The Endurance salesperson was great. We researched them and they seem to be considered the best in the marketplace. It's 2,500 bucks over time and then we're covered till 130,000 miles or seven years. It's for peace of mind insurance. We recommend it to people if they can afford it.

Signing up with Endurance was easy. They cover oil changes and breaks. I used it for an oil change and I was concerned the place doing the oil change would have difficulty trying to get it covered. But that surprisingly went smoothly. The only thing was I made my initial payment to Endurance and it didn't go out. I was late and they called probably five or six times. Every time I would say, “Look, I told you it's out. It's sent, you just haven't got it yet. Can you make a note of that?" What happened was a glitch on my end but they didn't have to beat me up with phone calls day after day. I set up an automatic payment through my bank account, which is working now.

In order to fix their mess, they wanted to cancel the contract and have me to have the burden of starting a new contract. I almost canceled the whole thing. Endurance gave me a good sales pitch. But their maintenances, I have to go read between the small print. I took my vehicle to the new Dodge dealer in North Knox. Endurance preferred to go to a chosen dealer but if you can go to a Dodge dealer, that would be great. I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger and it had 80 something thousands of miles on it. I had some problems with my transmission and I had some other noise with the front end making noises. The dealer checked and said the brakes were all good. The first time they checked they said the transmission fluid was a little brown but there was no metal in it. I told them it was shifting hard and there was a humming noise.

The dealer talked to somebody with Endurance and they said that it was a maintenance thing. I had to change the fluid then they would check it again the next time we had that noise again. I still had the noise and still the same shifting problems when I went back. I paid 300 something dollars to change the fluid and for the time they spent saying they checked my brakes out. Come to find out the next time I went there that my brakes were bad. I had new rotors put on it before I went to them. The brakes went bad on the left front metal to metal. I took it back to them the second time and they said, "Endurance would only pay for the brake shoes. They wouldn't pay for the rotors." But the brake shoes were the ones that caused the rotors to go bad.

Endurance said they would pay $75 for the shoes. I told them I would go back to my original mechanic and leave them. you.” My mechanic said he would change the rotors and brake pads and he won't charge you a penny. He said, "This is ridiculous what's going on for you. There's no reason for that crap." I agreed with him. I looked at the brake rotors after I got there and the mechanic took them off. The mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the rotors. But the mechanics at North Knox said there was. The rotors were too thin to turn. You don't turn rotors anymore. You throw them away.

I called Endurance and explained about the rotors and the transmission. I was told, "We had no information that they even did the work there." But I was there when the lady called them. I told them I would get ahold of the lady to call them. I'm waiting for the lady to call me back from North Knox. She hasn't called me back either. I'm not a fan of walking in and having to change my transmission fluid if it wasn't actually true. The transmission is still doing the same thing. I've had the wool pulled over my eyes. Somebody is not talking to somebody. Somebody is lying somewhere. If the brakes are bad and the rotors are new, why wasn't that taken care of instead of saying, the pressure was 135 pounds and I had to pay for them to read it all loud. I'm just so tired.

At the moment, I'm not pleased with Endurance. I had an extended warranty put on on my 99 Oldsmobile before. Unlike Endurance, those people didn't hesitate. They sent somebody out and they looked at it. It's not what warranty people do now. They just talk to somebody over the phone. I've been shafted. I've very dissatisfied and I'm tired of paying $112 a month for nothing.

When I called in to try to get it taken care of by my extended warranty, they wouldn't cover it because they said that it was preexisting damage already done to the axle. It was the first time it had been diagnosed for me and Endurance would not cover it. So, I had a bad experience before. But I've got a new vehicle and I decided to keep Endurance since I already had been paying into a contract. The only thing they do not pay for is wear and tear, like tires and brakes. But they pay for things like anything with the front end. They said somebody had already taken care of it. When I went to have service on my car, I was told that mileage didn't add up. I've asked numerous times for them to send over a booklet that shows exactly what's covered. It's not different from the warranty paperwork that I had on another car before this where I was told that it covers all these things but it only covers the drive train and only part of that. I ended up paying $500 out of my pocket so I'm not really happy. I get 20 or more calls a week from different companies that offer the same thing and for less money.

