I was buying a used car and the extended warranty company that was recommended to me didn’t seem to be in line with what I was looking for when I checked the online reviews. I sent an email to Endurance looking for some general information, and then they called me to follow up. I had a couple of questions they were able to answer for me, which reaffirmed what I had read online. The payment plan was along what I was looking for. So, it just seemed to be a good fit. Also, the payment plan was easy to set up and this is the first month that it'll be automated.

I liked the reviews that I've read online about Endurance and ended up with it. Just in case something happens to my car, it's here. The monthly payment is easy and it's relatively affordable. So far, my experience has been good and I'm very satisfied. And I wanted to call them as I want to make it so the policy continues.

The Endurance specialist I dealt with was very helpful and explained the content of what I was buying and I was satisfied with it. And he was very kind and courteous. Also, it was really easy to make the payments for my warranty. I'd recommend Endurance to any of my associates. And I'd tell them about the ease of purchasing, the helpful representatives that they have, and the coverage that they provide.

My car is a 2006. I had another warranty but it was expiring when I bought the car. Endurance was rated high. the price wasn't bad and their people were really nice. I told them I wanted two days to think it over. Their rep gave that to me and then he called me back. The purchase went well and I was able to get coverage. My payment is taken out of my checking account automatically and that's easy. It has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

After researching a lot of different extended warranty companies and comparing them to the plan offered by the dealership, I ended up settling on Endurance. For me, it’s all about honesty, and Endurance tells you everything you want to know. Not only is there a lot of info available on their website, but the customer service reps I spoke to were all really knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. They even provided info I didn’t ask for, like telling me about the waiting period. That’s what sold me on Endurance, but the best part is that they also delivered on their promises. They said it would be easy to get repairs when stuff was covered by my policy and they were right. Literally all I had to do was drop off my car at the shop. Once my mechanic called in, they worked with him directly on payment and I didn’t have to do anything. I highly recommend Endurance to anyone interested in great service and a company you can trust.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our service. We really appreciate it!
We are glad to hear that you that your claims process went off without a hitch! If you have any questions in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Since a car is a vital part of life, I looked into getting an auto warranty. I have another warranty but I looked at Endurance because of the ratings. I read some information and I looked it up, and I found out what they have. When I signed up, I had a couple of little bumps in the process. And when I filed a claim on a fuel injection, the process was long and they kept transferring me back and forth and I was at the shop and then they talked to the manager of the shop and transferred me to another part and it was unnecessary for them to ultimately tell me I had no coverage for the repair. So it was frustrating and my experience was crazy and unnecessarily long.

The people from Endurance Auto Warranty sounded like they knew what they were talking about and they would do what they said they would. They also answered my questions and explained how to file claims. Then their little booklet does that too. It hurt to pay for the auto warranty and we paid it all at once. But trying to repair stuff gets a little expensive for our old age. So far, our experience with Endurance has been good.

I signed up with Endurance last month and the guy I talked to was awesome. He was very informative, answered all my questions correctly, was very reassuring and was very clear and concise. I did the initial payment and I am about to look into making my payments for the warranty since I have yet to set that up. Other than that, I told friends to definitely look into Endurance if they want to see about an after-market warranty.

About a year ago, I had to replace the PCM on my 2011 Ford Mustang GT which cost me about $3,400 out of pocket. That was the eye-opener for me and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to have an extended warranty on it. It's my primary car and I can't afford for my car to go down again and not have warranty or cover with the expenses that may come forth. So, I started looking for auto policy. I called Endurance and they were very helpful. They explained to me my different options and the different types of coverage. It was very easy and every question I had were answered. When I first opened the policy, I had the wrong mileage. I overshot it but I had a lot less in my vehicle and they worked to get that corrected. I spoke with John last week and he said it has already been approved and that it was taken care of. They adjusted the mileage in my warranty.

I’ve always had issues with used vehicles, so I did some research as to how to protect myself with having them. I came across Endurance Auto Warranty and called them. I provided my information including my card information and the VIN number. I told them not to process anything and that if I was interested, I would call back on the 12th to authorize the payment and everything to go through. The person that I spoke with agreed to that. They said they understood and reassured me that we would not be charged for anything and to make sure I’ll call back on the 12th.
But instead of them being patient until the 12th of April to do that, they did everything that same day. And because we were out of town, we didn’t get booklets until the 10th when we came back in the house. I was finally able to check my mailbox on the 11th and that’s when I saw all these booklets from them. So then I checked my card and saw that they did take money from my account and that they attempted to take some more money out of my account again this month. It was very unprofessional for them to just update and do that without my consent.
I called customer service about the issue and they rep told me I shouldn’t have provided the information until I was ready. I told him that I wanted my money back and I've had to deal with someone and process different stuff. I have to go through hoops and hurdles to get my money back, and I really didn't appreciate it. It is very frustrating especially that they took the money at that time it was applied to something else. I would not recommend it.

