Endurance Auto Warranty is the best in the country. But the first time around, it cost $3,100 and the rep said he put my military discount stuff in there. So, I called back and told them I wanted to cancel because $3,100 is too much insurance. The first guy didn’t put in the discount, but the second person did and he apologized and he put more discounts. The first encounter was upsetting, but the next representative's customer service was really good.

My wife just purchased a Mercedes and it’s expensive to maintain. We’re trying to prepare ourselves in case something happened and we wouldn't have to come to a lot of out of pocket expenses. I went online and I started researching different companies and I saw some ad and it said that Endurance was selected number one by Forbes Magazine so I decided to give them a call. The vehicle protection specialist was knowledgeable and he explained everything to me, answered all my questions and made it pretty painless. Making payments was very easy too. You have to put down a certain percentage in it. It’s normally a 24-month payment plan and that’s pretty standard and doable.

Their customer service sent me a booklet that had everything and it explained in great details. The last company that I had a warranty with, I had some issues with them. The deductible was a lot higher than Endurance Warranty. Every time something happened, they will always go to the dealership and approve the least expensive thing. On the other hand, the thing I like about Endurance is that is they’re reasonable and they’re straightforward.

Endurance offered something that was economically feasible and it covered what I had from my original warranty. They were very professional and I didn’t have any problem with them trying to force me to buy something that I really didn’t want. Everything was also self-explanatory online. I've had the warranty for two months and I have my payments set up where I mail my payments in myself. I prefer that versus auto pay. Everything is fine so far and I would recommend Endurance. As a matter of fact, one of my coworkers might be looking into going with them. I mentioned to her a month ago that I had an extended warranty and she was looking for one as well so I gave her Endurance's information.

I like Endurance Auto's pricing, terms, and their personable people. My dealer warranty was about to run out and when I shopped around, I thought Endurance Auto had a good price. And they quoted me something on the phone. However, the next rep said it was not the way it should have been quoted but they'd honor it. So, that was good. The rep was very helpful and patient, answered a lot of my questions, and he was a nice guy. I'd suggest my friends to look into Endurance Auto as well.

Inspector then provided oral report which was of no value until Endurance received a written report. Now going on 72 hrs and I have yet to be provided with a response. I've called on three separate occasions only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I guess company has been unable to keep up with demand.

I’m retired and I got a nice car and I want to keep it for as long as I can. And I figured eventually, I’m going to need some more insurance or warranty in it. According to Better Business Bureau, Endurance was one of the number one rated so I went with them. I had a good experience with their vehicle protection specialist because I when I purchased it, I had to set up my payment to come out when I get paid and everything worked out fine.

The only problem I had is when I first made my arrangement to get the plan, they told me they were going to send me some information down on it and I never got it. So they took the money out of my account without me getting any type of information about what I’ve signed up for. I did receive it until on the 10th, so it was a long time of getting it. I got a card and contract so that’s fine. There’s so many scams out there that you really don’t know once you get them. I’m purchasing this on phone and online so hopefully everything would work out. I got a good policy. If it’s true to what it said, I got 199,000 miles and set up to six years. I pay for it in two years. So that works for me.

Also, I did have one problem during my initial call. I went to somebody, and he just transferred me without saying who he was transferring me to. I thought that was rude. If you’re going to transfer someone to another department, at least tell him. But other than that, the young lady that I spoke to was courteous and respectable and told me that she had sent me another package. She sees that I had called.

Overall, they were very knowledgeable and informative. Today’s nature of buying things online or by phone is that you have to be careful these days. I researched Endurance out and from what I’ve read, I read the good and the bad. There were all good reviews with good rates. The only problem is the shipping of the letter of charge. It shouldn’t take that long to get it once somebody purchased. They should send an electronic copy so the customer can have something on hand. When I didn't get it, that created an apprehension.

Unfortunately, after having this policy on 3 cars and starting to have it on a 4th, I have found the truth. This policy is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. If you have this policy, like I do, on an older car, check it out carefully. They do not have a liability limit of 12,500.00 like I was told each time I purchased one of the policies, the limit is actually the "cash value" of your car as determined by the trade in value. So think of this... If you bought a used car like I did that was 10 years old and had 100,000 miles on it, the policy cost about $2900.00. I was willing to pay this because I figured if the transmission went out or the motor gave out, I would be okay.

However, they will only pay a total, throughout the term of the policy of 1800.00 which is the trade in value of my car. Today, when we were buying a policy on another used car, I was blatantly lied to and told that the limit regarding the trade in value was on a per incident basis and that I was still covered up to 12, 500.00. When I got home, I read my contract much more carefully and was shocked to find out that the policy I was paying 2900.00 for would only cover a maximum of about 1800.00 in repairs. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

And if something were to happen, it will have less impact on her as a single parent if she's maintaining the car. I did a little research online on warranty providers and Endurance came up as number 1 in a lot of categories so I purchased a warranty from them.

The guy who helped set up the policy, Brandon, was in-depth, knowledgeable of what he was selling, and gave me a lot of options and told me about some of the pitfalls of that as well. He kind of educated me a little bit on who owned the product and how they are sold. He was helpful in some of the decision making. We set up for the payment plan and chose one that was manageable for my daughter. The price was low and it was good overall. The only thing was somehow, the policy would never come in my e-mail. But, it eventually came in the mail.

He presented what he had to offer and not even once made any kind of threatening statements about how I might be making the wrong choice if I don't go with them. We also had more access through them than anybody else. But they gave me several lines to go through when all I wanted was sales. But they need to improve their waiting period. I have a 2005 Subaru Outback. So, I expect a lot of things to start breaking down. If you had to call and your car needs to be fixed, the waiting period should be a little shorter. Other than that, everything was good.

