The rep was very informative and laid out the monthly amounts and the number of places we could go to have our vehicle repaired. We only take it to the place where we bought it, and so once we confirmed that was on the list, we felt pretty comfortable to proceed. I just didn't appreciate having to make a decision immediately on the phone, like the deal goes away if I call back.

We have two vehicles that are about three years old and are out of mileage and we made a decision we were gonna keep those for as long as we could. So, we started looking for an extended warranty. I got a decent price from Endurance for the amount of coverage that we got, and I did some research on the quality of their work in doing claims and felt that they were gonna be a good company to deal with. The reps handled my concerns completely. I tried to buy a warranty for two vehicles but didn’t end up doing that. The gentleman that I talked to didn’t try to upsell me much at all. It wasn’t a high-pressure deal so, I was comfortable with the experience. They offered an outright payment and monthly payments when I bought the warranty. I could have done it either way but I paid it all upfront because it was a cheaper price. My experience with Endurance wasn’t adversarial and it wasn’t pushy.

I’ve had an auto warranty and then I quit using the vehicle so I dropped it. And then, the vehicle is getting to the 10-year mark so I went ahead and got it back on there. The rep was helpful, sweet and her personality was good. She tried to give me the best plan she could and she was knowledgeable about what she’s doing. For my payments, I just gave them the debit card and they ran it through.

I originally was looking at Endurance Auto Warranty for a quote, but I ended up cancelling their policy just because the dealership offered me a better deal. The Endurance rep I spoke with was polite, straightforward, very informative and was able to answer all my questions. For their policy, for you to be able to cancel it, you have to call them. So, I went ahead and explained it. Overall, I had good experience with them.

My car is a 2008, and while it has only 71,000 miles on it now, it's an older car. I don't know that much about Saturns. I just wanted to be prepared so I decided to look for a warranty. I bought a 2007 Cadillac and I had it for about three months. The rear end went out on it and that was 1,600. Plus I was in Indianapolis, and at the time, I lived in Tennessee. Luckily, when I bought the Cadillac, I bought it used and got the warranty on it. It's about the same situation, older model car with the low mileage. The warranty was a savior.
I looked at Carshield and other places, but Endurance has everything I am interested in and so I got the warranty from them. However, I got something in the email that said I was not gonna be covered anymore after yesterday because something changed on the policy or something happened. They were gonna have new terms and conditions. It makes me wonder what's going on when I just got this policy and then all of a sudden, a couple of months later, they were gonna change stuff on me and didn't even mention it when I was doing the policy. I was a little agitated about that. I wanted to talk to somebody. I've been waiting for somebody to call and let me know what's going on with it. At this point, until I got that email, I was perfectly happy with what was going on and I still am, but I just wanna know what's going on.

I was with CarShield but with the last repair I had with them, they didn’t pay the bill. They only paid a portion of it and I had to buy my own parts. So, I canceled CarShield and since my car is older now, I wanted to have some type of warranty on it. I went online and Endurance was the first one that called me. They said that they could provide me a program that wasn’t too awfully expensive per month and they would cover all the major repairs that would have to be done on my car. I went on with them because I didn’t wanna have a lapse in time without any type of warranty.
Their customer service rep was good. He answered all of my questions, although he may have been a little pushy in trying to make sure I would go with them because I hadn’t decided what I needed then. I wanted to check around a bit. But when I did, I found that they were next to the least expensive, CarShield being the least. He was just trying to make a sale, but he was all right and he sent me the paperwork.

As soon as I did the internet search and I entered my information, the rep from Endurance called me within three seconds flat, which was good. So I went with them, but I still went to go research other ones. I researched Endurance after I got off the phone with him, and I decided to stay. The only thing I did not like as a customer was that it was almost like I felt pressure to get the warranty just to get the savings. But the rep was a very nice guy. He explained everything perfectly. He did his job. But I didn't really care for the part where they said if they couldn’t get me that day and if I had to call back, then I didn’t qualify for the savings. I still purchased it from him regardless because I was going to purchase it.

My initial experience with Endurance Auto Warranty was not so good. But since then, it has been better. I called Endurance up because they came highly rated. I had Ally, another automobile warranty company, and I called Endurance based on their ratings. I spoke to a gentleman, the initial guy, and he quoted me a price of $3,003. I had to get off the phone because I had to go into a meeting. Those conversations can be a little long, but I heard the bottom line. And then I called back to try and get that same guy, but I got another guy and he said, “I see you called.” I said, “Yeah. He quoted me about $3,003.” And he said, “I can better that.”
The first problem was the first guy didn’t start where I wanted him to. I don’t want him to start at the bottom. The second guy quoted me 2,745 and he said, “I’ll give you a $250 credit.” That was the deal. Because my number was 24, we got to 25, and that was good. It turns out, this $250 credit is a credit voucher with 100 vendors from food to makeup to movies. If you spent $30, you can use $10 of your credit voucher. So, they’re making money from the vendors. And I can’t see people wanting to spend $90 at Ulta makeup. And when you make a $90 purchase, you can use $10 of your rewards. Those are the amounts you’re allowed to use. I was livid. But being a good Christian, I held it.
I called them up and I complained. I said, “This was not how it was posed to me.” Of course, I got a manager, and I got a guy that said, “Let me take $100 off right now. Let me go back. Give me a couple of days and I’ll go look at the tapes.” There’s more meat on the bone than I thought. So, he took $100 off, and he said, “If it’s found that this guy really wasn’t forthright, we’ll take it down to 250.” He called me back and said, “We’ll have to rewrite it.” I said, “If we rewrite it, I still have to wait 30 days and my current policy’s gonna lapse, and I’m gonna have a void there without a policy. That’s not what I had intended.”
I said, “Those 10 days you took to find out is not gonna work out well.” He said, “Hold on, let me get back to you.” He wants that voucher back. He wants to write it without that voucher in it. So, he came back on the line and said, “You know what? We’re just gonna take it down $250.” So, not only did he take it down $250, it went from 25 to 2,440, and then he left the voucher on there. So, it ultimately came down to 2,200 if you throw in that crazy voucher. So, from 3,000 to 2,200. So, that game backfired on them. I’m from Chicago and we don’t take any crap. But I’m thinking of these older people that don’t have the ferocity to fight for themselves. But I kept the policy. I still have nine days to think about it. It’s a 30-day waiting period. My wife said, “If this is gonna be the experience off the bat, what do you expect in the future?”

As per the contract all internal lubricated parts are covered and the timing cover is explicitly listed as a covered part if the damage is caused from within due to the failure of one of those parts. That is the case here. I have the service records for the truck. The truck recently passed inspection with no problems. A properly maintained timing chain should last far longer than this. Within the entire owner's manual the timing chain is never listed. It is not considered a wear and tear part needing maintenance. The breakdown is not a case of loss of performance due to wear and tear. It Is clearly broken. I had no indication beforehand. No engine lights and no odd sounds that I noticed. I would hope that in the interests of customer service they would abide by the terms set forth in the contract.
When I spoke to them on the phone they denied my service request. The reasons varied a bit depending on who I spoke to so I asked to get a copy of the denial in writing. They said that's not possible. They said I can get them a letter explaining why it should be covered from the mechanic doing the work. I did that...no response. They said I can send it to them regular mail but they can't tell me when and if to expect a response. I've been trying to get in touch with Marius who said he would submit it for further review. When I called and spoke to someone else they told me it wasn't put in for any second review and it was still denied.