I went to multiple websites looking at their ranks and they were consistently either one or two. Their reps were responsive, thoughtful and very thorough. My dealings with customer service have been a good experience so far. I looked for an auto warranty online and I heard Endurance Auto Warranty was number one so I went with them. My experience with them was good in the beginning. Their rep, Laticia, was professional along with her supervisor. They set me up really quick. That part of it was really good. However, Mopar had better pricing and they had an inspector come out and check the vehicle, whereas Endurance didn't have anyone come out. So it was a no-brainer for me. I want somebody a bit more solid that's gonna pay the claim on all stuff in my car if something was to break down on it. So, I sent Endurance a written request to cancel my policy with them but the person I tried to cancel with was very nasty. He bad-mouthed the company I was going to. I didn't think that was very professional and I didn't like that.

We had a car that we bought new in 2013 and the hail damage storm that we had in Alabama totaled the car so we had to buy another one. My husband found another 2013 Rio but it was decked out with everything. I've never seen a little car with all the luxury items it had but he got it at a good price and he fell in love with it. But when I looked at it with all the electronics in it, my mind immediately thought of what’s gonna go wrong. It’s not the car or the motor but it's got too many gadgets in it so, I went online and looked up the top-rated extended warranty companies. Endurance was up there and when I called them, the rep made it clear that all the electrical stuff, because there weren't that many miles on this whole car, would be covered bumper-to-bumper. It was worrying about something going wrong with it and I know how expensive the electrical stuff can be.
I kept debating about buying it because I wanted to do it but I didn’t want to spend the money. Also, I'm not somebody who jumps in and buys stuff real quick so, I did a little search on them with the Better Business Bureau and they had a decent rating. We had an extended warranty before with another company and we were not happy with it at all so, I wanted to make sure we could get the car fixed anywhere and that it had towing and everything. It took me a couple of days to decide to do it but they were good. They called me back when I asked them to so, I didn't have any problems and the customer service team knew what they were talking about.
I did the payment over the phone with the rep and then, I set it on auto-pay and it just came out of my bank account. We're happy with it and it’s alright but instead of paying everything upfront within two years and the warranty lasting for four years, I would have preferred to make smaller payments over the four years. It would also be helpful if they had testimonies from people that have actually used it.

The warranty on my car expired and my plan was to keep the vehicle for as long as I can. But I know I need to have an auto warranty on it because it’s an older car and the parts are very expensive. I looked at a consumer website and Endurance Auto Warranty was one of the better ones and more popular with consumers. Also, the one that I had before was just very difficult. They have a lot of partners and different people that we had to talk to when getting a claim taken care of. It was very confusing and so, I was looking for something that was simple.
The person from Endurance was very helpful and she explained everything clearly and after I talked to her, there was someone nice who confirmed everything with me. Buying the warranty was easy, we took care of it over the phone and set up an auto-payment. Then I got my information in the mail four days later. Everyone was very busy but it didn’t take very long and the person I talked to has got it right to how it works. Endurance was customer-friendly and I would recommend them to someone.

Before this Camaro that I bought the Endurance warranty on, I had a 2013 Lincoln that had every bells and whistles on it and I got an extended warranty on it. And I'm glad I did because the seat massagers went out, and it paid for it. And then, I traded it off and got this '17 Camaro. And I thought if something goes wrong, an auto warranty would be a good thing to have. I called four warranty providers and I didn't like the attitude of the first three that called me back or the way they presented things to me. My car was around six years old and initially, I was undecided about whether to buy a car warranty or not. I then started looking for different reviews over the internet. A few people suggested it’d be good to have the car warranty because a car repair is very costly in US, a couple thousands of dollars. I’m a researcher by profession, so it was obvious to compare all the vendors and their different products. I looked up the different reviews and selected Endurance. On certain parts, it was showing some lagging but overall, the reviews were positive.
I liked that their staff didn’t force me and told me, “Okay, you should go for it, go for it.” I see with other company that to get the business, they just try to enforce on you and they compromise on the rate. With Endurance, the process was very straightforward. My primary concern was regarding my monthly payment. I wanted to buy this policy, but I was told that if I were to go with a cheap warranty company, the coverage will not be good and that my claim may be declined.
One more thing that I like about Endurance is that whatever they have committed, their document also says the same thing. I just started with Endurance two months back and the rate has been good. So far, my experience with Endurance has been good. But I hope they can somehow reduce my premium. My car is currently running very smoothly. And considering that I was told my car would be running smoothly for another three years and that I don't really need a warranty, I feel that my premium can be lowered.

