I like knowing that I won’t have to pay out of pocket for any car drama. Where I live, your car is pretty essential. I had to take mine into the shop a while back and Endurance paid everything. I could use my own shop and everything. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

There was a time when I had a powertrain warranty sold through my dealer. I didn't feel that was enough protection so I went searching for an extended auto warranty. I went to ConsumerAffairs.com and thought that Endurance was the top-rated company. It was BBB rated as well. I applied to them online and within a few minutes, I got a call. Thereafter, the sales process went very quickly.

I got Endurance Auto Warranty upon a friend and a dealership's recommendation. Their rep was a little pushy and a little rushed. I had to slow him down. So far, I've made the first payment. I'd recommend Endurance. Since I got recommended from a friend, I'd pass it on too.

I bought a vehicle in September that was coming out of warranty and the dealership offered a warranty package. I went online and that package was pretty much rated the lowest. The money was probably same, maybe a little bit less, but Endurance was rated high on what I've researched it at. Then, the customer service team at Endurance was very pleasant when I've signed up for it. They were very helpful as far as answering the questions I had and helping me sign up.

Our van is an older model and it has 200,000 miles on. There are a lot of auto warranty companies but then a friend of mine said Endurance was good and that they had put in a transmission for him. I figured a warranty was good to have so I went with Endurance. Their rep told me that before I use the warranty, I needed to put 1,000 miles on the vehicle from the date that I bought the policy. He also explained that the policy covered the motor, transmission, rear end, and the four-wheel-drive components. If I get a problem, I can call Endurance, take the vehicle to a licensed mechanic and get it fixed. Thus far, I've had a good experience with them.

The car that I bought was not high mileage, but it has some higher cost repairs and it could be a little bit more finicky, so I wanted to protect myself. I did some research online, found a few competitors, and ultimately went with Endurance. Signing up with them was pretty straightforward. My rep was good. He answered all my questions very well, and he was very transparent. He also anticipated some questions I'd have before I could even ask them. I got all the information I needed very quickly. I've only done online request from other companies, but Endurance was the only one that I actually had a phone conversation with. The sales process was great. I had a very informed representative, got comprehensive coverage, and they were very immediate in getting responses to me. I'd recommend them.

One time, I was looking for an extended auto warranty so I wouldn't have big payments if something happened. Endurance's rep was the first lady who called me. She was nice but then I felt she wasn't letting me know what I was buying. Though making payments for the warranty has been easy, I don't know if I really need it. So, I'm thinking of canceling.

I purchased a high-end car and I wanted to get a warranty for it. I looked at the reviews online and I decided to go with Endurance Auto. The reps I worked with were very knowledgeable but they quoted me an amount of $98 a month extended out to $72. And when I got to the confirmation for it with the gal, she quoted me a different amount. I told her what the correct amount should be and she said she saw the note but she didn’t make the change. So the policy came in with the regular terms, which was fine, but I’m not happy about that. Still, my experience was overall pretty good. I'm gonna go ahead and pay off the warranty and hopefully, I won’t have any issues.

I got an extended warranty from Endurance for a recently purchased used vehicle. Their reps were courteous and knowledgeable, but they were a little pushy. Also, when I gave them the down payment, they set it up as automatic payments and I wasn’t notified of that. I figured it out myself. I don’t like anything automatically coming out of my account, so I had to close out. I got a new debit card as it was the easiest to do that. So from now on, they’re gonna bill me. Other than that, it should be okay.

Endurance's reps answered my questions and told me about their extended auto warranties. However, I had to think about getting their warranty for a little bit because I wasn't pleased with the first warranty that they offered. Still, their rep worked to try and get my business. Even so, I would never want the final payment process on how they make 24 months work. I've read through that contract and there are some caveats in there that I'm not 100% sure that I probably need to ask about. It's a very lengthy contract such that I feel like I'm almost buying a house.
Even so, the service of Endurance sounds great. I've read the customer comments and most of them sound pretty good. It's just that when I deal with something that's hectic, it's always a worry to me that if I take my car to the shop, they would tell me that I didn't read page 13, section 13 and I would tell them that I didn't read that. I would want the contract more simplified and not as lengthy as it is.

My friend who is a lawyer had a couple of used cars, and he said he always went with Endurance. So, I looked into it and it seemed like a good idea. I did a lot of research, and they came in second place in all categories. They had some things better than most. The rep was really knowledgeable too. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them thoroughly with a lot of patience. Overall, he was really good. And it was surprisingly great interacting with their customer service representatives. They were thorough and really helpful. Endurance is a good choice and making the payments for the warranty is super easy. There was also a card that they gave me and to be used if there’s a need to file a claim.

