I bought my wife a 2013 BMW X5 and the warranty was up on it. And the car company was trying to charge me a whole lot for an extended warranty package. So I got online, did the research. And when I researched Endurance, they say they were part of the Better Business Bureau. One of the things I do with companies now is I go to the Better Business Bureau and look at reports, consumer reviews. They had a few negative reviews but they had mostly favorable reviews and that's what I looked at. I was able to find them on Better Business Bureau and that's what made me choose them.
They were very friendly. The rep assured me how they covered things the way with what I paid now and how long it'll last. And when my coverage ends, I can always extend it. Give them the year and type or how old the car is based on different types of coverage at the time. Payment is real easy, too. Although I have to call in. I wish they would have a site where you can go online and pay it because I like paying like that. Either have it set up on autopay. Every time I call them to make my payment, they make me feel as family. They're very polite from the beginning to the end of the call. I have a great experience with Endurance. I'll recommend them highly.

I like my car and I brought it brand-new. So, when my initial warranty run out, I wanted to extend it. So, I went online and did my research. Every time I did a research for extended warranty, Endurance kept popping up. The reviews came up pretty good and it’s pretty consistent, so I decided to go with them. When I talked to the guy that was initially handling my case, he was very accessible. We had to go through some numbers but they were very flexible.

Endurance's customer service is great. But I’m not so pleased with the actual service. There’s major issue that come up and it’s not covered. It’s not fair. My shock compressor is going out. And I was told that a lot of things would be covered and this is something that’s come up. I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do as far as getting the oil change, and make the payments. But this is a $800 repair, and I don’t have it, and I’m supposed to get serious deals. That was my whole point in getting the warranty. This is my first claim and so far, I haven’t had anything where they’ve actually covered. Even wants to callback or anything to have it tow to a shop, that’s on my experience they’ll be doing. Endurance should do something more clever. Add some more things to the coverage.

My car's mileage has just over 30,000 and it's going to be five years in May. I was supposed to be able to get the warranty on my Jaguar because of low mileage. And then when I attempted to get it, Jaguar didn't provide it. They sent me to their provider but it wants an astronomical amount of money and I refused to pay that. So I started searching. And after basing on the reviews, I chose Endurance.
The lady I worked with sent me quotes, a policy, what it would entail, all of this stuff for my husband to review at first and compare it to what Jaguar was proposing. We went back and forth with the quotes and working with my husband, made sure he is satisfied with it. We worked on this for a few days and the rep has been very helpful. I then paid it in lump sum and got a discounted fee. My husband has the Mercedes but he didn't purchase a warranty. His Mercedes is just turning two years and he has less than 5,000 miles on it. And depending on what happens with Mercedes, we might have to get the warranty through Endurance.

I have extended warranty for every vehicle that I've ever owned. I used to do it through the dealership, and then I wasn’t getting all they said I was going to get, so I never did it again. Their sales agents were professional. I once filed a claim for the BMW, because the starter went bad. The warranty is very valuable. My experience with them was all good. They're excellent.

I have some expensive cars. So when Endurance was recommended by the car dealer that I purchased my car from, I contacted Endurance. They were very helpful. Because of that, I decided to purchase the warranty for a second car. They answered the questions that I had. They were a little bit more trustworthy than the other people that I dealt with and were very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I felt they offered me the best thing for the car that I had. They do that well and they should continue to. I’ve actually recommended them to a friend. We were just talking and I said, “Well, this is the company that I used and you may want to at least contact them and see if that’s what will work for you."

Over a year ago, I bought a car and decided to get an extended warranty for it. I Googled extended warranty, then Endurance was one of the companies that came up. I'm new to the US. So, when I got here, I needed cars. The cars I got were not new. They were used cars. And considering that maintaining a used car can become very expensive, I looked around for the best warranty services and I happened to see that Endurance has a good rating. I then decided to buy a warranty because it made me feel safer in terms of expenses for the future.
At first, I looked at three or four warranty companies and they all have the same price range. Endurance wasn't any cheaper or more expensive than the others. It might have been slightly more expensive than the ones around. But I picked them because they've got good ratings from a lot of other consumers. If they're going to give you 24-hour service and in the gold package that I bought, they're going to provide all of this. So, it made me buy it.
When I talked to them, they told me one thing or the other. They took the first payment while I was talking to them. But to me, I think it was for them to say that, "Hey, this is going to be your first payment," and I have said yes. And then, I paid that and they said, "No, no. It's going to be," and they almost fail to let go of the deal today. So, I called one or two times to check with other vendors also. And then, I made the decision to go with them.
The way I understood it from their representative, it would be $100 less than what I paid for. I was rather taken aback. And they didn’t resolve the issue. Now, this could only be me changing my mind, thinking that there was no signing up fee. But when I made the payment, there was a signup fee for that day for $106. That was not clear to me at the time of the discussion. Maybe they said it and maybe I didn't listen. But in my mind it was going to be $106 less. But I didn't decide to change my decision based on the $106. I just went ahead.
You don't hope to require them from one or two times in the whole 10-year or so warranty. You're paying all of that for peace of mind. And the experience is going to really count at that time because a car doesn’t break every week. It breaks down maybe, hopefully, once in six months or a year. And you're still paying for three years just for the peace of mind. And I'm paying $300 for my two cars for every month. And when I need it and that experience was not good, I would make sure that I rate it just the way I feel at that time.

I had one mechanical thing that I had Endurance do and they did it. I needed a rack and pinion steering unit because it was leaking. So I called them up. I told them what my policy was and they looked it up. I told them the part. And they say, “Yeah, it’s this.” It should be covered. But you won’t know until the representative goes in. They send their own rep in. They look at what’s going on and they decide.
By the time the inspector went in and everything was okay, Endurance sends their own parts. So by that time, it was three weeks before I got that done. Maybe it was because it was their first time dealing with this people. It cost me a $100 deductible for doing it and then they just send the part and the other bill. Actually, it cost me 40 or 50 more than they told me because Endurance only signed off an X amount of hours to do the job. Endurance didn’t want to pay for an hour’s work to put the part in. I am frustrated, but you don’t have that many companies that will ensure a used 2009 car with 100,000 miles now.
When they put in the rack and pinion, they realigned it and I am a little leery on myself right now on the alignment. I also said the passenger side motor window, when you put it up or down, you hear a grinding noise instead of it just being smooth. They told me the motor was going to go. They said, “It still goes up and down. The motor still works. We’re not replacing it. You have to wait until it actually goes.” It’s going. So I said, “So you’re going to make me wait, God forbid, it goes in the dead of winter and it’s in the down position. I can’t get it up. You’re going to make me freeze my butt off because you don’t want to pay for the one part to go in?”
You have the motor going on the window. It probably cost them $20 or $50 and they won’t do it. They’re making you wait until the part actually breaks. I was disappointed because nobody said that they were used or refurbished parts that they put in. And the plan they told me I needed for that car where all the digital and the screens they’re covered, it’s costing me $3,000. So when you pay $3,000, you don’t expect refurbished parts.
I have a 2009 Infiti, but they didn’t use an Infiniti part. They just put in whatever part was given to them through Endurance. And they told me it was a refurbished part. Insurance is you put a new part in. I didn’t complain, but I told them that I was upset with paying extra for the labor cost. They should have picked that up. Not all costs are the same. An older car, when a part goes wrong, it takes time to get those bolts out because everything’s seized up in there. I just don’t want to ruin anything with my relationship with them because next time, God forbid, I need their service, they’re not going to do it.

