When my car's factory warranty was about to expire, I bought a policy from Endurance Auto and paid it up all upfront. I spoke to their specialist about getting the policy and he was very helpful, respectful, and professional.

I had extended auto warranty on my truck when I first bought it and everything was fine. But I failed to notify them a couple of times that I was getting my oil changed so they didn't have a record. And when I contacted them again, they said I already lost my warranty. And then I had an issue with the truck but it was thankfully covered under a recall. Since I had been enduring without a warranty, I checked online and Endurance came up as top rated and all the reviews were great. I decided to go ahead and do that so that if something comes up I'm covered.
The purchasing process went smoothly. It was straightforward, quick and was easily handled. I had a very professional rep who explained to me the ins and the outs and helped me get another small discount because of my age and the mileage on the truck, which was only 60 some thousand. She answered all the questions I had like about notifying them or when I have my oil changed. She was really good to reassure me that everything was going to be very easy if I ever needed to make a claim.
At Endurance, they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. I first thought about paying the whole thing off but I had a pay cut so I'm just going to keep it with the incremental payments I'm making now. Also, about a month after getting the paperwork and everything, I called Endurance and the person I talked to was really professional and knowledgeable and helped me with my questions in a very timely manner.

I talked to a female rep at Endurance. She was real nice, very informative, friendly, and had a pleasant demeanor. I really did appreciate the support of the military for the military discount and veterans. That was very nice especially with the way money is going out there and our government and society. The best part was when once the payment was received, I got the email confirmation and with all the paperwork coming, it was pretty fast. I really like that. I really appreciate joining the company. In fact, I recommended it to a friend yesterday. It's been a pleasant and easy experience.

I purchased my extended warranty with Endurance July 1, 2017. I took my car in for repairs January 8, 2018. Today is January 18, 2018 and my car is still at the shop. They first said an inspector had to come out, ok he came a week ago and nothing. The repair shop said they are waiting to hear from Endurance. I called Endurance and they said I had to approve of my car being torn down and they would send another inspector out. My car has been torn down a week. I called the shop and they are waiting on the inspector. I called Endurance and they said an inspector will be there today. I have no car, live in a remote area with no public transportation and have missed this entire week of work because I work 35 miles away. I am angry, frustrated, fearful that my job is on the line now.

I’m planning to use my car for as long as I can with no mechanical issues at all. I want my car to be protected for the next few years until the car cannot run no more so I looked into an auto warranty. The customer service of Endurance was very pleasant to talk to. They told me in detail about different plans. When I couldn’t talk to them, they called me back when I told them to call me back. I chose to go with them because of the type of plans they offer, along with the good customer service. Making payments is extremely very easy too. You have options to pay it off at once or installment. I handled everything over the phone, and it just took me a few minutes to do it.
I'd tell my friends to call Endurance and give them the information and talk to them about the plans because they have different plans that fit customer’s budget and see what plans would benefit them. Endurance is great with customer service and from the very first moment that you talk to them, it makes you feel like you’re signing a deal with a reliable company.

When I take my car to the dealership or get it fixed, I wanted my stuff to be covered. So I looked on the reviews, then based on reviews and on BBB, I decided to choose Endurance. Their reps were professional and my purchasing experience was okay until the very end. It’s horrible, so I’m not happy. There’s a lot of stuff going on with the car. It was a long list and it wasn’t covered. Up to $1,100 had to come out of my pocket. Even though they said they didn’t cover hoses, there were a whole lot of other stuff that was going on that the dealership had called them for, and they were just denying everything. So why am I being bothered having insurance if you’re not going to cover. What is the point? I’m paying money for that. It’s not like I’m doing it for free.
And I need my money. They don’t pay, so it's a false claim. They’ll sit back and say, “We don’t cover hoses.” But those are the things that really do breakdown. I don’t have to sit here and willy-nilly over what you’re going to cover. Pay it if I’m paying. That’s what I’m paying additional warranty for because the car breaks down.
A lot of these warranty companies are scam to me. And my husband had told me not to do it. But I said we need it. Then he came back, he looked at me and was like, “I told you so.” And I just melted all in the feet. The purpose of me having it is for protection. The representative from the dealership only mentioned, three things and I’m still paying $1,100 out of my pocket. That’s a lot of money. The dealership said that they were not covering that and that it’s not covered under the contract. I really didn’t want to drive on a car that have problems. I still didn’t get everything done on the car. And that’s a lot of money coming out of my pocket. Endurance couldn’t even say they're going to pay $400 or $500.
So I'd tell my friends to stay away from them. They’re scam artists. They didn’t do anything for me and I’m out of a lot of money. They didn’t even try to say, “Hey, let’s go over the paper works, let’s see what they actually do or they’re going to do.” None of that. They just said no. I understand I signed up for stuff and that contract is all in. But I don’t have time to nitpick over it. I’m paying the premium and you’re not even paying for nothing.

I chose Endurance because of the customer satisfaction, the ratings that they have gotten, and also, the packages were very sufficient. Their vehicle protection specialist treated me with utmost courtesy because they wanted the business but they were able to explain everything to me and explain how to file claims. On payment, he didn't have an option too much. But he explained that is what it was right. So, if I hung up the phone, I was going to pay the full price of it. Or it was more, "Well, we could save you $200 now. If you signed up then, but if we won't be able to call back, you're going to pay the full price."
Their customer service answered all my questions because there was one part of the car I was asking them about if they covered. At the time, I couldn't remember the name of it. So, I called them back and asked them would they cover the master cylinder. They told me no. Nevertheless, they had all the right questions and answers that I wanted to hear to get me to purchase their product and they were quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely tell my friends or relatives to look into Endurance to see what package they have for them that fits their budget and their car. I thought I was getting a total package but they told me I didn't qualify for it.

