    When I went to the dealership where I bought my car at, they notified me that I had no more warranty so I looked for a new one. I was very pleased and excited about what the specialist from Endurance told me. He said a lot of things that I didn't know and he briefed me well about it so I could understand it more. He explained to me that I could make the first payment in two, and that was easy for me to do. Now the regular payment is already autopay, so whenever the day comes up, they just take the money off it. The experience was great.     We had CarShield and was not impressed. They totally misrepresented themselves. We were fine that the repair that had to be done was not the one they cover, but we were told we would get towed and the reason why we had to pay the tow was that they had to take the vehicle by a flatbed. They never told us that it exceeded $75, we only had to pay the tow people 45 bucks. We put it in a claim wanting to know why we were being charged for that when we're entitled to be towed. Then CarShield denied the claim after they were the ones who told us to put the claim in. It was over their limit and we asked how was it like that. They took my truck to the Chevy dealer which was probably three miles so we were like, "Wow."

    We went on the Better Business Bureau and Endurance Auto Warranty came up as the first one. The representatives were very nice and informative. I thought they were knowledgeable because they taught us some stuff we didn't even realize. In CarShield, we had $100 deductible and that was just for my husband's Chevy truck. We found out with Endurance because we have two vehicles and his truck is older, we got no deductible at all on his truck, and I could bring down my deductible to $50. We learned a lot dealing with them. I'm gonna call Endurance because I'm having a problem with my air conditioning system. I got it in time because I've had it for over a month and I've done way over 1000 miles because I've been to California. We've already told quite a few people about them. They were very forthcoming with us.

    I needed to find something and the Endurance reps did all right. We went forward and I accepted it. I used Supreme and the coverage is pretty nice. I liked it. It covers the powertrain.     I had a claim on my 2009 ml320. The turbo was failing due to excessive play in the shaft. The claim was denied because the bearings were bad. The policy said that any lubricated part inside the turbo is covered. When I called l was told that the failure was caused by normal wear and tear and was denied. So basically they can deny anything with that rationale Since all parts on a car a subject to wear and tear. My advice is to spend your money elsewhere.

    Received a letter that alluded to a warranty contract for my vehicle purchase with all of the ID. Thought it was part of my car manufacturer's program. Made a downpayment on 1/6/20. Checked with car sales and found that it was redundant. Immediately called back to cancel. Verbally affirmed but I sent termination on same day, anticipating refund and not making recurring charges on my CC. They used a billing company, MEPCO, and charged another 3 months.

    After calling, I was cut off when waiting to speak to manager, but not until they told me that my cancellation letter was in my file. Followed up with letters to Endurance, MEPCO, and CC company with not responses from Endurance & MEPCO when the documentation clearly reflects an immediate termination but continued charges on my CC. Totally ignored my communications for refunds. Never experienced a company that rejects customer satisfaction for $. Thank you for the opportunity to warn others.

    My car is five years, 60,000 miles and I have a 2014. I don't drive my car for what most people drive their car and I wore out my warranty with years. My uncle has Endurance and he is my favorite uncle. So, I take his advice seriously and he recommended it. He says he use them for his cars and so, I decided to go with them. I couldn't pay with COVID but Endurance made it easy to make payments. I told everybody that I was not working so, they broke up the initial payment and I'm paying a lower payment for the same amount of coverage. I could not afford $100 a month and they extended out one extra year to drop the payment. I would pay $69 a month, which is still kinda steep but I want the warranty. I got what I wanted and everybody was nice.

    I was gonna cancel Endurance once I got it as I already bought a warranty through Trent Cadillac, Ally. Then I changed my mind after I talked to the representative because he told me it was a Premier, the car warranty company and I'd be dealing right with the Endurance people when I call if I have a problem, which wouldn't have been with Ally.

    When my daughter bought a car, she bought an extended one that's not really a warranty. Then she had a problem with her car and they wouldn't own up to their end of the deal so I was leery about getting anything. My car is a low-mileage one and I wanted peace of mind that if something should happen, I have a backup that will work for me. I was impressed with the way the gentleman explained it to me over at Endurance and it was less money than what I would pay out through Trent Cadillac so I decided to drop Ally and I kept Endurance. I was reading all the reviews about it and it was pretty positive. They were straightforward. I just hope if something happens to the thing that I don't have any problems.

    I saw an ad on YouTube and I clicked it for extended warranties because I had just purchased my luxury automobile and it was used. They were matching me with different companies and then I felt as though Endurance was the best one because they have a warranty for luxury vehicles. Everything was good when I purchased the coverage. The only gripe that I have is that I paid close to $400 for my down payment. On my policy in my email, it said that the down payment was 279. So I was a little confused by that. Other than that, I am satisfied.

    I looked at a couple of car warranties. I live in a very rural area and a lot of them weren't taken. I heard bad things about the other ones when I looked them up on the Consumer Reports' place, so I decided that Endurance was the best one. They are also widely accepted in my area. The reps I spoke with on the phone were very nice and I explained to them that I'm on disability. They were able to find some deductions since I am in a rural area and I don't drive a lot because I am on disability. So, they worked with me on the rates and on the payment and they were very patient. At the moment, I just broke the 30-day grace period and I'm close to breaking the 1,000 miles thing that they have to go through. I haven't had to use the warranty, but I'm very satisfied with them.