Everybody at Endurance was helpful. But I had an issue when they charged my card on the day that I enrolled instead of charging it on the day that I set it up to be charged for. I don’t know if that was a clerical mistake, but they refunded the money. Also, I was under the impression that I had already paid my deposit but I come to find out the deposit was not paid with my initial enrollment fee. When I’ve talked to them already about it, they weren’t accommodating. They just explained and showed me where it was then.
The experience enrolling with the sales agent was great. But the customer service representatives are rude and not knowledgeable of the account. They’re very dry and unconcerned. So every time I call, I just request to speak to a supervisor. It’s the higher up that normally handles the issue. I’m dissatisfied with the customer service experience so I'd tell my friends to go with someone else.

The Girl called me back and didn't know much about the warranty, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, 146.00 per month? Really? Over 1400.00 per year? I can get a lot of repairs done for that kind of money. In my opinion this company is a scam... You notice all the reviews you see are how nice the salespeople are, only two on the reviews had repairs and those repairs were refused and not paid by Endurance. Most of their reviews are written by them. Put your 146.00 in the bank and use it for your repairs because these people will not cover it.

The vehicle insurance I had before was no longer in existence, so my son said to go online and he checked and Endurance at the time was ranked number one. I started there and I liked what the package was. Their cost had a substantial difference with another one that I had checked, about $400 to $500. We had some problems with the gearing that's inside the doors for the windows and that was $200. We've had three of them replaced but the company we had before didn't do anything about it. One that we were checking on wouldn't do anything about it too. But Endurance will take care of it so that also made a difference. Their vehicle specialist was excellent. They answered and would not get upset if I ask about oil changes or whatever, and made a pretty good picture of it. Andy was really patient too. He called back the next day to see if I had anything else that I was worrying about or questioning. That was a nice follow-up and I appreciated that.

In case something happened, I was going to be able to save so I paid for their coverage. But I was very unsatisfied with my experience. I had a Mercedes Benz and I sent it to the dealership as it was having some issues. Endurance was supposed to send the part but it was not covered when as far as I knew, everything was.
I had to come out and pay some of the labels and they had nothing to do with wear and tear. The bottom line is Endurance came back to tell me that what my car needed was not on the parts. We didn't know all the part numbers that were in the car. If I had known, I would have checked all the part numbers with everything so I could match and see if it was covered. We didn't know what was going to be bad, right or wrong. We just find something based on what they tell us and for them, it was very easy to say that something was not covered. In the end, I cancelled their warranty.

They were pretty reasonable and they said that if I made a certain amount of payment for 2 years, I’d be covered for five when I was finished. The reps were also very courteous. I asked a whole lot of questions and the guy that I talked to explained everything to me professionally and very clearly so I understood everything he said. We purchased a vehicle for my son and we wanted to make sure that we could get an extended warranty to cover the car. Endurance seemed like it was the best one for us at the time. He let us know exactly what was going to be covered, the terms and how everything works as far as the extended warranty and all the mechanics that were covered.
We were looking at another company and called somebody prior to speaking with the manager. The manager told us the differences between their company and other companies out there but he didn't name anything else specifically. We liked what he had to say and he made us comfortable with our decision. He also gave us a deal that was better and fair.
Making payments was easy enough too. The manager told us what we needed to do and we did it same as planned. We're pretty happy with what we have at this point. I was looking for an extended warranty for my truck. I went through the internet to find a company. Endurance is one of the higher-ranked companies. So, I figured I'll try them. But my experience with them has been horrible. The very first time I tried to use it, I put my truck into the service center, at the DARCARS Marlow Heights dealership. They charge you a $175 fee just to look at your vehicle. Immediately called and said that nothing was covered. My vehicle had a check engine light on. Of course, I needed to get cleared before I could go through emissions test. Also another issues I wanted to have looked at were the radio does not play CD anymore. He said that wasn't covered.
Then, the other problem to clear the check engine light is to replace the oil pressure sensor. That was about $700; it's very expensive. That was not covered. That was an amazing thing, because it is an engine part. When I purchased this Focus, it was bumper to bumper. Just like you got it from the dealership. But yet, we had something that's in the engine that's very expensive that they didn't cover. I was very upset about that, and I was thinking about canceling my service. It was approximately a month and a half ago, and I have not called in yet.
They're going to be extremely nice when you're speaking to sales, they want you to buy it. It was upfront that everything was covered. I mean it's hard to try to determine these things. I don't know every single component. How do you know what component is covered or not? All I know is that there are parts in that vehicle that a regular citizen would not know how to track down, determine and find out what the problem is or correct it. They just don't have the skills. So, we expect that an extended warranty company would cover those type of things, especially something that the dealership would charge $700. Anything over $200, I consider to be a major issue. And it's not even fixed. Brakes wear out. I do not recommend Endurance.

My Endurance rep was pushy at first and he offered me a great deal that I had to take right then and there or it was going to be off. I had to process things a little better than that so I got off the phone with him because I didn't even have the car yet but he said I needed to buy the warranty which wasn't really true. He said it was a one time deal and that was a pressure tactic that I wasn't really appreciative of.
Two weeks later when I bought the car, I called again. There was another guy who offered me this crazy price and I told him that the guy I spoke to a couple of weeks ago offered me a certain price. He agreed to give me that price. If I hadn't documented that great price that the first guy said now or never, the other person wouldn't know the better. It was a $1,000 difference and that was significant. At the end of the day, I got what I wanted and for a good price. I paid one lump sum for the whole five years and I just got the paperwork.
And although I ultimately chose Endurance, the experience was confusing. Saying that I needed to get the warranty before I even got the car was misleading and wrong. It was the same with their now or never deal. They can't just say those things. If Endurance is as highly rated as far as their backing of their warranty when I come to really need it, then they can certainly clean up their act in the sales process.

