    I went and looked at the reviews and the ratings, and Endurance had a pretty good rate. Customer service handled all my questions very well. She walked me through everything, from start to finish. I told her, at the time, I didn't have the money on my card, and I needed time. So, she went ahead and gave me a quote, and extended it for a couple of days. I ended up doing the same day, but went ahead and extended it for a couple of days, that way the rate wouldn’t change. She let me know what the best plan was without me having to ask her. I was very satisfied with them from the get-go. I haven't had to use them as nothing happened to my car, but, so far, it seems all right.

    I had an auto warranty with another company that I felt was screwing me around. But I need protection with the kind of car that I have because it is expensive to fix if something goes wrong. There was one lady from Endurance that talked to me the first time and she was very helpful. When I told her I wanted to think about it and I didn’t want to be pressured into it, she was very nice and said it was fine. Also, I was fixing the air conditioner on my car at the time and I wanted to make sure if this other warranty was going to take care of my air conditioner, which they didn't. Then, another man from Endurance called and told me that he was a manager. I told him that I talked to this other lady and I haven't made up my mind yet, and he said it was okay.

    After that, I called in to ask for him and whoever answered the phone told me that he could go ahead and sell it to me. He said it was in the computer how much the other rep quoted me, and I went ahead and bought the warranty. Their price is also a little bit cheaper than the other company. But I’ve called them three different times to get a hard copy of the policy, because I don't have a computer to print it off, and they told me the last time I called that they mailed me one on the 7th. So I should be getting it, but I haven't gotten it yet. So that’s 17 days and I don't know what the holdup is.

    I recently filed a claim on my extended vehicle warranty with Endurance. This is the first time I've ever filed a claim. The vehicle is a 2017 Ram 3500 diesel. The low pressure fuel pump is failing. When the ASE certified shop called Endurance to get the work needed approved, they were denied. The reason stated was that they cover fuel pumps, but not the one that failed. When I called to speak with the claims department, I was told the module which failed in the pump is not covered so therefore, the pump is not covered. They said it must be part specifically listed on their list in order to be covered. This is a completely useless warranty!

    I just bought an expensive vehicle that didn't have a warranty, which was why I looked into getting one. Endurance had a complete package. It was a bumper-to-bumper and it was a good price, which was a good deal. The deductible is lower than some other competitors. For $100, you can’t beat that. It's worth $137 a month but I got an Audi and if something breaks on it, it costs way more than that. The rep I worked with was thorough and answered all questions so I was pleased with that.

    I recently purchased a vintage sports car. It’s in great shape, but I thought about the big, “What if,” and I didn’t wanna leave myself unprotected. I went through AARP and Endurance was the first one listed. The representative was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I talked, heard the pricing and the coverage, and I felt it was gonna be good. I'm not anxious to have to use them, but I'm very happy to know that I now have them. My vehicle is a 2005 Lexus SC 430, the hardtop convertible, and I’m still excited about it, but as I talked to the adviser, describe the miles and whatnot and the pricing for bumper-to-bumper coverages, the fact we could take it out six years and 75,000 additional miles was great. I need to look more closely at the discounted gift cards, or how we refer to those. I haven't really taken the time to look at those, but that’s a nice perk if you will, to be added to the overall package.

    Since my vehicle has more than 100,000 mileage, I felt like it might need to have the extended warranty. I had one when I first bought the vehicle from 2018 but I wasn't trying to extend it further because I purchased a used one and the vehicle is still under finance. So, until my finance is paid off, I should have an extended warranty on my vehicle for my safety, then at least, I can save money when I need to repair the vehicle. Endurance was the first company that popped up from the website I was checking out and the reps I spoke explained about the payment plan thing, what would happen if I cancelled the warranty, and what would happen after the warranty.     The purchase process of Endurance online was alright. Initially, I was pleased with the way my sign up was handled. Now, I'm not pleased with the follow-up. I gave them the downpayment and made my first monthly payment. However, I wanted to get a copy of what I bought but they said I couldn't get that until I was in the program for a month.     I have a 7-year-old vehicle and I’m planning to keep the vehicle for three more years. The manufacturer's warranty is off of it and getting a service contract is the best way to protect the vehicle.     I purchased the Endurance Warranty in May 2020. I spoke to the salesperson and his manager. I was promised that all electronic parts in the 2014 VW Passat are covered under the warranty they sold me. In Nov, 3rd I ran into an issue with my car. I took the car to my local dealership. After a few hours of wait, the dealership identified the problem. The Body Controller Module on my car failed. The service advisor told me with parts and labor I am looking at 1200 plus tax. I told the service advisor I have an Endurance warranty with confidence.

    The Service advisor told me to let's call them and file a claim. After waiting on hold for about 30 min. We finally got someone at the Claim department. After the service advisor provided all requested information. The endurance Claim advisor told him that this part (BCM) is not covered under my warranty. I decided to call and speak to a manager. The second person told me the same thing. I tried to explain to them what the salesperson told me, they did not want to hear it. I have to pay out of my pocket now to get this fixed.

