The guy from Endurance that I dealt with was very cordial, very knowledgeable, and he gave me a lot of information. But I've got some alarming news from my auto dealership immediately after I told them that I'd joined Endurance. I did this during the time that I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for some repairs and the maintenance manager told me that it's hard to get them to cover services. So, I wasn't really happy. And then, when I called Endurance and talked to the guy that sold me my policy, he said, "Well, it's probably some isolated incident at that particular dealership." And I said, "I hope that it was an isolated incident. It just bares further investigation and I'm definitely going to be looking at whatever occurrences I have and how it's handled in thinking about whether or not I'm gonna keep your service.”

I’m a big believer that in everything that you have, buy a warranty policy on it. I’ve had an auto warranty since 1978. For my 2003 Mazda MPV, I have a policy with Endurance. I made the purchase about a month ago during which everything was fine. I was a very easy customer to sell to because I wanted to buy one. It was just price. But they came back with a better price and I told them they had a deal. So far, I've had no problem with Endurance.

I just purchased a new vehicle. And I’d rather be safe than sorry in terms of future repairs. It seems like all the other insurance providers were just brokers. And then when you would actually talk to them about a product, they would place you with a product that they really had no direct affiliation with. With Endurance and in regards to a particular vehicle, the person I was going to pay the claims and the people that I will always be going to deal all the way through, it was a better scenario in terms of being able to be confident that they would stand by their product.
The Endurance rep was very informative, to the point, and gave me a good understanding of the product that I was getting, and me being confident that I was making the right choice. The payments were extremely workable. When I purchased the vehicle, I had another option through the actual dealer. And it was a scenario where it had to be paid in full upfront. And there are no interest financing options makes it much easy to have the peace of mind without it being a big expense. And now, all of a sudden, I got extra $4,000 on top of me, just in case of expenses. So, being broken down makes it very helpful.

Nothing to complain about with Endurance. I’ve spoken to a few different reps and they’re all nice, not pushy. One had to get a manager to answer some of my questions, I guess he was new, but overall they’re knowledgeable. Monthly payments are just under a hundred bucks, so pretty reasonable, and plans come with towing and some money for rental cars when yours is in the shop. There is a small deductible, like $200 I think, so not too bad.

Compared to other auto warranty providers, Endurance seemed to be more comprehensive, and their salesperson was a lot more engaging. We sat down and went over all aspects of the coverages, he answered my questions and he was very helpful in getting the purchase done. Setting up the policy was great. The purchasing process was very easy and straightforward. And if you have questions and concerns, a person is able to answer those for you promptly, rather than you dialing in and going through a phone tree. To me, that is very valuable to have a person on the other end. Making payments was very easy, too. I was able to get the first payment done online promptly and I’m getting ready for the second payment. I'm very satisfied with the price. Endurance seems to have all of the coverages that you're looking for. In fact, I’d recommend it to a friend and I would encourage them to very seriously take a look at Endurance.

We just bought a used car. It was a 2008 and it has 140,000 miles on it and one thing I know about cars is if anything turns it definitely deteriorated over time. I had a 2011 Tahoe that got up to about 150,000 miles and the transmission went out, and the price is like $5,000. And I didn't want to be in that position again. So, I looked into buying an extended warranty. I looked at warranties at the used car dealership where I purchased the car. I also looked at the used car warranty at the General Motors where the cars are made and purchased. Then I went on the internet and Endurance was rated number one. And so I looked at Endurance, looked at a few comments that people have made up under it and I made a decision because I didn't think there would be anything better.
Their four-year warranty sold me. It's 60,000 miles but it's four years and two years worth of payment. And with Endurance, you have to wait to be covered. There were some companies out there where you don't have to wait to be covered, but it didn't seem like the coverage was disputed. I called Endurance about their extended warranty and the rep explained to me what he could over the phone. And their approach was kind of pushy in a way where he wanted to sign me up right away.
Other than that, the rep was clear and concise. He heard my needs and I know he wasn't as scripted as the others, and I liked him. He talked about the coverage and what it did and did not cover. I really wanted to get my hands on the booklet. And he told me where I could find it online if I wanted to read the details, and he taught me that the devil is usually in the little details. I can go to their website to look at the policy. I got text messages and an email from Endurance's customer service team confirming my purchase and also to welcome me.

My wife and I have cars, and she was having a problem with hers and come to find out her warranty run out on her. We went online and started looking around at the different warranty companies that were out there. And a friend of ours recommended Endurance. Their reps were attentive and answered every question that I had. And they ran down everything that they were offering. We made our first payment, and it was okay. It's just like insurance where you have to pay for something you’re not really using right now but down the line, you’re going to need it. It's more like a security blanket, and it's good for me. I will recommend Endurance, and I would tell my friends to give it a shot.

I got to see how it works for me, and if it will work out well, I'd recommend them.

We bought our car new and it had just come off the three years' 36,000 miles. I figured it would be a good idea to have an extended warranty and Endurance had the best pricing. I got the second best policy they had which was what I wanted. I didn’t need a totally new car, bumper-to-bumper thing. I just needed something that would assure me that they would replace parts that went bad. Also, they came down with a price that I also wanted. I've had Endurance for a month and it gives me peace of mind. They're okay and people should have them.
Endurance fulfilled the bill which was what I was looking for. I checked out their rating on the BBB. A lot of the companies were rated A+ but even so, some of them did not have very good ratings and I didn't wanna go with a company like that. Endurance has been around for twelve years and their rating on BBB was pretty good with more favorable comments. I looked at the unfavorable ones and those didn’t look like something that would affect me. They're talking about people with mostly used cars who were buying the extended warranty and they had almost 90,000 miles on their cars to begin with. This was not the case with mine. I only have 33,000 miles on it so the car is in tip-top shape.

