My warranty expires soon and I really didn’t want to feel like I was compelled to go with the auto manufacturer’s policy. And I have a child, so I want to make sure that I have everything covered because children cost enough and anything extra is going to be outside of the budget. I did a search for the top 10 auto warranty companies and it seemed like everything that Endurance was offering was what I wanted and the price seemed to be good, too. I dealt with a lady and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m normally kind of a hard sell on things and I weigh things over quite a bit, so she has been good to get me to just go ahead and move forward with it as quickly as I did. She answered the questions that I had and the enrollment was very pleasant. I got my payments automatically debited from my account so it’s very easy. I had a great, quick, and efficient experience.

I'm very satisfied with Endurance and I've had a good experience so far. I called them looking specifically to get an extended warranty on my car because the one I currently have is about to expire in about 25,000 miles. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind, nice and informative. He answered all my questions and gave me a little bit of a better deal than we originally discussed. Since my warranty is still good for another 25, he gave me extra time. My warranty with Endurance will get into effect after having driven 1,000 miles or 2,000 miles for a month. But they're fair and I totally understand that.

I have a 2012 truck and I wanted to make sure that I had a little bit extra coverage to help me pay for breakdowns if anything happened to it. I did a search online and Endurance was the first one that came up and they were also the highest ranked. So, I called and talked to them. They sent me the paperwork in the mail and everything that we went over the phone was the same lines as the paperwork. It was spot on. I had to figure out a couple of things on my account number and account name. After that, I changed it on my own and got everything set up. I had to go get my oil changed and had a receipt by a certified mechanic that it was changed and I normally do my own oil changes. And I don't understand why they did it. But I had done it, so it wasn't a big deal. Endurance should keep up the good work. I would recommend my friends and family to give them a call.

I always use an auto warranty and when my current one on my vehicle expired, I felt like I needed another one. I decided on Endurance based on their rating and they had professional and courteous reps. The only thing is that the monthly payment seems to be higher than what I was quoted. Otherwise, it's been a fine experience so far.

My brakes were getting pretty squeaky so I took my car into the shop, even though they seemed to be working okay - not spongy or anything. It's a good thing I did because the pads were really worn down and on the verge of failing, according to the mechanic, and there were some other issues, I guess. Normally I'd just pay for small repairs, but since I signed up for Endurance a few months ago, I figured it was worth calling to see if they'd cover repairs. Honestly, I didn't really expect much since it wasn't anything major. It turned out they did cover it, and I just had to pay the deductible. I mean, I was floored. It's not that I didn't think they were a good company, otherwise I wouldn't have joined. But I was surprised to find out just how much is covered, even little stuff. I'm really pleased with Endurance and glad I signed up.

I checked out four different warranty companies and Endurance seemed to have the most positive reviews and also the number of miles that they allow you to have. Some of the other ones are limited to 150,000 and they go higher. I've also heard from a couple of friends of mine that have it that there are no problems using it. I had a painless experience with their rep and I made my first payment on December 6.

Endurance has great customer service and I had a pleasant experience with them. I got a good quote from their agent and he was very flexible, nice and helpful. He provided details and answered my questions and I was very happy with his service. Later, someone called me to sign up the account. A couple days ago I just paid but I'm going to make another payment because they did not let me do the auto payment but I will do that later. Other than that, I will recommend them in the future for my friends and everyone.

I've had Endurance for a month now. I got it when the other extended warranty on my car expired at 100,000 miles. I wanted to keep the car for another six or eight months. It's old. So, I know how much cars cost repairs. When I researched online, Endurance seemed recommended on a couple of different independent websites. Their rep was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions. I asked him what was covered and what wasn't covered and what the various coverages were. And we went over that. I then decided to go with them.

My wife had just decided she wanted a BMW. So when we found a 2009 BMW, we purchased it. It has 24,000 miles on it, so we thought that it'd be wise to get an extended warranty on it being they're so expensive to work on if anything ever were to go wrong. Then I happen to come across Endurance online. Just looking at different things and I ended up inquiring. I got a call from a salesman from Endurance. He filled me in on what was available and what the costs were. It sounded pretty good to me, so we decided to go with it.
The specialist that I talked to was good and very knowledgeable. He kept stressing quite a bit about the great rating with the BBB and said that they are quite reputable. He wasn't pushy, but he did know his stuff. It felt like I was being pressured a little bit because he's saying that if I waited too long, the car would be considered to be a year older within the next little bit. And the cost would go up which is probably true. But he was vague about it. There's no certain date that this happens but it will happen. So I said okay. We needed to do something and I wanted to get coverage.
He explained to me about the 30 day waiting period and the thousand miles. And so I thought that I'd get that done so we can get that behind us and could be able to start on our coverage. It required a down payment that secured us having it and getting the 30 days started. I like that within those 30 days, we had the option to cancel with a full refund if we wanted.
The dealership where we bought the car, had some options for an extended warranty. He gave me some ideas and the people that they worked with. I told him that I was looking at Endurance, but he had not heard of Endurance before. He said he would like to look into it and he told me he would. When I got back in touch with him, he said he checked out. He said that he thought that was good plan and they had a good product. And he's all the time looking for companies like Endurance that he could refer to his customers. And he said from what he could tell, Endurance was a good company and was a good choice to go with. As far as the way that I was able to get the coverage and that the process was easy, I would recommend Endurance.

I keep my vehicles forever and because I ran out of warranty at the other company I had, I needed another one. Endurance came up number one online. But they didn't send me all the information and I haven't got a policy yet. They can tell me anything on the phone but they have to show me in black and white, too. The only thing I got was the bill from Mepco to make my payments every month. The rep sent it right away but didn't send the policy. They were going to email it, and then they're going to send it but they didn't so I don't know what they cover. I called them and talked to a girl named Sharon and she said they would get it out to me right away. And she also said they had the address wrong. But Mepco didn't have the address wrong and Endurance gave them the information on who to bill and how to bill it. I get 9,000 emails a month that I go through. I even checked the junk file and I never got anything from Endurance.
They don't cover some parts, and I thought they covered the fuel injection part of the motor but they don't. And that high of a mileage vehicle, there are certain things about it that I never got a policy telling me exactly what they cover and what they don't. And a lot of places won't take this extended warranty coverage because they don't pay their bills. They might pay but it might be in two to six weeks or three months down the road. So, a lot of them make you pay forward and then you collect from Endurance. And then, they'll come around and say, "We don't cover that. We don't pay that. We pay the dealer. We don't pay you." They never set me an information like this and I'm going to stop payment on it because they are not giving me what they said they would. I wouldn't tell my friends and family to use them. And I wouldn't use them, too.