So, I thought it might not be a bad idea to get an auto warranty. I had checked out several auto warranty providers. And all the providers are sort of saying the same, but there was a lot of feedback about Endurance Auto and I also heard from a couple of people that they were okay. I really liked the girl I talked to as well. She was really friendly, very knowledgeable, wasn't pushy, but answered any questions I had. And I felt comfortable with her. Endurance Auto's prices were somewhat fair for what they offered. I have an older vehicle, but it has a very low mileage. And I got offered bumper-to-bumper coverage, which made me happy. I put $500 down on it initially. So, I put a large chunk down to lower my monthly payment. I get my payments taken out monthly. I know how the insurance works but, luckily, I took care of my vehicle before I bought the insurance.
I was contacted by another company initially, which was what got me interested in the insurance originally. And then, when I took it upon myself to get the insurance, I did some research to make sure they were legitimate before I made the purchase. I was worried about fraudulent companies. I started googling and while I was looking up the other company, I kept running across Endurance, and I figured my safest bet was to go with the highest rated company in America. And it was Endurance. They were rated 5 stars everywhere I looked. And from the information I heard, they had the highest ratio in pay claims. And they had similar rates as everybody else. I usually like to go with the best of the bunch. I'm not a rich man, but I like to make sure I'm taken care of.
The Endurance rep who helped me was very helpful and patient with me because I was so skeptical at the time. The only thing is I don't know the exact stipulations of my coverage. They cover parts that wear away and I understand brakes, but I have to read into it a little more and go over the book that they sent. I've only been with them for two months and I haven't had any need to put in a claim, but my personal experience has been good, thus far. They've been great and I would recommend them.

Endurance has a great product, good customer service, and their price is competitive. They were rated number one online. I got a quote from them by submitting an online request. And then Mike, the Endurance rep, called for me to look at what they had to offer, and he gave me a good quote. Mike was good and he explained everything to me. I also dealt with another gentleman who helped me reduce my quote by comparing with another company. The quote was reduced from $400 to $200. The payments for my auto warranty are automatically deducted, and they're not cheap but they are competitive in the market. Endurance is a great company and I have recommended them, but it would be better if they have more plans to offer and more coverage compared to only one plan for high mileage cars.

I looked at some of the reviews online and I think Endurance was really good. So, I figured why not go with number one? Their reps were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and if they can't get to it, they went to the higher up and got the information I needed, about what it covered, the process of how to use their services. As far as if I were to get a new vehicle, will that transfer over for the same price or would it go up. And if they were not yet covered and something would happen, what would be the reason why they wouldn’t cover it. I talked to the customer service of Endurance but I didn't have the best experience with them. They were kind of uneducated with the pricing and the billing. They didn’t have a much knowledge about the package plan like what they are going to sell. They could do a little bit of a better job on the pricing of their product too. Right now, I’m paying $2,100 for a 24-month and 241,000-mile warranty. There could also be a little more detail on the internet website that they provide like stuff with more explanation of what the process is, if and when I decide to go ahead with their warranty. And through my research, I selected Endurance because I wanted to have some defense in case I had some engine problems and such later with this Ford. My 36,000-mile warranty was expiring and I looked on the internet and talked to the local Ford dealer. They said that Endurance has a better reputation than other warranty companies. I just wanted to deal with someone that I didn't need to worry about and if I have a problem, it'd be taken care of. I did my purchase of the warranty online, printed all the literature and reviewed it. I got some numbers like the policy number in case something comes up. And according to what I understand, we would generally use a Ford dealer and they know about Endurance. It's not some fly by night operation. I made some payments and everything was smooth.
It was a little bit disconcerting when it came top the payment though. I went online to make a payment right after the "due date." When I called, somebody was not up-to-date on handling customer relations and I was told that I didn’t pay it on the "due date" even though the invoice said, "pay before the ninth" and the due date was the fifth. I said that I already made the initial payment and that I'd just make the second payment before the due date and let it go. I understood the premise of it so I didn’t worry about it. They then told me not to call back in two days because it had to be processed. But I thought that it takes about 30 seconds for it to process though. Nevertheless, I waited a couple of days, called back and set it up on auto draft. I got a receipt today for the initial payment. I made the secondary payment through my check-in account, $99. Getting the warranty from them was the easiest thing I've ever done. I looked at all the levels of plans that you could buy. We're in the position where we pretty much buy what we want and I was going to get their top of the line level. The person on the other end of the line that I was talking to said, “Sir, I don't think you're going to need that level of protection for your particular car" and went through the reasons why. Purchasing from Endurance was easy. They didn’t give me any deal. They didn’t give me the good pricing or lowered the rate. I don’t have any issue with my car, but before I can use the warranty, the waiting time was two months. The plan I signed is 100,000 miles, and then I have to get the car inspection. So, I don’t have to pay upfront the whole amount if I have to.

