Since my car is getting older and I have so many miles on it, I might need to get a warranty, just in case. I've had Endurance Auto Warranty for less than a month now. They explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. They've also worked with me to make the payments affordable and it’s pretty easy for me to pay for it.

My warranty was running out and I was looking on the internet. Endurance had a very good rating and when I talked to the guy, he was very friendly and nice. So it was my decision – very simple and easy. Making payments was very easy as well. Everything was perfect and I was really satisfied with the customer service on the phone.

The extended auto warranty on my car had already expired, so we looked into getting one. I got on the internet, checked a few auto warranty companies out, and came upon Endurance Auto Warranty. The first rep that my husband talked to was very rude and not nice at all. My husband couldn’t make his mind up if we could afford an auto warranty right now and he asked the gentleman a bunch of questions. The gentleman was getting impatient with my husband and told him that he had been on the phone with my husband for 55 minutes. The payments were awfully high for us because we’re on a fixed income. My husband asked if there were any senior discounts and the rep said, “No, I’ve given you all the discounts I can.”
Anyhow, we called back a few days later and decided to cancel our warranty. But we got hold of a lady rep and she was very helpful and nice. She checked everything out that the previous rep had done for us and she said that he did not give us any discounts at all. She got our payments down to 63, while with him, these were 98. So, she did very much and changed the whole thing.

Getting an auto warranty is a smart thing to do. I looked on the internet for one and found that Endurance got the best rating. Their customer service was fine. They called and checked up on me. They also made sure everything was okay and everything went smoothly on the payment plan. I'm a new member of the Endurance family and so far, so good. I'm satisfied.

The car had a warranty from the Mercedes company before and it finished. Somebody called me on the phone and I asked how much the warranty was going to be. I gave them the information for the car and they charged me $225. Then, they charged me for the second month again and took $181 from my account. When we bought the warranty for the car, they told me that after 30 days there's no problem with what happens to the car.
There was a problem with the engine and they said that it was a problem that I had before. I told them that the car was good and that there was no problem. They have 1,500 miles in 30 days and I also have an inspection for the car from the New York State. They sent an inspector for the car and he said that the oil mixed with the water. He took a picture and asked how I knew that the car broke before or after I bought the warranty. I told him that they would know by checking the computer. I had the oil changed in November with synthetic oil. I have a report and I have had four oil changes.
I went from here to Virginia and I came back after seven hours. After a couple of days, I heard some noise. They said that it may be because the snow fetched something under the engine and it was no problem. But the noise went on. So, after three days, I went to the mechanic and he told me that I have a problem with the engine and the company didn’t wanna fix my car. I called Endurance and I told them that I have to see another inspector with a computer and they would have the proof that the car didn’t have a problem before. The car is still with the mechanic because I don't wanna drive the car. They have a claim number but Endurance denied it.

Bought Select Premier 60 day/1000 mile warranty. Was told 60 days 1000 miles and oil change within 30 days. Most claims are rarely denied. Far from the truth. They are trained to discredit you in every way then every claim is blamed on pre existing conditions. That’s their gimmick. BUYER BEWARE. They are a SCAM.

I was sick of payments and I wanted to pay my car off and keep it. And somebody had mentioned to me that getting an auto warranty was probably a good idea, which is what I did. I googled Endurance and I couldn’t find any complaints about it. So, I went with that and I thought I was making a good choice doing that. The Endurance rep told me what the warranty covered and they told me how long before I was covered. Any question I asked about what was covered, they either confirmed or said no to it. And it also matched the policy that I got in the mail. So, I felt comfortable. The reps gave me a phone number to call for claims, and they said that the information was on the hard copy of my policy. They told me about how the initial start-up was determined, and they also explained how much my deductible would be. And as far as the claims go, it was just like an overview if a claim was put in.

