We got a bumper-to-bumper warranty from Endurance. Mercedes is known for having high maintenance costs, so we thought this would be the best way. The overall cost of the warranty was very fair, and it gives us six years of peace of mind. Our rep Jordan was very good. We hadn’t bought the car yet and we were on our way to go look at it, and I told him to call back the next day. He did almost the minute after we told him to call, and the price remained the same from the day before. We explained to him that the car had a year of factory warranty left, and he said, “I’ll just put this out another year.” So, we’re very happy with it.

My car needed a warranty and Endurance rated higher on the internet than other providers. The rep explained the warranty good, including the benefits. I paid it in full, so making payments was easy.

My son used Endurance previously and he was satisfied with them. I was looking for a full coverage warranty as the older warranty I had with BMW was getting ready to expire. I got a new car and Endurance had a better discount for people in the military. I liked their representative a lot. She knew what she was talking about being in the navy too. I call to make the payments and it is very easy. I haven't made the second payment yet because it hasn't been a full month but I would call in again to set it up automatically.

I got an auto warranty and then I found Endurance that seemed to be better all the way around. They took care of their own business and handled their own claims. That was what impressed me. I’m perfectly happy with Endurance and I told a couple other people about them.

An extended coverage for my vehicle is for my peace of mind and I got it with Endurance. I like their pricing and how I would be able to pay for it. Their representative also explained everything well and setting up the payment was easy.

Scott in customer service is very nice. He helped me out a lot. Because of him I will not cancel my policy. He gave me options to help me out. I thank him very much. I can now wait till November and still keep my coverage. This will help me as I look for work.

I asked them if they could bundle everything together and then split the payments up, they told me that they could but when I called them, they told me that they couldn't. That was a bad experience, but it still got taken care of because they were about the same price for my car and my wife's car, so we just turned around and just made one payment on the 15th and one on the 1st. Endurance should make sure that their employees are knowledgeable and just don’t feed us anything so we actually know what we're getting so we're not blindsided when we call in. Getting the policy started wasn't a problem. It was quick but I also felt that it was rushed. But I knew the prices that I wanted for both cars because they were over 100,000, and Endurance beat USAA by $150. I had an easygoing and friendly experience overall.

All the other auto warranty companies seemed to be shady when I spoke to them on the phone. But when I called Endurance, the woman I talked to was direct and she didn’t call me back and hound me to try to do the scare tactic. So, I felt real comfortable with the saleswoman that handled my account. Her name was Pam and she told me what the policy covered as well as the dollar amount. And she didn’t do a high-pressure sales pitch like a lot of the other ones did. I also called her a couple times because I had questions and she was a really great person.

I’m a smart consumer. I researched and found the people that offered the plans that I was looking for. Then I shopped around and ended up signing with Endurance Auto Warranty. Their rep was good enough on the phone to give me the information and have me use their company. They were also accommodating. I’d tell others to look into Endurance.

I wanted full coverage and I’ve found Endurance to have bumper to bumper coverage. And I don’t know much about cars, so I felt that that was a good way to have coverage and the price wasn’t too bad. The Endurance rep explained about the coverage. My initial experience was good.

As far as getting an extended warranty, it is to each his own. However, I wanna be protected and things are expensive to get fixed since one never knows what may happen. My other extended warranty expired and I got Endurance after I saw that it was one of the best when I looked on the internet. The representatives told me what I needed to know as well as told me when my extended warranty would arrive at the house and how to use it. I'm happy with that. Then, I paid off the policy one time. All in all, I would recommend getting a warranty.

Endurance is very positively rated on the online reviews and I had a very good experience with their representative when I got an auto warranty for an older vehicle that I bought. He said that the financial guy was gonna go over that with me and I didn’t remember the decision on payments so I just called back to verify that it was gonna be a direct withdrawal and the guy said if I wanted to change it, I could. I told him to leave it like it is, and it’s all worked out.
