    I have an older Chevrolet Impala and I was starting to have some issues once I bought it that was costing me a lot of money out of pocket. I wanted to have a little bit of coverage without paying every single time I had problems with it. I was looking up Google and different warranties, and Endurance was one of the ones I first saw. I've also seen more advertisements for Endurance than other ones at the moment. Signing up with them was good. The guy that worked with me was very thorough about my signing up.

    I had some some car issues, but it was denied by Endurance. Other than that, the warranty coverage for my car is good. The price is budget-friendly for me as well and I'm glad that I was able to get a warranty for a car at that age and for the mileage that was already on it. Endurance is a good company with good reviews. They're one of the top car warranties to look into if you want a warranty for your vehicle, new or old. They are very helpful as well. I like their representatives. They're informative and educated. They're good salespeople to tell you the benefits of having a warranty versus not having one. Also, their website is very informative and helpful if you can't get in touch with someone.

    I went on the internet, and I did some comparisons across as far as how auto warranties ranked and Edurance is well at the top. So I decided to reach out to them. I was very satisfied when I signed up with them. The individual I talked to was very educated, and he answered all my questions when I asked him. He was seated right on top gun. One of my buddies had called Endurance as well and got the warranty also after my situation.

    My car is eight years old, and it's only got 49,000 miles on it but the book value was going down. Up till now, I always had Collision. But I couldn't afford Collision anymore and it wouldn't pay for me to pay for Collision based on the book value. I figured I had to drop the Collision and I'll pick up Endurance. I'm a widow and I live on a pension, and if something big was to happen to my car that would cost $4,000 or $5,000, I probably wouldn't have the money to get it fixed.

    I went online to see about that other provider, and it didn't seem much of a difference. When Endurance called me back, they gave me a figure, and they worked with me and dropped the amount of $20 a month which I'm having put on my credit card. It doesn't sound like a lot, but $20 a month over a year is couple of hundred dollars. When you're living on a fixed income, every penny counts, especially with the price of gas right now. The rep I talked to was very forthcoming. He told me everything about the policy. He told me certain restrictions, which there wasn't that many. If he went along on something and I had a question, he knew the answers to my questions right away, so that impressed me. I'm absolutely satisfied.

    My warranty for an F-250 pickup was running out from my original purchase. I looked online and Endurance had pretty good reviews. One of their competitors puts the name of CarShield, but I don't have a car, I have a truck. The word car turned me right off. They focus on car. But when I read the Endurance programs and also who promotes it, an ex-driver for NASCAR, it sold me. I spoke to an agent on the phone who was great. He answered all the questions for me, was not pushy at all and understood where I was coming from. He was very helpful. He was out of Chicago, and I live in Tennessee. I've already made three payments and I'll continue it till it's completed. I plan on keeping my truck.

    Signing up with Endurance was easy. When I called them back the second time, because somebody else got ahold of me and offered to give me coverage through something else for a lower price, I didn't realize what I was doing at the time. The rep said, “Why do you want to quit?” I said they were telling me I didn't have all this coverage. But she said, “You have all of this coverage. It covers brakes and you get a new key fob,” which I need. Having Endurance is a good idea.

    After 2 weeks of "claim rep" delay, my claim was denied. Rep declared the claim damage occurred before policy was in force. There was no knowledge of such when the Endurance sales rep sold 2 policies to me and vehicle gave no indication prior to this. The shop mechanics stated that there was no way to determine damage was prior to ownership and the Endurance rep apparently grasping for a way to deny the claim. The shop will no longer accept any Endurance policies for consideration. Have canceled both policies, demanded refund of all payments and told everyone I know of my experience. Payment of $5k to shop was made from my personal account. DO NOT USE ENDURANCE!!!

    I was interested in purchasing a warranty except for the pressure tactic....I was told this offer would not be available the following day. I was also told I was getting a quote for the best available warranty. After researching I was not being offered the best warranty available.

    We all get those calls where the people are calling from India about your extended car warranty, but I knew that there were some legitimate ones. The one that was on my van was legitimate and I never needed to use it. And because I have a loan on my vehicle, and it's an older vehicle, I thought if I could find another company that was legitimate, that would be great. I found Endurance on the internet and everything I've read said they were legitimate. So, hopefully, they are. And there are shops around me that accept their warranty. So, I called them.

    The woman I spoke was from America and spoke very clearly. She went over every little detail, then emailed me a bunch of stuff and the policies so I could look at them while we were on the phone. I even googled it to see what the different levels that they offer and I was able to confirm that. It wasn't like those experiences where the people call and you know they're scammers, and you can't understand them anyway. The whole experience was really good. I also checked them out on Better Business Bureau, read reviews, and it sounded good to me.

    My vehicle’s a Chrysler Town and Country Touring-L Minivan and it has low miles for a 2012. I couldn't believe what the price was for what the Endurance warranty covered because it covered everything, even on something that old. I thought it'd be very limited, like the one that my vehicle came with which was just for the engine and transmission. So if my Endurance warranty covers what it says, and they do pay out if necessary, it's well worth the m.

    I've had previous companies and so have other family members. But Endurance comes very highly recommended. Their experiences with how to proceed with the claim and the process has been astronomically efficient. They had nothing but good things to say. So, it was an easy choice. It was between them and CarShield, which I've had in the past. The agent from Endurance was very knowledgeable, though I didn't know it was a program that I had to be approved for.

    The coverage begins after 30 days and once 1,000 miles have been driven, and it runs for about two years. The plan includes roadside assistance and rental coverage, and there’s something else for an additional year that’s part of the paperwork. The Elite Package covers everything, and nowadays, whether you have a Hybrid or an electric car, it’s worth it. If I weren't financing my vehicle, I'd probably go with liability all the way and just get the extended warranty on my car. It's of much help.