I wasn't happy with the terms of the Endurance warranty. I got it for a 2005 Ford F-250 with a 6.0 diesel engine. And when it was the time to agree upon accepting it, somebody was reading some stuff through the warranty. The rep was very fast and pushy. And when I paid for it and I got the brochure, I started reading what all the warranty would not cover. I wished I had known a lot of these ahead of time or I had never bought it. But I sold my truck and I'm getting another warranty through the Dodge dealer.
At first I thought the price was a lot fair compared to some of the other warranties that were out there. And then it started becoming like a salesman game. "Well, we couldn't beat that price." "We can beat that price." "Well, we can go a little lower." Instead of giving me a rock-bottom price, they're just saying, "This is the best I can do for you." They went from $3,700 down to $3,100. I'm a veteran and I'm retired and I have a fixed income. I cannot afford so much money.
I would not recommend them to anybody else. They just seemed too willing and too quick to sell you something. And there are too many hidden clauses after you already agreed to it. If you're to read me something right off the get-go over the phone right now, what it includes, what it doesn't include, you're going to start reading through it. It's hard for somebody, especially a 73-year-old, to comprehend every little word that's coming my way in a rapid voice.
But one of the things that was brought to my attention reading it is that they don't do any repairs to the exhaust system or the EGR cooling system, which has been some renowned problems with the 6.0 Ford engine. And by the way, they already made a disclaimer that they don't repair that in their brochure. If I've had known that ahead of time, I would've never bought it. But an engine is an engine. Everything is a complete package - your exhaust, cooling, etcetera. To get nitpicky and say, "This valve isn't...", there's a reason for it. And evidently, they hid various things and are very coy about it.
When I call somebody, I expect to talk to an agent and express, instead of going through these elaborate phone message and reply centers. I'm not happy with them. They need to kick back and see where they actually are in the marketplace and how they addressed their customers or potential customers.

Endurance have the lowest price compared with other auto warranty providers. The rep I talked to was nice, but he did not provide all the information I needed. I ended up having a fault with my car about a week after I bought the claim. I bought the warranty six months after the factory warranty expired. And as soon as the warranty expires, that's when everything goes wrong. So, sure enough, something went wrong in that 30-day waiting period. I knew I had 30 days before I could file a claim, but I didn't know that I was supposed to basically know that nothing can break for 30 days. It had signs of breaking in the waiting period, but didn't break until after the waiting period was over. And it still wasn't covered. It was frustrating, so I'm cancelling it.
They've been friendly and they basically told me very nicely, but this whole experience was not helpful. It doesn't change the answer, but because I got the unclear information upfront, I wasn't expecting this at the end. I get that they have to work within their boundaries. That key piece of missing information, which if I was lucky, never would have been issue. But I was not lucky.

Their representative was very courteous, knowledgeable, and the call went well. I haven't had to use the warranty, but from what I read, the service, and the customer service representative that I have spoken to, Endurance seemed to be good. I've had some extended auto warranties before and sometimes they can be convenient to have. I wanted to get one on a used vehicle that I have so I did a little bit of research online and Endurance were supposed to be rated good. I looked into the main things that they cover, the mechanical stuff like engine, drivetrain, the axles, transmission, and transfer case. Some of those parts can be rather expensive to fix sometimes. And when you buy a used vehicle, you don't know if you're going to have issues with them or not. Buying the warranty was a painless process and the payment was easy. It was good to be able to have an extended warranty on an older vehicle with the amount of miles it had on it.

My policy with Endurance states all internally lubricated parts of the engine are covered for repairs. They denied my claim stating it was due to wear and tear which contradicts what is stated in policy. They also used a 3rd party inspection company that they will not reveal the name of this company so I can simply check to see if this inspection company is legitimate entity to provide this type of service. This entire process took more than 30 days and 11 phone calls from me and the repair shop just to get them to send out an inspector. The inspector did not identify himself or what the name of his company was and did not leave a card at the repair shop. Endurance never offered me any type of relief, they never provided me with a rental car and the service company they used to handle the claim was useless. The name of that service company is (Interstate) phone number 800-942-0400, located at 6120 Powers Ferry Rd. NW, suite 200, Atlanta GA, 30339.
It just seems at any time they can decide to use the excuse of “it’s due to wear and tear” which technically apply to any reported claim they do not wish to pay for a repair. I spoke to other outside repair shops and they all gave me the same response. That the response to denying a claim due to wear and tear is used when they do not want to pay for a repair. I paid over $3000 dollars for this protection policy for this very reason. Very disappointed. Will not use them or recommend them.

When I googled Endurance, I noticed that they were the best one, and they have the highest ratings and ranks in the nation. And their sales representative explained everything really well. She was very professional, very kind, and then got me going very fast.
Endurance sent me a letter saying, “This is how you can pay online if you want to pay online.” But making the payments for the warranty was kind of annoying because of their use of a third-party payment system. There doesn’t seem to be a way to change my username, which is a series of 12 numbers so I have to write it down plus the password to even log in. And then the system of the actual company that they use looks old and it's kind of slow. It's not like a concern, but visually, it looks like I'm not in a professional stage. It makes me uneasy. But other than that, the payment was fairly affordable. The deposit wasn’t too much, which was good and then they pushed the annual payments by a month. So the following month after my initial payment would've been my first $99 payment, which is not that bad in actuality. And I think it's fine paying for three years and get eight years of coverage. It's a really good deal.

