    The reps of Endurance were very familiar with the product. They were very professional when I talked with them and were very consistent about following up with me, so I appreciate that. We had a little snafu. I was given one price and one coverage. When we got to the end to go back over everything, the coverage was a little different and the price was different. But we worked it all out to where I could still get the benefit from the things that I wanted. When you buy something used, make sure you're covered.

    I searched the net to find out what would be a good car warranty and I ended up going to the ConsumerAffairs site. I looked at the top one and it was Endurance. I looked at reviews and it looked like that was probably the best one so I tried it. Their rep answered all of my questions and really helped me through stuff. When we started working on the actual contract, the second guy was very easy to work with. It was a great experience. I got my warranty at the beginning of September. It's just that with the COVID, I wanna make sure that I got a good warranty just in case something goes wrong. Endurance did a great job and I hope this could be a long-term relationship.

    My warranty was just about over so I had to redo it. I wanna be covered just in case. I went online, did a little homework, and various options were available. I picked Endurance as their reps made it very easy for me and it was very effective. What they offered made it attractive too. They provided me with the policy number over the telephone. The only downfall is we're still waiting for the literature. We were told we had to go online and get this and that. Besides the information that they sent by email, the product representative mentioned that were should be receiving a packet in the mail but we haven't received one yet. But I'm not gonna call Endurance about that because if I tell a customer that I'm gonna make sure that something happens, I'm gonna follow through with it. The customer will not have to call and ask for it because I'm gonna make sure that that customer's well taken care of.

    I signed up with Endurance and I was expecting some stuff in the mail but I had never gotten it. When we bought the car, it was offered at the time. We declined to take it. I said, "I'm really not that big on it, never had been real big on them." I got to thinking about it and I said, "Let me just call and find out what the options are" and it really didn't sound like that bad of a deal. So I said, "I'll try it and go see how it works." The rep was very nice and very courteous. He asked some questions. He said, "Here's what we can do and here's the support, and here's what is covered.” He was very thorough, spent a lot of time with me, going through options. Had he not done that, I would not have purchased it. He wasn't pushing me to purchase. He was asking questions about why and what my thoughts were and what I was looking for. I was sold into it that way. I was very pleased with his support and help.

    My neighbor and I were talking about when his 150,000-mile warranty finishes up. I did him a favor and looked up extended warranties and Endurance showed up. I did call to see how does it work 'cause he was asking me questions about it. He didn’t speak English and Endurance didn't have anybody to speak Spanish so asked them myself. The two ladies who attended to me did pretty good. They're friendly and knowledgeable. I did ask them about the roadside assistance ’cause you don’t know how or when you’re gonna get a flat. I asked them about the miles. They said it’s 25 miles to your nearest ASE certified mechanic or to your home. I wrote everything down and assisted him.

    I bought my truck brand new and it was only at 76,000 miles. The extended warranty was running out in about 2,000 miles so I had to make a decision whether I was gonna trade it in or get an extended warranty. I chose to get the extended warranty. The rep from Endurance was really nice. I had to make a decision for the end of the month but she said she could hold it 24 hours.

    The vehicle is a Ford and I hadn't talked to Ford yet. I wanted to see what their price and coverage were compared to Endurance. She called me back when she got back to work the next day. She explained it really thoroughly to me. When I went into the Ford dealer, I had the admonition that I needed to find out what theirs was. It wound up working to my favor 'cause I was able to ask questions I probably wouldn't have been able to ask had she not told me those things. I'm satisfied with the experience. It was good. There was no pressure and the rep was able to answer all my questions. At the end, they made me buy the warranty myself.

    I got a standard warranty from Endurance and it was real easy. The man who did it did a wonderful job with it. However, they are supposed to be sending me some gift cards but I haven't received that. Recently, I had to call a tow truck to come get the car. I had it towed over to Kingdom Chevrolet. I was driving my car and a message came up to my dashboard and saying that it’s dead. The StabiliTrak which is concerning my steering was messing up. While I was driving, the steering locked up on me. I went to the dealership this morning. They're trying to find out what's going on. They wanna drive the car to see what's going on. The man said he diagnosed everything but nothing was coming up. He was telling me I can get it but I'm not ready to do that ‘cause something's going on with the car. I would also have to pay $150 for the diagnosis.

    Parts are expensive and I don't like to deal with headaches. Endurance Auto Warranty's rep was awesome. He answered every one of my questions. It was fun because I’m a very outgoing person. I joked with him, and he joked back. It worked out. Also, the benefits were explained well. He explained the whole thousand miles and you got to have it for a month before making a claim, which one could say a con but it's not a real one. Also, the fact that I could just have it on automatic payments is all I really care about. I hate going online to pay stuff.

    I already had extended coverage from Endurance on another car. I got it again. Their reps handled my questions fine, but I haven't received my card yet. Initially, it was supposed to be sent out in the mail. A few days ago, I called and told them that I hadn't received it yet. They said they would send out another one. They said it'll be 7 to 10 days to get it. It's only been about four days. But it would be nice to get stuff when you're supposed to get it. It's not a problem but it would be nice to have the book before I need it. It's funny because when I bought the first policy, the same thing happened. I did not get the book in the time they had told me. I called them, and they sent another one. So, I finally got it.

    There was a listing for Consumer Reports, and there was a write-up on Endurance there. I had already had a good experience with them. So, that wasn't in question but it was nice to see that they had a nice write-up in Consumer Reports. As far as the coverage, it’s standard policy to have to wait 1,000 miles and at least 30 days for the policy to kick in force. This last car that I put that policy on, the actual manufacturer's warranty was still active on the car when I got the policy. It would seem to me that I shouldn't have to wait 1,000 miles. But if that's their policy, that’s their policy.