    I have a 2018 Ford, and I had an extended warranty through another carrier, but Endurance seemed better. I talked to a gentleman at Endurance and signed up. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and the sign-up experience was good. However, the price is a little high. Also, I haven't gotten a pamphlet as far as what it covers and what it doesn't cover. I'm waiting on some paperwork so I can review the policy. I need to take the next step as far as getting more information. I’ve already paid $150 for this startup, but I got a letter saying I was missing something. There's always a disconnect it seems between the people that are wanting you to sign up and the people that you're already signed up.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had to cancel my coverage because they say I didn't call in the current mileage within the 30 days which I did, started back in November. Got the notification about current mileage. Called it in and then their person didn't put it in the file correctly and had no notification and no contact until this month March 2026. Got a notification for updated mileage. Called it in and they tell me they will need to rewrite my contract now because I didn't give them a updated mileage within the time limit which I did but it was not put in right (even though they can see that I called in and gave the mileage) and now I need a motor in my vehicle that they will not cover due to preexisting conditions. Not the first time I have heard this about this company. Canceled my account with them so DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    My 10 y.o. car is in the shop now for transmission problems. Endurance notified the repair shop that my car is only worth $2100, so that is the limit of their liability for a $7000 transmission repair. I bought this policy in good faith and with no transmission or other problems for a year, and now they refuse to pay. Their commercials and ads are very deceptive! Do not buy!!! We are a couple living on Social Security and a small pension, and have always serviced our car regularly since we bought it new. We are so disappointed and angry at the deceptive ads by Endurance.

    I keep seeing the Endurance advertisement, then I saw it came on my phone. I talked with their rep and she convinced me that that was the way to go after I had already spent a large amount on something. So I got a policy with them for my 2015 Cadillac, which has 70,000 miles on it, and I set it up for automatic withdrawal. The rep I talked to was very good and guided me all the way through. I had no complaints at all. Everybody was also very cooperative and they explained things very well. I would tell friends and relatives that a motor going out would be a big expense, but it's up to them to decide if they want to get Endurance or not.

    My friend has a policy through Endurance, and I've been wanting to do it. My 2019 Buick Encore was paid off a year ago, and I didn't want to trade it in so I thought of getting some warranty protection on it. I signed up with Endurance and it went very smoothly. The guy was very nice and I could understand him. But I wish they would send out paperwork. I had an issue when I went to do the contract at the end to try to sign it. I never got that done. I'm wondering if I have to sign that and send it back to them. Other than that, Endurance is a great company to work with. Hopefully, they'll be easy with me if I ever have to use them for a claim.

    I like Endurance Warranty. I haven't had any claims, but they seem to be honest and have a good reputation. I called them and spoke to a young man. He was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I had a couple of concerns because my other warranty wasn't quite up yet. He accommodated everything that I asked, so we went with them. He did a superlative job. It was very easy to sign up. They're the kind of thing that is like carrying an umbrella. It's never gonna rain.     I am so sick and tired of this company. Yes we may have $100 deductible but we have had this company for two years with two vehicles and pay almost $300 a month. My truck finally broke down and they actually need to cover it this time. We have tried to get them to cover other things that I’ve happened to the vehicle and they don’t cover it so I’m like, "Well. What do you guys even cover," because they don’t cover everything. Now they have sent an inspector out two different times. Tested my oil for a third time we have gone on a 24 to 48 hour wait five times and waited 72 hours to wait another 72 hours and then wait another 72 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable. It has now been a month and we still have no resolution to my vehicle. And honestly, I’m fed up.

    I am about to let them finish up with my truck and then I’m canceling both policies because it’s absolute ludicrous the crap they have put me through. Their call logs don’t even show that they have even tried to call the dealership in the last 48 hours so I’m over it. I do not recommend this Endurance company to anyone. Go with a better company like Car Shield.

    When my original extended warranty ran out and they wanted about three times as much as I paid for it originally when I bought the vehicle, I started looking and Endurance is one of the top-rated companies out there, even though they aren't the cheapest. Signing up with them was quite simple. I called one day and got all the information. I called back the next day and they had the name of the gentleman I talked to the first day. I got a different person but they were both extremely friendly. They were sociable as well. Both of them went through the same thing so I was quite satisfied that they were professionals in what they were doing.

    The Endurance name is very nice and I liked their commercial. When I signed up, the process was not difficult. But it's been over two weeks and I haven't received the paperwork yet. We have problems with our mail and we didn't get mail for three weeks. But it's getting cleared up now because of the weather. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the coverage. The price is higher than what I was used to, but I'm also a lot older and they told me I can only have the warranty for four years. I didn't know there was a cut-off, so that was the only surprise with it, because I didn't see on the commercial that your age affected it..

    When I first got Endurance I was signed up for the wrong policy amount but I ended up calling them to cancel due to not having what I needed. There was a representative guy that helped me when I expressed my concerns and got me exactly what I needed and even gave me a discount. I'm glad I didn't cancel and now I feel more at ease than I was before. Pricing may seem somewhat expensive but it is worth it in the end. Thank you to the guy who assisted me today.

    Unfortunately, I have to join the 1 Star club with Endurance. Long story short, our engine died. Dealership ran all the tests Endurance required and Endurance denied our claim citing it was a "pre-existing condition". Pre-existing to what? The policy that they gladly accepted for over a year and half (during which the vehicle ran perfectly fine)? It is an ambiguous excuse that they can use with any vehicle/customer. If Endurance, in their infinite wisdom, knew that this "condition" already existed in my vehicle, why did they accept the vehicle for warranty to begin with. I spent over $2,500 in premiums while with them. The cost of replacing the engine was $4,700. It would have been more advantageous for me to save the money I spent on premiums and put it in a savings account towards car repairs. Which is what I recommend that everyone do. Car warranty companies are an industry scam.

I've had CarShield before, and Endurance is a little bit better. It's a little bit cheaper. I would recommend Endurance. They're very helpful.     My signup experience was nice. It was easy because of the representative. He told me what I would get and what I would not get. He took me through it and did a good job.     I had Endurance before and they took care of my problem quickly. It was the computer board or the screen inside. They had my vehicle for three days, and it cost me 100 bucks. I went with them again and my signup experience was great. The lady took care of me. Then, even after it was all over with, they told me that I qualify for another vehicle if I wanted to put another one on there. I told her, "I might just get back with you on it." You also can't beat that price. My experience was short, sweet, and to the point, and they didn't beat around the bush and try to sell you a bunch of BS. My buddies have got it as well, and they've never had any problem. My buddy's wife's transmission went out, and they also took care of it.

