My other warranty is expiring so I did a little research. I like Endurance's policy so I enrolled with them. However, I had to call yesterday to get my paperwork that was never sent. They sent me another email and said they would be sending out hard copies of everything within a week. I have been telling my friends about it. Getting Endurance was a good idea and their price was good too. Now, we’ll see what happens when I have to go get something done.

I liked Endurance's customer service and how they explained the warranty. I was impressed with the knowledge that they had. I wasn’t very knowledgeable about purchasing a warranty for a vehicle and they gave me some backup information to look at on a computer to see that they were certified with other companies. And so, I did my research and I felt comfortable doing it. Endurance's manager, William, was very good, and I'm very happy with the purchase that I made. Endurance can set you up on a payment plan or you can pay it outright, and I set mine up on a payment plan.

My car is two years old and it's a Traverse and I had to pay $259 to get something done. I had several insurance companies sending me mail at the time so I thought that maybe I needed to get insurance. I called Endurance and their guy was really nice. I asked him what Endurance's ratings were and he said that it was number one. I thought that if Endurance was number one, then I guess they've done something right. Hoping that was the truth, I got a warranty from them. Their certified vehicle protection specialist was very good. We set up a payment arrangement over the phone. I recommend Endurance.

When I did a quick cursory search of everybody, Endurance seemed to have the best rating of everyone. And the shop that I use have done work with Endurance in the past and said they were one of the easier groups to deal with. Everyone at Endurance was helpful and knowledgeable about what they offer and how they offer it. They knew what they were talking about, and my experience was quick, easy, and painless. There was no stuttering for answers. When I asked the rep any questions, I either get a yes or no. I'm happy with Endurance. And I haven’t reached my thousand miles, but so far, my experience has been positive. I'd definitely tell my friends to look into Endurance to get the picture.

I bought my Jeep last year and it had about 2400 miles on it. Its manufacturer's warranty went out so I decided to purchase warranty for it. Everything was absolutely hunky-dory with Endurance. They were calm and patient with me and went over things slowly. They were very kind and explained things to me. I’m 70 years old, so I sometimes need a little extra explaining. And they did a wonderful job. There was a very nice, common courtesy. And payments are automatically taken out of my banking account.

I drive high-end vehicles and they were out of warranty, and I didn’t wanna worry about it when the transmission blows up. I didn't want to carry the risk. I looked into auto warranty and I decided to go with Endurance since they got back to me the fastest. I would recommend them. Their vehicle protection specialist was fantastic too. She was very good to talk to and very easy to deal with. She answered all my questions immediately. I didn’t get the runaround. She told me exactly what I needed to know and what it was gonna cost, and set everything up for me. So, it was very easy. I may buy another one and I’m gonna be calling her back directly.

Having an extended auto insurance is very valuable. I got a 2014 car and it has a 100,000-mile powertrain warranty, but I drive so many miles and I drive out from under the warranty quickly. Endurance Auto Warranty is one of the top-rated warranty companies on the internet. I just purchased their warranty and the website and customer service was good. It took a few conversations, but they were good. They answered all my questions and they did a great job. I made my payment over the phone and it was very easy. I had a good experience except not getting the welcome packet. They’re supposed to mail me a policy that I haven’t got yet. I would recommend Endurance.

Endurance's vehicle protection specialists were good. They explained everything in detail with me, especially that it'd be my first car purchase by myself. They were going over everything by pricing and I could call it and change at any time. Making payments for the warranty was also easy. They said that the first payment would be one time and then I could call them later and pay biweekly if I wanted to. I had excellent interactions with their customer service team. Overall, Endurance's warranty is awesome.

Endurance seemed to be the number one company as far as auto warranties. And the experience that we had with them in the buying process kinda solidified that going with them was a good decision. And it was a definite pleasure to work with Eric. He was very professional and able to answer any questions that we had. And he made a large part in our excellent experience. Purchasing our warranty went very smoothly. We told them what we were looking for, and we got it. They helped us and then, when the price came up, it was reasonable. Making our payments was very easy. We paid one 100%. And then, the other one, we're making payments on. I thought signing up with Endurance is gonna be very valuable. I like that we haven't had to make a claim, but hopefully, if it works out like the reviews, it will give us peace of mind. We've already recommended Endurance to a few friends.

I called Carchex and Endurance when I needed to get warranty for my vehicle. I found them through ConsumerAffairs and Endurance had a high rating there and their price was almost half of Carchex's price. The specialist that I spoke with was pretty helpful. He answered as many questions that I asked him. It was cool. But he transferred me to someone else to purchase the plan which I really wasn’t comfortable with doing. I was bothered that I had to deal with two different people. And then I asked him if I was being transferred to a different company. And he said, “No. Endurance is going to be providing this plan.”
However, even when they take out the payments from my bank account, it shows as a different company which is not Endurance. I called them back and I said that I want to make sure my policy is provided by Endurance and they keep saying yes. Which I still kind of don’t believe and that starts my worry. They offered me the Platinum Plus plan, but it doesn’t even exist on their website information. But they send the packet though mail and email and they show Endurance there. So I'm confused. Also, they didn't tell me the exact details of my coverage until I got my package 20 days after the purchase.

I purchased an automobile that I had been searching for for about two years and I plan on keeping it a long time. I did some research on companies that offered warranties and Endurance came up to be the best rated with the longest mileage. I talked with them and they seemed to live up to my expectations, so I went ahead and booked it with them. They actually gave me three options and I went with the extra extended warranty, so now I have covered for six years, 139,000 miles. They told me that I would pay $200 upfront and then every month for two years, I would pay $158, and at the end of the time, they're paying up but the warranty is still good. That works for me, and I've been very happy with Endurance so far.

I bought a car that I needed to have a little additional protection on. So I looked online and I Googled, “Car auto warranty”, and Endurance Auto Warranty was at the top of the heap and it had the best reviews and a 5-star rating, so I went with them. And they were pretty thorough. There was no hidden agenda or crazy fees too. Also, it was easy to pick a payment plan. But they worked with me, gave me a military discount and did an ACH payment right out of my bank, so I don’t even have to worry about making the payments. It was a refreshing surprise that what I got was what was advertised, and that's nice.