    I'm satisfied with the coverage because I did use it once on the original vehicle that I purchased for. I liked that policy because it was a no-deductible, and they took care of the issue I had. I don't understand why a newer vehicle couldn't get that same kind of policy, but it wasn't available. It would be nice to have that option of a no-deductible instead of the $100 deductible I have.

    I was looking at the ratings of Endurance, and the people really liked the insurance. When I purchased the warranty, the specialist I dealt with was very professional and thorough. She was a good listener as well ‘cause she was able to identify what I really needed. The payments were reasonable. It's always good when you don't have all of the money at one time, and you can make payment arrangements.

    I was trying to check on something in reference to my automobile to see if Endurance would be able to cover it, and unfortunately, they were not covered. I thought I had the top package and realized that I did not. It would be nice to let consumers know where they fall in the line of certain packages and what is covered on those packages. It would be helpful as well, because if I would have purchased the higher package, I would not have been out of the money that I was out of.

    My brother had told me about a different company but when I looked online, I saw Endurance. They were wonderful. The first person I called gave me a quote. It was a little high. It was almost a little bit like another car payment. The other person called me back and had a great deal, and I went ahead and went with it. I only have one problem. When they sent me the initial email, it had one wrong number on my number so I couldn't get to the dashboard. I had to call and they gave me the correct number which was just one number different from what they had given me initially. But other than that, everything was fine.     I have an older car and I don't have good luck with cars. I'm on a fixed income so if my car were to break down, it would be covered with a warranty.     I bought a used 2009 truck and there was no warranty on it. I bought one but it was through the car dealer and it was too high. Endurance had a good rating, which was why I took them. I didn't have too much of a problem with the rep but they wanted to do it online, and I told him I didn't like putting it on my phone. I'm old and I don't deal with that phone stuff. I wanted the paperwork so I could look over it and read it myself because if I needed it, I don’t have to tinker through the phone. The phone could be shut down or something could happen to it and I would have nothing. I have two cars and they sent me the paperwork and the book on it to tell me what I have to do if something happened to this or that.

    When I bought the vehicle, it was already at 170,000 miles. It’s more than beneficial to make sure that you have a type of coverage at that type of mileage. Endurance called me and told me what was going on and what could be done. So, I picked them. When I looked at the rates and reviews, they were one of the top ones. The purchasing process was quick but based on the policy and the way that it read, I need to have certain things done as per the maintenance for the vehicle. Based on my situation, I don't know what was changed. I don't know the previous owner and I don't know what they did.

    According to my vehicle maintenance log, at this many miles, I’m supposed to have a thing changed. If I haven't had it done within the guidelines of the maintenance for that type of vehicle, then they will say that they can't pay for it, because I was supposed to have it done. I’m in a limbo because the contract also reads that if it’s not broken, don’t change it. My timing belt is supposed to be changed at 150,000 miles. I don't know whether the previous owner did it or not. They didn't leave a record. And I’m looking at a $500 expense for a timing belt because it’s supposed to be changed at 150,000 miles.

    It was time to look into acquiring an auto warranty and I had a good conversation with the rep when I bought one from Endurance. Although it was easy for them to take the payment, it wasn't easy for them to help me with the problem that I ended up having later. They denied my claim for the camshaft adjusters and came up with all kinds of reasons not to pay it so I had to pay $2,768 out of my pocket. They said that I had two small bolts missing from something and that caused them to deny me. I'm disappointed that during this pandemic and me being 100% disabled veteran, I didn't get the help that I needed. I'm very dissatisfied.

    Endurance is a good company to get started with, but just don't expect much when you have to set it up online right now. It wasn't hard to set up. But I'm supposed to get an email to set me up online and I haven’t received anything. I spoke to a person. They were gonna send me a link. She said about five minutes, but it has been about 10 now, and I've been refreshing it every couple of minutes. The warranty was logical and it made sense when it was presented to me. It also seemed like it fit what I'm looking for. $100 deductible, up to the present value of the car, they’ll cover it. Maintenance is never covered. But anything else is covered as far as electrical. All the major things that can go wrong are covered.

    A couple years ago, my son bought a truck and we considered using Endurance but he had already committed with the dealership that he purchased the truck from. So, I couldn't end up paying for two because the dealership said it was already included in the payment. So, we stayed with the dealership maintenance program. When I picked up a vehicle that was 13 years old, I knew that something may eventually go wrong with it in the long term even though it was taken care of by the owner in an excellent fashion. I wanted to go ahead with Endurance because I knew about my previous possibility with them. The gentleman that I spoke with was very efficient and answered my questions. He asked me why I chose them and I explained the circumstances. So he said that they would be glad to take care of our needs.

    The man went on to begin to ask me about the vehicle that I purchased. He told me about the plan that was best suited for that vehicle and things went very smoothly. He was very helpful. With so many times when you get a business transaction through the phone, you almost feel like if you don't stay with the person, they get all upset. But they never put any pressure on me. I was free to say that I'm gonna call around and I'm going to check. I felt comfortable and I've even recommended it to a friend.

    Even though Endurance doesn't advertise like one of the other maintenance companies, it’s good because you have to be kinda leery when those companies are pushing their commercials and some of the stuff they say sounds so silly. It catches people's attention and that's what they wanna do. But I'm pleased. Hopefully the vehicle will stay running in excellent condition. But if that day comes where I have to have it put in the shop for maintenance, then that will put us at the next level. But from what the rep explained, they would support whatever the maintenance need was up to the value of the vehicle.