The person talked so fast and rattled of a lot of stuff while saying, "This is a recorded line" (which I didn`t hear) and I thought I was getting a good deal so I bought it. Well after I downloaded the paper work I noticed that we couldn`t use the warranty for 30 days, which is fine but I surely didn`t hear AND 1000 MILES. After I downloaded 38 pages of the contract and started to read it and I saw AND 1000 MILES I called and told them I`m cancelling. We are disabled and retired. We wouldn`t put 1000 miles on it for at least 4-6 months if not longer.

If anything would go wrong with the car within that 1000 miles we would have to pay for it ourself. PLUS we would be paying over 150.00 a month for the contract after paying 250.00 down at the beginning. If I WOULD of heard 30 days AND 1000 MILES I wouldn`t of gotten it in the first place knowing we don`t drive that much. So I cancelled and only got 230.00 back. Not my full 250.00 and I`m warning everyone about it.

Endurance emailed me something that I gotta get filled out, notarized, then get sent back. And it’s 30 days with them to process it. It took another two months for me to get the check. Today, 2/2/22 @ 2:25pm I spoke with a man who was initially nice but quickly became very pushy and rude once I explained to him that I wanted to review the quote with my husband. Once I stood firm in talking to my husband first, the man hung up on me.

If this is a representation of the customer service they provide, I would never go into contract with a company like this. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my windshield wipers, so I bought them on sale. And when I called up, I was told by Endurance that they would have to have me approved first before they would give me money for it. So that did not sit well. Then I had a deal with the dealer here for oil changes because when I first got here, they made an offer for me. So I'm not using the savings for oil changes from Endurance because I can't double dip with a sealer. Other than that, I'm not dissatisfied with them, but I really haven't use the warranty and I'm learning how to use it more than anything else.

I initially went with them because they were interested in the service aspect of things and in making sure that the car was taken care of. They were also willing to contribute toward oil changes and their ConsumerAffairs rating was so high. So far, when I went in for my second oil change, the service man called Endurance and he was told how much they would contribute to the oil change. That seemed to go pretty smoothly. But Costco also gives you a discount on parts and labor with dealers for vehicles. I used that for purchasing parts for my car and all I had to do was make a phone call. Then I got a number and a sheet of paper that was mailed to me to give to the dealer for recognition that I was getting X number discount. So, it was really quick and simple. It took less than a week to get all that then I turned in to the parts person when I ordered the part and he took care of it.

I went on vacation and when I came home, my struts went out. Endurance replaced them. A few weeks later, the tire pressure gauge malfunctioned. When I took it in to Ford, they said there was a pile of stuff that needed to be replaced or repaired on it. One of the reasons I purchased Endurance was for the electrical things. I did not read the fine print and only certain things are covered. In this case, nothing was covered. I found independent people to start taking it and paying for it myself.

I found that you can claim certain portions with Endurance. If I have to have the brakes redone, I can get the $50 on the pads for the lifetime of the vehicle. I tried to call the claims department and for two days, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. To date, I haven't gotten far enough to call their claims department again and see if I can get some of my funds back. On the whole, Endurance could be good if you read the fine print. They worked really good on a payment plan. What you think you're getting sold is great. What you are actually getting sold is okay. The warranty is high for the price. A penny is a penny that you save in this day and age. Would I do it again? No.

I called them again to talk about something else and they said, “Why don't you do your other car?” I couldn't because the other car had a mileage problem and the odometer had been tampered with. The guy said I could do it anyway as long as it's going the right way. I then talked to a supervisor and he said, “No way.” He was gonna talk to the guy who told me I could sign my other car up too.

