I pretty much drive cars until they die, so I put a lot of miles on them. Endurance didn't seem to mind the high mileage and offered me a Select Premiere plan that covers the basics (engine, electrical, trans, etc.). The price is right and I know I'll get my money back when things start to break, so it's worth a little expense now.

I just had a problem with my car that cost me $1,300 and that’s crazy. I can’t take any more hits because I found a major, major problem with my car and as soon as it hit 100,000 miles, all of a sudden everything just started to fall apart. After finding that Endurance had a 5-star rating on some website, I signed for the warranty. Dealing with their rep was relatively easy. They sent me everything they said they were going to send. They did what they said they’re going to do. Now I have more peace of mind and so far, my experience with Endurance has been good.

I have a 10-year-old car and its insurance expired so I was looking for another. Endurance was the first one that came up when I googled. I put in my information, and later during the day, a woman from Endurance called and gave me an offer. I kept telling her that I was driving and when I told her I couldn't give her my credit card since I didn't have it handy, she insisted and got violent. She was very pushy and nasty on the phone. I told her I needed an insurance and asked her to call me back, and she said she couldn't. I called back two days later, and a gentleman answered the phone and he said he's a supervisor. And he said their agent is never too nasty or pushy. But I told him that it was what happened. And then I bought the policy but he raised the price. He said that when the agent called me the first time, they were giving me a discount. Right now, I'm not satisfied.

I contacted Endurance to request a quote for an extended warranty for my car. Within minutes received a call from a high pressure salesman attempting to slam me although I advised him I would not place an order over the phone. Endurance may have the highest recommendations, but their high pressure sales technique did not score any points. I did receive a written quote, but was told the price would only be valid if I placed the order at that time.

My car warranty expired, but I wanted to have coverage for my car so I went online to research. I found very good reviews for Endurance and based on the reviews that I read online, they seem to be a pretty good company, so I called them. Their rep answered my questions and I signed up that day because I already researched and I already knew most of it. The process was pretty easy. Once I said I wanted the insurance, she transferred me over to someone else and they took care of the rest. It was pretty straightforward.

Endurance Auto Warranty was recommended and I signed up for it. Their rep and I had the regular old exchange of information and giving of contracts. And what's in their book is pretty thorough. The only thing I'm going to have problems with is the mileage because I don't put that much mileage on my car. It has to be over 1000 miles before I can do the claim on mileage, so it's going to be a while before I can do it. I'm very satisfied with Endurance Auto.

My Endurance purchasing experience went fine. I bought a travel trailer and I wanted to make sure that my truck would continue to be able to pull it for the length that I have with power trip. Price is the main issue when I looked for an auto warranty. The second issue would be whether or not the mechanic that I get to access, which they do, so that was another important part. I compared Endurance against prices with another company and they're further ahead as far as their prices were, the prices were better. And the coverage was adequate for what I want to do.
Setting up with Endurance was fine. Their rep was very helpful. Every time you spend that kind of money on something that you probably will never use, then you got a lot of questions. So, I had lots of questions. The questions he couldn’t answer, he had someone answering for him so I got it as well. I was very satisfied with Endurance. Although I hope I never use the warranty all the way through.

I was a little weirded out that Endurance contacted me. How did they know my car was out of warranty? I called to ask and ended up learning about their extended warranty coverage, lol! It seemed like a good deal so I signed up. I always thought extended warranty was too expensive, but I guess that's just with the dealer warranty.

I got Endurance for my 2012 Nissan. My car is about to be paid off this month. So I thought about getting a warranty so that I don't have to worry about anything. Endurance was the fastest to connect with me. And their rate was cheaper than everyone else with the best coverage. I would prefer one that covered my car's electronics, but Endurance didn't cover those. But I thought that's fine. I can get that fixed myself. Their reps have been very nice and easy to deal with. I'd recommend my friends to get it.

I just got my Endurance insurance about a month ago. The rep that I talked to was very good. First of all, I checked the ratings with ConsumerAffairs and they were rated number 1. When I thought it was too high, he told me about ways that I could do it differently. I think it was expensive but he said that I would just pay $150 for the first two years and then, the rest is free. I think they’re too high and if they can take-off two-three years, why can’t they do that in the beginning and cut the policy and bring the amount down.

The vehicle I bought about five months ago is in very good shape but it was over 100,000 miles. I wanted to get an auto warranty for it, so I researched and I found Endurance. They told me exactly what I needed to know. They told me what I was insured for, what was covered, what was not covered. Everything was fine. They're very accommodating, information-wise, they are right on track with what I looked up. But I had to cancel because I was stricken with throat cancer. I'm running into bills. My co-pays were huge. So $130 a month would have killed me.
Also, I'm going to have to sell my vehicle because of the overwhelming cost. I have a friend that will buy it from me. But Endurance had great people. I explained it to the gentleman and he was really nice about it. I said it was different circumstances. My wife sat down with me about a week ago and said, "We can't have this." And I said, "Well, I had 30 days." I didn't even know I was close to the 30 days. They're trying to keep me, of course. And then they also said, "You still have time if you want to do this in the future. You have a grace period".

We just bought a new used car. And after reading the reviews, we found that Endurance seemed to be the best choice online. Their specialist was good. They passed me along to a couple of different people, but they seemed to be knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also, I was able to set a payment easy. We just started about 30 days ago. We'll see if they can perform what I need them to. But I'd tell my friends to check them out. Do the research and they would find what I found, that Endurance seemed to be reputable and fair on the pricing. I would recommend them based on that.