    I have had different warranty companies, last one Endurance I purchased a contract with them, I paid $205 dollars a month for over a year, then when I needed repairs they refused to pay for repairs. I am 81 years old, a widow. I live on social security. When I cancelled my policy they only returned $959.29 now I would like to know what they did with the other $1,700 dollars I paid. Save your money and then when you need money for repairs you Will have it.

    What I don't like about Endurance is you have to wait 30 days I'm fine with that but you have to drive a car for a thousand miles. With me I'm retired. I drive back and forth to the store. So far I had in Thorn for 3 months and I've only drove 78 miles. To me is not worth it. They don't tell you that. They tell you about the 30 days but they don't tell you about the thousand Miles. Carshield those are 500 miles. I better have 500 and 1,000.

    Do not get an Endurance warranty! I had a transmission replaced through endurance. The shop who did the work wanted to get their own Transmission. Endurance rejected this idea and found a cheaper transmission to be put into my vehicle. The new transmission was through a company called Teal. Three months after the Shop installed the transmission there were small problems due to endurance not paying for new torque converter bolts. This was ironic because endurance found a remanufactured transmission for my vehicle that had internal issues. The transmission failed seven months later in North Carolina. I have been stuck in North Carolina for two weeks because endurance refuses to approve the claim because they now say that my issue is with Teal, the transmission company that endurance chose to buy the transmission from.

    Endurance refuses to give me any information to the company that they purchased the transmission from, but are insisting that this company is the person or people I should speak with to get a rental car. Ironically endurance is forcing the shop that my car is currently in to attempt to get a warranty covered from a company that I have no knowledge of. Long story short, I am trapped in North Carolina, and if I don’t pay for a rental car out-of-pocket, I will remain trapped. All because of endurance hidden policies that once they purchase a part from a vendor and it has a warranty, endurance is no longer on the hook for that particular fix. I am now 16 days into back-and-forth with endurance with no end in sight. For this reason, I say no one should purchase an endurance warranty policy.

    The worst company I have ever worked with. I purchased Endurance car warranty for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I asked if I could change my oil & filter myself and the representative said absolutely as long as you have receipts for the oil filter & mileage. She said before any claims you need to get 1,000 miles and 30 days. One day coming home my truck started running rough wouldn’t go over 25mph. When it was safe I pulled over to the side the road and shut it down. I called a wrecker and had it towed to my residence. The next day I called Endurance told them I had a problem with my truck. They sent a wrecker and towed it to the repair shop. The same day the repair shop advised me it needed a complete tune-up and oil change. So I told them to go ahead with it.

    Two hours later they called me and said they did the oil change and tuneup but it was still running rough that it was internal and the couldn’t go any further I would need to have it towed to another facility. So I called endurance and they advised that they only pay for tows that are three days apart. So I called another tow company and paid for it out my pocket. The second company called and said it was internal #4 cylinder had a collapsed lifter or a term lifter, and that the camshaft could possibly be damaged also. He called endurance and they told him to DONT DO ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL THEY GET BACK WITH HIM. So I called endurance and asked what was the reason you told them to stop working on it. The representative advised me it was denied because the oil changes and mileage didn’t correspond with Carfax. I told them it would not because I don’t notify carfax every time I change it.

    I sent them the receipts for the oil and filters and she said let her check on it and the repair shop would get back with me. Needless to say the shop hasn’t heard anything from endurance. So my wife called customer service and the representative told her it was under review. Three days goes by and still nothing from endurance. So my wife called back this time they tell her it was denied. So after back and forth for Five weeks I called an attorney who advised me to call them back and cancel your policy and ask for a full refund and please put something in writing. We called back advised that we wanted to cancel the policy and want a full refund after 35 minutes and they trying to make me believe that I should keep it I said for what so you can tell me it’s denied again. NO THANKS. All our calls were recorded. Please think hard and do your research before making a decision with endurance.

    Horrible. Don't waste your money. I had them for five months and something was wrong with a cylinder and the denied me on my y claim because I didn't have receipts for my oil and filter. I had the mechanic stating all 3 last oil changes. I wasn't aware of this because I had no contract to refer to. They never sent it either.

    Endurance is the worst warranty company I have ever had on my vehicle. They pick and choose what is covered under warranty and find loopholes in vehicle repairs to not have the responsibility in covering the cost. An example is having a repair done through the dealership that they work with and had work done on the engine and was covered by them. After the work was completed, it was not installed properly from the company, they had the work done by and instead of covering the cost of the same exact repair, they told me because it was not an internal failure, they will not cover the cost. That's after the fact they charged me still 200$ for the repair to be covered. Absolute scam of a company and should be reported to every outlet of how they do business. Now I am out of 4000$ for a repair that should have been covered by this scam of a company. This is just one job of many they have not covered on my vehicle.

    I bought my vehicle in September of 2025 and have only driven it for about a month since purchased and still having it repaired. On top of that, Endurance now is sending out an inspector to look at a small repair job with the same vehicle and now I have to wait 2 days for some Joe ** to come look at the repair to deem it worthy for covered costs that total 400$. I cannot make this up and now I am out of my vehicle again for 2 more days on top of the past two weeks it has been in the shop and why did they not show up when it mattered when I had the 4000$ dollar job being done.     Worst company ever, run very fast, they will tell you that "pre existing" conditions prevent us from warranty your vehicle and paying for repair. Then after you cancel they will call, mail, email you to death, even after you tell them not to call, email or mail you. Worst part is that your mechanic has to agree to deal with them, they will argue with your mechanic, tell them what they "insurance" is willing to do, your mechanic will spend hours on phone with them....know any mechanic willing to do that?

    Somebody called from Endurance and asked if we have an insurance. I had just bought a Ford Explorer, and I told her I wanted a warranty in case something happens to the motor or transmission. It sounded so good, and we signed up. The process wasn't difficult at all. Their rep was good. He knew how to sell the warranty. He answered everything we asked. He said he’s gonna send the papers. We got the email stuff for that, but we did not get the paper yet. The price is kind of high, but everything is high, too. Customer service is good. Everybody was really nice.