    The payments were set up well although I inquired a couple weeks ago. It wasn’t their fault. It just hadn’t been very clear that they were gonna do the payment automatic out of my debit card. I caught it when I was catching up with my paperwork and so, I called them back and they said that I had the freedom of choice to change that to withdraw coming directly from my bill pay system through my financial account, which is how do I normally do most of my recurring payments. The rep explained how I could do that.

    My vehicle was covered through another 8,000 miles or so and the extended coverage I had from the original purchase paid for itself. With everything that can go wrong with the vehicle nowadays in so many electronics where you can't just work on everything yourself, I felt it'd be a better idea to extend the warranty for a while. I landed on Endurance because of about three weeks worth of searching everything online from ConsumerAffairs through every other advertisement and looking up negative context and positive context. It was also because of reading independent people talking about the amount that they would pay, the liabilities for the extended coverage, the response to people having used them to working with whatever mechanic or dealer they were dealing with. Endurance seemed to come up more often than not in the number one slot as far as customer satisfaction. They were pretty good.

    They're not the most expensive and not the cheapest but they were probably the most civil out of all of the people that I dealt with that were administering these warranties. Most of them including some of them that came in at second and third place got to the point where I thought I was buying a time-share, where they treated you like you were an absolute numbskull that you couldn't read. They had an arrogance about them as if they couldn't believe you were going to compare them to somebody else. Endurance basically told me what the cost was and what it covered, and they invited me to go out and compare them.

    I bought this vehicle right after the flood and supposedly, it's never been owned by anyone except the dealership. It was supposed to be a floor model and it had very low mileage on it. The fact that it was a year old made the warranty expire a little bit sooner. But I never had any problems with it because the warranty was still in place. I had a little bit of a closing thing with the sunroof and that was fixed. But this year’s model of the Jeep, a Renegade, had some issues with electrical stuff. So all of a sudden, my tire light went out and they didn’t fix it on time. They said they got to replace it and nobody could find out why. But it ended up being something simple. The coverage expired a month beforehand. So, I decided to go ahead and get some coverage.

    The other company fixed things and does the same things as Endurance but the ratings on that coverage wasn't what I wanted to hear. So, I did not like that. I called Endurance and they said everything I needed to hear. If I have any problems in the future, I want to be covered. My car doesn't have very many miles and I don't even know how long I've had it. I still haven't driven these thousand miles because I usually drive less than 20 miles a day, if that. So, it’s been a little bit rough for me to even get the thousand miles done for it to be covered. But I'll get there.

    I liked that Endurance replaces two of the key fobs a year or you can replace a key fob, and that you could replace your tires or get two tires a year. Endurance was easy to talk to and followed up with me at my convenience. That’s very important to me because I work weird hours and I have a gap right in the middle. So, they worked with me on getting information. They were nice, very informative and within my budget. The other car place would have been compatible but the benefits that they offered weren't as much as what Endurance was offering. I've recommended them to other people and I like them. They go by how old your vehicle is but as far as my situation, they've been very good about everything.

    I was getting the Mopar emails ‘cause I have a Jeep Wrangler. In every single email from the factory warranty, they never provided pricing, and it was really hard to get ahold of anyone. The pricing was just weird. I could tell, it could change based on whoever I talked to. It just wasn't a solid price. All I wanted was a good price. When I got over the phone, it seemed a little high. So then I shopped on my own and I googled and Endurance company came up and so I called that right away, and the price was lower. They also seemed to have high customer satisfaction so I just went with them. Their rep was professional and courteous.

    However, when I signed up with Endurance, I thought there was gonna be an Amazon type credit that could be used.     I bought a Mazda from a Dodge dealership. I took it in to get serviced and they said they haven't taken it to the Mazda house.     We were getting bombarded with people on TV, telling us that we needed a warranty. We thought maybe we do. We had talked to a few people. Since Consumer Affairs had recommended Endurance, we decided to go with them. Their rep seemed knowledgeable of the program and she was very nice and seemed professional. She told us some of the things that were covered, but she also mentioned that by signing up, we would get free tire repair if we had an accident and our tires were damaged, that we would be given a vehicle to drive if we could not drive our own. He really worded things to make it sound better than they were. He told me that because I'm buying the Premier package, the warranty covers the tires and that if I ever need to buy new tires, they reimburse me for $130 for the tires. But I came to find out in the fine print that it was only on two tires and it has to be road damage. He also told me that since I have a lift kit, the warranty covers it. But they don't cover the lift kit. One of the reasons I went with that warranty was because he told me that it covered my lift kit. He swore up and down that it covered my lift kit. So I’m also kind of displeased with Endurance.

    I had an issue with the manifold on my Land Cruiser 100, my mechanic called Endurance, and obtain approval to replace all the parts it needs to. In about 3 weeks they suddenly decided to back up on the approval. Now I have a car without manifold and a mechanic who wasted hours on the Endurance phone line and hours on replacing the old manifold. So unprofessional and disappointing. During this hard time with all COVID and unemployment, they do everything to rob you and put you in the worst place where you have to pay $1600 for a job they have approved on behave of you.     I went with Endurance because it had something to do with going down to the fact that it was not an ongoing payment until I left the car or 150,000 miles, there was an end in sight. I talked to a couple of companies. I talked to three altogether, but at the end of the day, two of them said that it was gonna be a monthly charge of 150 to 250 bucks a month.     I was buying a used vehicle that didn't have a warranty and Endurance was the first one that popped up on Google when I searched for providers. The first person I talked to was completely awful. He gave me the wrong prices and never emailed me the stuff he said he was gonna email me. Then another lady called me and I told her I was not gonna even use them because I'm not gonna use a company who can't get things right in the first place. But she talked to me and convinced me to stay with them. She got everything pretty close to the numbers that he had given me originally.

