Endurance had the best website. I read the stuff and everything was legit so I chose them. When I bought the warranty, the experience with the rep was perfect and it was a smooth transition. He talked me to it and he was patient. I paid for the warranty online which was very easy. I gave the guy my credit information. The customer service was great and Endurance is doing a great job.

So far my experience with Endurance has been horrible... I'd give them 0 stars if I could... nothing but the run around for a claim made in July. It's now the end of October the dealership has faxed and emailed them numerous time and I've been there each time to be told they never got it and I emailed him and called him with no response. That's been total flat out lies from 2 representatives from Endurance and one of them was really outright rude... I would never recommend this company to anybody... you call get stuck on hold for 45 min to an hour every time you can't get to a supervisor... run around run around and it's supposed to be covered... today I had to rent a car for another day why? Repairs that were authorized no payment was made so I couldn't get my truck again. Last time I had to pay the full bill and still getting the run around to be reimbursed since July. It's now mid-October and nothing still.

The auto warranty I had before expired and Endurance's package deal seemed like it would go along very well with my needs. The representative I dealt with was outstanding in terms of the way he conveyed the information. He made it quite simple. It was real straightforward and plain. The payment plan was also based on my needs as a customer. They set it up based on how my income was flowing and that was pretty neat. All in all, it was a great experience.

My vehicle is getting older and I got an auto warranty from Endurance after I looked them online and I saw and read reviews. I signed up online and one of their reps called me to set everything up. The experience was fine and the rep did a good job. One of the links that was popping up wasn't the correct link when I googled it. So, I had to go through another way to find the correct link to get to their website. Even so, everything was good and making the payment for the purchase was spot on and easy. Also, friends and family did a purchase 'cause they have vehicles that are old and big and that they plan on keeping.

In my Google search, all the consumer websites said that Endurance is the most reliable. I had to get some protection for my cars that are getting a little older and their representative was very knowledgeable. We had a great interaction and there was also no hassle in paying for the purchase. I was also told that there'll be no interaction with me at all in the claims process as the mechanic would be calling them and they would work it out.

My other warranty was expiring. I had Endurance before and although some other warranty company was trying to get me to go their route by saying they're gonna save me $500, I stuck with Endurance. When I went in there, I wanted window, electrical and bumper-to-bumper coverage and they were able to meet those. Their rep was also good. The payments were easy to make and they do it autodraft. Having an Endurance warranty is good. If I have anything that I think is under warranty, then I can go to the dealership and they'll call Endurance to make sure it’s under warranty before doing any work.

I talked to a saleswoman who really knew her stuff. Before buying, she basically told me that there are no guarantees when it comes to warranties, but it’s something that really comes in handy when your car is on its last legs. I took her at her word, because my car has always been a little bit unpredictable. A few months later, I’m stranded on the shoulder of a busy highway wondering how to get myself back to safety. I called their roadside assistance number, they were there in 20 minutes. Seriously, that’s crazy. I’ve had AAA show up an hour after the call. And this is in L.A. Pretty incredible. Ever since, I’ve had my car in and out of the shop but it looks like it’s going to be okay, with the help of Endurance and a new engine. I’m glad I went with my gut reaction and got this plan, otherwise I would really have messed myself up.

I wanted an extended auto warranty for my used car and Endurance was the first one that came up. The Endurance specialist I had was good. I do auto payments to them and it wasn't hard at all. There are also instructions in their guide on how to make claims in which you have to take your car to an authorized dealer and then make sure the dealer or you call Endurance to see if the issue is covered.

My car was coming out of warranty shortly so I did research and online reviews of warranty providers. A lot of the online recommendations have Endurance as one of the top recommended. I put in an offer online and their rep called me. It was a straightforward interaction. He read from off the screen and he was gave me the standard inclusions of the warranty. The payment plan was fine but I had to put a bigger down payment in order to get a bigger discount. It was fine and I didn't mind as long as I was getting a discount. Normally, they break the payment up in 24 equal payments, but they took a $500 deposit and then they broke it down into 24 months and I was able to get $200 off. Then I had to call in the following day for the exact mileage on the vehicle. As far I know, we're running now but I have yet to hear from anybody since I ordered the service. Also, I already got my card and the brochure in the mail.

