    I had gotten a used car that I am gonna be using for some of the work I'm doing. I don’t have a warranty on it and I wanna make sure I can cover any issues that will come up. Endurance was the one that responded the quickest when I started looking at companies. There were a few others that popped up that I looked at, but it sounded like Endurance knew what they were doing and what they were asking for was reasonable.

    Endurance has done a great job. Everything was straightforward. They contacted me and we went over what was provided and they got the paperwork to me quickly. I haven't really had it that long, so luckily I haven't needed to use it but I'm happy with them so far. The representatives are very professional, too.     I bought a 2014 car and I'm an old guy and I don’t do any work on my own cars anymore because there's so much electronics and things that are in these new cars that I can't fix anymore. So, I figured that it would be a good idea for me to get a policy on it. Even if I don’t use it, I want that protection because in these new cars, there's so much that can go wrong with these computers and all. I looked it up and went through a couple of auto warranties, looked at the different policies, and then I decided on Endurance mainly by the recommendation from ConsumerAffairs.

    The reps were great. There's so much to this policy including what they cover and what they don’t but I had researched it a little bit and I was very happy with the way that they were so concise. They spoke language I can understand and they were really outstanding. They were so good in explaining everything to me and that was part of the reason I went ahead and got the Endurance.

    I put it on an automatic payment on my bank account and they take care of the rest of it. I don’t have to worry about that. It was too easy and they were really good. They knew exactly what they were doing. And the payments are very manageable for me and that was the other reason I got it. I got a great policy, easy payments every month, and it covered everything I needed to have. I was very happy with the way everything worked out and the service that they gave me. They're really nice people to talk to.

    There's a 30-day waiting period and a thousand miles before the policy becomes effective which, as they explained to me, is mainly to make sure that I'm not going into this policy with some kind problem that needs to be fixed. So, it's fine. I told my grandson about Endurance. He has about 36,000 miles left on his warranty. I told him that when the time comes, Endurance would be the people to call and extend the warranty even further because he could afford it. And so far, it certainly appears to be everything that they said. I've read through the policy and it covers everything like they said they would.

    Anytime you own a Jaguar, you better have a warranty. It's not a car that you would want not to have under warranty and I did my homework on a lot of companies. Endurance had a lot of good reviews and when I called my dealership, they confirmed that they work with Endurance so that made the decision easy for me. But I still had to interview them and make sure everything was good. And it was. I now have them set up on autopay. I've also recommended one of my Jaguar buddies to Endurance. But even when you have a manufacturer warranty and get an older car, it's smart to get a warranty as well. You may not ever use it but if you do, you better have it.

    I wanna make sure I had the proper maintenance for my vehicle, so I considered getting an extended auto warranty. I've seen a couple of Endurance commercials and then when I went online, I Googled extended warranty for cars, and Endurance was at the top of the list. I checked them out and I’ve seen good things about them. I also just kept seeing them pop out, so I tried to give them a call. I got introduced to a guy who explained what everything was and assigned a warranty for me.     I bought a used car and I wanted to make sure that it would be taken care of if something was to happen to it. I called Endurance and the representative answered all of my questions. I also had read some reviews online and they have the best price, so I went with them. I've paid the deposit and it was easy. Their customer service is great too. I've had a million questions and they did a good job answering all those. The first guy I spoke with was super nice. If he didn’t know the answer, he went and tried to get more answers for me. So, that was perfect. Then, I had spoken to the actual dealer where I would take my car if anything was to ever happen, and they suggested that I call back and ask more questions about the warranty.     Endurance Auto Warranty has a good rating online and I’ve heard good recommendations from people about their service when something is broken. Clifford, the guy I was working with, went over all the terms with me in one day and he gave me a lot of good information. We talked about two hours about all the things that I’ve been through with extended warranties before and he let me know all the things and possible benefits of their policy. He also told me how scenarios would go, which was very important to me, and how their reaction times were. It was a great experience and I promised him that if I bought the car, I would call them back on the same day before I drive it off the lot. I ended up buying the car so I got the extended warranty from them.

    They gave me the option of being able to pay it off earlier and I’d get a discount from that, which is an excellent option. So, I’m thinking about paying it off. Other than that, I don't have any issues with the payment and like the terms as far as the years and the miles. I trust in their service and so far, everything has been a hundred percent.

    These guys know their stuff. A lot of bigger companies will just hire random people who don’t know anything about the service they’re selling to answer phones all day. This was not the case with Endurance. I called up twice to get help with filing and checking in on a claim and both times I got great service with actual answers for all my questions. There was no waiting to get a manager or double talk. I got clear information about how to file my claim and what to expect moving forward. That was all I wanted. Now I’m waiting to hear back about my claim. The first woman on the phone told me that the deductible for most repairs doesn’t go above $200, which is great. Usually my husband takes care of this kind of stuff so it can great to get on the phone and be able to deal with the problem without knowing much about our plan or coverage. Kudos to Endurance for going above and beyond in the customer service department.