I previous wrote a Review on Car Shield with their High Pressure Sales Tactic. Well seem Endurance dupes you into a Great coverage policy as I thought they did. They said I qualified for the "GOLD" Plan... Look at their website. NO SUCH PLAN! When I asked for a better coverage plan, aka Bumper to Bumper, I was told my vehicle had over 140,000 miles and only qualified for said Gold Plan... Excuse me, my vehicle is a 2003 PT Cruiser Touring Edition. That's approx. 9500 miles a year... way below the average. BUT it get worse, I had to contact them 3 times to cancel my policy and get a Refund of my Deposit (2 months payments). SHAME ON ENDURANCE.

I take my car to the dealership all the time and I keep up on the maintenance. I even asked them to see if they had an extended warranty other than the one that I've already paid for 'cause I got the 100,000-mile warranty. I wanted something a little bit longer. Endurance sounded like they were being truthful. I looked at their Better Business Bureau, they had a lot of bad reports, and so did other companies. But they made me feel comfortable with going with them and giving my business.
When I talked to the gentleman, I went through all the bases with him about Endurance and how it worked. If it was pre-existing, they wouldn't cover it. If it happened while I had the warranty, they could cover it 100%. I had to pay $190 upfront and then after that, it would be like $89 a month. The total plan is $4,000 something over two years and then he told me that everything is covered under my car like brakes, rotors, and stuff that's all done by wear and tear. Once I got their insurance, I went to the dealership. I had a 100-point inspection done on my car and I paid $130 for it. That way, if I ever have a claim, I have proof that my car has been maintained.
The only thing that is frustrating to me right now is I don't know if my warranty is active or what. They took out $100 out of my account sooner and made it overdraft, and I don’t even know when my payments are meant to be due. I haven't talked to their customer service as I work six days a week and by the time I get off, they're closed. My only day off is Sunday and they don't usually pick up on that day. They also said it would only take two weeks for me to get my cards in, but I haven't even got one yet. From how it's going, I don't know if this company is a scam or a legit business.

When I searched the internet about extended warranties, it popped up three of the top ones, and Endurance Auto Warranty was one of them. I read through each one, and the one that stood out about them is that they have a Better Business Bureau rating. Their rep was also very nice and very informative. He honestly took his time and suggested it would be really good I get certain things. He didn’t really have to sell me because I always buy extended warranty, but he did a great job. He said I had a choice to choose what day I wanted the payments to be, but once he transferred me to another guy, that second guy didn’t ask me about setting up anything.

And then, he called me back and left a message, and I called them back and left him a couple messages, and he didn't call me back. But I found the booklet. It arrived late. The booklet tells me that the warranty covers the motor, transmission, the power windows, the AC, and the seats. So I'm okay. I can recommend Endurance to my brother because I’ve been online and they are good.

The auto warranty for my vehicle expired a long time ago. I considered CarShield but then I didn't get much information that was satisfactory on it. I also didn't get much on Endurance either. I was just looking for one that isn't a scam. I also wanted a warranty coverage in case something goes wrong. The rep was convincing. I just bought it and I don't know how it's gonna be unless I have a need for their services. I had a house with a home warranty and they refused to pay for a legitimate claim, and I was really skeptical about even buying one. I should just save my money every month then I'd have the money to pay for any repairs that might come up. I'm just hoping this is legitimate and I'm not paying for nothing.

So, my son took it in the next morning. They fixed it and he has an extended warranty. I didn’t have one, so that convinced me to get one. Endurance Auto was the first one I called. Purchasing the warranty was easier than I thought, and their representative seemed anxious to help me. And so far, I haven’t had any use for the warranty as of yet. I had the mileage that I needed and the month waiting time. I hope I never have to use it. But the point being is I got it and I feel much better about it.

