I have a son who called Endurance, and he said that they were like a good company. When you get extended warranties out here, you’re just gambling. And I’m not sure Endurance is perfect, but just hearing somebody speak on Endurance gave me a little more confidence than I had out of all the people out there trying to provide extended warranty to people. Their rep was a good salesman. All of the salesmanship sounded good to me.

PLEASE STAY AWAY! At this point I feel like I was scammed out of my money with this contract. They always find a way to not pay for repair. My current claim has been denied because the claims adjuster states that I do not have coverage for my repairs due to the diagnostic code of failure. THIS IS BULL! My mechanic has reported to them clearly that I have a oil leak due to the oil pump leaking which in return causes my gaskets and seals to be affected as well as my timing belt and water pump needs to be replaced.

Long story short they keep telling my mechanic that this is not covered!! When I HAVE THE SELECT PREMIER PLAN and it says it is covered unless it is stand alone which is it not. They try to scheme their way out of a claim and it seems like you literally have to say the exact right words in order for them to even come out and look. They just flat out denied my claim did not send in an inspector just DENIED it and kept stating that they do not cover gaskets and seals stand alone but the issue is not stand alone people.

In addition I called and spoke with a claims representative for customers because they are telling my mechanic one thing and myself another, so I called them all on three way and the agent got rude and refused to speak to my mechanic which is odd...and he refused to transfer me to a upper management personnel, he claimed he was a manager and there was no one else to speak with!! ONE WORD TO DESCRIBE THESE PEOPLE SCAMMERS!!!

Since I have had this warranty they have barely covered anything for my car, I continued to pay because I thought it would be worth it if I had a major breakdown on my car. I have come out of pocket more than they have, they sell false promises. I will be canceling my contract and taking legal and media action soon. This is unfair to customers, they need to be investigated and shut down. I am a loyal honest paying customer that has been treated with no respect or dignity, they do not have compassion whatsoever. One positive is the towing service and rental car for 5 days but that is if they even pay your claim afterwards... This company is not worth a dime investing in... I am so upset at myself that I even spent money on this contract.

And making payments has been straightforward and streamlined. Having an extended warranty is extremely important. I'm on the road and I drive in a car that I really like. I wouldn't want to cover any expenses that are major and I wanna make sure that if anything happens to the car, it gets taken care of.

When I bought the truck, it’s in mint condition but my dad told me I should get an extended warranty because it’s a very nice truck. And so, I got Endurance. They gave me the premium plan. I have the highest plan they could have. My payment is only $98 a month. I wish it was lower, but it’s not bad. I can pay that if it’ll cover everything. The reps were very nice. I got a promotional because it was like 500 and something dollars to start the policy, and I only paid like 200.

I bought my truck about three months ago and it was perfectly fine. And we had went out of town for a funeral and it did fine. It drove good, and we came back. And yesterday, I got in it to take my daughter to school, and it started doing this really bad shuddering. So, I took it right back home and called a shop to see about what I could do to get it checked out. I have OwnStar on my truck, and they came with a tow truck and towed it to the thing because I couldn’t drive it like that. I didn’t wanna mess anything else up. It’s at James Corlew right now. They'll just contact me when they find out what’s going on. I haven’t talked to Endurance yet. But the shop asked me about my warranty. I just pulled up the app because he was asking for my card. But I don’t have a card. I just go onto the Endurance thing, and I can make payments and stuff there. I just click on the little thing, and it shows my card, and that’s what I gave him.

I purchased a warranty through endurance at the time I purchased my 2006 Jeep. Which I have maintained well and done all maintenance and factory recalls repairs on. I have only had it for 1 year. The engine has failed and they deny my claim. During this month long process to denial, they have never once communicated in writing. Upon enquiry for the information on their end being sent to me, they refuse to send me any information including a written denial letter. All of this sounds very fraudulent to me. Along with the month long wait and countless hours in which they had my mechanic tear down the engine, even further than needed for diagnosis so they could keep searching for a reason of denial in my opinion.

My name is Tim ** and I want to share my story of my first experience with getting service for my vehicle that has a warranty through Endurance. I've had the policy since June and I don't have a high mileage vehicle. It only has 56000 miles. I have all my routine maintenance done on time and through the dealership. I use my vehicle to drive back and forth to work and take my wife who is dying of cancer to her chemo appointments every 2 weeks. On my last oil change they found that the CV boots were torn and the control arms and front axle shaft were damaged and needed to be replace. I told them that is fine and I have a warranty program through Endurance. Provided them the information so they could contact Endurance for the repairs.

When the Service technician called Endurance they insisted I needed to bring the vehicle back to the dealership so they could have their "own" inspector come out and inspect the parts. I've had warranties through other companies and never heard of this. It's like they don't trust Factory trained technicians. I explained that I can't afford to be without my vehicle for 2 days while this "inspector" comes out. The dealership was nice enough to let me have a courtesy vehicle while the inspection was done. The 2 days turned out to be more than a week from the time the "inspector" came out and the time he submitted his report back to Endurance and Endurance told the service department they would not pay for the repairs because "as the parts are cracked" they are not completely broken.

The Service department called them and explained that if you let them wait longer the damage will be more extensive and you are leaving a customer without transportation. Endurance could have cared less. So if you want a company who is going to leave you stranded by the road with a broken down vehicle by all means chose Endurance. I'm now stuck with driving my vehicle with it making sounds when I make turns, waiting for them to give out while I am driving or paying for the repairs myself. I can only hope this breakdown doesn't occur while I am taking my wife to her chemo appointment.

My vehicle was close to be out of the factory warranty, and we had had some trouble with the car. I didn’t wanna have to deal with it, even though we had it resolved before it ran out of warranty. I got nervous if anything ever happened having to have a large bill. I just wanted the peace of mind so I looked into extended warranty. I googled Endurance Auto Warranty and read the general reviews, and I liked what I read. There was one other that I wanted to go over with, but it was impossible to get a hold of them. So, I ended up going with Endurance Auto Warranty.

Their customer service was great. The first person I spoke with was really nice. There was a bit of an element of trying to sell me on the product, but I didn’t feel it was super pushy. I said that I needed to talk to my husband first and they were good about that versus, sometimes, they try to get you and seal the deal right there. They called him also, on my request, and told him the details. And after three phone calls, we decided to go ahead with it. My husband set up the payment plan and I’ve just seen it come out directly. They were supposed to send some gift card for signing up, and they never did. So, I’m gonna follow-up about it at some point. It doesn’t really affect the product, but I didn’t see them follow-through with that, and that would be one area that could be better.