    Then, the other problem turned out to be that I gave the first rep all my information. Had I not been past the 30 days, I would have canceled my plan with them. They called me and told me that my payment hasn't been paid and I'm past due. They're supposed to have auto pay set up. Also, they didn't wanna send me any of my packet information in the mail because they said they don't send it out in the mail anymore. I told them then they can cancel the policy. The guy decided to send me the policy instead. If I started all over, I would go to a different company.

    I have a 2001 Lexus and I know if anything goes wrong, it's going to cost money to get it fixed. I've been through a few jobs since my job closed down in 2017, so it's been hard to save money.     I generally buy used vehicles. Once they get over 150,000, they have a tendency to start breaking and it gets very expensive. I had CarShield as a warranty provider. They were good.     As long as the vehicle was under 100,000 miles, Endurance offered a bumper-to-bumper coverage, which the other company that I called didn't have. I called Endurance up and they were very good. So, I was very happy. Initially, I called a couple places before I even called Endurance. And Endurance popped up so I did call them to see. They called me again and they went through it. The guy I dealt with was very good and he answered all my questions. I didn't have a ton of questions, but he went through it. The down payment thing was super easy as well.

    Endurance's price was good. We paid about the same price for our 2014 Suburban that we got through the dealer for a Power Train Plus, so it was not bumper-to-bumper, which is fine. It covered most of the stuff. But on the newer vehicles, a lot of them have like the touchscreen stuff and DVD players where our 2014 Suburban has a DVD player. If that DVD player goes, I'm gonna have to pay for it myself. The Power Train Plus warranty covers a lot, but it doesn't cover a lot of the other stuff. Whereas Endurance offered me a bumper-to-bumper coverage and that was what I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience with Endurance.

    I received a notice in the mail from the Ford factory saying that my warranty with them has expired. I googled the best warranty and Endurance came as one of the top five. I sent a request as far as a quote. It was on a Saturday afternoon and I got a call within an hour to send an inquiry. My experience purchasing the warranty was great. I received a lot of explanation or understanding as far as what is being covered and what it’s gonna help me.

    The only thing that he explained to me that came extra with it was OnStar. I downloaded the app, but I didn’t receive any additional stuff in the mail besides the fact that, “Hey, this is your plan.” I didn’t receive any additional discounts and all that stuff that, allegedly, was supposed to come with it. But making the payment was pretty easy. They asked me the basic card information and the way it was set up, it’s automatic. So, I don’t even have to worry about it too. The guy was very helpful. Then, I explained to him what I wanted and he gave me exactly the right coverage to cover what I needed them all to.

    The experience was great, very professional and quick. Then, with the coverage right away, we had no issues. My truck was having issues. They advised me to send it to the nearest Ford dealership and then told me what I had to do to get a rental if I needed a rental. If it wasn’t a quick fix with the issues I’m having, all I have to do was give the account number and make sure I pay that $100 deductible, and that was it. They will handle the rest. Luckily, I didn’t even have to do anything. The dealership covered everything themselves. It was something with the factory within the vehicle itself.

    I had an oil leak, and I had to pay for that all out-of-pocket. So, I thought about investing in the extended warranty just in case if it happened again, I would have coverage for that. I got another quote from someone else. They said it was supposed to be the best rate and the best coverages, but it was $70 higher a month. I looked into the plan details, and they didn't cover as much. So, I went with Endurance. The customer service was pretty good. They also let me split my payment in half. For the down payment, I only had to make half and then the next week, I made the other half. The only thing that I noticed was, I tried to make the remaining half of the down payment that next week later, and I wasn't able to because until you make the whole down payment, you're not able to use the online system.

    My son bought the truck two months ago, but he didn't get the extended warranty when he got it at the place. I was disappointed, so I got Endurance on my part and it worked better. It would have been harder for my son 'cause they’d add it with the interest. I looked into some other competitors.     A part that controls the transmission on the truck went out and I was calling Endurance to put in my first claim and they weren't in. I dropped off my truck to the shop on a Saturday and then Monday, I called them. My truck was sitting there for a week when the inspector went over and inspected it and then it got denied. With the quote that I was given though, it stated that it was a shifter set inside the transmission. It was part of the transmission and I didn't see how come it wasn't covering the part. My truck is still there at the shop.

    I had an extended warranty when I purchased my vehicle and it ran out in January. It's definitely vital when you have a vehicle. I googled the top for warranty companies. Endurance happened to be in either one or two. I called and the transaction seemed a bit easy. They were very professional. Pretty much seemed to have known answers to all the questions I asked. It was seamless. However, when I called this weekend, I didn't realize customer service closes on weekends. So, somehow I got transferred to activations. When I asked the guy if I could ask him a question, he said, “I probably don't know the answer to it, but go ahead.” That, I found that to be a bit strange. But the experience with Endurance has been satisfactory.

    Fraudulent & misrepresentation. They will find every way possible to deny your claim. All these positive reviews are all lies. Check the BBB and look at their rating and reviews. Under investigation from several states. My oil pump needed replacement so they send a technician. The tech look at my car and then denied my claim due to after market tires?? This has nothing to do with the oil pump. Oh but they said due to the after market tires we cannot fix your car.

    I told them I purchase the car that way and that I wasn’t told about any after market warnings. So now my attorney is dealing with them. They put me on hold for over an hour. This is their true colors. DO NOT look at their reviews on their web page cause most of them are lies submitted by their own employees. Go to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and see for yourself how many claims have been filed against them nationwide. They are currently being investigated by several states as we speak.

