I drive my vehicle a lot from work, so I figured getting a service contract might not be a bad investment. I googled the top providers, and Endurance was on the list. And they were right towards the top whenever I googled it, so I figured it might not be too bad. Their rep was cool and he seemed to go over everything well. He explained to me. In my experience with some extended warranties, they talk a good game until it's time to pay up, and then it becomes a hassle, they don't wanna pay, and they make you jump through all these hoops. So, he explained to me that it mustn’t be that way. Endurance has good customer service, and they did everything fine.

The coverage we’ve had was expiring, so I needed to do something else about it. I looked around online to find something, and Endurance was the best I could find. Their process was easy enough. I called and they were very helpful. I put down a downpayment then there’s payment over a several years. After signing up, somebody called me to see if we received the information. So far, so good.

I like cars a lot, but I don't like spending on maintenance. Maintenance for one of the cars tends to be a lot more money than they should be so I looked into auto warranties. I went on one website where I plugged in my information as far as my car and Endurance came up as the best choice. The Endurance rep I worked with while purchasing the warranty made everything really simple. It was really easy and I had the warranty within 10 minutes. Making payments was also easy. I gave them my information and everything went fine. Everything has been great. I have a Porsche and I had been told it was just now possible to do luxury cars. And I definitely recommend it to my friends who are in a similar situation.

The price of Endurance was pretty reasonable, so I went with them. I had another company prior to it as well. But they were a bit more pricier than Endurance. The customer service reps of Endurance were also very understanding. They answered all my questions because I had a lot of questions just for my past insurance with auto warranties. The rep was very eager to answer all my questions and was very friendly. And after I got off the phone, I was rather pleased with the purchase. We did auto draft for the payments, so it was pretty simple. I'd recommend them.

We have a older vehicle and we just wanna be able to have the coverage if needed should anything go wrong with the vehicle because we live in a world today where everything is very expensive and sky-high. Everybody needs help at some point or another. Once I talked with an Endurance rep I thought they had a great offer at the price they were asking for. They were also very, very detailed and made the purchasing experience very convenient. I've had to call them at least three times and I've had a good experience every time.

We needed an extended warranty for our other car. It’s a Hyundai Sonata and its warranty expired at 60,000 miles, so we got extended warranty that will cover any mechanical issues. We’ve been looking around at different warranty companies and we saw Endurance, so we went with them. The rep we dealt with was really good and she explained everything to us. She was patient with us, too and making payments for the warranty is simple and very easy. So far, we've had no issues yet with the car and hopefully, we don’t get any. But if we do get some issues with the car, I’m pretty sure Endurance would help us. Our experience with them was good and I would recommend them.

My vehicle is five years old and had 66,000 miles on it, and I wanted to protect myself mechanically. I had a previous bad experience with a company so I wanted to make sure that I did a little more research. I had gone with another company, then I found out they weren’t very good so I canceled the contract I had with them and I called Endurance. They knew what they were talking about and they seemed honest. They laid out the payment plan per month which was somewhat easy. I wanted to know what the interest rate was gonna be, they told me and I was okay with it.

I went online and compared extended warranty companies, and Endurance had good ratings. I had a wonderful experience purchasing the extended warranty from them. But there was a mistake when I got it, because they had my contract wrote up for a brand new car. But I had a used vehicle. So, they had to redo it because they said it was two different ways they had to write it up, for a new vehicle and a used vehicle. And then they did me a favor and gave me an extra 20,000. They got it to about 101,000 from my mileage. I’m very satisfied with the package that I got. I will recommend Endurance to my friends.

I had one of my employees look up a good place and Endurance had a good rating, so we went with them. But there’s a two-month waiting period from the moment I bought the vehicle to the moment they start the policy. They want to make sure they don’t get roped into something that’s already broke. The reps were great. They set me up with automatic debit, explained everything to me and told me why there’s the two-month wait before the vehicle can actually go into the shop and they will consider any cost repairs. The follow-through was great. Any questions I had, their rep, Stanley was thorough, and sent me any paperwork I needed to do to make sure that we were good to go. I’m very satisfied.

I’ve had the vehicle for a long time. It got some sentimental value to me. It’s reliable and dependable. But the other warranty had expired, and I wanted to have coverage for the car no matter what the situation is. I did some poll searching and saw what the top-rated extended warranty coverages were available. Endurance was number one, so I gave it a call, and everything worked out. Their rep was awesome. He was very informative and explained everything. He made the experience that much more pleasant. I’m doing a payment plan and it’s affordable. I get free extra months of coverage down the line. It’s pretty good. So for anybody else who’s looking for some coverage, I’ll definitely recommend them.

We kept warranties on everything that we could, even our home. Endurance had a good rating when I did some checking online, so I went with them. I talked to their rep on the phone and we set up everything. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained it all to me. The only thing that was questionable was that I had to wait 30 days to cancel. But yet, I had to wait 30 days to use the warranty and I had to put 1,000 miles on my vehicle.
I was a little bit regrettable about that and the 1,000 miles kind of upset me because we don’t go that far in three or four months. You can cancel in the first 30 days but if you’ve not used it, why would you cancel it? So, we still have to wait for the 1,000 miles before we’re eligible. But we don't need it right now. It’s just that that’s sort of a little crooked deal that they got in there. Also, they never mailed me any authorization. They sent me an email which I printed out, but I thought that they should have at least mailed me a card for us to carry.