I'm poor and I have a car that's older and it doesn't have a warranty. And I didn't want to be stuck without help, knowing that I would not be able to afford a tow truck or repairs if that should ever happen. The other one I looked into other than Endurance was more expensive and they didn't have good ratings with the Better Business Bureau and were a little bit too expensive. They rushed me off the phone, unlike Endurance and I didn't really feel comfortable. I've been scammed before, and I really feel as though Endurance is not a scam and it really helps its clients. They go the extra mile to make sure you know they're not a scam and I really appreciated that about the representative.
A lot of these scammers, you can't call the number back or if you do, it's a different number or incorrect number. But the Endurance rep said I could call them back at a certain number just to verify that they were not a scam. The rep was very nice, willing to wait and talk and listen to me. I was looking for a coverage like, if it breaks down, if the transmission or if the electrical system or if anything happens, I would be covered because the car warranty does not have one anymore. It expired. I'm just waiting on my paperwork from Endurance. I would like to have some type of paper proof. I have the online but I didn't see a print option. Nevertheless, I feel much better, more comfortable and happier knowing that I have some protection and the shop will go through Endurance instead on my bank account. I recommend them.

There are things going on with my vehicle and so I thought it would be a good idea to get an auto warranty to help me cover it. I would like a bumper-to-bumper but it would be hard to get that with the older the vehicle and the more miles. It would also be expensive if that was even offered. I did my homework on Endurance. I called across the board and I couldn't afford the payment plans of some companies so that wasn’t working. With the toss-up between the two companies, it ended up that one of them didn’t cover what I thought it did. Then the only company that my dealer heard was Endurance and the dealer said that they're a good one.
The representative was detailed, knowledgeable and honest. He didn’t bash anyone. He just explained and was good at selling it. I am on the 60-day probation right now and I just wish it would be a little shorter, like a month. That would be really nice if in case something happens. Most of the customers have a 30-day. I haven't been able to use Endurance yet but I hope it's gonna prove to be as useful.

I bought a truck that I didn’t know anything about, so I bought aftermarket insurance so if something happened to it, it wouldn’t be so much cost out of me. I could pay a lower monthly fee every month and if something happens, I’m covered. I’ve had Endurance before and when something happened, it was a lot less drama with them than it was other companies that I’ve dealt with.
The AC of my truck went out in it and they had me take it to a shop. They certified that it was bad. It didn’t go out from something that I did, and Endurance fixed it. My sister had an aftermarket insurance with another company and it took her like two months to get them to pay to fix it. But with Endurance it only took me about a week to get them to pay.

Endurance allowed me to do the longest amount of years, which was five. Everyone else only wanted to give me three years, so Endurance made more sense. It also made more sense financially because they offered more at a lesser value.
I had a million questions and I wanted as much information so I could make sure I went with the correct company, and the people I talked to were amazing. They answered all of my questions. However, I have no idea how to set up a payment plan. I gave Endurance my card number, so I'm assuming it was gonna come off my card. I was supposed to set something up online, and the guy was just giving me instructions for it and an email but I never received it. Everything other than that was perfect. I’ve had an auto warranty with Endurance before with my other vehicle. I was happy with their service all the way up to the very last. Each and every time I called in a claim, or really that my dealership called in a claim, they evaluated the situation. They would send an inspector, get it all looked at, and then they would approve it and it would be taken care of. It wasn’t until the very last one when I was not happy with them because they came back and said that they had already paid out more in my vehicle than what my vehicle was worth. Not for that particular claim but that in itself. But again, I needed a policy again for a different vehicle so I went ahead and went with them again.
This time, the second vehicle needed one because it was purchased used. The warranty that the dealership gave us was already expiring so we needed to cover it if we were gonna continue to keep the vehicle. I didn't see anybody else out there that had the same type of coverage so I went with Endurance. The specialist was very helpful and very knowledgeable. My existing warranty with the dealership expired and Endurance administered their own plan. I have 20 years of experience with other policies and they could answer the questions that I was very concerned about. My salesman was helpful. A little pushy, but all salesmen are. The premiums are also high, so I better get coverage. I’m still in the probationary period and until I’ve had to exercise a claim, it’s all smoke and mirrors. If I already own a car, and it’s a CPO that was just serviced by the dealership and got flying colors, I shouldn’t have to wait for coverage. Their premiums are high enough that they can absorb it, but if I don't like it, I can cancel my policy.

