My other auto warranty was not doing what I asked and it was like a waste of money. I switched over to someone that had a reputation. I went to Better Business Bureau and Yelp and they had a lot of good remarks about Endurance. The representative was very thorough. She went over everything a couple of times to make sure that I got everything together.

I had to put a transmission in my car but it only got 80,000 miles on it. At 70,000 miles, I had to put a transmission in it and that cost me closer to $4,000. So I was looking for extended warranties on cars and I decided to go with Endurance. The extended coverage really was a lot of money for me to purchase. But the gentleman from Endurance that I talked to seemed very knowledgeable. But he said that there was gonna be this package of things that were sent to me, like $250 worth of stuff that I could use right away. But it wasn't a gift at all. It was like a coupon or something which was a little bit misleading. Other than that, the experience was fine.
Thank you very much for voicing your positive experience with the company.
Looking forward to having you as a client for many years to come.

I have coverage on all my cars. My one car got totaled so I put an extended warranty on my next car. I happened to go with Endurance and it's been about a month or so ago. I asked for a bumper-to-bumper and they gave me what I asked for. The process seemed to have gone smoothly.

I had financed a '08 Cadillac CTS. I didn't even have it for two weeks and the motor blew on it. I ended up having to pay $3,000 myself for a motor put in and the labor. So I needed an extended warranty on it. Endurance was the second one that called me and they had a good price. My policy actually hasn't exactly started. I'm still waiting on the 30-day and second payment and it begins then.
Your review was short, sweet, and to the point.

I just purchased a 2015 F-150 that didn't come with a warranty and I looked up different car insurances or extended warranties. Endurance was one of the ones that popped up. It was a 5-star and it was the first one that I clicked on. The reps were good and they sent the details of the warranty right away. Making payments have been easy because they took down my debit card so it’s on auto payments. I haven't been able to get access to the rewards that they gave me but everything else went smoothly.

My car is a 2011 and it looks as new. It’s a luxury vehicle and has a lot of horns and bells and whistles. When I first got it, it was still under factory warranty. When that was expiring, I renewed it for five years or 50,000 miles but I never came close to putting 50,000 miles on it. I put 30,000 miles on it in five years. I've maintained the car meticulously and I wanna keep the car. I like it. But I know that should something go wrong with the lectronics, it could add up to a significant amount of money. I wouldn't wanna own that car without having a warranty.
The warranty industry has been eroded by a lot of charlatans. I've gotten quotes all over the place. One would be $4,700 and with less coverage. It didn't cover this and it didn't cover that. I got quotes for $2,100 that didn't begin to cover the things that were important to me. It was all powertrain. Most of these engines and the powertrain in most of these vehicles now go 300,000 miles without any issues if you service them regularly. But it’s all the little electronic things that could go wrong with age and with time. Those are the things that concern me because I don’t want something not working in my car. If it’s not working, I'm not comfortable.
I want everything that's in that car to be functioning. I got vibrators in my backseat and reclining back seats. I've got power sunshades and the side windows in the back window. I've got a bar in the car. It's all factory put in there. I have a fancy sound system too. My particular car felt like a limo. And most of those things, I never sit in the backseat to use all of them. But I want them working anyways. If something isn't functioning, I want it fixed.
I had been dealing with a company called Alfa Warranty and they've changed a lot of their policies. Another company has kind of taken them over. I had my car covered under them and that was a great policy that I'd had for five years. It's coming to an end in November. I wanted to renew before that expired and I know that there was a 30-day wait. I went online and there was some kind of a promotion for the top 10 companies for warranty extensions. Endurance was one of the top four listed in there. I contacted all of them. They came up with what I thought was the best policy for what I wanted to fill my needs, ad pricing-wise, and everything. It was taken into consideration. I went with them.
When I first called, they had my name on file for some reason that they quoted me on my Hyundai. It was probably a year or two earlier on another vehicle that we were purchasing for my wife. Their rep talked to me and she was a little snide. She said, “Well, we already quoted you on that. It's still the same.” She was not rude, but was a little curt. I said I didn't recall but I asked if they could send it to me and let me know what it was. She had gone back through it again. Somebody else then followed up.
The person I talked to when I finally decided to pull the trigger on it was exceptional. He was absolutely wonderful and he made sure all the T's are crossed I's were dotted. He explained things really well. He answered every question that I had and didn't dodge any issues. I felt that there was integrity in the individual, so I was very comfortable in making that final decision. The only question that I have now is where I should pay the $78 a month. Do they take that out automatically? That's what I'd like them to do. I put it on a debit card.

The rep from Endurance was informative. He told me what they offered and everything their warranty would cover. He also gave me options. I went with them and since I'm on monthly payments, things have been good so far. The price of the warranty is automatically debited from my account and it's something I don't have to worry about every month.

Our only automobiles, recently, have been used automobiles. We recently purchased a new used truck to match the camper. We thought about what would happen to be out on the road with that camper. We're both retired so we don't have that much money to spend on it. So I wanted to get some coverage because we wouldn't know what would happen. I was hoping the monthly payment with Endurance would be cheaper because it just seemed like we kept adding more and more insurance on the thing. But considering what could go wrong with the vehicle, it's gonna take a long time. If we needed a motor repaired or something, it would take a long time for that hundred and some odd dollars a month to add up to what that cost could be. Everything went great with Endurance. Everybody needs to be encouraged about their work.

The coverage from Endurance Auto Warranty was pretty much equal to the top two people in the business. But what made me go with Endurance was that they were able to break my payments up over three years, which gave me a lower monthly payment than other companies and there was no major deposit or anything down. The other companies were only able to break it down for two years. The reps from Endurance were very knowledgeable. They gave me everything very simple as far as the coverage and they broke everything down in layman's terms for me. But being that it's a five-year warranty, I don't understand why they can't break it up into five years for payments but that's not really a dealbreaker.