I took my car to the dealership. The dealership then called Endurance and they replaced the part. However, Endurance called the dealership back and said they wouldn’t cover that part because it’s not considered an electrical component. It was a ballast which is an electrical component that controls your headlight. Endurance said they cover electrical components but they didn’t cover it. I had to pay out of my pocket which cost me $500 and some. I was very unsatisfied with them so I went with another company. Everything went smooth when purchasing from Endurance Auto Warranty. Their rep got in-depth as much as he could on a little phone call. They informed me that I was gonna get a packet in the mail and that more detailed information would be there. When I got my packet, I looked in it and any questions that I had were solved in the packet information. Everything was pretty understandable and any questions I had or concerns, they were answered. Everyone should get a warranty on their vehicle. And with the service that Endurance provides for the price, it's a no-brainer.

I bought a used car and I thought that a service contract was important. Endurance was a lot less than trying to get it from the dealership. I purchased from them and their representative was awesome. He was quite knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I'm very satisfied with the package I signed up for thus far. The only question I have is that I tried to call somebody and I couldn't get through. I thought I had a certain payment arrangement for a certain package, and I noticed that my December payment was a bit more than what I had discussed with the salesperson. That's probably the only disappointing thing. After speaking to a great salesperson, it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from either the sales account person 'cause he told me that I would be his main point of contact and that as long as I had the coverage that I would be speaking with him, like my insurance agent. And I've not heard from him since that day.
The only way to contact them is through a telephone number and I have the number. But with the salesperson, I do not have his direct number and nor do I have an email from him either, so I thought that would have been probably something that the company should have done is that an email template from him, an email that I've not received than kind of a corporate email. I got something that looks like a standardized corporate letter. And I was also hoping to be contacted by the person that I had bought the package from but I'm not seeing anything directly from him. He took my credit card information, and then the second payment which was this month in December was also taken from that credit card payment, and that's not exactly how I wanted it done. I wanted it to be taken out of my bank. So, that wasn't explained at all, and it was much more than what I had originally agreed with. So, at least the payment was unsatisfactory.

I had purchased Endurance Auto Warranty and paid them in full $2500.00 for my Ford Truck 5 weeks after I purchased the warranty. My truck broke down and had it towed to a Ford Dealer repair shop. The dealer diagnosed the problem and it was the glow plugs computer so a claim was filed by the dealer and Endurance denied it saying it was not a covered part so I paid the dealer $1500.00 out of pocket. I picked up the truck and the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealer and the turbocharger needed to be replaced so a claim was filed with Endurance on a COVERED PART that Endurance would pay for but refused the claim saying we need more info.
To sum it up my truck was at the dealer for 1 month due to Endurance asking for more info when the dealer said it was bad. Endurance conclusion was the part was bad before it was diagnosed and therefore we will not pay $2600.00 for repairs. Please note that the Ford Repair shop had many hours on the phone with Endurance and not getting anywhere with each phone call. KEEP YOUR MONEY TO PAY FOR YOUR OWN REPAIRS AND DON'T GIVE TO ENDURANCE. They will rip you off.

I looked at the warranty for cars and Endurance was like the number one for this year 2019. CarShield was like last year. This year Endurance offers more. Their agent was really good. I really want him to get some credit. I spend $260 a month and my deposit was $600. He sold it to me. The package I wanted was everything I asked for the warranty of my car. They cover everything from the transmission, the motor, the suspensions, my turbo, the computer and the sensors, which was my main concern. Plus it's unlimited -- if anything happens to my car today, then the next four months something happens again they are really going to take care of me and the car at any cost in any given time.
And I could talk to their boss. He was great. He took time to explain everything. He was on the phone for hours, and he really sold the package to me. He said to call the 1-800 number to file a claim. I got my card, that number and go to anybody with the AF like service. I don't have to do too much, by just taking the car there and the mechanic will get contact with them. That's what I like. I don't have to do all the communication. I'm satisfied. It sounds like they are gonna protect me and if anything happens to my car they'll make sure it would get done and get fixed.

I got something in the mail and it looked like a good offer. However, every time I asked the rep about the brochure that they sent and what he was telling me were two different things. To me, that was a sign that I shouldn’t do business with them, but I decided to do it anyway. So now I am beginning to have second thoughts because what their brochures are saying are not what they were telling me.
And then this other guy came on the line and he wanted me to tell him that if my car had a pre-existing, I have to give him my word. I never had this experience with an extended warranty person. But then I decided to do business with them anyway, but now I am having second thoughts because I've been calling him to ask him the paper. For about four weeks now, I've been asking them to send me a copy of the insurance and a plastic card or something because I don’t have a printer and I cannot print the stuff that they sent to me. I've called them four times and I have yet to receive any of it. I know it’s in my e-mail, but I need it so I can have it in my car. I've been asking him that for over a month now and I have yet to receive it so I’m thinking of canceling them and then going to somebody else, because if you cannot send me something as simple as a copy of what I’m asking you to keep in my car, then that tells me something. I purchased this contract to gain high mileage protection on my car, in case of emergencies and to be proactive towards any issues that may arise. I have not had any issues with my car thus far and have taken great care of it, with regular oil changes, tire rotations and typical maintenance as suggested. I had no issues with the contract, until I needed to use the services. A few months into my contract, my car started to kick itself out of reverse. I thought, "no worries", this should be covered as I asked for the most coverage I could afford and receive and had paid a premium for said coverage.
I called Endurance, walked through the process and took my car to one of their preferred dealerships for repair. The dealer was being very helpful in the process and had to reach out several times to finally get an inspector to visit to approve the work. Unfortunately, it was a major engine component that had gone out and required replacing that would range in the upwards of $6,000 range. I was assured by the dealership that this was normal protocol and there should be no problems, as my contract clearly states that all components were covered within my plan. This issue was going on three weeks now and I was without a car, and although I had rental insurance under my contract for situations like this, it was only reimbursable.
With Endurance not communicating with me or the dealer, I had to reach out which is where I found out that the initial request had been denied - no communication from Endurance that the claim had been denied, nor written document stating the denial, nothing. Had I not reached out, I would have never known. My car came off the line, from the factory just as it sits now. I did not modify the car in any way from when the dealership sold it to me; in fact I even inquired that my specific type of car and model would be covered during the discussion with the sales person and they confirmed, "if it came from the dealership that way and you didn't change it, then it will be covered." This gave me the confidence in the service that I agreed to the price upfront cost, and monthly service charge; because, I didn't want to be stuck if anything mechanically happened to my car.
Now, after multiple months of waiting for proactive communications from Endurance that never came, multiple discussions playing phone tag with customer service reps, and waiting on managers to actually call me back, I don't know what else to do. I am still without my car, left stranded and Endurance apologized for the confusion and wants to reimburse me, but that doesn't make me whole to the coverage they promised and contract we agreed upon. Endurance denied my claim, stating that I modified my car, to which the dealership has confirmed nothing has been changed from production and sale of my car to me. Now that my car is broken, a hefty bill due to fix it, Endurance wants to take the easy way out and not fulfill their end of this contract. I can not go any longer without my car and hope this submission helps finally break through the bureaucracy to get my car fix and my contract fulfilled.