I researched reviews online, and I decided to go with Endurance. I asked their rep when I will be able to use the warranty, and I was told that it will be in 90 days, which is fine. I don’t have any pre-existing conditions with my car, but I just wanted to know just in case. I asked what was on the warranty and if they would send me like a print out. I like to be able to put my hands and my four eyes on something. When I made my payment, I was assured that it would be sent to me. So I’m just waiting for it to arrive.
Another thing I asked for was an invoice. I prefer an invoice every month because that’s how I pay my bills. I got a couple of phone calls that it was due. I was wondering why they were calling me. And it was because of a bill that was due, and I couldn’t remember when it was due. If I’ve had that invoice, I could’ve intercepted those phone calls. I need that invoice, so I could be able to send my payment. All the elder and the senior citizens probably don’t have a computer and don’t even know how to use one. And all the old school probably prefer a paper invoice. So I would recommend that they send an invoice to everyone, and then let the consumer decide. Other than that, I’m hoping I won’t have to use the warranty any time soon, but I’d rather have it then not have to use it than need it and don’t have it.

The last call I had was with a supervisor and they explained to me that it was the premium warranty and that I would get the contract within two days. But I didn’t get it in two days. I ended up getting it three weeks later when I only had a week to decide if I wanted to keep it or not. So that was a negative. Then when I actually looked into the warranty contract, it didn’t have half the things that I was told I was gonna get. They suck. I paid my warranty consistently for 2 years. In my last 4 months in had to have a new alternator replaced. I realized then that you better read the fine print. The deductible was $100. The work was about $400. They did not want to pay for the covered service. I ended up pay over $300 while they would only pick up $100 of the tab. Secondly I had a breakdown of my rear differential and they sent an inspector out who denied it as wear and tear.
Please find another company. The contract is setup so that they can get away with not covering anything. They just say it's wear and tear. They only cover parts that break down. If you are using your vehicle there is gonna be wear and tear. But I'm so sick of these insurance and warranty companies that take your money every month but don't want to pay or make excuses when you need them. The point of a warranty or insurance is for you to be covered in case something happens. They do not honor their claims here. Run and find someone better.

Endurance Auto Warranty charged me $150 down and 84 a month and another company called me and said that they could do $100 down for 55 a month. I had to do a conference call with Endurance and the other company to ask why there was a difference, and Endurance said that they would go ahead and give us that price. Their sales reps were nice trying to make a sale.
When my air went out, Endurance still wanted to charge me $245 for a piece of air conditioner plus $100 deductible. So I spent $345 on my own pocket. What's the point of having a warranty if they don’t pay for the part? I complained about it and they were nice enough to give me $55 credit for July payment. And then, they said they would give me another $55 whenever I want it. So, basically, they just took out my deductible, but I still have to come up with 245. The part was only $650. So, I paid half the price for the air conditioning. If I would've known, I would've never got the warranty and I could've saved for three months more dollars. Also, they'd really need to resend back my 145 because that was wrong because I was told the deductible was $100.
My car runs great. But the engine light just came on, so I took it back to the shop. They said that the reason why the engine light was coming on because the computer needed to be reset. I just emailed them to ask if this would be covered. But I'm scared to call Endurance 'cause I'm scared that they will charge me the whole price. So, I'm just gonna drive with the engine light come on until my extension is due in September. I just gonna have to pay another $100 deductible, but I'm scared to even do it. Basically, Endurance did nothing for me. I'm just stuck with them for three years. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody, not even to my worst enemy.

We bought a used 2011 Ford F-150. It had approximately 60K miles on it and was in terrific condition, but we thought it would be good to buy the Endurance warranty for potential future repairs. After a few months, we noticed a noise coming from the engine on startup. Took it to the Ford Dealer where we learned that the engine needed work on the Cam Phasers. We had to wait a few days before someone from Endurance came out to inspect the car. The inspector determined that the tires on the car we bought were different than the original equipment that came with the car when new and our claim was denied. We confirmed with the dealer that the size of the tires (+4mm) had nothing to do with the engine problem. When I tried to cancel the warranty, the customer service agent told me that if we pay another $500, Endurance would pay for future repairs, even with those same tires!
We cancelled our warranty and tried to get the money we had paid to Endurance refunded, to no avail. Endurance is a #1 rip off and will not honor their warranty when it counts. We had to drive 1000 miles and wait 30 days before the warranty went live, but the term to cancel the contract was within the first 30 days, so we would have had to cancel the policy before it was even active in order to receive any of our payments back. If you are buying a new car, it will come with a warranty. If you are buying a used car, any non-essential part that has been replaced with anything other than original equipment will give them reason to disqualify coverage of repairs. DON'T FALL for the ENDURANCE SCAM!

PLEASE READ. I am currently in the process of a claim. My vehicle has the supreme policy, and I was told this would be the perfect choice for my type of vehicle (2014 Equus) because of the features and costly options. 2 weeks ago the suspension on my car began to lower. I immediately had the vehicle sent to the dealership. The verdict was simple. My hydraulic pump was defective sending too much air pressure to the airbags causing them to leak, which then caused the interior rods to snap. The service manager contacted Endurance and verified that the parts were covered by my policy. I then called Endurance where a representative verified the exact same thing to me just to be sure. At this point he said they would send out an adjuster to finalize the repairs needed.
Because the airbags were damaged from the faulty pump the adjuster listed only the airbags as a faulty item because they had physical damage to them. The pump was then disregarded for a reason they could not explain to me other than it "looking fine". The problem is Endurance does not want to send another adjuster out to see that the pump will blow a new set of airbags. They need the dealership to prove the pump is at fault and this is ALL OF THE PROOF they need if only they would get an adjuster out to see this occur. Of course that is too convenient, and I'm stuck in the loophole fighting for them to handle this appropriately.
As a business owner, I know better. I immediately contacted Endurance and the dealership 12 times over the course of 2 days to dispute this and explain that the airbags were caused by the faulty pump and now having the new airbags this can be proven. They are saying that they have finalized the issues reported and do not plan to send another adjuster out. So this means the airbags will blow again the moment the car attempts to self level. So another claim to Endurance only to experience the exact same situation!?!?
This has been a horrible experience for me. I will do every single thing in my power from both my side and business side to have fair treatment and proper care. I have reached out to contact corporate. I have my attorney for this matter to stay engaged with this every step of the way. Endurance should represent their company and clients better, and this will be the test to see if they do. If they resolve this then my reviews will change and I will keep my policy. Simple as that. The repairs are still less than my premium. This comes down to principles.