I enjoyed the vehicle I had and the warranty was close to expiry so I looked into it. The company I talked to a week prior was more than $300 more for the same time period and Endurance had a very good price point. The sales guy gave me a good explanation which didn’t take 10 minutes. The reps were courteous and very good with answering the questions. They were very patient and somebody I would like to talk to. I came across a very good sense of what they were doing. I made the payments online and so far, the customer service has been good. I’m very happy with it.
People should go to the website and take a look at it. They should read the information that is available and make a good decision for themselves. There are a lot of companies doing this out there now so they should look at the numbers and look at what it’s gonna cost them. I talked about Endurance with the guys that I worked with and I’ve been saying the names to a few different people. I hope this good relationship with Endurance continues.

I made the payment online and I didn't have any help with it anymore. It was easy as well as way more affordable than the previous one I had. Get a warranty from Endurance as soon as possible and get one for your mom, too. I got mine when I bought a new Mercedes. It's an older model but it's in really great condition and has really good mileage for the year. I absolutely love the car and I decided to get an auto warranty on it. But everywhere that I was talking to wanted me to give them $5,000 right then for the insurance and after dealing with that, I ended up going online. I found Endurance and I called them.
They explained to me how much it would be and I was really comfortable with the price. I had to make a one time payment of $247 then it was $104 a month, which they automatically take from my account, and I'm covered for the next four years. But the guys that were trying to charge me for 5,000 was offering only a one-year warranty. And with Endurance, if I sell the car, then I can still extend the warranty onto the next person that gets it. It was a good and simple deal. So after calling three companies, Endurance made the most sense for what I needed and they were the most affordable for what I needed. So I went with them. When I was getting set up, the rep I dealt with was really patient. We kept missing each other, so he called me back and left a voicemail. He even gave me his personal number to call when I got to the office, so he was easy to deal with. And when I submitted a claim, my experience with them was awesome.

The auto warranty that we got from Endurance is on my vehicle. My factory warranty was getting close to being done with, so we wanted to get warranty on the car for protection. We shopped around for auto warranty companies, then my husband found Endurance online. My husband mainly talked to the lady rep and I talked to her a little too. She was very nice and informative, and that was good. In making payments for purchasing the extended warranty, it was hard to part with the money but that was okay. If something happens to our vehicle, we have to go to the garage of a certified dealer. The serviceman would take care of the repair and we would have a $100 deductible. Pretty much everything is covered by the warranty, except for the oil changes, tires and brakes. Everybody says the warranty of Endurance is wonderful.

I purchased a used vehicle from a dealership, and because I actually spent a nice amount of money on it, I wanted to make sure I had some type of warranty to cover any major incidences that may happen. But I also had high mileage. It was over 100,000 miles. I read some reviews that said they liked Endurance because they accepted vehicles with high mileage. That was one of the things that attracted me to them. I spoke with a few other companies as well, but it was more so the representative that I spoke to that sold me to Endurance. He was very informative and nice. He also gave me an opportunity to really review the policy to see if it’s something I would want to go with. He gave me time.
I was very meticulous with my questions because I did buy a used vehicle. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying for something that I didn't know was broken in the vehicle. And the representative was thorough. One of the things that they told me was that if it’s one of the items that are listed on the warranty, it would be covered no matter what. That's even if the issue was pre-existing without my knowledge. So once I had that information, I thought the coverage was good. I was also actually told this by two different representatives. One was telling me to get the purchase but I was also told it after the purchase.
I also had some reservations because there is a 30-day waiting period when you can actually cancel the policy in the event that you don’t want it. My disclaimer was that I was buying the policy based on them telling me that it works this way. So if I would need to cancel it, I would be expecting to get all my money back because it wouldn’t be what they had said. They were really forthcoming in letting me know that I would be able to cancel. So it really seemed foolproof based on the information that I was given.
They also made it sound like submitting a claim would be an extremely simple process to get done. I drove my vehicle to Chicago and back and when I heard a little noise, I called and asked them what I would need to do if there was something that needs to be covered. They said that as along as it was an ASE-certified mechanic, they could call in on Endurance's claims departments, which would give them an approval, then the mechanic would be able to fix my vehicle. As far as the purchase process, the explanation, the benefit itself and the ease of having to use it according to what they were telling me, all that seems great.