    Endurance Warranty is a fraud. I called the Endurance warranty for the third time to cancel it. I was placed on hold and the Endurance rep came back on the line. She told me that the reason Endurance did not cover it is that the part is part of Technical Bulletin and VW should fix it. This is false information and I called the dealership again and they explained what is the Technical Bulleting and this part is not covered by VW. There is no recall or workaround to fix the BCM if it fails, and BCM is not listed under the parts they do not cover in the contract. Luckily I was able to cancel it. I do not recommend anyone to purchase Endurance Warranty. They promise you a bunch of Lies and inaction to not deliver. Don't be fooled by online reviews. Those are mostly paid by the Endurance team.

    Endurance seemed to be okay and legit. They were very thorough in explaining the policy, what it would and wouldn't cover, the difference between them and CarShield, and the benefits of having their policy versus the CarShield one. I was fairly satisfied to say, at least. I haven't had to use the policy yet but they were very upfront. What I like is that I don't have to pay for five years of the coverage. I paid two and a half years, and then I'm done paying and the coverage is still active for the duration of the five years, which I thought was pretty cool.

    Endurance kept calling me and when the warranty on my Honda ran out, I called them. The customer service was fine. They explained everything and it was pretty smooth. I got their plan and I have a monthly payment. They said I have five years but I only have to pay for the first three years. I don't understand how that works unless the price is all included. But I'll find out they worked it out.

    I was satisfied with my experience. So far, it's okay. The only thing was they kept calling me to do a policy with them again. I told them I already did and that they should talk to each other. Their rep apologized and we laughed about it. It wasn't a big deal. She was just following up and she didn't see that it was already through. I would recommend Endurance if somebody needed it because I didn't have any problem with it. But we will have to see if I have any trouble if I ever have to put a claim. That's when the truth comes out. They said all the major engine transmissions are covered except for normal wear and tear of the brakes. That's up to me to take care of. But if they say something major ain’t covered, then I would have a fit. I only have 74,000 miles on the car.

    I was told that Endurance was the agent for taking care of claims and that they weren't farming out the risk to the other company. The purchase was like dealing with a car salesman. They weren't pressuring me but it was a little bit too much of sales. Then, I later found out they really didn't understand the product and it created a lot of problems.

    I wanted an exclusionary contract and as I read through the material, it said electronics not covered unless I have the tech package. I'm looking at what they sent me and the tech package wasn’t checked. I called them back and told them that's not what I bought. But they said that they see it on their end. I told them I was canceling the contract. The rep offered something but he has no authority to make that statement. It was back and forth with him and then it became these huge discounts they were giving me if I stay.

    Finally, I got someone who asked where it says uncovered in the contract and he was able to find that it was covered. They could’ve saved themselves and me a lot of aggravation if somebody was able to show me where in the contract I had that coverage and nobody could until I got the last person. At that point, I told them to cancel the contract. That was my third or fourth go-around with them and they promised that they would send me a corrected contract but they didn't. They sent me a copy eventually but it was exactly the same as the first contract.

    I tend to have bad luck with cars mainly because I drive a lot for work. I'm trying to use the Dodge Journey more of a family car and my other car that I don't have the policy on for work. The other car has turned out to be a good car so far so I'm trying to make sure I can keep the Dodge Journey running as much as I can, especially because I'm still like financing it.

    I read reviews from Google, Yelp, and Facebook. I purchased a policy for my work car through CarShield last year. After reading it more in-depth, I diodn't think that it covers really much of anything so I ended up canceling CarShield. But I really needed to have an extended warranty just in case. I was thinking about CarShield again because I saw they have a different type of plan. But I saw Endurance also has different plans and they were rated in the top five unlike CarShield. I went with Endurance instead.

    When I purchased my Endurance policy, I knew the downpayment was split. That was the way it was worded. I thought it was 30 days from the day I purchased it then the payments would proceed 30 days from there. I did the part of the downpayment on the 16th when I bought the policy. I thought the next payment was gonna be November 30th for the downpayment. But I kind of got confused. The next payment came out on the 31st which was two weeks later and I wasn't expecting that. That kind of messed with other bills that I had.

    I called and I got that refunded. The downpayment was rescheduled for my next paycheck on the 13th and the new payments on the 30th. And every 30 days from there was explained the way I had understood it. It was just the wording about the downpayment and when that was supposed to come out was bad. I knew there was supposed to be another payment that was supposed to come out before the 30th. I was looking in the emails and reading the policy but I could not find the date. It then came out from my checking account so I thought that was the date. Endurance should explain more exactly the dates from when the payments are supposed to be expected. I was a little bit surprised when the downpayment came out of my account a couple of days. Thankfully, Endurance was able to work with it.

    I got a new car last year and I put so many miles on it in the first year that my warranty was gone so I needed another one. Endurance was the first one I saw and they had nice prices and good deals. I felt this was okay and went with it. It worked for me. I had a very helpful rep. I only wanted to put a warranty on one car but by the time we finished and because the deals were so good, I ended up putting a warranty on four cars.

    Customer service was supposed to call me back to get the mileage but I haven't gotten a phone call from them. I gotta call them again. I tried to call them a couple of times and it was kinda hard to get them back on the phone. With everything going on and with everything being held online and over the phone, I know it's gonna take a while to get on the phone. It's okay though.     When I first called Endurance, I asked to see a copy of the insurance policy before I signed on, to see what was covered. They said I had to give them $100 deposit to see the insurance policy. When they had me go to the person who confirmed my credit card, they said there would be a $20 charge, just for sending me the email of the insurance policy, and I’d get $80 back. I told them that was not what I was told. I was told I'd get the $100 back.