I’m the type of person who doesn’t take second best and Endurance was rated number one online. They also seemed to more cover things without a big hassle. Their rep was curt, kind, concerned, and knew of everything. I had a little bit of a problem because he kept saying that my car was a Taurus but it's a Taurus SHO and there's a little bit of difference there.
The SHO is an all-wheel-drive while a Taurus is just a front-wheel drive. But that was the only real problem and I just wanted to make sure they knew that it was a SHO, not a Taurus. I don’t want them to come back and say, “We didn’t know what’s this or that.” As far as paying to get the warranty, it was easy. I just got the first payment. One guy got mad because I wanted to speak to Amanda, and he kept giving me the runaround. And then I spoke to someone who was a supervisor, allegedly. She got back in touch with me six days later. But by then, I had already joined CARCHEX because their customer service was so much more stellar than Endurance, even at a management level.
And every time I called to try to get in touch with Amanda, they would tell me I couldn’t get my original quote, because every time I called, it registered me as a new caller with a new quote. CARCHEX didn’t give me the runaround and they explained things to me. Endurance has horrible customer service and I would never recommend anybody. I was very dissatisfied.

I just got a warranty with Endurance Auto, and my purchasing experience was okay. I’ve got an older car but it’s in good condition all over mileage and the factory warranty run out. And these cars are kind of expensive to fix. So, I decided getting a warranty would be the way to go. I looked at a lot of different companies and asked around. I assumed Endurance Auto will be okay. Their reps were really good. And it was easy to set up my payment plan, but I didn’t know I was doing an auto pay. I called yesterday and canceled the automatic withdrawal out of my bank but I’m making monthly payments.

I purchased a used car and I took the coverage with Endurance Auto Warranty with the knowledge that I could get rid of it and I could cancel in 30 days. The Endurance reps I dealt with told me exactly what they covered and went over stuff. And at that point, I was looking to get something done. And I told them upfront that I was gonna look for more expansive programs, more comprehensive coverage, and if I could find that at a reasonable price then I was going to cancel. And they said, “That’s fine.”
Making the payment was simple, and I would’ve worked with the company but they didn’t have what I was looking for. I found a more expansive option, and I canceled in the next couple of days. And it took them a little while to get it canceled and get the money returned, but it was just a little bit of an error and it wasn’t a big deal. It was just a couple of emails to get it done. Endurance didn’t have the length of program and the expansive coverage. They didn’t offer it on my car. So, it was not any fault of their own. They just don’t cover cars that are a little older than most.

They were also pretty straightforward and they showed me what the policy would cover, and directed me to the website while we were on the phone. It was a good experience. Purchasing my Endurance auto warranty was very easy and simple. I bought a new car and the warranty that the dealership gave me seemed like a raw deal. I talked to them, too, and I liked what they were saying. I told them what I wanted. They told me what they had to offer. And we met right on the mark.
Their rep answered everything. He was really funny because he said, "Basically, it's a bumper-to-bumper warranty, but we can't say that 'cause it doesn't cover bumpers." And I said, "You know what? I'm going with you. I'm going with you 'cause you're a funny guy." Setting up payments was so easy that I was kinda worried if it was legit. Man! There was no haggle and no hassle. It was just, "Here's what I want." And the Endurance guy said, "Well, here's what we got." And also, Endurance was a lot cheaper than what the car company was trying to offer by $1500. The Endurance sales rep was awesome. He talked me through it and told me all of the ins and outs, what was covered, what wasn't covered, and how long it was covered. My warranty expired so I needed to get a new warranty. I shopped around and somebody at the dealership that I trust suggested Endurance so I went with it. However, it wasn’t the best experience. I was told several different things. I felt like I was deceived of the process in the beginning because I was told it would be a 30-day waiting period before my warranty would kick in. And then as the conversation went on, the offer was presented to me like most warranties are 30 days and 1,000 miles or 90-days and 200 miles. I could be paying up to three months but not have no coverage in my vehicle and if something goes wrong with my car within that timeframe, I could incur the expenses of having it fixed and still be paying the monthly fee. The rep then gave me a discounted rate, $133. I was left thinking that I have to wait 30 days.
So, I went to the quality assurance lady, she verified and said the warranty is 30 days and 1,000 miles. So I have to put 1,000 miles on my car within 30 days for the warranty to kick in. I don’t drive my car very much plus I'm leaving on the 21st to go to Atlanta for work until the 30th. So, I won't be able to put 1,000 miles on my car in order for this warranty to kick in. Also, she was talking to me like I was stupid and I didn’t appreciate that. I was in between a rock and a hard place because I needed a warranty and I wanted to make sure I get coverage. So, I might drive to and from work or travel out of town but the fact that I'm travelling this month, I'm not even going to be here. So, my car is just going to be sitting and I told her that.
The quality assurance lady said, "You can just do the 60 days or whatever it is, 90 days and 200 miles." But I'm still gonna have to be making a payment for a warranty that I don’t have. I definitely would not recommend Endurance. When I bought my car and I got my warranty, the salesman told me that I could increase the coverage. And when I went to increase it, they said I can only do that at the time of purchase. So the salesman lied to me and then I find myself in this situation. I have a Mercedes Benz so any type of work that I might need done is going to be costly. Bottom line, I got Endurance because I have to have it. Now, I'm under pressure to try to get this 1,000 miles in so that I can have a warranty. I would tell people to shop around because I didn’t.

