I thought getting Endurance was a decent thing to do. And the guy that I talked to on the phone was really good, so I just decided to go ahead with it. He walked me through everything, and then he sent me some emails, and I just accepted the terms. So, the signup process was seamless.
They also made it clear that there's a 30-day waiting period. So, it starts at 12/13, and then after 1,000 miles. I know that there was roadside or towing, and then rental car, and something with the deductible, where it'll help you pay that. I haven't had to do any claims yet, but I thought that the policy was fair.

I was with CarShield, but many people said they didn’t come through when their cars broke down. I checked Endurance’s ratings and then talked to a rep. I liked what I heard so I decided to go with them instead.
Endurance said you can take it to whatever mechanics’ place you want as long as they're certified. My husband used to be with Southtown Motors for 20 years. The company he was with was not used to filing warranty claims so they ran into some trouble.
I called an Endurance rep. He explained what they were doing and needed to have done. They went back, did it, and Endurance paid without any problem.

I’m satisfied with my experience with Endurance so far. I got the full coverage for my Equinox 2012. The representative that I spoke to was a kind gentleman, and he helped me out. He also tried to assist me in getting the best price.

I'm a new customer of Endurance. The car was my mother's. She passed away and I got the car. It’s getting ready to be seven years old, that's when things start breaking down. I live on a fixed income and can't afford to pay for a new engine or alternator.
I received a notice in the mail and called. The man that signed m up was real helpful, an absolute sweetheart. He explained it to me and took the time. He did not rush me off the phone. He answered all my questions. It was real easy, real pleasant. My policy don't take effect until December 5th. I haven't had to use it yet, thank God, but the insurance was a good insurance.

I just purchased another vehicle, and due to the mileage, there was no longer a warranty from the dealership. So, I added an additional warranty. Endurance kept popping up on Facebook and I've been seeing commercials and thought to give them a chance. The signup was great. No complaints there. I’m a very satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend Endurance.

I had another auto protection company, but I moved from a different part of the state, and Endurance looked more inviting. I'm retired and their cost is within line so I thought I'd give them a chance. The signup experience was very positive. The person was knowledgeable. My father was a truck driver, so I know vehicles. I asked questions he was surprised I would even know to ask, and he had the right answers. That's another reason I went with Endurance. I have requested a hard copy of my warranty, it's been three weeks now and I haven't received anything. That's the only thing lacking right now.

If you can afford Endurance warranty, get it. I've got a newer truck, but it ran out of warranty and I've already had one issue on that truck. It cost me over a thousand dollars. I googled the top 10 extended warranty companies and Endurance was rated number 1. I did a query, and two minutes later, a guy called me and walked me through signup. It took 15 minutes. I got the roadside assistance and they told me it'd be 30 days before it went in effect. But according to Georgia law, it's in effect now.

The last car I had didn't have a warranty on it and broke down. Actually, when I bought my car, it had Endurance on it already and I let it expire. The signup was good, and the process was easy. The person who helped me was really good and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable. He did a great job.

I had a negative experience before when I didn’t have insurance, where the engine went out on our previous vehicle, and it was a $6,000+ repair. And so, after that experience, I just went online and asked Google for the top five insurance companies for vehicles. Endurance was listed as the top. And I called the number that was provided and spoke to a representative who was awesome. We just kind of connected on different levels.
The signup was a wonderful experience. I like the ease of applying for it. The gal that I spoke with was just knowledgeable about the product. I felt confident that she wasn't leading me on and that she enjoyed working with Endurance. And she herself was proud of the fact that she was there. So, she kind of sold me on herself first. She made me believe in her, which she believes in the product.
It's also very easy to make a payment. It's an automatic withdrawal, so I don't think about it. I just gotta have the money in the bank. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but one thing I noticed was I can't go back and find a card. So, if I were to need the car insurance, I don't have proof that I have Endurance. If they would just send maybe a card through the mail, that would have been great.

Four years ago, I looked into Endurance, and they were highly rated. My truck's almost nine years old, and I've only got about 45,000 miles on it. So, that's why I went with them. The customer service was pleasant and straightforward. It was good.
I used the warranty three months ago when I had a switch fail on my four-wheel drive. There was no hassle. I went to the dealership, and they diagnosed the problem. I told them I had Endurance, and they had it on file. My mechanic shop handled it all and submitted the claim. I assume it was paid.

Endurance will take your money and will not cover your vehicle when it is covered. The mechanic shop and me showed them on coverage. It is covered and they told the mechanic shop. They reworded it the wrong way. They will not cover on the secure. Plus they got so many people in court with them now. Do not trust them. They will fraud you out of your money and would not honor their contract.

Absolutely horrible, verbally they tell you everything is covered but when you file a claim they tell you well that’s not covered under your gold policy! When I asked for a copy of the policy they said that if I wanted to cancel my policy they will connect me! What the heck? All I asked for is a copy of the policy! Stay away from Endurance!!!

We have a 2018 Kia Stinger and that's not cheap to keep up. We wanted to make sure it was covered with the best warranty. We finished paying off the car and the insurance ran out. We thought Endurance was the best one we heard of so we chose to pick up Endurance as an extended warranty.
The rep answered the questions we needed to know because certain warranty and certain parts of the car has different components. The guy on the phone clarified that information for us. We got the insurance and we're happy with it. We would recommend them because we haven't had any issues.

Endurance was the best option for me. I decided to keep my car another three years, and Endurance appealed most to me. The person I dealt with was polite, wasn't pushy, knew the product and explained it to me. I haven't had a claim, and the proof is when you need it, so I’ll find out. But I trust that they're a real good company.

Endurance were the first guys I called. I checked with CarShield online and they wanted almost $300. You gave me a really good price of $181 a month with a $100 deductible.
The lady I spoke with made it very easy. She was very helpful and explained everything. I was not gonna get it at first, until she started talking about how good it was. My truck had 181,000 miles on it at the time. I like that truck. If anything happens to it, I wanna keep it. It was good.

Signing up with Endurance was a pretty good experience. I've had that warranty for about five years. They had a good price and they did a program with my credit union. I had to renew it.

My husband died last month, so I just want to keep my car for as long as I can. I called CarShield, but someone told me that they sometimes use used parts. I don't want to use used parts if ever my car breaks down. Then I saw Endurance's TV commercials and they were wonderful.
The signup was great. Alex Richie, the guy who helped me, was wonderful. He gave me time since I'm elderly. My son-in-law told me to talk about it with him first. I talked it over with him and he said they also have Endurance. So, I thought it was okay. I felt safer to go with them.

I chose Endurance because of the coverage. The cost is still a little bit higher than what I could have paid if I'd have gone through the dealership and bought what they were offering, but I wouldn't have had the coverage that I have with Endurance. It’s been almost a year since I signed up for the policy, and the representative I talked to was as sweet as she could be. She was awesome. Because sometimes I'm difficult to deal with. And so, I had a lot of questions for her, and she answered all my questions. She was good at what she does.
I haven’t had to use the policy until recently, and so far, so good. Endurance has not been a problem at all. They have been a breeze. There are just some things that I think on the service side that the dealership could have done or could still do better, because I'm still waiting on a part that's on backorder. But as far as what Endurance did, they were perfect. They do what they say, and they say what they do.

I’ve always bought a manufacturer’s warranty. For most cars I buy, I never use the warranty if I buy it. That’s how the company makes money and I understand that. But I also like having peace of mind knowing that I can drive my vehicle for an extra 50,000 miles and not have to worry about a breakdown costing me a lot of money.
I did a little bit on the cost factor when I chose my warranty. I’m not so much about if you’re $20 cheaper than the other guy. I prefer a good and solid company to work with. Endurance seemed like they were. Signing up with them was fairly easy. I started it online. I got a phone call and the rep finished it up. It went great.