I was buying a new truck which had a little higher mileage on it. I looked into acquiring an auto warranty and found that Endurance had a better deal than other providers that I've seen. However, the persons whom I spoke with when I was purchasing my warranty were a little pushy. They goaded me into signing or doing a verbal agreement that day. They have that ploy wherein there was an activation fee that they would waive if I signed that day. They had a better deal and I think I would have gone with them anyways. Other than that, I had a good experience with them. Also, making payments for my extended auto warranty was relatively easy and I was able to set up automatic payment right there and then.

My auto warranty expired and it's getting up in miles and I don’t plan on trading it then. I got estimates from whoever I could get to send me an estimate. But just like with any other experience with insurance, if you say, "Well, I'm doing this," they automatically lower the price to try to get your business. With Endurance, their rep gave me a quote, his best price, and there was no bargaining. Endurance put their best foot forward. I went with them and my experience was great. However, I have to complete 1,000 miles in 60 days before I can make a claim. My 100,000-mile warranty is not really going to be a 100,000 miles. In my opinion, it should be what the mileage is at the day your warranty takes effect.

My members wanted an auto warranty for the vehicle they were purchasing. And the research I found showed that Endurance was the better of the ones that were out there. I called and spoke to a couple of different people in a couple of different occasions. And I was not blown away by their customer service skills. They weren’t nice and engaging. They weren’t very helpful and informative. I was about to say, “Screw it,” and go to another company because I want my members to have a good experience when they actually have to use this warranty. So, I told them to keep me abreast if they ever have any issues with it. But I essentially got it done. Had I have to do it again, I’m not sure I would use that company again. Also, Endurance's price seemed extremely high compared to other places.

Endurance is an amazing company, and my purchasing experience was really good. They explained everything, what the warranty covers, the payment information, and how to proceed if there's a claim. And it's great that there's a log in that you can get online and any questions you have is actually there. So, you can make a payment, review your claims and review your policy. It's kinda convenient and good for a car service. And it was easy to make payments, too. The vehicle that I have is really expensive, so it's good to have peace of mind before something goes wrong. Endurance was A plus rated on the Better Business Bureau. So, I figured it's the most reliable company and it's better to go with a trusted one.

The warranty on my truck is ending in June, so I was looking to get an extended warranty to cover my truck the next couple of years while I own it. The first guy that I spoke to at Endurance was a very good sales person. But he was very pushy on telling me to get the warranty. He even asked me how I want to pay for it without me agreeing to actually taking the plan from them. So I was annoyed by that. Then I called back because it was kind of unclear on a couple of things and I had a couple of questions for them and I tried to get someone to follow up my policy.
On the same day that I bought the policy, there was a big problem. No one could look into my policy and tell me about my policy, including all the details. I supposedly had two managers and nobody could help me out with that. So then, I hung up, I called back, I spoke to someone and she was really, really phenomenal. She explained everything to me. And then her partner called me back the next day and just wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. They were great. I only have 30 days to cancel a policy without any penalty and I have until a week left. I'm still trying to do a little research to find out more about Endurance before I had it canceled or be okay with it.

Our warranty was expiring and we were gonna keep the car for probably four or five more years. We were still paying on it so we didn't want to have a big deal and be making the payments. When I saw Endurance online I thought I've heard of them before. They immediately called me too. I was also working with my credit union and their fees were better than one I could get from the credit union. Their staff was very informative, pretty friendly and she didn't seem pushy. She also asked me the appropriate questions. One of the things that works for us is that Endurance has a relationship with the dealer that we purchase the vehicle from and that we've been having it serviced from. That was huge for us. People should give Endurance a call before they make a decision on using someone else.

Daniel ** and Christopher ** were extremely rude. I have never been treated so badly by any business in my life. Endurance refuses to pay for repairs for parts that are covered under my policy. Both managers that I spoke to were rude, condescending, combative, and inappropriate. Chris lied about what they would do to accommodate for their outrageously horrible service, then Daniel threatened to cancel my policy that I have paid more than $3000 dollars for as retaliation for me being unsatisfied. I asked for Daniel to send me a confirmation email. He continued to talk to me extremely rudely, he refused to address or meet my request for the email and then hung up on me when I stopped engaging in the demeaning conversation and told him that all I wanted was the email.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Talk to your vehicle's manufacturer if your warranty has expired. They have extended warranties available and those fortune 200 companies have much better customer service. Also had terrible experience with roadside assistance. Took them 2 and a half hours to get to me. No bad weather no bad traffic. The tow driver called me to let me know he was right nearby. He did not show till an hour after that. The roadside service department was no help. I was on the phone with them for half an hour while they tried and failed to figure it out and the only thing Endurance ever says to you is all about what they can't or won't do. My wife got an auto warranty for a 2010 Cadillac, and it didn't really cover much. So, I went to Google and looked at extended warranties and Endurance was the first one on the list with good reviews. I called and I spoke with a representative who told me what they offer and what they cover. And the price was under what we were paying. It's $3600 and it was much cheaper, and it covered pretty much everything that I wanted covered with the CTS that we drive. So, it was win-win.
The rep was awesome! He answered all my questions before I even asked them and told me where to go online to review the different type of plans. And so, when I did that, he was explaining it as I was reading it on my phone. And then, once I got as far everything in the mail, it was in fact what he said. He was very transparent. Making the payments was very easy. He just asked me as far as just setting on the auto payment account or credit card. So, I gave him my credit card information. And then, I switched that to my actual checking account later on as I got as far as the payments being taken out.
My experience with Endurance was good. They have complete transparency and good customer service. I'd tell others that Endurance has multiple plans, and they have one that will definitely fit their need and it was really good in price. They have great reviews and so far, from my interaction with them, it's been spot on with the review.