    I thought it’d be a good idea to get an auto warranty and then I had a very good person to represent Endurance, so I chose them (I had bad experience with another company). Purchasing was easy, but they said they'll mail out the policy and they never did. When I purchased it, I told them that I don't have a printer that I could print any pages, much less 40 or how ever many comes. I wanted a printout so I could have it in my hand and read it. About two weeks ago, I got ahold to them again saying it never came. I don't know how they communicate with each other, but it didn't get passed on that I wanted a copy. They then said they'd send it right out and I got it yesterday. So far, I'm not impressed because of that. I had to call back to get it and now, I’m dreading when I have to use it if something does go wrong.

    What was advertised sounded like exactly what I wanted so I went with Endurance. The agent was really nice and very professional. But outside of that, I wouldn't renew it because it doesn't cover anything. BMW didn't know who Endurance was and no one would answer when they tried to make the claim.     I have a Mercedes-Benz. It’s an older model. Endurance actually would cover it as opposed to a lot of other companies that didn’t. My car is a 2005. It's in great shape, but it's an older model. I guess the other companies cover luxury cars. Initially, I was looking through Endurance's reviews, and they were really good. Then someone named Peter called me. I talked to him and it was a great phone call. But then after, I didn't speak to Peter anymore. He told me that I will get $500 worth of gift certificates. I called and then they said, “Oh, well. Let us put that in for you.” Then, nothing happened again.

    I talked to someone when I was making my second complaint about the gift cards. She kind of blew me off like, “Oh, well. Let me look into that. We'll send a claim in and we'll send it to you.” I said, “I'm telling you, this is the second time.” She said, “Oh, well, I have to put it in this way. You should have something in the next couple of days.” There was nothing. Endurance should do a better follow up. It's a little frustrating right now. Now, I’m getting a ton of calls from different companies and was thinking, “Should I stay with them or should I go to another company?”

    When I purchased it, the guy told me that they cover everything, just like a new car warranty. He was quoting me and he used the catalytic converter as an example. I asked him if that was all covered and he said everything was covered, from A to Z. When I had a problem with my exhaust, I called Endurance and the rep told me to take it to Nissan. I took it there and Nissan came back to tell me that my exhaust was cracked and Endurance said they wouldn't cover it. So I had to wind up paying a whole new exhaust out-of-pocket. I called Endurance and the rep said they don't cover anything on the exhaust. I told him that the guy there used the exhaust as an example with everything they cover.     I purchase an Endurance warranty policy for my used vehicle, had it for over 60 days over 4,000 mi later. Engine light came on due to wear and tear on the engine worm parts cylinder misfiring. Mechanic took the vehicle apart, stripped out a bolt and told the warranty company it was like that already which I know it wasn't. It was inspected prior mechanic servicing the vehicle.. Long story short because the mechanic wasn't making enough money off the warranty company he lied about the repairs and the stripped out bolt on the valve cover to the warranty company, told warranty company it was like that prior to employment Park.. Tech failed to call me prior to taking it apart to mention a strip bolt which I knew wasn't the strip prior to mechanic doing the to tear down.

    I'm very satisfied. Endurance takes the payments out automatically and it's almost $20 cheaper than what I was paying a month. That helped me out because I'm a single grandmother raising my granddaughter. The Endurance rep explained everything to me and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. She also reassured me that they stood up for their customers. I had an auto warranty before and I wasn't too happy with it because the last few times I went with something wrong with my car, they denied paying for it to get fixed. They denied me three times. When I called to tell them that I wanted to cancel, they offered to drop the price, but I just wanted to change.

    The Endurance rep was really nice, so she put my mind at ease. She told me how to go stopping payments with the other company as well. She said, "What you need to do is write a letter, send it to them, and send it registered, so that they can't deny that you never told them that you wanted to stop payment." The other company would usually take the payment out of my checking account directly at the beginning of the month, and I knew it was gonna be too late for the payment to stop at the beginning of September. Endurance wasn't gonna start covering me till the 10th of September too, so I went on ahead and let that go, but I wanted the payments stopped. I didn't want the other company to take any more out, so I wrote in the letter and I sent it registered.

    From the back to back conversation with one of the employee (Brian) about the issue, we had decided to give the company a second chance. He provided us with some options and compromise as possible within his limits to provide us a good customer service experience. He assured us that Endurance will provide that great customer service experience when the time comes again for repairs. Since there was no way for Endurance to pay us back for the repairs of $6349, they only provided us with a little accommodation. When the time comes again for another repair to be done we will then substantiate their customer service and work. Hence, providing further review of their product and a more positive recommendation as needed. This issue has been resolved.

    The company is total trash. We purchased an extended warranty with Endurance last month and completed the 30 days. Our vehicle broke down unexpectedly but hasn't met the 1000 miles period. The dealership had called me back, saying that the claim was denied due to the mileage was 500 miles short. We called the company and explained the situation that we cannot go any further since the vehicle had broken down, but we were told that the contract did say 1000 miles. We tried to reason with them and explained that we needed the vehicle fixed since it is necessary for our daily commute to work. But without remorse, they did nothing. They "tried" to do something but were just to put on hold for a few seconds but, in reality, was a total lie.

    This is a company that does not have any values or would care about their customers. This is a company that from the person on top all the way to the bottom who answered that call cares the money you give them and completely disregard "customer service." They will try to get you with their gimmicks such as 100% covered or value YOU. But in all entirely, they value your MONEY! It is like what previous comments say, they talk the talk, but when it comes to time for help, they disregard you. If you are in the military or any government institution, I recommend that you not use this company.

