I bought a vehicle that has 114,000 miles on it, and I thought getting an auto warranty is a good move. When I started talking to dealerships and service departments, they accept a lot of different plans. I asked about Endurance but nobody would give me specific feedback. The only feedback I could find was online, and Endurance seems like one of the biggest ones. So, I thought that would be a good one to go with. I felt like their rep really wanted to make a sale. He called back when I asked him to. He didn’t have a whole lot of information about the particular plan that I ended up with because it took a while for the contract to be printed up and sent out. So, I felt like that was a bit of a drawback. Other than that, they are always available even on Sundays. It's easy to reach them.

Same thing just happened to me with as Danielle in Peekskill NY with tire size. My vehicle ships with multiple tire configurations including 275 and 295 tires. I had 285 tires on the car. The contract says specifically that tire diameter has to be less than 4% different from the factory. My tire size difference was 0.6% and they denied the claim. Different manufacturers have different actual sizes so this is completely bogus. Off to arbitration we go. Never again with a 3rd party warranty. It's not worth the paper it's printed on.

I wanted protection for my 2003 Dodge Ram pickup truck and Endurance had the best price. I was also impressed with the customer service. If there’s anything that would need to be improved upon, it would be the amount of time it took for me to get back in touch with the sales rep I initially contacted. But that was probably because he was on calls with other customers while I was comparison shopping. Nonetheless, I would recommend Endurance.

Prior to getting Endurance, I had CarShield. However, I never got to experience with them because I was on a month-to-month policy. However, my pay period ended up being a different pay period for my payment. So, I missed that payment, and they stopped me. So, I just wasted money for nothing. Thereafter, I went with Endurance and the salesperson whom I talked to was very cooperative. He was attentive and answered all the questions I needed. He gave me feedback and let me know everything about the company. I tried to make a payment early with another lady and she was great. If I had questions, she was also like the gentleman.

I felt comfortable working with Endurance. I wanted bumper-to-bumper, like brand new car coverage, no deductible. I made an agreement with the first person, but when it came back, what he said and what he entered in the computer were two different things, and the verification person took about an half hour to get everything finalized. Everybody was very nice about it, but the verification person seemed disturbed with the original agent. I used my credit card to pay the warranty and it was quite easy to do.

This what this company does to get out of paying. But they have no problem with taking your money every month. This company is a rip-off.

I WAS SOLD A POWERTRAIN WARRANTY THAT DIDN'T COVER MY POWERTRAIN. AFTER BEING SOLD ON AN UPGRADED WARRANTY THAT DIDN'T cover my transmission I feel I've been scammed by what is suppose to be a reputable company. Purchased the warranty after starting new job out of town for a peace of mind to avoid costly repairs. Several months later my car started acting up and got it towed to a shop. Then had to rent a car. After not hearing from Endurance for some time I called and they said an inspector was coming out.

After inspector came out I had to authorize a teardown of the transmission because he wanted to see if the fluid was low because if so it was not covered. (Looking for a reason to deny my claim) after seeing that's not the case. He was sent out a 2nd time (which the mechanic said in his 30 plus years he has never seen done.) Coming out the 2nd time he said the particular part that the transmission fluid went through was not covered and the claim is denied. This part is not included in the exclusion items. So after paying for a warranty (and still paying) I have tow bills, teardown cost, rental car fees, and now a transmission bill. So you tell me how that's a good deal. So the route I'm forced to take at this point is BBB, Consumer Affairs, and litigation!!!

I have an older car and I was within the mileage parameters, so I thought it might be a good idea to look into a warranty. I went online, checked it out, and left some contact information. Then, several people called me, and Endurance was one of them. I looked them up online to see what the results or the reports were on them, and they seem to be okay, as far as warranty companies go.

Although upon reading the policy that I have here, there are a lot of exclusions. I’ve also been told I can use any mechanic, but that was not true. The policy doesn’t come into effect for 30 days. When I first talked with the person about getting the warranty, and he said that they had to be certified, in the conversation, in the email. And then, I called back and I said, “But what is ASE mean?” They said it is some kind of certification that you have to have in order for Endurance to honor all the claims if you went through any kind of a repair shop or mechanic.

So, I went online. I could not find any that was ASE-certified in Gastonia. So, I went ahead and I called back, and they told me that AAMCO was, and also, Bridgestone, in the Gastonia area, which is where I live. So, I spoke to those folks. But, then, when I got my brochure with the card which had my name wrong, it had Eve instead of Yvonne, even though it was going through a credit card which would have Yvonne on it. I don’t know if it will be rejected or not, so I asked them to correct that, just probably about 30 minutes ago.

I don’t think there was full disclosure. The fact that the ASE designation was almost in passing, and then, it doesn’t state that in that booklet, to me, that is withholding a material fact. It would depend on the service that I got when I had to use it. I have no issue to use it right now. I think it takes 30 days before it goes into effect, which would be February 19th or 20th. Hopefully, I don’t need to use it then.