Despite providing complete maintenance records and demonstrating diligent care of our vehicle, our claims were not resolved to our satisfaction. Our service center expressed surprise at how the situation was handled. Based on our experience, we would advise others to carefully review coverage terms, as the company appears to interpret policies very strictly and may not address claims in the way some customers expect.     I have had the basic package of Endurance Insurance on my 2013 Taurus since March 2025. First of all, I bought this car new. It has extremely easy miles on it. I carried extended warranties on it up to 100,000 miles. I have kept up with all wear items. I bought Endurance to keep my insurance coverage up. Recently, my backup camera failed. We have tried the reset button but couldn't get it to respond. My husband took it to our local Ford dealership, where I bought my car. They diagnosed that I needed a new camera. The purpose of the camera is for a safety feature on all cars! I've paid $129.00 a month for the basic package for a year. The camera (without installation cost) is $600.

    The technician called Endurance and Endurance refused to pay for my camera. Then I called Endurance. They said I needed to pay more each month to have technology features covered. I feel really stupid that I trusted this INSURANCE COMPANY to take my money and cover the safety features in my car. The money I gave them could be sitting in my savings account and I would have enough to buy my camera. If this company truly cared about keeping drivers safe they would cover the most important components. **All packages, no matter how basic, should cover safety features. Don't be stupid like me! Save your money, keep it safe in an account that actually benefits you. Endurance looks out for #1 and all the $$$$ they can rake in. Just another greedy INSURANCE COMPANY!

    I have a 2019 vehicle and the warranty expired on it. So I needed to have something so that if something does go wrong, I won't be paying for the repair out of pocket. I had a bad experience with CarShield because I was with them for five years and when it came to needing them to cover my car, they said they couldn't do it. What happened was, when I had gotten my oil change at Walmart, they had spilled oil on the transmission and CarShield would not cover the service to make it right. And I'd never heard of that before. But I was an avid customer and I was paying them $99 every month. So, I dropped them.

    I see the Endurance commercial all the time on TV with the race car driver and that made me call them. The rep who helped with my signing up was good and very professional. She took her time and she explained everything. But I was told that if I get the Endurance, I could have my son sign up and I didn't know how that worked. It seems that I'd be paying for my son's car, so I told the rep that I would not do that. My children are adults and I'm sure they take care of that stuff themselves. Other than that, I haven't got my contract yet but I have the electronic one. I haven't really looked into it yet, but so far, it sounds like everything would be covered and that would be great. I wish the price was a little cheaper, but it was fine. When I got off their office, it gave me peace of mind.

    It's no wonder there's a class action lawsuit against this place. They denied our claim after we gave them the proper paperwork clearly stating we have brought in our car for routine maintenance. It is the Carfax (which apparently they only take paper documents?). It's 2026. Get with the times and accept digital documents. Now we are stuck paying almost $4k out of pocket for repairs that are covered under the warranty. So, they "Save money" by denying us repairs that are covered? What's the point of having a warranty and not being able to use it?

    We have had the car almost 3 years and we are at the point that we want to give the car back to the dealership. They can figure it out. I already asked the law firm for more information about the class action lawsuit as well and will be emailing it directly to Endurance as well since we got screwed over. I don't think this particular dealership should have a contract with them anymore either. Feel free to contact me for more information and seeing if we can get this denial reversed. On top of this, they refused to tell me why we got denied. Never buying a car with a warranty from Endurance direct ever again.

    This company is a joke. We had an engine go out and they will not pay for it. It took the 3 months to send an adjuster out and had the shop tear the engine out and do a bunch of their stuff costing us shop time and then denied us. They said a fuel sensor went out and that is what made the engine go out. And that is not covered. Why do you have this insurance. And know that they denied us. They won’t pay for all the shop work that they wanted done. Never use this company again!!!!!

    My fiancé told me about Endurance Warranty, and he told me to look into it. He heard of it from someone else. Setting up the policy was easy. The young lady gave me all the information and told me what the price would be as well as when the policy would start. She said I was getting a discount because President's Day came by. She was really good. However, she said that the multi-car option would be a bit cheaper, and it wasn't. I was able to acquire a warranty for both our cars and with us having two vehicles, I thought it would be a different price.

    Personally, when we first thought to do it, we thought we could do both cars together on the plan and have one payment instead two. I wanted them to be together. That was the only thing that we did not like about it. Everything else was good. We have two different programs. I don't know if it's because I have an Infiniti and my fiancé has the family van. Other than that, the rep explained a lot of good stuff.

    Endurance sent me an email attachment of the contract and I read a bit today then a little tomorrow. When I went on there this morning, I read something that welcomed me to Line 5 where I'm paying monthly. It mentioned that I had an unsigned installment contract PDF. I read all of that, but I'm trying to figure out why it is an unsigned installment contract. I went on down and there was nothing on it, just a signature. All in all, I'd still recommend Endurance to a friend.

    I had a warranty. I was told it was the best warranty that it covered everything except minor repairs. So when my Jeep started to misfire, I took it to the dealer right away, only to find out that it did not cover gaskets which is not a minor repair. It is a very expensive one over $10,000 and that they were not going to approve the work to be started, but I would be responsible for the money. I just left without a car for three months. Their customer service they were trying to help me get back to me. I never received any callback.

    I always have to wait on hold and most of the time they would say, "Oh there’s that representative 50 and I’ll call you back" which I never got a call back. I even offered to pay for the highest one, but they said but it’s only eligible for cars under 60,000 miles which most factory warranty cover that the contract scam. I have many dealerships as well that I said, but this is very common. That insurance always finds a way not to pay their claim. There is lawsuit against this company right now. You can look it up and if you were taking advantage of, I suggest to reach out law firm.

    Endurance warranty was paid on time for several years. When my daughter needed the service to get her suv fixed her claim was denied because she changed her summer tires for winter tires for the winter. The claim adjuster denied her coverage because she changed her tires there. He said she changed the frame of the care which voided her auto warranty. That’s unbelievable and unacceptable. Changing your suv tires is just that not a frame manipulation!