    I have a BMW X550i and I liked that Endurance do not use aftermarket parts. That was some of the arguments that I always got from other companies. They would use junkyard parts and that threw it over the top for me because with the BMWs, you can't use aftermarket or junkyard parts because that never works. The girl that sold the warranty to me was really nice and she knew what she was talking about. There's a rash of people trying to sell these things now and I have hung up on them. I was a sales manager for 20 years and with the way some of the warranty people talked to me, I would have fired them if I would have walked by their desk and heard the things they were saying. But Endurance's rep handled it really well. She was really knowledgeable and helpful. Now, I hope when I go to use the warranty, I don't shoot myself in the foot.     I already had CarShield and thought they were the best. I heard about Endurance, did a little research and saw the top three - Endurance, CarShield and somebody else. CarShield had some limited coverages and I was looking for more coverage. When I heard Endurance covers more than CarShield, I canceled my CarShield contract and got Endurance. I also like the fact that there wasn't a deductible with Endurance. The rep did good. He said for whatever that they didn't cover, they were gonna loan me the money to get my car fixed. That really sold me. The only thing he left out was that I had to get approved for the loan through a credit check.

    When I took my car in to get it fixed a couple of weeks ago, the shop told me what was wrong with it and they called Endurance. Endurance said they don't cover that so I had to go dig my file and tried to get it approved. They said that wasn't approved so I'm still in the process of trying to get some things fixed for my car. Other than that, I don't have a problem with Endurance at all. Everything's been good. I like the fee and the way it got set up. I paid so many months and the next month, I don't have to pay anything. My uncle was the one who told me about CarShield. I found out about Endurance and told him about that. I said, "You need to get Endurance. It's better than CarShield."

    It was easy to sign up with Endurance and they had good customer service on the phone. I googled auto insurance warranties and found them. They were also linked to AARP and then the price, and their warranty was a little bit better. They had a higher customer satisfaction than a competitor, but they both had a lot of complaints too.

    The young lady who explained everything and went over the warranty was very nice. She then handed the call over to the people who verified the information that I've given them and that has been great so far. It was easy to pay them as well. They took two different cards, so that was great. I told them I needed them to start with one card, and bill the other one. A mild concern I have is when we did it with a debit card, I was expecting to also receive paper billing. That’s no biggie though. I'll just call them about that.

    I felt it was necessary for the vehicle to have an extended warranty. I don't have a lot of time on my hands to do that kinda work on it which I typically try and do as much as I can. I was researching different companies and Endurance had some pretty good reviews. They're both good and bad, but majority of them were good. The other thing that got me was the direct payment to the mechanic. That seems to me like they would get things done faster. A lot of other companies don't do it that way.

    Everything went pretty smooth for the most part. I did have a point where I was trying to call back and give Endurance my mileage but the email they sent me had the wrong number. I kept calling that number but it was a number that wasn't being answered at any moment that I tried to call it. I ended up calling a number from the website and they told me I was calling the wrong number. But the last time I checked my documentation, they did not update the actual mileage. I don't know if they updated it now or if it just takes time to process after I called them back and updated it. I'm still kinda skeptical about it but I'm going forward with it. If something happens to my vehicle, I wanna see the process and how smooth it goes.

    I've talked to many different people and some people were pushy. I hate it when people push me and try to force me into doing something and I will not go with them at all even though I really want their service. So far, Endurance has been a very good company. You decide if you want to pay them either every month or come out of your pocket $4,000 all at once if something happened to go wrong. They also did a good job of explaining the coverage. They said everything from electrical to motor and transmission would be covered. The only thing I would have to do is pay a $100 deductible. It's better than the one that I have where I have to pay half for everything when something goes wrong.

    I got four cars. I always had warranties on my car, but the last auto warranty company I was dealing with didn't go well, so I switched. When I switched, I went with Endurance because the person that I talked to made it sound good. I got the premier warranty for my car and it was 108 a month. I read everything and he explained everything. I knew what wasn't gonna be covered and what was. What Endurance is selling is not what they're showing though. I took my car to have it looked at and when the dealer called me, he said my auto warranty company was not gonna cover anything.

    All that was supposed to be covered. I've read the contract through and through, from word to word, and I was like, "Hold up, I know I saw on there axles." That's what drives it. Power steering rack. How do you not replace a power steering? That didn't even make sense. I've had warranties in the past that replaced power steering. After I called back after everything, the guy kept saying what wasn't covered, so I asked, "What do y'all cover?" As consumers, we buy these things to make us feel protected and when we go to use these things, we wanna feel like the warranty has got our back. That's why we purchased it.

    I know I was sold on this warranty because I didn't get anything in return. It could've been my mother that needed her car fixed and she might not have had $7,000. She's got a warranty that says, "I'm good." I already knew when I signed on with them that there were some stuff they didn't cover, and I was willing to pay out of pocket for what wasn't covered. They sold me very well, but when it came time for them to show, they didn't show me anything. I spent seven grand out of my own pocket fixing my car. Why the hell do I need to pay $100 a month for an auto warranty if when I take it to the shop, I still got to pay out of my pocket to get it fixed? I just got the paper notarized today to cancel with them. It should be in the mail.

    In order for a company to be very successful, they should always be totally honest with their customer. I have my own moving company, so I know this. The company shouldn't leave anything out because everybody hates surprises, especially when the surprise is money coming out of their own pocket. Going forward, Endurance needs to be very upfront with the customer and let the customer make their mind up. That way, everybody's happy. The guy that sold me on the plan did a good job, but he left out a lot of information before I made my decision to take the warranty. He told me all the upsides of it, but he didn't explain any of the downside.

    The purchasing process with Endurance was phenomenal. I weighed the benefits of Endurance versus buying one from Porsche. Endurance offered a bumper to bumper coverage while Porsche was not gonna offer that. Endurance also offered a low deductible. Porsche was gonna offer a $1,000 deductible.