I already had an extended warranty and then I Googled and I liked Endurance's monthly payment. The original salesperson was organized. But when he transferred me over to confirm my payment, I thought the young lady could have been a bit more polite on her customer service skills. I felt a little rushed. She wasn’t really trying to answer any questions that I had. She’s just trying to get the transaction through. Also, I’m required to either have an oil change or an emission test and I would have liked to have known that upfront because my emission was not good and I had just gotten an oil change which is gonna cost me another $300 for them to have that on file. You hope you’ll never need an insurance but if you do, it’s great to know that you have it, especially if it covers for what you need done.

But the sales rep that I worked with when I was purchasing my warranty from Endurance was not overly helpful. He could have given me some more positive feedback about what was happening and what was going on. It wasn't that he didn't do everything by the book, but I felt like I was just another tack on the wall and another policy sold.

And then the potential to terminate my insurance whenever was positive as well. The lady I spoke to when I was on the stand between my options was very helpful. She did very well and I wasn't pressured. She let me make my own decisions and laid out the positives and the negatives of Endurance. So far, it has been very well.

He answered as many questions that I asked him. It was cool. But he transferred me to someone else to purchase the plan which I really wasn’t comfortable with doing. I was bothered that I had to deal with two different people. And then I asked him if I was being transferred to a different company. And he said, “No. Endurance is going to be providing this plan.”
However, even when they take out the payments from my bank account, it shows as a different company which is not Endurance. I called them back and I said that I want to make sure my policy is provided by Endurance and they keep saying yes. Which I still kind of don’t believe and that starts my worry. The people at Endurance were great! And purchasing my Endurance warranty was a very smooth process. The person I spoke to, William, was very knowledgeable and got me on track and signed me up. He answered all my questions and told me a lot of information about the company in comparison to other extended warranties. I had another extended warranty which expired last year, and I didn't want to keep continuing without an extended warranty. And I was trying to find an extended warranty that will allow me to have a payment plan because the other one didn't. I googled and Endurance popped up based upon ratings. And I decided that I would call and put in a quote. And then, I got a call back and I liked what I was told.
I had to call the customer service team at Endurance in regard to setting me up through automatic payment. I originally had it set up through my credit card. But then, I ended up changing my mind, and everything went smoothly with that. So far, my experience was good. Endurance is very similar to my previous extended warranty with just $100 deductible, which was good. Also, they're highly rated. And from what I saw online with customer service and listening to the plan that I ended up being on is very similar to my old extended warranty AUL. So, it was an easy transfer. And an added benefit that I like with Endurance is that I get more coverage for an extra period of long time for the amount of money that I'm paying.
When I told William how much my old warranty was gonna charge me just for one year, he was like, "Woah! That's a lot of money just for one year of coverage. And you're getting four years of coverage." So, going with Endurance was a better deal. And one of the most beneficial part to me was the payment plan. People don't have thousands of dollars to cough up at one time, so I like the whole payment plan option with Endurance.