The time was approaching for me to get an auto warranty, mine was about to expire. I called Endurance and they stated that they had more things to offer than some of the other places that I had looked at. That was one of the things that got my attention. I dealt with two different people from there and each person was nice and knowledgeable. I set up my payment and they just debit it from my account. That wasn’t difficult.
I’ve had different warranties in the past and when I went to go use them, that’s when I became very disappointed and a little disgruntled that I even bought the warranty. I have not used Endurance yet but I’m hoping that it is going to work out. I am a little cautious and I’m keeping my fingers crossed hoping that it is a decent warranty and that the experience that I had with purchasing it would be the same experience I'd have using it. It's so random that they called because otherwise I wouldn't have ended up getting the coverage and I would have had to pay for the repair on my own.

I called Endurance a few years back and talked to somebody there and I liked what I heard, but decided not to do it right then. When my wife bought a 2015 Escape which only had 11,000 miles on it, we wanted to get an extended warranty for it. The dealership wanted $2,200 for that warranty. Endurance costs a couple of hundred dollars more than the dealership, but the difference was I had to pay $2,200 outright with the dealership while it was $110 a month with Endurance which was much easier to deal with. I talked to my wife about it and we looked at different companies online and Endurance seemed cheap and they have better ratings in Better Business Bureau. They answered my questions and they explained it all to me. It seemed really good and they were very nice and decent to talk to. They were very upfront and they weren't pushy at all.

I got a mailing from someplace that was related to Ford and it was like continuing my existing coverage so it was good since the warranty on my vehicle ran out at 100,000 miles. I talked to them and I was going to go with them. But when it came down to signing it, the price increased by a few dollars. It was only a few dollars but it was enough to tick me off and decide to go look around and see what was out there. In my web search, Endurance kept coming up as top-rated by a number of different places that I had found. When I called them up, the experience working with them was smooth. They gave me a quote that I thought was reasonable for what I was looking for. Also, price and their sales pitch all stayed exactly the same so there was a consistency of what they were selling me. I got all the information that they said they were going to send me right when then they said they were going to send me so they followed through.

I recently bought a used 2003 vehicle. This is my first time owning a diesel-used vehicle. It was in condition, but I wanted to make sure that I had full peace of mind, especially because it was slightly older in age. So I did a lot of research online and found that Endurance has a good reputation and a lot of good reviews. I went with them and had a very good experience with their rep. She was very knowledgeable about the different cars and the reasons why different warranties were better than others. She was very clear, concise, and had a lot of relevant information that was helpful in making my decision. My experience was as smooth as I expected it to be. They were very clear in explaining to me all the terms and conditions. So I feel very confident that this is a good warranty.

The rep was great and she answered all of my questions. It was easy to sign up and make a payment. They took my credit card information over the phone to set me up on autopay. I have a fairly new car and it just have high miles on it. I have to wait 90 days before the warranty officially kicks in. So, anything that may happen to my vehicle within those 90 days, I am fully responsible for. And their website is very vague. They don’t tell you on the website that you're going to have to make 18 months of payments and then the rest of it is covered, but you do get to transfer the warranty to another car if you get a different one. Also, I don’t like that Endurance actually uses a third party company to take the payment. So I have two different log ins, one for my warranty log in and then I have my payment log in that I have to go through. But I like that I can actually stop payments and cancel the policy at any time when I log in to my payments account.

I have had an extended warranty on most of my vehicle since I got my first Harley. I bought one from Endurance and my experience was great. When I was doing a search online, they were one of the ones that came back with the top ratings. So I called them and they covered what I want to have covered and they had good rates, too. The rep who helped me set up my warranty was easy to work with. I called, chatted with him, and found out what they had going on. He didn’t try to sell me anything. I told him what I wanted and he told me what he had that matched it and told me how much it cost. They even have a policy that lets me work on my own car. There was something that we had added in that was to make a big price difference. And when I told him I needed to check it with my wife, he did everything he could to make sure things were going to be easy for us. He made some adjustments. I called in and within 30 minutes, I had a full policy ready.
It was great that I was able to use one card to pay the deposit and then they put a different card down for my monthly payment. I had just sold an old vehicle and I had all the money in my Credit Union. I didn’t have time to switch it before I pay them. So they let me pay from one account and then set up an automatic payment from my other account. I also got my paperwork in the mail and my letters like they said that I would.

I liked Endurance's price and the length of the warranty itself. But there were some important matters such as the limit of liability which was not fully explained. It wasn't until the 30 day period when I went looking for other options that one of their competitors mentioned what their limits of liability were. And then that prompted me to ask what Endurance's were. And actually, the competitors knew what theirs was. Apart from that, the limit of liability aspect of it was not exactly clear in the documentation they sent to me either. And to me, that should be very prominently displayed. The company should also be clear if my liability is cumulative or not.
I understand the principle that they don't want to spend more than the car's value, but there are other ways that they could achieve that same purpose. If they want to minimize their losses, one of the easiest ways to do it is for them to have a certain amount that they'd pay per year for the life of the product. And anything over that, then they just don't pay rather than checking to see how much the car is valued. It was very bureaucratic and not necessarily helpful to me. Also, ABS brakes are so pervasive in the marketplace. And I'm battling whether or not to continue with Endurance because they don't cover ABS brakes where some of their competitors do. Based on what I've read and heard from Endurance, I'm not realizing the usefulness of having a warranty with them. They have to look at their products somewhere on the line.

After shopping around I decided to give Endurance a call just to ask some questions. This turned into a lot of fast talking by the sales rep and passive aggressive badgering about why I didn’t want to purchase their product. He ended up transferring me to a manager who did much of the same. After an hour and a half I agreed to purchase a plan, under the conditions I change my own oil because I don’t trust anyone to do it. The manager I spoke with was a condescending **... Fast forward a few days, I called with a question about the policy only to be informed that the policy I had been sold did not give me the freedom of changing my own oil despite strict records keeping on my part. So I was transferred into a more expensive policy at the same price, so I wasn’t too upset. Both were 60 months and 100k miles.
Once I received my policy in the mail, I read it front to back only to find out that it specifically says oil changes have to be performed at a dealership or similar. After I made very clear that I do my own. I call them back again, spending the better part of two hours only to have them try and transfer me into a policy that was 1200 more and 60,000 miles LESS coverage.
Please do yourself a favor and read that policy in detail as soon as you get it. I feel like there is a lot of smoke and mirrors and fast talking at Endurance, trying to almost shove this stuff down your throat. Website sucks too, you should be able to view contracts for each plan online and I could have saved myself over 3 hours. Bottomline that third time, not hearing what my needs were as a customer after I was very clear about it, being sold 2 policies almost a third, it felt malicious. After the last call they officially lost my trust, and ultimately canceled my policy. Headed back to Warranty Direct for better coverage and customer service, I’ve had a policy with them before.