My experience with Endurance wasn't good. I was feeling some shaking in my car so I went to a local mechanic. They told me it was the motor mount and showed me it was broken. The rubber had worn out. But the representative I spoke with at Endurance was very rude and nasty. He wasn't professional. I tried to communicate information to him but he said, "I don't wanna speak to you. I need to speak to the owner." I told him that the owner was here but he was dealing with a couple more customers. After everything, he told me that the warranty was new and they weren't going to cover.
His exact words were, "Oh, it had to be a pre-existing condition." I said, "What do you mean a pre-existing condition?" It was almost like he was telling me that if something happened, they could tell me it probably was pre-existing and not gonna cover it. For all of that, I might as well cancel my warranty. The purpose of having a warranty is in case anything happens. I didn't think it was fair. His thing was that my warranty was new. The issue had to be pre-existing. My car is almost four years old. Of course, it has pre-existing wear and tear. But it doesn't matter how old the car is. It can be a new car that just had something went wrong.
I said, "You're saying pre-existing. But do you really understand the term?" He was saying it as if it was on me as the owner, as if I drove around here and said that my car had been making some noise for three years. I went to work. I was driving and I started to hear a vibration. I didn't know what it was. So I went to the shop. It so happens that I have a warranty that I paid Endurance for. But he acted like someone knows if something was going wrong. If we all knew, we would fix it. The purpose of having a warranty is for when things go wrong and you don't know what's going wrong. I'm not a mechanic, which is the first thing.
I had to pay out of pocket and with that experience, I'm questioning whether Endurance would even cover an issue if something happens to my vehicle six months later. It's like if you're a gambler rolling the dice. What if I was on vacation with my family and we decided to take a local ride then the issue was something that has me stranded, would Endurance leave me stranded? I'm telling my family that we're covered no matter what. But them, I would have to tell them we have to find somewhere to stay. I would have to stay in a roach motel because I would have to swipe my credit card to fix the car and the vacation would be cancelled.
Even though I've paid Endurance their downpayment and my second month payment, it has me asking whether the money was worth it. I would cancel and go with another company that I know is willing to pay and cover when you have incidents. Even when I spoke with the first representative at Endurance and I told her that I was having an issue with my motor mount, she asked if I wanted to see if it was covered. I told her that I had read the contract thoroughly and I knew Endurance would cover. I asked if they would need my mechanic to send a diagnostic. I asked what the next step was. But I got transferred from one department to the next. It was like a runaround.

I had a previous warranty and had double coverage. But I wanted to get another warranty before that expired. I liked the way that Endurance was rated on the internet, so I went with them. The rep I worked with was excellent and making payments for my warranty was very easy. It was on automatic draft monthly and it was really great. Endurance's reps were also very professional and they explained everything. I appreciated their assistance. I’m also really satisfied with the actual warranty and the things that are offered even beyond the warranty. If something is not warrantied and you don’t have the cash available, to still get the service, Endurance will go ahead and take it from the account on a monthly basis. That is a big plus to purchase in this warranty along with the easiness of making monthly payments and not requiring all of it at the same time.
And the price of the warranty was very similar to the first warranty that I took out initially through Lexus. Also, to renew the warranty, that company wasn’t able to do a financing situation and the warranty would cost more. Hopefully, if I ever need the warranty, because I never needed the other one, I’m still double covered. I also hope that because my car is a Lexus, it will continue to give me great performance.

Getting a policy is definitely a smart choice and I decided on Endurance since it is a larger company and it has a better track record. The policy purchase was very simple and they seemed to be well-informed. They did well in explaining the warranty to me. Before I decided, they also sent me copies to explain the coverage itself. I have one complaint though. We were on vacation and we had a small issue with our vehicle then the guy I called a few days ago immediately said it wasn't covered. But I had specifically asked for the coverage on what was the issue when I got the policy. So the adjusters need to be very well-informed versus telling me conflicting information from when I bought the thing. That most recent experience with an adjuster has left me undecided if I wanna continue the policy until I get further clarification on the actual coverage. I've also been waiting on my packet I'm supposed to get.

My coverage was running out and I looked on the internet and got the best-rated extended warranty. Endurance came up as the number 1-rated. From the moment I sent an email to inquire, within less than a minute, I had a callback from Endurance and they explained to me all the packages. Their rep was very informed. He made sure that I understood all the information. We went over it.
What I liked was the fact that he had the option to sell me probably the most expensive package there was, but he asked me a lot of qualifying questions first and then was able to fit me in what we both agreed would be the best policy and coverage that I would need based upon my car and how I drive. He had the chance to hard upsell me but didn’t do that because he wanted to make sure that I was happy. Every time I asked questions, he was able to answer every question that I had. Then he transferred me to verification and it just went very smoothly and seamless.
There was the initial fee and anything else is automatic out of my account every month, so nobody is checking up on missed payments. I have an oil change within 30 days and when I go into the dealership, Endurance handled everything, so there was no need for me to do anything. I haven't had to have my car fixed yet so the judge is still out on that one. I’m hoping that it’s as seamless as everything else was.