Our daughter turned 16 so we bought a used BMW for her. I wanted to get an older but a very solid car to make sure it would last. We decided to go with an extended warranty again because we've had such a great experience when we got one about three years ago. Similar kind of situation, but much younger than the BMW. My husband actually bought an extended warranty for the BMW at EchoPark the day we bought the car. But I'm kind of a research nut, so I went online and figured out that we paid about $800 more than we really needed to for that policy. So, I went in and canceled that. But a month later, we still don't have the $4,700 check for the refund.

I then went online, through the Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs, and tried to find the company that I felt the most positive about. I looked at five different companies that had extended warranties. I was really happy with what I read on the Better Business Bureau about Endurance. And their rep was so nice. She really worked with me on finding a policy that was $800 cheaper, but covered our car for an additional 15,000 miles. I called her six or seven times asking her a couple of questions. She was absolutely lovely and really answered everything completely, was able to talk me through the process, figure out whether we want a diamond, platinum, all their different levels. She was really wonderful. Endurance was a better policy than the one we had gone through EchoPark. So, I was really happy and our daughter's really safe.

We talked quite a bit about making a single payment, but we ended up paying it monthly on our credit card. In fact, when we bought the warranty from EchoPark, we paid it out fully. But we had a concern about what happens if she wrecks the car and then we paid for this extended warranty. And I know, just talking to the Endurance rep that we could get a rebate on the rest of it after that. But given this experience that we're having with EchoPark, my husband and I just decided that we pay Endurance monthly. It costs a few dollars more a month, but this is easier in case anything does happen to the car. I was impressed with the feedback that they had on a variety of different sites, and would encourage people to take out that little bit of extra insurance to feel better when buying a used car.

I thought that it would be good to have an auto warranty because it was one of those things that I think is usable. I thought it’s a good thing to have it as a safe net. Then I found commercials, media and such saying that Endurance is the provider to have. It’s the first one out of Google search, so you would figure it’s a good one. So I spoke with their rep. Midway through it, I told them there’s a lot of things I see that’s flawed where they have the upper hand regardless. I’m not going to be paying them money for nothing. So I never finalized.

I declined from Endurance and I walked away because I’ve seen a lot of the buyer beware with them. I’ve read and seen terms and agreements and there’s a lot of loopholes. One of the biggest loopholes in there is if they see a discrepancy when you purchase a car and when you have the oil changed or inspection done, if there’s even one mile, they void any warranty that you would have with them. Another thing is when there's a broken part, if something goes bad on the car, it has to be an original piece of the car. There’s a lot of legalities that they use as loopholes. That means walk away being with them.

For someone like me who study and read the terms and agreements, no one does that in today’s world. Everybody just clicked “I agree” and let’s go. They should make it a lot simpler for people to understand. There were things I didn’t understand that I had to look up. They used a lot of words and phrases a common person wouldn’t really understand, unless you are a legal specialist. It’s wrong because it’s like a bait-and-switch. It’s big on that and it sucks because now there are people who have honest money and they’re losing their money for no reason. That’s not the way to go. Endurance is like one step away from a scam.

I liked the discount for paying full upfront and the people seemed friendly. I felt like they were definitely trying to earn my business. They're whatever the opposite of pushy is because I did encounter that with another company where they’re basically trying to push me into something. They're willing to negotiate with the customer.

When I bought a car, the dealer tried to sell me a warranty and tried to charge some ridiculous amount. But I wanted to look into my own warranty company and I figured I could find something better and cheaper. When you look up best warranty companies, Endurance is rated number one, so I gave them a call. They gave me a decent quote so I signed, and we went back and forth. The salesman that sold me quote did great. But he needs to go on the detail on the coverage.

I looked up Endurance on Better Business Bureau, the whole nine yards. I also decided to look at the ton of reviews for them and I read a lot of good ones. But one thing I have noticed is that all the reviews only talk about how great customer service is. “It was great talking to so and so. They made me feel good. They definitely helped me out." But not one that I have seen states that, “This happened to my car. I took it to the mechanic. It got fixed. It was quick and easy.” I’ve read nothing like that.

But every bad review had a very good detail on why they were mad, and that really scared the living bejeebers out of me. Here I am, about to pay $100 a month on top of the car payment that I just got. I might not even get my car fixed if something ever happened, knock on wood. So, I called and I was going to cancel because I got freaked out. I ended up paying $133 down and then $105 a month. There's no way in hell that they’re going to screw me over the way they screwed these people over. I’ve read a ton of them bad reviews and they dip the numbers. But when I spoke to customer service, the rep talked me into staying with Endurance. They hire some great customer service people.

Endurance is easy to get. You call and get signed up, and make sure you go through warranty with them. But I have not received my package as far as my warranty bill or my cards. The last guy I spoke to said he was going to resend it but I still haven’t received it. So I’m not sure what’s going on with that. Luckily, they send a digital copy of the warranty through the email, so I had one over. I read through it, about what Endurance specifically covers. Because if there’s one thing I read in the reviews, you might really want to read what’s really covered. So I did that with the customer service guy. He did great at showing me what’s really covered. He made me feel a little more comfortable because he actually went through everything with me. He was straightforward.

He said, “Look, I’m not trying to screw you over here. A lot of those comments you have read, basically those people did not read what they’re covered and thinking that all those things they think we’re going to pay for, that’s just not something that we’re going to do. You got to really know what your warranty is going to cover." And that’s true. I think if Endurance actually does hold on their side of the deal if anything was to happen to my car, I’d go in there and get it fixed easily, I think it’s going to be great. Because for the price I’m paying right now, it’s a little high. Basically, I’m paying $560 for the car including the warranty. But that’s not including auto insurance. So things are a little high but I like to have myself covered. And I hope that everything ends well.