    My experience was very nice when I signed up for Endurance. The process was very easy. I got full coverage because I asked for the best deal. Even though my car is an older car, and I don't do the driving, I wanted to be covered from all angles. Everybody who I talked to was very professional. Any questions I had that was coming up during the conversation, they answered me right away. Any hang-up that was on my end was getting the mileage to them. My car is a 2018, but I have very low mileage for it.     I found out about Endurance Warranty on a TV commercial and the extended warranty that I bought when I purchased my car was running out. I've seen the other company's commercials as well, but I also read the reviews from people that said it wasn't what it advertised itself to be. Meanwhile, Endurance kept popping up on the list as one of the best car warranty companies, so I picked them. I got the top level package which includes rental and roadside assistance. The rep told me, if I break down in another state, I get up to $400 for accommodations and meals. It was good for what I was paying. 155 a month is a little much, but it's okay.

    The guy who signed me up really took his time and explained everything. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me. He explained the difference in electrical systems in the car and how some warranties say they cover electric, but they don't cover the really expensive things with electric. He was very thorough with his presentation of Endurance. He was great. As matter of fact, he was so good I got two of my coworkers to sign up for Endurance.

    Endurance is all right. I had to go through an inspector. He came way earlier. But it was a lot of just running around and couldn't find an answer. I also had a repair for a pulley. But I feel like the dealership didn't do a good job of inspecting because I had a pulley incident, which I brought it the first time. And I brought it the second time because it was making the same noise. They just changed the pulleys and all of a sudden, it was the alternator. So, I feel like I never got compensation with the dealership because it was a week that I brought it back to them and it was making the same noise. The ealership never offered me any compensation.     My husband and I are both older, and I drove a car that was out of warranty. I love my car and I didn't want to get rid of it, but I worried about running up and down the road and putting miles on it, knowing that even though it's a Honda, there were possibly going to be expenditures to keep it going the way it should. My husband got cancer, and I was running back and forth between Prescott and Phoenix, so I wanted to be sure that we were covered. My mechanic has been my mechanic for quite a few years and when I considered looking into auto warranties and asked him about it, he didn't have any recommendations for one company over the other.

    I saw Endurance Warranty's commercials on TV. It was catchy and when I signed up, the gentleman was very helpful and explained the warranty to me. I paid around four grand, but to me, it wasn't the big number. It was more the monthly number for me and I liked the fact that it was transferable as well. I'll never buy another new car. They depreciate as soon as people drive them off the lot, but if, for some reason, I got rid of my Honda, it would be another used car.

    I've been very pleased with Endurance. My mechanic has been very pleased with his interaction with them as well, so that's very favorable. The one drawback to Endurance is the rental car thing. I've always used Enterprise. When I had my injectors replaced, I had a rental car and Endurance made me go through Hertz, which was a really bad experience. When I went to Hertz to pick up the rental car, they told me they didn't have a reservation for me. I said, "This was all arranged through my warranty, Endurance.” Endurance ended up letting me use Enterprise, which was right down the street and I don't know who paid for the Uber, because somebody paid for the Uber from there to Enterprise. Still, that was disheartening and I don't want to deal with that. I recently had some work done on my vehicle, and I didn't even bother with trying to get a rental car through Endurance. I just paid for it.

    I've been very happy with Endurance Warranty and I have recommended them to other people. My daughter's husband had some truck repairs, and he drives a newer Dodge, but it's out of warranty. I told him that if he had Endurance, he wouldn't have to pay for all of the repairs. He used to be a car salesman, and he also sold car warranties and all that rip-off. I said, "No, I don't think it's the same type of thing. I look at it this way, my car is paid off, and the warranty costs me $119 a month. That's a lot cheaper than a new car payment. Don't work harder. Work smarter and make better choices." They were thinking about getting a new truck, but they've decided to keep theirs. I don't know if they've called Endurance yet, but they were going to look into it.

    I had an opportunity to upgrade if I signed up for a small additional cost. With the miles that I have on my car and how much farther I planned to drive it, it was a good idea, so I decided to get the upgrade. I looked at several different warranty companies and as consumers, we look at what others are saying and the success and complaints they may have, and then we pick the one based on the ratings. And Endurance had the highest rating. I replaced one wheel sensor about a year or so ago, before I had the warranty and been driving the car, and the three sensors went out at the same time. My son-in-law is a mechanic and he said they have the same battery in it and they’re all gonna go at the same time.

    I maintain my vehicles so I checked the air pressures and it wasn't a flat tire. It was a wheel sensor, and they cost about $70 to get them changed. With a $100 deductible, I didn't rush right down there to do it. So I haven't claimed that yet. You have to have some time and some miles on the vehicle before you file a claim. I wasn't comfortable with running right down there two months after I got my insurance. But I’ve had the warranty for about five or six months now and have put another 3,000 to 4,000 miles on the vehicle. So I'm probably legitimate. If I have any issues, I can take it in and it should be okay. Everybody was nice, and I'm comfortable during my sign-up and initial experience and I'm hoping that it works out just the way they said it will. If it doesn't work out, then I'm probably going to call them and drop my insurance.

    Signing on with Endurance was easy. There was a bunch of stuff that needed to be fixed on the car, but Eendurance only covered the axles. The claims process was a little difficult. I tried to make two claims. One, it was covered by a warranty but they didn't cover labor, and I called Endurance, and they said, "Yes, we probably would cover labor." They also told me that I could not make the claim and Toyota had to make the claim. So I kept telling Toyota that they need to make the claim. When they finally called, they said they couldn't get ahold of any agent at Endurance so they never made a claim. I was kind of pissed at them, but they said, "We called and called, and nobody's answering the phone." So I took the car to a different shop for the axles. It was just confusing because I kept calling, and then they kept calling.

    They said something about you have to send the receipt from the last time that your car was worked on, and I did. It was confusing. But it finally went through and it finally worked. So, it was that easy to make a claim. I don't know if it's because I didn't know the process, but they kept telling me the garage needed to call. But when the garage called, nobody answered. So that one claim never got claimed.

    For the second claim, it was confusing because I called and Endurance said, "No, they have to call." Then they said I have to give us the receipt from the last time the car was fixed to prove that it needed it done. When we finally got all the paperwork together, Endurance said, "Okay, we'll pay." So, that was good. But then, my garage charged me money for all the administrative work they had to do because they said it took a lot of time. So I had to pay the $99 deduction, but it came out to $260. So I had to pay $160 for the administrative fee for all the time that it took on the phone with Endurance.