    When I called, finally, they put me through to a customer service manager. After I discussed with him for about 10 minutes saying that I thought that it was a bait and switch, that they change their information between people, he said, “Okay, we'll cancel.” The other thing was, they said to me I had until November 11 to make the decision on whether I wanted the insurance or not. But the customer service agent said, “Oh, no. You have until November 30th to make the decision.” I said, “That's not the information that people gave me.”

    Then when I talked to the sales manager, I said the entire cost of this insurance was $3,400. I said to him, “I have never paid $3,400 for repairs on my car.” He said to me, “You have a 2016 Honda. And you know at 70,000 miles, the electronics fail. They failed on a lot of cars.” I said to him, “How much does that cost to do the repair?” He said, “Oh, 20 $2,200.” I said, “So, even if I had that done, it's not economical.” I wouldn't deal with them.

But I was considering canceling my policy. I got the paperwork in and I read over it. They didn't mention that it was $4,000. If they did, it went over my head as that’s not something I know of.     My original warranty from my Dodge was for a Moog part. Somehow I missed it. I was supposed to get my powertrain inspected every five years. After 12 years, they said no problems.     The whole process for onboarding was fine with the exception that I needed more information. Once they made the assessment about the vehicle, and about the need for the coverage, they should have front-loaded the conversation with more information because at that point in time, I had to make a decision. I had just cancelled with another one that was vague and ambiguous, and I didn't like what I heard. Based on the recommendation of a family member, I was told that Endurance was a better product. I'm on a budget because of COVID and the monthly payment is a bit too high for me. But it’s not as high as some of the other third party vendors. So far, they were pretty reputable.     I have a 2012 Fusion with 72,000 miles. I thought I had 10 years or 100,000 miles but it came out that I only had eight years. I looked up Endurance and it was one of the best five car warranties out there. I called and their rep was nice enough. She was great and answered all my questions. I bought the policy and that was easy.

    But I haven't gotten anything yet. I thought they would send me an envelope with the card and all the information like what's covered on the card. I don't know if they're waiting for the 30 days to come up or the 100,000 miles I put in the car first. I was told to go online and log in. I tried it for the first time but I couldn't even get in. The site kept telling me it was the wrong password. I haven't even registered on it.

    I also had to call back because Endurance was taking the payment out of my checking account when I told them I was gonna send the payments on my own and for them to send me a bill.     I decided to get an extended warranty due to the mileage that I’m getting on my vehicle and the likelihood of it breaking. The expense of that outweighs the little bit that you’re gonna pay foe a policy and if something happens. It was a good experience with Endurance. The rep answered every question I had to a T. Then, before we got off the phone, I came up with a few more and he went out of his way to answer those. He looked up an answer on one of them so I was very happy with that as well. As far as the sales experience, they did a great job. There was a down payment of 200 and something dollars, and then, it was 100 something a month.     Endurance was listed as one of the top 10 in ConsumerAffairs, which was why I chose them, and the main thing was my vehicle. I had a bad relationship with CarShield so I will never use them again. My car had already indicated that it was time to be serviced. But they wouldn't repair the vehicle if it hadn't broken and put you down. Then, they would send you a tow truck and rent your car. Instead of spending money for that, if it's time to replace my timing belt, they could just go ahead and pay the dealership for replacing it. I paid that money for almost 12 months and they said they couldn't do it because the belt did not actually break. As soon as I paid it out of pocket, I said that was it.

    I wanted to confirm that I wouldn't have the same issue with Endurance. I spoke to the one that took my call and then, the rep went to the second level to find out what the warranty entailed and then that individual went to the next department to make sure that they told me the right thing. The reps assured me that I wouldn't, so I'm hoping that's the case. Time will tell but the reps told me that the drive train would be covered as well as the major repairs. There's no stipulation if it breaks or needs to be replaced. The representatives were very understanding and weren't forceful. They didn't act as though I was getting them out of their last nerve by asking questions. So, they were very good. They represented the company very well. So far, everything's great with Endurance and I haven't had any issues. They sent me confirmation on everything that they were doing.

    I was thinking about getting rid of my car, which I paid off about a couple of months ago, and purchasing a new one. I started looking at the economy and I was looking at all the election stuff and I said that I’m going to keep my car. And if I was gonna keep it, I needed to get an extended warranty for it. I let the last one go and it was over with about six months ago because I didn't wanna renew that one because I was gonna get rid of the car.

    The sales representative was helpful and cordial. We were having all kinds of conversations but the main one stuck upon the purchase of the actual coverage and things of that nature. He was delightful to talk with. It was great. The car only has 80,000 miles on it. It was a small amount but he answered a number of questions that I had, which was what pushed me over the edge. Making the payment for the warranty was very easy and I did everything over the phone. He explained what the payment was for and my deductible.

    I received a letter in the mail from a company that will be doing the automatic drafts every month. It said that if I choose not to do that, then to call Mepco, which was their name. When I called that company, the interaction was a little different. They weren't as forthcoming. They didn't want to stop the pre-authorized draft and then finally told me to call Endurance, and gave me the number. I spoke with a young lady and at first, she said that I hadn't had this policy long enough. I explained to her that they just sent the billing information. But then she said that they got it all straightened out.