The Endurance rep was really good as far as keeping it simple. He was very cordial and very informative and that really sold me on it. He assured me of peace of mind. Because when you inquire with a service online, you don’t know if it’s legit. But he assured me that everything was on the up and up, and what he did tell me was the truth. He didn’t give me the used car salesman pitch.

But I inquired with others, too. I also got an estimate from CARCHEX over email, and CARCHEX’s estimate was a lot more simpler to work through than Endurance's. And I know this is a business but I did not like the haggling to try to get the price reasonable. I know they had to sell their product and get the most value for their product. But sometimes, people don’t have the time to keep going back and forth. Whatever the price of it is, it better be what it is. Let me decide if I want it or not.

But I’ve already recommended Endruance to a friend that purchased a vehicle like mine because his warranty went out. I told him that I felt good about the process and the price of the warranty. And it's a plus that it’s not a third party warranty company. The warranty that I bought was an extension of the factory warranty which added a lot of value to me. We exchanged some words, and he hung up in my face. I then called another number with Endurance (**) and requested to speak with a General Manager, he asked for the contract # and informed me I needed to called Premier Protective Service who was the carrier and not Endurance.

Now, I am surely confused about where my money has gone and who I am supposed to be dealing with. The transaction has gone from Endurance Warranty Service to Premier Protection Services. I had a rough experience at the end of last year and this year, and something major happened to my car with my other extended warranty. The compressor on my jeep has air suspension, and the other folks knew that but they didn’t sell me the right warranty and my compressor went. So, I had to pay $2,200 instead of $100 or $200 I would have had to pay on the parts.

I had never heard of Endurance before, but I searched on the internet asking for the top extended warranty companies because sometimes, you're just throwing your money away for extended warranties. They came highly recommended and that's what made me chat with them. When I went online, I filled out requesting a quote and I put the information about my car. Within five minutes, the phone rings. And I knew who it was and I was preparing myself for a used car salesperson. But the rep, Steve, was very personable. We talked about a couple things and it was almost as if we knew each other. He was easy to talk to and to ask questions. I told him that I just need to process this because I'm burnt out, I've been abused, so I need to make sure.

Steve took the time to know and he sent me an example of what I would get because I got the top-of-the-line warranty. I told them I wanted bumper to bumper. Not that I'm rich, but price is not an issue this way. I live in a place with no public transportation, so I need my car. Steve took the time to go line by line. Then we got to the point where he called out the part that would have been covered. He gave me the opportunity to get off the phone, look through and compare, and make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase, which was helpful. And I didn’t feel like I had to make the decision immediately without really doing some studies. Steve helped with just the way he presented himself.

One of the things I had read is that you don't get your warranty paperwork. Two weeks had gone by and I just reached out to him. He answered me right away and told me that I'll probably get it in another week or so, but I got it two days later, and so far, so good. I've got a bill and I have it set up now. But what I was surprised at is that they offered a warranty for seven years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. And that's hard to come by because the one I had was only three years and I'm only paying $10 more than I was on the plan that I had with the previous company. So, they're getting some kudos.

He told me I had to make a deposit or down payment on the plan because it's $4,200. So, I had to pay down $250.98 and then it would be $170 and change every month for 24 months. So, it's not like I would be paying for the whole plan, and then by the time I had finished paying, it's expired. The other two warranties I had, I just pay $100. He told me what my payments would be if I pay the $200, and that is better than $2,200. So, that is my deductible that I would have to pay if something happens to the car and I filed a claim. The payment was easy to set up. I put it on my credit card and they put me on the invoice plan. And when I got everything submitted over and see that it was the same, I went online and set up to have the payment taken off my credit card on the 20th of the month. So I don't have to write a check and I don’t want it coming out of my bank account.

The woman that Steve transferred me to in the verification team, when I asked her about the invoice piece, I think she might have forgotten about that because Endurance sent me a bill. She gladly set me up and I got the documentation some time in January. I have gotten something from them, three or four times in the last couple of weeks and it was all about my plan. And something that I commend Endurance on is, I know it's tough to be a salesperson, but I thank them because I never felt pressured that I have to get this warranty. A couple of my friends said that if they were in the market for an auto warranty, they would try Endurance. I would tell them to give it the opportunity. And I would probably end up giving them Steve. I would recommend someone to check it out and see what plan fits their needs.

I said, "Ok no problem I'll leave it here and I have a extended warranty that should cover most of the things on the engine." They said they will contact the warranty company.

After 2 days service department called me and said that the claim is declined due to my millage being incorrect. I said, "What do you mean." They said, "On Carfax it shows like your mileage was 1443** and now you are at 143006." I said, "No way. I purchased this car with 140**." So we called company that claimed it was milage 1443** and they said it was a mistyped millage. Someone typed it in wrong bla bla. Gave us a letter stating what millage was at time of service, we also sent the warranty company a oil change we did when we first purchased the vehicle and it showed 141**. Warranty was purchased at 141985, my car broke down at 143006 and they said then to me that we only drove the car for 21 miles after purchasing the warranty. My math is not best but we re-calculated and we drove 1021 miles.

So the Eric that I am talking to he said, "Ohhh I am sorry it is 1021 miles bla bla bla, ok lets see what we can do, oh we still are declining the policy sir, you only drove 1021 miles and by contract you have to drive 1000 miles and 30 days before we have to cover the policy." I said, "Ok, I did drive over 1000 miles by 21 miles." He said, "Ohhh let me see. Ok it is still declined. Looks like it is a pre-existing problem." They were just looking for any excuse not to cover my engine. However they are used to dealing with broke people that don't have money to hire attorneys, in other hand I have a good one, and I told shop to go ahead and replace my engine. I will pay for repair and my warranty company will pay for it later.