Expect to pay more than your deductible. My first claim, I'm expecting to pay $100 for the deductible. Endurance says, "Sure take your car anywhere for repairs it doesn't matter." Endurance only paid for 1 hr diagnostic and repair time based on a national database. Furthermore, they also limit their labor rates based on location in another database. Bottom line I had to pay for the labor difference. Mind you this is a GMC vehicle being worked on at a GMC dealership. I would expect them to be most efficient in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.
In addition, there may be additional fees like "shop supplies" that most dealerships charge. Those are not covered by Endurance (see section E8A per John)! In the end I had to pay almost double what my deductible was. An additional $80.03 to be exact. That may not sound like much but this nickel and diming is for the birds. At the moment I'm caught in the middle as I need my vehicle like we all do. In the end, I'm shopping around for a new company to provide repair coverage. My shop I've been doing business with for decades and am also considering a change there as well.

I have a Volkswagen Jetta and Volkswagens can be expensive when things break down and if it was out of warranty. I went with Endurance since the price seemed to be better but I ended up not getting the coverage that I was seeking so I’m not sure if it was actually better. The guy who was speaking to me initially was getting me signed up, getting the information from me and working out the terms. He understood that I wanted bumper-to-bumper and I was looking for it to be in a certain price range or I was gonna keep looking. He said okay but when he came back, it was not in my range at all. Then he came back with a different amount, and I said I would take it.
I went through finishing stuff with him but then he said he would transfer me. When I spoke to the rep, I was almost done and I was about 45 minutes into the phone call. That is fine when you’re obtaining something like this but I was babysitting three kids on the weekend and my hands were beyond full. Towards the end, I confirmed that the coverage was bumper-to-bumper but she said I was getting the second one, not the first one. But I could not have been more clear with the first representative about what I wanted. So what he did was come back with the lower price for a lower thing and he didn’t make that clear to me.
I was sort of under the gun at that point because I had already given them all the information. At that point, I said I would just take it. I asked if it includes the AC because I live in Florida, if it includes the radiator because I had a Honda that leaked, and if it includes the transmission, and she said yes to all. So I got what I agreed to get but that wasn’t what I was seeking. I really just got scammed into getting a less one. I could have said no but I didn’t so I take full responsibility for that. I should’ve asked him why he could come back with $70 less for the same thing I just asked for. But I figured that’s what they do because I’ve never bought one of these warranties before.
I was also told I would get all of my paperwork by email. But I have never gotten a single thing by email from them confirming the coverage and showing me what it covers. I was also supposed to get a $250 gift card for something but I never received that either. I got two pieces of mail from the finance company telling me how my payments would be made but I got nothing about the actual warranty. So they took care of what was important to them but I got nothing regarding what the warranty entails in writing in any way, shape or form.

The guy from Endurance told me that I couldn't do it. I didn't notice until after I received the papers the first time, so I cancelled it. I'm not going to take it to a garage and it's gonna cost me $70 to change the oil when I can go to Walmart, get the same exact oil for my truck for $40. They called and asked me why I cancelled it. I have an older vehicle which is a Cadillac. We looked around for an auto warranty for a little bit, and Endurance was one of the first ones we saw. What they offered for the price seemed like a good investment and purchasing the warranty was fine. The lady who sold me the policy was great. Except for the discrepancy with when the coverage takes effect, she answered my questions. I asked her when I'd be covered and she said, "As soon as they take that money out for your initial downpayment, then you're covered." When I got transferred to the guy who told me I'd get these physical cards in the mail, he told me that it was three months. The cards never got sent to my email and I'm starting to feel scammed. That's what's been going through my mind. They took that money right out of my account. It was like $250 down and 130 or something a month, and I haven't heard a thing.

I drive a Lexus and I was constantly getting these calls about my warranty that it was going to expire. I researched and spoke to somebody who told me to call Endurance. So, I said would give them a try and see what they have to say. I wanted bumper to bumper. I'm a female and I don't wanna be stranded and stuck. I just wanted everything covered. Endurance took their time and patience with me. They explained everything. Everybody else was just trying to get me just to sign up and did not explain what was going on, what was happening and what my warranty entailed. They were trying to get me to just sign up.
When I contacted Endurance, I did it online and they called me. The girl went through A to Z to meet with me and by the time she finished, I signed up. I can’t log in on the website but each time I called and spoke to a customer service, they were great. Making the payments was okay because I had to switch my card as well. However, I was calling after 9 o’clock, which was the time it says that they’re open, and they still weren’t open. I eventually got through. I had to wait but it wasn’t that bad. So, that was good. I've had a great experience so far with Endurance and I have no complaints.

My warranty was getting ready to expire and I contacted companies to see how much an extended warranty would be or even if it was really worth doing. Endurance called right away, and the person that contacted me the first time was very, very nice. It was a great experience. That is one of the reasons why I went with Endurance. I felt that if I could get good customer service just applying for it or seeing if I wanted it, then it probably would be okay.
I went ahead and said yes at first. And then a week later, I said that I didn't need the extra bill. My warranty wasn't going to be over until six months so I called to cancel with Endurance The person I spoke to, Josh, went and talked with his superior, and they decreased the amount with the same coverage. So I said okay and that I would try it, and if it didn't work then I would just stop it. Josh was so accommodating, I just couldn't say no. When I went to get an oil change at Honda, they talked with me about it, but theirs was a lot more expensive, and I really was not impressed with how they presented it. So, I said no for Honda. And then, immediately Endurance contacted me. So, it was really kinda like a no-brainer. Everything was just amazing and I so appreciated it.