    I was looking for a warranty and I went to ConsumerAffairs. At the top of the list of the three best they had was Endurance, so I thought I'd give them a call. They gave me some specific things that they had to offer and it was like they were going down a list. It got to the point that they would benefit me and that was the primary reason why I decided to try them. They told me that I can drive with confidence now and I'm hoping that I made a good choice. When it came to them giving me a price, I was very happy with it. It was right in my price range and everything was okay. Even if you tried and it didn’t work, you did your best and you got it for what is considered to be a good price. I also compared their price to other people that I know have extended warranty and what they're paying or might’ve said they’d be paying for them.

    I have my vehicle for six months now and I began to experience some change that was not notable that are coming out now. I called and talked to one of the customer service reps about it, and they told me how to proceed from there. Then being at the dealership, it seemed that I don’t have a problem with my transmission just as yet, but I wanted to have that looked at before it gets any worse. Endurance's customer service was great as far as letting me know things and how they helped me out of the situation. But the dealership turned around and told me that the service would take some time because of the time that Endurance have on a lot with different customers. It'll be way up in December before they could even get to it, so that's bad. It’s more like finding somebody to get the work done and seeing that he’s gonna be delaying a thing about it.

    I’m a professional driver and I don't like having problem like that. I depend on my vehicle to run right and pre-emergency or something like that is part of my program. Other than that, I feel very secure with Endurance for what I have, for the information I have gotten, and for the help that I received from customer service. Though my experience had been minor, I am satisfied with what I'm getting right now.

    I needed a car warranty. Endurance came up. There were a lot of comments that are negative about them, but they worked with me and they’ve been really good. When I did the search, even with the negative comments, they sounded like they had the better deal. Then I’d get messages from Endurance on Facebook, comparing the different things, and so I checked them out and they seemed to be up and up.

    They were very good when I purchased the warranty. They explained it, they gave me the best deal they could and I have no problems with it at all.     Did talk with 4 different people. Which I thought was a bit many. All were very nice and answered my questions. They will try to talk you into a deal immediately (that is their Job). Make sure you ask all your questions before agreeing to a contract. Company was willing to work with me on price and payments. Which was very nice. Do like that there is a 30 day money back offer. Did have to ask for a shorter plan than they wanted to sell to me. They wanted to sell me a 5 year, I optioned for 3 year. I have had other 3rd party truck warranties and this company seems like they will be good. That does remain to be seen. Just make sure you get what works for you.

    When I bought the vehicle, the warranty would expire the month before. So when I called the finance company, they advised me to get a warranty on it. But the dealer said they didn’t provide a warranty, so they gave me Endurance Auto's number. They said that Endurance's service is all they use and that if I needed a warranty, I could get it from them. I also looked up Endurance and I saw that they had a good reputation.     I researched on the internet and read reviews of companies. Then I called a number of them and asked for the various plans they had. Endurance seemed to have the best value for the coverage that we wanted and their reps answered questions very well. The first person I talked to was excellent and she emailed me a sample contract so that I could see and read the terms and conditions of it. Then we made a final decision to go with Endurance. But when I paid the bill and asked for a copy of the service contract, it never arrived in the email. I called again and it still didn't come in the email.

    So I called a third time, gave them two emails, my regular email and an alternative email, but the service contract never arrived again. I called six times trying to get a copy of our contract that we paid for as I just had a sample contract and it had a different coverage than what we finalized on. So I finally called and said that I was going to cancel the contract if I didn't receive a copy of it immediately. The person that answered the phone said that they'd send me to the cancellation party so I could cancel it. Then, I let the person that I talked to over there know I wanted to cancel and why. He immediately got a contract emailed to me and we had it in less than five minutes. He also said he would mail one out for me and that one arrived in the mail as well. Still, I was quite dissatisfied with my experience.

    The contract with Endurance seemed a little bit more explicit with less loopholes. I initially had a contract with Protect My Car and I cancelled it within 30 days because they purposely sent me the contract 30 weeks after signing up for it. So they wouldn't want me to have enough time to go over it within the 30 days' period. They want you to pay before you are able to get a copy of the contract, which makes no sense. Endurance called me and I asked if they can send me a copy of the contract before I sign up. So, they are a company that deals more in good faith. I haven't submitted any claims with them yet, so I don't know how to handle claims but as far as the enrollment process, it was easier than other companies.

    I had a little issue with Endurance though because what they gave me was different from the one that they mailed to me. So, the sales department sent me the quote for a lower amount than the one that the people on the phone enrolled me for. When I called to claim that amount, they wouldn't vouch on it, so I had to escalate it and to get it done. So we gotta find a compromise, reduce the prices and meet each other in between. That was a little hiccup, which was fine. But I've been noticing a lot of withdrawal on my credit cards and I don't understand why so far. In one month, I saw four debits on my credit card from Endurance. I haven't got any time to wrap my head around what exactly happened yet, but I will figure it out later.