    What was frustrating was the amount of time it took for Endurance to eventually get me the contract. They said they had emailed it to me four or five different times. Buying an aftermarket warranty, the first thing that goes on in your mind is it’s a scam. That's the only thing in the back of my mind since they didn't get the information out to me within the 30-day period for me to say I don't want it. It drew a little concern that they may not pay or they may have reasons that they'll make up. If you give people a promise that you're gonna do something, they're expecting that. When it doesn't come through like you may have told them, it starts the wheels of questioning the integrity of the product especially at over $3,000. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.     The warranties on my car had expired. All of these TV commercials encourage people to get an extended warranty, so I started looking into it. I'd gone with another company before, but they would not provide me with a copy of my contract, so I cancelled with them and then went with Endurance instead. Endurance said they don't do anything by mail. They do it all electronically. So, they have given me a website that I need to go to to get in.

    The only one policy that they have, which is a little difficult when you live in Alaska, is that you gotta put 1,000 miles on your car from the time that you sign up. It's for the time that you're eligible to start using their services. And up here in Alaska, it's very difficult to put on 1,000 miles because we don't have any roads up here. The 30-day wait was not a problem but especially with COVID going on right now, I told the rep too that I only live about a block and a half from work, so putting on 1,000 miles is gonna take quite a while. Overall, they were very nice on the phone and they came through with everything that they said that they were going to do, at least to this point.

    I no longer had gap insurance on the vehicle that I intend to keep for some time still. It's a good vehicle but it's getting into those years where there's some anticipation that something could go wrong with it. So I went to ConsumerAffairs. Originally, I got a mailer in for some other extended warranty but I did my own research to see which ones were the top recommended third party warranty programs and Endurance came up. On the first day that I called, it was to get some questions answered and then, I had a discussion with the family and we thought it was a good idea.

    I called the next day to get the policy started. There were some issues to get it set up and during a financial period, I hadn't budgeted the total amount of sign-up costs. It would've taken two payments to get what is required down to get the policy started and when the actual policy was effective, we were a little wrong but there was no harm. The reps from Endurance worked with me to get that broken down into a couple of payments, which was good. The policy starts in the 5th of last month and both representatives I talked to were very clear about what qualifies the warranty and when it would take effect if I had to take the vehicle in to get some repairs. The reps were respectful and they had most of the answers that I needed from them. Getting the policy started up wasn't difficult at all.

    I purchased a used car. I compared Endurance to what the dealership was offering. The first dealership was more expensive and it would have been rolled into the loan, so it made no sense to pay interest on the money they were offering. I elected not to go with a warranty from the dealership. When I typed in a search for extended warranties, Endurance had high reviews. I sent a message to them, they called me back, and I talked it over with them. I knew the numbers that the dealership was offering and Endurance met me where I wanted to go with the dollar amount and type of service. It worked out. I auto pay the warranty and they are gonna take out once a month $80 for three years. I didn’t even have to do anything online.

    My only comment would be to offer me the lowest price first. I told them that their initial offer was more expensive than what the dealership was offering. They said they would give me a new customer discount. But that was generally the point. Shouldn’t they just offer that to every new customer? If I didn't know any better, I would have probably gone for it because it wasn't that bad of a deal. Other than that, they were really nice and they came through in the end.

    I am still within my Cinderella period. Just like any insurance, they don't really earn their badge until you actually have to use them and see if they decline stuff or this or that. But based on just getting Endurance, I definitely recommend it because it seems, like from what they described, the deductible is $40 and they would cover all the labor, taxes, and everything.

    Endurance sales agents talk a good game but when you try to get stuff done it is another matter. I initiated this process based upon Consumer Affairs' recommendation in mid-August 2020. For service however, you experience significant phone delays with Endurance and you then need to leave a VM for a call back (which is delayed). Also their link with MEPCO for underlying billing is a mess--and that's not handled by Endurance. Had problems getting a password reset--and even a call from Mepco (that never occured).

    I wanted to pay for the full warranty upfront (as explained to the Endurance agent(s))--but the system kept on stating payments over 3 years. If you can't get a straight answer on paying your bill--not sure it will be a smooth process should I ever need to file a claim. In the end, I decided to self-insure as I spent a lot of time trying to get this to work and cancelled on 9/9/2020. I would NOT recommend working with Endurance and this is the first negative review I've left on a vendor--just to alert you to how annoyed this has been.

    I had signed up with another warranty company but when the gentleman from Endurance called, he gave me some very informational facts that I needed to know. So, based on what he told me, I canceled my other membership and transferred to Endurance. They explained the coverage very well. I have a five-year warranty up to 75,000 and if I sell the vehicle, I can either transfer it over to another vehicle or I can just cancel the warranty.     The warranty on the car that I have wore out. My car is up there in mileage and years and I know I need to have something. I was recommended to Endurance by somebody when I was looking for another warranty service. They said the company was good. I made contact via customer service and they gave me a good discount. The only thing is I haven't received the packet or anything and it's been over a month now. I downloaded some stuff online.     I bought a used car. I also bought the warranty from the dealership that I bought my car from. But when I came home and viewed the reviews online, that particular warranty was horrible.     My warranty when I bought my vehicle had expired. I was with CarShield, but I knew this guy at the dealership told me that CarShield was garbage. When I tried to call them, I was on hold for about an hour. Then, Endurance sent a flyer and I looked at it. CarShield was charging me $100 a month for just a powertrain. However, I was able to get 106 from Endurance for a powertrain and electrical and all that. The rep explained everything to me straight up.     My car warranty was expired a couple of months before. I have a Mercedes Benz and I know how expensive it is to repair. So I wanna be under warranty. The salesperson from Endurance handled my questions very well and the payments were affordable. I was gonna do some other research online. But as soon as you start signing up and you put a phone number in, even though you're not finished populating all the home screen, they already have somebody calling you. I don't like pressure sales. However, the salesperson was very nice and I didn't mind him calling. He was very persuasive but their coverage could be a little cheaper. But across the board, bumper-to-bumper coverage is expensive. My deposit was high and he split it in half. I told him that I could pay it this week and then two weeks later. So that was very helpful.

