Endurance had some of the highest ratings for customer service and reliability so I decided to go with them. The rep that I dealt with was very informative on everything. Every question that I asked, he had an answer for it, and we ended up coming to an agreement on everything. It was pretty great, and it was also easy to make payments.

I have an older vehicle that didn't get a warranty on. I then started experiencing some technical difficulties with it. With my SUV, I figured to just go ahead and get that warranty on it. I tried to do a little bit of research and I wanted to go to with the best factory warranty companies. Endurance was one of the top ones. I had a good rep who pretty much put all the information that I was looking for out there. He answered my questions and showed me the ballpark high and low and what was best suited for me as well. It was easy to set the payment plan up but I have yet to finalize it.

We have a new vehicle and it's been in a diesel. I like to have a warranty on it, and Endurance really called me back and gave me the time. The specialist I dealt with explained things very well. She was very good at answering my questions and if she didn’t know, she did find out. Everything in general so far seemed good and really easy to work with.

I wanted to have protection and I heard that Endurance takes better care of their customers. However, it was a little back and forth with the protection specialist we dealt with. The representative sent me to the supervisor and then I was never able to complete the conversation because I called three times, but it had always been having other people and bad timing, and they never got back to me. They said to call back and we were gonna reinitiate the agreement, and it had been a while since my last contact with them. I even have made payments already.

I’ve always had a warranty any time I had a car, new or used. I bought an Endurance policy for the used car that I got. When I looked online, Endurance was one of the best. The only thing is their rep didn't listen really well. At first, he asked how long I wanted to have the coverage and what I wanted covered. I told him I wanted the longest and the very best one they have. He gave me a quote for one and when I asked how long it will last, he said it will last for 60,000 miles. So I said, “So don’t you have anything better?” And he said they got a better one. I said, “Okay then, what’s your very, very best?” And he gave me another one that was 80,000. And then he said they still got a better one. I told him, "Just give me what you thought is the best. I don’t care what it cost, just tell me.” And finally, after about four tries, he came up with the one I got and I’m hoping it’s the best one they got.

I’ve had several auto warranties throughout the years on a variety of different cars and I’ve had good luck with them in the past. I have a car that used to be my mom’s and I know the history of it. But it’s getting up there in miles where it could possibly need some maintenance soon. It's getting about that age of the car where I'd need to start worrying about that stuff so I figured I’d be proactive about it.
I did a web search for ratings and I was just looking for quotes from several companies for warranties. Five minutes after I submitted my inquiries, an Endurance rep was calling me about them. He was helpful and quick. He explained that there was an initial upfront payment. I was just shopping and he told me that I would get a $500 discount if I signed up before we hung up. And the price ended up being in the area that I was looking for and it was reasonable so I signed up. The initial process was easy. I just started up and I’m within the 30-day period before I could make a claim. So far, so good.

I trade in every three years and I'm getting older and I want to start paying something off. My warranty was about to run out, so I decided looking into getting an auto warranty. I could have went with my local dealership with their warranty, but I chose to get on the internet and find something that was top-rated. I looked at the top 10 and Endurance seemed to be number one, and I'm hoping they don’t prove me wrong. Their rep was great and helped me out in every way. He did a good job and picked the best plan for me with my truck. He went through each plan with me, and since my truck was fairly new and I still had a good warranty left in it for about six months, I chose the plan that I got. Endurance has been great overall.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty a few times to get some price quotes, and every time I called, they were real personable. They were really friendly and polite. And they had no problem giving the information that I asked for. I compared Endurance to a few other companies, and I liked what they offered. There was a lady that helped me the first time and then a guy called back and signed me up. They were both nice and pleasant. It was definitely well worth the calling and choosing to get the extra warranty.

A warranty is basically like insurance and hopefully, I won't have to use it. I don't like to buy new vehicles and I take very good care of my vehicles. And they last a long time. I have 264,000 miles on my Ram pickup with virtually no problems. I would have bought a warranty for my Dodge pickup too but it has the lifetime Powertrain Warranty that they offered in 2009. When I did some exploring online, Endurance seemed to be one of the highest rated that I could come across. It was also a pretty simple enrollment process and I figured that they were just gonna just charge my credit card for the payment which works for me.
My experience was okay and the first person I talked to was very gracious and was pretty good. But I was then transferred to somebody else who seemed like she was in too much of a hurry and really wasn't very interested in much of anything. I very carefully spelled out my wife's first name but it was screwed up and it was misspelled in the policy. I was not happy about that. I called her back to get it corrected but it has not been corrected. She said she was not sure what she could do. It didn't look very professional. I'm glad that I have the warranty. But my wife's first name is Carolyn, just like every other. The company is such that one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. There is a miscommunication within the company about things like that and there really shouldn't be.

I got an Endurance warranty on my car. I spoke to somebody and she said that if I didn't want it, I can get my money back within 30 days. I talked to my wife and we decided to keep it. So I paid the first monthly payment, and they told me I got 40,000 miles on the car.