When the warranty on my first brand new vehicle expired, I looked at some reviews online through Google and read people that had some nightmare experiences with companies that are less reputable, taking the money and running. People referred me to ConsumerAffairs and I went there because they’re a reputable organization that I felt like if they would refer me to something, it would be at least legitimate. So I went online and ConsumerAffairs matched me with several companies. I reached out to two or three of them online that night. And the next day, Endurance called me.
The sales rep was professional but he was pretty aggressive. He could have taken a little more time to explain some things. I got the impression that it was almost like he figured it was a done deal. If I hadn’t asked several questions, he would have me signed the thing without really thoroughly going through what I was getting and what it was gonna cost me. It came across almost like an old-fashioned used car dealer, and if we have been in a physical location together, I probably would have walked out.
I had read reviews from ConsumerAffairs about the warranty and packaging from Endurance, and overall, they seemed to be reputable. And I knew that once I purchased the warranty, I wasn’t dealing with the sales rep. So I felt comfortable in knowing that I could go ahead and just move passed this particular experience and be pleased with what I think would be a decent service for me. Based on the reviews that I read and the conversations that I had with the Endurance Auto Warranty reps, I've felt the most comfortable with them and so I went with them. I did my shopping and Endurance gave me the best rates and the most coverage. The rep that I dealt with walked me through the whole process, and he got it done. I write checks every month for the payment and I'm okay with this set up. The only thing that I didn't like was the strategy where I have to give $250 to start off so they could send me the brochure. It turns the buyers off if Endurance tells them that they can give this sweet deal but they have to act right now. But overall, Endurance was really friendly and hassle-free. Nothing was pushed to like we should go with them. The rates were reasonable. It was a little bit higher, but I talked to somebody and they got it down a few hundred dollars that made me wanna stay. Let’s go with it.” Patricia was informative. She let me know what was going on. I told her what I wanted and she told me the plan for me. She told me about what they cover for and that she was gonna send me an email where I could open it up and show my mechanic and make sure that it was what I really wanted. They sent out one log in and password and as I was doing a payment today, it was a bit confusing figuring out which password. The actual company that does the payments is a different company so that was a little confusing at first, but I had the paperwork for it. The only thing I don't like about companies like that is they have to pass you off to somebody else. So the person you're calling isn't helping you out. They're just cold callers and then pass you off to somebody that locks in. My dad has a 2005 Suburban that he adores but he hardly takes it out. He’s on a fixed income and I was thinking on what to get him for Christmas. I thought an auto warranty would be good for him to have better than a sweater because he doesn’t use any of them. The initial person from Endurance that I talked to was fine. But the second person scared me a bit. He said, “Is there anything wrong with the car?” And I said, “No.” And he said, “Because if there’s something wrong, when they hook it up, the electronic thing will tell us the date it happened.” I didn’t know if there was something wrong but there was nothing wrong that’s showing. So, I almost cancelled the purchase. I asked a friend of mine to look over the car real good and he said that the SUV is in great shape. I almost backed out because I almost felt like they thought I was trying to get something over.

My dealer kept calling to try and get the claim approved and they would keep them on hold for over a half hour every time to then transfer them to someone else who kept them on hold just as long. I currently had a loaner car from the dealer who then stated I had to return loaner since Endurance was avoiding approving the claim for over 3 weeks. That same day I went home from work and google them, I found out from other on the internet that they never agree to pay out, always blame it on wear and tear. They're running a scam on wear and tear, that would cover anything on your car as wear and tear!

I waited an hour later and the dealer manager called me back and told me Endurance had denied my claim because the clutch on my transmission wore out and that's not cover under warranty. I talked to my Service Manager at Chevy, he told me that's the game they plays not to cover you, he said 9 out of 10 other warranty companies will cover it. Service Manager told me it was the transmission solenoid that went bad causing the clutch to wore out but that's how they get you, because you can't proof it, so it wear and tear not the solenoid going bad.
I called Endurance have them explain to me why they denied to pay for my transmission, they told me that I should have read my contract, it says wear and tear are not cover, they told me my transmission was a precondition problem that was going to fail sooner or later, I told him that's why I bought the extended warranty, because how do I know what's about to break inside my transmission or my engine. He just told me I should have read my contract, it says wear and tear are not cover, ** that everything on your car my friends! ** told him I wanna cancel my warranty, he asked me why? I told him why not, you guys don't pay for anything! He offer to give me a discount, are you kidding me?