I understand the logic each time but it was kind of pushy especially if they can prove that your car is an older model. I wouldn’t recommend making the person that would use and need the warranty feel rushed into making a decision just to get it. It’s going to turn them off.
I had the warranty before so I understand the need and I had a good experience when I had it so it wasn’t a big deal for me to deal with that. Endurance would probably get more people if they have a grace period where people can come to a decision and choose them. I asked my phone to give me a list of auto warranty people. The companies all popped up and I went through two of them. When I got to Endurance, everything starts seeming like this was the right place to be. They answered the questions right and they treated me right. So I went with Endurance. I called up Endurance and they gave me the details of the warranty. Then I gave them my bank account, they took the money in and we’re up and running.
The first two companies that I talked to talked about the other companies, saying that the other company is not backed by other insurance companies. I thought, "Hey, I'm not calling you to ask you about other companies. I'm calling you about your company." But Endurance didn't talk about anybody else. They talked about what they can and can't do for somebody and that's basically what I'm looking for, somebody who can do for me. Not talk about other folks. Endurance has good representatives in their company and that's what sold me on them. I'm not saying they're the best and I hope I never have to use them. But then again, they are there for me if I need the warranty.
But I almost gave up on Endurance because when I called them, they wanted me to pay the money. And I told them I'll call back when I can afford them. But they said they can do something with it. So the rep worked with me, put the thing together and waited until the 1st to take the money out. Their people were appreciative of me trying to get with them. They were willing to work with a person to help them become a member. I got to wait 90 days before I can file a claim, but I really don't have nothing to claim yet because the truck is running fine and everything is working fine. I just want it to stay that way. I want to be assured that I'm gonna keep the truck running. Every once in a while I like to run out to Texas by my nephew and who knows what would happen out there on the highway. And I had the money at the time when I paid a lot of money to get that truck back on the road. But with the vehicle with such low mileage, had I known about warranties, I would have bought one. And this time, I bought a nice 2008 pick-up and it was just under 100,000 miles and I wanted to protect it. I have another 2001 Chevy, and the only thing I’ve ever had to replace on it is the fuel pump. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and I looked at a bunch of reviews as well. And Endurance Auto Warranty is the number one rated aftermarket auto warranty in the nation and they were also number one on the ConsumerAffairs list.
Working with Endurance's specialist was really easy. The rep from the other top company I spoke with was very high pressure. He kept telling me he'd get my ATM card number and offering deals, and he made it seem like he was trying to finalize without even asking me for the VIN of the vehicle. And Endurance wasn’t like that at all. Endurance was professional. The very first thing they asked me for was my VIN. Right after that, they asked me for all the information they could get on the vehicle and I’m sure they used the VIN to pull a bunch of information themselves. Their first concern was getting me the policy that I wanted and needed. And their last concern was taking the payment for it.
Making the payments was really simple. I made a small down payment and then we agreed to a $158 a month for 24 months on a five-year warranty. I’d get it paid off right out the last three years on it with no money out of my pocket. Compared to the other companies that I called, Endurance's professionalism was well above of anyone else. I've called on three separate occasions only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I guess company has been unable to keep up with demand.

I’m retired and I got a nice car and I want to keep it for as long as I can. And I figured eventually, I’m going to need some more insurance or warranty in it. According to Better Business Bureau, Endurance was one of the number one rated so I went with them. I had a good experience with their vehicle protection specialist because I when I purchased it, I had to set up my payment to come out when I get paid and everything worked out fine.
The only problem I had is when I first made my arrangement to get the plan, they told me they were going to send me some information down on it and I never got it. So they took the money out of my account without me getting any type of information about what I’ve signed up for. I did receive it until on the 10th, so it was a long time of getting it. I got a card and contract so that’s fine. There’s so many scams out there that you really don’t know once you get them. I’m purchasing this on phone and online so hopefully everything would work out. I got a good policy. If it’s true to what it said, I got 199,000 miles and set up to six years. I pay for it in two years. So that works for me.
Also, I did have one problem during my initial call. I went to somebody, and he just transferred me without saying who he was transferring me to. I thought that was rude. If you’re going to transfer someone to another department, at least tell him. But other than that, the young lady that I spoke to was courteous and respectable and told me that she had sent me another package. She sees that I had called.
Overall, they were very knowledgeable and informative. Today’s nature of buying things online or by phone is that you have to be careful these days. I researched Endurance out and from what I’ve read, I read the good and the bad. There were all good reviews with good rates. The only problem is the shipping of the letter of charge. It shouldn’t take that long to get it once somebody purchased. They should send an electronic copy so the customer can have something on hand. When I didn't get it, that created an apprehension.

Unfortunately, after having this policy on 3 cars and starting to have it on a 4th, I have found the truth. This policy is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. If you have this policy, like I do, on an older car, check it out carefully. They do not have a liability limit of 12,500.00 like I was told each time I purchased one of the policies, the limit is actually the "cash value" of your car as determined by the trade in value. So think of this... If you bought a used car like I did that was 10 years old and had 100,000 miles on it, the policy cost about $2900.00. I was willing to pay this because I figured if the transmission went out or the motor gave out, I would be okay.
However, they will only pay a total, throughout the term of the policy of 1800.00 which is the trade in value of my car. Today, when we were buying a policy on another used car, I was blatantly lied to and told that the limit regarding the trade in value was on a per incident basis and that I was still covered up to 12, 500.00. When I got home, I read my contract much more carefully and was shocked to find out that the policy I was paying 2900.00 for would only cover a maximum of about 1800.00 in repairs. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU OTHERWISE.