She explained things very well including the process, what it could cost for my particular car and what they covered and didn't cover. I went and put in a certain amount down and then they sent me my first bill. I have paid it and it’s going to be for two and a half years. It’s very affordable and very reasonably priced for what you get. I talked to the dealership about extending my warranty but they don't have one with the factory plan. The people at Endurance were great! And purchasing my Endurance warranty was a very smooth process. The person I spoke to, William, was very knowledgeable and got me on track and signed me up. He answered all my questions and told me a lot of information about the company in comparison to other extended warranties. I had another extended warranty which expired last year, and I didn't want to keep continuing without an extended warranty. And I was trying to find an extended warranty that will allow me to have a payment plan because the other one didn't. I googled and Endurance popped up based upon ratings. And I decided that I would call and put in a quote. And then, I got a call back and I liked what I was told.
I had to call the customer service team at Endurance in regard to setting me up through automatic payment. I originally had it set up through my credit card. But then, I ended up changing my mind, and everything went smoothly with that. So far, my experience was good. Endurance is very similar to my previous extended warranty with just $100 deductible, which was good. Also, they're highly rated. And from what I saw online with customer service and listening to the plan that I ended up being on is very similar to my old extended warranty AUL. So, it was an easy transfer. And an added benefit that I like with Endurance is that I get more coverage for an extra period of long time for the amount of money that I'm paying.
When I told William how much my old warranty was gonna charge me just for one year, he was like, "Woah! That's a lot of money just for one year of coverage. And you're getting four years of coverage." So, going with Endurance was a better deal. And one of the most beneficial part to me was the payment plan. People don't have thousands of dollars to cough up at one time, so I like the whole payment plan option with Endurance.

The other companies tried to bargain up and down, and to me, either you have a price or you don’t, or you’re lying. Also, the price was good ‘cause they said that I could take the vehicle at any place and they’d take care of it with the deductible. I bought a high-end used vehicle and wanted to get an auto warranty. After my research, there were more positive than negative things mentioned about Endurance and so, it helped me lean more towards them. Their rep walked me through the process of purchasing my warranty. I contacted them through the website, and she returned my call on the contact number that I gave. We spoke for a short period of time and I asked a number of questions concerning the type of policies that they had, the different standards and what falls to different things provided. After that, I chose a policy and I provided her the information for down payment. And now, I have a warranty.
The process of making the payment was good because they gave me the opportunity to either use a credit card and pay it or they would send me the bill. And so they gave me a little bit more confidence in the product because I had that choice. One thing that they could clarify upfront is that they're more of a brokerage than they are a large corporation and company themselves. So even though you get the policy through and done, you end up working with another company that is actually managing the warranty itself. And if a friend would ask, I'd tell him to ask more questions concerning that just to ensure they would have the opportunity to research the company itself. But the people at Endurance were very personable and very professional online and on the phone. And everything seemed to work smoothly.

I got a car with high mileage on it, and I wanted to protect myself. I was calling around but Endurance offered me something that I thought was feasible at the time. So, I went ahead and took it. But I'm going through an issue with them right now and I'm trying to find out what's going on. I bought my car on the 24th of last month and I got my Endurance insurance around the 26th. And on the 27th, my car started acting up. The guy who talked to me when I first talked to Endurance told me that the only thing I had to do was either to have 1000 miles or have 30 days before the coverage kicked in. And then, I spoke to another lady later on to try to confirm that and she told me I gotta have the car 30 days and 1000 miles driven on it.
Then, now after 30 days is up, my car is acting funny so I took it to the transmission joint. And they told me I got some kind of code on it, which I didn't know. I called the insurance people and asked them how they'd cover me or if I would be covered. The guy I spoke with told me about the mileage on there as far as 1000 miles but then, he tried to point that my car has been acting up on the first date of the coverage. So, he added they don't wanna pay for what was wrong with the car. And he tried to tell me about a preexisting issue with my car. If I got a car with 160,000-some miles on it, anything that's gonna go wrong with it is gonna be preexisting.
He was trying to tell me to tell the people at the place that I'm gonna pay for it if they taking it loose and find out what's wrong with it. And the guy in the place is trying to explain to me, "Look, man. If I'm taking it loose, I'm already telling you something wrong with it already." So, how forthcoming with it and the Endurance guy tried to hold me accountable saying if it's preexisting, then, I'm gonna be stuck with the bill. And I'm like, "Why am I gonna be stuck with the bill? If I'm gonna be stuck with the bill, I should never had y'all coverage." We're going back and forth about this now.
He gave the guy in the transmission place a code. And they had put it on the computer and a code and a date didn't come up when the car started acting like it did. So, they're saying they don't show no date on their computer system. And what they're trying to do now at the shop is text the Endurance guy the information of what's wrong with the car but it doesn't have a date. So, now, I'm trying to wait and see when he didn't mention how he's gonna respond to that because he was requesting a date and time when this occurred to the car. And I didn't know that. When I bought the car, it wasn't running bad. I never had problems with it and that is for over 100,000 mileage car.
He's waiting on the printout of the code, so he can take a look at it and see it's own coverage. But it ain't on there because the guy at the transmission place said it doesn't show a date of when it occurred. It just showed that there's a problem with it. I'm dissatisfied with Endurance as of right now. They told me, "Once you got the insurance, don't worry about it because we gonna take care of you." They took my money when I first signed up and they're holding my money, but they're screwing with me with getting my car serviced. And I gave them $3500 already. I wish to be able to get a full refund of my money.

Endurance is really good in the sense that it was competitive with any others and there were three things that sold me on them. One is that if I ever sell the car, the people that get the car automatically have the warranty. And the second was that I can pay it off earlier, if I want, the amount that I paid. Then the third thing, which was the primary reason that I went with them was when I went to Better Business Bureau, they're the top car warranty. And so far, so good. I've only paid one payment and I've never used them but as far as the whole process of how it went, explaining things, being available and everything working right on the first payment, I've had no problems.
Their rep was really good. He answered the questions that I had, he was very polite, and he reached out and said, "If you're having problems, be sure to call us, if you have any questions at all, let us know." So they seemed to be very available, and they did everything they said they were gonna do. Everything worked really well. I'd highly recommend them.

And we talked to them, and everything they had to say fit with what we needed for our vehicle. Also, the payment plan was very affordable and reasonable and setting up the payments was very easy.
Their specialist explained how the warranty worked and what it covered, the waiting period, and the payment plan. She was very detailed in some things that we didn't understand. So, she allowed us the opportunity to understand it before we purchased the warranty itself. I would definitely encourage others to speak with Endurance Auto to purchase an extended warranty.