I wanted to get extended coverage because of the price of the vehicles. If something happens, I can't really afford to pay $4,000 on something. I need some kind of backup.
The signup process with them was easy. The guy was friendly on the phone, and he knew what he was talking about. He explained everything well and made it easy for me to understand what I’m getting into. He also told me how much they cover. He said I can have roadside assistance. I have AAA, too, but he shared about his experience one time, and he had AAA, too. But where he was, it’s gonna take them a lot longer to get it. But the roadside service through Endurance came quicker to the scene.
I haven’t used it yet. I haven’t been with them long. He said I need to put 1,000 miles on the car from when I signed up, and a month of waiting period. And he said I would be in the program for four years. But it’s a security blanket, and I think it's gonna be a great company.

I was looking for an auto warranty just for extra coverage, and mine runs out next August. I chose Endurance because it seems like they're top in the industry. The signup experience was great. I've been with Endurance for five years. The sales rep was very courteous and professional. When I have a claim, the auto repair people calls Endurance and they submit it. It usually doesn't take a long time. Most of the time, it's done relatively fast.

I was told by a friend to use Endurance. Initially, I reached out to them online and they called me back. The signup was pretty easy. My vehicle is a 2020 Acadia. I don't buy new cars and I keep them forever. When I bought a new one, I got Endurance again. The sign-up process was easy. I talked to a representative and he was really good with me.
The gentleman convinced me to get the top plan. He said my vehicle was newer so I’m gonna get savings with that plan. So, he was really informative.
It covers everything and there's a whole list. I can take to any of my garages that I want, as long as they're certified. I give them my policy number, and they'll take care of it. I haven't read into my policy a lot. They said they're gonna mail me a document, but I haven't received that yet.
Endurance is easy to work with and loyal. They’re understanding and are there for you and your vehicle.

I'm 84 years old and I plan on keeping my car for a while. It's only about three years old and I only drive about 12 miles a week. It's all I drive, and it'll be the last car I ever own, so I might as well have coverage. The rep told me what was going to happen and what I'm gonna get, and I gave them the okay.

Endurance was recommended by the Mercedes-Benz dealer. I asked my serviceperson who's the best aftermarket car warranty company that they have the best luck with in terms of getting payments out of them and ease of working with and he suggested Endurance. So I went with Endurance for my wife's car. And then, when my truck warranty expired, I got one for it as well.
Endurance is little pricier than I had hoped but it's not out of the ballpark. I was impressed with my conversation with their rep. The guy had all the answers that satisfied what I needed. I'm one of those old guys so I prefer to talk to people on the phone and deal with things in that manner. I had a claim on my truck a couple of weeks ago and it was painless.

I’m writing this review based on my experience with Endurance for the past 3 years with this warranty company. Very poor service and a lot of not doing what they promised when they sold me contract. I was told I would be taken care of , and my deductible would be $100 for any service that was in my contract that they covered. I paid all my payments to this company on time and never late. I paid my contract off in full and after paying off my contract I had master cylinder go out in my Honda CRV and they took 3 weeks to decide to send diagnostics out to look at it ,and then another week to tell me that they would not used Honda certified parts but would only pay for used parts on my car. This is the master brake cylinder and that is unsafe. I was treated horribly by this company. I could not believe this was happening.
When my brake cylinder went out in my car I thought oh I’m covered I have Endurance. Wrong!!! What a nightmare. No support from this company at all. Every time I would call they would direct me to customer care auto and I would be told the same thing. Also they do not help you with a rental as they claim while your car is in repair. Thank goodness the Stonecrest Honda service team does. Endurance is not helpful at all and you don’t have peace of mind with them as they claim in all of their advertisements.. This was truly a nightmare and I had a warranty that was completely paid in full and they were so non supportive and not taking responsibility for helping me as they advertise. I called a manager and he did not help me either. Very poor customer service. I’m only giving them one star so I could write this review. I don’t usually write reviews but felt I had to help the next customer endurance tries to lie to by writing this review.
Also want to share the end of my story with endurance my car was totaled in a accident 2 1/2 months later and I contacted endurance to cancel and followed the protocol to cancel remainder of contract with at least 40,000 miles left or 42months. I waited 9 weeks after calling 3 times and each time told nothing was ready for my refund yet. After 9 1/2 weeks I was told I would be getting back $ 115.00 was my refund. They stated prorated rate and claims. The just of my story is please consider carefully before choosing Endurance as your warranty company. They have very poor customer service and they will pay only for used parts for any covered service they have to pay and be keeping all of your money, so carefully consider before giving it to them.

In terms of the lady I spoke with, she gets 5 stars. I was prepared to terminate my contract, but she did convince me to reconsider. I feel as if I was a little deceived in what was covered, but I was assuming that I would be covered should the engine or transmission falter.

Endurance is AWFUL!!! I cancelled with American Express and they are sending me notices 7 or 8 months later. They resell and the reseller does not cover anything!! Calling Endurance they are very rude and also not very responsive. Not sure how they get any kind of good rating. How do you Vet these companies?? I purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan for my wife, and within two weeks the vehicle completely shut down on the highway while she was driving. The entire instrument cluster went black and the engine shut off without warning. Thankfully she was able to coast safely to an exit, but she is now afraid to drive the vehicle. When the car finally restarted, she drove it directly to the dealership. It has now been there for 36 days, and we still have no clear diagnosis or estimated timeline for repair. I am paying for a vehicle I cannot use, and I’m the one who has to continuously call for updates—there has been no proactive communication from the dealership or Volkswagen.
I have asked Volkswagen to buy the vehicle back and place us in another one, but at this point I am seriously questioning whether I can trust the brand at all. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a brand-new vehicle that should be safe and reliable. I hope Volkswagen will take responsibility and work with us toward a proper solution.

This is a very bad coverage to consider. They’ll deny all your claims, working in conjunction with the dealership or mechanic you take your car to for repair to put the blame on you to fix it! Save your money up instead of getting the insurance, fix your car out of pocket or get another insurance. I learnt my lesson and they won’t even refund you for your coverage!! They bought all the reviews they have, it’s all bot and not real!!! Don’t be fooled by it.

I had their insurance, then after paying $85.00 a month for three years I was told I didn't have to pay anymore. I need to get my truck fixed. Well I put the truck in the Nissan dealership here in Grand Rapids Michigan to get it fixed and was told Endurance would not pay to get my truck fixed. After calling them I got the run around and they would not take care of my truck. I call them I got the run down. After paying my bill on time every month they treated me like that. So I would not recommend Endurance to any one.

It took too much time to get things started. I only have one vehicle and it took 3 weeks to get things approved. It shouldn't take that long to get an approval. It only took the mechanic 5 days to the Job. And your rental is only for 5 Days. As for the cost it evened out for me as far what I had paid into the policy. All in all things went great. It just too long to the claim approved.

Notice how you can't leave a third-party review??? Endurance denied my ceased transmission claim based on a technicality. After an adjustor confirmed the transmission was not operating Endurance required the repair shop to tear down the transmission further, we waited over a month for the adjustor they send out to come to verify the cause of the transmission failure. The repair shop had bay being taken up and we were down a family vehicle and never once requested a rental. There was only one transmission for our vehicle in the state. The repair shop purchased it and installed it while we waited for Endurance's adjustor to show up to verify the old transmission had in fact ceased and a new one would need to be installed. This claim would have been approved by the adjustor verifying the transmission was ceased.
But because the repair shop installed a new one while we wait for their confirmation, they denied it. Keep in mind, they needed to verify nothing else inside the vehicle to verify the failure of the transmission. There is zero common sense with these people, and they will hope to find a way to not have to approve a legitimate claim.