Our daughter turned 16 so we bought a used BMW for her. I wanted to get an older but a very solid car to make sure it would last. We decided to go with an extended warranty again because we've had such a great experience when we got one about three years ago. Similar kind of situation, but much younger than the BMW. My husband actually bought an extended warranty for the BMW at EchoPark the day we bought the car. But I'm kind of a research nut, so I went online and figured out that we paid about $800 more than we really needed to for that policy. So, I went in and canceled that. But a month later, we still don't have the $4,700 check for the refund.
I then went online, through the Better Business Bureau and ConsumerAffairs, and tried to find the company that I felt the most positive about. I looked at five different companies that had extended warranties. I was really happy with what I read on the Better Business Bureau about Endurance. And their rep was so nice. She really worked with me on finding a policy that was $800 cheaper, but covered our car for an additional 15,000 miles. I called her six or seven times asking her a couple of questions. She was absolutely lovely and really answered everything completely, was able to talk me through the process, figure out whether we want a diamond, platinum, all their different levels. She was really wonderful. Endurance was a better policy than the one we had gone through EchoPark. So, I was really happy and our daughter's really safe.
We talked quite a bit about making a single payment, but we ended up paying it monthly on our credit card. In fact, when we bought the warranty from EchoPark, we paid it out fully. But we had a concern about what happens if she wrecks the car and then we paid for this extended warranty. And I know, just talking to the Endurance rep that we could get a rebate on the rest of it after that. But given this experience that we're having with EchoPark, my husband and I just decided that we pay Endurance monthly. It costs a few dollars more a month, but this is easier in case anything does happen to the car. I was impressed with the feedback that they had on a variety of different sites, and would encourage people to take out that little bit of extra insurance to feel better when buying a used car.

I thought that it would be good to have an auto warranty because it was one of those things that I think is usable. I thought it’s a good thing to have it as a safe net. Then I found commercials, media and such saying that Endurance is the provider to have. It’s the first one out of Google search, so you would figure it’s a good one. So I spoke with their rep. Midway through it, I told them there’s a lot of things I see that’s flawed where they have the upper hand regardless. I’m not going to be paying them money for nothing. So I never finalized.
I declined from Endurance and I walked away because I’ve seen a lot of the buyer beware with them. I’ve read and seen terms and agreements and there’s a lot of loopholes. One of the biggest loopholes in there is if they see a discrepancy when you purchase a car and when you have the oil changed or inspection done, if there’s even one mile, they void any warranty that you would have with them. Another thing is when there's a broken part, if something goes bad on the car, it has to be an original piece of the car. There’s a lot of legalities that they use as loopholes. That means walk away being with them.
For someone like me who study and read the terms and agreements, no one does that in today’s world. Everybody just clicked “I agree” and let’s go. They should make it a lot simpler for people to understand. There were things I didn’t understand that I had to look up. They used a lot of words and phrases a common person wouldn’t really understand, unless you are a legal specialist. It’s wrong because it’s like a bait-and-switch. It’s big on that and it sucks because now there are people who have honest money and they’re losing their money for no reason. That’s not the way to go. Endurance is like one step away from a scam.

I’ve recently purchased a car with a short-term warranty. I know that it’s a good idea to have a warranty if you can get one, so I wanted one in place before the other warranty would run out. I found that Endurance was competitive. There was one other company offering me the same price, but I think it was more miles. So when I talked to Endurance to let them know that, they were willing to meet that for the same price but extend an additional year or additional mileage. I thought that was good. I liked the discount for paying full upfront and the people seemed friendly. I felt like they were definitely trying to earn my business. They're whatever the opposite of pushy is because I did encounter that with another company where they’re basically trying to push me into something. They're willing to negotiate with the customer.

When I bought a car, the dealer tried to sell me a warranty and tried to charge some ridiculous amount. But I wanted to look into my own warranty company and I figured I could find something better and cheaper. When you look up best warranty companies, Endurance is rated number one, so I gave them a call. They gave me a decent quote so I signed, and we went back and forth. The salesman that sold me quote did great. But he needs to go on the detail on the coverage.
I looked up Endurance on Better Business Bureau, the whole nine yards. I also decided to look at the ton of reviews for them and I read a lot of good ones. But one thing I have noticed is that all the reviews only talk about how great customer service is. “It was great talking to so and so. They made me feel good. They definitely helped me out." But not one that I have seen states that, “This happened to my car. I took it to the mechanic. It got fixed. It was quick and easy.” I’ve read nothing like that.
But every bad review had a very good detail on why they were mad, and that really scared the living bejeebers out of me. Here I am, about to pay $100 a month on top of the car payment that I just got. I might not even get my car fixed if something ever happened, knock on wood. So, I called and I was going to cancel because I got freaked out. I ended up paying $133 down and then $105 a month. There's no way in hell that they’re going to screw me over the way they screwed these people over. I’ve read a ton of them bad reviews and they dip the numbers. But when I spoke to customer service, the rep talked me into staying with Endurance. They hire some great customer service people.
Endurance is easy to get. You call and get signed up, and make sure you go through warranty with them. But I have not received my package as far as my warranty bill or my cards. The last guy I spoke to said he was going to resend it but I still haven’t received it. So I’m not sure what’s going on with that. Luckily, they send a digital copy of the warranty through the email, so I had one over. I read through it, about what Endurance specifically covers. Because if there’s one thing I read in the reviews, you might really want to read what’s really covered. So I did that with the customer service guy. He did great at showing me what’s really covered. He made me feel a little more comfortable because he actually went through everything with me. He was straightforward.
He said, “Look, I’m not trying to screw you over here. A lot of those comments you have read, basically those people did not read what they’re covered and thinking that all those things they think we’re going to pay for, that’s just not something that we’re going to do. You got to really know what your warranty is going to cover." And that’s true. I think if Endurance actually does hold on their side of the deal if anything was to happen to my car, I’d go in there and get it fixed easily, I think it’s going to be great. Because for the price I’m paying right now, it’s a little high. Basically, I’m paying $560 for the car including the warranty. But that’s not including auto insurance. So things are a little high but I like to have myself covered. And I hope that everything ends well.