I had an extended warranty in the past. When I bought the car, it was three years old. I've got it from CarMax. I got the extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. I just was a little bit concerned that if I didn't get some kind of warranty for it, if I had any problems, I would have to put out a lot of money. You never know. So I was being safe rather than sorry. I went originally with CarShield. After reading the reviews on CarShield, I wasn't very happy about it. So, I started looking and comparing and going through different websites. I felt like Endurance would be my best bet. I made the phone call to Endurance and I spoke to a wonderful man. He kinda give me all the information, and he didn't pressure me to make a decision at that point. I then did some more research and decided that I was gonna go with Endurance.

I needed a warranty and the reps at Endurance seemed like they were giving a good coverage as far as covering the car from bumper-to-bumper. Plus, the people who were talking to me were nice. Also, the price sounded reasonable. The only thing is that they bombarded me with a lot of emails before I made the final decision. But it was fine. If you need a warranty on the car, Endurance is okay and whatever I read for the other people, they seem good.

I liked Endurance's ratings and reviews online. The rep was very knowledgeable and wonderful to speak with. I called them because I did not receive the package in the mail. I thought it was coming in the mail. But it’s an email version. So, the rep resent the email. That went excellent. My payments are auto debited via credit card. When I do file a claim, I know I should call the number and give Endurance my policy number.
"Thank you for the 5 star rating."

I've had many warranties in the past, especially when I buy a new vehicle. I like to have that satisfaction that in case something happens, I would be good, especially when I just spent $17,000 on a car that's just out of factory warranty. I've never had bad experiences with any of the different warranty companies in the past because most of the time I never have to file a claim. But just in case I ever do, I like to have that security.
Endurance was top-rated and had good Google reviews so I tried them out. The first person I spoke with was good. He was trying to upsell me on the top-of-the-line warranty which I get, but that was not what I was going to get. I wasn't okay with the price. I got the Powertrain Plus. It was kind of high for me for what I was expecting. The guy said he would connect me to a price specialist and the price specialist said that was the bottom dollar. I said I would call somewhere else. He said they could lower it to a certain amount. I feel like when I asked, he could have been like, “Oh, well, that's what's you get.” I shouldn't have had to threaten to call another company to get even a slight discount.
I got the warranty and it's pretty standard just like with the previous warranty companies. You gotta go 30 days and 1000 miles. But I still feel it was kind of priced a little high. I've gotten full warranties like the same warranty I have now. It was an Infinity and not a BMW, but I paid 1,700 for the same coverage. I'm paying 3,400 for for my BMW. I get that they're both luxury cars. I get it. A BMW is not an Infinity. That was what the rep was trying to sell me on, but I've bought warranties for other cars and this is the most expensive warranty I’ve purchased. Other than that, so far, so good.

Everything during purchasing was awesome and the reps were super nice. They were very informative and told me everything I needed to know. The interaction with customer service was awesome. I went to the different websites and read the reviews, and they sent me to Endurance. They broke up the price into two payments, two weeks apart. $250 for the first two weeks, then $250 every two weeks, and then $120 a month. It could have been a little cheaper but the car that I bought is an expensive car to maintain and I couldn’t leave the dealership without a warranty. I was told to pay the monthly payments, and then whatever happens when my car, tires, mechanical, whatever will be covered, it was a $100 deductible.
I've had my car for 33 days. There were nine nails in my tire and I was towed. The tire costs $450 but I don't get reimbursed for that. It doesn't come up under the warranty, so I’m a little frustrated. I thought Endurance was pretty good until I found out today that nothing was covered the way I thought it was supposed to be covered. Supposedly, the tires and the key fob are a separate elite membership from the Endurance Warranty, which I had no idea about. I thought it was all encompassing. But that’s how I just found out about how they would reimburse me $150 for the fire, but I still got to come out of pocket to get the tire. I’m looking to see if I can switch out.

Endurance appeared to have a more encompassing package than the other one I was looking at. Their rep was wonderful, too. She did a great job. All in all, for the vehicle that I have, Endurance covered pretty much everything. There are some aspects of the coverage that it doesn't cover, but what I'm looking for are really the major made parts that will go out such as a transmission. The bar for me was kinda low. She fully explained that. And paying the monthly fee, which was not very much at all, for the type of service that I'm looking for to cover, I thought it was a pretty good deal.
Making the payments was very easy as well. They set it up over the phone. The way that the GMC Acadia works, you can’t necessarily get the mileage. You have to keep on pressing buttons to get the mileage. It's not like the old school cars where the mileage is right there. So, that was the only difficult part for me. And I had to call back and give them the exact knowledge on there. But all in all, it was pretty easy. Having the warranty is pretty valuable. I do a good amount of driving and cars break down. My husband and I have multiple different cars and at one time, we can pay a couple thousand dollars per car dealing with repairs. So between that and the car payments, I thought this was a pretty good idea.

He was just trying to get me off the line and over to a verification rep for verifying of the payment. But besides that, the experience wasn't too bad. The verification rep was pretty nice. The guy before him was nice too. I just felt like he just wanted to push me along.
The five-year warranty on the car that I have expired. I'm still making payments on it because I bought it used. I'm like, "Well, I got five years of more payments. Why don't I just get an extended warranty, especially if they're gonna give me two years for free?" I don't wanna be paying for a car and then something happened in the car where I'm gonna be paying a whole arm and a leg just to get it fixed and not be able to either get it fixed or not make a payment. He explained to me that I needed to wait 30 days and to drive 1,000 miles and then I will be able to take my car to the shop. He said I had to meet both of the requirements just to make sure that nothing was wrong before.
It says in the system that my bill is due on the 18th of September for the month of September, but I paid the down payment at the beginning of the month of August. So it's kinda confusing me as if I'm still able to take my car to the shop even though my bill is due later on in the month? Because it's been 30 days since they told me. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have had this warranty product for a year. I have recently experienced problems with my vehicle. I took them to the dealer for repair. The dealer called Endurance for approval. Endurance denied the claim and would not pay for the repair. I had another repair happen again. The repair company called endurance. Told them this long drone outweigh of getting paid. None of which the company could do. They were demanding a paid receipt before the bill was actually paid. A fax machine the business needed to have which they don't. This is a certified repair facility too so I paid the bill and sent it in to endurance to be paid and they have not paid that bill. This is by far the worst company for auto warranty insurance. I told Endurance I'm gonna keep calling every day until I have to go to the Better Business Bureau. It sounds like that's gonna be my next step. Also, I'm gonna put such a bad review on their website and anything else for that company. Is it worth a $400 claim? Not to me. I was in the car business for 15 years. I had a used car lot and I sold warranties. People used to come back crying all the time, "Oh, the warranty this." Now I know how they felt. esterday, I spent an hour and a half on hold waiting. And then nobody ever gets back on the phone. The whole thing stinks. I'm not very happy at all with Endurance. They're a crummy outfit. I'm gonna do my best to take them down.