I’m at the end of my warranty on my SRX and I do not normally go with extended warranties but there were a couple of issues that they worked on in the 48,000 and 49,000-mile marks. I thought it was better to be safe than get whacked with real heavy charges. I first asked the Cadillac people and they wanted 3,000 plus dollars all at once. So I decide to visit the web and do a little research. Endurance was rated high and I read the reviews about them. Their rep was very nice and I listened to all his suggestions and comments. I pretty much decided on almost what he was recommending.
I liked the fact that I can pay over time with Endurance too. My warranty with them doesn't start for a while but they told me I had to get an oil change before a certain date. The only drawback I had was with regard to my ZIP code. We share a ZIP code with two towns, one defaults to Absecon. I would like to have it to Galloway. But I could probably go in and change that for them.

I wanted a warranty in place for my car that's being financed so I started shopping. I met with a very nice and informative rep from Endurance and I felt good about it. But I felt like he pushed me a little bit to make a decision right away. I let him know that I did not feel good and it made me a little wary there for a little while when there was a little bit of pressure. He finally agreed and he held my information until I called the next day.
He took my payment over the phone and I set it up on a monthly automatic payment. I don’t like having to pay that much money per month but it is a lot less expensive than what I had been charged by Honda. I was very upset with them. What Endurance is charging me for four years is about $600 less than what Honda was going to charge me for one year so I'm very pleased. I've only had Endurance for less than a month but it's been good so far. They seem trustworthy.

Many of the warranty companies I contacted seemed to be more of a broker than the actual provider. I priced it through the dealership and for a $100 more, I got three more years and about 50000 more mileage for my vehicle with Endurance. We had our warranty on our last car through the dealership and we only ended up with about 35000 additional miles and barely two years of coverage for almost $2000. And I paid $2500 for another 100000 and five years.
I talked to a very knowledgeable Endurance rep and he asked what I was looking for and what I was wanting to have covered. Since the vehicle has a whole bunch of luxury electrical items, I wanted to make sure that all those things would be covered. My experience was so good that I referred somebody before I called back to pay for my policy which was nice because the guy gave me a $100 off for the referral. It'll take about 60 days before my plan kicks in.

I needed some more warranty on my 2011 Mustang pickup. I worked with someone from Endurance and asked questions. They were honest compared to the one I had before that turned me down when I tried to use it so I let it go. I lost the down payment and one payment with them. That was really too much for me and it made me kind of mad. They lied to me.
The only thing with Endurance was I got sick and I didn't know when the payment was. They told me that my contract would be in just a couple of weeks but it wasn't. So I was supposed to make the payment quicker than I what I did. I gave them my credit card number. My bank was in the process of sending me another card from the time that Endurance sent it to the bank and they turned it down.

My car is getting to the point now, where I lose my bumper to bumper. And some of the components that are not covered for the extended warranty, like powertrain, I believe goes to 50,000 miles a bit on my car. But some of the other components are not covered by a warranty. And that's one of the reasons I looked at an extended warranty. I checked online for all the ratings and I think I looked at eight to 10 companies. And Endurance, even though they were not the cheapest, have the highest rating of the companies that I looked up. When I talked to their specialist, I had a very good experience. In answering all my questions, he was very frank with me. If anything is expensive, I realize that, but I believe, the services that I get in terms of the coverage will be worth the investment.

I purchased a used Cadillac recently and the manufacturer's warranty will be up soon. The car is different from other types of cars that I own. It's very computerized and repairs might be very expensive. I wanted to maintain some coverage in case anything comes up to make sure I chop off some of the cost. Endurance's reviews were good. It seems like the coverage was comprehensive and I ran across the company's name. I shop with Costco so a lot of times, I use the services that they offer. So when I went to their site to look for a car warranty, Endurance was one of the companies listed. And I trust the product that they are affiliated with.
Purchasing the warranty was smooth. And the plan that I currently have now will work for me. I made a down payment and the monthly payment was explained. I started talking with a rep and a manager came on the line. The manager was authorized to make certain decisions that the reps couldn't make. And there was no pressure. I was given alternatives and it was important to me because I tried to do a reasonable amount of research on companies and products before I even reached out to anybody about them. And what I was getting as told by the representatives were consistent with what I have researched. They explained what was available, and what I asked for was a bit out of my price range so they told me about other comparable options that were available.
They were very professional and both of them were knowledgeable but the second guy, in particular, was very knowledgeable. He has been with the company for a while and he had experience. He talked about comparisons. I felt comfortable that I was talking to somebody who knew what they were talking about. I would tell others that Endurance is a highly rated company. And when I looked at the comparison of different car warranty companies, it was number one out of 10 different companies and I looked at a couple of different sites. I would definitely tell them that it's worth looking into.