Dear endurance whoever, you can't lie to people no more and people will retaliate as will I. You can think of any excuse. With this one it won't work. I have proof that it was not pre-existing, I have at least 10-15 people who will come to court and prove you wrong. And major thing, I am not broke so I will pay my attorney as much as needed just to prove you wrong. Just to get satisfaction of your lies not winning. See you in court... Cheers.

When the car's dealership warranty had expired, we thought it was a good idea to look on another warranty. So I took a few days to research all of the auto warranty companies and Endurance was the one that looked more appropriate for us. I read their reviews and I liked it. When I contacted Endurance, their rep let me know everything that the warranty was going to cover on the car. He was a really nice guy. My husband's a little more picky than I am, but we actually really liked the Endurance agent because he was really straightforward. It's not like it was hard for him to say what he was trying to tell us.

Now, they just take the payments out of our bank account. They know what to do and what they're going to cover for us. After a couple of days, I received the booklet and I read it. It was everything the guy had explained to me. Everything was great. I actually told somebody about Endurance and she was really interested. She was convinced when I told her that she doesn't have to pay for parts of the car. Yes, you pay the warranty but you're covered with whatever happens to the car. She just wants to see how it keeps going with us, give some time to see if we have any other complaints, so she could go ahead and get a warranty for her car.

My engine died while driving down the highway. I checked the codes and it said there was a problem with the coil pack. I had it towed back to my house and replaced all the electrical system; coil pack, wires, plugs. After that I discovered a fuse was blown. I replaced it and the car started. There was a knocking/tapping noise in the engine that wasn’t there before. The car died again after a few minutes. I tied several more times to get the car running, to no avail. I had it towed to a mechanic.

The mechanic told me that I needed a new engine. Something inside had broken loose. We called Endurance. They refused to cover the repair, even though my contract CLEARLY covered all internally lubricated parts. They said they needed the shop to start tearing down the engine to find the cause of the problem, AT MY EXPENSE. They would cover that cost if, and ONLY if, we found something causing the issue that was covered. The shop found the issue, the timing chain had broken loose and was basically eating cylinder heads. That kind of thing is covered. Endurance sent an investigator to look at it. He was at the shop for three hours taking pictures, then told the shop that Endurance would probably want even MORE tear-down before approving the repair, at MY expense. The shop, Midas, called me to tell me all this before proceeding. I called Endurance.

So far today, I have called SIX times. Four times I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and HUNG UP ON. I never got to talk to anyone. I’m livid. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with them. Their “service” is a freakin' joke. I’ve wasted literally thousands of dollars on their contract and received NOTHING in return. My next step will be to sue them.

My purchasing experience with Endurance might have been a little high pressure because I called in the first day and the agent said that if I buy today, he can cut the price on me. I didn’t appreciate that. I told him I'd like to talk to my wife, since she's involved in the decision as well. But it was like if I hang up, the deal's off. I don't know if it was more so he could get the commission or if it's just the way Endurance works, but I was unhappy with the way the purchase worked out. I was tempted to just hang up and see if I called back in but I wanted to get the product and I wanted to buy from Endurance and save $175. If your product is good, you should be able to honor besides one phone call. I had the money but I felt like I was kind of strong-armed on a time frame.

It's summed up around 90,000 miles and my kid bought a couple of vehicles. We bought a two in one, a dealer warranty program. I got to thinking I was only pushing the product on them, maybe I put my money where my mouth is. I had a car that I liked and I wanted to keep it for a while. So I got to thinking that maybe I'll pay 100 and having it at $125 a month if I'm not mistaken. And my premium would be monthly. So far, I have to wait until March 16th before I can even file a claim. But I've got the money, so I bought it anyway. And Endurance's product can stand up enough. I think it will be a valuable product.

I was skeptical because the car I bought is a 2012 model with almost 120,000 miles. There were a few companies that wouldn't cover it, but Endurance has a plan specifically for older vehicles, and although it isn't very comprehensive, it's pretty cheap and it covers major breakdowns like engine, transmission, electrical components, etc. I also get extras that come with all their plans, like roadside assistance and rental car benefits. Plus, I can choose my mechanic as long as he's certified, which means I can keep going to the local shop I've used for years. I expect that I'll have to cover minor stuff on my own, but it really helps knowing that I'll be covered for the huge expense of a major failure.

The original bumper-to-bumper warranty on my car is almost over, so I got quotes from Endurance and my car dealership for extended warranties. The woman that I talked to at Endurance the first time was very nice, but I thought the price was a little high so I told her I would think about it and call her back. The dealership offered me an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty that was backed by the manufacturer and the price was a little less than half what Endurance quoted me for similar mileage but with Endurance not covering for as long.

After the weekend I tried calling her direct line but she didn't answer so I called customer support, wait time was only about five minutes so that wasn't too bad. I asked the man if the price was negotiable at all, and he said that he would look me up then all he did was transfer me to someone else. I asked the next man the same thing and told him about the warranty I was offered by the dealership and he just told me to go with that then and hung up before I could even explain why I would still like to go with Endurance. As soon as he did that, I changed my mind and will be going with the manufacturer extended warranty, even though there aren't many dealerships in my area.

I purchased a used car and I’ve always purchased an auto warranty for any of the previous cars I've had. But the previous car warranty that I had for my other car wasn’t giving me the same deal with my new purchase. So, I went with Endurance instead and got the extended warranty two weeks after I've purchased my BMW. The type of oil and filter that's used is a guarantee like at the most 10,000-mile. They just add everything in it, just make sure that the oil was fine. And they tell me, "At this amount of mile, this is when we did an oil change." And according to the mileage based on what it had, 50 miles has been driven. I have the automotive detail that gives you a list of everything that was done to the car. Because they took it to the BMW dealership in Charlotte, to get it fully analyzed.