I have a very expensive car and I keep a car for 12 years and I’m 76 years old, which means if I keep this car to that point, I probably won’t even be driving. But I don’t want some of the expensive technology that this thing has to go breaking on me and winding up being a major expense. So I’d rather pay for a warranty and be prepared for a major expense, than not have an expense for 6 years and then have an air conditioner go out that winds up costing me what I would've paid for a warranty. So I looked online for the company with the highest rating and ended up using Endurance.
I was looking for bumper to bumper coverage and I was told by the person who sold it to me, that that’s what I got. But then I was disappointed that I couldn’t get an extended warranty to 10 years, and all they would allow me to have was eight years and 100,000 miles. Fortunately, I drive 10,000 miles a year. If I would have found somebody that would have gone to the 10 years, I would have gone with that company. The only thing I didn’t like about the interaction was that they first quoted $3300. I wound up around $2500. I prefer people to be honest with me and not take advantage of me. If I don't have sense enough to negotiate, it would have cost me $800. Other than that, I’m happy with my experience.

I've used Endurance Auto Warranty several times and it saved me mega bucks, more than the plan cost me. When I had a claim, I didn't do anything. I just took the vehicle to the dealer where I had it worked on. They looked at my policy and that was all I had to do. I paid the $100 deductible and Endurance paid the rest. It was like having a new car warranty where you just drive it. The only difference is, with Endurance, if the bill is less than $100, you pay all of it. If it's more than $100, you pay the $100 and they pay the remainder. And that's very important when you have a vehicle like they are being made now with a lot of computer stuff. If something is going wrong where it relates to their computer stuff, it may cost $5,000-$6,000 to have something fixed and you only pay $100 as long as you're within the number of years or the number of miles that your contract is for.
I've got another car that I just bought in March which has 38,000 miles on it. Since I had Endurance on another vehicle and I've had good service and I didn’t get any surprises that it's supposed to cover something and it didn’t, I decided to go with them again. My purchasing experience has been great. It was quick and easy. I did a down payment and they will bill my American Express card every month. I'd definitely tell my friends to get Endurance Auto Warranty. At $140 something a month, that's very reasonable.

I didn't know there were so many warranty places out there. Once I called them to find out there were so many, I just wanted to be in the top three when I got one, and Endurance happened to be number one. There was a lot of information when I was getting signed up, but everything went okay. Their reps answered all the questions I had on the warranty and what I would have to do. The other company I was looking at was a little bit more higher for the downpayment and the monthly fee. I'm on a payment plan with Endurance. Their price appeared lower than all the other places and they offered almost the same things as the people that I had. Just call me back later,” so she did. When she called me back, she told me about the 60 days and I said, “Look, by the time the 60 days is up, my other warranty is gonna be expired.” So we went ahead and did it. We were having some difficulties and when they told us where we could go to get the work done, it was three hours away from where we were and there was no local mechanic that they would endorse. So we took it to that place and and the guy started to work. Then they told us that they wouldn't cover the repair. Whenever I talked to their rep, they sold me the bill or the goods on it and he said that they were gonna cover us from stem to stern. But there wasn't much stem or stern covered. At first they had to replace the heads, then there was another problem because the lifters weren't aligning properly, so the mechanic had to start all over again. He had to call the adjuster again, then the adjuster came out, listening and looking at all that foolishness.
The vehicle has been in the shop for three weeks now and we got tired of waiting for the mechanic to get an okay to go ahead and fix the van the way it should have been fixed the first time. We were so disgusted with the company that we had and we decided to look online. I typed in automotive warranties or after market and Endurance came up as one of the best. So, we changed to them and it was easy to get all set up. But they are more expensive than the other one that we had. I took their word, but when I got home, I looked online and saw that their ratings were horrible and that petrified me. I started looking in at the Better Business Bureau to see which company was considered to be the best and it showed me Endurance. I saw their ratings and I liked it, and what they had to offer. I called and they got me a quote.
The Endurance rep was very good and the offer was much better than PWI. PWI offered me four years or 60,000 miles, but Endurance offered me the same amount of time with 101,000 miles into the time and that’s far better. Also, I got a discount because I’m over age 54 and I am a US vet. Lastly, I liked that you get cards in the mail along with your coverage, you take it to the dealership and everything is done through the uses of the card. I got bumper-to-bumper coverage for my car and I would just take the card, present it, and all of the confirmation of the work starts from there without me having to call around anybody that one had to do with PWI. I like the system. I wrote a letter to the dealership asking them to cancel PWI because I’m taking Endurance now. I’ve recommended Endurance Auto Warranty to friends.

They seemed to have the most happy people, and they were also a larger company. The rep I worked with was cordial, professional, and informative. He got straight to the point of what the coverages were, and what they didn't cover. There wasn't a whole lot of time wasted on trying to sell me stuff. He just went at what they did and what they didn't do. Selecting the proper plan that I want was very easy. Based on the age of my vehicle, there was only one plan that would work. You should look into Endurance, too.