Mechanic stuff are pretty expensive so I figured maybe in the future or something was to come up with any of my vehicles, then at least I don't have to come out of my pocket so much so I got an auto warranty. Endurance was the first people that popped up in Google. I talked about it with my wife and I called them and the price was fair, so I went with them. I probably should have shopped alone and I would get less the price. Their specialist explained to me what else is going to be covered as far as mechanical problems, what my deductible would be, the rental vehicles, towing, roadside assistance, and he went thru the overall details that they provide.
Also, making payments is not difficult at all. Recently, Endurance was kind enough since my father passed away a couple of weeks ago and I called them because I had to make the payment the beginning of December. They told me that they'll extend until the beginning of January so I can make the payment because of funeral expenses. I've been speaking with a guy named James from Endurance. I had the Endurance contract for about three months and I decided to stop paying because every time I tried to use it, the answer was, “No.” They kept on saying that my plan didn’t cover certain things they know of. When I filed a claim, I took the car to the repairman. I gave him my warranty information and they contacted Endurance themselves. And they came back and told me that they had no auto coverage and that I have to pay out of the pocket. Also, I thought oil leak was covered but it was not too. I bought a $9,000 car and the warranty came up to over like $3,500, so that’s not smart of me at all. I didn’t like the signing up experience too, but I fell for it because the guy was really pushy and I fell for all the traps. It seems like the only way that they were to pay for something is if I had a major disaster like the transmission or motor, then I feel that they would have found a loophole not to pay that.
Nevertheless, an auto warranty is priceless if it works the way it should. But there’s more nightmare stories than good stories though. Because most people I talked to had a bad experience with car warranties. It’s more suited for new callers but whenever you are trying to get a warranty on something that’s seven, eight or nine years old, it becomes a rip-off. They tell you that based on the year or the mileage of the car, there are things you don’t get on certain plans and you can’t get the top of the line plans.

I had a 2014 V6 that I wrecked up months ago, and my credit union was supposed to be starting extended warranties. They asked me if I wanted to extend a warranty on it. But I turned down an offer. So now, that I got a V8 Mustang, I don't want anything to happen to me. This is my only car I drive and I go to college with that. I have bad luck with cars. In fact, I only had my V6 Mustang for a month, and I ended up wrecking it. I flipped it five times. And I had a truck before that that I ended up taking back because of the paperwork. So I decided to get a warranty from Endurance.
My parents have extended warranty with Endurance on their truck. My mom is the one that really wanted to get a warranty. We were going over the fact that even though I got another Mustang, those parts can get expensive if something were to break on it. Hopefully, nothing happens to my car. Aside from my parents, my friend who also has a 2007 Mustang has Endurance as well.
I was about to get a warranty on my previous car, the V6. The dealership offered me $100,000 warranty on it. But my car only had some 30,000 miles on it, and even though Endurance covered bumper-to-bumper, it was still not a good reason to buy an extra warranty, where you're not going to use it. And I was hesitating with even buying a warranty from Endurance. I was telling myself, if I get warranty with them, and if I don't use that warranty, I lost my money. Because I never did use the warranty.
Also during the promotion call, where you called the first time, you get the 5% right then and there if you pay right now. I get it that you get to pay 5% down of whatever your warranty costs. And I feel like if a customer was in the car, right then and there, you shouldn't have to call if they can pay the 20%. That should be waived a little bit. They should give you at least about a week to call back. The next time you call back, "Oh, you have to pay the 20%." So I looked at it because when I first called, I bought it right then and there. But they told me, "If you hang up, we'll have to charge you the 20%."
Endurance is a good company but I'm thinking about canceling them because someone's telling me, "Oh, if something were to happen to your car within the first 30 days, they'll try to look at you suspicious." I don't need a company like that where I'm putting my all to them and they highly don't trust their customers. Although when I called, their customer service is nice and they get to the point. They're willing to answer any questions you want. But I still don't understand a lot of stuff that they were talking about. What I like the most about Endurance is you only pay them for two years. And the next two years you just step back and chill with a warranty. And if I want to sell that car, I think that warranty turns over to the next person who owned that car if their warranty is already paid out full. I'm highly satisfied with my experience with Endurance.

I haven't had any problems with my truck, but I hope that whatever happens, they're able to take care of it and pay for it. I hope they don't say that it's a problem with the engine. I'm afraid of that because I try to get an oil changed every time, but if I miss an oil change, they could say, "Well, you didn't have an oil change. That could be why your engine failed." Payments for them have been automatic and it's been a straightforward process.

My husband and I, who are both senior citizens, purchased a used truck in January. Being on Social Security, we are very careful with the little money we have and decided to purchase an extended warranty outside the dealership. The salesman sold us the Select Premier package. Long story short... the head gasket blew after we had it 9 months. We had it towed to the mechanic we use. He was told that he had to tear it down to the point of failure (a cost of $500 - $700) before they would tell us IF they would fix it. Then after a couple of calls to the company, we were told that if the truck had over 80,000 miles on it, they wouldn't fix it at all!
The salesman knew it had 122,000 when he sold us the policy! They took our money but never intended to fix it! When we complained about that, they said they would refund the policy. We had, by then, paid in $920. We were refunded $458.87. We were told that they cut checks on the 26th of the month... had to call AGAIN and finally got that check. So, my take on this is, if you have an older car or truck, ask what the mileage cut-off is. This should have been the first thing the salesman said. Then the company says that they aren't the salesman. I think that the salesmen reflect on the company!