The rep that I talked to, the second one, wanted me to get an oil change. I kept telling her that I’m not up for an oil change until October this year. And it was as if I was speaking some type of foreign language that she obviously was not that suit to. I told her again that I just purchased the car. How often do you think you get an oil change? She said, “Okay. We’ll keep up with that because if you ever file a claim, they’re going to need to know that.” Now that was a horrible experience. She left me hanging. Was she telling me it sounds good? She said I was claiming a date of when I last had an oil change. I didn’t have the energy to call back.

Other than that part of the experience, the first rep I talked to was great, not like that young lady. Not everybody understands the ins and out of that car. My dad makes sure that I did. I don’t take that for granted that not everyone has an understanding. But it was obvious that she’s not quite experienced enough to know. It’s not like you’re getting gas. No, you’re changing your oil. Her attitude was great, but I don’t think she knew what she’s talking about. And that’s why I did not call back because in my mind I thought she does not know what she’s talking about. But God bless her.

I decided to keep my vehicle beyond its warranty. I then thought of getting the extended warranty from Endurance because they're rated number one and their price was better than the others. But it was funny when their rep was telling me I had to have an oil change within a month after I signed up for them. I just had an oil change like a week before on the vehicle. But he said I've got to have one 30 days after the call when I was signing up with them. I waited until a couple of days before the end of the month and had another oil change even though it was far from needing another oil change. They have someone look at the vehicle to make sure there's nothing wrong with it, that you're not signing up to jump on them right afterwards. I made a little fun of them doing that.

It was interesting getting a definition of what was actually covered under the warranty. I was trying to read all of their stuff afterwards. My car is a Yukon Denali, so it has every gadget you ever dreamed of on it. One of the reasons I took the warranty was gadgets go bad and I want them to work. But it was ambiguous on what's really covered. Although I think it was good enough that I didn’t call in and cancel my contract with them. I'd tell friends about everything I've read on Endurance, and that they're the highest rated ones. The dealership that I bought the vehicle from, they were bugging me about it so I gave Endurance a shot. But they were much more expensive, so I'd tell my friends to call around and check ratings on the companies.

I don’t want to get caught with a large repair so I thought about getting a warranty. After researching, I've narrowed it down to Endurance. Basically, reviews online helped tremendously. I read some feedback and claims too. We have some different claim with the process and how quick it is to resolve. That helped a lot.

The rep who helped me was excellent. She walked me through the whole process, due diligence in her side. She made sure I was comfortable with it. It didn’t sound like a sales call, more of a conversation with her going over everything that it covered. If I had additional questions, she gave me her number to call back, which I did. She was very professional and handled it extremely well.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I do recommend it as far as the process of looking for extended warranties for cars. The way they approach the extended warranty is different than other companies. Endurance educates the consumer and leave it up to them to decide whether to move forward or not. It's a no-pressure type of call, and I really enjoyed my experience. I did call another company but it was more scripted. It wasn’t engaging. It was more reading what it covers and the payment.

But with Endurance, it was more conversational. It would fit into your solution. So if a friend asks, I would tell them, “Do your homework.” Go through the experience, make other calls. I could recommend Endurance if you want to talk to somebody, get educated not just for the coverage but how to process claims, how to set your payment schedule. It was very flexible and very accommodating in that aspect. That’s where Endurance has a step above. The competition is your willingness about the product and educating the consumer on this product.

Their representative was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions I had. Signing up was very much favorable. It was easy to provide the information that they needed. They also gave me access to their website so I can monitor the payments. The only drawback was that they required me to provide them with a bank account instead of me paying in my bill pay.

I bought my Nissan Altima without a warranty. They have CVT transmissions and usually have a lot of problems as they gain miles. I really can't afford a new transmission out of pocket. So when I learned that my cousin had a warranty from another company and she said it worked, I decided to buy myself a warranty for Christmas. The Endurance agent explained everything to the point where I can understand and made it easy for me to decide on getting it. Paying it was easy too, since it comes out from my account. I don’t have to worry about missing a payment. Anything that happens to my car from here on out, I would definitely be using the warranty. The benefits are well-worth it.

The specialist from Endurance treated me okay. I felt like he wanted to just get more information as opposed to listening to my questions, but I understand that was his job. And I was not going to make any quick decisions and I was going to research everything first. Once I agreed that I wanted to get the warranty, then, he transferred me to somebody else to take my payment. I set up the payment over the phone, and I had to ask them when it would come out of my account. I work in customer service, so I felt like I had to ask those questions to get it. If I didn't ask, I would have never known when the payment was going to come out. I would have just assumed it would have been the time that I made the original payment. But so far, my experience has been fine. The set-up process was easy, and I got my packet in the mail, too.

Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money. Bought a vehicle for my kid. Bought a warranty from this company because I saw a lot of good reviews. Transmission went out not long after I bought it. It was over the required 1,000 miles and odometer was in their guidelines. Claims adjuster instructed the mechanic to take the transmission apart. Declined. Now I’m out an additional $2,000 ($1,000 to take it apart, another $1,000 to put it back together). Knowing they had no intention of covering it. I’m beyond angry. Paid the warranty around $600 for nothing. Don’t waste your time and money. I was told by the representative on the phone that this warranty would cover the big stuff like the engine & transmission.

The best part was when once the payment was received, I got the email confirmation and with all the paperwork coming, it was pretty fast. I really like that. I really appreciate joining the company. I had extended auto warranty on my truck when I first bought it and everything was fine. But I failed to notify them a couple of times that I was getting my oil changed so they didn't have a record. And when I contacted them again, they said I already lost my warranty. And then I had an issue with the truck but it was thankfully covered under a recall. Since I had been enduring without a warranty, I checked online and Endurance came up as top rated and all the reviews were great. I decided to go ahead and do that so that if something comes up I'm covered.