I liked the fact that there wasn’t so many layers to go through with Endurance. I was very bothered by other companies' approaches, and I found that the more people that have their hand in the pot, the less food there is for everyone else. With our situation, putting our second kid through college, me being disabled, we having an older car and just for the sense of safety, we wanted to carry the warranty. I thought five years at that price was a bargain versus what the other companies were trying to sell.
My experience with the rep went really well. I had a table full of medical bills and everything, but was able to get the information. He was clear as to what was needed. I was able to get it to him. He did respond to questions. He brought the price down to an area that I thought was fair. All in all we were impressed with the presentation. Assuming that what was told to me is honored, I don’t foresee any problems. I'm still in the probationary period of the two months and 1,000 miles. There's something coming but I figured that they're waiting for the policy to kick in before they send it. I also got a copy recently in the mail.
I'm one of those rare people that actually takes good care of his car. I've had the car from day one. But up to this point, the convinced me that Endurance was the best deal, and I didn’t feel like he was lying or trying to rip me off. I did not feel pressured. The facts spoke for themselves. The main appeal was the honesty that, "We are the insurance company and you're not gonna get a hassle." That's important. I would not have done it if I thought they were gonna give me a headache.
Everything's covered and there's the $100-deductible on parts. I told him I've always had the dealer do my car. He explained that the dealer could do the work, but the only condition was when the car is towed in, the dealer needs to contact Endurance soon so they can get involved in the process. That all sounds good to me and that's what I wanted. I want to be able to use the dealer. They also said they would fix anything that needed to be fixed. What was promised to this point has been delivered. I also did check the brand name and it is known. I would recommend Endurance and have. I've spoken to two people so they're considering it and they asked me questions. They were concerned too, and I explained to them. Endurance was very good at explaining what the other companies I was looking for do.

Driveline broke damaging transmission cooler. Warranty does not cover drive lines or cooler lines. Ok that’s understandable. What’s not understandable or acceptable is the adjusters disqualifying the transmission repairs by claiming that the damage was caused by a lack of fluid (well yeah that’s what happens when there’s an incident that breaks the cooler lines). When asked point blank if the engine would be covered if the drain plug fell out after going to a service center for an oil change, was told, "No the engine would not be covered." This company is all about taking your money and refusing to perform any repairs due to their policies which refuse to cover anything that has to do with fluid loss. Endurance answered all my questions. They were not in a rush to getting off the phone, and they were so very helpful with all my concerns and thoughts. It was very easy to make phone calls and talk to people. I didn’t have to wait forever to talk to somebody. Also, I get my bills on time. But making the first payment was confusing. When I dealt with Endurance, I was quite pleased that I really didn't have to ask too many questions as far as what I needed to do if anything happens or where I could take the car because the rep explained to me that I could take it either to the dealer or to a certified ASE mechanic. They also explained to me everything that I would be responsible for and everything that's covered under the warranty. They were very informative.
The payment is automatically deducted from my bank account so that's quite easy. The one thing I did have an issue with is when I downloaded the Endurance app, I wasn't able to actually register my account information online. I am very unhappy and disappointed about the claims service that I am receiving for my current repair. My vehicle is being repaired at Kings Nissan in Brooklyn, NY and the repair claim includes Lower Control Arms, Rear Stabilizer Bushings, Rotors & Brake Pads and Two New Tires ALL required due to the lower control arm failure which caused the other components to breakdown.
I took my car in for servicing on Tuesday, May 21st at approximately 6:30 am and due to Endurance’s requirement to provide cheaper parts for the repair, my vehicle has sat at the dealership waiting for repair 3 days while awaiting shipment of cheaper aftermarket parts. When I called in with my concerns I was advised that payment for parts are at the discretion of the Administrator aka Adjustor in regards to aftermarket, re-manufactured or used parts. My car has all manufacturer parts on it and I DO NOT WANT aftermarket, re-manufactured or used parts on my vehicle just because Endurance decides to penny pinch my repair.
Your claims process is not transparent and any decision to require after market, re-manufactured or used parts should be shared with this customer. Not doing so gives the customer the impression that their vehicle and its value is not much of importance to your company and that greatly lowering claims costs trump the quality and value of the vehicle.
I purchased the Supreme Plan warranty on 04/08/2019, 4 days after I purchased my new/used vehicle for $189 down and $99 a month. I received the stipulations of the contract AFTER purchasing the warranty and have realized that the so called “quality service” and the warranty IS NOT as advertised. I can’t just go to a licensed mechanic for a repair and it’s “as simple as that”. The process of filing claims is tedious, time consuming and non-transparent to the customer, being told that my service manager is required to go over all of the stipulations of the warranty in regards to what is covered and what is not.
Why does my Adjustor get to hide behind customer service when this person makes the decisions about what happens to my vehicle? Why can I not negotiate what is paid towards my vehicle and what parts I prefer to use? Yes, I understand that we all want to save on cost of repair BUT I would like to be able to determine how my policy pay-out is used as well. If my repairs cost $1500 this time then inform me of the balance remaining of my Max Pay Out and let me decide how I want to use whatever balance remains in regards to future claims.
Purchasing this warranty was a waste of my time and money which your company has also included as a clause about not being responsible nor caring about that either. Once this claim settled I will make it my business to opt-out of this warranty, as it does not suit the type of service nor value that I prefer for my vehicle. Thank you for wasting my time, money and not providing me the quality service that I deserve.

I can't afford to be paying if my automobile breaks down. When I bought the car, I was thinking the plan was due May and it was in April. But when I went to look it up, it had already expired. The money amount, if added up, would become a four-year plan. But with Endurance, I got five years out of it. So I stuck with it. The total was $4,000. You could do the payments over the phone. I can go online as well. They actually set it up for a first payment on a later date.
I had done the auto quote online and Endurance came up as the best suited warranty company. The rep I dealt with was also informative, clear and understanding. He answered any questions that I needed answered. But I found out I didn’t get any information in the mail. Everything is done online and they were trying to forward my policy and the warranty information online. But for some reason, it would never go forward to my email. They kept saying it was going through on their end but it was never showing up on my email. I called about four times and I finally used my daughter’s email address. She got it then she forward it to my email address.
I also called them on a Sunday once and they were closed. I didn’t understand that because most companies are open. They have a 24-hour customer service. So that was shocking and disappointing to me. Part of my information that I had to print out was a 24/7 roadside assistance. But if I had any other questions, I had to do it Monday through Saturday. In a company like this, they should have somebody for questions 24/7, not just a roadside assistance. Nonetheless, my experience has been good so far.