When I searched the web, Endurance was one in the top five warranty companies. I reached out to the two that were on the top of the list and one company did not reach back out to me. My car was getting older and it hadn't had any breakdowns, like with the motor, but if that ever happened the repair cost would be very expensive. Since I'm retired and a senior, I wanna be protected, so I looked for an auto warranty and I called Endurance Auto Warranty. The rep talked to me about what was covered and what I would need to give them if I ever needed that kind of coverage. He asked me where I would normally take my car for repairs and I said we normally take it to Firestone, and they said they deal with this company. What the rep told me was easy and he explained it well. Then they sent us the information and we got it. I've read through it and it's quite self-explanatory.
So far, I've only dealt with Endurance for the administrative part in signing up and I use auto-withdraw to make payments for my warranty. I'm still going through the month and the thousand miles that I have to put in the car, so I can't use my warranty with them yet. But everything was okay with them and they were very informative. I called to get some type of information and they were able to explain everything detail-by-detail, how much it would be for the down payment, and then from that point on how much my monthly would be. They also explained the coverage of the package that I'm on. They did wonderful with explaining everything and then I looked it over with my husband and we decided to pursue with them. It was something that we were looking in to getting and it was at a decent price.
Endurance Auto Warranty's representatives were really good, very nice, they answered all the questions that I had, and they weren't rude. I paid the down payment last month and I'm set on auto pay. So from this month on, I'm supposed to be paying the amount that was sold to me, but I'm still waiting for them to pull it out of my account. The rep told me that if I don't do auto pay, it'll be more expensive but because I'm gonna do the auto pay, they gave me some form of a discount. I'd tell others that Endurance covers everything for a vehicle as far as major work with the engine and motor and they're really cheap. I'm satisfied with Endurance. My car is completely covered in all major components, and I'm satisfied with the $100 deductible as well. I would recommend them to someone else. But I canceled the warranty because I sold the car. And they didn't make it really easy to cancel. They hid that in the fine print of the contract. I was really pleased with the level of service that I received from him, and he really made my experience and my level of comfort with the company really good.
The payments were fine, and the rep brought the monthly rate down to be cheaper than what it was at the dealership. So I was really pleased with that, too. I would tell my friends to call Endurance and see if they can get a better rate because just knowing what to ask seeing that price that comes from the dealerships and the terms that come along with it and what is included in the warranty, Endurance is definitely more comparable to what most people would want versus just a standard issue warranty that you get at the dealership. The torque converter went out, inspector confirmed that it failed and they denied the claim though it is a lubricated part and part of the transmission.
I emailed Endurance 3 times, followed up with 3 phone calls for a written confirmation that this claim is denied and the reason for the denial. No response from Endurance. I could have went with my local dealership with their warranty, but I chose to get on the internet and find something that was top-rated. I looked at the top 10 and Endurance seemed to be number one, and I'm hoping they don’t prove me wrong. Their rep was great and helped me out in every way. He did a good job and picked the best plan for me with my truck. He went through each plan with me, and since my truck was fairly new and I still had a good warranty left in it for about six months, I chose the plan that I got. Endurance has been great overall.

I called Endurance Auto Warranty a few times to get some price quotes, and every time I called, they were real personable. They were really friendly and polite. And they had no problem giving the information that I asked for. I compared Endurance to a few other companies, and I liked what they offered. There was a lady that helped me the first time and then a guy called back and signed me up. They were both nice and pleasant. It was definitely well worth the calling and choosing to get the extra warranty.

I was having a lot of problems with my vehicle and I was curious as to having a warranty on the vehicle being that the factory warranty has expired. I saw good online reviews about Endurance in the Better Business Bureau. The rep I spoke to was very nice and very good. He got into everything but there was a little miscommunication. I was curious into getting the auto warranty and the rep explained to me that the warranty coverage is up to $12,000. I purchased a policy and when I got it, I read the detail to it and it says that it's actually the value of the vehicle. Now, I own a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer and Blue Book value only has it at $3,500. And maybe I misunderstood or maybe there was a misrepresentation in giving me the fair quote. I haven't had any major problems with the vehicle, but because I've had so many other problems with it, I wanted to be sure if anything happened with the transmission I'd be covered.
Endurance has a policy in place that if you can't close in the first 30 days, you can receive a complete refund. I contacted their customer service team and besides waiting for the refund, everything has been good. I notified them on the 12th that I no longer wanted the policy. I wrote that I was no longer interested and put it in the mail. I was charged because I gave them my debit number, and I was charged again on the 20th because it was an installment plan. And it has been 7 to 10 business days now when I mailed it to them certified and I have a tracking number that said they received it on the 16th. So, I don't understand why my refund still isn't here. Overall Endurance is a good company, but I suggest they let a person know that when you take out the warranty, they are not going to pay over what the vehicle is valued at. Other than that, I was happy with the experience and their customer service.

Endurance Auto Warranty gave me their spiel when I initially talked to them. I also heard great things about them so I gave them a try. They gave me a four-year plan and they said I'm gonna pay on the plan for two years and the other two years would be free. But when I had an issue with my car, what I thought was covered was not covered. And when I called, they didn’t honor my claim, so I was a little upset.
The guy who I spoke to told me that even though I was told that electrical was covered under my plan, there were only certain electrical parts covered, but the initial salesman didn't tell me that. I had to pay out of my pocket for $1,500 and it was extremely expensive. So the guy apologized and Endurance knocked off a couple of payments that I make amounting to $230 and then sent me a free $50 gas card. But that ain’t touch the amount of money I had to pay to get the car fixed but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they did knock off a couple of payments and gave me a gas card. I had another issue with the windshield wiper motor. It went out on the car and it was only $104 to replace the motor. They covered that, but I just paid that out of pocket because it would have been ignorant of me to give them a $100 deductible for it.

A warranty is basically like insurance and hopefully, I won't have to use it. I don't like to buy new vehicles and I take very good care of my vehicles. And they last a long time. I have 264,000 miles on my Ram pickup with virtually no problems. I would have bought a warranty for my Dodge pickup too but it has the lifetime Powertrain Warranty that they offered in 2009. When I did some exploring online, Endurance seemed to be one of the highest rated that I could come across. It was also a pretty simple enrollment process and I figured that they were just gonna just charge my credit card for the payment which works for me.
My experience was okay and the first person I talked to was very gracious and was pretty good. But I was then transferred to somebody else who seemed like she was in too much of a hurry and really wasn't very interested in much of anything. I very carefully spelled out my wife's first name but it was screwed up and it was misspelled in the policy. I was not happy about that. I called her back to get it corrected but it has not been corrected. She said she was not sure what she could do. It didn't look very professional. I'm glad that I have the warranty. But my wife's first name is Carolyn, just like every other. The company is such that one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. There is a miscommunication within the company about things like that and there really shouldn't be.