After my research, there were more positive than negative things mentioned about Endurance and so, it helped me lean more towards them. Their rep walked me through the process of purchasing my warranty. I contacted them through the website, and she returned my call on the contact number that I gave. We spoke for a short period of time and I asked a number of questions concerning the type of policies that they had, the different standards and what falls to different things provided. After that, I chose a policy and I provided her the information for down payment. And now, I have a warranty.
The process of making the payment was good because they gave me the opportunity to either use a credit card and pay it or they would send me the bill. And so they gave me a little bit more confidence in the product because I had that choice. One thing that they could clarify upfront is that they're more of a brokerage than they are a large corporation and company themselves. So even though you get the policy through and done, you end up working with another company that is actually managing the warranty itself. And if a friend would ask, I'd tell him to ask more questions concerning that just to ensure they would have the opportunity to research the company itself. But the people at Endurance were very personable and very professional online and on the phone. And everything seemed to work smoothly.

Then I went online and I saw that Endurance was rated number one. I decided to go with them and they gave me a good deal. The person who assisted me was nice to work with and not high pressured. They were all willing to give me a good price on the product and I paid for the whole thing at one time.

I got a car with high mileage on it, and I wanted to protect myself. I was calling around but Endurance offered me something that I thought was feasible at the time. So, I went ahead and took it. But I'm going through an issue with them right now and I'm trying to find out what's going on. I bought my car on the 24th of last month and I got my Endurance insurance around the 26th. And on the 27th, my car started acting up. The guy who talked to me when I first talked to Endurance told me that the only thing I had to do was either to have 1000 miles or have 30 days before the coverage kicked in. And then, I spoke to another lady later on to try to confirm that and she told me I gotta have the car 30 days and 1000 miles driven on it.
Then, now after 30 days is up, my car is acting funny so I took it to the transmission joint. And they told me I got some kind of code on it, which I didn't know. I called the insurance people and asked them how they'd cover me or if I would be covered. The guy I spoke with told me about the mileage on there as far as 1000 miles but then, he tried to point that my car has been acting up on the first date of the coverage. So, he added they don't wanna pay for what was wrong with the car. And he tried to tell me about a preexisting issue with my car. If I got a car with 160,000-some miles on it, anything that's gonna go wrong with it is gonna be preexisting.
He was trying to tell me to tell the people at the place that I'm gonna pay for it if they taking it loose and find out what's wrong with it. And the guy in the place is trying to explain to me, "Look, man. If I'm taking it loose, I'm already telling you something wrong with it already." So, how forthcoming with it and the Endurance guy tried to hold me accountable saying if it's preexisting, then, I'm gonna be stuck with the bill. And I'm like, "Why am I gonna be stuck with the bill? If I'm gonna be stuck with the bill, I should never had y'all coverage." We're going back and forth about this now.
He gave the guy in the transmission place a code. And they had put it on the computer and a code and a date didn't come up when the car started acting like it did. So, they're saying they don't show no date on their computer system. And what they're trying to do now at the shop is text the Endurance guy the information of what's wrong with the car but it doesn't have a date. So, now, I'm trying to wait and see when he didn't mention how he's gonna respond to that because he was requesting a date and time when this occurred to the car. And I didn't know that. When I bought the car, it wasn't running bad. I never had problems with it and that is for over 100,000 mileage car.
He's waiting on the printout of the code, so he can take a look at it and see it's own coverage. But it ain't on there because the guy at the transmission place said it doesn't show a date of when it occurred. It just showed that there's a problem with it. I'm dissatisfied with Endurance as of right now. They told me, "Once you got the insurance, don't worry about it because we gonna take care of you." They took my money when I first signed up and they're holding my money, but they're screwing with me with getting my car serviced. And I gave them $3500 already. I wish to be able to get a full refund of my money.

Endurance is really good in the sense that it was competitive with any others and there were three things that sold me on them. One is that if I ever sell the car, the people that get the car automatically have the warranty. And the second was that I can pay it off earlier, if I want, the amount that I paid. Then the third thing, which was the primary reason that I went with them was when I went to Better Business Bureau, they're the top car warranty. And so far, so good. I've only paid one payment and I've never used them but as far as the whole process of how it went, explaining things, being available and everything working right on the first payment, I've had no problems.
Their rep was really good. He answered the questions that I had, he was very polite, and he reached out and said, "If you're having problems, be sure to call us, if you have any questions at all, let us know." So they seemed to be very available, and they did everything they said they were gonna do. Everything worked really well. I'd highly recommend them.