At first I called around from three different places, but everybody's trying to give me sales pitch to get to business. I didn't necessarily trust the conversation with some of the other people. I thought there was some red tape somewhere that I was being blinded to. So, the Endurance caller I had definitely sold me on this company. All around, the conversation and the experience was great for me. I felt a little bit more trustworthy that the things that they say will be covered will be covered. Just the conversation made me feel at ease, that I asked enough questions, and they answered them to my satisfaction.
The person did a great job explaining the coverage, and getting me to feel comfortable that my car would have the coverage I needed. They were nice, polite and professional. They had the patience in answering the questions, no matter how many times I asked them, they never seemed agitated. I chose and trusted that, had anything happened, I would be taken care of. I got several calls and several notifications about my 2012 car. I felt that it was time to get a policy because I don’t know when it expired. And once it expired, I thought I would check into getting a warranty so I would have some coverage in case something were to happen to my beautiful little car. The Endurance rep that I talked to, Darren, seemed to be knowledgeable, so I felt comfortable at the time. But I feel that I didn’t get enough questions answered, and I didn’t really know the price was going to be so high. I didn’t ask enough questions. He did not provide me with a price on the phone.
When I purchased the warranty that day, I was told it would start billing in January, but it started billing immediately. So, that was another hitch in my budget that I wasn’t expecting. So, I’m not really satisfied. When I talked with him, I felt like it was okay. I haven't contacted them about it yet because I came down with a virus and then we had things to do for the grandchildren, and it just has been a whirlwind. But I can call them about it because my husband put it together in a folder. My experience was okay, but I'm dissatisfied. And it’s kind of my fault. The process was a little bit rushed and I guess I made the decision. But they need to explain a little bit better. My car's got real low mileage on it. It's 24,500. For a 2012 car, that’s really low. And I’m not a person that’s uneducated. I just felt like I needed to get that.

A friend recommended Endurance and he said they were good. But when I needed them, they weren't there for me so I cancelled. Something was wrong with my suspension, the front driver shaft U-joint which wasn't a regular piece. Endurance reps inspected it and they said it was from natural wear and tear. So the dealer asked, “If y’all don’t cover this, why does he have it?” I called Endurance and told them that when I first got the policy, I asked if they were all going to treat me the same way the dealer warranty would treat me because I told him that I take my car to the dealer. And I added that when I have a problem, that was where I was taking my car to. I asked if the whole suspension was covered and they said yes along with the engine, everything electrical, HVAC and my turbos. The rep said Endurance was even equivalent, if not better, than the dealer warranty.
I didn't understand though. If they didn't cover wear and tear, what was the point of having the warranty? They didn’t cover the sway bar but I understood that and I was going to pay for it. But the U-joint part was a coverable item. But since it doesn’t meet Enfurance's conditions, we were done. They asked me if I read the book and I said I didn't because when I talked to them on the phone, they said it was covered. When I went to the dealer, I asked my adviser if the warranty I had on my car before would have covered the suspension and he said 100%. I wouldn’t recommend Endurance to anybody.

But when I called and verified that I was actually not sent everything, it was very easy. They took it out and it came in about three to five business days. Filing a claim was also painless. We have an annual service and I have some work that needed to be done additional to the service. It was pretty painful and it was like it was intended to be that way so that they won’t have to deal with people because people would get frustrated and they'd give up. Endurance then sent out somebody that said my truck was working sometimes and it was not broken all the time so they were not going to pay for it. Their rep explained how the warranty worked and that I’d be responsible for the first $100 deductible. It was only that upfront and except for the wear and tear parts, everything else should be covered. And it's supposed to be on the contract but I'm still waiting for it. They gave me an email confirmation and they said they’d be emailing me a card with the contract and that would take 10-14 business days.
I also told the rep that I’d like to take my car back to the dealer and he said that would not be a problem. He told me that there are so many places all over the United States and Canada. When I bought the vehicle, it had over 120,000 miles on it and I’d rather put a little money towards the insurance-type thing and be a little bit more locked in, so in case something was to happen, I can get it fixed or repaired. I looked into a few auto warranty providers. I got USAP when I bought the vehicle and I had a problem with the differential and what happened was they denied the claim and my car was sitting on a rack for almost a month and it ended up costing me over $3,000 to fix it. They didn’t fix the problem at all, so I canceled them and I barely got half of my money back. So, I researched and found that some people had Endurance Auto before and they gave some good recommendations. I was really skeptical about using another provider, but I gave them a try.
Their customer service and the way they presented the product have been good and their representative was very helpful and I wasn’t very friendly because I was already skeptical about warranties but he went through everything with me. It was really no pressure to purchase. I called them three weeks later after I did my research and we went through everything and I purchased. They’re $130 a month for two years. I was going to pay for it all outright, but if it comes down to where something was to happen and they denied a claim, I’m not out of all the money if I were to cancel. I just bought another car and because it was a used car, it didn't have any mortgage on it. It's a foreign car, and I thought I needed a warranty. This is the first time I ever had to buy a warranty, and it's for a new model car. When I was doing my research on warranty, I found good and bad things about Endurance. I wanted to compare and it said online that Endurance was one of the better ones so I contacted them.
At first, the rep was kind of a little rough because I just find out every time any information that could've been brought up from the beginning. But most of it was my misunderstanding because I've never had to deal with them before. If I didn't know something about the warranty and getting a warranty like that, I could've asked a lot of questions myself. They can't think of everything to tell me what I need to do before I get it. So I'm trying to be fair with them. I can't really make a call on them unless I have issues, when I do have to make a claim.
When I ask them about the kind of plan they laid on, they told me that I had to get an oil change 30 days after I bought the policy. But they didn't tell me about that. I didn't think it was really necessary, because I just bought the car and had the oil changed the second day before I bought the car, so why should it get an oil change. That car takes AMSOIL, which is one of the expensive ones. They said that if I brought the copy of the oil change from the dealership, that would suffice. And I was insisting, "So why didn't you tell me this before". But they apologized and we went on with that oil change. So there are certain things that could have been better, but it's all right.