    I purchased my contract. Gave them all the information they needed. Waited my 90 day waiting period. After 3 months I needed to use the warranty but they pay for nothing. Then to avoid paying they give me some bogus reason. Then they say they pay for towing but didn't. And they say you can get a full refund if you cancel by 30 days. How the heck are you to know you can't use the warranty until your waiting period is over in 90 days. I do not recommend this company to no one. And all the representatives are either rude or act like con artist or used car sales people. Oh and not to mention if you want to cancel you have to send a letter to them but yet they don't ask for any paperwork when it come to starting the policy. They give all third party extended warranty companies a bad name.

    I talked to Christopher ** yesterday concerning the qualifications of my warranty policy. Even though I don't qualify for service yet Christopher gave me the highest quality service I've ever received. He was extremely courteous, polite and well informed concerning my warranty policy. I was disappointed that I did not qualify for service because the engine needs rebuilding or replaced.     I thought this company was very well reviewed and a wonderful company to take over my gently used Audi S6 once the original warranty expired. Flash forward a year and a bit. Cam adjuster went out, engine needed to be pulled for "tear down." After that, my shop was told that the teardown will probably not be covered (I have the top warranty). To get to the cam adjuster you have to pull the whole engine. I didn't understand why they wouldn't cover that (that's the biggest cost of this repair) but I decided to wait for the adjuster to come out and get a final verdict on coverage. Come Friday, adjuster came out, was a total ** to everyone at the shop and just rude on all accounts.

    Come Tuesday, no word on coverage. My shop had to call the company for them to tell them that the claim was denied because the intake filter was changed with a non-stock one, and that the catalytic converters were off the car (they need to come off to take the engine out). When I called the company to cancel my warranty (to get some money back so I can cover the repairs, since they won't) I was told by the service rep that they don't cover any parts that are not made by the original manufacturer. In other words, don't go to AutoZone and buy a replacement K&N filter for your stock air box because it voids your warranty. Even Audi didn't have a problem with it, but they do. I feel like anything over what you paid, they will find a way to decline your coverage.

    Read the other reviews, all the 5 star reviews have not had to file a claim. They just had a good experience while purchasing the warranty. Most of the one star reviews have had multiple things declined for no legitimate reason. I hope this review can save someone the hassle of going through what I did. Just save your money, or go to your trusted local shop and ask what company they generally have good experience with.

    This company are just good salesmen. They will do anything to sell you their product but when it comes to paying out they will screw you. I should have caught on when they told me if I secure my contact in 24 hours I will get a lower rate. Also most warranty companies will give you your full money back if not used. Endurance only gives you a prorated amount back. Save yourself money, time and headache and find another company. Don't rely on the "good" reviews which don't mean anything if you read them. Hope this helps someone. By the way, my repair ended up being a bit over $8,000. I now know why they wanted to find anything to deny my claim.

    I purchased a warranty in April of this year for my vehicle after the recommendations from my family who have warranties on their vehicles with Endurance Warranty. Last Wednesday my vehicle shut down I had it towed to the service dept of the dealership that I purchased my car at. They have been the only ones to work on my vehicle since I bought it. On Thursday, 5/10 I was told by my service advisor that when they spoke to Endurance they were told my contract is on hold. I called Endurance immediately to inquire why. I was told the mileage on my contract is 300 miles under the Carfax that was pulled on 3/2017 on my car. I told them this has to be a clerical error. I was given instruction to have my service advisor send in the mileage on my speedometer and fax it to the Endurance Claims dept. Well I let my service advisor know and they sent in the information by the end of the day on 5/10.

    On Friday, 5/11 I called Endurance to confirm that they received the email and fax from my service advisor. I was told that they did not receive. This chain of calls continued each day this week. On Monday, 5/14 when I called I asked for one point of contact at Endurance to speak to so that I do not have to relay my story each time I call as well for my service advisor to work with. I was given that and Bob never returned my calls or emails from my Service Advisor.

    On, 5/17 I was fed and had enough. I called Endurance to let them know I would be seeking my attorney's advice on how to proceed forward with canceling my policy. I spoke to a rep named Mike and he offered to help me get answers. My service advisor was asked to email in the information that he had emailed and faxed. My service advisor did that for the THIRD TIME.

    On 5/18 I received a call stating that my claim was denied due to the clerical error. Then I was told because I have over $3000 in repairs that they could find a shop that was cheaper to make my repairs. I reminded Mike that my car has only been serviced at the dealership since I purchased it and that my car is not running because it shut down on me on 5/9! To not have my calls returned, emails answered for over a week is unacceptable. Not to mention they never let me nor my service advisor know the status of my case each time either of us called. Over the past three weeks myself and BMW have spent over 20 hours on the phone and emailing Endurance and have been duped by them completely. Not only did I have to pay the repairs but my policy with them is $4000 as well. This means I am now out over $7,000! That is a down payment for a car or used car.

    This is the worst service I have received for $4000 and I do not recommend anyone purchasing this warranty. Endurance is not the best in the business and they do not keep their word. They do not return emails, phone calls nor call you back when they say they will. I have family members with their policy and now they are also looking to cancel their policies after this incident.

    The torque converter went on my truck. Took to a shop by my work, they said it needs to be rebuilt as the torque converter went. Apparently a torque converter is not a part of the transmission nor does it use the fluid from the transmission. The part is not listed on the not covered parts as per the policy but somehow they claim it's not covered.