ENDURACE force me to leave a star and doesn't deserve any. Warranty is nothing but a scam, a fraud. They refuse to give writing explanation of why a claim was denied, asked for a month for a written explanation is, was told on Oct 27th they don't give writing explanation against endurance policy. I reach out to supervisor Eric **. He also admits Endurance doesn't give writing explanation only verbal but according to Magnuson Moss Act in Illinois they are obligated to investigate.
Filed a claim on October 24th and today is Nov 26th I still haven't received and I have asked and demanded it in writing. Still haven't they lied to me and I have the shop and I have every communications, email, recording phone conversation. I will be reporting them to the BBB, Attorney General office in Illinois state insurance commission of Illinois and to all that doesn't know it's a way. It's the way around the mandated arbitration if you can prove you can't afford the arbitration. Endurace warranty will be footing the big part of the arbitration. Also the preson can cover the small fees. All they do is lied even Scott ** Senior Resolutions Specialist. I advised whoever has endurance especially if you going or went through, what I'm going through go after them in small court.
I repeat it's around the arbitration, customer service sorry and unprofessional lies even in the claim department they came is stress free process, bs lies. Francesca ** a very big liar. She told me I haven't sent the requested maintenance records in even after the auto shop sent them each and every time. I can prove that even after the adjuster visit took pictures of all documents, she still told me it's nothing in my files on Oct 29th. I reach out to supervisor Eric **, explain to him less than 5min later allow a sudden now they logically appeared endurance. This the worse. They may have better plans to offer outside of that cause they definitely not going to cover repair. I have endurance secure plus plan cover a lot of things timing chain +

I bought a warranty for a 2017 Ram 3500. Took it to Dodge dealership repair department and after telling me the air to air cooler was bad and needed to be replaced AGAIN and I asked why is it going bad and that it had just been replaced recently and they checked into the engine further and discovered the heat grid bolt had dropped into the engine and stuck into the head which they diagnosed as a factory defect flaw in the engine and told me I needed an new engine and Endurance was notified and they refused to cover the engine stating that I drove it after it was diagnosed and I can prove with towing and repair bills that it wasn't driven but they still claim that I did and refused to cover it.
I had the truck repaired and the grid bolt did that again. Within 50 miles it did it again and once again I paid to fix it. Was told to call and that maybe they'd cover the second repair of the engine but no it wasn't preapproved. Then within 300 miles the radiator blew the drain plug out in approximately 40 degree weather. They claim it froze and that is why it blew out. However the truck sat at dodge outside for about a week before it was even looked at. How does antifreeze freeze in 40 degree weather and they claim the dealership stated this and dealership said warranty co stated this. So I'm stuck with the same answer to both endurance and dodge that somebody is extremely ignorant. I would not suggest buying a ram nor Endurance warranty coverage.

Endurance Warranty Services is a scamming business who does not honor their contractual obligations when repair services are needed to covered vehicles. I started my policy with Endurance 4-5 months ago and recently my transmission failed and I was covered under policy. I paid $133 per month to be covered. I provided all the required documentation and they still denied my claim stating I had to provide documentation from a used car dealership that was no longer in business. I even provided proof that what they requested would be unattainable and that the dealership was closed. I provided proof of my truck's maintenance and even told them I'd provide a notarized affidavit stating that the work they needed proof for was completed. They still said no. So I cancelled my contract with them since they didn't honor what was in writing.
I told them to provide a full refund for the 4 months and initial payment I made and they tried to tell me it was going to pro-rated. I paid over $530 to get denied and no work done to my vehicle to be told I would be pro-rated $180 check in the mail that would take six weeks to arrive. That is flat out robbery. They didn't complete anything for me and now want to refuse to send my full payments back. I urge everyone to stay away from Endurance Warranty Services. There is currently a class action lawsuit out against them now for consumer fraud.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Endurance and want to warn other consumers about the misleading and inconsistent information I was given from multiple representatives. I purchased my 2011 Ram 1500 at 118,390 miles. When I bought the Endurance coverage, no one disclosed that I would need to drive a certain amount of miles before the policy would activate. That requirement only appeared after I tried to use the policy. Later, I was told by a representative that I needed to drive 3,000 miles before the contract would actually begin. My official activation mileage was set at 123,339, which I didn’t reach until months later. However, when I recently spoke with another rep, I was told I only needed to drive 1,000 miles, not 3,000 — completely contradicting what I was originally told. Their rules change depending on who you talk to.
Right now my truck sits at 124,652 miles — meaning I have driven only 1,300 miles under coverage. Despite that extremely low mileage and the steps I took to maintain the truck, Endurance still denied my transmission claim. To make matters worse, I had the transmission serviced at 123,084 miles, which was before I even reached the activation mileage they imposed. I did everything a responsible vehicle owner is supposed to do. Yet Endurance denied the claim anyway.
At this point, it feels like they make up requirements as they go. One person tells you one rule, another tells you something completely different. None of these conditions were disclosed to me at the time I signed up. And when you finally need the insurance you paid for, they move the goalposts and deny the claim. I am extremely disappointed with this company and how they handle customers. This experience feels deceptive and unfair, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Endurance with their money.

There was a time when I told Endurance Warranty, “I'm gonna have to pay on the 1st of every month because of the way my funding had moved around due to pay dates.” However, they called me, saying they didn't get the payment. I don't like that type of service. If I call you in advance and tell you what time of day it is, don't call me and tell me what I didn't pay. That pissed me off, so when this contract is up, I may move away from them. We don't communicate. We don't write any notes. Nobody follows up. This is why today is the last day of 13,000 people at Verizon, right before Thanksgiving.
Endurance called from a number I didn't recognize, and that day, I didn't call back. I looked up their number and it talked about something, and I said, “Wait a minute. What is this?” I didn't recognize that number, and a few minutes later, they called right back. Once I realized what it was and I talked to them, I was highly disappointed because the phone is almost a deadly weapon. You don't know who's calling. You don't know what they want, what information they already have of yours, because there's so much of hacking and theft of data, and people out here are not like the brothers. The brothers around here just come up to your car, bust your window out, and take the money you just got out the ATM. But the people that call on the phone, you don't know.
That might not even be the number they're calling from, because I work in industries where you can call somebody from a number, because it's skip tracing out here, so people are looking for people who didn't pay this, didn't do that. You might get a call from a number you don't recognize, which is what happened that day.
If you don't give a hoot that the customer call you in advance and say, “I need to not be on autopay ‘cause I can't pay on the 25th,” every time I get there it comes the first of the month. So, if I tell you that and you call me up and tell me I'm late, I haven't been late. Because I was, that means I don't give a doggone about myself. If you don't listen to me, maybe you're trying to tell me something. I might have to move on because I don't like it. When I get calls to tell me what I've done, it sounds so bad, when I told you in advance what my intentions were.
I used Endurance in January. I was saved that day. It was freezing cold here in Saint Louis. At the time, my car may have had 20,000 miles on it, but it was five years old, so I should have already bought a battery, but I didn't. It's my fault. I'm used to running out there, jumping and start up and taking off. Not that day. The guy tried to give it a jump, thinking that was it. But I already knew.
It eventually started, and I got to Walmart, but it never started again. I had it taken down the street from where I purchased it. I didn't have a car for almost a month. But I'm semi-retired. I work at home, so I didn't get all beat out of shape because I knew, due to the weather, whatever it needed will be hard to get. It's slow to get parts. You go places now, you can't get help. Because the dealership had the car for three weeks, they gave me many things in addition to every approval that they got from Endurance. It could have been a couple of 1,000. I walked away paying $600.

The transmission on my 2017 Santa Fe has been having an issue and we took it back twice already. Our previous warranty provider kept giving us a bunch of bull about it and they never fixed it, then all of a sudden, our warranty ran out. I called Endurance, spoke to somebody and signed up. I was satisfied, but I've never used the service yet. In fact, I got a BMW that I wanna put on it too, but I haven't even done that yet and I don't know if they cover it.

I looked at the ratings and Endurance had better ratings than any other company. I had a good conversation with a gentleman, and he explained very well how Endurance worked. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of what I wanted to do. He shared with me what plans I could get and which plans for my type of vehicle were better, and I chose a plan that was best for my vehicle. I have a 2020 Ram and am paying a whole lot of money for it to get repaired.
I've used Endurance once to get it repaired and only paid the deductible. I took it to the dealership and told them I had Endurance. They called Endurance, and all I paid was a deductible to get it repaired. I had three valves on the truck fixed. It was only one that went bad, but I told them to fix them all. So, I just paid the difference. And Endurance paid for the others to be fixed. A rental was offered while my vehicle was being fixed, but I didn’t need it. People should get a warranty with Endurance. If people have an older model vehicle or a newer model vehicle and the warranty has run out, they need to get some type of vehicle warranty.