Endurance Auto Warranty gave me their spiel when I initially talked to them. I also heard great things about them so I gave them a try. They gave me a four-year plan and they said I'm gonna pay on the plan for two years and the other two years would be free. But when I had an issue with my car, what I thought was covered was not covered. And when I called, they didn’t honor my claim, so I was a little upset.
The guy who I spoke to told me that even though I was told that electrical was covered under my plan, there were only certain electrical parts covered, but the initial salesman didn't tell me that. I had to pay out of my pocket for $1,500 and it was extremely expensive. So the guy apologized and Endurance knocked off a couple of payments that I make amounting to $230 and then sent me a free $50 gas card. But that ain’t touch the amount of money I had to pay to get the car fixed but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they did knock off a couple of payments and gave me a gas card. I had another issue with the windshield wiper motor. It went out on the car and it was only $104 to replace the motor. They covered that, but I just paid that out of pocket because it would have been ignorant of me to give them a $100 deductible for it.

I was having a lot of problems with my vehicle and I was curious as to having a warranty on the vehicle being that the factory warranty has expired. I saw good online reviews about Endurance in the Better Business Bureau. The rep I spoke to was very nice and very good. He got into everything but there was a little miscommunication. I was curious into getting the auto warranty and the rep explained to me that the warranty coverage is up to $12,000. I purchased a policy and when I got it, I read the detail to it and it says that it's actually the value of the vehicle. Now, I own a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer and Blue Book value only has it at $3,500. And maybe I misunderstood or maybe there was a misrepresentation in giving me the fair quote. I haven't had any major problems with the vehicle, but because I've had so many other problems with it, I wanted to be sure if anything happened with the transmission I'd be covered.
Endurance has a policy in place that if you can't close in the first 30 days, you can receive a complete refund. I contacted their customer service team and besides waiting for the refund, everything has been good. I notified them on the 12th that I no longer wanted the policy. I wrote that I was no longer interested and put it in the mail. I was charged because I gave them my debit number, and I was charged again on the 20th because it was an installment plan. And it has been 7 to 10 business days now when I mailed it to them certified and I have a tracking number that said they received it on the 16th. So, I don't understand why my refund still isn't here. Overall Endurance is a good company, but I suggest they let a person know that when you take out the warranty, they are not going to pay over what the vehicle is valued at. Other than that, I was happy with the experience and their customer service.

The dealership told me that the car that I bought, they always have bad transmissions. I googled, put in all my information and Endurance Auto Warranty called me. I got my warranty with them in March and they take out my payment automatically. The price isn't really reasonable but I just make it work anyway. It’s a lot of money just to be covered if something happens, like $150 a month. I understand that’s how a warranty works but they should make the deductible higher and the monthly payments a little lower.

Endurance is untrustworthy, and uninterested in customer service! They quote you whatever price you want to hear in order for you to agree to sign with them. Of course you have to sign up right then or the quote is no good the next day, red flag! Then when it's time to finalize the deal, they tell you your monthly payment amount, but the payments far exceed the agreed upon total. Please take the time to perform simple math and calculate your payments before falling for this scheme. I spent a whole hour and 45 minutes on the phone and talked to 5 different representatives to no avail. That is unacceptable customer service!
Endurance refused to honor the quotes that they had guaranteed me via email and over the phone, even after "managers" adjusted them twice! Then they threatened to fire the sales rep who supposedly made a mistake in the quote, as if that would help the situation. They don't value their customers, and they apparently don't value their employees either. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid the high pressure and dishonesty that comes with Endurance.