I obtained this coverage for my car which is a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with only at the time roughly about 37,000 miles or less. Well when the gentleman took my information over the phone he asked me for estimated mileage so I rounded it out to 38,000 I asked him several times if you need the exact mileage and I will go outside and look and he said, "No it’s not a problem..." So into my policy making payments my door broke the latch on the door. I called Endurance to make sure it was covered. They told me yes so I took it to the Honda dealer. They called Endurance and they denied me telling me that I was 100 miles under my policy being allowed. So then I find out I have something else wrong with my car and haven’t been able to drive it since last October 2018.

I called Endurance to find out what the situation was and to tell them that I specifically asked three times if you them gentleman who took my policy and wrote it up needed the accurate mileage and they were supposed to put all the recordings I was told by two different people. The first person told me hold on he would take care of it come December. He tells me, "There’s nothing you can do," after I make like four payments on the account. Left me hanging all that time. So I called back again hoping to speak to a supervisor and another representative tells me she’s going to look into it and that she would get back to me the following Monday and I get a email that she’s going to call me last Thursday and now it’s Tuesday of the following week and I self heard nothing.

I had told the first gentleman that if I wasn’t gonna be covered I wanted to cancel my policy because I could lease a car for another $70. So here it is January 29 and this is been going on since October 2018. My car is unusable and they’ve done nothing at all or give me any answers your refund my money. I feel that the representative my policy was an experienced and yet they have done nothing to help me except making sure I pay my payments every month while this was I thought it was being resolved. Come to find out it wasn’t and I still don’t have an answer till today so I don’t know what to say about this company except that I feel they did me wrong and I don’t know what the outcome is going to be but I will post it once I find out myself.

I bought an extended warranty for $2,700 and was paying $108 a month for 2 years. Select Premier package and it covered almost everything outside of suspension and brakes. About 8k into the warranty my Transmission went out and needed to either be replaced or fixed. It took them almost 2 months to come to a decision that they were not going to cover me based on a technicality. My engine and transmission were covered but my “torque converter" wasn’t covered. Mind you this is apart of the power train and sitting on the transmission.

The torque Converter caused my transmission to fail and they denied my claim even though my transmission is covered. Why offer a service knowing that if this part will cause damage to a covered part you will not cover it? Leaving me with a huge bill. This was the purpose of me buying this extended warranty in the first place. Mind you there are other plans they offer, that would have covered it but the service was never offered to me. This is a very deceptive service they offer which is called “premier select”. I will never suggest anyone do business with Endurance extended warranty.

I got an extended warranty for the Cadillac Seville which had the Northstar engine. It ended up needing the warranty for about $10,000 worth of work. It had a new engine and transmission in it. The Jaguar is the same way. It’s a very complicated car and it’s not cheap and easy to fix. I had an extended warranty on it that expired and I didn’t renew it quickly enough when I was supposed to. But I’m glad I didn’t because then I ended up with Endurance. They seemed different but better. At the same time, their ratings are significantly better than the ratings of the the company I had. And I make a lot of my decisions on what I buy or don’t buy based on that kind of feedback from the internet.

The car’s in perfect shape. I’m not gonna get rid of it ever because of the kind of car it is and the lower mileage for the year. It’s paid for too. I don’t owe any money on it. So I figured that the amount of the payment for the extended warranties was nothing compared to what my payments were on the car. So to have that added security is what it amounts to. The person I dealt with at Endurance was very good also. He knew what he was doing and he was able to explain everything thoroughly. I was very pleased with him.

Instead, I got a lot of information that was already on their website. I never got a quote on what the cost would be and whether there was an a la carte provision like a lot of the companies that provide a similar service have. I also never found out whether there was a copay and how much it was. I also asked where I would get discounts because it's the at the first part of the year, and Endurance may be offering a sizable discount to get me to come on board. I never got answers to my questions. Instead, I got lots of phone calls.

Endurance's reps just wanna call me and sell me a warranty insurance policy. We will be looking for a warranty for our home appliances and an automobile add-on warranty for our car with a 100,000-mile warranty. The 60,000-mile warranty on it has worn out so it's just on a drivetrain and other mechanical things. I never heard anything on those too. It got to the point where we just didn't answer Endurance's calls anymore nor tell them what we wanted.

I don't even know if I would wanna deal with a company this inefficient. At this time, I wouldn't do business with them. I wouldn't talk to any of their salespeople. That doesn't mean however that if I got someone in authority who apologizes I wouldn't talk to them. If they introduced themselves so I know that they have some ability to make things right I would talk to them. If someone could straighten this out and make me a very good offer, I would be interested. Other than that, it hasn't been a good experience with Endurance.

Steve was very helpful with me getting my somewhat refund. He did note that I will receive some of the money for the down payment considering I had cancelled a month prior to when I spoke with him which was about exactly a month after I joined. I didn't drive the car anywhere, and I had decided to not drive the car over the winter - don't want to chance wrecking it. The reason I had contacted him was even after I had terminated the contract, PayLink had still taken the $195 and change out of my account and I only had $5 left in that account after that. So I received that back. Not sure if I will receive partial down payment back but I appreciate the help anyway. Was thinking about getting this for my truck instead, but gotta find a new job.