    I have never written a review or ever documented a product failure, however I felt it was my obligation to make buyers understand what they are getting, or rather not getting, with an Endurance policy. I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4 wheel drive truck. I purchased this vehicle brand new and never added any aftermarket additions or upgrades. I have adhered to the maintenance schedule and take pride in keeping my truck serviceable. As the truck's standard 100,000 mile powertrain warranty expired I began looking for an additional warranty to cover any unforeseen repairs. I did my research and looked at the overall reviews and Endurance was rated in the top two. I looked at the policy to insure the powertrain, to include the transmission, was covered.

    Here is what it states in the policy “TRANSMISSION: All lubricated internal parts contained within the case. Computer modules & solenoids; filler tube & dipstick; vacuum modulator; and internal linkage. Transmission case ONLY if damaged by the Breakdown of a lubricated internal part.” With that definition, I was comfortable any issue that arose with the transmission would be covered. I chose the Premier Select package and paid for the term of the policy in full. I had the policy for a little over a year and on Tuesday March 27 I had a service engine light come on so I took the truck to a Dodge dealership. On Thursday March 29, I was informed that the service engine light indicated issues with the transmission. I provided the dealership with the Endurance claim telephone number to move forward with a claim.

    The dealership submitted the Claim to the insurance company. Endurance said they had to have an inspector verify the codes and would be there on Monday April 2. I felt the claim was going to be covered and knew the policy would cover a rental if needed. I rented a car for a week expecting it would be covered and a week would be long enough for the repair. The inspector does not show up until Wednesday April 4. April 4, the inspector arrives, verifies the codes, and leaves the dealership. No information was given to the dealership. April 6 - I call the dealership inquiring about my truck and they said they have heard nothing from the inspector. I have to call the insurance and get an update because neither dealership, nor I, have heard anything from Endurance. Endurance states they have not called the dealer back and the dealer has to call them.

    The dealership calls Endurance and they require the transmission to be dismantled to find cause of failure. On April 9, I receive a call from the dealership and have to approve a $583 tear down before insurance will move forward. This is written in the policy that I may have to incur this cost. If I don’t approve the tear down they will not move forward with the claim. I approve the teardown and have to wait for an inspector to come look at it again. April 11 inspector shows up and reviews all information provided by the dealer and leaves. There was no abuse or neglect identified. April 13 I call the dealership looking for an update. Dealership has not heard anything so they call Endurance. After multiple conversations between the dealer and Endurance I am informed by dealer that Endurance will not cover the transmission because it was caused by the torque converter.

    NOTE: Nothing in the policy says it will not cover the torque converter. What they say in order to make sure they have a catch all is “for any part not specifically listed in the schedule of coverages.” There was NEVER a call or explanation that was initiated by the company about why my claim was denied. I called to get an explanation. Explanation: The torque converter caused the damage therefore, the transmission is not covered. Evidently, they do not consider the torque converter part of the transmission. The torque converter is considered outside of the transmission case. Please feel free to research a picture of the transmission and you will see where the torque converter is located.

    Endurance says it is within the housing of the transmission but not the actual case, therefore not covered. That is their out and how you will now be on the hook for a $4500 transmission bill. Not to mention the $2395 I paid for the policy that did nothing and the $336 for the rental car that was not covered. Also, remember you had to pay $538 to have the transmission dismantled. Their “independent” third party inspector has to inspect it and tell you it was the torque converter that caused the failure, coincidently that lets the company off the hook. How many times do you think a transmission failure can be attributed to the torque converter? April 27, one month later I got my truck back from the dealer. Trying to understand why. May 1st I called Endurance and wanted to have a written denial letter explaining how and why my claim was denied. I initially spoke with a claims representative who had to send me to his Supervisor Daniel **.

    It was not a pleasant conversation and turned very contentious. His stance was that the policy clearly states what is covered and what is not. I explained that I wanted a written denial letter so I could use it for future litigation for false advertising. The conversation ended with him stating that would send me a letter with a time frame of 2 days to 2 weeks. May 25th I still have not received the denial letter. I called at 08:00 was informed ** was not in his office and would call me back by noon, he never called. I called back at 13:00 and was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. Never received a call.

    May 29th I called again and after an extended hold I spoke to **. I asked why I had not received a call and he stated he was not in the office on Friday. I asked why I had not received the denial letter and he said it was mailed on Friday the 25th. I asked why it was not mailed within the timeframe he stated. He said he was not sure and they must be backed up in the processing department. The point again is failure to follow through. Your policy does not cover what you think it does when it comes to the transmission. Make sure you understand that. And remember they will put it back on you and say “sorry you can’t read the fine print and know what is covered and what is not.” This review is intended to inform you what you are going to be dealing with when you purchase this product.

    My warranty was out and I wanted to make sure if anything happened to my truck. I’m a mechanic myself so I know the amount of work I have to put if anything happens on it. I don't like doing it and always not making any money on that. When you work on your personal car, it just takes too much time out of your hands so I might as well just pay something that I go forward in if anything happens and I know I’m covered.

    The Endurance rep answered every question, was polite about everything and he gave me all the specific info. I didn’t have everything unsaid. Nothing confused me. He sold me really good. I gave them a card number over the phone and he set the payment plan up. It comes out of my bank account. Once I set that up, I did the payments. I set up the maintenance that he told me to make sure that I do. Once I added the protection, they just wanted to make sure I have paperwork and that I had done work and everything on like service the whole truck prior to that so I have all of that on file.