The purchasing process went smoothly. It was straightforward, quick and was easily handled. I had a very professional rep who explained to me the ins and the outs and helped me get another small discount because of my age and the mileage on the truck, which was only 60 some thousand. She answered all the questions I had like about notifying them or when I have my oil changed. She was really good to reassure me that everything was going to be very easy if I ever needed to make a claim.

At Endurance, they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. I first thought about paying the whole thing off but I had a pay cut so I'm just going to keep it with the incremental payments I'm making now. Also, about a month after getting the paperwork and everything, I called Endurance and the person I talked to was really professional and knowledgeable and helped me with my questions in a very timely manner.

When I take my car to the dealership or get it fixed, I wanted my stuff to be covered. So I looked on the reviews, then based on reviews and on BBB, I decided to choose Endurance. Their reps were professional and my purchasing experience was okay until the very end. It’s horrible, so I’m not happy. There’s a lot of stuff going on with the car. It was a long list and it wasn’t covered. Up to $1,100 had to come out of my pocket. Even though they said they didn’t cover hoses, there were a whole lot of other stuff that was going on that the dealership had called them for, and they were just denying everything. So why am I being bothered having insurance if you’re not going to cover. What is the point? I’m paying money for that. It’s not like I’m doing it for free.

And I need my money. They don’t pay, so it's a false claim. They’ll sit back and say, “We don’t cover hoses.” But those are the things that really do breakdown. I don’t have to sit here and willy-nilly over what you’re going to cover. Pay it if I’m paying. That’s what I’m paying additional warranty for because the car breaks down.

A lot of these warranty companies are scam to me. And my husband had told me not to do it. But I said we need it. Then he came back, he looked at me and was like, “I told you so.” And I just melted all in the feet. The purpose of me having it is for protection. The representative from the dealership only mentioned, three things and I’m still paying $1,100 out of my pocket. That’s a lot of money. The dealership said that they were not covering that and that it’s not covered under the contract. I really didn’t want to drive on a car that have problems. I still didn’t get everything done on the car. And that’s a lot of money coming out of my pocket. Endurance couldn’t even say they're going to pay $400 or $500.

So I'd tell my friends to stay away from them. They’re scam artists. They didn’t do anything for me and I’m out of a lot of money. They didn’t even try to say, “Hey, let’s go over the paper works, let’s see what they actually do or they’re going to do.” None of that. They just said no. I understand I signed up for stuff and that contract is all in. But I don’t have time to nitpick over it. I’m paying the premium and you’re not even paying for nothing.

Their vehicle protection specialist treated me with utmost courtesy because they wanted the business but they were able to explain everything to me and explain how to file claims. On payment, he didn't have an option too much. But he explained that is what it was right. So, if I hung up the phone, I was going to pay the full price of it. Or it was more, "Well, we could save you $200 now. If you signed up then, but if we won't be able to call back, you're going to pay the full price."

Their customer service answered all my questions because there was one part of the car I was asking them about if they covered. At the time, I couldn't remember the name of it. So, I called them back and asked them would they cover the master cylinder. They told me no. Nevertheless, they had all the right questions and answers that I wanted to hear to get me to purchase their product and they were quick to respond to my questions. Endurance Auto's prices were somewhat fair for what they offered. I have an older vehicle, but it has a very low mileage. And I got offered bumper-to-bumper coverage, which made me happy. I put $500 down on it initially. So, I put a large chunk down to lower my monthly payment. I get my payments taken out monthly. I know how the insurance works but, luckily, I took care of my vehicle before I bought the insurance.

I was contacted by another company initially, which was what got me interested in the insurance originally. And then, when I took it upon myself to get the insurance, I did some research to make sure they were legitimate before I made the purchase. I was worried about fraudulent companies. I started googling and while I was looking up the other company, I kept running across Endurance, and I figured my safest bet was to go with the highest rated company in America. And it was Endurance. They were rated 5 stars everywhere I looked. And from the information I heard, they had the highest ratio in pay claims. And they had similar rates as everybody else. I usually like to go with the best of the bunch. I'm not a rich man, but I like to make sure I'm taken care of.

The Endurance rep who helped me was very helpful and patient with me because I was so skeptical at the time. The only thing is I don't know the exact stipulations of my coverage. They cover parts that wear away and I understand brakes, but I have to read into it a little more and go over the book that they sent. I've only been with them for two months and I haven't had any need to put in a claim, but my personal experience has been good, thus far. They've been great and I would recommend them.

I did my purchase of the warranty online, printed all the literature and reviewed it. I got some numbers like the policy number in case something comes up. And according to what I understand, we would generally use a Ford dealer and they know about Endurance. It's not some fly by night operation. I made some payments and everything was smooth.

It was a little bit disconcerting when it came top the payment though. I went online to make a payment right after the "due date." When I called, somebody was not up-to-date on handling customer relations and I was told that I didn’t pay it on the "due date" even though the invoice said, "pay before the ninth" and the due date was the fifth. I said that I already made the initial payment and that I'd just make the second payment before the due date and let it go. I understood the premise of it so I didn’t worry about it. They then told me not to call back in two days because it had to be processed. But I thought that it takes about 30 seconds for it to process though. Nevertheless, I waited a couple of days, called back and set it up on auto draft. I got a receipt today for the initial payment. I made the secondary payment through my check-in account, $99. The truck runs like a train, but the drive frame warranty and the exhaust warranty are out, so I decided to look for an extended. Other providers were only allowing me 45,000 a year so I went to Endurance. I got it on auto payment now and I got my documents last week. They explained to me there's $100 deductible and when I need service or if I need something fixed, I could take it to whoever I want, in my case, it would be the dealer because it's right nearby, and give them my card and pay the deductible. He explained that they will take care of the rest. The warranty is good for me, so I'd tell my friends to go for it.