The warranty for my vehicle that I purchased was only for 90 days. So, after the warranty was over, I needed extended warranty. I Googled extended warranty companies and Endurance came up. I gave them a call and their rep I dealt with was good. He gave me a good amount of information of what one would require for the warranty, what I'd have to do and how much I'd pay every month. The rep did a good job explaining things to me. It sounded good and I went with them. I had a brief interaction with their customer service. They were saying I'd have to do an oil change, but the vehicle was not telling me that. If something happens and I need to file a case, that plays a part in whether Endurance will be able to cover it or not.
It is a 2014 vehicle and it’s telling me that the oil change is coming up in 3,000 miles. But they were telling me that I needed to do it before the 18th of December. That was the only thing I have an issue with, because the car is not telling me that it requires an oil change yet. So, I don’t think I should do it yet. But I don’t want something to happen and I'd try to file a claim. If it had something to do with the oil change, okay, but if it doesn’t, I don’t think I should be penalized for it. But I asked them about it and they don't cover oil change. But it’s not that the oil change is expensive. That’s not the problem. My issue was it was not required.
So far, I’m paying every month on time so if anything happens, I just wanna be able to explain to them what happened, and they'd say, “Okay, bring it to the mechanic. It’s covered and they’ll fix it.” That’s all I wanna hear. It’s just the oil thing that I’m skeptical about. But other than that, I’d definitely recommend Endurance. It’s a nice, good and trustworthy place.

No real!!! ???? Do not buy this warranty???? I bought a warranty for my Mustang 2015 thinking and wanting to have peace of mind that when I was to need it I was going to get the care needed???? Took my car to get a diagnosis and they told me that the AC system needed to be repaired. Endurance denied my case right away without even taking a look at it. After calling them they sent an inspector and the inspector told me that he will recommend the repairs.??? This morning they called me to tell me that the case was denied. They are not real. They do not keep their word. I would never do business with them ever again and I am going to try to get my money back from all the monthly payments I've made to them for this false service of protection for my car. I had so many nagging calls about getting the warranty and I said, "Well, maybe I should do it." So I talked to Endurance and said, "Yeah, let's do it." They came rated pretty high online at ConsumerAffairs. My son-in-law looked up the company and said that it looked like a pretty good deal. We're most concerned with drivetrain. But when the other stuff came offered for not that much more we said, "Well, let's just take the whole thing." Dealing with Endurance has been simple and easy.

My husband just got a 2002 Corvette and it only has 14,000 miles on it. It is an expensive vehicle and it's expensive to repair. We wanted to take an extended warranty on it, but so far, we're not doing very well. When I looked Endurance Auto Warranty up online, it looked like they had pretty good reviews. My only concern was Better Business Bureau had some issues with them, but when I talked to the gentleman he gave me their story. He was very helpful to me and very pleasant. He did not push at all. But Endurance called us three times in two days and all they were interested in was the exact mileage on the vehicle. I couldn't give them the exact mileage because the car was in the shop. We were having it done because the big thing with them is you have to do all your routine maintenance.
Endurance has already taken our first payment, but we still have not received our contract so we don't even know what is covered under the extended warranty. They've sent me a quote copy of the contract, but it's a sample. There are different levels of coverage, and I wanna see which level of coverage we actually have. We definitely wanna know what we're getting into. The issue is not physically having a contract to look at so that we can make an informed decision on stuff we're paying a couple of hundred dollars a month for. You have to wait 30 days and then the car is covered bumper-to-bumper, including tires, which I found insane. It seemed like we were getting to big a bang for our buck and that made me a little anxious. We're still in that waiting period now and we're gonna cancel it.

We looked into Endurance and got the 30-day free trial. They were nice especially on the selling part, but once I cancelled, I got more of the cold shoulder and I wasn’t too thrilled about that. I wanted to look over the contract and read on it because one thing I didn’t like is you gotta wait to get the contract just to look it over. They were pretty knowledgeable, but ‘til you actually read it and see it, there’s a lot of a fine print. Looking at reviews, they had some good reviews but they had nasty ones too. Once you’re talking to somebody and they offer you a deal, it’s like, “Okay, this is your deal,” and they don’t give you time to think about it. It’s a take-it-or-leave-it deal, and I don’t like that. My wife and I like to think and look at our investments versus just going with it, and when you get put on the spot, you feel like you’re getting forced into something.

For whatever research I had done, Endurance Auto Warranty was one of the higher-rated companies, and they had fairly comprehensive coverage, which was why I had chosen them. Today is my 30th day in the waiting period and I’m over the 1,000 miles clause. I took my car in and the repair shop called Endurance to report the breakdown and file the claim. The power steering needs to be replaced and Endurance is claiming that it was a pre-existing condition so they’re not going to honor the warranty. Now, I’m not really sure what to do. I’m in the process of trying to figure it all out because it’s a $3,000 repair.
Other than the concierge, the other people have not been terribly friendly or helpful. They haven’t been able to give me any information. Most of the information I have right now is from what the repair shop told me. I need to call them later today because there was somebody in my policy. When I called them to ask why, they told me I needed to call back.

Signing up with Endurance was pretty easy. Purchasing from Endurance Auto Warranty wasn’t too bad. The first person I spoke to was very informative. I told him they were the first company I talked to. There were several others I was interested in speaking with, but with him going on and on, I ended up just purchasing with them. But after the fact, I went online and I went to Better Business Bureau, and I saw 443 complaints about Endurance. So, I didn’t feel comfortable with that. And then, I had a couple of other companies that called me with prices that were better but they were on the Better Business Bureau, and I looked them up even before. I didn’t get a chance to do that with Endurance. But with the other ones that called me, I told them I would give them a call back. And I checked them out, and they were rated A. I called Endurance to cancel and the rep I spoke with said, “Oh, well, I can lower it for you.”
I told the rep, “But that’s not really the issue. The issue is that I’m not comfortable with what I’ve read so far. But I can’t really speak to you now ‘cause I’m out in public.” He said, “I’m gonna lower it for you. When you get home, you just look at the new contract.” When I got home, I looked at it and I saw that he lowered it. Still, it was not even the price at that point. There were too many complaints for me. So, I called up and spoke to Nick who kept me about 40 minutes on the phone giving me every reason in the world why I don’t need to cancel to the point that I was getting frustrated. It was not good. And he said, “So, you mean to tell me you’re willing to not have any insurance on your car and risk it and pay thousands of dollars out of your pocket?”
I tried to explain to him and said, “Well, first of all, my car is just sitting. I live in New York state. It’s a lot of snow and everything right now. So, it’s parked and I’m using a truck. So, I’m really gonna be paying for something for four months, and then by the time I put the mileage on it that you’re requesting, 1,000 miles, it’ll be probably a good eight, nine months because I only drive local in leisure.” I told him I would much rather try to get this in the spring or the summer where I know I’ll be using my car. And even with all that, he said, “Yes, but understand you’re still gonna be sitting there with no coverage.” He kept pushing and pushing, and I told him about the complaints. And he said, “Yes, but did you see the good things people said?”
So, I opened it up on the phone while he was talking to me, and I said, “Listen, I’m looking at it right now. Yes, I do see some 4 and 5 stars, but for every two good reviews that have 4 and 5 stars, two and three, I see ten and twelve that’s horrible right under it. So, Nick, I’m not comfortable. Can you please just cancel my contract?” It was so frustrating. After 40 minutes in, he could pick up my frustration. When I asked for the cancellation, he said, “Sure. Okay. Well, I can cancel it for you. But just know that when you try to get this again, it’s gonna be more money.”
I also said, “And by the way, am I going to get my money back? Because I’m also reading here that people said they were gonna get a refund within three to five business days, and they’re calling back two or three weeks later, and they still didn’t get their money.” And he said, “It is three to five business days. I don’t know why they said that. This is why I’m saying you can’t go by what you’re reading.” He said I should have the money by Tuesday or Wednesday. This was last week. I still don’t have the money. So, I wasn’t too happy. And it’s funny because when I was reading, I scrolled down to one of the complaints, and Nick's name was there and the review said he was pushy. When I told him about it, he cut me off and said they have a lot of Nicks.