I have a 2011 BMW 328, hardtop convertible so I was concerned about the different parts from that. When I hit the Google for warranty companies with the best customer service, Endurance was in the Top 10, so I called them. The rep was very informative. He told me that I had up to 30 days to decide. However, the warranty purchase didn’t pan to anything because my car is in storage right now until winter's over and I still have to put the 1,000 miles on before I could do anything. So when I called back in, I got a lady and she said, "Well, we don’t wanna lose you, so let me see what I can do." And they gave me an additional 35% off, so it lowered my payments even more. So, I liked it.

We just purchased a 2016 car and the main factory warranty is going to expire shortly. We wanted to have coverage beyond that. I did some research, and people seemed to be very, very pleased with Endurance so I checked them out. They came in about half the price of one of the other companies. There was one that quoted me about $4,000, and I thought “You gotta be kidding me.”
Endurance was cheaper than all of the other ones that I contacted, and very expeditious. They have pleasant telephone service and we didn’t have any troubles at all. The customer service is very good. It was not complicated. They went through the coverage with me and the final cost and I said okay. They asked how do we wanna pay for it. I answered credit card and it took about 15 minutes. We were able to just pay it in one lump sum with the credit card. I would definitely recommend Endurance to somebody else.

He was very thorough and friendly. Making payments for my warranty is very easy. They take it out of my account, which is the way I like it. I have most of all my bills on auto pay. My extended warranty expired. I did some research and Endurance Auto Warranty was number one so I signed up with them. Their rep was very knowledgeable.
Reviewed Nov. 16, 2018
I had a warranty before and I didn’t have that many problems with the car, but the thing is there's always that word "if," so I wanted to get an extended warranty. Endurance was a little bit cheaper than other companies and that was our main reason for choosing them. Also, when I went to the dealership to get my oil changed, I asked them about some of the different companies and how was the work with them. I also asked if Endurance will cover what will go wrong with my car or are they gonna give me 10,000 reasons why they shouldn't pay for it. And they said Endurance is easy to work with. So when I came back and my other one was getting ready to expire, I got Endurance. It was an easy and quick process to purchase the warranty. Since I'm not gonna put a lot of mileage on the car, I got the five years instead of the three and paid in full.
Their rep answered all my questions and took his time to explain things too. I got good vibes when I was talking to him about the warranty and seeing what was covered. I had the same questions for him and he said that Endurance will take care of the problem if it's covered and if I got the maintenance on the vehicle. I always keep my receipts from my oil changes anyway, so it's all good.
Reviewed Nov. 16, 2018
I looked Endurance up as far as some of the more highly rated companies. I do a lot of my own work and they told me for one that I could do my own maintenance and that would be okay, but that I would have to have that first oil change with an ASE-certified tech. But then when I got the policy in the mail, I read different. I was misinformed because in fact I cannot. I need receipts from an ASE-certified tech for all maintenance if I'm gonna submit a claim. Just having the receipts for the purchase of those parts would not have been enough to file a claim. The work needed to be done by a certified technician and me. I called them up, and they did confirm that so I feel like I was just lied to to get the contract.
In the end, though, for an $11,000 car, paying almost $4,000 for a warranty was not worth it so I didn't even keep the warranty for a month. But the customer service reps were pretty good. I felt like once I wanted to cancel that they might put the pressure on, but they were pretty good about it. The first people that wanted to sell the contract maybe just were either misinformed or they lied outright. Endurance is still worth a try. They seemed like they might’ve been a good company.
Reviewed Nov. 15, 2018
When I first signed up with Endurance, I felt very confident in the company. I was also gonna go with their extended warranty because they were cheaper and had the best reputation. I thought that since they were rated number 1, I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. However, when their rep read the disclosure, I had great doubts because something about the disclosure didn’t sound right.
Our car is a KIA and KIA is pretty good about the recalls. They had a recall for the door and the transmission. But the motor failed on us when we only had 15,000 miles on it and my husband was not very happy about that. That was totally unexpected though and we got a brand new motor in it which cost $8,000 for everything. So I was not happy with that first person I talked to at Endurance and it kinda scared me because it didn’t sound like they were gonna cover me for anything. Their rep said that the extended warranty would not cover any known or unknown defects. Maybe I misunderstood him and it was just the wording of the disclosure. But for me, spending money is a scary experience because we’re poor farmers. We had hail twice and we lucked out. We didn’t get our plants planted till July 5th then when we harvested, we just got a normal harvest.
Endurance's reps also didn't sound very friendly. In the end, I called and canceled the warranty with them within one month. I talked to a young man on the phone through the toll free number and he said it was still within the 30 days and that they would cancel it and refund my $100. I then switched to Emerald because they were willing to work with me. They ended up giving me a cheaper deal and extended the time of the warranty for me for four more years. So, they were competitive and matched what Endurance was doing.