The Endurance rep gave me an overload of information. The only thing I didn't like was when he was sharing about the auto warranty industry, he was bashing other companies, saying Endurance is the best. That's good and all to say. But when it comes down to it, I'm going to do my own research to pick my own company, who I researched and thought was the best company. But he was nice. He was pretty pushy about purchasing it, but that's their jobs, so I understand that.
I told him that the warranty was a little bit on the more expensive side. Then he transferred me to another department that put my debit card information over the phone. When I was thinking about going to another company, they told me that, "Oh, it's Black Friday! Which gives you a Black Friday special." I called back two or three times and they kept changing the rates. So, I don't think they have a set rate. It seemed like they can juggle whatever price they want to juggle. I want to know how they're able to change their prices so quickly and so easily. They called me with the same terms, and then, one day it's $3200. The next day, it's $2700. So, maybe they should give the customers competitive rates! I know they're in there to make a buck, but I'm also in here to save money in the long run.
What I didn't understand was when I called on my experience with them, there was no one in the office, so they had one of the call centers take my information to call back. The guy called me back the next day and I purchased the policy from him. But two or three weeks afterwards, they kept calling me saying, "Hey, would you like to purchase a warranty." I said, "I already purchased one. Why would you keep calling me back asking me if I want to purchase one?" If my name is on the system, you'd think it would come up that I already bought something. So, that was annoying for them to keep calling me two or three times a day for two weeks after I've already been a customer and purchased the policy from them. But it stopped now and they haven't called me since then.

So, I got an auto warranty to be a responsible mom.
I read some reviews online and the only thing I saw about Endurance Auto that was the same as every other provider was that sometimes, claims take a long time. Their specialist explained everything to me including how it's supposed to work and the process of filing a claim - about the paperwork to go out, taking the car to a repair shop of my choice and they'll call Endurance and Endurance will either approve it or not. If they approve it, they'll pay for it prior to the work I'm getting on the vehicle. I thought it was a pretty good deal.
Endurance takes care of the business. Overall, they were very professional on the phone and very helpful as far as explaining how everything works. The warranty’s basically paid up. And I know it only covers a certain amount of miles and time. But still, I think the payment should stop while there’s still considerable time left on the policy. It's neat to know that you’re paid in full, so to speak. A little less than $100 a month is not terrible. To this point, all is good. I keep my vehicles forever and because I ran out of warranty at the other company I had, I needed another one. Endurance came up number one online. But they didn't send me all the information and I haven't got a policy yet. They can tell me anything on the phone but they have to show me in black and white, too. The only thing I got was the bill from Mepco to make my payments every month. The rep sent it right away but didn't send the policy. They were going to email it, and then they're going to send it but they didn't so I don't know what they cover. I called them and talked to a girl named Sharon and she said they would get it out to me right away. And she also said they had the address wrong. But Mepco didn't have the address wrong and Endurance gave them the information on who to bill and how to bill it. I get 9,000 emails a month that I go through. I even checked the junk file and I never got anything from Endurance.
They don't cover some parts, and I thought they covered the fuel injection part of the motor but they don't. And that high of a mileage vehicle, there are certain things about it that I never got a policy telling me exactly what they cover and what they don't. And a lot of places won't take this extended warranty coverage because they don't pay their bills. They might pay but it might be in two to six weeks or three months down the road. So, a lot of them make you pay forward and then you collect from Endurance. And then, they'll come around and say, "We don't cover that. We don't pay that. We pay the dealer. We don't pay you." They never set me an information like this and I'm going to stop payment on it because they are not giving me what they said they would. I wouldn't tell my friends and family to use them. And I wouldn't use them, too.

My wife had just decided she wanted a BMW. So when we found a 2009 BMW, we purchased it. It has 24,000 miles on it, so we thought that it'd be wise to get an extended warranty on it being they're so expensive to work on if anything ever were to go wrong. Then I happen to come across Endurance online. Just looking at different things and I ended up inquiring. I got a call from a salesman from Endurance. He filled me in on what was available and what the costs were. It sounded pretty good to me, so we decided to go with it.
The specialist that I talked to was good and very knowledgeable. He kept stressing quite a bit about the great rating with the BBB and said that they are quite reputable. He wasn't pushy, but he did know his stuff. It felt like I was being pressured a little bit because he's saying that if I waited too long, the car would be considered to be a year older within the next little bit. And the cost would go up which is probably true. But he was vague about it. There's no certain date that this happens but it will happen. So I said okay. We needed to do something and I wanted to get coverage.
He explained to me about the 30 day waiting period and the thousand miles. And so I thought that I'd get that done so we can get that behind us and could be able to start on our coverage. It required a down payment that secured us having it and getting the 30 days started. I like that within those 30 days, we had the option to cancel with a full refund if we wanted.
The dealership where we bought the car, had some options for an extended warranty. He gave me some ideas and the people that they worked with. I told him that I was looking at Endurance, but he had not heard of Endurance before. He said he would like to look into it and he told me he would. When I got back in touch with him, he said he checked out. He said that he thought that was good plan and they had a good product. And he's all the time looking for companies like Endurance that he could refer to his customers. And he said from what he could tell, Endurance was a good company and was a good choice to go with. As far as the way that I was able to get the coverage and that the process was easy, I would recommend Endurance.

