start 30 days after I signed up. After the trial period, the benefits would be available. Endurance is a good plan to go with at present.

I heard and read reviews of Endurance compared to other warranties. They gave better service than CarShield. The sign-up process was easy. I went through the website and followed the questions. It was easy to follow. The policy covered the do's and don'ts and what I'm entitled to like roadside service. It had a lot of programs. I've enjoyed it so far. Filing a claim was easier than I expected. I took my vehicle in. The shop called Endurance to verify the cost of the repairs. It was that simple.

I've had this company for two years now. Had a couple of things replaced. I had to argue like crazy along with the repair shop to get those done. They literally made me take it to another shop to have it fixed because the first was too expensive. I did not think it was that expensive to have done what was needed. Now that is has another issues they are now denying the claim saying I have exceeded the payout worth of the vehicle so they will not cover anything else. At one time I had them for a second vehicle I bought used. I was 5000 miles past a transmission service when it went out. They denied the replacement of that as well. So anything you want done they will refuse for one reason or another. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The process was easy, but I felt that I was pushed in to agreeing to a contract. I was charged for one month, in my case $188.78, plus a $29.00 service fee. I specifically asked about being reimbursed for both amounts, in the case I decided not to sign the contract, and was assured I'd get ALL of the money back. I just cancelled the contract, after only 18 hours, and was told that the $29.00 was NOT refundable. I truly felt used to the maximum. I will be certain to let folks know that they may be ripped off as well... H

I like Endurance. I've been seeing it on TV a lot. Their deductibles were like 500 to 1,000, and I was like, "No, I can't afford that." Then I called them to see how that would go, and the guy said, "Oh, we can get you a 0 deductible." So, that's what I have. It's 172 with a 0 deductible. He said if I ever have to take my car in for anything, it's always 0, and make sure that I tell them that I have a 0 deductible. I would recommend Endurance.

We were looking for automobile insurance. We were buying a new car and we're gonna drive it until the wheels fall off. We knew that we could get an extra three years extension on the warranty that we couldn't get from the manufacturer. My daughter had been checking out some companies, and recommended Endurance. I checked out the information online, and I decided that it was the best bet for us. We had researched it very carefully. We knew what we were doing. Everybody had glowing reports about them. I like that we weren't limited to just one place to get repairs done. The great thing about Endurance is you can have the car done anywhere, and they'll just send them a check. The sign-up process was well thought out and was easy to do. Everything was online, so I was able to see it. Then, I finally put the application in online as well. I already had gotten a quote, too. It was quick. It took about 15 minutes.

My husband had Endurance on his car. I got a newer car, so I decided that I should take advantage of it as well. He had CarShield and had a lot of trouble with them, so we decided to go with Endurance instead. The sign-up experience was nice. A lot of information on the phone. I didn't know that there were different policies that you could get, though. It also took a long time to do.

I was told that my Endurance warranty would cover a hybrid battery in a car that I had, and it did not cover it. Also, my Durango that I just traded off, that needed a radiator, which was not covered as well. Endurance finally covered a part in an engine, and that was $2,500 so I thank God that they covered that. My dealership did the claim for me, but it was a pain in the butt to begin with. Other than that, I've been with Endurance Warranty for two years and now I have a 2023 that I have to switch, so I gotta call them and switch it to that.

I just signed up with Endurance and it was easy. The reps were very helpful and polite. I had a warranty with another company and I had a very bad experience with them. They didn't pay out like they said they would. They paid only a partial of the bill and they weren't very helpful, so I changed companies. When I researched, Endurance had positive reviews and they had good reviews with the Better Business Bureau.

The dealership I go to deals with Endurance and that's why I got it. I checked with them and asked who they recommend and they said Endurance besides the Cadillac Care. When buying the extended warranty, the Endurance rep was like a used car salesman and a pain to deal with. The price was also relatively expensive, but cars are expensive nowadays. If it was free, it'd be great. Other than that, it's all good. I wish there was a way that it could be certified so I get a better, longer coverage for the amount it cost, but I get it. It's a used a car. We had a claim for a mod motor for our heating and air in our Cadillac ESV and luckily, I didn't have to take care of anything. The dealership said it was very simple. There was about a two-day turnaround, but besides that, Endurance was relatively okay to work with.