    I went with Endurance because of the feedback they have on the internet but all that was bogus. When I bought the policy, I was told that all my turbochargers and the electrical components to the turbochargers were covered. I found out when I got to do a claim that it was not. I've had the vehicle for nine months and it has always been maintained by the factory. Now, they won't go through the process unless I give them some documents for the oil changes and stuff like that. I'm waiting to get this claim over so I can cancel my service with Endurance. I've never had this happen to me on an extended warranty asking for oil maintenance and I’m not happy. They have very bad service. I've been without a car for a week.

    My ex-roommate mentioned Endurance and he told me about the company. I have an ‘06 right now and I've put a lot of money into it and I need some coverage. I went ahead with Endurance and I waited out the 30 days and over 1,000 miles in order to get repairs done under their warranty. 7 days after 30 days, my AC compressor stopped working and I brought it to the mechanic shop. They called Endurance, told Endurance what the issue was, and Endurance denied it saying that it was a preexisting condition.

    I was very upset and spoke to the manager at Endurance. He told me that an AC compressor doesn't go bad within 7 days. But it went bad. It had been running and working. Regardless if it's a used or a brand new car, there's no telling when an AC compressor is gonna go and it went on me. Also, I was told by one of the reps from Endurance that they would cover my rental car expenses and everything. My car was gonna be in the shop for a few days and I got a rental car. But Endurance denied my claim and now, I'm stuck with this bill and I'm stuck with the bill for the rental car.

    They told me I have to pay out-of-pocket for the fix and if anything happens from that point on, they would cover it. They've already taken two payments out of my account. At that point, I'm frustrated and upset. I feel like it's a scam company. I told the rep to cancel my warranty. I'm not gonna pay $105 a month when I'm paying out-of-pocket for my repairs. It's not right.

My experience with their reps was pretty straightforward but after I talked to the first agent, another agent called me about seven days later and he was adding to what the original agent already gave me for a quote. It was a little weird because the original agent already adjusted a quote based off of certain stuff and he had to call me the next day, then seven days later, the second agent was telling me that they got to do another raise on the quote.     I had a Volkswagen Jetta and I put the warranty on it because I plan on selling the car but I never had an issue with the car where I needed to use Endurance. Then, I put Endurance on the Mercedes 550 that I had. I also hadn't had an opportunity to use the warranty at all but I researched the different extended warranty companies that were out there like CarShield. I called a couple of dealerships and Mercedes recommended Fidelity. But when I saw some of the reviews on Fidelity, it didn’t sit well with me. The conversation I had with one of the people at Endurance made me comfortable.

    I came very close to getting CarShield with these people but the customer service agent guy was arrogant and pushy. I told him what I wanted and I told him to give me a couple of days and I will go through them. He was arrogant and he was bad mouthing. When I told him I used Endurance before, he was telling me about what they weren't gonna do and just how terrible company the others were. Usually when people hate on another person on the company, it's not true a lot of times what they’re saying. So, I thought I would stick with Endurance. The person I talked to was personable. I don't know what's gonna be the outcome if I ever have an issue but so far, so good. I just pay the money every month. I went to ConsumerAffairs and looked online and see who they recommend also.

    Endurance was excellent and made me feel comfortable spending my money with them. I loved to go with them just by their presentation. I'm in the car business that I just restarted so, I recommend people to get a standard warranty to save them out-of-pocket expenses because it’s expensive to try to fix a car. I haven’t had to make a claim yet but I recommend Endurance to almost everybody. Hopefully, they do what they say they do so I won't be embarrassed.

    My mother was watching a commercial about car warranty but it was through another company. She was insisting to get it because my car isn't brand new and that I should look into getting an extra warranty because I am a single parent, it's COVID-19, and just any event that I can't get my car fixed or anything should happen financially where I can't pay for any repairs that need to be done to the car, I would still have that covered.     I first came across Endurance but at the time, I didn't have the money to make the down payment and the down payment was pretty high so I didn't go with them. But they told me about how their policy covers a lot more than other car warranty companies and that if anything happens to the car, they would actually pay out more than the other companies that charged me little to nothing. I thought about it and then when I was ready, I went online to double check again and to make sure that I wanted to go with Endurance. I don't even know what I clicked on the computer, but in like two minutes, I got a call back from them.

    The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the company, the policy, and the things that I needed as far as protection for my vehicle. He answered every question and what he didn't know, he placed me on hold to get the information for me. If I missed a detail, he was gracious enough to go back over it to make sure that I understood what he was discussing when it came down to the breakdown of the policy. I felt confident that I was making the right choice.

    Three weeks later, my sensor went out. I haven't utilized the service yet, but I asked the representative if they would cover that particular sensor. He said that Endurance would cover it. I like the fact that the deductible is reasonable compared to what the repair may be like I can actually afford the deductible. I'm very satisfied.