I got calls all the time about getting an extended auto warranty and I had been getting the notices in the mail for a year. I never paid any attention, but my momma told me that I need to get one. I also had some minor things I had to get fixed on my car and my dad said that it would be cheaper if I have a warranty. Endurance's price was on my budget, so I purchased from them. I got lucky because I thought it was gonna be more expensive than what it was. I've tried two other ones and one of them was about $500.
Also, customer service was great. I didn’t have to call and stay on the line as I was put through to somebody immediately. I had to call to ask them to take off the direct payment. I set it up online and they sent me a notice in the mail. They got right back to me and took care of it. Overall, it's been a good experience with Endurance.

I called Endurance but the office was closed, so I left a voicemail and their sales guy returned my call. When he called, I told him that it wasn't a good time. He should have respected that and just asked me when would be the good time to call back. But instead, he told me that it was only gonna take five minutes and that he didn't wanna call me back because if he did, they would raise the rate because it would ran through the database more than once. I told him that I was pressed for time, but he told me to hold on and to let him explain things.
The sales guy had some used car salesman tactics. The crazy part is I've done sales my whole life and there's no such thing as selling an item that a customer don’t want. If I had the time, I wouldn't go with Endurance because of the sales guy's business tactics. But I was in such a rush and the warranty was something that I needed, so I just got it. I mainly did that to get him off the phone because I had other stuff going on. If I had to grade that sales guy, I would definitely give him anywhere between a D and a F. He’s a strong D moving towards a F. He needs to take retraining because any time you're selling something that’s needed, you don’t really have to sell it. The product is gonna sell itself. That was the first thing he failed on. All of the super aggressive sale tactics or techniques are not called for. The only thing it's gonna do is run the customer away and make them go somewhere else.

One year into my plan I had a serious issue with my brakes that had to be dealt with right away. Instead of panicking I called Endurance and asked them to walk me through what had to be done. I looked at about 5 warranty companies and the deciding factors for me were the price and the bumper-to-bumper total coverage. When I dealt with Endurance, they seemed to answer my questions and got me a good price. But because I was shopping between different companies, the entire transaction took about three days. They were able to lock in a price for me though, and setting up the payment plan was convenient with the no interest. That made it easy. The deposit was also something low, like 150 bucks. Endurance had good reviews and their rep was easy to deal with. They were also knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of. However, I canceled the warranty after I got the contract. Their wording in it made it appear that a lot of claims would be denied due to what they call “normal wear and tear”. It’s all semantics at that point and I don’t feel like paying upfront for services that may be declined down the road. Compared to the service rep, the contract was not as inclusive as I was comfortable with as far as what they would and wouldn’t cover. Their legal department is obviously putting them in a situation where they would not have to pay out a lot of claims that they label as “normal wear and tear”, which is all up to the individual mechanic or the service rep involved with the claims.

I saw that Endurance has good reviews online and talked to their rep who explained the warranty well. Paying for the warranty was easy but I still didn't get any of my papers that the rep said was gonna come in a week. But I will recommend Endurance and hopefully, when something happens, they will take care of it and will keep it that way.

I purchased an extended warranty from Endurance since the previous one I had was expiring and I didn’t want my car not to be covered. They were offering the same protection, but the cost was cheaper. The rep tried to get me the best rate possible and find out if I'm planning to keep the car, how long I plan to keep the car and whatever the package he was giving me based on that. He made me very comfortable. Payment was real quick and effortless. I just gave them my information and they took the deposit right away. And then in a little over a week, I got the package in the mail explaining everything.

The mileage on my truck made me look into auto warranties. There was also an offer that came through from Dodge. But I did the research online as well. I knew a couple of people who have Endurance and were very pleased with everything. That was a deciding factor for me. I talked to Joe at Endurance and he was very informative and upfront about everything. He gave me all the information I requested and answered all my questions. He also wasn't very pushy about anything. I told them I would probably be in line to drop the ball and make the purchase. Other than that, the purchase experience was smooth. I made the initial payment and everything was seamless. I just got my packet in the mail and setting things up online seems easy as well. It's just automatic payments. If I wanna pay it off early, I can do that too. I like that instead of doing monthly installments, in two years, I can pay it all off and then not have to worry about it again.