    The reason I didn't wanna do the pre-authorized ACH with this other company that received in the mail, is they couldn't tell me what day it was going to be taken out on. All they could tell me was that I was using a credit card and the last four of my credit card. The rep said that I would have to call back or I could go online. I said that he should be able to look at my account and tell me. Right then was when I said that I didn’t wanna deal with this company. So I dealt directly with Endurance.

    I work for the government myself and I deal with a lot of companies with contracts and various agencies where the customer service is crap. I did my research, which was how I found Endurance. The number one objection that I look for in most of reviews is how customer service deals with the problem, getting back with them, customer service taking their problem or concern seriously, and doing everything they could to fix or find solutions. Almost every one of the reviews about it is what drives me towards the company. I read a lot about their customer service, then I'm on board.

    I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima with 64000 miles back in June 19, 2020 with a clean carfax. It came with a 12,000 mile warranty which covers motor & transmission.     2600 miles later I started to notice a little rattling noise I decided to get it check by the Nissan dealership turns out the transmission needs repair dealership summited the claim. Adjuster inspector come out to inspect the vehicle. Next thing you know I get a call from the service advisor telling me my claim was denied due to the transmission being a pre existing issues. I call the claims department. I get Rayan. I ask him why was my claim denied. He stated that the policy was 7 days in. It was consider new & inspector stated it was an existing issue.     I fought with Endurance for almost a year, trying to get coverage for my 2015 Jetta covered through them. I was sold a policy with less coverage than I desired and called back to upgrade to the top-level coverage. The representative reassured me that everything was fine and I would be on the highest level of coverage offered. When it was time to make my next payment, I was still showing active under both policies, making them cancel both of them out and start over completely. Every time a new policy with a new waiting period happening four times between Aug 2019 - May 2020.

    I spoke to entry-level representatives, supervisors, and account managers with no resolution. Taking $120 out of my pocket and leaving me in an endless waiting period is the only thing Endurance did for me. I once again spoke to someone who was supposed to get my car covered under their superior coverage only to find out my car now had too many miles for their coverage, and they wouldn't be able to cover my vehicle. I didn't receive a refund, and if anything happens to my car, I'm on the hook now.     I did a Google search of aftermarket auto warranties and Endurance was the first one. So, I checked them out first. I was telling the rep I didn’t have the car and he said I was gonna lose this thing if I didn’t get it then. So, I got it but I did ask it would be a problem if I don’t get the car. They ended up selling it so I cancelled the warranty and they haven’t refunded the money yet. But the enrollment process was excellent such as how the rep handled it. She gave all the information that I could get. I might look at Endurance again.

    The warranty expired, and we were getting a ton of phone calls from different warranty places. We had thought about ordering roadside assistance, like AAA or something anyway. So, since it was part of the package and it would also cover the car longer, we just decided that it might be a good idea to do. I had people calling me and I had talked to one or two of them. They were giving me the hard sell. I don't like to sign up with something when someone calls me to reach out, so I decided to look up different extended warranty companies.     I've always had bad luck with cars in the past so I felt like I needed a car warranty for this one. It is extremely important. The rep I spoke with at Endurance was good and out of all the different warranties that had called me, Endurance was the cheaper one. They were friendlier and nicer. But on all car warranties, you're gonna find something that they don't cover and usually, those are the ones that break down. When I signed up, they told me one thing and then over time, they told me different. But I'm sure all companies are like that.

    I had a phone call from somebody because I had to take my car in. The first time I took it in, it didn’t get covered. This time right now, the car is in the shop and it's done, and Endurance said they weren’t gonna cover it. The dealership submitted the claim for me and I don’t know what they did but Endurance went ahead and covered it. So, that was great.

    I felt more comfortable having some kind of assurance because I purchased a used car and the factory warranty on my other car expired, and for safety reasons. When I called back the first two companies that we spoke with, I couldn't get back to anybody but the sales department. That went on for about a week and I didn't feel comfortable with being in business with somebody that couldn't even return phone calls or couldn't follow up with messages. So, we canceled both.

    When I went to Endurance, everything that they said was gonna happen happened. When I needed to call them back, I got a quick response. Also, the price was comparable to what other people were offering. But it was just I felt the comfortability down with the agents that I talked to.     My only complaint with Endurance is the false advertisement for the $250 you get in the beginning and 250 later. I was told you're gonna get $250 that you can use online. I was like, "Are you serious?" The rep was like, "Yeah. $250 which you can use anywhere you want. Do you like shopping on Amazon?" They said, "Once you sign up in three days, you'll get an email. You'll get your reward." I didn't get the email. I called back. They said, "Oh, 48 hours." 48 hours, no email. I called back. They said, "It's 72 hours." 72 hours, nothing, no email. The lady said, "Oh, it takes about two weeks." So, two weeks came, I called. No email. The lady said she sent it through a month ago. She sent it again.

    I looked at it last night at work, and I was like, "Okay, let's see what I could possibly spend this money on." So, when words come through, you don't get $250 to spend. You get 5% off of something and you're spending your own money to buy stuff. The way they described it was for us signing up, we're gonna get a reward to be able to spend. But you honestly don't. Especially how they took so long to even send the email afterwards, that was frustrating.