    I really liked that Endurance had things like road service. It's a really full package. Some companies don't have that or they charge extra for that. Endurance had everything there which I need. The warranty is for my business vehicle which I need to have up and running all the time. I did compare three different companies, and Endurance was the best price and I liked the fact that their plan covered the vehicle for six years. Endurance's rep was helpful and really good. She answered questions for me and got everything taken care of.

    The bad side was once I started this, my first monthly payment was supposed to be on the 20th, which is next week, and they pulled it early. And so, that created some financial problems. They were supposed to refund it back to my account and they haven't done it. I reached out to their customer service, and the guy I spoke with said he was gonna do something. He said he was gonna call me back that same afternoon and let me know it’s taken care of. He never did. I put a note to my bank that this is a disputed payment because it was not supposed to be pulled on the 8th. It was supposed to be pulled on the 20th so I would make sure that funds are there. Luckily, there was and I didn't bounce anything, but they should have made that good, and they did not.

    I've always had an extended warranty, which I've always bought from the dealership, and I've always had a great experience. I bought a used truck and did one through the financing company and the first thing that went wrong was they didn't cover it. I paid for it out of pocket. Then, I told them to give me my money back and we would start over. I did some research and talked to two or three different places.

    The lady from Endurance that I talked to when I called was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the product and did a good job of listening to me. We went with the original mileage but this truck won't be in our household that long. This truck is gonna be passed down to my son. But she really worked backward and figured out a plan that would work for me based on the mileage that I thought we needed. Also, it's a little expensive but I've never shopped around other than with a new car and being a used vehicle, I get that it may be a little bit more expensive. But in terms of the payment options, especially in times like this, it was very affordable. They made it easy enough for us to do it and move forward.

    I talked to several people at Endurance. There were some misinformation in the beginning and then in subsequent calls, there were some corrections made in terms of information as well as the pricing. Endurance seems to have a lot of great reviews in terms of experience but it’s not their specific product that I ended up purchasing because they didn’t have their own package for that type. I looked at the service agreement that Endurance had but because of the sister company, I wanted to also look at the sister company’s service agreement and that wasn’t available. The representatives weren’t very helpful in terms of getting that information to me. The concern is whether I will get the same experience that other reviewers had who are with it. I was assured that it will be the same, but if another party is making certain decisions, they may not be using the same process or standards to make decisions I guess I just have to wait and see.

    I called Endurance and whatever the rep told me sounded good. He was able to cover me. He said that it'll be bad if I go with them at this time. But I still had 30 days to look at other companies. I can check them out and look at other companies if I wanted to. That encouraged me and I called two other companies to see what they were talking about. But it wasn't as good as Endurance. The rep also told me about elite plus where you get two free tires and a key fob just in case you need it for the first year. I thought that was good too. Another thing was that the diagnostic was included in the cost. Because usually, you gotta pay for each diagnostic. When the rep said it didn't matter what they fix, two or three times, it was still be on the one cost. So that was good. They gave me all the information. I had a good experience.

I don't think I got the best option plan I was able to get though because I had Endurance previously and I had a better package plan for my car. You also have to have used over 1,000 miles and you have to go to a certified dealership. Also, the 60 months stood out to me.     The Endurance rep I spoke to on the phone was very professional, upfront, and informative. But it was not until I signed up that I was told everything that they exclude out of the contract. There's one thing in particular that I was worried about and that situation ended up happening with this car. But I found out it wasn't covered. I really didn't like that. I would have really appreciated it if someone had told me the list of things that they don't cover. I wish that’s part of the practice. Other than that, I like everything.     I have had Endurance for a few years. I had the highest plan that covered just about everything. Whenever some needed to be repairs though there was always a loophole for them and they would cover little to nothing of the costs. They answer the phone quickly to sell you their insurance but you need to be on hold for 30 min and get transferred a few times before you can ever reach anyone regarding a claim. Better to go with a local company that bears the burden of responsibility instead of this national garbage company.

We researched pretty good for warranties that would deal with the dealership primarily. I talked to a couple of other places and watched their reviews and they were not so good.     The purchasing of my Endurance plan went well. They had the best rate, the best coverage, and then also they had the best customer reviews as well. But when the coil inside the AC's compressor went out, it took them about a day and a half to get back to the dealership in order to either approve or deny our claim to fix the AC. Trying to call them, I waited two and a half hours to speak to someone. It took the dealership about nine hours in order to get ahold of someone. It was a $2,600 repair and they wouldn’t cover it. They sent me a giant list of everything that was covered and I asked them specifically about AC and engine. They said that my AC was totally covered. I didn’t know that a tiny coil inside the compressor was not gonna be covered, which was kind of upsetting

    When I called the salesperson, he started out with soft. He was cool and he sold me with the way his approach was which was totally different. He was a great guy and everything with him was excellent 100%. When he sold me the contract, he was so good at selling and explaining everything, I missed the 30-day validation period, and there's no “and/or” in there. It’s 30-day validation, and then the next line says, “1,000-mile validation,” and I should’ve picked up that it was “and that”. In my mind, I was thinking like I do an oil change or either warranty expires, I got 190,000 miles or three years, whatever comes first. I was 20 damn miles short on taking my car in, and Endurance didn't bend. They didn't do anything. But it’s a done deal. I understand it now and it won’t happen again. I’m satisfied with Endurance.