Setting up the warranty was fine, but the sales representative didn’t go into complete detail on the sales side of it. I had one item recently that I had to pay out of my own pocket to repair and one item I couldn’t afford to pay so it's not repaired yet and they said the job wouldn’t even cover it.
I was on the assumption that as long as I’ve had my oil changed at a certain timeframe and I provided that information for them, anything after my first 30 days will be covered. I followed up with them and it really didn’t get resolved. They told me that my vehicle has over 100,000. Upon receipt of the policy, I read it and there were a few discrepancies between what was reflected in the policy and what he told me. One difference was there was a one-month waiting period in the event I had a need for repair. And it turned out to be a two-month waiting period. But it didn’t make any difference because I haven’t had any problems.
I made an attempt to get in touch with the young man that I spoke with initially prior to buying a policy because of what I read in the policy versus what he told me. I was not successful in getting in touch with him. I had to communicate with one of his coworkers who claimed he would call me back. However, he never did. But eventually I was able to contact the first person from the company that I communicated with who sold me the policy because I had indicated that I was going to send some letters to senior management unless I heard from him. I was looking for an extended warranty because my General Motors protection plan went out on my vehicle. I was calling around getting pricing of a General Motors Protection Plan. And I found one but the lady who did the deal with Endurance with me really went the extra mile to help me out because I was trying to get a good mileage warranty at a good price. Endurance was a tad bit more than what the GM people asked but for the additional bit of mileage they were giving me for $200, I wasn’t going to complain. My car wasn’t over a hundred thousand and they could give me the top-of-the-line one that Endurance sells. The lady was also nice, very professional and answered my questions. She even asked her boss if there was a way they could give me a little discount which they were able to do.
Purchasing the warranty was pretty much effortless and the lady explained it to me. I wasn’t too comfortable at first because there are always people out here trying to sell you some warranties and get you stuff in the mail and that's really sketchy. But I had done my own research online and Endurance had 5 stars and a lot of good customer reviews. The mileage package I have is up to 136 thousand miles. When it gets to that point, Endurance can only offer me a basic and not any of the really good stuff anymore. But I’m driving the car more than I want to, using up a lot more of the warranty than I want to. So I may actually use it up a lot faster than what I had expected. If I'd known I was going to be driving my current car more, I would’ve paid for more. And I've been considering calling Endurance to see if they can add mileage to it and I just pay a difference.
Aside from that, I also I had an issue with Endurance. I called because I was trying to figure out how the auto rental worked with my policy. I was trying to see if I could get an auto rental even though the vehicle hadn't been diagnosed at the time. Endurance is on Central Standard Time so when I called the office wasn’t open but a lady took my message. I had taken my car to the shop later on that day after work. I called and left a message eight something in the morning at Eastern Standard Time. I had been at work all day but by 4:05 Eastern Standard Time, nobody called me from Endurance to give me more details about how the auto rental works.
When I got to the dealership, I called Endurance again and that's when I ran into another issue. There was a number listed on Endurance’s website and I called it. It put me to this customer service person and he tried to transfer me to Endurance. But when he transferred me over there, it kept saying the office was closed. But there was no way it was closed because this was a Monday through Friday. Since they were on Central Standard Time, they were behind me.
So I called the number on the website again and before I could explain to the customer service guy what the issue was, he transferred me through the same way again. And once again, it put me through that same thing then it said that nobody was available and it hung up on me. The guy was very unprofessional. And when I finally was able to get a number to get to Endurance’s customer service, I reported the issue to the girl I was speaking to. Somebody needed to go talk to whoever that guy was and deal with that issue.

I've been with Endurance a year now but I'm not receiving what I thought I was I going to be receiving.
I feel like everything with insurance is a scam. I’m paying all insurance and I feel like I’m paying my money for nothing because when I had to use it, it didn't cover anything. I put in claims for multiple things and Endurance paid for one thing but not the other two. When I called originally, they were talking about a point system. But I wasn’t looking at it when I got the plan because that was not what I was told. They sent me that point system table but that was after the fact. Since I was told on the phone on what the coverage was supposed to be, that was what I expected and not them talking about a point a, b, c, and d. I didn't care about that.
In the end, the payment had to come out of pocket. And Endurance still wants me to pay them for the warranty. Their specialist was fine and he was funny. He was a good customer service representative. When I had to get a copy of my contract, they emailed that to me too. The warranty is affordable though it could be a little better. I had a claim in and they fixed what was wrong with the car. There was no problems or anything. The car was cutting off. I took it to the shop about a couple of weeks ago and I said I have a warranty. I didn't even remember I had it and this comes directly out of my account. Having an extended auto insurance is good. The claim and repair didn't take too long and I didn't have to get a rental car. The car runs fine now. Endurance is reliable and a 5-star extended warranty company.

I got the warranty for my used car and it's always better to be safe than sorry. Their reps were pushy, just getting you to get the service. It wasn't rude but he wouldn't take no for an answer. Just kept pushing and pushing. That's how they're trained, not to take no for answers. I really wanted to think about it and they were really wanting to get it done right then and there. But I hope that I'll never have to use them.

I wanted to see if I could find a warranty for my truck that had a similar coverage to the one I had that was ending but had a better price. Endurance had that and it was an easy process purchasing it. My rep did a nice job and Endurance sounded like a good program. Their guys were prompt to get and send the information package and cards to me after I purchased the service so I was pretty pleased. In the future though, I won’t buy an extended warranty through the dealership but buy it from Endurance. I'd tell others to do the same and to give Endurance a call. It'll save them a bunch of money and they'd get the same amount of coverage.

He was informative and worked with me on price. So far, my car haven’t had any problems and it's running fine, but I was going to take it to a mechanic after the holidays. I got the full comprehensive coverage, bumper to bumper, and anything not explicitly stated in the contract is still covered. But I'm worried that something wouldn't qualify. I kept telling her that I was driving and when I told her I couldn't give her my credit card since I didn't have it handy, she insisted and got violent. She was very pushy and nasty on the phone. The only thing I'm going to have problems with is the mileage because I don't put that much mileage on my car. My Endurance purchasing experience went fine. I bought a travel trailer and I wanted to make sure that my truck would continue to be able to pull it for the length that I have with power trip. I compared Endurance against prices with another company and they're further ahead as far as their prices were, the prices were better. And the coverage was adequate for what I want to do.
Setting up with Endurance was fine. Their rep was very helpful. Every time you spend that kind of money on something that you probably will never use, then you got a lot of questions. I think it was expensive but he said that I would just pay $150 for the first two years and then, the rest is free. They're very accommodating, information-wise, they are right on track with what I looked up. But I had to cancel because I was stricken with throat cancer. I'm running into bills. My co-pays were huge. So $130 a month would have killed me.
Also, I'm going to have to sell my vehicle because of the overwhelming cost. I have a friend that will buy it from me. But Endurance had great people. I explained it to the gentleman and he was really nice about it. I said it was different circumstances. My wife sat down with me about a week ago and said, "We can't have this." She gave what she thought was a discount, but she probably gave it to everybody. But when I intended to file a claim, they didn’t cover it. So the only one time I needed it, it hadn’t really come in handy.
I filed the claim because the cruise control wasn’t working, and it had something to do with the brake sensors, but that wasn’t covered. And the rear wheels definitely have backing plate. Those needed to be replaced, but Endurance wouldn’t cover that either. And in the steering, it had a suspension part that needed to be replaced, and it didn’t cover that either. They should cover more stuff and their plans could be a little cheaper. It was a little pricey in my opinion. But the financing option they gave was pretty neat. You don’t have to pay any interest. You can pay a little bit per month till you pay for the plan. Not a lot of people do that, to my knowledge. So, that was pretty nice.