I wanted coverage for powertrain and stuff like that, and they were able to fit that in. The initial payment was a little bit higher but my interaction with the rep was all right. I asked the questions and they answered it. But actually, I called them back because I don’t know if they’ve taken the money out of my account or if I gotta send them a check. When I searched the internet, Endurance came up as number one as far as reliability and service. I called them but didn't get a phone call back from them to talk about the policy. Carchex, which came up as second, was the first one that called me and I wound up taking the policy out with them. After doing some more research, I found out that they send their services outside. I also read a lot of the reviews that said that people tried to file a claim and Carchex wouldn’t pay it. I told my husband that there were too many negative reviews about Carchex and that I was gonna cancel it.

When the Endurance guy called me, I had already done the research on them. He was very good at explaining the different policies that they had, what they covered, and the length of time we would be making the payments. My payments were lower with them than with the other one. My down payment was a few dollars more than with Carchex, but I was satisfied with his explanation and the research that I had done. I told him that I didn’t wanna take the policy out with him until I was able to get my money back from the other company. But he was consistent about calling me and checking up.

Don’t buy a extended warranty thinking they will cover your car in case anything happens to it. They’ll will tell you to go read your policy. They paid 1 out of 7 things I need done to fix my car. Wish they would have told me that before I started paying them every month. Not someone I would I want to do business with ever again definitely.

It was also hard to get information out of them. It took a week to get the contract. And then, they sent me this $250 thing that really is useless. I put my zip code into it and there's not one place that it works on. Whatever that $250 in vouchers that they promote, they should stop promoting that. I called them so they didn't have to sell me on. They didn't even have to mention that. By doing that, they made themselves look not reputable. It's something that they should just take out of their system completely. Everything was good until I got that in my email.

    Updated review: Feb. 19, 2020

My written complaint on the issue received a pretty quick response from a senior member at the company. He handled the case personally from that point on. We were able to resolve all the issues I raised after a couple weeks (where we were slowed in large part by the dealership/repair facility not the warranty company).

    Original Review: Jan. 21, 2020

Denied every single claim on my vehicle (4+ of them) under dubious pretenses. For a couple of the issues Endurance claimed to have found evidence the issues were pre-existing, though I could find no evidence of that. Of the issues Endurance acknowledged as not pre-existing, the company still denied all claims. A certified technician at the dealership recommended multiple repairs to covered items but Endurance refused saying they needed more information before they could approve. Multiple calls were had and more information was provided. Endurance still refused to pay. I requested that Endurance provide in writing what they would need to approve the repair. They refused to do that. We (the dealership and I) requested another adjuster go out so the dealership could highlight the issue in person since Endurance didn't accept the information provided via phone. Endurance refused to provide this as well.

In addition to the issues under dispute above, there was a special issue with the GPS antenna. I paid for the Supreme coverage with the High Tech Coverage option. In the agreement language it states that the "GPS/NAV systems" are covered under the High Tech Option. The GPS antenna has quit working rendering the vehicle NAV system functionally useless. Endurance denied coverage because one of their standard exclusions is "transmitting/transmission receiving devices". They failed to answer each time they were challenged how the antenna didn't fall under the GPS system given it is the heart of the system.

Bottom line this company is not there to help you. From my experience they want your money. They will hold it while you whittle away time and miles against your contract. They will then deny all your claims, and just refund your prorated amount having walked away with a portion of your money without providing any benefits. Oh and as a kicker, I requested a quote based on my current mileage for how much of a refund I would receive. They refused to provide that until I had jumped through all of their hoops to cancel. You can find someone better. After my experience I question the legitimacy of this business. All the reviews seem to speak about how nice they are on the phone (and they are very professional), but you are paying for protection, not pleasant conversation. Run, don't walk, to a different provider.

I had a coverage on before, but then I went over the miles, so it was canceled or I exhausted it. So, I had to get a different one. Endurance is a new company for me. They handled the questions pretty good. It’s a bit pricey than most places that I did questions about, ‘cause I found other places that’s like almost half of what Endurance is charging me, but the customer service of Endurance when I initially started was good and very professional and they got everything down to the T. The only problem is getting a follow-up. They did not follow up if I’m enjoying it so technically, I’m just seen as money, and that’s it. I’m like just the customer that has bought something.

Ever since I got it, I’m trying to call back to find out when does my policy actually kicks in but I haven’t got a response back. I did some Google research and it said it should be after 30 days after buying. Endurance should maybe send out a list of stuff that you’re covered for. Endurance is with Mepco and I even tried to go through Mepco but it didn't show me what exactly is covered or which company in the area that accepts Endurance. I called a few companies and they don’t accept Endurance.

I researched auto warranty for my vehicle after my original warranty ran out. Endurance had great ratings and reviews. There have always been two factors: time and mileage. I have a very well kept vehicle with low mileage. I purchased The Endurance Supreme warranty. Yes, I had low mileage and had a 5 year warranty. At the point of sale, IT WAS NOT MENTIONED that there is a third factor for Endurance. This is how much $$ they will shell out for your vehicle. So..if you have low mileage and you are within 5 years...they have a SECRET number of how much they will pay. They don’t inform you if you get close to that calculated number or even send you a written letter informing you...you basically have no contract with them.

They have it written in the contract with terms an accountant would shudder at. It’s not based on the value of your vehicle. It’s based on some calculation they have of an average of year and make then take the lowest number of that average (never is that number anywhere near the value of your vehicle) then a convoluted calculation...in short...even tho I am within mileage and still have a 18 mos on my contract...I was informed after calling customer service while my vehicle was at the dealership for warranty service I HAVE NO WARRANTY! Give me that info before I purchase this warranty, otherwise it’s a SCAM!

The reason I went with these folks, even though the premium per month is a little bit higher compared to my old contract, is because they're able to provide a pretty cost-effective and competitive price for the level of service that they're gonna provide. Given my driving situation – the vehicle that I’m driving, the miles that I drive and the extent of the coverage – Endurance met my needs a little better. I cancelled my old contract with the previous carrier today and everything went well as far as getting signed up with Endurance. The reps were informative. They covered all the details that I needed to know in order to make an informed decision and they did what they said they were going to do.

Unfortunately, I went on to something else and put my information then, and Endurance contacted me and offered me a rate that was competitive in my mind. So, I went ahead and accepted it. It was not the company I was looking for, but everything's great. It was my Christmas gift to myself and I signed on the 26th of December. I spoke with a couple people on the phone, a salesperson as well as someone in the financial department, and they were great. It'd be nice though to have something that I could carry in my car that would show me my policy coverage.