We went for Endurance because of their very low monthly payment but it turned out to be more money in the long run, so I’m gonna cancel. My husband and I talked about it, and it’s just really not conducive to how much a repair would be since I have a $100 deductible. There are other policies out there with zero out-of-pocket that are actually less money. But their rep had been helpful, very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. He did his job great. It was very pleasant to talk and deal with them.

Our car had a major problem and it was in the shop. At the time, it was out of the dealer's warranty. So, I decided to apply for an auto warranty. I talked to a very nice young man from Endurance. His name was Michael and he gave me all the information. He also told me that the info would be emailed to me so I'd have a copy on hand before we got the booklet. At the time, I told him my car was in the shop and that I wasn't sure what the mileage was. I told him I thought it was 67,000 and he told me that he was putting it at 68,500.
Thereafter, I got the packet and it was at the mileage he suggested. I called Endurance back a couple of times, talked to a couple of different people, and they assured me it had been changed in their system and they would send me a corrected copy of everything. Overall, the reps at Endurance are exceptional. They're very knowledgeable and polite and they answered every question I had.

Whenever I made a purchase, I always had a warranty 'cause I learned that when I tried to go around protection, that was when things happen. So, it's best if I spend the extra expenses on protection just to be sure. I also had a couple of collisions and both were uninsured and unlicensed motorists and fortunately, I did my part and had insurance. But I didn't wanna pick a bogus warranty or somebody where I would have a lot of problems if I ever had an issue. I went to a provider from the dealer but they didn't have anything to offer so they gave me a list of possibilities and options. I saw that Endurance was with the Better Business Bureau and had good reviews online so I went with that.
I met one specialist but I was still unsure about the coverage I was gonna get so we ended the conversation. He tried to reach to me a couple of times but I was working and couldn't respond. When I finally tried to reach out to him, I couldn't do so directly and I ended up with another specialist. He put me through and gave me all the information I needed to know before I made the decision. Then, I received a letter from them letting me know about my policy and what it included. They also left a customer service number in case I had any problems. I was trying to pay a couple of months in advance but I had a little difficulty with them at first. It took a few weeks but it worked out in the end. I also thank Endurance for following up. That's a good customer service policy for a company and I could now understand why they got high accolades on the reviews and with Better Business.

I purchased a warranty from Endurance on 9/10/2018. I purchased the top warranty they offer, which is bumper to bumper and known as the Platinum Plus plan. Prior to purchasing the warranty (In mid-August), I had taken my vehicle to the local Jeep Dealership for a factory recall. This visit was a couple of weeks prior to purchasing the warranty. During the factory recall repair, the dealer also did an inspection on the vehicle noting no issues, leaks, or problems. The warranty contract begins after a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles from the time of the purchase. In mid-October, well after the 30-day waiting period and 1,700 miles later, I noticed a small oil leak on my garage floor. The droplets of oil did not appear to be engine oil. My garage floor is finished in a white epoxy with a clear coat, meaning it is impossible to miss oil on the ground when it appears.
As soon as I noticed oil, I contacted my local Jeep dealership and scheduled an appointment for service on 10/29/2018. When I arrived at the Jeep dealership, the service manager told me that the oil I was seeing under the vehicle was most likely hydraulic motor mount fluid and said the mounts usually go out on these vehicles between 5-7 years. A short time later (on 10/29/2018) the diagnosis was completed, and it was in-fact the motor mounts leaking. They were not covered as part of the Jeep powertrain warranty, so I provided my Endurance Warranty information to the dealership. Endurance contacted the claims administrator, United Car Care, who stated they would send out an inspector due to the cost of the repair ($1400+). It took two days for the inspector to show up at the dealership, and an additional day before the decision was rendered to deny my claim.
I immediately contacted United Car Care and was told that the condition was “pre-existing” because there were signs of hydraulic fluid on engine components under the mounts. I was also told the engine had “flexed” or measured off by a certain amount which indicated this failure had taken place “over time” and was pre-existing. I protested and noted the vehicle had been in for a full inspection to the dealer just prior to purchasing the warranty and no issues were noted, including no leaks. I also explained that there is no way there was a leak that would go unnoticed as my garage floor is done in white epoxy and the car is parked in the garage.
I asked how they can prove on their end the failure occurred during the “waiting period” and not after. I was told due to the close proximity of the waiting period and the failure, they are calling it a pre-existing condition. The service manager at the dealership told me there is no way to prove an exact failure date and was baffled by the warranty company assuming it is a pre-existing condition, especially when a full vehicle inspection was completed by the dealer shortly before purchasing the warranty.
Motor mounts are a covered component, my vehicle was past the waiting period in both days and miles (by a large number in-fact) and they still denied the claim with NO PROOF that the condition was pre-existing. To add insult to injury, I requested to cancel my account and was told I have to send a letter via US Mail to request a cancellation. They were more than happy to take my money and start my billing over the phone, but now I have to submit a form via US mail while they continue to charge my credit card? NOT GONNA HAPPEN. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The best part about the cancellation, is I requested the form be emailed to me so I could cancel and I was told it could take a while for the form to send over email because it has a large attachment. After I got off the phone with the representative from Endurance I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL. I had to call back a short time later and demand the email be sent to me while I was on the phone. Funny, I instantly received it and the best part, there is NO ATTACHMENT! It’s a simple email you print out, and they claim you must notarize the form to provide the mileage on the vehicle.
I am not wasting my time or money, I provided them with a copy of the receipt from the dealership showing the vehicle’s current mileage. I then tried to call back after putting a copy of this form in the US mail, email and their online support form, and was placed on hold until I finally hung up. I encourage others to USE STRONG caution with this company, do not be fooled by their rating on BBB or anywhere else.