When I went through the process of picking and selecting an auto warranty, I looked up Consumer Affairs online to get some reviews. There were some cheaper ones, but they didn't offer near as much as Endurance. I liked their plan, and it was the best one out there for me, but I didn't just talk to Endurance once. They sent me the plan, which is a lot of pages in tiny print. I read most of it carefully then listed out a bunch of questions I wanted to ask. What are the things that will keep you from turning in a claim, specifically? I gotta make sure that I gotta keep my oil and maintenance up. Otherwise it will kill the warranty, which I'm very particular about my cars. I talked to the representative three times before I bought, and he was very helpful and gave me good information. I knocked off some of the price for paying up front too. I've had the warranty for four months, but it didn't take effect till I hit 36,000 miles, which I just did recently.

The signing process with Endurance was very easy and when I used them to be reimbursed for my oil change and an inspection, they paid like they said they were. But it turned out that the warranty is not what they said it was going to be. With the package that I bought, I thought that I could replace my tires and they would pay up to X amount of dollars per tire. But when I took my car in for an inspection and it turned out that I needed tires, I called up to see how much towards the tires they would pay and I was told that the warranty only covered for road hazard. But that was not what the salesman told me. It touched on what the tires would be covered like maintenance type stuff. And then when you get all the paperwork, it's so overwhelming as there are hundreds of pages. You can never really read it anyway. But what really stood out from other companies was the maintenance package that Endurance offered.

I called to complain when my tires weren't covered and when I told the lady I spoke to on the phone that I felt like I was deceived, she said that I didn't really have to pay for that anyway since they would give that to me on the first year. So had I known that and had I known that it really wasn't what I thought it was in terms of the tires and who knows what else I'm going to need, I wouldn't have gone with Endurance.

I do not usually write reviews but I felt this warranted a warning review for those who might be interested in what is like to actually try to get out of a contract with Endurance. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from local dealer and it is perfect for our business vehicle that will be used for deliveries. I thought about the miles on the car and the amount we expect to drive and thought a car warranty might be a good idea. Did my research and felt Endurance was at that time the best plan to go with so called. (I do not like that you cannot get a quote over the internet, but they are trying to upsell you on all the bells and whistles so I guess I can understand.)

The guy I talked to seemed knowledgeable and we decided not on the expensive, cover everything plan because I just want to cover the major stuff. Got all my info etc. Told him it was for a business and why we wanted the coverage. I felt I could not go wrong with signing up since there was a 30 day money back guarantee and I needed to talk it over with the other business partners. Seemed a really good idea at the time. However, after reviewing with my business partners and having some new financial arrangements come to light with our bank we decided to opt out and cancel.

First step - call customer service, which said extra long wait times so I gave my name and number to save my place in the Queue and have them call back. It came in as a spam "Toll Free call" to my cell which I took anyway and that is where the trouble started. First the guy started pleasant enough and wondered why I needed to cancel since I have only had the policy for 10 days. So, I proceeded to tell him we no longer wanted the coverage and no longer needed the coverage, and my partners and I had decided against it. He came back with "I didn't want to be stranded with a high bill on the side of the road did I"? Why cancel? How can I afford a major breakdown, Blah blah blah. This is not my first time around the block and not my first car buying experience. If I thought the car was going to have major problems right after I bought it - I would not have bought it.

We got into a shouting match for over 18 minutes and a totally frustrating call which resulted in me (unfortunately) sinking to his level and sounding like a raving lunatic trying to get them to cancel my contract. I kept saying - "just cancel the contract" how hard is it? I will say he is good at conservation so that is why he probably called. He did everything in the book to keep me from changing my mind and not cancel, even offering me a discount of $800.00 to keeping it. If they could offer a discount to begin with - why not offer a better price??? I hate when companies try to pull that, just give me your best price going into it and we will be good. Don't lie and try to offer a better deal later. The price should be whatever it is - period.

He also said the policy I had was not a policy for business and that they offered a policy for business', which again frustrated me because I was forthcoming, and upfront and told the original sales guy it was for my business. I wonder if I had kept the plan, if they would have even paid a claim. I am not saying they are a bad company or a bad warranty but they have made me NOT want to do business with them for my 3 personal cars, and I will be looking elsewhere for a warranty for my next vehicle. I hope they recorded the call and use it in training, either the guy I talked to will get fired or the company will have all their employees being that rude and belligerent and then everyone will know how bad they are.