    There were a few questions that I had to hunt down through several people at Endurance to get them rectified, but I got them rectified. They originally said that I would get a copy of all of the coverage and I had to call back three times to get that. I just had to get to the right person in order to get it. But when they’re selling something, they really need to get the contract to the customer ahead of time. At one point, I was so upset with it I was ready to tell them to give my money back because I paid the money and I still didn’t have a copy of the coverage. So, that's the biggest thing that they need to work on.

    Other than that, everybody was nice and promising. I used to have Hunt Valley, Maryland but Endurance covered a little more than they did for around about the same price, so I switched. So far, the coverage is okay but I'm hoping and praying that I don’t have to use the warranty right now. Should the need arise, I’m waiting to see how everything goes with that.

    I’ve got an F-250 diesel pickup and I’ve got the warranty with CarShield. When we bought my wife’s car, a MINI Cooper, there were things that Endurance covered more of than what they didn’t cover. So, we got the warranty for the MINI Cooper from them. And when my pickup's warranty runs out, I’ll change it to Endurance too. Compared to them, CarShield doesn’t offer more where you can pay for 24 months and it’s done for a while longer. For my pickup, I paid for 24 months but I still got another year or two left on it. But now they say when you get it, you have to pay for it as long as you want. With Endurance, we're paying about seventy dollars a piece and it's a little high. If somebody would call over with something cheaper, I may take it, but as long as it's about the same I'll stay with Endurance.

    Other than that, the guy I talked to at Endurance was a nice guy. But I started to cancel the contract because he told me he emailed our contract to the MINI Cooper but I never got it. I called, told him I couldn't open it, and he said he'd resend it. He resent it, but I still couldn't open it. And I kept trying to call him and left messages, but he never called back. So, I called the main office and spoke to a girl. She sent it right away and I got it.

    I'm a USAA member and when I reached out to them, Endurance was one of the choices on the list that they gave me. They were rated high, which was probably why I ended up going with them. The reps from Endurance were pleasant, professional and seemed to be very knowledgeable. They did a decent job explaining all aspects of the coverage. From what I understood, everything is covered from bumper-to-bumper with the number of miles that they gave me. However, since then, I've seen some promotions advertising warranty services with some of the same things that I have that are cheaper but I have not called them to go into details to do a complete comparison.     The warranty ran out on my jeep. Normally, they don't have many problems, but I just thought, "Well, in case it does, I'll have some kind of warranty." I looked Endurance up on the internet and went back and forth between them and Car Care, and I liked the way Endurance presented themselves online. I haven't had any problems, thank goodness. But if I do, hopefully, it'll be good.

    Endurance's customer service did a good job. The only thing I don't like is it's sort of like dealing with a car dealership. They give you a price, "This is the best we can do." I said, "Well, let me think on it." And then surely enough, "Well, I can give you this if you'll dadda, dadda, dadda." When I said, "No," they said, "Well, here's the bottom line." So, in a way, I coulda took the high price and pay them more money, the second price, pay them more money, and the final price, I figured, you ought to give somebody on the front end. So it made me think, but I did check the price and it's in line. Also, it seems like Endurance got better service since they handle the claims themselves. I didn't like the price negotiation but other than that, so far, I'm happy.

    I saw Endurance on ConsumerAffairs and I checked them out. The rep seemed very knowledgeable. I have an older car and I'm a little seasoned in age, so we didn't quite understand everything. She answered all of my questions and left no doubt in my mind. She explained the procedure, how long I had to wait before the policy kicked in as well as what it covered and what it didn't cover. I was happy with all her answers and everything went swimmingly well. I don't purchase things on whims, but she made me feel so comfortable that I purchased the insurance. They were the second one that I looked into and the first one that I purchased from. We need it 110%. A friend had an older car, and he has an $8,000 bill. He has a high-end car, but whatever kind of end it is, $8,000 sounds like a lot of money to me.

    It went great with the sales rep. He actually sold me on the warranty because I purchased it. He wouldn't let me off the phone until he made sure I bought that warranty. He kept going down on the downpayment price. I was telling him about how I went to CarShield and they had their price of $130 but after I did the reviews, all the reviews on CarShield were just crap. They got 1 stars from everybody and everybody was saying the same exact thing. That's when he said he would match CarShield for the 130. And the payment per month is only $70 so I was very satisfied with the salesman. He went above and beyond. The first payment was very easy to make too. My problem initially was 250 down. But I didn't have a problem with paying 130.

    It's very important to have an extended warranty. I've had vehicles before in the past where I've had issues with them and I got stuck with repairs. This has always been my thing about a used vehicle. When you purchase used, you're purchasing someone else's problem. So you always wanna be a step ahead of that and I only looked at the top three companies – Endurance, CarShield and another one. Endurance was number one and I wanted the number one. I also listen to a lot of Pandora in YouTube and a lot of the commercials that come on sometimes are Endurance Warranty. So I felt like Endurance has been talking to me for quite some time and I just wasn't listening.