It was good getting online with Endurance. My car is a 2017 model and I didn't want to spend big money on the very expensive dealership warranty. I've been looking at the ads on TV and thought Endurance was the better one. The ratings were excellent and the way they presented their ad was much better than CarShield. Signing up with Endurance was also very easy. However, I have not received the hard copy of my policy yet and 30 days since I signed up is coming up.

I've got a really nice one-ton truck that doesn't have a lot of miles on it, but it's out of warranty. I wanted to make sure that everything was gonna be covered if things went out because it's got a lot of electronics on it. Endurance seemed to be the one that was the most advertised and the most used, and I went with them. When I had to file a claim, I told the shop I had Endurance and they did all the stuff so it was no work on my end.

This Company is a complete rip off!! They told me when I bought the policy that all major elements of your drive train were covered and when my clutch went out in my truck they denied my claim because they said certain parts in the transmission weren't covered so they denied my claim ... That's where the scam starts, they find little parts that are crucial to a repair and say those parts aren't covered so they can deny your claim ... They lie to you when you're buying the policy and don't stand by their warranty... I'm canceling my policy .. I urge everyone to never buy a policy from this rip off company .. total BS scam company!!

I initiated a contract on 2/6/26; however, over the ensuing weekend made the decision to cancel the contract based upon the intent to sell the covered vehicle. I called in on Monday 2/9 to cancel the contract and spoke with an extremely domineering individual that stated the following: 1) I am a liar when I stated I was selling the vehicle; 2) stated another company must be telling me what to say; 3)his beliefs are not my beliefs; 4) stated he has to act as a detective to get to the root reasoning for the cancellation. Endurance may or may not be the #1 in coverage; however, the individual I spoke with was rude and difficult. If I EVER decide to purchase additional coverage, it would not be with Endurance.

No Brainer.... I'm quite sure everyone is familiar with the term "No Brainer." When I viewed that first Endurance commercial and I heard, and heard again, what was being offered as warranty coverage for potential future damage to one's personal vehicle. I thought to myself, 'That Is A Great Deal Endurance Is Offering.' I had made up my mind at that moment that I am getting this deal for myself because I know a vehicle will break down on you when you least expect it and it typically takes place at the worst timing, so why not get ahead of the, 'Not Now! Why Me?' moment and be prepared with the Vehicle Disaster Relief plan being offered by Endurance. Getting covered is a no-brainer.

I've checked out a lot of different places, and Endurance was the best for what I needed. The signup process was easy. They provided me with different options, but I went with the easier one that I could remember and handle. Unfortunately, they sent my paperwork to my computer and my computer has gone down. I'm familiar with that and working with them on just getting my information straight. Also, the price that I'm paying for my warranty is better than the car insurance.

I purchased a used vehicle a year ago. It's a 2017. I know things are going to go bad so I can't afford to kick out for $1,000 all at once. I had seen Endurance Warranty advertisements on Facebook and on TV. Being that I've worked in the car industry, I was aware about it, so that's what I decided to get. Signing up with them was very good. I interacted with a human and he was very nice. I got service for three years which includes roadside assistance.

A total rip-off company. Unethical behavior, do not buy any insurance with this company. My transmission went bad months after I purchased the insurance, and inspector went to the dealer where the truck was parked, verified the computer info, 2 days later Endurance called me to talk me, "In order to approve your claim you need to open the transmission to see what is broken inside," if you open a sealed transmission is because it need to be fix and rebuild, totally against the dealer recommendations and the truck manufacturers. Endurance gave us the hardest time to look for an excuse to replace the transmission.. A crappy company with no ethical values. Do not buy coverage from this rip-off company.

Endurance is more affordable than the others. Signing up was easy. I spoke to a representative and she gave me different options. The first option was really expensive. The second option was almost the same thing, but it was cheaper. Overall, the customer service was awesome.

This place is a joke. Our Jeep blew up and we got no help whatsoever. So we called the next day and canceled. Well lo and behold imagine our surprise when our bank account got hit this morning with another payment. Called in again, said we canceled last month, got told no we didn’t and we are basically out of luck getting our money back.