I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 Touring and I do a lot of driving. My car doesn't have a lot of miles, but it's 15 years old. So eventually, some of the major parts that Endurance covers will be going out in the future and I don't have that kind of money to be spending. That's why I went ahead and bought the extended warranty and just have to pay the $100 deductible. The package I got was the 100,000 miles for five years. It doesn’t cover breaks, rotors and stuff like that. But the rest of the stuff is covered for the 100,000 miles. I do lift and I know that they also cover that. But if I was buying it all at once, I should have been able to get a cheaper discount than just $500. Not everybody's gonna pay all that money upfront. Other than that, it was fine.

My factory warranty was about to run out but I didn't renew it because it’s Nissan and they’re expensive. My next door neighbor also has Endurance and he's the one that recommended them. The reps explained everything good, and it's good price. I was told the coverage was bumper to bumper, just like it was when I bought a brand new vehicle. $135 is a bit more than what I previously paid for warranty, but I'm satisfied with it.

I had to make an initial down payment of about $100 and then I had to give them another $100 dollars within the month. I got a bill yesterday for the first monthly installment. The rep that I talked to was very good. He explained everything. They take care of the drivetrain, engine, the transmission and the air conditioning. But they don't take care of things that require a maintenance, like tune-ups. I would also get roadside assistance if I have to go to a hotel or if I'm too far away from home to get home. Then they would reimburse me for one night stay. I also could get a rental car for that time away from home.

I have a 2014 Mercedes. If I do have any problem with it in the future, I'd rather not spend the amount of expense that I would pull from my own pocket. I heard this advertisement on the radio where you go online and you put in your ZIP code and you'll be given different preferences. You can call different companies to find out what their rate is and how they go about it. There was a guy that I spoke with the first time and he dealt with the situation professionally. He let me understand it because it's the first time I'm doing such a thing in America. I've been living here for two years. I didn't understand very well the first time he explained to me. But the second time I called back, I got it dealt with.
I ended with Endurance. The first payment is still difficult because I was trying to do it online with the company Endurance does the payment through. I haven't received an email from Endurance. They were supposed to send me one with a copy of the price that I bought. I looked everywhere in the email. The only thing I received was a mailing letter from Mepco. They're the ones that I pay the monthly payment through. They gave me a password and a username to login so I could make the payment online or do whatever changes I wanna make. But it's not allowing me to go inside there. And even when I tried to request it to see if they would send me an email, my email was not going through either.

They didn't give me any real sales pitch but answered my questions to my satisfaction and that was what decided it for me. Everything is going to be charged on a monthly basis to a credit card number that I gave them. The warranty is very valuable. I don't have a spouse. I'm responsible for all the upkeep of my vehicles and everything else I own. I wanna make sure it's gonna be covered for any and all incidents of any expense entailed by something going wrong with my car. They're a computer on wheels now and you don't know how sensitive something's going to be.

We went with CarShield and I got to reading some of their reviews and I did not like some of them. Then, I came across Endurance and the reviews were a lot better.
My wife talked to the rep in the beginning and we weren't sure at first. He was kinda rude to her and so we called right back immediately and got some other lady. She was nice and said she would take care of him being rude. She gave us a good price on the insurance. Looking through it though, the air conditioning is covered but not the cooling system. I wanted everything covered but I didn't know if they didn’t because of the year and the mileage. I was waiting for a day off to get in touch with customer service about it. We got a girlfriend at work that has CarShield and she had some problems with her vehicle. She had to pay shop fees and a $100 deductible, and then they still have her vehicle. So, I recommended Endurance to her. I told her that after she gets done with her deal, I'd call and see if Endurance would work with her.

I had to bring my Nissan in because it kept overheating. I just bought it last year, a few days before Christmas. And now, in the beginning of summer, we were trying to turn on the air conditioner. It was just blowing out hot air and the car kept overheating. But we didn't understand why. We just bought the car and it was the winter when we did so there shouldn't be any issues.
Long story short, the extended warranty that I had on the car when I purchased it had 4,000 miles left to it, and it was gonna expire. And then, when my husband went to bring the car, they asked about it. We looked, and sure enough, there was an extended warranty, and I only had about 4,000 miles before it would have expired based off of the mileage. So, when we were in a Nissan dealership while they were finishing up with the car, I blurted out the question, “I wonder if I can do an extended warranty on an extended warranty?” And the girl there was like, “Yeah, you can.”
She gave us the number to the guy at the Nissan dealership and for us to give him a call. I called and scheduled an appointment. It was on a Friday, but he wouldn't be able to see us until Monday. I panicked. I know we will not go over these miles, but let me just look somewhere else. I went online, and that's how I came about with getting to Endurance.
The guy that I talked to was awesome. He was really nice, very informative, and just broke everything down. I just explained to him what literally just took place. We just got the car back. I said, “This is what's going on. With this pandemic, I can't afford, or god forbid, anything else like this to happen.” Because what was about to be a good $1,500 job, we only have to pay 200 something. When he explained how extended warranties work, I said, “Look, I need this to be covered pretty much for the life of the car or 100,000 miles, something more than just what it was.” Because we just bought the car and I didn’t want it to come up on an expiration that could easily happen. He explained everything. He told me what the pricing was. I asked, “Does it cover everything that would potentially have a comma in the price tag?” And he said, “Yes, everything under the hood.”
He started naming off parts. I asked, “Sir, if it has a comma, that means it’s expensive. Does it cover it?” “Yeah.” “Okay. That’s all I need to know.” The engine, the scary stuff, I need to make sure that the car is covered. He made sure that it was. So, it was a great experience considering I've never done that before and just did it on a whim. I panicked because of how much we were potentially about to have to pay. I don't even know where the money would come from. In the end, it worked out very well.
I know that anything that needs to be done or covered is covered. It’s better than the car insurance. I don’t know what will happen if, God forbid, you’re in an accident. But I know that if anything was to break down in the car that is not under the wear and tear stuff, I know that my car is covered. And where we brought it to, they were excellent. Not only do we know that the extended warranty is gonna work, but even a place that we bring the vehicle to is perfectly fine.