I saw Endurance on a commercial and then I read it on the internet, and it sounded cool. My auto warranty was about to expire. And the Endurance rep I spoke with explained everything to me and so I took an Endurance policy. Their customer service team has been professional. Things are too expensive, so it’s very important to have a warranty on one's vehicle. And I'd tell my friends to do their homework like they’re supposed to if they would want to get a warranty, but I would also tell them that Endurance is good.

I purchased a vehicle recently, and the dealership offered me an extended warranty. I wanted to inquire myself, so I went online and started the research. I ended up finding out that Endurance was one of the largest warranty companies and had some of the best ratings. So, I reached out to them. The Endurance rep was really good as far as keeping it simple. He was very cordial and very informative and that really sold me on it. He assured me of peace of mind. Because when you inquire with a service online, you don’t know if it’s legit. But he assured me that everything was on the up and up, and what he did tell me was the truth. He didn’t give me the used car salesman pitch.
But I inquired with others, too. I also got an estimate from CARCHEX over email, and CARCHEX’s estimate was a lot more simpler to work through than Endurance's. And I know this is a business but I did not like the haggling to try to get the price reasonable. I know they had to sell their product and get the most value for their product. But sometimes, people don’t have the time to keep going back and forth. Whatever the price of it is, it better be what it is. Let me decide if I want it or not.
But I’ve already recommended Endruance to a friend that purchased a vehicle like mine because his warranty went out. I told him that I felt good about the process and the price of the warranty. And it's a plus that it’s not a third party warranty company. The warranty that I bought was an extension of the factory warranty which added a lot of value to me. And that’s what I explained to my friend, because he’s got a very nice vehicle.

It was good and the rep got straight to the point. Everything went smoothly. They explained things thoroughly and even knew about some of the systems in the car that I didn't think they would know about. Paying for it was also really easy because we already had a reference in there to set up. We had talked to the rep a couple of weeks ago and she gave us a direct line. She said that when I'm ready to purchase to just give them a call back and she just took it from there. My payments are now on auto-withdrawal. I'd recommend Endurance. They are consumer-friendly and straight to the point.

Our factory warranty was already up. I know our powertrain’s covered for 100,000, but I wanted to make sure everything else is covered too based on that amount. So I went to the Better Business Bureau page and looked into one of their recommended. Endurance was the higher one and it was a good one they recommended. I believe in the BBB, so I went with that.
I talked to Endurance's specialists and they were really good. Hyundai covered the motor and the transmission for 100,000 miles and I was looking to cover all that. But the reps reminded me that Hyundai covers all that so they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I thought that was really cool. If you want that peace of mind, paying for Endurance is affordable and easy. They usually put the payment on your credit card and once a month for two years, they take out whatever the amount is. You don’t forget to make a payment. My experience with them has been good so far.

I spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Joshua on 1/30/18 after receiving a phone call from Kyle stating my bank had cancelled a transaction. When I initially purchase the insurance, I was supposed to receive a booklet as per Kyle. I did not receive any correspondence from the company until 2/5/17. I had no contact information, feeling I had been placed in a fraudulent situation. I cancelled any further transactions with my bank. Feeling, I had been fraud and stupid for trusting and paying a deposit and a monthly transaction. Kyle informed on 1/29/18 I needed to call customer service to cancelled the policy.
I spoke to Joshua in Customer Service to cancelled the policy, and he try to talk me in keeping the policy. I told him of the situation and I no longer trusted what had happened and wanted to cancel the policy. I received a booklet on 2/5/18 and a bill from PayLink asking me to pay $184.72. I was furious, because I had been told the policy was going to be cancel. I called Joshua to inquire about the bill and ask why he had not cancelled the insurance. He stated he was giving me an opportunity to inquire and learn about Endurance and take him up on the offer he had recommended to keep me as a customer. I told Joshua I had informed him to cancel the policy. I did tell him I was going to learn more information about the company, but he was to cancel the policy.
I told Joshua I was going to check with my car insurance company (GEICO) to see if they had a similar insurance; however, the policy with Endurance was to be cancelled. We exchanged some words, and he hung up in my face. I then called another number with Endurance (**) and requested to speak with a General Manager, he asked for the contract # and informed me I needed to called Premier Protective Service who was the carrier and not Endurance.
Now, I am surely confused about where my money has gone and who I am supposed to be dealing with. The transaction has gone from Endurance Warranty Service to Premier Protection Services. WOW, A BIG LESSON LEARNED ON MY PART. I called the 888-321-9101 and spoke to William and asked for a cancellation letter and he told me he had monitored a previous call with me and Joshua and Eric. I asked what company he was with and he stated Endurance. I told him I thought I was speaking with a representative from Premier Protection Services. I realized they had lied to me and misrepresented their companies and appeared to be very fraudulent with the thoughts of wrongdoings with a WOMAN. A lesson learned. It is 2018 and you still can't trust men to transact business with a woman in a professional manner. It is shameful!