But when we had to take the car in for some issues that we were under the impression were covered, they told us it was not covered. We took the car into the Chrysler dealership, and the dealership tried to file. They do all the work. They file the claim, they contact the warranty people, they do everything. But the dealership called us back and said that the warranty people says that's not covered. And these were things that we specifically asked for when we bought the warranty. I was just going out there to look at it and I didn’t even wind up getting that particular vehicle. But I had to wind up calling in a week later, after it had already posted through my account. So I didn’t really enjoy the experience.
The rep was pleasant, initially. She’d kind of up-sold me on getting two years for free, but the thing is I wasn’t able to secure financing for the particular vehicle. So it was a waste and I specifically remember that I spoke with her on Monday and she told me I can call her back Wednesday if things didn’t work out and that she would have it in a pending sort of deal to where it won’t hit my account. But Tuesday it had already gone through.
They need to be upfront to let people know that their option is available for the two-three years. If you’re going to put in a pending status, then do that for the people because they’re really looking to be able to investigate those vehicle thoroughly before actually locking in something and having the amount to their account. But they reversed the charge and I was happy about that. I am happy that they fixed it but I would have preferred not to have the experience to begin with. A lot of the other ones had a small deductible but then if you had your air conditioning to be replaced they may only pay 80% and you’d still be stuck with 20%. And when I was on the computer, I asked for the top 10 rated warranty companies and it came out with a list and after looking at the pros and cons, I thought Endurance was the one for me. But I really like my vehicle, and my wife and I decided that we would keep this brand until it is no longer appropriate for our family to have a van. And so, it was a good idea to protect it. I had already researched the majority of everything online. And it’s not nice to pick the one that is somebody’s sales, but the Endurance Auto representative did a good job. He was a really nice guy and definitely knowledgeable about the product. If he had said anything that contradicted what I had read, I would have been concerned.
The Endurance warranty seemed like a pretty nice deal. I liked some of the security that comes along with it. In addition to everything else, they have the emergency red flag service. And then, depending on where you are, if you’re away from home and your vehicle breaks down, and you have to stay while it’s being serviced, they'd compensate you. The rental would replace your vehicle while you’re waiting for it to be repaired. And it would be compensated as well. If you have a failure or an inconvenience that your vehicle has caused, they kind of soften the blow for it. And it was what I was really interested in. I have a wife and two kids, and if I’m especially not home and they’re doing something, I like to leave the house confident that they’re going to be fine and they’re going to be taken care of.

Endurance is head and shoulders above all the other people that started calling me, didn't identify the name of their company and I had to pull it out of them. They have been very good, and I like them. I just got started with them and they were better than somebody else who hang up on me when I mentioned that I still had a 100,000-mile warranty and I got 87,000 miles on the car. I have a Ford Flex and it's been phenomenal. But I wanted it to be protected in case the engine or the transmission goes out.
Endurance's specialist was very easy to work with. And then, I also talked to another person who was very straightforward. They went overboard in a good way. The Ford has a sync system, which is a joint venture between Microsoft and Ford, and if the motherboard goes bad, it's $1500. So, they researched that while I was on the phone and got back to me and told me that it is covered because it all works with the engine, which is covered. The warranty is very complete. One thing I had a problem with was I purchased the warranty on a Monday. And then, the next week, I called them and asked why I haven't gotten any paperwork. But they were able to set it right and the day after, I got everything I needed.

I’ve called seven different warranty companies, and the lady that I dealt with from Endurance didn’t really push me too much, she was really nice and answered questions that I asked her, and she got back to me when she said she would. There were two other people that I spoke with. The first person wasn’t really helpful and then the second sent me some information, but then, when I called back to ask more questions, they weren’t available. So then, I got to the third person who I set up my policy with. Everything seems to go smoothly with her. I like that Endurance lets you pay monthly and also they have a good rating on the Better Business website and on a couple of other sites.

My wife had to contact their customer service when she had a question about how a payment was applied. She wanted to make sure that the payment was put on the beginning of the month and not at the end. Because of the way that it was going to the line, it made her believe that she still owed money at the end of the next month but she paid a few months ahead. And she was satisfied with the answer that they gave her.

I got a note in the mail from people selling auto warrant after the initial warranty runs out. I started looking at that one and others. But that one was not very highly rated and Endurance was. Their various reviews online were very good. We build up miles very slowly because we don't drive much and we're out of the country half a year. And so, chances are we're less likely to need it than most people. Endurance is the only one that offered seven years or 100000 miles. Everybody else cut it off at five years and so, those extra two years made a part in our decision.
The guy I talked to on the phone was very good and straightforward. He gave good information without a bunch of hype. I was well disposed towards him. Then I got an unsolicited call because I also made an email inquiry. When he saw that I was heading to somebody else, he said, "Well, we were offering you some great discounts. I can't understand why you don't just go ahead and sign on." It was a high-pressure approach and I nearly cut off the relationship with Endurance completely as a result of that unsolicited call. I called the initial fellow back and he apologized for what happened. After I looked at all the other alternatives, the one that made the more sense for me was what Endurance was offering. They offer a good product and competitive price and it's worth the consideration.

The shop described the problem and Endurance informed them that the broken engine mounts were not covered because "items which fail due to normal wear and tear are not covered". I wound up paying over $1100 out of pocket for the repair. I fail to see how broken engine mounts could possibly be considered "normal wear and tear".

And then I had to speak to another one who gave me the most information about the policy as far as how much it was going to cost and what is covered and what isn't. It was kind of vague and I really need a list of what was covered and what's not.
Making the payments was pretty easy, and I got a printed form of the plan that I got. But I would also like to know what other coverage options they had available for my vehicle if there was more than what I was told about. They told me that I was only able to get a starter plan for the vehicle that I have, but after getting it, they told me that I would be able to get another plan. And then they ended up changing it to where it was a different plan. The first one that I was told was a really good plan and the second one was mediocre.