    The service was easy to sign up for but, filing a claim and going through the process was very time consuming. I paid for the very best package that Endurance offered. I filed 2 claims in the time I had with the company and they both were denied by the adjuster. It seems to me as if the adjuster only came out to discredit the claim versus verifying that there was an issue with the vehicle. I wasn't paying Endurance to tell me why this failed on my vehicle...I was paying them to fix the issue with my vehicle. With them denying my claim..I ended up paying for my own repairs (Both times) and paying Endurance a expensive monthly fee for "coverage ." I eventually cancelled the coverage after my second claim denial. I don't recommend Endurance based on my personal experience.

    Someone from another company called me and told me that I need to get my money back from Endurance because it's not gonna serve the purpose for which signed up for. But they were gonna charge me more than what Endurance charges. I had to pay $190 upfront and the payment was gonna be $125 a month. With Endurance, the reps were very nice, polite and willing to work with me. I had told them I didn't think I could handle it right then but they helped me out in a way that I could get the the extended warranty for my car. They also gave me all the information that they could give me. The deal that they offered me is real good. The only thing is Endurance has received the money, but I haven't gotten anything. I was supposed to have a card and some information, but I haven't received them.

    I have a Dodge RAM and if something bad goes wrong with it, I'm gonna be up the creek. I'm not gonna be able to pay for it. I googled what's the best warranty to go with and Endurance was one of the top three. After just seeing some stuff that they offer with the plan that I got, I went with them. They offer a lot more than CarShield. I got a light plan for a year just to go ahead and sign up. The rep also just kept sweetening the pot for me.

    So far, my experience with them has been great. I had a part that needed to be put on my truck and it was $4,000. I had only made three payments already. They sent someone to come out and look at it and make sure it was good. At first, they denied it. But the guy from the shop that I sent it to said that when he came out to look at it, he pulled a dirty card out of his pocket to check the fluid.

    The guy told Endurance that it was wood chips in my differential, but it was not. The guy at the shop said, “Can I send you a sample?” Cause he did not do the sample correctly anyway. They did the sample and some kind of tools, and sent it to them. Then Endurance approved it. They at least heard him out and let him send them the right sample, so I don't have anything bad to say. I'm satisfied with Endurance. They do what they say. I always refer them to others. I've seen on Facebook one time where they had an article about Endurance, and there were a lot of nasty responses to them, but I had to tell my story because I am happy with Endurance.

    I was almost coming to an end with the current warranty that I had on my vehicle and trying to see whether I should renew with them or look elsewhere. A family member recommended Endurance Warranty and it being affordable made me lean towards that decision. The signup experience was good. Their rep was helpful and informative. He was willing to explain the coverages. I have a vehicle that has a lift and a suspension and he made me aware for the best package for that vehicle would be the one that I currently have. He had great customer service.

    There were other issues along the way with other representatives telling me, "The suspension or the lift is not included," when clearly it was a part of the package and the gentleman made me aware that it was. I would have to go back and forth, and one representative would tell me, "Yes, it's included." Someone else would be, "No, no." It was around the time when I needed to get the work done with my vehicle, the representative would say, "Hey, no. This adjuster or whoever they spoke to told me the lift is not covered. They don't cover the lifts and they don't cover suspension." I said, "No. When I signed up, that was literally why I picked that package, the most expensive one, I believe, because someone told me that it was included." It was a lot of back and forth at the time where I needed to get the work done when it came to that additional add-on that I had to the contract.

    I didn't think about it because it was just the signup process. I had the contract, so I can clearly see that add-on was checked off. I told the repair facility. I ended up not going with that repair facility. It was frustrating that they would be back and forth about it. They are not fully educated on the type of packages customers have. But I didn't have any issue with that other gentleman. Everything went well with the previous work that I got done.

The warranty that I had had expired because the car is four years old now, and I was told by a friend that I needed to get this coverage for my car, but then I saw that Endurance was a lot less, so I called them and I liked what they were offering. They offered the same thing that the other one offered but it was almost twice as much. After signing up with Endurance, someone called me back the same day to ask me if I was satisfied. He was nice. The only thing is I don't remember getting anything through the mail stating what I actually have. They did email me something, but it was so much. It's about 40 pages. That’s quite a bit to print, so I would hope that I would get one through mail.

    I got one vehicle that's covered by the factory, and my other car didn’t have coverage so I needed to get an auto warranty for it. My brother had Endurance on his Corvette and was satisfied with it, and I decided to go with it too. I’ve been with them for about three years, and my coverage runs until 2028. The oil coolant and valve covers are leaking, and I have motor mount issues on the vehicle. It’s at the dealership and the automotive technician is trying to reach out to Endurance for approval, and the service advisor looks it over and does the inspection of the problem. The last time, the response was excellent. The dealer overlooked some things, but they corrected them under the leadership of Endurance. And the car's been running good ever since for that particular problem.

    There have been minor delays when verification was needed for major engine trouble, but that’s part of the process. You just have to wait for it to work through. The dealership generally manages the claims and responds quickly. I’m waiting for them to start work on my car today. Otherwise, I might need a rental, which I don't want to do since we're snowed in and not moving anyway. But Endurance has been timely. It’s just this weather that’s holding things up with everybody. Other than that, I've been satisfied with their response to my needs. I was denied once on regular maintenance stuff that's just gonna wear away anyway. But when something unusual happens, they take care of it. I pay my $100 deductible, and it’s done. So, I like that.

    Endurance car warranty is a fraud. They have a slogan you have a peace of mind when you have endurance. But you don't. They will deny your claim at every angle, refuse to talk with you and the repair facility. Won't even listen to the repair facility about the repair or repairs that are covered under the policy. Now in North Carolina if you run this as an insurance policy they must give you a denial letter or email explaining their denial. Endurance refused the denial letters or emails. They refuse to speak with the local news media in North Carolina. What does Endurance have to hide but how they treat their customers by denying claims and taking their money out for their monthly payments. Endurance has several class action lawsuits in many states and many other states there are several lawsuits pending in North Carolina.