A year ago, I bought my son a car. And when we were sitting at the dealership, I knew I wanted warranty immediately. So I was trying to hurry up and Google, doing match up between several of them and Endurance appeared to have the best coverage. Customer service was good too, so I bought it. But when we had to take the car in for some issues that we were under the impression were covered, they told us it was not covered. We took the car into the Chrysler dealership, and the dealership tried to file. They do all the work. They file the claim, they contact the warranty people, they do everything. But the dealership called us back and said that the warranty people says that's not covered. And these were things that we specifically asked for when we bought the warranty. So, there was a clear miscommunication as to what we bought and what we actually got. They need to improve their communications on what actually is covered. Put it all in the book.

I got Endurance this year and my rep, Alex, was really helpful and I had a good experience purchasing the warranty. It's pretty easy making payments too as I set up an autopay. But when I had a heating issue one time, I gave my warranty to a shop and Endurance said it was not covered. I called and the guy on the phone was helpful but I was upset that my claim was declined. Other than that, everything has been good including service and I've recommended Endurance. It was very easy to get extra coverage for my car and they were very helpful to guide me through how the service works.

I went on the open market searching for an extended warranty since I always have one on my cars. I also felt that the dealerships tended to ask for a little too much. Endurance had a pretty good rating and when I was still walking as to what car I was going to get, the people there were very helpful with answering my questions for people who didn’t know whether or not I was actually going to purchase a specific car or not. I was down to one or two cars. I talked to somebody on the phone before I purchased a car and he gave me some insight and ideas. Once I purchased the car, I had to wait for the paperwork in order to actually purchase the extended warranty, then I called back and they hooked me up. I then paid it all upfront.

I bought a vehicle that was from 2008. It was low mileage, but the factory warranty ran out. Since I needed a new one, I decided to get one through Endurance. Their sales rep was nice and helpful. She gave what she thought was a discount, but she probably gave it to everybody. But when I intended to file a claim, they didn’t cover it. So the only one time I needed it, it hadn’t really come in handy.
I filed the claim because the cruise control wasn’t working, and it had something to do with the brake sensors, but that wasn’t covered. And the rear wheels definitely have backing plate. Those needed to be replaced, but Endurance wouldn’t cover that either. And in the steering, it had a suspension part that needed to be replaced, and it didn’t cover that either. They should cover more stuff and their plans could be a little cheaper. It was a little pricey in my opinion. But the financing option they gave was pretty neat. You don’t have to pay any interest. You can pay a little bit per month till you pay for the plan. Not a lot of people do that, to my knowledge. So, that was pretty nice.

I initially purchased my warranty through the dealership and I explained to the Endurance rep what they had charged for the warranty and we were comparing what benefit Endurance had versus what the dealership had. He beat the price of dealership significantly and I was happy with all that. I set my payment online through my credit card. The only issue was that when I initially spoke with the associate, they were supposed to have it auto-billed directly to the credit card that I paid with. But I found out it wasn't set up. Two months went by and my payment wasn't posted. And then I got a notification saying that I was two months behind. But I got it all situated and I got it all caught up. Other than that, it was simple to set it up. Overall, it's been a cool experience.

Endurance gave me a better deal in terms of the coverage and in terms of the way a lot of these settlements were going to happen. Their offer was a lot better than their competitors and the price was on par as well. It also sounded as if they were going to be dealing directly with the vendors rather than me being counted to pay for it upfront then getting refunded. That made a difference. Their reps weren't pushy to have me get the insurance with them. They laid out all the facts and were quite professional. They gave me all the information that I needed then let me make the decision.

We’ve always purchased extended warranties whenever we’ve bought used vehicles, but the one offered by the dealership, according to the internet and the Better Business Bureau type of organizations, was poor to say the least. But so far, our experience with Endurance has been good. We just kept up with the schedule of maintenance with them. We need to keep up with it to keep the warranty good. The car has been running like it’s supposed to be running from the dealership so, so far, so good. With the customer service and initial signing up, Endurance is very good. The reps were very personable, very friendly, and the process to get signed up was very clear and it’s all one company which makes it nice. There’s not a third party dealing with us. They control the billing. That makes a big difference. I would highly recommend them for anybody that’s looking for an auto extended warranty for a used car.

Originally, I was interested in trying to get some additional coverage because the dealer that I was looking to purchase the car from, they didn’t offer any type of warranty or anything for it. Working with the Endurance specialist was not the best experience. And I’ve actually spoken with them twice about this. Basically, long story short, the young lady sold me on the warranty and I hadn’t even secured the vehicle. I was just going out there to look at it and I didn’t even wind up getting that particular vehicle. But I had to wind up calling in a week later, after it had already posted through my account. So I didn’t really enjoy the experience.
The rep was pleasant, initially. She’d kind of up-sold me on getting two years for free, but the thing is I wasn’t able to secure financing for the particular vehicle. So it was a waste and I specifically remember that I spoke with her on Monday and she told me I can call her back Wednesday if things didn’t work out and that she would have it in a pending sort of deal to where it won’t hit my account. But Tuesday it had already gone through.
They need to be upfront to let people know that their option is available for the two-three years. If you’re going to put in a pending status, then do that for the people because they’re really looking to be able to investigate those vehicle thoroughly before actually locking in something and having the amount to their account. But they reversed the charge and I was happy about that. I am happy that they fixed it but I would have preferred not to have the experience to begin with. I wish she would’ve just lived up to her word that she was telling me that she was going to do.