I bought my vehicle from a one-owner. It's 2007 and it has low mileage. So I wanted to get an extended warranty. But a lot of your warranties through the dealerships are only for 100,000 miles. Once it hits over that, you have to go through a private party. The other extended warranty company that I chose to go with said they wouldn't do it 'cause it had too many miles. My car only had 164,000 miles on it and it was not a lot for a car that was 13 years old. But with Endurance, I got the price point that I wanted and I paid outright for the warranty. I was glad that I was able to do that 'cause I wasn't gonna do it otherwise. Also, their representative was very knowledgeable. I was supposed to get some rewards things and I'd need to reach out to them about it.

Endurance had a lot of great reviews and they were supposed to be the best. I liked the coverage, which included the transmission, the engine and the electrical, and then it’s five years. I also liked the price.
The rep spectacularly explained everything. He was very cordial and professional. He was one of the reasons why I picked the package. I felt very comfortable with the company. He said that I would be able to take the car to wherever I choose and then I have to pay a $100 deductible. Then, Endurance would pick up the bill. He also said that there were all kinds of different types of discounts. I put the payment on my debit card and it went right through. Endurance is a perfect match. Time is of the essence and I was able to successfully get the coverage in the time that I needed it. My car is getting up in age and I’m almost paying it off. So, I wanna make sure that it’s covered. I went on to ConsumerAffairs.com and Endurance came up first and it sounded okay. There wouldn't be a lot of companies that I would call except for CarShield but there are some different things going on with them. I wanted to limit my search because as I was getting phone calls on the phone, I had a very bad vibe about searching. So, when it said ConsumerAffairs, I shouldn’t go wrong with them.
Signing up wasn’t difficult and they gave me a little bit of time. The person was calm and I told her that it was very important to be patient and calm because there are people whose guard is gonna be up. I don't like to have a pushy salesperson so the minute I see something like that, I'm turning deaf ears or hanging up the phone. This particular lady wasn't like that and wasn’t cutting you off. I had the opportunity to ask her how she measures up with other companies. She was honest and upfront.
The communication with the rep was good and she explained what they have to offer and the coverage. But I have to call Endurance for some promotions that I’m supposed to benefit from now. I have not yet seen those and my time is running out. I just had some concerns with the promotional part of it. For instance, if you say you will get three years and then you get two years extra for free, it's like you'll never make it to the two years based on the terms that they have and mileage. So that should be eliminated from anyone's promotion because it’s not true.
It’s easy to say that after my coverage begins, then I’ll have some time to then try it out. But there’s no way to try out the warranty unless it’s there and it’s not right now. The waiting period is not doing anything for me. They did say that I can get that back before the 30 days but that’s like jumping ship. You need to be aware of updates that they would need to do but I can’t try it out and it has not actually started. I started this week. If the person wants to be able to cancel, it sounds like you can only cancel before you get started. So that will be a major problem with me and this is where I have the heavy weight on my mind and decide on what I wanna do, especially if my maturity date is coming up. But yet, I still got to pay on the car.
A lot of times they wanna hurry up and lock you in. I might say that I'm gonna cancel this and make myself not locked in for a three-year agreement, but then I might want to sign back up with them in a month or two. Right now, people like me might have a lot of other decisions that they need to make. We get it that the car breaks down and this and that can cause that. But I don't wanna be locked into a person's contract either if my car ends up reaching the miles beforehand or it’s too much of an expense. The price per month is what I jumped on. I heard that CarShield, for instance, might have been asking for a little bit more than $100 per month but then you get a better term. But they're not living up to what they say either and you might have to pay more out of your pocket when it's time to pay your deductible. My main concern is if you happen to be in a situation where you have to owe them the remainder of the timeframe.

They said that I should call in before 5:00 and talk to somebody. But I'm very gratified. Endurance makes me feel better driving a truck with some kind of warranty.

When we purchased the Mercedes at the Mercedes dealership, Endurance was the company that they had suggested. But I had Toco warranty on my car but that was soon to expire and so then we bought another car and so we were putting the insurance on that one and then after hearing what they would do, I just chose to move mine from Toco over to Endurance. I would tell someone else about Endurane.

I bought a used car a few months ago, and it had a little over 142,000 something on it. So, it was out of the factory warranty. Endurance Auto Warranty was easy to work with. They sent me the paperwork, sent me a little plastic card for my billfold, and then told me what was required. I feel very comfortable with what I got. Plus, they go up to 200,000. So, I've got 50,000 miles of coverage for the next five years. The payment was 177 upfront, which started the clock ticking. I had to do 1,000 miles in 30 days which I just completed a few days ago. The repairs I had were before the program kicked in and they weren't super expensive. But so far, so good.