    I purchased a used vehicle about five months ago and it came with a 12-month, 15,000-mile warranty. I was approaching the 15,000-mile mark pretty quickly, which was why I purchased an extended warranty to have that added protection. I was comparing a couple of companies and the biggest thing that made me go with Endurance was if there was a problem and the car was in the shop, you don't have to go to a third party, as far as them sending someone out an adjuster to check the repairs. They made it seem like their process was much simpler. The dealership or repair shop would just call them and they would authorize the repairs.

    I had an issue with the customer service when I purchasing the warranty. I was told a couple of things that weren't true. They sold me on them giving $500 cash and it took them a while to send it to me. They also gave it to me in email form and it really wasn't cash for spending. If I wanna buy something on Amazon for $100, I pay $90 for the certificate so I save $10. I called customer service about four times and every time I called, somebody gave me different information.

    I looked around, saw half a dozen companies and I happened to see Endurance Auto's literature. Having a 13-year-old vehicle, it seemed to make some good sense. The main reason I got the warranty is the offering of being able to repair things that go wrong with my car, potentially without a lot of out-of-pocket costs. I have the one that I pay for as long as I own the vehicle and I do monthly thing on a card. The terms of the agreement, which they have in writing, were what I desired. I wanted the major components covered, and I wanted to be able to go to a place of my choosing, even if it had to be a dealer. The salespeople also promoted it as being a bit more inclusive and a little less restrictive than other warranty offerings out there.

    It was professional. I bought other things online before, like most people, and the person endeavored to do all they could to get me to buy it. It was a bit of pressure there, but I pushed back and asked what they could do for me price-wise and terms-wise. It’s a give-and-take. I lived in Latin America for many years and I learned the art of negotiating. Most Americans don't know how to negotiate. They see a price, they pay it. To me, the asking price is the starting point of the negotiation. If it's a good deal for me, then it's a good deal.

    Also, these companies come and go. Corporations are big. They have a lot of money, they have lawyers, and they have HR. I don't ever cry for corporations. It’s what you can do to the individual who you are offering the product to that truly defines how flexible, as well as good, a company is. We were able to negotiate the price, which was a big plus. They gave me a veteran discount as well. I’m presuming that was something in the quiver of offers they're allowed.

    Updated on 06/24/2020: I just received my first call back. This was from Lee stating he was the manager, in fact he stated he was the ONLY one I would be able to speak to at Endurance. Of course claiming, "We cannot approve your claim due to lift" on my truck. Apparently the conversations and emails they have are lacking in its entirety. I had at least 5 phone calls prior to actually entering into a contract, the lift was discussed, according to Endurance it did not exceed its limitations beyond their scope so I was considered not modified by their scope to which I responded NO to that question during the verification process. I explained also in January the same truck with the same lift was at the dealership and that was discussed.

    He then claimed, "It's not on your paperwork," I find that very difficult to believe as it is on the paperwork from the dealership, in a voicemail I have from dealership, Jordan G (at Endurance, manager). Outrageous. I told him I hope that phone call was recorded and I am telling him I expect him to go back through and come up with a figure on every dime I spent with Endurance and I expect a full refund and I will pursue the rest in a different way with someone else. That is when he stated "I am the only one you will be able to speak to".

    I told him a few times to stop talking as all I needed him to do was come up with a figure and it should match mine and provide me a refund of every dime I spent with Endurance and I want the refund by the end of day today. He kept on then raised his voice to which I responded to stop. He wasn't going to raise his voice. While in the car with my husband his voice escalated loudly. We had to turn down the volume in the car :-(.

    I will be going through my bank records as I said I would, I also told him I wanted to be emailed that he has my correct email address that I no longer wanted to speak with him on the phone as it was pointless. I will say this. I will keep pursuing this, companies like this I realize this is how they make their money however to take advantage of people then develop a case of amnesia and lose all the information relating to an issue and keep only what values them is outrageous! BE warned. This company will NOT provide what it says it does. I will give them they have a great sales tactic however they do NOT back it up with good HONEST customer service.

    Original Review: I have to say here we are again. After the above issue I was contacted by Jordan ** (manager I was told) who provided a local mechanic shop to me. The first time my truck was in it went to the Ford Dealership. I was then told their prices were too high. We had a few things fixed on truck in the gap to where we are now. Now, 2 weeks ago I took truck to the requested mechanic shop and here is where it all falls apart. First they had to try and diagnose as the truck died while driving and was running really rough, which is why we brought it in. Once they did some tests they needed authorization to remove the valves (I believe that is the name) to test engine further. Trying to call in was a nightmare, no one returned calls to the mechanic, I tried calling left Jordan a message as well which I still have not received a response.