When I bought my 2013 Toyota from CarMax, they suggested Endurance to me, but I didn’t jump on it when they suggested it. I should’ve but I didn’t. And then after that, I got a few calls and I think a few emails from them. And I still wasn’t sure if I really want to do it or not. But a friend of mine talked me into it. He suggested it. He said, “Look, you’re riding around on borrowed time. And it is a matter of time, something’s going to happen to the vehicle.” So, I went on and called them back.
My experience with the rep went well. She was joking with me and said, “You should’ve done this earlier.” But I knew that. She was very knowledgeable, knew what she was talking about, and didn’t have any problems. Payment was very easy. I could either pay online or just send it in. But I’d usually do everything online. Although when I got the letter to open up my account, I couldn’t get my account opened so I called them. I was missing a digit and I just didn’t see what it is. So, they helped me, walked me through it very quick, I got my account opened up and we’re good. So far, it’s been great. I just wish that I had not put it off and I could have got it. But other than that, I haven’t had any issues with them at all. I recommend them.

I'm an old guy and my car is a 2014. It's got all these new stuff on it that I don’t know nothing about, so how do I fix it if it breaks. I can't work on these new cars, so I decided to get an auto warranty for my car. I actually had another one through the dealership where I bought the keypad, but they pissed me off, so I took the alarm off and then I looked for different people to get a warranty from. I've had one on the last car I had. I don’t use them much, but a lot of things can happen in these newer cars. So I got the warranty more of as a precautionary measure in case I have to use them.
I know it's expensive. There's nothing wrong with the car and I don’t even drive them that much. I got another couple of trucks, but I don’t use them much either. I'm retired. All I do is fool around and go hunting and fishing and stuff while I can. I don’t need any trouble with the vehicle so I buy the warranty because I don’t want any trouble. I understand that Endurance has got good reputation. So I had my wife look it up online. Although I was thinking about going to another dealer and getting one from a jeep dealer because I bought that jeep from a GMC dealer.
But the reps at Endurance got me the warranty I needed to have. I don’t drive my vehicle a lot, but I usually put less than 6,000 miles a year on it, so what I needed was one that would be around awhile, probably be around longer than what I am going to be. The warranty's working all right and I can pay for it if I wanted to. The reps were upright with me and they got me what I needed, about the same kind of money it will cost me, but I don’t have to pay that. It was a good experience. It didn’t take a lot of time and they answered all my questions.

I did my homework and based on what was written about these auto warranty providers' ratings on ConsumerAffairs, I gave them an opportunity to prove themselves to be superior than the other companies that I dealt with extended warranties. Others have not lived up to what they promised and Endurance has a better reputation and their contract is clearly spelled out. I had to pay more than the actual amount at first like a down payment, but when you're paying a car note in that it can put a little strain on the budget. Endurance seems to be accepted in the industry. I called the guys who would normally take care of my car and they had no problem with them. One of the main things I liked about Endurance is that even though they have a deductible, there is no percentage that I have to pick up on any repair. A lot of the other ones had a small deductible but then if you had your air conditioning to be replaced they may only pay 80% and you’d still be stuck with 20%. And when I was on the computer, I asked for the top 10 rated warranty companies and it came out with a list and after looking at the pros and cons, I thought Endurance was the one for me. When I buy a car, usually, I’ll only keep it for the length of the original warranty, and then I get a new one. But I really like my vehicle, and my wife and I decided that we would keep this brand until it is no longer appropriate for our family to have a van. And so, it was a good idea to protect it. I had already researched the majority of everything online. And it’s not nice to pick the one that is somebody’s sales, but the Endurance Auto representative did a good job. He was a really nice guy and definitely knowledgeable about the product. If he had said anything that contradicted what I had read, I would have been concerned.
The Endurance warranty seemed like a pretty nice deal. I liked some of the security that comes along with it. In addition to everything else, they have the emergency red flag service. And then, depending on where you are, if you’re away from home and your vehicle breaks down, and you have to stay while it’s being serviced, they'd compensate you. The rental would replace your vehicle while you’re waiting for it to be repaired. And it would be compensated as well. If you have a failure or an inconvenience that your vehicle has caused, they kind of soften the blow for it. And it was what I was really interested in. I have a wife and two kids, and if I’m especially not home and they’re doing something, I like to leave the house confident that they’re going to be fine and they’re going to be taken care of.

Endurance is head and shoulders above all the other people that started calling me, didn't identify the name of their company and I had to pull it out of them. They have been very good, and I like them. I just got started with them and they were better than somebody else who hang up on me when I mentioned that I still had a 100,000-mile warranty and I got 87,000 miles on the car. I have a Ford Flex and it's been phenomenal. But I wanted it to be protected in case the engine or the transmission goes out.
Endurance's specialist was very easy to work with. And then, I also talked to another person who was very straightforward. They went overboard in a good way. The Ford has a sync system, which is a joint venture between Microsoft and Ford, and if the motherboard goes bad, it's $1500. So, they researched that while I was on the phone and got back to me and told me that it is covered because it all works with the engine, which is covered. The warranty is very complete. One thing I had a problem with was I purchased the warranty on a Monday. And then, the next week, I called them and asked why I haven't gotten any paperwork. But they were able to set it right and the day after, I got everything I needed.