    Original Review: Jan. 16, 2020

I called to extend or purchase a new warranty on my BMW, I talked to 3 different people all gave me different products and a grace period before it would take effect even though I explained I was still covered by an existing warranty with them. I purchased a warranty only to be called a month later that they sold me a product that didn’t apply to my vehicle. I was informed that I had two choices and neither met my needs so I canceled and asked for a refund. No discount was offered for their mistake.

They were friendly as well and the payment plan they provided was reasonable and flexible. I was asking if I could split some of the initial cost, and they were able to do that for me.

Also, another warranty I'm with gave me $250 worth of vouchers for two or three free oil changes a year. Endurance gives coupons for entertainment and other places where I can get money off my cost at like RibCrib. I wish the coupons they gave were more maintenance-related rather than stuff like that.

We went into Google, and then we found that Endurance was the warranty with the vehicle to begin with. We had success with them, so we went and used them. It was a really good program. The salesperson that we first spoke to was great. He answered all of our questions. The only thing that he really answered incorrectly was they were having some promo, it was like $200 digital rewards. He had said that we’d be able to spend it at like Walmart, and that was not what happened. But other than that, everything he said and did was great.

When we went to the billing part where they confirmed everything, that guy wasn’t as friendly. But he was confirming everything, and then any additional questions we had, he kinda pushed off to the next person after we were set up. When I called customer service and talked to the rep, she did great. She emailed the copy to me right away and then the next day, I ended up getting the official email from them. So all of the customer service reps that were directly from Endurance that I spoke with were great. But on the second time that I got them, it was a little bit more expensive. When I called back, I ended up getting a discounted price. They should have offered that to begin with.

My parents bought an extended auto warranty from Endurance instead of the used car dealership where they bought the 2011 Ford Edge. After a year of owning the car the engine seized and quit working. They took it to an auto mechanic who found the transfer case cracked and sent unwanted fluid in the engine. Auto mechanic said engine and transfer case would have to be replaced. Parents filed a claim with Endurance. From the get go Endurance fought the claim. They wanted receipts for oil changes. My parents gave them receipts for oil and oil filter. Because my parents are retired from construction and ranching they are on a fixed income so my dad changes his own oil.

Endurance sent a rep to look at car. They decided to deny claim because my elderly fixed income parents did get oil change at a certified oil change place. Even though the auto mechanic said it was the faulty transfer cracking that caused the engine to seize and had nothing to do with oil changes. But it was clear that because of the cost to fix involved they denied my parents claim and sought every reason they could find to deny. I dropped my Endurance coverage once I found out my parents' experience.

I tell anyone who asks me about extended auto warranties about my parents' experience. My parents had to get a loan to buy a certified engine and now my 80 year old dad is now in his free time trying to take old engine out and out new engine in. I have previous auto warranties with other extended auto warranties and never had an issue for a claim. I would stay away from Endurance or any other company that works hard to find a way to deny your claim.

The engine blew in my wife’s old car and we did not have a warranty, nor could we afford to replace the engine. I was looking for a used car but she said she wasn't getting another used car without a warranty. So I did an internet search for best warranties and Endurance came up number one on a website that I sorta trusted. The first woman whom I spoke with was very good. She was very nice, favorable and informative but then she had to transfer me to someone to go over financing and it didn’t go too well with her. I just didn’t care for her attitude.

I had never done this before so I had some serious questions. I wanted to know if I could cancel and she said I could cancel within 30 days. I asked what the cost would be if I canceled after 30 days and she said there would be an appropriate fee. I asked what the fees are and she said, “Well, that depends on this and that and the other thing.” I kept trying to find out what the fees would be. Then I said, “All right. But wait, you just told me I could cancel for free.” Then she told me I can't cancel for free, which made no sense to me. How come I could cancel for free but I gotta pay fees? I was kinda pressed for time when I was going over that and when I asked her questions, I couldn’t get a straight answer.

One of the questions she was asking was about pre-existing conditions. The vehicle has a pre-existing condition but I know what it is and I was gonna pay for the repair. I asked whether it would be sufficient as long as I have documentation that I have paid to repair the pre-existing condition, and she said they don't cover pre-existing conditions. But I knew that. That was why I was fixing it. I wanted to know if they would cover the repair if I’ve got documentation, I’ve fixed it and I’m being upfront and honest. She said, “We don’t cover pre-existing conditions.” Goodness. Afterwards, I talked to someone else who assured me that if I fixed the AC and I have documentation and I can show them the documentation, yes, they would pay for a new condition.

She also said I had to keep the vehicle maintained with a certified mechanic and that frustrated me. I could take it to the dealership but I have my own personal mechanic and I would rather take it to him because he’s a lot cheaper and he is certified. I just wanted to make sure that repairs from my personal mechanic would be covered and she was like, “I already told you, sir.” I wasn’t asking the same question. I just wanted to make sure. I just wasn’t getting some courteous, straight answers but nevertheless, I was certainly calling Endurance back. I knew I had 30 days to cancel, and when I called back before my first payment was due, I got someone and they answered every one of my questions, exactly what I needed to know to make a decision, whether to cancel or to go ahead and make my next payment. And I went ahead and made my first payment.

Initially, I had extended warranty through the dealership when I bought the car at 96,000 miles. I ain't even had the vehicle for three months and my transmission went out, and the warranty covered it. A year later, same thing. At 120,000 miles, the transmission went out again. Of course, paying the deposit, my extended warranty ended up covering that. That was why I looked forward to the extended warranty because in the long run, paying out $3,000 throughout a period of time is much more easier than needing to repair and pay 4,000 or 5,000 at once.

I looked into three auto warranty companies. A lot of them didn't wanna touch my vehicle because of the higher mileage, with 166,000 miles on it, but Endurance was willing to work with me. I enjoyed the purchasing process. Their reps answered the questions before I can even ask the questions. They required the down payment and monthly payment. From what I was explained to, the down payment would have been $900. But during the time that I called, they were running a holiday special. And with all the incentives, rebates and veteran discount that I got, I ended up having to put $189 down, which was very helpful. The lady I spoke with was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. She also said that if I was to sell the vehicle, I gotta make my payments, then I can sell the warranty with the vehicle. To me, that was very unique because when you sell a vehicle or give it to someone, then at that point, they would be a bit worry-free.

I haven't utilized the service yet because they said the policy doesn't kick in until the first monthly transaction is taken out which will be the 16th of this month. But I’d recommend Endurance as a top product. I even recommended to a buddy of mine back home in Detroit to look into those type of programs for his vehicle and look at Endurance and see if they offer what he needs.