    I had a warranty with Ford but my truck ran past the Ford renewal mileage, so I went to Endurance. The vehicle protection specialist guy was complimentary, he helped me out. I was just a little bit upset that I didn't get my paperwork like I wanted or as quickly as I wanted. I had to go back and do some stuff with it.     The warranty I have through the dealership is gonna expire at the end of December. I looked at extended warranties online and a lot of the comments that Endurance had on there by customers looked pretty good. The representative was very helpful and gave me what options I could do. I'm a senior so that was really helpful. The purchasing process went well. The only thing that I had an issue with was the policy. They had a hard time emailing it to me. Other than that, the extended warranty usually helps me out. Everybody should have one, especially when purchasing a used vehicle. Their warranty goes out quickly and only cover certain parts.

    Updated on 10/23/2020: I got everything that they said they were gonna give me. With the autopay that I set up with them, they've been precise about taking it out when they were supposed to. I haven't had any issues with getting overcharged or the payment not going through. Initially, my experience was a little frustrating. There are no times on the website saying when they're open. As far as the sales department is concerned, it opens on time and you can reach someone from the sales department without a problem at all. Then when it comes to customer service, it was a little frustrating. But I got in contact with someone as soon as they opened. So, it was relatively easy.

    With the claim that I have with them, I assume that everything is going well with it. I forwarded the information to Mercedes, who was fixing my car, and they haven't contacted me saying that there are any issues with the payment. So, everything went good. Endurance said that a certain issue was covered under my policy. When I reached out, they were doing what they said they were gonna do. So, I'm happy. I only had to pay $100 deductible on something that would've cost me $1,200 out of pocket. I like it. I would tell my friend to go ahead and get Endurance auto coverage because they take care of you. I would definitely recommend it to my friend.

    Original Review: I have a used Mercedes Benz and I know that maintenance on Mercedes is high. I wanted to have some cushion or something that will help me with certain mechanical issues. Endurance was one of the higher ranking companies with good customer service and was actually doing what they say they do. A lot of these extended warranty companies don't do what they say they're gonna do. They say they'll fix this and help with that, and when this and that occurs, they don't.

    I worked with a very nice and very informative rep. He was good. It was easy to set up automatic debits, so the money's been coming out of my account monthly. The conversation that I had with a young lady went well. I asked if a certain malfunction is covered under my coverage. She said she believes so, then she went in and said that it was. I then asked her what would be the next steps that I would have to take and she told me what I needed to do. I should take the car to an ASE certified mechanic, which I've already done. She told me to get them to contact Endurance claims department with my customer policy number, and everything should be handled from there. I called Mercedes and gave them the information. The guy I spoke with said that he would call them as soon as he got at least a 30-minute break yesterday because it was gonna take a while. He said that warranty companies like to drag their feet.

    In the advertising, part of the sales pitch was that they give you either a $250 gift certificate or gift card for you to spend virtually with different companies in your area. Initially, I never got the email. I never looked for it until a couple of weeks later because I didn't have anything that I wanted to spend it on. So, I just waited. When I went to browse my email, I didn't see it. I reached out to Endurance maybe 10 days ago and said I never received the email about the gift cards or anything stating that I had the policy, but I know I do because the money's getting taken out of my account.

    The gentleman I spoke to then said that he would resend it while we were on the phone, which was done expeditiously. While I was on the phone, I was able to check, look, and see both the email from someone stating that I do have coverage. Then the gift cards were sent. I looked at the gift cards, and then I exited out of my email. However, when I went to access the gift card again, there was no record of the email even being sent. I can see now that it's a self-deleting email, but that was never expressed to me. When I go to search and type in Endurance, the only email that comes up is an advertising email, and then an email from a gentleman that represents Endurance saying that my policy is active and giving me the instructions on how to access it online. So, that's kind of frustrating.

    Overall, I'm in between satisfied and dissatisfied. Money has been taken out of my account and I haven't been able to access the gift card. If you're giving me a gift for utilizing your service, I should be able to get it. With me having an open claim now, if everything goes good with the claim, I will be extremely satisfied. I would tell others that Endurance is worth looking into, but I would not recommend a decision to or not do it.

    I had a warranty that was expiring so I needed to get another one. I looked at three companies and I liked the length of the contract and the competitive price that Endurance offered. In their contract, it's five years. But you pay monthly so you can stop it at any time you want to. The other thing is that after two years, it's paid for so that for the final two years of your contract, you're not paying anything. I liked that I was virtually paying for a five-year contract in two years. Payments for purchasing was easy. They ask for so much down then it's just every month. I did the auto payment. The service rep was great. My sign-up experience went very well. I took five years and 50,000 miles, which is all I need on the vehicle I have.

    It felt okay dealing with Endurance but I called them about a couple of weeks ago and asked them what if I decide to cancel before my 30 days, and they said I won't get all my money back. I asked how much is that because I put in around $111 and they wouldn't give me an answer. I tried to be specific like is it the whole amount that I gave as a down or is it the whole amount of the insurance because I think it was about 3,000 some odd dollars for three years in payments and I'm insured for four years or 100,000 miles. I know they sent me a bunch of paperwork and I'm not very good at reading paperwork. And I didn't ask them how many claims I can put in in a year or over a lifetime. Let's say the truck breaks down and then I have to fix something and say three months later, it breaks down again.

    Endurance ultimately is a scam. When they sell you the contract, they don't tell you anything about the "fine print"! Any claim you file is can be denied because of "wear & tear" which happens to all cars. That's why we purchase warranties. To protect us from those things. Yet they denied my transmission claim because it malfunctioned, at no fault of my own, but they deemed it to be wear & tear. Even though they said the transmission is a covered expense! Don't waste your money dealing with this horrible company!