I live between Nashville, Tennessee and Daytona, Florida, and he said as long as my address is still in Nashville, he can put me on the Tennessee address which saves me some money. He was really patient with all my questions, too.
I'm not able to use my service yet, but from what they said, after two months, I can use it and I don’t have to call them. I can go to any certified mechanic and just show them the card. And the only thing I have to pay them out of pocket is $100 and everything else will be taken care of. They even said I can get a rental car during the repair. Making payments is not really hard. The only issue I had was when I put the down payment and we agreed about the payment, it was supposed to be $102 a month and then they charged me $139 last month. When I called them, they said they can split it for a longer period and they went ahead and did it, and it wasn't an issue at all. Everything was like they said. 7 months ago I purchased a 2010 BMW 535i xDrive. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a vibration in the front end of the car, took a look and realize that the right front CV axle was going bad. I called Endurance and inquired of how to process a claim for the repair of my vehicle. I spoke with a claims rep who told me that all I needed to do was take the vehicle to a licensed repair facility and give that repair facility a copy of my warranty and tell them to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and call Endurance for coverage. I did this and dropped my car off at the repair facility along with a copy of my warranty and instructions to contact Endurance.
The repair facility called me several hours later and told me that the front CV axle was shot and needed replaced and the motor mounts were also dry-rotted and needed to be replaced. The shop supervisor stated that he contacted Endurance and Endurance said that there were issues with the mileage recorded for the vehicle and to have me call them.
I contacted a customer service rep at Endurance and the rep told me that there was a discrepancy of 200 miles from when I purchased the car to when I first had its oil changed. That since it was such a small discrepancy and I had the oil change done ahead of scheduled maintenance that they were going to let that little mistake slide. I asked him did that mean that they were going to honor the claim on the vehicle and the rep stated NO. I asked him why they would not cover the claim on the axle or the motor mounts and the rep stated that per my policy page 2, under definitions the very first definition given which defines the term "breakdown" states that any part that fails due to average wear and tear or end of life service would not be covered.
I asked him then what would be covered because I knew there was a clause in the contract that stated Endurance would not cover a part if it was found to have been misused or abused. The rep told me that according to my Endurance contract they would cover a part that had failed due to improper installation or poor craftsmanship. I don't see how that's possible. If a part fails due to poor craftsmanship then Endurance can say the part failed due to poor craftsmanship therefore it is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the failed part to replace the part. And if the part fails due to improper installation Endurance can very well say the person or service facility that installed the part is responsible for its failure since it was installed improperly.
So to recap my Endurance Warranty, the Select Premiere 60-1000, is good for nothing. They will not cover a failed part due to proper wear and tear. They will not cover a failed part due to abuse and misuse. They will cover a part due to poor craftsmanship. They will cover a part due to improper installation. They will not cover any seals or gaskets due to end-of-life failure. That is they will not cover any seals or gaskets that fail due to average use. They will cover gaskets and seals that have failed due to improper installation or poor manufacturing quality. Tell me where this makes any sense to anyone please? It does not. When I called and found this out I immediately cancelled my warranty. I had paid in on my warranty approximately $900. I was refunded $411. And they graciously waived their cancellation fee.
I never had a chance to use this warranty. After speaking with the representative from Endurance I went to the Better Businesses Bureau website where Endurance Warranties is a Better Business Bureau A+ accredited company. That is laughable at best. I attempted to run through their gambit of so-called process to leave negative feedback for Endurance Warranties. I do not know if I was successful. I've been contacted the service center to tell them that I had cancelled my warranty and inquired about the repair cost out of pocket. The cost of repairs were 900 plus dollars. Explain to the repair facility that I could not afford the repairs at this time and I'd like to come and pick up my car. The cost for me to pick up the vehicle was 600 and some odd dollars. I did have an oil change at the tune of $111 and some change. I did have the number six spark plug replaced at the tune of $56 and some change.
The rest of the bill owed was for diagnostics which Endurance demanded the shop perform. This company is owned and operated by SCAM ARTISTS. The companies that represent them as being an a plus business is no better than they are. I feel sorry for the folks that have left positive feedback for this company just based on their initial experience with the company. I feel sorry for these folks when they go to place a claim on their vehicle. Stay away from these SCAM ARTISTS. Do not do business with them. They are not trustworthy and they are not here to help you in any way with your vehicle and its repair. The only thing they are here to do is take your money. Please feel free to go on to their website and look at the Select Premiere 60/1000 warranty and look at page to the top of the page under definitions.
Breakdown refers to the breakdown of a defective part or faulty workmanship as supplied by the manufacturer or dealer, but does not include gradual reduction in operating performance due to wear or tear or damage resulting from BREAKDOWN of non-covered parts. What you just read in regards to breakdown definition is verbatim from their warranty. I did not make this up. Again buyer beware!

Was blatantly lied to by a salesperson about the waiting period. Both the salesperson and I had worked at the same company - he in the past and me currently. This company allows us to have a company car to take home from work. I bought the policy for my personal vehicle so I didn't have to worry about it for vacation or unexpected travels that I cannot use company car for. On average, I drive my personal vehicle about 100-500 miles per month. Something the salesperson was WELL AWARE OF. I wait through the grace period - the only part of it I was told about (30 days) - and hop in my car to visit my brother's house about 50 miles out. My car is much nicer than the company car and much faster, which is why I still own it. Come to feeling a vibration on the drive so I bring it to the shop the next day for what I was assuming to be just a balance and alignment.
Come to find my engine mounts are bad, need new rear sway bar end links, new strut mounts, and more. Get the bill which is about $2100. But hey, I bought the warranty, right? Wrong. After talking to customer service I come to find that the fine print is 30 days AND 1000 miles, something that would take me more than 30 days to achieve. Since I thought I had the confidence of the warranty behind me, I told them to start repairs on it even if it wasn't covered because it all should have been since I bought the supreme coverage - the highest level.
Well, the claim is denied completely due to the fact I didn't hit 1000 miles - something I was not aware of from the salesperson at all. Now I'm footing the bill which costs almost as much as the policy I bought because this salesperson told me false information. To be honest, I'm sure this is a rare occurrence, as the company is rated highly, but I need everyone to know that this stuff does happen and I will never bring my business, or suggest people bring their business to Endurance. I cancelled my policy and will make all Endurance customers I speak to aware of the issues I had with them, as I work at a major rental car company that services Endurance Warranties. This is just bad business overall and I will make sure that I make everyone aware as possible of their lack of checks and balances between their salespeople, policy/service contract writers, and management.

But he said that I will still have to go through somebody which I don't feel comfortable about. Also, I had to be 1,000 miles over from when I started.