Then when I told him that I had better price, he started to say really rude things about other companies that they were liars, the sample contract in front of me are not real. I was concerned about the payment, and the policy itself was just about the same as the car payment.
When I tried to cancel, I had to call over and over again. It took me over a week to get it canceled because every time I said I wanted to cancel, I will be transferred, sometimes disconnected, put on hold for 30 to 45 minutes, only to find out I’ll be transferred again. One day, it got so long that it got to be 5:00, so they were closing. And instead of having someone pick up the phone and tell me, they just hang up the call. I did research to see what shop would take the warranty because I've had a previous warranty on my other vehicle and I had trouble finding a shop that would take it, so I went with Endurance Auto Warranty since a lot more companies take them.
It was very easy to purchase my auto warranty because, from the moment the Endurance reps called me, they wanted to get my credit card information for me to pay for it. But I probably would not have been satisfied if I didn’t do my own research on the warranty because, whenever I asked questions, the only answer I got from the reps was that Endurance is the best out there and no one else can beat them, but I wasn’t given any specifics. Also, I felt like it was more of a pressure to get the warranty.
I paid for my warranty monthly. The reps didn’t give me the option of paying for it in lump sum and I didn't even know that I could do that. I've seen some reviews saying that people had trouble even getting a feedback, so I don't know if Endurance can actually take a claim. Can't remember what it was but anyhow after that maybe 100 miles we purchase another extended warranty from Endurance. Check the reviews had bad and good. Should have listen to the bad ones, this what happen to me. 4000 or 5000 mile later and 70 days later my check engine light came on. Took to dealer was told It was the thermostat. Guess what not covered. Ok fine. They also said they heard a whining sound in the engine and they said it was my timing chain that was stretched which is bad. I told them I will call the warranty people and see if that was covered which it was and the dealer had to call them to verify it as well. But when the dealer called they told them it had to be broke so Endurance decline my claim. It was stretched not broken.
My question is something like a timing chain which is to me the heart off your engine and I have to wait for it to break and be stranded somewhere. It serves me no purpose to have a warranty like that and damage more of the engine to possible have the claim denied again because one thing I know they will find every reason to say no to avoid paying for repairs. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IT'S NOT WORTH IT, oh by the way this went on for 2 weeks fighting it. He ran down everything that was being covered and that’s another reason why I chose Endurance, because when I went with CarShield, they told me a few things like, I'll be covered under everything except for regular maintenance, such as brakes, oil changes and tires. And after looking at the policy booklet that they sent out, they only covered the powertrain, the engine, water pump and the axle. And it was $20 less than what Endurance are charging me for the policy I have with them. I was thinking I was covered for everything because that’s what the the seller was telling me.
Endurance pretty much went into detail about everything and their rep told me they cover almost everything, including the electrical components as far as the power windows, down to the smallest detail. If something was to happen, I will look forward to getting everything fixed. Except for suspension unless it’s the driver access, which is fine because it’s an older car.

Endurance Auto Warranty was the highest rated one I could find on Google, and the rep that I spoke with was awesome. When I called in, their rates were very competitive. They gave me a couple of discounts, and they were very descriptive when it came to what I was looking for and what they have to offer.
The specialist I spoke with was awesome and a very down to earth guy. He related to me, gave me the best possible deal, was honest and he took care of me. I have his email and number. And he told me to reach out to him in case anything happens. He gave me a few follow-up calls but I wasn’t able to answer some of them. And he didn’t get discouraged because I know he wants to make the sale. He has to meet his quota in terms of the policy that he sold to me. My first experience with Endurance was not a good one. A guy called and he said he would put me through to someone. I talked to him and he got very rude and pushy about me buying their warranty. He asked why I couldn't buy it right then and I told him that I might lose my income tax. I was more worried about paying Uncle Sam than buying a warranty at that time.
He went on and on and he told me that it would cost me $4,200 if my transmission went out. He asked, “What would you do if you had a major repair and you had to take it in and they told that it was $4,200?” I told him I'd put it on my credit card and worry about it later. I told him I wasn't going to do their warranty that day and that if he gave me his number, I would try to call the following day. He told me my car was really not eligible but he was quoting me a certain amount for that day and that he was giving me that opportunity. I said I was sorry and that I was not going to do that. He wished me luck with my car and hung up on me.
I heard a commercial for another company and I went in to look it up at ConsumerAffairs. I put in some information and it rated the different carrier. It said that with the year and the mileage of my car, Endurance was the best one to go with. I went ahead with Endurance and they called me back. My car is not that old but it has high mileage on it. I talked to a guy first who then turned me over to somebody else. This Endurance rep I spoke with was totally different from the rude one I had. I told him that if I was going to get that kind of approach from him as the first guy, we didn't have anything to talk about. He said he didn't work like that and he checked what could do for me.
He was very nice, patient, accommodating and he answered my questions. He got me a little bit of a better rate than what we initially discussed. He also gave me his direct line to call in case I had further questions or if there was anything that he could do to help me with. I was very pleased with everything he gave me so I signed up with them at that time. I now have three days if I want to change it. I’m waiting to talk to another company to see what the difference is, the coverages and the prices before I make a final decision.
One guy with Endurance called me back and told me that I’ll be getting a brochure in the mail and that I would need to look at it and follow what they are talking about and what they tell me to do. As a business person, I never purchase a vehicle without a warranty unless it was to build up for the race track. A warranty, even a high deductible warranty, while they've gotten pricier over the years, it's one of those things that you have to sacrifice to have because if you need a drivetrain in a modern vehicle, you're looking at about $12,000 to $13,000 which is a lot of money. If you're paying a $500 or a $1,000 deductible, it becomes reasonable versus $12,000.
I just purchased my Endurance Auto Warranty a little over a month ago. The vehicle has some warranty coverage from the factory left but it's only the drivetrain. I got a 2,400 square foot shop so there's a lot of things I can do, but there's a lot of things that I can't. And I'm not going to spend $7,000 for a computer analyzing system. The warranty was just one of those common sense things that if you can afford it, it makes sense to do it. I'm not going to try and save that much, a $100 a month, when it'll give me some peace of mind going down the highway.
I was shopping around online and when I looked at a company, I looked at how much advertising they had. If I was unfamiliar with a particular need, I researched that need. When I started itemizing the list down to companies, I also looked their wear power, meaning how hard the search engines pushed their product which spoke about advertising dollars and which spoke to size. A weaker company that doesn't have a good footprint is not going to have good advertising power on a national level.
This type of reason probably doesn't make sense in the normal consumer aspect because I'm a builder and I'm into buying new, large vehicles and income of $250 or better on the average in the good years. You don't spend $40,000 on something and not have a warranty even if it's used. It's just you're asking for trouble. Because if it's down, not only do you have to pay the expensive repair, but you have to rent something to take its place while you're doing it.
The lady I spoke with from Endurance was quite amicable, very mannerable and she was not pushy. And that's really important because as soon as that starts to happen, 2% push is 98% me out the door. I don't look back, I don't go back. I let the lady know what my situation was as a disabled individual and what I was trying to accomplish. It came together in the end and she was more than reasonable. She was the kind of person that if you have to buy something from somebody and you're not ready to purchase that day, you'd want to talk to her because she listens enough to understand what her options are. Because if you don't know what your options are, how can you offer someone one that's going to work? And that's a customer service listening skill.