I took my Mercedes-Benz for servicing and claimed for a part that is covered under the warranty with Endurance. Endurance refused to cover the cost of the genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and instead sourced an Off the Market parts made by Meridian and used this to set the value of the claim that they were willing to cover. Clearly, an Off the Market part is going to be cheaper than the genuine part.
To make matters worst, this part is for the steering of vehicle, which if goes wrong could have deadly consequences for my family as we normally use this vehicle for road trips. Despite voicing my concerns about this unsafe and deceitful practice, Endurance refused to cover the cost of the genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and I had to pay the difference as I was not prepared to put my family's life at risk. Potential customers should be aware of this practice as I did not expect Endurance to compare Off the Market parts prices to genuine manufactured parts. I felt cheated as a customer and will be looking to take my business elsewhere and I have also referred the case to my attorney.
We do apologize that you feel as though you have had a bad experience with us. But when looking into your current claim, we were in fact providing to you a OEM part for your vehicle. The part was being purchased by one of our Suppliers named Meridian. We also provided a End of Contract Warranty on that part, where the part will only have a partial warranty from the manufacturer. I called Endurance and everything was explained to me. Then, they switched me over to another gentleman who finished up the deal for me. The only issue I had is that he took my mileage on it and he said if I could get 1,000 miles over what I just gave him and since I'm gonna go ahead and purchase it, they would start my 30 days then. This is like November 4th. I asked what he meant by 30 days and he said that I have to have 30 days plus the mileage for the warranty to kick in. He said he would start it on the 4th. It was perfect.
Then, I got the email with my plan on it and it said not effective from November 29th to December 29th, so I called. I needed verification on things and they told me that it's gonna be going from the day of my payment. I said that that wasn't explained to me and that the guy before said it was gonna start right away. But it was not a big deal. It was just miscommunication and the dates threw me off a little bit. My car is getting older and I wanted to have some things covered as it gets older. Honestly, the car still hasn't been paid off, so I wanted a bit of an assurance that I won't be stuck having to decide between making a payment and getting a repair. Endurance Auto Warranty had a policy for higher mileage cars, where some of the stuff that would start wearing out would be covered, so I decided to go with them. Because of my vehicle's higher mileage, there might have only been one option anyway, but their rep knew right away based on my mileage what that option was.
I did have to call them back to clarify a couple of points though because when they gave me the written policy, it looks somewhat different than what was explained to me on the phone. But the person I've talked to the second time walked me through their policy and I did have to call them back to clarify a couple of points. Doing payments with them was super easy because I just set it up with automatic draft. So far, I'm in the 30-day waiting period, and after that 30 days, I'll be able to file a claim. I paid the downpayment and the payments would be prorated, and so based on how they handle my first claim, will determine whether or not I will continue with them or not.

About two weeks ago, I purchased extra warranty from Endurance. The process was painless and their reps explained the benefits and how to file claims. However, upon doing more research, I am probably going to cancel the warranty. I may have paid a little bit too much for it. I found that only a small percentage of customers ever use their warranties, unless they had a catastrophic failure. It is a $3,000 purchase and it does not seem that it is going to give me the value that I thought it would.
The problem with those websites, any of the warranty places, you can’t get a quote until you call them. And once you call them, the special that they are offering is only available during that call. You can’t come back and think about it then call back. They will not give you that special. You’ve got to buy it right then and there. So, there is a little bit of pressure, but it is not from them - it is really more self. Still, Endurance did a good job. I have no problem with them as a company or the way that they worked with me. When I bought a used vehicle, the salesperson recommended getting a warranty on it just in case I run across any problems. I also had other providers soliciting me to get their policy, but Endurance's marketing strategy was better. Their rep was persistent and was very adamant that I'm gonna need the warranty so I got it. It was a very good experience.
However, when I had an issue Endurance was not able to help me. There was ticking going on in my engine so I took my vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealer to make sure I got it prepped because I was leaving to go out of town. They called Endurance and Endurance said that they will not cover it because it could have been a timing belt issue. I do a lot of traveling, which is one of the reasons why I was persuaded to get Endurance, but they have not recognized the service twice.
There are so many fine prints with Endurance. I am not an attorney. At this point, I do not have the time and the motivation to go through policies, what's what is and what's not. I work 10 to 12 hours a day, and when I need some work done, I don't wanna take a day off. I hate for my car to have to go to the shop twice and sit there for two days with nothing getting done.
The ticking, which wasn't there when I first bought the vehicle, is still happening. I don't want the car to break down and have it taken to the shop. I also don't need to wait for the engine light to come on. I had the prewarning sound before the light came on and I feel like it should be a justifiable reason for the car to be at least looked at and taken care of. I'm driving a used 2015 vehicle. I'm afraid to take it out of town with me because I can't get any warranty to service it. To service and repair it will probably be a lot of money, but why should I come out of my pocket when I have my warranty for this matter?

When I googled Endurance Auto Warranty, they were the number one that popped up, which was why I went with them. It was also first-come, first-serve. I had a friendly interaction with the rep, but I didn't understand the whole basis of the engine and trans. If she had gone down everything in black and white, I may not have gotten it. I wanted things that were necessary but wasn't covered. I wanted bumper-to-bumper and when I asked her, she said that it was. But it was not. Also, once I got my papers in black and white, I called Endurance Auto Warranty and tried to see if I could upgrade the package. They said that that was the highest level of coverage that they can give me. I said that I already paid them that much money already, I might as well give it a try and I did.

I was doing some research on different extended warranties for my Jeep because my warranty had just expired. Then, I got an email from ConsumerAffairs about Endurance Auto Warranty and that recommendation made me feel more comfortable about going with them. But my first encounter with them was not that great. They were really pushy with me about buying the warranty at the time or I would lose the deal. But all the other extended warranty places were kinda shady. So, with the recommendation from ConsumerAffairs and the pretty high rating they got from the Better Business Bureau, I decided to go with Endurance. I also love how the payments are done monthly and how I can split the payments up instead of having to pay one big chunk out of pocket. That makes it really easy for me.

We had purchased a Ford extended warranty on our pickup and I liked the way it has helped us out when we had big repairs. So when we bought the Edge, we decided that we wanted that same type of coverage because we use them a fair amount and we don't have resources sitting in the bank somewhere if we should have to replace a large dollar amount on the car for repairs. We're hoping to do a little more traveling, and the security of knowing that there's something out there when we're traveling gave us some considerations towards purchasing an extended warranty. Being an old mechanic and being aware of what costs are nowadays, I was glad to have the extra coverage from Endurance. I checked it online, I went to the Better Business Bureau, and things of that nature. My biggest problem was they were way overpriced for what I wanted at that time. But broken down into payments, that was a little bit better. In total aggregate, though, the warranty is very highly-priced for what it is. It costs more than what the car's worth. They should lower their price. Other than that, customer service was very much friendly and courteous.