    ‘Cause prior to that, my other extended warranty then required that. So I just went and did a full tune-up and made sure everything was flushed. But now, I’ll keep it in track. So that way if extended warranty has any question on it, then I have all that paperwork to back up everything I’ve done to it. I haven’t had a chance to use Endurance, but everything else was perfect.

    When I bought my 2015 Volkswagen Jetta from a car lot in 2016, I thought I was getting a good deal. The people kept saying it was still on the warranty. It had about 34,000 miles. I finally got a car that didn’t have that many miles and I was so happy. So I drove it a couple of times to New Orleans and back. Then later on, I found out that my warranty is out. I didn’t know my warranty was up at 36,000 miles or three years.

    I spoke to two other companies and Endurance was the best deal financially, but not in another respect. The other companies have a waiting period of 30 days and Endurance has a waiting period of 60 days. But that was the only thing that was not the best and I don’t think my car is gonna go up in smoke in 60 days. Today happened to be the day that my first payment came due and I was expecting it on the one hand but it said MEPCO on the bank transaction and I did not know anything about MEPCO. It became a mystery but it got solved.

    I called my bank and they gave me the correct telephone number for MEPCO. As it turned out, MEPCO is a company that collects the payments for Endurance. So everything is okay. When I talked to the bank, the representative and I both were a little bit of afraid that this was totally unauthorized coming out of left field. I just have to call my bank back and give them the news that I don't need a new card. The only sad part is that my down payment and my first payment all happened in the same month. So it clobbered my bank account. But it is a correct transaction so I don’t have a problem. I also got Endurance's document and it clearly explains what's covered and what's not covered. I'm happy with it.

    My husband and I wanted to cancel the policy because he was not going to really keep the car for that period. I had discussed it with him and it happened very quickly. I called the next day but the rep from Endurance told me that I had to wait for the packet to come. I did not understand that. The time was ticking because they have that 30 days. I knew that I needed to cancel it but I waited 10 days for the packet to come just so I could send it back. They are trying to sell services and that's fine. But when it comes to someone cancelling, it is a delay in giving that information to the proper people to stop the payments coming out of their account.

    When I saw the first payment coming out in addition to the end of the deposit that was supposed to be returned, I called my bank. Then I called Endurance again and they were able to expedite it. But the representative said that they were short-staffed and he personally looked. Sure enough, my packet had been sitting there for the last two weeks. I had to have numerous calls with them to cancel. But the representatives were always proper to us. The person that I spoke with on several occasions was very helpful and personable. He did his job well. I got my money back too.

    The customer service was very friendly but the process is wrong. It was just the paperwork end of it that I was dissatisfied with. That may need to be changed because what if your packet never comes? If you're cancelling, you can't do anything with the car anyway. I don't understanding why you need a packet if you're just calling. Their system is a little slouch too. I'm still getting text messages about my payment being overdue. But I wrote them a text back and then they sent the text that they're gonna stop.

    The warranty on the car was about to expire and it had also been on the car since I brought it so I figured I might as well get another warranty to help cover it just in case. I checked two warranty companies. The first one was American Auto Shield and although I was just trying to get quotes, they were real pushy and I didn't like that.     It was time to renew my auto warranty. I kept calling my previous provider but they didn’t call back and the warranty expired. So, I took it upon myself to find a new one. Brandon from Endurance told me about their company and I was really impressed. The fact that he was so thorough in explaining the plan sold me on their product. I signed up on April 27th and I was told that since I have an older vehicle, it's gonna be 60 days before I could file a claim. At that time, I gave them a mileage that was off by 20 miles which they rounded up to 106,650. Then I paid for the first month. But the other day, I received an email from them requesting for my exact mileage which was too far down the road from the time I placed the contract and I found that strange.     We bought a car and we inquired about an auto warranty at the dealer. It was at a ridiculous price. Still, I decided to get one anyway because it was my daughter's car. We got online and read good reviews about Endurance so we called them. However, our experience with their vehicle protection specialist was not positive upfront because when they originally told me the price of their warranty, I said it was too much. But then, they told me to hang on and finally, after some coaxing, they told me that they would have me talk to some pricing specialist. We did that so that was fine but then they messed up again when they did not record my address properly because I never got the policy.

    So, I finally called them and told them that I have never received anything and that I didn't even know what I was paying for. Their representative pulled up my account and the only thing they had was the zip code and the city. They had no house address and no state. That's why I never got anything. I then asked them if I was paying for the warranty and they told me I was paying for it monthly. Thereafter, I stopped the monthly, paid the balance and the lady I talked to on the phone was terrific, the gal that was helping me with figuring out where everything was. While I may have received the policy and the card now and I know it's paid, part of Endurance's process is broken. The selling process is a little bit car salesman-ish.     We bought a Chrysler and it's been a wonderful car. But with it being new and with the electronics, computers and all of the gizmos that are on a car now, it can get quite expensive. If something goes wrong with these new modern automobiles then you go in and have them look at you, there's $100 down the drain already. But we're retired and we're on a fixed income.     I have a truck with an engine that is known to not being the most reliable and I didn't know that at the time. So, I figured getting an auto warranty would be a smart move on my behalf 'cause an engine replacement is expensive and the warranty would probably end up paying out. Endurance was number one for the likelihood of reimbursement for issues so I went with them. Their salesperson was okay but there were things that were not fully covered or were not stated that well.