I wanted some peace of mind with a used car, so I looked on the internet and Endurance Auto was number one on a lot of different lists as far as extended warranties. My wife had to contact their customer service when she had a question about how a payment was applied. She wanted to make sure that the payment was put on the beginning of the month and not at the end. Because of the way that it was going to the line, it made her believe that she still owed money at the end of the next month but she paid a few months ahead. And she was satisfied with the answer that they gave her.

I saw a commercial on TV for Coco but when I looked into them, they were a brokerage, so I did some more looking on the internet and came across Endurance and then gave them a call. Endurance would cover what I needed and they are not a brokerage. And they would be directly working with the mechanic I choose. They had a good reputation, too. Their rep was very helpful. He thoroughly explained exactly what's being covered, and we discussed the different packages they have and what I would want to cover. I have to wait for 1000 miles before I can claim anything, but everything is good and I already recommended them.

I got a note in the mail from people selling auto warrant after the initial warranty runs out. I started looking at that one and others. But that one was not very highly rated and Endurance was. Their various reviews online were very good. We build up miles very slowly because we don't drive much and we're out of the country half a year. And so, chances are we're less likely to need it than most people. Endurance is the only one that offered seven years or 100000 miles. Everybody else cut it off at five years and so, those extra two years made a part in our decision.
The guy I talked to on the phone was very good and straightforward. He gave good information without a bunch of hype. I was well disposed towards him. Then I got an unsolicited call because I also made an email inquiry. When he saw that I was heading to somebody else, he said, "Well, we were offering you some great discounts. I can't understand why you don't just go ahead and sign on." It was a high-pressure approach and I nearly cut off the relationship with Endurance completely as a result of that unsolicited call. I called the initial fellow back and he apologized for what happened. After I looked at all the other alternatives, the one that made the more sense for me was what Endurance was offering. They offer a good product and competitive price and it's worth the consideration.

Unfortunately had to cancel the policy with Endurance, they did not cover any of the repairs recommended by a certified Cadillac dealer arguing the parts and services were not included in the policy. So I paid all this time for a coverage that I never had. Follow my advice. Avoid this company, I recommend to purchase the extended warranty offered by your dealer or by the manufacturer. Endurance makes money by taking it from you and not covering any repair at all.

The shop described the problem and Endurance informed them that the broken engine mounts were not covered because "items which fail due to normal wear and tear are not covered". I wound up paying over $1100 out of pocket for the repair. I fail to see how broken engine mounts could possibly be considered "normal wear and tear".

When I purchased my car from a dealership last year, I got a lot of phone calls and a lot of letters from some companies for an extended warranty. I went online and looked at the best reviews and Endurance has gold medal reviews. They have reasonable prices and the guy I spoke with was very helpful. I live between Nashville, Tennessee and Daytona, Florida, and he said as long as my address is still in Nashville, he can put me on the Tennessee address which saves me some money. He was really patient with all my questions, too.
I'm not able to use my service yet, but from what they said, after two months, I can use it and I don’t have to call them. I can go to any certified mechanic and just show them the card. And the only thing I have to pay them out of pocket is $100 and everything else will be taken care of. They even said I can get a rental car during the repair. Making payments is not really hard. The only issue I had was when I put the down payment and we agreed about the payment, it was supposed to be $102 a month and then they charged me $139 last month. When I called them, they said they can split it for a longer period and they went ahead and did it, and it wasn't an issue at all. Everything was like they said. They’re very thankful, they listen to you and they try to find you the best solutions. I'm really happy with them.

Most of Endurance's representatives were able to answer my questions. I initially spoke with a representative who gave some rundown on the warranty. And then I had to speak to another one who gave me the most information about the policy as far as how much it was going to cost and what is covered and what isn't. It was kind of vague and I really need a list of what was covered and what's not.
Making the payments was pretty easy, and I got a printed form of the plan that I got. But I would also like to know what other coverage options they had available for my vehicle if there was more than what I was told about. They told me that I was only able to get a starter plan for the vehicle that I have, but after getting it, they told me that I would be able to get another plan. And then they ended up changing it to where it was a different plan. The first one that I was told was a really good plan and the second one was mediocre.