We thought it was something worth the monthly payment to give us peace of mind but we were wrong. Do not sign up if you have high mileage or commercial vehicle. They don't cover your maintenance or minimum common repairs. They are too technical with their process to cancel, etc.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We signed up for this service thinking it’d be a good idea in case something happened and we needed repair work on our 2014 dodge ram 1500. You purchase the policy over the phone before ever seeing the contract that’s sent to you after you’ve already paid for it. Spent nearly $200 a month on this policy and then when I needed to make a claim they did everything in their power to not approve the claim. They had me drop my truck off to get diagnostics done but I was never informed that I would not be able to pick my truck up until they had an adjuster come out and if you pick your vehicle up before then it voids the claim so I was without a vehicle for nearly 2 weeks. When someone finally came out I was told I needed to get receipts for my last 3 oil changes which was stated in the fine print of the contract that like I said is only sent out AFTER you have already purchased the policy
I was able to go to the shop that I had the oil change done and have him provide me the receipts from the services but once turned in they told me that because they were handwritten they would not be accepted and that I would need him to print or turn them in digitally. I ran back and the shop owner was able to figure out emailing them in pdf form even though he normally doesn’t because he owns just a small mom and pop type auto shop. I turned in the digital receipts and was told they were accepted but they were waiting on an oil test the adjuster collected. They said it would take 24-48 hours to get the results but it ended up taking over a week after the adjuster was out. The oil test came back finally and it passed but then I was told that they could not approve the claim because of the handwritten receipts despite the fact I was told to provide new ones and was already told they were accepted.
This was pointed out to them. They changed it and said it was not accepted because they considered the truck a commercial vehicle because it has an advertisement logo on the window even though it is not a commercial vehicle and is not registered as one. It is a personal truck for personal use. They told me I could up my policy to cover it under a commercial vehicle so it would be approved for future claims even though IT IS NOT A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE but I would not be able to submit a claim for the work again for the same issue. If they weren’t going to approve it because of that or the receipts they could have informed me as soon as the adjuster came out and not had my truck held for an additional week and a half where I then had go without vehicle or pay to rent a vehicle for the extended time they held my truck for no reason.
They found anything they could to not approve a larger claim but they said they’d cover a smaller repair needed for $200 with a $100 deductible. Which is strange because if they couldn’t approve the larger claim due to the reasons they stated how were those things not an issue for the smaller one. Then when I chose to cancel my policy I was told I would have to have them send me cancellation forms that I would need to go pay to have notarized and sent back in for them to cancel. The company is a scam. Save the $200 a month you’d spend on the insurance and put it back for possible future repairs. I wouldn’t give this company a dime.

We've been signed up with Endurance for about four years now. I have visited the website and it was very easy to navigate. When the gentleman I dealt with and I were talking, it wasn't just what Endurance can fix, but his courtesy. He was patient, too. I was working and on the go, and he sat on the phone with me for a long period of time to break everything down, little bit by little bit, so I could understand what Endurance has to offer. The warranty speaks for itself. The mileage makes a big difference because I have a high-mileage vehicle and I just got it. Other companies keep calling and emailing me, and nobody compares to Endurance. They have the best extended warranty. I couldn't ask for a better one. I haven't used it yet, but one day, I might.
As the mileage increased, the warranty extended. I can renew it again based on both the vehicle year and mileage, which helped me a lot. I have a 2017 vehicle with high mileage, but that didn’t affect my coverage the way it would with a much older car. Overall, it’s been great. I pay every month on time, and it’s automatically deducted from my USAA checking account. I just pick up the phone to get in touch with a representative from Endurance. I go through a short prompt and get someone. I’ve called plenty of times to ask questions, and usually within a minute or two, I’m talking to a representative. It’s quick and simple. Some of my comrades and other truck drivers asked me what I think about Endurance, and I told them they’re punctual, courteous, and take the time to explain everything.

Endurance's rep gave me a good deal. He was great. He did a good job of explaining about the warranty and answered the questions that I had, which helped me decide to go ahead and take the policy. I like that I can pay for two and a half years and then I'm good for four years. As far as the payments, it's not a burden. Having Endurance does give me peace of mind.

My dealership always sends out things and Endurance was the one they’ve always sent out. I looked at a few others and I liked theirs better. The sign-up process was great and the rep was cool. We had fun doing it. When I had questions, he listened before he spoke. He told me everything I needed to know and explained everything so that I understood it, so I could explain it to my husband. My program started back in August and my payments are done automatically, which is what I need because I don't have time to sit down and write checks or go online and pay bills.
I usually trade my car in every two years and my husband is not letting me trade it in right now. I didn't want anything to happen to my car and me not be covered because that'll make me go in another direction and that'll make me mad. I take good care of my car, and it bothered me. So, I needed to get the coverage. If people wanted an auto warranty, they should go with Endurance. I told the young lady I worked with that’s who I have and that they were good. And she signed up last night.

We had Endurance at one time then we sold the vehicle that it was on. When we had to use them, we didn't have any problems. We got another vehicle and we put Endurance on it as well. I've known about Endurance for a long time and I went with them on another van I own. I canceled it because I didn't think I needed them at that time. That van went down. I was kicking myself in the head because I should have stuck with them and it would have been fixed. When I bought this new van, I wasn't gonna go with Endurance, but then I thought about it and I put them on my car. I called around here and I didn't realize that they are a third party. I asked around and some companies do not take them. So, I had doubts about them. I called another dealership, and they said Endurance is fantastic. They do take them and they don't have problems with them. That calmed me down and now, I'm good. I have full trust in Endurance.

I've seen the commercials on TV as well as Delta World Tire that we usually take the truck into for service. They told me about how good Endurance Warranty was. I liked how friendly and confident they were in promoting their business. They're knowledgeable and back up what they say. Everything I've heard so far has been very truthful and upfront. They offered me good. Also, there's no deductible.
I've had good communications with them for four months. If I didn't understand somebody, that person got me to the other person. My husband's truck had an oil leak. The Cannon Ford dealership had the truck for two days. They handled everything with Endurance. Protect your vehicle after the warranty has run out because that is something that will cost way up.

I saw Endurance Warranty, read their information, and liked what I saw. It was sort of an emergency. My car is getting older and I tried to find something in case an emergency came up. However, I wanted to have something in writing, a package or something to show so when I go to someone for service, I can have something in my hand. I'm from the old school. I want a piece of paper. I'm 78 years old and I like to see stuff in my hand. Somebody send me something and say, "This is where you are now." Endurance never sent me anything like that. That's the only thing I didn't like. Other than that, they did a good job selling the product and signing me up.

I already have Endurance. I'm happy with it. My car has over 100,000 miles on it. It's a 2010 and the warranty that I bought when I got it had run out. I looked at all of the companies and Endurance was the one I chose to go with. The signup process was quick and easy. The rep explained everything and I didn't have any problem.

I bought a used vehicle and wanted to check around, and Endurance Warranty sounded like a good one. I normally buy certified pre-owned vehicles that would have coverage. But when I bought this one, it didn't have it. I needed to do something considering the cost of things, I'm on a limited income, and the cost of repairs. My friend said it was worth every penny that he paid. He had to have a couple of repairs done. They were easy to do.
The man I talked with on the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. I told him that I had my vehicle a little over two months and I had to have a repair done. I went in, showed the people my contract, and they said, "Okay, we'll get on it." It was quick and easy. He said I could not make any claims for the first 30 days in case there had been a pre-existing condition. He explained all of that. We also talked about how long I would pay it and how long it would last. It was a good experience.