    For instance, I said that I liked to do maintenance on my own vehicle and I asked if I was allowed to do that. Their rep said yes. And then, I got the brochure stating that if I make a claim, I have to have had the service related to the part documented and recently done by a licensed mechanic with a letterhead. So, if I did an engine or transmission claim and I didn't have a record of the service done on that part, then I wouldn't get my support. I feel I was rather lied to or misled. That’s a bummer on my behalf.

    With the value Endurance offers of a max of $12,000 work and repair and the fact that Ford quotes engine and transmission replacement for around ten grand and six grand respectively, I'd never get my vehicle fully repaired. The value is a little lower than what I'm paying but at the same time, it's for four years so the warranty is not too bad.

The guy told me about some stuff about the warranty I wanted to get and he gave me a rate and a quote, how much it would be a month and what I would need to pay down. I did some shopping around and it seemed like from what Endurance offers and from their price, it was very comparable to the rest of the other providers. I priced several warranty companies and Endurance was not the least expensive, but it seemed to be the most comprehensive for the coverage that I wanted so I went with them. However, it took three people to get the price I wanted. The first one explained everything about the policy and quoted me a price. And I said, "Well, that's really more than my budget will allow."     The Volkswagen warranty for my vehicle is a bit lower compared to other ones. And there are more issues nowadays with their computer and electronics than with the axle parts and stuff. My warranty for bumper to bumper expires in a few months. So, I wanted to get an extended warranty to cover that and the fact that there's an issue with my vehicle. Endurance had the highest feedback for customer rating and their prices were competitive so I went with them. Their reps were very good at communicating the products as well as addressing any questions that I had. And it was extremely easy to set up payments. It was a matter of what options they have to receive payments and what I was able to provide. I gave them my information and I'm already being billed monthly for it.

    I called their customer service one time because I moved overseas and I wasn't sure if their policies would cover overseas. I did speak to a different agent and he was able to offer me a slightly better rate in order to continuously have coverage on the car. We discussed the options and the cancellation polices, etc. And they were extremely cooperative with my case. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to hopefully not needing to use them but at the same time I have confidence that they'll be able to support me if I do need to file a claim.     I like my Dodge Ram and I plan on keeping it. My original plan expired and I got an extended warranty. I called a few providers and Endurance seemed to have a really good coverage over everything. I got my packet the other day and I hope they were not lying to me. And their price seemed reasonable. It sounded like it covered electrical and engine transfer case. It was pretty much bumper-to-bumper and that was really better than the original warranty. The specialist was very knowledgeable and he didn't try bullying me into it. He looked into a few things for me and he came back with the answers. Hopefully, not just want I want to hear, but the truth. And the start-up price is what really got me going too. I was excited about this other place and they wanted more to start up and possibly more per month. And their coverage wasn't half as good either.

    Endurance's customer service reps were really helpful with me because my bank got compromised. It's supposed to happen on a certain week. And I called them up and said I got to redo my bank account thing and asked if they could give me a little bit of a more leeway and they gave me a couple of more weeks. They kept the same price and the whole experience with them so far has been very good. Hopefully, I wouldn't have issues on my truck where I would need to use it but if something comes up, at least I'm still covered.

    My daughter who is in college drives a car and I didn't want her to get into a situation. Everything was good with the person who helped me with my purchase of the Endurance warranty. They started out telling me that it was a zero deductible but when I got the paperwork, it turned out there was a $100 deductible. Also, they spelled all the names wrong. My daughter’s name is Mysti and since she was born, every time I ever told anybody what her name is, I always spelled it because it's spelled backward. Somebody actually has to be listening to get the correct spelling of it. We also have different last names and Endurance got that wrong too. And they even have a supposed process where you'll talk to a salesperson and then they’ll have another person, like a supervisor, get on the phone to verify what has been done.

    Another issue is I live in Wyoming and my daughter lives in Alabama. I told Endurance to send a copy of the paperwork of the warranty to my daughter in Alabama since the car is there and that needs to stay with the car. The billing address and everything, on the other hand, was supposed to be sent to me in Wyoming because my debit card will not recognize an Alabama ZIP code for billing purposes, it will only recognize the Wyoming one. I set up the payment on automatic draft but it's still not set up on as such because my bank declined it because Endurance put my daughter's address on there as the billing address.

    I kept waiting for the debit to come out of my account but it never came so I was wondering what happened. Endurance told me that it was set up on automatic draft and that kind of irritates me a little bit because if you're expecting something to be paid and it doesn’t get paid, it doesn't seem like the left hand knows what the right hand is doing in the company. At first, I called them and they told me that they didn’t even have a policy that had a zero deductible but I said they did because that was what I was told.

    The rep checked on it, came back online and told me I was right. He straightened out the deductible problem was and also verified that this was supposed to be automatic drafting out of my account. I told them to send me the new things but I haven't gotten them yet. But I'm hoping that they have the address changed right now. It's not unusual to have two addresses and a lot of people do so I don’t understand why that was such a big problem. I order stuff online all the time and had it shipped to one place and billed to another place. My daughter hasn’t had any problem with the car but I'm hoping that if we ever have to use the warranty, we won't get the runaround because it's not very uncommon for people to have kids in college in another state.