I’m at the end of my warranty on my SRX and I do not normally go with extended warranties but there were a couple of issues that they worked on in the 48,000 and 49,000-mile marks. I thought it was better to be safe than get whacked with real heavy charges. I first asked the Cadillac people and they wanted 3,000 plus dollars all at once. So I decide to visit the web and do a little research. Endurance was rated high and I read the reviews about them. Their rep was very nice and I listened to all his suggestions and comments. I pretty much decided on almost what he was recommending.
I liked the fact that I can pay over time with Endurance too. My warranty with them doesn't start for a while but they told me I had to get an oil change before a certain date. The only drawback I had was with regard to my ZIP code. We share a ZIP code with two towns, one defaults to Absecon. I would like to have it to Galloway. But I could probably go in and change that for them.

He took my payment over the phone and I set it up on a monthly automatic payment. I don’t like having to pay that much money per month but it is a lot less expensive than what I had been charged by Honda. I was very upset with them. I purchased a used Cadillac recently and the manufacturer's warranty will be up soon. The car is different from other types of cars that I own. It's very computerized and repairs might be very expensive. I wanted to maintain some coverage in case anything comes up to make sure I chop off some of the cost. Endurance's reviews were good. It seems like the coverage was comprehensive and I ran across the company's name. I shop with Costco so a lot of times, I use the services that they offer. So when I went to their site to look for a car warranty, Endurance was one of the companies listed. And I trust the product that they are affiliated with.
Purchasing the warranty was smooth. And the plan that I currently have now will work for me. I made a down payment and the monthly payment was explained. I started talking with a rep and a manager came on the line. The manager was authorized to make certain decisions that the reps couldn't make. And there was no pressure. I was given alternatives and it was important to me because I tried to do a reasonable amount of research on companies and products before I even reached out to anybody about them. And what I was getting as told by the representatives were consistent with what I have researched. They explained what was available, and what I asked for was a bit out of my price range so they told me about other comparable options that were available.
They were very professional and both of them were knowledgeable but the second guy, in particular, was very knowledgeable. He has been with the company for a while and he had experience. He talked about comparisons. I felt comfortable that I was talking to somebody who knew what they were talking about. I would tell others that Endurance is a highly rated company. Many of the warranty companies I contacted seemed to be more of a broker than the actual provider. We had our warranty on our last car through the dealership and we only ended up with about 35000 additional miles and barely two years of coverage for almost $2000. And I paid $2500 for another 100000 and five years.
I talked to a very knowledgeable Endurance rep and he asked what I was looking for and what I was wanting to have covered. Since the vehicle has a whole bunch of luxury electrical items, I wanted to make sure that all those things would be covered. My experience was so good that I referred somebody before I called back to pay for my policy which was nice because the guy gave me a $100 off for the referral. My transmission was still covered but all the other things were not going to be covered. And since my factory warranty was expiring, I wanted to extend my warranty.
I had a policy through Zurich and I didn't realize that when I ordered the Endurance policy. I found out after the fact. I hate to buy stuff and it gets to where I dread to have to buy items. If it's going to cost me more than $1,000, I need to be circumspect about how I'm spending that kind of money. It would become such a battle to do the consumer research on everything that you're trying to get. And I'm trying to figure out what's the best option. And to some extent, buying an auto warranty is like buying a home or a car. It took me two to three months to buy a car. But the thing that sold me for this Endurance policy was that there was no middleman. They verify the claims themselves, so they allow the automobile repair facility to say what's got to be fixed. And there's not a whole bunch of in between. With Endurance, everybody seems to say that they have a relationship with the automobile manufacturers. In fact, they all say I can take it back to Cadillac. And even if it's in some other part of the country.
I'm reading this stuff to see if they got a yea or nay after it's been taken to a care facility after you rented a car. I didn't want that. The Endurance rep told me, "No. I guarantee. It's nothing like that. We are what we say. We do the approvals, and we're right here in Chicago." Then they asked for more money than I actually wanted to pay. And that's the only thing that they had me doubt. But then, I'm beyond my 50,000-mile warranty. So, I don't know that I have much of a choice. But, overall, I'm pleased with what I think I'm getting.
I don't know what's going to happen if I ever have to make a claim 'cause they are pretty expensive, but they were one of the top-rated extended warranty institutions in the game. And they also gave me 50,000 miles. Very similar to the bumper-to-bumper warranty I had from the manufacturer. All those put together, I'm considering just paying the larger amount of money for two weeks. I was up against it because I was at 49,800 miles, the warranty expires on 50,000 miles. There was also the fact that they were really top-rated. If you're the best one or two people in the business, that says something for you. And so, I decided to go with that, and buy at the expense.
But I'm pretty satisfied with it. Because the average cost for most of these extended warranties from my experience was about $3000. Endurance was close to the fact, which made them almost double. But they talked to me and said, "Well, we can only get you 60 approved." And, of course, then, they left it on my hands. The salesperson seemed to be straight, not trying to blow a smoke up my butt. I am having somewhat second thoughts, but I think I'm going to stick with them anyway because I don't want to open up another can of research worms. Even though I have probably another 15 days or so to cancel if I would want to. The best thing that could happen is I never have to make a claim.