7 months ago I purchased a 2010 BMW 535i xDrive. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a vibration in the front end of the car, took a look and realize that the right front CV axle was going bad. I called Endurance and inquired of how to process a claim for the repair of my vehicle. I spoke with a claims rep who told me that all I needed to do was take the vehicle to a licensed repair facility and give that repair facility a copy of my warranty and tell them to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and call Endurance for coverage. I did this and dropped my car off at the repair facility along with a copy of my warranty and instructions to contact Endurance.
The repair facility called me several hours later and told me that the front CV axle was shot and needed replaced and the motor mounts were also dry-rotted and needed to be replaced. The shop supervisor stated that he contacted Endurance and Endurance said that there were issues with the mileage recorded for the vehicle and to have me call them.
I contacted a customer service rep at Endurance and the rep told me that there was a discrepancy of 200 miles from when I purchased the car to when I first had its oil changed. That since it was such a small discrepancy and I had the oil change done ahead of scheduled maintenance that they were going to let that little mistake slide. I asked him did that mean that they were going to honor the claim on the vehicle and the rep stated NO. I asked him why they would not cover the claim on the axle or the motor mounts and the rep stated that per my policy page 2, under definitions the very first definition given which defines the term "breakdown" states that any part that fails due to average wear and tear or end of life service would not be covered.
I asked him then what would be covered because I knew there was a clause in the contract that stated Endurance would not cover a part if it was found to have been misused or abused. The rep told me that according to my Endurance contract they would cover a part that had failed due to improper installation or poor craftsmanship. I don't see how that's possible. If a part fails due to poor craftsmanship then Endurance can say the part failed due to poor craftsmanship therefore it is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the failed part to replace the part. And if the part fails due to improper installation Endurance can very well say the person or service facility that installed the part is responsible for its failure since it was installed improperly.
So to recap my Endurance Warranty, the Select Premiere 60-1000, is good for nothing. They will not cover a failed part due to proper wear and tear. They will not cover a failed part due to abuse and misuse. They will cover a part due to poor craftsmanship. They will cover a part due to improper installation. They will not cover any seals or gaskets due to end-of-life failure. That is they will not cover any seals or gaskets that fail due to average use. They will cover gaskets and seals that have failed due to improper installation or poor manufacturing quality. Tell me where this makes any sense to anyone please? It does not. When I called and found this out I immediately cancelled my warranty. I had paid in on my warranty approximately $900. I was refunded $411. And they graciously waived their cancellation fee.
I never had a chance to use this warranty. After speaking with the representative from Endurance I went to the Better Businesses Bureau website where Endurance Warranties is a Better Business Bureau A+ accredited company. That is laughable at best. I attempted to run through their gambit of so-called process to leave negative feedback for Endurance Warranties. I do not know if I was successful. I've been contacted the service center to tell them that I had cancelled my warranty and inquired about the repair cost out of pocket. The cost of repairs were 900 plus dollars. Explain to the repair facility that I could not afford the repairs at this time and I'd like to come and pick up my car. The cost for me to pick up the vehicle was 600 and some odd dollars. I did have an oil change at the tune of $111 and some change. I did have the number six spark plug replaced at the tune of $56 and some change.
The rest of the bill owed was for diagnostics which Endurance demanded the shop perform. This company is owned and operated by SCAM ARTISTS. The companies that represent them as being an a plus business is no better than they are. I feel sorry for the folks that have left positive feedback for this company just based on their initial experience with the company. I feel sorry for these folks when they go to place a claim on their vehicle. Stay away from these SCAM ARTISTS. Do not do business with them. They are not trustworthy and they are not here to help you in any way with your vehicle and its repair. The only thing they are here to do is take your money. Please feel free to go on to their website and look at the Select Premiere 60/1000 warranty and look at page to the top of the page under definitions.
Breakdown refers to the breakdown of a defective part or faulty workmanship as supplied by the manufacturer or dealer, but does not include gradual reduction in operating performance due to wear or tear or damage resulting from BREAKDOWN of non-covered parts. What you just read in regards to breakdown definition is verbatim from their warranty. I did not make this up. Again buyer beware!

Was blatantly lied to by a salesperson about the waiting period. Both the salesperson and I had worked at the same company - he in the past and me currently. This company allows us to have a company car to take home from work. I bought the policy for my personal vehicle so I didn't have to worry about it for vacation or unexpected travels that I cannot use company car for. On average, I drive my personal vehicle about 100-500 miles per month. Something the salesperson was WELL AWARE OF. I wait through the grace period - the only part of it I was told about (30 days) - and hop in my car to visit my brother's house about 50 miles out. My car is much nicer than the company car and much faster, which is why I still own it. Come to feeling a vibration on the drive so I bring it to the shop the next day for what I was assuming to be just a balance and alignment.
Come to find my engine mounts are bad, need new rear sway bar end links, new strut mounts, and more. Get the bill which is about $2100. But hey, I bought the warranty, right? Wrong. After talking to customer service I come to find that the fine print is 30 days AND 1000 miles, something that would take me more than 30 days to achieve. Since I thought I had the confidence of the warranty behind me, I told them to start repairs on it even if it wasn't covered because it all should have been since I bought the supreme coverage - the highest level.
Well, the claim is denied completely due to the fact I didn't hit 1000 miles - something I was not aware of from the salesperson at all. Now I'm footing the bill which costs almost as much as the policy I bought because this salesperson told me false information. To be honest, I'm sure this is a rare occurrence, as the company is rated highly, but I need everyone to know that this stuff does happen and I will never bring my business, or suggest people bring their business to Endurance. I cancelled my policy and will make all Endurance customers I speak to aware of the issues I had with them, as I work at a major rental car company that services Endurance Warranties. This is just bad business overall and I will make sure that I make everyone aware as possible of their lack of checks and balances between their salespeople, policy/service contract writers, and management.

When I was trying to get a quote, it took the guy 20 minutes to get me one, especially after trying to ask him that I was looking for the quote and he just went in with details of the plan which I've already looked at online so it was a waste of time. But they had two other people call me and then the last person wasn't so much of trying to sell it to me as in as much a negotiating a price which is what I was looking for.
But when we did the payment over the phone, it's pretty easy. But I'd be more comfortable being able to do it online. So that's some room for improvement especially nowadays in 2017, seemed rather complicated to try to even get extended warranty because everything was done over the phone which was not as quick as a process I want and not as seamless of a process that I wanted, but it ended up working out.