Do not... I repeat... Do not purchase a contract from this company. They will twist and contort the contract language to deny rightfully covered parts. I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a water pump that needs to be replaced. The water pump is a specifically covered part under the contract. The rep informed me that the claim is not covered because the water pump was damaged by a leaking seal/gasket. Select premier coverage states that it covers the "water pump," and there are no exclusions listed with the water pump (by contrast, there are exclusions listed with other parts such as the housing and engine block). The rep pointed to the section of the contract stating "Seals and gaskets are covered only in conjunction with a covered component repair. Leaking and/or failed seals and gaskets are not covered as stand alone seals or gaskets."
The contract says nothing about a situation where a leaking seal or gasket causes damage to a water pump, and the section that the rep relied on only refers to the replacement of seals and gaskets, not covered components. Despite pointing this out, I got nowhere. The water pump is a covered part that does not have any limitations or exclusions listed in its coverage as to how it comes to be damaged. Despite this, Endurance refuses to abide by its own contract language and replace a covered part. It is inexcusable, it is bad faith, and it is fraud.

I purchased my warranty with Endurance around a year and a half ago. I purchased it when I purchased my 2004 Ford F-150. The gears in the differential failed causing extensive damage internally the entire rear axle needed to be rebuilt. I purchased the truck WITH a lift kit on it from a well known, reputable dealership. Endurance contacted me today telling me that my complete warranty is null and void due to the fact the truck has a lift kit on it. I purchased the truck with the lift kit already installed.
I have mechanical experience and have never heard of a lift causing the rear differential to fall apart internally. I did not pay $2407 for my warranty to be voided because of the way I purchased the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle and warranty at the same time. Only to have Endurance tell me they will not honor the warranty I bought from them. I would not recommend Endurance to anybody, and will be attempting to receive a full refund while I rebuild my axle.

In December 2018 the transmission failed suddenly while warming the vehicle a 2006 Chevy 4x4 Trailblazer in front of my home. I immediately called Endurance. They sent a tow truck. It was towed to the repair shop. The licensed mechanic at the shop ascertained the transmission had failed. Endurance sent an inspector about a week later. His summary was the transmission had indeed failed.
Two weeks later, a second inspector was sent to the shop. Endurance requested that the transmission be dismantled for a more thorough inspection. His inspection stated worn/damaged internal parts exacerbated from the failure of bushings from wear. The inspectors are on Endurances payroll. One can question their independence. All mechanical parts are subject to wear each time they move Thus the reason to purchase an extended service contract from a reputable source. Endurance logic for denying my claim contradicts what they purport to sell, service or honour. BUYER BEWARE.

AFTER BEING SOLD ON AN UPGRADED WARRANTY THAT DIDN'T cover my transmission I feel I've been scammed by what is suppose to be a reputable company. Purchased the warranty after starting new job out of town for a peace of mind to avoid costly repairs. Several months later my car started acting up and got it towed to a shop. Then had to rent a car. After not hearing from Endurance for some time I called and they said an inspector was coming out.
After inspector came out I had to authorize a teardown of the transmission because he wanted to see if the fluid was low because if so it was not covered. (Looking for a reason to deny my claim) after seeing that's not the case. He was sent out a 2nd time (which the mechanic said in his 30 plus years he has never seen done.) Coming out the 2nd time he said the particular part that the transmission fluid went through was not covered and the claim is denied. This part is not included in the exclusion items. So after paying for a warranty (and still paying) I have tow bills, teardown cost, rental car fees, and now a transmission bill. So you tell me how that's a good deal. So the route I'm forced to take at this point is BBB, Consumer Affairs, and litigation!!!