I was lucky in that I got to talk to one of Endurance's officers when I called that Saturday morning. He was there because they had to have computer updates and he walked me through stuff. He told me a number of things that I had not known about the experiences as far as purchasing from someone else other than Ford. I realized that Ford does basically the same thing they do. They just add a little bit more on. He was very informative and I was quite pleased with him. Other than that the people at Endurance were very prompt and knowledgeable, it's also very easy to make payments. I used a credit card. I also realized from the officer I spoke with that when you shop around, brokers would question whether or not there was anything wrong with the vehicle. That would keep them from trying to give you the best price.
I had also read a number of articles and Endurance has a good backup. They have funds available so they appealed to me. In fact, I intend to transfer over two more vehicles to Endurance. The newer vehicles are so technologically advanced that if you break something on it, it’s thousands of dollars in electrical components. I've got an Explorer, a new Mercedes and an ‘18 F-150. With all those vehicles, you have got to have something, a backup past what the manufacturer's warranty has, in order to protect yourself. Insurance on stuff like that is necessary.

They said I would have a gold card because I was a senior so it dropped it down to $2,000-something and $2,200 for my insurance, and that I paid $130 a month for 24 months, which comes out to $3,600. I made the initial payment on the day that I talked to the rep. They took it over the phone. But I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t use the insurance until after 1,000 miles or 30 days. So I asked what was covered and she told me that the exams I did with that engine smoking problem that I had before would be covered because it's well known that that happens. She also said that pretty much everything is covered in my warranty, so everything was okay.
But it bothered me that they didn’t get my monthly payment situation straight. I told the rep I needed the payments to come out on the 28th but she put them in for another date. But all the other ones were around the same price and my 16-year-old child is driving this vehicle, so I needed to make sure that it's safe.
It was me spending $200 or him sitting on the side of 95 and a truck running to him. At 16, you don’t know you got to pull the car off the road and sometimes in the grass to be safe. You also don’t know not to get out and leave the door open. All in all, depending on the circumstances, it'd be worth it to cover yourself with insurance. You never know what's gonna happen because you didn’t have the car from the very beginning and dealers are not running around telling people what's wrong with the car they're selling. They always say that nothing is wrong with it.

We purchased the car with ~39K miles.
A week ago we had the engine light come on and were not able to drive the car into the dealer. The adjuster came out to evaluate our claim and stated that they we don't qualify for coverage because our tires are 10mm wider (275mm vs original 265mm) than tires with which, I assume came from the factory. Wheels and everything else is stock. Original: Factory Tire Size, Front:245/35/19 (ZCP Package) Factory Tire Size, Rear: 265/35/19 (ZCP Package). Ours: Tire Size, Front:255/35/19 Tire Size, Rear: 275/35/19
We found the following excerpt from the policy document: "If any alterations have been made to Your Vehicle or You are using or have used Your Vehicle in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer, including but not limited to: the failure of any custom or add-on part, all frame or suspension modifications, lift kits (unless the appropriate option has been checked on the Application Page and surcharge paid), any tire that is not recommended by the original manufacturer if it creates an odometer/speedometer variance of greater than 4%, trailer hitches. Also not covered are any emissions and/or exhaust systems modifications, engine modifications, transmission modifications, and/or drive axle modifications, which includes any performance modifications."
The variance that our tires create is 1.04% from the original. So well within the specified tolerance of 4%. How we interpret this is that they must prove that our tires are NOT recommended by the original manufacturer; although the another "trim" of our model is sold with the front tires the same width as ours and the back tires an additionally 10mm wider than our back tires. Wanted to post to raise awareness about Endurance Warranty Services LLC (https://www.endurancewarranty.com) unethical business practice and not to fall for their supposed good reviews. After my very expensive warranty from the dealership ran out, I did a quick search and checked some reviews. Most people were satisfied with Endurance but I took it with a grain of salt. I was going to try it and see how it goes. The representative I dealt with was very good. He was very helpful and nice. But I cut him straight to the point, which wasn’t his fault. I'm in retail so I already know this ring-around thing. I just wanted to get this warranty up and going. But he explained that it was a recorded line so he had to keep going, which was fine. I get that.
I had had an extended warranty from another company before on my Audi so I knew the basic coverage. But he explained everything and he sent me off to the site to review it with him. He told me everything that was covered and the things that weren’t covered. He was very friendly about it too. But I'm also an auto mechanic and I wanted specifics. I pretty much wanted my engine components, my all-wheel drive and my transmission covered, and the representative had a little bit of an issue trying to find that. Not every average person is gonna really know though.
He wasn’t very knowledgeable about cars but I don’t blame the guy. And it isn't an issue when you're in sales. Maybe the question I gave him also caught him off-guard. But I found the information in the contract itself and it would have been good if he had gone through the contract a little bit more. There was also this one guy that he sent me to for the purchasing and the disclaimer. They sent me over to somebody else and this guy talked like an auctioneer. It was like, "Wait, wait. I have a question. Can we back up like 20 sentences?" On the other hand, the first representative did bring the steep pricing down some, which is very good.