    Don't but or deal with anyone from Endurance car warranty in any state. They will be dishonest and just take your money fraudulently every month if you don't stop the payment from being taken out and if you are even a day late with your payment they will harass you. Which I haven't missed or been late on any payments. Just look online. You see how dirty and dishonest Endurance car warranty is. Check out the class action lawsuits from 2025 and now in 2026 on Endurance car warranty. The news channel 7 waves in Chicago has a Endurance customer and how wrong Endurance car warranty done him. Endurance car warranty needs to be shut down out of Business. They take more money from people only to say no when you need the peace of mind your vehicle will be fixed. What a fraud.

If I had to call to check on something, I called them up, and they've answered my questions. On the 26th, I have a payment coming out for them.

    I’d definitely recommend Endurance to everybody, including my friend, my brother, and my nephews. I even told a friend that I work on the job with to get Endurance. I haven't had any experience with auto warranty company yet, because my car is running good and I try to keep it up. However, when I talked to the lady from Endurance, she called out the places that I can go to. Plus, the one mechanic that I go to is an ASI-certified, so if they accept Endurance's payments, then I will go to them, because I don't want to go to nobody else. I know these people already, and when I went to them before, I didn't even have Endurance or another auto warranty company.

    My neighbor has had an Endurance warranty for several years and he said it was good. I said I would try it in case I get stranded in the middle of nowhere and there's no Ford company. I went online to get Endurance’s number and I talked to a rep. They have different plans, but since I’m 74, I wanted the maximum protection. I needed bumper-to-bumper like the one I had for Ford, so that was easy.

    The Endurance warranty was just approved yesterday for my truck because of the cold. But I had met the required 1,000 miles and the one-month requirement. My truck developed a problem with the louvers and I took it to the Ford dealership and asked if they worked with Endurance. They said yes and that they would call to see if it would be covered. I got a call last night saying they would cover it. It was going to cost over $1,000. Vehicle repairs aren’t cheap. Endurance did exactly what my neighbor told me that they do as long as you take it to a certified mechanic, like a dealership.

    Once the vehicle is older, having a warranty makes you feel a little bit protected. I figured I would go with Endurance. Everything went well when I signed up with them. They are great at taking care of what I need to do if I need them to.     I'm happy with Endurance. It's a 5-star company. Their price was good, and they gave me a senior citizen discount.     I bought my vehicle from a used car lot, and I wanted some reassurance that I have something if I needed it. Reading reviews, I went with Endurance. The guy that sold it to me walked me through everything and fed it to me in English and not in just jibber-jabber that I couldn't understand. It was a piece of cake signing up.

    The only thing that was vague was I did have to take my truck to a dealership to have the ignition fixed, and it was taken into a Ford dealership and they fixed the ignition. While it was there, the starter went out and since that wasn't diagnosed right from the beginning, I got stuck paying for the starter out of my pocket. That was my only qualm with Endurance. Other than that, I was satisfied with my experience. I was making a payment every month and I got down to the end and their guy told me that I am still covered until so many miles or so many years. So, I was surprised and happy with that because I thought once I quit paying, the coverage was over with.

The reps were very professional when I was signing up and knew a lot. They went over the different policies and explained the amounts each one had.     I spent $3700 on a six year warranty that I have not used in five years but my timing and tensioner malfunctioned Causing my pick up to die on me and not start. I followed every step required To get my vehicle fixed and after two companies refused to work on it because it was Endurance and they have had bad experience with them in the past. I got a mechanic that agreed to work on it and he got the teardown authorization. The inspector went out and looked at the vehicle and gave the mechanic the authorization to repair my vehicle.

    But then a few days later they asked me for my last three oil change receipts and when I sent it to them they denied my claim because there was no letterhead on the receipts I received from the oil change company that I had used for over 20 years. I was denied for a Having a letter or the name of the company even though it had the address and the phone number of that company. Everything listed everything all three oil changes the mileage everything the dates everything and still denied.

Their price is good and they were thorough with me on everything. The only thing I had a problem with was we don't drive that much, but the rep said that the coverage wouldn't start till after I put 1000 miles on the car. I said, "What if my car breaks down?" then I got to thinking that we still had coverage for a year or so many months after we bought the car 'cause we just purchased it.     I bought the Endurance premium vehicle warranty. My "covered" vehicle developed a skip feeling when under a load, kind of like it had an occasional misfire. I took it to the Ford dealership for repair and it was diagnosed as the transmission. They recommended replacement. Endurance will not replace the transmission. They will only pay to rebuild mine, which I don't have a problem with, but they're only allowing $3140 towards the repair. Their reason is that I didn't have it towed to the dealership. Why would I have my vehicle towed when it was running and shifting perfectly except for an occasional skipping feeling under a load?

    No check engine or transmission lights were on. The amount that they're wanting to pay won't pay for all the labor or parts that Ford recommends to rebuild it. My truck has been at the dealership for over a month now, with the dealership going back and forth with Endurance. They could use that "didn't have it towed" excuse for any claim that anyone had. It's a ridiculous reason. Still fighting with them to get my truck fixed right. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding Endurance warranty services. They are a fraud! I'm seeking legal advice now.

    I looked at two companies and decided on Endurance for their ratings and the comments on how they took care of their customers versus other companies not giving full disclosure. Signing up was a little nerve-wracking since it was new for me but the rep who signed me up was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and very polite. He explained the policy and mentioned the perks. If the vehicle broke down on the side of the road, I have roadside assistance take it to the nearest facility to have it looked at if needed. And I could get a rental car until that was fixed.

    I’m getting older, so I needed to get this coverage. Normally, I do all of our own repairs, but I've had several surgeries that have limited my mobility and ability to do repairs going forward. I want to make sure that if something happened to the vehicles we have, I could get them fixed and back on the road. So, by doing the insurance, if something broke, I just make a phone call and get it fixed, versus me worrying about trying to figure out how we can get it fixed.

    Endurance didn't really give me options for different plans, but they said the plan that they found for me also included their upgrade. And it all went pretty smoothly. But when I got it, it's not a super good plan, but it's adequate. However, I thought their activation was one month or 1,000 miles, but it is one month and 1,000 miles. Makes a lot of difference, especially if you don't drive the vehicle much. So, it could be a while before I even get it activated. I was a little upset about what they represented and what it turned out to be as far as the mileage and time. They also have a third party involved in making the payments to, which you have to get signed up with. You have to go online and do that. And it's not listed as Endurance. It's listed under another name, making the payments to. Price-wise, it was considerably cheaper than CarShield.