I am writing to warn anyone who is looking for an extended warranty do not go with Endurance. Their commercials are all lies. The times I had to use it I had to pay out of my pocket and my last time I sent in the claim for my transmission and it was denied so they are the worst and and a fraud. I don't want anyone to go through what I have. I have since canceled the warranty so please don't use them.

Reginald ** was the customer service rep that helped me in the cancellation department. He had me send him an email of the cancellation form, after I had signed and had it notarized. He was very professional, and friendly, and answered every question that I had and canceled the payment for this month, as I no longer have a vehicle. I never signed up for Endurance Repair emails to solicit their service. I have been harassed and intimidated with constant and relentless emails from this company. I have tried to unsubscribe but their requirements are to re-submit email address and then wait 10 days. My next step will be to contact the State Attorney General’s office to file a complaint against their aggressive and offensive marketing tactics.

My factory warranty was expiring and looking at the internet, it said that Endurance is the best. Signup was fantastic. I knew what I wanted and they helped me decide on what it is that I really needed. That was very comprehensive because in doing so, they gave me options whereas most companies just fit customers in with something and that's it. On the other hand, Endurance gave me numerous options and that was exceptional. That's a great attitude in a company.

My biggest complaint with everything with doing business over the phone is I can't understand them. If I can't understand them, I won't do anything because I don't know what's going on. The person I talked to from Endurance Warranty did not have an accent so heavy I couldn't understand him. He spoke English like I'm speaking English, and I know it's not the best English, but I can understand him. I get a lot of these phone calls and I don't know where they call from. Philippines, Southern Honduras or some place, you can't understand them.
Mine is a Ford vehicle and the repair shop has ASC-certified mechanics, so I'm sure they'll take Endurance. I bought another vehicle yesterday from a used car dealer, and their extended warranty is through Endurance. That's why I felt good with going with them. However, I have not received a paper copy of my warranty. They were supposed to send that. I got it in my email, but I'd like to see paper in front of me because I usually lose stuff on my phone. I waited to give them another day or two, and my phone has been down for the last week. But from my experience with CarShield, Endurance's price was very competitive.

I called in to cancel my Endurance policy and the guy on the phone was totally rude, very unprofessional. He kept asking me, "Why are you cancelling, was you sitting home watching tv and saw something cheaper," (me) I just want to cancel my policy please. The guy was a total jerk. He kept saying, "Oh you want to cancel and get a refund is that all," he ask me that 25 times. I would never ever consider doing business with this company again, just because of this one person. I got Endurance for my security. I have a vehicle that's almost 10 years old, and I don't like working on vehicles anymore. The sign up process was easy. The rep I worked with was professional. He knew his job. The rate was good. I couldn't beat the price.

Endurance has been all right. I bring my car to a reputable licensed repair shop, and they submit the claim. The work gets done. The only time I had a problem is when I didn't have the right phone number because they're not there on the weekends. There is a phone number that you can get someone, but I thought I didn't have it. I did have it in my glove compartment. I was annoyed that they weren't answering the phone and they were closed. However, they're fine once you get through.

They say they cover repairs but will use any excuse to NOT cover the repair when it’s needed. They refused to cover my cracked manifold because they said it was “damaged”. So in theory they could deny any repair and cite “damage” as the reason. When I filed a BBB complaint they offered to cancel the contract but only if I signed away my rights to tell others about my experience. That’s not the sign of a reputable company.

100 dollar deductible that's funny. They say take it to any reputable shop. I took my car to the dealership for a oil cooler replacement. I wanted it done correctly. Was told oem parts cost more than we're allowed. Labor cost more than allowed. Don't fall for this scam. 1000 dollar repair and I'm out of pocket 500. Can't image what a major repair like an engine replacement would cost. Buyer beware!

WHATEVER YOU DO....DON'T GET A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY IF YOU OWN A CADILLAC ESCALADE LIKE MYSELF. I purchased a contract with this company. Never used it. I was having car trouble. I brought my vehicle to a certified mechanic. Was told my Power Steering is not working and needs to be replaced. My mechanic reached out and Endurance denied my claim. Mind you Power steering is on my contract as covered. Endurance denied it stating they only cover manual Power steering. Unbelievable... ALL CADILLAC ESCALADE have electric power steering. I'm stuck with a $4000 bill. Learn from my situation please. Don't trust this company.