I was interested in the auto warranty concept of taking care of the car. Endurance seemed affordable so I went with them. Their rep explained the coverage well. I'm satisfied with the package that I signed up with and as far as I’m concerned, I'm covered on all ends. I have not received the welcome package yet, but it’d be showing up some time soon because they said that January 5th is when the policy starts. I did get a customer service number, a letter and an email containing information on how to get a hold of Endurance. I would contact them directly instead of going through the mechanic.

Their rep, Jason, was friendly, professional and he knew what he was talking about. He answered all my questions and he did a fantastic job. However, there was a lot of hesitation to give payment information over the phone. In fact, I almost thought of not going through with it because of that. There’s only so much that you could tell over the phone. And you do not give your credit card over the phone. You wouldn't know if it is a legit company. So, Endurance should send a link to a specific company webpage and customers would do it almost like a PayPal type thing. That way, you have tracking.

I’ve been an Endurance Auto Warranty customer for probably 20 years and they are always straight and fair. That matched with really some of the best in industry reviews. Our experience went very smoothly. The individual I spoke to was obviously experienced and had all the information. When it was time to go talk to a manager or find out some additional details, there was no big fuss. In other words, the person was entirely competent about what they were doing. It felt very service-oriented and it was outstanding. I felt comfortable with the price of the whole package and I was fortunate that I was able to put it on the credit card. I had told a friend that I had used Endurance before and that they were good and he actually told me that he’d done some research and knew they were good. It’s almost unusual this day and age to get customer service where you feel like the folks know their product and care enough to deliver the communication effectively.

My previous warranty had expired and I plan on keeping the vehicle, so I needed the coverage. I reached out to a website and Endurance Auto Warranty was the first one that came up. I went with that based on the coverage that was stated that they would give for my vehicle. The purchasing experience was seamless. And the payment was reasonable and straightforward. Over the phone, the rep explained to me in clear detail what was needed as of that day, what I would be subsequently responsible for and what to look for. He also went through all the steps that were necessary for me to finalize my commitment to them.

Aside from giving sufficient explanation, he also pointed me to their website and showed how to utilize it if I had any additional questions. He was very customer service-oriented and supportive during the initial call. I also got clear information when a claim could be made if there was a need to make one. The biggest thing for me was to understand what the requirements to utilize the warranty were. In this case, it's 30 calendar days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.

I tried to get a service contract before but the vehicle I had prior had too many miles. So, I tried on this one because it’s a newer model, and everything is more electronic. I heard about Endurance from Facebook and it was a bit hellish interacting with the rep. I was told one thing, then it was another. So, I got lied to my first time around, which was not cool. I was told that I was gonna pay 110 and my payment every month would have been about the same amount. When I got to initially closing it out, they told me I had to pay 250 and I told them that was not what I was told. They told me that they had split the payments so that it would make 120 something first, then I would make another payment. So, I was ready to drop them and then, the manager said that they would do me one better. I ended up paying $100 for my first payment, then another 100 and something the second payment. Then, my payments after that were 89 something a month.

I’m satisfied with the package that I got considering that the warranty will cover just about anything electronic or the main engine parts. Then, I only have to pay $100 deductible. If they end up keeping the vehicle, then I get a rental for a day or two, and that’s good. All that is covered by the $100 deductible. From firsthand experience, I’ve had to change a transmission out and I’ve had to redo the manifold, and I dished out more than $6,000 for that. Paying $100 compared to $6,000 is nothing.

The truck I bought didn't have a warranty on it and I'm gonna be using it for a very long time. I figured I wanted a warranty on it so if something happens while I'm out down the road, somebody is gonna take care of it. I called a couple of other providers and the premiums of a few of them were so high. They were over $5,000 and on top of that, you had to cover 50% of the bill, which wasn't something I was willing to do. It was ridiculous.

The Endurance reps were awesome and went over everything with me. They were very thorough and made sure I understood everything that was there. If I had questions, they answered for me. I'm very satisfied with the package I signed up with. I wanted coverage on the drive train, the engine, and the computer. If something happens on the computer on the vehicle, that's a lot of money. I would highly recommend Endurance.

I always try to keep my car covered for if anything goes bad, it’s better to have a warranty. I’ve had a bad company once before and lost out on a lot of money. It worries me when companies are not doing their best for their customers, so I’m a little nervous when it comes to auto warranties now. Endurance Auto Warranty gives 30-days to change your mind, which none of the other companies do and that made the difference. I also liked their prices and coverage.

Although the rep can be a little overzealous, it was okay. The coverage is there, but they’re overstating how it is. They oversell to make it sound like everything is 100% easy and that the coverage is 100%. The coverage sounded great, but the number of complaints they had made me pause because if they have that many complaints, there has gotta be something there. The rep downplayed it though. I was told not to pay it any mind. I was also told that they bought a smaller company that had a lot of bad ratings. He came up with a better plan that covered the vehicle longer and more miles. It’s everything that I want, but I’m a little scared.

The rep told me that they were gonna send me an e-mail explaining all the coverages, but I haven’t received it. I went online after I didn’t get the e-mail and the policy was there. But I was told they were gonna get me the copy and I expected it. If they're already breaking promises on our first hello, what am I in for? I’m looking and talking to another company now.

I probably wouldn’t know the terms of what I was signing up for. But I was trying to make sure that I knew before I signed up, and that’s why purchasing the warranty for me wasn’t so difficult. It was such a nice experience. But before they do the contracts over the phone, they should give the clients the opportunity to see the visual, because some people can see and understand clearly but not hear and understand clearly.

The sign-up experience was very long and tedious. They called me four times. The long part was the amount of transfers I had to go through to get signed up. You first call in, you speak to one person, they take your information, and then they transfer you over to another person who takes your information, transfer you over to the third person that verifies everything, and then somebody else processes it. I’m a small business owner myself. I can see losing clients in between that process, because who wants to keep getting transferred over? The first person should be able to do everything.

They told me that I got a $200 voucher that I could use at any store. But I never never got that. Also, they overcharged my card and it was a lot. I’m a little scared because I've been talking to people and they said it sounded a little bit too good to be real. Because all you got to do is wait for 60 days and then you can file a claim and then they fix your car. It just sounds like a scam.

I had a car that was in really good shape with really low mileage and I expect that at some point, I'm gonna need something done to it. I have taken really good care of it and I don’t have any car payments. So, I thought getting an extended warranty might be a good idea, which I've been thinking about for a while. Endurance Auto Warranty was something that popped up online. I went in and read a bunch of stuff. I called them and somebody called me back and told me about the different coverage that they had. We talked about what I needed and what I needed it for, and they said they thought Endurance might be the best one. I didn’t see any bad comments about Endurance, so I decided to go with them.