The original warranty expired on my Chrysler 300 a long time ago. I didn't like the first warranty company that I chose. It was too hard to get in contact with them to file a claim. Then once I gave them all the paperwork, then they denied the claim. So, I want a bigger company that's easier to access and offers more coverage and the dealership recommended Endurance.
My experience with the Endurance rep was very pleasant. He gave a lot of information that I didn't know as far as the company, ‘cause I only knew a little bit about Endurance as far as coverage. He was a very nice person. So, that was the main reason I went ahead and accepted the payment plan and the plan itself. Their reps were also very helpful in following up with how to go about if I were to need to make a claim. I was gonna have to cancel the policy just because of my pay. It had gotten messed up, but they extended my payment out for me and that was extremely helpful. I didn't even know that was an option, so that I got to keep the policy instead of having to cancel it and do it another time. It was very good customer service from the people that I've spoken with so far.

I did an online search, went to the consumer website, and Endurance was one of the options that popped up. It said that I best matched with that company. The rep was extremely helpful and signing up was relatively easy. When I first got the quote, the amount was high and it was outside the range that I was going to consider. After several minutes of discussion, he provided me with a more competitive rate compared to other places I shopped with and I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. I like the peace of mind of having a warranty on my vehicle. I plan on having my car for a long time and I don't want to have a random breakdown and have a hit to my credit card that I don't need. I'd rather have a monthly payment where I won’t worry about any issues. Also, I started getting emails, letters and phone calls after my extended warranty goes and hopefully that will stop now that I have an extended warranty.

The gentleman was a nice brother. When we got to talking, I ended up going to the bank while I was on the phone with him, to purchase the warranty. My vehicle is a 2010 RX 350 and I wanted to have that heart of comfort when I'm driving. I ran into Endurance and everything worked out lovely. I love my vehicle and if anything happens, I'm confident and I don’t have to worry because I got insurance. I'm comfortable in my driving and I used to drive with just the insurance card to show the police and I didn’t have any insurance. I was just showing growth and getting older.
The rep was cordial and he explained. We read it out and it was what I wanted to hear because I had to look nowhere else. Sometimes, you go shopping, you'd hear this one and you hear that one and then you compare. I didn’t have to do that. What he said sounded very good to what I wanted to hear. It was 148 a month for 24 months and then, the next year is free. I'm trying to find some money and get it paid off. I might double up my payments because I'm very happy with the whole situation from my heart. I just got it and I have made my initial payment. I'm new, but I'm satisfied. Endurance is very good and I'm pleased with the product that I bought. I like what I got into and I have no complaints. All I got are praises.

I was googling car warranties and found Endurance. They were top rated so that's who I went with. I'm buying a newer rig and a tranny on this thing costs eight grand. I'm driving a diesel now so if something goes wrong, it's expensive. At first, the rep was kind of pissing me off because I already agreed to it and I told the one person that I would talk to him on Friday. They called me everyday for four days in a row and I told them that I’m just not gonna do my contract. Then finally, the last one put it in the notes and it stayed there. They were on borderline of me not even doing it just because they were calling me every day trying to get me to sign up. And then, they were trying to tell me they were getting me a better rate, which I got the same rate I was quoted to start with.
The rep explained the coverage as good as you could over the phone. It's one of those things you gotta look at a hard copy and actually see what you've got. I asked questions and the rep answered them. The split down payment was a bonus. Instead of shelling out the 210, they were able to split it up for me. So, that made things a lot easier.
Your review was short, sweet, and to the point.

My car's kind of up in the ages. I had it for over 10 years and it has over 120,000 miles on it. Endurance said it's under 100 bucks per month. I figured for the next three to four years, $100 a month would give me ensurance on any major repairs that need to be done like AC, water pump and radiator. All these cost an arm and a leg so it was a good time to have if it's affordable and cost efficient. Endurance said they're supposed to send me some sort of a booklet but I never received it so I don't know how the procedure works. It's been about a month now and I thought I was about to take my car to a shop and get it checked out, but I don't even know what is the procedure. When I was turned over to the person who verified everything, the rep asked me if I wanted to pay in full, which I wasn't able to do, but she didn't give me the opportunity to say how I wanted to make the payments. Other than that, it was pretty good. There was a deeper veteran discount and I liked the vouchers to the retailers. That was a pretty nice touch. Also, I like the package and what is covered as far as the bumper-to-bumper portion. So, whoever is doing the SEO on that is doing great. I clicked on them at first and read. The reason I did that was because of the many good things from ConsumerAffairs saying good stuff.
The thing that really sent me on them was that they administer the plans, whereas CarShield and other companies, they don't administrate a plan. They're a broker and so, that's important. I own my vehicle. It's a 2005 truck and I'm retired. I've had some major repairs done to it, and it's got 131,000 miles on it, and something's bound to break. I got Total Warranty about two weeks ago and thought they were a better deal. My friend also had that warranty then she got messed up really bad with her car. She had her vehicle hauled into the shop then it had timing chain problems. Total didn't wanna get it fixed and they said her car was only worth $2,000, but the Chevrolet dealer said it was worth like $10,000 to $12,000. When they did that to her, I cancelled mine out and got Endurance. I had done before with them in 2016 with my pickup truck and it did pretty well. I had a little problem when I was first dealing with them and I talked to the guy. He said they would put refurbished parts in my truck. I told them that I didn't wanna put used parts back in and take the used stuff out. We talked and finally, they told the Chevrolet dealer to put the new parts in the truck. They had it fixed and after that, I had no other problem.

I knew I might eventually need the service contract and I wanted to be safe. I got a BMW and I can imagine what the repairs on it will be. I saw the commercials of Endurance, did a little research and googled some stuff. They kept popping up in the top five of aftermarket warranty. Everybody that I talked to was extremely nice and the rep explained the coverage in great detail. Once they explained everything to me and told me how much it was gonna be and gave me the breakdown, they set the payments right up. It was simple.
I sent the customer service reps the pictures of my balance because on the date that I signed up, my car was at the shop getting an oil change. They told me to make sure to let them know as soon as I get the prognosis. The only problem that I had was that the voicemail of the representative that I was supposed to talk to was full so I wasn't able to get in. But I remembered the second woman that I talked to on the date that I signed up. She told me I can always just call customer service so, that was what I did. They then sent me a email and I sent it through the email as well.