A friend of mine had Endurance and said, "You got an older car, you ought to be looking at extended warranty." It so happened that my son-in-law had work done on his truck and he asked me to pick it up for him, so I went. The bill was $1,100 and the extended warranty that he had covered $100. I said, "Wow," and the shop manager said, "Yeah, that's the worst company I've ever dealt with." I said, "Really? Well, my son-in-law is a teacher and my daughter is a teacher and they don't have a whole lot of cash laying around in case they have something. What's a good auto insurance policy?" He said, "I'd get Endurance." After I was looking at it and then this guy who was an auto mechanic recommended Endurance, then I started looking online and seeing what the satisfaction ratings were for Endurance. They were good, so I bought an extended warranty with them.
I called Endurance and their guy said, "What year is your car? How many miles? Sure, sign it up." It was good and easy. My wife and I are retired and on a fixed income. We don't want any surprises in life and Endurance seems to be a good company to do business with. I had a nice experience and I would recommend that people do that. If they have an older car and they're in the same kind of financial position we're in, it's worth doing if they're planning on keeping their vehicle a little longer, which I was.

Endurance Warranty contacted me. I had an extended warranty on my Cadillac Escalade that didn't cover the full program. Five years. Endurance covers three years and I decided to go with them. The first claim was hectic. Endurance said my claim wasn't cover under my warranty. It was a luxury vehicle and I didn't have that warranty. I went back and read up on it and I understood what the said.
The second one was easy. I went to the dealership and he told me what was wrong with it and I said, "Damn, that's expensive. I gotta go home and talk this over with my wife." When I got here and I talked to her, She said, "Phil, what about the extended warranty?" I got the book out and looked at it. It's covered. I went back up to the mechanic shop and they contacted Endurance and called me a few hours later, said, "You've been approved to get it fixed."

I called Endurance Warranty while I was sitting out in the parking lot when my wife was at a doctor's appointment. I talked to the sales rep for half an hour. The guy was very knowledgeable. It was lowkey, and wasn't pressuring. They're customer service people, so that's their job to be polite. But he was easy to talk to. As soon as I said okay, I was approved right away. I got the materials and reviewed them. The price was lower than some of the others. It covered everything. So, I was happy with that. I've only tried to file one claim but and it was denied because it wasn't in my policy, and I understood that. Endurance went through the process which worked out well.

The woman from Endurance did a thorough job with telling me how much the warranty would cost monthly and what it would cover. I was on the phone for quite a long time but it was simple to sign up with them. I had a positive experience. My plan covers up to 48,000 miles, and I'm currently at 42,000. The cost sounds like a lot of money at $170 monthly, with an initial payment of $199.47 I paid last December 4th but I can use it any time after that.

I watched Endurance Warranty's commercial with Danica Patrick. I've had CarShield for four years and I've used it a couple of times. They've been good to me, but they didn't have a payoff. When I talked to Endurance, they told me that their policy has a three-year limit. After that, I'm still covered. I don't have to keep paying. It was a little more monthly, but it pays off. The young rep was polite, helpful, and trustworthy.

I had a Corvette covered with Endurance. My warranty ran out at the dealer and they gave me a price, and then I called Endurance and it was a better price. Also, it's only paying a monthly thing instead of $5,000 upfront with the dealer. Plus, if you sold the car after 10 months, they refund part of your money, and then the last 18 months is free. I have to have the policy at least a month and put 1,000 miles on it before I could use it. I already used it once. I just brought my car to the dealer and they took care of everything.

I've just signed up with Endurance and I'm waiting for the mileage and the days to count down. The price is a little high, but I'm so far, satisfied. The only thing that I didn't like was the timeframe and the miles. I understand a lot of people may purchase it knowing that they have issues, then expect Endurance to pay right off the bat. But I'm not that way. As matter of fact, I've got my car in the shop now waiting. The navigation system stopped working. The shop claims that I need a new satellite antenna which is about $1,000. They suggested for me to wait until I got an active account going but I told them I couldn't do that to Endurance.

My sister has Endurance and she's had it for a few years. She suggested that I go with them. I did and signing up was very easy. I recently filed a claim, and the process was fine. I went to one of the auto shops that Endurance referred me to, the the guy there handled everything. He called Endurance and got the pricing. It went very smoothly. But when I first got this service, I ran over a nail, and I called to see if tires were covered. The rep said yes but then they transferred me to someone else, and they said tires weren't covered. They should have known instead of getting my hopes up.

Endurance had a fair pricing and they had a nice package that replicated as close to manufacturer coverage as could be. When I signed up with them, we went through how many payments, what the coverage was, what's not covered, when it would expire, what my mileage would be on the truck when it expired. They had a full explanation. It made me comfortable with what I'm buying. I have the top tier coverage, and it represented a full manufacturer's warranty. As far as repairs, they don't tell you where to go. I get to go where I want. Particularly with my truck being a diesel, only certain places can handle it. So, I appreciated that.
I did have claims already and they took care of them. Everything's been reputable and honest. That's high concern to me. I placed my first claim when I had started getting a noise and it ended up being an idler pulley. They took the pictures, they went to the dealer, and it did feel like I had a deal of coverage. They said they'd take care of it, and they did. The only thing is they didn't give me a loaner. It was about three days that I didn't have a car.
For the most part, any issues have been wonderfully treated. All the reps have been good. I had one incident with one call that was into me for a late payment, which wasn't. This guy, Fernando, was absolutely atrocious. I thought I was talking to a collection agency. He was very condescending and made me feel like a degenerate. I called him out on it and it sounded like he didn't wanna be there working. I had put a complaint in for him. I don't know the results of that. Everybody else has been wonderful.

The old warranty I had wasn't covered by the auto dealership. They referred me to Endurance Warranty. Signing up with them was easy. However, I haven't got a card. It's not that my car is broken. I’d like to receive something in the mail, and when I know probation period is over.

When I signed up with Endurance, I worked with a very nice man. He tried to help me and he tried to explain to me that when one gets a new car, they really didn't need the warranty. I told him I was still going to get it and keep it in case anything ever happens. He was very gentle. A lot of people take advantage of us elderly. He was really trying to get me to understand it really well. He took more time with me than a representative should, especially if you're trying to get people to buy your stuff and you need to move on to another one. He made me feel really comfortable. I'm confident that I won't have a problem when it is time to use it.

In the commercials, these people say, “I had a $14,000 engine replacement and it didn't cost me anything.” But it's my understanding that every time you submit a claim, there is a $100 deductible, so it's not like it does not cost you anything. I like the monthly ability to pay Endurance versus coming up with $6,000 at once. And I can renew the policy instead of having it expire when I need it most. Ken was our rep during the sign-up and he did an amazing job of explaining to us what we needed and how it could go about. So I was very happy with his service and would highly recommend him to anybody that is looking for a car warranty.
But when I had a claim, it was time-consuming and tedious. When people are out of a car, even if they have a rental, it's frustrating. Endurance dragged their feet getting back to the dealership to approve the repairs, so our car was down for about two weeks and it wasn't because of the dealership. It was because Endurance took so long getting the thing done. I'd like to see at least a 48-hour turnaround back to the dealership. Or better yet, an easier way for the dealership to contact them, because the dealership complained that that was one of the holdups that took so long as it was extremely hard to get ahold of a underwriter or service manager to approve the repairs. I shouldn't have to wait that long to get approval on something that was covered. But as far as the coverage goes, it was great and Endurance did everything you promised.

Endurance was cheaper and covered more products than others for replacement. I can pay by the month instead of coming up with a full amount all at once. The rep who signed me up was good and didn’t pressure me. I got the bumper-to-bumper coverage and it was very easy to do.

The rep from Endurance explained what was covered and how much it was gonna cost. Then, I got a quote. My car was a salvage, so it was a little bit more, but I accepted that. I signed up over the phone so it was easy. I used the warranty right away. It was kind of hard trying to find somebody who took Endurance, but I went to AutoZone and asked them if they knew who I could go to. They gave me a repair shop and I went there. I paid some of the co-pay, but Endurance should have paid more. My bill was $2,000 and they paid 1,400.