I had a rough experience at the end of last year and this year, and something major happened to my car with my other extended warranty. The compressor on my jeep has air suspension, and the other folks knew that but they didn’t sell me the right warranty and my compressor went. So, I had to pay $2,200 instead of $100 or $200 I would have had to pay on the parts.
I had never heard of Endurance before, but I searched on the internet asking for the top extended warranty companies because sometimes, you're just throwing your money away for extended warranties. They came highly recommended and that's what made me chat with them. When I went online, I filled out requesting a quote and I put the information about my car. Within five minutes, the phone rings. And I knew who it was and I was preparing myself for a used car salesperson. But the rep, Steve, was very personable. We talked about a couple things and it was almost as if we knew each other. He was easy to talk to and to ask questions. I told him that I just need to process this because I'm burnt out, I've been abused, so I need to make sure.
Steve took the time to know and he sent me an example of what I would get because I got the top-of-the-line warranty. I told them I wanted bumper to bumper. Not that I'm rich, but price is not an issue this way. I live in a place with no public transportation, so I need my car. Steve took the time to go line by line. Then we got to the point where he called out the part that would have been covered. He gave me the opportunity to get off the phone, look through and compare, and make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase, which was helpful. And I didn’t feel like I had to make the decision immediately without really doing some studies. Steve helped with just the way he presented himself.
One of the things I had read is that you don't get your warranty paperwork. Two weeks had gone by and I just reached out to him. He answered me right away and told me that I'll probably get it in another week or so, but I got it two days later, and so far, so good. I've got a bill and I have it set up now. But what I was surprised at is that they offered a warranty for seven years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. And that's hard to come by because the one I had was only three years and I'm only paying $10 more than I was on the plan that I had with the previous company. So, they're getting some kudos.
He told me I had to make a deposit or down payment on the plan because it's $4,200. So, I had to pay down $250.98 and then it would be $170 and change every month for 24 months. So, it's not like I would be paying for the whole plan, and then by the time I had finished paying, it's expired. The other two warranties I had, I just pay $100. He told me what my payments would be if I pay the $200, and that is better than $2,200. So, that is my deductible that I would have to pay if something happens to the car and I filed a claim. The payment was easy to set up. I put it on my credit card and they put me on the invoice plan. And when I got everything submitted over and see that it was the same, I went online and set up to have the payment taken off my credit card on the 20th of the month. So I don't have to write a check and I don’t want it coming out of my bank account.
The woman that Steve transferred me to in the verification team, when I asked her about the invoice piece, I think she might have forgotten about that because Endurance sent me a bill. She gladly set me up and I got the documentation some time in January. I have gotten something from them, three or four times in the last couple of weeks and it was all about my plan. And something that I commend Endurance on is, I know it's tough to be a salesperson, but I thank them because I never felt pressured that I have to get this warranty. A couple of my friends said that if they were in the market for an auto warranty, they would try Endurance. I would tell them to give it the opportunity. And I would probably end up giving them Steve. I would recommend someone to check it out and see what plan fits their needs.

Purchased this policy in November 2017. Everything was good when they were taking money from me. No complaints. Warranty was great until last week. I needed their help. Was driving on highway. There was a loud crack then it sounded like my tire blew. I stopped on side to see what happened, but after I stopped sound continued. I figured it is something mechanical and drove 1.8 miles to the first shop closest to me for my vehicle. Pulled into the service bay at Sunset Ford in St. Louis MO and the advisor was very helpful and called a service manager right away. Service manager said, "There is a problem with your engine." I said, "Ok no problem I'll leave it here and I have a extended warranty that should cover most of the things on the engine." They said they will contact the warranty company.
After 2 days service department called me and said that the claim is declined due to my millage being incorrect. I said, "What do you mean." They said, "On Carfax it shows like your mileage was 1443** and now you are at 143006." I said, "No way. I purchased this car with 140**." So we called company that claimed it was milage 1443** and they said it was a mistyped millage. Someone typed it in wrong bla bla. Gave us a letter stating what millage was at time of service, we also sent the warranty company a oil change we did when we first purchased the vehicle and it showed 141**. Warranty was purchased at 141985, my car broke down at 143006 and they said then to me that we only drove the car for 21 miles after purchasing the warranty. My math is not best but we re-calculated and we drove 1021 miles.
So the Eric that I am talking to he said, "Ohhh I am sorry it is 1021 miles bla bla bla, ok lets see what we can do, oh we still are declining the policy sir, you only drove 1021 miles and by contract you have to drive 1000 miles and 30 days before we have to cover the policy." I said, "Ok, I did drive over 1000 miles by 21 miles." He said, "Ohhh let me see. Ok it is still declined. Looks like it is a pre-existing problem." They were just looking for any excuse not to cover my engine. However they are used to dealing with broke people that don't have money to hire attorneys, in other hand I have a good one, and I told shop to go ahead and replace my engine. I will pay for repair and my warranty company will pay for it later.
Dear endurance whoever, you can't lie to people no more and people will retaliate as will I. You can think of any excuse. With this one it won't work. I have proof that it was not pre-existing, I have at least 10-15 people who will come to court and prove you wrong. And major thing, I am not broke so I will pay my attorney as much as needed just to prove you wrong. Just to get satisfaction of your lies not winning. See you in court... Cheers.

My engine died while driving down the highway. I checked the codes and it said there was a problem with the coil pack. I had it towed back to my house and replaced all the electrical system; coil pack, wires, plugs. After that I discovered a fuse was blown. I replaced it and the car started. There was a knocking/tapping noise in the engine that wasn’t there before. The car died again after a few minutes. I tied several more times to get the car running, to no avail. I had it towed to a mechanic.
The mechanic told me that I needed a new engine. Something inside had broken loose. We called Endurance. They refused to cover the repair, even though my contract CLEARLY covered all internally lubricated parts. They said they needed the shop to start tearing down the engine to find the cause of the problem, AT MY EXPENSE. They would cover that cost if, and ONLY if, we found something causing the issue that was covered. The shop found the issue, the timing chain had broken loose and was basically eating cylinder heads. That kind of thing is covered. Endurance sent an investigator to look at it. He was at the shop for three hours taking pictures, then told the shop that Endurance would probably want even MORE tear-down before approving the repair, at MY expense. The shop, Midas, called me to tell me all this before proceeding. I called Endurance.
So far today, I have called SIX times. Four times I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and HUNG UP ON. I never got to talk to anyone. I’m livid. I don't know if it was more so he could get the commission or if it's just the way Endurance works, but I was unhappy with the way the purchase worked out. I was tempted to just hang up and see if I called back in but I wanted to get the product and I wanted to buy from Endurance and save $175. If your product is good, you should be able to honor besides one phone call. I had the money but I felt like I was kind of strong-armed on a time frame.
It's summed up around 90,000 miles and my kid bought a couple of vehicles. We bought a two in one, a dealer warranty program. I got to thinking I was only pushing the product on them, maybe I put my money where my mouth is. I had a car that I liked and I wanted to keep it for a while. So I got to thinking that maybe I'll pay 100 and having it at $125 a month if I'm not mistaken. And my premium would be monthly. So far, I have to wait until March 16th before I can even file a claim. But I've got the money, so I bought it anyway. And Endurance's product can stand up enough. I think it will be a valuable product.