I had already called CarShield and they were just too expensive. I had called CarShield a long time ago before my warranty was even close to being up just to get some information from them and to see if I wanted to go with them. They were not very good about it at all and I was unhappy after I talked to them. When I called CarShield, it was a real hard sell thing. I didn’t like to be pushed but that was exactly what they were doing, and that was also part of my decision not to go with them.

But when I talked to the people at Endurance, they weren’t like that at all. And I had already made up my mind that I was going to get something, which was what I told them, and they were cooperative about it. I didn’t feel like I was really being pushed too much because I've already made that decision to do it, it's just a matter of with who. They told me a bit about things, what was available and why they thought that one might be a good choice. They sent some stuff by email, but I haven’t had internet now for a couple of weeks because I shut everything off thinking I was moving two weeks ago, and that didn’t happen. So, I need to go and check. I don't know if they're sending a paper bill or not, so I have to find out about that too. I'm not even sure when it's due. I paid two months ahead and they told me how much it was gonna be to get it in place, and that was what I did. So, the experience was all good.

I wouldn’t have any problem sending somebody to check Endurance out. I was a manager in Tudor Systems for years and I just loved the customer service. So, I've got a thick hide when it comes to dealing with people with something like that, but most people that are looking for something and shopping around, I don’t think they’d have any problem talking to anybody there. They answered all my questions, which was good. Their customer service is great.

And that was what I looking for, courtesy. When you make a phone call or you talk to someone, it's all about representing yourself. And he went over representing himself.

A lot of people think that when you do a protection plan on your car, it's like a whole warranty or a bill, that you can never get out of the contract. But you can always choose to leave the contract. And like the rep said, even if something happens to my car, I could put it on another car without all the hassles and all the aggravation. That's very good because a lot of people don't have out of pocket expenses when paying for an engine or tune-up. This program really helps when you need it and getting the warranty helps you understand.

I purchased a Endurance auto warranty for my Porsche Cayenne about 7 months ago for around $4000.. After about 7 months I noticed my cooling fans were coming on at start up, so I brought my car in for service.. After waiting 5 days for their inspector to show up they denied my claim because I have "custom tires" on my car.. Keep in mind tire sizes can't affect the heating and cooling system in any way shape or form.. Also when I ordered my tires 1 year ago I made sure the outside diameter is within Porsche factory specs for front and back. They have loopholes in their contracts that they will jump through and leave you stranded.. Total scam. Please learn from my mistake... Thank you for reading my opinion..

We only take it to the place where we bought it, and so once we confirmed that was on the list, we felt pretty comfortable to proceed. I just didn't appreciate having to make a decision immediately on the phone, like the deal goes away if I call back.

So, we started looking for an extended warranty. I got a decent price from Endurance for the amount of coverage that we got, and I did some research on the quality of their work in doing claims and felt that they were gonna be a good company to deal with. The reps handled my concerns completely. I tried to buy a warranty for two vehicles but didn’t end up doing that. The gentleman that I talked to didn’t try to upsell me much at all. It wasn’t a high-pressure deal so, I was comfortable with the experience. They offered an outright payment and monthly payments when I bought the warranty. My car is a 2008, and while it has only 71,000 miles on it now, it's an older car. I don't know that much about Saturns. I just wanted to be prepared so I decided to look for a warranty. I bought a 2007 Cadillac and I had it for about three months. The rear end went out on it and that was 1,600. Plus I was in Indianapolis, and at the time, I lived in Tennessee. Luckily, when I bought the Cadillac, I bought it used and got the warranty on it. It's about the same situation, older model car with the low mileage. The warranty was a savior.

I looked at Carshield and other places, but Endurance has everything I am interested in and so I got the warranty from them. However, I got something in the email that said I was not gonna be covered anymore after yesterday because something changed on the policy or something happened. They were gonna have new terms and conditions. It makes me wonder what's going on when I just got this policy and then all of a sudden, a couple of months later, they were gonna change stuff on me and didn't even mention it when I was doing the policy. I was a little agitated about that. I wanted to talk to somebody. I've been waiting for somebody to call and let me know what's going on with it. At this point, until I got that email, I was perfectly happy with what was going on and I still am, but I just wanna know what's going on.

So, I canceled CarShield and since my car is older now, I wanted to have some type of warranty on it. I went online and Endurance was the first one that called me. They said that they could provide me a program that wasn’t too awfully expensive per month and they would cover all the major repairs that would have to be done on my car. I went on with them because I didn’t wanna have a lapse in time without any type of warranty.

Their customer service rep was good. He answered all of my questions, although he may have been a little pushy in trying to make sure I would go with them because I hadn’t decided what I needed then. I wanted to check around a bit. But when I did, I found that they were next to the least expensive, CarShield being the least. He was just trying to make a sale, but he was all right and he sent me the paperwork.

My initial experience with Endurance Auto Warranty was not so good. But since then, it has been better. I called Endurance up because they came highly rated. I had Ally, another automobile warranty company, and I called Endurance based on their ratings. I spoke to a gentleman, the initial guy, and he quoted me a price of $3,003. I had to get off the phone because I had to go into a meeting. Those conversations can be a little long, but I heard the bottom line. And then I called back to try and get that same guy, but I got another guy and he said, “I see you called.” I said, “Yeah. He quoted me about $3,003.” And he said, “I can better that.”

The first problem was the first guy didn’t start where I wanted him to. I don’t want him to start at the bottom. The second guy quoted me 2,745 and he said, “I’ll give you a $250 credit.” That was the deal. Because my number was 24, we got to 25, and that was good. It turns out, this $250 credit is a credit voucher with 100 vendors from food to makeup to movies. If you spent $30, you can use $10 of your credit voucher. So, they’re making money from the vendors. And I can’t see people wanting to spend $90 at Ulta makeup. And when you make a $90 purchase, you can use $10 of your rewards. Those are the amounts you’re allowed to use. I was livid. But being a good Christian, I held it.

I called them up and I complained. I said, “This was not how it was posed to me.” Of course, I got a manager, and I got a guy that said, “Let me take $100 off right now. Let me go back. Give me a couple of days and I’ll go look at the tapes.” There’s more meat on the bone than I thought. So, he took $100 off, and he said, “If it’s found that this guy really wasn’t forthright, we’ll take it down to 250.” He called me back and said, “We’ll have to rewrite it.” I said, “If we rewrite it, I still have to wait 30 days and my current policy’s gonna lapse, and I’m gonna have a void there without a policy. That’s not what I had intended.”