I'm hitting 148,000 on my car. I'm the second owner and when I got it at Complex, it still had a transmission and engine warranty. But then, the dealership said that it only had 9,000 miles left. I wanted to at least keep the vehicle covered because I drive it a lot around the city back and forth from work. When I talked to the Ford dealer, I asked them about the warranty place and they said they wouldn't take AutoGuard or CarShield as they said those companies don't pay right. I went through Endurance's warranty and set it up. I had to do my investigation with my mechanic in Ford to make sure. He told me that Endurance didn't seem to bad.

However, this employee was moving too fast and I wasn't happy with him. Still, somebody called me back and they said they would get the warranty straight. Even so, the guy jacked up my odometer reader and had everything really off. I knew he was trying to make a sale but Endurance already has a good name so he didn't have to pressure me. They're already with the VMA so their name is where they've been looked at thoroughly.

The first guy thought I had 48,000 miles and I don't know how he missed when I said 148,000 a couple of times. I was asking him "ain't all calls recorded" and he was getting smart on me back and forth via email. I told him that his professionalism is not on point and that he made me very skeptical. I then said I told him twice that I had 148,000 miles and that I thought he was moving too fast. The second person whom I spoke with made me comfortable and he tried to clean it up. But then, he didn't know what the first guy offered me so he was a little off. I then had to go through a third person but I still had a downpayment problem as what their guy initially told me had gone up. The third person tried to get this taken care of.

The second and third person both did their best for me. They tried to figure out what was going on and did not try to move too fast and tried to accommodate me. Thereafter, I had Benny's Automotive and Capital City Ford look at the contract with Endurance for me and the manager highlighted that I should make sure that my fluids are changed and that I keep up on the maintenance of the car.

So I was told I could take it to Dodge and as I did the mechanic found the problem and Endurance had them still break down the engine, then when the adjuster came out the claim was denied because even though the cylinder head is a covered part and what caused the engine to messed up. Because the Value seat dropped and it isn't a covered part my claim was not approved which I think is unfair because if a engine needs to be replaced and covered part is damaged then it should be covered no matter what. So they pick at anything to find a reason to deny claims and don't stand behind their contacts.

The explanation was that a scratch is not a dent. The protection plan covers dent repair only. About the rim, I was told that it was irreparable because of the plastic coating on the alloy. According to the brochure, a replacement of the wheel is provided if it becomes unserviceable. But TITAN said the damage was not bad enough to qualify for a replacement! It is the most disappointing and dissatisfying experience dealing with Endurance, the company that provides the TITAN VEHICLE PROTECTION PLAN.

Several reviews below speak glowingly about how easy it is to get signed up and start paying for coverage. However, when it is time for Endurance to perform as promised, don't hold your breath! Throughout the last two weeks, I have spoken on the phone with several individuals who claim that they are "Customer Service Reps", or "Account Managers" with Endurance, but not a single one of them has followed through with anything they said they would do.

I finally had to come to the realization that this company does not care about anything other than getting access to credit card accounts so they can start taking money. I bought this policy without seeing the details of the contract. I did so trusting that once I got the documents, I would be able to study them and cancel with a return of my down payment, if I were to determined that the terms to had been over-sold during the phone call. Once I made such a determination, I called and made it clear that I wanted to cancel. That is when they began a program of lies and deception. I have been treated with complete disrespect, and they have now begun to act as there is something wrong with me, because I'm not happy with their endless delay tactics.

Every time, I get shuffled to someone else who says they "will help me", or they "are battling for me" (or similar), and that just ends in frustration and more delay. My phone messages are not returned. When I do get through to speak with someone, I'm promised that I will hear from them by a certain time. However, and, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, they have not come through as promised in even one small way.

All day yesterday, I was assured they were working on a "satisfactory resolution", and that it would finally be presented to me by the end of their business day. But, of course that deadline passed without action. I finally heard from someone who claimed to be working on my case, "after-hours, on his own time", and that by 10AM this morning, he would definitely call me.

But, of course 10AM today came and went without a call, so I began to call the "direct line" that they had given me to that department. No one EVER answered ANY of those calls. Eventually, very close to their closing time, I decided to try calling the main phone number, to get someone to walk over there to get someone's attention, he just laughed at me. (And remember, I have been trying to deal with the department who claims to be responsible for taking care of Customer Service.)

I guess by now I should expect Endurance employees to just laugh as if I'm just another in their long list of dumb sucker victims. Roughly 48 hours ago, I dug deeper into the reviews posted online by other customers. I found plenty of reason to be concerned. SO, that is when I ramped up my efforts to cancel and get my money back. I would think that ENDURANCE would at least have some interest in having me go away with the partial satisfaction of getting my money back. If you are thinking of doing business with Endurance, I suggest that you instead consider simply flushing your cash down the toilet. The result would be the same, except way less time consuming.

I had a warranty on one of my other vehicles, and I really liked how it went. So, I decided to try another one because I didn't have access to the one I originally had. I would have gone to GM Protection Plan again, but it's only sold by the dealer. After looking around online, I called three different places. So, between the internet and the guy from Endurance I talked to, Oliver, I went with Endurance. The other two companies that I talked to were kind of pushy. Oliver was intelligent and he knew what he was talking about. He answered my questions and wasn't beating around the bush. Anytime I asked anybody something else, they'd try to talk in circles around it. Oliver wasn't shady and pushy. When I said, "I'm not gonna buy this right now, I just wanna find out." He said, "Here's all my info. I'll email you this."