Once the mileage gets to a 1,000, then I'll be covered and I'll sleep better. I paid $157.75 for the downpayment, and in my paperwork, it says that the monthly payment will be taken out once a month out of my credit card, which is fine.

My uncle works for GM and he asked me if I got an extended warranty. I told him no so he told me that I needed to get one and he told me about Endurance. The person from there who helped me was nice, he explained everything to me and he made me understand the warranty. He was right on top of it when I had concerns. They took my payment right off my account. I also received something in the mail that explained my warranty and broke it down.

I couldn’t afford the warranty that the bank was offering at the time when I got my car. And if I wanted to get it, they were going to refinance and it will make my car payments higher. One of my friends had an extended warranty program once and he told me to look into it. Endurance has been great. I just started with them and I'm just waiting for everything to kick in, but everything seemed to be good talking with them. Endurance's rep was better than the other people that I had who were trying to be pushy. But Endurance was a little bit different. I got my stuff in the mail, and I’m reading it a little bit just to know what it is.
The payments are taken out of my account directly. I could have done it online, but I did it that way so I won't miss a payment. It’s good, and also if I have extra money, I can pay for it earlier than the timeframe and they will adjust it according to that. I end up not having to pay $118 a month if I double up or pay more. It kind of helps me with my budget, too.
They trust people and like to verify and make sure that the people are trustworthy enough to tell the company how many miles are in their car, which is good. The company had the ability to find out the information once you gave them the VIN. And I had a good relationship experience with their customer service because I was honest enough to tell them my issues or what I was concerned about because I wanted to make sure that my car was covered. I will travel sometimes because I work for a nonprofit medical facility, so when we do rural area help, I may have to go down and do some different things and so I wanted to be covered and if I ever had any little issues, I don’t have to come out of the pocket.
I would tell people that whatever Endurance told me, they actually did. I got my insurance card, a booklet explaining all the things that they explained on the phone about what they cover, what they don’t and the things that I needed to know about it before I get it. And I would also tell people if they have rims on their car, Endurance would not cover manufacturer tires that came with the car. That was something good to know ahead of time. And then, what they told me over the phone, even though it looks like it’s a lot of money, but if you’re able to double up at some point in time or pay, the payment goes down if you wanted to do like a catch up or get your payment lowered than what they were.

I had a warranty that I was getting rid off and trying to replace. The Endurance specialist I spoke with was very good. He was personable and gave me a whole lot of stuff. And I told him, "I don't need all that. Let me talk. Let me tell you what I need." He was willing to listen. I still need to get back with him because there were some things that he promised that aren't there. Also, I originally asked them if I could pay down half of the warranty payment and then make payments on that, and they weren't able to do that. They were able to just make me do straight payments out. I want to get rid of half of it right now.

I purchased a car for my son. I went online to do the research and I hit submit to get a quote for a warranty. The phone rang 10 seconds later which was phenomenal. Quincy from Endurance was the person who called me and he was upfront. I couldn't have asked for somebody more professional or ethical. I'm 49 years old and I've been in sales for 21 years, 100% commission. I treat my customers like gold. And it's very hard to sell to me because I know how I'm supposed to be treated. I'm super busy and Quincy followed up with me probably 15 times and never once did I feel bothered because he knew how busy I was and he respected that. He gave me a great deal and explained things properly.
I agreed to do the warranty and Quincy transferred me to a young lady to read me some disclosures and take my credit card information. She then said she would have her manager, Eric, call me about something. Eric got involved and he answered all my questions. Quincy and Eric were both phenomenal and it was a first class experience.
I called other companies too and one of them was extremely unethical. They were quoting stuff about Endurance that they thought were true but they were 100% not true based on Endurance's agreement where Endurance is actually what's called the administrator, which is basically dealing directly with them. And this particular company said that was not true.
There was one other thing. I had purchased a warranty from another company and canceled that warranty just to go with Endurance. And it cost me $25 just to cancel. Endurance's warranty was more expensive than the one I canceled but you get what you pay for. It was just overall an incredible experience with them. And this includes their technology. To date, the warranty is not yet effective because I still have 30 days and 1000 miles to have to pass.