From the research I did, Endurance had better customer experience and satisfaction rating. Talking with their rep, I already knew about the company and what was going to be offered. It went pretty quickly from there. I just got set up and I’ll start reviewing the documentation once I get it. If I want to keep it, I will and if not, I can cancel.
Their rep was a little vague in explaining everything thoroughly though thus once I get the documentation and read through it, I'll call back if I have any questions. I just called about getting clarification on an oil change that could occur in the timeframe. Also, a lot of people call and inquire about getting Endurance's services but they don’t necessarily say they want to do it. But the reps throw in the whole the sales pressure saying, “If you don’t get it now, the price could be increased when you call back” which is not really needed.

But when I checked in with the Kia dealer, he said we had a factory warranty left that’s why I decided not to go through with Endurance. I called Endurance and I told them I wanted to cancel. My daughter took my car to the Cadillac people where I bought it to have my air-conditioning checked and was told that my warranty expired in September. They couldn't recommend anybody for the warranty so my daughter looked up Endurance on the internet. When I called the company, everybody was nice and professional.
There was a man I talked to who I liked. After I talked with him, I gave him the information that he asked me about my mileage and all that stuff. He was a very professional and patient young man. He called me back a couple of times then he had me talk to a young lady. And when I actually checked the mileage of my car and found that I did not have a 100 miles on it, they backed off a few dollars. It went very smoothly and I gave them $159 upfront. I got my first package but I was told they'd be sending me another one with the amount being a few dollars less because I didn’t have much mileage as I thought.
Other than that, I was very pleased with the process. There was nothing crazy and only what seemed to be important. Right now, I have a three month wait period which is fine. I don’t foresee anything wrong with my car and I don’t do any long distance driving. I just want to hold on to it until I paid for it, keep it for a couple of years then I'm going to get a new one.

The vehicle we just bought had 99,000 miles and I knew buying it before I hit 100,000 would most likely do less. So I called up a couple of warranty companies and went with Endurance. They were in the top service and they probably bill a little less price. I told the salesperson that the first plan he threw at me, I didn’t want to spend that much on and he found me a different one. But he couldn't answer what was going to be covered and told me to call Endurance. I know a lot of the Nissan when you start the car up in the morning, it smokes. And I asked if that was covered, but the sales guy didn't know. But he was the one selling the warranty and he should have known.
Another thing was the sales guy said I could get my money refunded in about 30 days if I didn't like the warranty. I told him that the service he sold me was 60 days. I have to wait to bring it in on to 1,000 miles on the car I bought. What then was the point of the 30 days because I obviously couldn’t find anything out until after 60 days.

One thing, however, was the rep was not transparent and should have explained the options that I had as the end-user. They initially rejected the claim twice, saying "I made the problem worse by driving the car," which the mechanic said was not the case. It took multiple calls and escalations to get the matter resolved. They also state that you can cancel the policy at any time. That is true, but they charge you a $50 fee to do it and then deduct any claims you've made from the refund. That means if you cancel, it's free money for them... Normally, I trade vehicles every two years but I've had the car for a little while now and I really like it. I only have 26,000 miles on it and if I'm going to keep it, the repairs on it would be rather expensive. It's not that those costs bother me, but the way I look at all insurance is for a fixed amount of cost and a $200 deductible, that limits my out of pocket expenses.

I've had the warranty since the mid of October for the peace of mind knowing that I have something to cover me if something happened to my pre-owned car. But when my O2 sensor went out and the mechanic that was looking at the car called Endurance, they won't cover it. That was kind of strange to me and my experience was really not so good.

Thinking I was fine and would be covered by the warranty company, I was sadly mistaken. They had me tear down my engine and which is 1700 bucks and sent out a technician and said my number two rod bearing spun out and it came from normal wear and tear and they would not be covering it. So I am stuck paying 1700 dollars and they offered to cancel my account and redound my money. This is by far the worst business I have ever done business with and should be shut down. I've had the warranty close to a week now and my experience was overall simple and fast. I really appreciate the option to withdraw from the program if I ever want to and I’m not committed to the 24 months plan that I’m on. I used to have an auto warranty when I purchased my car. But it was with a different company, and it was through the Toyota dealership. And because I rarely utilized it, I cancelled the plan because I didn't really feel like I needed the services. But then, when things would come up, I started seeing it different. Like if my car blew out, and if I took it in, I didn't have to pay for anything. I thought it would be easier for me if I got back on having a car repair insurance. Just to help offset the cost. And looking and trying to research the company that I previously had, I stumbled across Endurance on the internet.
On my first attempt to give Endurance a call, I talked to an agent who was very thorough and knowledgeable in his job. He explained everything to me very well to the point where I felt confident that I wasn't dealing with a scam. Payment was very easy. Did a credit card payment right on over the phone. I had an overall great experience purchasing the policy and hopefully, as time goes on, I will find that it's beneficial for me to pay into having this policy versus doing what I did before. I'm just putting in a little over $100 a month, every month, for something that I'm not using. I have to have with me renter's insurance and auto insurance but do I have to have this?
I did have a concern with a special offer I had got on the phone which, if I had got off the phone call, thought about it or called back later, I felt pressured. If I didn't take it right then, I wouldn't get this discount. And even though I went through with it, because he reassured me that everything was fine, I just didn't have any other time to think about it. It was like, "Look, if you don't do it now, you call back, you don't get this discount. And then, you'll be paying a full price of coverage when you could have just paid the two-years and then you got two-years free. And you'll only be paying like $100 and some a month versus $300 to $400." But having the peace of mind that I do have the coverage, I've always been recommending Endurance.