I've called too many companies and with Endurance, the payment is good. $100 for first month and maybe every month for two years. And I'm okay with that.
At first, they told me to be phoned up to get my oil changed within 30 days. But I called them for I just got my oil changed like 15 days before I get the warranty. And that was okay. Just send them the proof that I get the oil changed. And that's what I did. I tried to fax them but the fax number that they gave me was not working. So, I ended up having to email that to them. But my experience has been good so far.

I just signed up for Endurance Auto Warranty and I have to wait 60 days and have 1,000 miles on the car for anything to be covered, which is fine. Our car was getting a bit older and we had it repainted last year and we thought it might be nice to have a warranty in case anything major goes wrong with it. I had gone online, so Endurance got my information and they contacted me back. But they seemed nice and they weren’t too pushy. I had another couple of people call and they were really pushy.
I liked that with Endurance, I could pay it out in monthly payments, where for some of the other providers, one has to pay a $3,000 lump sum upfront. I purchased the warranty on my credit card. They got to take $190 and then the monthly fee will be taken from my credit card each month. I’ve had a limited experience so far. And if everything turns out okay, it would be pretty nice and would give me peace of mind. But just from signing up with them, it was easy enough. They have a good program from what it reads.

I asked for a quote and she's very timely with it. She emailed it over to me the same day and she followed up with me to see if I had made any decisions on which company I want to go with because I had told her that I was looking to a couple of different set of warranty companies. She was very diligent about following up with me. It was a really good experience. In fact, I recommended my best friend to Endurance as she was looking for an extended warranty. My vehicle was on factory warranty but it was already having some pretty serious issues. I wanted to make sure that once the factory warranty expired I still have coverage. So I did a lot of research and looked at online reviews. I also looked at the Better Business Bureau ratings and narrowed it down on effective days and I got price quotes. With the other companies that were on my shortlist, I had to go through a dealer to get the coverage that they were sold. I prefer to work directly with the company instead of going through a dealer. And Endurance was the only one that made all those requirements.
When I first called to get a quote, I was just getting quotes and I didn't want to actually buy anything until I had a few competitive quotes to compare. And when I called Endurance, there was no problem getting the quote right away. But they tried to get me to buy right then which I understand. That's part of good sales or marketing. They would cut the initial fee in half but it's only good for that day. But they ended up giving the same price even though I waited a week before I made my final decision. So I called Endurance back and they had all my records and the previous information I've given them. So it was a very easy and smooth transaction.

And I called and went through three different extended warranty companies and ended up selecting Endurance. I just had bought a vehicle and wanted to get an extended warranty on it since it was running out of its factory warranty.
The rep was really well-versed in what their programs were and helped me select the best program for the car that I got. And it was the kind of coverage I was looking for. The rep walked me through the program, went through some of the on-boarding processes as far as wait times and other things before the warranty would be in effect, and went through the different cost structures as far as the payments. So, it was a very good interaction. Making the payments was easy, too. I did the initial payment and then set up the payment structure for the timeframe that we have selected.

I had looked at all the different plans and I've talked to Endurance over the phone a couple of times and hadn't done anything. I knew which one I wanted and then they called me and reduced the price a little bit. So I purchased the warranty over the phone and it just took about two minutes. I gave them my credit card number and they billed me the first payment and sent me a copy of my warranty. I have payments for two years which I'm fine with. I'm a widow on a fixed income and pretty much on my own. Paying $115 a month for two years to make sure anything that goes wrong with my car will be covered seems worth it to me. At some point, my 2007 vehicle is going to break down and I thought it'd be better to spread out payments instead of having one big lump sum payment. Endurance had the best reviews online and their rep was pretty good. She was knowledgeable and explained what the plan entailed as well as the cost. It was just straightforward.
I bought the plan three weeks ago. I just made a credit card payment over the phone for the down payment which was easy. I'm supposed to be getting a bill any moment now and I have to make the monthly payment. So far, it's been a good experience. The online reviews and the ease of getting the plan and the information packet with everything that was pretty detailed were great. The only thing was feeling the pressure to get that first-time caller discount where if you decide to go with a plan right then and there then they honor the first time caller discount. But I ended up finding out that they didn’t cover as much as I thought they did. So I’m thinking at this point about cancelling it because I’ve had a couple of things come up and nothing has been covered yet. I have made three calls and said “Hey, I got this problem with my car” but they knew what was covered and what wasn’t. As far as the customer service, it was fine. It was the service aspect of it that was lacking. Nothing was covered and that was why I purchased it in the first place to try to get some stuff covered.
When I tried and called them once to cancel in November, there was some misunderstanding to stay as customer. I had something wrong with my heater. The coil wasn't working right and they said, “No, that wasn't covered". So, that cost me a lot of money. I also had an issue with my power steering where the tube broke and the power steering fluid was leaking all over the place. And they say that wasn't covered.
When I had a warranty before with Ford, they don't cover the luxury items like my convertible and the bumpers, which I understand. But the coverage of a power steering, that should be under a warranty. But, it's not. I'm shocked by that because I think that power steering would be essential. And it's not a wear and tear or rusty. I feel that I'm not going to waste $2,000 and using out over $1000 already on my car.
When I talked to customer service, they were okay. One man was nice. He took a $100 off the one month which was nice. But, then the other one said," Sorry there's nothing we can do, that’s policy. You got to get a more expensive policy”. Who's going to spend $3,500? I can go buy a new car and it can be a down payment on it. It's just not worth having the warranty. So, I canceled.