    FINALLY 2 weeks later he has what is needed to further test. From there mechanic called AGAIN and was told they will send an aduster out in a few days. A FEW DAYS, cannot even give the decency to schedule so this can be properly discussed. Yesterday I received a call from Endurance, couldnt make out the guys name as he spoke like he was sleeping. He told me to call the mechanic shop to have them call into Endurance to speak about the full report they received from adjuster. I asked what was going on as I dont know and have not heard from either the mechanic or Endurance. He would not tell me just told me to call the mechanic to have the mechanic call them. RIDICULOUS however I said ok. I thought the shop had been closed for the day as it was 5:32pm (CST). I called and the mechanic was open (they close at 6). I was then told Endurance told him there is NO coverage at all on my truck due to a lift. This is complete insanity!

    When I spoke to your customer service and Jordan as well the lift on the truck was discussed. I was told they do not cover suspension due to the lift and I was perfectly fine with that. After a few exchanged emails the plan picked for this truck was only to cover the engine/transmission and I felt comfortable enough to have some sort of protection if I ever needed it. Here is where I now believe, after these recent events, this company and their coverage is complete BS. I am not the only one that has had issues such as this, just read all the reviews you will find them if you dig. To be told I have NO coverage on my vehicle at all, I have been paying for covereage they now say I do not have. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS!

    I will make this situation public, I want someone to resolve this issue you cannot take money to cover a vehicle which you are well aware of what the vehicle is.... I also know this about my truck as Endurance spoke to the dealership it was previously at and was told the same thing regarding the lift on the truck. The dealership specifically spoke of the lift so Endurance CANNOT now come back and say they did not know. No one calls back, no one resolves anything here how can you take money and then throw your hands up and create more loopholes to protect yourselves????

    We bought a Kia two years ago and at the time, we were told it had the remainder of the 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty on the drivetrain and engine but at 50,000, the bumper-to-bumper would run out. Then I had a problem with the transmission. It ended being just a little bit low on fluid. But when I asked what my warranty would cover in all that, the rep said my warranty expired at 50,000 miles. I asked what about the engine, transmission and drivetrain and he said it all expired at 50,000 miles. That was really a shocker. So we went ahead and started looking at different companies and seeing what was what.

    It was really smooth, quick and easy working with Endurance. They were the third company I called and they had the best rates that I found out of all the different policies that were offered.     Endurance covers more stuff than a lot of warranties and they’re pretty transparent about what they’re covering and what they’re not so I chose them. I wanted as close to a factory warranty as I could possibly get for a vehicle that was out of factory warranty and it was great with their rep. The monthly cost is high, but it’s less than a car note. It’s a BMW so, anything that goes wrong with it, you pay about a grand at least.

    My wife drives the vehicle. I'm in the military and I travel a lot. So I wanted to make sure that if something was to happen, she wouldn't have to worry. She could just take it to the shop and she would be covered. Endurance came back with the things that they could possibly do for me in reference from a standpoint of bumper-to-bumper for the vehicle.     It was as painless as it can be, having to buy an extended warranty with Endurance. I was real pleased with the service that I received in choosing the coverage. And even more so, I was very impressed with the coverage available for the price. They were the best coverage for about the same amount of what I was about to purchase through CarShield. I'm not gonna say that all of CarShield’s employees are the same way. But the gentleman's attitude towards me and their customer service compared to Endurance, is what changed my mind.

    My vehicle is an expensive vehicle and it was getting up in mileage so I decided to get extended coverage and Endurance was the first on the list of the top 10. The person I talked to was very nice but they need to come down on their time that they want customers to wait before anything takes effect. And the mileage is way too high. I gotta go 1,000 and I gotta go for 45 days. Everybody else out there is a lot lower than that. With CarShield, it’s 500 miles and 20 days and they’re within dollars of each other for monthly payment. Also, Endurance didn’t take out the payment when they were supposed to. I lost my deposit on it and I went to a different company.

    I wanted to make sure that my car was covered for the next five years because I plan on keeping this vehicle and insurance won't cover the drivetrain and stuff like that. I read a bunch of feedback about the Endurance Auto Warranty and most of them were positive. I noticed there are thousands of companies right now offering extended warranties but a lot of them are using celebrities to try to pitch their market. Endurance didn't have all that.

    But when I talked to their rep, I almost felt blindsided. He was pushing it then later, I read an ad where it said they were offering a money-back for signing up with them. But I was never offered that and that was crappy. It reminded me of the cable industry as they do the same.     The rep on the phone made me aware of all the different rules. They also give you a 250-dollar Walmart card and I’m still waiting on that. Other than that, everything went fine. It is very important to have an extended warranty for your vehicle and I initially looked at three other companies. It seems that Endurance covers more of the essentials than others. But I also signed the thing that I have to have 30 days and a 1,000 miles first before I use the coverage. I think the 1,000 miles shouldn’t be there because you could have been in a used car place and everybody usually does something to fix up the car when they first get it to make sure it’s straight before you really start to use it.

    Endurance Auto Warranty was within the price range and purchasing their coverage was fine. My AC started blowing more hot air. So I contacted Endurancee and they told me to take it to Meineke or to a person that uses them. They didn't give us any list of people to use so we had to find somebody on our own. We took it into Meineke and they told us what was wrong. That was a good five hours and then we wouldn't let them keep the car 'cause I didn't have a rental car. Then Endurance said that they were gonna the parts that they wanted Meineke to put in our car. So I had to wait a couple of days before it was delivered to Meineke. Once it was delivered to Meineke, it was all day.