The warranty I had was expiring, and I know I needed one in case there were some issues. I didn’t want it to come out of pocket, so I decided to research to see what I could find. I was gonna go with someone else, but then when I looked online at the reviews of claims, and customer service and different things, Endurance had come up as one of the better ones. They were more responsive than some of the others. The reviews that we were reading was that Endurance was a little better than some of the ones that were already on there. Their process was pretty quick and there was no drama behind it. The representative was also nice and very informative. For making the payments for purchasing the warranty, we set up the account with my debit card so there was no issue.

So far, my experience has been very positive and people who generally buy the warranty speak very highly of it. I'm also aware of the claim procedures where I give them a call first and let them know and then, the people that I take the car to for service will contact Endurance before doing the repair to make sure it’s approved. It’s fairly a routine.

There was a time when my car was going out of warranty and I was still making the business decision of whether or not to purchase a new car. I decided to get an auto warranty and did a search. I came up with three companies to look into but then Endurance offered me a discounted price to take the offer that day. Their rep was knowledgeable but then I felt a little pressure to get the discount because I knew that was the only time it would be offered in a quote. Still, I appreciated the 30-day guarantee.

Eventually, I canceled the warranty within the 30 days as I decided to purchase a new car. I felt a little nervous in calling back to make sure the warranty was canceled but then it was a great experience. Their rep had to go through a few screens to cancel it. Though he said he wasn't a salesperson, he asked me a couple of times if I wanted to transfer the warranty to another car. When I said no, the warranty was canceled and they refunded the cost to my credit card.

Also, they weren't forceful and they said that if I wanted to go and compare them with others, I could call them back.

Overall, Endurance did a good job, The payment plan was very reasonable, too, for the amount of dollars. As to what the warranty was covering, compared to other companies, it was a good price. I had a warranty before and I didn’t have that many problems with the car, but the thing is there's always that word "if," so I wanted to get an extended warranty. Endurance was a little bit cheaper than other companies and that was our main reason for choosing them. Also, when I went to the dealership to get my oil changed, I asked them about some of the different companies and how was the work with them. I also asked if Endurance will cover what will go wrong with my car or are they gonna give me 10,000 reasons why they shouldn't pay for it. And they said Endurance is easy to work with. So when I came back and my other one was getting ready to expire, I got Endurance. It was an easy and quick process to purchase the warranty. Since I'm not gonna put a lot of mileage on the car, I got the five years instead of the three and paid in full.

Their rep answered all my questions and took his time to explain things too. I got good vibes when I was talking to him about the warranty and seeing what was covered. I had the same questions for him and he said that Endurance will take care of the problem if it's covered and if I got the maintenance on the vehicle. I always keep my receipts from my oil changes anyway, so it's all good.

I looked Endurance up as far as some of the more highly rated companies. I do a lot of my own work and they told me for one that I could do my own maintenance and that would be okay, but that I would have to have that first oil change with an ASE-certified tech. But then when I got the policy in the mail, I read different. I was misinformed because in fact I cannot. I need receipts from an ASE-certified tech for all maintenance if I'm gonna submit a claim. Just having the receipts for the purchase of those parts would not have been enough to file a claim. The work needed to be done by a certified technician and me. I called them up, and they did confirm that so I feel like I was just lied to to get the contract.

In the end, though, for an $11,000 car, paying almost $4,000 for a warranty was not worth it so I didn't even keep the warranty for a month. But the customer service reps were pretty good. I felt like once I wanted to cancel that they might put the pressure on, but they were pretty good about it. The first people that wanted to sell the contract maybe just were either misinformed or they lied outright. Endurance is still worth a try. They seemed like they might’ve been a good company.

When I first signed up with Endurance, I felt very confident in the company. I was also gonna go with their extended warranty because they were cheaper and had the best reputation. I thought that since they were rated number 1, I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. However, when their rep read the disclosure, I had great doubts because something about the disclosure didn’t sound right.

Our car is a KIA and KIA is pretty good about the recalls. They had a recall for the door and the transmission. But the motor failed on us when we only had 15,000 miles on it and my husband was not very happy about that. That was totally unexpected though and we got a brand new motor in it which cost $8,000 for everything. So I was not happy with that first person I talked to at Endurance and it kinda scared me because it didn’t sound like they were gonna cover me for anything. Their rep said that the extended warranty would not cover any known or unknown defects. Maybe I misunderstood him and it was just the wording of the disclosure. But for me, spending money is a scary experience because we’re poor farmers. We had hail twice and we lucked out. We didn’t get our plants planted till July 5th then when we harvested, we just got a normal harvest.

Endurance's reps also didn't sound very friendly. In the end, I called and canceled the warranty with them within one month. I talked to a young man on the phone through the toll free number and he said it was still within the 30 days and that they would cancel it and refund my $100. I then switched to Emerald because they were willing to work with me. They ended up giving me a cheaper deal and extended the time of the warranty for me for four more years. So, they were competitive and matched what Endurance was doing.