    I looked at reviews and after seeing the coverage and other people’s experience with Endurance, I decided on them. Purchasing was smooth and I chose the highest package they had for my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. I got bumper to bumper and everything other than regular maintenance is covered. So, it’s a complete coverage package. I set up auto pay for the payments and it’s convenient. I was having trouble signing in to their website but they helped me figure it out.

    I looked at about four warranty companies before I finally got a recommendation for Endurance from ConsumerAffairs. This is the best warranty service. I must have been talking to a poor gentleman from Endurance for about 20 minutes and he went over everything. He took all the information about the vehicle and there's also fact that I'm old. He was asking me a bunch of questions and I told him that they were recommended. He even let me split the payment into two different ones, which helped. I have the payment taken out of my account now.

    Having a warranty is extremely valuable. There are a lot of benefits to this. And I feel safe with the car knowing that. In fact, Endurance is actually a lot better than AAA. I looked at AAA and that wasn't gonna give me the actual fixing up for this. But Endurance includes the towing and all other stuff, like a little Water Club. This also offers me free tires and a key fob. I got all the follow-up paperwork from Endurance. But the gentleman said that they were gonna send me coupons and I haven't got them yet. I'm gonna have to call them and find out if I could still get them.

    I bought a 20-year-old vehicle. It only had 150,000 miles on it when I bought it. But I wanna make absolutely certain I can get it fixed. It has shown itself to be a good car, but I don't want to have a car that old and not have a warranty on it. Endurance Auto Warranty was the first one that popped up online and asked me what I was looking for. I told them everything I was looking for in a company, and that company made everything I was looking for. So I've tried them and I've been really pleased with them so far. I haven't had to file a claim or anything, but it hit all the bullet points for me.

    I've been able to deal with Endurance all over the telephone and online. I made the first payment right after I got the car. I made sure I had enough money to make that first payment. Then I just got through making the second payment on it. I expected, with the COVID, for it to be harder to get hold of somebody and make a payment but I've been able to make those two payments over the phone.

    Overall, Endurance has been really easy and very dependable. You always get the impression that they're right there to serve you. They always ask you if you need anything or if they can do anything else for you. It's also really easy to understand how it works. I've got a next-door neighbor that needs this kind of warranty and I've already recommended it to her.

    My mother spent $3,500 on her car for a computer error and I decided I didn't wanna go through that. The rep from Endurance was great but I’ve had a problem with trying to find a list of mechanics that accepted and it's not that easy to find. So finally, I started calling and asking. I called the dealer I was gonna go to and asked if they accepted it, and they said no. But the Ford dealer in Mayfield, which is close to me, does accept it. Endurance takes the payments out every month from me. It’s on automatic deal and they haven't had any trouble getting it because I see it hitting the bill. I bought protection on the truck when I bought it and I never had to use it. So that one was worthless but you never know how valuable having one is. It has been a good experience with Endurance.

    I didn't really wanna spend money out of pocket if something happened with my car and I'd rather pay a monthly for it. With an extended warranty, someone will take care of my car if something happens. Purchasing one from Endurance was good. But they didn't really give me a good deal until I told them that I might look for something else and all that stuff, and then they started digging for something else and gave me better coverage like lower miles. But they could've done this in the beginning. I still didn't get really what I want, but this was probably the best option for me. If I find something else, I'm probably just gonna jump into it. But everything is good, so far.

    When I buy anything that someone else used prior to me, I want some type of coverage that'll protect me for the unknown. I would do the same if I bought a brand-new one 'cause normally, problems don't start till after the manufacturer warranty wears out. I would want something extended there because I normally don't trade cars in to get my money's worth out of it. I want something to protect the motor and the major parts of the vehicle. But if the warranty doesn't meet the length that I'm gonna plan on holding it for, then I need something to cover me.

    Endurance Auto Warranty was sitting up at the top of warranty companies. I talked to the other ones before I talked to them so I would have a better idea to how I was gonna judge them by. Endurance gave me a military discount, which the other ones didn't. They also had more to offer than the other ones, even the ones they advertise on TV. I liked everything about what Endurance offer. But the customer relationship was worse than poor. It was sad. That can turn people away from them. It might not be a bad thing to go to someone else and pay the extra $300 'cause someone's more aware of what they're doing with their job and what their company is doing.

    I'm not happy with the customer service I've been receiving. When you talk to customer relations, half of them don't wanna give you the right information, and the other half don't know. I wanted to be educated so when a problem did arise, I'd know exactly where to go. I'd rather phone tag now so when the time would come that I'd really need them, I could go right directly to the department I'd need to go to. I don't wanna get on the phone and be pissed off because I spend half an hour talking to someone that knows less than I know.

    I'm disturbed because something has happened. Now, I need to get something fixed but I can't get it fixed 'cause I'm playing customer service tag or I'm playing with someone that wanna be smarter than what they really are. If you don't know, have enough sense to direct me to someone that does know. I have to normally call back several times to get information about the issue. Overall, I'm somewhat happy but I won't recommend anybody to Endurance 'cause their customer service stinks.