But then the other guy told me no, I could only do monthly payments. And because I was busy, I just accepted what the second guy told me even though it wasn't what the first guy said. But I wasn't happy.
But I guess I have what I need, because I got email confirmation right away and then I got mail on what the policy is. I would probably recommend Endurance because I had talked to other company and two people got mad with me because I was asking them to tell me what it covers and what the price is. I told them I'm calling four companies and that I'll call them back. There was always the pressure of having to decide now or you don't get this prey.

So I’m kind of double dipping now until I get over 100,000. I want the warranty to start at 100,000 not 89. Now I have 90,000 on it but at the time I had 88,000. It’s like I put a lot of miles on my car. But Endurance sent me the paperwork. I haven’t really had a chance to go through it all, but it seems legit.
The rep who I talked to on the phone was very courteous. And it was very different from some other extended warranty services who have called me. Like the call I got on Sunday night around quarter after six, wherein the woman said that she was with the legal service and it was imperative that I talk to her about my 2014 Kia Optima. Almost like in a confrontational mode as opposed to selling me a service. When I told her that I had done Endurance she basically hanged up on me. They act as if there’s a high sense of urgency and Endurance didn’t do that when they called me. When I bought a new vehicle, I did not use the warranty that the dealer offered. I got on the Internet and did my own homework. To be honest, I think they probably all suck and screw everybody to a certain degree. They all cost a lot of money but I had to figure out which one I was going to let screw me. I based my decision on the rating from ConsumerAffairs. Then I talked to a guy on the phone and he was knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, he was kind of on autopilot doing his sales pitch. I even told him that he's been there for a long time and did nothing but feed me crap. But he chuckled and was a good sport about it. I asked him some questions and we talked for quite a while. So my experience with him was fine.
But one of the greatest disappointments is that you're not allowed to use it for 60 days, but I understand why. I get it but it kind of sucks. Because you buy a vehicle, you know it's used and things don't show up for a month. You don't really know. I'm an aircraft mechanic and nothing gets by me. But the truth is things do get by you. You can't know what is going to show up. So I don't know if they're going to be a disappointment or not.
I have an issue that I would like to have looked at right now. I would like to be able to take it over and have it addressed. But I can't, because I got to wait 60 days. So if I had to do it over again, I would find a different company just because of that. I understand the policy, but I'm stuck here. You don't want people going out here buying junk vehicle, buy a warranty and then immediately run it over and say, "Hey, I need to rebuild my car here." But then at the end of the day, I don't really know that it matters. The only thing that they are saving themselves from is having to address catastrophic failures because the owner of the vehicle is not going to be able to wait 60 days. They're going to have to use credit card or figure out some way to get it fixed because they need their transportation. That is the only thing they're really saving themselves from.
Issues like what I have going on I'm just going to have to wait and be irritated about it and wish I were with a company. Because in 60 days, I'm going to take the vehicle to the dealer. There's a bearing or something is out and we need to address it. They're not avoiding that, I'm not going to fix it because there's no danger, it's just annoying.

It could’ve been a little better possibly, but it had come down from the original price and it's within my budget. However, it was a little odd that they quickly lowered the price so much. It almost seemed like I would've gotten ripped off if I paid the full original asking price. They should have a standard price that’s a little more affordable. If the price is a little cheaper to begin with, more people would sign up for this thing. On the other hand, they explained my benefits fairly clearly. Payments have been fine, too. As a matter of fact, the payments are spread out 20 or 24 months, so they aren't that big of a deal. But if I have to do a claim if they're going to have issues, that's one cause for concern I had. And they promised me that there should be no issues if I do have a claim. Give or take, to some people, that's really important. But for me it's not as important 'cause I know anybody can have a website that does rankings on different car warranties. But they did know where they stand and they also highlighted that they're highly rated with the Better Business Bureau.
When I was doing a little research, there were certain states where they cannot offer their services because of the laws. They didn't necessarily go into full detail on what's covered but they directed me to the website where I could find that information. They highlighted and outlined the contract where they say things are covered and they also did a really thorough job of explaining the difference between a covered and non-covered plan. So they have some exception plans and they did a good job of explaining the difference with that. I think they're good and thorough in what they offer and explain.

I had an excellent experience with the Endurance rep when I bought my warranty from them. I needed the extended warranty because I've done some repairs to my 14-year-old Audi and it cost me a wee bit of money. The day I called in, I wanted to see the pros and cons of the warranty but the rep already set me up to be a customer. I told her I don't have the money today. I have to call back the following week. But the rep said she can set it up now. I still have to base if I wanted it to come out of my account, and it's good that she made sure that happens and that's what happened. It's not very often you find an online consumer vehicle warranty place that you talk to a lady and she appears to be knowledgeable about cars. Usually it's a man's thing. She knew what she was doing and it was amazing.

I started a draft set up with Endurance. The warranty on my car was going to expire and I wanted to have a service contract to make up for the difference that I was losing. Endurance had the best ratings online and I had no problems purchasing the warranty.

I had Endurance Auto on my previous car and they were good, so when I bought another car, I told them I'd get another policy. Their price was very reasonable and the services that they guaranteed were surpassed with other companies who were trying to give me for my vehicle, so I was comfortable knowing that they were going to cover anything if something happens to my vehicle. The specialist I worked with was very nice and helpful, and he broke down everything to me. He made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to get a warranty like some people do. Making the payments was very easy, too.