I had an auto warranty with Endurance before and it worked out really well. But I didn’t transfer it to my next vehicle, so I sold it back for what was left and they sent me what money was left in the deal. Now I got an older truck but it doesn’t have many miles on it. So I thought I’d try having a warranty again and I decided to still go with Endurance.
Their reps sucked and they weren’t very nice. I’ve already paid my 179 then the payments got broke down to $88 a month for 36 months. I’m into my second month on automatic payment now then they told me that I had to have another oil change within 30 days of the policy. And they want to re-verify the mileage, which will change from the time that they called and they won’t take “No” for an answer. I could’ve been a good trooper and just went out, got the actual miles on that day, and prove to them that I just had an oil change not less than 30 days ago. But I ain’t about to waste money and have another perfectly good oil change that’s set by Endurance. What difference does it make whether I have an oil change or not when you’re not really asking me the whole package of how my truck’s doing mechanically? And I’m lucky that my truck's condition is very sound and it's probably gonna be the last truck I'll have.
I went around a few times with their reps on these issues. I talked to about three different people and with all three of them, I almost cancelled. I’m on a 60-day period where you can’t have any transactions and that’s okay. It’s to make sure you’re not getting some pre-existing condition. But in my case, there’s nothing really wrong with my truck. So I’m just burning out that time. I’m paying my premiums ‘til that happens then hopefully, time will pass and you won’t even know the difference whether I’m covered or not for if something goes wrong, which I probably will be.
And for me, it’s pretty lucky because I got a certified mechanic right here in my hometown where I’ve had most of my service done in my vehicles most of my life. So I don’t have to go very far, depending on where I break down, unless it’s critical and needs to be fixed right now. And as far as what Endurance's policy offers a rental car or the place I go would let me borrow a car if I did the work right there.
But I’m not about to go be pushed around about it just to dot an I or a T there. They could be doing that every couple of weeks or every couple of months. And I’m supposed to keep track of my service that I do on my vehicle, which most people don’t do but I do. I keep track of my oil change, so the place that does my work if I have any work done has a record available to prove it. I’ve had quite a few new things on it. I’ve had a new brand-new battery put in not very long ago and I have four new tires that I’m still paying for. But what we paid off has nothing to do with what we’re talking about as far as insurance goes. These are things that I had to keep up with anyway, like down the windshield wipers and a lot of that stuff.
But overall, I’m not really satisfied even yet and Endurance's reps ought to believe what you tell them the first time. I had a pretty hefty talk to where I was almost gonna hang up on the last rep I talked to. I was setting to cancel and telling him to send me my money back. I wouldn’t have got it, but I thought it would at least help me that I was a prior customer. I’ve had Endurance for a few years and I didn’t even burn the whole amount off of three thousand and some bucks.
So far, I got the Ts crossed but I doubt it a little bit. Hopefully I don’t have to use the warranty because it sounds good on paper and verbally, but until you actually exercise some of these deals that you’re supposed to be getting credit for or fixed, you will never know. It's pretty cool to just pay a hundred bucks upfront to my mechanic or the dealership itself and they’ll take care of the rest. But at this time, my experience with them has not been very well and I hope somebody hears about what happened because the damage was already done.

The only thing I don’t like about the experience with Endurance is they only tell you it's a 30-day wait until you start hooking up with them to buy their product, and it's 30 days and 1,000 miles. So, I have to put 1,000 miles on my car even if it's outside of 30 days. That was really important because I had no problem giving my actual mileage, but after you're all locked in, they say it's 30 days or 1,000 miles, and it's gonna be 1,000 miles even if it goes 60 days. That to me is ridiculous.
The other catch is you have to wait 30 days to see if you like the product to get your money back. How can I test their product out in 30 days if I can't use the contract for 30 days or 1,000 miles? They should at least give 60 days because that gives me 30 days of my wait and then 30 days of actually seeing if I'd have to use it. They need to be a little more conscientious of telling me everything. I still haven't received the hard copy of my contract, and it's funny because I even put $1,500 cash down on the deal instead of the normal $200 to see if that would help lessen the blow.

I searched online and Endurance was the first one that always popped up so I called them. The guy that I talked to was nice and helpful. He tried to retain me. But I am not impressed with the policies of the company itself. They want the car which is just coming from the factory and they want it to stay like that. Any kind of modification, they are not gonna entertain. I have a sports car and everybody does some kind of modification to that. I just put on performance wheels and they are not even allowing wheels to be there. I let go the insurance and I’m not with them anymore. I will not recommend their product because if they cannot even include wheels in the car, then what is the point of even having a car? Nobody keeps their car factory.

At first, Endurance sounded like they had a good deal. It turns out they didn't. I was supposed to have pretty much full coverage. But when I filed a claim, they denied my claim without even sending anybody out to look at my vehicle. Also, their customer service was horrible. They transferred me to a department that was closed, so I called back once again, and they told me that a manager would call me in 15 minutes because he was busy. I couldn't get in touch with anybody for two or three days. I had to wait over the entire weekend all while my truck is in the shop and I was without a vehicle. So I cancelled their warranty and got a refund.