Worst company ever, don't believe a word that sales person is saying, they misrepresent contract, in the reality, you will deal with 3rd party company who will try to do not pay a cent. I have been told by 3rd party that contract was signed by Endurance and they have nothing to do with the contract. And I have to contact the Endurance Manager from Endurance stated 3rd party will pay as long as it is in the contract. Both sides will not take any responsibility. If I could put 0 stars I would. This is an absolutely horrible company. Do not waste your time or your money. You have an extended warranty for older vehicles for a reasons and when something happens, they say “it’s because it’s an older vehicle, claim denied”. Took 5 days to approve part of my claim. Part of the claim was denied even though the auto shop, that they recommended on their website said needed to be completed so the job would be done properly. FYI you will pay more than the 100$ deductible. My gaskets were not covered. I guess they think you could reuse the old ones instead of replacing them.

When I spoke to the Endurance representative, we got right to the point. There was no messing around. We got the job done fast. The cost was pretty competitive with everybody else. I've had an extended warranty on that particular vehicle since it was new. But I hadn't been too happy lately with the other company, and that's why I decided to go with Endurance. I got the total coverage and received the policy hard copy pretty quickly.

I have been a member since 2023 and had the Elite Membership or Supreme Coverage. Since joining I have had only three claims. The first was in March 2024 and I paid $300+, the 2nd was in July 2025 and I paid the entire bill of $3,130.60 and was refused a rental car. Then Jan. 2026, my bill was $7K and Endurance claimed that I had the basic plan and my car was old and the parts were worn out so they denied my entire claim so I refused service as I felt I was being ripped off by Cutter Services and Endurance and will be going to a repair shop near my home who claims they have had several complaints against Cutter and Endurance. Endurance advertisement is so fake. They pay off $14,000, etc but they won't cover my $3K or $7K repairs. I don't think it's worth purchasing car warranties.

Getting everything set up with Endurance was a good experience, for the most part. The person that I spoke with when I finally made my decision to purchase made it seem like I was getting this great friends and family discount when it was really available to anybody. So, it was a little misleading as far as that, but I still went with it anyway. I was looking for full coverage. I have a full powertrain warranty when I purchased my vehicle. So, I was looking for anything that wasn't there. I told the rep about that, too, and he said, "Well, I'll give you this discount." It was really just the standard discount you would normally get. So, it’s a little misleading again.
My warranty will kick in after 30 days and/or 1,000 miles. I don't think I got a hard copy in the mail, but I did download it from the site and print it off for my records. I've done a couple of claims. Following their required procedure, I took the car to my local shop. They come up with an estimate. And then they contact Endurance before they can start any work on it. I've never had a problem with it coming back saying that they won't do the work or it's at a discounted rate or they wouldn't pay the full bill like my other company tried to do from time to time. I've had a good experience. It's been very simple. It's pretty much between them, my shop and Endurance. I don't really need to get involved at all.

The person from Endurance who helped me was more professional, patient, and answered my questions, because dealing with me isn't easy. He didn't let my old nasty ways bother them. I don't like the part where I had to pay extra labor money but I needed my truck fixed.

⭐ 1 Star – Unacceptable delays and bad faith claim handling. My experience with Endurance Warranty has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The claims process is plagued by unreasonable delays, poor communication, and a clear lack of professionalism. From the moment I opened my claim, responses have been slow, inconsistent, and often contradictory. The repair shop has submitted all required documentation multiple times, yet Endurance continues to provide weak and repetitive excuses, such as inspectors allegedly scheduled who never show up or requests for information that was already provided.
When a response is finally given, it feels less like an effort to help the customer and more like an attempt to find technicalities or irrelevant justifications to delay or deny the claim, even when the issue should clearly be covered under the contract. This approach gives the impression of a bad-faith strategy designed to exhaust customers until they give up.
Meanwhile, my vehicle remains unusable, costing me time and money, while Endurance shows no urgency, accountability, or concern for the customer’s situation. This company fails to deliver the service it promises. Poor claim management, inadequate customer support, and a complete lack of reliability. I do not recommend Endurance to anyone seeking real protection or peace of mind.