When I called back and I was ready to sign up, it wasn't the initial guy I spoke with. I told the rep, "Well, that's not the quote that the guy gave me, but that's fine." So then, she was like, "No, that's not right. If somebody quoted you, then we should be able to make sure we're taking care of you." She was like, "No, that's not right. If somebody quoted you, then we should be able to make sure we're taking care of you." She was very nice.

She had me talk to her supervisor and he seemed so arrogant. I said, "The guy, this is what he had told me." And he was like, "Oh, no, he's just an employee. He can't come close to what I can do." And I'm like, "Okay, man. It ain't about that, bro." I signed up with him but I felt like I was rushed. After doing the math, I was like, "Man, I was probably better off with the initial quote than this one." It stretched out my payments longer with a smaller payment but with not as much mileage. The experience could have been better with that last guy. But, I feel good about the coverage I got for now.

The agent did not try to change the quote after speaking with him. The next morning I tried to cancel again. This is my third time trying to cancel. The person I spoke to this time I was more adamant about my choice to cancel. I kept telling him I don't want a policy until he said that he could not talk to me that he would get another agent to speak to me because I was being rude. When came back he said he couldn't find another agent so he offer me a lower price for 98.00 a month and 200 miles. I said ok but after I hung up I decided I do not want to work with them. I could not contact anyone at the company. They had charged me 20.00 plus 224.00. I went to my bank they said I couldn't get my money back. The rep with Endurance was helpful but I found out later that the information that they gave wasn't exactly complete. When I got the contract, they listed two pages worth of exemptions of things that would not allow them to cover certain items. They tell you all the great things that they cover, but they don't tell you all the things that could come up that you, as a consumer, would never even know.

I had a late model Mercedes and those cars have a lot of electronic stuff on them. I specifically picked Endurance because all of those types of items were high cost repairs and they covered it. When it failed, I put the car in for repair and had to go to the warranty company. They said that they would not cover the claim because Mercedes had some type of instruction that shows you how to go about repairing certain things. Because Mercedes didn't do it and it was included in this contract, they denied the claim.

In the contract, it says that you can have arbitration. You can challenge it. But the interesting thing is that when you challenge a decision, your challenge goes right back to the person who denied it in the first place. That was unusual. After that experience, I discontinued my contract with them. You have a certain amount of time in order to cancel, so I cancelled within the timeline they said that I could. But I'd have to wait six to eight weeks before they make a determination if they're going to refund me my money or not.

It long ago ran out of the manufacturer’s warranty and I was concerned about parts coverage in case of failure. And expensive repair bills. On research, I found that Endurance was a highly rated and recommended extended warranty business. I’ve had extended coverage with another company on my second car for several years—their unlimited policy. Therefore on review I chose Endurance’s Supreme policy. It provides bumper to bumper “exclusionary “ coverage. My policy is for 60 months or 54,000 miles. I was quite pleased that my payment plan was a small down payment and a small monthly payment for 24 months, with no payments for the remaining 36 months of the 60 contract.

When I signed up, I also didn't have any problem them. Warranties protect you against large and expensive breakdowns, like computerization, electronics, and air conditioning systems, which can go bad pretty easily. But in getting a warranty, you should read the fine print and make sure that it covers what you want it to cover because there are a lot of exclusions in a lot of them.

My husband found Endurance and we got signed up with them for my 2014 BMW. The individual that I spoke with was a very nice gentleman with a great personality. He assured me that I had this comprehensive coverage from top to bottom and pretty much everything that I needed would be in there. That was why my husband and I felt comfortable enough to get the warranty.

There are some things wrong with the car and it's at the dealership. A claim was submitted and it was denied. I’m left to pay several thousand dollars for my car to get fixed. I was upset because that's the whole point of the warranty. I called the warranty company myself to get an understanding of how we got to this point when what they told me was everything was going to be covered. The young lady that I spoke with was a very nice individual and explained to me that in order for the part to be covered, they have to be specifically listed in the plan that I have. But how would I know that as a consumer? They are the warranty company. Did they sell me a warranty knowing that my parts are not listed and that I can't get any coverage for it? That makes no sense to me.