I've gotten what appears to be a new car but it got a lot of years on it and I said, “Okay. Well, maybe it would be a good investment to get it covered and especially I'd drive it a long time." I looked on the web at the top 10 auto warranty providers and Endurance was the first on the list, so I said, “Well, let me talk to them and see how they operate.” I had talked to another before that, and they were very high pressure and much more expensive. They said, “This is a one-time only deal and blah, blah, blah,” but Endurance was straightforward. I told them I'd have to think about it and they said it was fine, and that they would send me the information. So, I felt like they were operating on a professional level.
The rep was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. He offered me the option of longer smaller payments and that was useful and I ended up going with it. I called the guy and told him I didn’t get the documents that he said they would send, and he took care of it and it came within an hour or two. I'd tell my friends that it's certainly worth taking a look at Endurance because they were a lot less than one of the others I looked at and seemed to be a professional organization.

When my original warranty expired I had no intention of getting the extended warranty. I know the dealerships screw you on it – it’s not even their warranty, it’s from a third party and the dealer can’t do anything to help if they won’t pay. What a joke! Then my transmission started acting nuts and I had to drop a couple grand on repairs. That hurt. My friend told me to check out other warranty companies and that’s how I found Endurance. They did try to give me the hard sell on the phone, but I shut that down so I could ask what I wanted to know. The guy was not offended, just rolled with it and answered my questions. He helped me find a good plan and he even said the transmission would not be a pre-existing issue. When I took my car in to fix the brakes, it was covered, so they’re already way better than the dealership.

When we bought a car, we paid cash for it and we didn’t have to purchase a warranty on it at that time. And then, when I started looking for a warranty, I called a couple of people and it looked like Endurance has the number one rating on the website and everybody talked good about it. And they also deal with a lot of the businesses like car dealers so it seemed like a reputable company. I talked to a gentleman on the phone, and he quoted me a 100,000 miles policy. And then, when I got the policy it only went up 200, 000 miles and I’m like, “Wait a minute, I thought we’re supposed to go to 148?” And the rep said, “We don’t have a policy like that.” And I could have misunderstood but I wrote it all that down.
Everything that they talked about was very misleading. I just called the customer service number and the rep I got apologized about it and then he offered me to go up to the next care which would have been another 25,000 miles for the same price. So he tried to work with me on that aspect. I was not really interested anymore, and I canceled the policy.
When I first talked to them, they said I needed to put a down payment and I used my credit card. And then that credit card was charged the amount for the deposit. I was out of town so they sent me the policy and then they also sent me that. I looked over the policy and then I realized, “Oh wait a minute, this isn’t what I really talked about.” So then I called them back and then it went back and forth. And then I got another thing from their finance team saying that a certain amount was going to be debited out to my account because that was what the last card on my account. I was like, "Wait a minute. I never authorized anything to be debited out of my account except for the deposit." And nothing was withdrawn, but they already set up a direct deposit out of the same card I used for the deposit for my monthly payment because I had broken down into 18 monthly payments.
I had the whole policy for eight days and it covers me through 50,000 miles and I still haven’t even gotten 50,000 miles on it yet. I never paid anything except for the deposit and they said they’re going to refund that back to me. They said it would come back in three to five days. They didn’t do anything wrong. There was just a whole miscommunication on both sides. And when I called back to cancel, they offered me to try to solve the problem. I didn’t have any problems with the experience.

And it'd be good to have some sort of insurance. Endurance is less expensive than the other ones. And I already have Endurance on another car, so the specialist, Harvey, gave me a multi-car discount.