I called Endurance but the office was closed, so I left a voicemail and their sales guy returned my call. When he called, I told him that it wasn't a good time. He should have respected that and just asked me when would be the good time to call back. But instead, he told me that it was only gonna take five minutes and that he didn't wanna call me back because if he did, they would raise the rate because it would ran through the database more than once. I told him that I was pressed for time, but he told me to hold on and to let him explain things.

The sales guy had some used car salesman tactics. The crazy part is I've done sales my whole life and there's no such thing as selling an item that a customer don’t want. If I had the time, I wouldn't go with Endurance because of the sales guy's business tactics. But I was in such a rush and the warranty was something that I needed, so I just got it. I mainly did that to get him off the phone because I had other stuff going on. If I had to grade that sales guy, I would definitely give him anywhere between a D and a F. He’s a strong D moving towards a F. He needs to take retraining because any time you're selling something that’s needed, you don’t really have to sell it. The product is gonna sell itself. That was the first thing he failed on. All of the super aggressive sale tactics or techniques are not called for. The only thing it's gonna do is run the customer away and make them go somewhere else.

I wasn’t that keen on signing up for yet another monthly payment, but I decided better safe than sorry. I’m lucky I made that call. One year into my plan I had a serious issue with my brakes that had to be dealt with right away. Instead of panicking I called Endurance and asked them to walk me through what had to be done. They made me feel like I was in good hands and told me not to worry. They took care of everything from then on: My car was in the shop before I knew it, and I had a rental included in the warranty. At my age, the less you have to think about this kind of stuff, the better. I’m really glad I stuck with it.

It looked good but it had relatively low miles so I wanted to make sure that the thing would last a while. I looked at about 5 warranty companies and the deciding factors for me were the price and the bumper-to-bumper total coverage. When I dealt with Endurance, they seemed to answer my questions and got me a good price. But because I was shopping between different companies, the entire transaction took about three days. They were able to lock in a price for me though, and setting up the payment plan was convenient with the no interest. That made it easy. The deposit was also something low, like 150 bucks. Then there was a 10-day period before I could see the package of documents. I saw the sample one online but I haven't seen the specific one for my vehicle yet. Nonetheless, I'd recommend Endurance.

Their wording in it made it appear that a lot of claims would be denied due to what they call “normal wear and tear”. It’s all semantics at that point and I don’t feel like paying upfront for services that may be declined down the road. Compared to the service rep, the contract was not as inclusive as I was comfortable with as far as what they would and wouldn’t cover. Their legal department is obviously putting them in a situation where they would not have to pay out a lot of claims that they label as “normal wear and tear”, which is all up to the individual mechanic or the service rep involved with the claims.

I purchased a warranty from Endurance on 9/10/2018. I purchased the top warranty they offer, which is bumper to bumper and known as the Platinum Plus plan. Prior to purchasing the warranty (In mid-August), I had taken my vehicle to the local Jeep Dealership for a factory recall. This visit was a couple of weeks prior to purchasing the warranty. During the factory recall repair, the dealer also did an inspection on the vehicle noting no issues, leaks, or problems. The warranty contract begins after a 30-day waiting period and 1,000 miles from the time of the purchase. In mid-October, well after the 30-day waiting period and 1,700 miles later, I noticed a small oil leak on my garage floor. The droplets of oil did not appear to be engine oil. My garage floor is finished in a white epoxy with a clear coat, meaning it is impossible to miss oil on the ground when it appears.

As soon as I noticed oil, I contacted my local Jeep dealership and scheduled an appointment for service on 10/29/2018. When I arrived at the Jeep dealership, the service manager told me that the oil I was seeing under the vehicle was most likely hydraulic motor mount fluid and said the mounts usually go out on these vehicles between 5-7 years. A short time later (on 10/29/2018) the diagnosis was completed, and it was in-fact the motor mounts leaking. They were not covered as part of the Jeep powertrain warranty, so I provided my Endurance Warranty information to the dealership. Endurance contacted the claims administrator, United Car Care, who stated they would send out an inspector due to the cost of the repair ($1400+). It took two days for the inspector to show up at the dealership, and an additional day before the decision was rendered to deny my claim.

I immediately contacted United Car Care and was told that the condition was “pre-existing” because there were signs of hydraulic fluid on engine components under the mounts. I was also told the engine had “flexed” or measured off by a certain amount which indicated this failure had taken place “over time” and was pre-existing. I protested and noted the vehicle had been in for a full inspection to the dealer just prior to purchasing the warranty and no issues were noted, including no leaks. I also explained that there is no way there was a leak that would go unnoticed as my garage floor is done in white epoxy and the car is parked in the garage.

I asked how they can prove on their end the failure occurred during the “waiting period” and not after. I was told due to the close proximity of the waiting period and the failure, they are calling it a pre-existing condition. The service manager at the dealership told me there is no way to prove an exact failure date and was baffled by the warranty company assuming it is a pre-existing condition, especially when a full vehicle inspection was completed by the dealer shortly before purchasing the warranty.