I bought my car last year and I've had a lot of friends and family living with me. My warranty should have lasted 'till 2020, but due to the fact that we all had to share one car, I'm hitting the mileage at 3,000 miles. I still wanted an extended warranty so I had to go and look for something. I applied for some quotes online and Endurance was one of the ones that called me back. They seemed pretty reasonable and their rep was very friendly and easygoing. She was able to answer all my questions without any delays and seemed to know the ins and outs of the business really well.
When I first paid them the downpayment, they asked me if I wanted to use it for my autopay and I said yes, so they did it right then and there. They also asked me different questions about my car mileage and then they determined what plan I should have. But I was never given the option of knowing what the other ones were because then I would have made a different selection. I was looking into a higher coverage because I had the bumper-to-bumper one and Endurance offers it, but I'm still trying to hear back from them about what the price difference is. Otherwise, I've had no issues with them.

My brother got an extended auto warranty and told me how well worth it was. He gave me two company names that he went through, but the first one went bankrupt and the second one is going out of business, so I went online and Endurance came up. Dealing with their rep was good. He was very polite but straightforward on what the warranty covers.
I also spoke to a guy from customer service. I was reading the book and it said that I had to have my oil changed within 30 days of getting the car, but when I bought my car, the place had just done it and it's not due until December. He asked me if I would go down and get a courtesy inspection done on my car. I took it to Madison and got the inspection, and everything was fine. It did say that I had a transmission leak. So, right away, I took it to a transmission shop and have them look then I got the paper saying that there is no transmission leak although the car needs service, and faxed it to Endurance. Overall, it's been great with this company. I never had a problem getting a human and it's easy to make payments too. They take it out monthly and it's not high at all.

When my wife bought her car, it had a warranty but it was gonna expire and we were getting close to our mileage. For our other vehicles, we had extended warranties through our Credit Union, but my wife has a luxury vehicle and its warranty cost three times the amount of what our other warranties were. Even my truck, which is more expensive than her car, had a much lower cost for warranty, at least through the Credit Union.
So, she wanted me to call around and get quotes. Endurance came in and the representative that I spoke to wasn't very warm and fuzzy and didn't really set a good rapport. He had a very haughty, sort of know-it-all feel to him, and he kinda sounded like a jerk. He almost came across as an old cheesy salesperson of a timeshare and his attitude turned me off. I've been in sales my whole life and if he was my sales guy, I would have retrained him a little bit. Compared to that, if I go over to Credit Union, they treat me like a king over there. I just sit there, have a 15-minute conversation with them, and be totally at ease.
But the information that Endurance's rep gave me was important. He said that my wife has the luxury model and it has all these little bells and whistles that were gonna be a couple hundred dollars a piece which were covered by their gold or platinum plan. That, together with the price point, made me convert to Endurance in the very end. After the purchase, I received a few emails from Endurance. They need a mileage verification but I blew my knee out about a week and a half ago and I have been constantly shuttling to imaging, surgeons, and doctors. And my wife had two procedures on her leg before that, so we're like the hobble twins around here. It takes twice as much energy to get half as much work done, so those emails are way down on our priority list. Still, I'm hoping that Endurance is a good company.

One day, it would be lower, then the next day, it would be higher. And I felt pressured because they were pushy and called way too much which I didn't like. They wouldn't back off when I was not gonna sign with them without the research. I was finding out which company was the best option for me and then, two hours later, I got another phone call when I told them I'd call them back. It made me not want to go with them. When a customer says that, don't call them or at least give a week before you call back. However, Endurance offered a better deal that's why I went with them. Also, paying for the warranty was simple and their customer service was nice. At first, things weren't showing up on my log-in. When I clicked on it, it would say, "Page does not exist". It only got 49,000 miles on it, but we wanna try to protect our interest as best as we can. I looked online and typed in, “Best extended warranty companies,” and Endurance came up. Consumer Protection recommended it with 5 stars. Also, within a minute, they called me.
Somebody else kept trying to sell, too. However, he couldn’t beat Endurance. There was no pressure with the Endurance rep and they explained everything in detail. It worked out. We told him what we wanted and he adjusted the terms. When we signed up with Endurance. We had to put a thousand miles on the truck for 30 days. They wanted to make sure that I didn’t then already have a problem. That was fine. A gentleman is suppose to send us something in the mail but we hadn’t heard anything back from them. The price point that I usually get through the bank was outrageous, and I didn't have an opportunity to do monthly payment so I went online and did research and decided to get auto insurance from Endurance based on the ratings and the reviews from consumers. The rep that helped me purchase the warranty was knowledgeable. I asked questions and they went overall their proper protocol. When I originally sent the inquiry to them, I thought that I wasn't gonna get a callback or that we were just gonna play phone tag. But they did all methods of trying to communicate with me and put me through to try to see if we could get a contract going.
They had flexible options on paying for it, so we not only went through the different plans, but then, they said what would the payments be outright, what it would be monthly, and then down payments. But on the other hand, I would have like to have gotten a copy of the actual binder on the policy in the mail or in the website because the contract that they have is just billing, it's just your contract from monthly payment, which is what I also receive in the mail. Despite that, I would recommend them.