I was curious about warranties and I put extended auto warranty online and Endurance was the first one that came up. That’s how marketing is so it caught my eye. So I went home and my wife and I got online and started looking. And Endurance popped up on every site we went to. So I gave them a call, and I researched them and found that it’s the best plan if you compare it with where I got my vehicle from. My wife was also totally satisfied with the plan that I took.
The Endurance rep I spoke with was very informative. She gave me different options and different plans that I can go with. She suggested, which I appreciate, what I’m looking for and I told her that I’m looking for a full coverage of my vehicle. She also told me about my monthly payment. It would have been like $154 a month but she gave a different option on how much I put on this amount and they lowered my monthly payments. I put $600 down, and my monthly payment went down to $110 a month, which was doable.
Every time I talked to their customer service team, they were on point and speedy with the answers. And as a matter of fact, I called them the other day because I was considering about buying my son a car and I presume of getting Endurance with them also. With Endurance and in regards to a particular vehicle, the person I was going to pay the claims and the people that I will always be going to deal all the way through, it was a better scenario in terms of being able to be confident that they would stand by their product.
The Endurance rep was very informative, to the point, and gave me a good understanding of the product that I was getting, and me being confident that I was making the right choice. So, I looked into buying an extended warranty. I looked at warranties at the used car dealership where I purchased the car. I also looked at the used car warranty at the General Motors where the cars are made and purchased. Then I went on the internet and Endurance was rated number one. And so I looked at Endurance, looked at a few comments that people have made up under it and I made a decision because I didn't think there would be anything better.
Their four-year warranty sold me. It's 60,000 miles but it's four years and two years worth of payment. And with Endurance, you have to wait to be covered. There were some companies out there where you don't have to wait to be covered, but it didn't seem like the coverage was disputed. I called Endurance about their extended warranty and the rep explained to me what he could over the phone. And their approach was kind of pushy in a way where he wanted to sign me up right away.
Other than that, the rep was clear and concise. He heard my needs and I know he wasn't as scripted as the others, and I liked him. He talked about the coverage and what it did and did not cover. I really wanted to get my hands on the booklet. And he told me where I could find it online if I wanted to read the details, and he taught me that the devil is usually in the little details. They had a 5-star rating and it also looked like the best plan that was being offered. Their rep was very professional and helpful, too. And making the payment was easy because he just took my information and charged me for the purchase. He answered the questions that I had, and I made a lot of notes, which probably took a lot of his time. And then when the information came in the mail, I compared my notes with what I read in the booklet, and I’m satisfied that I got what was explained to me. I liked Endurance's price and the length of the warranty itself. But there were some important matters such as the limit of liability which was not fully explained. It wasn't until the 30 day period when I went looking for other options that one of their competitors mentioned what their limits of liability were. And then that prompted me to ask what Endurance's were. And actually, the competitors knew what theirs was. Apart from that, the limit of liability aspect of it was not exactly clear in the documentation they sent to me either. And to me, that should be very prominently displayed. The company should also be clear if my liability is cumulative or not.
I understand the principle that they don't want to spend more than the car's value, but there are other ways that they could achieve that same purpose. If they want to minimize their losses, one of the easiest ways to do it is for them to have a certain amount that they'd pay per year for the life of the product. And anything over that, then they just don't pay rather than checking to see how much the car is valued. It was very bureaucratic and not necessarily helpful to me. Also, ABS brakes are so pervasive in the marketplace. And I'm battling whether or not to continue with Endurance because they don't cover ABS brakes where some of their competitors do. Based on what I've read and heard from Endurance, I'm not realizing the usefulness of having a warranty with them. They have to look at their products somewhere on the line.

Once I received my policy in the mail, I read it front to back only to find out that it specifically says oil changes have to be performed at a dealership or similar. After I made very clear that I do my own. I call them back again, spending the better part of two hours only to have them try and transfer me into a policy that was 1200 more and 60,000 miles LESS coverage.
Please do yourself a favor and read that policy in detail as soon as you get it. I feel like there is a lot of smoke and mirrors and fast talking at Endurance, trying to almost shove this stuff down your throat. Website sucks too, you should be able to view contracts for each plan online and I could have saved myself over 3 hours. Bottomline that third time, not hearing what my needs were as a customer after I was very clear about it, being sold 2 policies almost a third, it felt malicious. After the last call they officially lost my trust, and ultimately canceled my policy. Headed back to Warranty Direct for better coverage and customer service, I’ve had a policy with them before.

I'm 83 and at my age, I don't hit the road anymore that I didn't need to look at buying a new car. But given that I have a 15-year-old car, I ought to do something in case I had problems with it. I looked into getting a warranty and went online to check things out. All of Endurance's reviews seemed to be good. I checked further into it and decided it is the best fit. And coincidentally, just yesterday, I went to my local Ford dealership and had the annual inspection and service. They didn't find anything wrong with the car. So if I keep giving it good care, it'll get me where I needed to go.
Everyone I talked to at Endurance was very business-like, very polite and very good at explaining things. And I was impressed by them. Making a payment wasn't difficult. I had to make a down payment and then I'll have to make a number of payments over a period of time. And there is a waiting period before it takes effect, too. In fact, I just received the policy in the mail. If my friends were interested in such a plan, they probably ought to start with Endurance Auto Warranty.

I had a pretty good experience with Endurance Auto. I got a car and they were the cheapest auto warranty company at that time. It was pretty easy to make payments and I had no problem with them.