My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee just broke 100k. The manufacturer's warranty had run out. I called Endurance because they were recommended by Consumer Affairs, not a month and a half later than I’m driving and my transmission literally slips, I’m less than 1/4 mile from the dealership so I drove straight there, had my son pick me up and left it. Come to find out The transmission cooler had a leak and all the transmission fluid had burned up. It’s a sealed transmission so you can’t check it and there was no leaks ever visible to me!
It took a week for them to get an adjuster out there. I try to find a way to deny the claim because that’s the only reason they come! And then took another 5 or so days to give an answer just to tell me it wasn’t covered. Well I’ve been paying for a rental car already! So I called them and asked them to send me the adjuster's report. They said they don’t have that but he can try to call and find out why it was denied! One he said I have a commercial tag on my Jeep. When I bought the coverage they asked me do I tow trailers and do stuff like that and I told them no. I have the commercial tag is for when we have high value coins in our vehicle and we have dark tinted windows because it’s required by law to be able to have the limo tint.
Then he said because the cooler went out they might cover that, but not the transmission, and they wouldn’t cover the transmission because I knew something was wrong and drive on it. Never once did my check engine light came on I was literally a quarter of a mile from the dealership so rather than endanger my life and stop in the middle the road endanger someone else’s life I just took it there we cause I was so close.
They write these policies so they don’t have to cover anything. I’ve always performed every bit of maintenance on my vehicle and it has a sealed transmission so there is no dipstick. I had no way of knowing and these people just scammed me for my money. Don’t use these people. I’ve already contacted a lawyer. I have a appointment next week! And I’m contacting the Customer protection division of the state of Tennessee for their fraudulent and deceptive sales practices! And I recorded the phone call when I purchased it because I record everything when it comes to contracts. My advice don’t trust Consumer Affairs recommendations and definitely don’t do business with in Endurance Auto warranty!

I had to ask her to repeat everything over again to my husband. She was very patient and willing to assist. The monthly rate was okay because usually when getting an extended warranty, you have to put everything up at that one time. I was gonna go through my credit union which actually requires everything at one time and I was very pleased to be able to get the option to break that down monthly. They were very helpful telling me to contact customer service if I had any issues. I went to my dealership and dealt with Cadillac directly. The people at Endurance were very cordial and very professional. They called me back because I was kind of deciding on what I wanted to do with the warranty. There's just too many warranty companies out there, and there's not that much difference in the warranties. Some of them do cover a little bit more. And one thing that I did ask about was the coverage of the belts. Most of the other companies cover just about everything else too, but some of them don't cover belts. And belts are the driving force on your car, it's not going anywhere. And I know what the belts cost. They're pretty expensive. So that was one of my factors that I wanted Endurance because the car is 2003. I asked questions and they were able to answer them for me.

Endurance was the warranty on my car when I purchased it from a woman in Florida. However, I didn't transfer the warranty that she had in the 30 days that I was supposed to have done so. At one time, I made a complaint against Endurance. They sent me a letter saying that they had denied a claim that I had after having the warranty because of a modest discrepancy. They’re only paying a percentage of what it’s costing me for my out of pocket to have what was wrong in my car fixed. That modest discrepancy was handled that same day.
Endurance was trying to tell me that what was wrong with my car didn't qualify for the warranty my car was on. I had to be on a new warranty and that they would transfer my money to that new one. However, that would make me have to pay for the transmission problem of my car because it wouldn't be past the 30 days needed for the new warranty to be on. That wasn't okay with me. Endurance then offered to pay for what the problem was through another company. In that case, I would’ve been paying for the warranty and paying the other $1,300 more for that company fixing my car as well. That wasn't agreeable to me either so Endurance took all of those options off the table and that they weren't gonna do anything. So, I called the attorney general and put a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau.
I’m not all the way satisfied with the outcome ‘cause I still ended up having to spend out of pocket money. Furthermore, Endurance hasn't sent me the check because I haven’t sent the letter to them about the discrepancy to ratify the situation we had. That letter was, to me, an admission that they were all the way wrong but they’re not all the way taking care of the mistake that they’re supposed to be taking care of. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have sent me that letter and they wouldn't have offered me anything. ‘Cause they were really in a breach of contract.
I'm ecstatic that Endurance has called me back and reached out to me. However, I found out that the only reason they reached out and the customer service was as nice as it was is because the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau notified them what the situation was while they try to resolve it. Endurance only called me because of the steps that I took and not because their customer service is good in the first place.

(3) months ago my transmission needed replacement. At my extended auto warranty co. Endurance direction; I took my car to Aamco on Ina Rd. Tucson, AZ. 85741. It took ONE MONTH for the part (a used transmission) to be located and shipped to the shop for installation. I was charged a $100 deductible. Then, I was told my warranty company was refusing to pay for the last week of my car rental, I would be responsible for the balance of the bill from the auto rental company. I was shocked as it was not my fault this repair wasn't handled in a timely manner. Throughout the month I called the shop on a daily basis asking when my car would be ready, I was repeatedly told they haven't received the transmission yet and were waiting on the warranty company.
The used transmission finally arrived in a brown box with no information on its age, miles, or condition. When checking out, I asked Aamco of their warranty. I was told they cannot provide one due to it not being their product and knowing nothing about it, they only installed it. If something goes wrong my Endurance warranty will cover it within my contract time frame. Now, only (3) months later, my replaced used transmission provided by Endurance has failed and I'm in need of a transmission replacement again. I've been told by Endurance they will not cover a car rental and I can submit the bill to the supplier of the transmission when the claim is closed.
When I asked Endurance for the supplier name and contact information, I was refused and told they will give it to me only when the claim has been closed. Endurance told me, the standard is the time it takes to get the part to the shop plus one day for installation. However, this puts a hardship on me due to a lack of my ability to confirm reimbursement with the unknown supplier.
Meanwhile I'm having to put my car rental on my credit card during holiday rates without confirmation of reimbursement by unknown supplier. Again, having no idea of a time frame supplier will provide the part to the shop. Only 3 months ago it took them a MONTH. This is a time is of the essence matter, as I, or no one have unlimited funds to pay for that kind of time frame for a rental car without confirmation of reimbursement. I want my replacement to be handled in a timely manner and I want a new or reliable transmission installed in my vehicle. I was told I won't be responsible for the $100 copay this time.

So when I made my claim for (Oil cooler leaking located within the engine "foreign engine") I was denied and was told "unfortunately you had purchased a Component parts warranty and only the parts listed would be covered." Basically if it's not on the list it's not covered. BIGGEST SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE this extended warranty.
There was some other repairs needed for my vehicle and I understand normal wear and tear from every day use, basically maintenance is not covered BUT when your brochure say "ALL INTERNALLY Lubricated PARTS within the ENGINE" and your claims department has to give me a detail EXPLANATION what they really meant so they don't have to cover the claim, is a SCAM.

Endurance gave me the most for my money. They knew what they were talking about when I was purchasing the warranty. But when I submitted a claim, it was not a good experience. I took my car in because it was making some funny noises when I went down the road. I left it at the dealership Thursday night, and Friday morning, they checked it out, said what was wrong with it, contacted Endurance insurance company. And they said that they were gonna have to send out one of their people to come look at it. They were supposed to come on Monday, but they didn’t get there till Tuesday. The guy who came there on Tuesday and checked the car out, agreed that it needed to have done to it what the dealership said needed to have done to it, and then said that Endurance would contact them with the okay information. By the afternoon, we had not heard back from Endurance at all.
It was a little before noon when the dealership finally called, and then Endurance said they still needed to get the information back from the guy who came out and looked at the car and get that situated. And then they wanted the dealership to resend all the information they had already sent them on Friday about what was wrong with the car. The dealership spent almost two hours being transferred and being placed on hold from one person to another only to have them say that they needed to contact me to get the okay to do the work on the car. But by the time I told them that I wanted them to do work on the car, it was already Thursday, and I needed my car Friday evening because we were going on a trip.
The dealership was doing everything they did. They had all the parts waiting there. But it wasn’t until Thursday afternoon was they were able to get the go ahead from Endurance was going to pay, and I told them to do it. So they did not have my car ready for our two-week vacation. We had to take my husband’s smaller car. I won’t be back to get my car until December 2nd. It was a little ridiculous that it took Endurance almost a week to okay the work on my car.
There was a communication issue and the second party that needed to come out and verify the damage should have given a better window of when this person was gonna come. It came out that I had some transmission issues, so it was deemed as I should not be driving the car. They said the guy was coming out on Monday and that guy should have been out on that day. There was a two-day delay because of their person. Also, they shouldn’t have needed the dealership to resend information.
I had called trying to find out if I could get a car rental. It took me 45 minutes from being handed to one person to another person, only to have them all send me back to the very first person about whether or not I could get the car rental. The very first person should have been able to have said, “Well, they would only pay once there’s a claim number.” And there was no claim number until Tuesday or Wednesday after I had my car in at the dealership. They also said they would only do it for about three days. But they had my car for over a week before my car was finished. I called the other day from the dealership that my car was ready. It was repaired.