    When I bought my car, I purchased the warranty at the dealership and when I got home, I started doing some research on what I bought. The car I bought was kinda expensive and the warranty I bought was very expensive relative to what I got. So, maybe there was a chance that I could get a better deal on what I purchased. I bought a 2017 BMW X5 M and nothing on this car is cheap. This is a $125,000 car. So, I better check some things out. The warranty that I got when I bought the car was a 36-month, three-year powertrain only and I paid seven grand for it. When I got home, I started doing some research thinking that it was probably a bad plan. So, I started looking around and looking to figure out who had the best service.

    I called my mechanic that normally works on my Ford products and I asked him what the best company is that he deals with. He said that Endurance is good and that I should probably look them up, which I did. I started talking to somebody and he said Endurance offered what I wound up getting, which was the top-of-the-line program for more time and more mileage, and it saved me $2,000. I liked that the program that I got covered tires, fobs and things like that, which was why the selling point to me was awesome. I haven't tried it yet but if that's accurate and that's what I get out of this, then we're gonna be golden.

    I had an older vehicle that I was spending a lot of money on and we sold it. We bought a new one. While I was sitting in the dealership buying a new car, I started thinking about the other cars I have. I have one car that has a lifetime warranty on it, but the other two were out of warranty. I decided that it's time to get extended warranty for the others, too. I went through a website, and Endurance was the one recommended on top. I started checking for reviews online and saw that the reviews were very good. Extended warranty is one of those things that you don't know how good they are until you really need them. The only way to know that in advance is to check reviews.

    Endurance reached me after I submitted that I'm interested in getting quotes. They reached out to me over the phone while I was still at the dealership dealing with paperwork on the car that I was buying. They told me what they're offering and what their coverage is and how much it's gonna cost. At the time, I told them that I wanted to do a second car, except that I didn't have the exact mileage and the VIN for the other car. So, we continued that call the next week to get the other car under warranty as well.

    They did a very good job because they did get my business. The only one thing and I still need to check with them is that at the time, they were making a promise that I'm gonna be getting a $250 discount coupon. I still haven't received it. I'm going to follow up with them and ask them about it. Because it's two cars, so it's $500. The rep said said I'm gonna get it then I need to get it.

    My truck's warranty ran out. I had a warranty on my car but my car got totaled. I didn't like that warranty company so I went to Endurance for my truck. They're very well-known and they help you out more than what the other warranty company did. Vanessa was my rep and she was very good. She did pretty well explaining the aspects of the coverage. The coverage would include the wiring tube. The drivetrain and the motor are part of their warranty. I got a book about the coverage too. Being a senior and handicap, that was a good choice that I made. I liked Endurance better.

    Endurance is a super warranty company and one of the best. When they show their advertisement on the TV, it's better than any of the rest. And the people are very kind and considerate when they talk to you. They answer the questions that you have. I would never go back to Black Diamond if I had to change because they didn't really help me out like what Endurance has done.

    I purchased a used car and wanted to have the warranty. There was a query that I made on the internet, and Endurance was prompt in responding. Dealing with the sales rep went a little more aggressive than I would have preferred, but it was an intense sale. I cancelled it immediately. The experience I had in canceling it was more negative than the sale.

    I spoke with the representative. I called and indicated that I did not choose to keep the policy, I had not used the policy, and that I was canceling it, could not afford it, just decided that that was not something that I wanted. The sales representative indicated to me that I didn't have that as an option. They had already debited my account for it. I instructed them that I had called, as a courtesy, because I had instructed my bank to stop payments, because I felt that it was not something that I wanted, and that I was not going to use it and therefore I would not pay for something.

    I would not allow them to debit my account, which my bank immediately set through a dispute on the payment. The representative online insisted, "Well, we've been paid already. So you may as well use it." I said, "Dear, let me help you understand. I don't want it, will not use." "Well, you may as well because you're covered until--" I said, "Let me help you understand. When I bought the policy, I did it all on the phone, answered a few questions for them then they took care of the process. I talked to one rep and he sent me to another rep. That individual said I was eligible for an upgrade so they upgraded me to a full bumper-to-bumper coverage.     Since the beginning of the year, I have been receiving all kinds of mail with all different kinds of offers. After going through all of them and checking them out online, I found that the Better Business Bureau recommended Endurance. They were clean. Some of the other ones did not have that. I gave Endurance a phone call, and the rep I spoke with knows a lot. Everything went fine but then I received a phone call from a person from another company who convinced me to go with them. I finally got ahold of someone but when I finally found the Endurance's number, it was too late. Before the policy ever came into effect, the timing chain and all that went out on my truck. It's a $2,500 repair and I can't fix it. I was kind of hit. There was nothing I or Endurance could do. I feel like I just wasted my money. There ain't any need in paying for this anymore. Once your timing chain goes out on a Ford Expedition, that engine's shot. There ain't any need insuring it. If you got an older vehicle and you think something might go wrong with it, it's okay to go ahead and purchase Endurance 'cause it will save money in the long run. But it didn't do me any good.