I have an older vehicle so I wanted to make sure it was covered. I had Endurance before on a Jeep a few years back, and I had a good experience so when it was time to do it again, I chose to go back. Their representatives were cool. I felt almost rushed into getting the warranty, though. I understand the logic each time but it was kind of pushy especially if they can prove that your car is an older model. I wouldn’t recommend making the person that would use and need the warranty feel rushed into making a decision just to get it. It’s going to turn them off.
I had the warranty before so I understand the need and I had a good experience when I had it so it wasn’t a big deal for me to deal with that. Endurance would probably get more people if they have a grace period where people can come to a decision and choose them. I’m just kind of jaded because I’ve never had to deal with their new purchasing tactics. I would tell others that if they can get past that, Endurance is a good company.

I want to commend the Endurance rep I spoke to (did not catch name) for giving me so much good information up front. She not only went over the pros and cons of various policies with me, but also made sure to tell me about pre-existing conditions not covered, as well as the 30 day/1,000 mile waiting period to use the policy. In my opinion, that is great customer service. I would've been mad as hell if a claim got denied and they didn't tell me this stuff up front.

My truck has over 150,000 miles. It’s a little old and I wanted coverage on it for peace of mind driving. When I looked on the internet, Endurance was top rated. Their rep went over the warranty thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Endurance also seemed to offer a little more than the other company I looked at. The customer service team seemed to know what they’re talking about. If people could afford the warranty, then they should go for it, especially if they have an older vehicle. After a car gets over 150,000 miles on it, anything can happen.

Endurance was less expensive than some of the other providers. They explained everything pretty well on the phone and they emailed me and then sent an initial form in the mail. Not long after that, I received the policy itself. And we set it up for a monthly automatic withdrawal. Hopefully, I can continue to afford it.

I like Endurance Auto Warranty's coverage. The first time I talked to their reps, my experience was okay. On the second time, they said that they couldn't offer me the coverage that they originally quoted me because I got 400 miles over what they originally quoted me. It kind of stung but I got another one that was similar to the first one they offered. Making the payment was not difficult. And after we had discussed the other warranty that they sent me, I went sober and everything went smoothly. I've been satisfied so far and I would recommend Endurance.

I had a nice conversation with the Endurance representative, Pam, and I got the information yesterday, and so everything so far is going well. However, she said it was 60-days or a thousand miles till the warranty begins, but the paperwork says 60-days and a thousand miles. I'm not having any problems but I'm one of those sticklers that if you to tell me something, I expect to see it, especially when I'm buying it based on your word. But everything else so far has been spot-on.

I bought a used vehicle and when I went to the internet looking for an auto warranty, Endurance was one of the first ones to pop up and I called them. Their reps were outstanding. They were courteous, kind, and attentive. I asked them for a better price on something and they were able to accommodate that. And also, making the payments was very easy. I hope that they stand behind the product that they told me.

My car needed to be covered because I had over 130 miles on it. Endurance had reps who were pretty good, thorough, and straight to point. They weren't too pushy. I spoke to one guy and he set it up. The next day, I called because they sent everything to my email and I looked over it. So far, my experience has been good and I'm pretty happy. Others should go for it too.

Can I just say it's really important to know what you're buying? I see a lot of reviews saying repairs aren't covered, but you have to read the policy, people! I've had to pay for some repairs since I got my extended warranty, but I knew I would because they don't cover everything. So far, the one repair I needed that was under my warranty was covered without any of the problems I'm seeing on here. Maybe don't complain if you don't bother to know what you're signing up for.

I have an '05 Suburban and I want to keep this truck for a while. Somebody asked me about the warranty on it but I didn't have one. When transmission went out, they wanted the one that I couldn’t afford at the time. I'm tired of digesting stuff that I don't like to eat, so I got a warranty. I asked my phone to give me a list of auto warranty people. The companies all popped up and I went through two of them. When I got to Endurance, everything starts seeming like this was the right place to be. They answered the questions right and they treated me right. So I went with Endurance. I called up Endurance and they gave me the details of the warranty. Then I gave them my bank account, they took the money in and we’re up and running.
The first two companies that I talked to talked about the other companies, saying that the other company is not backed by other insurance companies. I thought, "Hey, I'm not calling you to ask you about other companies. I'm calling you about your company." But Endurance didn't talk about anybody else. They talked about what they can and can't do for somebody and that's basically what I'm looking for, somebody who can do for me. Not talk about other folks. Endurance has good representatives in their company and that's what sold me on them. I'm not saying they're the best and I hope I never have to use them. But then again, they are there for me if I need the warranty.
But I almost gave up on Endurance because when I called them, they wanted me to pay the money. And I told them I'll call back when I can afford them. But they said they can do something with it. So the rep worked with me, put the thing together and waited until the 1st to take the money out. Their people were appreciative of me trying to get with them. They were willing to work with a person to help them become a member. I got to wait 90 days before I can file a claim, but I really don't have nothing to claim yet because the truck is running fine and everything is working fine. I just want it to stay that way. I want to be assured that I'm gonna keep the truck running. Every once in a while I like to run out to Texas by my nephew and who knows what would happen out there on the highway. I would recommend Endurance to other folks over the two other companies that I talked to before. Everything worked out for me.