However once I actually ran into some issues with my transmission I was told that my automatic transmission had a manual type clutch, and manual clutches was not covered.
I tried to argue the case that if it is an automatic transmission with ZERO manual input from the driver it can not be a manual clutch. I told them that their marketing was extremely misleading (which the manager I had on the phone agreed to). He then follow it with "we have never covered this and we will never cover it" and then he hung up the phone. Being an older car, I figured it was worth my money to do that. The rep was very nice and wanted to assure me that she could give me a price better than somebody else's, and I think she did. I'm wondering though if they didn't make a mistake because I'm paying $69 a month and I was almost positive that we had agreed on $49 a month. They can maybe check that for me.

In fact I want to cancel this whole warranty and not pay them another dime. Let's see if that happens. Let's see how concerned they are for customer satisfaction. We had to replace a diff tank because the heater went bad. Pretty sure that was not wear and tear, that was a part that should have been warrantied. Save yourself the headache. I purchased a 2001 Corvette, and even though it’s relatively simple to work on, and it does have a little miles on it. I wanted to have something that would protect me a little bit more. I’ve used a couple of the other companies before in years past. But Endurance is the only one that actually came up with a kind of like a term thing instead of a month to where it would give me an opportunity, if I decided with a contract that I wanted to just buy it all outright, and eventually, I could end up paying it all off instead of continuing a perpetual monthly payment on top of my car payment that would keep me from ever getting out from under that unless I decided to cancel it.
I got a five years term. The miles is just above double what miles my car has now, and it was less 100 bucks a month. They set a payment plan up for me, and they gave me some options. And because of the limited usage that my car had, they were able to give me a little bit more of a premium deal on the payment, which I couldn’t pass up. Without me even asking a question, the customer service reps were able to give me a little bit of clarity on a couple of items that I did have some questions on. When the email came in and they have my packet, they kinda answered it for me.

Purchased auto warranty for my 2009 Chevy Silverado. Contract #** ON 12/12/16. Being a former mechanic, I asked the most common questions to the sales person. Questions such as: Front end components such as ball joints, tie rods, bearings' steering boxes, etc. They told me yes as long as damage wasn't caused by damage or modifications. There is the first lie. My first claim that was denied was my glow plugs on my Duramax diesel. Should have been covered because it is considered under emissions. Claims denied it because they considered it "routine maintenance".
Second denial was just this week. My left front wheel bearing went bad. Being a former mechanic, I knew it what it was. I called customer service to ask if the left front wheel bearing was covered under my plan. She read my contract (Select Premier 60/100) and advised my plan was covered. Made the appointment for the following day at my local GM dealer. Then the phone call came from the service advisor. NOT COVERED! Called customer service. Speaking with the rep, she stated that the repair is covered and she would switch me over to claims. "Make sure you tell claims it is covered under my plan" she said. Then a get claims after on hold for ten minutes. This guy "Len" was a real charm of a guy, Completely different experience. He was confrontational. I hate confrontation.
I was frustrated because I was being told, first by the sales person and then by, not one, but two customer service rep from Endurance that my repair was covered. On the phone with these people for over a hour now. Make a long conversation short with "Len", he told me to read my contract and the customer service reps should be "re-trained". After I was on hold with "Len" for 20 mins while he was "investigating" he came back on phone, and when I didn't answer him fast enough, put on on hold for another 15 mins waiting for customer service again. Then I dealt with a supervisor named Juan. A really great guy that is most definitely a credit to his corporation and an absolutely fine gentleman. He worked with me within his limits to get a good result for me. Bottom line is they denied my claim after trying to work with them in trying to find a cheaper repair facility.
Total time on phone with Endurance, 2 hrs 7 mins. Dealer visit $70.00 and no repair. One more note. Service advisor at the GM dealer stated he was on hold for 10 mins waiting to speak with a claims rep. He asked the advisor question such as: Are they OEM? Are the tires the right size? Are there any modifications on the truck at all? The truck is all original. What that tells me is they are looking to deny any claim they can! When that failed they came up with "not covered under his contract". Stay away from Endurance! Bait and switch company. Don't go to their Facebook page to look at their reviews! All lies! Do your research on this company and get real reviews!
I bought this plan to specifically take care of repairs like mine so I wouldn't have to do them myself. After spending 2700.00 on this plan, it is useless! BUYER BEWARE! ENDURANCE IS A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY THAT DENIES MORE CLAIMS THEN THEY HONOR!! My advise is that if you want a extended warranty plan, get it through your vehicle manufacturer. I had the Ford ESP plan and they never denied any claim I had. And I had quite a number of claims with them. If you abuse your vehicle with Endurance, forget a oil change on the engine or transmission, they will deny the claim. Do your research before purchasing any of these extended warranties. I will do the job tomorrow for 213.00 and my own labor. Stay away from Endurance! Don't be a VICTIM!!

When I purchased this warranty, I read it from front to back, and it clearly stated that everything was included as long as I take it to an ASC authorized body shop. So, I took my car to the dealer. Then the dealer called me back saying that he knew my deductible is $100, but there were some things that our warranty said they were not covering. They were only covering $135 for labor to $176. They were only gonna do half of an alignment. What does that mean? If you’re replacing a bushing, you should do a full alignment. The guy from the dealership said I would have to pay an additional $560 out of pocket. But I told him no and that the warranty clearly states that I only have to pay $100.
I called back Endurance and got the adjuster on the phone and also the guy from the dealership. Originally the dealership said that they would agree to the $135 and then said they wouldn't. So, then he came up to $150, and that they could get my car towed. So if we put it back together, I had to pay something else, and we had to get another tow truck, then we have to take the car somewhere else. So, eventually, it took us a couple phone calls of fussing and negotiating the two so they could understand.
When I told them that I read contracts on a daily basis and that I’m an attorney, the adjuster's whole demeanor changed. He said they would give the dealership the adjusted rate. So, they finally came around, but it took two hours of my time when I shouldn’t have to do that. We got everything ironed out and my car is getting fixed now. But I shouldn’t have to go through all of that. I don’t wanna go through the hassle and argue with Endurance for them to pay and get my car fixed every time I take it to the shop.