I talked to an operator on the phone and the gentleman told me what would be offered to me in case I ran into various types of difficulties. He was very polite. He answered all of my questions.
To find out what I needed, he asked me various questions and I answered them sincerely. I liked what I heard and I chose. I have already read through, although not completely, the documents that were sent to me. I told him I drive alone now and I just wanted to have the assurance that if anything happened to the car on the road, I'd have someone that will be able to come out to me, without me trying to flag down somebody. From what I read, they were going to charge against the credit card number that I gave initially, monthly. And that's fine with me.
I was with another company ages ago. It was similar to Endurance. I never had to wait. I would always have service come directly to me, which the car removed from the highway, I was immediately taken to a place where I could get another vehicle that I could use until such time my vehicle was repaired. That's what I'm looking for from Endurance Auto Warranty. But I'm not looking for that difficulty and I pray that it does not occur. But sometimes, you have to go ahead and have the assurance. In that way, whatever happens, somebody's going to be looking out for you.

Their representative was really good, and our communication was clear. I really hope that with the information that they gave me, it is really worth me inquiring and doing business with the company. But everything is perfect, so far.

My auto warranty had run out in a hundred thousand. I researched online for auto warranty providers and I felt better going with Endurance. Setting up my payment was easy and overall, my experience has been good. I would recommend them.

I called in to cancel my policy, because I wanted to go through my manufacturer for an extended warranty. I spoke with customer service who said I had to speak to the cancellation department (Customer Service is the cancellation Department). I waited on hold for 22 minutes and I was hung up on. When I called in again I got someone on the phone who told me that they have been covering my car since it’s been built which we know is a lie because my manufacturer has been covering my car. He stated I should do my research and contact the dealership who will verify the same thing.
He give me his extension number to call back. When I attempted to call back of course no answer. I then attempted to call back a few moments later. I got someone else on the phone who tried to convince me for 30 minutes to keep it. He finally stated that they would have my policy cancelled and since the payment was scheduled to come out that day Dec 14th. And that it shouldn’t post to my account. He also stated I would receive an email. Never received an email and I was charged eight days later Dec 22nd. Super shady.

Talking with the people from Endurance and getting signed up were pretty easy. I didn’t make up my mind on the day that I called and talked to the first rep, but somebody called me a couple weeks later after I had the car and by that time, I was convinced that there were too many bells and whistles on my car to not have it insured. I put it on automatic payments and I need to switch it to a different account.

I was satisfied with my purchasing experience with Endurance Auto. They were very helpful and nice. And the lady rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the different products and she recommended the one that I have. My factory warranty is getting ready to go out on my high-end car. I talked to three warranty providers including Endurance, and their packages were similar but the price was different in the mileage they offered. Endurance was a lot lower than the other two.

I wanted something in the case transmission, engine or some expensive really went out on my car, it's the first nice car I've ever had. And a friend of mine had told me he bought an extended warranty and it worked good for him. But a lot of people had told me that they had bad experiences with other warranties. But everybody at Endurance was great. My rep gave me a fairly low per month price that I thought I could afford at the time. Social Security is what I live on and I'm on a limited budget. And at 137 down, it was pretty tough on me but I was willing because he convinced me that it was good. And I called a couple of dealers and they said that they had experience with Endurance and that it was okay.
One thing that turned me off though was the grace period, 60 days and 1,000 miles. I don't drive very much and it would take me a long time to put a thousand miles on my car. I figured that if I paid 137 and I paid 107 a month and it will be months before I could even use it, there would be no grace period. But I understand from a business viewpoint they had to do that because people would use them and cancel.
Endurance is an okay company and I saw online that they had all kinds of awards for being straight with people. That was another reason that drove me to them. I even told my brother about them. But I wasn't with Endurance very long. I had to cancel because I came down sick and I needed the money to help pay my medical bills. I had 30 days to cancel and I called to do so. I told them that I would not forget them and if my health improves and I get back on my feet then I would be back because I'm still interested in a warranty. The gentleman that canceled the policy for me completely understood and wished me luck.

I always get auto warranties when I buy vehicles. So when a friend told me he got Endurance, I got online and I looked at the comments which are pretty good. The price seemed good too, and I can afford that. My experience has been pretty great. This warranty is good to have and I feel better. I had a little miscommunication last month wherein they took the money out but it hadn't gotten there yet. But everything worked out right.
I had talked to a lady because one time I got my stuff done. I paid my bill and she took the money and they were telling me they didn't get the money in the process. I called back a couple of days later and they said the process went through, so everything was good. Their men were very helpful. They made me feel real comfortable and make me feel at home. They have been doing a good job and I'm glad that I chose Endurance.

I’m going to keep my car as half a hundred thousand miles. I got Endurance and they have been good and they weren’t pushy. But their rep gave me the wrong phone number to call back. It was someone else’s office, not hers, so another guy got credit. Other than that, everything was great. I've had my warranty for about a month and I’m still in the grace period.

They were very professional and they knew what they’re doing at Endurance. There was a little bit of an issue at the beginning where I gave them the wrong mileage, but they came back and changed it without any issues. They were very friendly the whole time. They also offered me multiple ways of doing my payment and I chose the way that I wanted to do it and got it done. At this point, they’ve done everything that they said that they would do so I’m satisfied with them.