I found Endurance on the internet. They offered what I wanted, and bought it. The rep was talented, knowledgeable and honest. I felt comfortable with him. So, I went ahead with it. However, I don't have a clue what I have for policy. They didn't print it. Other than that, everything was hunky-dory with my claim. I couldn't believe it. My dealer that I had the work did the claim. It was a Ford garage. They promoted Endurance there, too. The rep took great care of it and turned the claim in.
I was impressed in what they warrantied, which I thought was a questionable item. I knew it would be an issue because I have a Ford Transit van with the 10-speed, which I have horrific problems in the transmission. I've been into the dealer a year before. They had mentioned to me that it seemed the transmission was going. I drove it for another year and 40,000 miles. It never quit, but it got funky. I had to buy the $9,000 transmission out of my pocket. Endurance paid for the cooler which was a part of the transmission. They paid it in quick fashion, and I paid my $100 deductible.

We like that Endurance covers pretty much everything. We were approved for four years or 219,000 miles, and it will start after 30 days or 1,000 miles. Our payment plan is good and easy. I also have a friend who got Endurance because I recommended it to her. I told her it was affordable and if anything goes wrong, she can take her car to any service dealer and they'll handle it from there.

This claim arose as an emergency that occurred when our daughter was en route to the airport to pick us up after our vacation. She had our vehicle towed to the dealer for repair. I took vehicle to Tim Lally due to code reading VVT solenoid failure. They changed 3 of 4 solenoids which requires the top of engine being removed. I paid $100 deductible which was great. Then the next day code appeared again for that FOURTH solenoid, which I feel should have been changed with the others. So not only was your company charged, in effect, twice for a job that could have been taken care of while engine was parked, but I had to pay another $100. I called you and was told I couldn’t avoid another deductible. Even so, I’m not upset about the reasonable deductible amount…just should not have had to pay it twice for basically the same issue, thank you. All that said, I am VERY pleased with Endurance.

I'm a Endurance Warranty Customer and I can tell you they're a rip off, you have to provide proof that you have maintained your vehicle in a periodic maintenance schedule, which means oil changes every 3000 miles. Don't waste your money, Lmao you're going to pay either way at least more than half of what they're going to pay out. I paid approximately $7000.00 and they maybe paid $1400.00 to repair my Air Conditioning.

I bought an Endurance extended warranty for my Escalade, and I’m really glad I did. About a year in, I ran into a lifter issue — pretty common with GM vehicles — and when I took it to the shop, it turned out to be a pretty major engine repair. I reached out to Endurance, and they stepped in right away to help. The repair involved replacing the lifters, valves, and camshaft, after proving the teardown report which totaled around $9,500. Endurance covered about $7,000 of that! All I had to provide were my oil change receipts — thankfully, I’ve always kept up with oil changes every 5,000 miles. Huge thanks to Endurance for approving the claim and saving me from a massive bill. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for solid extended warranty coverage and peace of mind.

I've got a vehicle that's been out of warranty for a couple of years and I plan to keep it for a while. Based on reviews, Endurance was one of the better insurance companies. Also, based on my interviews with people I have my service with, both of them said that they've had good experience with Endurance paying the bills.
The Endurance fellow that I talked to was also not pushy. He was able to answer all the questions. He covered a lot of the things that were of interest to me. So, it was at that point that I decided I’d give Endurance a try. I also talked to one of their reps cause I had some questions and a couple other things of interest I wanted to know about. She was pleasant and she answered my questions. She was a little bit high-pressure sales ‘cause she certainly didn't want me to cancel at that point. I understand that. But I don't think she was out of line with it. She did okay. At any rate, I didn't cancel that day.

When I bought my car, the mechanic who installed the new motor mentioned Endurance. He swears by them. I got the Secure Plus policy, and the rep that I talked to was very helpful. He explained everything down to the T. He answered all my questions. I had a few, but he seemed to iron it out. He did his job. I put my cousin right on Endurance the same day. She owns a Mercedes as well. I told her the deal that the rep gave me. She called right away directly and got signed up too.

Endurance Warranty's rep did a very good job. I was pleased with the assistance I got and how quickly everything went into place. It worked very smoothly. He was honest with me. The pricing is set up where I can pay it by the month, which is better than having to pay a big lump sum. I'm happy with what I'm paying a month because it's a security for me.
I wanted to know what their best warranty was because I wanted to make sure everything was covered on my truck. I asked the rep a couple of questions and he answered them. I got the top plan. I felt comfortable taking it because he explained it well to me and it was what I needed or wanted. He explained the service rates where some warranties will only cover a certain amount. But with Endurance, if the hourly labor rate is $200 an hour, they pay that. That makes a big difference today with the increase of everything. Another thing he said that made me feel good about it is they would recommend GM parts on my truck. They wouldn't expect me to put secondhand parts on it.

An auto warranty was cheaper than financing a vehicle through the dealership, and I wanted to be able to cancel it if I didn't want it anymore. Signing up with Endurance was like talking to a friend. The lady that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. So, it was a good experience. The customer service was great. The only issue I had was that the payment came out of my checking account under a third-party name I didn’t recognize. I’m assuming it was Endurance, but the name was different, which was confusing. It would help if they explained upfront that the payment may show up under a different company name, so you don’t panic and think there’s unauthorized activity on your account. And then call the bank and cancel the payment because you don't recognize it.

Endurance seemed to be better than the other companies. Their representatives seemed to be honest and very knowledgeable. So, it seemed to be a good fit. Endurance helped me out last year when my car broke down. I did have that roadside assistance. When I was signing up with them, I was talking to this guy who let me know everything that I would be getting. He discussed everything that the policy is gonna cover to help me out and let me know what was going on. He did a good job.
My car just broke down on me yesterday. I had to take it in this morning. It told me that I need to turn off my engine, which I couldn't do because I was in traffic. So, I called Endurance. Now, the icons ain't even coming on, but I took it over to the dealership and told them they needed to look at it. I can't be driving it if it's gonna be doing this. I'm glad that I did get the extended service with Endurance because so far, they have provided everything that I've needed. They have been really good to me.

My mom has Endurance on one of her cars. During her setup process, they were very thorough and knew what they were doing. When my mom had to file a claim, it was super easy. It's her Sunday fun day car that's warrantied under Endurance. It's a manual, and the slave cylinder and the clutch went bad on it. Endurance replaced both of them. We had it towed to the auto repair shop place, and they handled it from there. Endurance was very communicative as well. Everyone on the phone is super friendly.
When my warranty went up, I was on the fence. I was wondering if I should I buy a new car or just put an extended warranty on it. It was $150 a month for a warranty versus $400 to $500 a month paying for a new car. It was more practical to get a warranty and when I talked to Endurance on the phone, they were professional. Their pricing is really good comparatively as well. I like that it's made monthly and not some huge lump sum upfront that you'll never know if you'll see that money again.
The only thing that was weird is the fact that if the car's VIN number has been checked more than once, for some reason, it affects the price. The rate that the rep quoted was for that call, and if I was to call back again, it would be possibly higher, which that wasn't my favorite thing. I had to make a decision right then. But on the flip side, if you change your mind, they offer a refund.

I saw an ad on television about Endurance Warranty a long time ago. It was significantly more expensive than CarShield. I got less coverage based on the amount of time that I'll be covered. CarShield doesn't put a time limit on it. Other than that, Endurance's rep was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough.

I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had about 70,000 miles on it and trying out Endurance was not a bad idea. We negotiated and haggled a little bit when I signed up but it was a pleasant experience. I've been seeing Endurance Warranty on TV 10 times a day. I had decided before I wanted Endurance. I was gonna get CarShield at first, but I decided to go with Endurance. My van is getting up in age a little bit. Parts are wearing, and I wanted to make sure it was repairable. Endurance was most advertised and I signed up with them. They said a lot of good things about the parts and guaranteed if my van was to quit, they would fix it. I was looking for an extended warranty. I saw Endurance Warranty online, on social media, and I've also seen the commercials on TV. I was to go with CarShield because I'm not a big fan of Ludacris who Endurance had advertising for them. I'm not a fan of anybody in rap. I don't particularly care for some people. But I didn't let him have any effect on my decision for selecting Endurance. I went online and did a comparison between Endurance and CarShield. Endurance scored number one as far as top warranties on the internet. I've talked to a very pleasant young man. I liked his ability to answer all of my questions. He gave me access to different packages, and I told him what I was looking for. I'm a senior citizen and I ask a lot of questions. He was very patient with me. I downloaded my insurance policy and I have checked it out.