Endurance offered me more mileage on my truck than the other two companies I was looking at. They also covered more stuff like the electrics on the parts on my truck. Their specialist explained to me everything like what was covered, the terms, details of the warranty programs and how long it would be which was 100,000 miles in the vehicle. They told me that if I wanted to look at some more warranties before I chose, I should feel free to do so. One rep was really wise too about the warranty and he was a really nice person. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me an email. Making payments was also simple as they took my payment over the phone on credit card. Endurance is a good company and I told two of my friends about them.

I got my 2012 BMW covered with Endurance Auto Warranty. I read a lot of Endurance's reviews online and they seem to be very positive and also their coverage seems to be better than most. Their representative was very helpful and he explained a lot of the questions that I had and he definitely gave me the confidence to enroll with them. It was very easy to get information and easy to sign up with them. And hopefully, it will be as easy if I ever have to file a claim.

Our car is still under a warranty but we got less than 10,000 miles left on it and that rolls around very quickly, so it was time to get another warranty. I had a positive experience signing up with Endurance. They were informative and didn’t mind answering questions. The rep told me how much it was going to be per month because I thought it was going to the credit card. That was what we signed up with and I wanted to make sure I was not going to be making a double payment. But because I got the bill the other day which was not just the 20 something, they must want me to send in a money order which I want to do. But I'm going to call tomorrow and check.

Since my warranty is about to expire next year, I considered my options and then reached out to the top ones on ConsumerAffairs. After reaching out to Endurance, they called me back almost instantly. I talked to three people. The first person seemed more of a salesman and that conversation didn't go as well as I wanted it to. When I was trying to get a quote, it took the guy 20 minutes to get me one, especially after trying to ask him that I was looking for the quote and he just went in with details of the plan which I've already looked at online so it was a waste of time. But they had two other people call me and then the last person wasn't so much of trying to sell it to me as in as much a negotiating a price which is what I was looking for.
But when we did the payment over the phone, it's pretty easy. But I'd be more comfortable being able to do it online. So that's some room for improvement especially nowadays in 2017, seemed rather complicated to try to even get extended warranty because everything was done over the phone which was not as quick as a process I want and not as seamless of a process that I wanted, but it ended up working out.

From the research I did, Endurance had better customer experience and satisfaction rating. Talking with their rep, I already knew about the company and what was going to be offered. It went pretty quickly from there. I just got set up and I’ll start reviewing the documentation once I get it. If I want to keep it, I will and if not, I can cancel.
Their rep was a little vague in explaining everything thoroughly though thus once I get the documentation and read through it, I'll call back if I have any questions. I just called about getting clarification on an oil change that could occur in the timeframe. Also, a lot of people call and inquire about getting Endurance's services but they don’t necessarily say they want to do it. But the reps throw in the whole the sales pressure saying, “If you don’t get it now, the price could be increased when you call back” which is not really needed.

Endurance had a better rating as far as taking care of any problems. I put down $129 to get the contract that had 30 days to review it. But when I checked in with the Kia dealer, he said we had a factory warranty left that’s why I decided not to go through with Endurance. I called Endurance and I told them I wanted to cancel. They were polite and they tried to talk me back into it, but I wrote them a letter and told them I wanted to cancel and my credit issued.

The used car I bought seemed to be well-maintained but since I wasn’t familiar with its history and it was an expensive car to maintain, I wanted to get a warranty on it. I did some research on a couple of different companies and the reviews and their ratings for Endurance were better. A lot of the companies had Better Business Bureau claims against them for claiming existing conditions and not actually covering the things that needed to be covered. After talking to Endurance, I felt that it was a better company than the ones I had looked at.
My rep seemed knowledgeable but there were times when I started having second thoughts because the answers weren’t as satisfying as I would’ve liked them. After talking to him for a while though, he calmed my questions. My payment is on automatic withdrawal and it was more than I wanted to spend but it was insurance on the car.

My daughter took my car to the Cadillac people where I bought it to have my air-conditioning checked and was told that my warranty expired in September. They couldn't recommend anybody for the warranty so my daughter looked up Endurance on the internet. When I called the company, everybody was nice and professional.
There was a man I talked to who I liked. After I talked with him, I gave him the information that he asked me about my mileage and all that stuff. He was a very professional and patient young man. He called me back a couple of times then he had me talk to a young lady. And when I actually checked the mileage of my car and found that I did not have a 100 miles on it, they backed off a few dollars. It went very smoothly and I gave them $159 upfront. I got my first package but I was told they'd be sending me another one with the amount being a few dollars less because I didn’t have much mileage as I thought.
Other than that, I was very pleased with the process. There was nothing crazy and only what seemed to be important. Right now, I have a three month wait period which is fine. I don’t foresee anything wrong with my car and I don’t do any long distance driving. I just want to hold on to it until I paid for it, keep it for a couple of years then I'm going to get a new one.

The vehicle we just bought had 99,000 miles and I knew buying it before I hit 100,000 would most likely do less. So I called up a couple of warranty companies and went with Endurance. They were in the top service and they probably bill a little less price. I told the salesperson that the first plan he threw at me, I didn’t want to spend that much on and he found me a different one. But he couldn't answer what was going to be covered and told me to call Endurance. I know a lot of the Nissan when you start the car up in the morning, it smokes. And I asked if that was covered, but the sales guy didn't know. But he was the one selling the warranty and he should have known.
Another thing was the sales guy said I could get my money refunded in about 30 days if I didn't like the warranty. I told him that the service he sold me was 60 days. I have to wait to bring it in on to 1,000 miles on the car I bought. What then was the point of the 30 days because I obviously couldn’t find anything out until after 60 days.
I wanted the service and that was one of the things that I did a lot. I pretty much knew everything in the dealership no matter if it was about service or finance. So when I had to ask some questions, I wanted to know the answer. The guy that sold me the warranty was very pleasant. I was interested in their warranty but I asked him if they could do better on the price, and he talked to his manager and they were able to drop the price a little. And he went over and explained in the package I was satisfied with.
I put the warranty on my credit card, and then I'd pay the credit card off every month. They offered I could pay by check, and I might do that later if I wish. Also, I could put it on the debit card and they offered all kind of ways to pay for it. I haven't used them but I hope all is well if I would need them. One thing, however, was the rep was not transparent and should have explained the options that I had as the end-user. I was under the assumption that there will be only one plan and that would be the plan I would be getting. But when I did some more research after buying the plan, that’s when I felt that they had multiple options and the coverage differed based on what kind of plan the end-user chose. I was a little disappointed when I saw that a few benefits were not covered under the plan that I took. But that’s how one makes sales and I understand.