    We have just gotten our warranty from Endurance. I had help from Peter and the representative named Reina, and it was an awesome experience. They did a very good job. We had a problem with our 2016 Honda's brake system that had went out. We went to Honda, and they came and towed the car. We're supposed to have a warranty with them, and before they got the car, the man from Honda called and told us that we didn't have the extended warranty so we had to pay $125 to pick up our car. I told him they were suppose to notify us of those things. He called back and said they had found an extended warranty for us but it was getting ready to be up. And they went ahead and fixed the car but by that time, Peter had already help me set up the warranty with Endurance and being that my boyfriend is the owner of the car, he told me to keep Endurance and forget about Honda.

    Peter was very patient and nice, and he had told me about one plan and said that if I extended it out more months then it'd be lesser for us to pay. So it was awesome that he looked for a different plan to help us pay where we could afford it and keep it versus not being able to afford it and if something happens to our car, there's nothing we can do. He assured me that I'll be well taken care of when I do have to a file a claim. He explained the warranty and told us that if something was to happen to the car, they'll take it to the shop and then we'll pay our $100 deductible and then from there, they'll take over and we'll be able to get a rental car to get around if we need to.

    Also, he told me about the deposit, which I did the same day with him and I was transferred to Reina who was also very patient and she finished off the call. Making the payment wasn't hard at all. And then I received my welcome package when they told me I would. I recently recommended them to someone who has an older car and it's been getting hot on her and she can't afford to get it fixed. But I told her she should try to look into trying to get a warranty with Endurance.

    About a year ago, I had to replace the PCM on my 2011 Ford Mustang GT which cost me about $3,400 out of pocket.     I’ve always had issues with used vehicles, so I did some research as to how to protect myself with having them. I came across Endurance Auto Warranty and called them. I provided my information including my card information and the VIN number. I told them not to process anything and that if I was interested, I would call back on the 12th to authorize the payment and everything to go through. The person that I spoke with agreed to that. They said they understood and reassured me that we would not be charged for anything and to make sure I’ll call back on the 12th.

    But instead of them being patient until the 12th of April to do that, they did everything that same day. And because we were out of town, we didn’t get booklets until the 10th when we came back in the house. I was finally able to check my mailbox on the 11th and that’s when I saw all these booklets from them. So then I checked my card and saw that they did take money from my account and that they attempted to take some more money out of my account again this month. It was very unprofessional for them to just update and do that without my consent.

    I called customer service about the issue and they rep told me I shouldn’t have provided the information until I was ready. I told him that I wanted my money back and I've had to deal with someone and process different stuff. I have to go through hoops and hurdles to get my money back, and I really didn't appreciate it. It is very frustrating especially that they took the money at that time it was applied to something else. I would not recommend it.

    I looked for an auto warranty online and I heard Endurance Auto Warranty was number one so I went with them. My experience with them was good in the beginning. Their rep, Laticia, was professional along with her supervisor. They set me up really quick. That part of it was really good. However, Mopar had better pricing and they had an inspector come out and check the vehicle, whereas Endurance didn't have anyone come out. So it was a no-brainer for me. I want somebody a bit more solid that's gonna pay the claim on all stuff in my car if something was to break down on it.     We had a car that we bought new in 2013 and the hail damage storm that we had in Alabama totaled the car so we had to buy another one. My husband found another 2013 Rio but it was decked out with everything. I've never seen a little car with all the luxury items it had but he got it at a good price and he fell in love with it. But when I looked at it with all the electronics in it, my mind immediately thought of what’s gonna go wrong. It’s not the car or the motor but it's got too many gadgets in it so, I went online and looked up the top-rated extended warranty companies. Endurance was up there and when I called them, the rep made it clear that all the electrical stuff, because there weren't that many miles on this whole car, would be covered bumper-to-bumper. It was worrying about something going wrong with it and I know how expensive the electrical stuff can be.

    I kept debating about buying it because I wanted to do it but I didn’t want to spend the money. Also, I'm not somebody who jumps in and buys stuff real quick so, I did a little search on them with the Better Business Bureau and they had a decent rating. We had an extended warranty before with another company and we were not happy with it at all so, I wanted to make sure we could get the car fixed anywhere and that it had towing and everything. It took me a couple of days to decide to do it but they were good. They called me back when I asked them to so, I didn't have any problems and the customer service team knew what they were talking about.

    I did the payment over the phone with the rep and then, I set it on auto-pay and it just came out of my bank account. We're happy with it and it’s alright but instead of paying everything upfront within two years and the warranty lasting for four years, I would have preferred to make smaller payments over the four years. It would also be helpful if they had testimonies from people that have actually used it.

    My car was around six years old and initially, I was undecided about whether to buy a car warranty or not. I then started looking for different reviews over the internet. A few people suggested it’d be good to have the car warranty because a car repair is very costly in US, a couple thousands of dollars.     I have an extended warranty on my car as far as drive-free, but it doesn’t cover anything else. And I was not gonna get an extended warranty where if something happened, with all the money I put in, I was just gonna be told it was not covered. I’m the type of person who doesn’t take second best and Endurance was rated number one online. They also seemed to more cover things without a big hassle. Their rep was curt, kind, concerned, and knew of everything. I had a little bit of a problem because he kept saying that my car was a Taurus but it's a Taurus SHO and there's a little bit of difference there.