I have an older car and I was within the mileage parameters, so I thought it might be a good idea to look into a warranty. I went online, checked it out, and left some contact information. Then, several people called me, and Endurance was one of them. I looked them up online to see what the results or the reports were on them, and they seem to be okay, as far as warranty companies go.
Although upon reading the policy that I have here, there are a lot of exclusions. I’ve also been told I can use any mechanic, but that was not true. The policy doesn’t come into effect for 30 days. When I first talked with the person about getting the warranty, and he said that they had to be certified, in the conversation, in the email. And then, I called back and I said, “But what is ASE mean?” They said it is some kind of certification that you have to have in order for Endurance to honor all the claims if you went through any kind of a repair shop or mechanic.
So, I went online. I could not find any that was ASE-certified in Gastonia. So, I went ahead and I called back, and they told me that AAMCO was, and also, Bridgestone, in the Gastonia area, which is where I live. So, I spoke to those folks. But, then, when I got my brochure with the card which had my name wrong, it had Eve instead of Yvonne, even though it was going through a credit card which would have Yvonne on it. I don’t know if it will be rejected or not, so I asked them to correct that, just probably about 30 minutes ago.
I don’t think there was full disclosure. The fact that the ASE designation was almost in passing, and then, it doesn’t state that in that booklet, to me, that is withholding a material fact. It would depend on the service that I got when I had to use it. I have no issue to use it right now. I think it takes 30 days before it goes into effect, which would be February 19th or 20th. Hopefully, I don’t need to use it then.

So into my policy making payments my door broke the latch on the door. I called Endurance to make sure it was covered. They told me yes so I took it to the Honda dealer. Mind you this is apart of the power train and sitting on the transmission.
The torque Converter caused my transmission to fail and they denied my claim even though my transmission is covered. Why offer a service knowing that if this part will cause damage to a covered part you will not cover it? Leaving me with a huge bill. I purchased an extended warranty with Endurance in 2016. My truck had 157,000 miles at the time and actually ended up needing some work done on the engine at around 165,000 miles. The mechanic called for verification and had no issues at all, not once but twice. Each time was followed through with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend for anyone, hands down.

I'm hitting 148,000 on my car. I'm the second owner and when I got it at Complex, it still had a transmission and engine warranty. But then, the dealership said that it only had 9,000 miles left. I wanted to at least keep the vehicle covered because I drive it a lot around the city back and forth from work. When I talked to the Ford dealer, I asked them about the warranty place and they said they wouldn't take AutoGuard or CarShield as they said those companies don't pay right. I went through Endurance's warranty and set it up. I had to do my investigation with my mechanic in Ford to make sure. He told me that Endurance didn't seem to bad.
However, this employee was moving too fast and I wasn't happy with him. Still, somebody called me back and they said they would get the warranty straight. Even so, the guy jacked up my odometer reader and had everything really off. I knew he was trying to make a sale but Endurance already has a good name so he didn't have to pressure me. They're already with the VMA so their name is where they've been looked at thoroughly.
The first guy thought I had 48,000 miles and I don't know how he missed when I said 148,000 a couple of times. I was asking him "ain't all calls recorded" and he was getting smart on me back and forth via email. I told him that his professionalism is not on point and that he made me very skeptical. I then said I told him twice that I had 148,000 miles and that I thought he was moving too fast. The second person whom I spoke with made me comfortable and he tried to clean it up. But then, he didn't know what the first guy offered me so he was a little off. I then had to go through a third person but I still had a downpayment problem as what their guy initially told me had gone up. The third person tried to get this taken care of.
The second and third person both did their best for me. They tried to figure out what was going on and did not try to move too fast and tried to accommodate me. Thereafter, I had Benny's Automotive and Capital City Ford look at the contract with Endurance for me and the manager highlighted that I should make sure that my fluids are changed and that I keep up on the maintenance of the car.

I called to purchase a gold plan through Endurance for three years then the guy had me set up at the last minute. He said he could only do two years and it was more money. I have a 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML 350. I took it to Mercedes-Benz for a few issues only to find out the policy online and the coverage changed from purchase point. Basically this company did a bait and switch without my knowledge. I have called a number of times only to deal with unprofessional staff. Yesterday I called and the guy said, "I see a problem. Let me work on this and call you back." No phone call. If you read this and have been a victim of fraud by this company call me. I will be putting together a class action lawsuit against them.