I have my policy since May of 2025, it was good to have that comfort knowing if anything goes wrong a company had my back Until my first denial. 2nd, 3rd and 4th in one year. I am retired on a fixed budget so having a warranty was crucial. The first denial I understood but gasket, seals and axles I truly believed were covered? Unless you're a lawyer and a mechanic at the same time these policies are not worth it!!

I was advised when I purchased warranty that everything would be covered. 5 months into the warranty, My F-150 3.5 ecoboost had a turbo line coolant leak, $2,600 repair at the dealership. Called Endurance and claim was DENIED because it was the coolant line (which is part of the turbo) and not the actual Turbo. Endurance tried to keep me as a customer, however there is ZERO faith that any future repairs would be covered. What's the point of paying for a warranty when they will try to deny every claim. I should have trusted my gut and never got the warranty in the first place!!

STAY AWAY!! Scam. I purchased a warranty on Dec 5 and took my car to BMW 2 days ago for a vibration and they denied my repair for motor mounts which is listed on the contract as COVERED. When I called they said my contract is too new to have any claims approved. Mind you I did wait the 1000 miles and 30days as required. There was no other requirements. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, there is a class action lawsuit against this company for this very reason!!!

Endurance Warranty is the WORST so called warranty provider on the market. They use shady unethical tactics to avoid paying legitimate claims whenever possible. Endurance are a bunch of crucks & fraudsters! They denied my claim for a water pump repair without even sending an adjuster to verify the claim. Instead they stated they based their decision on the repair shops verbal diagnosis of the vehicle. The repair shop never stated to Endurance there was a pre-existing issue nor did they give any information to Endurance that would have warranted the claim being denied. The repair shops verbal diagnosis was turned around and flipped to fit into an excuse not to pay.
Endurance advertises to be there for its customers in their time of need, is a joke! They look for a reason to deny claims first then only cover the bare minimum of the claim. To add further insult to injury, when I demanded to be provided documentation explaining the denial they refused stating they only provide that verbally and not in writing. When I demand to be refunded the warranty charges that they have been debiting from my account. They stated you will have to complete a form that requires a notary present while signing that confirms the mileage. Basically, they are making difficult to get their claws out of my bank account, so they can continue to debit it while denying legitimate claims. This is an unexpected headache full of frustrating unforeseen obstacles as a result of even trying to end any relationship with these thieves.
I had previously spoken with their customer service department who confirmed the water pump was in fact clearly covered. I even spoke with their claims department who also stated the repairs are covered under my warranty. Yet Endurance made up an excuse not to cover the repairs, conjuring up a lie, stating that the vehicle wouldn't be covered due to "Continuous Use". The repair shop confirmed with the Endurance claims department that they didn't provide any information stating that pre-existing or continuous use caused of the water pump to fail. I contacted Endurance multiple times requesting written explanation for denial of my claim. I was denied any written explanation or even an open claim that was started on my warranty. It was simply a flat out denial.

The idea of going with Endurance sounded good. The only problem I have is that they want me to put 200 miles on it before it goes into effect, and I don't know how that's gonna happen when I don't go anywhere because I'm retired and I just don't go anywhere except the doctor and the grocery store which are all within a mile or two from my house. I don't foresee me putting 200 miles on it because I don't go anywhere. Other than that, my experience was okay.

There are many departments and they don't communicate for accuracy nor do they speak with contract holders and repair representatives at the same time, I was sure I was told parts are covered such as my ENGINE then I was told it's not covered due to the head-gasket... Lots of back and forth and he say she say leaving you #confused #clueless. BETTER TO SAVE MONEY IN A JAR THAN EMPLOY THESE INSURANCE & WARRANTY COMPANIES. They too sell #lemons.
THE UPSIDE IS REPRESENTATIVES SUCH AS TAMIKA **. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, she friendly yet professional. She knows her policies and protocols and she is loyal to the company even though the company doesn't honor what they sell then claims it's in a contract given after purchase that I didn't go over the fine lines.😉 😜 😄 😏 🙄 it's all good. We purchased a bumper-to-bumper coverage from Endurance. The only thing is they're going for the mileages off of it as being a new vehicle with zero miles. So, they're knocking 30,000 miles off of my 100,000-mile warranty that I wanted. They have a better rate than the other companies that provide the same type of coverage. The person we talked to was good. They seemed to break things down for us to understand the coverage better. I have a month and 1,000 miles before I can file a claim. I haven't had to use it yet, so I don't know how it's gonna go, but I feel like I was able to obtain the right coverage at the present point in time.