The vehicle I purchased had 156,000 miles on it but I know that its VTEC engine is quite expensive and so is the transmission. If either one of those fails, I'm looking at $9,000 so getting an extended coverage seemed reasonable that I could get a bumper-to-bumper warranty to cover an air conditioner and the main components of the drive train. I thought in the long run, it would probably be a pretty good livelihood. I tend to keep vehicles and I used to maintain it. I can rebuild engines and transmissions but I know what they cost. More frequently, I need sophisticated jigs and things like that to hold the internal part of the transmission, to take it apart, and put it back together so for me, the Endurance seemed like a good plan.
The customer service was professional. They seemed to understand what I wanted and what I was doing. They gave me several options for plans and different rates and they gave me different opportunities to pay it monthly or double up to pay it off a lot faster. When I talked to them, they seemed ready, prepared, willing and able to help if I'd have a claim. Even having paid for it, I would have coverage for the next five, six years and 100,000 miles. So if something happens to me and I know that this is paid early, then my family won’t have to worry about getting the Sequoia fixed. They can just get it to a repair station and let Endurance pay for it and work out the details.

If you're wondering how this place has so many 4 and 5 star reviews I think it's safe to say they must be writing all of their own reviews. I have a 2009 BMW 335i, I've had the contract for 7+ months with no issues. Out of nowhere the car started going from 30mph to 60mph on the highway. We find out it's due to an issue with my timing gears (which are called Vanos solenoids in BMWs, timing gears = Vanos solenoids in all BMW vehicles). I purchased the highest level contract available for my car and timing gears are covered in my contract. I even asked BMW dealerships to confirm that BMW timing gears are called Vanos solenoids.
Since this would be a $4k repair Endurance denied the claim, saying Vanos solenoids are not covered and claiming they are timing chains instead of timing gears, even though BMW themselves say this is untrue!! Crazy loophole and super frustrating, we will now be taking them to court for the price of the repair as the car is unsafe to drive.
If you have a luxury vehicle please do not consider this company as they try to find loopholes to not cover the parts for expensive repairs. It makes me so sad that companies can take advantage of consumers like this. To make matters worse their management hasn't called us back and hasn't done anything to resolve the issue (thank you, Len). Instead they've asked for paperwork proving frequent oil changes (thank you, Mario), which we provided. The paperwork shows the car has been serviced perfectly and they still deny the claim. They even denied a claim for a couple hundred dollars for engine mounts saying the engine mounts (which are clearly covered in the contract) are faulty due to "wear and tear." Please save yourself the heartache and the headache. AVOID ENDURANCE AT ALL COSTS.

We reached winter temperature last night. I was at work and the car was having a hard time starting. I first started it from my remote control starter. It came, went on, then turned off. I did it again as I was standing inside the building. It went on, then went off. When I walked to the vehicle, I went to start it, pushed the button, and I heard a loud ticking sound. So it had a hard time starting but I finally started it. I came straight home and it was 10 something last night with crazy snow. After I dropped my granddaughter and my great-granddaughter off at preschool, I went straight to the Chrysler dealer because the weather was too bad to have a car broken down on the road. I told them I had Endurance insurance, gave Tom the information and I got a call from Tom saying that they denied the coverage.
I called Endurance. They said it was denied because I reported the wrong mileage. I remember the day I called, I couldn't read the VIN number from the garage so I had to pull the car out into the sun to read the VIN number. I gave the exact mileage that was on that vehicle at that time and I was told that what I reported was less than what CARFAX was showing back in June when I had the vehicle serviced. So right now, I'm heated.
I just got with Endurance in September. But before that, I had CarShield. I spoke to another retiree friend and she told me she had Endurance. I told her about the issues I was having with CarShield. She said, "I have Endurance. I got them off the TV." Lo and behold, later that day, I saw the commercial on TV and I called them. I spoke with Kenneth and he had me go get a copy of the last service that I had on the car to show the last time it was serviced with the mileage. It was with Jiffy Lube and my husband drove there to get the receipt. I called them and as I was on the phone with Endurance, Kenneth heard the Jiffy Lube rep say that the service date was 9/21 with 166,283 mileage. I just emailed Kenneth a copy of that receipt from Jiffy Lube and he said I'll hear something either later on today or tomorrow.

Hello, I don't know where the other customers came from with all those great reviews about Endurance warranties! But here in Chicago, Ill. They have a problem not following their agree upon arrangement like before you pay your Fees. They just want their monthly fee, because they don't do pre inspection, so why wouldn't you accept their claims? Oh you just want that monthly fee and no chance on getting any warranty that you claim to have on the car. After months of trying to get my car covered after the time frame! 3 months or mileage. I had to contact the State Attorney of Fraud! And got all my fees back after 8 months! So whoever read this stay away from them if you got money to throw away or Time!
We were sorry to hear about the issue with your claim regarding your maintenance documentation. In the interest of customer service, we provided you a full refund on 1/10/2018. If there is anything else we can do something to help you further with this issue or come to a better resolution please feel free to contact Customer Care at 866-432-4443.

I looked at a few companies before I talked to a friend of mine on the job. He told me about Endurance and that was when I got with them. Purchasing it has been pleasant and professional. My payments were set up on the 13th of every month. But I don't know whether or not they can get my car towed. I've seen on the television where a person said the car dealership will tow the car. No one ever explained anything like that to me. At this point, I have not received a package and I need to receive one.

I didn't sign originally but then when I found out it was the best overall deal because of everything I was getting I called them back and the rep and I did the sign up over the phone. I've had their plan on auto pay and everything has been good so far.

The Endurance rep was fine. I purchased a car and I didn’t want to get the warranty through the dealership. I wanted to get a warranty separately so I wouldn’t have to be paying for a warranty with my loan amount. I googled extended warranties and Endurance was the first thing that came up. I gave them a call. I spoke with a guy, and he explained things pretty well. I stayed on the phone with him about 20 minutes, and I told him to let me think about it over the weekend. I spoke with my brother about it. He said that they seemed to be a little higher, but I told him the things that they guy told me, and he said maybe I should go with them.
I ended up calling Endurance and I went ahead and signed up. Then I got another call back a day later from someone else who was calling to sign me up because they didn’t know I’d sign up already. Everything is going okay with Endurance but they’re a little slow on getting materials out to the customers. In my case, I paid them money and I didn’t receive any information for a long time. I even had to call back and ask them to send me materials. When I called back, I was able to get the person I spoke with to send me an email link to my account. It was maybe a week or two after that that I finally received it in the mail.
Since then, I’d been reading up more on them. I wanna make sure I do everything right in case I have to file a claim any time in the future. I'm just a little apprehensive and a little nervous for something to happen and me paying money, and then they will not honor the claim. I would recommend Endurance to a friend if they ask me, but I would tell them the pros and cons of what they might wanna look out for.

I got my BMW covered by Endurance Auto Warranty. I needed the extended warranty because it’s a luxury car. I was searching on the internet, and that was the best one that showed up. Their customer service was awesome. The first time I used the warranty, I left my keys inside the car. And then I called and in like 25 minutes, somebody showed up and opened it for me. It was awesome, and Endurance covered the whole cost. Everything is great.

My car was getting a little older and I looked to see if there was a maintenance plan. I have one for my house and I hear people talk about having maintenance plans for their cars. I started to research and I read that a lot of these companies go under quickly, but Endurance has been in business for a while. I got ahold of them and their customer service was great. The rep was well-knowledgeable when he talked to me about what they offer for my vehicle and what the plan covered. He pretty much had me sold after my conversation with him. He then referred me over to a young lady for the confirmation process. She said she would give me the billing date that I wanted, but she never did. Other than that, everything has been fine.

Endurance's reps were very helpful with everything insofar as giving me the warranty and letting me know what I was getting. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel welcome to the company as a member. Thus far, I love my Endurance Auto Warranty. I have a friend that has their coverage and he let me know what I am able to do and what I am not able to do. He also let me know how prompt the service is when it comes to getting my car fixed or getting a tow truck.
One day, I was coming back from lunch and my car stopped on me. It wouldn't go on reverse or drive. The minute I called for a tow truck, within five minutes, one was here. The weather was bad with a mix of rain and snow. It was cold too so that was love. The tow truck driver loaded my car up on his bed and they're gonna send it to a certified dealership.
I'm glad we can be there to help you, James! We appreciate the time you took to share your experience with us. If you need anything from us, please let us know and stay warm!