Then when it's time to finalize the deal, they tell you your monthly payment amount, but the payments far exceed the agreed upon total. Please take the time to perform simple math and calculate your payments before falling for this scheme. I spent a whole hour and 45 minutes on the phone and talked to 5 different representatives to no avail. That is unacceptable customer service!
Endurance refused to honor the quotes that they had guaranteed me via email and over the phone, even after "managers" adjusted them twice! I did research to see what shop would take the warranty because I've had a previous warranty on my other vehicle and I had trouble finding a shop that would take it, so I went with Endurance Auto Warranty since a lot more companies take them.
It was very easy to purchase my auto warranty because, from the moment the Endurance reps called me, they wanted to get my credit card information for me to pay for it. But I probably would not have been satisfied if I didn’t do my own research on the warranty because, whenever I asked questions, the only answer I got from the reps was that Endurance is the best out there and no one else can beat them, but I wasn’t given any specifics. Also, I felt like it was more of a pressure to get the warranty.
I paid for my warranty monthly. The reps didn’t give me the option of paying for it in lump sum and I didn't even know that I could do that. I've seen some reviews saying that people had trouble even getting a feedback, so I don't know if Endurance can actually take a claim. Should have listen to the bad ones, this what happen to me. 4000 or 5000 mile later and 70 days later my check engine light came on. Took to dealer was told It was the thermostat. Guess what not covered. Ok fine. They also said they heard a whining sound in the engine and they said it was my timing chain that was stretched which is bad. I told them I will call the warranty people and see if that was covered which it was and the dealer had to call them to verify it as well. But when the dealer called they told them it had to be broke so Endurance decline my claim. It was stretched not broken.
My question is something like a timing chain which is to me the heart off your engine and I have to wait for it to break and be stranded somewhere. Endurance had a better value for me. The initial rep and then the last one that I talked to were very nice. The second one I talked to was a gentleman, and I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing the warranty. And he actually offered me a better deal, which was the same thing I ended up with, but I felt like I wouldn't be able to get the same deal in the end with them, and that it was like a one-time thing. If I didn't take it then, I wouldn't be able to get it, which I didn't feel like a very good marketing thing for them. But other than that, everything seemed good. And it was very easy to make the payments, too. I would recommend Endurance.

And then, I did a Google search on top 10 warranties in New Jersey and Endurance Auto Warranty came up to be the number one. The Endurance rep I spoke with was very good. She was kind, she helped me, and she went above and beyond to try and make sure that I got the best deal that I could. She made sure that I was able to afford the monthly payment, too. The used vehicle I purchased was in a very nice condition, so I decided it was a great idea to get a warranty for it. I first inquired with Carshield, but when I called them, I didn't like the way they behaved. They were very hard sell. So I started doing a little research for other options. I came across Endurance and saw that they were rated well, so I contacted them.
I like the way they treated me. I appreciated that Endurance gave me the information about what was available for me for the vehicle I was wanting to cover. They left it to me to decide whether I wanted to do it or not. They kept dropping the offer, but it still doesn't change it because I needed to discuss it with my wife. I then made the decision to do it and now I got started with Endurance. I did the down payment with them on the phone when I initiated it and my first payment is due this month. I just got my information in the mail a couple of days ago for how to do the payment online, which seems straightforward and simple.

Endurance pretty much covers everything you need to be covered especially transmission on high mileage vehicles which is kind of important. But it doesn’t do the maintenance stuff like tires or lens. When my warranty expired, I called around. The person I talked about Endurance was really informative. The warranty covered everything I needed. Everything else was kind of overpriced and overpromised. Endurance's waiting period for use wasn't bad too, like 60 days. I set up my plan with them on auto payment so I don’t even worry about it.

I purchased my car at the end of my lease which was up April the 9th of a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta. I looked at getting a warranty because it's a good car and my wife wanted to keep it. I also didn't have 16,000 miles on it. I did a Google search and I got pretty good information on Endurance. I also talked to the dealership that I've been dealing with since 2000, Volkswagen. And I asked the manager since they deal with a lot extended warranty people what he would consider to be a good extended warranty. I also let him know that I was looking to Endurance. He told me that was one of the best extended warranties that they've had no problem with. And I thought that was a good mix.
When I purchased the warranty, their rep was excellent and the prices were great. Being a retired veteran and retired police officer, they offered me some kind of discount. My package arrived in the mail on Tuesday and it gave me the breakdown and let me know that I can go to any particular dealership. It contained the ID cards for myself and my wife too. I have recommended Endurance. I got in touch with my son and also his wife and a couple of other people in regards to what I experienced.