Endurance Warranty DOES NOT honor their warranty when it is time for a claim. I had them for over a year and my first claim they tried to put aftermarket parts on an AUDI A8, but the dealer told me in time. The second claim (12/2017) Endurance denied the whole claim based on my wheels (for a thermostat... really). I have reported them to BBB.org and many other places (like this site). Please DO NOT fall to these scammers/LIARS.
Good Luck.

I am totally unsatisfied with Endurance. And I've talked to the Consumer Protection Agency and the Attorney General about some of these issues. I am a business man myself. I've never had a warranty that nobody can tell you anything about anything hardly until you have a claim. I haven't had an issue but one issue that I had and they didn't cover it. I have a vehicle that I bought used. And I took it in for they said all the electrical was covered. The guy told me over the phone in detail all of these. And then when I had the occurrence of electrical issue, they say that's not covered.
I think it's a whole lot of propaganda and a lot of these warranty companies including home warranties. These people who sell this stuff, they do a lot of hype. You find out that they told you something that would be erroneous just to sell you a policy. They're so confusing because they tell you one thing, and then you have to find out from one of the real pros about it. The Attorney General said the same thing and so did the Inspector General. I talked to all of them.
So I was very unhappy. They need to honor what they say even if the people make a mistake and don't understand what it is that they are selling. Do not just make people pay for something after the fact. What we got this warranty for is to cover us in case. I asked if the electrical is covered, if the AC is covered. The guy went over all his stuff in details.
When I had the issue, I had a $284 repair I had to have done at the repair facility, because it’s electrical. The guy called in, they told Endurance it wasn’t covered. They also told me that the axle in and related to the thing were covered. I had to take it to a company because I was having a vibration. I thought it might have been bent axle. The guy told me that he felt that it was the bent axle that was causing it to vibrate at a certain speed. Called in, same thing, "Oh, that's not covered." And that makes me mad because I'm paying money out of my pocket. And I can't get any resolution.
It's not about what it cost me to get the car repaired. It is about the principle. It's about satisfying customers in a win-win situation. Endurance needs to look into this and get this mess straightened out. I've had a claim already too. And neither one of them was covered but I was told they were. I would have taken them to the shop, if they were not. I know what is not covered that’s why I carry the extended warranty.
And then I have the electrical issue with the break engine. They got it up there and said, “I’m going to check in through some pieces under warranty. Do you have extended warranty?" I said, “Yes". So, I gave them extended warranty. But it took three or four days to get in touch with somebody. And I was down there losing money. Finally, he called me back and said, “Well, they told me it wasn't covered". I called them back, same thing. That's not covered. Well, what the heck is covered?
There's so many of these extended warranty companies out there. And they are not doing nothing but growing money and paying no claim. The Attorney general already told me that. They said they have more complaints than they do claims. Because the claim that are filed were denied and they are not denied until you have something. And then they tell you that. But in the interim on the time they sell it to you, everything under the sun is covered. And I'm not saying that literally, they will say everything is covered, like the things you ask questions about.

The current warranty of the vehicle I purchased was going to run out shortly and I definitely wanted to be covered. When I was reading online at the customer reviews with the Better Business, I found what Endurance's rating was, and they were higher. They were around a lot longer than some of these other guys. And I wanted somebody that was around for a little while. Their reps were good and professional. They weren’t pushy, which I like the most. They were knowledgeable folks.
At that time, I was thinking about going with another company ‘cause they kept sending stuff. But I called back and the lady from Endurance explained some things to me about how if I didn’t use it, they were going to refund the money, so I decided to stay home with them after that call. I was satisfied and I would recommend them since their reps seemed like they know their stuff. My friends would want to go by one of the newer ones that hasn’t been around that long. So I would definitely tell them to go with Endurance.

My wife is a female driver in Long Island, New York. Although she has a fairly new car, the warranty with Toyota does not really speak to the Toyota name and it ends up in 25,000 or 30,000 miles. Which is very young age of such a monster truck to end up warranty in such early stage. So I wanted to make sure that she's safe and secure. Whether we use it or not, that's a peace of mind there. I have a very legit and strong reason for choosing Endurance. I've called a couple of companies but the Endurance sales person said, "Well, I want to have your business. How can I make this work?" That's what made me stay with her on the phone. And at the end, she scored. They are type of work-with-you and work-with-me people. Very easy to get an agreement with them.

I just bought a ‘05 Nissan Titan and it only had a 130,000 miles on it. I wanted to try to keep it nice and that way if anything ever happens to it, I like to have some warranties because repair bills are through the roof nowadays. I had read good reviews online about Endurance and everything weren’t bad. It didn’t have very many derogatory reviews by former customers. So I got my warranty from them.
I had a good experience with Endurance. Everything has been really good with them so far. But I was coming to a situation where I don’t know if I’m able to make the payment on time next week or next month but I’m trying to work all of that right now. We're setup on a monthly payment right now because my plan is that when I get my taxes back, I'll go ahead and pay it off and be done with it.
It’d be a good idea to have with the way everything is nowadays. You don’t have to have so much coming out of your pocket right away to get your vehicle fixed. It won’t put you down on a hole so quickly. Endurance have nice people to talk to who are very helpful. I’m actually thinking about getting another one for my mom’s car because she’s got a 2013 Kia Soul that doesn’t have a warranty on it anymore until it got 67,000 miles off of it. She only drives 6,000 miles a year, so I might be getting one for that too.