We also talked about it again to describe who was gonna be using the car most of the time, and I got a discount. He gave me a discount because of what it was gonna be used for. I bought a vehicle that had high miles. It was also towards the end of its warranty so there was not much to transfer. But it’s only a couple years old so I expect to have a few years' use out of it. We’re not a high-mile user so it’s probably the time that will run out before the miles do. But I haven’t bought a used vehicle like this before. I figured that I’d like to have the warranty to help with big-ticket bills because we paid a lot of money for a used vehicle. Also, there was a malfunction with the sliding door and that was what triggered me to get the warranty. That was a pretty expensive estimate for the repair and there was no recourse on that. From what I understand when I first got the policy with Endurance, that’s something that wouldn’t have been covered anyway. But if something like that can break, other things could break. And if it’s something big, like the transmission, then I’d be messed up.
I was really hesitant to do this with any company just because I had heard bad things that it all looks good until you really make the claim. Then they’re not gonna honor it. So I did some online searches in the satisfaction and there is a lot of stuff out there on Endurance. There were their plans’ comments everywhere so it was hard to determine. But as far as I could tell, Endurance has the best customer service. I didn’t really find an unbiased reviewer or one that I could trust though, so I had to take a chance.
I went with the higher plan because the difference in coverage to the price was a little bit better. But I got the higher-end premium. It’s expensive but it’s one of those things that’s on the cost of the vehicle. I was torn on whether I would’ve preferred to do half of the amount for the full four years or to pay it all upfront. But I've made the first payment. The materials look good too.

I purchased a used vehicle from a dealership, and because I actually spent a nice amount of money on it, I wanted to make sure I had some type of warranty to cover any major incidences that may happen. But I also had high mileage. It was over 100,000 miles. I read some reviews that said they liked Endurance because they accepted vehicles with high mileage. That was one of the things that attracted me to them. I spoke with a few other companies as well, but it was more so the representative that I spoke to that sold me to Endurance. He was very informative and nice. He also gave me an opportunity to really review the policy to see if it’s something I would want to go with. He gave me time.
I was very meticulous with my questions because I did buy a used vehicle. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying for something that I didn't know was broken in the vehicle. And the representative was thorough. One of the things that they told me was that if it’s one of the items that are listed on the warranty, it would be covered no matter what. That's even if the issue was pre-existing without my knowledge. So once I had that information, I thought the coverage was good. I was also actually told this by two different representatives. One was telling me to get the purchase but I was also told it after the purchase.
I also had some reservations because there is a 30-day waiting period when you can actually cancel the policy in the event that you don’t want it. My disclaimer was that I was buying the policy based on them telling me that it works this way. So if I would need to cancel it, I would be expecting to get all my money back because it wouldn’t be what they had said. They were really forthcoming in letting me know that I would be able to cancel. So it really seemed foolproof based on the information that I was given.
They also made it sound like submitting a claim would be an extremely simple process to get done. I drove my vehicle to Chicago and back and when I heard a little noise, I called and asked them what I would need to do if there was something that needs to be covered. They said that as along as it was an ASE-certified mechanic, they could call in on Endurance's claims departments, which would give them an approval, then the mechanic would be able to fix my vehicle. As far as the purchase process, the explanation, the benefit itself and the ease of having to use it according to what they were telling me, all that seems great.