I bought a used car with a lot of miles on it and I wanted to make sure that I would be covered if something happened. I liked what Endurance was gonna cover and the service that they provided in comparison to other companies. The years in which the car would be under warranty was longer than any other company was offering. Their specialist was great. She went through everything with me and she kept in contact just making sure I didn’t have any more questions. My husband was at work and she emailed me a sample contract I could show him as to what exactly would be covered so we could make a decision. She was very helpful.
Making payments when I purchased the warranty was very easy too. They offered me a payment plan which was really good, but we wanted to go ahead and put down half. But they liked to go ahead and take care of half over the phone that day and I agreed. Having an extended warranty for me is very valuable and I would never have a used car without having it. Right now, everything is good and I'm happy with the choice that we made. I would definitely tell friends to go with Endurance and tell them to do exactly what I did. The company went bankrupt after I’ve paid them over $3,000. So far, I haven't gotten anything. I can’t even get the trustee to call me back yet. I've been trying for three months.
I looked for another extended warranty and got Endurance again. Their specialist was great. I started it when I first got my Volkswagen. And then I called and had to cancel it. We talked about what was going on and he explained that they were owned and that they didn't have sub-owners or they were not a broker or anything like that. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I pay a $100 a month to a $175 for the warranty and that’s a lot. They take in out of my debit card once a month. They got me a good pricing, and they worked with me on the down payment. I have to wait 60 days before I can use anything, and my car is not hurting for anything right now but I figured the policy is something good to have because I have a Cadillac which is very expensive to fix. So, it’s a sacrifice right now. But for me to come out of pocket with a $100 is going to be a lot better when the time comes, than have somebody tell me, “Hey. It’s going to be $600 to $800.”
The people from Endurance were very informative, very professional, and I found them knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy. I called them and told them, “Hey, I was with this company and I really want to come over here.” And they said, “Oh, I did kind of hear some shady stuff about that company," but they didn’t totally bash them even when they deserve to be bashed because they’re horrible. As a business person, I never purchase a vehicle without a warranty unless it was to build up for the race track. A warranty, even a high deductible warranty, while they've gotten pricier over the years, it's one of those things that you have to sacrifice to have because if you need a drivetrain in a modern vehicle, you're looking at about $12,000 to $13,000 which is a lot of money. If you're paying a $500 or a $1,000 deductible, it becomes reasonable versus $12,000.
I just purchased my Endurance Auto Warranty a little over a month ago. The vehicle has some warranty coverage from the factory left but it's only the drivetrain. I got a 2,400 square foot shop so there's a lot of things I can do, but there's a lot of things that I can't. And I'm not going to spend $7,000 for a computer analyzing system. The warranty was just one of those common sense things that if you can afford it, it makes sense to do it. I'm not going to try and save that much, a $100 a month, when it'll give me some peace of mind going down the highway.
I was shopping around online and when I looked at a company, I looked at how much advertising they had. If I was unfamiliar with a particular need, I researched that need. When I started itemizing the list down to companies, I also looked their wear power, meaning how hard the search engines pushed their product which spoke about advertising dollars and which spoke to size. A weaker company that doesn't have a good footprint is not going to have good advertising power on a national level.
This type of reason probably doesn't make sense in the normal consumer aspect because I'm a builder and I'm into buying new, large vehicles and income of $250 or better on the average in the good years. You don't spend $40,000 on something and not have a warranty even if it's used. It's just you're asking for trouble. Because if it's down, not only do you have to pay the expensive repair, but you have to rent something to take its place while you're doing it.
The lady I spoke with from Endurance was quite amicable, very mannerable and she was not pushy. And that's really important because as soon as that starts to happen, 2% push is 98% me out the door. I don't look back, I don't go back. I let the lady know what my situation was as a disabled individual and what I was trying to accomplish. It came together in the end and she was more than reasonable. She was the kind of person that if you have to buy something from somebody and you're not ready to purchase that day, you'd want to talk to her because she listens enough to understand what her options are. Because if you don't know what your options are, how can you offer someone one that's going to work? And that's a customer service listening skill.

My first experience with Endurance was not a good one. A guy called and he said he would put me through to someone. I talked to him and he got very rude and pushy about me buying their warranty. He asked why I couldn't buy it right then and I told him that I might lose my income tax. I was more worried about paying Uncle Sam than buying a warranty at that time.
He went on and on and he told me that it would cost me $4,200 if my transmission went out. He asked, “What would you do if you had a major repair and you had to take it in and they told that it was $4,200?” I told him I'd put it on my credit card and worry about it later. I told him I wasn't going to do their warranty that day and that if he gave me his number, I would try to call the following day. He told me my car was really not eligible but he was quoting me a certain amount for that day and that he was giving me that opportunity. I said I was sorry and that I was not going to do that. He wished me luck with my car and hung up on me.
I heard a commercial for another company and I went in to look it up at ConsumerAffairs. I put in some information and it rated the different carrier. It said that with the year and the mileage of my car, Endurance was the best one to go with. I went ahead with Endurance and they called me back. My car is not that old but it has high mileage on it. I talked to a guy first who then turned me over to somebody else. This Endurance rep I spoke with was totally different from the rude one I had. I told him that if I was going to get that kind of approach from him as the first guy, we didn't have anything to talk about. He said he didn't work like that and he checked what could do for me.
He was very nice, patient, accommodating and he answered my questions. He got me a little bit of a better rate than what we initially discussed. He also gave me his direct line to call in case I had further questions or if there was anything that he could do to help me with. I was very pleased with everything he gave me so I signed up with them at that time. I now have three days if I want to change it. I’m waiting to talk to another company to see what the difference is, the coverages and the prices before I make a final decision.
One guy with Endurance called me back and told me that I’ll be getting a brochure in the mail and that I would need to look at it and follow what they are talking about and what they tell me to do. He said I needed to get my oil change within the next five days. But I just got my oil change within the past five days. It was less than a week from the time I talked to them and he said I would be told in the brochure how to provide proof that I had an oil change done. He was very business-like but he was very nice.

My warranty ran out at 100,000 miles and I wanted to make sure that my car is under warranty. Endurance Auto Warranty was the number one on the research that I called. And I was very satisfied. Their rep seemed to know what he was talking about and he told me that I'd have to wait for a thousand miles or 30 days, whichever came first before I can use the warranty. Once the mileage gets to a 1,000, then I'll be covered and I'll sleep better. I paid $157.75 for the downpayment, and in my paperwork, it says that the monthly payment will be taken out once a month out of my credit card, which is fine.
At first, my wife was a little bit disturbed because the process happened so quickly. She said, "Is this a reputable company?" And I said, "Well, it must be because I saw a TV ad on it the other day. And they're sending us paperwork and it looks official to me and it's a lot of it." So, we're happy with it. I actually read back and front of each page and the guys at Endurance were very kind. They also promptly return calls, and they got a number that I can track. The only thing that made me sad was when I talked to a guy at the Ford dealership and told him I just bought an extended warranty, and he said, "I could have saved you a lot of money." I asked for the top 10 warranty companies when I did my Google Search and Endurance came up as number one.

I just joined and making the payment was easy. I gave them my credit card information and they're going to just withdraw it off that credit card monthly. I also just got the paperwork in the mail which shows what is covered and what’s not covered. That was basically all I needed is to see, what the bottom line was. And I have to wait 60 days and a thousand miles before I can do any type of claim. So far my truck is fine and hopefully, I won’t need the warranty. But it’s good to know that they cover a lot of the stuff that my truck has.