    The SHO is an all-wheel-drive while a Taurus is just a front-wheel drive. But that was the only real problem and I just wanted to make sure they knew that it was a SHO, not a Taurus. I don’t want them to come back and say, “We didn’t know what’s this or that.” As far as paying to get the warranty, it was easy. I just got the first payment.     When the warranty on my 2012 BMW expired, I looked up Endurance and CARCHEX. I called Endurance and they called me back. I spoke with an Amanda at first and she was the sweetest person in the world. I was undecided at the time so she said I could just call her back and ask for Amanda, and I shouldn’t have any problems. So I did that. But in calling her back, I got everybody else. I told them that I wanna speak to Amanda because she told me to give her a callback, and they gave me every excuse not to transfer me over to Amanda. So it just frustrated me. One guy got mad because I wanted to speak to Amanda, and he kept giving me the runaround. And then I spoke to someone who was a supervisor, allegedly. She got back in touch with me six days later. But by then, I had already joined CARCHEX because their customer service was so much more stellar than Endurance, even at a management level.

    And every time I called to try to get in touch with Amanda, they would tell me I couldn’t get my original quote, because every time I called, it registered me as a new caller with a new quote. CARCHEX didn’t give me the runaround and they explained things to me. Endurance has horrible customer service and I would never recommend anybody. I was very dissatisfied.

    I purchased a used car and I took the coverage with Endurance Auto Warranty with the knowledge that I could get rid of it and I could cancel in 30 days. The Endurance reps I dealt with told me exactly what they covered and went over stuff. And at that point, I was looking to get something done. And I told them upfront that I was gonna look for more expansive programs, more comprehensive coverage, and if I could find that at a reasonable price then I was going to cancel. And they said, “That’s fine.”

    Making the payment was simple, and I would’ve worked with the company but they didn’t have what I was looking for. I found a more expansive option, and I canceled in the next couple of days. And it took them a little while to get it canceled and get the money returned, but it was just a little bit of an error and it wasn’t a big deal. It was just a couple of emails to get it done. Endurance asked what the mileage was on my car and then they gave me an outline of what type of coverage was available. I told them that the most expensive thing was the drive train and that was primarily what I was looking to take care of. We discussed various options and then they told me what the requirements were. They gave me a step by step on how to do it. They were very clear about cash involved and the 60 day delay before it's actually usable. When I called with a question later on, I talked to somebody else but they had the information readily available. They answered the question and gave me what I needed. Also, the wait time on the phone was not horrible.

    I have an '06 car and it was very well maintained according to CarFacts and I knew the local dealer that sold the car originally. Also, I didn't think there would be any problem. You can put money in the bank and when you have car problems, you've got your insurance but the problem is doing that so I thought it would be better to have an extended warranty.

    I was surfing on the web and there was a site that had the most friendly or most dependable and Endurance was close to the bottom of the list. But for whatever reason, I picked them. I filled out something on their web page and within 5 minutes, I got a phone call. I made a joke about it and said, "Well, you guys are starving for business, huh?"     When I purchased my car, I was told that I had a warranty but then I found out that I didn’t have one because the car was over 51,000 miles. I probably would not have gotten a car without a warranty ever or if it was close to being gone, but I already had it and I needed something to make sure that my car was gonna be protected. It’s an amazing car and I wanted to make sure that I was not gonna pay out of pocket because the car is expensive to maintain without the warranty.

    Endurance Auto Warranty stood out online. But the first experience was rough because the first person wasn’t trying to help me. They were just trying to get the money. I was not gonna do it with them and I was going. But then I thought about it. I called back and got with someone else that was able to do an even better job. I think I spoke to a supervisor who was willing to help. At the end of the day, the amount I would be paying was almost $500 a month for a car note and $300 for insurance. So I just needed to do something, figure it out, pay the price and see what they can do. And Endurance did the best. They found me the best rate and my car is still totally covered. Endurance helped me out a lot and I would definitely tell others to call. The customer service was a little shaky at the beginning but it happens. I guess they tried their best but they just couldn’t do it. And overall, the customer service experience has been pretty good.

    I just bought a used 2013 Dodge Journey with only had 85,000 miles on it and with money being kinda short, I didn't want to get stuck with a whole bunch of issues. I called Endurance after I had already bought a warranty and talked to them. And Endurance actually beat the other warranty with time, mileage and payment by quite a bit. The Endurance sales rep was awesome. He talked me through it and told me all of the ins and outs, what was covered, what wasn't covered, and how long it was covered. It ended up being six years, 100,000 miles versus four years, 75,000 miles. And then, after all of it was said and done, I got an extra 25,000 because of making the first two payments right away. And they beat the other provider by over $100,000. So, it came out awesome for me.