I have a very expensive car and I keep a car for 12 years and I’m 76 years old, which means if I keep this car to that point, I probably won’t even be driving. But I don’t want some of the expensive technology that this thing has to go breaking on me and winding up being a major expense. So I’d rather pay for a warranty and be prepared for a major expense, than not have an expense for 6 years and then have an air conditioner go out that winds up costing me what I would've paid for a warranty. So I looked online for the company with the highest rating and ended up using Endurance.
I was looking for bumper to bumper coverage and I was told by the person who sold it to me, that that’s what I got. But then I was disappointed that I couldn’t get an extended warranty to 10 years, and all they would allow me to have was eight years and 100,000 miles. Fortunately, I drive 10,000 miles a year. If I would have found somebody that would have gone to the 10 years, I would have gone with that company. The only thing I didn’t like about the interaction was that they first quoted $3300. I wound up around $2500. I prefer people to be honest with me and not take advantage of me. If I don't have sense enough to negotiate, it would have cost me $800. Other than that, I’m happy with my experience.

My car had about 125,000 miles on it, and I want to keep it. So, I was looking for an auto warranty. A company had called, and then I called around to find out what the top five was, and that company wasn't in the top five. So, I cancelled them and called Endurance. I didn't know there were so many warranty places out there. Once I called them to find out there were so many, I just wanted to be in the top three when I got one, and Endurance happened to be number one. There was a lot of information when I was getting signed up, but everything went okay. Their reps answered all the questions I had on the warranty and what I would have to do. The other company I was looking at was a little bit more higher for the downpayment and the monthly fee. I'm on a payment plan with Endurance. I was told what the initial payment would be to get started, and it would take 30 days. And then, after that, it would be monthly installments.

I've used Endurance Auto Warranty several times and it saved me mega bucks, more than the plan cost me. When I had a claim, I didn't do anything. I just took the vehicle to the dealer where I had it worked on. They looked at my policy and that was all I had to do. I paid the $100 deductible and Endurance paid the rest. It was like having a new car warranty where you just drive it. The only difference is, with Endurance, if the bill is less than $100, you pay all of it. If it's more than $100, you pay the $100 and they pay the remainder. And that's very important when you have a vehicle like they are being made now with a lot of computer stuff. If something is going wrong where it relates to their computer stuff, it may cost $5,000-$6,000 to have something fixed and you only pay $100 as long as you're within the number of years or the number of miles that your contract is for.
I've got another car that I just bought in March which has 38,000 miles on it. Since I had Endurance on another vehicle and I've had good service and I didn’t get any surprises that it's supposed to cover something and it didn’t, I decided to go with them again. My purchasing experience has been great. It was quick and easy. I did a down payment and they will bill my American Express card every month. I'd definitely tell my friends to get Endurance Auto Warranty. At $140 something a month, that's very reasonable.

We were having some difficulties and when they told us where we could go to get the work done, it was three hours away from where we were and there was no local mechanic that they would endorse. So we took it to that place and and the guy started to work. Then they told us that they wouldn't cover the repair. Whenever I talked to their rep, they sold me the bill or the goods on it and he said that they were gonna cover us from stem to stern. But there wasn't much stem or stern covered. At first they had to replace the heads, then there was another problem because the lifters weren't aligning properly, so the mechanic had to start all over again. He had to call the adjuster again, then the adjuster came out, listening and looking at all that foolishness.
The vehicle has been in the shop for three weeks now and we got tired of waiting for the mechanic to get an okay to go ahead and fix the van the way it should have been fixed the first time. We were so disgusted with the company that we had and we decided to look online. I typed in automotive warranties or after market and Endurance came up as one of the best. So, we changed to them and it was easy to get all set up. But they are more expensive than the other one that we had. However, we're in hopes that this warranty will cover better than what we had and so far, our experience with Endurance has been positive and encouraging.

My nephew is a certified Mercedes mechanic and he advised me into acquiring an auto warranty. He has had good transactions with Endurance so he recommended them and I went with his recommendation. Their reps were wonderful and very helpful. I escalated the call from the person I started with to a manager because I wanted to negotiate the price a little more and they were able to do that for me, and I paid it in full upfront. My experience with Endurance was wonderful. I'd tell others to go for Endurance too.