There were a few companies that wouldn't cover it, but Endurance has a plan specifically for older vehicles, and although it isn't very comprehensive, it's pretty cheap and it covers major breakdowns like engine, transmission, electrical components, etc. I also get extras that come with all their plans, like roadside assistance and rental car benefits. Plus, I can choose my mechanic as long as he's certified, which means I can keep going to the local shop I've used for years. The dealership offered me an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty that was backed by the manufacturer and the price was a little less than half what Endurance quoted me for similar mileage but with Endurance not covering for as long.
After the weekend I tried calling her direct line but she didn't answer so I called customer support, wait time was only about five minutes so that wasn't too bad. I asked the man if the price was negotiable at all, and he said that he would look me up then all he did was transfer me to someone else. I purchased a used car and I’ve always purchased an auto warranty for any of the previous cars I've had. But the previous car warranty that I had for my other car wasn’t giving me the same deal with my new purchase. So, I went with Endurance instead and got the extended warranty two weeks after I've purchased my BMW. The type of oil and filter that's used is a guarantee like at the most 10,000-mile. They just add everything in it, just make sure that the oil was fine. And they tell me, "At this amount of mile, this is when we did an oil change." And according to the mileage based on what it had, 50 miles has been driven. I have the automotive detail that gives you a list of everything that was done to the car. Because they took it to the BMW dealership in Charlotte, to get it fully analyzed.
The rep that I talked to, the second one, wanted me to get an oil change. I kept telling her that I’m not up for an oil change until October this year. And it was as if I was speaking some type of foreign language that she obviously was not that suit to. I told her again that I just purchased the car. How often do you think you get an oil change? She said, “Okay. We’ll keep up with that because if you ever file a claim, they’re going to need to know that.” Now that was a horrible experience. She left me hanging. Was she telling me it sounds good? She said I was claiming a date of when I last had an oil change. I didn’t have the energy to call back.
Other than that part of the experience, the first rep I talked to was great, not like that young lady. Not everybody understands the ins and out of that car. My dad makes sure that I did. I don’t take that for granted that not everyone has an understanding. But it was obvious that she’s not quite experienced enough to know. It’s not like you’re getting gas. No, you’re changing your oil. Her attitude was great, but I don’t think she knew what she’s talking about. And that’s why I did not call back because in my mind I thought she does not know what she’s talking about. But God bless her.

I had just bought a brand new Mercedes Benz so I looked for an auto warranty and Endurance had the best auto coverage for extended warranty that I was looking at on the website. Their vehicle protection specialist was upfront and honest. The whole experience was great and I would recommend them.

Endurance Auto was the only one that would cover my vehicle. The representative I spoke with was good. I'm getting in my books that they sent trying to learn more about the company and what I need to do to go about doing things. I've already offered Endurance to other people. I have a couple of friends who have done cars a lot and they're thinking about selling Endurance insurance for their higher mileage cars. So, hopefully, it works out for them.

Any consumer purchase is a balancing act between cost and value, and the lowest cost usually isn't the best value. That's why I was willing to spend a little more for extended warranty coverage from Endurance. They're not the lowest cost I found, but they're far from the highest and their service and reputation seem to be worth it.

I decided to keep my vehicle beyond its warranty. I then thought of getting the extended warranty from Endurance because they're rated number one and their price was better than the others. But it was funny when their rep was telling me I had to have an oil change within a month after I signed up for them. I just had an oil change like a week before on the vehicle. But he said I've got to have one 30 days after the call when I was signing up with them. I waited until a couple of days before the end of the month and had another oil change even though it was far from needing another oil change. They have someone look at the vehicle to make sure there's nothing wrong with it, that you're not signing up to jump on them right afterwards. I made a little fun of them doing that.
It was interesting getting a definition of what was actually covered under the warranty. I was trying to read all of their stuff afterwards. My car is a Yukon Denali, so it has every gadget you ever dreamed of on it. One of the reasons I took the warranty was gadgets go bad and I want them to work. But it was ambiguous on what's really covered. Although I think it was good enough that I didn’t call in and cancel my contract with them. I'd tell friends about everything I've read on Endurance, and that they're the highest rated ones. The dealership that I bought the vehicle from, they were bugging me about it so I gave Endurance a shot. But they were much more expensive, so I'd tell my friends to call around and check ratings on the companies.

I kept getting messages that my warranty was expired from the manufacturer so I looked into getting an auto warranty and I went with Endurance since I received many mailers from them. However, I want to cancel it since I haven’t had any need for it. Moreover, they direct withdraw the payments and I don’t like it coming from the account that it’s coming from. I was going to call and cancel it or see if I could switch where it was coming from. The actual date of the payment is inconvenient as well. It comes out on the 14th and I need it to come out the next week.

My truck still got a warranty when I got it from the dealer but it was about to expire. So, instead of renewing the warranty, I figured to take a go with Endurance Auto Warranty. When I went online, there was a survey where they ask a few questions and they match them with what I wanted. Endurance was the only one they gave me for what I was looking for. I had a good experience when I was on the phone with the lady I spoke with. And she went with a lot of details with me, so that was a plus. I'm very happy with them so far.

I purchased an old vehicle and I needed a warranty. Endurance had a good review. Their representative was courteous and he explained everything nicely, but he also gave us time to think. I read the contract and saw that they have the account that was used to start my payment and they wanted to use it. So, I was trying to change it. I went online to set up automatic payments. And I emailed their customer service team to ask them some questions about how to set up automatic payments, but nobody had responded via email. Also, I don’t like their website at all. It doesn’t look professional to me. But on the other hand, the process was easy. The total amount was very comparable to other warranty companies, so I appreciated that.

Making payments for my Endurance auto warranty was easy as pie. It was automatic and so everything went very smoothly. I bought a car with a high mileage on it and I wanted to make sure that I got coverage in case anything major happens to it. And it made good sense to me to get an extended warranty. I did some research and found out that Endurance has been consistently in the top three companies. And all of the things I considered based on the folks I talked to, I felt most comfortable going with Endurance. And also, based on my experience so far, I can see why their rating is high and they were consistently rated top three in the industry. Endurance is an organization I can trust.