I had a great experience with the Endurance rep. He made the process easy. He was detailed as far as what I needed to do, explaining the whole thing, sending the packing right away. There's a couple of things that are covered that he explained to me, so I don’t think it was bumper to bumper. Although he said steering wheel or the differential wasn’t covered.

Hopefully, all goes well. I love my Infiniti, so I got to take care of it. If something goes wrong, I want to make sure that I'm okay, that I'm driving safe when it's out there because it gets expensive. So far, I would definitely recommend Endurance to a friend. If you have a car that you love and it's in good condition, go for it. You need it if you want to stay with that car.

Endurance have the lowest price compared with other auto warranty providers. The rep I talked to was nice, but he did not provide all the information I needed. I ended up having a fault with my car about a week after I bought the claim. I bought the warranty six months after the factory warranty expired. And as soon as the warranty expires, that's when everything goes wrong. So, sure enough, something went wrong in that 30-day waiting period. I knew I had 30 days before I could file a claim, but I didn't know that I was supposed to basically know that nothing can break for 30 days. It had signs of breaking in the waiting period, but didn't break until after the waiting period was over. And it still wasn't covered. It was frustrating, so I'm cancelling it.

They've been friendly and they basically told me very nicely, but this whole experience was not helpful. It doesn't change the answer, but because I got the unclear information upfront, I wasn't expecting this at the end. I get that they have to work within their boundaries. That key piece of missing information, which if I was lucky, never would have been issue. But I was not lucky.

I wasn't happy with the terms of the Endurance warranty. I got it for a 2005 Ford F-250 with a 6.0 diesel engine. And when it was the time to agree upon accepting it, somebody was reading some stuff through the warranty. The rep was very fast and pushy. And when I paid for it and I got the brochure, I started reading what all the warranty would not cover. I wished I had known a lot of these ahead of time or I had never bought it. But I sold my truck and I'm getting another warranty through the Dodge dealer.

At first I thought the price was a lot fair compared to some of the other warranties that were out there. And then it started becoming like a salesman game. "Well, we couldn't beat that price." "We can beat that price." "Well, we can go a little lower." Instead of giving me a rock-bottom price, they're just saying, "This is the best I can do for you." They went from $3,700 down to $3,100. I'm a veteran and I'm retired and I have a fixed income. I cannot afford so much money.

I would not recommend them to anybody else. They just seemed too willing and too quick to sell you something. And there are too many hidden clauses after you already agreed to it. If you're to read me something right off the get-go over the phone right now, what it includes, what it doesn't include, you're going to start reading through it. It's hard for somebody, especially a 73-year-old, to comprehend every little word that's coming my way in a rapid voice.

But one of the things that was brought to my attention reading it is that they don't do any repairs to the exhaust system or the EGR cooling system, which has been some renowned problems with the 6.0 Ford engine. And by the way, they already made a disclaimer that they don't repair that in their brochure. If I've had known that ahead of time, I would've never bought it. But an engine is an engine. Everything is a complete package - your exhaust, cooling, etcetera. To get nitpicky and say, "This valve isn't...", there's a reason for it. And evidently, they hid various things and are very coy about it.

When I call somebody, I expect to talk to an agent and express, instead of going through these elaborate phone message and reply centers. I'm not happy with them. They need to kick back and see where they actually are in the marketplace and how they addressed their customers or potential customers.

My policy with Endurance states all internally lubricated parts of the engine are covered for repairs. They denied my claim stating it was due to wear and tear which contradicts what is stated in policy. They also used a 3rd party inspection company that they will not reveal the name of this company so I can simply check to see if this inspection company is legitimate entity to provide this type of service. This entire process took more than 30 days and 11 phone calls from me and the repair shop just to get them to send out an inspector. The inspector did not identify himself or what the name of his company was and did not leave a card at the repair shop. Endurance never offered me any type of relief, they never provided me with a rental car and the service company they used to handle the claim was useless. The name of that service company is (Interstate) phone number 800-942-0400, located at 6120 Powers Ferry Rd. NW, suite 200, Atlanta GA, 30339.

It just seems at any time they can decide to use the excuse of “it’s due to wear and tear” which technically apply to any reported claim they do not wish to pay for a repair. I spoke to other outside repair shops and they all gave me the same response. That the response to denying a claim due to wear and tear is used when they do not want to pay for a repair. I paid over $3000 dollars for this protection policy for this very reason. Very disappointed. Will not use them or recommend them.

The Endurance rep gave me an overload of information. The only thing I didn't like was when he was sharing about the auto warranty industry, he was bashing other companies, saying Endurance is the best. That's good and all to say. But when it comes down to it, I'm going to do my own research to pick my own company, who I researched and thought was the best company. But he was nice. He was pretty pushy about purchasing it, but that's their jobs, so I understand that.

I told him that the warranty was a little bit on the more expensive side. Then he transferred me to another department that put my debit card information over the phone. When I was thinking about going to another company, they told me that, "Oh, it's Black Friday! Which gives you a Black Friday special." I called back two or three times and they kept changing the rates. So, I don't think they have a set rate. It seemed like they can juggle whatever price they want to juggle. I want to know how they're able to change their prices so quickly and so easily. They called me with the same terms, and then, one day it's $3200. The next day, it's $2700. So, maybe they should give the customers competitive rates! I know they're in there to make a buck, but I'm also in here to save money in the long run.

What I didn't understand was when I called on my experience with them, there was no one in the office, so they had one of the call centers take my information to call back. The guy called me back the next day and I purchased the policy from him. But two or three weeks afterwards, they kept calling me saying, "Hey, would you like to purchase a warranty." I said, "I already purchased one. Why would you keep calling me back asking me if I want to purchase one?" If my name is on the system, you'd think it would come up that I already bought something. So, that was annoying for them to keep calling me two or three times a day for two weeks after I've already been a customer and purchased the policy from them. But it stopped now and they haven't called me since then.