I just retired from work in United Nations and I have not lived nor worked in the United States in 20 years, so I don’t know anything about all these things. When I bought the car, the dealership told me that PWI is the company that they deal with and they were good. They’ve been dealing with them for the past 20 years. I took their word, but when I got home, I looked online and saw that their ratings were horrible and that petrified me. I started looking in at the Better Business Bureau to see which company was considered to be the best and it showed me Endurance. I saw their ratings and I liked it, and what they had to offer. I called and they got me a quote.
The Endurance rep was very good and the offer was much better than PWI. PWI offered me four years or 60,000 miles, but Endurance offered me the same amount of time with 101,000 miles into the time and that’s far better. Also, I got a discount because I’m over age 54 and I am a US vet. Lastly, I liked that you get cards in the mail along with your coverage, you take it to the dealership and everything is done through the uses of the card. I got bumper-to-bumper coverage for my car and I would just take the card, present it, and all of the confirmation of the work starts from there without me having to call around anybody that one had to do with PWI. I like the system. I wrote a letter to the dealership asking them to cancel PWI because I’m taking Endurance now. I’ve recommended Endurance Auto Warranty to friends.

I like the quality of the plan from Endurance. It sounded like a better plan. It was also very informative when the rep explained to me that I have to have my car, a used one, regularly serviced at the dealer. I asked him about servicing it myself and he explained I needed service the first time at a dealer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the requirements that I had to face. I told him I wanted the best one he got. I set up payments and he was very straightforward with the payment plan, which suited my needs, so I accepted it. I got the 5-year, 75,000-mile warranty for my car, and I was pleased.

I had just refinanced my car and I needed to buy an extended warranty. I did an online search, read the reviews and Endurance seemed good so I chose them. When I filled out the forms online and put it in, the return call was instant. The rep was professional and there was no pressure from him. I couldn't commit that day so he called me back exactly at the time that he said he would, and he sent the email with all the information. So far, there is a 60-day wait before you can submit a claim. But I don't really have any need right now and I was buying it as an insurance. Overall, I admire their customer service and I would recommend them.

I bought an older Honda car and I wanted to have some protection on it. I looked online for car warranty companies and Endurance was highly rated with the Better Business Bureau so I went with them. Their reps were good. They helped me. The coverage seemed comprehensive - more of the powertrain, the engine, the components, the air conditioning, power windows, different things. There are a few things though that aren’t covered. Their reps told me a lot of stuff but all I received was a bill. I haven’t even received the policy so I don’t know what’s fully covered. It’s almost two weeks now and that has made me nervous. It’s good car but you still wanna have certificates. Nonetheless, my overall experience was good.

I heard a lot that Endurance was a good company to have. They were rated number five so I got their warranty. Their rep was knowledgeable and he let me know some things I didn’t know. After I signed up with them I talked to a couple of guys and they were good. They answered a lot of my questions. I'll recommend Endurance.

I went online and checked reviews of the different group of people that do auto warranties. The reviews stated how good a company Endurance was and the customer service was good. Endurance looked like it was a pretty recognized company so I went with them. Their rep seemed knowledgeable enough to give me the information I needed. They gave me the quote and everything seemed fine. I purchased their auto warranty and everything went pretty smoothly.

My husband’s car is getting older and we figured that it was gonna start having some problems, and we didn’t wanna have it all out-of-pocket. He had seen Endurance on the website and their rep was the first person that called. What he said made sense and it sounded like a good deal. We got the five years coverage. Our purchasing experience with Endurance was great but the service has been lousy. We were supposed to get a second card for me, which we have not gotten. I’ve called our agent twice and he has not returned my call. I’m very dissatisfied with their response to my phone calls. I looked up on the company on the Better Business Bureau but it's being updated so we couldn't see what their rating was. We should have done that before purchasing.

We bought a 2012 Mercedes GL450 and after a year and a half, the box with gears in it that are attached to the axle went out. I took it to a local Mercedes mechanic and he said that this has been happening in these cars. In every one out of four, this has been failing and they're not making new ones because they're refurbishing now. The only one he could get his hand on was a refurbished one but it was about $5,400 to fix it. So, it was time to get an extended warranty. The sales rep from Endurance that I talked to was very clear, told me lots of the good stuff and what the policy would cover. Buying the warranty was simple and straightforward. I filled out a form online, put in some information about the vehicle and I got a call immediately. I paid the warranty upfront with a credit card. I wish the sales rep went over what was excluded from the policy but I plan on reading it before the rescission deadline which is 30 days.

I usually get an auto warranty when I buy a vehicle but in one case, I did not. I shopped around and Endurance had the better deal at the time. The rep was very helpful and explained what it covered and how much it would be. So far, I have paid one up in advance and it wouldn’t be a problem just to pay for the whole thing.

I looked into having an auto warranty for reassurance and protection in case something happens. Endurance got good rating and was the first one to pop up when I looked on the internet. Their specialists were very professional and friendly and it was very simple to make payments for the warranty as well.