I like to have a warranty on everything as a precaution, and it was worth having my Endurance Auto warranty. They were one of the top ranking places online. Their representative was helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a fine experience.

My car is getting up there in miles. I hadn't had any problems but I wanted to have the reassurance that if there's a problem I'll be able to take care of it. Before Endurance, I was with Royal. I didn't really do a lot of research into it, but when I looked them up, Royal turned out to be horrible and on my calls with dealerships, they said that Royal doesn't pay out. When I Googled Endurance, they kept coming up as the best for the auto protection, so I made my decision to switch. It's been a good experience, they explained everything, brought everything down for me and made sure I don't have any questions before I purchase the plan.

I spoke to a couple of different warranty companies, and Endurance Auto had all the right answers. I bought a used car and didn’t find out until after the deal was done that it was a rental. The two people from Endurance whom I spoke with were great. Making the payments was fine. It was a 24-month payment plan where other companies only offered 18. And it’s nice to have a couple of bucks left over at the end of the month. With Endurance, there was no dancing around, and everything they told me was verified with paperwork.

My daughter moved to Montana and because I'm not with her, I can't have the car fixed myself. So I decided to get a warranty for the car. I was contacting AAA, but it isn't what I wanted. Then I Googled Endurance. It said it was top, so I decided to sign up with them and we've had them for a month now. Nothing's wrong with the car now, but with the warranty, my daughter can handle having it fixed if needed.

It’s a whole lot easier to pay with a warranty over time than to shell out a $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000, depending on what goes wrong with the vehicle. And since my automobile was starting to get up in mileage, and I wanted to make sure that I was covered instead of doing it out of my own pocket, I thought about getting a warranty. So I started looking for a warranty online. I was looking for things from Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs to see what kind of ratings they got. And Endurance turned out to be the highest of any of the other warranty companies. And after I contacted them, they got back within an hour and explained about this stuff to me. I told them that I was going to take probably 24 or 48 hours to make a decision and they were okay with that. They let me think about it, to do what I had, do more research on the internet. I called them back 48 hours later and we got everything in place.
The rep that I talked to has been thorough. He answered any questions that I had in complete fashion and I got what I wanted. Payments have been easy, too. The only thing is when I had asked the person on the phone if I could schedule a payment on a specific day, I got a literature in the mail and it ended up that the payment was set earlier than I had anticipated. But I did call them, and they told me that they would take the automatic withdrawal off the books and I could pay it on the date that I wanted, call them back and get them to change it up after 30 days. As long as everything would go according to plan, it wasn’t a big deal. Before filing a claim, there’s a 60-day waiting period. They want to make sure that the car’s not broken and I can’t blame them. It's for business purposes.

When I was away on a military mission, I had a general discussion with somebody who bought almost the same car as I did. We talked about how certain manufacturers have common issues. And one of the common issues from our 2008 TrailBlazer Super Sport was the electrical, the turn signal on the light mirror. Sometimes the pistons go bad or a lot of times the right, you don't hear the knocking that comes up the oil pan. I thought my car was still under warranty and an older gentleman urged me to get a warranty. And I'm worried about how much the warranty costs 'cause at the dealership, they were trying to charge me $300 down payment and $200 a month. But with a new car, I shouldn't have any problems.
So after some time and consideration, I thought I should get a warranty just in case anything happens. But the most I have wrong with the car was the headlight kept going out. So once I did my research and got a couple of recommendations, I decided to just pay for the extended warranty just in case anything does happen to my car. There were two or three people in my unit who actually have Endurance and they recommended it to me, 'cause they say Endurance's price is more efficient and that they work fast if something does happen. I was also told about the military discount.
Because I wasn't with my car, I wasn't sure about my car's mileage so I gave the customer service a rough estimate, but I had to call back and give them my actual mileage, and then it went pretty smooth. The rep I talked to was friendly. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She gave me accurate recommendations, explained what each pages consist of and also gave me a professional recommendation based off the amount of mileage that I had on my vehicle. I definitely would recommend Endurance to other individuals who are looking for extended warranties, because the warranty most people are offered for used vehicles, either they don't cover enough or they cover too much but they are too expensive, but I thought that Endurance has an efficient pricing and coverage and my experience with them has been professional and convenient.

With cars are now, you almost have several warranty. Back when I was younger we can work on the car, but now we can't work on it anymore. So when my warranty had run out on the dealership, I researched everything and I contacted several auto warranty companies. I found that Endurance was number one on the list and since they offered me the best warranty, I decided to go with them. I had an excellent experience with my rep. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I really enjoyed talking to her and I enjoyed signing up with Endurance.

I did some good reading and Endurance was said to be the best warranty. But I talked to a couple other agencies before them. One other warranty offered me the simple ones and this and that. I really didn't like that they were trying to force my hand and pressure me to do something. Endurance, on the other hand, told me what they were able to do and explained everything to me. They gave me a couple of days but I thought about it and I did it with them the same day. My car really doesn't require a lot of work but Endurance is just safe to have because of the car I have. The only thing is I was quoted a price that I was okay with but when I got my bill, it was a totally different price. Other than that, I would recommend Endurance to anybody. I'm hoping they'd give me a kickback at the end of the year though. And if I don't use them in five years, I hope they offer me some of my money back.