My wife’s car had a little over 70,000 miles on it and mine was just hitting 70,000 miles. I figured I wasn’t insured and I wanted to feel comfortable later on when we put more miles on the cars. I saw a commercial on TV one day and it was talking about Endurance Auto Warranty. It sounded pretty good, so I decided to take a chance on it. Endurance's reps were very knowledgeable. The customer service and sales teams did everything professionally, but I didn't know that talking to two different salespeople would make a difference. I was told that it was gonna be around $90 a month and it was gonna be lower with my wife's car, but it ended up being something else, so I wasn’t totally satisfied.
The first person who I talked to was going to get back with me to find out what the total cost would be with my car and the deductions Endurance was gonna give me for the second car. He was supposed to get back with me at a certain time but he didn't, so I called back. I talked to another salesperson and this second rep told me that the first salesperson was gonna get the credit for the sales for both cars. And then when the original salesperson called me back, he told me never to talk to the second person because Endurance wasn't gonna get the credit for the second car.
Because of that, things got screwed up. The second salesperson separated the arrangements for two cars and I never got that lower price for having two cars. But, Endurance still gave me consideration because they said I have 30 days to make up my mind and make sure that’s what I wanted. Other than that, it seemed like it’s a pretty good deal though if everything would have gone like the rep was telling me it was gonna be.

The BBB gave Endurance the best rating out of everybody and the lady I spoke with was a wonderful person. I also spoke with a gentleman that day, and the both of them broke everything down. By far, Endurance has been the best that I have dealt with. Other insurance and warranty companies talk in circles and there are always little loopholes. Then you find out about stuff down the line. Endurance laid it out on the table all in a day and it was to the point. I understood everything they were saying to me and I couldn’t have asked for anything more than that.
The lady told me the Diamond Package pretty much covers everything. The brakes and minor maintenance won't be covered but it covers the heavy stuff like the axles, the transmission, the engine and the electronics. Then I do monthly payments, which they just take off my debit card. I also dealt with Endurance's customer service because I have downtime when I’m not working and I was considering doing Uber or Lyft. But they told me that wouldn’t be the best bet for me because it would rack up my miles a lot faster than normal and will pretty much null and void my warranty. So I thanked them for letting me know. That's why I'd rather ask questions. Overall, my experience with Endurance has been okay. They were very friendly, helpful and detailed. And I’ve recommended the company to a couple of people.

Endurance was rated so high on the internet, and their terms were better than anything else we had looked at. But I wasn’t real impressed with Endurance as far as giving me prices, and then changing the prices and waiting period. They also switched me off to somebody else and I never talked to the guy I originally had again.
They originally told me that there was a waiting period before the coverage would start, which was 30 days and a 1,000 miles. When I called back to sign up, they informed me that the waiting period was 60 days and a 1,000 miles. The original guy I talked to said if I wanted the 30-day and a 1,000 miles, it would cost me $100 extra and I told him it was fine. He said he had to clear that out with his manager. He went to his manager and the manager got on the phone with me, and I never talked to the original guy again. The manager told me if I wanted the 30 days and a 1,000 miles, then it was gonna cost me around $800 more. I asked what happened to the $100, and he said the original guy misquoted me and they couldn’t give me the $100.
I felt like I was being baited and switched from one thing to the other. Instead of charging interest in my payments, they’re gonna charge me $2,800 if I made payments and then if I paid cash, then it was gonna be $2,089. I fear that in the future if I ever need warranty work, they’re gonna try to do everything they possibly can to get out of paying for it or covering it just by the way they acted on the negotiations.