Everybody else that I talked to were charging a lot. If my car never breaks down, I’m gonna end up paying them $10,000 and that doesn’t make sense. The rep from Endurance was fine and he was helpful in letting me know what was covered as well as the different aspects to the insurance policy and knowing that my car is covered if something happens. When I signed up for the policy, I got autopay and this month is due for my first payment. So far, everything has been nice. I have been sent the information on my Endurance although I haven't received any cards yet. They said I can go online and print cards up but that's the only thing I have to see and I did get it in my email. I haven't had any problems with them and it seems like it's a good policy to have.

I have 135,000 miles on my car. It has been in great condition but then my factory warranty from my dealership expired. Since I'd rather have my car insured and taken care of, I decided to purchase a service contract for it. Previously, I had Blue Shield and there were a lot of loopholes in their contract. I had to find that out the hard way. When I spoke with Endurance's rep, she told me that it was either 1,000 miles or two months before my car could get service. That was the only loophole with them and which was what I didn't like about their warranty. I've barely gotten back from a vacation trip and over the last month, I've been driving my car. It's more of a vacation car for me. 'Cause I've already been to the East Coast and the West Coast and that used vehicle has done me really well. I've had no major services and nothing done to it. It was just a typical oil change and transmission.
I noticed that my car was hesitating this weekend. So, I called Endurance's warranty department and the guy said that they'll take it to the dealership. I asked him to tell me what's on my policy and told him that a rep had previously told me that I needed over 1,000 miles or 60 days waiting period. The guy whom I was speaking with at the time said that I was still in the waiting period. I said "Okay" and told him that my car had 134,010 and now it's at 135,500. He asked me if I checked my warranty but then when I called him, I wanted to know if I was past the waiting period. He then informed me that he didn't know how many miles I had on my car. That's what gets me. They tell me one thing and then when I purchase the contract, it's totally different.
I'm past my thousand miles already and I'm over my first month. The rep then replied by saying that the requirement was two months and a thousand miles. This is why I quit messing with Blue Shield. They paint a pretty picture but before I know it, they don't wanna cover anything at all. When I looked up Endurance, they were rated high up there with a couple of other companies. However, when I called in to see what my warranty was, the guy gave me a totally different one. He then told me that I needed to call customer service. That time, I needed to know if I take my car to the dealership, whether Endurance would cover it or not.
I hate getting the runaround. I'm paying on a month to month basis and stuff and they're quick to take your money. But with them, there are always loopholes somewhere, and that's the problem I've felt with the other warranty companies. With Endurance, we had the opportunity to use it or go into it more. What ended up happening is I had to do the full work on my contract instead of the representative online being more helpful.

Coming up with a payment plan to fit my situation was also pretty simple. We didn't take too long doing that. When my brake started squeaking, I took them in. They needed to replace a whole bunch of different parts, not just the pads and the rotors. I went and looked at my policy. I have the PDF file on my phone, so I opened it. I found the section on brakes and it said it covered things other than the pads and rotors. I thought it was great and that would knock off at least $200. I called, and they said I had to have the mechanic called. The mechanic called, and they said they didn't cover anything. So, I was really disappointed. I got my car fixed, but I paid for it out of pocket.

My fiancé didn't wanna do the warranty that the dealer was giving us. Endurance Auto was recommended to us and we decided to sign up with them. At the time, I didn't wanna make the decision on my own and I wanted to speak to my fiancé. So I told their rep the date and time to call me back, and he did. He was a really nice guy and he kept following up. When I made my payment, he had to put some other people on the phone to confirm it and those people weren't nice, friendly or professional. They didn't have any patience.
So I called back the first rep I talked to and let him know that once he transferred me to the people that went over the contract, I didn't like the service that I was receiving. I'm kinda old school and I like to have papers. But they wanna do everything electronic which was not what I wanted. I know that companies do certain things but I am the customer and I wanted a paper contract. So if something happened, I could have it on-site or in the car somewhere. But they said they couldn't do that and I didn't like the way that person was talking to me. So the first rep I talked to just made sure that one was mailed out to me and he had to get it approved. The dealer that I purchased the car from offered me an auto warranty and I turned it down. Years ago, a friend of mine got his auto warranty through his credit union. So I decided that I was gonna check into it to see what kind of expense we were talking about. I contacted Endurance and we started talking. The price seemed like a good one for whatever the length of term is. The last car I owned was a 2005 Honda Pilot. It had 160,000 miles on it so it wasn't driven all that much. I figured that I'd go ahead and insure this one, especially since it's all electronic now and it has a keyless entry. The more I started thinking, 20 years ago, I could go under the hood and do whatever. Today, I can't do anything. If anything happens, then it's under warranty.
I was explaining to the gentleman that spoke with me that the car was under warranty by the manufacturer and I needed something after that. I told him I was gonna wait 'til the 35th month or with the mileage. He asked me if I really wanted to do that. He said if I did that, what was $2,000 would be 4. He was giving me a figure. It was gonna be more expensive later on so I said, "Okay. Let's go ahead and do it now." He was very nice and gave me all the options. He was very knowledgeable. Any questions that I had was answered and I was quite happy. Making payments is also simple. It's all done with a credit card. I made a down payment and then everything is taken out automatically for the three years. There's no interest so that worked.