When one of my friends who has an auto warranty mentioned something about it, I figured it would be a good idea to get one. When I Googled auto warranties, Endurance was the first one that showed up and they were approved by the Better Business Bureau so I figured they were a reputable company. I talked to one of their reps, Larry. He was very upfront and made everything seem very reasonably priced and easy to understand. He was very knowledgeable. Although I was hoping there would be an online feature, but there was none so I had to do it over the phone. But it wasn't too bad.
Their customer service was very helpful. But with the two people that I spoke to, the first guy was not as inviting as the second one. He was business-like. My 2015 Denali has a lot of bells and whistles, electrical things and what not. I've had the vehicle from day one when I bought and it's still brand new to me. I wanted to make sure I had good coverage because otherwise, those things can start cost of money everytime I turned around. My transmission was still covered but all the other things were not going to be covered. And since my factory warranty was expiring, I wanted to extend my warranty.
I had a policy through Zurich and I didn't realize that when I ordered the Endurance policy. I found out after the fact. When I had to have one thing done to my vehicle, I had to jump through hoops in order to get Zurich to reimburse me what I paid and it just wasn't worth it to me. So I decided that I didn't want their policy and went with Endurance. Zurich doesn't send you a card but with Endurance, you get that plastic membership card. You have to call Zurich to get an estimate and there's a ridiculous runaround. Hopefully, I won't have that problem with Endurance.
I wanted something that was somewhat bumper to bumper that covered electrical things of that nature like the backup cameras. The rep informed me that Endurance covers all that. He said that as far as plans that are on the market, this warranty covers more than most and most everything that usually comes up with the vehicle. The people I spoke with seemed to know what they were talking about as far as the policy. I gave them my credit card and now, a monthly payment comes out of it. My contract purchase date was November 15th and my first payment was due December 15th. There is a deductible of a $100 and she told me I could cancel anytime. They have a 60 day waiting period and that's something I don't like. They should change it because every warranty company I ever dealt with has 30 days. I make my payment every month and they take out my base account. I hate to buy stuff and it gets to where I dread to have to buy items. If it's going to cost me more than $1,000, I need to be circumspect about how I'm spending that kind of money. It would become such a battle to do the consumer research on everything that you're trying to get. And I'm trying to figure out what's the best option. And to some extent, buying an auto warranty is like buying a home or a car. It took me two to three months to buy a car. But the thing that sold me for this Endurance policy was that there was no middleman. They verify the claims themselves, so they allow the automobile repair facility to say what's got to be fixed. And there's not a whole bunch of in between. With Endurance, everybody seems to say that they have a relationship with the automobile manufacturers. In fact, they all say I can take it back to Cadillac. And even if it's in some other part of the country.
I'm reading this stuff to see if they got a yea or nay after it's been taken to a care facility after you rented a car. I didn't want that. The Endurance rep told me, "No. I guarantee. It's nothing like that. We are what we say. We do the approvals, and we're right here in Chicago." Then they asked for more money than I actually wanted to pay. And that's the only thing that they had me doubt. But then, I'm beyond my 50,000-mile warranty. So, I don't know that I have much of a choice. But, overall, I'm pleased with what I think I'm getting.
I don't know what's going to happen if I ever have to make a claim 'cause they are pretty expensive, but they were one of the top-rated extended warranty institutions in the game. And they also gave me 50,000 miles. Very similar to the bumper-to-bumper warranty I had from the manufacturer. All those put together, I'm considering just paying the larger amount of money for two weeks. I was up against it because I was at 49,800 miles, the warranty expires on 50,000 miles. There was also the fact that they were really top-rated. If you're the best one or two people in the business, that says something for you. And so, I decided to go with that, and buy at the expense.
But I'm pretty satisfied with it. Because the average cost for most of these extended warranties from my experience was about $3000. Endurance was close to the fact, which made them almost double. But they talked to me and said, "Well, we can only get you 60 approved." And, of course, then, they left it on my hands. The salesperson seemed to be straight, not trying to blow a smoke up my butt. I am having somewhat second thoughts, but I think I'm going to stick with them anyway because I don't want to open up another can of research worms. Even though I have probably another 15 days or so to cancel if I would want to. The best thing that could happen is I never have to make a claim.

As a general safety advice, I was told by my mechanic that a lot of warranty providers won’t cover seals and gaskets so I had to be careful. And they won’t cover anything plastic, which is what is on cars nowadays. Endurance covers gaskets and the seals and they were in the top 10 on three lists that I found online, so I decided to go with them even though they’re more expensive. The Endurance rep was cordial and polite.

Getting a hold of Endurance Auto's team was easy. They called and I responded, and they sent emails and I responded. And there were no extra hoops I had to go through. It was straightforward. Our factory warranty went out and we feel more secure with a warranty given how expensive repairs are on my car. I googled the top 10 warranty providers and Endurance Auto was on the top. And I did a little bit of due diligence on them and they looked good. I had a little bit of phone conversation about how to set the policy up and pay for it. And the rest was via email. It was all very clear. I asked about the possibility that we would like to pay monthly. So, it's set up as an automatic credit card charge.

I traded my truck for a brand new Chevy Duramax LTZ Z71 in 2016. The Duramax LTZ Z71 had a 103,000 on it and the warranty was out. I always try to look and think ahead and I know they're diesels and they shouldn't have anything wrong. But at about 40,000 while I was at Hobby Lobby dropping my wife off, the thing just puked on me. I was told that the pumps were made out of aluminum and they came from China. It came apart and when it did, it messed all the injectors up and the pump. New ones were put back on but they were the same parts, they came from China. That kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. Since the warranty was out, tried to have an insurance for it in case something happened.
Endurance was the best and everything was awesome. When I traded for this vehicle I got right now, I got a lifetime oil changes which is good. And the rest of it, I got it covered by Endurance. When I looked and tried to get insurance from the dealership, they were going to cost me the same amount of money and I was going to get 12,000 miles. I got 100,000 from Endurance for the same price. Their people were also polite, they helped me out and they gave me the best deal with the best coverage. They just now sent me my card. If I buy another used truck or I trade it in, I'll keep Endurance for the rest of my life. It's a no-brainer.

And they pretty much had my questions already thought of because they were prepared with answers. The guy that I dealt with didn't hesitate and ran to it very quickly. The whole transaction took only a few minutes. Setting up my warranty, reviewing all the information and taking my payment was extremely fast. That was really helpful and they should keep that up.

My vehicle was on factory warranty but it was already having some pretty serious issues. I wanted to make sure that once the factory warranty expired I still have coverage. So I did a lot of research and looked at online reviews. I also looked at the Better Business Bureau ratings and narrowed it down on effective days and I got price quotes. With the other companies that were on my shortlist, I had to go through a dealer to get the coverage that they were sold. I prefer to work directly with the company instead of going through a dealer. And Endurance was the only one that made all those requirements.
When I first called to get a quote, I was just getting quotes and I didn't want to actually buy anything until I had a few competitive quotes to compare. And when I called Endurance, there was no problem getting the quote right away. But they tried to get me to buy right then which I understand. That's part of good sales or marketing. They would cut the initial fee in half but it's only good for that day. But they ended up giving the same price even though I waited a week before I made my final decision. So I called Endurance back and they had all my records and the previous information I've given them. So it was a very easy and smooth transaction.