Within 30 days, I didn't get my card. I was nervous 'cause I've never heard of these people before so I cancelled them. Sure enough, I got my money back. But because I did that, when I went and got the extended warranties through them this time around for my car and another vehicle, they hit me both times for a reconnect fee. They charged me twice even though one was never through them before. I just hope they're true to their word and things get covered like they said that they would and not be like a lot of warranties where they say it's covered then something breaks and it's not covered.

    I already had extended coverage from Endurance on another car. I got it again. Their reps handled my questions fine, but I haven't received my card yet. Initially, it was supposed to be sent out in the mail. A few days ago, I called and told them that I hadn't received it yet. They said they would send out another one. They said it'll be 7 to 10 days to get it. It's only been about four days. But it would be nice to get stuff when you're supposed to get it. It's not a problem but it would be nice to have the book before I need it. It's funny because when I bought the first policy, the same thing happened. I did not get the book in the time they had told me. I called them, and they sent another one. So, I finally got it.

    There was a listing for Consumer Reports, and there was a write-up on Endurance there. I had already had a good experience with them. So, that wasn't in question but it was nice to see that they had a nice write-up in Consumer Reports. As far as the coverage, it’s standard policy to have to wait 1,000 miles and at least 30 days for the policy to kick in force. This last car that I put that policy on, the actual manufacturer's warranty was still active on the car when I got the policy. It would seem to me that I shouldn't have to wait 1,000 miles. But if that's their policy, that’s their policy.

    I'm satisfied with the coverage because I did use it once on the original vehicle that I purchased for. I liked that policy because it was a no-deductible, and they took care of the issue I had. I don't understand why a newer vehicle couldn't get that same kind of policy, but it wasn't available. It would be nice to have that option of a no-deductible instead of the $100 deductible I have.

    When I bought the vehicle, it was already at 170,000 miles. It’s more than beneficial to make sure that you have a type of coverage at that type of mileage. Endurance called me and told me what was going on and what could be done. So, I picked them. When I looked at the rates and reviews, they were one of the top ones. The purchasing process was quick but based on the policy and the way that it read, I need to have certain things done as per the maintenance for the vehicle. Based on my situation, I don't know what was changed. I don't know the previous owner and I don't know what they did.

    According to my vehicle maintenance log, at this many miles, I’m supposed to have a thing changed. If I haven't had it done within the guidelines of the maintenance for that type of vehicle, then they will say that they can't pay for it, because I was supposed to have it done. I’m in a limbo because the contract also reads that if it’s not broken, don’t change it. My timing belt is supposed to be changed at 150,000 miles. I don't know whether the previous owner did it or not. They didn't leave a record. And I’m looking at a $500 expense for a timing belt because it’s supposed to be changed at 150,000 miles.

    It was time to look into acquiring an auto warranty and I had a good conversation with the rep when I bought one from Endurance. Although it was easy for them to take the payment, it wasn't easy for them to help me with the problem that I ended up having later. They denied my claim for the camshaft adjusters and came up with all kinds of reasons not to pay it so I had to pay $2,768 out of my pocket. They said that I had two small bolts missing from something and that caused them to deny me. I'm disappointed that during this pandemic and me being 100% disabled veteran, I didn't get the help that I needed. I'm very dissatisfied.

    I bought a used 2009 truck and there was no warranty on it. I bought one but it was through the car dealer and it was too high. Endurance had a good rating, which was why I took them. I didn't have too much of a problem with the rep but they wanted to do it online, and I told him I didn't like putting it on my phone. I'm old and I don't deal with that phone stuff. I wanted the paperwork so I could look over it and read it myself because if I needed it, I don’t have to tinker through the phone. The phone could be shut down or something could happen to it and I would have nothing. I have two cars and they sent me the paperwork and the book on it to tell me what I have to do if something happened to this or that.

    Endurance is a good company to get started with, but just don't expect much when you have to set it up online right now. It wasn't hard to set up. But I'm supposed to get an email to set me up online and I haven’t received anything. I spoke to a person. They were gonna send me a link. She said about five minutes, but it has been about 10 now, and I've been refreshing it every couple of minutes. The warranty was logical and it made sense when it was presented to me. It also seemed like it fit what I'm looking for. $100 deductible, up to the present value of the car, they’ll cover it. Maintenance is never covered. But anything else is covered as far as electrical. All the major things that can go wrong are covered.

    I have an older car and I don't have good luck with cars. I'm on a fixed income so if my car were to break down, it would be covered with a warranty. CarShield was my go-to but I couldn't get it because I have over 155,000 miles. I googled the best warranty out there and Endurance was on top. I called them and their rep was good. He explained everything. I understood what I was doing and what the warranty covered. It didn't leave me wondering if I did the right thing. I gave him the debit number and he charged my payment for the purchase of the warranty. Endurance is something you should get on your car if you don't have a warranty from the car lot. If something major breaks down, it would really hurt if you have to pay 4,000 out of pocket.

    A couple years ago, my son bought a truck and we considered using Endurance but he had already committed with the dealership that he purchased the truck from. So, I couldn't end up paying for two because the dealership said it was already included in the payment. So, we stayed with the dealership maintenance program. When I picked up a vehicle that was 13 years old, I knew that something may eventually go wrong with it in the long term even though it was taken care of by the owner in an excellent fashion. I wanted to go ahead with Endurance because I knew about my previous possibility with them. The gentleman that I spoke with was very efficient and answered my questions. He asked me why I chose them and I explained the circumstances. So he said that they would be glad to take care of our needs.