Endurance sold me the warranty knowing that I wasn't going to be able to get anything fixed on my car. I asked the young lady if she could transfer me to the department where I could cancel the warranty. I absolutely will not continue to pay for something that I can't use. She transferred me and I was on hold for a good 25 minutes until I had to hang up to get back into a call for work. Endurance is on my list to cancel.

The signing-up experience with Endurance was very informative. The other two companies had a little bit of a hard sale to them. I didn't need a hard sale. I just needed a quality coverage plan. The Endurance rep walked through the options, what was best for my make vehicle and amount of miles that I had on it. Went pretty detailed through what I was purchasing.

My only issue was needing to have 1,000 miles on it before it took effect. I don't think I could put 1,000 miles on it as of yet. I live in an area where it snows and it’s winter and this wasn't my primary vehicle. I drove it for a few months and put 700 miles on it. The very first issue started the very first day I signed up with Endurance. I was in my living room on the phone with them signing up and when they asked me for the mileage on my car, I told the lady. I told her too that I was not with my car. I was approximating the mileage out and that when I get to my car, I would let them know what the correct one was, but it’s so and so. The rep said it was not a problem and it wouldn't stop them from doing the policy so we went on with the policy. The second issue turned out to be about them not taking the money out.

I had to put in the down payment to get started and then, I set it up for automatic pay to come out for both vehicles that very next payment date. I don't know when they broke my thing up into two contracts. I thought when I signed up with them that I had both coverages and it was all under one contract. The rep told me I would get an email with my contract in it. When I got an email, I didn't even check it. When it was time for the next payment to come out, they only took half of the rest of the payment. They didn't take the rest of the money out which was agreed upon for it to come out for both cars. It was another $400 which was supposed to come out for me to have my down payment paid.

When the car needed the work, they said that my down payment wasn't paid. I said that I got a receipt saying that Endurance took a payment out of an automatic draft. They said they only took out so and so, and it went towards the Subaru. I asked why it would only go towards the Subaru and that it was not what we agreed on. I paid Endurance the first half for both cars in the beginning and they were supposed to take the second half out for both cars the same day. That was our agreement. We had it on recording then. They said that was never paid and I needed to pay that.

I got another issue when it was time to do a repair on the car that was more than an oil change. Before I went to get the oil change, I called and asked Endurance if I was within my mileage to be able to go get an oil change. I said I was with the car and looking at 137,000 miles. Although I've been trying to put the 1,000 miles that it requires for me to use my policy, I know I didn't put 10,000 miles on here. Because it's saying 137 miles and I told them 120 something, The rep said it was not going to be a problem and that she would put a note. So, Endurance approved for me to get the oil change.

About four or five days later, when I went to go get my tires rotated, I found out that I had a bad caliper and they decided they weren't gonna pay for it. They tried to say that I had bad maintenance on my car, which was why I had a bad caliper. Then, they brought up that the payment hadn't been paid again and it was a payment due. I told them that I thought we straightened up this part and whatever it is, let me pay it, because I didn't want that issue. I turned around and paid them another $300. The next day, they refused to fix my car saying that I had insufficient maintenance on the car. So I went to Acura and got a printout showing that I’ve been going there for the last five years, getting my car taken care of, as I need to, from oil to brakes. I'm trying to prove that I've not had any bad maintenance. I just had an inspection done on my car and they didn't tell me anything that I needed a caliper.

I tried to send the paperwork to Endurance but they still refused to pay. They took my money and told me two days later that I had been canceled because I gave them false mileage. I was the one who called them to give the correct mileage and told them in the beginning that I was approximating mileage. I gave them the correct knowledge on my own and checked before I even got an oil change, and they approved me to get an oil change. Then, they want to turn around and deny me everything else. Because now, it’s something else that needs to be done. They refused it and kept taking our money and they kept telling me I was canceled.