Repairs are expensive on BMW's and my auto warranty expired. I did a research on the five best warranty providers and the pricing was similar across the board. But Google gave Endurance the best reviews. I dealt with two Endurance sales guys, and the first one was really bad. He was top-down and he told me that I was blowing smoke up the gas and it was kind of ridiculous. And when I didn't purchase right there on the phone, he was upset. So, I hang up on him and I called them back and they gave me a better deal. And the person I purchased my warranty from was really great and I liked him. He helped me out, answered all my questions, and gave me time to do whatever I felt that I was comfortable with. And in the long run, it worked out. The guy also explained what the payments were.
Endurance seems like a bumper to bumper warranty. They have good people, too. And from everything that I've seen, they look like the best company to go with in terms of a warranty. Everything is good. And it's exactly what I expected to this point. The only thing was I kind of wanted a middle type of warranty that they could offer me. They gave the best deals but I wanted 10,000 more miles on the warranty for just a few hundred dollars more. I wasn't able to do it since they didn't offer a plan like that. It would be nice if they had another option because I was hoping to get 40,000 or 50,000 additional miles, but they have a hard stop at 61,000 miles. All in all, it's the way that they're structured, so I was fine with it.

I just purchased a car in November, a Chevy Equinox and I wanted to have coverage on it. So I looked at some reviews online and it said Endurance was a good company. They took a deposit off my debit card and then they took a payment out last month. But my policy doesn’t go into effect until February 1st. So I have a waiting period. It’s been decent paperwork-wise and they’ve sent me stuff. But the proof is in the pudding. We’ll see what happens when something happens. If God forbid it does happen. But I hope I never have to use it.

Endurance Auto is relatively affordable. It's not the cheapest auto warranty but they cover everything I wanted to be covered. I always had an auto warranty, and when I searched through Google, Endurance Auto was rated number 1. I called over the phone and everything came out okay. The pricing, the terms and what were covered were very clear. And I was pretty happy with that. Also, when I asked a question, I was answered by the customer service team right down the spot. So, I didn't have to call back or get an email regarding any answers.
I'm in the process of a claim on a motor, strut and some gaskets. And I left the process with my service advisor. I really didn't have to do anything. They're on the phone, they had an adjuster come out and looked at the vehicle. It was simple. I'm very satisfied with Endurance. They offered different plans where some were more affordable than others but then, I needed to kind of verify what I wanted to get covered and how much I wanted to pay. Overall, the experience was easy and hassle-free.

I have an 8-year-old car with over 100,000 miles now. It's just living on a transmission or some kind of engine component that’s a couple of thousand dollars. I don’t want to get caught with a large repair so I thought about getting a warranty. After researching, I've narrowed it down to Endurance. Basically, reviews online helped tremendously. I read some feedback and claims too. We have some different claim with the process and how quick it is to resolve. That helped a lot.
The rep who helped me was excellent. She walked me through the whole process, due diligence in her side. She made sure I was comfortable with it. It didn’t sound like a sales call, more of a conversation with her going over everything that it covered. If I had additional questions, she gave me her number to call back, which I did. She was very professional and handled it extremely well.
Overall, the experience was excellent. I do recommend it as far as the process of looking for extended warranties for cars. The way they approach the extended warranty is different than other companies. Endurance educates the consumer and leave it up to them to decide whether to move forward or not. It's a no-pressure type of call, and I really enjoyed my experience. I did call another company but it was more scripted. It wasn’t engaging. It was more reading what it covers and the payment.
But with Endurance, it was more conversational. It would fit into your solution. So if a friend asks, I would tell them, “Do your homework.” Go through the experience, make other calls. I could recommend Endurance if you want to talk to somebody, get educated not just for the coverage but how to process claims, how to set your payment schedule. It was very flexible and very accommodating in that aspect. That’s where Endurance has a step above. The competition is your willingness about the product and educating the consumer on this product.

Their representative was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions I had. Signing up was very much favorable. It was easy to provide the information that they needed. There were two different people I was in contact with during the purchasing process of my warranty, the woman that I talked to initially and a guy. They were both pleasant but the process was a little confusing. As a consumer, I felt like something different was going on. I talked to the woman and she sent me emails then the guy would call me to follow up on it. I figured that since they were selling stuff, they would get some kind of commission. Other than that, the payment was easy to set up and I was given a two-year timeline. I would have liked to see it extended though. I have a five-year warranty and it makes it tight when you just get a new car payment to add back to it.

The specialist from Endurance treated me okay. I felt like he wanted to just get more information as opposed to listening to my questions, but I understand that was his job. And I was not going to make any quick decisions and I was going to research everything first. Once I agreed that I wanted to get the warranty, then, he transferred me to somebody else to take my payment. I set up the payment over the phone, and I had to ask them when it would come out of my account. I work in customer service, so I felt like I had to ask those questions to get it. If I didn't ask, I would have never known when the payment was going to come out. I would have just assumed it would have been the time that I made the original payment. But so far, my experience has been fine. The set-up process was easy, and I got my packet in the mail, too.

So when I learned that my cousin had a warranty from another company and she said it worked, I decided to buy myself a warranty for Christmas. The Endurance agent explained everything to the point where I can understand and made it easy for me to decide on getting it. Paying it was easy too, since it comes out from my account. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money. Bought a vehicle for my kid. Bought a warranty from this company because I saw a lot of good reviews. Transmission went out not long after I bought it. It was over the required 1,000 miles and odometer was in their guidelines. Claims adjuster instructed the mechanic to take the transmission apart. Declined. Now I’m out an additional $2,000 ($1,000 to take it apart, another $1,000 to put it back together). Knowing they had no intention of covering it. I’m beyond angry. Paid the warranty around $600 for nothing. Don’t waste your time and money. I was told by the representative on the phone that this warranty would cover the big stuff like the engine & transmission.