I had gone online, so Endurance got my information and they contacted me back. But they seemed nice and they weren’t too pushy. I had another couple of people call and they were really pushy.
I liked that with Endurance, I could pay it out in monthly payments, where for some of the other providers, one has to pay a $3,000 lump sum upfront. I purchased the warranty on my credit card. They got to take $190 and then the monthly fee will be taken from my credit card each month. I’ve had a limited experience so far. I bought the plan three weeks ago. I just made a credit card payment over the phone for the down payment which was easy. I'm supposed to be getting a bill any moment now and I have to make the monthly payment. So far, it's been a good experience. The online reviews and the ease of getting the plan and the information packet with everything that was pretty detailed were great. The only thing was feeling the pressure to get that first-time caller discount where if you decide to go with a plan right then and there then they honor the first time caller discount. But if you want to think about it for a couple of hours or a day then you don't get that discount. I found that ridiculous. I had something wrong with my heater. The coil wasn't working right and they said, “No, that wasn't covered". So, that cost me a lot of money. I also had an issue with my power steering where the tube broke and the power steering fluid was leaking all over the place. And they say that wasn't covered.
When I had a warranty before with Ford, they don't cover the luxury items like my convertible and the bumpers, which I understand. But the coverage of a power steering, that should be under a warranty. But, it's not. I'm shocked by that because I think that power steering would be essential. And it's not a wear and tear or rusty. I feel that I'm not going to waste $2,000 and using out over $1000 already on my car.
When I talked to customer service, they were okay. One man was nice. He took a $100 off the one month which was nice. But, then the other one said," Sorry there's nothing we can do, that’s policy. You got to get a more expensive policy”. Who's going to spend $3,500? I can go buy a new car and it can be a down payment on it. It's just not worth having the warranty. So, I canceled.

We reached out to Endurance Auto and purchasing the warranty from them was smooth. I was kind of dreading but it was an overall good process. They helped us out, and there were some military discounts that were applied. We reviewed different scenarios and prices and looked at different options and discounts that they had at that time. We also looked at the plan that would benefit us the most, and we're happy with the one we purchased. Endurance Auto is a high-rated company and our experience was professional. I was going to switch but when I realized what I already paid for the one I have, I thought I might as well just keep it. When I bought my car, it didn’t have a warranty. I kept getting all these mail saying that my warranty is about to expire and it was going on for about a month and a half. I actually called the company that was sending them just to see what it is because I don’t have a warranty for my car. It’s something that’s nice to have. When I called them, they told me who they’re representing and I was like “Screw these guys. I’m just going to call the company directly,” because they would have charged me probably almost double the price to where somebody else is going to call me because they got to make some money too. So I just called Endurance directly and here I am with a warranty for my car.
Jaime was awesome. Very helpful and explanatory of what to expect, how things work and what my options are and in case we laid out my plan. She is very friendly and professional. She did a good job. I wanted something in the case transmission, engine or some expensive really went out on my car, it's the first nice car I've ever had. And a friend of mine had told me he bought an extended warranty and it worked good for him. But a lot of people had told me that they had bad experiences with other warranties. But everybody at Endurance was great. My rep gave me a fairly low per month price that I thought I could afford at the time. Social Security is what I live on and I'm on a limited budget. And at 137 down, it was pretty tough on me but I was willing because he convinced me that it was good. And I called a couple of dealers and they said that they had experience with Endurance and that it was okay.
One thing that turned me off though was the grace period, 60 days and 1,000 miles. I don't drive very much and it would take me a long time to put a thousand miles on my car. I figured that if I paid 137 and I paid 107 a month and it will be months before I could even use it, there would be no grace period. But I understand from a business viewpoint they had to do that because people would use them and cancel.
Endurance is an okay company and I saw online that they had all kinds of awards for being straight with people. That was another reason that drove me to them. I even told my brother about them. But I wasn't with Endurance very long. I had to cancel because I came down sick and I needed the money to help pay my medical bills. I had 30 days to cancel and I called to do so. I am totally unsatisfied with Endurance. And I've talked to the Consumer Protection Agency and the Attorney General about some of these issues. I am a business man myself. I've never had a warranty that nobody can tell you anything about anything hardly until you have a claim. I haven't had an issue but one issue that I had and they didn't cover it. I have a vehicle that I bought used. And I took it in for they said all the electrical was covered. The guy told me over the phone in detail all of these. And then when I had the occurrence of electrical issue, they say that's not covered.
I think it's a whole lot of propaganda and a lot of these warranty companies including home warranties. These people who sell this stuff, they do a lot of hype. You find out that they told you something that would be erroneous just to sell you a policy. They're so confusing because they tell you one thing, and then you have to find out from one of the real pros about it. The Attorney General said the same thing and so did the Inspector General. I talked to all of them.
So I was very unhappy. They need to honor what they say even if the people make a mistake and don't understand what it is that they are selling. Do not just make people pay for something after the fact. What we got this warranty for is to cover us in case. I asked if the electrical is covered, if the AC is covered. The guy went over all his stuff in details.
When I had the issue, I had a $284 repair I had to have done at the repair facility, because it’s electrical. The guy called in, they told Endurance it wasn’t covered. They also told me that the axle in and related to the thing were covered. I had to take it to a company because I was having a vibration. I thought it might have been bent axle. The guy told me that he felt that it was the bent axle that was causing it to vibrate at a certain speed. Called in, same thing, "Oh, that's not covered." And that makes me mad because I'm paying money out of my pocket. And I can't get any resolution.
It's not about what it cost me to get the car repaired. It is about the principle. It's about satisfying customers in a win-win situation. Endurance needs to look into this and get this mess straightened out. I've had a claim already too. And neither one of them was covered but I was told they were. I would have taken them to the shop, if they were not. I know what is not covered that’s why I carry the extended warranty.
And then I have the electrical issue with the break engine. They got it up there and said, “I’m going to check in through some pieces under warranty. Do you have extended warranty?" I said, “Yes". So, I gave them extended warranty. But it took three or four days to get in touch with somebody. And I was down there losing money. Finally, he called me back and said, “Well, they told me it wasn't covered". I called them back, same thing. That's not covered. Well, what the heck is covered?
There's so many of these extended warranty companies out there. And they are not doing nothing but growing money and paying no claim. The Attorney general already told me that. They said they have more complaints than they do claims. Because the claim that are filed were denied and they are not denied until you have something. And then they tell you that. But in the interim on the time they sell it to you, everything under the sun is covered. And I'm not saying that literally, they will say everything is covered, like the things you ask questions about.