    Regarding their website, when you first bring them up, it's all advertising. You have to call to get any kind of information. You can't just inquire and have information put out there. And that's for their sales purposes. Then the website, once I signed up, doesn't give a lot of information either. You've got to go here and there to find all the information. That should be right there for you.

Now this is very important. You must know your vehicle manufacturer manual schedule, and/or all the loop hole schedule that they may not render their service. It's like a few different agency in one. With bad communication between the Purchasers and Endurance. It will be days before an inspection will be made and to know if you are eligible for renter car.

    This is what I know for a fact, Endurance and their inspector will dissect the purchaser's maintenance service records and responsibility of the vehicle. Please keep all service records. And for the older models, it's prorated were you may be inspecting for your vehicle to covered for more than you think you have to cover the expenses. An engine-job of a 2014 the policy was less than the costs and could not or to be reimbursed to use a rental car.

    My truck is a 2017 Nissan Frontier. It lost its warranty a couple years ago and now, I wanted something that I can pay monthly on, and I don't have to pay a dime when the service is done. I talked to Endurance today and I had good conversation with them. I didn't know that they were paperless completely, and I couldn't find my membership card in the mail. They said, "We're paperless. It's on your email." So, I went down and sure enough, there it was. My wife shares Endurance all the time, and I'd share it with anybody as well.

    We were watching TV one day when my wife and I thought it would be a good idea for us to get an extended warranty. It was a competitor that was on the ad, so I called them and checked them out. Then I called Endurance. We ended up going with Endurance because with them, we could go anywhere for repairs. With the other provider, it seemed like we had to go to places approved of. We have 2019 Subaru Outback and signing up for our Endurance coverage on it was simple. I made the phone call, then they sent the information, explained the situation as well as the premium. It was a good deal and I would tell my friends that they ought to take it, too.

    We had our first claim with Endurance within the past six weeks. I went to have my brakes checked out as I thought I was smelling the brakes getting hot. But I was told that I actually had the valve covers leaking on the car and didn't realize it. So, they took a look at it. They said it had not been doing it long because the oil was still in good shape and I hadn't lost any oil to speak of. They told me what we should do and they gave me an estimate on it. I told them that we got to fix it, so we started fixing it. Then I remembered Endurance and I told them that I had the coverage. I gave my contract information to the associate there, and they received it. That was the last I heard of Endurance. They didn’t pay all of the claim, but they did pay a good portion on it. It was very good. I also wish they’d covered all of the gaskets, but I understand why they don't. If I had another car, I'd get an extended warranty from Endurance again.

    I replaced my 2014 Ram truck with a 2019 Ram truck that had 117,000 miles on it. I decided I was going to get an extended warranty on this particular vehicle and I went with Endurance after doing research and seeing what the basic consumer ratings were with their different companies. They seemed to rate pretty high across the board. When I signed up, my experience was excellent. I mentioned something about my military service and I was working high voltage also. I was a scuba diver and taking care of my equipment, then my equipment takes care of me. As soon as the guy heard prior military, he said I qualified for this discount, so that was great. The final price also turned out to be a little cheaper than I was expecting, probably because of the discount.

    Overall, I was very satisfied with Endurance's signup process. If anyone is considering purchasing their policy, I would suggest that they do the same research that I did. That way, they can make an educated decision on their own and that way, they own that decision. So far, the vehicle has not needed anything so I haven't used Endurance's customer service again. But I'm hoping that the customer service will still be outstanding as what I experienced during my sign-up.

    I have a 2011 truck and I am retired. My only income is Social Security, so if anything should happen to my truck, I would be SOL. I looked into extended warranties and at the time, Endurance was number one based on the ratings and reviews I found. It's been a few years since I signed up. When I had my truck serviced last week, Endurance got me in and out quickly. I don't do the rental because they only pay a certain amount each day, and it would cost me more money in the long run to rent a vehicle than what Endurance covers. Plus, nowadays, people have things delivered and I can get an Uber if I need a ride. There's no place I need to do that I need to drive my car every single day and get a rental. Other than that, I don't understand why certain items are not covered.

    The driver's side door handle is broken, and it would be almost $500 to fix at the dealership. I can't afford that. It's not covered by Endurance, so I have to deal with a broken door handle. I just hope it doesn't open up as I'm driving. When the gentleman at the Ford dealership let me know what was and was not covered for my truck being in for the concerns that I had, I called Endurance. I'm a disabled senior citizen. I've had both hips replaced, so getting in and out is a bit more challenging for me. I consider the door handle to be a safety issue, not a cosmetic one. While Endurance did not say the broken door handle was a cosmetic issue, for whatever reason, they did not cover it.

    It was in the fine print from the beginning, and I don't remember it being in there, but the Endurance rep pointed me to which page to look. She was very nice and was just doing her job. I said, “Okay. Well, thank you.” That was that. It is very frustrating, though, as a consumer when I pay all this money each month. I pay $121, and then I have a $100 deductible. I've been with Endurance for four years, and they have taken care of some fairly expensive items, but it was not like I was trying to get one over on them. I've had a positive experience, overall, with Endurance, but based on my recent experience, once this contract is up, I will shop around again and possibly go with a different company.

    Everybody says that Endurance Warranty is a good company. I also kept seeing their commercials, so I said, "Let me try them,” because financially, I was not ready to purchase another $90,000 truck. I said, "Let me give them a call," so, I did. I am an Endurance member at this point. The signup process was quick and informative. The rep was knowledgeable, told me a bit, but trying to retain that information is very difficult. That's why I asked for a book. They sent the information via email, but I have not printed it because I was told that they will also send me a hard copy. Also, it's too much paper and ink. That cost a fortune, too.

    I told the rep about my history with the Omega warranty and I told him that I heard good things about EnduranceAnd I wanted to give those guys a try. Not that I'm looking to do repairs, just do repairs, just to do them. But if I have a problem, and if I'm paying for a warranty company, at least give me the benefit of the doubt. If I pay them, they should at least make me feel good about something, but that other company didn't. I hope Endurance will not make a fool out of me and tell me no when I submit a claim.