My car developed an issue with the drive shaft, I reviewed my contract & happily discovered it was covered. But when my mechanic called they said it was caused by normal wear & tear on the bearings in an attached part. Mind you the attached part CANNOT be purchased, repaired or replaced alone it's a part of the drive shaft! It renders the drive shaft inoperable! They created a loophole to not have to replace my driveshaft, so my option is to pay for it myself or keep driving with a faulty drive shaft until it destroys related parts. I've paid faithfully for 2 years only to have them screw me on my first claim! I highly recommend you steer clear of these scam artists!

After I have been paying into Endurance my car had started acting up. The engine light came on. Started cutting off and smoking from the muffler. So I was told I could take it to Dodge and as I did the mechanic found the problem and Endurance had them still break down the engine, then when the adjuster came out the claim was denied because even though the cylinder head is a covered part and what caused the engine to messed up. Because the Value seat dropped and it isn't a covered part my claim was not approved which I think is unfair because if a engine needs to be replaced and covered part is damaged then it should be covered no matter what. So they pick at anything to find a reason to deny claims and don't stand behind their contacts.

With most of the expenses nowadays, I want to be covered in case something happens. Now, GM has cut down quite a bit on the warranty. To alleviate any unforeseen problems, I thought I'd get an extended one. I did a lot of research on other companies but then I liked the way Endurance had its policy online where I could look at a sample, read through it and not rush. Also, I went to ConsumerAffairs and Better Business Bureau and Endurance either came up number one or number two. CARCHEX was close, but they were very pushy while I didn't feel Endurance pushed me at anything.
I called about Endurance's warranty and then tried to decide. I was very pleased with the response I got from the company as well as the information I got from them. The actual representative that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and her follow up was very good. It made me feel lile that was the direction I was looking to go into. As far as the warranty, the extent of what was covered is what was appealing, and there was some type of deal where it was almost 0% interest depending on how much money was initially put down. I would recommend them. But I ended up not doing anything with Endurance because I ended up buying a new car as opposed to keeping the previous vehicle and just adding a warranty.

I paid $1,475.00 for the 7-year protection plan. I filed a claim for a 2"x4" paint scratch and a stone damage on the wheel rim in 2018. My claim was declined. The explanation was that a scratch is not a dent. The protection plan covers dent repair only. About the rim, I was told that it was irreparable because of the plastic coating on the alloy. According to the brochure, a replacement of the wheel is provided if it becomes unserviceable. But TITAN said the damage was not bad enough to qualify for a replacement! It is the most disappointing and dissatisfying experience dealing with Endurance, the company that provides the TITAN VEHICLE PROTECTION PLAN.

Several reviews below speak glowingly about how easy it is to get signed up and start paying for coverage. However, when it is time for Endurance to perform as promised, don't hold your breath! Throughout the last two weeks, I have spoken on the phone with several individuals who claim that they are "Customer Service Reps", or "Account Managers" with Endurance, but not a single one of them has followed through with anything they said they would do.
I finally had to come to the realization that this company does not care about anything other than getting access to credit card accounts so they can start taking money. I bought this policy without seeing the details of the contract. I did so trusting that once I got the documents, I would be able to study them and cancel with a return of my down payment, if I were to determined that the terms to had been over-sold during the phone call. Once I made such a determination, I called and made it clear that I wanted to cancel. That is when they began a program of lies and deception. I have been treated with complete disrespect, and they have now begun to act as there is something wrong with me, because I'm not happy with their endless delay tactics.
Every time, I get shuffled to someone else who says they "will help me", or they "are battling for me" (or similar), and that just ends in frustration and more delay. My phone messages are not returned. When I do get through to speak with someone, I'm promised that I will hear from them by a certain time. However, and, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, they have not come through as promised in even one small way.
All day yesterday, I was assured they were working on a "satisfactory resolution", and that it would finally be presented to me by the end of their business day. But, of course that deadline passed without action. I finally heard from someone who claimed to be working on my case, "after-hours, on his own time", and that by 10AM this morning, he would definitely call me.
But, of course 10AM today came and went without a call, so I began to call the "direct line" that they had given me to that department. No one EVER answered ANY of those calls. Eventually, very close to their closing time, I decided to try calling the main phone number, to get someone to walk over there to get someone's attention, he just laughed at me. (And remember, I have been trying to deal with the department who claims to be responsible for taking care of Customer Service.)
I guess by now I should expect Endurance employees to just laugh as if I'm just another in their long list of dumb sucker victims. Roughly 48 hours ago, I dug deeper into the reviews posted online by other customers. I found plenty of reason to be concerned. SO, that is when I ramped up my efforts to cancel and get my money back. I would think that ENDURANCE would at least have some interest in having me go away with the partial satisfaction of getting my money back. If you are thinking of doing business with Endurance, I suggest that you instead consider simply flushing your cash down the toilet. The result would be the same, except way less time consuming.