    The man went on to begin to ask me about the vehicle that I purchased. He told me about the plan that was best suited for that vehicle and things went very smoothly. He was very helpful. With so many times when you get a business transaction through the phone, you almost feel like if you don't stay with the person, they get all upset. But they never put any pressure on me. I was free to say that I'm gonna call around and I'm going to check. I felt comfortable and I've even recommended it to a friend.

    Even though Endurance doesn't advertise like one of the other maintenance companies, it’s good because you have to be kinda leery when those companies are pushing their commercials and some of the stuff they say sounds so silly. It catches people's attention and that's what they wanna do. But I'm pleased. Hopefully the vehicle will stay running in excellent condition. But if that day comes where I have to have it put in the shop for maintenance, then that will put us at the next level. But from what the rep explained, they would support whatever the maintenance need was up to the value of the vehicle.

    The payments were set up well although I inquired a couple weeks ago. It wasn’t their fault. It just hadn’t been very clear that they were gonna do the payment automatic out of my debit card. I caught it when I was catching up with my paperwork and so, I called them back and they said that I had the freedom of choice to change that to withdraw coming directly from my bill pay system through my financial account, which is how do I normally do most of my recurring payments. The rep explained how I could do that.

    My vehicle was covered through another 8,000 miles or so and the extended coverage I had from the original purchase paid for itself. With everything that can go wrong with the vehicle nowadays in so many electronics where you can't just work on everything yourself, I felt it'd be a better idea to extend the warranty for a while. I landed on Endurance because of about three weeks worth of searching everything online from ConsumerAffairs through every other advertisement and looking up negative context and positive context. It was also because of reading independent people talking about the amount that they would pay, the liabilities for the extended coverage, the response to people having used them to working with whatever mechanic or dealer they were dealing with. Endurance seemed to come up more often than not in the number one slot as far as customer satisfaction. They were pretty good.

    They're not the most expensive and not the cheapest but they were probably the most civil out of all of the people that I dealt with that were administering these warranties. Most of them including some of them that came in at second and third place got to the point where I thought I was buying a time-share, where they treated you like you were an absolute numbskull that you couldn't read. They had an arrogance about them as if they couldn't believe you were going to compare them to somebody else. Endurance basically told me what the cost was and what it covered, and they invited me to go out and compare them.

    I would have to do some back-and-forth driving so I looked into getting an auto warranty. I Googled providers and Endurance was one that came up.     I bought this vehicle right after the flood and supposedly, it's never been owned by anyone except the dealership. It was supposed to be a floor model and it had very low mileage on it. The fact that it was a year old made the warranty expire a little bit sooner. But I never had any problems with it because the warranty was still in place. I had a little bit of a closing thing with the sunroof and that was fixed. But this year’s model of the Jeep, a Renegade, had some issues with electrical stuff. So all of a sudden, my tire light went out and they didn’t fix it on time. They said they got to replace it and nobody could find out why. But it ended up being something simple. The coverage expired a month beforehand. So, I decided to go ahead and get some coverage.

    The other company fixed things and does the same things as Endurance but the ratings on that coverage wasn't what I wanted to hear. So, I did not like that. I called Endurance and they said everything I needed to hear. If I have any problems in the future, I want to be covered. My car doesn't have very many miles and I don't even know how long I've had it. I still haven't driven these thousand miles because I usually drive less than 20 miles a day, if that. So, it’s been a little bit rough for me to even get the thousand miles done for it to be covered. But I'll get there.

    I liked that Endurance replaces two of the key fobs a year or you can replace a key fob, and that you could replace your tires or get two tires a year. Endurance was easy to talk to and followed up with me at my convenience. That’s very important to me because I work weird hours and I have a gap right in the middle. So, they worked with me on getting information. They were nice, very informative and within my budget. The other car place would have been compatible but the benefits that they offered weren't as much as what Endurance was offering. I've recommended them to other people and I like them. They go by how old your vehicle is but as far as my situation, they've been very good about everything.

    I needed an extended warranty to cover more than the little one that I had. I had just purchased the vehicle and I like knowing that I have the security of having a warranty. I looked up Endurance and liked what I was reading. I got a call from Endurance and the guy had plenty of knowledge. He was telling me all about it. Because I solicited a little bit for getting an extended warranty, so I had a few offers. His offer sounded the best. He had more to offer me. However, there was no follow-through with everything that I was getting. There was hardly any material for the consumer as far as stuff in the mail. The navigation was just an email.     I was getting the Mopar emails ‘cause I have a Jeep Wrangler. In every single email from the factory warranty, they never provided pricing, and it was really hard to get ahold of anyone. The pricing was just weird. I could tell, it could change based on whoever I talked to. It just wasn't a solid price. All I wanted was a good price. When I got over the phone, it seemed a little high. So then I shopped on my own and I googled and Endurance company came up and so I called that right away, and the price was lower. They also seemed to have high customer satisfaction so I just went with them. Their rep was professional and courteous.

    However, when I signed up with Endurance, I thought there was gonna be an Amazon type credit that could be used. I was all excited, like, “I'm gonna have hundreds of dollars to spend on Amazon.” But once I got that, it was really not usable. It was like a discount program. So I felt like it was a bait and switch. Their pricing was still good. But I would have rather gone without that coupon incentive because it was not what it was sounding to be so I was annoyed by that. That was weird.