I had one mechanical thing that I had Endurance do and they did it. I needed a rack and pinion steering unit because it was leaking. So I called them up. I told them what my policy was and they looked it up. I told them the part. And they say, “Yeah, it’s this.” It should be covered. But you won’t know until the representative goes in. They send their own rep in. They look at what’s going on and they decide.
By the time the inspector went in and everything was okay, Endurance sends their own parts. So by that time, it was three weeks before I got that done. Maybe it was because it was their first time dealing with this people. It cost me a $100 deductible for doing it and then they just send the part and the other bill. Actually, it cost me 40 or 50 more than they told me because Endurance only signed off an X amount of hours to do the job. Endurance didn’t want to pay for an hour’s work to put the part in. I am frustrated, but you don’t have that many companies that will ensure a used 2009 car with 100,000 miles now.
When they put in the rack and pinion, they realigned it and I am a little leery on myself right now on the alignment. I also said the passenger side motor window, when you put it up or down, you hear a grinding noise instead of it just being smooth. They told me the motor was going to go. They said, “It still goes up and down. The motor still works. We’re not replacing it. You have to wait until it actually goes.” It’s going. So I said, “So you’re going to make me wait, God forbid, it goes in the dead of winter and it’s in the down position. I can’t get it up. You’re going to make me freeze my butt off because you don’t want to pay for the one part to go in?”
You have the motor going on the window. It probably cost them $20 or $50 and they won’t do it. They’re making you wait until the part actually breaks. I was disappointed because nobody said that they were used or refurbished parts that they put in. And the plan they told me I needed for that car where all the digital and the screens they’re covered, it’s costing me $3,000. So when you pay $3,000, you don’t expect refurbished parts.
I have a 2009 Infiti, but they didn’t use an Infiniti part. They just put in whatever part was given to them through Endurance. And they told me it was a refurbished part. Insurance is you put a new part in. I didn’t complain, but I told them that I was upset with paying extra for the labor cost. They should have picked that up. Not all costs are the same. An older car, when a part goes wrong, it takes time to get those bolts out because everything’s seized up in there. I just don’t want to ruin anything with my relationship with them because next time, God forbid, I need their service, they’re not going to do it.

I'm new to the US. So, when I got here, I needed cars. The cars I got were not new. They were used cars. And considering that maintaining a used car can become very expensive, I looked around for the best warranty services and I happened to see that Endurance has a good rating. I then decided to buy a warranty because it made me feel safer in terms of expenses for the future.
At first, I looked at three or four warranty companies and they all have the same price range. Endurance wasn't any cheaper or more expensive than the others. It might have been slightly more expensive than the ones around. But I picked them because they've got good ratings from a lot of other consumers. If they're going to give you 24-hour service and in the gold package that I bought, they're going to provide all of this. So, it made me buy it.
When I talked to them, they told me one thing or the other. They took the first payment while I was talking to them. But to me, I think it was for them to say that, "Hey, this is going to be your first payment," and I have said yes. And then, I paid that and they said, "No, no. It's going to be," and they almost fail to let go of the deal today. So, I called one or two times to check with other vendors also. And then, I made the decision to go with them.
The way I understood it from their representative, it would be $100 less than what I paid for. I was rather taken aback. And they didn’t resolve the issue. Now, this could only be me changing my mind, thinking that there was no signing up fee. But when I made the payment, there was a signup fee for that day for $106. That was not clear to me at the time of the discussion. Maybe they said it and maybe I didn't listen. But in my mind it was going to be $106 less. But I didn't decide to change my decision based on the $106. I just went ahead.
You don't hope to require them from one or two times in the whole 10-year or so warranty. You're paying all of that for peace of mind. And the experience is going to really count at that time because a car doesn’t break every week. It breaks down maybe, hopefully, once in six months or a year. And you're still paying for three years just for the peace of mind. And I'm paying $300 for my two cars for every month. Everybody at Endurance was helpful. But I had an issue when they charged my card on the day that I enrolled instead of charging it on the day that I set it up to be charged for. I don’t know if that was a clerical mistake, but they refunded the money. Also, I was under the impression that I had already paid my deposit but I come to find out the deposit was not paid with my initial enrollment fee. When I’ve talked to them already about it, they weren’t accommodating. They just explained and showed me where it was then.
The experience enrolling with the sales agent was great. But the customer service representatives are rude and not knowledgeable of the account. They’re very dry and unconcerned. So every time I call, I just request to speak to a supervisor. It’s the higher up that normally handles the issue. I’m dissatisfied with the customer service experience so I'd tell my friends to go with someone else.

The Girl called me back and didn't know much about the warranty, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, 146.00 per month? Really? Over 1400.00 per year? I can get a lot of repairs done for that kind of money. In my opinion this company is a scam... You notice all the reviews you see are how nice the salespeople are, only two on the reviews had repairs and those repairs were refused and not paid by Endurance. Most of their reviews are written by them. Put your 146.00 in the bank and use it for your repairs because these people will not cover it.

The vehicle insurance I had before was no longer in existence, so my son said to go online and he checked and Endurance at the time was ranked number one. I started there and I liked what the package was. Their cost had a substantial difference with another one that I had checked, about $400 to $500. We had some problems with the gearing that's inside the doors for the windows and that was $200. We've had three of them replaced but the company we had before didn't do anything about it. One that we were checking on wouldn't do anything about it too. But Endurance will take care of it so that also made a difference. Their vehicle specialist was excellent. They answered and would not get upset if I ask about oil changes or whatever, and made a pretty good picture of it. Andy was really patient too. He called back the next day to see if I had anything else that I was worrying about or questioning. That was a nice follow-up and I appreciated that.

In case something happened, I was going to be able to save so I paid for their coverage. But I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I had a Mercedes Benz and I sent it to the dealership as it was having some issues. Endurance was supposed to send the part but it was not covered when as far as I knew, everything was.
I had to come out and pay some of the labels and they had nothing to do with wear and tear. The bottom line is Endurance came back to tell me that what my car needed was not on the parts. We didn't know all the part numbers that were in the car. If I had known, I would have checked all the part numbers with everything so I could match and see if it was covered. We didn't know what was going to be bad, right or wrong. We just find something based on what they tell us and for them, it was very easy to say that something was not covered. In the end, I cancelled their warranty.