My warranty was getting ready to run out on my car and when I first got the vehicle, I didn't know too much about the warranty. So my warranty with Ally was 200 and something dollars and they weren’t near as offering me as much as Endurance. I went with Endurance in the beginning but because I didn't know what was what, I went back with Ally. After doing my research and then calling and talking to the rep, Endurance offered a lot more for what I was paying for Ally.
I was a little confused about the payment because the rep from Endurance told me it was gonna be 199. Then when I looked, there were two charges. But it balanced out to 199 in the end. I wasn't aware that they were gonna charge it into two separate things. Other than that, everything was perfect. She broke it down and the time she put to explain and answer the questions that I had, the rep was good.

With Endurance, it was bumper-to-bumper protection. The reps from Endurance were very courteous and helpful, and they answered every question I had. They followed up with me to get the mileage as they promised. As far as the payment plan, it was less than what I was paying on the other one because I was paying 136 a month. So, it was $12 less than what I was paying and for more coverage.

Endurance's rep did a good job. I wasn't gonna do it at first because but what made me decide to sign up was when I talked to the very first lady. She said it was zero-dollar deductible. There was no co-pay if I had to take any vehicle in. They called me back to sign up. The rep told me it was $100 every time if I had to take it back in and I said that wasn't what I was told. I won't do that. But he ended up giving me the same as what the lady quoted me at to begin with. It’s easy making a payment. They set up the account and they take it from you. I went through a quick and streamlined process when I purchased my warranty from Endurance. However, their reps sounded like robots. They had to read their script. I purchased the warranty during my lunch break and I was in a hurry. I told them I wanted this and that and gave them my card number. I wanted them to give me the price and get the purchase done. But then, the reps had to read this and that. Things would be better if there was a way to expedite that process. Also, I have to make it to 1,000 miles in order for my warranty to be good. Still, they were great signing me up and taking my money.

I searched the internet for insurance policies for vehicles and Endurance was the first one to call me back. My daughter read some of the rates on it and said she didn't want me to go with them. The salesman talked on and on and I never made a choice to go with something first choice and I did because he was assuring me all this stuff. He even said that the gaskets are covered. When I called Endurance, I said something about it and they said they don't cover those things that wear out unless the part it needs to be taken and fixed and then we put the gasket in. I felt like I was blown some smoke.
I also found out that Endurance charged me a $20 activation fee and they didn't tell me that. My daughter looked at my account and said that I had to call and find out why they did that. I have to wait 30 days. Then they charged me 200 and some dollars for a deposit and it was gonna be $115 a month for 36 months. It would be expensive so I called them and canceled the policy. They're supposed to do that and it's not even been but a week. I found a company that will insure my van that has mobility equipment on it. Endurance won't insure that.

I just got the vehicle and it's a high mileage vehicle. I figured we were about the time when things would start breaking down. I might as well cover my butt and get a plan that would assist me with the repair costs. Endurance had better reviews. My decision came down to just the reviews and Better Business Bureau and what was said and rated on with all that. The sign-up is fine. The reps were knowledgeable about what they were helping me find, what’s the plan for me that worked well with the vehicle type that I have, which is high mileage. They disclosed everything that was associated with the plan. However, I never received a contract after I called them back asking for them to mail me one. I don't even have my card.
I had notated that with them when I called them asking some questions before. And when I had called them earlier today asking about the whole rental setup and how that works, nobody followed up with any questions of, "Hey, did you receive the contract? Hey, do you have the card?" Something along the lines of be more in touch with the customer. They should be like T-Mobile. They're really good.

I understand that. I can't get a rental right now because they haven't even gotten a claim number for it. I'm out close to 100 now just with rideshare. I call and either the phone hangs up 30 minutes in or they ask me to put down a number, they would call back, and they don't. There were a lot of extra things that came with Endurance Auto Warranty that other providers didn't have. Signing up with them was pretty good and then they just asked for my credit card and then withdrew my first payment and that was it. My car is not that old but I use it a lot. I was gonna keep it for a very long time. So if worst comes to worst, I'll have like the peace of mind of having a warranty with Endurance. Six years of coverage are pretty good. The rep read the whole contract to me and he sent me a copy of the policy. He also told me that I could call back and cancel within 30 days if I didn't like it. I chose Endurance this time because I chose them a few years ago for a car that I had for a while, but the warranty has run out and on that vehicle, I also had a extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. When it started breaking 100,000 miles, I thought of reaching out because I know the history of those particular vehicles, that at about 125,000, if something would go wrong, that’s when it would go wrong. I purchased the warranty before I hit that milestone just in case something would go wrong, because I planned on keeping that car way past the time it was paid for. Purchasing the policy was pretty painless. They gave us a lot of information. But not even six months later, my daughter totaled the car. She’s the one that bought the new policy on her car. That’s her car but they put my name on it because I had a previous relationship with Endurance. I’m not sure how that worked out, but that’s okay for now.
With all the COVID stuff, everything is delayed now. It's getting to the point that the rental may not have been long enough because it took a couple of days to get the final approval. We got approval on a Friday night. I called back with the claim number to get a loaner. The guy said, “Yup. No problem. Here’s the claim number. Let me set it up.” They use Hertz. That’s all fine and dandy. All but one of the Hertz locations near me were closed for the weekend. I couldn't get an answer from Hertz as where to go to pick up the car.
I didn’t want to go to the airport to pick up the car but when I called up, they looked at the claim number and they said, ”I don't understand this claim number. This is not a Hertz claim number.” We explained to them that was purchased by my warranty insurance. He said, “I don’t understand none of that. All I know is that claim number doesn’t come up. You don't have a reservation.”
So Saturday and Sunday, I couldn't do anything with the rental because I never picked it up. Monday came and we were not happy campers at that point. I called bright and early when they first opened up. I got to the right department. They understood what was going on and they said according to their files, so according to their link into Hertz, all the stores are open with normal business hours. But that was not the case. The one by me has been closed since February. According to them, “No, we don't see that.”
The rep finally set me up with a vehicle. He gave me a location. I told him to personally call and verify they’re there. He did. They were open, so I went to pick it up. It was a Monday, but because of the delay getting everything approved so late on a Friday, he had no choice but to order the parts on Monday because until he got a claim, he won't spend money on the car, which I understand. But because he waited until Monday, the part he could have got Monday morning if he ordered it Frida took an extra two days. He didn't work on the car until Thursday.
And then, for him to get paid, so we can return the car and pick up our car, it took a long time. From a customer's perspective, if you're gonna give me a loaner for five days, and because of COVID and everything else, it takes longer, then I'm not going to be stuck paying for a loaner when I booked the coverage for it? All this cover stuff is not in my control. I understand it's not in theirs, but it is their policy. But it didn't come to that. We were able to get paid last minute. You finally got the approval and the authorization number to get paid and we were able to pick up the car and then Friday, we dropped off the car at the rental so everything should be okay, but it’s just with everything going on, and everybody's trying to stay busy to stay working to keep money coming in. It got stressful.
Sometimes, when I call and I'm on hold for 45 to an hour and 10 minutes, I could hear desperation in the guy's voice because he knows I've been on hold for a long time and he would be as apologetic as he possibly can be. If you have to pick up the phone and keep apologizing for every single phone call that you come in because of the hold time, it wears on the agent.