Motor mounts are a covered component, my vehicle was past the waiting period in both days and miles (by a large number in-fact) and they still denied the claim with NO PROOF that the condition was pre-existing. To add insult to injury, I requested to cancel my account and was told I have to send a letter via US Mail to request a cancellation. They were more than happy to take my money and start my billing over the phone, but now I have to submit a form via US mail while they continue to charge my credit card? NOT GONNA HAPPEN. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The best part about the cancellation, is I requested the form be emailed to me so I could cancel and I was told it could take a while for the form to send over email because it has a large attachment. After I got off the phone with the representative from Endurance I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL. I had to call back a short time later and demand the email be sent to me while I was on the phone. Funny, I instantly received it and the best part, there is NO ATTACHMENT! It’s a simple email you print out, and they claim you must notarize the form to provide the mileage on the vehicle.

I am not wasting my time or money, I provided them with a copy of the receipt from the dealership showing the vehicle’s current mileage. I then tried to call back after putting a copy of this form in the US mail, email and their online support form, and was placed on hold until I finally hung up. I encourage others to USE STRONG caution with this company, do not be fooled by their rating on BBB or anywhere else.

Other than that the people at Endurance were very prompt and knowledgeable, it's also very easy to make payments. I used a credit card. I also realized from the officer I spoke with that when you shop around, brokers would question whether or not there was anything wrong with the vehicle. That would keep them from trying to give you the best price.

I had also read a number of articles and Endurance has a good backup. They have funds available so they appealed to me. In fact, I intend to transfer over two more vehicles to Endurance. The newer vehicles are so technologically advanced that if you break something on it, it’s thousands of dollars in electrical components. I've got an Explorer, a new Mercedes and an ‘18 F-150. With all those vehicles, you have got to have something, a backup past what the manufacturer's warranty has, in order to protect yourself. Insurance on stuff like that is necessary.

They said I would have a gold card because I was a senior so it dropped it down to $2,000-something and $2,200 for my insurance, and that I paid $130 a month for 24 months, which comes out to $3,600. I made the initial payment on the day that I talked to the rep. They took it over the phone. But I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t use the insurance until after 1,000 miles or 30 days. They never told me that so I cancelled it. Instead of the rep telling me that I was fully covered right then, they should’ve spelled that all out for me. They should have told me that I can’t use it for however long.

I dealt with companies like this in the past and they cover nothing. Endurance, on the other hand, pretty much cover everything on a car with the exception of normal wear and tear stuff. So I will recommend them. When I made the purchase, I had just bought a new car but when the representative gave me a price, I thought it was a bit too high. She asked me how much I wanted to spend and I told her. She said they couldn't get it down that low but they could get it down to a certain amount. We met right there in the middle. They worked out an agreeable amount which I pay month-to-month.

I was looking at ones on the web and they came up, and they seemed like a pretty good deal. But then I started shopping around and I got a better deal on another warranty so I cancelled it. As I discovered after I talked to others, what they offer you is not what they will really offer you, if you say you don't want it. The price can come down considerably and they offer you different options. Cancelling took longer than I thought 'cause they say you have 30 days once you purchase it. I didn't get the policy for 10 days, and I asked, "How do I cancel? 'Cause I've already purchased another one." They said, "You have to send everything that you got back to us, and it has to be there by November 6," which I had two weeks to do. We decided this was the car that I wanna keep for as long as I can and that it would be worthwhile to purchase a warranty. But I didn't wanna just go with the one that the dealer recommended. I wanted to get two estimates of what the cost would be.

I had the original pricing from the dealer and then the only one that I got a phone call about right away was Endurance. Their estimate was less amount and the representative was very nice. I asked a few questions because he was rambling about all the coverage stuff and I wanted to just ask about a few things. And he was knowledgeable. He knew what I was talking about. He also said that we had time to look over the packet that would come and decide if we would want to have it. But I’ve decided to go with them. The purchase experience was very simple and making payments was easy too. We set it up such that it’s gonna be taken out automatically so we have nothing to worry or think about. I’m just glad that the extended warranty is something that’s offered. Then I realized that I already had 40-something thousand miles on my car so I thought of getting some extended warranty. I’d rather have it than not to have it if something happens. I wanted to cover the parts, from bumper to bumper.

It’s funny how I stumbled on Endurance on the internet. I didn’t know who they were but after speaking with them in-depth about my needs on my car, I found them to be very reasonable. I didn’t have to pay the coverage all at once either. I could put a down payment and then make monthly payments. I spoke to a guy initially when I found Endurance's number on my internet. And when I was calling him, he was calling me. But he was very nice and courteous. He had good manners. Then I called back because I had some more questions and I got another person who was very nice and kind. Then the last person that I called gave me her telephone number. In case something comes up, I can give her a call. Everyone was consistent in their manners. They were kind and really easy to talk to.

They even told me if I ran into any problems during the holidays, to let them know and they would either waive the payment or make the payment for me. When I called them back one time, it was because I realized that the amount that we initially agreed on was gonna be too tight for my budget. But then, it went down on the plan. What I did was I consulted my ex-brother-in-law and he said that they're very good people. He had used them when my sister and he had the Beamer. So I'm really satisfied. I love Endurance and I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I’ve already talked to other people about them.