I looked at the ConsumerAffairs website and got the number for Endurance there.
I had a little bit of miscommunication for a minute with their rep because I bought the bumper to bumper plan. I couldn’t afford the warranty that the bank was offering at the time when I got my car. And if I wanted to get it, they were going to refinance and it will make my car payments higher. One of my friends had an extended warranty program once and he told me to look into it. Endurance has been great. I just started with them and I'm just waiting for everything to kick in, but everything seemed to be good talking with them. Endurance's rep was better than the other people that I had who were trying to be pushy. But Endurance was a little bit different. I got my stuff in the mail, and I’m reading it a little bit just to know what it is.
The payments are taken out of my account directly. I could have done it online, but I did it that way so I won't miss a payment. It’s good, and also if I have extra money, I can pay for it earlier than the timeframe and they will adjust it according to that. I end up not having to pay $118 a month if I double up or pay more. It kind of helps me with my budget, too.
They trust people and like to verify and make sure that the people are trustworthy enough to tell the company how many miles are in their car, which is good. The company had the ability to find out the information once you gave them the VIN. And I had a good relationship experience with their customer service because I was honest enough to tell them my issues or what I was concerned about because I wanted to make sure that my car was covered. I will travel sometimes because I work for a nonprofit medical facility, so when we do rural area help, I may have to go down and do some different things and so I wanted to be covered and if I ever had any little issues, I don’t have to come out of the pocket.
I would tell people that whatever Endurance told me, they actually did. I got my insurance card, a booklet explaining all the things that they explained on the phone about what they cover, what they don’t and the things that I needed to know about it before I get it. And I would also tell people if they have rims on their car, Endurance would not cover manufacturer tires that came with the car. That was something good to know ahead of time. And then, what they told me over the phone, even though it looks like it’s a lot of money, but if you’re able to double up at some point in time or pay, the payment goes down if you wanted to do like a catch up or get your payment lowered than what they were.

I purchased a car for my son. I went online to do the research and I hit submit to get a quote for a warranty. The phone rang 10 seconds later which was phenomenal. Quincy from Endurance was the person who called me and he was upfront. I couldn't have asked for somebody more professional or ethical. I'm 49 years old and I've been in sales for 21 years, 100% commission. I treat my customers like gold. And it's very hard to sell to me because I know how I'm supposed to be treated. I'm super busy and Quincy followed up with me probably 15 times and never once did I feel bothered because he knew how busy I was and he respected that. He gave me a great deal and explained things properly.
I agreed to do the warranty and Quincy transferred me to a young lady to read me some disclosures and take my credit card information. She then said she would have her manager, Eric, call me about something. Eric got involved and he answered all my questions. Quincy and Eric were both phenomenal and it was a first class experience.
I called other companies too and one of them was extremely unethical. They were quoting stuff about Endurance that they thought were true but they were 100% not true based on Endurance's agreement where Endurance is actually what's called the administrator, which is basically dealing directly with them. And this particular company said that was not true.
There was one other thing. I had purchased a warranty from another company and canceled that warranty just to go with Endurance. And it cost me $25 just to cancel. Endurance's warranty was more expensive than the one I canceled but you get what you pay for. It was just overall an incredible experience with them. And this includes their technology. To date, the warranty is not yet effective because I still have 30 days and 1000 miles to have to pass.

I've gotten what appears to be a new car but it got a lot of years on it and I said, “Okay. Well, maybe it would be a good investment to get it covered and especially I'd drive it a long time." I looked on the web at the top 10 auto warranty providers and Endurance was the first on the list, so I said, “Well, let me talk to them and see how they operate.” I had talked to another before that, and they were very high pressure and much more expensive. They said, “This is a one-time only deal and blah, blah, blah,” but Endurance was straightforward. I told them I'd have to think about it and they said it was fine, and that they would send me the information. So, I felt like they were operating on a professional level.
The rep was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. He offered me the option of longer smaller payments and that was useful and I ended up going with it. I called the guy and told him I didn’t get the documents that he said they would send, and he took care of it and it came within an hour or two. I'd tell my friends that it's certainly worth taking a look at Endurance because they were a lot less than one of the others I looked at and seemed to be a professional organization.

The coverage that Endurance provided was more comprehensive than the other places that I looked at. Based on the information that I gave them, the package that they were able to offer exceeded my expectation. Also, making payments has been very easy. I would definitely recommend Endurance.

When my original warranty expired I had no intention of getting the extended warranty. I know the dealerships screw you on it – it’s not even their warranty, it’s from a third party and the dealer can’t do anything to help if they won’t pay. What a joke! Then my transmission started acting nuts and I had to drop a couple grand on repairs. That hurt. My friend told me to check out other warranty companies and that’s how I found Endurance. They did try to give me the hard sell on the phone, but I shut that down so I could ask what I wanted to know. The guy was not offended, just rolled with it and answered my questions. He helped me find a good plan and he even said the transmission would not be a pre-existing issue. When I took my car in to fix the brakes, it was covered, so they’re already way better than the dealership.

I've been buying a couple of used cars and I know these are not cheap to repair. I got a Jaguar F-Type which is a new sports car. And Jaguar is not cheap to maintain. I had it oil-changed at a Jaguar dealer and it was $199.50 just for an oil change. So with that kind of expense, I thought I'd better have some help if I ever have a major problem. And it'd be good to have some sort of insurance. Endurance is less expensive than the other ones. And I already have Endurance on another car, so the specialist, Harvey, gave me a multi-car discount.
Harvey picked up after I spoke to the first person, and he remembered me. I had talked with him when I got the coverage on my first Jaguar. The cars are a little unique and not the everyday run-of-the-mill cars so we talked about them. And I haven't used the warranty yet but it's supposed to be bumper-to-bumper. The car is only a couple years old, so hopefully, I have good luck and may not need it but if I do, I have it. The payments are all taken care of with a monthly charge to my debit card. I'm satisfied with Endurance, and I would recommend them. I'd also tell others that they were easy to work with on getting the warranty.