I was looking for an extended warranty for my truck. I went through the internet to find a company. Endurance is one of the higher-ranked companies. So, I figured I'll try them. But my experience with them has been horrible. The very first time I tried to use it, I put my truck into the service center, at the DARCARS Marlow Heights dealership. They charge you a $175 fee just to look at your vehicle. Immediately called and said that nothing was covered. My vehicle had a check engine light on. Of course, I needed to get cleared before I could go through emissions test. Also another issues I wanted to have looked at were the radio does not play CD anymore. He said that wasn't covered.
Then, the other problem to clear the check engine light is to replace the oil pressure sensor. That was about $700; it's very expensive. That was not covered. That was an amazing thing, because it is an engine part. When I purchased this Focus, it was bumper to bumper. Just like you got it from the dealership. But yet, we had something that's in the engine that's very expensive that they didn't cover. I was very upset about that, and I was thinking about canceling my service. It was approximately a month and a half ago, and I have not called in yet.
They're going to be extremely nice when you're speaking to sales, they want you to buy it. It was upfront that everything was covered. I mean it's hard to try to determine these things. I don't know every single component. How do you know what component is covered or not? All I know is that there are parts in that vehicle that a regular citizen would not know how to track down, determine and find out what the problem is or correct it. They just don't have the skills. So, we expect that an extended warranty company would cover those type of things, especially something that the dealership would charge $700. Anything over $200, I consider to be a major issue. And it's not even fixed. Brakes wear out. I do not recommend Endurance.

My Endurance rep was pushy at first and he offered me a great deal that I had to take right then and there or it was going to be off. I had to process things a little better than that so I got off the phone with him because I didn't even have the car yet but he said I needed to buy the warranty which wasn't really true. He said it was a one time deal and that was a pressure tactic that I wasn't really appreciative of.
Two weeks later when I bought the car, I called again. There was another guy who offered me this crazy price and I told him that the guy I spoke to a couple of weeks ago offered me a certain price. He agreed to give me that price. If I hadn't documented that great price that the first guy said now or never, the other person wouldn't know the better. It was a $1,000 difference and that was significant. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted and for a good price. I paid one lump sum for the whole five years and I just got the paperwork.
And although I ultimately chose Endurance, the experience was confusing. Saying that I needed to get the warranty before I even got the car was misleading and wrong. It was the same with their now or never deal. They can't just say those things. If Endurance is as highly rated as far as their backing of their warranty when I come to really need it, then they can certainly clean up their act in the sales process.

Mechanic stuff are pretty expensive so I figured maybe in the future or something was to come up with any of my vehicles, then at least I don't have to come out of my pocket so much so I got an auto warranty. Endurance was the first people that popped up in Google. I talked about it with my wife and I called them and the price was fair, so I went with them. I probably should have shopped alone and I would get less the price. Their specialist explained to me what else is going to be covered as far as mechanical problems, what my deductible would be, the rental vehicles, towing, roadside assistance, and he went thru the overall details that they provide.
Also, making payments is not difficult at all. Recently, Endurance was kind enough since my father passed away a couple of weeks ago and I called them because I had to make the payment the beginning of December. They told me that they'll extend until the beginning of January so I can make the payment because of funeral expenses. I've been speaking with a guy named James from Endurance. I had the Endurance contract for about three months and I decided to stop paying because every time I tried to use it, the answer was, “No.” They kept on saying that my plan didn’t cover certain things they know of. When I filed a claim, I took the car to the repairman. I gave him my warranty information and they contacted Endurance themselves. And they came back and told me that they had no auto coverage and that I have to pay out of the pocket. Also, I thought oil leak was covered but it was not too. I bought a $9,000 car and the warranty came up to over like $3,500, so that’s not smart of me at all. I didn’t like the signing up experience too, but I fell for it because the guy was really pushy and I fell for all the traps. It seems like the only way that they were to pay for something is if I had a major disaster like the transmission or motor, then I feel that they would have found a loophole not to pay that.
Nevertheless, an auto warranty is priceless if it works the way it should. But there’s more nightmare stories than good stories though. Because most people I talked to had a bad experience with car warranties. It’s more suited for new callers but whenever you are trying to get a warranty on something that’s seven, eight or nine years old, it becomes a rip-off. They tell you that based on the year or the mileage of the car, there are things you don’t get on certain plans and you can’t get the top of the line plans.

I had a 2014 V6 that I wrecked up months ago, and my credit union was supposed to be starting extended warranties. They asked me if I wanted to extend a warranty on it. But I turned down an offer. So now, that I got a V8 Mustang, I don't want anything to happen to me. This is my only car I drive and I go to college with that. I have bad luck with cars. In fact, I only had my V6 Mustang for a month, and I ended up wrecking it. I flipped it five times. And I had a truck before that that I ended up taking back because of the paperwork. So I decided to get a warranty from Endurance.
My parents have extended warranty with Endurance on their truck. My mom is the one that really wanted to get a warranty. We were going over the fact that even though I got another Mustang, those parts can get expensive if something were to break on it. Hopefully, nothing happens to my car. Aside from my parents, my friend who also has a 2007 Mustang has Endurance as well.
I was about to get a warranty on my previous car, the V6. The dealership offered me $100,000 warranty on it. But my car only had some 30,000 miles on it, and even though Endurance covered bumper-to-bumper, it was still not a good reason to buy an extra warranty, where you're not going to use it. And I was hesitating with even buying a warranty from Endurance. I was telling myself, if I get warranty with them, and if I don't use that warranty, I lost my money. Because I never did use the warranty.
Also during the promotion call, where you called the first time, you get the 5% right then and there if you pay right now. I get it that you get to pay 5% down of whatever your warranty costs. And I feel like if a customer was in the car, right then and there, you shouldn't have to call if they can pay the 20%. That should be waived a little bit. They should give you at least about a week to call back. The next time you call back, "Oh, you have to pay the 20%." So I looked at it because when I first called, I bought it right then and there. But they told me, "If you hang up, we'll have to charge you the 20%."
Endurance is a good company but I'm thinking about canceling them because someone's telling me, "Oh, if something were to happen to your car within the first 30 days, they'll try to look at you suspicious." I don't need a company like that where I'm putting my all to them and they highly don't trust their customers. Although when I called, their customer service is nice and they get to the point. They're willing to answer any questions you want. But I still don't understand a lot of stuff that they were talking about. What I like the most about Endurance is you only pay them for two years. And the next two years you just step back and chill with a warranty. And if I want to sell that car, I think that warranty turns over to the next person who owned that car if their warranty is already paid out full. I'm highly satisfied with my experience with Endurance.