Earlier this year, my car that I had only had for about two years got deemed a total loss for some minor damage. I wasn’t prepared to have to get a new car and the loan amount I was approved for didn’t cover extended warranties in it. So I had to start looking for a third party. Endurance was the first one that got back to me and the guy was helpful. He definitely took his time to explain everything to me. Even though I couldn't think right then, he was very patient, which was awesome. He told me not to worry, that he would take care of it and tell me what the price is. He calculated everything for me. He definitely knew his stuff. He was able to answer a lot of my questions thoroughly.

He was even more useful, helpful and understanding with the payments. He was able to take a few extra dollars off per month for me and then have it wait until I was able to get paid the following week so I wouldn’t lose that price. He even made sure I would have things on my records and I’ve been receiving correspondence. I got a thank-you letter detailing what was discussed and the results of it. He also sent me an invoice saying what we had agreed upon so that way before the payment came out, I would know exactly what was discussed. I would have it in writing.

That first interaction was easy and non-pressuring. It was really rough when I was going through all this but he made me feel really comfortable. He also helped me feel comfortable with this decision, knowing that it’s gonna be an extra $119 a month. I knew why it’s important to have that extended warranty because I've already dealt with a GAP claim. I have a previous experience with an extended warranty company and leaving them. He helped me understand that Endurance is a company that will definitely be there for me if this ever happens again. So it was really comforting.

Someone from Endurance called me and I asked her some questions because I had an extended warranty before and it had all kinds of limitations to it. So I asked what was covered and she told me that the exams I did with that engine smoking problem that I had before would be covered because it's well known that that happens. She also said that pretty much everything is covered in my warranty, so everything was okay.

But it bothered me that they didn’t get my monthly payment situation straight. I told the rep I needed the payments to come out on the 28th but she put them in for another date. She can't just do what she wanna do and she has to do what the customer says. Other than that, the price was high. But all the other ones were around the same price and my 16-year-old child is driving this vehicle, so I needed to make sure that it's safe.

It was me spending $200 or him sitting on the side of 95 and a truck running to him. At 16, you don’t know you got to pull the car off the road and sometimes in the grass to be safe. You also don’t know not to get out and leave the door open. All in all, depending on the circumstances, it'd be worth it to cover yourself with insurance. You never know what's gonna happen because you didn’t have the car from the very beginning and dealers are not running around telling people what's wrong with the car they're selling. They always say that nothing is wrong with it.

Not every average person is gonna really know though.

He wasn’t very knowledgeable about cars but I don’t blame the guy. And it isn't an issue when you're in sales. Maybe the question I gave him also caught him off-guard. But I found the information in the contract itself and it would have been good if he had gone through the contract a little bit more. There was also this one guy that he sent me to for the purchasing and the disclaimer. They sent me over to somebody else and this guy talked like an auctioneer. It was like, "Wait, wait. My vehicle is covered from bumper-to-bumper and if I have any issues with it breaking down on the road, it's covered and I will have a tow truck pick up the car and take it to any place that I choose. Then, Endurance will provide the funds directly to the repair shop.

I bought a vehicle that had high miles. It was also towards the end of its warranty so there was not much to transfer. But it’s only a couple years old so I expect to have a few years' use out of it. We’re not a high-mile user so it’s probably the time that will run out before the miles do. But I haven’t bought a used vehicle like this before. I figured that I’d like to have the warranty to help with big-ticket bills because we paid a lot of money for a used vehicle. Also, there was a malfunction with the sliding door and that was what triggered me to get the warranty. That was a pretty expensive estimate for the repair and there was no recourse on that. From what I understand when I first got the policy with Endurance, that’s something that wouldn’t have been covered anyway. But if something like that can break, other things could break. And if it’s something big, like the transmission, then I’d be messed up.

I was really hesitant to do this with any company just because I had heard bad things that it all looks good until you really make the claim. Then they’re not gonna honor it. So I did some online searches in the satisfaction and there is a lot of stuff out there on Endurance. There were their plans’ comments everywhere so it was hard to determine. But as far as I could tell, Endurance has the best customer service. I didn’t really find an unbiased reviewer or one that I could trust though, so I had to take a chance.

I went with the higher plan because the difference in coverage to the price was a little bit better. But I got the higher-end premium. It’s expensive but it’s one of those things that’s on the cost of the vehicle. I was torn on whether I would’ve preferred to do half of the amount for the full four years or to pay it all upfront. But I've made the first payment. The materials look good too.

Since I didn’t want to pay for the repairs if something happens to my vehicle, I looked into acquiring a warranty and I got this from Endurance. The reps did well and the payment plan was reasonable. People should do their own research on Endurance Auto Warranty.