It's very expensive to get maintenance done on vehicles nowadays. Just having the warning light on costs a lot of money. I wanted to have an extended warranty because of the cost of repairs so I called Endurance and talked to someone. We had quite a long talk about it, and I got interested. He was very informative. I could ask him questions, and he had no problems giving me information so that when we were done, I was satisfied. However, it's very hard making payments because I got laid off. I talked to a person at Endurance and explained my situation. He said that I can be covered through December 8th. It was easy getting ahold of Endurance or talking to anyone there to find out information.

This company is completely unreasonable. They ask for unrealistic documentation—like oil change receipts that include your vehicle’s mileage, which no regular merchant provides. Here’s what happened: I took my car in for service, and they requested my last three oil change invoices. I submitted the most recent two, but the oil change from May was done by my son. My contract clearly states that oil changes can be performed by anyone, not just a professional shop.
Despite that, they insisted I provide proof that I actually purchased the oil for that service. I contacted AutoZone corporate and obtained a transaction history showing the purchase. I submitted it, and now they’re refusing to accept it because the receipt doesn’t show mileage or vehicle information. Tell me—when has any store ever printed your car’s mileage on an oil purchase receipt? Their requirements are unrealistic, and they use them to avoid honoring valid claims. I have two vehicles covered under this extended warranty, and I will be canceling both immediately. Please look elsewhere for coverage; this company is complete bullshit.

I've been with Endurance Warranty for a couple of weeks. I bought a vehicle that had 100,000 miles on it. Endurance is supposed to be better for high-mileage cars. Signing up with them was very easy. The rep was top-notch. Also, the price seems reasonable. I got the contract. Edurance said it comes from WALCO. I was very satisfied. I recommended Endurance to a friend of mine.

Horrible customer service.. My husband was so aggravated and upset about his experience. I had to get on the phone and was given a false name of a cs rep.. ugh! Had to be transferred several times. Everything's been fine with Endurance. Their quote was a lot higher than what I got from another company, but the benefits were broader. It's like a bumper-to-bumper warranty, so I went with that. I was also told that most of the GM dealers like Endurance. That made me decide to go with them, too.

Hello my name is Stephanie **, I recently signed up for coverage. I tried and tried to reach out to Endurance to cancel be fire the 30 days. I couldn't reach anyone so I sent a email. Then upon reaching someone, I was told I had to send a notarized letter to cancel. Ok mind you, time is running out. They told me the notarization would be waived. Being I wasn't told I had to do this prior getting the coverage. I asked the representative would this stop my refund, she said no. The letter was sent back on the 6th of November. They say they didn't receive it until the 10th of November,mind you time has ran out from all this confusion. Now they are telling me 6 to 8 weeks for refund. This is bull crap. A email does not lie. I will take this up with higher authority. Very disappointed 😞

Every time trying to get Endurance to pay for repairs there was always a problem. Take for instance a oil change. Endurance didn’t cover it as promised because the receipt was handwritten and not computer generated. $50 caused me to cancel other repairs I had to pay out of pocket. I paid $1500 put of pocket. Endurance is all about making money not customer service.

I noticed in other reviews that they covered steering. However when we called in they denied our claim. They said due to a leak from the sealant for the steering it was a fluid issue and they don’t cover fluids. When we called in to find out what Endurance covered. We were told by the rep (which I will not name) said to us ( my wife and I) it will cover everything! Well to me that is deceitful blatant LIE! About two months ago, I covered both of my automobiles. A 2020 terrain and a 2014 GMC Sierra. The sales person is very nice, very informative. I asked her questions about Boat automobiles. The motor on boat automobiles are supposed to be covered with all parts except normal maintenance. That is understandable. Right after I made the time limit and mileage my belt drive tensioner went out, called them up got a shop to bring it to and was notified the next day that they would not cover it. Said that part does not cover it since I haven’t an old truck.
I thought getting insurance was to help find an old truck. But they denied without the Drive bell tensioner, the engine will not run so that tells me it is a part of the engine that should be covered. I guess I should’ve got a lawyer to read their mass coverage policies instead of just believing their sales person. They may be the best but the best that sticking it to people. I am very disappointed and will be looking for other options.

Rip off. Bought the secure plus plan. Experience vehicle problems. The part was covered under my contract and it was a run around and until they deny the claim but still collected payment while my vehicle was in shop only to deny the contract they gave. It is rip off when you're supposed to be protected. No one should every use this service.

We gave Endurance the mileage on our car. Drove it one year no problems. Second year put a claim in for a stupid alternator and they turned it down. They said when we gave them the mileage that it was off a few hundred miles. Mind you we gave photos also after a year and 10000 miles more before we even put a claim in. They said that they had a document stating we falsely gave them the wrong mileage. We asked to see. They said it was not legal to give us a copy. That was the biggest fraud I have seen and they got by with it.

Bad experience! They only covered a small portion of my only claim, because the part reimbursement was lower than mechanic cost and not comparable labor rates. CXLD after selling with 25000 miles left on the contract. Took them over 2 months and many phone calls to tell me NO refund based upon some internal formula of usage. I also always mailed in payments, if crossed in the mail they would call and demanded immediate payment by cc. Could go on.....

Endurance is NOT a warranty company you can rely on. I bought a policy on Oct 4, 2025. Before that, my car only had a starter repair on Sept 24 — nothing related to transmission, clearly stated on my invoice. When my transmission failed later, Lexus dealership confirmed the issue. Endurance initially told me it was covered. After I submitted all proof, they denied my claim, accusing me of a pre-existing condition with NO evidence at all. They take your money, promise coverage, then reject you when it’s time to pay. This is not a warranty — it’s a trap. If you want real coverage, look elsewhere. Endurance did not approve the replacement of my oil sensor citing the purchase of new tires voided the warranty. The variance of the tire fell within range as stated in their warranty. My Endurance warranty did not expire until 2027. I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket which ran almost $2000. In addition, Endurance also did not send me a prorated refund stating the cost of previous repairs during the warranty period exceeded any refund I may have been eligible to receive. I will be in contact with the AZ Attorney General shortly. Buyer beware.

An online ad popped up about Endurance Warranty. The rep told me they cover the towing. When she told me that, I was, "This has gotta be the perfect fit for me." I liked her. Her experience and the fact that she went through what I did, and she went from being a customer to employee, convinced me that if it's that great for her, it's gotta be good. She said after I paid my first payment, I'm supposed to get a card in the mail for verification when I go to a dealership. I didn't receive that.