I said, “Those 10 days you took to find out is not gonna work out well.” He said, “Hold on, let me get back to you.” He wants that voucher back. He wants to write it without that voucher in it. So, he came back on the line and said, “You know what? We’re just gonna take it down $250.” So, not only did he take it down $250, it went from 25 to 2,440, and then he left the voucher on there. So, it ultimately came down to 2,200 if you throw in that crazy voucher. So, from 3,000 to 2,200. So, that game backfired on them. I’m from Chicago and we don’t take any crap. But I’m thinking of these older people that don’t have the ferocity to fight for themselves. But I kept the policy. I still have nine days to think about it. It’s a 30-day waiting period. My wife said, “If this is gonna be the experience off the bat, what do you expect in the future?”

That is the case here. I have the service records for the truck. The truck recently passed inspection with no problems. A properly maintained timing chain should last far longer than this. Within the entire owner's manual the timing chain is never listed. It is not considered a wear and tear part needing maintenance. The breakdown is not a case of loss of performance due to wear and tear. It Is clearly broken. I had no indication beforehand. No engine lights and no odd sounds that I noticed. I would hope that in the interests of customer service they would abide by the terms set forth in the contract.

When I spoke to them on the phone they denied my service request. The reasons varied a bit depending on who I spoke to so I asked to get a copy of the denial in writing. They said that's not possible. They said I can get them a letter explaining why it should be covered from the mechanic doing the work. I did that...no response. They said I can send it to them regular mail but they can't tell me when and if to expect a response. I've been trying to get in touch with Marius who said he would submit it for further review. I bought a used car and I thought that a service contract was important. Endurance was a lot less than trying to get it from the dealership. I purchased from them and their representative was awesome. He was quite knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I'm very satisfied with the package I signed up for thus far. The only question I have is that I tried to call somebody and I couldn't get through. I thought I had a certain payment arrangement for a certain package, and I noticed that my December payment was a bit more than what I had discussed with the salesperson. That's probably the only disappointing thing. After speaking to a great salesperson, it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from either the sales account person 'cause he told me that I would be his main point of contact and that as long as I had the coverage that I would be speaking with him, like my insurance agent. And I've not heard from him since that day.

The only way to contact them is through a telephone number and I have the number. But with the salesperson, I do not have his direct number and nor do I have an email from him either, so I thought that would have been probably something that the company should have done is that an email template from him, an email that I've not received than kind of a corporate email. I got something that looks like a standardized corporate letter. And I was also hoping to be contacted by the person that I had bought the package from but I'm not seeing anything directly from him. He took my credit card information, and then the second payment which was this month in December was also taken from that credit card payment, and that's not exactly how I wanted it done. I wanted it to be taken out of my bank. So, that wasn't explained at all, and it was much more than what I had originally agreed with. So, at least the payment was unsatisfactory.

I purchased this contract to gain high mileage protection on my car, in case of emergencies and to be proactive towards any issues that may arise. I have not had any issues with my car thus far and have taken great care of it, with regular oil changes, tire rotations and typical maintenance as suggested. I had no issues with the contract, until I needed to use the services. A few months into my contract, my car started to kick itself out of reverse. I thought, "no worries", this should be covered as I asked for the most coverage I could afford and receive and had paid a premium for said coverage.

I called Endurance, walked through the process and took my car to one of their preferred dealerships for repair. The dealer was being very helpful in the process and had to reach out several times to finally get an inspector to visit to approve the work. Unfortunately, it was a major engine component that had gone out and required replacing that would range in the upwards of $6,000 range. I was assured by the dealership that this was normal protocol and there should be no problems, as my contract clearly states that all components were covered within my plan. This issue was going on three weeks now and I was without a car, and although I had rental insurance under my contract for situations like this, it was only reimbursable.

With Endurance not communicating with me or the dealer, I had to reach out which is where I found out that the initial request had been denied - no communication from Endurance that the claim had been denied, nor written document stating the denial, nothing. Had I not reached out, I would have never known. My car came off the line, from the factory just as it sits now. I did not modify the car in any way from when the dealership sold it to me; in fact I even inquired that my specific type of car and model would be covered during the discussion with the sales person and they confirmed, "if it came from the dealership that way and you didn't change it, then it will be covered." This gave me the confidence in the service that I agreed to the price upfront cost, and monthly service charge; because, I didn't want to be stuck if anything mechanically happened to my car.

Now, after multiple months of waiting for proactive communications from Endurance that never came, multiple discussions playing phone tag with customer service reps, and waiting on managers to actually call me back, I don't know what else to do. I am still without my car, left stranded and Endurance apologized for the confusion and wants to reimburse me, but that doesn't make me whole to the coverage they promised and contract we agreed upon. Endurance denied my claim, stating that I modified my car, to which the dealership has confirmed nothing has been changed from production and sale of my car to me. Now that my car is broken, a hefty bill due to fix it, Endurance wants to take the easy way out and not fulfill their end of this contract. I can not go any longer without my car and hope this submission helps finally break through the bureaucracy to get my car fix and my contract fulfilled.

I looked into an extended coverage for the price, the deductible, and the coverage. I purchased from Endurance as they cover everything. They had the towing and the roadside assistance. The representative did very well. He said that I couldn't get the money transferred from my bank or my bank wouldn’t take the other warranty off and pay for theirs. So, they were just gonna take the money off the loan and they handled everything really well. I wish I could’ve gotten a little more assistance to help get the money from the bank, but it didn't work out that way. So, while I don’t have the policy anymore, they had extended coverage for the money.

The warranty for my vehicle that I purchased was only for 90 days. So, after the warranty was over, I needed extended warranty. I Googled extended warranty companies and Endurance came up. I gave them a call and their rep I dealt with was good. He gave me a good amount of information of what one would require for the warranty, what I'd have to do and how much I'd pay every month. The rep did a good job explaining things to me. It sounded good and I went with them. I had a brief interaction with their customer service. They were saying I'd have to do an oil change, but the vehicle was not telling me that. If something happens and I need to file a case, that plays a part in whether Endurance will be able to cover it or not.

It is a 2014 vehicle and it’s telling me that the oil change is coming up in 3,000 miles. But they were telling me that I needed to do it before the 18th of December. That was the only thing I have an issue with, because the car is not telling me that it requires an oil change yet. So, I don’t think I should do it yet. But I don’t want something to happen and I'd try to file a claim. If it had something to do with the oil change, okay, but if it doesn’t, I don’t think I should be penalized for it. But I asked them about it and they don't cover oil change. But it’s not that the oil change is expensive. That’s not the problem. My issue was it was not required.