When we bought a car, we paid cash for it and we didn’t have to purchase a warranty on it at that time. And then, when I started looking for a warranty, I called a couple of people and it looked like Endurance has the number one rating on the website and everybody talked good about it. And they also deal with a lot of the businesses like car dealers so it seemed like a reputable company. I talked to a gentleman on the phone, and he quoted me a 100,000 miles policy. And then, when I got the policy it only went up 200, 000 miles and I’m like, “Wait a minute, I thought we’re supposed to go to 148?” And the rep said, “We don’t have a policy like that.” And I could have misunderstood but I wrote it all that down.
Everything that they talked about was very misleading. I just called the customer service number and the rep I got apologized about it and then he offered me to go up to the next care which would have been another 25,000 miles for the same price. So he tried to work with me on that aspect. I was not really interested anymore, and I canceled the policy.
When I first talked to them, they said I needed to put a down payment and I used my credit card. And then that credit card was charged the amount for the deposit. I was out of town so they sent me the policy and then they also sent me that. I looked over the policy and then I realized, “Oh wait a minute, this isn’t what I really talked about.” So then I called them back and then it went back and forth. And then I got another thing from their finance team saying that a certain amount was going to be debited out to my account because that was what the last card on my account. I was like, "Wait a minute. I never authorized anything to be debited out of my account except for the deposit." And nothing was withdrawn, but they already set up a direct deposit out of the same card I used for the deposit for my monthly payment because I had broken down into 18 monthly payments.
I had the whole policy for eight days and it covers me through 50,000 miles and I still haven’t even gotten 50,000 miles on it yet. I never paid anything except for the deposit and they said they’re going to refund that back to me. They said it would come back in three to five days. They didn’t do anything wrong. There was just a whole miscommunication on both sides. And when I called back to cancel, they offered me to try to solve the problem. I didn’t have any problems with the experience.

The cost of a maintenance and stuff like that are going up and I just want to be covered whenever something expensive comes up, as far as parts or labor. Labor is really expensive compared to the parts. I don’t know if the truck will ever mess up. I had a car before that I never ever had an issue with throughout the three years and a half I had it. The extended warranty was optional for me but I still wanted to be covered just in case.
I was curious about warranties and I put extended auto warranty online and Endurance was the first one that came up. That’s how marketing is so it caught my eye. I had Michael as my protection specialist and he did his job to offer me the warranty. He used employee discounts to reduce the payments on that initial payment or the downpayment. For my payment, I set it up for direct withdrawal. And when I was thinking about canceling the warranty, I had another call with a customer service rep who convinced me not to cancel it. One thing he mentioned was the cost is going up on a lot of the labor and parts.

I'm still looking into my Endurance warranty and I might have to get rid of it. I got to call them and ask them some questions about the policy because there are a lot of things that I'm seeing as double-talking. In one section, it's telling me that I'm covered. But then in another section, it's telling me that I'm not covered. So I got to call them and find out what's actually going on. Other than that, the Endurance rep was cool and he answered my questions at that time. Once I got the policy, I had to redo it myself. So now, I got more questions to call back in with. Right now, I'm fine with them and I had a good experience.

The rep I dealt with answered my questions and when I said that I'd think about it, he said he'd get back with me and he did. So, I had time to continue my research with other companies.

I had an auto warranty in the past and it came in very handy. I had traditionally done a used car buyer and I found the warranties to be of great value, especially over a significant period of time like the follow through that I got. This time, I called three warranty companies and when I spoke to Endurance's rep, she did a fantastic job and was very professional. I was in sales for 30 years and she had a nice way about her. My dad was in the car business for years and my brother-in-law just sold a car dealership so I'm familiar with warranties.
The rep did a very good job on behalf of Endurance, pitching and following through. It was a great experience. She was able to put forth the advantages of Endurance like its track record and how, in the long term, the policy would be inexpensive on a daily basis with respect to the amount of repairs. And the gentleman that called me back to follow up on all of the details was very professional also. I paid cash for everything and the process was really easy. Currently, I'm not yet out of my 30-day window.

Endurance had good reviews online. I didn't get a thorough information that I should've, though. It only covers up to 130,000 miles, and I didn't get that information on signing up. If I would've gotten the particulars of the mileage, cutoff point for the mileage, then it would've helped me make my decision better. If a friend asks about Endurance, I'd tell them to make sure they'd get all the information upfront before they sign up.

I bought a secondhand car and the manufacturer warranty on it was less than a year. I felt it was better to get an auto warranty. I looked at different websites and Endurance Auto Warranty got good reviews. My experience with their rep was seamless. He had the mileage on the car and the year and he said it wouldn’t be an issue. The pricing was reasonable and if I want full coverage on my car, it’s best to get the bumper-to-bumper coverage. I was able to get eight years. And it was fairly easy to get. I was happy that I was able to get the insurance. The car I bought is a Ford Escape and they encouraged me to go to the dealers which I liked. Whereas some other providers, they have a network of repair technicians and I got to use their people.

Endurance gave me one of the best plans that I could even ask for. I just bought me a vehicle and the plan that the dealership offered me was a little expensive and the time is not enough for the money that they were asking for. So I went home and my wife and I got online and started looking. And Endurance popped up on every site we went to. So I gave them a call, and I researched them and found that it’s the best plan if you compare it with where I got my vehicle from. My wife was also totally satisfied with the plan that I took.
The Endurance rep I spoke with was very informative. She gave me different options and different plans that I can go with. She suggested, which I appreciate, what I’m looking for and I told her that I’m looking for a full coverage of my vehicle. She also told me about my monthly payment. It would have been like $154 a month but she gave a different option on how much I put on this amount and they lowered my monthly payments. I put $600 down, and my monthly payment went down to $110 a month, which was doable.
Every time I talked to their customer service team, they were on point and speedy with the answers. And as a matter of fact, I called them the other day because I was considering about buying my son a car and I presume of getting Endurance with them also. And I told them about the vehicle that I’ve been looking at and gave them the mileage and the plan they gave me also beats the plan that the dealership wants to give me. They made it a lot cheaper for me to deal with. Everybody's needs are different so I would tell my friends to research, but I would also tell them to look into Endurance. If you compare Endurance with other insurance agencies and then the dealership, they work in all kind of deals.

I just purchased a new vehicle. And I’d rather be safe than sorry in terms of future repairs. It seems like all the other insurance providers were just brokers. And then when you would actually talk to them about a product, they would place you with a product that they really had no direct affiliation with. With Endurance and in regards to a particular vehicle, the person I was going to pay the claims and the people that I will always be going to deal all the way through, it was a better scenario in terms of being able to be confident that they would stand by their product.
The Endurance rep was very informative, to the point, and gave me a good understanding of the product that I was getting, and me being confident that I was making the right choice. The payments were extremely workable. When I purchased the vehicle, I had another option through the actual dealer. And it was a scenario where it had to be paid in full upfront. And there are no interest financing options makes it much easy to have the peace of mind without it being a big expense. And now, all of a sudden, I got extra $4,000 on top of me, just in case of expenses. So, being broken down makes it very helpful.