The other company said that if I didn’t do it that day, they couldn’t offer me that price ever again. It was a very pushy situation. But the Endurance rep told me to check it out, get back with him, and just take my time then they would do whatever I want. That was very, very good to me. The warranty was, with each company, comparable as far as what it covers but it was a little cheaper with Endurance and I felt more comfortable with them because they weren’t pushy.

We bought this warranty when our manufacturer warranty ran out. We had our rear end replaced (which they did cover after A LOT of back and forth and hoops to jump thru). Our transmission went about 1/2 months later. Our truck has now been at our mechanic since July 8, 2018, it’s now Sept 28, 2018 and our claim is denied. They have given excuse after excuse and lie after lie. The latest lie; so after numerous hoops they requested a tear down of the transmission, an adjuster comes out to take pictures (not inspect just pictures). He then gives the pictures to Endurance who tell our shop that washers aren’t covered. WELL the funny thing is there weren’t ANY washers in the picture. I have spoke to probably 7 different men ALL of them were disrespectful, treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking and verbally abusive because I’m a woman.
I have never been talked to or treated the way these peoples have treated me. We paid our policy and they have our money but will not cover the parts that are supposed to be covered. The last guy o spoke to actually said he didn’t see any washers in the pictures!!! I said I know that’s what I’m telling you, your mind was made up that no matter what this claim was going to be denied! They lie and lie and lie. The adjuster even lied about where the pictures were taken! This company should not be in business. If you are reading this DO NOT BUY A CONTRACT FROM THEM. Just go and flush that couple grand down the toilet because they will not do what they should. Nothing they say is truthful. They will think of any reason NOT to pay the claim!

I got an extended warranty from Endurance when the warranty of my 2014 Chevy Cruise expired. Purchasing a warranty with them wasn’t difficult at all. Their rep explained all the different policies that they have and told me what’s best suitable for my car. I was told what was covered and what wasn’t, how my plan will go and how much will it costs. The only thing that I didn’t like was the 30-day wait and the 1,000 mile we have to drive. Other than that, everything was okay. It covered what needed to be covered. Having a warranty is very valuable. When my coil went out, I took my car to the dealership and they diagnosed what was going on with it. They called Endurance and Endurance said that it was not covered because they took out my spark plugs with it, which is understandable because spark plugs is general maintenance. But they paid for the coil and I paid for the spark plugs. It has all been a positive experience for me.

My payments get taken right out of my credit cards. They gave me a web page where I can see when a payment is due, how much is due, and how many payments are gotten. So, it’s really good. Trina was the one who did most of the work and she was instrumental on how I ended up signing up with them. But I got a follow-up call from her and it had a number that showed up to be in Beaufort, South Carolina on my phone. We get a lot of phone calls from telemarketers from Beaufort and other places like that and a part of me wanted to believe that Trina wasn’t really working for Endurance. You read a lot of things about scams when you’re dealing with a lot of companies and I had some concerns about that at first. The whole process kind of felt like it wasn’t real. It was like I was talking to Endurance but not really talking to Endurance.
But I called back yesterday and spoke to Leon. He said he knew Trina and Ryan, and that he works with them. That was when I felt that they were legitimate. They all did a good job but they didn't explain to me the fact that the contract that they sent me can be seen on their website if I go online. When I asked Leon about it, he said that they didn't explain every little thing. But the actual contract is about 12 pages and when you look at all the different pages and the inclusions, it is about 70 pages. And Leon said that they wanted me to see the answer to all of the questions so the contract is so in-depth.

It was also a little more complicated than I wanna deal with. I had to call the company back, pay with my Visa and then I get reimbursed. But with Endurance, it looked less complicated to get the service done. I'm paying for two warranties now but as soon as I make the 1,000 for Endurance, I'll be shutting that other one off. I can also set up payments with Endurance or pay all at once and I chose the 24 months in payment of around $130.
Also, the reps are friendly and patient. I got an email welcoming me and saying if I had any questions, I could call or email them back. I asked a couple of questions but the rep didn't know so he went back and made sure he knew what the answer was before he came back and gave me one. He said that they have been good to him, that they cover according to the policy and that there wasn’t any problem with the claim.
My interaction with the Endurance representative went very well too. But I wish there are more choices on what they can cover, like a basic coverage, a medium coverage and more coverage. But according to the representative, there are not many choices and that there is only one other coverage. They were able to make the payment a monthly one though, so that was good.