When it's early in the morning and I want to go ahead and make my payment, I can’t. And I have to wait until I speak to a live operator. My husband and I, who are both senior citizens, purchased a used truck in January. Being on Social Security, we are very careful with the little money we have and decided to purchase an extended warranty outside the dealership. The salesman sold us the Select Premier package. Long story short... the head gasket blew after we had it 9 months. We had it towed to the mechanic we use. He was told that he had to tear it down to the point of failure (a cost of $500 - $700) before they would tell us IF they would fix it. Then after a couple of calls to the company, we were told that if the truck had over 80,000 miles on it, they wouldn't fix it at all!
The salesman knew it had 122,000 when he sold us the policy! They took our money but never intended to fix it! When we complained about that, they said they would refund the policy. We had, by then, paid in $920. We were refunded $458.87. We were told that they cut checks on the 26th of the month... had to call AGAIN and finally got that check. So, my take on this is, if you have an older car or truck, ask what the mileage cut-off is. This should have been the first thing the salesman said. Then the company says that they aren't the salesman. I think that the salesmen reflect on the company!

So the dealer asked, “If y’all don’t cover this, why does he have it?” I called Endurance and told them that when I first got the policy, I asked if they were all going to treat me the same way the dealer warranty would treat me because I told him that I take my car to the dealer. And I added that when I have a problem, that was where I was taking my car to. I asked if the whole suspension was covered and they said yes along with the engine, everything electrical, HVAC and my turbos. The rep said Endurance was even equivalent, if not better, than the dealer warranty.
I didn't understand though. If they didn't cover wear and tear, what was the point of having the warranty? They didn’t cover the sway bar but I understood that and I was going to pay for it. But the U-joint part was a coverable item. But since it doesn’t meet Enfurance's conditions, we were done. They asked me if I read the book and I said I didn't because when I talked to them on the phone, they said it was covered. I am on an 18 months payment plan and it is $280 a month, which is reasonable. I got a 2013 Mercedes S550 and the oil change costs $400, so any insurance was not going to be cheap.

Of the top five rated warranty companies, Endurance came in second. And numbers wise taking out of policy, it was a good amount less in Endurance than it was with the other rated insurance service. I was coming off of a good program from my vehicle that I had extended with. Coverage-wise, they were hands down better but Endurance was nicer dealing with on the phone. And I figured I'd get the same type of coverage with them. But I was surprised that they were quicker to find a reason not to pay than to go above and beyond to do what I thought they were said to do in getting coverage and getting things addressed. I'd have other people check other places before they went with Endurance.

I have a car that has over a hundred thousand miles on it and I owed too much money on it so I wanted to protect it to make sure that if it broke down, I wouldn't be stranded. I put in the make and model of my car and Endurance came up. They were not the cheapest but it provided the best coverage for what I wanted to do. I really liked the service that I got on the phone. I called and it took me a week and a half. The Endurance rep answered all my questions and didn't bother me compared to another guy that called me every two or three days. There's the annoyance where you tell somebody something and they touch base with you again like they forgot that you talked about two days before.
I had work done on the car twice and on both times, I gave the information to the dealership to see if whatever was getting done was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, they weren't as they were both wear and tear items. It was no big deal though. I figured Endurance just covered electrical and anything mechanical as far as the dry train and the transmission. These are stuff I haven't had issues with. Other than that, I've had a great experience with Endurance and I'd give other people their number for them to call.

When I bought the vehicle, it had over 120,000 miles on it and I’d rather put a little money towards the insurance-type thing and be a little bit more locked in, so in case something was to happen, I can get it fixed or repaired. I looked into a few auto warranty providers. I got USAP when I bought the vehicle and I had a problem with the differential and what happened was they denied the claim and my car was sitting on a rack for almost a month and it ended up costing me over $3,000 to fix it. They didn’t fix the problem at all, so I canceled them and I barely got half of my money back. So, I researched and found that some people had Endurance Auto before and they gave some good recommendations. I was really skeptical about using another provider, but I gave them a try.
Their customer service and the way they presented the product have been good and their representative was very helpful and I wasn’t very friendly because I was already skeptical about warranties but he went through everything with me. It was really no pressure to purchase. I called them three weeks later after I did my research and we went through everything and I purchased. They’re $130 a month for two years. I was going to pay for it all outright, but if it comes down to where something was to happen and they denied a claim, I’m not out of all the money if I were to cancel. I’m hoping that they backed their product up very well.

I just bought a used truck and I didn't like the warranty that the dealer had to offer. I went online and looked if there were aftermarket warranties. Endurance came up along with two other warranties. One of them was pretty high while Endurance had good reviews so called them up. Their rep explained how the warranty worked and that I’d be responsible for the first $100 deductible. It was only that upfront and except for the wear and tear parts, everything else should be covered. And it's supposed to be on the contract but I'm still waiting for it. They gave me an email confirmation and they said they’d be emailing me a card with the contract and that would take 10-14 business days.
I also told the rep that I’d like to take my car back to the dealer and he said that would not be a problem. He told me that there are so many places all over the United States and Canada. And when I told them the mileage on the car, they told me that I had to wait for a thousand miles before I could file a claim because they wanted to make sure that I was not playing something which I understood. I felt that was fair enough. Overall, they have been pretty nice and easy to deal with. I'd recommend Endurance and tell others how they were and how easy it was to set up with them.

I just bought another car and because it was a used car, it didn't have any mortgage on it. It's a foreign car, and I thought I needed a warranty. This is the first time I ever had to buy a warranty, and it's for a new model car. When I was doing my research on warranty, I found good and bad things about Endurance. I wanted to compare and it said online that Endurance was one of the better ones so I contacted them.
At first, the rep was kind of a little rough because I just find out every time any information that could've been brought up from the beginning. But most of it was my misunderstanding because I've never had to deal with them before. If I didn't know something about the warranty and getting a warranty like that, I could've asked a lot of questions myself. They can't think of everything to tell me what I need to do before I get it. So I'm trying to be fair with them. I can't really make a call on them unless I have issues, when I do have to make a claim.
When I ask them about the kind of plan they laid on, they told me that I had to get an oil change 30 days after I bought the policy. But they didn't tell me about that. I didn't think it was really necessary, because I just bought the car and had the oil changed the second day before I bought the car, so why should it get an oil change. That car takes AMSOIL, which is one of the expensive ones. They said that if I brought the copy of the oil change from the dealership, that would suffice. And I was insisting, "So why didn't you tell me this before". But they apologized and we went on with that oil change. So there are certain things that could have been better, but it's all right.