I’m literally in the midst of trying to do a small claim against them to try to get our money back. They agreed to give me part of my monthly fee that they took back. They’re not gonna pay for anything and they already did not cover the cost that was well supported. They picked and chose what car they were gonna cover. It was a mess. Before that happened, I have been telling everybody about these guys and literally on the day it happened, I had an uncle that bought a car that wanted to get this one. Then, they did that to me. This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, ever, and they were horrible.

Endurance has a one month, 1,000 miles requirement before it kicks in. I understand that they don't want to put a warranty on an existing issue but that needs to be made more aware. People need to make sure that they're looking at the qualifications, if it starts right away, if there is a time frame that we have to wait and if there is a mileage requirement. In buying a new car and if I got the warranty at the dealership, it would have started immediately. Whereas there is a waiting period if you get the warranty through Endurance or through any of the other car warranty places. Also, the one thing that I'm dissatisfied with is there's a 30-day money back guarantee but there's a one month waiting period before the start of the policy.

It's very unfair what Endurance is doing to us and I'm still not done with them. We've talked to them three times and they said there's no refund. My husband bought the vehicle on October 15th and drove the car approximately five miles to the house. On October 16th, we called Endurance and got the warranty. They told my husband to give them the mileage. He was reading from the document and gave all the information of the year, the make and the model. And Endurance made the contract out. Now that there's an issue with the car, they said that there's a difference of five miles from the minute he took the vehicle out of the dealership and the next day when he gave the mileage of off the paper. They said that because he didn't tell them there was a 5-mile difference, they were not paying anything and not even giving a refund. They said we'd have to open a new policy with them.

Endurance is terrible. For five miles, there was no consideration. After going through this, I've seen some of the remarks on the Better Business information and they've done this repeatedly to so many people. They do this on purpose because they're able to take advantage. They should ask if people are giving them the mileage from the piece of paper of the car they purchased or if they went outside and gave them the mileage of the vehicle. They do that to trap you, to be able to come back if you filed a claim a year later and suck up your money. I don't know that my husband gave them the wrong mileage but they're insisting that it's on our end. I got it. But if they’re looking at 24 hours and a 5-mile difference, they’re going to eat up thousands of dollars they’ve taken that we paid them and not cover our service, that's inhuman.

Everything sounded and looked good. I did the 30 days and I did the miles that they wanted. But they turned down my transmission claim. They said it was due to a pre-existing condition. Endurance is almost like fraud.

When I first got it, the lady I spoke with said there were things that will be covered but I had to use them a few months ago and they said that my car didn't qualify because it was over the mileage. They declined to pay for it. Also, they had my miles down wrong so we re-did the plan. When we re-did the plan, those things now are covered. The reps were really nice and helpful and I'm hoping that if I have to use them in the future, I won't have any difficulty.

Working with Endurance is pretty good. I had a few problems when I bought the vehicle, like with the oil pan and none of it was under the warranty. So it was kind of disappointing. But other than that, it’s fine. Endurance only wants 130 a month and a cheap $230 deposit. It's reasonable. I got the plan with the 100,000-mile warranty but I drive about 50,000 a year. So, the warranty is only gonna be two years. But, I’m getting a good deal since I'm driving that much. I'm only gonna pay for two years of it, not three or four.

The rep was friendly, explained everything very well and helped me through the sign-up process with Endurance. He got the job done quickly. I called in and within 20 minutes, I had my extended warranty and everything all set. But there were stuff that he told me over the phone that I did not see in the contract. He said that if I buy the contract, he was going to give me free oil changes but that was not included. The contract was 30 something pages. I went over it a little bit and I didn't see anything. It's probably there but I didn't check thoroughly. The difficult part was making the monthly payments, because they go through another company. They sent me a link and I had to sign up through another company to make the monthly payments.