This past weekend, I went to the beach with my family and the 'check engine' light came on in one of my cars. So I took it to the shop. They went through the whole vehicle and quoted me for about $1,500 worth of work. I gave them my warranty information then the warranty came back and said that none of the things that I needed to fix in my vehicle was covered. Endurance sounded like one of the best out there and I liked their consumer ratings as well as some other things, so I decided to go with them. When I was purchasing the plan, their reps were very informative and they knew about what they offered. They explained what was covered very well in detail and told me that I had 30 days to make a decision if I wanted it to keep the warranty or not, then I could get a refund. Also, they weren't forceful and they said that if I wanted to go and compare them with others, I could call them back.
Overall, Endurance did a good job, The payment plan was very reasonable, too, for the amount of dollars. As to what the warranty was covering, compared to other companies, it was a good price. They took my payment information but when I asked them to switch it to another car, where the initial payment was about to come out, that didn't get handled properly. But I got it corrected later. Based on my experience, Endurance is a good company and I'd recommend them.

My car hasn't been that reliable. Someone told me to go online and search for a good auto warranty company and I came across Endurance. Speaking to their rep was a good experience. He explained everything down to the point and asked me questions. However, he was a little pushy about making me buy the warranty without me receiving and documentation to read. I didn't feel comfortable with that. So, it took me a couple of phone calls before I decided to make a purchase.
When I purchased the warranty, the rep took payment over the phone but I didn't get any documentation until a month later. I forgot about it and a couple of weeks into having the warranty, I remembered that I made a payment for 100 something bucks and I hadn't received anything. So, I thought the transaction might have been something shady and that I was not dealing with a real company. Nevertheless, it finally came in the mail and making payments for the warranty has been pretty easy since.

My warranty was up and I needed a new warranty. I did some research and from what I was seeing, Endurance was one of the most recommended warranties. Their rep was good and helpful in getting set up. He also helped me get a better discount on the warranty. The payment process is good and easy ‘cause I don’t have to really go in the site because payment from my account goes in straight monthly. Overall, the process of getting the Endurance warranty is simple and doesn’t take long.

I wanna be protected and have peace of mind, and Endurance had the highest rating then among the auto warranty providers so I went with them. My purchasing experience was great. The frontend process was very good. However, everything after the initial sale was absolutely horrendous. After they charged the credit card, they just disappeared. They didn’t respond to my calls or emails, and they have very limited hours. They were not there when they said they would be and if I have any questions, they were not available. Also, there was an extremely long hold time. In fact, I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of someone. And then they said, “You’d have to wait another 20 minutes because you were connected to the wrong department and. We can’t help you.” My level of dissatisfaction is at the highest. It’s been an extremely negative experience overall, but it has the potential to improve for others.

My warranty expired and there was some maintenance on my car and I thought it was a good idea to get an extended warranty. I found god reviews related to Endurance and I also had a good experience with their rep. He was very concerned and explained me the benefits. Also, making the payments was not difficult. I would recommend them.