Let me start with: when I purchased the contract from James ** I was told that the contract will cover the engine, transmission, air conditioner etc. I was relieved to have something, in case my vehicle had a breakdown. He told me that a contract would be mailed to me. I left it at that. My initial payment was for $171.00. I paid. Payments were going to be $148.97 a month for 30 months for a total of $4469.03. That still wasn't bad. I made my payments monthly. Yet I never received a copy of the contract. I thought all was good! Until my vehicle a Cadillac SRX 2014 started hesitating from a dead stop and would clunk. It didn't do this all the time, so I knew I needed to get it looked at. In the meantime, I was especially stress free knowing I was covered. Little did I know that a storm was brewing.
A week goes by and my A/C stopped blowing cold air. And in Texas, the heat is almost unbearable. So I ended up taking my car to a shop, after notifying Endurance I was taking it in for my air conditioner. They gave me the procedure to have the shop call for authorization before any work is done. I complied. When the shop tried to run the diagnostics, they couldn't because my battery wasn't putting out enough cranking amps. The battery wasn't covered $400. When removing the battery the shop noted that I have an oil leak that is pretty significant. They contacted Endurance, that wasn't covered. When they could run the diagnostics they found several other things NOT covered. Including the A/C. It was the blend doors. Again, NOT covered. The shop asked me "what do they cover"? I provided them with a copy of the 15 page service contract. They apparently called Endurance to try and get some of the things covered. NOT covered.
The warranty for the cars air conditioning had compressor and evaporator coverage. But of course not my problem. If it wasn't for the fact Endurance denied the A/C, Endurance would have authorized the A/C first, and found out later from Endurance, that whatever the auto repair shop submitted for the transmission they would NOT cover anything over $1800. My contract says the yearly limit is $2500. When the shop finally looked into the transmission, they dropped the pan and saw metal shavings and chunks of metal in the pan. They called Endurance and were told that they would have to send an inspector out to verify the shops findings.
Days later after the inspector came and looked at the car, my shop called Endurance only to be told yes it was the transmission but when the shop submitted the invoice to Endurance for the parts and labor, Endurance notified us that they would only cover what the car was worth according to JD Powers. They said they would only pay $1800 for my car to get fixed. NOT covered again. I finally called Endurance and tried to negotiate something, because the shop had already done all this work with diagnostics, removing parts, replacing parts etc. and they need compensation for their hard work. I assumed Endurance would cover the transmission. NOT COVERED.
I finally spoke with a supervisor, who listened and told me, the policies fine print says "if the cost of repairs is more than the value of the vehicle" they would only cover $1800, what they deem is it's value. So they are telling me that my Cadillac wasn't worth the time or money to fix. They never mentioned this when I was purchasing this policy. They just told me all the benefits I could get, for example car rental, towing, key fob replacement. tire repair NOT, all the things I don't need. Then, they would only cover car rental if the car was in the shop for repairs. No, I would have to pay out of pocket first and they would only cover $150. My car was in the shop for a month. I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life. All they want is to get you to make those monthly payments and hope you forget and don't file any authorizations. Never, was I told the car would only be covered to their JD Powers value. This is disgusting.
They never said I would have a limit on anything. They are very deceptive, crooked, money stealing, and have false advertising. They lure you in so they can get you to sign up only to tell you you're NOT covered. I ended up having to pay not only for the transmission, but the labor as well. How much do you think a transmission costs for a 2014 Cadillac? Total cost was $2835.28 for a transmission and labor. They covered only $1800, so I ended up paying a $1235.28. Where are cameras rolling when you need them, Danica Patrick? "Oh Endurance saved me $5000 on my transmission." Endurance in my opinion is the worst......they lure people in by sending bogus letters about their extended warranty and telling innocent citizens they have tried to contact them regarding their warranty, which is false advertising. And of course, senior citizens are the most gullible and trusting people.
Endurance is like a vulture in a tree, waiting for another individual to call in so they can promise they cover all the important thing like engine, a/c's, transmissions, drive train but they don't! They push their benefits no one will use. I would never recommend endurance to anyone. They don't deliver on anything they say they cover. If you get an email or call - run better yet, don't answer, and for goodness sake don't fall for their bullshit. Because they are not worth the money. So don't even try any policies they have to offer---I'm thinking of a class action suit against them.
Also, never once have they reached out to me to try and rectify or satisfy or give me comfort. They deserve every bad review they get ten fold. They have their social media accts, and all their website blocked so no one can leave derogatory or 1 star reviews. Their advertisements to make the hamburger look bigger and juicier in pictures is fraudulent. Endurance needs to protect the people that have the contracts, after all they do pay your salary! Never have I ever run into a situation like this. I expect it from the Chinese and Facebook. Not from Endurance. I only wish I had gotten a copy of all the denials Endurance wouldn't cover. You would think they might cover something? Of course, I can't upload my receipt for my car, because of the way I saved it. Damned computers. But believe you me, this truly happened. Endurance warranty company is one of most horrible company. The customer service is horrible, and they treated me like a piece of 💩💩💩💩... my vehicle was suppose to be covered for break downs. They lied and told me that I drove my vehicle knowing it had damages. They refused to fix my vehicle and was very nasty telling me that. Also blamed me for it as well!!! I would advise anyone not to deal with this company.

Everything has been great. I've had only one claim, but the process was fast and smooth. Also, all the customer service representatives have been great. So, if you're looking for a good warranty company, then Endurance is the right choice.

The guy I talked to from Endurance was really knowledgeable on what the policy covered and what was not covered, and I was happy with the results. The thing that really sold me on the deal was the deductible. They also had a good insurance policy. They covered 90% of everything on my car and it was only a $100 deductible.

I've been hearing about Endurance for over 15 years but I got to wait and see. I compared it with others and I decided to go with them for their rating. Everything was perfect and they didn’t hide anything, which made me feel good. I'm a retired military disabled veteran and I need all the breaks I can get. I just started with Endurance and made my first payment on a K5 and a Mercedes. The reps are very understanding and doing an awesome job. I wish other people would take their time and give Endurance a chance to decide on their wallet and their vehicle’s future.

I saw Endurance Warranty's ad online. They appear to have reasonable rates for the coverage. And based on the reputation, they appeared to be good. They wouldn't stiff you. They pay claims if you have any issues. Signing up with them was easy. Also, the cost seemed reasonable. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive.

Endurance Warranty's rep did very well. He was very professional and knew everything that I needed to know. He knew the product. He told me all that was included in it, which includes some roadside assistance. He also told me I had to wait 30 days before the policy could be used. After that, we didn't have any issues. He just said it was approved.

We had Endurance Warranty when we bought our car. It's an older SUV. I haven't had any experience with them. But so far, their customer service has been very good.

I've had an extended warranty before and decided to try Endurance. The rep during signup was very good in the way he talked to me. He was polite and professional, and he explained everything. He told me it would be 30 days or 10,000 miles before the policy went into effect and he explained everything that was covered on the policy.

I don't trust cars after their warranty ends. I know from experience that they tend to break down after, so I wanted to make sure I had an extended warranty. I looked at five companies and went with Endurance due to the overall reviews on the net and the person on the phone that I talked to in Endurance. He was very informative, patient, knowledgeable about what he was talking about, and weighed the pros and the cons.
My signup experience was good, and the program began 30 days after I signed up. It's for another 60,000 miles or four years, and I got one year of the Elite club as well as all of those perks that came with it. There are a bunch of different things, including roadside assistance, rental car reimbursement, etc. All in all, signup was easy and I had, so far, good customer service.

It's very easy to file a claim with Endurance and they have a quick response time. We used it twice already and the process was quick. All we had to pay was 100. However, we haven't received our booklet yet, so I need to call them today.

My father was recommended to Endurance Warranty by his friend. So, he decided to inform me to also try it. I have just signed up. I went to the website to learn more about it. I looked up the best-rated warranty companies out there, and Endurance came up as number one with all my research. So, I went with them. I dealt with a great gentleman. He wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel like I was rushed. He explained the deductible, what was covered, the mileage, and when it would be up. I was told that the coverage includes a rental car, towing and roadside assistance. Also, they waived their application fee, which was really nice. It ended up costing $119 to sign up. You have to wait 30 days before you can put any claims in if anything happens, but what I understand is that the coverage started. It is impressive that they could fix a couple of problems for the same deductible amount, which is $100. Another thing, too, is my mechanic works with them. I wanted to make sure he was in network.

I purchased a 2022 vehicle for myself, which has about 3,000 miles left on its three-year, 36,000 mile warranty. I'm a disabled veteran, and I figured it was a good idea to sign up in case I have problems. There were two companies that were advertising heavy, and one was Endurance. They seemed to give me the better price and the better choices. They were also the easiest to deal with. I signed up online and that was an easy process as well.

Endurance Warranty's rep was wonderful. We're both military, so we talked about our military days. We connected that way. I felt very relaxed talking to her. I liked their price and coverage. The rep said it's 128 a month. She moved me up a tier and added towing. There were a couple of little things that were in there for a year. That was a plus. She didn't have to do that, but that was nice of her.