My warranty was just about done on my 2014 Vette. I called the dealer and they told me some ridiculous price. It was almost four grand for a new warranty. I must have called half a dozen dealers, not just in my state of Massachusetts, but all over. It was basically the same price, give or take a couple of hundred bucks. I told myself I won't be paying that kind of money for a warranty. So, I started looking around online to see what the best deal is. I did the reviews and Endurance came up the best, and the price was right. They came up like aces all the way across the board. A lot of other companies had a zero deductible, but if you read on, it's not what it says. I don't mind paying any deductible for anything. It is what it is. Actually, the deductible added legitimacy to Endurance's policy.
I called the dealers and see if they were accepting Endurance without any problems. They said they did. I wanted to protect my investment. It was all Chevy parts 'cause my Vette is bone stock. I haven't touched it and I won't touch it. It's pristine. I don't drive it that often so I only have 2,400 miles on it. I don't put miles on my car. If I drove every day for the next two years, I still wouldn't have all that many miles on it.
The reps at Endurance answered all my questions. They were spot on and it was an enjoyable experience. I like talking to people that know what they're talking about and the product that they're selling no matter it is. I'm very happy with Endurance so far. I have a 2012 Grand Cherokee and I'm gonna buy a warranty from Endurance, too. I definitely want it insured. I'll probably never need the warranty but it's like anything else. It's like a seat belt. The rep that helped me through the purchase process was absolutely awesome and top-notch. I talked to him a little bit and then he was giving me discounts and all kinds of good stuff. My questions were answered. Then he took my routing number and stuff over the phone. The process was seamless and easy. I'm paying monthly for the warranty.

I have an older vehicle, and I thought an auto warranty would help our family better manage the mechanical issues with the vehicle over time. Endurance was the first one that I talked to and they were really easy to take out information from. They were also one of the only ones that provided the warranty for our vehicle, which is older than 15 years. The rep was direct and helpful in getting me all the main pieces to the plan. He gave his direct line and I was able to call him back when I had questions. So, I was dealing with only one person, which was so much easier than having to explain the situation to however many customer service people. I gave them my credit card over the phone and then we set up the automatic payment for future payments on it. It was a good experience.

I decided to get an auto warranty because I wanted to make sure if anything ever happens to my vehicle, it's easy to take care of. I'm ready for it. Endurance called me and their rep was nice and informative. He told me I needed to have an oil change within 30 days, so I had that done yesterday. So far, I'm satisfied.

When my extended warranty expired, I wanted to get a good one. I've heard of Endurance through word-of-mouth and they seemed good, so I went with them. Purchasing was fine and they were very responsive. They called back right away. However, filing a claim took a little bit because I had to have the dealership call them and it was a nightmare to work with. The dealership would call and they wouldn't answer. And when the dealership tried to call them back, there was a lunch break. So, it took a little longer than expected.
Once the dealership got a hold of Endurance, it wasn't the answer I was looking for since they denied the claim. I had no idea that the dealership where I bought the vehicle from originally changed something in the truck and they didn't properly put it back. Endurance had to look up all the service records and it came back that the part got moved in a certain service so they're considering that as a pre-existing condition. It's unfortunate that the claim wasn't covered but it is what it is.

I needed coverage for my vehicle and I chose to go with Endurance Auto Warranty. So far, my experience with them was just a matter of purchasing the coverage and negotiating the time, the cost, and the payment plan. I'm okay with the coverage that I got, but it hasn’t come into effect yet because of the grace period that is required. It will take effect when a thousand miles or three months, whichever comes first, has been reached. But the customer service of Endurance has been okay so far.

My initial warranty on my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT ran out and I've always kept one since I got it. There were some good reviews about Endurance and the quality of the coverage online, so I made my choice. It was a good purchase experience. A representative told me about the 30-day waiting period but when they transferred me to the representative that had to go over the warranty with me, he advised me that there was a 30-day and a thousand-mile waiting period. That has caught me off-guard but it didn’t stop me from purchasing. Then for the payment plan, he gave me some different options and coverage choices and tried to work with me on the budget that I had. I’d recommend Endurance.

If you enjoy your vehicle, like I do, and love working under the hood, ie: change your own oil, air filter, add washer fluid, etc. DO NOT get this coverage. The sales people will lie just to get your business, then leave you hanging for days when you have a claim. These people only want your money. They will make you jump thru SO many hoops if you have a claim. NOT worth the hassle and they are counting on you to just get frustrated and give up. They leave you sit with a broken down vehicle. Always check with your dealership or repair shop before wasting your money on a Auto Warranty. Make sure you ask LOTS of questions and READ the contract VERY thoroughly. If there was a NO STAR rating, this would be my rate! BEWARE!

I've got a five-year loan on a car and it's nice having a warranty on it, knowing I got some coverage for the next five years. I went to ConsumerAffairs and I was looking up the higher-rated ones, and I went through Endurance online. I’m 55 and because I’m a veteran, they were able to give me a discount, which was nice. They explained to me that I’d be paying for three years and getting five years of coverage. Having it is like a savings plan for a repair.

Endurance was the first auto warranty company that called me and it was on a Sunday. I chose them because of their prompt response and their guys are active. The sales rep who called me was nice and he was very attentive to what I needed. He is a good listener, unlike the other company reps who just try to push things on my face. He really took time to understand what I really needed and he presented me with the description of the plan very nicely to make sure that I understood what I was going to purchase. He even talked to his supervisor to give me some credit because I still have the manufacturer warranty available. And I also found out that he works right across from my headquarter in Chicago.
The price of the Endurance auto warranty is competitive in comparison to others. I got some discounts from talking to the rep and his supervisor, and it turned out to be a very good deal for me. The coverage is comparable to others but what really makes it different for anyone to purchase their policy is all about customer service. Still, the coverage is nice and it matches what I'm looking for. Overall, Endurance seems to be a good company and I've even recommended them to my close friend.

I was debating on whether or not to sell my car and get a new car or keep it, and then decided that if I was going to keep the car for a year or two, it might be best to have an extended warranty. So, I did some comparative shopping and also looked at the reviews online, and decided that Endurance was the best warranty program. I am impressed with the fact that I got quite a bit of information about the policy. The representatives were clear with the information and helped me to make a decision on the type of coverage I was interested in. Then, I decided to set up payments only from the perspective that if I do decide that I want to sell my car in the next year or so, then I will have only paid premiums for the one year versus three years. Also, I got the cards promptly so I’m pleased with that. I’m happy that I made the right decision for the coverage.