I had another contract before and it ran out, so I was looking at policies that had reviews. Endurance Auto Warranty was one of them. They had good reviews and they had payment plans. They also had a longer coverage on mileage and I liked how they have the two tires a year. All that are what made me go with them. I liked the rep a lot as well. He went over everything with me, every part of the policy. However, if it wasn't for the gentleman I spoke to today, I wouldn't be with them anymore. I had one complication where I did not have a great time with them. My AC was redone not even a year ago and then the compressor went out. Me and the mechanic have spent two weeks trying to get ahold of somebody, trying to get answers and going through the whole process.
The mechanic said they left messages, but nobody has responded back to him. I work for a parts store, and I know that mechanic shops don't have all day to be holding hours on end, especially not ones like AAMCO. I spoke to several different people and it's extremely difficult for the claims process. I get that it's the middle of summer, but as soon as you call in, you speak to somebody. They then transfer you over, and then their hold times are horrendous, which I think can be improved a bit. I spent one whole day and I was four and a half hours on hold until I got to speak with somebody. The very first guy we talked to was nice, but the next day, it was the same thing. Waiting on hold all day long.
I finally spoke to somebody and they were not going to allow me to three-way in, so I took my own phone. I transferred over to my phone and three-wayed the mechanic shop in without letting them know that I was doing that, which was wrong. I'm not supposed to do that, but otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten anywhere with the process. The second guy that I spoke to was ignorant though. He asked all these different questions to the mechanic shop and Brandon, the mechanic guy, told him exactly what was wrong with my car, but he said it was an electrical problem. Brandon told him that they don't take compressors apart and that they didn't know why a compressor was not working.
Still, this second rep listed the issue as an electrical problem inside my AC, which is what I felt was completely wrong. It was the compressor. The mechanic shop and I reviewed it all on my policy, and the policy said compressors are covered. Because the second guy listed it as an electrical failure, which it wasn't, Endurance Auto Warranty denied my claim. I had to pocket out all of that money to fix the issue myself. The next guy I talked to, which was a manager, I asked him to please pull up the conversation. He refused to do so and I was going to end my contract today until I spoke to Eddie. He was great.
Eddie pulled up the conversation I had with the second guy and he listened to it. He emailed me as well. They then took the money off of what I spent on my AC fix and put it for two payments, so that redeemed itself. Another thing is that the reason why I went to AAMCO was I knew it'd be cheaper for the warranty company as well. I work for Pep Boys, which is Auto Plus, so we're all owned by the same person.

I was looking for a warranty because I have an older vehicle with some miles on it and I like my car aligned. I wanna keep it up. It's also past with the regular warranty. My mother was telling me about the program so I decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. I've had a lot of information thrown my way but Endurance was the only one who reached out to me. The guy that took care of me was awesome. He took his time to explain the process. He also answered every question I had. As far as getting everything started with Endurance, it was perfect. I enjoyed the time. It wasn't overbearing and complicated. It was just straightforward.

I knew Endurance from a couple of years ago doing a search on the most reputable or best insurance companies. A couple of websites came up and ranked them, and Endurance was ranked typically better with customer service. I called to get some pricing, got an additional discount and decided that that would be the route I would go. The process was good and the individual was very knowledgeable. The experience was straightforward. People considering a warranty need to be knowledgeable of how the claim paying process works and they should make sure that they understand the logistics of that because at the end of the day, that's what really matters.
"Thank you for the 5 star rating."

If something major goes wrong, the warranty is gonna pay for it. So, I was looking for one. I was doing a lot of homework. So, as far as quickness, it was on me. I would talk to a person, then talk to other companies. Everybody was giving me a lot of garbage on the lip but I finally spoke to this gentleman with Endurance and I went with him. The cost was a little bit higher but the salesman was good. He seemed like a straight shooter. He told me he’s on salary and he’s not a commission man. So, he was just doing his job, which is what we like to hear. One concern that I have is the financial person who gets online and speak to you about the payment. He wanted to charge my credit card every month for it. I asked to be billed for it because I pay more for it than the regular charge but I'm getting the runaround from him.

Having vehicle protection is very valuable to me, especially with the tire coverage. I looked at a couple of companies and liked the reviews online for Endurance. During the process of signing up, their rep was very helpful and explained things very well. Payment-wise, it was easy to give them my credit card number. I was satisfied.