I'm not very satisfied with the extended warranty itself. I'm planning on canceling it because I had a problem with my car and they put up some excuses to not pay for the repairs. So I was irked about it. I got the car six months ago and I usually go to AutoZone, buy the oil and filter and I do it myself. Endurance said that because I don't take the car to a shop to get the oil changes done, I didn't have any documents stating that I did it. So they blamed me for the car having issues and they didn't pay for the repairs at all.

I did those oil changes before I bought the warranty. So, during the warranty, I didn't do any oil changes because the car went bad within three months of me buying the warranty, and that was not enough time for me to change the oil because I don't drive it daily. I still got the receipts with the oils and filters that I bought and the dates but they said that the mileage needs to be documented by a shop. I just write everything down on my phone with the mileage that I changed the oil and they said that that was not enough. So I have to pay the shop to get the oil changes.

I asked the rep from Endurance what kind of policies were available and he said there were three different ones. I told him that the only thing I'm interested in is the drivetrain, the major mechanical components and he said that Endurance has one that covers that, which was the one we selected. Also, I got to Endurance because there was an independent survey done on the top five of their kinds of programs and I read the reviews on them. Endurance was rated first in that entire review. Then, I read the particular reviews. I have to see how people were treated and it appeared that they were treated fairly.

We had a program one other time. We had bought two new cars and it was our first excursion into these highly electronic vehicles. It'd be a good idea to have them covered. When we had a couple of issues, we were treated poorly so I was very leery of this kind of a process again, but yet having bought that vehicle, it might be worthwhile trying it once more, and we have.

At first, I had some problems with the MEPCO website. I couldn't get from Endurance to MEPCO very easily and I had to make a few phone calls to get there. It took me about two or three different tries. We bought the warranty in either November or December and the first payment was late because I couldn't get to the website at all. I kept trying to enter the data and for some reason or another, it wouldn't take it. I got a nastygram from Endurance saying I was late and I said that I tried to pay three days ago and nothing happened. I never got a receipt. I talked to a couple of people about it and it seemed to indicate to me that I paid it. But I got the nastygram from Endurance saying I was late and did I need help with payment. It was a whole bunch of who struck John about my finances but it had nothing to do with that. It had to do with their website. So, I explained that to people and I was able to get the payment made.

The following month, I had a similar problem but I kept trying because I noticed that the first time, after I got on it the second time on the first payment due, there was a difference in the way it reacted. So I kept looking for that and I finally found it. I would like to see it be all just one website to go to rather than the way Endurance splits it up between their service and advertising website, and then somebody else is collecting my money. I find that a little disconcerting, but if that's the way they're going to do business, that's your business model and it’s entirely up to them, but I would prefer different.

In June 2019 we purchased Endurance Warranty for our 2016 Ram 3500. Jan 11, 2022 the passenger door would not open with remote or manually from the outside. Took to dealership. Diagnosis, passenger door handle shorted out the wireless hub. Door handles are not covered by warranty. But is an electrical part. Imagine for a moment. You have a newer car, have Endurance Warranty and the push button assy for the transmission fails and damages your transmission. Because shift lever assy is a non covered part. The transmission is not covered.

Read, be aware. When we bought this policy I asked very pointed questions of the Endurance Sales person. He said it it is an electrical part the warranty will cover it. That is NOT TRUE! We now have a truck with a safety hazard because the door cannot be opened from the outside. Endurance has BBB C Rating. I see why. Other consumers need to be aware.

I am in the market to purchase extended warranty for my 2013 Audi. I called several extended warranty providers and ended up talking to a very polite woman at Endurance. I told her exactly what I'm wanted and the offers I have received from other competitors. She put me on hold (for 20 mins) to talk to her supervisor to see if she could match the offer from the competitor.

Then came "Webb" her supervisor. OMG! He was very proud to share that he has been in this line of work since he was 18 (and now 44) and has been doing this gig for 20+ years. I knew it was not going to end well. He started bad mouthing competitors, and how Endurance is the best company. This absolutely rude, condescending individual trying to push the warranty without listening to what I had to say. He was incredibly unprofessional and poor salesman. I can't believe Endurance would keep a low-life, rude individual like "Webb" on their payroll.