I bought a car that has a factory warranty and I was trying to find a warranty that extends the life of my warranty. Endurance showed up highly rated on a couple of different sites, but once I got them on the phone, they weren't gonna let me off until I agreed to the 30-day trial period. The price was subject too, and you don't get to call back or think about it. I thought I might like to discuss it with my wife, but the rep said, "This is a one-time offer, you take it now or not." So, knowing that I'd have a 30-day, I took it. I received my contract in the mail since then, and have put it under the microscope. I'm not sure we'll be keeping this plan.

I don't know the history of the vehicle I got and for safety, I looked into getting an auto warranty. I tried to get information from several, and I was not successful most times in getting a good price or a price over the phone that I thought was realistic. I signed up with Endurance a week ago and I got the contract yesterday, and I’m still going through it. I talked to them three times now and the discouraging part is every time I talked to them, I got a different price. So, I was very close to cancelling my policy yesterday when I got the wrong bill. That didn’t go well. That conversation went well, and they acknowledged the fact that they sent me the wrong bill and they were willing to correct it but I wasn’t convinced that I wanted them to correct it. I was more convinced that I was gonna say goodbye. But they made it worth my while to try one more time. I’m disappointed and I probably wouldn’t even make a recommendation.

I was getting a used vehicle that has really low miles. It runs surprisingly well for the year but I knew that Ford Escapes, especially 2008 through 2010, have notoriously rough AC units that tend to die. So I was trying to help negate the possibility that my wife and my toddler would ever be in the car and it wouldn't have AC. I was doing a lot of Google searching trying to find out who had the best ratings in terms of warranties for vehicles and Endurance was number one on at least one of the sites I was looking at. When I was talking with their reps, I had a small notepad that I was filling up with information and just by the conversation, it was obvious that we were doing it with them. I was very satisfied with my experience and the payment plan they gave me was very reasonable. At the moment, we're very happy that we were able to get the level of coverage that we got and I would recommend Endurance.

These guys really do the best they can. I can’t say that about most small businesses. A lot of places seem like they don’t even try. Endurance hires people that are smart and know cars. You don’t have to spend hours on the phone explaining what a supercharger is. They get right to it, and you get covered, period. At least, that’s been my experience so far. I would recommend the secure plan, since it’s the cheapest and still covers quite a lot.

I bought a vehicle at a dealer that is about three hours drive from me because I got a good deal on it. And when he offered me a warranty on it, it was too high. So I told my wife that when we get home, I'd look at another warranty or either go to the Ford place up there. But before I went to the Ford place, I started looking at Endurance. The prices of the Ford factory warranty were too high, then I looked at another one that was a little cheaper than Endurance but it didn’t cover as much or didn’t cover the length of time that Endurance did. So I went with Endurance and so far, so good. I would tell others to take a look at them first.

My vehicle was getting close to the 100,000-mile mark and I do quite a bit of traveling, so I wanted to make sure I had an extended warranty. I got a good quote from Endurance and I went with them. The reps who assisted me when I was getting set up did a great job and the ladies I talked to were awesome. The price they gave me was reasonable as well and the payment plan was a good way to do the payments because I'd rather they come out automatically. I would recommend Endurance to my friends because of their customer service was amazing, their quoting process was easy, and the overall amount for the entire warranty was great.

The warranty expired for my vehicle. I looked up extended warranties online and I saw Endurance. They had pretty good reviews online and even though I was looking for something cheaper, the rep that I talked to pretty much told me that that was the price for the type of vehicle I have. Plus, I didn't wanna go through the process of calling millions of companies, so I signed up with them. The lady I spoke with gave me a quote and wrote down the different plans they offered with a short summary of what they would cover. She was pretty good and she let me know that if I didn’t ask her the questions I needed to ask her right then and there, the booklet that I will receive should pretty much give me a breakdown of specifics.

My warranty was just ending and I got solicited to get an extended warranty from Endurance. I tried to cancel four times because I feel like I'm screwed on this policy. I still feel like what I’m gonna be paying over the next couple of years is still money just going towards fixing the issue myself anyhow. But they were very persuasive. They were really good at their job. I still don’t feel like I’m getting a fabulous deal even though each time I’ve called, they dropped the price enormously. But I ended up staying with it.

I wanted a second coverage on my car, an extra one, just in case because I know that my old warranty would expire. I was looking at multiple companies but I thought Endurance got a pretty good review. When I was getting it all set up, they could have done a little bit more interactions though. It was organized but not 100% complete and they could have sent a text message saying my payment was coming up soon to help out. But they worked with me a little bit. The payment plan was $80 a month and it was for two years and the extra two years was free.

I had an auto warranty with another company but I didn't pay for it. I looked up if I could find something cheaper than what I was paying and when it expired, they tried to call me back and give me a better deal. But Endurance's deal was better, so I went with them. I also found another company but they didn't have any stars. That kinda shook me because I was kinda already scared about online stuff.

But the rep I dealt with at Endurance told me to look up their address and the package they offered. And when I did, they were legit. He was really nice, too, and any question I had, he was there to answer. He was a good salesman and was specific. He told me that I could change the day for my monthly payment but the date that he gave me, which was on the 21st of the month, was pretty good. All in all, Endurance did a great job and I've told my friend to go to them. I told him that the warranty is good to have on his car, that Endurance has the cheapest price, and that they're reasonable.