My daughter doesn't have a lot of money and I was looking for something that was going to be reasonable to cover her expenses if the vehicle had any problems. I researched online and I was looking at a lot of information and there was a lot of positive feedback for Endurance Auto Warranty. Setting up the warranty was fine, but the sales representative didn’t go into complete detail on the sales side of it. I had one item recently that I had to pay out of my own pocket to repair and one item I couldn’t afford to pay so it's not repaired yet and they said the job wouldn’t even cover it.
I was on the assumption that as long as I’ve had my oil changed at a certain timeframe and I provided that information for them, anything after my first 30 days will be covered. I followed up with them and it really didn’t get resolved. They told me that my vehicle has over 100,000. They should’ve brought it to my attention when I first got the warranty instead of me thinking that it was like a brand new warranty, so $100 to me was reasonable. But I’m paying out of my pocket, which I did not expect.

I spend more than what it cost me for the warranty before I got the warranty. So I wish I would have done it initially because right off the bat, stupid crazy problems like electronic control goes that's $1400. I also had another transmission leak. I saw how much the repairs were, so I thought I'm just going to put a warranty on it. So I did some review online. I then signed up with Endurance after finding that more than once, they're in the top five and number two overall. And their price was good. When I called last week to update my credit card on file, the lady that I spoke with was very nice and helpful. If I do have to use it, hopefully everything is going to be covered.

I had a particular vehicle that I liked and I felt it was getting into a mileage range where the cost can be a little spendy. I was doing quite a bit of searching through dealerships in town to see who they’ve been using. I also saw all of the reviews online and when I typed in "best auto warranty companies for 2017," Endurance was constantly up there and that was a big selling point.
I called initially and talked to a gentleman about the protection options that I had and this was back in May. But I needed to sell my other car first before I could put the money towards the warranty. I called the company back and I got the same guy again. He remembered me and it took right off there and it was good. My rep was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question that I had with confidence. I felt like even though I hadn’t used the company before or I hadn’t heard of someone close to me using the company before, I had enough information and enough confidence to say it was definitely an awesome company to go with. I've always put down the down payment, the initial $275 fee. But my plan is to pay it off completely instead of doing the payment plan. My warranty will come into effect on the 22nd of this month.

I was looking for an extended warranty because my General Motors protection plan went out on my vehicle. I was calling around getting pricing of a General Motors Protection Plan. And I found one but the lady who did the deal with Endurance with me really went the extra mile to help me out because I was trying to get a good mileage warranty at a good price. Endurance was a tad bit more than what the GM people asked but for the additional bit of mileage they were giving me for $200, I wasn’t going to complain. My car wasn’t over a hundred thousand and they could give me the top-of-the-line one that Endurance sells. The lady was also nice, very professional and answered my questions. She even asked her boss if there was a way they could give me a little discount which they were able to do.
Purchasing the warranty was pretty much effortless and the lady explained it to me. I wasn’t too comfortable at first because there are always people out here trying to sell you some warranties and get you stuff in the mail and that's really sketchy. But I had done my own research online and Endurance had 5 stars and a lot of good customer reviews. The mileage package I have is up to 136 thousand miles. When it gets to that point, Endurance can only offer me a basic and not any of the really good stuff anymore. But I’m driving the car more than I want to, using up a lot more of the warranty than I want to. So I may actually use it up a lot faster than what I had expected. If I'd known I was going to be driving my current car more, I would’ve paid for more. And I've been considering calling Endurance to see if they can add mileage to it and I just pay a difference.
Aside from that, I also I had an issue with Endurance. I called because I was trying to figure out how the auto rental worked with my policy. I was trying to see if I could get an auto rental even though the vehicle hadn't been diagnosed at the time. Endurance is on Central Standard Time so when I called the office wasn’t open but a lady took my message. I had taken my car to the shop later on that day after work. I called and left a message eight something in the morning at Eastern Standard Time. I had been at work all day but by 4:05 Eastern Standard Time, nobody called me from Endurance to give me more details about how the auto rental works.
When I got to the dealership, I called Endurance again and that's when I ran into another issue. There was a number listed on Endurance’s website and I called it. It put me to this customer service person and he tried to transfer me to Endurance. But when he transferred me over there, it kept saying the office was closed. But there was no way it was closed because this was a Monday through Friday. Since they were on Central Standard Time, they were behind me.
So I called the number on the website again and before I could explain to the customer service guy what the issue was, he transferred me through the same way again. And once again, it put me through that same thing then it said that nobody was available and it hung up on me. The guy was very unprofessional. And when I finally was able to get a number to get to Endurance’s customer service, I reported the issue to the girl I was speaking to. Somebody needed to go talk to whoever that guy was and deal with that issue.

I bought a used automobile and as a precaution, I bought the extended warranty from Endurance to cover any unanticipated repair expense. They don’t pay for all of them but there are some they will pay for, some they will not. And when I talked to their rep, he gave me some information that was not as factual as it turned out to be. Upon receipt of the policy, I read it and there were a few discrepancies between what was reflected in the policy and what he told me. One difference was there was a one-month waiting period in the event I had a need for repair. And it turned out to be a two-month waiting period. But it didn’t make any difference because I haven’t had any problems.
I made an attempt to get in touch with the young man that I spoke with initially prior to buying a policy because of what I read in the policy versus what he told me. I was not successful in getting in touch with him. I had to communicate with one of his coworkers who claimed he would call me back. However, he never did. But eventually I was able to contact the first person from the company that I communicated with who sold me the policy because I had indicated that I was going to send some letters to senior management unless I heard from him. Instantaneously, lo and behold, after that he called me.
The industry, from all indications, has a lot to be desired overall. Endurance, based upon initial information I was able to ascertain, their reputation, if you will, appears to be a little better than some of their competitors because from all indications, there are some flakes in the industry and there are some companies out there who are very deceptive and from all indications, they have deceptive, unethical people working for them.

I knew I had more miles on my car now because my original warranty expired, but the rep said I'd be getting the same thing and that everything would be covered except for suspension. I've been with Endurance a year now but I'm not receiving what I thought I was I going to be receiving.
I feel like everything with insurance is a scam. I’m paying all insurance and I feel like I’m paying my money for nothing because when I had to use it, it didn't cover anything. I put in claims for multiple things and Endurance paid for one thing but not the other two. When I called originally, they were talking about a point system. But I wasn’t looking at it when I got the plan because that was not what I was told. They sent me that point system table but that was after the fact. Since I was told on the phone on what the coverage was supposed to be, that was what I expected and not them talking about a point a, b, c, and d. I didn't care about that.
In the end, the payment had to come out of pocket. And Endurance still wants me to pay them for the warranty. Although they lowered my payment, I’m not really happy with the warranty and what I'm getting at this moment. It's just that I have to have something because if the engine or the transmission goes out then I'd really be out of luck.