    Purchasing from Endurance was really easy. And then, after the sales rep explained everything, he put me over to customer support and we set up the payments. They were really polite and awesome. And then, everything was done. They pull the payments right out of my bank account every month. The sales rep called me back and asked me how things were going because I told him I couldn't use anything on the warranty for the first 30 days and 1000 miles. And I told him I won't put 1000 miles on my car in forever. And he said, "Drive everywhere. Just drive to be driving." And he called me and asked if I've gotten the 1000 miles done yet.     I bought a used Mercedes 2012 and I figured there was no manufacturer's warranty and things off on it. I got a warranty to protect myself because a Mercedes Benz can be kind of expensive if I have problems. I went online and in the top 10 auto warranties, Endurance was number one so I called them. The young man I spoke to did everything. He was friendly and he smiled and he did his job. He said he gave me a senior citizen's discount and a military discount but I didn't believe it. Also, he said my payments would be $187 a month for two years and for the last two years I won't pay anything. But it took me a minute to figure out the part about paying for four years in two years.

    He also wanted to know our credit card number but I didn't realize he it was because it was for me to make my payments on my credit card. It didn't make any kind of sense so I called back. I didn't get the same rep but the person I spoke to said that they would straighten it out and I can make payments through the mail. And I got my envelope in the mail yesterday to start on making monthly payments the 1st of next month. The problem with that is the 1st is not good for me because my check doesn't come in until the 3rd. My wife is a little upset about that. I'm a retired NRC and I would like to make my payment around the 6th or the 7th. But we just have to figure out some way to do it.

    I tell other companies that call me that I already have Endurance and that we'll see how it works. I have to get 30 days and a 1000 miles before I can file a claim though. Hopefully, I won't have to but it's good to have something in case something happens. If something happens, I'm gonna take my car to a Mercedes dealer. Right now, as far as the experience working with the young man that I spoke to, he did okay. I'm satisfied.

    I have purchased a vehicle and I said the next vehicle that I buy, I will make sure to get a warranty because it’s worth it. I liked the thoroughness of Endurance's plan. When I did my actual research, Endurance was listed as one of the top three warranty plans. The coverage, what I would pay for the coverage, and the positive feedback from other Endurance members swayed my decision.

    I was grateful for the fact that I was able to talk to a live person on the weekend. He was probably busy but I was a little taken aback. He was probably on the line with someone else, but he called me back. In a way, initially, I felt blown off. But when he called me back, I was like, “Okay. I get it.” He had somebody on the phone before me. But I still went on ahead and went with the plan.

    However, I was told that I needed to have an oil change done but nothing was told to me. So I took the initiative upon myself to call the 1-800 number to ask where do I fax the findings from the store that I had an oil change. One of the gentleman said he didn’t know but he asked someone and gave me the fax number. But to this day, no one has yet to say that they got my document in oil change so I still don’t know if that has been rectified. Maybe I should do a follow up but I shouldn’t have to if this is the service I’m paying for. But the warranty is still new and I'm satisfied. My first payment was made on the 9th of May and so far, so good.

But when he transferred me over to confirm my payment, I thought the young lady could have been a bit more polite on her customer service skills. I felt a little rushed. She wasn’t really trying to answer any questions that I had. She’s just trying to get the transaction through. Also, I’m required to either have an oil change or an emission test and I would have liked to have known that upfront because my emission was not good and I had just gotten an oil change which is gonna cost me another $300 for them to have that on file.     My warranty expired so I needed to get a new warranty. I shopped around and somebody at the dealership that I trust suggested Endurance so I went with it. However, it wasn’t the best experience. I was told several different things. I felt like I was deceived of the process in the beginning because I was told it would be a 30-day waiting period before my warranty would kick in. And then as the conversation went on, the offer was presented to me like most warranties are 30 days and 1,000 miles or 90-days and 200 miles. I could be paying up to three months but not have no coverage in my vehicle and if something goes wrong with my car within that timeframe, I could incur the expenses of having it fixed and still be paying the monthly fee. The rep then gave me a discounted rate, $133. I was left thinking that I have to wait 30 days.

    So, I went to the quality assurance lady, she verified and said the warranty is 30 days and 1,000 miles. So I have to put 1,000 miles on my car within 30 days for the warranty to kick in. I don’t drive my car very much plus I'm leaving on the 21st to go to Atlanta for work until the 30th. So, I won't be able to put 1,000 miles on my car in order for this warranty to kick in. Also, she was talking to me like I was stupid and I didn’t appreciate that. I was in between a rock and a hard place because I needed a warranty and I wanted to make sure I get coverage. So, I might drive to and from work or travel out of town but the fact that I'm travelling this month, I'm not even going to be here. So, my car is just going to be sitting and I told her that.

    The quality assurance lady said, "You can just do the 60 days or whatever it is, 90 days and 200 miles." But I'm still gonna have to be making a payment for a warranty that I don’t have. I definitely would not recommend Endurance. When I bought my car and I got my warranty, the salesman told me that I could increase the coverage. And when I went to increase it, they said I can only do that at the time of purchase. So the salesman lied to me and then I find myself in this situation. I have a Mercedes Benz so any type of work that I might need done is going to be costly. Bottom line, I got Endurance because I have to have it. Now, I'm under pressure to try to get this 1,000 miles in so that I can have a warranty. I would tell people to shop around because I didn’t.

    The payment with Endurance seemed fair as far as the term of the coverage was four years and it was competitive to other companies I looked at. USAA only offered a two-year for the same price.