So far, I’m paying every month on time so if anything happens, I just wanna be able to explain to them what happened, and they'd say, “Okay, bring it to the mechanic. It’s covered and they’ll fix it.” That’s all I wanna hear. It’s just the oil thing that I’m skeptical about. But other than that, I’d definitely recommend Endurance. It’s a nice, good and trustworthy place.

My husband just got a 2002 Corvette and it only has 14,000 miles on it. It is an expensive vehicle and it's expensive to repair. We wanted to take an extended warranty on it, but so far, we're not doing very well. When I looked Endurance Auto Warranty up online, it looked like they had pretty good reviews. My only concern was Better Business Bureau had some issues with them, but when I talked to the gentleman he gave me their story. He was very helpful to me and very pleasant. He did not push at all. But Endurance called us three times in two days and all they were interested in was the exact mileage on the vehicle. I couldn't give them the exact mileage because the car was in the shop. We were having it done because the big thing with them is you have to do all your routine maintenance.

Endurance has already taken our first payment, but we still have not received our contract so we don't even know what is covered under the extended warranty. They've sent me a quote copy of the contract, but it's a sample. There are different levels of coverage, and I wanna see which level of coverage we actually have. We definitely wanna know what we're getting into. The issue is not physically having a contract to look at so that we can make an informed decision on stuff we're paying a couple of hundred dollars a month for. You have to wait 30 days and then the car is covered bumper-to-bumper, including tires, which I found insane. It seemed like we were getting to big a bang for our buck and that made me a little anxious. We're still in that waiting period now and we're gonna cancel it.

They were pretty knowledgeable, but ‘til you actually read it and see it, there’s a lot of a fine print. Looking at reviews, they had some good reviews but they had nasty ones too. Once you’re talking to somebody and they offer you a deal, it’s like, “Okay, this is your deal,” and they don’t give you time to think about it. It’s a take-it-or-leave-it deal, and I don’t like that. The power steering needs to be replaced and Endurance is claiming that it was a pre-existing condition so they’re not going to honor the warranty. Now, I’m not really sure what to do. I’m in the process of trying to figure it all out because it’s a $3,000 repair.

Other than the concierge, the other people have not been terribly friendly or helpful. They haven’t been able to give me any information. Most of the information I have right now is from what the repair shop told me. I need to call them later today because there was somebody in my policy. Purchasing from Endurance Auto Warranty wasn’t too bad. The first person I spoke to was very informative. I told him they were the first company I talked to. There were several others I was interested in speaking with, but with him going on and on, I ended up just purchasing with them. But after the fact, I went online and I went to Better Business Bureau, and I saw 443 complaints about Endurance. So, I didn’t feel comfortable with that. And then, I had a couple of other companies that called me with prices that were better but they were on the Better Business Bureau, and I looked them up even before. I didn’t get a chance to do that with Endurance. But with the other ones that called me, I told them I would give them a call back. And I checked them out, and they were rated A. I called Endurance to cancel and the rep I spoke with said, “Oh, well, I can lower it for you.”

I told the rep, “But that’s not really the issue. The issue is that I’m not comfortable with what I’ve read so far. But I can’t really speak to you now ‘cause I’m out in public.” He said, “I’m gonna lower it for you. When you get home, you just look at the new contract.” When I got home, I looked at it and I saw that he lowered it. Still, it was not even the price at that point. There were too many complaints for me. So, I called up and spoke to Nick who kept me about 40 minutes on the phone giving me every reason in the world why I don’t need to cancel to the point that I was getting frustrated. It was not good. And he said, “So, you mean to tell me you’re willing to not have any insurance on your car and risk it and pay thousands of dollars out of your pocket?”

I tried to explain to him and said, “Well, first of all, my car is just sitting. I live in New York state. It’s a lot of snow and everything right now. So, it’s parked and I’m using a truck. So, I’m really gonna be paying for something for four months, and then by the time I put the mileage on it that you’re requesting, 1,000 miles, it’ll be probably a good eight, nine months because I only drive local in leisure.” I told him I would much rather try to get this in the spring or the summer where I know I’ll be using my car. And even with all that, he said, “Yes, but understand you’re still gonna be sitting there with no coverage.” He kept pushing and pushing, and I told him about the complaints. And he said, “Yes, but did you see the good things people said?”

So, I opened it up on the phone while he was talking to me, and I said, “Listen, I’m looking at it right now. Yes, I do see some 4 and 5 stars, but for every two good reviews that have 4 and 5 stars, two and three, I see ten and twelve that’s horrible right under it. So, Nick, I’m not comfortable. Can you please just cancel my contract?” It was so frustrating. After 40 minutes in, he could pick up my frustration. When I asked for the cancellation, he said, “Sure. Okay. Well, I can cancel it for you. But just know that when you try to get this again, it’s gonna be more money.”

I also said, “And by the way, am I going to get my money back? Because I’m also reading here that people said they were gonna get a refund within three to five business days, and they’re calling back two or three weeks later, and they still didn’t get their money.” And he said, “It is three to five business days. I don’t know why they said that. This is why I’m saying you can’t go by what you’re reading.” He said I should have the money by Tuesday or Wednesday. This was last week. I still don’t have the money. So, I wasn’t too happy. And it’s funny because when I was reading, I scrolled down to one of the complaints, and Nick's name was there and the review said he was pushy. When I told him about it, he cut me off and said they have a lot of Nicks.

I took my Mercedes-Benz for servicing and claimed for a part that is covered under the warranty with Endurance. Endurance refused to cover the cost of the genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and instead sourced an Off the Market parts made by Meridian and used this to set the value of the claim that they were willing to cover. Clearly, an Off the Market part is going to be cheaper than the genuine part.

To make matters worst, this part is for the steering of vehicle, which if goes wrong could have deadly consequences for my family as we normally use this vehicle for road trips. Despite voicing my concerns about this unsafe and deceitful practice, Endurance refused to cover the cost of the genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and I had to pay the difference as I was not prepared to put my family's life at risk. Potential customers should be aware of this practice as I did not expect Endurance to compare Off the Market parts prices to genuine manufactured parts. I felt cheated as a customer and will be looking to take my business elsewhere and I have also referred the case to my attorney.