    I was supposed to get a free rental car when my car was in the shop but they couldn't give me the rental car until things were situated and processed. There needs to be a better system where as soon as you take your car at the shop, you can call insurance and set up the rental car. But they wouldn't do that without Meineke looking at the car first, saying what was wrong and doing the claim that way. I was without a car for the whole time that the car was being fixed.

    Endurance should talk to the consumer and allow us to set up the rental car. I asked for Enterprise because we were leaving the car at the shop and they can pick us up but Enterprise didn't even listen. They said that it was Hertz. Then when I set up the rental car, we called Hertz and their response was they didn't have any cars available.

    I was under the understanding that the warranty was up on my car. But last week, I went and got maintenance on my car and I found out that I have a 100,000-mile, bumper to bumper warranty. I contacted Endurance and told the rep that I wanted to cancel. He said that they'd cancel it but I had to do it in an email or a letter. I’ve sent them emails telling them to cancel the contract but they have not responded to me at all. I've told them not to take any more money off my card.     I got a used car, and sometimes they give problems. The market is down and work has been up and down and given the times we're living in, I didn't wanna not have the ability to pay for the car if something goes wrong.     I reached out to two other companies but Endurance had a better coverage and cheaper price for what I was getting. The payment plan is awesome.     I’m very disturbed and unhappy with Endurance Auto Warranty. My air had suddenly gone out on me. So I took the vehicle in and the mechanic made contact with Endurance. They made us wait almost a week for a decision on whether or not they were going to fix my air. The car was sitting there and I was inconvenienced. I was eligible for a rental vehicle because of the hours associated with that repair. So, I actually went to pick up the vehicle and drove it a few more days until we got word from the warranty company. They basically blamed it on COVID for the delay and the fact that there were so many other people with broken air at that time.

    My mechanic started working on the vehicle and he discovered that there was another issue with the HVAC system that needed to be addressed and he needed to get the door actuator. Endurance denied that, and I had to pay for that in excess of $300 out of pocket. It clearly stated in the warranty booklet that they provided that they would cover actuators. But the person on the phone tried to argue that it was a door actuator for windows.

    In the interim, I had told my mechanic to do the oil change and rotate the tires and tried to put some money into the vehicle. I haven't had the vehicle for a full year yet so I’m trying to put some TLC into it. So I added extra things for my mechanic to do. I ended up putting out more money into the vehicle than the warranty. I spent almost $1,000 and Endurance spent about 800, but they didn't wanna cover the complete repair. I’m not very satisfied. The car is still in the shop. From the time I took the car in and all the hang-ups with getting it approved and then I’d go to this person, this and that person. It was just like I was at the DMV. It just didn't feel right.

I gave him information and he talked to me a bit about how it worked then I asked questions and we did a debit account payment. He said he was going to send me some information in the mail, so I can have something written, but I never got any paperwork.     I had a horrible experience with these guys. I'm discussing my options with an attorney to recover the cost of replacing the transmission in my 2014 Silverado. They denied my claim saying the condition was pre-existing. The garage that installed my new transmission, Northeast Transmission, totally went to bat for me arguing that the damage could have happened in 1 day or over 3 months and therefore wasn't necessarily pre-existing. I satisfied all terms of the contract including the 1k mile/30 day wait period as well as Endurance's endless requests for invoices of services having nothing to do with this issue which I happily produced. Horrible customer service. They've tried silencing me twice by offering a new contract with a gag order attached and another letter offering the return of my premiums also with a gag order attached and refused to reply to my BBB complaint.     Endurance is one of the more expensive auto warranties but they spread the payments out longer so it's a smaller monthly fee. The fee is directly tied to how long the car is kept. If I sell the car, I can pass it on to them and they can keep paying it, or I just cancel it. The reps were a little bit cold, just very business-like, but they were very professional. When signing up, the information they send is more about how they treat the information and who they are. There isn’t any indication of this is what to do if there is a claim. I had to nose around on the web to find out how Endurance would actually even file a claim if the service is needed. Also, there should be a membership card to show a mechanic or a rental company or the tow truck driver.

    I have a newer car and it's a diesel which is more expensive. I wanted a warranty just to have a little bit of extra peace of mind and knowing that if there are gonna be repairs that I would have a company. I spoke with Martin and he was a good Endurance representative. He kinda advised me about the product and told me the general ins and outs. I was given two options for payments. It was either pay monthly or pay all upfront. I elected to pay monthly. It was a $208 deposit and the rest of it was $90 or $99 a month.

    The one thing that they didn’t specify or clarify is the vouchers. They said they were gonna give me a $500 voucher. But no one explained that it was broken up into two segments of $250 at semi-annual increments or that you have to go onto this website to do things specifically like make selections and kinda go through all that hassle. It was presented to me as if it was going to be essentially a gift card that I could just use like one of those prepaid debit cards. Knowing that upfront would have definitely been a difference-maker with my decision to purchase.