When we were looking into warranty providers, Endurance was supposed be the number one place for extended warranties. My car was getting older and it hadn't had any breakdowns, like with the motor, but if that ever happened the repair cost would be very expensive. Since I'm retired and a senior, I wanna be protected, so I looked for an auto warranty and I called Endurance Auto Warranty. The rep talked to me about what was covered and what I would need to give them if I ever needed that kind of coverage. He asked me where I would normally take my car for repairs and I said we normally take it to Firestone, and they said they deal with this company. What the rep told me was easy and he explained it well. Then they sent us the information and we got it. I've read through it and it's quite self-explanatory.
So far, I've only dealt with Endurance for the administrative part in signing up and I use auto-withdraw to make payments for my warranty. I'm still going through the month and the thousand miles that I have to put in the car, so I can't use my warranty with them yet. But everything was okay with them and they were very informative. I would refer friends to Endurance if they ever asked. I'd tell them to call Endurance and find out if that warranty is what they need.

When I searched the web, Endurance was one in the top five warranty companies. I reached out to the two that were on the top of the list and one company did not reach back out to me. Endurance ended up calling me. Their rep was fine, asked questions and went over everything. Their customer service was good.

We did some research online and we found out that Endurance Auto was one of the top extended warranty companies in the country. I emailed them, and they called me back within the hour. And we talked to them, and everything they had to say fit with what we needed for our vehicle. Also, the payment plan was very affordable and reasonable and setting up the payments was very easy.
Their specialist explained how the warranty worked and what it covered, the waiting period, and the payment plan. She was very detailed in some things that we didn't understand. So, she allowed us the opportunity to understand it before we purchased the warranty itself. I would definitely encourage others to speak with Endurance Auto to purchase an extended warranty.

I bought a new car and I researched three different places to get an auto warranty from. One of them was really expensive, one of them was about the same cost, while Endurance had the lower deductible and monthly fee. Almost everywhere else felt like they were just trying to sell something and Endurance kind of knew what they had. So, I picked Endurance because they were pretty much the best value for the money.
Their specialists were great. One of them gave me his direct number in case I had any questions and when I called him back, he answered immediately and helped me through the process. It was a nice thing and wasn’t a sales pitch at all. I'm not sure if that was a part of the culture, but it felt quite natural. Then, I gave them my credit card number and making the payments was easy. I also called Endurance the other day to make sure that my autopay went through and they were able to help me out with that. I called to get some type of information and they were able to explain everything detail-by-detail, how much it would be for the down payment, and then from that point on how much my monthly would be. They also explained the coverage of the package that I'm on. They did wonderful with explaining everything and then I looked it over with my husband and we decided to pursue with them. It was something that we were looking in to getting and it was at a decent price.
Endurance Auto Warranty's representatives were really good, very nice, they answered all the questions that I had, and they weren't rude. I paid the down payment last month and I'm set on auto pay. So from this month on, I'm supposed to be paying the amount that was sold to me, but I'm still waiting for them to pull it out of my account. The rep told me that if I don't do auto pay, it'll be more expensive but because I'm gonna do the auto pay, they gave me some form of a discount. I'd tell others that Endurance covers everything for a vehicle as far as major work with the engine and motor and they're really cheap. I'm satisfied with Endurance. My car is completely covered in all major components, and I'm satisfied with the $100 deductible as well. I would recommend them to someone else. It kind of kept me over the edge in selling the car. I might have still bought it though.
But I canceled the warranty because I sold the car. And they didn't make it really easy to cancel. They hid that in the fine print of the contract. I was really pleased with the level of service that I received from him, and he really made my experience and my level of comfort with the company really good.
The payments were fine, and the rep brought the monthly rate down to be cheaper than what it was at the dealership. So I was really pleased with that, too. I would tell my friends to call Endurance and see if they can get a better rate because just knowing what to ask seeing that price that comes from the dealerships and the terms that come along with it and what is included in the warranty, Endurance is definitely more comparable to what most people would want versus just a standard issue warranty that you get at the dealership. Under transmission, it mentions all lubricated parts. Endurance insisted that I order a "tear down" so Endurance's inspector can visually inspect. This extra step cost me an additional $400.00. The torque converter went out, inspector confirmed that it failed and they denied the claim though it is a lubricated part and part of the transmission.
I emailed Endurance 3 times, followed up with 3 phone calls for a written confirmation that this claim is denied and the reason for the denial. No response from Endurance. On the 7th try, 27 days after my initial discussion, Endurance said it is "in the mail". Endurance hangs their hat on an A+ rating with the BBB for marketing.