My warranty was up and I considered about four companies. The price, the service that was gonna be provided and my deductible were the deciding points for me. A couple other companies gave me a price. I said, "Okay. I'm gonna check around." And they said, "That price is only good for the day." Well, that immediately turned me off. I felt I was being pressured at that point. Those companies were taken off my list immediately. With Endurance, the only thing their rep requested was that I’d call him back directly, which I did. Their rep went in detail and he answered all my questions. They were gonna extend my payment on over five years, and I elected to do it over one year. So, I was happy I could do that, because I don't like having long payments. Overall, I was very happy with the purchase and the service I received from them.

I was gonna get a new car but I decided to hang on to this one for a while, and it didn’t have a warranty on it so I figured I would just get an extended warranty in case something does go wrong with it before I'm ready to get a new car. I went online and some companies sent me a few quotes. And Endurance was the first company I called, and everything seemed pretty good. The pricing was a little higher, but I still decided to go with them. I had to reach back out because I never received any confirmation of the service contract that I purchased. And I still haven't received anything in the mail. They told me they were gonna mail a card and a complete package of what my coverage was. I've been waiting on it for about three weeks, and they told me I should have it in 10 days and I still haven't seen it. But other than that, everything was good. I’m paying monthly, and I'm happy with the price that I'm paying. And over the phone, they were all wonderful.

My car is a 2004 Taurus and when I got it, it had 85,000 miles on it. A week after I got the car, Endurance called me and asked me about the warranty. But the call was like, “Do it now." The salesman was telling me not to wait until the car gets over 90-something thousand miles because then I wouldn't be able to get the warranty. That’s how I ended up giving them my credit card number. But I didn't know it was gonna take my money right there because I was gonna wait. I know some things would need to be paid for but it kinda put me in a bind. I’m starting a new job so my money is kinda short. It was 180-something dollars and it should be a month-to-month. I’m gonna have to skip it this month. I’ve had this going on two months since I had the car and I haven’t received anything through the mail either. I haven’t received any kind of package or coverage. But I believe the company stands behind what they say they would do.

My automobile had passed its initial purchase warranty and I had recently moved down to Nashville. The roads down here are terrible, and so I figured I needed another extended warranty at least while I’m driving my car every day now. I considered a couple of companies online. I had seen that Endurance was the highest-rated and the lowest cost. They also got back to me the quickest. So that was the initial one that I went with. I filled out an online form and they called me five seconds later. Their response was super prompt.
Their customer service was great. I was given a bunch of different package options and I went with the one that I felt was most appropriate. It was a five-year, another 100,000-mile coverage. So, the purchasing experience was great and I’ve got the extended warranty that I needed. However, the card that I gave them for the payment plan expired last month. I haven’t found a way to log in to my account, my profile, and update my card payments. I’m gonna have to call them today. But other than that, everything has been fine.

WARNING: Do not purchase a warranty from Endurance, especially if you own a 2012 - 2016 Ford Focus. I bought a Ford Focus for my son and purchased the Supreme warranty. Ford’s PowerShift transmission has been known to have issues. I was assured by their representative that ALL the transmission components would be covered under this warranty. Well, when the clutch in the automatic transmission failed, I was denied a claim. Endurance stated they do not cover Ford’s Powershift transmission because “it is not a traditional automatic transmission”...whatever that means.
I now have to spend nearly $2000 to get the transmission fixed. Very disappointing, the purpose of a warranty is to avoid situations like this. These companies have proven time and time again to be untrustworthy and able to find loopholes as to why they can deny a claim. I would have been much better off saving the downpayment they require and putting away the monthly charge in savings.

My wife looked on the list for good extended warranty providers, and she gave me Endurance's name and called and since the truck is in my name, they wanted to speak to me. I gave them the vehicle identification number and they looked everything up. The rep was very helpful. He asked questions about the truck and what my wife uses it for, and I told him. He asked the mileage on it, then he started asking technical stuff, like has it ever been in an accident, and I told him we never had an accident with it.
The only thing was that instead of putting the warranty on a credit card, I wanted to be able to put it on my check cards, and they said they couldn't do that. So, they asked to put the $107 on a credit card which charges 26% interest instead of taking that out on my checking account every month to where it is not charged the interest. The rep said that they couldn't do that with my Visa checking card because it is also considered debit. So I just gave him my regular credit card number.

They won't let you talk edgewise, blow things out of proportion and are full of pomp. But I didn't have any issues with the Endurance guy. He told me what I wanted to hear and explained to me all the options and what the coverage was. I also got an additional thing that gives me tire repairs and other stuff as part of the package. If I knew what I know now, I would never have purchased this warranty from Endurance. The sales pitch is drastically different than the actual experience when making a claim. I've had 3 claims... The first one was finally accepted after much wrangling as their initial default answer was no; the latter 2 claims were not accepted. In fact on the last one, they simply responded to the Mercedes dealership that I had a "drive train warranty" and the claim was for something else so the answer was no. The fact that I had a Select Premier contract which covers a hell of a lot more than the drive train was not disclosed.
Reminded me of dealing with health insurance where typically the default answer is no without really even considering it. So, for $3600, I have a warranty that I consider to be basically worthless... Either they say no or I'm faced with dealing with the emotional and time energy of fighting them. My recommendation is a firm no... unless they move some of the sales people to claims so that the huge disconnect between the sale pitch and the claims process is eliminated.

I’ve a got a 2017 Nissan Titan that had about 84,000 miles and it’s a hell of a good truck. I really like it. It was an option of either trading it in and coming up to 100,000 to get me a new one or extending the warranty. I decided that I was gonna keep it for another 100,000 miles and I checked around different warranties. I was primarily looking for a powertrain warranty and an electrical component warranty, and that’s what I got. Endurance made it pretty easy. I looked at their rating and they had an A+. Several were A+ and some were B. I also checked the dealership and they said they’d only had one time with Endurance and they had no problem with them.
The guy I worked with at Endurance was really good too. All the way around, there was no hard sell from Endurance. Some of those other companies were hard sell. This guy said, “Do it or not do it, it’s up to you.” He told me what the plan was and that they won't change it. He said I had three days before I could use it and I told him I wasn't planning on using it yet. I still had 20,000 miles left on this warranty but I wanted something to carry me up to 100,000.
The price also seemed to be fair. I had to pay $141 upfront and then it was 64 a month. I asked if I would get a break if I just paid the whole thing and he said no. Whether you pay $64 a month or the $2,400 upfront, it was $64 a month for 3 years at 0%. He said it would be all the same. Then he said, “If you like 0%…” I said, “I love 0%." I told him to just give me the $64 a month as long as they would debit out of my checking account every month and I don't have the hassle of bills payment. He said that was the way they liked to do it and I said good. They’d already hit my checking account for a couple so it works out okay.

I’ve heard a lot of BS from a lot of salespeople, but this guy, just like I told him, “Don’t try to coat over something that you don’t know anything about. Just tell me what you know.” I’m just straight up like that with insurance people and warranties. And they sent me the information I needed, I got what I wanted, and now my car is a lot more covered than what I had before. But they need to improve their sales tactics. They should volunteer some stuff and give people an idea of what’s being covered, what is normal wear out and items that don’t get covered like brakes and rotors.