We just bought a new-to-us vehicle and we were trying to find some other insurance. We looked at what GM had to offer, and then I got online and googled companies and Endurance Auto Warranty came up as a good company, so I contacted them. The person I spoke with was fine. I didn't sign up right away. I called back the next day and got someone else, and he explained it the same way as the first person. So, that was good. Everybody was very courteous on the phone. It was good customer service. I would tell others to definitely call and check Endurance out. It's worth looking into.

I was at a car show and one of my buddies was talking about his warranty was up on his truck. I told him I have CarShield. He said he did have them and they didn't pay something. He got to checking around and came up with Endurance and he has been happy with it. I decided I would try it too. A lot of my friends and I all deal with insurance and stuff and CarShield had so many bad things said about them. They didn’t have good things on Better Business Bureau about them, so I decided to change. I talked to a few people about Endurance that had it. They haven't used it but they haven't had any problems. I talked to my dealer about it and they said, as long they okay the repairs and pay with a credit card, then they're good with it.
I'm retired now, on a fixed income and they weren't with me on that too. Endurance gave me a better deal than what they originally had. They talked a good game and were nice. It went smoother than I ever thought something like that would. They were just kind about it. No pressure. I don't like high pressure salesmen stuff like that. I talked to some other places and all they could do was bad mouth CarShield. That's all well and good if that's what they wanna do. But that's not what they’re in business for. And if they’re gonna bad mouth somebody else, I don't need to deal with them. So I went with Endurance. You gotta have something. Hopefully, I don’t need it.

I went to the internet and then I applied with Endurance and ConsumerAffairs recommended me over there. Endurance got the best deal. The rep was very straightforward and that's what we were looking for. Because sometimes, they provide like a lot of options that you don't even know. They also got a good deal and that was awesome. I like it. That was quick process. Also, she was concerned about everything.

I wanted to make sure I had something extra because I drive a lot. I necessarily haven't had the car for a very long time, but I drive a lot because I'm a homecare nurse. Endurance's rep was very nice. Everything went very nice and smooth. I'm happy about the coverage. However, I tried to put a claim in recently and it has been three weeks that I haven't heard back. Something is clicking underneath the car. I'm not sure what it is. I took it to the Buick dealership. I told them that I had extended warranty and to look at that first before they go further. However, no one has called them back on the claim.

I bought a used car. I researched three companies and went with Endurance. They ended up looking to me like they were the best choice.

I just purchased a new vehicle and usually, I try to get insurance that would be suitable for my needs. If Dodge would’ve had their lifetime warranty, I would have gone with that. I do a lot of driving and we cover quite a bit of mileage. In fact, we do more than the average family. I looked at Endurance and three others, plus what the Dodge Corporation suggested. I went with Endurance for the the warranty, the deductible and their coverage. The price was reasonable too.

I watch TV a lot and I see Endurance as well as CarShield. I see some other ones but Endurance sounded the best for me. The rep did well. I asked questions and he answered them. But I bought the warranty out of not being aware what I had on my policy because when I bought the vehicle, I didn't look at all my paperwork. I had a five-year Platinum plan that I got a contract with and I didn't know all that at first. I would just pay for it so I didn't want to be paying more money. I talked to a guy a couple of days ago about canceling my plan with Endurance. He wasn't too apprehensive about accepting my cancellation. He said he would get back to me but he hadn’t gotten back to me yet, which was the only problem that I had far as signing up for it.

Endurance offered me the benefits that I needed for my car at the time. I have a 2014 Nissan Rogue and I can’t afford all the stuff that goes on with this car. So having a protection plan is very valuable. Right now, I’m $9,000 in the hole paying for maintenance on my car. The Endurance rep was very experienced and it was very easy to make payments for the extended coverage with my credit card. I would recommend them.

Previously, I purchased an extended warranty from a company and I wasn't happy with them. I contacted Endurance after finding that the best feedback online was for them. Plus, they were cheaper than the other company I was dealing with. The rep whom I worked with was excellent. She was confident in her product and she came across as very honest. She was really good to deal with. With my previous policy, the reps didn't tell me anything except for what it would cost and what I needed to buy. Endurance's rep went into detail about what they covered.

I was really searching for an auto warranty, and I know I’m gonna need it for quite some time. I felt good about Endurance and I like it. It felt warm when I talked to the young lady too. She was very good, patient and nice. They also offered a lot of things that I was interested in and I like the fact that I get a bill statement in the mail. They don't take it to a debit card every month. I'm a single parent and sometimes I may not have the money in. If they go and withdraw the payment, I would get charged if I didn't have the money.
As far as the perks, I haven't used any of that yet because I haven't been able to look into my email to see what’s offered. I know I get some percentage off when I go into these department stores as well as when I go into a franchise to eat. I would like it if someone can send to me in the mail what’s offered though, instead of me having to download if I get a coupon or I'll get a certain amount off. I’m sure I lost it in my email because I don’t put my email up every day. I wish it was something I could have, that it was sent to the mail and I could take it to the store to get my discounts off. Still, I felt comfortable with Endurance.

I like the price of Endurance Auto Warranty. My experience with their rep was good. It was all over the phone. It was very quick because she had a good price and I wanted to jump on it quickly. She did a good job. She was very thorough and then sent me some paperwork when it was all done. Give Endurance a shot.

I have an auto warranty now but will run out in November. I wanted to wait 'til this one ends and then get another one that was why I was inquiring. Endurance said that I could take my Volvo to the Volvo shop and get all of my repairs done with original parts. A lot of the competitors don't do that and they wanna try to get the cheapest refurbished part but that's not a good thing for Volvos. The representative I spoke on the phone seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. I wanted to know if this is true and she said that's what they do. She also stated that they were also the original provider of the Volvo extended warranty.
I wanted to make sure that this was in the contract. However, I never got it so I wanna cancel for a couple of months. I don't know what’s in there. They sent me something in the mail and it wasn't my contract. Also, when I tried to go on the website and access my account, I couldn't. I've called and left a message, and nobody ever got back with me.