My wife wanted to purchase an auto warranty, but it was my idea of getting the new car without the warranty. And because I have so many computers on it, I was kind of freaked out about one of them breaking down and how much it would cost, so I got a warranty. When I googled Endurance, I noticed that they were the best one, and they have the highest ratings and ranks in the nation. And their sales representative explained everything really well. She was very professional, very kind, and then got me going very fast.

Endurance sent me a letter saying, “This is how you can pay online if you want to pay online.” But making the payments for the warranty was kind of annoying because of their use of a third-party payment system. There doesn’t seem to be a way to change my username, which is a series of 12 numbers so I have to write it down plus the password to even log in. And then the system of the actual company that they use looks old and it's kind of slow. It's not like a concern, but visually, it looks like I'm not in a professional stage. It makes me uneasy. But other than that, the payment was fairly affordable. The deposit wasn’t too much, which was good and then they pushed the annual payments by a month. So the following month after my initial payment would've been my first $99 payment, which is not that bad in actuality. And I think it's fine paying for three years and get eight years of coverage. It's a really good deal.

I haven’t had any issue with Endurance. Their rep was courteous and professional. And when I want to make a payment, I just call in. I had a good experience with Endurance. In fact, I’d tell a friend to go with them.

I had an auto warranty on my previous car and company I used had not been approved for Georgia yet so I went on the internet and looked up who had the best record and it was Endurance. I called and got a gentleman on the phone. He explained everything very well and precisely. It was easy making my payments and I've had a very good experience.

I got my auto warranty from Endurance. I like the amount of years that they were offering plus the price. Their sales rep was a great guy. He was very, very kind. I work in a call center as well and he basically treated me as I would have treated somebody else. Just as a human being, not as a number. He didn't treat me as like a paycheck. He actually sent me an email saying Merry Christmas. It's been a great experience, so far.

For a bunch of years now, my wife’s been saying that we need an auto warranty, but I was saying we don’t need it. But when I found Endurance, I thought it was a pretty good fit. I thought it may have a return on investment. The vehicle’s getting a little bit older now, so I got the warranty through Endurance. They seemed to have a more straightforward process. To me, it doesn’t seem like there’s a bunch of hidden things. I went through two or three different people. There was a little bit of confusion in the beginning. But I had already spoken to someone and they were going to put me in touch with the management team.

The warranty’s basically paid up. And I know it only covers a certain amount of miles and time. But still, I think the payment should stop while there’s still considerable time left on the policy. It's neat to know that you’re paid in full, so to speak. A little less than $100 a month is not terrible. To this point, all is good. I hope if we ever need a repair down the road that is a covered repair, something I can’t fix on my own, then hopefully, I can say all is good.

We bought a new car and I read somewhere that there might be troubles with the powertrain. It’s a rather complicated form of transmission. It converts to a sports mode which is running through the gears manually as an option and this is not normal. I selected Endurance for coverage because they were rated first and when I talked to their rep, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very pleasant. He knew what was going on and understood the vehicle better than I did. Now I have to wait 30 days and clock 1,000 miles first before it is activated. My experience was fine overall but I’m dropping Endurance because I found somebody who is not rated but who is considerably cheaper.

Endurance sent me some paperwork in the mail and they told me I had to wait 30 days and put 1,000 miles on my vehicle before the warranty would be valid. So far, I've had a fine experience. Their reps were all very nice and professional. However, the salesperson told me it was a $200 deductible but another person told me it was a $100 so I don’t know which one it is.

In the beginning of December, I got an Endurance warranty for my car. I run a repair shop so I know how much the repair of a vehicle costs. Also, I didn't really find a lot of negative stuff about Endurance online. Their specialist explained everything to me including how it's supposed to work and the process of filing a claim - about the paperwork to go out, taking the car to a repair shop of my choice and they'll call Endurance and Endurance will either approve it or not. If they approve it, they'll pay for it prior to the work I'm getting on the vehicle. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Endurance takes care of the business. Overall, they were very professional on the phone and very helpful as far as explaining how everything works. A lot of warranty companies just push you into buying stuff and they just gloss over everything. The Endurance guy explained if the fuel injection went out, if a computer went out and all of the different components that were covered, all that stuff and that were very helpful. That helped me in making a decision on whether or not to purchase the plan. So far, it's been a good experience but I haven't received my card yet.

Endurance fits price and consumer standard. Their rep told me what the warranty would cover. That I wouldn't ever be out of pocket anything. That this one basically pays for it when you go. It covered all my options and the price wasn't too outrageous. But the payment plan has been a little bit more difficult because I'm not paying Endurance. I'm paying Netco, which is the processing company. So, whenever I called Endurance to find out how to pay, even on the day I needed to pay, they couldn't even tell me. They said that they didn't have access to that information. I thought, "How can you be the company I need to pay, and you can't tell me how to process the payment?"

They also told me that they could move my due date because I wanted to be in the middle of the month, not the second of the month. But that was inaccurate information. After they told me they could do it, they sent me an email saying that it wasn't going to be possible. That was after I made my first payment, which is fine. But if I didn't check my email, I could have lost my policy. And when I was calling the after-hours CS to make a payment, because I couldn't find a specific access code number to make a payment, they told me that they don't process payments and that I need to go on Endurance.com to pay, which should be Netco.com now that I know.

Endurance covered more and they have a better price. We bought a new car and I didn't want to buy a warranty through the dealership because somebody told me that a warranty is better if I bought it outside. So I purchased one from Endurance, and they were great and very helpful. Their rep was there for me and told me the best plan to get, too.