Endurance was supposed to be the best and I wanted to try something different. But I’m not liking Endurance too much. I had a warranty with Diamond Warranty and it was totally a lot better. The only things that Endurance is covering are the basics. If I have problems with the tires, it's not covered under the warranty and I only have a hundred thousand miles on my car. And if I have a problem, it should take 60 days before I could use the policy. I’m not happy overall.

I bought an Audi for my daughter, which is like a German car and the place I bought it from had a garage but it wasn’t a regular dealer. I wanted to be able to take the car to a reputable Audi dealer if it had to have repairs. I looked at warranty providers and Endurance came up as number one when I looked at ConsumerAffairs. Three companies came up as being reputable but I called them first because they came up first and then they pursued me really hard after that. I’ve seen them on the NASCAR commercials, too. I watch NASCAR and I thought they were a real permanent. It’s going to be there so I did business with them.
Their protection specialist was really good. And I was actually surprised. He explained things well as to what the coverages will be. Also, making payments was easy. I made the downpayment on my credit card and then we’re arranging payments right now through them to be drafted out of my dollar account. They kept bringing the price down. I was reluctant. It's for my daughter and she's a single mom of three so I kept trying to get the price as low as I could for her. They came down three times on the price during the course. They’d do everything that they said they’re going to do when in times push comes to shove. I’d tell people to give Endurance a shot. It’s going to work out.

I usually don't do extended warranty because I trade in cars after a few years to get the newer model. But I got a used car for my son when he started driving (Why waste a new car on a kid, right?) so I got the extended warranty with Endurance. Already used the roadside service for a flat, but have not made any claims yet.

I searched auto warranties online and came up with a trend guidance, and they had Endurance rated better than two other ones that I had heard of. They have check marks next to everything. They have packages and policies and I gave them a call. They got right back to me with emails, phone calls, describing and discussed everything. It seemed reasonable. I was very pleased with the representatives. I'll be recommending Endurance to anybody who asks, my friends in my circle and family. So far, it seems to be very good.

When I got out of the army, I bought two pickups and one was at 64,000 miles and the other was at 74,000 miles, and neither one of them came with a warranty. And within the first 1,000 miles on the lower mile pickup, I ended up running into some big mechanical problem. And I had the money at the time when I paid a lot of money to get that truck back on the road. But with the vehicle with such low mileage, had I known about warranties, I would have bought one. And this time, I bought a nice 2008 pick-up and it was just under 100,000 miles and I wanted to protect it. I have another 2001 Chevy, and the only thing I’ve ever had to replace on it is the fuel pump. So I'm hoping it’s the same story with this pickup but if it goes the way of my green pickup that I had, I wanted to make sure that I was covered.
I googled “Best aftermarket auto warranty.” It took me to the ConsumerAffairs website, and they gave me three companies that were highly rated. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and I looked at a bunch of reviews as well. And Endurance Auto Warranty is the number one rated aftermarket auto warranty in the nation and they were also number one on the ConsumerAffairs list.
Working with Endurance's specialist was really easy. The rep from the other top company I spoke with was very high pressure. He kept telling me he'd get my ATM card number and offering deals, and he made it seem like he was trying to finalize without even asking me for the VIN of the vehicle. And Endurance wasn’t like that at all. Endurance was professional. The very first thing they asked me for was my VIN. Right after that, they asked me for all the information they could get on the vehicle and I’m sure they used the VIN to pull a bunch of information themselves. Their first concern was getting me the policy that I wanted and needed. And their last concern was taking the payment for it.
Making the payments was really simple. I made a small down payment and then we agreed to a $158 a month for 24 months on a five-year warranty. I’d get it paid off right out the last three years on it with no money out of my pocket. Compared to the other companies that I called, Endurance's professionalism was well above of anyone else. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of people.

I purchased my warranty in September. A few months after I bought my new car. A friend of mine recommended them. Initially all was well until recently my car broke down. Endurance doesn’t explain that you have to pay shop fees such as storage until your claim can be reviewed or diagnostic... Etc. Moving forward. I provided all necessary documentation to show I properly maintained my vehicle and they still denied my claim due to surface rust on my rotors and my car broke down 8 miles outside the mandatory 1,000 mile waiting period. I tried to explain to them that I am active military and at the time I couldn’t service my car.
Over the phone they said I’d be fine. My car didn’t sit longer than 3 weeks and they are making it seem like it’s been sitting for months. At this point I have to pay to have my car released. Pay for a tow truck. And pay for a new motor as well as an installation. Not to mention after my vehicle was inspected by endurance, they failed to contact myself and the mechanic so I could explore my options sooner. At the end of me paying almost 200$ a month for the past 7 months. I’m left with a car note on a car I can’t drive. A bill for my car being held and thousands I’ll have to get together for a motor and install. Thanks Endurance.