I signed up three weeks ago and it was a great experience. The gentleman, Dimitri, did a great job. He was excellent with his explanation and I understood everything very well. I purchased an Endurance extended warranty online. After receiving all of the details stating the effective date was 30 Days and 1000 miles, I wasn’t aware of that so the next morning I called to see if they had other options. The lady I spoke with was very nice and gave me options and I told her I would think about it. That afternoon I called back and spoke with a guy. The conversation started ok. I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and told him why. Long story short he ended up basically arguing with me, I told him the reason and that should suffice. I hung up on him because I was not going to argue with him, he said he was located in Dallas and he used to work for a dealership in F&I. I can’t remember his name but he is not what a customer service person should be!!

I am a 65 year old man on a budget. I have a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. I signed up for Endurance on 6/12/25. I developed problems with the in December, I took my car to masters car care after a lot back & forth for the inspection. They denied my claim for the reasons Resale Value, I was never late with my payments. They advertise as long as you keep payments on time that you are covered Guaranteed. So now I don't have transportation and out of money. Thanks Endurance for turning my life upside down. MONEY BY ANY MEANS that's what it should be called....

I chose Endurance, had until the end of January to make my final decision as I purchased a new vehicle and wasn't sure it was the right timeframe for an extended warranty. I did my research and found Endurance to be one of the best extended warranty companies; however, it was far too early to make the decision to opt into their warranty as my original warranty carried what I needed for the time being. I called to cancel, within the appropriate cancellation time period, and that's when the badgering started.
The agent never let me get a word in and told me I was making a very big mistake as I wasn't understanding the program. She abruptly and continuously explained the entire program to me all over again. I finally got her to stop talking after several minutes and told her I graciously listened to her lengthy and strong-handed speech. She tried to interrupt again and I told her she needed to stop. I finally said I was done. I wanted it cancelled and she stated that "you know your application fee is non-refundable" (I paid an application fee and the first installment). I made it clear it was to be cancelled along with anything to do with Endurance. I really am not sure if I would return when the time is right.

I purchased the Platinum coverage (their highest option) and was paying $300 a month for my Land Rover Defender. The vehicle developed a coolant leak that the dealership said was o-rings leaking around the turbocharger system which is a known issue with the LR 110. Endurance denied the claim stating that o rings weren't covered under my plan because it was a "maintenance item", sticking me with a $1000 repair bill. I immediately canceled my contract. I will pay myself $300/mo from now on into a repair fund rather than waste it on a scam company.

When I was shopping for an auto warranty for my vehicle, I made a serious mistake. Some people do this for the same reason: they don't like seeing the monthly premiums vanish from their bank account. Sometimes buying insurance can be a tough pill to swallow. So you jump at the first opportunity, you bite the bullet. "Mistake" Should always do research, read product reviews tack time.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable, I was at ease with the representatives I spoke with. Of course I hope I don't have to use it, but love having the peace of mind. I'm going to encourage my niece to sign up. She's a single mom in another state and I do worry about her vehicle.

Service rep was very detailed in explaining all the information needed within the selected package of coverage. He went over "everything" covered and left no questions unanswered. Service rep was very professional, and I would highly recommend Endurance to cover your vehicle.

NOT GOOD. For the road side assistance they sent me to (877) 488-2418, the lady name Renicha was "helping me" she told me help is on the way, two hrs later I called back to follow-up. They told me that there was no ticket made. That it was never completed. And I'm here in the cold. I'm calling again and trying to get the towing. I can just call a tow truck myself, but then what is the point of paying for the endurance coverage. The cold front storm is on they way. And they are not helping.

I was just inquiring about the insurance online, then some lady from Endurance called me and asked me if I need it help, then I say sure, she explained everything to me so clear and very patiently, answered every single question and help me understand my need to adquiere the insurance, I got the insurance and I feel good, I own a Benz and it’s already hight mileage, so I never know when it will need any repairs, now I have peace of mind.