I recently bought a pre-owned car, a 2006 Scion, in excellent condition with only 77,000 miles, which will be driven locally only. Because of the age of the car my adult son encouraged me to consider an extended service warranty. After exploring another company and signing up with them, I felt uneasy about their potential coverage. I researched other companies the following day and I called Endurance. After speaking with Endurance's customer service, I canceled the other company's warranty and signed up with Endurance. Endurance's customer service is excellent, the price is more affordable than the previous company's and the waiting period, compared to the other company, is one that I can meet without difficulty.

My Jeep is six years old and my warranty on it just expired. I wanted to keep it because it runs really good and I didn't wanna buy a new one. When I asked the dealership about a warranty, they only had what I already paid through Endurance. They quoted me a price that was more than what Endurance quoted for the same coverage. I called Endurance and everything was explained to me. Then, they switched me over to another gentleman who finished up the deal for me. The only issue I had is that he took my mileage on it and he said if I could get 1,000 miles over what I just gave him and since I'm gonna go ahead and purchase it, they would start my 30 days then. This is like November 4th. I asked what he meant by 30 days and he said that I have to have 30 days plus the mileage for the warranty to kick in. He said he would start it on the 4th. It was perfect.

Then, I got the email with my plan on it and it said not effective from November 29th to December 29th, so I called. I needed verification on things and they told me that it's gonna be going from the day of my payment. I said that that wasn't explained to me and that the guy before said it was gonna start right away. But it was not a big deal. It was just miscommunication and the dates threw me off a little bit. They took my first payment out on the 29th, just like what I was told. We're all good. As soon as my other warranty expires on my other Jeep, I'm gonna call and get one on that one, too.

My warranty expired on my car and they were very pricey at the dealership. I called the dealership because that’s where I take my car to get worked on all the time and I asked them if they’ve dealt with CarShield. They said they had a problem. They could never get through to them and they would never call them back. So I asked them about Endurance and they said that they’ve done two vehicles with them and they’ve been good. They highly recommended that I go with Endurance. Making payments for the warranty was very reasonable and I was comfortable. I have two vehicles and it was a no-brainer, but there were a few things I didn’t like. Other than that, I just went for it. I was highly satisfied with my experience with Endurance.

The biggest influence in me getting Endurance Auto Warranty was all they offered. The fact that they didn't pressure me to purchase their stuff was the second. I've had other warranty people call me, and they said that I've got to get it then, otherwise, the offer wasn't gonna be good after the phone call. I said that I was just starting to think about checking into it. And they said that either I make the decision then or forget it.

The third was the financial way they put it. They gave it to me to pay for and helped me out to be able to get it. Other people wanted a lot more money. The interaction with the representative was very pleasant and nothing was forced. They were concerned that my questions were being answered. There was one point where the representative could not answer the question, but he put me in touch with the person who could. They were fantastic and I hope they continue to be fantastic especially if I have to use them.

I already have a warranty under the car that I bought and it was to expire in 6,000 miles. So, pre-planning for the future, I thought of how I was gonna handle it if I wanted to get a warranty or not after the warranty I had had expired. The coverage level of Endurance seemed similar to what I already had, as far as they covered the most, and I had no issues when I purchased the warranty. All aspects of the coverage were explained and it seemed clear. Then, if I were to file a claim today, they're supposed to send me an ID card and I’m supposed to bring that to the mechanic that I wanna go to. The mechanic is supposed to call and file the claim for me, get authorization from Endurance, and then let me know. And then I call and pay my $100 deductible.

My car is getting older and I wanted to have some things covered as it gets older. Honestly, the car still hasn't been paid off, so I wanted a bit of an assurance that I won't be stuck having to decide between making a payment and getting a repair. Endurance Auto Warranty had a policy for higher mileage cars, where some of the stuff that would start wearing out would be covered, so I decided to go with them. Because of my vehicle's higher mileage, there might have only been one option anyway, but their rep knew right away based on my mileage what that option was.

I did have to call them back to clarify a couple of points though because when they gave me the written policy, it looks somewhat different than what was explained to me on the phone. But the person I've talked to the second time walked me through their policy and I did have to call them back to clarify a couple of points. Doing payments with them was super easy because I just set it up with automatic draft. So far, I'm in the 30-day waiting period, and after that 30 days, I'll be able to file a claim. I paid the downpayment and the payments would be prorated, and so based on how they handle my first claim, will determine whether or not I will continue with them or not.

I did my research and, apparently, Endurance was good. They were in the top three, so I chose them. They were helpful and honest. Even though I was trying to cancel because I bought a Mopar Warranty through my dealership, they were still trying their best to not have me go anywhere and keep me. They were very knowledgeable about the policy, and they said they were gonna cover my first two payments.

With the age of the vehicle and mileage I drive, I got an auto warranty from Endurance. They gave me the quotes and information that I needed, I checked out a few other companies, and then I decided to go with them and I called them back. The agent that I spoke with was very nice, and everything was good. They provided the most coverage and most reasonable cost.

About two weeks ago, I purchased extra warranty from Endurance. The process was painless and their reps explained the benefits and how to file claims. However, upon doing more research, I am probably going to cancel the warranty. I may have paid a little bit too much for it. I found that only a small percentage of customers ever use their warranties, unless they had a catastrophic failure. It is a $3,000 purchase and it does not seem that it is going to give me the value that I thought it would.

The problem with those websites, any of the warranty places, you can’t get a quote until you call them. And once you call them, the special that they are offering is only available during that call. You can’t come back and think about it then call back. They will not give you that special. You’ve got to buy it right then and there. So, there is a little bit of pressure, but it is not from them - it is really more self. Still, Endurance did a good job. I have no problem with them as a company or the way that they worked with me. They even negotiated a lower price.

I have just been accepted by Endurance, so I have nothing really to report. However after many searches I went with who YOU recommended for me. So we shall see! I am still in the number of days waiting period for the policy to go into full effect. The people with whom I spoke were extra helpful and very, very patient and understanding. That part was good, but that is all I can say at this time.

I don't have Endurance anymore. There was no point in having them because my car had went down and they didn't cover my claim due to the fact that my tires were five inches thicker than the original. They should give people more information and explain in detail. I had told the guy when I first got the policy, but he didn't listen.

I was doing some research on different extended warranties for my Jeep because my warranty had just expired. Then, I got an email from ConsumerAffairs about Endurance Auto Warranty and that recommendation made me feel more comfortable about going with them. But my first encounter with them was not that great. They were really pushy with me about buying the warranty at the time or I would lose the deal. But all the other extended warranty places were kinda shady. So, with the recommendation from ConsumerAffairs and the pretty high rating they got from the Better Business Bureau, I decided to go with Endurance. I also love how the payments are done monthly and how I can split the payments up instead of having to pay one big chunk out of pocket. That makes it really easy for me.
